- 0:20Speaker 1: Hey, everyone, welcome to bless this mess in the True
- 0:22Speaker 1: Grump Podcast. Don't Care here with Stu. Say, hey, Stu,
- 0:25Speaker 1: all right, I'm gonna try not to sound out of breath. Okay,
- 0:30Speaker 1: I'm just like any type of movement at this point
- 0:33Speaker 1: in my life. I am now. I will be thirty
- 0:37Speaker 1: seven weeks by the time you hear this, and I
- 0:42Speaker 1: am out of breath. Yeah, I am.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Trying to get out of bed. It's kind of funny
- 0:48Speaker 2: watching it.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I went to work this morning and I ended up
- 0:53Speaker 1: having to leave because I got like nauches. And I
- 0:55Speaker 1: don't throw up during my pregnancies, like it's not it's
- 0:58Speaker 1: never been a thing, but today I just got I
- 1:01Speaker 1: couldn't sleep this morning. I woke up. You guys wanted
- 1:05Speaker 1: the chit chat. Here's the chit chat. I'm miserable.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Walk up, that's Amazon shopping. Went back to bed, went
- 1:14Speaker 2: to work.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I went, I woke up. So last night we went
- 1:17Speaker 1: to bed. The baby wasn't moot like he's real active
- 1:20Speaker 1: like at nighttime, like to the point where it's super
- 1:23Speaker 1: annoying and keeps you up. Sorry, we had an interruption.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I'm out of breadth of gangs. I had to stand
- 1:28Speaker 1: up anyways. So so at nighttime he's very during the day,
- 1:32Speaker 1: pretty mild or whatever, but at nighttime very very active
- 1:35Speaker 1: to the point where it keeps me up. So last
- 1:38Speaker 1: night he wasn't that active. I mean he moved or whatever.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So I did my kick counts. I was tired. I
- 1:44Speaker 1: went to sleep, but they were pretty muted kick counts.
- 1:48Speaker 1: All right, we were just interrupted. Again. This is gonna
- 1:50Speaker 1: be a long thing.
- 1:51Speaker 2: That's going to be a four.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Hour anyway, So I went to sleep. I was a
- 1:57Speaker 1: little concerned, but anyway, So then I woke up at
- 1:59Speaker 1: four feet fifteen this morning and a panic. Yes, because
- 2:03Speaker 1: he wasn't moving. So I'm like, okay, So I'm like,
- 2:05Speaker 1: so I go up, get up, go to the restroom,
- 2:07Speaker 1: and then I he's big enough now, like I shove
- 2:10Speaker 1: him or whatever, you know, you can like you know
- 2:13Speaker 1: where he's at in there or whatever. It's like when
- 2:17Speaker 1: you're panicking about a newborn and you go to check
- 2:20Speaker 1: to make sure they're breathing. Yeah, and then you wake
- 2:23Speaker 1: the little fucker.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Up and you're like, Jesus, Chris, what did I just do?
- 2:27Speaker 1: What did I just do?
- 2:28Speaker 2: So?
- 2:29Speaker 1: Yes, so I woke him up from his slumber, and
- 2:33Speaker 1: he proceeded to kick the shit out of me for
- 2:36Speaker 1: quite some time. So then I couldn't go back to sleep.
- 2:40Speaker 1: And then at that point, my alarm goes off at six,
- 2:42Speaker 1: so it's like I can't go back to sleep. So
- 2:44Speaker 1: then I started panic buying stuff on Amazon because I
- 2:47Speaker 1: really wasn't going to buy anything for this baby because
- 2:49Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, we have all stuff, and I'm like,
- 2:50Speaker 1: this is the last. Then I started thinking, this is
- 2:52Speaker 1: the last one. I deserve to have the last one. Yes,
- 2:57Speaker 1: I deserve unless they leave me here and then then
- 2:59Speaker 1: we might have another one. So I could not go
- 3:01Speaker 1: to work for a couple months. Anyways, I'm like, that's
- 3:06Speaker 1: the last one. So when it's been in like two
- 3:09Speaker 1: hundred and something dollars on Amazon on baby stuff, stuff
- 3:14Speaker 1: for me at the hospital, some books, because why not
- 3:20Speaker 1: that matched my outfit, I decided that his color was
- 3:23Speaker 1: going to be green. We don't have a name yet,
- 3:25Speaker 1: but I know his color's green. And for some reason,
- 3:27Speaker 1: I really focused this morning on Mallard ducks, and so
- 3:32Speaker 1: he's got Mallard themed.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I don't even know where that came from either.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I just like really latched onto ducks. The green this morning,
- 3:40Speaker 1: and then that translated into Mallards and I'm like, oh,
- 3:43Speaker 1: that's like cute. And so then now he's got Mallard swaddles, Mallard.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Burp cloths one probably.
- 3:51Speaker 1: No, I didn't go that far. I just got the
- 3:55Speaker 1: the little going home outfit and I just got like
- 3:57Speaker 1: a plain green and then I got a new blanket. Oh,
- 4:00Speaker 1: that was the other thing. I need to order a
- 4:01Speaker 1: new set of like pacifiers that to try out. That
- 4:05Speaker 1: was the other thing. Because we don't have pacifier they
- 4:08Speaker 1: start getting gross.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Yes, you know, they're all like, we have no children
- 4:12Speaker 2: with brass fires anymore, thank gun.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Yes. Anyway, so that's what I've been up to today.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So anyway, so I went to work this morning and
- 4:20Speaker 1: then around like eight thirty nine o'clock, what are you doing, Stu?
- 4:26Speaker 2: I'm reading something on my watch that's very important.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Well, why don't you pay attention to me? Anyways?
- 4:31Speaker 2: I know all this, You told me this story already.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Anyways, I started getting nauseous at works morning. I think
- 4:36Speaker 1: it's because I drink like two cups of coffee because
- 4:38Speaker 1: I was up at four fifteen, and then I ate
- 4:40Speaker 1: like a protein bar and I just was not feeling good,
- 4:43Speaker 1: and so I was also I had to work at
- 4:46Speaker 1: another office, and it's like if you work in an office,
- 4:50Speaker 1: you know you have your your chair and your yes
- 4:53Speaker 1: where you're comfortable, and so I just was like uncomfortable
- 4:56Speaker 1: the chair, like how it was sitting. I have like
- 4:57Speaker 1: bad sciatica right now on the left side, so the chair,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I didn't have my foot rest just I have like
- 5:05Speaker 1: a prima donna at this point, and so I don't know.
- 5:09Speaker 1: It was all just combined to like make me not well.
- 5:13Speaker 1: And so I was like I got to go because
- 5:14Speaker 1: I cannot throw up into the office like this can't
- 5:16Speaker 1: be and I was like on the verge of throw
- 5:19Speaker 1: like it was like a real, a real.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Thing, real concern.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Yeah. So anyway, so then I came home, I ate,
- 5:26Speaker 1: and then I was able to I'm just I just
- 5:28Speaker 1: worked from home the rest of the day, so and rest.
- 5:31Speaker 1: So we're back. I'm feeling better and we're here to record.
- 5:38Speaker 2: However, it's going to go out on the day. It
- 5:40Speaker 2: should go out.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Too, yes, but the problem is is that we are
- 5:44Speaker 1: not in nap time because it's the evening and so
- 5:50Speaker 1: we or like it's after four whatever, So this is
- 5:53Speaker 1: at naptime. So they're all out there just running free,
- 5:57Speaker 1: running free, hope hoping they stay, but we've already been
- 6:01Speaker 1: interrupted twice. So anyways, all right, I think that's it.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Anything else going on to.
- 6:11Speaker 2: No, nothing since our big adventure.
- 6:13Speaker 1: To yeah, we'll do it, I know. I don't say, well,
- 6:17Speaker 1: we'll do a shoot the poo this Friday. We'll put
- 6:20Speaker 1: that out. But just quickly. Our neighbors, the ones that
- 6:24Speaker 1: had the dog that we had the Holy Shoe.
- 6:26Speaker 2: They moved, thank goodness.
- 6:27Speaker 1: So there's nobody there right now. So we're waiting to
- 6:29Speaker 1: see what moves in.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Next, what fresh hell is next.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Thankfully, because of the last incident, I do know how
- 6:36Speaker 1: to get ahold of the homeowners, and they seem they're
- 6:39Speaker 1: just like individual homeowners are, not.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Some corporation landlords by accident. They just got to move
- 6:45Speaker 2: somewhere else and they were like, hey, let's just run
- 6:47Speaker 2: out there.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Actually are in Australia.
- 6:49Speaker 2: They're in Australia.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yes, nice, yes, So because of course once I found
- 6:54Speaker 1: out who they were, then I'm like clicking on their
- 6:56Speaker 1: Facebook like the weirdest stalker. I think they're close to
- 7:01Speaker 1: I can't remember where it was, Maybe it might have
- 7:03Speaker 1: been like close to Sydney or something like that.
- 7:05Speaker 2: So they're on the East coast.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, so we do know how to so they're
- 7:10Speaker 1: just like regular people and like so they this is
- 7:13Speaker 1: their investment, you know, then they got to be careful.
- 7:16Speaker 1: But what happens to it because one bad renter, I
- 7:19Speaker 1: can't imagine could just destroy your home. I can't imagine
- 7:22Speaker 1: that those people didn't destroy the home with all those children,
- 7:25Speaker 1: because I looked up that house and I was surprised.
- 7:29Speaker 1: It's like five hundred square feet smaller than ours, you know,
- 7:34Speaker 1: and we're pretty not crowded in here, but we're a
- 7:37Speaker 1: full house. Yeah, And they had they had the they
- 7:41Speaker 1: had the situation or whatever. It was like the grandma
- 7:44Speaker 1: and the boyfriend were originally moved in and then the
- 7:48Speaker 1: five grandkids moved in when the mom went to prison.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Or whatever the issue was.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I think she went to prison. I think she was
- 7:56Speaker 1: in and out of jail.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Well, I think it was jail. I don't think she
- 7:58Speaker 2: went to prison. Prison.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Oh, anyway, she's in and out of jail or whatever.
