- 0:54Speaker 2: Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 1:01Speaker 2: I have one of your favorite returned guests today. He
- 1:05Speaker 2: is award-winning. We'll get through all the awards. Writers Guild,
- 1:09Speaker 2: so many. You are a comedian. You are a stand-up.
- 1:13Speaker 2: You are an author. You are a showrunner. You are
- 1:16Speaker 2: a show creator. You are an uncle. You are a daddy.
- 1:21Speaker 4: You are.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Are you bordering on zaddy?
- 1:24Speaker 4: I mean, I don't think... It's Guy Branum, everybody. I'm
- 1:27Speaker 4: more just straightforward daddy. I'm like traditional daddy, you know?
- 1:31Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:32Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:33Speaker 2: But you also have dad traits because you like know
- 1:35Speaker 2: how to do shit.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Yeah. Some things.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Yeah. It's nice to have. Yeah. No, you're. You know
- 1:42Speaker 2: what I was thinking about? This is so embarrassing.
- 1:44Speaker 3: What?
- 1:45Speaker 2: When we shared an office together.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:47Speaker 2: You were the first person. This is embarrassing to tell
- 1:50Speaker 2: me this how long ago it was when we worked
- 1:52Speaker 2: at Chelsea Lately. You're like, no, this is how you
- 1:55Speaker 2: like use Google and Safari to find all the stuff.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I didn't really know how to do it. I was
- 2:02Speaker 2: just like getting stories from like the magazines or whatever
- 2:05Speaker 2: and like writing jokes and things. And I was like, oh,
- 2:07Speaker 2: my God, I can just type in like Julia Roberts,
- 2:11Speaker 2: Kiefer Sutherland, like I'd come up with everything.
- 2:15Speaker 4: It's so funny because you and I were both sort
- 2:16Speaker 4: of like very much cultural repositories. People were keeping these
- 2:19Speaker 4: things on our brain. And it really was that moment
- 2:22Speaker 4: when you started to be able to go to the
- 2:23Speaker 4: internet to verify this thing that I remember. But also
- 2:26Speaker 4: started losing all of that amazing memory that we had
- 2:28Speaker 4: to keep going. But it really was. What a beautiful
- 2:32Speaker 4: three years we spent together.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yes. And you've really grown up in so many ways.
- 2:36Speaker 2: So tell us about the latest award that you got
- 2:39Speaker 2: for writing.
- 2:41Speaker 4: So I got a Writer's Guild Award last week, two
- 2:44Speaker 4: weeks ago. Before that, a Golden Globe. Because I was
- 2:48Speaker 4: a producer on Hacks. A writer and producer on Hacks.
- 2:52Speaker 4: And so we've really been doing very well this season after,
- 2:56Speaker 4: you know, the bear was winning everything. And so I assumed, oh,
- 2:58Speaker 4: we'll get these nominations. That will be nice. But then
- 3:00Speaker 4: we won at the Emmys. We won at the Golden Globes.
- 3:03Speaker 4: I still have not received my Golden Globe. It was.
- 3:06Speaker 2: So wait, so you have an Emmy? Uh-huh. A Writer's Guild.
- 3:09Speaker 4: Yes.
- 3:09Speaker 2: A Golden Globe is in the mail.
- 3:11Speaker 4: A Golden Globe is in the mail. I don't know
- 3:12Speaker 4: if I'm getting a Critics' Choice Award.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Oh, my God. And then are you... I know you
- 3:16Speaker 2: always have so many projects, but are... You back in
- 3:19Speaker 2: the hacks producing or have you left the show?
- 3:22Speaker 4: No, no, no. I'm not on the show anymore. On
- 3:25Speaker 4: season four, like budgets are just getting smaller across entertainment now.
- 3:30Speaker 4: And so they had to like reduce the size of
- 3:33Speaker 4: the writer's room, which was really frustrating. But it's hard
- 3:35Speaker 4: to be frustrated when you keep getting awards.
- 3:39Speaker 2: What a great attitude. And you know what? Life's rejection
- 3:44Speaker 2: is God's protection. And if you were stuck in that
- 3:48Speaker 2: writer's room, an opportunity or two that might be your
- 3:51Speaker 2: own thing might not have been able to happen because
- 3:54Speaker 2: you would be spread too thin.
- 3:56Speaker 4: It is such an evolved.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Guy Branum, you're going to be our next Mike White.
- 4:01Speaker 2: You already are in your own thing. People will say
- 4:04Speaker 2: you're going to be the next Guy Branum. That's what
- 4:06Speaker 2: they're going to say to kids soon.
- 4:07Speaker 4: You're very kind. But it's also like it is such
- 4:09Speaker 4: an evolving industry that I am... so like impressed like
- 4:16Speaker 4: by people like you who have been able to say
- 4:18Speaker 4: things are changing i'm going to be part of that
- 4:21Speaker 4: change and made an empire for yourself and thank you
- 4:25Speaker 4: you see other people who through tiktok or whatever means
- 4:29Speaker 4: are doing that and i think especially as we get
- 4:31Speaker 4: older i remember this guy you probably don't remember him
- 4:33Speaker 4: but his name was jason nash.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Yes i know jason nash He, Jason Nash, though, I
- 4:37Speaker 2: want to tell you just to go back, remember, oh,
- 4:39Speaker 2: this is a good one. You were supposed to have
- 4:42Speaker 2: a pilot with Ross Matthews that was going to like
- 4:46Speaker 2: Chelsea had a deal to do different shows and you
- 4:49Speaker 2: guys had it. And then they decided that they didn't
- 4:53Speaker 2: want you. They didn't tell you in a nice way.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Yes.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Wasn't it like we shared an office together and then
- 4:58Speaker 2: they called you in and then they called me in
- 5:00Speaker 2: and they said, They think it would be better if
- 5:02Speaker 2: he was paired with a woman. Yes. And so then
- 5:05Speaker 2: I got paired with Ross.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Yes.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And then I had two weeks to help to do
- 5:10Speaker 2: this pilot, and they said, you can have two writers.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:12Speaker 2: And Jen Kirkman had left the show to work on
- 5:16Speaker 2: a sitcom, and I wrote her, and I go, do
- 5:17Speaker 2: you know anybody? She goes, wait, I'm free. I'd like
- 5:19Speaker 2: to do it. I go, well, then you know a
- 5:21Speaker 2: second person. And she brought on Jason Nash.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Oh, that's lovely.
- 5:23Speaker 2: And he worked on the pilot, but then he didn't go.
- 5:26Speaker 2: And then the same people that were sensitive, a little
- 5:30Speaker 2: insensitive to you called me in and said, the show
- 5:33Speaker 2: is not going. The Ross and Heather show is not
- 5:35Speaker 2: going because you tested so poorly with the focus groups
- 5:40Speaker 2: that they just want to give Ross his own show.
- 5:43Speaker 4: Well, first of all, the hilarious thing is that anything
- 5:46Speaker 4: that was considered a horrible failure back then would now
- 5:49Speaker 4: be the biggest hit on television. Everything gets a. 5.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And Jason Nash, like after that, made himself into a
- 5:56Speaker 4: Vine star back when there was Vine as like a
- 5:58Speaker 4: guy in like his mid-30s with all of these 20-year-olds.
- 6:01Speaker 4: And I was like, that's so impressive. And seeing people
- 6:03Speaker 4: now who just figure out how to– have I talked
- 6:08Speaker 4: to you about the Orthodox Jewish woman who's huge on TikTok?
- 6:11Speaker 4: Do you follow her? Her name is Miriam Izagwi. You
- 6:15Speaker 4: have to follow her on TikTok. Our children are adorable.
- 6:18Speaker 4: And it is just so crazy that like half the
- 6:20Speaker 4: people I know just follow this woman who does videos
- 6:23Speaker 4: of here's all the kosher food I eat today.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Oh, that's good. Yeah. Everybody. Yeah. It's an exciting time.
- 6:30Speaker 2: It's an exciting, terrifying time. So let's get into some
- 6:33Speaker 2: juicy news, Bravo news. This is Real Housewives of Potomac.
- 6:39Speaker 2: And Karen Huger, who calls herself the Grand Dame, and
- 6:43Speaker 2: she's been married to this guy forever. She's 61 years old.
- 6:47Speaker 2: In March of 2024, she got in a car accident.
- 6:50Speaker 2: She drove into a tree. She was by herself. She
- 6:54Speaker 2: was not really injured. The cops came. Her husband came.
- 6:58Speaker 2: She was arrested for driving out of the influence. So
- 7:02Speaker 2: throughout the filming, she claims that she's innocent. It's all
- 7:07Speaker 2: going to work out. She can't talk about it. And
- 7:09Speaker 2: then she also– we don't really see her drink that much,
- 7:13Speaker 2: but she also doesn't say that she has a drinking problem.
- 7:16Speaker 6: Okay.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Then right when she gets sentenced, it's right before the reunion,
- 7:22Speaker 2: and she decided not to do a plea. She did
- 7:27Speaker 2: not go to rehab. She said, I insist on a trial.
- 7:29Speaker 2: She had a trial in which then we saw after
- 7:34Speaker 2: the trial was done, then they released the police cam videos.
- 7:38Speaker 2: And she's very wasted. And she's telling the cop, don't
- 7:42Speaker 2: you know who I am? don't you know who Andy
- 7:46Speaker 2: Cohen is? And then she goes, and I'm Thomas.
- 7:48Speaker 4: The full Reese Witherspoon.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, she goes, and I'm Thomas Jefferson's concubine. She is
- 7:53Speaker 2: beyond wasted. And she's like, well, I'm wasted. So then she,
- 7:59Speaker 2: they convict her for the DUI. Also, she had three
- 8:04Speaker 2: other DUIs. 2006 was one, 2011, and then there was
- 8:07Speaker 2: one that was like a little bit diminished, but still
- 8:09Speaker 2: like a DUI. So then so today she got sentenced
- 8:18Speaker 2: and she got two years suspended, meaning she does one
- 8:22Speaker 2: year in prison and one year like probation, whatever. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: she has she went off to put the handcuffs on her.
- 8:31Speaker 2: And now she has like 30 days to try to
- 8:34Speaker 2: fight it or appeal it. So I called Shannon and
- 8:36Speaker 2: Michael Goldstein, my sister and brother in law, about it
- 8:40Speaker 2: and This is where, you know, I don't know if
- 8:43Speaker 2: it's her entitlement or bad advice from the attorney, but
- 8:47Speaker 2: the first thing Shannon said was she should have gone
- 8:49Speaker 2: to rehab the minute she got released from prison, and
- 8:53Speaker 2: she should have done a plea deal with those previous things.
- 8:56Speaker 2: But she didn't do either. She insisted on the trial,
- 8:58Speaker 2: and she didn't go to the rehab until after she
- 9:00Speaker 2: was sentenced, in which then she also didn't go to
- 9:03Speaker 2: the reunion. Skip the reunion. So there you go. Juicy.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Okay. First of all, I think the minute that happens—
- 9:10Speaker 4: you become the national spokesperson for Petit Mal seizures. Like
- 9:13Speaker 4: you just claim that you have some sort of disorder
- 9:15Speaker 4: that made it happen. You become a spokesperson and do
- 9:18Speaker 4: a lot of good so that they're like, oh, well,
- 9:21Speaker 4: you know, you don't, you don't let anyone see that footage.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Does it make you sad that we no longer live
- 9:27Speaker 4: in an age of TV movies where when like a
- 9:31Speaker 4: grand lady goes off to be in prison for a year,
- 9:34Speaker 4: we don't get Sybil Shepard playing her in, in, you know, prison.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Like, You're right. Well, look, I know there is going
- 9:43Speaker 2: to be some great scripted movie soon that involves a
- 9:47Speaker 2: real housewife story or fake fiction.
- 9:50Speaker 4: That we haven't had any sort of movies that are
- 9:53Speaker 4: set in that world is fascinating to me. I realize
- 9:56Speaker 4: it's a hard world to script, but I feel like
- 9:58Speaker 4: there are enough iterations of it. now that you could
- 10:01Speaker 4: do something good with it.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Well, a couple things. One is her defense of why
- 10:08Speaker 2: she shouldn't do time or to mitigate why she made
- 10:11Speaker 2: this poor decision of driving intoxicated. She said she was
- 10:16Speaker 2: still reeling from the death of her two parents. One
- 10:20Speaker 2: died in 2017 and the other one died seven months
- 10:24Speaker 2: later in 2018. And the accident happened in 2024 and
- 10:28Speaker 2: she's 61. So I'm sorry. I don't think that applies.
