Latest / The MeatEater Podcast / Ep. 639: Game On, Suckers! MeatEater Trivia CXLIII
Transcript
- 0:09Speaker 1: Welcome to Meet Eater Trivia, the only game show where
- 0:12Speaker 1: conservation always wins. I'm your host, Spencer Newarth, and today
- 0:16Speaker 1: we're joined by Jannis Brodie, Marge, Max Randall, Sam Corinn
- 0:20Speaker 1: and Seth. This is normally a ten round quiz show
- 0:23Speaker 1: with questions from Meat Eater's four verticals, which are hunting,
- 0:26Speaker 1: fish and conservation and cooking. But today's show is a
- 0:29Speaker 1: little bit different. This is our annual Family Feud Christmas
- 0:33Speaker 1: episode Meet Eater Trivia my popular demand hot Well, we'll
- 0:37Speaker 1: get to that later. Now, some of our players turn
- 0:40Speaker 1: into Scrooge when we play Family Feud. Steve has been
- 0:43Speaker 1: especially vocal about it. Here's him bringing the holiday cheer
- 0:47Speaker 1: to the Family Feud Christmas episode in twenty twenty two.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Play the clip Phil show me Jesus not on there,
- 0:56Speaker 1: Han War on Christmas.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Here's a whole thing like who cares about these hundred people?
- 1:03Speaker 1: I don't know what kind of idiots they're asking. It's like,
- 1:06Speaker 1: do you solve all lives? You solve all your problems
- 1:09Speaker 1: about randomly asking people what they think. It's called total
- 1:13Speaker 1: uncredentialed strangers. What they think it's called voting.
- 1:17Speaker 3: People are listening to the question you said, what do
- 1:20Speaker 3: you need to wrap a present?
- 1:22Speaker 1: So it's like you're implying like that there's a present.
- 1:27Speaker 1: If you said, what do I need to dress a person?
- 1:29Speaker 1: You wouldn't go a person. It is so stupid. Can
- 1:33Speaker 1: you imagine the subjects of these surveys were vetted in
- 1:36Speaker 1: some way or another. This would be like a completely
- 1:38Speaker 1: different process. Take the pulse, take their pulse, and then
- 1:43Speaker 1: ask them. Steve, you can just send it out next
- 1:46Speaker 1: year if you like, I'm not.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Coming, Dude, there's no way in hell I'm playing it
- 1:51Speaker 3: next year because I don't know who the hundred people are.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Now we convinced Steve Got we should really have more
- 1:58Speaker 4: playoff music. Steve just like what he's doing. Start playing
- 2:03Speaker 4: the Oscar music.
- 2:04Speaker 1: We convinced him to play in twenty twenty three, but
- 2:07Speaker 1: we couldn't get him here today in twenty twenty four.
- 2:10Speaker 1: For the stat of the Week, This week we're looking
- 2:12Speaker 1: at the results of a survey from our listeners. Steve's
- 2:15Speaker 1: annual complaining made me second guess if this is good content.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So I asked our listeners if for Christmas they'd rather
- 2:21Speaker 1: have a regular episode of Meat Eater Trivia or meat
- 2:24Speaker 1: eater family feud. What do you guys think the results
- 2:27Speaker 1: were feud? Considering we're sitting here, here's how much they
- 2:34Speaker 1: like it. Ninety two percent of listeners said they'd rather
- 2:37Speaker 1: have family feud than a regular episode of trivia for
- 2:40Speaker 1: the Christmas Show. Sorry, Steve and Brody and all the
- 2:43Speaker 1: family feud haters, but the Christmas Family Feud is here
- 2:46Speaker 1: to stay. Yeah, man, I feel like I'll go back
- 2:52Speaker 1: and listen.
- 2:52Speaker 4: He's got his helfiers on.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I would I would categorize Brody as a hater. Show
- 3:04Speaker 1: this thing last time. All right, Hey, I'll gladly be wrong.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I'm excited to hear. I'm excited that you're excited. I
- 3:14Speaker 1: wore a hat for Christ's sake. Here's how this is
- 3:18Speaker 1: going to work. Our crew is split up into two teams.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Each round will start with a player from each team
- 3:24Speaker 1: facing off to determine who gets control of the board.
- 3:27Speaker 1: During the face off, whoever provides the highest ranking answer
- 3:31Speaker 1: we'll get to choose if their team passes or plays.
- 3:33Speaker 1: During main play, each team member will provide answers they
- 3:37Speaker 1: think are on the board. If you get one wrong,
- 3:40Speaker 1: you'll hear this. If you get one right, you'll hear this.
- 3:48Speaker 1: If you get three strikes, then the other team gets
- 3:50Speaker 1: a chance to steal. When a steal happens, the entire
- 3:53Speaker 1: team gets to come together to decide on an answer,
- 3:57Speaker 1: which their captain will provide. There are four rounds, the
- 4:00Speaker 1: point values being doubled in round three and tripled in
- 4:03Speaker 1: round four. The team with the most points at the
- 4:05Speaker 1: end we get to choose where a five hundred dollars
- 4:07Speaker 1: conservation donation goes. Then they will play fast money for
- 4:11Speaker 1: a chance to double the donation for a one thousand
- 4:15Speaker 1: dollars grand prize. These are questions that were written by
- 4:18Speaker 1: me and answered by one hundred listeners. Each question has
- 4:22Speaker 1: themes meat eater and Christmas.
- 4:24Speaker 5: So they've been vetted as meat eater fans.
- 4:27Speaker 1: That's right, you guys. You can complain about the answers,
- 4:29Speaker 1: but then you're complaining about the people who are listening
- 4:31Speaker 1: to this show.
- 4:32Speaker 6: We do that all the time, Spencer, Can I make
- 4:39Speaker 6: a request for the next week? Can fill Instead of
- 4:42Speaker 6: those those noises for right and wrong? Can we incorporate
- 4:45Speaker 6: some like wildlife or.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Fart noises wrong?
- 4:52Speaker 7: You know what.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Clips of Steve going like no, no, no, no, no.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Really in the Christmas spirit. I like this, Brody. I
- 5:02Speaker 1: bet Bill can make that happen next year, Is that right, Phil?
- 5:05Speaker 6: Yeah, of course I've got kids. Man, it's been Christmas
- 5:08Speaker 6: for a couple of weeks already.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Now, to remind everyone of how this is going to work,
- 5:13Speaker 1: we're going to do a practice face off where it's
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yannis versus Randall. They each have a bell in front
- 5:20Speaker 1: of them. This round does not count. We're just going
- 5:23Speaker 1: to make sure everyone knows the flow of the show.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Are you both ready?
- 5:27Speaker 5: Yes?
- 5:28Speaker 1: I surveyed one hundred people. Top five answers are on
- 5:31Speaker 1: the board. If Seth and Chester were wise men, what
- 5:35Speaker 1: gifts would they bring? We have Randall Beer, Show me beer.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Number four answers? So what that means? Since Randall provided
- 5:49Speaker 1: the number four answer, Yanni has a chance to provide
- 5:53Speaker 1: the top three us. So you pick your answer, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: if it's one of those top three, you get to
- 5:59Speaker 1: choose if your team is going to play or pass.