- 8:01Speaker 1: They had the supposedly they had the daughter that was
- 8:05Speaker 1: in the military, which was that had the dog, which
- 8:08Speaker 1: was on that whole story. Anyways, they have people in
- 8:14Speaker 1: and out of there like all the time, like different people,
- 8:18Speaker 1: So I don't know what's going on over there, But
- 8:21Speaker 1: going on right quiet. We did notice that painters came in,
- 8:25Speaker 1: so I don't know.
- 8:26Speaker 2: If he had pressure washing the house for two days.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Yes, they were having to come in and they had
- 8:31Speaker 1: to come in through the back gate back there to
- 8:32Speaker 1: do the lawn.
- 8:34Speaker 2: I think it was the guy that was renting the.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Yes, because he's in construction. He does construction, so he
- 8:39Speaker 1: has crews. So I'm I'm guessing that they those kids
- 8:42Speaker 1: probably destroyed that house because he seemed like the more
- 8:45Speaker 1: of the disciplinarian and the grandma seemed.
- 8:48Speaker 2: To just like whatever y'all want to do.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Yeah, because when they would do something wrong, he was
- 8:53Speaker 1: the one that would come over and be like make
- 8:54Speaker 1: him apologize things like that. Anyways, but they're gone, so
- 8:58Speaker 1: we'll see, we'll let you, we'll update you when someone
- 9:00Speaker 1: new moves. And hopefully we're moving out, you.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Know, yes, hopefully this year we're out of here.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yes, hopefully we can.
- 9:08Speaker 2: You know, anybody that needs a house and medland hay
- 9:12Speaker 2: haas we.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Will be selling, yes. Anyways, so that's our life, our
- 9:17Speaker 1: short life update. Will I think we'll talk about the
- 9:21Speaker 1: Scream documentary on Friday. Yeah, we watched I watched that one.
- 9:25Speaker 2: I'm going to have to watch it now, I guess. Yes,
- 9:27Speaker 2: it's three parts and disturbing.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Yes, very disturbing. Anytime teenagers kill teenagers, it's like what,
- 9:36Speaker 1: especially when they get two to do it together. I'm like,
- 9:39Speaker 1: it's a very remind me of like Columbil had like
- 9:42Speaker 1: two like really bad kids just or like have some
- 9:45Speaker 1: sort of issue.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Just found they were like polar opposites too. I guess
- 9:49Speaker 2: in the pecking order at the high school. Oh yeah, well,
- 9:54Speaker 2: the one that really freaked me out was the because
- 9:57Speaker 2: the kids were so young, was the slender slender Man
- 10:00Speaker 2: and killings.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Yeah, anyways, okay, let's go ahead and that's it.
- 10:11Speaker 3: More.
- 10:14Speaker 1: No, I was trying to tell you to move your microphone.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Adjust it. You need to adjust it more towards your mouth. Okay, okay,
- 10:23Speaker 1: I'm just looking at that.
- 10:24Speaker 2: It was going to be fine. You didn't have to
- 10:25Speaker 2: interrupt much.
- 10:26Speaker 1: I thought that you understood what this meant.
- 10:29Speaker 2: You want me to get a beer.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm just moving my hand back. I thought you understood
- 10:34Speaker 1: what that meant like to get a beer. Well, if
- 10:36Speaker 1: you're going to talk and tell a story, you need
- 10:38Speaker 1: to have the microphone in front of story.
- 10:40Speaker 2: I was telling you about the Slenderman case.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Moving on st Patreon dot com, slash bus This Mess podcast.
- 10:45Speaker 1: You get the episodes twenty four hours early in ad free.
- 10:49Speaker 1: You also get a semi regular weekly shoot the pooh
- 10:54Speaker 1: we miss sometimes sorry, nothing going on to say, nothing
- 10:58Speaker 1: to go on? Well, there's always something that seems like with.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Us, Well there's something, but does it rise to the
- 11:04Speaker 2: level of telling anybody else?
- 11:06Speaker 1: Well, we talk about a lot of things that probably
- 11:08Speaker 1: don't need to go to that level.
- 11:09Speaker 2: But well, you do, anything I say is highly important
- 11:13Speaker 2: and yeah needs to be said.
- 11:16Speaker 1: No, that's not true anyways, Well you don't say a.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Lot, so that's right, man, A few words.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Stuart, you say some of the dumbest shit around this
- 11:25Speaker 1: house anyways, all right, and then we have uh oh
- 11:32Speaker 1: rate review, subscribe five stars only. What else do we do? Oh?
- 11:39Speaker 1: TikTok Instagram, Facebook, I do YouTube. I do pretty much
- 11:43Speaker 1: daily true crime episodes, documentaries to watch. So I kind
- 11:49Speaker 1: of like go and see what's new out there, and
- 11:51Speaker 1: then I let you I give a little rundown for
- 11:54Speaker 1: you to go and know it to watch, so you're
- 11:56Speaker 1: not sitting there scrolling forever to go find it. Anyway,
- 12:01Speaker 1: So that's what I do with my time a little
- 12:05Speaker 1: with other things.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Which is a whole lot enough, but it seems.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Like listen, Stewart, I was running a micro bakery this
- 12:12Speaker 1: past week. Yes, I am working on my bookshop that
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm sewing things I want to make. I would love
- 12:23Speaker 1: to have one of those mobile bookstores. So I got
- 12:26Speaker 1: to build up my candle making business in my and
- 12:31Speaker 1: my book sleeves and all that stuff that I sew.
- 12:34Speaker 1: That's my current obsession, you know.
- 12:37Speaker 2: So anyway, was baking. I got all those baking and
- 12:39Speaker 2: cooking supplies stacked up. I have Stewart food containers.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Listen, I'm a hobbyist, all right. I've moved on from
- 12:49Speaker 1: the bak I'm gonna have to move on from the
- 12:50Speaker 1: baking though, because the problem is is baking. If you
- 12:53Speaker 1: bake stuff and you don't do pre orders and nobody
- 12:55Speaker 1: buys it, then you're stuck with it.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Got it?
- 12:58Speaker 1: Or I did so well. I was surprised. I did
- 13:01Speaker 1: my little Valentine's Hearts.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I'm i don't mean you're surprised. You said you were
- 13:04Speaker 2: going to sell them all. No, I did it, and
- 13:06Speaker 2: they were like, oh, thank god, I got my money back.
- 13:09Speaker 1: I didn't say I was going to sell them all.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I said I wanted to try to get back my
- 13:12Speaker 1: money that I spent on Valentine's Day, which was to
- 13:14Speaker 1: make their Plato kids and to actually bake the stuff
- 13:18Speaker 1: because I was going to bake them for the kids anyways,
- 13:20Speaker 1: and I did. So we're going to call it a win,
- 13:24Speaker 1: all right. So that's enough of that nonsense. Because that's
- 13:28Speaker 1: just enough of that. Let's go ahead and move on
- 13:31Speaker 1: to our story.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Let's do it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: We're going to Florida this week's yes on April twenty third,
- 13:38Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, and I'm going to try to say this
- 13:40Speaker 1: right whenever they I had it right at the time
- 13:44Speaker 1: when I wrote it. Apple, Apple, Apple of Chica, Apple
- 13:50Speaker 1: of Chica, Apple.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Of Chica, Chica, Chica.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I think it's Chica. Oh no, it's apple. It's Appalachica,
- 14:02Speaker 1: is what it is.
- 14:04Speaker 2: I know. No, I got it.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It was like apple because I remember now it was appalation,
- 14:08Speaker 1: So it was like appalation, Apalachica, Apalachica Florida. A couple
- 14:14Speaker 1: was heading to go fish in the area when they
- 14:15Speaker 1: stumbled upon a body. Now, investigators they arrive on the
- 14:19Speaker 1: scene to find a woman who had been severely beaten.
- 14:23Speaker 1: There were bruises all over her body, including her face, stomach, arms,
- 14:27Speaker 1: and legs. It was clear that it was a horrific
- 14:30Speaker 1: attack that caused the injuries and caused her death. Now,
- 14:35Speaker 1: there was no identification on the woman, therefore, she was
- 14:37Speaker 1: noted as a Jane Doe at the time, and it
- 14:40Speaker 1: was also clear to investigators that she was dumped there
- 14:42Speaker 1: quickly and that that this was not the location of
- 14:45Speaker 1: the actual murder.
- 14:45Speaker 2: There was no no crime scene.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Yeah, there was a like the amount that she was beaten.
- 14:51Speaker 1: There would be a severe amount of blood had she
- 14:53Speaker 1: been beaten there. It was just like someone just dumped
- 14:56Speaker 1: the body out as fast as they could and then
- 14:59Speaker 1: just took off. Now, they didn't have an id on
- 15:03Speaker 1: the woman, but it wouldn't be long before they got
- 15:05Speaker 1: their next clue because within twenty four hours they received
- 15:09Speaker 1: a call from a local motel stating at that they
- 15:12Speaker 1: had entered a room to clean it and ended appeared. Sorry,
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'm not crying. Something stuck in my throat, it appeared. Anyways,
- 15:21Speaker 1: they walk in the cleaning people come in to clean it,
- 15:24Speaker 1: and there is like blood everywhere. I can't even imagine.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I mean, I know, I'm sure hotels cleaning staff got
- 15:32Speaker 1: what they walk into, especially in New Orleans after Martin graol.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Oh my god, I can't imagine. Oh that's what I
- 15:39Speaker 1: was gonna mention.
- 15:41Speaker 2: I can mention that letter. What the cure?