- 10:32Speaker 2: She also said she was taking antidepressants, which she was
- 10:36Speaker 2: prescribed to her when she had a sexual assault happen
- 10:39Speaker 2: when she was in college. And so she was still
- 10:42Speaker 2: reeling from that and the death of her parents. And
- 10:46Speaker 2: then she upped it. Then she said, I had to
- 10:48Speaker 2: up my prescription to two antidepressants because I have so
- 10:52Speaker 2: much responsibility as being the grand dame of Potomac.
- 10:56Speaker 4: I mean, none of this changes the fact that there's
- 10:58Speaker 4: Uber on your phone.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Exactly. Well, then the judge or the prosecutor said, you've
- 11:04Speaker 2: had these other DUIs, so I don't doubt that you've
- 11:08Speaker 2: probably driven drunk, who knows how many more times, and
- 11:13Speaker 2: just didn't get caught. If you got caught four times
- 11:15Speaker 2: in the last– 15 years, like how many times were
- 11:19Speaker 2: you just like rolling the dice?
- 11:21Speaker 4: Do you think that being on a Real Housewives show
- 11:24Speaker 4: pushes people towards alcoholism? There is so much liquor lubricating
- 11:30Speaker 4: the interactions there. Do you think it is something that
- 11:32Speaker 4: Bravo needs to look at?
- 11:34Speaker 2: Well, I definitely think that you get people who are
- 11:39Speaker 2: fun personalities or not. And they're not actors. And they
- 11:44Speaker 2: can drink and eat, and they're supposed to be themselves.
- 11:46Speaker 2: And if you're really being a reality star, you would
- 11:48Speaker 2: have an alcoholic drink at a Fourth of July party.
- 11:50Speaker 2: You would have... For me, when I am on camera,
- 11:55Speaker 2: obviously I'm never drinking, but when I do stand-up, I'm
- 11:57Speaker 2: never drinking. So it's like... But I can... I'm not
- 12:02Speaker 2: nervous about being in front of the camera. So yeah,
- 12:04Speaker 2: I think they pick people who like to drink a
- 12:06Speaker 2: little bit.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 2: And then you add on, oh my God, we're filming, and...
- 12:10Speaker 2: I want to drink and I want to get through this.
- 12:13Speaker 2: And so yes, for certain people, I don't, it's obviously
- 12:16Speaker 2: not a good thing.
- 12:17Speaker 4: Carol Radswell saying her hard policy of never more than
- 12:20Speaker 4: one drink when we're shooting seemed like really, really smart
- 12:24Speaker 4: to me, like to be in control of who you are.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Lisa Vanderpump was too. She'd always be like, I'll have
- 12:29Speaker 2: a rosé or she'd like sip on it. I never,
- 12:32Speaker 2: we've never seen her buzzed ever.
- 12:33Speaker 4: But they're both such controlled personalities. And it is like
- 12:36Speaker 4: for some of these people, you know, like you want
- 12:39Speaker 4: Sonia a couple of drinks in.
- 12:41Speaker 2: But then some people said it got too much.
- 12:43Speaker 5: It did.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Like she's become almost like a caricature of herself.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:47Speaker 2: And yeah. So, but we got to see that footage
- 12:50Speaker 2: and everything because of the trial. And once the trial
- 12:53Speaker 2: was done, they showed the police footage before that. They
- 12:56Speaker 2: never saw it. And what's interesting is that Shannon Bedore,
- 12:59Speaker 2: who also got a DUI in Newport, she is a housewife.
- 13:04Speaker 2: She was driving and crashed into like a house. Nobody
- 13:09Speaker 2: was hurt. Then she got out of the car and
- 13:11Speaker 2: walked away with the dog with blood coming down her
- 13:13Speaker 2: face so that she could like maybe not get caught.
- 13:16Speaker 2: And they caught her. And she has totally right from
- 13:19Speaker 2: the start accepted responsibility. She never said she's an alcoholic
- 13:22Speaker 2: and she's never said that she can't drink. And we've
- 13:27Speaker 2: seen her drink throughout the season. But she got the
- 13:30Speaker 2: good lawyer. We've never seen a mugshot.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:33Speaker 2: And we never saw the police cam footage. And I
- 13:36Speaker 2: think it's because whatever the precautions she took with that
- 13:39Speaker 2: attorney happened. Protected her.
- 13:40Speaker 4: It's an opposite skill set to Real Housewives. Like, Real
- 13:43Speaker 4: Housewives is about never admitting you're wrong and just sort
- 13:46Speaker 4: of attack, attack, attack.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:48Speaker 4: And it's like, in this situation, they need to have
- 13:50Speaker 4: somebody there who can say, like, just go to rehab.
- 13:53Speaker 4: You know, just... But.
- 13:54Speaker 2: These people just don't want to admit that they, like,
- 13:57Speaker 2: have an issue. I mean, yeah. Right away, I'd be like,
- 14:00Speaker 2: I'm going to rehab for sure. Like, most people do.
- 14:03Speaker 2: And most people would take the advice of their attorneys,
- 14:05Speaker 2: you know? But she's so... Like her whole personality, which
- 14:09Speaker 2: is so good for housewives, is that she believes she
- 14:12Speaker 2: is so above everybody. She's so entitled and like has
- 14:16Speaker 2: no self-awareness. So that's that. So we'll see what happens
- 14:20Speaker 2: with her.
- 14:21Speaker 6: Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My daughter
- 14:24Speaker 6: is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay. Hair
- 14:29Speaker 6: care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for her bestie.
- 14:31Speaker 6: But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm
- 14:34Speaker 6: an early bird, buying one present a week from now
- 14:36Speaker 6: till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can buy
- 14:39Speaker 6: in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or free
- 14:43Speaker 6: click and collect.
- 14:44Speaker 1: So easy.
- 14:46Speaker 6: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 14:51Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 14:54Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 14:57Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 15:01Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 15:07Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 15:10Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 15:11Speaker 4: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 15:13Speaker 4: what would you do if it was given back?
- 15:15Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 15:18Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 15:20Speaker 4: He said, I have a work dad.
- 15:22Speaker 5: I need a home dad.
- 15:23Speaker 4: What happens next? When I came in, he started crying.
- 15:25Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 15:30Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 15:33Speaker 5: happens next.
- 15:34Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 15:35Speaker 4: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 15:40Speaker 2: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 15:42Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 15:46Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 15:56Speaker 2: The Baldwins has premiered on TLC. And, you know, TLC
- 16:01Speaker 2: is a network that features, you know, people with a
- 16:04Speaker 2: lot of kids. This is, you know, Kate plus eight.
- 16:07Speaker 2: This is, you know, sex templates or whatever, whatever my
- 16:11Speaker 2: 18 daughters, you know, the little people that have a
- 16:13Speaker 2: lot of other little people. So they're on the show.
- 16:16Speaker 4: He's the one where Hilaria was pregnant and they were
- 16:19Speaker 4: baking another one in another room at the same time.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Yes.
- 16:22Speaker 2: There was something that happened. They have seven kids. There
- 16:24Speaker 2: was something that happened where I want to say she, yes,
- 16:27Speaker 2: she did a surrogacy and then found out she was
- 16:30Speaker 2: pregnant too. So they were like three months apart. And
- 16:34Speaker 2: of course she's known for lying about being from Spain. Yes.
- 16:39Speaker 2: They address it. First of all, they address the horrible conversation.
- 16:45Speaker 2: killing of Helena and say it was the worst thing
- 16:48Speaker 2: we went through and the kids are aware of it
- 16:50Speaker 2: and all of this. And he's like, it really changed
- 16:52Speaker 2: my life. Now, Pio, the first thing you're going is
- 16:55Speaker 2: why are they doing this TV show? Well, I think
- 16:59Speaker 2: this is the greatest PSA to show men over 50
- 17:05Speaker 2: why you might not want to start over again because
- 17:08Speaker 2: he looks so fucking tired. He's 66 years old. He's
- 17:12Speaker 2: going to be 67 in April. Has seven kids from
- 17:15Speaker 2: like 12 to under one. And the bags, I'm sure
- 17:20Speaker 2: he'll get fixed after he sees this season. But like
- 17:22Speaker 2: the bags under his eyes, it's so exhausting. They don't
- 17:27Speaker 2: seem into each other at all. He's deathly allergic to
- 17:31Speaker 2: cats and she's bought four and throws them in a
- 17:33Speaker 2: car that he's supposed to travel in. The fuck? I know.
- 17:36Speaker 2: And then he goes, I like you best when you're sleeping.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Like just shut the fuck up. And then she starts
- 17:45Speaker 2: talking and he goes, you're speaking in English but you're
- 17:47Speaker 2: doing it with a Spanish accent, which is very difficult
- 17:49Speaker 2: for me. Like they literally now talk about the fact.
- 17:52Speaker 2: And she goes, yes, it happened. You know, I love
- 17:56Speaker 2: speaking Spanish. I love speaking English. And sometimes I just
- 17:58Speaker 2: mix the most and I want my kids to be bilingual.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Some people think that's strange. I think that's very normal.
- 18:04Speaker 2: And so then she'll be like, you know, talk to
- 18:06Speaker 2: the kid in Spanish. And then she's like, well, I got,
- 18:09Speaker 2: you know, talks normal. Just says, and now my family,
- 18:12Speaker 2: they all live in Spain, but they weren't from Spain.
- 18:14Speaker 2: They're from Boston.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And she just kind of gets past that. But I
- 18:21Speaker 2: think it's going to be a hit because it is like,
- 18:24Speaker 2: I can't believe he's exposing all his kids to being
- 18:27Speaker 2: on camera. I think they need the money.
- 18:29Speaker 4: So many of those basic cable networks are now just,
- 18:32Speaker 4: MTV is just ridiculous to us all day long. It's
- 18:34Speaker 4: just the same thing all day long. Right. And I
- 18:36Speaker 4: like miss that kind of television production, that kind of
- 18:39Speaker 4: stuff makes me happy that it exists. I actually worked
- 18:42Speaker 4: with him on a show like three years ago. It
- 18:44Speaker 4: was him and Kelsey Grammer, the showrunner of Modern Family,
- 18:47Speaker 4: just sort of like a.
- 18:48Speaker 2: What was it about?
- 18:49Speaker 4: It was basically like male golden girls. It was like
- 18:52Speaker 4: three older guys who lived together. Great premise. And like
- 18:54Speaker 4: he and Kelsey Grammer were both. sort of like going
- 18:58Speaker 4: back to television because they had so many kids that
- 19:02Speaker 4: they needed the money. But the one thing was, was
- 19:05Speaker 4: that he had this Western that he was really into
- 19:08Speaker 4: and we were going to have to stop down during
- 19:09Speaker 4: the summer. And then the show ended up like not going.
- 19:14Speaker 2: So you guys filmed the pilot, but the pilot didn't
- 19:16Speaker 2: get picked up.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Well, it had already been picked up to series, but
- 19:18Speaker 4: after the pilot, the studio was like, we don't want
- 19:21Speaker 4: to do this.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Oh, because you were waiting. It was going to go,
- 19:24Speaker 2: and then the horrible accident happened.
- 19:25Speaker 4: I mean, it was complex, but yes, that happened. But
- 19:30Speaker 4: he and Kelsey Grammer were both the best in So Wonderful.
- 19:32Speaker 4: And you remember Alec Mapa, don't you?
- 19:34Speaker 2: That name is so familiar.
- 19:35Speaker 4: He's a comic.
- 19:36Speaker 2: He's gay, right? Oh, yes, yes, yes. He was in it, too.
- 19:37Speaker 4: He was the third one. And so it was really,
- 19:40Speaker 4: really great, and it was a pleasure to work with,
- 19:41Speaker 4: but it was so funny that this weird scheduling thing
- 19:44Speaker 4: that we knew about then turned out to be you know, rust.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Right. And then, yeah, Kelsey Grammer has... you know Camille
- 19:51Speaker 2: Grammer and two grown kids she's an ex-wife and then
- 19:55Speaker 2: then he got her on the Real Housewives of Beverly
- 19:57Speaker 2: Hills so he could pursue this other girl that he
- 19:59Speaker 2: met in New York while he's doing a play and
- 20:02Speaker 2: then he had a couple kids with her he.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Has more than two grown kids because.
- 20:06Speaker 2: He has other grown kids from before Camille Then he's
- 20:09Speaker 2: got now like college age with Camille.
- 20:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:11Speaker 2: And then he's got like elementary with the last one.
- 20:14Speaker 4: But I mean, to me, like it's amazing that after
- 20:18Speaker 4: all of his film work and 30 Rock, he is like,
- 20:22Speaker 4: I need to bring the bacon in. But also that's
- 20:24Speaker 4: a lot of kids. Like it does, you know.
