- 0:00Speaker 1: So we have a couple of articles tonight. One will
- 0:02Speaker 1: be from Fox News and the other is from the Sun.
- 0:06Speaker 1: A couple of interesting articles.
- 0:08Speaker 2: For sure.
- 0:08Speaker 1: We have another accuser that has come out and named
- 0:11Speaker 1: not only Jeffrey Epstein, but no, no, no no, our
- 0:15Speaker 1: best friend Lady g Maxwell as well as one of
- 0:18Speaker 1: her abusers. So we'll read that article and we'll see
- 0:22Speaker 1: what they have to say about that, add a little
- 0:24Speaker 1: bit more context, some more layers to the story, and
- 0:27Speaker 1: hopefully peel back some layers. Right Usually it seems like
- 0:30Speaker 1: it's fifty to fifty. Every time we think we're making
- 0:32Speaker 1: some ground and finding out what exactly goes on, there's,
- 0:35Speaker 1: you know, another layer to peel back. And that's just
- 0:38Speaker 1: the way cases like this go, when there's a trickle
- 0:40Speaker 1: of evidence that comes out and not you know, there's
- 0:42Speaker 1: no there's no big like court case where we're gonna
- 0:44Speaker 1: get huge discovery as of right now, although we could
- 0:47Speaker 1: get a treasure trove of information by the end of
- 0:50Speaker 1: the year. We'll see what happens in that case. If
- 0:53Speaker 1: you want to get in contact with me, you can
- 0:55Speaker 1: do that at bo b B y c ap you
- 0:58Speaker 1: c c I at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby Kapucci
- 1:02Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. All right, so let's jump into
- 1:06Speaker 1: these articles and see what we have going on. The
- 1:08Speaker 1: first one from Fox is a criminal defense attorney, why
- 1:12Speaker 1: Prince Andrew should just shut up about Jeffrey Epstein. Criminal
- 1:16Speaker 1: defense attorney Johnas spilboor argued that Prince Andrew is teetering
- 1:20Speaker 1: on being criminally accused following a disastrous recent interview of
- 1:24Speaker 1: the British Royal and growing calls from Jeffrey Epstein's victims
- 1:27Speaker 1: that the Prince should meet with the US investigators as
- 1:30Speaker 1: soon as possible. I realize this is a very sensitive case,
- 1:34Speaker 1: numerous victims, horrible allegations, said Spilbour on America's Newsroom on Friday.
- 1:39Speaker 1: But if I were advising him, he really needs to
- 1:41Speaker 1: stop talking. He really needs to shut up. Remember that's
- 1:44Speaker 1: Act said the same thing. Look, I'm not a lawyer,
- 1:46Speaker 1: but any stretch of the imagination, but I know that
- 1:49Speaker 1: you got to keep your mouth shut, especially when you're guilty.
- 1:52Speaker 1: It's looking the way Andrew is. You need to have
- 1:55Speaker 1: a lawyer with you. You can't just be running at
- 1:58Speaker 1: you your yap because you're going to dig your grave.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Look what he's doing right now. The Duke of York
- 2:04Speaker 1: announced Wednesday that he was retreating from his royal duties
- 2:07Speaker 1: for the foreseeable future and what amounted to Buckingham Palace
- 2:10Speaker 1: firing in Queen Elizabeth's second son over his relationship with
- 2:14Speaker 1: the convicted sex offender and accused sex trafficker Epstein. In
- 2:18Speaker 1: a statement, Andrew said he was willing to help any
- 2:20Speaker 1: appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations if required. On Thursday,
- 2:26Speaker 1: Gloria Alred, who was representing several of Epstein's victims, said
- 2:29Speaker 1: the Prince must tell us authorities about what he knows
- 2:32Speaker 1: regarding an alleged sex trafficking ring run by Epstein and
- 2:36Speaker 1: potentially involving Epstein's close friend gives Lane Maxwell, this is
- 2:40Speaker 1: a good lead into our next story. Like I said,
- 2:41Speaker 1: I haven't read this one yet, so it's a nice
- 2:44Speaker 1: little lead in there. Huh.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Perfect.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I'm glad that he's willing to speak to law enforcement,
- 2:49Speaker 1: although I am not sure what he means by quote
- 2:51Speaker 1: if required end quote said already is he insisting that
- 2:55Speaker 1: he'd be served with the subpoena to testify? Look, I
- 2:57Speaker 1: think that's the proper thing to do here. Think that
- 3:00Speaker 1: they should. They should serve him with the subpoena, bring
- 3:02Speaker 1: him in, get him on record, see what he has
- 3:05Speaker 1: to say, and look, if he's an innocent man, this
- 3:07Speaker 1: is his chance to clear his name. He's gonna have
- 3:09Speaker 1: access to the highest profile attorneys out there. He's gonna
- 3:12Speaker 1: have every shot in the world to beat this case
- 3:14Speaker 1: if it goes criminal on him. So let's see where
- 3:17Speaker 1: the card. Let's let's see your cards, right. What are
- 3:20Speaker 1: you running from? There gotta be something going on. All
- 3:26Speaker 1: of this follows a widely panned interview that Andrew did
- 3:29Speaker 1: with the BBC on Monday, during during which he denied
- 3:32Speaker 1: that he had a sexual relationship with an underage girl,
- 3:35Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, at Maxwell's home in London in two thousand
- 3:38Speaker 1: and one. Robert's allegation and others are detailed and then
- 3:41Speaker 1: Fox New in the Fox Nation documentary The Twisted World
- 3:44Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein. I highly suggest you guys watch that.
- 3:47Speaker 1: If you haven't, there's a hyperlink here for it. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: don't know if it's you have to pay for it
- 3:53Speaker 1: or not. I was able to watch it without paying.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I don't know if it's behind the paywall or whatnot.
- 3:59Speaker 1: But if you have access to Fox Nation and you
- 4:02Speaker 1: want to watch it, the hyperlink will be in this article.
- 4:05Speaker 1: One of Jeffrey Epstein's most high profile accusers, Virginia Roberts,
- 4:09Speaker 1: accuses Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was
- 4:12Speaker 1: just seventeen, said Fox News National correspondent Brian Lennis. In
- 4:16Speaker 1: the Fox Nation investigation, there is a pretty damning two
- 4:20Speaker 1: thousand and one photo of Prince Andrew wrapping his hand
- 4:22Speaker 1: around Virginia roberts waist when she was a minor, continued Lennis,
- 4:26Speaker 1: who covered the Epstein case for Fox News, and in
- 4:29Speaker 1: the background you can see who is widely known as
- 4:32Speaker 1: the primary alleged primary co conspirator, and his former ex girlfriend,
- 4:36Speaker 1: gis Lane Maxwell. He says that he has never seen
- 4:38Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein take part in the alleged behavior.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, sure, you.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Know, like I said, the little monkeys see no evil here,
- 4:45Speaker 1: no evil, speak no evil. Maybe we should make some merch.
- 4:48Speaker 1: We should do the three Little Monkeys, but we should
- 4:50Speaker 1: have Jeffrey Epstein's face on one, Prince Andrew's face on one,
- 4:53Speaker 1: and gis Lane Maxwell's face on one, because that's how
- 4:56Speaker 1: ridiculous all three of these people are and like I
- 4:58Speaker 1: said before, believe me when I I tell you if
- 5:00Speaker 1: anyone's ever deserved to die, it's Jeffrey Epstein. But the
- 5:04Speaker 1: problem with that is we don't want his secrets to
- 5:07Speaker 1: die with him, right. We wanted to extract those secrets
- 5:09Speaker 1: from him and then throw him in the mainline and
- 5:11Speaker 1: let the convicts.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Do their work.
