Speaker 1: you're influencing someone, inspiring someone, you are doing something to

Speaker 1: know I'm not really highly educated. Amen. I'm highly inspired

Speaker 1: by the Lord, Amen, but I'm not educated. I'm actually

Speaker 1: Love God, for what you're doing, what you continue to

Speaker 1: do in our lives. Thank you, Lord God, that we

Speaker 1: don't have to put a lot of effort or a

Speaker 1: lot of pressure on ourselves to be who we are

Speaker 1: in you, because you've gifted us talents, gifts, you gifted

Speaker 1: us eternal life, you gifted us faith. Thank you, Love

Speaker 1: God for all of it. I pray like I never

Speaker 1: prayed before. I prayed like a child coming to my father,

Speaker 1: because you are my father in heaven. And I thank you,

Speaker 1: Love God for the hedge of protection that you surround

Speaker 1: to annihilate the tactics and practices and spells and curses

Speaker 1: every single person in between. I pray that same prayer

Speaker 1: screen and on the other side of this mic, because man,

Speaker 1: the world is going into chaos. But we know that

Speaker 1: we have a Christ coming to the church and man

Speaker 1: we will lead the loss to a saving Savior, to

Speaker 1: a loving God, to a holy God, to a righteous God,

Speaker 1: as long as we hear as a beacon of hope

Speaker 1: filled with holy spirit. So I pray it's by faith,

Speaker 1: knowing that you hear these prayers and your answer them

Speaker 1: according to every individual situation, every individual life, and the

Speaker 1: from our Lord's lips his mouth. But he said out

Speaker 1: of his mouth, with a direct quote from our Lord

Speaker 1: Jesus Matthew, chapter five, verse number sixteen, the Lord says,

Speaker 1: let your light shine before men in such a way

Speaker 1: that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence,

Speaker 1: and recognize and honor and glorify your father, who is

Speaker 1: in heaven. So when you lead, go ahead and let

Speaker 1: your light shine. And this to me, to brother Sam,

Speaker 1: I have to be careful with letting my light shine,

Speaker 1: because before, when I was in the world right, I

Speaker 1: knew how to shine. And the shining light that you

Speaker 1: saw coming from me was full of arrogance, pride, selfishness, anger,

Speaker 1: what else party life, And I was letting that light shine.

Speaker 1: It's like a strange light. It's a light that was

Speaker 1: on the broadway leading people to destruction, including myself involved.

Speaker 1: So I'm careful when I have this light, the blazing

Speaker 1: light of Christ shining. Amen. It's not for me to

Speaker 1: boast it's for me to shine before man in such

Speaker 1: a way that they see my good deeds and more excellence,

Speaker 1: because I'm trying to glorify my Father who is in heaven.

Speaker 1: See the difference now. And the Lord knows that he

Speaker 1: knows your heart, he knows my heart, and he continues

Speaker 1: to love us in this way, in a loving way,

Speaker 1: in a way that when we shine our light, Amen,

Speaker 1: we will glorify the Father and people will know. Looking

Speaker 1: and they're observing, they say, wait a minute, that's that's

Speaker 1: that's Sam. There's nothing really special abottom. But why is

Speaker 1: he acting that way? Why is he so connected to

Speaker 1: this God he's always talking about. Why is he so

Speaker 1: confident in this holy Bible that he calls holy that

Speaker 1: he calls the truth? Because it's my posture, Amen, the

Speaker 1: blazing light of Christ is shining. I can't hide the light.

Speaker 1: And if you're born again, believe a child of God,

Speaker 1: you can't hide delight either. I would like to sometimes

Speaker 1: go outside and not be recognized for the glow of

Speaker 1: the Lord in me. Amen. I would like to sometimes

Speaker 1: like hide. You know, my flesh is saying, just go

Speaker 1: go ahead and hide has to see you. Amen. But

Speaker 1: that's ladies and gentlemen, impossible. Once God came into our

Speaker 1: hearts and minds and transformed us and renewed us and

Speaker 1: restored us. Now that we have the minor Christs in

Speaker 1: the heart of God, we're filled with compassion, we'll fill

Speaker 1: with love, we'll fill with grace. We're full of mercy,

Speaker 1: we're full of truth. Amen, and all the other stuff.