- 20:28Speaker 2: I mean, I can understand.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Is menopause so bad? Like having nature be like, not now.
- 20:33Speaker 2: So she said, okay, so they're 26 years apart. And
- 20:37Speaker 2: she said she met him when he was 53. And,
- 20:40Speaker 2: you know, he still looked real hot at 53. Of course.
- 20:44Speaker 2: This is what I tell girls about dating older guys.
- 20:47Speaker 2: When you are, you know, 30 and he's 50, those
- 20:52Speaker 2: guys still want to go to Vegas. They still want
- 20:55Speaker 2: to party. They still want to hang out with your
- 20:57Speaker 2: friends in Cabo. They're still down. Once they get closer
- 21:01Speaker 2: to 60.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:03Speaker 2: They don't want to do shit. And now you're barely
- 21:06Speaker 2: 40 and it's not a great combo because you're at,
- 21:10Speaker 2: and like a 40 year old today, woman that's put
- 21:13Speaker 2: together like her is like a 25 year old.
- 21:15Speaker 4: You have one boutique child with that man.
- 21:17Speaker 2: You have one anchor baby.
- 21:19Speaker 4: You have one baron and that's it.
- 21:21Speaker 2: You have one anchor baby to just lock it down.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Yes.
- 21:25Speaker 2: And he said to her though, I definitely want to
- 21:28Speaker 2: have more kids. You know, he had with, what's her name?
- 21:32Speaker 2: What's his first wife's name? Oh, Kim Basinger. Kim Basinger
- 21:36Speaker 2: he had Ireland with. And I remember when they were
- 21:39Speaker 2: going through the separation, Ireland was about eight. And the
- 21:42Speaker 2: three of them were at a play place called Under
- 21:45Speaker 2: the Sea. And my friend's kid was there. And she goes,
- 21:49Speaker 2: get over here. Like they are at.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:52Speaker 2: And so I observed. And he was. very engaged in
- 21:57Speaker 2: playing with her and everything. And I remember Ireland being like,
- 22:00Speaker 2: but why can't he come home with us, mom? I know.
- 22:05Speaker 2: So then, so then do.
- 22:05Speaker 4: You think this is his natural Irish Catholicness? Do you think?
- 22:08Speaker 2: Yeah. Cause he said he, his brother said, um, Oh,
- 22:12Speaker 2: you know, he used to make fun of me when
- 22:14Speaker 2: I was on my third and fourth kid going, what
- 22:15Speaker 2: are you dad? Because they're, they're a family of six.
- 22:18Speaker 2: I mean, the four famous brothers act, but I guess
- 22:20Speaker 2: there's two more or two more sisters.
- 22:22Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 22:23Speaker 2: They're a family.
- 22:23Speaker 4: It's two sisters, I think.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Yeah. And so, He's like, so I think it's funny
- 22:27Speaker 2: now that he has seven. And so she's like, we're
- 22:30Speaker 2: trying to go to the Hamptons. And so I have,
- 22:33Speaker 2: you know, I have to do all the cars because
- 22:35Speaker 2: I have the seven kids, the eight pets, four cats,
- 22:39Speaker 2: four dogs, two nannies. And then he's like, well, can
- 22:42Speaker 2: the boys drive with me? And she's like, no, they can't.
- 22:44Speaker 4: You want to know what I think is a fascinating dynamic?
- 22:47Speaker 4: When you have mixed families who have very disparate inheritance situations,
- 22:52Speaker 4: because I was thinking about like Ireland, like, She's going
- 22:56Speaker 4: to get all of her mom's money where these kids
- 22:58Speaker 4: are going to have to split things up. And the
- 22:59Speaker 4: thing I think is most fascinating was Julia Louis-Dreyfus having
- 23:02Speaker 4: those half siblings who aren't billionaires.
- 23:05Speaker 2: A lot of people don't know that Julia Louis-Dreyfus is–
- 23:09Speaker 2: came from extreme wealth, right?
- 23:11Speaker 4: Yes. She's the most talented person in the world.
- 23:13Speaker 2: No, I know.
- 23:13Speaker 4: No one's questioning it.
- 23:14Speaker 5: No.
- 23:14Speaker 4: But her dad's a bit like a straight-up French billionaire,
- 23:17Speaker 4: and she has a sister who's also an actress, but
- 23:19Speaker 4: whose dad is not a billionaire. And I'm always like,
- 23:22Speaker 4: that was probably weird.
- 23:23Speaker 2: So that was the blonde actress.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Yes.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Okay, so when I did an episode of the show
- 23:28Speaker 2: watching Ellie, which was right after Seinfeld, but before the
- 23:31Speaker 2: old Christine.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Yes, but she still won an Emmy for it. She
- 23:34Speaker 4: still won.
- 23:35Speaker 2: And her husband, and it was her husband's idea. So
- 23:38Speaker 2: each episode- you'd be watching it the entire 22 minutes.
- 23:43Speaker 2: So that was kind of the niche of it. I
- 23:44Speaker 2: kind of think it was ahead of its time. So,
- 23:47Speaker 2: but anyway, I did one episode. She was beyond lovely.
- 23:51Speaker 2: And that's when I learned that, oh, this girl who
- 23:53Speaker 2: plays her friend is actually her half sister, this blonde girl. And,
- 23:58Speaker 2: you know, so down to earth, so lovely. I remember
- 24:01Speaker 2: the little boys coming in and with like the perfect
- 24:04Speaker 2: little face, like one was like four. They were so cute. So, yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 2: that is interesting.
- 24:11Speaker 4: It will be interesting for these kids if, you know.
- 24:16Speaker 4: What happens when you have a super famous dad who,
- 24:20Speaker 4: you know.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Well, when all this shit went down with people making
- 24:23Speaker 2: fun of her. And how do you say cucumber? And
- 24:24Speaker 2: her absolutely lying about being, like, in numerous interviews, acting
- 24:31Speaker 2: like English is a second language, acting like she's from Spain.
- 24:35Speaker 2: He even would do interviews and say, you know, my
- 24:38Speaker 2: wife's Spanish. And he would do the accent. They were
- 24:40Speaker 2: basically just both acting like Sofia Vergara.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yes.
- 24:43Speaker 2: Like 100%. I don't think he ever knew. I think. Oh, wow.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I don't think he ever asked to look at her yearbook.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I don't think he ever asked. I think he fell
- 24:51Speaker 2: in love with her. She said they got married very fast,
- 24:53Speaker 2: got pregnant very fast. I don't think he knew the
- 24:55Speaker 2: truth until someone went on that deep dive and put
- 24:58Speaker 2: it on Twitter.
- 24:59Speaker 4: I love a good swindle. I love a good fabulous.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I love any kind of talented Mr. Ripley situation.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Grifters.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I love a grift. But I remember the minute that
- 25:09Speaker 2: whole thing broke. Ireland was very sweet about her stepmom.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 2: She was like, she's the most lovely person I know. Like,
- 25:17Speaker 2: fuck you guys, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then, of course,
- 25:20Speaker 2: she even made fun of the little pig thing. Like,
- 25:24Speaker 2: when he called his daughter on the answering machine a
- 25:27Speaker 2: little pig. And, you know, I think that was because
- 25:29Speaker 2: she was 13. It was his weekend.
- 25:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:32Speaker 2: And she wanted to be with her friends or whatever.
- 25:34Speaker 2: And he took it real sensitive, left that message. Kim
- 25:37Speaker 2: released it. But now... He is the most exhausted man ever.
- 25:43Speaker 2: He is coming off, I was reading all the comments,
- 25:46Speaker 2: and he is like, he is coming off as the
- 25:48Speaker 2: likable one, and she's becoming off kind of like an
- 25:52Speaker 2: evil bitch with the cats. I can't imagine having the
- 25:55Speaker 2: cats if your husband was severely allergic.
- 25:57Speaker 4: That is insane. I think this is really good rehabilitation
- 26:00Speaker 4: for him just because, like, the Rust thing is rough.
- 26:05Speaker 4: He is the person who pulled the trigger on a
- 26:08Speaker 4: gun that killed someone. And being able to see that,
- 26:12Speaker 4: you know, as a situation that he's not culpable for
- 26:16Speaker 4: is really hard. And I think he has so much
- 26:18Speaker 4: goodwill from the past that he really does need. And
- 26:21Speaker 4: there have been so many people who we just... who
- 26:24Speaker 4: people have said like, I just don't want to work
- 26:26Speaker 4: with him anymore. That kind of thing. And I think
- 26:28Speaker 4: people are uncertain about how they should approach Alec Baldwin.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And I think, but when you worked with him, he
- 26:33Speaker 2: was a delight.
- 26:33Speaker 4: He was a delight. Like both, both of them were pros.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I was always like, until the first Emmy nominations come
- 26:39Speaker 4: and somebody gets snubbed, then things will get, you know,
- 26:41Speaker 4: it was one of those where I'm sure once the
- 26:43Speaker 4: show was successful, they would have been miserable, but they
- 26:45Speaker 4: were like, well.
- 26:46Speaker 2: When I did professionals, when I did my episode of Frazier, yes,
- 26:50Speaker 2: it's a lot about me today. Um, I remember I
- 26:55Speaker 2: was like in this small room because they filmed it
- 26:58Speaker 2: at Paramount and on one of the lucky stages, which
- 27:02Speaker 2: was where Cheers was. And I want to say even like,
- 27:05Speaker 2: I love Lucy. It was like, so we're in this
- 27:08Speaker 2: room that honestly is not bigger than this. And they're
- 27:11Speaker 2: all sitting around.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Oh, because they have the little room where they would
- 27:13Speaker 4: all sit together.
- 27:14Speaker 2: They all sit together and they're like all talking about like, oh,
- 27:17Speaker 2: what are you doing this weekend? And oh, you should
- 27:19Speaker 2: try this restaurant. And they're just talking to each other
- 27:21Speaker 2: and they're including me. And I'm like on a very
- 27:23Speaker 2: small part for the guest week. And I'm like, so like,
- 27:28Speaker 2: where do you guys, where's your dressing rooms? And they're like, oh,
- 27:33Speaker 2: we don't use those till tape day. We just hang
- 27:35Speaker 2: out here. And I'm like, that's what, that's the reason
- 27:39Speaker 2: these shows, like Friends, that's one of these reasons and
- 27:41Speaker 2: why even reality shows of the more popular, um, you know,
- 27:46Speaker 2: like the original Roni and stuff. Cause those women were
- 27:49Speaker 2: real friends and they did talk when they weren't filming
- 27:51Speaker 2: and like, but even with a scripted show, my God,
- 27:54Speaker 2: you get people that actually want to hang out.
- 27:56Speaker 4: Right.
- 27:56Speaker 2: And it was like, and he was a total delight
- 27:59Speaker 2: and Camille was a total delight.
- 28:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Like they were so nice. So it's just, yeah, I'm
- 28:03Speaker 2: not surprised, but, but I want to say like, I
- 28:09Speaker 2: don't blame him for doing this. Obviously maybe he's like, look,
- 28:12Speaker 2: I don't want to go do all these movies anymore.
- 28:15Speaker 2: How can I actually be at home with my kids?
- 28:19Speaker 2: My wife wants to do this. We're going to be
- 28:22Speaker 2: honest about the fake Spanish. We're going to be honest
- 28:24Speaker 2: about the horrible tragedy. I mean, the kids are running around.
- 28:28Speaker 2: It's a little chaotic to watch. And the kids are
- 28:31Speaker 2: going to be exposed and talked about. But I don't know.
- 28:35Speaker 4: His strength always comes from back when he was the
- 28:38Speaker 4: hottest 30-year-old imaginable to now. Like... Charming Irish bastard, you know?
- 28:45Speaker 4: And I think the more you get to see him,
- 28:46Speaker 4: the more you love him. And I do think that
- 28:48Speaker 4: he has one of those careers that at 65 and
- 28:51Speaker 4: beyond could blossom again in a new way because he
- 28:55Speaker 4: is just that lovable.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Well, there's a comedian that does a Trump impression that
- 29:01Speaker 2: recently in like TMZ picked it up. He was getting
- 29:03Speaker 2: out of the car, like in front of his house.
- 29:06Speaker 4: In New York. Is it Anthony Antimaniac?
- 29:09Speaker 2: No, his name is like Jason something.
- 29:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 29:12Speaker 2: And so he's talking to him, being Trump, while he's
- 29:16Speaker 2: getting his bags out. But then he goes and brings
- 29:19Speaker 2: up the shooting and everything. And I was like... Most
- 29:27Speaker 2: of the comments... And then he got mad. And then
- 29:29Speaker 2: he turns around and Alex is like, I'm gonna fucking
- 29:33Speaker 2: break you in half. Which is all being filmed and everything.