- 5:15Speaker 1: In addition, Lennis said, there's a Daily Mail video reportedly
- 5:19Speaker 1: from December sixth, twenty ten, that shows Prince Andrew sort
- 5:22Speaker 1: of peeking out the front door of Jeffrey Epstein's New
- 5:24Speaker 1: York City mansion. What makes that look even worse is
- 5:27Speaker 1: that a young brunette is seen leaving the house as
- 5:30Speaker 1: he's opening that door, and less than an hour before that,
- 5:32Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein has seen exiting his home with a young blonde.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is now saying that twenty ten visit was
- 5:39Speaker 1: about formally breaking his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, that is
- 5:43Speaker 1: what he says. All right, Let's back up a second here,
- 5:46Speaker 1: all right? Who is the young brunette? Has she been
- 5:50Speaker 1: identified yet? Have I missed that? Has anybody out there?
- 5:53Speaker 1: Can anybody listening identify her?
- 5:55Speaker 2: If so?
- 5:55Speaker 1: Shoot me an email at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot
- 5:58Speaker 1: com because I have no idea. I haven't seen an
- 6:02Speaker 1: identity for the brunette. Has she come out and spoke yet?
- 6:05Speaker 1: I mean, she was a witness of Andrew being there.
- 6:07Speaker 1: This is what I'm talking about. Why isn't this a
- 6:09Speaker 1: Rico case yet? In less than an hour before that,
- 6:12Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was seen exiting with a young blonde. Well,
- 6:15Speaker 1: who's the young blonde? Have we seen?
- 6:17Speaker 2: Have we got a name for her? Yet?
- 6:19Speaker 1: Still a lot of questions and still hardly any answers, right, folks,
- 6:23Speaker 1: That's what's so confounding about this whole situation. So we
- 6:26Speaker 1: just got to keep digging. We had to keep grinding.
- 6:28Speaker 1: It's like being in a championship fight. You know, one
- 6:31Speaker 1: round to them, one round to you, bite down on
- 6:33Speaker 1: your mouthpiece, meet him in the middle of the ring
- 6:35Speaker 1: and start throwing bombs. Because that's basically what we're in here.
- 6:39Speaker 1: These poor victims are in the fight of their life,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and all we can do is keep the pressure on
- 6:44Speaker 1: by keeping the story out there. Former LAPD homicide detective
- 6:51Speaker 1: Mark Furman, Oh yeah, let's listen to this guy. This
- 6:53Speaker 1: guy's definitely a great source. Huh, he has no skeletons
- 6:57Speaker 1: in his closet. Why would anyone even this? I'm sorry,
- 7:01Speaker 1: this is a rant that's a little.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Bit off topic.
- 7:03Speaker 1: But why would you hire this guy and bring him
- 7:05Speaker 1: onto your network?
- 7:06Speaker 2: What is he?
- 7:08Speaker 1: What does he bring to the network that somebody else
- 7:10Speaker 1: couldn't bring. I mean, if any of you out there
- 7:12Speaker 1: like him, hey, that's cool, that's your opinion. This is
- 7:14Speaker 1: just happens to be my opinion. I don't feel like
- 7:16Speaker 1: he brings anything to the story. He's kind of like
- 7:18Speaker 1: a Gloria already to me, right, he detracts from whatever
- 7:21Speaker 1: he talks about.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I see that name and I just roll my eyes. Boy.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Former LAPD homicide detective Mark Furman told Fox News that
- 7:31Speaker 1: US authorities may use Andrew's cooperation to help build a
- 7:34Speaker 1: case against Maxwell. Well, that's definitely a good thing. We've
- 7:37Speaker 1: been wanting that forever, and it shouldn't just be I
- 7:40Speaker 1: don't know what's taken so long. Like I said, it
- 7:43Speaker 1: has all the hallmarks of a Rico case. First, they
- 7:48Speaker 1: want Prince Andrew to admit that he was having sex
- 7:51Speaker 1: with his accuser, said Furman. Once that is established, they'll
- 7:54Speaker 1: want to know how did Epstein set up the meetings
- 7:56Speaker 1: with the girls and what was Maxwell's part. Lastly, who
- 7:59Speaker 1: else would at these Epstein parties? Well, we already know who.
- 8:02Speaker 1: We know that George Stephanopolis was at the party. We
- 8:05Speaker 1: know Katie Kirk was there, we know that Charlie Rose
- 8:09Speaker 1: was there, several other people that I'm skipping my mind
- 8:13Speaker 1: right now, but we know that there.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Was a bevy of high profile people there.
- 8:17Speaker 1: And these are the same people that will get on
- 8:19Speaker 1: their TV and they will talk about for women's rights
- 8:22Speaker 1: or whatever they're grand standing. You know, their grand standing
- 8:27Speaker 1: soapbox issue is of the day where whatever they can
- 8:30Speaker 1: virtue signal about the most where they think they can
- 8:32Speaker 1: gain a little bit of points. It's just absolutely ridiculous
- 8:35Speaker 1: the way the whole entire culture has slid. The investigators
- 8:40Speaker 1: need to need participants to show intent and knowledge. Firm
- 8:43Speaker 1: And explained the FBI is still looking to indict Maxwell.
- 8:46Speaker 1: She isn't hiding, but the FBI is trying to develop
- 8:49Speaker 1: a case. They want to establish an ongoing sex trafficking
- 8:52Speaker 1: ring to work inside the statute of limitations so they
- 8:55Speaker 1: can charge.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Maxwell and others.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Look look like I said, if they can raid Roger
- 9:00Speaker 1: Stone's house and pull him out at gunpoint. They can
- 9:03Speaker 1: find gis Lane Maxwell and make an arrest her at
- 9:05Speaker 1: the very least. All right, look, she's not she's not royalty.
- 9:08Speaker 1: She's all she is is Oh yeah, Bellie, I forgot
- 9:12Speaker 1: protected by intelligence. They are the most insidious group of
- 9:17Speaker 1: people that we ever discuss on this show. They're the
- 9:20Speaker 1: people that put all of this stuff into motion. They're
- 9:22Speaker 1: the people that make the authorities look the other way
- 9:24Speaker 1: because you know, it.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Served the greater good. It served the greater good.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Just like they're endless Wars and Fox Nations. The Furman
- 9:33Speaker 1: Diary special investigation, the twenty year old veteran detective spoke
- 9:37Speaker 1: about the people, about the people in Epstein's orbit who
- 9:40Speaker 1: may have helped enable his behavior. You kind of wonder,
- 9:42Speaker 1: how does Jeffrey Epstein get away with this? Firman told
- 9:45Speaker 1: Fox Nation. There's been many people that have been described
- 9:48Speaker 1: as having hung around him, socialized with them, friended him.
- 9:52Speaker 1: We have Prince Andrew, I mean the heir to the
- 9:54Speaker 1: throne of England. Incorrect, He's eighth in line. See this
- 9:56Speaker 1: is what I'm talking about. Furman's no expert on this case,
- 9:59Speaker 1: and the people you you see on TV talking about
- 10:01Speaker 1: the Epstein case, for the most part, they aren't experts either.