- 6:03Speaker 5: But this is just practice. This is just a practice, right, Yeah,
- 6:06Speaker 5: make sure to go you ready for I'm ready Fishing lures?
- 6:10Speaker 1: Show me phishing lures. Number two answer goes to Yanni's team.
- 6:16Speaker 1: What would happen? Next to Yanni is you get to
- 6:18Speaker 1: choose if your team is going to pass or play.
- 6:21Speaker 1: If you're confident that you and your three teammates could
- 6:23Speaker 1: do well in this category, then you might want to play.
- 6:26Speaker 1: But if you think Randall and his team would really fail,
- 6:29Speaker 1: then maybe you pass it to them. By do well,
- 6:32Speaker 1: you mean filling all the bland. That's right, get all
- 6:34Speaker 1: five correct answers before accumulating your three steals. We're not
- 6:38Speaker 1: going to play out the rest of this round because
- 6:40Speaker 1: this is a question from last year. But does anyone
- 6:42Speaker 1: want to throw out there? What they think?
- 6:43Speaker 7: One?
- 6:43Speaker 1: Three or five is walleye? Show me walleye? Filey's that's
- 6:50Speaker 1: number one? Now we LOOKI knows himself wasn't interesting. If
- 6:56Speaker 1: Seth and Chester were wise man, what gifts would they bring?
- 6:59Speaker 1: Throw out some answers?
- 7:00Speaker 5: Oh, maybe a music or a musical instrument?
- 7:05Speaker 1: Show me music. No, that's one strike. Keep giving us answers.
- 7:10Speaker 1: What else you got a boat? Show me boat? Two strikes?
- 7:18Speaker 1: Any more guesses? If Sath and Chancet you were wise men,
- 7:21Speaker 1: what gifts would they bring?
- 7:22Speaker 5: Ammunition?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Show me ammo is three strikes? The room couldn't finish the.
- 7:29Speaker 5: Board if I was a wise man. I brought all
- 7:32Speaker 5: that ship.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Phil, show me number three, bait, show us number five canned.
- 7:43Speaker 5: That answer is insane. One's getting that one.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Listen, this was a practice. We don't have to get
- 7:52Speaker 1: worked up quite yet. Now. Traditionally in family feud, we
- 7:57Speaker 1: have one player who introduces their family Lee. So let's
- 8:01Speaker 1: get to know our teams. Randall, tell us about who
- 8:03Speaker 1: you brought with you today.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Well, I have nephew Seth. Nephew set He's an upstanding,
- 8:11Speaker 4: healthy young man, and I have a lot of well,
- 8:14Speaker 4: he's visiting from out of town. I have a lot
- 8:16Speaker 4: of tasks around the house.
- 8:17Speaker 1: That i'd like him to help my hunt. Do you
- 8:19Speaker 1: get along with his parents? Oh?
- 8:21Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, but you know, just just a stand up guy.
- 8:24Speaker 4: We're all excited for his future.
- 8:28Speaker 1: He's working on a forestry degree. I heard.
- 8:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 4: I can't say enough good things about this guy. He's
- 8:33Speaker 4: just a real you know.
- 8:34Speaker 5: Okay, thanks, Honk, Yeah, I appreciate you.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Who else is on your team?
- 8:39Speaker 4: Well, in that second chair, we're supposed to have the
- 8:42Speaker 4: curmudgeonly heart of hearing uncle who we weren't sure was
- 8:48Speaker 4: going to show up to Christmas. That would be Uncle
- 8:51Speaker 4: cal yep. You never know this time of year what
- 8:54Speaker 4: he's up to. Probably he'd rather be bird hunting than
- 8:58Speaker 4: spending time with the family at the holidays.
- 9:01Speaker 1: But seventeen minutes before we were going to record today's show,
- 9:05Speaker 1: Uncle Cal sent a text saying he couldn't make it.
- 9:08Speaker 4: So instead of Uncle Cal, we have Aunt Sam, And
- 9:13Speaker 4: thankfully Aunt Sam is always welcome around the holidays because
- 9:18Speaker 4: she's an expert baker. Oh and she's the consummate host.
- 9:23Speaker 1: What's your specialty, Aunt Sam? I really love cookies and
- 9:27Speaker 1: I love peacum pie, but I can make anything.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, that's the confidence we need going into this contest.
- 9:34Speaker 1: I'm not confident and it was the last play you
- 9:37Speaker 1: brought with you.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Today we have Auntkrinn. She's always fun, but we're never
- 9:44Speaker 4: sure what exactly she's going to be contributing to the
- 9:47Speaker 4: Christmas dinner table. Okay, it could be stingray cutlets or
- 9:52Speaker 4: the pecker bone of some unknown animal. Uh huh. So
- 9:56Speaker 4: we're excited to see her, but we're not quite sure
- 10:01Speaker 4: how to politely decline whatever.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's not a pot look whatever experimental she has brought.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And we have two ants and nephew are one of
- 10:12Speaker 1: these the parents of your nephew.
- 10:14Speaker 4: No, I didn't want to make anybody directly related to
- 10:17Speaker 4: That makes things weird. So uh if Jannist introduces someone
- 10:21Speaker 4: as his son or his yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 1: And going against them is the Poutelli's family. Giannis tell
- 10:29Speaker 1: us about about who you brought with you today.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Well, Spencer, I brought with me my a team. I
- 10:34Speaker 5: just want you to know that hunting and fishing traditions
- 10:37Speaker 5: run deep in this family. Got good, So I brought
- 10:40Speaker 5: my older cousin Brody, who's my medium to large game specialist.
- 10:46Speaker 5: And then my younger cousin Max here, who's my waterfowl
- 10:51Speaker 5: small game specialist. And then my female cousin marsh down
- 10:55Speaker 5: there and she's my fishing specialist.
- 10:59Speaker 4: As we all, no cousins are divided into two categories,
- 11:02Speaker 4: cousins and female.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I only have one.
- 11:09Speaker 1: All right, is everyone ready to play the feud? Let's
- 11:12Speaker 1: do it. Hit the music, Pville. Now this is where
- 11:15Speaker 1: you clap.
- 11:18Speaker 5: There we go all together?
- 11:20Speaker 1: What people rhythm we got going on?
- 11:24Speaker 4: I think we're speeding up.
- 11:28Speaker 1: All right? Going against each other first will be the
- 11:31Speaker 1: head of the family over here Randall versus the head
- 11:34Speaker 1: of the family over here. Giannis. Whoever rings in first
- 11:37Speaker 1: will get to provide the answer. And if you ring
- 11:39Speaker 1: in before I finish reading the question, I will stop
- 11:42Speaker 1: right there. You don't get to hear the rest of
- 11:43Speaker 1: the questions. Everybody ready, Let's go. I surveyed one hundred people.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Top six answers are on the board. If you were
- 11:53Speaker 1: hunting reindeer, what calib Randall? Show me six ' five
- 12:01Speaker 1: creed more. Now, the entire question is, if you were
- 12:05Speaker 1: hunting reindeer, what caliber rifle would you carry? Yanni, you
- 12:10Speaker 1: get to provide an answer now, because Randall provided the
- 12:13Speaker 1: sixth answer on the board out of a potential of
- 12:17Speaker 1: six correct answers. If you can provide one of the five,
- 12:20Speaker 1: you get to choose if your team is going to
- 12:21Speaker 1: pass or play, what is your answer?