- 29:36Speaker 2: So TMZ picked it up. But I think the most...
- 29:40Speaker 2: consensus was just like, you can do a funny impression.
- 29:43Speaker 2: You can do all that stuff. But invading someone's space,
- 29:45Speaker 2: they're getting their bags out. And I didn't agree with it.
- 29:49Speaker 4: Most of the TikTokers are terrible. Did you hear about
- 29:51Speaker 4: that girl who was peeing in a supermarket and got arrested?
- 29:54Speaker 6: Yes.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Wait, tell that story.
- 29:55Speaker 4: Oh, I don't, it was just a TikToker.
- 29:57Speaker 2: No, they said they found videos that she's been doing
- 30:00Speaker 2: it for a long time. It wasn't a one-time peeing
- 30:03Speaker 2: at the supermarket where she worked on the food.
- 30:06Speaker 4: My joke is that pranks are just crimes committed by
- 30:09Speaker 4: heterosexual Caucasians, teenagers. Like, pranks are just, like, I broke
- 30:14Speaker 4: a law about ha-ha, I was joking. But Alec Baldwin famously,
- 30:19Speaker 4: there was an L.A. comic who, accused Alec Baldwin of
- 30:23Speaker 4: just straight up stealing his impression. Impression of what? Of Trump.
- 30:28Speaker 4: Of like he saw Anthony do Trump and like he
- 30:31Speaker 4: like picked up the ticks and that kind of thing.
- 30:34Speaker 2: And he sued him?
- 30:35Speaker 4: He didn't sue him. He was just like, that's not okay.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Okay. That's ridiculous. To me, that's ridiculous.
- 30:42Speaker 5: Okay.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Because I feel like an impression, nobody owns an impression.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I believe that people... I remember even, I think it
- 30:51Speaker 2: was Dana Carvey said, the best way to do an impression,
- 30:55Speaker 2: sometimes my best impressions are that I've seen someone else
- 30:57Speaker 2: do an impression. And I go, oh, and then they
- 31:00Speaker 2: do see that.
- 31:01Speaker 4: Oh, that's interesting.
- 31:02Speaker 2: I mean, if you see it, you see it. And
- 31:04Speaker 2: then you do your own thing. Or like all of
- 31:05Speaker 2: a sudden you see somebody and you're like, oh, I
- 31:07Speaker 2: never thought of doing that person, but they do do
- 31:10Speaker 2: that weird thing. And I know that people have been like, oh,
- 31:14Speaker 2: because of your Jennifer Aniston, now I do Jennifer Aniston.
- 31:17Speaker 2: And I'm like, Well, you probably shouldn't tell me that,
- 31:19Speaker 2: but whatever, go ahead, do your thing. Like you can't
- 31:22Speaker 2: get mad at it, but I think that's a pretty
- 31:24Speaker 2: far stretch.
- 31:25Speaker 4: I don't know. Okay.
- 31:26Speaker 2: So you're on the guy's side.
- 31:27Speaker 4: I'm on his side.
- 31:28Speaker 2: That's fine.
- 31:29Speaker 4: But it's also not my style of comedy. You know,
- 31:31Speaker 4: I like, I just, I respect impressionists so much because
- 31:34Speaker 4: I feel like watching you see somebody and clock them,
- 31:38Speaker 4: it required such a subtlety of seeing someone that I
- 31:42Speaker 4: really respected it.
- 31:43Speaker 2: It, I think that the genius of it, as far
- 31:46Speaker 2: as a comedian, not when you're just doing it in
- 31:48Speaker 2: a script, is who's saying the most dead-on funny stuff
- 31:55Speaker 2: as the character with the point of view of the character?
- 31:58Speaker 2: And that's something I think I do really well. There's
- 32:00Speaker 2: probably other people that do some of the same impressions
- 32:03Speaker 2: I do that I don't think are as good because
- 32:05Speaker 2: I don't think they can write as funny of stuff.
- 32:09Speaker 4: You've seen James Adjomi and do Bernie Sanders, haven't you?
- 32:12Speaker 2: Bernie Sanders?
- 32:13Speaker 4: Yes, he does the best Bernie Sanders. And it is
- 32:16Speaker 4: just like his joke is the top 1% to the 7%.
- 32:19Speaker 4: And like now, every time I see Bernie Sanders, it's
- 32:23Speaker 4: not just the voice of the mannerisms. It is understanding
- 32:27Speaker 4: what's ridiculous about the content.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Right, yeah. And what would be his point of view
- 32:30Speaker 2: on anything. But anyway, I mean, you know, I have
- 32:36Speaker 2: strong feelings about featuring kids this much. You know, and
- 32:40Speaker 2: the housewives' kids are barely featured anymore.
- 32:42Speaker 4: I love when there are, like, clear legal issues around who, like,
- 32:46Speaker 4: I love that Sonia's daughter, we couldn't see until after
- 32:50Speaker 4: she turned 18 and was able to consent on her own.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Because the billionaire wouldn't have allowed it. Watching Portia grow
- 32:57Speaker 4: up on Beverly Hills was, like, amazing and, like, so sweet.
- 33:01Speaker 4: But I understand not wanting your kids there. And with
- 33:03Speaker 4: TikTokers and with YouTubers, I do think it is so
- 33:07Speaker 4: interesting because some people... It seems so sweet. I love
- 33:10Speaker 4: watching TikToks of kids because I think kids are the funniest,
- 33:13Speaker 4: but there is just the weirdness of like.
- 33:16Speaker 2: So there's different rules. So this being a reality show,
- 33:19Speaker 2: I don't know if they're being paid or if the
- 33:21Speaker 2: parents are choosing to pay them out of their salary.
- 33:25Speaker 2: On Housewives, only the wife gets the money. The husband
- 33:29Speaker 2: doesn't get paid. If the kids are over 18 and
- 33:31Speaker 2: they're interesting enough, they can go ahead and maybe negotiate
- 33:35Speaker 2: their own thing like Vicki Golinson's daughter did.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:38Speaker 2: So now there's new laws, California State being one of them,
- 33:41Speaker 2: that if you make money off of social media and
- 33:44Speaker 2: your kids are featured, you have to pay them.
- 33:46Speaker 4: Oh.
- 33:47Speaker 2: So there are– people are doing deep dives of some
- 33:50Speaker 2: of their favorite YouTube families that are all moving.
- 33:53Speaker 4: Oh, wow.
- 33:54Speaker 2: And they are moving to certain states that that law
- 33:58Speaker 2: is not there.
- 33:59Speaker 4: Well, I mean, then they can get some cows and
- 34:01Speaker 4: make butter like trad wives, you know?
- 34:03Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know. But, like, that's the thought.
- 34:05Speaker 2: And– Okay, also a new reality show is Denise Richards
- 34:10Speaker 2: is coming back. I feel like this photo is very
- 34:14Speaker 2: much reminiscent of the first season of the Kardashians.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Oh, that's interesting.
- 34:17Speaker 2: It's all of them framed in a photo and then
- 34:20Speaker 2: below they have pajama pants on. The first season of Kardashians,
- 34:24Speaker 2: they were all doing... Like doing dressing. And then the
- 34:27Speaker 2: curtain fell and it was like their house. And then
- 34:30Speaker 2: it was like, oh, like you're not seeing. So it's
- 34:33Speaker 2: very feels. And they're asking for stuff like this.
- 34:36Speaker 4: I think Denise is an amazing housewife. I think this
- 34:41Speaker 4: will be a boring show. I think she is best
- 34:43Speaker 4: when reacting to the ridiculousness of other housewives. I just
- 34:49Speaker 4: don't trust that this.
- 34:50Speaker 2: Like when Dorit was like, I think your jacket's backwards.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Yes.
- 34:54Speaker 2: I know what you're doing. I know what you're doing, Dorit.
- 34:58Speaker 2: It's not nice, okay? Yeah.
- 35:02Speaker 4: I mean, that actually makes me change my opinion. The
- 35:04Speaker 4: shit that is, that does remind me.
- 35:05Speaker 2: That she's very ridiculous. I've heard this is good.
- 35:08Speaker 4: Oh, really?
- 35:08Speaker 2: I've heard it's good.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:10Speaker 2: So we'll see. So they got the one daughter who's
- 35:12Speaker 2: made over $ 3 million on OnlyFans. And then the other
- 35:16Speaker 2: one is very Christian.
- 35:18Speaker 4: How many of them belong to Charlie?
- 35:20Speaker 2: Just the two blondes. And the brunette is a daughter
- 35:23Speaker 2: she adopted on her own who has disabilities, but is
- 35:27Speaker 2: going to be in the show as well.
- 35:28Speaker 4: And who's the man?
- 35:30Speaker 2: The man is her second husband, Aaron. And he was
- 35:34Speaker 2: featured on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And he seemed
- 35:36Speaker 2: to have kind of like a version of like a
- 35:39Speaker 2: Reiki kind of like lay in this weird machine. And
- 35:42Speaker 2: then we test the energy. And that's how she met him.
- 35:46Speaker 2: And then when people would ask about the business, I
- 35:49Speaker 2: don't know if the business still exists.
- 35:50Speaker 4: I do think that figuring out how to make TV
- 35:53Speaker 4: of the kind that we loved in the 2000s.
- 35:55Speaker 2: That's what they're trying to do.
- 35:56Speaker 4: And letting that live on streaming, finding the right way
- 35:59Speaker 4: for it to live on streaming is so interesting. And
- 36:02Speaker 4: I think part of the problem is don't make fucking
- 36:04Speaker 4: eight episodes. Like, how can you make 20?
- 36:08Speaker 2: As a producer, that's what you would do. Make 20.
- 36:10Speaker 4: Yes, because people want stuff that they can turn on
- 36:12Speaker 4: and it just keeps going.
- 36:13Speaker 2: And suck you in, yeah.
- 36:15Speaker 4: Yes, they don't need it to have the most interesting
- 36:17Speaker 4: of arcs.
- 36:20Speaker 2: And you just want to watch this family. You just
- 36:22Speaker 2: want to get in their house and see their... I
- 36:24Speaker 2: think that's why the Kardashians in the beginning didn't really
- 36:27Speaker 2: have big dramatic storylines. We were just really fascinated by
- 36:31Speaker 2: just seeing them be true sisters. Like, you fucking took
- 36:34Speaker 2: my jeans. And all that kind of stuff that we
- 36:37Speaker 2: had never seen. And now I feel like The new Kardashians,
- 36:41Speaker 2: they are, in my opinion, it sounds like from what
- 36:44Speaker 2: I've seen, they are sort of creating housewife moments between
- 36:48Speaker 2: the sisters. We're not getting along, da-da-da-da, when they do.
- 36:54Speaker 2: And they do great as a family. But at a
- 36:56Speaker 2: certain point, yeah, you've got to be like, how are
- 36:59Speaker 2: we going to fill the 10 episodes this season up
- 37:02Speaker 2: for Hulu? What are we going to be doing if
- 37:04Speaker 2: our lives are pretty chill?
- 37:06Speaker 4: Right. And I think, you know, the show always had
- 37:11Speaker 4: strong elements of scripting. You know, like, back in the day,
- 37:15Speaker 4: it was just sort of like light domestic comedy, and
- 37:17Speaker 4: it was nice, but those producers do real work.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, definitely. Okay, so this is very sad. Michelle Trechtenberg?
- 37:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Has passed, and she was on Gossip Girl, and she's 39.
- 37:32Speaker 2: And the Buffy reboot.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Was just about to happen, and she famous.
- 37:34Speaker 2: Was she in it?
- 37:35Speaker 4: Yes, she just, like, appeared in season five, Buffy. had
- 37:39Speaker 4: a younger sister from out of nowhere and a bunch
- 37:41Speaker 4: of people hated her. I loved her. But it was,
- 37:43Speaker 4: I mean, to me, it is almost like metaphysical that
- 37:45Speaker 4: this character who like was manifested into reality for the
- 37:51Speaker 4: show disappeared just before the show came back.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I did not watch Gossip Girl. So I don't know
- 37:57Speaker 2: how big her role was or like if Blake Lively,
- 38:00Speaker 2: you know, worked with her or Blake Lively will speak
- 38:02Speaker 2: up about it. What I find really sad about this
- 38:05Speaker 2: and quite shocking is she's only 39.
