- 1:14Speaker 2: connection between the Knicks and the San Antonio basketball history.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So they're all in. They're all in on the NBA Finals.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:20Speaker 2: If you are deciding between scrolling through Instagram or TikTok
- 1:23Speaker 2: or working on a hobby, scientists saying the hobby wins
- 1:26Speaker 2: every single time, and they did research on it, so
- 1:29Speaker 2: they found people who spent time doing things like crafting, cooking, gardening, sports,
- 1:33Speaker 2: or music actually reported just feeling happier and less stressed
- 1:38Speaker 2: and more satisfied with life overall. Meanwhile, mindless phone scrolling
- 1:43Speaker 2: was linked to lower well being. I mean, we've heard
- 1:45Speaker 2: this a million times, suggesting your favorite hobby is actually
- 1:48Speaker 2: going to be one of the best mood boosters around.
- 1:51Speaker 2: I know you want to veg out and just kind
- 1:52Speaker 2: of like let go and scroll doom scroll or scroll aimlessly,
- 1:57Speaker 2: but it's actually going to help your overall mental health
- 2:00Speaker 2: health to just go do something you actually enjoy doing.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And that's three things you need to know. You know,
- 2:06Speaker 1: my wife had that event dog Mom's Day, and Cayl
- 2:10Speaker 1: you were there, Yeah, broke my back right there we go.
- 2:17Speaker 3: My wife had that dog Mom's day and you were there.
- 2:19Speaker 3: And one of the things that a lot of people
- 2:21Speaker 3: like about dog Mom's day is.
- 2:23Speaker 1: The goodie bag, right, love the goodie bag.
- 2:26Speaker 3: So there was something in the goodie bag. I was
- 2:27Speaker 3: complaining about something. So I have sleep apnea and I
- 2:31Speaker 3: sleep with this mask with a seapot machine. And we
- 2:34Speaker 3: had to do this photo shoot. I did this photo
- 2:36Speaker 3: shoot for this magazine's coming out in a couple months,
- 2:38Speaker 3: and I'll tell you about that when it comes out.
- 2:40Speaker 3: And they wanted to shoot at five am at my
- 2:42Speaker 3: house on Sunday, and I told Blake, I said, I go, man,
- 2:45Speaker 3: I'm freaked out about it because I get this mark
- 2:47Speaker 3: on my side of my face, my mask, and most
- 2:49Speaker 3: of the time before I come in here, I spend
- 2:51Speaker 3: most of my morning rubbing it all in right here
- 2:52Speaker 3: to rub the mark out of my face before I
- 2:55Speaker 3: come in. And she says, I got something for you.
- 2:59Speaker 3: She goes it was in the Love Pup goodie bag.
- 3:01Speaker 3: And it's a little roller thing, right, And it's like
- 3:04Speaker 3: it's it's a bigger roll. It's like what do you
- 3:06Speaker 3: call It looks like a toothbrush but with rollers that is.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It's really called roller for your face and then you
- 3:12Speaker 2: put it like in the freezer, and oh you put
- 3:14Speaker 2: it in a freezers really good when you put it
- 3:16Speaker 2: in the freezer.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Anyway, it's now become part of my routine. I've been
- 3:19Speaker 1: doing out every day for.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Add some of that because it's wild. Because I also,
- 3:25Speaker 3: you know, like the wrinkles on your forehead. It's like
- 3:27Speaker 3: I looked the wrinkles on my forehead and I roll
- 3:28Speaker 3: this thing out of my forehead and then the wrinkles
- 3:30Speaker 3: go away.
- 3:30Speaker 1: It's really weird. And I just now I'm like obsessed
- 3:33Speaker 1: with rolling.
- 3:33Speaker 4: My face and promotes blood flow. It's like supposed to
- 3:37Speaker 4: bring that plump usefulness back into your face.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Did you you get one when you're.
- 3:41Speaker 2: In the the Yeah, it's in my freezer.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Right. Have you ever had one before? Yes? I have?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Oh you have? And now you have two or you
- 3:48Speaker 1: got rid of it.
- 3:48Speaker 2: I don't know where the other one went. I think
- 3:50Speaker 2: I lost it. So now I just have that one,
- 3:51Speaker 2: and it's pretty amazing. I didn't know you Payton going too.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I brought her a goodie bag. Yeah, she wasn't able
- 3:56Speaker 2: to go, and I said, I asked, is it okay
- 3:57Speaker 2: if I bring peyton one of the goodie bags, and
- 3:59Speaker 2: they were so nice and let me.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Yeah, they have like different versions of those, because they
- 4:03Speaker 4: also have ones that are like handheld. They're like gashes
- 4:05Speaker 4: and you have to like scrape your face up and
- 4:08Speaker 4: it like yeah, it's like the roller one is really
- 4:11Speaker 4: nice because it's a lot easier to use, but like
- 4:13Speaker 4: the guasher you have to like, yeah.
- 4:15Speaker 2: That was intimidating to me.
- 4:16Speaker 5: It literally looks like a flat like a like I
- 4:19Speaker 5: don't know, like a flat saucer type weird shape thing,
- 4:23Speaker 5: but I kind of I think it actually kind of
- 4:25Speaker 5: looks like one of the ghosts from back Man.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Well, the rollers what I'm talking about, And I think
- 4:31Speaker 3: it's a lot of fun to do, and I'm gonna
- 4:33Speaker 3: take one with me. Just take it whenever in meetings,
- 4:36Speaker 3: just rolling my face out. Just make it part of
- 4:38Speaker 3: my life. Keep it in my pocket.