- 12:23Speaker 5: I'm gonna go with the old thirty six spencer.
- 12:26Speaker 1: If brand If Yanni was hunting reindeer, he would bring
- 12:29Speaker 1: a thirty odd six springfield. Show me thirty odd six
- 12:35Speaker 1: number two answer on the board. That means you have
- 12:38Speaker 1: control of the game, Yanni. Are you going to play
- 12:41Speaker 1: with your team or are you going to pass it
- 12:44Speaker 1: to the other team.
- 12:45Speaker 5: I can feel the vibe We're gonna play is going.
- 12:55Speaker 1: So as a reminder, we have six answers on the board.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Number two was set by be honest. The thirty odd
- 13:01Speaker 1: six springfield. Number six was said by Randall the six
- 13:05Speaker 1: point five creed more again, if you were hunting reindeer,
- 13:08Speaker 1: what caliber rifle would you carry? Brody to seventy Winchester,
- 13:13Speaker 1: Show me to seventy Winchester the number four answer. Eleven
- 13:19Speaker 1: people said the to seventy Winchester. No, you can't talk.
- 13:25Speaker 1: You're all all four they talk. Show all four of
- 13:28Speaker 1: you are playing on your right. Now, if Randall's team
- 13:31Speaker 1: gets a chance to steal, they all get to come
- 13:33Speaker 1: together to provide an answer. So for now, for now,
- 13:37Speaker 1: the family, our waterfowl hunting cousin and our fishing cousin.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Max or you were like, just.
- 13:50Speaker 6: Give a bad answer, you get bad answers and then
- 13:53Speaker 6: let them fill in.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Yeah, well they only have to get. They only have
- 13:57Speaker 1: to get.
- 13:58Speaker 4: There's a lot of talking for no talk during the segment.
- 14:01Speaker 1: All right, let's let's level set here on the rules.
- 14:03Speaker 1: The team who was playing, they are only playing by
- 14:06Speaker 1: themselves at this point. You guys do not get to
- 14:08Speaker 1: communicate with each other. If you don't fill out the board.
- 14:11Speaker 1: If you get three strikes before you get all six
- 14:13Speaker 1: correct answers, the other family, which would be Randall's family,
- 14:16Speaker 1: gets to come together and if they provide just one
- 14:19Speaker 1: correct answer, they steal all the points over that game.
- 14:23Speaker 1: So we are now down to max Max. If you
- 14:26Speaker 1: were hunting reindeer, what caliber right would you carry? We
- 14:29Speaker 1: have three of the six answers taken. The answers remaining
- 14:33Speaker 1: are one, three and five.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Maxwell, I don't know if I have one answer, name,
- 14:45Speaker 2: can't do it.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Running out of time. Let's two twenty.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Three show me two three their soft body.
- 14:57Speaker 1: That is your first strike. We are now down to
- 15:00Speaker 1: March the women fishing cousin wait, Marge, give us an answer.
- 15:05Speaker 1: If you were hunting reindeer, what caliber rifle.
- 15:08Speaker 5: You got to kiss? Marge, you got it a twenty
- 15:14Speaker 5: gate shotgun.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Show me twenty gage shotgun. That is two strikes for
- 15:23Speaker 1: the Yannis Putalis family. So far, they have provided the
- 15:27Speaker 1: second answer, which twenty four people said that was the
- 15:30Speaker 1: thirty odd six Springfield. They provided the fourth answer, which
- 15:34Speaker 1: eleven people said that was the two to seventy Winchester,
- 15:37Speaker 1: and they provided the sixth answer, which five people said,
- 15:41Speaker 1: that was the six point five creed. More, Yiannis, if
- 15:44Speaker 1: you were hunting reindeer, what caliber rifle would you carry?
- 15:47Speaker 5: Seven millimeter rem Meg?
- 15:49Speaker 1: Show me seven millimeter Remington Meg number five answer ten
- 15:56Speaker 1: people gave that answer. That means they have answers one
- 16:00Speaker 1: and three still left on the board. We're up to Brodie.
- 16:03Speaker 1: They strikes. Show me three oh eight Winchester number one.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Answer thirty one. Peeping at it said the three eight Winchester.
- 16:15Speaker 1: That means we are just missing answered. Did he just tell.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Little no Max.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Your team has one correct answer left and one strike left.
- 16:31Speaker 1: You either going to win it or pass it over
- 16:33Speaker 1: to the ram.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Remember you have a reputation as an accused alleged cheater.
- 16:40Speaker 8: I understand that if.
- 16:41Speaker 4: You go with the answer that Yiannis just told you,
- 16:45Speaker 4: that baggage will carry with you.
- 16:47Speaker 1: I came to the firm and his birthday carry out.
- 16:52Speaker 8: I think he mouthed three eight to me, and I'm
- 16:56Speaker 8: gonna go with two forty three.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Show me all them are the two forty three dikedom.
- 17:07Speaker 1: He moved his mouse over the correct answer and then
- 17:11Speaker 1: went to the X that gives them three strikes. That
- 17:14Speaker 1: means Randall's family gets they get to talk amongst each
- 17:19Speaker 1: other what they think it might be. I'm going to
- 17:21Speaker 1: remind our audience of what is going on to Auntie Sam.
- 17:27Speaker 1: We have top the top six answers on the board.
- 17:29Speaker 1: If you were hunting reindeer, what caliber rifle would you carry?
- 17:32Speaker 1: Number one was three oh eight Winchester number two, thirty
- 17:35Speaker 1: odd six, Springfield number four to seventy, Winchester number five,
- 17:40Speaker 1: seven mm, Remington Meg number six, six point five creed More. Randall,
- 17:45Speaker 1: what is your.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Going to be?
- 17:47Speaker 4: We're going to go with a three hundred Winchester magnum.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Show me three hundred Winchester magnum. They got it. The
- 17:57Speaker 1: number three answer was there nineteen people that provided? That
- 18:08Speaker 1: means the Randall Williams family got all one hundred points
- 18:13Speaker 1: that round.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Little victory.
- 18:24Speaker 1: All right, we're on a round two. The buzzers have
- 18:27Speaker 1: been passed to cousin Brody and nephew Seth. I surveyed
- 18:32Speaker 1: one hundred people. Top five answers are on the board.
- 18:36Speaker 1: If Steve didn't have wrapping paper or gift bags, what
- 18:39Speaker 1: might he we have? Seth game bags? Show me game bags?
- 18:46Speaker 4: Great answer.
- 18:48Speaker 1: That was the number three answer. Here is the full question.