- 38:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:08Speaker 2: And she had a liver transplant because she had so
- 38:12Speaker 2: many complications with her liver due to alcoholism. And they
- 38:16Speaker 2: said then she was just at dinner last week at
- 38:19Speaker 2: some place in Soho. And then they found her unresponsive
- 38:23Speaker 2: and she died from complications of the transplant. And I
- 38:28Speaker 2: think this is a real lesson that you could actually
- 38:31Speaker 2: be this ill from alcoholism at only 39. That's just,
- 38:34Speaker 2: I mean... So maybe, you know, God, horrible.
- 38:40Speaker 4: It's really rough. And it is the unfortunate truth. I
- 38:44Speaker 4: asked a friend who was a producer on one of
- 38:46Speaker 4: the shows that to me has dealt best with child actors.
- 38:51Speaker 4: Like a show where several of the leads had been
- 38:54Speaker 4: child actors. One of the leads you worked with very
- 38:57Speaker 4: closely in your past.
- 39:00Speaker 2: You can't say. Right.
- 39:02Speaker 4: I mean, it was Tracy Ellis Ross. Oh, okay.
- 39:05Speaker 2: It was Black-ish.
- 39:05Speaker 4: Oh, okay. And I asked one of the producers that
- 39:07Speaker 4: I'm friends with.
- 39:08Speaker 2: Oh, those kids on Black-ish.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Yes.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 39:10Speaker 4: I was like, what's the right way of doing it?
- 39:15Speaker 4: You guys did it so right. And she was just like,
- 39:17Speaker 4: it should all be AI. Like, there's no way of
- 39:21Speaker 4: having children in that environment.
- 39:23Speaker 2: She really said that.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Like, and I do just think.
- 39:27Speaker 2: I mean, that's what Corey Feldman told me years ago.
- 39:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 39:30Speaker 4: And those children are all successes and doing well. But
- 39:34Speaker 4: I just think it is really hard for kids to
- 39:36Speaker 4: grow up.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Well, that's why the YouTube families and like the Ruby Frank,
- 39:41Speaker 2: that– Ruby Frank was the Mormon mom that just got
- 39:47Speaker 2: convicted for severe child abuse. And she had a huge
- 39:50Speaker 2: following and she had six kids. And the Ruby Frank
- 39:53Speaker 2: doc comes out Thursday, today. And I interviewed a woman,
- 40:00Speaker 2: which I will feature that interview on next week, who–
- 40:05Speaker 2: is a journalist who has interviewed all these former children
- 40:10Speaker 2: of like YouTube stars and how they will, they'll, they'll say, well,
- 40:14Speaker 2: if you don't want to talk about how you got
- 40:17Speaker 2: your period for the first time today, then I guess
- 40:20Speaker 2: we're not going to Disneyland. And you want to tell
- 40:22Speaker 2: your little brothers and sisters, we have to move out
- 40:23Speaker 2: of the house. Like there's numerous stories about that. And so,
- 40:29Speaker 2: and when I interviewed Corey Feldman years ago, he said
- 40:33Speaker 2: the same thing. No child should be a child actor.
- 40:35Speaker 2: And I was like, now this was like eight years
- 40:38Speaker 2: ago that he was on my show. And I was like, well,
- 40:41Speaker 2: what are we supposed to do? I mean, stories require
- 40:43Speaker 2: sometimes kids to tell the proper story. And I wonder
- 40:46Speaker 2: if that might, I mean, we have the capability to
- 40:50Speaker 2: do it, but I don't want to like get rid
- 40:52Speaker 2: of actors. But you never know like where it might
- 40:57Speaker 2: take us.
- 40:58Speaker 4: And there are also things of... Like you look at
- 41:02Speaker 4: so many successes like, oh, I was just talking to
- 41:05Speaker 4: a makeup lady who was talking about working with Brie
- 41:07Speaker 4: Larson when she was so young and how amazing she
- 41:10Speaker 4: was and look at where she's gone. And you have
- 41:12Speaker 4: people like that or Timothee Chalamet who started.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Ron Howard is really the poster child.
- 41:16Speaker 5: Yes.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:19Speaker 2: But it's.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Yeah. This is very sad.
- 41:22Speaker 2: So this is very sad. So just some updates on
- 41:25Speaker 2: the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. Now, you have not
- 41:29Speaker 2: been on Juicy Scoop to discuss this.
- 41:31Speaker 5: No.
- 41:31Speaker 2: So I want to just get your thoughts before I
- 41:33Speaker 2: give the few updates that have happened since my last show.
- 41:36Speaker 4: I don't fully understand what's going on. I know that
- 41:38Speaker 4: for some reason I'm supposed to hate all of these people.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Who was telling you to hate all these people?
- 41:43Speaker 4: People I was at a dinner party with on last
- 41:47Speaker 4: Friday and then just before that.
- 41:48Speaker 2: And what was the sentiment that's like, oh, shut up already?
- 41:51Speaker 4: It was sort of like.
- 41:54Speaker 2: So these are Hollywood people.
- 41:55Speaker 4: Justin Baldoni seems really cringe and annoying. And also we
- 42:03Speaker 4: are inclined, you know, we should believe women. But also
- 42:06Speaker 4: it turns out that I guess like the New York
- 42:08Speaker 4: Times posted... texts from Blake Lively where they had left
- 42:15Speaker 4: out things that clearly indicated that they were jokes and
- 42:18Speaker 4: stuff like that. I don't fully understand it.
- 42:21Speaker 2: I don't like anybody that's like, you know, I'm just
- 42:25Speaker 2: sick of this story. So therefore, shut up defending yourself.
- 42:31Speaker 2: So I... You know, when it first came out, I
- 42:35Speaker 2: was totally believed Blake Lively. I remember hearing bad stuff
- 42:39Speaker 2: about her. I believe that maybe there was a smear campaign.
- 42:42Speaker 2: He has brought the receipts and he is not stopping.
- 42:47Speaker 2: And more and more and more, thanks to the world
- 42:51Speaker 2: we live in and, you know, internet journalists that can
- 42:54Speaker 2: do their own stuff. They have told on themselves, Ryan
- 42:58Speaker 2: and Blake, so many times. in so many interviews in
- 43:02Speaker 2: the last 10 years, Blake, Ryan Reynolds, you know, he
- 43:06Speaker 2: did this whole character called Nice Pool that was featured
- 43:09Speaker 2: in the last Deadpool, which is clearly making fun of
- 43:11Speaker 2: Justin Baldoni, but the timeline of him creating that character
- 43:15Speaker 2: was like, you're making fun of this person that supposedly
- 43:18Speaker 2: was harassing your wife? Like, it just doesn't seem real.
- 43:24Speaker 2: There's so much that I've discussed that I don't want to, like,
- 43:26Speaker 2: get all back into because I don't want to bore
- 43:28Speaker 2: my audience, but the latest is there is a scene
- 43:32Speaker 2: where they're doing like a montage of like a makeout
- 43:37Speaker 2: kind of like a light makeout dancing scene. And she, he,
- 43:43Speaker 2: he released it. Cause in her complaint, she said, that's
- 43:45Speaker 2: where he, you know, snuggled my neck. And I, you know,
- 43:49Speaker 2: without consulting me when he like had the intimate coordinator,
- 43:52Speaker 2: all that stuff. So he shows it to show how
- 43:55Speaker 2: they're talking about random things. And then they're like cut.
- 43:58Speaker 2: And he like walks away. And, she's laughing and talking
- 44:01Speaker 2: about how he should get a nose job and this
- 44:02Speaker 2: and that. And so then someone goes, oh my God,
- 44:05Speaker 2: this same move that she's doing is exactly like the
- 44:11Speaker 2: dance scene, the first dance scene that she had in
- 44:13Speaker 2: Green Lantern with Ryan Reynolds when she was with Penn
- 44:18Speaker 2: Bagley and he was married to Scarlett Johansson and then
- 44:21Speaker 2: they fell in love and got married. So it was like,
- 44:25Speaker 2: the main thought is, was Ryan Reynolds jealous of, of
- 44:29Speaker 2: the relationship that he thought they might have been having?
- 44:32Speaker 2: Was she flirting? Did she want something more? There clearly
- 44:36Speaker 2: never happened. Neither of them ever cheated on anybody. Justin
- 44:40Speaker 2: didn't want Blake, but, you know, did he kind of
- 44:44Speaker 2: reject her and then she went after? Or did Ryan
- 44:47Speaker 2: get jealous and see everything, like texts and stuff? Because
- 44:52Speaker 2: one of the texts that she left was joking back
- 44:56Speaker 2: and forth, and she says something like, oh, you know,
- 44:59Speaker 2: that's me or something, something about no teeth, which is,
- 45:04Speaker 2: I can't remember the text, but it is insinuating a blowjob.
- 45:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:07Speaker 2: No teeth. So that's what you're saying to your, you know,
- 45:10Speaker 2: and then she took the composer away. So he got
- 45:13Speaker 2: the musical composer who had done all these amazing, let
- 45:17Speaker 2: me get to the composer one. Okay. So sad truth.
- 45:21Speaker 2: This is from Daily Mail. Behind Blake Lively and Justin
- 45:23Speaker 2: Baldoni's feud over the unnamed, it ends with us, composer revealed.
- 45:28Speaker 2: He had this composer that had this illustrious career. I
- 45:31Speaker 2: can't remember all the things. He'd Fast and the Furious,
- 45:33Speaker 2: but a bunch of other movies too. And once she
- 45:37Speaker 2: was getting in there to take over, she insisted that
- 45:40Speaker 2: he be fired. They fired him. He's like, I don't
- 45:43Speaker 2: want anyone to know that I was ever fired because
- 45:45Speaker 2: I've never been fired in 26 years. And then she
- 45:48Speaker 2: reached out to the Deadpool composer and he was already
- 45:52Speaker 2: working on another movie. And she's like, I need you
- 45:54Speaker 2: to compose this movie for me. In one week. And
- 45:58Speaker 2: he goes, I really need three. She's like, you need
- 46:00Speaker 2: to do it in one week. He did it in
- 46:01Speaker 2: one week. Then she got the, you know, the other
- 46:03Speaker 2: song from Taylor.
- 46:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:05Speaker 2: So it's just more and more proof of how she
- 46:07Speaker 2: like took over and changed things that didn't need to
- 46:10Speaker 2: be changed, that weren't her department. And she's revealed in
- 46:13Speaker 2: interviews over and over that like, oh, when you hire me,
- 46:16Speaker 2: I act like I'm going to be the docile actress,
- 46:18Speaker 2: but get ready.
- 46:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:19Speaker 2: I'm going to have my hands in everything.
- 46:22Speaker 4: And there you go. It's just amazing to me that
- 46:23Speaker 4: they had one of the hit movies of the year.
- 46:26Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 46:26Speaker 4: And they have managed to do so much to make
- 46:29Speaker 4: both of them unemployable.
- 46:30Speaker 2: Do you think that with Justin? You think people wouldn't
- 46:34Speaker 2: want to touch that either? I don't know. It's just
- 46:36Speaker 2: a lot of ick on all three of.
- 46:38Speaker 4: Them, I think. He got dropped by his agents, right?
- 46:40Speaker 2: Yes, but that was like right in the beginning.
- 46:42Speaker 4: Yes.
- 46:43Speaker 2: And I don't know. I think everybody can come back.
- 46:48Speaker 4: Yes. He does look real good in that pink suit.
- 46:51Speaker 2: They're both very attractive. All three of them are very
- 46:54Speaker 2: attractive people. It's like- It's just, I find the reason
- 46:59Speaker 2: people are fascinated by it is because to, you know,
- 47:03Speaker 2: to someone who's not in the business, it's very, you
- 47:05Speaker 2: don't really know how all these things work. So like
- 47:07Speaker 2: the average person's learning like how you can, you know,
- 47:10Speaker 2: fuck over the wardrobe person and wear your own clothes
- 47:13Speaker 2: and why that doesn't help with a character. When you're
- 47:15Speaker 2: a flower shop girl and you're wearing like Yves Saint
- 47:17Speaker 2: Laurent $ 2, 500 boots, like Just because you wanted to wear
- 47:21Speaker 2: those boots. Like, all those things is why people are interested.
- 47:25Speaker 4: Also, I don't know that much about the texting, but
- 47:27Speaker 4: it does sound like a lot of actor-y bullshit. Like,
- 47:30Speaker 4: a lot of touchy-feely, lovey-dovey actor-y bullshit, which is going
- 47:33Speaker 4: to happen when you have an actor as the director.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:36Speaker 2: And then also, I said, if anybody agreed with her
- 47:41Speaker 2: that he was a creep, I think they were just
- 47:43Speaker 2: wanting to, you know, have something in common with her.
