West Virginia’s pouring half a million dollars into a bold new program designed to get more people — especially those with health challenges — back to work. Called “Health to Prosperity,” it’s boosting the Workforce Catalyst Program to help employers hire and retain workers who need a little extra support, by covering costs for workplace adjustments and easing administrative burdens.