- 10:04Speaker 1: You guys out there no way more than most of
- 10:06Speaker 1: these people. Some of the emails I get, you should,
- 10:08Speaker 1: I get bum blown away by some of the things
- 10:10Speaker 1: you guys are talking about. You guys, you know, you're
- 10:14Speaker 1: very informed, a very informed audience out there, and that
- 10:17Speaker 1: go that just goes to show you how interested everybody
- 10:20Speaker 1: is in this.
- 10:21Speaker 2: And it also goes to show you. What it really
- 10:23Speaker 2: goes to show you, though, is how little.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Trust that you have in the media, the legacy media
- 10:28Speaker 1: at this point, independent journalists and people that create content.
- 10:34Speaker 1: That's that's the future, because there these are people that
- 10:38Speaker 1: are they without their credibility, They have nothing right, they
- 10:43Speaker 1: don't have the backing they if they write a bad
- 10:45Speaker 1: story or they come on and they're blowing hot air
- 10:48Speaker 1: all the time on their program, nobody wants to hear that.
- 10:50Speaker 1: They can go get that from the mainstream media. But
- 10:52Speaker 1: in the mainstream media, you're protected by whatever outlet you
- 10:55Speaker 1: work for, unless you're a whistleblower. But when you're you know,
- 10:58Speaker 1: an independent operation, you have to you know, you got
- 11:01Speaker 1: to do the right thing. You know there's a.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Something.
- 11:05Speaker 2: You know, the audience expects you to bring them the
- 11:09Speaker 2: right information.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So you got this guy Mark Furman on Fox and
- 11:13Speaker 1: he doesn't even know the basics of Prince Andrew's, you know,
- 11:16Speaker 1: line of succession. All he has to do is read
- 11:18Speaker 1: one or two articles from England and he'd know that.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Why would somebody hang around somebody that's a registered sex offender?
- 11:25Speaker 1: That's a good question. I gotta agree with him there.
- 11:27Speaker 1: So somebody would say, well, he wasn't a registered sex
- 11:30Speaker 1: offender when they first associated with them. If you did
- 11:32Speaker 1: not know who Jeffrey Epstein was in a very short
- 11:34Speaker 1: period of time knowing him, then you're blind, deaf and
- 11:37Speaker 1: dummy said, Hey, what did I just say about the merch?
- 11:39Speaker 1: I'm telling you we might be onto something here. Folks
- 11:42Speaker 1: that might be a little Christmas type deals him as
- 11:44Speaker 1: like Santa Santa Monkeys, right, something like that. America's Newsroom
- 11:51Speaker 1: host Sandra Smith asked Spillboor what may come next for
- 11:55Speaker 1: the British Royal? He can cooperate willingly or he can
- 11:58Speaker 1: be subpoenaed. Would it help this case if he'd voluntarily
- 12:00Speaker 1: communicated and cooperated with authorities? I say no, answered Spilboir.
- 12:04Speaker 1: He's got pictures of himself with a girl who was
- 12:07Speaker 1: underage at the time, who said that she was forced
- 12:09Speaker 1: to have sex with him. That is a crime. If
- 12:12Speaker 1: he is subpoenaed, he would be able to plead the
- 12:14Speaker 1: fifth because he's teetering on being criminally accused. She concluded, Wow,
- 12:19Speaker 1: holy smokes. So we're at a point where Prince Andrew
- 12:22Speaker 1: was getting advice from a lawyer in America on Fox News.
- 12:26Speaker 1: That's how far we've come in this case. She's basically
- 12:28Speaker 1: telling him, you're a dumb idiot. Keep your yab shut
- 12:30Speaker 1: because you're gonna just keep burying yourself.
- 12:33Speaker 2: So you got to think.
- 12:35Speaker 1: That whatever high profile lawyer he gets is gonna there's
- 12:38Speaker 1: no way he's gonna let him talk to the FBI,
- 12:40Speaker 1: No way, even if he's subpoena it's going to be
- 12:43Speaker 1: very structured and very safe, right. I mean, it's not
- 12:48Speaker 1: like they're going after their own their political opponents, because
- 12:50Speaker 1: we know how that works now or in this country
- 12:53Speaker 1: and in around the world. Oh yeah, you can use
- 12:55Speaker 1: your intelligence agencies and you can hammer your political opponents
- 12:58Speaker 1: both sides. So that's where we're at with that kind
- 13:02Speaker 1: of nonsense. These dudes just get away with it. You know,
- 13:05Speaker 1: he's not going to be pressed by the FBI. The
- 13:07Speaker 1: fbi'll just you know, they'll soft glove it, white glove it.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I'm guessing I really have no faith in the FBI
- 13:12Speaker 1: at this point. I mean, when was the last time
- 13:14Speaker 1: the FBI is really stood tall before the wagon. I
- 13:19Speaker 1: can't even tell you. It's been a very long time
- 13:21Speaker 1: they haven't. You know, they prevent terrorist attacks. And this
- 13:24Speaker 1: is not an indictment on the day to day officers.
- 13:27Speaker 1: You know, the rank and file FBI officers, the men
- 13:29Speaker 1: and women that are serving there. Those are good people.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Those are people that just want the right thing to
- 13:32Speaker 1: be done. It's the bureaucrats above them, the lifelong bureaucrats
- 13:36Speaker 1: that just want to play their political games on both
- 13:38Speaker 1: sides of the aisle, and they want to push and
- 13:40Speaker 1: they want to pull, and they don't want to conceive power,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and they think they know better. They believe that they
- 13:45Speaker 1: are above the law. They aren't elected. Presidents come and go,
- 13:48Speaker 1: but they stay.
- 13:51Speaker 3: All right, all right, enough of that.
- 13:53Speaker 1: The next article is from the Sun and it's about
- 13:58Speaker 1: our friend Lady G. Like I said, another accuser has
- 14:01Speaker 1: come forward and claims Pedophile and Gislaine Maxwell sexually assaulted
- 14:05Speaker 1: her in the New York mansion. Well, aren't they both pedophiles?
- 14:08Speaker 1: At this point, it's safe to say that Gisline Maxwell's
- 14:11Speaker 1: definitely her hands are as dirty as could be in
- 14:13Speaker 1: this situation.
- 14:14Speaker 2: So don't come at me.
- 14:15Speaker 1: With the accused allegedly enough, we know what she is.
- 14:19Speaker 1: She's a monster, all right. She's a child molesting monster,
- 14:22Speaker 1: and she'll be called that on this program. Her lawsuit
- 14:27Speaker 1: against the pedophile, which claims she was forced to flee
- 14:29Speaker 1: to a homeless shelter after being abused, brings the total
- 14:32Speaker 1: number of claims against Epstein's estate to seventeen. Identifying herself
- 14:37Speaker 1: as Jane Doe one thousand, the woman is seeking an
- 14:39Speaker 1: unspecified amount in damages for the abuse she suffered after
- 14:43Speaker 1: meeting the financier Pedophile in nineteen ninety nine. According to
- 14:47Speaker 1: the suit filed in the Southern District of New York
- 14:49Speaker 1: last Thursday, Jane Doe, who now lives in New Jersey,
- 14:52Speaker 1: claims she grew up in poverty before Epstein Lurder and
- 14:55Speaker 1: with a promise of a modeling career with Victoria's Secret
- 14:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Victoria's secret again, Les Wexner. Les Wexner, you
- 15:03Speaker 1: are involved in all of this, Sir, you need to
- 15:06Speaker 1: answer questions another man that should be subpoena if he
- 15:08Speaker 1: won't talk willingly. But no, he has a bunch of
- 15:12Speaker 1: dough so it's cool. He'll do whatever he wants while
- 15:14Speaker 1: you and I, Oh, you don't pay that traffic ticket jail.