- 15:43Speaker 1: Okay, it's probably not the best time. We're gonna we're
- 15:46Speaker 1: gonna gonna get a letter. Anyway. So they walk in,
- 15:49Speaker 1: there's blood everywhere, and so they call police to come
- 15:53Speaker 1: and look at it. The investigators arrive at the Sportsman
- 15:56Speaker 1: Lodge motel in inter room fifteen to find a bed
- 16:00Speaker 1: completely soaked in blood. Now, pon seeing the motel room,
- 16:04Speaker 1: I mean this is a small area. They're like, Okay,
- 16:07Speaker 1: that's the tide.
- 16:08Speaker 2: This is probably happened.
- 16:10Speaker 1: We got a body that's severely beaten. We don't know
- 16:12Speaker 1: where the crime scene was. Oh, we have a crime
- 16:14Speaker 1: scene and we have no body. Let's put these two together.
- 16:17Speaker 1: So they were able to tie those two things together quickly,
- 16:21Speaker 1: and this will help them identify her here shortly. So
- 16:26Speaker 1: they find that the room smells like vinegar whenever they
- 16:30Speaker 1: walked in, so it was clear that someone tried to
- 16:32Speaker 1: like clean it up with vinegar, you know. I guess
- 16:35Speaker 1: they wanted to be eco friendly. Yeah, it wasn't gonna
- 16:41Speaker 1: it wasn't gonna fix a bed completely soaked in blood. Like, no,
- 16:45Speaker 1: that's not gonna happen anyways. So there was, like I said,
- 16:50Speaker 1: there was just too much blood for them to be
- 16:51Speaker 1: able to do that, so they abandoned ship on the cleanup. Now,
- 16:55Speaker 1: they used luminol to see where there might have been
- 16:57Speaker 1: trace of human blood where they possibly could have cleaned up,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and this included the sink and in the bathtub, and
- 17:03Speaker 1: so they could clearly see that that was where someone
- 17:06Speaker 1: had either rinsed off or something like that after beating
- 17:09Speaker 1: the woman. They also found that there was blood on
- 17:13Speaker 1: the shower curtain rod and they believe that was possibly
- 17:15Speaker 1: one of the weapons used in the attack because on
- 17:18Speaker 1: the woman you could see a similar like diameter of
- 17:22Speaker 1: that shower curtain like being poked and stuff like that. Now,
- 17:26Speaker 1: with having the body and then the motel room, they
- 17:29Speaker 1: were able to identify the woman as thirty one year
- 17:31Speaker 1: old Eileen Sidon.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Investigators contacted Francesca with Francesca Francesca, Yes, why would.
- 17:41Speaker 1: You pronounce that Francesca because.
- 17:43Speaker 2: It looks fanatically, that looks like how you spoke.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Okay, you are obviously des class a because you don't
- 17:48Speaker 1: know how to pronounce Francesca, which is a very fancy name.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Anyway, Francesca.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Shaun se Stu said what are we gonna name the after?
- 17:57Speaker 1: I told him the Mallard and he's like, what are
- 17:59Speaker 1: we get a name?
- 18:02Speaker 2: You said something about being high money name or something.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Yes, because I think of mallards. I think of like
- 18:11Speaker 1: old English countryside going down team cabins, like manors, things
- 18:17Speaker 1: like that. And you said, what are we going to
- 18:19Speaker 1: name him? Chauncey? I said Chauncey, and then you threw
- 18:24Speaker 1: out Hunter, Colt, Colt. There was one more I can't run.
- 18:32Speaker 1: It was Maxwell.
- 18:34Speaker 2: I feel like that we're not doing Maxwell.
- 18:37Speaker 1: We're not doing a Hunter or cult either.
- 18:42Speaker 2: So what about you didn't say Chauncey.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I guess that's right up there with Chase and Marshall,
- 18:48Speaker 1: that the kids wouldn't name him after Paul Patrol characters
- 18:52Speaker 1: they do? Yes?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Can I continue? Yes, Francesca, guy got me all messed
- 19:00Speaker 2: up Francesca, her oldest sister, who had actually become her
- 19:04Speaker 2: guardian at the age of fourteen after both of their
- 19:07Speaker 2: parents had passed away. Francesca was living in LA that'd
- 19:10Speaker 2: be Los Angeles, not Louisiana, while Eileen had moved to
- 19:14Speaker 2: Miami in her twenties. And Eileen was working as a
- 19:18Speaker 2: property manager and living in a nice hotel.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Oh, it's a say hotel. I don't know why it's
- 19:27Speaker 1: not a say hotel. That was an auto correct issue.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Just keep going A nice apartment. She lived in a
- 19:33Speaker 1: nice apartment. She was doing well.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Yes, I was about to say she probably lived.
- 19:37Speaker 1: In the nice the property that she managed, because that's
- 19:39Speaker 1: usually one of the benefits as you get to break
- 19:41Speaker 1: on your rent.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Yes, or free apartment or substantial discus.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Shouldn't have said nice hotel, I was an audio.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Well, I was just going with it because it was there.
- 19:51Speaker 2: As I was saying it, I was like, what the
- 19:52Speaker 2: hell is happening here?
- 19:54Speaker 1: Okay?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Anyway, she was just in Miami, living in a nice apartment,
- 19:58Speaker 2: managing a nice property, doing well in life, having a
- 20:01Speaker 2: generally great time.
- 20:03Speaker 1: She did struggle, however, with her parents' deaths because her
- 20:08Speaker 1: mom died, and then like.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Six years one would imagine.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Her mom died, and then six years later her dad
- 20:13Speaker 1: died of cancer. Like it was real traumatic for her.
- 20:16Speaker 1: And then of course her older sister's having to raise her.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Is so, what eight her mom died and then fourteen
- 20:23Speaker 2: her dad died, and then yeah.
- 20:24Speaker 1: So her mom died first, and then six years later
- 20:28Speaker 1: her dad dies, and then when she's fourteen, her sister
- 20:32Speaker 1: was probably twenty or.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So at least eighteen I'm guess, yeah, and had.
- 20:36Speaker 1: To take custody of her. So she did struggle, but
- 20:39Speaker 1: she was doing well in Miami.
- 20:41Speaker 2: When speaking to her sister, Francesca, authorities were quickly able
- 20:46Speaker 2: to learn that Eileen had been involved with a man
- 20:49Speaker 2: by the name of Zach Abel. Eileen had known zach
- 20:53Speaker 2: since high school, but here in the last couple of
- 20:55Speaker 2: years they started dating. So they knew each other in
- 20:58Speaker 2: high school, went their separate ways, came back together, started dating.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Yes, thank you for breaking down that way.
- 21:04Speaker 2: I am.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Anybody was confused, We did not have to stress. Trust me.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I still underwear story, that's all Jesus.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, that is. You got that in the old
- 21:19Speaker 2: hip pocket.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Did you forget where you were.
- 21:23Speaker 2: No, I lost my place for a second. Investigators were
- 21:26Speaker 2: able to quickly learn that Zach, Eileen, and another woman
- 21:30Speaker 2: by the name of Christina A Rajo wow that's going
- 21:35Speaker 2: to come into play, had stayed in that motel room,
- 21:38Speaker 2: but they needed to figure out what happened inside there
- 21:41Speaker 2: that ended with Eileen being murdered.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Yes, three go in and two come out. Eight Well,
- 21:46Speaker 1: three came out, but one was dead. Like something went down.
- 21:50Speaker 2: They began asking around town about Zach and they find
- 21:53Speaker 2: out from his friends that he was dating Christina for
- 21:56Speaker 2: about four years. Prior to starting dating, Zach and Christina
- 22:02Speaker 2: were known to be partiers and they had a lot
- 22:04Speaker 2: of wild nights and a lot of wild parties. Christina
- 22:07Speaker 2: seemed to be the one that was in charge in
- 22:09Speaker 2: the relationship, and she's eight years older than Zach, and
- 22:14Speaker 2: she would often brag that her father was a major
- 22:17Speaker 2: in the Sheriff's department and that if they ever got
- 22:19Speaker 2: in trouble, she could easily get out of it.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Yeah, this was her like go to line around town.
- 22:25Speaker 1: But I haven't questioned anybody be like is well is
- 22:29Speaker 1: that even true? Like your dad can be in the
- 22:32Speaker 1: police department doesn't mean that He's going to just go
- 22:34Speaker 1: to bat for you with whatever you whatever, you and
- 22:38Speaker 1: your stupid friends get up to, you know. But everyone
- 22:40Speaker 1: seemed to be fearful of her because she would run
- 22:45Speaker 1: this around town and be like, she'd get drunk and
- 22:48Speaker 1: brag about it, and so people would do you know
- 22:50Speaker 1: who I am? Yeah.
- 22:53Speaker 2: During their relationship, they also started a business together. It
- 22:56Speaker 2: was a used car dealership. So their lives were very
- 22:59Speaker 2: much in her twine, kind of like me and you
- 23:01Speaker 2: doing a podcast. Yes, too, very much the same. Yes,
- 23:07Speaker 2: a friend of theirs, he said, really.
- 23:10Speaker 1: This really stealed the deal in us being intertwined. Was
- 23:12Speaker 1: the podcast, not the four children?
- 23:15Speaker 2: And then we had to get married and have children
- 23:17Speaker 2: after we did the podcast together because we're intertwined.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Yes, that's true.