Speaker 1: So us disappearing, fading away, and people's like, say, man,

Speaker 1: when I share my testimony to people who don't know me,

Speaker 1: who didn't know me twenty something years ago, they would

Speaker 1: be like looking at me, like you were, like, what,

Speaker 1: we don't see that on you. It's like nothing, no

Speaker 1: trace of that. And that's all glory to who me,

Speaker 1: no glory to my father who was in heaven. They

Speaker 1: saw the light of God shining Amen. And that's what

Speaker 1: makes things dis exciting to me. When you share the

Speaker 1: gospel with somebody, it's exciting to see their response. It's

Speaker 1: a little nerve wracking because you might be like, oh,

Speaker 1: they gotta argue, they gotta reject, they're not gonna respond,

Speaker 1: they're gonna just you know, dismiss you. But you'd be surprised. Man,

Speaker 1: you share the gospel and the way the Lord wants

Speaker 1: us to share the gospel, the way God instructs us

Speaker 1: to share the gospel. You'll be surprised with people's response. Right,

Speaker 1: and listen, we have an enemy. He's defeated, but he's

Speaker 1: still our enemy. And I believe that he shoots like

Speaker 1: one hundred arrows to see who is gonna hit those

Speaker 1: those fiery arrows. Who doesn't have their full arm of God,

Speaker 1: of God are, who doesn't have the preparation, who doesn't
14:35
Speaker 1: have the Gospel in the heart, who doesn't have Jesus

Speaker 1: set apart in their heart to do the works of

Speaker 1: the ministry. So he just shoots randomly. But we're not random.

Speaker 1: We're not We don't shoot randomly. We should be intentional

Speaker 1: of who we're speaking to, of what we're gonna say,

Speaker 1: what we're gonna do, especially in front of people who

Speaker 1: are already having us in their box. Whoever have already

Speaker 1: have us in their fishbowl. Once we said we're Christians, Amen,

Speaker 1: they don't want to know how we respond. So it

Speaker 1: matters sharing and leading. The loss to the Lord matters.

Speaker 1: It's called sharing the gospel. People are lost without Christ. Right,

Speaker 1: and even though I know that I can't be walking

Speaker 1: up to people and pointing to them, you better turn

Speaker 1: to God or else you go into hell. That's true, right,

Speaker 1: it's true for me, it's true for them. But if

Speaker 1: they're not connected any which way, that's gonna sound like

Speaker 1: an insult. That's gonna sound like a judgment call. That's

Speaker 1: gonna sound very unloving to a person who is struggling,

Speaker 1: maybe that walk their faith, Maybe they're addicted to drugs.

Speaker 1: Maybe they're just getting out of jail, or they're going

Speaker 1: to jail. Maybe they're in a relationship that was abusive.

Speaker 1: You don't know the situation of the other person, especially

Speaker 1: if it's a stranger. So how much more should we

Speaker 1: be approaching people with love? For those that we actually

Speaker 1: know personally without Christ facing spiritual death Romans six twenty three.

Speaker 1: For the wages of sin is what death, But the

Speaker 1: gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Speaker 1: So when you share, when you're leading somebody, when you're

Speaker 1: leading the loss, and you know their loss because they're

Speaker 1: without Christ. You know their loss because they don't have

Speaker 1: spirit of God in them, Holy Spirit. You know their

Speaker 1: loss because they're in the world and they're active in

Speaker 1: the world, smoking, drinking, party life, whatever the situation is.

Speaker 1: I don't think we have to point those things out right.

Speaker 1: And as a matter of fact, if you do point

Speaker 1: those things out, make sure that you're not part of

Speaker 1: those systems, that you're not part of that sin, and

Speaker 1: that you're not enticed to do the same things as well.

Speaker 1: speaking with, you could have compassion. Why because it addresses

Speaker 1: not just the temporary need, but the eternal destiny of

Speaker 1: a person's soul, of a person's life. You're not talking

Speaker 1: to a person who has problems. You're not talking to

Speaker 1: a problem. You're talking to a person who has a problem.

Speaker 1: You're not talking to a sinner. You're talking to a

Speaker 1: person who sins. You're not talking to someone who wants

Speaker 1: a debate. You're talking to a person who has questions. Amen.