- 15:17Speaker 1: You're not paying the irs, garnish wages, jail, et cetera,
- 15:21Speaker 1: et cetera. The woman claimed she was forced to give
- 15:26Speaker 1: Epstein sexual massages at his mansion in New York, as
- 15:29Speaker 1: well as his Palm Beach residence. She claims she finally
- 15:32Speaker 1: escaped after being sexually assaulted by both Epstein and Maxwell,
- 15:36Speaker 1: who allegedly penetrated her with a sex toy, fleeing to
- 15:39Speaker 1: a Salvation Army facility. According to legal papers filed by
- 15:43Speaker 1: law firm Boys Schiller and Flexner. All right, so we
- 15:47Speaker 1: know David Boyse from the Virginia Jeoffrey case, Virginia Roberts case.
- 15:51Speaker 1: He was her lawyer and he had to recuse himself
- 15:53Speaker 1: because his ongoing battle with Dershowitz and now Chuck Cooper
- 15:56Speaker 1: slid in and he's he's Virginia Roberts lawyer. Now, all right,
- 16:00Speaker 1: everybody's caught up.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Back to the article.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Jane do one thousand claims she came into contact with
- 16:04Speaker 1: Epstein after she made a modeling appearance in late nineteen
- 16:07Speaker 1: ninety nine, reported Daily Mail. She details how she grew
- 16:10Speaker 1: up extremely poor and how at various times throughout her childhood.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Her mother had been homeless. And we see this as
- 16:15Speaker 2: a pattern.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Right, the most, ah, boy, the most disgusting possible, the
- 16:23Speaker 1: most disgusting, the most disgusting thing possible, right, the most
- 16:28Speaker 1: they have nobody to protect on people like this, This
- 16:30Speaker 1: poor girl, she comes from a broken home. She probably
- 16:32Speaker 1: didn't go too much school, she probably doesn't have much money, obviously.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Then this guy flies into her orbit and he has
- 16:37Speaker 1: all this money. He shows up, he has, you know,
- 16:40Speaker 1: a nice car, he has a helicopter, an island to
- 16:43Speaker 1: retreat and he wants to give you some Dota massage them.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Hell yeah, this is good business for these girls, right,
- 16:47Speaker 1: These girls were like two hundred bucks. That's a lot
- 16:50Speaker 1: of money.
- 16:51Speaker 2: And how do I know that? Well?
- 16:52Speaker 1: I know that because I grew up in the inner city.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I know people that come from broken homes. I know
- 16:56Speaker 1: people that, you know, two hundred dollars was a huge deal, right,
- 17:00Speaker 1: So I understand. I understand how it's.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Easy to.
- 17:06Speaker 1: It's easy for these girls to get caught up by
- 17:09Speaker 1: a real smooth talker like Epstein, and especially when a
- 17:11Speaker 1: woman's involved. Who thinks that a woman's gonna be involved
- 17:14Speaker 1: in molesting you? You know, it's very They had a
- 17:18Speaker 1: very elaborate operation going, these two. And if you think
- 17:20Speaker 1: these two dunderheads came up with it on their own,
- 17:23Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell you. I honestly don't
- 17:25Speaker 1: know what to tell you. I got beach rob Property
- 17:26Speaker 1: in Nevada to tell you.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Though, If you.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Believe that.
- 17:30Speaker 1: The woman was unable to enroll in secondary school because
- 17:32Speaker 1: she did not have a home address and often lived
- 17:35Speaker 1: without running water or electricity, according to court papers, Sheesh
- 17:39Speaker 1: the lawsuit reads, upon meeting Jane Doe, Epstein offered her
- 17:43Speaker 1: a position modeling with Victoria's Secret. He explained that he
- 17:47Speaker 1: was friends with Les Wexner, the chief executive of Victoria's
- 17:50Speaker 1: Secret parent company. How many girls were molested with Epstein
- 17:53Speaker 1: using that name?
- 17:55Speaker 2: I want to know.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I can't wait for all of it to come out
- 17:57Speaker 1: so we can compile it and go through all of
- 17:59Speaker 1: the papers and see exactly how many girls you had
- 18:02Speaker 1: mentioned Wexner before that he gets arrested, because if it
- 18:05Speaker 1: was you or I that was mentioned in any of
- 18:07Speaker 1: this stuff, we would forget it. We would have got
- 18:09Speaker 1: swat teamed, we would have been pulled out of our house,
- 18:11Speaker 1: forget about it. Why aren't these people held to the
- 18:15Speaker 1: same standard that everybody else is held to. Eventually, Epstein
- 18:22Speaker 1: moved Jane though into his apartment building on sixty sixth Street,
- 18:25Speaker 1: where he housed other models and young women that he
- 18:28Speaker 1: sexually abused, so that he could have complete control over
- 18:30Speaker 1: her life. You know, I would really love to se
- 18:33Speaker 1: all the other models, Brunette, the blonde.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Let's get some names here.
- 18:37Speaker 1: If these girls go on record, If anybody out there
- 18:40Speaker 1: knows how to get any of these girls on record,
- 18:41Speaker 1: I'll love to interview them, you know whatever. But we
- 18:47Speaker 1: need to there needs to be there needs to be
- 18:52Speaker 1: some context added to this stuff. These articles are good,
- 18:57Speaker 1: they give us a baseline, but we have to dig
- 18:59Speaker 1: deeper because it's just touching the surface. Her relationship with
- 19:05Speaker 1: Epstein quickly turned into one of sexual abuse. Claims of
- 19:09Speaker 1: abuse by Epstein and Maxwell. She also alleges Maxwell and
- 19:13Speaker 1: other friends of Epstein would call her and tell her
- 19:16Speaker 1: to go to the pedophile's mansion to give him a massage. However,
- 19:20Speaker 1: these massages quickly escalated into Epstein forcing himself on Jane
- 19:24Speaker 1: Doe against her will and engaging in one or more
- 19:27Speaker 1: sex act with her for his own sexual gratification. Court
- 19:30Speaker 1: paper state, this is just the same moo right every
- 19:33Speaker 1: single article we read about this six scumbag, this is
- 19:35Speaker 1: what he did. The woman claims she became terrified of Epstein,
- 19:39Speaker 1: who repeatedly threatened her and and made representations about his wealth,
- 19:43Speaker 1: power and connections. Again, all of these rich people that
- 19:46Speaker 1: are hanging out with him, all of these powerful people
- 19:48Speaker 1: that are hanging out with him, enabled him to do
- 19:50Speaker 1: what he did because because they were so powerful, when
- 19:55Speaker 1: he mentioned their names, these girls panicked, And do you
- 19:58Speaker 1: blame them? The lawsuit states Maxwell was waiting for her
- 20:03Speaker 1: and led her upstairs to Epstein's master bedroom. When they
- 20:06Speaker 1: got to the bedroom, sex toys were laid out on
- 20:08Speaker 1: the bed. And we've heard this whole story before. R.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Maxwell's done the same thing with other girls. Why is
- 20:12Speaker 1: she not in handcuffs? It's the most maddening part of
- 20:15Speaker 1: this case for me, She should definitely be in handcuffs
- 20:17Speaker 1: handcuffs right now. They definitely know where she is, and
- 20:20Speaker 1: if they don't know where she is, they all suck
- 20:22Speaker 1: at their job and they should all be fired. Epstein
- 20:26Speaker 1: and Maxwell proceeded to sexually assault Jane Doe simultaneously and
- 20:30Speaker 1: by forcible compulsion. Maxwell forcibly penetrated Jane Doe with a
- 20:34Speaker 1: sex toy. She was horrified and terrified by the experience
- 20:38Speaker 1: and knew she had to try to get away from Epstein,
- 20:40Speaker 1: even though she risked harm to herself by disobeying Epstein.