- 23:21Speaker 2: A friend of Zach and Christina said that they had
- 23:23Speaker 2: been dating on and or not on and off. They've
- 23:26Speaker 2: been dating for about four years, and then one day
- 23:28Speaker 2: out of the blue in twenty sixteen, Zach showed up
- 23:30Speaker 2: with Eileen to some boat party. I guess the friend
- 23:34Speaker 2: was very confused because he knew that Zach was involved
- 23:37Speaker 2: with Christina still but now also Eileen. When the friend
- 23:41Speaker 2: asked Zach why he hadn't broken it off with Christina.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Zach said that he had tried to, but it was
- 23:47Speaker 2: very complicated with the business that him and Christina were
- 23:51Speaker 2: involved in, and that Christina would often make threats to
- 23:54Speaker 2: Zach about how she was going to make him disappear
- 23:57Speaker 2: based on her connections with her father.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Why are these people belie leaving this girl, this party
- 24:01Speaker 1: animal that her father's just going to like go like
- 24:04Speaker 1: throw his entire career.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Away to like he's teamed up with the mafia. He's
- 24:09Speaker 2: a dirty cop going to do all.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Yes, they believed everything she said, hook line and sinker,
- 24:15Speaker 1: and they went with it. It's like, let's use some
- 24:19Speaker 1: let's this. He wasn't even like a he was he
- 24:23Speaker 1: was higher up in a sheriff's department locally. It's not
- 24:26Speaker 1: like he was on the like Homeland Security or up
- 24:29Speaker 1: in the CIA.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Sorry that the sheriff, I don't know. You've seen them
- 24:32Speaker 2: shows about the sheriff runting the town.
- 24:34Speaker 1: This is true, But this is like Miami. I don't
- 24:36Speaker 1: think that's too many.
- 24:39Speaker 2: People, you know, I don't know what county.
- 24:41Speaker 1: It was too many people buying for power in a
- 24:45Speaker 1: place like Miami. They're in Miami. I don't know why you're.
- 24:51Speaker 2: People buying for power in Miami.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I know, so not one one person is not able to.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Just wield run uncontrolled powers.
- 24:58Speaker 1: It's not some small town where there's like a sheriff
- 25:00Speaker 1: that's like knows everybody, knows everybody's secrets. This is Miami.
- 25:03Speaker 1: It's a huge area. Anyways, moving on, I think you're
- 25:07Speaker 1: incorrect with your whatever. I think you're incorrect. Investigator spoke
- 25:12Speaker 1: to Eileen's friends trying to understand why she would date
- 25:15Speaker 1: this Zach. So they're trying to get all this like
- 25:17Speaker 1: background information on Zach and Christina and Eileen in this
- 25:21Speaker 1: like dynamic they have. Her friend said that Zach would
- 25:25Speaker 1: always tell Eileen that he was trying to end things
- 25:28Speaker 1: with Christina because it's like why, why is why does Eileen,
- 25:31Speaker 1: who's got this nice job, this nice apartment, be around
- 25:34Speaker 1: these idiots and then have this guy that is just
- 25:39Speaker 1: dating these two women at the same time. And so
- 25:41Speaker 1: she just really said that. Her friends say, she just
- 25:44Speaker 1: really fell in love with Zach.
- 25:46Speaker 2: That's love, you know, that's what happened to you.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Fell in love with me anyways, and so she just
- 25:52Speaker 1: always kept believing that he was going to leave Christina
- 25:55Speaker 1: and that you know, he just was afraid of her
- 25:58Speaker 1: or whatever, and she would just continue to make these concessions.
- 26:01Speaker 1: The friend said that things got even more complicated when
- 26:04Speaker 1: in twenty seventeen, Eileen lost her job as a property
- 26:08Speaker 1: manager and had fallen on hard times ended up going
- 26:10Speaker 1: to work at Christina and Zach's used car dealership. Now
- 26:13Speaker 1: I'm not saying anybody.
- 26:14Speaker 2: No find another property management job.
- 26:18Speaker 1: I'm just gonna I think as well learn. I think
- 26:21Speaker 1: Eileen dealt with a lot of problems from her parents
- 26:24Speaker 1: passing and stuff, and I think she would do well
- 26:27Speaker 1: for a while, and then I think she slowly got
- 26:29Speaker 1: into like she met up with this Zach who parties
- 26:31Speaker 1: and drinks, and I think that kind of took over
- 26:33Speaker 1: her life and she started making really poor decisions with
- 26:38Speaker 1: these two idiots that she's got herself right involved with.
- 26:43Speaker 1: So anyways, Eileen continued to pressure Zach to leave Christina. However,
- 26:46Speaker 1: when he tried to officially break it off with Christina,
- 26:49Speaker 1: Christina offered an alternative relationships too. To tell yes, Christina
- 26:56Speaker 1: wanted to have her, Zach and Eileen be in a thruple.
- 27:04Speaker 1: When I tell you, they partied a lot. They partied
- 27:06Speaker 1: a lot.
- 27:06Speaker 2: So what's party? Sex, parties, drug parties, all of it
- 27:11Speaker 2: all the abut I think.
- 27:12Speaker 1: A lot of it was drinking. There was heavy, heavy
- 27:15Speaker 1: alcohol use. I'm sure there was some drugs involved, but
- 27:18Speaker 1: the main thing that they liked to do was drink
- 27:21Speaker 1: a lot. So I'm sure once the alcohol started going.
- 27:24Speaker 2: In, the inhibition started coming down.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And so so they were. So she throws out this
- 27:31Speaker 1: thing like this thruple. So friends and friends of Eileen,
- 27:34Speaker 1: whenever they heard about this were completely shocked. Whenever Eileen
- 27:37Speaker 1: actually agreed to this situation, She's like, Okay, I'll do this.
- 27:41Speaker 1: I don't know. In the thrupple if I think it
- 27:43Speaker 1: was just like them both sharing Zach, to me, that's
- 27:47Speaker 1: not but a thruple is.
- 27:48Speaker 2: More like everybody shares everybody.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so I don't know. They didn't really go into
- 27:54Speaker 1: detail about how if Eileen and Christina were involved, but
- 28:00Speaker 1: they definitely most were there for the Zach guy or whatever. Anyway,
- 28:05Speaker 1: So right off the bat, it was apparent to everyone
- 28:07Speaker 1: that this was not going to work out. However, the
- 28:10Speaker 1: three seemed continued to be in this relationship. There are
- 28:13Speaker 1: times when both women had bruising and black eyes and
- 28:15Speaker 1: would physically get into it with each other. And then
- 28:18Speaker 1: Eileen's best friend believed that Zach was the aggressor most
- 28:22Speaker 1: of the time. So there's just this is just like
- 28:24Speaker 1: a toxic situation all around.
- 28:26Speaker 2: So Zach's beating on both the women, and the women
- 28:29Speaker 2: are fighting each other.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Well that's what the best friend thinks. Is thinks that
- 28:33Speaker 1: Zach's the bad guy. But Christina obviously has anger manage
- 28:42Speaker 1: towards Eileen anyway, so that's what the best friend thinks.
- 28:45Speaker 1: So it's just like a convoluted situation. However, her sister
- 28:49Speaker 1: believed that Christina was more of the more violent one
- 28:52Speaker 1: in the group. And I personally that's how where I
- 28:54Speaker 1: came out on this with this story, as I felt
- 28:57Speaker 1: Christina was like she was control. She was eight years
- 29:00Speaker 1: older than them, She's controlling. She might have had more
- 29:04Speaker 1: money than the other two, and she was like possessive
- 29:09Speaker 1: of Zach and Eileen's coming in, and Eileen was much
- 29:12Speaker 1: better looking than Christine. I'm just gonna throw it out ya,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I'm just putting it out there, Okay, So I think
- 29:18Speaker 1: Christina saw Eileen as a threat. Yeah, So anyway, so
- 29:24Speaker 1: Eileen had to be like there was times when she
- 29:27Speaker 1: even had to be taken to the emergency room due
- 29:30Speaker 1: to the abuse. However, she would never press charges and
- 29:33Speaker 1: she just seemed to have no intention of leaving again.
- 29:36Speaker 1: This whole entire time, She's struggling with alcohol abuse. They
- 29:40Speaker 1: didn't really talk about it that lot a lot, but
- 29:42Speaker 1: as I dug into the case on like through news
- 29:46Speaker 1: articles and stuff, and there was heavy alcohol consumption.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Not a twelve pack bear we're talking though, No, we're.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Talking about like handles of liquor, like going through the
- 29:56Speaker 1: min at night.
- 29:56Speaker 2: One.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Yes, been there. You just gotta oh my god, we
- 30:05Speaker 1: were never in a thruple. You locked your mind. Anyways,
- 30:10Speaker 1: she was, like I said, Christina would continue to make
- 30:13Speaker 1: these threats to both Eileen and Zach about her dad
- 30:17Speaker 1: being in law enforcement, and Eileen believed that she could
- 30:20Speaker 1: do something to her. So, despite all of this and
- 30:23Speaker 1: her friends and family telling her she needs to get
- 30:25Speaker 1: out of this situation, Eileen decided to give the relationship
- 30:28Speaker 1: just one last try, and she actually moved in with
- 30:31Speaker 1: Zach and Christina.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Stop it.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Yes, So now was she not only in a relationship
- 30:36Speaker 1: with them, this throuple she's working.
- 30:39Speaker 2: With them, relying on them for her money, yes.
- 30:41Speaker 1: And now she's living with them and probably severely hung
- 30:44Speaker 1: over every day. So supposedly it was going to be
- 30:47Speaker 1: one to two month trial and then she would decide
- 30:50Speaker 1: if she wanted out of this whole relationship. Now, during
- 30:53Speaker 1: that time, things continue to be chaotic, with the threesome
- 30:57Speaker 1: drinking a lot and fighting a lot. And at this point,
- 30:59Speaker 1: it is around April of twenty eighteen, Eileen had told
- 31:02Speaker 1: her best friend that she had planned to get out
- 31:05Speaker 1: because it just wasn't going well. You know, they tried
- 31:09Speaker 1: this for a month or so and things weren't going well,
- 31:11Speaker 1: and she planned to get out.