- 18:51Speaker 1: If Steve didn't have wrapping paper or gift bag, what
- 18:55Speaker 1: might he used? Seth has provided the number three answer, Brodie,
- 18:59Speaker 1: you're not allowed to talk. Give us your If Brody
- 19:06Speaker 1: can give us answer one or two, he gets controlled.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Let's say beaver pelt, Show me beaver pelts. Number one answer,
- 19:16Speaker 1: Animal Hides. Forty one people provided that answer, Brody. That
- 19:21Speaker 1: means you get to choose. It's your team going to
- 19:23Speaker 1: pass or play. If you play, the first answer will
- 19:25Speaker 1: be given by Max. If you pass it, the first
- 19:28Speaker 1: answer will be given by Sam. What do you guys
- 19:32Speaker 1: think you get a pass and play? You think you
- 19:35Speaker 1: have a better chance of filling out that plays? Okay? Brody?
- 19:43Speaker 1: The bold move an answer. I surveyed one hundred people.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Top five answers are on the board. We have answers
- 19:50Speaker 1: one and three already knocked out. If Steve didn't have
- 19:53Speaker 1: wrapping paper or gift bags? What might he use? Maxwell camouflage?
- 19:59Speaker 1: Show me camouflage. Number five answers, You get the last one.
- 20:08Speaker 1: That's right. You're absolutely right. If Steve didn't have wrapping
- 20:11Speaker 1: paper a gift bags, what might he use? Number one answer,
- 20:13Speaker 1: Animal Hides Number three answer, game bags? Number five answer
- 20:17Speaker 1: first like camouflage march butcher show me answer butcher paper.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I didn't think of that number two answer. Thirty people said,
- 20:30Speaker 1: butcher paper. That means that there is one answered left
- 20:35Speaker 1: on the board. Your team has zero strikes. We're at
- 20:38Speaker 1: the head of the family, Giannis rutell Us. If Steve
- 20:42Speaker 1: didn't have wrapping hay or gift bags, what might he use?
- 20:48Speaker 5: If they find out you're my daughter, then things might
- 20:51Speaker 5: get complicated.
- 20:56Speaker 4: The little Mary Povich?
- 21:00Speaker 5: What else was Steve used to wrap?
- 21:04Speaker 1: Steve Ranella didn't have wrapping paper or gift bags, what
- 21:08Speaker 1: might he use? Yanni? We needn't answer, then, Jerry, be honest.
- 21:18Speaker 5: Naturals materials, I mean expensive category sticks and leaves.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Show me sticks and leaves. That is your first strike.
- 21:32Speaker 1: We are now to Brody, who started this whole thing.
- 21:35Speaker 1: If Steve didn't have wrapping paper or gift bags, what
- 21:38Speaker 1: might he use? Tarp show me strikes. We're to Max,
- 21:48Speaker 1: who's in the same position as last time. He can
- 21:50Speaker 1: get it right to take all the points, or he
- 21:53Speaker 1: can get it wrong to give Randall's team a chance
- 21:56Speaker 1: to steal. Here's a recap. If Steve Ranella didn't have
- 21:58Speaker 1: wrapping paper or gift bags. What might he use Number one?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Animal hides? Number two butcher or freezer paper, number three,
- 22:06Speaker 1: game bags, Number four we're still looking for and number
- 22:09Speaker 1: five was first light Camo Max.
- 22:11Speaker 8: What about a tent show me that is not the
- 22:15Speaker 8: same thing as a.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Tart show me tent that is your third strike Randall's
- 22:23Speaker 1: family chance to steal.
- 22:25Speaker 5: You don't need a whisper.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Let's hear you discuss this allowed, But maybe.
- 22:31Speaker 3: That's the same thing as well.
- 22:35Speaker 1: I think usually they're whispering on this team is playing.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Yeah, they usually have the team whisper when the other
- 22:42Speaker 3: team is on their last chance. So if they have
- 22:44Speaker 3: two straw huhs.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Louder louder Koran, what what are you thinking?
- 22:48Speaker 4: Is we're going through fishing nets? Something from a creatures
- 22:53Speaker 4: shrimp pots?
- 22:54Speaker 1: What's a box? Is there something that a box?
- 22:57Speaker 4: A cooler?
- 22:59Speaker 1: A cooler? I don't If Steve Ranila didn't have wrapping paper,
- 23:05Speaker 1: word gift bags, pretty good shrimp might gift.
- 23:09Speaker 4: Just in there.
- 23:11Speaker 1: If Randall can get this correct, if his team will
- 23:15Speaker 1: have two hundred points, you got to say that if
- 23:19Speaker 1: he gets it wrong, we have a type race.
- 23:23Speaker 8: Okay, Mark, He's got a good one.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Okay, all right, Randall Williams team, we need an answer
- 23:30Speaker 1: from you. We're looking for answer number four.
- 23:33Speaker 4: We're gonna go with vacuum seal bags.
- 23:35Speaker 5: M that's a good one.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Show me vacuum seal bags.
- 23:41Speaker 3: That is.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Meaning that Putelli's family will get ninety three points. Any
- 23:48Speaker 1: other guesses for what answer for it? Could be Steve?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Just that does not correct?
- 23:54Speaker 5: Is there any other guests? Cool? Cooler fishing line?
- 23:58Speaker 1: No, no, really, Yanni was closest with his natural materials
- 24:03Speaker 1: guess earlier. If that helps me out, mud, no seaweed.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Show us answer number four, call fat or organs. So
- 24:14Speaker 1: if you said organs, we'd have given that two years
- 24:18Speaker 1: you're probably I.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Love I love how this shows what our fans think
- 24:22Speaker 5: of Steve.
- 24:26Speaker 1: All right, Phil, give us some music here before we
- 24:29Speaker 1: move into round three.
- 24:31Speaker 5: Sorry I lost my mouth. I've got a lot of
- 24:33Speaker 5: monitors practice.
- 24:36Speaker 1: We're round the point. Values are going to be doubled,
- 24:42Speaker 1: and right now we have the Randon Williams family with
- 24:44Speaker 1: one hundred points and the Jannis Brutellis family with ninety three.
- 24:49Speaker 5: Going around two laotse he didn't get because you didn't.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Get call fat which was worth seven total points. Your
- 24:56Speaker 1: team got everything minus that one hundred to ninety. We're
- 25:00Speaker 1: on to round three. This will be Aunt Sam versus
- 25:05Speaker 1: younger cousin Max. I surveyed one hundred people. Top six
- 25:11Speaker 1: answers are on the board. If Randall was Santa, what
- 25:14Speaker 1: would you leave him instead of Sam?
- 25:20Speaker 8: What's the rest of hot dogs?
- 25:22Speaker 1: Show me hot dogs?
- 25:25Speaker 4: It's a great answer.
- 25:26Speaker 5: That is the number answer.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Here's the full question for Max, who has a chance
- 25:32Speaker 1: to take control of the board. If Randall was Santa,
- 25:35Speaker 1: what would you leave him instead of milk and cookies?
- 25:41Speaker 1: We're looking for answers one or two. I'd probably leave
- 25:45Speaker 1: him a book, Show me it book. Number five answer
- 25:53Speaker 1: was book. We had six people say book and twenty
- 25:56Speaker 1: one people say hot dogs. That means Sam, you get
- 25:58Speaker 1: to choose if your team is going to pass or play.
- 26:01Speaker 1: You guys have yet to had chance they're going to play.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Didn't need to twist her arm.
- 26:05Speaker 4: This is gonna be a revealing category.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Our listeners are you for me? Okay?