- 20:43Speaker 1: She proceeded to move out of the sixty sixth Street
- 20:45Speaker 1: apartment building and, having nowhere else to go, found shelter
- 20:49Speaker 1: at the Salvation Housing facility. It comes after a fresh lawsuit. Oh,
- 20:54Speaker 1: it comes after a fresh lawsuit against the late Pedophile
- 20:58Speaker 1: that was filed by accuser Tela Davies, who claims he
- 21:00Speaker 1: groomed her to become completely dependent on him before casting
- 21:04Speaker 1: her aside when she told him about her eating disorder.
- 21:07Speaker 1: So again, just more evidence built up to prove what's
- 21:11Speaker 1: going on with this guy. Improved that the people around
- 21:13Speaker 1: him knew what was going on. All of these people,
- 21:15Speaker 1: Sarah kell and Vickers, gis Lane, went Maxwell, these two,
- 21:19Speaker 1: especially Leslie Groff. All of these people need to be
- 21:23Speaker 1: talked to. Miss Davies met the billionaire in two thousand
- 21:27Speaker 1: and two through her older sister, when she was working
- 21:29Speaker 1: as a hairdresser in Los Angeles. She says Epstein fostered
- 21:33Speaker 1: her dreams of becoming a translator. According to the complaint
- 21:36Speaker 1: files on Thursday in Manhattan Federal Court string of allegations,
- 21:41Speaker 1: Epstein allegedly arranged for her to study at the University
- 21:44Speaker 1: of Madrid and convinced her to give up her apartment
- 21:46Speaker 1: and job to spend more time with him. For the
- 21:49Speaker 1: next two years, Epstein flew her around the world on
- 21:51Speaker 1: his private jets, and he repeatedly raped and molested her
- 21:54Speaker 1: at his homes in New York, Florida, the US Virgin Islands,
- 21:57Speaker 1: and Paris. According to court papers filed by the mum
- 22:00Speaker 1: of three, after Tela semester in Madrid, she was left
- 22:04Speaker 1: with no home and no job, and was drawn in
- 22:06Speaker 1: to live a nomadic lifestyle in his close orbit. The
- 22:09Speaker 1: lawsuit claims Epstein also shared her with his friends. The
- 22:12Speaker 1: lawsuit alleges friends, What are Can we get some names?
- 22:15Speaker 1: Can we get a little bit more information with that?
- 22:19Speaker 1: I mean, just friends. I know it's all gonna come out,
- 22:22Speaker 1: but I really wish it would come out now. And
- 22:24Speaker 1: you know there's leaks everywhere else. Why don't we get
- 22:26Speaker 1: some leaks here so we could start putting these people
- 22:27Speaker 1: on blast and start doing the proper investigation, you know,
- 22:30Speaker 1: proper investigations into him, A proper.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Close up, a closer look, all right.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Just days before Miss Davies's lawsuit, another alleged victim of
- 22:39Speaker 1: the financier stepped forward, identifying herself as Jane Do fifteen.
- 22:44Speaker 1: She said she had been invited to join him on
- 22:46Speaker 1: his private island, with Prince Andrew calling on the Royal
- 22:49Speaker 1: to speak to the FBI. The woman claimed the monster
- 22:52Speaker 1: Epstein took her sexual innocence at his compound in New
- 22:55Speaker 1: Mexico when she was just fifteen, and invited her to
- 22:58Speaker 1: his Little Saint James Caribbean island. Her lawsuit claims that
- 23:01Speaker 1: Epstein and her met in two thousand and four during
- 23:04Speaker 1: a school class trip to New York City, and she
- 23:07Speaker 1: was soon shuttled on Epstein's private plan with numerous other
- 23:10Speaker 1: girls to his ranch in New Mexico again, numerous other girls.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I would love, love, love, love to get a list
- 23:17Speaker 1: of who all of these accusers are, you know, I mean,
- 23:20Speaker 1: of all the accused are. Let's get them, Let's get
- 23:24Speaker 1: them on record right now so we can start looking
- 23:26Speaker 1: into them. And you know, I think that at the
- 23:30Speaker 1: very least, at the very least, some of these people,
- 23:32Speaker 1: with this rock solid evidence against them, need to be
- 23:34Speaker 1: called in like asap, put out a warrant for Gislaine Maxwell,
- 23:38Speaker 1: and then anybody harboring her is now harboring a fugitive.
- 23:43Speaker 1: You know, I don't understand. They use the full power
- 23:46Speaker 1: of the federal government for everything else, but not for
- 23:49Speaker 1: child molesters and for rapists. I don't understand what's going
- 23:52Speaker 1: on here. It's like it's like in two thousand, whenever
- 23:56Speaker 1: the CERN device was turned on, It's like we entered
- 23:59Speaker 1: into an alternate universe where everything's upside down, upside downs down,
- 24:02Speaker 1: upside downs up, everything's all screwed up.
- 24:06Speaker 2: I just don't know.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I've never, in my wildest dreams what I believe that
- 24:09Speaker 1: sex traffickers would be getting, you know, cover stories run
- 24:13Speaker 1: for them by ABC, being protected by intelligence, according to
- 24:16Speaker 1: Acosta himself, what the is going on around here?
- 24:20Speaker 2: Folks? All right, I hope everybody enjoys their weekend. It's Friday.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Everybody be safe tonight, but enjoy yourselves and enjoy a
- 24:29Speaker 1: great weekend. A lot of stuff going on this weekend.
- 24:31Speaker 1: If you're a sports fan, some boxing, et cetera, et cetera.
- 24:34Speaker 1: I will be back, of course tomorrow with the morning
- 24:36Speaker 1: update and the daily drop, and we'll see if anything
- 24:39Speaker 1: else transpires. If it does, I'll be right here with
- 24:41Speaker 1: you to bring it to you and discuss it. You
- 24:45Speaker 1: can reach me at bo bb Y c ap U
- 24:48Speaker 1: c c I at ProtonMail dot com. That is Bobby
- 24:52Speaker 1: Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com. And if you would like
- 24:55Speaker 1: to subpe Equals programs. Yeah, we're talking about the Joe
- 25:00Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, folks, once again, the topic
- 25:04Speaker 1: of the conversation for our article this evening. This guy
- 25:11Speaker 1: is an absolute moron, and now the house of cards
- 25:17Speaker 1: is tumbling in on top of him. You even have
- 25:19Speaker 1: an editorial from The Guardian calling on him to do
- 25:23Speaker 1: his duty. And I think it's about time that every
- 25:28Speaker 1: single legacy media outlet gets on board and calls on
- 25:33Speaker 1: him to do his duty. No one's saying he should
- 25:35Speaker 1: just show up and admit guilt, But go and answer
- 25:39Speaker 1: the questions that these guys want to ask you. Go
- 25:44Speaker 1: and cooperate with the authorities that you said you were
- 25:46Speaker 1: going to cooperate with. He won't even do that, never
- 25:54Speaker 1: mind run selflessly into a fire to try and put
- 25:58Speaker 1: it out to save people's property or their lives.
