Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson all, at one point or another, relied on an aborted baby's fetal cell line in order to finish their vaccines. Pfizer and Moderna relied on this fetal cell line for "confirmation tests" (basically, to see whether their vaccines worked). J&J, however, produced an adenovirus-based vaccine and was much more reliant on these fetal cell lines to actually produce their vaccine.