- 26:12Speaker 4: Number one isn't poison?
- 26:16Speaker 5: All right?
- 26:17Speaker 1: We are down to Aunt krinne I surveyed one hundred people.
- 26:22Speaker 1: If Randall was Santa, what would you leave him instead
- 26:25Speaker 1: of milking cookies. We have answered number three, which was
- 26:28Speaker 1: hot dogs, and answered number five, which was books already
- 26:32Speaker 1: taken care of and they can be ed into the
- 26:36Speaker 1: mic microphone. Well, it's our listeners. Our listeners were answering this.
- 26:42Speaker 1: I hope Randa wasn't fixing to eat those books.
- 26:46Speaker 4: I know anything that would make me happy. I think
- 26:49Speaker 4: it's just yes, we're trying to figure out what one
- 26:52Speaker 4: hundred people think would make me happy.
- 26:54Speaker 5: Krinn. I mean, if the audience does.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Beer, show me beer.
- 27:03Speaker 4: I was gonna go with that.
- 27:04Speaker 1: One thirty one people said they would leave Randall Claus
- 27:14Speaker 1: beer instead of milk or cookies. We're now up to Randall. Randall,
- 27:20Speaker 1: if you were Santa, what would people leave you instead
- 27:23Speaker 1: of milk or cookies? What would you leave yourself?
- 27:27Speaker 4: NBA tickets? I don't have a CD player anymore, though,
- 27:34Speaker 4: you'd leave yourself a CD player, probably a dog or
- 27:38Speaker 4: a puppy.
- 27:39Speaker 1: That's your answer. I'm gonna go with that, show me dog.
- 27:47Speaker 4: Myself.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We're up the South. If Randall was Santa, what would
- 27:52Speaker 1: you leave him instead of milk and cookies? There are
- 27:54Speaker 1: six answers and we have three of them. Already given.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Number one was alcohol. Number three he was hot dogs.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Number five was books. I'm gonna go with ammunition, show
- 28:06Speaker 1: him ammunition. Strike number two. For the Randall Williams family,
- 28:14Speaker 1: we are now to Auntie Sam.
- 28:17Speaker 4: We know they can't leave a gun for me because
- 28:21Speaker 4: that would be a straw purchase and that's illegal.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Absolutely if Randal, If Randal was Santo, what would you
- 28:29Speaker 1: leave him instead of milk and cookies? Sam?
- 28:35Speaker 2: What does the audience know about you?
- 28:40Speaker 1: Alcohol, hot dogs and books?
- 28:45Speaker 5: Oh?
- 28:45Speaker 1: Yeah, Sam? What else does Randall like besides booze, hot
- 28:56Speaker 1: dogs and books? Trivia? Show me trivia.
- 29:05Speaker 5: I'm going to the judge on this, Spencer.
- 29:07Speaker 1: He said that really hard, drag hard team. Your team
- 29:14Speaker 1: is done. We now were over to the Yannis Putelli's family.
- 29:17Speaker 1: You don't need to whisper anymore. Whisper. You can discuss
- 29:20Speaker 1: a lot.
- 29:23Speaker 5: I'm sorry that might have been a hint for me,
- 29:24Speaker 5: but I had to double check. So yeah, I mean
- 29:30Speaker 5: did they was one of the wrong answers. Puppies or dogs?
- 29:33Speaker 1: That was one of the wrong answers. Here's a review.
- 29:36Speaker 1: If Randall Santa, what would you leave instead of milky cookies?
- 29:40Speaker 5: What's yours?
- 29:43Speaker 1: Already said, Oh no, you didn't guess that. Yeah, but
- 29:47Speaker 1: you gotta. It's not what you think, it's what these
- 29:49Speaker 1: hundred people think. So I would probably go with guns.
- 29:54Speaker 1: You talk about guns a lot.
- 29:55Speaker 4: Randall am was wrong. Actually this is a little one.
- 30:02Speaker 4: I think I know now.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Trivia Yiannis, we're gonna need an answer if Randall was Santa,
- 30:11Speaker 1: what would you leave him instead of milk and cookies?
- 30:13Speaker 1: We have answer one across alcohol. Answer three is hot dogs.
- 30:18Speaker 6: You guys like it answer five, but I like, alright,
- 30:24Speaker 6: it's a democracy.
- 30:25Speaker 5: Yeah, that's Right's Rody's guns have been out voted by
- 30:29Speaker 5: crossword puzzle.
- 30:31Speaker 1: We're looking for answer two, four or six. Show me
- 30:35Speaker 1: crossword puzzle, Come on, Phil crossword puzzles. Nine people said
- 30:46Speaker 1: crossword puzzle. Any guesses for two or six? Guns, movies
- 30:51Speaker 1: and guns. Those are wrong, that's wrong. Will show us
- 30:56Speaker 1: answer number two? Venison show us answer numbers so much
- 31:02Speaker 1: about your hunting abilities to back. So instead of milk
- 31:10Speaker 1: or cookies for Randall claws, you should leave him booze, Venison,
- 31:14Speaker 1: hot dogs, crossword puzzles, books, Christmas Day, And that.
- 31:21Speaker 5: Was all left.
- 31:21Speaker 4: I mean, there's all sorts of heroes. Of mine that
- 31:24Speaker 4: would be happy if that babe Ruth might enjoy it.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Yeah, you're probably. You're probably with venison, though you probably
- 31:31Speaker 1: don't need more than you rather have, like a nice
- 31:32Speaker 1: Chis beef steak.
- 31:34Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, Phil.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Can you give us a scoreboard update?
- 31:39Speaker 4: Interesting?
- 31:40Speaker 3: Yes, we have the Williams family with one hundred points,
- 31:44Speaker 3: and now with that last round being doubled, the Tellis
- 31:46Speaker 3: family has a total of twenty seven.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Yeah, twenty seven, but in round four point values are triple.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Give us a little music.
- 31:56Speaker 4: You're exciting there. We go.
- 32:00Speaker 1: For the final rounds to determine who is going to
- 32:04Speaker 1: do fast money. We're down to female fishing cousin Marge
- 32:09Speaker 1: and aunt Karinnn. I surveyed they pail, don't turn to
- 32:15Speaker 1: the next slide yet.
- 32:16Speaker 5: I only did that for the first question. Okay, I apologize.
- 32:19Speaker 1: I surveyed one hundred people. Top eight answers are on
- 32:22Speaker 1: the board. If Santa gave you a fish shack, what
- 32:25Speaker 1: state would you want? Krinn Alaska? Show me Alaska number one?
- 32:36Speaker 1: Answer the full question If Santa gave you a fish shack,
- 32:40Speaker 1: what state.
- 32:40Speaker 5: Would you want it in?
- 32:42Speaker 1: There are eight answers on the board. Karinn got number one,
- 32:46Speaker 1: which forty eight people said. That means Krin you get
- 32:49Speaker 1: to choose if your team is going to pass or play.
- 32:51Speaker 4: We've been playing to play.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Okay, they're going to play. They control their own destiny ball.