- 26:03Speaker 2: This dude won't even.
- 26:03Speaker 1: Speak to the authorities about a human trafficking operation that
- 26:09Speaker 1: he's wrapped up in. Not only just wrapped up in,
- 26:12Speaker 1: it's not just innuendo anymore. There's a lawsuit, my friend.
- 26:17Speaker 1: So now everything's laid bare. This lawsuit is in the courts.
- 26:23Speaker 3: The ball is in.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Your court now, Joe Exotic of the windsor Family, What
- 26:29Speaker 1: are you going to do? Are you going to continue
- 26:34Speaker 1: to be a studat Are you going to continue to
- 26:38Speaker 1: be a coward? Are you going to continue to scurry
- 26:42Speaker 1: off to bow Moro to hide with your mom and
- 26:47Speaker 1: even have your two daughters have to show up to
- 26:49Speaker 1: try and show support, or are you gonna man up,
- 26:54Speaker 1: step up to the plate and speak to the authority.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Is about what you might have seen and what you
- 27:01Speaker 1: might have done. I highly doubt this is the last
- 27:06Speaker 1: we're going to hear from people coming out with stories
- 27:09Speaker 1: about him. Now, you know how this works. Once there's
- 27:13Speaker 1: a little crack in the dam and a little water
- 27:15Speaker 1: comes out, it's not long before the whole dam breaks
- 27:18Speaker 1: open and all of the tea comes rushing out. Things
- 27:27Speaker 1: are a lot easier for them when they were being
- 27:29Speaker 1: protected by the legacy media. Not so easy when you
- 27:34Speaker 1: have an editorial in the Guardian calling on you to
- 27:38Speaker 1: do the right thing. And with the new investigation or
- 27:45Speaker 1: review of the investigation, I should say from the met
- 27:49Speaker 1: while I don't think he's in too much jeopardy of
- 27:52Speaker 1: a criminal case, who knows.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Who knows the way things are going right now?
- 28:00Speaker 1: Now when it comes to these guys, And as far
- 28:02Speaker 1: as who's gonna get in trouble for all of this,
- 28:05Speaker 1: who's gonna end up, you know, with a criminal charge
- 28:07Speaker 1: or if it's just gonna end up civil. There's just
- 28:09Speaker 1: so much that has to be unpacked. Still, the only
- 28:13Speaker 1: thing that is for certain is that there is a
- 28:17Speaker 1: civil suit coming his way, and from what we know
- 28:23Speaker 1: of previous civil suits, a lot of times it does
- 28:27Speaker 1: lead to these criminal type of investigations on the heels
- 28:32Speaker 1: of that. In regards to the Jeffrey Epstein case, I mean,
- 28:35Speaker 1: I'm not talking about always, but both with Epstein and
- 28:38Speaker 1: Gallainne Maxwell, they were both suits civilly first, right, and
- 28:42Speaker 1: then they both were charged criminally by the Feds. So
- 28:47Speaker 1: that seems to be the way these sort of things
- 28:51Speaker 1: mature over time. That seems to be the way these
- 28:54Speaker 1: things start to fold over time. And I'm show I'm
- 29:00Speaker 1: sure that the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and
- 29:03Speaker 1: his legal team are well aware of that fact. They
- 29:07Speaker 1: know that he's not capable of sitting down with a
- 29:10Speaker 1: seasoned interrogator and not getting his lunch handed to him,
- 29:15Speaker 1: because we've already seen his performance.
- 29:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 29:19Speaker 1: It's like having somebody that you know, you know the
- 29:23Speaker 1: dude can't fight, and there's about to be a throwdown,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and you know your boy's about to get whooped, so
- 29:32Speaker 1: you don't even let him. You don't even bother lett
- 29:34Speaker 1: him do it. You're just like, I don't even worry
- 29:36Speaker 1: about it. We got this one. And that's basically what
- 29:38Speaker 1: his legal team has to do here. He's such a
- 29:40Speaker 1: limp wristed coward, such a chump. He can't step up
- 29:44Speaker 1: to the plate and answer questions. He can't sit down
- 29:47Speaker 1: with a few investigators, the Prince of England, mind you.
- 29:51Speaker 1: So he'll continue to op the skate, He'll continue to
- 29:54Speaker 1: kick the can down the road.
- 29:56Speaker 3: And hope all of this goes away.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Well not this time. And I think you see a
- 30:02Speaker 1: turn in the way people feel in general over all
- 30:05Speaker 1: of this. So the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
- 30:12Speaker 1: he's done, folks. Like I've said the last couple of days,
- 30:16Speaker 1: numerous times now, to hammer the point home. There's no
- 30:19Speaker 1: coming back from this one, for sure, not even if
- 30:23Speaker 1: the Queen was going to be around for another twenty years.
- 30:26Speaker 1: But we know that's not going to be the case.
- 30:28Speaker 1: She's an older woman, right, she's you know, ninety five,
- 30:32Speaker 1: ninety six, whatever it is. I don't know, something like that,
- 30:34Speaker 1: I think. And we know that his brother is not
- 30:38Speaker 1: having it. His brother wants nothing to do with this
- 30:39Speaker 1: guy's nonsense. He has his own nonsense.
- 30:43Speaker 3: People are already sick.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Thinking about Charles as the king, never mind Prince Andrew,
- 30:50Speaker 1: you know, lurking around the property. So yeah, this guy's finished.
- 30:57Speaker 1: He has no hope. The only question now is how
- 31:00Speaker 1: big of a nuclear blast is this?
- 31:04Speaker 3: When all is said.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And done, let's jump into this article from the Guardian
- 31:10Speaker 1: and let's see what their editorial board has to say.
- 31:14Speaker 1: The Guardian view on Prince Andrew. He should do his duty.
- 31:20Speaker 1: There should be no disputing that, if they are true,
- 31:23Speaker 1: the sexual abuse allegations made by Virginia Roberts against Prince Andrew,
- 31:27Speaker 1: the Queen's second son, are serious. Nor can there be
- 31:31Speaker 1: any denying that the seriousness, if it is established, would
- 31:35Speaker 1: be both personal and also more widely political. Yeah, that's
- 31:39Speaker 1: what I was talking about earlier. Right again, Look, I'm
- 31:42Speaker 1: not an expert on the affairs of the crown or
- 31:46Speaker 1: what goes on in English politics or any of that stuff.