- 47:46Speaker 2: And also... I have no proof to this, but he
- 47:49Speaker 2: strikes me as a close talker.
- 47:51Speaker 4: Yes.
- 47:51Speaker 2: A close actor talker. That's like looking in your eyes.
- 47:54Speaker 4: A little too sincere.
- 47:56Speaker 2: A little too. And, and that's not a crime.
- 47:58Speaker 4: Right.
- 47:58Speaker 2: But then when she maybe went to the two other females,
- 48:01Speaker 2: you know, Isabella and Jenny Slate and shared her stuff,
- 48:05Speaker 2: I'm sure they were like, Ooh, yeah, that, that would
- 48:07Speaker 2: bug that. Yeah. He's like that. You know, it could
- 48:10Speaker 2: have been a little bit like that.
- 48:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:11Speaker 2: And now they're like, leave me alone. Uh, Taylor Swift
- 48:16Speaker 2: is the godmother to some of her kids. And she
- 48:18Speaker 2: has just completely ghosted her as far as publicly. Now,
- 48:21Speaker 2: we don't know if they're talking on the phone. She
- 48:23Speaker 2: could have brought her to the game.
- 48:24Speaker 4: Do we need to bring chaperones back? Do you think
- 48:27Speaker 4: that everything would just be better if we just had like,
- 48:30Speaker 4: you know, like somebody's like spinster aunt around at all
- 48:34Speaker 4: times to make sure that there's no funny business?
- 48:38Speaker 2: I think it sucks because I think that we are
- 48:40Speaker 2: just past a place of Me Too. where things were
- 48:43Speaker 2: kind of on track that everybody kind of got it,
- 48:46Speaker 2: like not to be a creep and just work. And like,
- 48:49Speaker 2: and now this is going to throw a snafu in that,
- 48:52Speaker 2: like of everyone then going back to like walking on
- 48:54Speaker 2: eggshells and not being as free about what they want
- 48:58Speaker 2: to talk about on set.
- 48:59Speaker 4: And there's also just the thing of like, you can
- 49:00Speaker 4: have 999 people who tell legitimate, sincere stories of something
- 49:06Speaker 4: bad happening. And one person trying to do that manipulative
- 49:11Speaker 4: manipulatively is, and that discredits everyone. You know, it's like,
- 49:15Speaker 4: people are so likely to be like, oh, she just
- 49:18Speaker 4: made this up, she just made this up. The vast
- 49:20Speaker 4: majority of people are not making it up and it
- 49:22Speaker 4: doesn't help when you accuse somebody and then there are
- 49:26Speaker 4: text messages that make very clear that it's not real.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Exactly. Wait, I want to get to, do you know
- 49:35Speaker 2: about Shangela?
- 49:36Speaker 4: Okay. Okay.
- 49:38Speaker 3: I know.
- 49:38Speaker 2: Shangela from Drag Race.
- 49:39Speaker 4: I know about Shangela from.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Shangela, sorry.
- 49:42Speaker 4: I've worked with Shangela before, but I also know people
- 49:45Speaker 4: who have been in situations with Shangela where shit happened
- 49:50Speaker 4: to them. Really? Yes.
- 49:52Speaker 2: Well, let me fill in everybody. So, Shangela is one
- 49:55Speaker 2: of the most famous drag queens from Drag Race. I
- 50:00Speaker 2: met Shangela as a man.
- 50:04Speaker 4: Yeah. DJ.
- 50:06Speaker 2: I think maybe Ross's wedding.
- 50:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:08Speaker 2: Ross Matthews. Total delight. Nice to meet you.
- 50:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Doesn't matter. This story is from 2017. Not story, but
- 50:18Speaker 2: this person has filed a lawsuit based on what happened
- 50:21Speaker 2: to him in 2017. And basically he says he was
- 50:24Speaker 2: with Shangela, but they used his real name, which is
- 50:29Speaker 2: DJ Pierce. After working on something, got drinks, and doesn't
- 50:35Speaker 2: remember anything else, woke up to one man, you know,
- 50:39Speaker 2: penetrating him while he watched. And then he joined in. And,
- 50:45Speaker 2: you know, why are they coming out now? That doesn't matter.
- 50:47Speaker 2: This is what his story is. We'll see what happens.
- 50:51Speaker 2: He is vehemently denying it.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Pierce's, Shangela. And I don't know. But I got an
- 51:00Speaker 2: email sent to me yesterday that like popped up that
- 51:03Speaker 2: was from somebody that's like, I have something to tell you.
- 51:05Speaker 2: And now I cannot find it. So if you send
- 51:08Speaker 2: it to me, will you please resend it? I cannot
- 51:09Speaker 2: find it.
- 51:10Speaker 4: And it was about Shangela.
- 51:12Speaker 2: Yeah. But what were you saying? So, you know, people
- 51:15Speaker 2: that have had.
- 51:15Speaker 4: Somebody who worked with Shangela and then Shangela got them
- 51:22Speaker 4: a drink and then they were like, I should not
- 51:25Speaker 4: be feeling this way after one drink.
- 51:28Speaker 2: Did they get out okay or no? Yes. But now
- 51:31Speaker 2: thinking about it, they're like, yeah, that was always very weird. Yes. Yeah.
- 51:35Speaker 4: You know, I only know the story that a friend
- 51:37Speaker 4: I love and trust told me. And I also think
- 51:40Speaker 4: when you point to that, it was 2017, why is
- 51:43Speaker 4: it only coming out now? I think that so frequently
- 51:44Speaker 4: for men, it is hard to be able to identify
- 51:48Speaker 4: that that's something that can happen.
- 51:50Speaker 2: A hundred percent.
- 51:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 51:52Speaker 2: I'm saying I don't have a problem that it's from 2000.
- 51:54Speaker 2: I'm just saying that people will always say that. And
- 51:56Speaker 2: it's like you– You know, you don't know, and it
- 51:59Speaker 2: doesn't matter, and that's why they changed the law, that
- 52:01Speaker 2: you can come many years after. So, you know, usually
- 52:04Speaker 2: the evidence they use for that to make it a
- 52:07Speaker 2: legit case is that victim, you know, and he's not anonymous.
- 52:13Speaker 2: I just don't have his name here right now. But he,
- 52:17Speaker 2: you know, probably told people that right away. There's probably
- 52:21Speaker 2: texts or emails or some people that can— Say, yeah,
- 52:25Speaker 2: I remember when this happened. He told me this and he,
- 52:27Speaker 2: you know, so that his story, obviously they just don't
- 52:31Speaker 2: take like stories just because you say it, you know,
- 52:33Speaker 2: there's gotta be enough evidence that they were hanging out
- 52:36Speaker 2: that night. This did happen and he probably shared it
- 52:38Speaker 2: with someone.
- 52:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:39Speaker 2: I mean, it's, but he's saying it's not true. And
- 52:42Speaker 2: he's like, people are just trying to take me down
- 52:44Speaker 2: because I'm successful. I'm, you know, it's horrible to take
- 52:48Speaker 2: down a, uh, you know, a black gay man who
- 52:51Speaker 2: does drag and that's why this is happening.
- 52:54Speaker 4: And, Yeah.
- 52:55Speaker 2: So that's that. So that's crazy. Thanks for that scoop. Okay,
- 52:59Speaker 2: so now let's get into... So the messy behind-the-scenes drama
- 53:04Speaker 2: on one of Netflix's most popular new shows. So this
- 53:07Speaker 2: is Nobody Wants Us. People really love this show. It's
- 53:10Speaker 2: on Netflix. It's from one of the foster girls.
- 53:14Speaker 4: Yes.
- 53:15Speaker 2: And the foster girls are sisters who are David Foster's
- 53:18Speaker 2: daughters from his marriage that he had before.
- 53:24Speaker 4: Yolanda?
- 53:25Speaker 2: No, before Brody and Brandon. Oh, okay. Yeah, so he
- 53:29Speaker 2: had these two daughters with wife one or two.
- 53:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Then he married Brody and Brandon Jenner's mom.
- 53:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:36Speaker 2: And didn't have any kids with her.
- 53:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Then he married Yolanda.
- 53:38Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Then he married Michelle, what's her name? The singer from
- 53:43Speaker 2: American Idol. Catherine McPhee. Okay. And so these daughters.
- 53:49Speaker 4: Became- Who has custody of the Lemon Tree?
- 53:52Speaker 2: They sold that house.
- 53:55Speaker 1: My love.
- 53:56Speaker 2: I make you the lemon chicken. She's living her best life.
- 53:59Speaker 2: She got a new guy and she lives in Dallas
- 54:01Speaker 2: or Texas in a big house with like a lot
- 54:03Speaker 2: of like riding pants. She still has a perfect body.
- 54:07Speaker 4: Never been happier than Amsterdam. Just I've never been happier
- 54:10Speaker 4: than Amsterdam.
- 54:13Speaker 2: And I think she finally got over Lyme disease. I
- 54:15Speaker 2: don't know. But anyway, getting to this. So you have some.
- 54:19Speaker 2: So the story is. So she sold the show idea.
- 54:25Speaker 2: And the sisters have clothing. They have lots of success.
- 54:29Speaker 2: And they're funny. They kind of became famous on social
- 54:31Speaker 2: media and Twitter. And they're very self-deprecating. And the one
- 54:34Speaker 2: girl fell in love with a rabbi and converted. And
- 54:37Speaker 2: so they kind of came up with this show that
- 54:41Speaker 2: has two sisters doing a podcast, falls in love with
- 54:44Speaker 2: a Jewish guy in L.A. And, you know, a very L.A.
- 54:50Speaker 2: type of story. But I guess there were issues with
- 54:53Speaker 2: the showrunners and her.
- 54:54Speaker 4: Why don't you give us the scoop? The thing is,
- 54:57Speaker 4: is like, Erin Foster has worked in television, but she's
- 55:01Speaker 4: also done a lot of other things. Same could be
- 55:03Speaker 4: said of me. But they brought in really, really great showrunners.
- 55:08Speaker 4: And what they produced was a very funny season of
- 55:11Speaker 4: television that people have fallen in love with. There's so
- 55:13Speaker 4: little success now. But then they got rid.
- 55:16Speaker 2: Of those– One of the guys with Modern Family, right?
- 55:19Speaker 4: Right. Jack Burdett, Modern Family and 30 Rock, a real pro.
- 55:23Speaker 4: And I think they started out with Aaron showrunning it.
- 55:26Speaker 4: And then they were like, we don't know about this.
- 55:28Speaker 4: And they brought in pros. And it's always that interesting
- 55:32Speaker 4: thing of like, am I being undercut because I am
- 55:35Speaker 4: a woman and they don't trust me and they just
- 55:37Speaker 4: want these guys to be in charge. But it's also.
- 55:40Speaker 2: Let me ask a question because I don't even have
- 55:41Speaker 2: the answer for it. As a showrunner.
- 55:45Speaker 5: Yes.
- 55:46Speaker 2: What are, like, let's say my show is being made.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Since I've never been a showrunner before. I've been a writer,
- 55:53Speaker 2: I've been an actor, and I can come up with
- 55:54Speaker 2: the stories and stuff.
- 55:55Speaker 4: Yes.
- 55:56Speaker 2: But I would want someone like you that's done it
- 55:59Speaker 2: because you would know five steps ahead.
- 56:02Speaker 4: Because you have to be in all of the meetings
- 56:04Speaker 4: and you have to be able to, like, take the notes.
- 56:07Speaker 4: And it's also so much about a schedule. Like, I've
- 56:10Speaker 4: been on shows that are able to respect the schedule
- 56:12Speaker 4: and everything goes fine. And then I've been on shows
- 56:14Speaker 4: where people don't respect the schedule and it just becomes
- 56:17Speaker 4: chaos and gets really bad. And the networks and studios
- 56:21Speaker 4: get really.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Is a showrunner also in charge of hiring not just
- 56:25Speaker 2: the writers and the actors, but like everybody?
- 56:27Speaker 4: Everybody.
- 56:28Speaker 2: OK, so that's like a huge thing.
- 56:30Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:30Speaker 2: But if you don't have the skill set for why
- 56:32Speaker 2: would you even want it?
- 56:33Speaker 4: Right. Right. You're having to make sure that the art
- 56:35Speaker 4: department does what it's supposed to do. And most of
- 56:37Speaker 4: the time that's because you. hire an art director who
- 56:41Speaker 4: you know and trust and they can make sure it
- 56:43Speaker 4: all happens.
- 56:43Speaker 2: But if you haven't worked on 10 other shows, how
- 56:45Speaker 2: would you know who to hire?
- 56:46Speaker 5: Right.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Right.