- 33:02Speaker 1: All right, we're up to Randall. Randall I surveyed one
- 33:05Speaker 1: hundred people. Top eight answers around the board. If Santa
- 33:07Speaker 1: gave you a fish shack, what state would you want
- 33:10Speaker 1: it in?
- 33:11Speaker 4: Louisiana?
- 33:13Speaker 1: Show me Louisiana Number three answer. Eight people said Louisiana.
- 33:22Speaker 1: We're up to Nephew Seth Seth. If Santa gave you

- 33:27Speaker 5: Hawaii?
- 33:30Speaker 1: Show me Hawaii? Number six answers. Seven people said Hawaii.
- 33:38Speaker 1: We're now on to Sam. Sam. Your team has so
- 33:41Speaker 1: far provided three of the answers. You got number one, Alaska,
- 33:46Speaker 1: you got number three, and you got number six. Sam Washington,
- 33:55Speaker 1: Show me Washington. No, that is your first strike. We're
- 34:02Speaker 1: now down. If Santa gave you a fish act, what
- 34:07Speaker 1: state would you want it in? There are five answers
- 34:09Speaker 1: still on the board. Corinn Wisconsin, good one. Show me
- 34:18Speaker 1: good one Wisconsin. Number answer people said Wisconsin. We're now
- 34:26Speaker 1: up to Randall. If Santa gave you a fish act,
- 34:28Speaker 1: what state would you want it? And there are four
- 34:30Speaker 1: answers remaining and your team has one strike, Randal, let's.
- 34:36Speaker 7: Go with.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Ooh, the drama I've had example left is hanging.
- 34:45Speaker 4: Let's go with Florida.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Show me smart Florida. Number five. Answer was Florida. That
- 34:55Speaker 1: means there are answers to seven and eight. We know
- 35:00Speaker 1: all on the board. We're up to nephew Seth, who
- 35:02Speaker 1: is wearing some nice Christmas lights today looks like a
- 35:05Speaker 1: fire hazard, Seth. If Santa gave you a fish shak,
- 35:10Speaker 1: what state would you want it in?
- 35:11Speaker 5: Maine?
- 35:13Speaker 1: Show me Maine? Are good? Answer strike number two? God
- 35:20Speaker 1: right now, Sam. If you get this one right, the
- 35:28Speaker 1: game continues for your team. If you get it wrong,
- 35:30Speaker 1: the Poutella's family gets a chance to steal, and if
- 35:32Speaker 1: they are able to steal this category, they win the
- 35:34Speaker 1: whole game and move on to fast Money. Here's a
- 35:37Speaker 1: reminder of where we're at. Your team has two strikes
- 35:40Speaker 1: with three answers remaining. If Santa gave you a fish shak,
- 35:44Speaker 1: what state would you want it in? Alaska, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Florida,
- 35:49Speaker 1: and Hawaii.
- 35:51Speaker 8: Sam, I would definitely say Wisconsin.
- 35:53Speaker 1: You know, Marge, Wisconsin, Michigan. Show me answer Sam, Michigan
- 36:03Speaker 1: number seven answer five people said Michigan. That means it's
- 36:08Speaker 1: down to number two and number eight.
- 36:10Speaker 4: Karinn.
- 36:10Speaker 1: If Santa gave you a fish shack, what state would
- 36:13Speaker 1: you want it in? There's a real nail bier here, folks.
- 36:19Speaker 4: By The distribution among three through eight is.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Really pretty close, pretty low. Forty eight people said Alaska.
- 36:28Speaker 3: It's risky played up to choose to play around when
- 36:31Speaker 3: there are eight possible answers.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Phil, but we're playing to win, Karinn.
- 36:36Speaker 1: If Santa gave you a fish shack, what state would
- 36:39Speaker 1: you want it in?
- 36:41Speaker 5: Texas?
- 36:42Speaker 1: Show me that's a good one, Texas not bad. That
- 36:47Speaker 1: is your third striking. But the game isn't over yet.
- 36:52Speaker 1: The Hotels family has a chance to steal again. You
- 36:56Speaker 1: guys can discuss this allowed there's nothing on the line
- 36:59Speaker 1: for the other team. Yeah, I've heard Mississippi, I've heard
- 37:03Speaker 1: Minnesota place, lots of lakes, lots of.
- 37:06Speaker 4: Lot of Montana. There's trout fishing.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean Randall who was trying to make rand
- 37:12Speaker 1: on the other.
- 37:14Speaker 4: Colorado.
- 37:17Speaker 5: We need a little quiet from the other side.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Yeah, because I'm not going to all the.
- 37:22Speaker 5: Names of the remaining that.
- 37:24Speaker 4: Was not extended to Mississippi.
- 37:26Speaker 1: The other team has said Colorado and Montana like Mississippi.
- 37:31Speaker 1: I've heard Yanni's team like North Carolina.
- 37:36Speaker 5: I like North Carolina in Minnesota.
- 37:39Speaker 1: If your team gets this correct, Yanni, you guys win
- 37:43Speaker 1: and move on to fast California. California the most.
- 37:46Speaker 5: Yeah, but a fish I would do somewhere in the
- 37:51Speaker 5: north Woods. If you get the place where people have
- 37:54Speaker 5: fish South Minnesota.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Randall or excuse me, Yanni, what are we down to?
- 38:00Speaker 1: What two stands are you narrated?
- 38:01Speaker 5: So we have narrowed it down to Minnesota.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Minnesota is your final answer. If you get this right,
- 38:06Speaker 1: your team wins. If you get this wrong, your team loses.
- 38:10Speaker 8: Come on, the whole game, the whole game.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Everything is riding on.
- 38:14Speaker 5: This is the problem I have with this game because
- 38:16Speaker 5: it always just rides on this last You don't know
- 38:18Speaker 5: if you.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Want or not. If Santa gave you.
- 38:21Speaker 5: It should be more fun. If round counted for Santa
- 38:25Speaker 5: gave you a fish shack.
- 38:26Speaker 1: What state would you want to do? Come on, your answer, Yanni.
- 38:29Speaker 5: Is Minnesota?
- 38:30Speaker 7: Show me Minnesota, We got it, Come, we got it.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Twelve people said Minnesota.
- 38:44Speaker 5: That's my girl down there, Minnesota.
- 38:47Speaker 1: My girl along girl cousin March from Minnesota said Minnesota,
- 38:54Speaker 1: and got that one right. They take the whole game.
- 38:56Speaker 1: That means we have just answer number eight left. What
- 38:59Speaker 1: do you guys think it is?
- 39:00Speaker 4: Out of North Carolina?
- 39:00Speaker 1: North Carolina, Montana? Correct five? Good answer. Thanks, So, Yanni,
- 39:13Speaker 1: your team has secured the five hundred dollars. Your team
- 39:17Speaker 1: has secured the five hundred dollars donation, but you get
- 39:20Speaker 1: a chance to double that with Fast Money. Two of
- 39:23Speaker 1: you will play Fast Money. Who do you want it
- 39:25Speaker 1: to be? Who wants to play? Giannie is going to
- 39:30Speaker 1: Marge does not. Giannis will be one of the players.
- 39:32Speaker 5: I have to be one of the players.