- 31:12Speaker 2: And so this leads us to where on April seventh,
- 31:17Speaker 2: twenty eighteen, she called her best friend and told her
- 31:20Speaker 2: that Christina had become very violent and that her and
- 31:23Speaker 2: Zach were trying to get out of the house and
- 31:26Speaker 2: they ended up hitting the road and taking off for Georgia.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Eileen's friend was concerned because she didn't have her phone
- 31:33Speaker 2: or her wallet with her, but Eileen insisted this was
- 31:35Speaker 2: a good thing, that her and Zach were getting away
- 31:37Speaker 2: from Christina. So it sounds like they've made a decision.
- 31:42Speaker 2: They're like, hey, it's toxic, let's us two run away together.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Mind you, this is refrustrating because these are not These
- 31:50Speaker 1: are like people in their thirties. This isn't some twenty
- 31:54Speaker 1: one year old twenty two year olds like Eileen is
- 31:58Speaker 1: thirty one at this point, so Zach is would be
- 32:00Speaker 1: about the same age, and then Christina is eight years older.
- 32:02Speaker 2: She's almost closing. During this time, Christina was texting Eileen,
- 32:08Speaker 2: who did not have her phone, telling her you know
- 32:12Speaker 2: you're fucking me over and sent about one hundred and
- 32:15Speaker 2: fifty texts in twenty four hours. Somehow, though after a
- 32:19Speaker 2: couple of days Zach and Eileen, it's like child's play.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Compared to vander pump Roules in Tequila.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Katy, I don't know if you're talking about that.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Someone out there knows, o G. Vander Pump rules. I
- 32:29Speaker 1: haven't watched the new vander Pump Roules because they changed
- 32:31Speaker 1: out the cast. But there's a girl that whenever she
- 32:35Speaker 1: drinks tequila her heurr nicknames Tequita Kayley Katie, and she
- 32:40Speaker 1: like just rage text oh my god. So they would
- 32:43Speaker 1: just scroll through and it would just be raged. But anyway,
- 32:48Speaker 1: so nothing compared to.
- 32:49Speaker 2: Her and fifty and twenty four hours.
- 32:53Speaker 1: That's tequila ke totally over like exceed that well.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Anyway, after a couple of days, Zach and Ileen and
- 33:00Speaker 2: ended up in Dallas, Texas, and Christina began texting and
- 33:03Speaker 2: talking to Zach and she's just really being nice, Caro,
- 33:07Speaker 2: just being real nice, which I.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Think that's what she's done the whole.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Time, the roller coaster of emotion.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Yes, just the emotional terrorist she is, you know, she's
- 33:15Speaker 1: mean nice, plays the threatening thing and then come back
- 33:20Speaker 1: and be like and then parties with them and does
- 33:23Speaker 1: god knows.
- 33:23Speaker 2: What in the bedroom right Like my life for the
- 33:26Speaker 2: last eight months, it's been a roller coaster of emotion.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Whatever what, don't even what. It hasn't been a roll
- 33:34Speaker 1: The third trimester is a roller roller coaster.
- 33:38Speaker 2: Okay, you have threatened to stab me multiple times.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yes, shut the fuck up as a common phrase coming
- 33:44Speaker 1: out of my mouth because, like I said, I think
- 33:47Speaker 1: I don't know if I mentioned on the podcast, Stu's
- 33:49Speaker 1: the only person I'm allowed to be mean to right now.
- 33:52Speaker 1: So I even told him, I said, you're you're the
- 33:55Speaker 1: only person I can.
- 33:56Speaker 2: Get Mi Gred can't take it on the children. No,
- 34:00Speaker 2: I can't.
- 34:02Speaker 1: I mean sometimes I do, come on, Craig, come Crea,
- 34:06Speaker 1: but mainly.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Stu is the recipient.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Yes, I've lost all at that point. I've used all
- 34:14Speaker 1: my patients up on everybody else and I have none
- 34:17Speaker 1: for Stu. But he did this to me.
- 34:19Speaker 2: So been like that for the last three pregnancies.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Now four, Well, you try having four babies in five years.
- 34:25Speaker 1: We see how you do at my geriatric age.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, you were geriatric from right from the word
- 34:31Speaker 2: go mm hmmmm. Anyway, can I continue with my story?
- 34:35Speaker 1: You can?
- 34:36Speaker 2: Actually, Christina was being so nice that Zach was like, hey,
- 34:39Speaker 2: why don't you come with us on the rest of
- 34:40Speaker 2: our road trip? So Christina flies to Dallas to join them.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Zach is a major issue in this, and Zack and
- 34:49Speaker 1: Christina are like, they're like that, what's that couple that?
- 34:54Speaker 1: What do you? What do you? What do you? What's
- 34:56Speaker 1: his name? Woody Harrelson? And that was he in that
- 35:03Speaker 1: movie where.
- 35:03Speaker 2: The couple kills oh, the natural born killing.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Yes, they remind me of those two. They're just like
- 35:08Speaker 1: two very toxic human beings. And Eileen seems like she
- 35:14Speaker 1: would be the most normal of the three, and she's
- 35:17Speaker 1: somehow been sucking.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Yeah, she gets sucked into this world. She probably would
- 35:21Speaker 2: have done okay had she not run across act anyway.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Christina arrives in Dallas and they continue to travel, stopping
- 35:27Speaker 2: in New Orleans.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Yes, because that's where you need three party animals as
- 35:31Speaker 1: in New Ormans.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Yes, down on Bourbon Street. Yeah, people that are raging
- 35:35Speaker 2: alcoholics in New Orleans. All I needed was Marty Grass
- 35:39Speaker 2: happening too, and that just would have been the perfect
- 35:41Speaker 2: storm anything anyway, but things quickly become toxic again. Francesca
- 35:47Speaker 2: had not heard from her sister Eileen in quite some time,
- 35:50Speaker 2: but in New Orleans she did call her to say
- 35:52Speaker 2: that she thought that the two were going to try
- 35:55Speaker 2: to kill her.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Yes, she called up her sister and said, I think.
- 35:58Speaker 2: They're going to kill me.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Yes.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Her sister urged her to call nine one one and
- 36:03Speaker 2: get away from them, but she just hung up and
- 36:05Speaker 2: continued on with the road trip. Now, at this point,
- 36:09Speaker 2: they've been on the road for almost two weeks, and
- 36:11Speaker 2: they ended up in Appalachicola. So I met Florida.
- 36:14Speaker 1: So I messed up when I said it the first time,
- 36:16Speaker 1: because I realized when I spelled it the first time
- 36:18Speaker 1: there is an oh. So it's that's why it wasn't
- 36:21Speaker 1: making sense to me, because I practiced how to say it,
- 36:24Speaker 1: and then I'm looking at it, I'm like, this is
- 36:26Speaker 1: this does look like what I practiced. It's Appalachicola. It's
- 36:30Speaker 1: got cola at the end, which makes it easier to
- 36:33Speaker 1: pronounce yes than Appalachica. Yes, chicaica.
- 36:39Speaker 2: You know it's not the hell you were saying. I
- 36:41Speaker 2: don't know, I don't know why somebody would name it
- 36:43Speaker 2: something so difficult to Anyway, they ended up at the
- 36:47Speaker 2: Sportsman Lodge in Appa Lachicola, Kara. Now, the Sportsman's Lodge
- 36:52Speaker 2: is a motel.
- 36:55Speaker 1: But it wasn't a It wasn't like a It was
- 36:58Speaker 1: like a cutesy motel. Kitchi kitchi kuchi, kitchi kucci. It's
- 37:10Speaker 1: a like a cutesy motel. It wasn't like a rundown
- 37:13Speaker 1: like a motel hotel, motel the hour where they're like,
- 37:18Speaker 1: we'll leave the light on and there was no light.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, during this time on the road trip, it
- 37:26Speaker 2: seemed that they went from partying, drinking and being whild
- 37:30Speaker 2: to fighting and arguing the whole time. So this has gone.
- 37:35Speaker 1: From just a bad situation.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Yes, it's gone from bad to worse. I mean, what
- 37:41Speaker 2: was toxic has become very top.
- 37:42Speaker 1: You know, not every victim is, you know, as great
- 37:48Speaker 1: as Dateline likes to make everybody seem like they light
- 37:50Speaker 1: up a room, not every victim makes great decisions. That's
- 37:53Speaker 1: just the reality of human beings, you know. So there
- 37:57Speaker 1: was times that Eileen should have left, but for some reason,
- 38:00Speaker 1: I feel like she was just on this destructive road
- 38:03Speaker 1: and from having I.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Feel like if she would have just taken her sister
- 38:08Speaker 2: up on the offer and left No Orleans to go
- 38:10Speaker 2: see her sisters.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Yeah, because like the thing about it is is that
- 38:14Speaker 1: we're not blaming the victim, obviously, I'm just saying like
- 38:17Speaker 1: there was opportunities.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Somebody's going to believe we are No, I will get
- 38:21Speaker 2: that letter.
- 38:21Speaker 1: You wonder what was going on Eileen's head to like
- 38:24Speaker 1: still continue on with this group whenever she could have.
- 38:29Speaker 1: They weren't holding her hostage or anything. She could have
- 38:31Speaker 1: loved their sister, but there was something I think she
- 38:33Speaker 1: needed therapy from her parents passing away, and she might
- 38:37Speaker 1: have been hiding some of that with alcoholism and then
- 38:39Speaker 1: just just making these decisions to be around these toxic
- 38:43Speaker 1: people that were bringing her down. But like she could
- 38:48Speaker 1: have left, like if Christina's if Christina's threatening her with
- 38:51Speaker 1: this sheriff of dad or whatever, you can leave that town.
- 38:56Speaker 1: And that sheriff has no more control. Like I said,
- 38:59Speaker 1: it's not like he's in the CIA or FBI or
- 39:02Speaker 1: something exactly where it's like federal, Like she could have
- 39:05Speaker 1: went with her sister or whatever. So it's just unfortunate
- 39:07Speaker 1: that she wasn't in a headspace to build to make
- 39:09Speaker 1: that decision to leave.