Speaker 1: You're not just looking at just an ordinary you know whatever.

Speaker 1: You're looking at a person who's created and the image

Speaker 1: of God. Respect that, and people will have more respect

Speaker 1: for you if you respect one another. Amen, the conversation

Speaker 1: would go more smoother. Were commission I don't need permission.

Speaker 1: You don't need permission to go ahead and preach the gospel.

Speaker 1: You don't need credential to go ahead and preach the

Speaker 1: gospel of someone. You don't have to be apostle, you

Speaker 1: don't have to be a prophet, you don't have to

Speaker 1: be an evangelist, you don't have to be a pastor teacher. No,

Speaker 1: you are commissioned. Once you're born again. Welcome to the

Speaker 1: army of God. Once you're born again, you are commissioned

Speaker 1: to do what You're commissioned to go to every single

Speaker 1: person and make disciples. But before you can make a disciple,

Speaker 1: people have to turn to the Lord and be saved

Speaker 1: and then want the discipleship. So this isn't only for pastors,

Speaker 1: it's not only for missionaries. It's for all Christians. You

Speaker 1: hear that all Christians. Now, When I first got saved,

Speaker 1: my example, I was a zealous zealot going out there

Speaker 1: and telling everybody what I learned to be true. I

Speaker 1: went to our family first. I went to friends and family.

Speaker 1: I used to go to nightclubs in the middle of

Speaker 1: the night with a clipboard take down prayer requests because

Speaker 1: the bouncers knew me, and they were like, what happened

Speaker 1: to you? I said nothing, I just want to go

Speaker 1: over the clipboard take prayer requests and I'll leave. I'm

Speaker 1: not staying. And the looks were so funny. They look

Speaker 1: at me like, you gotta do what and do now?

Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, because I didn't want to leave

Speaker 1: the same people stuck in the darkness that I just

Speaker 1: got out of. I didn't want to leave them there.

Speaker 1: How selfish would be, but it have been. That's what

Speaker 1: I was thinking at the time. I need them to

Speaker 1: know what I know, so that way some of them

Speaker 1: could come with us and be in the Kingdom of

Speaker 1: God and Man. And in my zealousness, if that's a word,

Speaker 1: and in my ignorance because I went used to go

Speaker 1: with myself. Should go with two when you go to

Speaker 1: those environments, at least two God still he said, Okay,

Speaker 1: you're just learning, so I'll protect you. You could go

Speaker 1: in come out safely, Amen, and pray really pray for

Speaker 1: those prayer requests. And Man, those prayer requests, I should

Speaker 1: you know, I don't have permission to share them, obviously

Speaker 1: with the names and everything, but I should write some

Speaker 1: kind of book or e book about people who need

Speaker 1: Jesus and they're stuck in that life. Amen. It's amazing

Speaker 1: those prayer requests. One of the most honest, touching, heartfelt

Speaker 1: prayer requests I've ever heard in my life. When I

Speaker 1: used to go in those night clubs with a clipboard, Amen,

Speaker 1: and I'm taking prayer requests and listening to people pray

Speaker 1: for people on the spot and shock of their stories

Speaker 1: of how they were. Some pastors in there, some pastors, kids,

Speaker 1: some people who used to be ministry missionaries, evangelists, and

Speaker 1: a lot of them say I'm stuck in this life.

Speaker 1: I don't know how to get back to the Kingdom.

Speaker 1: It was amazing conversations. Man, it was mentioning friand Keeliah.

Speaker 1: I think that's one of the reasons why it was

Speaker 1: hard for me to buy my knee to the Loving, Holy,

Speaker 1: Righteous God of Heaven and Earth. Because I didn't want

Speaker 1: to buy my knee. I was full of pride and

Speaker 1: envy and and I didn't trust nothing and no one,

Speaker 1: and I didn't believe in God at the time. Right,

Speaker 1: I think it's because I didn't want to be told.

Speaker 1: I'll say, oh, if I become a Christian, I'm gonna

Speaker 1: have to be told what to do. And I thought

Speaker 1: I had to dress a certain way, I had to

Speaker 1: talk a certain way. I had to give up everything

Speaker 1: that I enjoyed doing. I had to give up my DJing,