- 31:51Speaker 1: I'll never profess to be. But geopolitics or geopolitics wherever
- 31:56Speaker 1: you put them, right, and at the end of the day,
- 32:00Speaker 1: when it comes to a radioactive situation like this, of
- 32:03Speaker 1: course it's going to be political as well. When you
- 32:07Speaker 1: have the royal family who's representing the people of England
- 32:12Speaker 1: and you have the queen's son charged with such serious allegations,
- 32:17Speaker 1: of course it's a political nightmare. Of course, it's the
- 32:23Speaker 1: equivalent of a political Fukushima, and sometimes there is no
- 32:31Speaker 1: coming back from that. Miss Roberts alleges that Prince Andrew
- 32:37Speaker 1: had sex with her in London in two thousand and one,
- 32:39Speaker 1: when she was seventeen and was thus still a minor
- 32:43Speaker 1: under us though not English law, and that the Prince
- 32:47Speaker 1: knew she had been trafficked by his friend, the financier
- 32:50Speaker 1: and convicted sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Miss Roberts also
- 32:55Speaker 1: claims that Epstein paid her fifteen thousand dollars for the encounter. Oh,
- 33:00Speaker 1: and that's the rub with some people, right, some people
- 33:02Speaker 1: will latch right onto that shit. Oh she got paid
- 33:04Speaker 1: fifteen grand, that's it, Rick, No, it's not so children
- 33:09Speaker 1: are for sale fifteen grand to a prince. Never Mind
- 33:15Speaker 1: the fact that she was under mental duress, never mind
- 33:17Speaker 1: the fact that she was a little girl when she
- 33:19Speaker 1: was groomed, never mind the fact that they normalized all
- 33:22Speaker 1: of this shit. The whole thing with the money was
- 33:25Speaker 1: a buffer for Epstein, So this very defense could be used.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Is it not transparent enough for some people? I mean,
- 33:31Speaker 1: come on, the days of dog walking people through the
- 33:36Speaker 1: easy parts of this are long over, folks. It's rather
- 33:41Speaker 1: obvious the reason the money was involved, the reason any
- 33:44Speaker 1: money was spread around, more of a buffer zone, more
- 33:49Speaker 1: of a you're involved now as well. It's how these
- 33:53Speaker 1: people roll, that's how these operations are conducted. The Joe
- 34:01Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family has emphatically denied these and
- 34:04Speaker 1: other allegations. He says he has no recollection of meeting
- 34:07Speaker 1: Miss Roberts. But the allegations refused to go away, in
- 34:12Speaker 1: part because of the Prince's sometimes inept efforts to clear
- 34:16Speaker 1: his name and to maintain his distance from the case.
- 34:20Speaker 1: What you would think the Guardian would mention that there's
- 34:23Speaker 1: a picture of the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 34:26Speaker 1: with Virginia in the Belgravia home of Glaine Maxwell. Probably
- 34:31Speaker 1: an important part, right, you know? We always say here
- 34:34Speaker 1: a little more meat on the bone, some more context,
- 34:37Speaker 1: The more context the better. Why leave that part out?
- 34:45Speaker 1: Two years ago, after his disastrous BBC Newsnight interview, he
- 34:50Speaker 1: was compelled to step back from his public royal appearances
- 34:54Speaker 1: and from his royal patronages. Oh poor dude, you gotta
- 34:58Speaker 1: step back from your royal patriot Imagine imagine someones like hey, John,
- 35:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna need you show up to my event and
- 35:06Speaker 1: just show up, shake some hands. You know, we'll throw
- 35:09Speaker 1: you a cool fifty g's for it. That's the kind
- 35:12Speaker 1: of life these motherfuckers have, like the kind of life
- 35:14Speaker 1: this dude had, and it wasn't good enough for him.
- 35:16Speaker 1: He had to have more. He had to hang out
- 35:18Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein because he needed more, more whatever, more money,
- 35:22Speaker 1: more girls, more fame, more power, whatever it may be.
- 35:25Speaker 1: He needed more. No self control. Imagine having everything, literally
- 35:33Speaker 1: the world at your fingertips, and this is what you
- 35:37Speaker 1: choose to deal with it. Since then, the Prince's nursed
- 35:43Speaker 1: unrealistic hopes of an early return to public life. These
- 35:47Speaker 1: have now been dashed because Ms Roberts has brought a
- 35:50Speaker 1: US civil lawsuit against him alleging sexual assault and battery
- 35:54Speaker 1: causing severe and lasting damage, along with illegal summons to
- 35:58Speaker 1: respond with in twenty one days. Prince Andrew has reacted
- 36:03Speaker 1: by heading to the hills to Balmoral, where the Queen
- 36:06Speaker 1: is on holiday. Must be nice, huh, should go south,
- 36:09Speaker 1: run away to the palace. Nobody's gonna serve you there, right,
- 36:13Speaker 1: that's for sure. Go hide out with Momsey for a
- 36:16Speaker 1: little while. Call in your team of crisis negotiators.
- 36:23Speaker 3: Probably should get on.
- 36:24Speaker 1: The phone with Ken Starr, Dershowitz and the rest of
- 36:28Speaker 1: the boys, just to get it out of the way.
- 36:30Speaker 1: We know that's the route that you probably want to go,
- 36:33Speaker 1: Fellow travelers, and all right, who would understand your predicament more?
- 36:37Speaker 1: Who would have more empathy for you than the naked
- 36:40Speaker 1: volleyball player of Martha's Vineyard. Now again, I don't know
- 36:44Speaker 1: if he's really gonna call those guys, but it would
- 36:47Speaker 1: be poetic justice in a sense, wouldn't it. On Thursday, however,
- 36:55Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Police announced is conducting a third review of
- 36:58Speaker 1: the case, which may open the possibility of a UK
- 37:02Speaker 1: criminal referral. Again, I won't you know, hold my breath
- 37:07Speaker 1: waiting on that to occur.
- 37:08Speaker 3: That would be great.
- 37:10Speaker 1: I think there should be an investigation in England. I
- 37:12Speaker 1: think there should be an investigation in France. I think
- 37:15Speaker 1: there should be an investigation in America, and of course
- 37:18Speaker 1: in each state where this allegedly all took place. Let's
- 37:22Speaker 1: get to the fucking bottom of it. That's all I've
- 37:24Speaker 1: been saying from the jump. I'm not living in fantasyland
- 37:28Speaker 1: like some of other people might be. I don't you know,
- 37:30Speaker 1: there's no chupacabras in my story, right, There's none of
- 37:34Speaker 1: that nonsense. I want to get to the bottom of it.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Let's see the facts, Let's see what really happened, Let's
- 37:40Speaker 1: see the evidence. The case matters for two different reasons,
- 37:47Speaker 1: but they are umbilically connected because of who Prince Andrew is.
- 37:51Speaker 1: The first, and the more immediately serious, is that the
- 37:54Speaker 1: behavior alleged against him would be an abuse requiring a remedy.
- 37:59Speaker 3: As either of the civil case or any criminal case
- 38:02Speaker 3: may yet confirm.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Well, yeah, these are serious charges. There needs to be
- 38:07Speaker 1: a remedy one way or the other, and the only
- 38:09Speaker 1: way for that to happen is for this dude to
- 38:13Speaker 1: show up and speak to the authorities. Ignoring it certainly
- 38:18Speaker 1: isn't going to make that happen. In fact, like I said,
- 38:22Speaker 1: absentia is the worst choice for him, and if he
- 38:25Speaker 1: goes that route, I would not be shocked to see
- 38:27Speaker 1: a criminal referral uh uh posted against him. If he
- 38:31Speaker 1: chooses to ignore this fully, Oh yeah, that's going to
- 38:34Speaker 1: ignite some serious, serious ire.