- 39:11Speaker 2: She would have gone cross country back to LA.
- 39:13Speaker 1: It was almost like she was in a she was
- 39:15Speaker 1: in like an abusive relationship and just could not no.
- 39:17Speaker 2: I think her she was fogged up with the alcohol
- 39:20Speaker 2: and yeah, possible drugs if she was taking those and
- 39:23Speaker 2: just wasn't thinking clearly. Yeah, plus her child.
- 39:26Speaker 1: I don't know if she was taking drugs.
- 39:28Speaker 2: I want to say she was if.
- 39:30Speaker 1: She was, but there was definitely alcoholism going on.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Police were able to track down the movements of this
- 39:39Speaker 2: trio leading up to the night of Aileen's murder. They
- 39:43Speaker 2: had went to a restaurant called The Red Pirate Ate
- 39:45Speaker 2: Dinner and then played miniature golf and partied.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Yeah, see they had good times like that's what it was.
- 39:50Speaker 1: It was an abusive relationship where they go up and
- 39:52Speaker 1: they go down, like they would be positive and then
- 39:54Speaker 1: they would be completely trash, you know.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Yeah when they hit rock bottom. Though they hit rock bottom. Man,
- 40:00Speaker 2: it was just crazy. People ended up in emergency rooms
- 40:03Speaker 2: and whatnot. They had intentions to leave the next day. However,
- 40:08Speaker 2: when they woke up, they decided they really hung over.
- 40:10Speaker 2: I'm sure most likely that they were going to stay
- 40:12Speaker 2: one more night and party. So they headed the liquor
- 40:15Speaker 2: store that morning. They bought several bottles of liquor.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Like handles of liquor, like the big the big ones,
- 40:20Speaker 1: like the big fireball, and even the store clerk noted,
- 40:24Speaker 1: he's like, I.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Hope there's more people than the three of you. They
- 40:29Speaker 2: then headed back to the motel. While they're at the
- 40:32Speaker 2: motel that day, Eileen contacted her best friend and said
- 40:36Speaker 2: she was scared of Zach and Christina, and her friend
- 40:38Speaker 2: actually purchased her a Greyhound bus ticket and the plan
- 40:42Speaker 2: was for her to get to the bus station that day,
- 40:45Speaker 2: but then Eileen was never heard from again.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Yeah, so I think she was coming to the realization
- 40:50Speaker 1: she needed to get out of here, and it just
- 40:51Speaker 1: took a little bit of time. But unfortunately, these two psychopaths.
- 40:55Speaker 2: Time ran out before she. Yeah, fortunately the clarity came
- 40:59Speaker 2: to get out.
- 41:00Speaker 1: So a couple days later, Zach and Christina they show
- 41:03Speaker 1: up at their friend Mike's home and he says, hey,
- 41:06Speaker 1: you know where's Eileen because this trio is always together,
- 41:09Speaker 1: and Christina said, oh, she ran off. Mike he's not
- 41:12Speaker 1: believing this because they've been just he doesn't believe anything
- 41:17Speaker 1: Christina says anyways, and so that's when he asked Zach,
- 41:20Speaker 1: and Zach broke down and said that Christina killed Eileen.
- 41:26Speaker 1: He said that he was asleep and he woke up
- 41:28Speaker 1: to find that she was dead. This is again Zach
- 41:32Speaker 1: telling this story to his friend. He tried to give
- 41:34Speaker 1: her a CPR, but there was no chance of her
- 41:36Speaker 1: reviving her, so they dropped her body off and headed
- 41:39Speaker 1: back to Miami. Mike wasn't sure what to do. He
- 41:42Speaker 1: didn't want to call nine to one because these two
- 41:45Speaker 1: fucking psychopaths are like asleep on his couch. He even
- 41:47Speaker 1: took a picture of him that day. They're just laid
- 41:51Speaker 1: up on the couch like sleeping it off or whatever.
- 41:53Speaker 1: So he's got these two crazy people in his house,
- 41:56Speaker 1: and he was actually concerned that if the police came
- 41:59Speaker 1: in tried to arrest them, when he went, well, plus, first,
- 42:04Speaker 1: you got to think, are the police going to believe me?
- 42:07Speaker 1: I come and tell them this because I have absolutely
- 42:10Speaker 1: zero proof that they killed somebody too.
- 42:14Speaker 2: If they do show up they're in my house, yes,
- 42:16Speaker 2: I don't. So if shit goes down, the police are
- 42:20Speaker 2: going to be shooting.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Up my house, yes, and they might do something. Or
- 42:23Speaker 1: if he was in the home or he was afraid
- 42:26Speaker 1: that the police might shoot his friends, and what if
- 42:29Speaker 1: they didn't actually kill her they just said that. Like
- 42:32Speaker 1: he's like going through all these things and he just knows,
- 42:35Speaker 1: probably knows that these two people are so messed up
- 42:37Speaker 1: that he just doesn't want to Yeah, I wouldn't want
- 42:40Speaker 1: my house like destroyed me either. So he's trying to
- 42:43Speaker 1: figure out what to do. So he doesn't want to
- 42:46Speaker 1: call nine one one because this is like an irrational
- 42:49Speaker 1: group of people. Instead, he remembers all the times that
- 42:52Speaker 1: Christina is bragging about her dad, so he went and
- 42:55Speaker 1: looks up her dad and contacts him. So he calls
- 42:58Speaker 1: up to dad. He's like, hey, I need to talk
- 43:00Speaker 1: to you about Christina. So the father's like, hey, meet
- 43:02Speaker 1: me at this gas station. So he heads over there
- 43:05Speaker 1: and he flat out he's like, hey, Christina killed someone.
- 43:09Speaker 1: And he wasn't sure how the dad was going to
- 43:13Speaker 1: take because he's heard all this time that Christine's like,
- 43:14Speaker 1: my dad will cover up anything, my dad will kill
- 43:18Speaker 1: my dad all you could be disappeared if I tell
- 43:21Speaker 1: my dad. And the father was like, okay, he's like,
- 43:24Speaker 1: come with me. Let's go to the police station. And
- 43:27Speaker 1: I need you to tell someone other than me, because
- 43:30Speaker 1: I can't be the one that you he did. He's
- 43:33Speaker 1: like a good guy. So there's all this stuff that
- 43:36Speaker 1: they did with Christina and stuff like that or Christina
- 43:39Speaker 1: said was none of it was true. So he goes
- 43:41Speaker 1: to the Sheriff's department and some of the colleagues take
- 43:43Speaker 1: down his statement and once they get this full story,
- 43:47Speaker 1: Mike was actually the one that had to go identify
- 43:49Speaker 1: Eileen's body, and from there they went to his home
- 43:54Speaker 1: and arrested Christina and Zach.
- 43:56Speaker 2: And I was still passed out there. They were able to.
- 43:59Speaker 1: Walk in and just take which I get it. He
- 44:01Speaker 1: wasn't sure if anybody would believe him, and so he
- 44:04Speaker 1: needed to make sure like things were calm when they
- 44:07Speaker 1: walked in. But oh no, they weren't. I'm sorry. They
- 44:10Speaker 1: weren't passed out anymore. The reason they were able to
- 44:12Speaker 1: arrest him without any fussus because they were actually leaving
- 44:14Speaker 1: the home, So they got them when they exited the home.
- 44:18Speaker 1: So that's what they were waiting for, so they didn't
- 44:21Speaker 1: have a big like shootout or something crazy like that.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Now do we know if the father knew about this
- 44:27Speaker 2: living arrangement his daughter was in.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I'm guessing he probably knew his daughter was a mess,
- 44:34Speaker 1: and he was probably just waiting for the ball.
- 44:36Speaker 2: To drop he did. Do you think it shocked him
- 44:41Speaker 2: that it was this?
- 44:43Speaker 1: No, I didn't even sound like it's the According to
- 44:46Speaker 1: the friend, it didn't even sound like it was like
- 44:47Speaker 1: a there's no way noting murder.
- 44:50Speaker 2: I mean, I thought she'd get like a DWI or something,
- 44:52Speaker 2: not murder.
- 44:53Speaker 1: No, he might have, you know, he might have probably
- 44:55Speaker 1: got her off on some dwi's a couple of times.
- 44:57Speaker 1: That's where she comes up with. But it's like she's
- 44:59Speaker 1: gone too far down a bridge, too far.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Okay, yes, yes, indeed, both Christina and Zach were charged
- 45:06Speaker 2: with first degree murder, but there would be several delays
- 45:09Speaker 2: in the case.
- 45:10Speaker 1: At remember this is like twenty eighteen nineteen, so delays.
- 45:15Speaker 1: You put it into COVID in your.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Now, you're delaying everything. At some point, though, Christina decided
- 45:21Speaker 2: to take a plea deal and received a second degree
- 45:24Speaker 2: murder charge. With her plea deal secured, she became a
- 45:28Speaker 2: witness against Zach.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Well played, Christine.
- 45:31Speaker 2: There you go.
- 45:32Speaker 1: You got to turn on them before they turn.