- 56:47Speaker 4: And so that was the thing. And so they've gotten
- 56:50Speaker 4: rid of these two experienced, great showrunners and are now
- 56:54Speaker 4: bringing in Jenny Connor, who was- Weeds, right? Girls. Oh, girls.
- 56:59Speaker 4: And so she's great, very talented. And I think it
- 57:02Speaker 4: will go well, but I think it's this interesting thing
- 57:04Speaker 4: of because it is Aaron Foster's life. It like, it's
- 57:08Speaker 4: gotta be weird to have a show and it's your life.
- 57:11Speaker 4: And then there are these two strangers who are deciding
- 57:13Speaker 4: what are the good and bad versions of it. But
- 57:15Speaker 4: it's also hard to write a show about your life
- 57:17Speaker 4: to be distanced enough from it to say, this is
- 57:20Speaker 4: what's going to make good TV.
- 57:21Speaker 2: Classic of every time someone sold something about their show,
- 57:24Speaker 2: their life. It's like, you've got to just go, yeah,
- 57:28Speaker 2: this is a, this is a version of it. Yeah.
- 57:31Speaker 2: And you know, I mean, I remember when I sold
- 57:33Speaker 2: the story about my life, um, In 2001. And it
- 57:39Speaker 2: was about, like, a young girl working with her parents
- 57:41Speaker 2: in real estate and, like, her brothers and all this
- 57:43Speaker 2: stuff who were, like, these 40-year-old guys that were kind
- 57:46Speaker 2: of fuck-ups and, like, living at the house. And I
- 57:48Speaker 2: remember we sold it like that.
- 57:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 57:50Speaker 2: I do all the characters. Every pitch meeting was, like, hilarious.
- 57:53Speaker 2: And then when we got to write it, they're like, yeah,
- 57:56Speaker 2: we want to make the brothers into one and we
- 57:58Speaker 2: want to make him your younger brother.
- 58:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 58:00Speaker 2: And I was like, well... all the funny situations were
- 58:06Speaker 2: because of this.
- 58:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 58:08Speaker 2: And I just remember, I was like, you know what?
- 58:11Speaker 2: I'm 30 years old. If this show goes and I
- 58:13Speaker 2: get a check in the mail and they run them
- 58:15Speaker 2: with it, like this isn't, this is not my end
- 58:18Speaker 2: all be all. So, but she doesn't need this show.
- 58:22Speaker 2: She has all the money in the world from all
- 58:25Speaker 2: these other businesses. So she's probably like, No. Like and
- 58:29Speaker 2: then also in this day and age of like every
- 58:31Speaker 2: time a man says anything, it's like stop mansplaining. Stop
- 58:34Speaker 2: doing like instead of being like, thank you for your expertise.
- 58:38Speaker 2: Let me why does that expertise would make the show
- 58:41Speaker 2: better versus than just a man is telling me it
- 58:43Speaker 2: should be different.
- 58:44Speaker 4: And also like Netflix has thrown so much at the wall.
- 58:48Speaker 4: And this is like the one comedy that's just been
- 58:50Speaker 4: a real success for them. You know, it's Kristen Bell.
- 58:53Speaker 4: And Adam Brody and everybody loves them. And it's like
- 58:56Speaker 4: you want this thing to keep working. And it's so
- 58:59Speaker 4: interesting to see these few areas of success have necessarily
- 59:05Speaker 4: also be places of conflict. And everyone I know who
- 59:09Speaker 4: worked on the show had a really great time.
- 59:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's juicy.
- 59:14Speaker 4: And I want to know more.
- 59:16Speaker 2: I think if I was her, I would love someone
- 59:23Speaker 2: just to take the reins.
- 59:24Speaker 4: Yes, let the tricks roll in.
- 59:25Speaker 2: I'd let stuff pop in and be like, here's five
- 59:27Speaker 2: really funny stories.
- 59:28Speaker 5: Yes.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Do with what you want. And I'm going to go
- 59:31Speaker 2: back to the beach. Yes. And hang out with my
- 59:34Speaker 2: sister and designed, you know, fun dresses that cost $ 400.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Who cares?
- 59:39Speaker 4: Yes. Why?
- 59:41Speaker 2: But, you know, that's good. Now, White Lotus. White Lotus 3.
- 59:46Speaker 2: We're two episodes in.
- 59:47Speaker 4: Yes.
- 59:48Speaker 2: And Patrick, Rear Shriver's son.
- 59:51Speaker 4: Yes.
- 59:52Speaker 2: He's real cute. He's playing the part of a, there's
- 59:55Speaker 2: a rich family.
- 59:56Speaker 4: Yes.
- 59:57Speaker 2: That's from the South. Love that they're from the South.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Love that whole thing. They're from North Carolina. Parker Posey's amazing.
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: He's the mom. Gay guys who are coming for her
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: accent can go fuck themselves. People are? Yes. Parker Posey
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: is fucking from Louisiana. She's perfect. She knows what she's doing.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: The younger gays are getting to learn about Parker Posey
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: means so much to me. She was very meaningful to me.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: Oh, I loved it. Best in show, everything.
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: Amazing. But she's taken real big swings with the characters.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: with the character. I love it. I'm not as into
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: this season as before.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: I don't think anybody is, but I think what the
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: problem is, is that we are forgetting how we felt
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: the first two episodes of season two. All right.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: I like that.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: First two seasons, first two episodes of season two, they
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: are in Italy. And I remember I was like, I'm
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: not into this Italy thing. I'm a little bit bored.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: This isn't as good as Hawaii. I wish they just
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: would have stayed in America. Natasha? And so I think
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: he does this. I think Mike White, the genius of
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Mike White, is he sets it up a little slow
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: in the beginning and also– Like doing the camera longer
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: lingers on things because he wants people not to guess
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: what's going to happen. And he wants to, I think
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: he wants to steer them in the wrong direction as
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: a viewer. But this second episode, I literally fell asleep.
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: It feels really slow and also just sort of like
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: morally simplistic. oh, Patrick Schwarzenegger is a bad guy.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: So what do you think about people hinting that they
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: think that there's an incest in that family?
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: Okay, I definitely think that's the story, and I do
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: think that that will be juicy. It's also weird and
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: interesting to me that Mike Way, a gay showrunner, would
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: have a situation where the brother is looking lustfully at
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: his own brother so much.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: But I think that could just be, I think personally,
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: it's not going to be an incest story. I think
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: he's doing that... to get people intrigued and sucked in
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: and there's going to be some other twist with this
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: weird family that we never thought of that does not
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: have to do with that.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: I hope so. Because, like, White Lotus has been very juicy.
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: I am annoyed with, there's a way that TV continues
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: to center a bunch of white famous people that we
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: love by making the stories all about, like, ugh, white
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: people are so terrible. Aren't all white people rich and terrible?
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: And it's like, there are a lot of white people
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: who aren't rich, you know? And I just think that
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: there's a lot of, so many shows, like Search Party
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: in its way, there have been so many different shows
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: that are just like, well, we have to be preoccupied
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: with white people. They're so terrible.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: Well, first of all, while I like it so far,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: even though episode two was slow, it's not like I'm
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: not going to give it up. I'm not giving it up.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: But I love, okay, so I still love, I love
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: the Parker Posey and that family. I have friends that
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: live in North Carolina, like, I was the type of
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: person from L.A. I didn't even know that people were
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: rich in the South. I was like, isn't all the
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: rich people? So I love the rich.
- 1:03:05Speaker 4: I just went to Charleston for the first time. It's amazing.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: Yeah. So I kind of like that they chose that
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: it wasn't a Manhattan family or an L.A. family. I
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: love the three, you know, 48-year-old best friends.
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: Of course you do.
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: That is, and the dynamic and the kind of, and
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: that one is famous and she's treating everybody well. And
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: they're talking behind the backs of the third. It's perfectly done.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: Carrie Coons is the best. And then that other woman
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: who does Ryan Murphy things is a delight.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: So I love all that. Okay, one question.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: Natasha Rothwell has been walking around just looking at the
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: hotel for two episodes now.
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: She's the massage therapist?
- 1:03:46Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: Okay, so let me ask a question. The massage therapist,
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: she was in the first one.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: But not in the second, right?
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: Right, right.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: Okay, I just want to make sure. And now she's
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: at the third, still being the massage therapist, and we
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: know her son is coming.
- 1:03:59Speaker 4: And is horny for the other massage therapist.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: For the Asian massage, the Thailand. And then, again, just
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: like the Italian one, I didn't really like the staff
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: speaking in another language, me having to read the subtitles.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: I know I'm sounding like a stupid dumb American.
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: The way they're doing the subtitles is cool.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: But I'm losing, I don't know what's going on with
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: those two people working at the place. and that he
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: likes her.
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: But that's good.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: I shouldn't know, right?
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: I should be intrigued. Do you like the juicy sex
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: tourist older guys? I think that is interesting.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: You think that's what they are? With their two young girls?
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: Well, just sort of like the older guy, younger woman,
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: and then the guys who live there, and then just
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: the whole notion of the guys who are losers anywhere else.
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: Like all of these older men with money who come.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Oh, see, I didn't see it like that. I mean, listen,
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: I think it's just getting better and better. I think
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: He has to lay the groundwork to like suck you
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: in and make you question things.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: I also, there's just something so pleasurable about Parker Posey
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: has a face that hasn't been worked on a bunch.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: Totally. She looks great.
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: And it's also just like a different version of, like
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: it's kind of funny to me because we do have
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: so many women over 50 in LA who have had
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: a lot of work who playing sort of like pilled
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: up rich wife wouldn't make a lot of sense but
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: like I like that this is a different version of
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: a pilled up rich wife you know yeah I mean.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: She still looks really great gorgeous but you know it's
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: but Elizabeth I mean Jennifer Coolidge had a full facelift
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: yeah after all of this Oh, really? Yeah. She looks amazing.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: And she lost a little bit of weight and then
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: I could tell she got the lids done, which is
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: a very easy thing to do.
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: Laferroplasty.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: It's one thing.
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: My best friend got laferroplasty.
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: It's one thing I don't need because my eyes are different.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: But for anyone that has like the lids that start
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: to come down, it's like the easiest thing you could do.
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: And it's one of those things that you can't really tell.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: Like you're like, you just look more alert. Like it's
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: the best thing. If that's all you need, it's the
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: best thing.
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: Did you watch the SNL 50 documentary on the auditions?
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: No. And I, I've said, I want that. And someone
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: was like, it's already on, it's on Peacock. So I
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: have to watch it.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: Yes. But they show Jenna, they do a section of like,
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: these people did not get SNL and then had amazing careers.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: and they show Jennifer Coolidge's, one of her auditions, and
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: it's really cool. I mean, it's probably, it's amazing, it's
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: so many people you know. You know?
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: Well, I was all set to go, I was all
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: set to go, with my suitcase packed, I was gonna
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: bring Peter, I was gonna go to the Hamptons after
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: and hang out with my Aunt Claire.
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: Wait, you got invited to SNL 50?
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: No, to audition, to audition, and then they called, then
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: my agent goes, my manager goes, I have good news
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: and bad, The good news is the MTV pilot that
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: I did, which is what I used all the clips from,
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: is going. And SNL will not take anyone that's in
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: second position. And it's 100% going. And he goes, and
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: I've been begging with the producer to let you out
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: of it. And they won't. And so that's what I said.
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: I never auditioned. But I had all the things, all
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: the characters.
- 1:07:09Speaker 4: Speaking of Mike White, one of the things I thought
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: was really great was how much Molly– got screen time
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: during SNL 50 and how much she was part of
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: the promotion. And I was like, and like, Molly is like,
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: Molly Shannon.
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: She's like such a sweet retiring person.
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: She's the best.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: But also is, you know, rolling after she won an
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: Emmy for a white Lotus, right? You know, like it
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: was nice seeing somebody as deserving and talented as her,
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: like having heat.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: I just remember one time I went, I went to
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: an SNL, like, taping and party, when I was still
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: at Groundlings, whatever, some of the people I know, like
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: Chris Parnell and stuff, got me tickets and I took
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: my sister. And my sister's name is Shannon. And I
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: was hanging out with Molly Shannon, and I was drunk,
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: and I kept calling her Shannon. And I remember her going,
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: my name is Molly. And it's like haunted. It's one
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: of those things that just you mentioning her, that's all
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: I remember from 30 years ago. I hope she's okay
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: with that.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: We've all done very dumb things. I, in the very
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: recent past.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: Do you have things like that that, like, haunt you?
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: Can you share any of them?