- 39:33Speaker 1: We're going to make you be one of is. Like
- 39:36Speaker 1: you asked the question, I'll explain it. Here's how fast
- 39:38Speaker 1: Money works. Two players from the winning team will compete
- 39:41Speaker 1: in this round. I'll ask you five questions that you
- 39:44Speaker 1: need to answer as quickly as possible, Just like in
- 39:47Speaker 1: the regular round. I surveyed one hundred meter listeners for
- 39:51Speaker 1: these questions. The player who goes first will get fifteen
- 39:55Speaker 1: seconds The player who goes second will get twenty seconds.
- 39:58Speaker 1: If the second player pete and answer that the first
- 40:01Speaker 1: player said, they'll be told to try again. Your goal
- 40:04Speaker 1: is to get two hundred combined points. If you do that,
- 40:07Speaker 1: then the donation will go from five hundred dollars to
- 40:10Speaker 1: one thousand dollars. Last year, the winning team beat Fast
- 40:13Speaker 1: Money with a score of two hundred twelve points. Again,
- 40:16Speaker 1: your goal is two hundred points, Yanni. Who's going to
- 40:20Speaker 1: compete from your team besides you?
- 40:24Speaker 5: Max doesn't.
- 40:26Speaker 8: I'll play it, but I don't have.
- 40:27Speaker 1: To give the kid a shot, all right?
- 40:33Speaker 5: With the waterfowl specialist.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Okay, you will be more.
- 40:35Speaker 5: Diverse, and I gotta leave it.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I'll tell you this. Max said he loves family feud
- 40:40Speaker 1: before we turned on the mics today.
- 40:41Speaker 5: I don't like family besides Steve and Brody.
- 40:48Speaker 1: The next decision you make, Yanni, is who's going to
- 40:50Speaker 1: go first and who's going to go second? I would
- 40:52Speaker 1: say the second position is tougher.
- 40:54Speaker 5: Oh right, do you want to take the tougher?
- 40:57Speaker 1: It doesn't matter, it's up to you. Let Max be
- 40:59Speaker 1: the here he wants it, Max Room. Max Reva is
- 41:07Speaker 1: going to come get you once we are done with
- 41:11Speaker 1: John go two doors away from us.
- 41:14Speaker 5: Not just I just have one request for next year too, sorry,
- 41:19Speaker 5: just one uh huh, that we could have the first
- 41:21Speaker 5: rounds matter a little bit more. You could just adjust
- 41:25Speaker 5: the rules and that we have some eggnog here for
- 41:29Speaker 5: their Christmas.
- 41:30Speaker 1: I'll say the first rounds did matter because if the
- 41:33Speaker 1: Williams family didn't win that first round, we wouldn't have
- 41:37Speaker 1: even had a fourth round. Your team just would have
- 41:39Speaker 1: had all the points at that point. So it did matter.
- 41:42Speaker 5: So we could have polarized them more than we could.
- 41:45Speaker 1: Have taken every point available in the game, but you didn't.
- 41:50Speaker 1: So that fourth round.
- 41:51Speaker 5: And next year, let's put a little Calcutta on it
- 41:53Speaker 5: and like just say, okay that we have to go
- 41:55Speaker 5: to champions afterwards and the losing team buys beer.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Sure, so egg nod Calcutta duck in Turkey noises and
- 42:04Speaker 1: out calls. That was requested by Brody. You'd writing all
- 42:08Speaker 1: this down.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Phil, Yeah, definitely.
- 42:09Speaker 3: Also on that note, I just want to say the
- 42:12Speaker 3: audience at home probably didn't really realize this. I apologize
- 42:15Speaker 3: to the Williams family for going to the judge on
- 42:18Speaker 3: the trivia thing and that kind of gave them the
- 42:19Speaker 3: crossword puzzle hint, but for the first question held on
- 42:23Speaker 3: for the first question. I switched to the slide before
- 42:27Speaker 3: Spencer finished reading the question, and Randall was able to
- 42:29Speaker 3: read it, and that's why he digged in before Spence question.
- 42:32Speaker 4: And began, if you were hunting reindeer.
- 42:37Speaker 5: What time of the year would it be?
- 42:38Speaker 7: Uh?
- 42:38Speaker 1: Huh okay, so Yannie, I'm going to read you find
- 42:42Speaker 1: your timers starts after I finished reading the first question.
- 42:47Speaker 1: You'll answer as fast as possible. If you get stuck
- 42:49Speaker 1: on one, you can say pass and we will come
- 42:52Speaker 1: back to that at the end. But that usually doesn't
- 42:55Speaker 1: work out really well.
- 42:55Speaker 5: Right, so I got a blurt stuff.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Maybe just do your best to give an answer right away.
- 42:59Speaker 1: We have the timer sitting between us here.
- 43:02Speaker 5: This was fun until now now I feel anxiety.
- 43:05Speaker 1: He's wearing a Santa coat with a.
- 43:08Speaker 5: Bass layer wool baslayer on underneath it it's getting.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Hot, and a pair of ribbon tassels.
- 43:16Speaker 1: He's provided all the excuses for why this may not go.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Let's go, all right, Your time starts when I finished
- 43:22Speaker 1: reading the first question. If a hunter wrote the twelve
- 43:27Speaker 1: days of Christmas, what birds would they sing about geese?
- 43:30Speaker 1: Who would be on Phil's Naughty List?
- 43:33Speaker 5: Spencer?
- 43:33Speaker 1: Name it outdoor activity you do on Christmas?
- 43:36Speaker 5: Hunt?
- 43:36Speaker 1: If Clay was Santo, what animal would pull his sleigh bear?
- 43:41Speaker 1: Name a gift every fisherman would want?
- 43:44Speaker 5: Uh soft plastic.
- 43:46Speaker 1: He got it just in time. He got all of
- 43:48Speaker 1: his answers he needed. So we're now going to take
- 43:52Speaker 1: a look at the board and see how you did
- 43:56Speaker 1: fill any questions Before we start looking at these.
- 44:00Speaker 3: We're going graphics this year because it took so long
- 44:02Speaker 3: this year, so I'm just adding them up now and
- 44:04Speaker 3: I believe I have the total score he has, but
- 44:09Speaker 3: we don't have graphics this year.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Okay, So do you guys.
- 44:11Speaker 5: Feel I did pretty good?
- 44:13Speaker 4: I feel like there's only one answer for.
- 44:15Speaker 5: The Yeah, the last answer was weak. Yeah.
- 44:18Speaker 4: I would have gone with Steve for the Naughty list.
- 44:20Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, but leaving that for my partner.
- 44:23Speaker 1: There you go. That's a decent strategy. Okay, So we're
- 44:25Speaker 1: gonna see how many points you got for question one.
- 44:27Speaker 1: If a hunter wrote the twelve Days of Christmas, what
- 44:31Speaker 1: birds would they sing about? See surveys or Yanni says
- 44:37Speaker 1: geese survey says seven people. Seven people said geese. Question two, No,
- 44:50Speaker 1: not yet, now yet? Who would be on Phil's naughty list?
- 44:54Speaker 1: You said Spencer. Survey says twelve twelve people said Spencer.