- 38:37Speaker 3: So I have a.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Feeling we'll be seeing some heavy negotiations from the Prince
- 38:43Speaker 1: of York and his team trying to get him out
- 38:47Speaker 1: of this before it goes to court. As the Met
- 38:55Speaker 1: Commissioner Cresida Dick emphasized on Thursday, no one is above
- 38:59Speaker 1: the law. Older men who sexually abuse women, especially underage women,
- 39:04Speaker 1: are not above it either. Even the Queen's son, Miss Roberts,
- 39:08Speaker 1: has made her allegations. Now Prince Andrew should respond fully
- 39:12Speaker 1: and properly within the processes of the law. That's exactly
- 39:16Speaker 1: all I've ever said from the jump, all of my needling,
- 39:20Speaker 1: my shit talking, all of that is because these dudes
- 39:23Speaker 1: are cowards. You go ahead and go and speak to
- 39:27Speaker 1: the authorities. Bro, what are you waiting for. You deserve
- 39:30Speaker 1: to be mocked. You deserve to be made fun of.
- 39:33Speaker 1: You deserve to have the court of public opinion laugh
- 39:36Speaker 1: at you. You're the one that's making this bed for yourself,
- 39:40Speaker 1: the lion. Nobody told you to chill out with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 39:43Speaker 1: nobody told you to keep your mouth shut, and nobody
- 39:46Speaker 1: told you to abuse any girls. So it's on you.
- 39:53Speaker 1: The onus is on you, bro. Where's your evidence? What
- 39:56Speaker 1: do you have to bring to the table besides more silence,
- 40:00Speaker 1: besides more bs and around the topic. The other reason
- 40:08Speaker 1: why the case matters is that it affects the reputation
- 40:11Speaker 1: of the monarchy and the UK state. This will only
- 40:14Speaker 1: increase if the civil case continues for the expected two years,
- 40:19Speaker 1: a period covering the Queen's platinum jubilee in twenty twenty two.
- 40:23Speaker 1: You know, it's always about the Queen's this, or the
- 40:25Speaker 1: Queen's that, or the monarchy's this. It's gonna be a
- 40:28Speaker 1: black eye for the monarchy. Well, i'll tell you what.
- 40:31Speaker 1: From my perspective, the monarchy is a black eye to
- 40:35Speaker 1: the great English people. The Queen is not just a
- 40:40Speaker 1: mother and not just a sovereign. She is also the
- 40:43Speaker 1: living embodiment of a constitutional state governed by the rule
- 40:47Speaker 1: of law, which includes its reciprocal arrangements with foreign states. Basically,
- 40:52Speaker 1: what they're saying there is there's treaties that have to
- 40:55Speaker 1: be abided by, right, there's treaties that have to be
- 40:59Speaker 1: abided by with their allies, with their partners around the world,
- 41:04Speaker 1: and just being the Queen's son is not enough for
- 41:07Speaker 1: them to ignore that. Prince Andrew's inadequate responses examples including
- 41:16Speaker 1: the apparently minimalist stonewalling of his lawyer's cooperation the insensitivity
- 41:22Speaker 1: of his Newsnight interview and the bad look of this
- 41:25Speaker 1: week's this week's escape to bowmoorl risk reputational damage to
- 41:30Speaker 1: this country, it's governing institutions and its judicial relations.
- 41:35Speaker 3: With a key ally, the US.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Well, I don't know about all of that as far
- 41:41Speaker 1: as you know, it's a lot to unpack, right, but
- 41:45Speaker 1: the essence of it is is pretty spot on. There's
- 41:49Speaker 1: a lot at stake here politically speaking. And if it's
- 41:54Speaker 1: you know, somebody's protecting Andrew because he's you know, a prince,
- 42:00Speaker 1: that's not going to sit well. And not just with
- 42:02Speaker 1: people in the United States. I'm pretty confident that the
- 42:06Speaker 1: people in England and the other places under the crown,
- 42:12Speaker 1: they'll want to have their say as well. The royal
- 42:18Speaker 1: family has faced difficult and embarrassing challenges in the past,
- 42:21Speaker 1: including the departure of the Sussexsex. The Sussex is jeez.
- 42:26Speaker 1: This though, is much more serious. It will not be
- 42:29Speaker 1: survived by pulling the duvet cover over the collective royal head.
- 42:34Speaker 1: As well as the essential issue of justice, there are
- 42:37Speaker 1: issues of state involved, issues of institutional credibility and international confidence.
- 42:43Speaker 1: And that's definitely a fact too, because say they protect
- 42:47Speaker 1: him here, right, and they're not willing to cooperate with
- 42:51Speaker 1: our partners abroad. Now, what happens when the shoe is
- 42:54Speaker 1: on the other foot. What happens when they're expecting cooperation
- 43:00Speaker 1: from their partners abroad and then their partners abroad say,
- 43:04Speaker 1: you know what, go yeah, fucked. So it's definitely a
- 43:09Speaker 1: situation that behooves them. On top of the fact that
- 43:15Speaker 1: the Brexit situation went down and all of that. You know,
- 43:19Speaker 1: they want to make sure that they have all of
- 43:20Speaker 1: their allies and there especially their friendship with the United
- 43:24Speaker 1: States ironclad. The Prince of Wales is right to suspect
- 43:31Speaker 1: there will be no way back into public life for
- 43:34Speaker 1: his brother from all of this. Now, he must also
- 43:38Speaker 1: use his influence to ensure that Prince Andrew faces his accuser.
- 43:43Speaker 1: He must do the thing that royals most pride themselves
- 43:46Speaker 1: ondoing his duty. And I'll tell you what that would
- 43:50Speaker 1: be something huh. Imagine hearing the story that Charles calls
- 43:55Speaker 1: Andrew in and forces him to go and speak to
- 43:59Speaker 1: the authorities. That would make for a very interesting writing.
- 44:04Speaker 3: Huh.
- 44:05Speaker 1: But who the hell knows what's going to happen. Like
- 44:07Speaker 1: I said, I'm not an official on the Royal House.
- 44:10Speaker 1: I don't know much about them besides what we've covered
- 44:13Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein, right, you know, I don't know are
- 44:16Speaker 1: they going to protect them? Are they not going to
- 44:17Speaker 1: protect them? I know, for one thing, the brand is
- 44:21Speaker 1: what they're really worried about protecting, protecting not so much
- 44:24Speaker 1: Andrew himself, but the brand. So we'll see how all
- 44:29Speaker 1: of this goes, and we'll see what happens with the
- 44:33Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family and if he's going
- 44:35Speaker 1: to talk to the authorities or not. I think that
- 44:38Speaker 1: will be the most telling sign in the coming weeks
- 44:41Speaker 1: or months or whatever it may be, is if he
- 44:44Speaker 1: speaks with the authorities. If not, then I think the
- 44:48Speaker 1: pain is going to be even worse for him. If
- 44:52Speaker 1: you can imagine that at this point, a ruling in
- 44:56Speaker 1: absentia labels him a child abuser, so he probably wants.
- 45:03Speaker 3: To avoid that at all costs.
- 45:05Speaker 1: So that means see in the interrogation room, Joe Exotic
- 45:11Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. If you'd like to contact me,