- 45:33Speaker 2: On you exactly. In her testimony against Zach, she said
- 45:37Speaker 2: that Zach was the one that began hitting Eileen, and
- 45:40Speaker 2: that Christina actually left the room. When she re entered
- 45:43Speaker 2: the hotel room, she found them in the bathroom, where
- 45:46Speaker 2: she found Zack poking her with the shower curtain. This
- 45:50Speaker 2: matched up with evidence at the crime scene, where they
- 45:53Speaker 2: found bloody palm prints of Eileen's blood from Zach holding
- 45:57Speaker 2: the shower curtain. Christina stated that she watched in horror
- 46:00Speaker 2: as Zach sexually assaulted Eileen with a wooden staff. Christina
- 46:05Speaker 2: said that eventually they all fell asleep. She said she
- 46:08Speaker 2: didn't think that Eileen would be dead from the attack,
- 46:11Speaker 2: but that she would just need some sort of help
- 46:13Speaker 2: in the morning, what little trip to Urgent care to
- 46:17Speaker 2: get a band at or something. When they did wake up,
- 46:20Speaker 2: they found Eileen was dead, and that's when they disposed
- 46:22Speaker 2: of her body. Zach's attorney argued that Christina was actually
- 46:25Speaker 2: the aggressor and that she had injuries to her hands
- 46:29Speaker 2: and feet showing that she had been part of the attack.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Christina also sent those aggressive and violent one hundred and
- 46:36Speaker 2: fifty text messages in the one day when Zach and
- 46:40Speaker 2: Eileen were gone on the road trip without her. Zach's
- 46:42Speaker 2: attorney also claims that Christina was the one in charge
- 46:46Speaker 2: of the relationship and told Zach to clean up the
- 46:48Speaker 2: hotel room and that's all. That's how his palm prints
- 46:52Speaker 2: ended up on the shower curtain rod. They argued that
- 46:55Speaker 2: Christina had always been in charge of the relationship and
- 46:58Speaker 2: that she was the one with motive to kill Eileen
- 47:01Speaker 2: and remove her from the equation. They argued that Zach
- 47:05Speaker 2: would have no reason to want to kill Eileen because
- 47:08Speaker 2: he loved her.
- 47:09Speaker 1: Which is that is true? I don't think Christine is
- 47:13Speaker 1: a psychopath.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Like, she has way more motive than Zach does.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Yeah, but Zach has got his own problems too, but yes.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Did you having trouble speaking? The jury deliberating, however, there
- 47:26Speaker 2: were two people that just couldn't come to the conclusion
- 47:29Speaker 2: of convicting him for first degree murder, so as.
- 47:35Speaker 1: They were because they were trying to determine who was
- 47:37Speaker 1: the ring leader to get the first degree murder, and
- 47:39Speaker 1: freaking Christine already took the plea deal for second degree murder.
- 47:43Speaker 1: I'm assuming that would.
- 47:44Speaker 2: Be and the witness stand against Zach.
- 47:45Speaker 1: So then the first degree murder would have to fall
- 47:47Speaker 1: on Zach as the as the person who committed it,
- 47:49Speaker 1: and then she was just kind of like an accomplice.
- 47:52Speaker 2: So they went back and forth on the first degree.
- 47:54Speaker 2: After several more hours of deliberation, they were finally allowed
- 47:57Speaker 2: to find him guilty. They were they came to the
- 48:00Speaker 2: conclusion of second diarreer, so.
- 48:02Speaker 1: They were given so they couldn't determine. They couldn't decide
- 48:05Speaker 1: on the first gree murder, so they gave them the
- 48:07Speaker 1: other option. They said, Okay, if you can't decide on
- 48:09Speaker 1: first degree murder, I guess they can do that.
- 48:11Speaker 2: If everybody else right in the mid trial.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Yeah, the prosecution agrees and the judge and everything. They
- 48:16Speaker 1: were allowed to go to second degree murder if they
- 48:18Speaker 1: could all agree on that, and.
- 48:19Speaker 2: They did well. During his sentencing, Zach claimed that he
- 48:23Speaker 2: proposed what they ring to Aileen, but the ring pops
- 48:27Speaker 2: do of ring pop or the candy one. Yes, and
- 48:31Speaker 2: they were going to get married and they were going
- 48:33Speaker 2: to go about their their own way.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Zacks full of shit too. I mean they're terrible people.
- 48:37Speaker 1: It's just that in a court of all unfortunately, without
- 48:41Speaker 1: any evidence, they couldn't say who was the I feel
- 48:43Speaker 1: like they were both probably equally people, Yeah, to blame
- 48:47Speaker 1: for Eileen's murder.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Well, the judge wasn't believing that Zach was going to
- 48:52Speaker 2: propose to had proposed to Eileen, and he ended up
- 48:56Speaker 2: giving him the maximum sentence, which was life prison. Christina
- 49:02Speaker 2: was also sentenced that day despite her plea deal.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't actually take she agreed to secondary murder,
- 49:08Speaker 1: but she kind of had to go out on a limb,
- 49:10Speaker 1: so that was that kind of was in her favor.
- 49:13Speaker 1: She was willing to testify against Zach and take the
- 49:15Speaker 1: secondary murch charge without securing a sentence.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Yes time, how many days, years, months? What she actually
- 49:24Speaker 2: ended up getting was twenty five years in prison for
- 49:28Speaker 2: her cooperation and testimony.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Yes, because that helped them convict Zach. And she did
- 49:34Speaker 1: kind of have to take a gamble now because she
- 49:36Speaker 1: could have got life in prison.
- 49:37Speaker 2: Well she's almost forty, so that puts her in jail
- 49:39Speaker 2: till past sixty. So yeah, at this point, yep, and
- 49:42Speaker 2: then Zach is life, she'd be.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Looking rough too, So she'd be looking rough.
- 49:49Speaker 2: To be getting that prison makeup going on.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Yes, anyway, So I think it's just like one of
- 49:57Speaker 1: those things like not every victim is like a perfect
- 49:59Speaker 1: like lights up her room, everybody's best friend everything. I
- 50:03Speaker 1: think Eileen had had her ups and downs, and she
- 50:06Speaker 1: had things going for a while, but she met that
- 50:07Speaker 1: stupid Zach, and I think he just brought her down.
- 50:10Speaker 1: And then Christina was attached and she brown down and
- 50:13Speaker 1: got If you get someone that gets you involved with
- 50:15Speaker 1: like heavy drinking and partying or something like that, you
- 50:18Speaker 1: can quickly if you have if you have issues where
- 50:21Speaker 1: you were like maybe needed therapy from your parents dying
- 50:24Speaker 1: or something.
- 50:25Speaker 2: They especially if it's volatile and there's physical abuse going
- 50:28Speaker 2: on and threats.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Threats from Christina. So I think she just wasn't didn't
- 50:32Speaker 1: have a clear enough head to say, you know what,
- 50:34Speaker 1: this is all bullshit. I can go live with my sister.
- 50:36Speaker 2: In La, get my shit together, and then.
- 50:39Speaker 1: Christina's dad can't have any control for me over there.
- 50:42Speaker 1: I've got nothing else going for me right here. I
- 50:44Speaker 1: need to reach out and get help, and unfortunately, by
- 50:47Speaker 1: the time she decided to do that, it was too
- 50:49Speaker 1: too late. So at least they were able to get
- 50:52Speaker 1: these two psychopaths. Yes, in prison.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Yes they didn't. They weren't on the street line. Thank goodness.
- 50:58Speaker 2: It wasn't a year's long investigation.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Yeah. Anyways, do you have a SE's our case for
- 51:03Speaker 1: the day, for the week, week, month, do you have
- 51:07Speaker 1: a possibly month? Do you have a y'all need Jesus
- 51:11Speaker 1: I do.
- 51:12Speaker 2: I'll see if we can get it through it without
- 51:14Speaker 2: any more interruptions.
- 51:15Speaker 1: We've had nothing but interruptions.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Guys man shot after refusing to share his French fries.
- 51:24Speaker 2: Justified homicide Fox four kd FW Florida not Florida, Florida.
- 51:33Speaker 2: I just said kdfw DFW.
- 51:35Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know. I wasn't paying attention well.
- 51:38Speaker 2: By Amber Kite, published January twenty nine, twenty twenty six Kara,
- 51:43Speaker 2: fort Worth, Texas. A dispute between friends over an order
- 51:47Speaker 2: of French fries escalated into a deadly shooting at a
- 51:51Speaker 2: West Division apartment complex Wednesday evening. Officers were dispatched the
- 51:56Speaker 2: ninety five hundred block of Jeremiah Driver around six thirty
- 51:58Speaker 2: pm report following gunfire. When they arrived, they discovered an
- 52:03Speaker 2: adult male with a gunshot wounded the head. The head. Yes,
- 52:08Speaker 2: he killed him, I said, a deadly shooting, Kara, are
- 52:13Speaker 2: you not listening to me? I was.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Actually when you were doing this, all I was thinking
- 52:19Speaker 1: of my head was like, okay, it would depend on
- 52:21Speaker 1: where the French fries were from and what level of
- 52:24Speaker 1: pregnant I was.
- 52:26Speaker 2: Despite life threat, life threatening life saving efforts by officers
- 52:30Speaker 2: and fort Worth fire ems, the man died at a
- 52:33Speaker 2: local hospital. Okay, this is several hours later.
- 52:36Speaker 1: It's not funny that he's dead. But there's a deeper
- 52:38Speaker 1: issue going on than the French fries. Because two men
- 52:41Speaker 1: don't shoot each other over French fries. That seems like
- 52:43Speaker 1: something a wife would shoot a husband.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Or the husband be like you didn't want the fries?
- 52:49Speaker 2: Why are you taking fries off my plate?
- 52:52Speaker 1: And I still, are they gonna let us know where
- 52:54Speaker 1: the fries were from? Yes, Okay, you better not tell
- 52:57Speaker 1: me they were Windy's because he is Yeah, definitely not
- 53:02Speaker 1: killing worth killing.
- 53:03Speaker 2: Over the backstory, investigators with gun Violence Unit say the
- 53:07Speaker 2: violence broke out during a gathering of friends. According to
- 53:10Speaker 2: the detectives, an argument began with the when the victim
- 53:14Speaker 2: refused to share his French fries with the suspect.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Arby's French fries, curly fries, I might kill somebody or
- 53:21Speaker 1: right now.
- 53:23Speaker 2: Mm yeah, or some jack in the box curly fries.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Yeah, curly fries in general from a from a fast
- 53:30Speaker 1: food joint would be really hit the spot for me personally.