- 45:04Speaker 1: Name an outdoor activity you do on Christmas Day? Remind
- 45:06Speaker 1: me of what your answer was? Hunt?
- 45:09Speaker 5: What this family is doing?
- 45:11Speaker 1: Yanni says hunt.
- 45:13Speaker 5: Survey says number one answer.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Twenty eight people said they're gonna hunt as an outdoor
- 45:20Speaker 1: activity on Christmas Day. If Clay was Santa, what animal
- 45:24Speaker 1: would pull his sleigh? What was your answer?
- 45:26Speaker 4: Bar eighty two?
- 45:28Speaker 1: Yanni says bear.
- 45:30Speaker 5: Number two answer.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Survey says bear get thirty one people said bear. That
- 45:36Speaker 1: is not the number one answer. And finally, name a
- 45:40Speaker 1: gift every fisherman would want. You said, soft plastics. Survey
- 45:47Speaker 1: says nineteen people said fishing tackle, which we're going to
- 45:52Speaker 1: give you phishing tackle. So how many points did he get? Phil?
- 45:58Speaker 5: Ninety nine points?
- 46:00Speaker 1: Ninety nine points.
- 46:01Speaker 5: That means you go get Maxwell. Your team has a
- 46:05Speaker 5: little work to do, but he needs one hundred and one.
- 46:08Speaker 1: He needs one hundred one points.
- 46:10Speaker 5: Yeah, as long as he can, say Steven Ranela.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Don't no answer and we can't help him out.
- 46:16Speaker 4: No, I know there's a real recurring theme here with
- 46:20Speaker 4: uh just getting right up to the line of competitive dishonestly.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Maxwell some time, Randall, Maxwell, don't get time on this.
- 46:32Speaker 1: How do you think your partner did if you had
- 46:34Speaker 1: to guess?
- 46:35Speaker 8: I don't know what the questions were.
- 46:37Speaker 1: So well, your team needs two hundred points. What do
- 46:39Speaker 1: you think Yanni got?
- 46:40Speaker 8: He probably got I don't know, Buck twenty five.
- 46:45Speaker 1: He got ninety nine points, so bad. There are one
- 46:48Speaker 1: hundred one points that to come up.
- 46:51Speaker 8: I mean there's a couple of top answers that he didn't.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not going to tell you.
- 46:56Speaker 5: He is a real family few.
- 46:59Speaker 1: No like this. He knows what's going on. So Maxwell,
- 47:05Speaker 1: you have you have twenty seconds. If you repeat one
- 47:08Speaker 1: of Yanni's answers, I will tell you to try again.
- 47:11Speaker 1: You have twenty seconds to finish the survey. Your timer
- 47:14Speaker 1: starts when I finish reading the first question.
- 47:17Speaker 8: How many questions are there?
- 47:18Speaker 1: Five questions? Are you ready? Yeah? If a hunter wrote
- 47:23Speaker 1: the Twelve Days of Christmas, what birds would they sing about?
- 47:28Speaker 1: Goose Mallard? Who would be on Phil's naughty list? Probably Steve?
- 47:34Speaker 1: Name an outdoor activity you do on Christmas? Hunt? If
- 47:37Speaker 1: Clay was repeat skate? If Clay was saying, to what
- 47:41Speaker 1: animal would pull a sleigh? Blackbird? Repeat? Tim his squirrel
- 47:46Speaker 1: dog name a gift? Every fisherman would want a boat?
- 47:52Speaker 4: That there are some emotion in that last.
- 48:02Speaker 1: He finished just in time. And for number number one,
- 48:05Speaker 1: you said goose, which was a repeat. I didn't have
- 48:07Speaker 1: a chance to tell you a repeat. And then you
- 48:09Speaker 1: said duck Duck, I said, be your answer for number one?
- 48:13Speaker 1: All right, your team needs one.
- 48:15Speaker 5: We got this. Those are solid, solid answers.
- 48:18Speaker 1: If a hunter wrote the twelve Days of Christmas, what
- 48:21Speaker 1: birds would they sing about? Maxwell?
- 48:24Speaker 8: You said birds, So I thought it was multiple.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Maxwell said, Duck. Survey says number one answer. Thirty one
- 48:34Speaker 1: people said Duck random has encouraged his team to not clap.
- 48:45Speaker 1: For question two, who would be on Phil's Naughty Last Christmas?
- 48:54Speaker 1: You said, Steve, that's the number one answer. Sixty four people, yes, said.
- 49:03Speaker 5: I said, Spencer, Oh that's a good one.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Question Number three, Name in outdoor activity you do on
- 49:07Speaker 1: Christmas Day? You said skating. Survey says zero people.
- 49:16Speaker 5: I thought we were going to count number three for that, Spencer.
- 49:19Speaker 1: I think we need a little drama. Okay, how many
- 49:22Speaker 1: points does this tap?
- 49:23Speaker 5: I mean do you want me to spoil it for you?
- 49:26Speaker 1: How how many points does this he map we need?
- 49:28Speaker 3: Like, do you mean do you mean like for fast money,
- 49:31Speaker 3: for fast money, We're gonna give that away.
- 49:33Speaker 5: Two hundred and sixty three, so we're good.
- 49:36Speaker 1: They have two hundred sixty three points. Heck, yeah we do. No,
- 49:39Speaker 1: they can't because they got thirty one and then sixty Spencer.
- 49:43Speaker 3: That's why I said, right now, that's the total that
- 49:45Speaker 3: they have. They Sorry, I spoiled the game. They win,
- 49:48Speaker 3: they win, they did it.
- 49:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm confused.
- 49:52Speaker 3: The total the total of yan because I have the
- 49:55Speaker 3: total right here of Giannis and Max at the entire
- 49:58Speaker 3: all five questions.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Oh no, no, no, I meant so far okay, Well yeah, okay, we.
- 50:04Speaker 5: Didn't specify that your two wins you.
- 50:07Speaker 1: Got, you got. I was talking about so far. Sorry, no.
- 50:15Speaker 5: Answer, Spencer.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Well, so number number three you said skate, We're gonna
- 50:22Speaker 1: give you zero. For that number four you said dogs
- 50:25Speaker 1: would pull Clay's sleigh. That was the number three answer.
- 50:29Speaker 1: And for the last one, name a gift every fisherman
- 50:31Speaker 1: would want. You said boat. That's the number one answer.

- 51:16Speaker 1: four people said that I was number three. Twelve people
- 51:19Speaker 1: said that k Krim was number two. Fifteen people as
- 51:23Speaker 1: say it was.
- 51:23Speaker 5: A large gap between Step and Krin.
- 51:27Speaker 1: Number four. What are your guesses? Figure? It's not me not,
- 51:30Speaker 1: said Matt Randall.
- 51:32Speaker 5: We've talked about this person today already because of.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Five people said cal the fifth answer, you're not going
- 51:40Speaker 1: to get people too far from the microphone would be
- 51:43Speaker 1: on Phil's naughty list. Five people said that an outdoor

- 52:09Speaker 1: The other ones you're missing are the bottom three answers cooking.
- 52:12Speaker 1: Eleven people said that shooting guns. Eight people said that.
- 52:17Speaker 4: That's not necessarily an outdoor activity, and.
