In this episode, I interview Johanna Hill, coordinator of the Eco Act Environmental Leadership Program at the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis. The program works with high school juniors and seniors, teaching environmental education and leadership skills.
Johanna reminds us of the importance of incorporating ecological education into our curriculum and the value of reconnecting with the natural world for student and teacher wellbeing. She emphasizes that even little actions can make a big difference in moving the needle toward a more sustainable future.