- 53:35Speaker 2: The disagreement quickly intensified, ending when the suspect allegedly drew
- 53:40Speaker 2: a weapon and shot the victim before quickly leaving the scene.
- 53:44Speaker 2: They itch. Police have identified the suspected the suspected shooter,
- 53:52Speaker 2: who is a resident of the same apartment complex. While
- 53:55Speaker 2: officers searched the area, the suspect and the suspects home,
- 53:59Speaker 2: he remained at large as of Thursday. Detectives are actively
- 54:03Speaker 2: looking for the suspect about the incident.
- 54:07Speaker 1: Where are the French fries from?
- 54:09Speaker 2: They're from McDonald's.
- 54:10Speaker 1: No, I mean, it's better than Wendy's, but come on,
- 54:15Speaker 1: those fries are expensive. Though.
- 54:17Speaker 2: Yes, I got the I thought they had already caught
- 54:20Speaker 2: the guy. I must have been looking at the wrong story.
- 54:23Speaker 2: This must have been the.
- 54:24Speaker 1: Your kids, hi'd your French fries? Wow over McDonald's French fries. Yes,
- 54:32Speaker 1: it's a deeper issue. That's french fries. We're just the
- 54:34Speaker 1: breaking point. There's something deeper going on.
- 54:37Speaker 2: There, probably having sex with his girlfriend or something. I
- 54:40Speaker 2: think I kind of sworn I read in one of
- 54:42Speaker 2: the stories that was McDonald's. But I can't find anything
- 54:44Speaker 2: in any of these stories that say McDonald's.
- 54:47Speaker 1: That's just really not worth killing over, you.
- 54:49Speaker 2: Know, are I mean, whenever I was like looking it up,
- 54:53Speaker 2: I was like, man, shot over fries. Do you know
- 54:55Speaker 2: how many freaking things popped up about people getting shot
- 54:58Speaker 2: over french fries. I believe some manager out of McDonald's
- 55:02Speaker 2: got shot over cold fries because somebody got some cold fries.
- 55:05Speaker 2: And that I mean, I mean, I can see you
- 55:08Speaker 2: getting agra over and I mean I just be like, hey, dude,
- 55:09Speaker 2: I need some fresh fries or a refund, take your pick.
- 55:14Speaker 2: I'm not going, I'm not going to jail.
- 55:18Speaker 1: When you go to McDonald's. If you want them to
- 55:20Speaker 1: be like fresh, you're gonna have to go Chick fil A. Okay,
- 55:24Speaker 1: they're gonna have to go.
- 55:26Speaker 2: I mean, I don't think I've ever had any problems
- 55:27Speaker 2: with Jack in the box. I mean, if you like
- 55:30Speaker 2: in and out fries, those are they're they're always hot
- 55:33Speaker 2: and ready.
- 55:34Speaker 1: But they're terrible. Oh. You know who has the best
- 55:36Speaker 1: fries is five guys. Oh the Cajun fries. Those are
- 55:39Speaker 1: like handcut and they put the extra They dump the
- 55:42Speaker 1: extra bucket of fries in the bags and triple the fries.
- 55:46Speaker 1: But you gotta get them out fast, though, because that
- 55:48Speaker 1: cup really gets the steam in there, and you can
- 55:50Speaker 1: lose the Christmas. You gotta get them.
- 55:52Speaker 2: You gotta get them dumped out and get get the steam,
- 55:54Speaker 2: get them out of the steam.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Yes indeed, yes, yeah, those are good fries. So all right,
- 56:02Speaker 1: well that's our that's our y'all need Jesus.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Well you're not going to tell us your y'all need Jesus.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Oh okay, I think I was it the last time
- 56:11Speaker 1: when I said we weren't, I kind of went down,
- 56:12Speaker 1: how we're not doing Airbnbs anymore. And then because I've
- 56:15Speaker 1: complained about how disgusting.
- 56:17Speaker 2: They are, and then I sheets care eggs. We brought
- 56:21Speaker 2: our own carre egg.
- 56:22Speaker 1: Well why would we bring not the Airbnb? But like that,
- 56:26Speaker 1: then it like can you fix yourself? I'm trying anyway.
- 56:32Speaker 1: So the the when we went to the Bubble, I
- 56:39Speaker 1: think I told all you guys, I was like worried
- 56:42Speaker 1: because we had the issue with the Bubble and I
- 56:45Speaker 1: was afraid they would do stuff something. I was like,
- 56:47Speaker 1: anything that we're going to be using, I'm bringing our own.
- 56:50Speaker 1: So I brought our own sheets, I brought our own towels,
- 56:53Speaker 1: I brought our own cup. It was it was glamping anyway,
- 56:55Speaker 1: so you had to bring all your own food and
- 56:57Speaker 1: stuff like that. But I also I was like, you
- 56:59Speaker 1: know what, I started thinking, like I'm not using these
- 57:01Speaker 1: curegs in these hotels because my greatest concern and.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Somebody drinking bottled water and then pouring it in there.
- 57:09Speaker 1: Being like, oh I drink and I have half a
- 57:11Speaker 1: bottle water. I need a cup of coffee. I poured
- 57:12Speaker 1: it in the cug my spit, you know, backwash goes
- 57:15Speaker 1: in there.
- 57:16Speaker 2: That's just but it's just mine, so no problem.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Yeah, they don't really care about them.
- 57:20Speaker 2: They're not like, oh wait a minute, what if somebody
- 57:21Speaker 2: did the same thing before me?
- 57:23Speaker 1: But then some people don't care about stuff like that.
- 57:25Speaker 1: It's so bizarre, Like I'm.
- 57:26Speaker 2: Like, do I care because the water will be so
- 57:28Speaker 2: hot that it'll at all about it?
- 57:31Speaker 1: People some people will eat food, like I've worked with
- 57:34Speaker 1: people that would eat food off of people's tables, like
- 57:36Speaker 1: waiting tables, like take the leftover. It's like there's people
- 57:40Speaker 1: that just don't care. I'm not one of these people.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I started getting real freaked out. It's a problem with
- 57:45Speaker 1: traveling at this point, because it could if I think
- 57:47Speaker 1: about it too much, it can get me. So I'd
- 57:49Speaker 1: already decided we were going to start taking our own
- 57:51Speaker 1: curug machine instead of using these ones in these hotel rooms,
- 57:54Speaker 1: the one at the Bubble, just going forward, we would
- 57:57Speaker 1: be bringing home. However, I have been justified.
- 58:00Speaker 2: I'm across the story here. Within the last four hours two.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Hours, there was a TikTok and this girl rightly so
- 58:09Speaker 1: has been is being just.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Like dragged across the internet.
- 58:12Speaker 1: Yes, because she said, if you go on a trip
- 58:16Speaker 1: and you're in your hotel room and you forget to
- 58:19Speaker 1: bring more like underwear and.
- 58:21Speaker 2: You run out of clean drawers.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Yes, you can take your underwear and put the dirty
- 58:27Speaker 1: part like in the cuig. Yes. I was telling Stu this.
- 58:32Speaker 1: He was like, he was like, oh, he's like he
- 58:34Speaker 1: thought he meant he thought that. She was just saying, like,
- 58:36Speaker 1: put it under the boiling hot water to clean it.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Like that comes out where it comes into.
- 58:42Speaker 1: She said, put it, open it up, put it where
- 58:44Speaker 1: the pod goes, close it up so it'll steam and
- 58:48Speaker 1: push all that out. So and she just like put
- 58:52Speaker 1: this on the internet like there should be.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Did she l herself putting the drawers in this area.
- 58:58Speaker 1: In a hotel room at the curate? But I don't
- 59:00Speaker 1: think she. She demonstrated putting hers in, So I don't
- 59:03Speaker 1: know if it was rage bait or or for real.
- 59:08Speaker 1: But the thing is is that if someone thought of it,
- 59:10Speaker 1: then it probably somebody else actually.
- 59:12Speaker 2: Did it, you know, like or are they going to
- 59:15Speaker 2: start doing.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Yes, God knows what's happening with these cures, so do
- 59:19Speaker 1: not use. And then so I started reading the comments
- 59:20Speaker 1: and people are like, yeah, my friend's a manager at
- 59:22Speaker 1: a hotel. She said, never use the cure. The coffee
- 59:24Speaker 1: machine in the don't use it, not even the cure anymore,
- 59:27Speaker 1: I use it. No coffee machine in there. It can
- 59:30Speaker 1: be any of the coffee machines. All right, we got
- 59:32Speaker 1: to wrap this up. We're losing the battle. So yes, summarize,
- 59:37Speaker 1: don't get enough thrupple, don't don't shoot someone over McDonald's
- 59:43Speaker 1: French fries.
- 59:44Speaker 2: At least, don't show anybody over for the period. Come
- 59:47Speaker 2: on now unless.
- 59:47Speaker 1: Somebody actually guys, you can if someone cleans their underwear
- 59:53Speaker 1: and the curate, yes.
- 59:54Speaker 2: You can shoot that person if they mess with that way.
- 59:57Speaker 1: Some things that the death penalty should be should that
- 59:59Speaker 1: is why of that? That's one of them.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: I mean, even if she didn't just for posting that
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: race page, she should at least get life in prison.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Don't um, don't use the cure, egs or the coffee
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: machines in the hotel room. Don't use anything, frankly, So
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: that's your lessons to summarize today. But anyways, all right,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: we better go before someone else comes in here. Another child.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: They just keep it, just keeps new ones, keep showing.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: Yes, that clown car of v Johnny ears, people keep
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: popping out of it. There's another one. There's another one.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Where are they coming from?
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Shut the fuck up? Now you wonder why I say
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: to the whole time? Anyways, all right, well I think
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: that's it, so we will see you next time. Buy one.
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: Say tell't you know it's bad to be SUPERSTI SHOs love.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: Nothing else is working.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: The sack of Iswaring
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: Bouly by can Tru