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: And you don't have to say names, but, like, one
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: of those embarrassing things that, like, once every two months just, like,
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: flashes like a movie of, like, horror.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: Yes. There is a black lesbian comedian who I have
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: called by another black lesbian comedian's name so many times.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: And in the worst of situations, I'm like, At this point,
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: I've apologized about it in ways that were cute and adorable,
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: and I don't get to apologize again. Like, it's not okay.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: Because you did it after the apology?
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: Yes, 100%. Oh, fuck!
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: I'm really bad with names.
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: And to the point where I don't trust myself. so
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: I I'm almost like when I'm I'm like I'm 99.99%
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: sure that name that girl is Mary but I'll be
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: like um instead of saying Mary this is my husband
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Peter I'll go So this is my husband. No. I
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: just am so scared because I like.
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: The pandemic made me so much worse because it's two
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: years of not seeing anyone. Right. And part of being
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: a stand-up is just knowing an extra thousand people. Yeah.
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: And it's terrible. And also, I was at... There's also
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: the other thing of like I went to that Shabbat
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: last Friday and there were three people there and I
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: was just like, oh, have we met before? And one
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: of the guys was like, yeah, I think so. And
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: it's like the two guys were like very successful comedians
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: and one of their wives is like truly legitimately famous.
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: And I was just like. oh, I didn't, like, I
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: should have realized, you know? And you want to be
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: respectful of people.
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: But see, the thing about you is that, like, no
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: one's going to forget you. Right. Because there aren't any
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: other guys walking around that look like you.
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: Like, you are not a typical-looking guy.
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: However, if you went on a cruise with a bunch
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: of families... There are a lot of straight dads that
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: you could that could be mistaken for you.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: If you wore a tank top calling with a shirt
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: that says ship happens, we might be like, I think
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: I've seen you around. But as a Hollywood personality, you know,
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: you're too memorable. You have a memorable laugh like, you know.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: But I have to say, in your defense, there's a
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: lot of other men in this business that look very similar.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: And a lot of women, thanks to plastic surgery, that
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: are very hard to tell apart. Like, it's crazy how
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: much people... Women, more than ever, it's insane. Now I'm like, God,
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: if you're a young actress... Don't get those lips done.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Don't maybe don't even they pick that girl with her
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: bad teeth. I mean, like the girl with a weird
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: teeth in the White Lotus. Oh, they even address it.
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: They're like, I love your teeth.
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: The older the older guys, British girlfriend. Yeah.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: And I'm like, yeah, have something. Now I feel like
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: casting directors and producers are going to want to choose
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: that actress that, you know. that Lauren McCall like that
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: like different looking they don't have the perfect white chiclet
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: teeth they don't have the perfect profile like be but
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: you can still be sexy and appealing because that's more
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: than just a perfect face.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: I feel like all the quirky now has to go
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: towards Nepo babies I feel like all the quirky is
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: just like well you do kind of look like Uma
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: Thurman because you're half Uma Thurman yeah.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: Yes we have to talk about this Real Housewives of
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: Beverly Hills. Tell me your thoughts on the season.
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: The notion of Dorit having an entire season resting on
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: her shoulders would have been chilling to me before.
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: Chilling.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: I've been stunned and amazed by how effectively she has
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: managed it. The slaying of Camille Grammer. was one of
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: the most amazing things that I've ever seen.
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: When she, at the Denim and Diamonds?
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: Yes, that she understood, because I really thought when they
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: showed the promos of her saying that, I was like,
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: she's gonna come for Garcelle and she's not gonna be
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: able to handle what comes to her. And the thing is,
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: is her taking down Camille in that way showed everybody there,
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: you better have some respect. Is her name Baz?
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: Yes, she's the new girl.
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: Baz has been fucking killing the dynamics of this season,
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: understanding- that what you need is somebody backing up Dorit
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: so that there is a real dynamic here. Kyle is
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: dull as dishwater. Everything that has happened since she got
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: sober and had her Morgan times has just been tiring
- 1:12:53Speaker 4: to me. Now I'm starting to have sympathy for her.
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: I'm like, don't you realize you and Mo would just
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: be happier together? Even if he is fucking women in Spain,
- 1:13:03Speaker 4: you would still.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: Just be- Well, she kind of says that in last
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: night's episode. She kind of was like, I still haven't
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: watched Last Night, sorry. Okay, so last night's episode, she
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: has like her therapist guy come over.
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: And, you know, this is like seven, eight months ago
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: or whatever when they filmed it. And she says, oh,
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: it would have been the summer. So they're in the summer.
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: He's in, you know, took Portia to Europe. And she's like,
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: I mean, like, I don't know now. What if we
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: don't end up back? What if we don't end up together?
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: Or we're like, what if he does want to get
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: back together? And she said, I'm so hurt because he said,
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: I didn't think I could. ever be on my own,
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: but I guess I can. And she wanted him to say,
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: I didn't think I could ever live without you. But
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: it's more about like, I just didn't want to be alone.
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: Now I know how to buy sheets and do Uber Eats. Like,
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: I don't know what. And so now next week we
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: see that the news pops that he is in Europe,
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: no longer with Portia, the daughter, and this young blonde
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: meets him at the airport and And paparazzi gets photos
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: and they're clearly a couple.
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: This was not his choice. Like, I mean, we can say, oh,
- 1:14:07Speaker 4: he was messing around with her or whatever before. Like,
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: this is about her little midlife crisis with Morgan that
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: she can't admit to. Like, and it's very frustrating to me.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: I go back and forth.
- 1:14:19Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: I think she had her midlife crisis. Yes. I think
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: she slides in famous people's DMs, girls too. She did
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: it with Kesha.
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: I think maybe as a couple, they did dabble in threesomes.
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: I don't think this is the first time around a
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: bean that she's been, you know, like I think she
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: knows what to do down there. And I think she did,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: you know, have some fun with Morgan. But now I
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: think that they are still just friends. I think they
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: are just friends at one time. Hung out.
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: Her and Morgan or her and Mauricio?
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: Her and Morgan. Oh, yes.
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: Like Morgan has clearly moved along. Like, I don't know
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: if Kyle knows what life looks for her now, but
- 1:15:01Speaker 4: the shit she pulled with Dorit at last season's reunion
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: was not okay.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Which was it? Remind me.
- 1:15:08Speaker 4: Saying we weren't even really friends.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: Oh, that's so mean.
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: Like it was so fucking mean.
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:15:12Speaker 4: And like fucking good that Dorit, I mean, like, All
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: Dorit did was say, you kind of dropped me for this.
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: And Dorit could have said to her, you were having
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: your little fucking midlife crisis. And that's why you did that.
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: And that's why you turned on me. And she didn't.
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: But like the Dorit has held her own. It's made
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: me so happy. The bullshit that like I do love
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: when we get into a California community property. It's just
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: sort of short of 10 years. Like that is juicy
- 1:15:41Speaker 4: and interesting to me. PK was a bad character and
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: I'm glad that he's gone. I'm sorry I didn't watch
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: last night. But I do think the responsibility is on
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: Garcelle motherfucking Beauvais to find a path here. Nobody else
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: is in charge. And Garcelle is the only person, I think,
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: with the intelligence and capability.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: To do what? What is she supposed to do?
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: I don't know, to get these bitches back in line.
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: To have a real talk, to have a real talk
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: with Kyle Richards.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Okay, this is what I think. I think that Bose,
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: I like the addition of her.
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: But as someone who's watched this show forever.
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: You don't think she'll last?
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: I know. I think that when she is talking to
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: Dorit and calling people out, I like that.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: But her storyline- I think is a hundred percent fake
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: about wanting a baby at 48. It's a hundred percent fake.
- 1:16:42Speaker 2: And I think if she is this person who is
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: in marketing, she has studied the show, realized I need
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: to have something going on besides commenting on the other woman.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: My daughter has a good life. I'm not going to
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: expose her boyfriend situation. My husband is dead. Um, I'm
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: going to do the storyline that everybody does. Ramona did it.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: Remember in New York where she was like, maybe having,
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: you know, I don't know, but periods really late. Remember?
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: And then also Kim was like, I'm having another baby
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: to Kyle. It's like something that people do. But I
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: think last night's episode, she has an infertility person come
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: to her house and look at her stomach, her uterus
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: and say, Oh, you still have a couple eggs at 48.
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: And then the fertility woman goes, the doctor goes, well,
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: you know, after 45, for you to have your own
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: baby with your own egg, it's less than a 2% chance.
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: And she's like, it is? I'm like, okay, girl, I
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: knew that at like 18, that you had these years
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: to get pregnant naturally. Everyone knows it. You're in Beverly Hills,
- 1:17:52Speaker 2: you know, and so I don't believe this baby storyline.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: And I think it's insensitive. to people that really struggle
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: and want to have hope to have their kid.
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: You think it's callously insincere?
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: I do, but I like everything else about her. I
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: just don't like that she's gone this far with this,
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: I believe, fake storyline, but she is the only one
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: that will tell the truth.
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: Doing something like a fun little surrogacy storyline could be
- 1:18:15Speaker 4: light and interesting, but it's not going to do the
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: real work of giving her a real story. I think
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: she needs to either start a business or just get
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: really mad at one of them.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: The other thing is some people don't believe that the
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: boyfriend is real.
- 1:18:27Speaker 5: Oh.
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: It's like there's a rumor I heard.
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: That, you know, that whatever. A couple of years ago,
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: he was like a production assistant. I don't know if
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: that's true.
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: There need to be more real relationships. We're at a
- 1:18:40Speaker 4: point in time where nobody there has a marriage or
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: a real relationship.
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: That lacks a lot.
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: It leaves it unbalanced. You want to have, I mean,
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: it was always Kyle's great source of strength. Kyle and
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: Ramona both having this marriage that they were able to
- 1:18:57Speaker 4: rely on.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: And that's the other thing that Kyle said, which is
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: pretty interesting, last night. She goes, I was always so
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: proud that I had stayed married this long. And that's
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: also really hard because you have a right to get
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: divorced even if you're everybody in the Bravo's universe couple goals. Like,
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: you know, and she probably maybe wanted to break free
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: of him earlier from his cheating. But she couldn't because
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: she was like, this is my most greatest accomplishment as
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: a Beverly Hills TV person that I've managed to stay
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: married and he still– acts into me, even though he
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: probably has been fucking people on the side.
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: For 10 years. And also that she had been so
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: Hollywood for so long, that she had been C. Thomas
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: Howell's girlfriend and all of these people, but that she
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: had this like really kind of domestic, like, you know,
- 1:19:49Speaker 4: like I'm married into a big Jewish family that does
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: Shabbats together. We're just, you know, good Beverly Hills folks.
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: How do you feel?
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: We have not talked about Sutton. I feel like Sutton
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: and her anger towards Dorit about Dorit poking at her
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: alcohol issues.
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: Okay. I hate Sutton.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: This season has made me appreciate what she brings to
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: the table a little more. Also, I think seeing her
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: mom and understanding just how self-absorbed that woman is makes
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: me understand a little bit better Sutton's narcissism. So last night,
- 1:20:25Speaker 4: she missed it.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: They're at this caftan and caviar party.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: Can we have a caftan and caviar party?
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: I think we have to. And Jennifer Tilly, with all
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: her Simpsons money and just her great attitude about life,
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: she throws it.
- 1:20:44Speaker 4: The biggest addition to the show. She's just everything.
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: She's just a joy.
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: And she's a rich joy.
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: And she doesn't give a fuck.
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: She's got nothing to lose.
- 1:20:52Speaker 4: She's got an Academy Award nomination and Simpsons money.
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: She said the last night on Watch Dogs Live, he goes,
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: are you enjoying it? She goes, um, it's kind of
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: like when you get a massage, but it's a hard massage.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: And you're like, this kind of hurts, but am I
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: enjoying it or am I not? Or will I be
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: happy after? Like, it was really kind of funny. So
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: I like her just commenting on anything.
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: Because her attitude is so great. But it was so
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: funny because when we watched the show, Drake, my 22-year-old, goes, wait,
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: that girl's like a really good poker player. That's how
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: he knew her. He knew her for being a poker player.
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: It's wonderful.
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: She's a poker player.
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: The most amazing thing about Jennifer Tilly joining Real Housewives
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: of Beverly Hills. Yeah. The season of traitors that she
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: goes on is going to be epic.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: I hope she does it if she gets asked.
- 1:21:37Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: Just so she can go shopping after. So she throws
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: this party at this place called Caspian or something.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: That actually exists in Beverly Hills.
- 1:21:46Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: It's the place where you go for caviar.
- 1:21:48Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: So you can get a baked potato with the caviar.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: And based on the caviar, it can be anywhere from
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: $ 250 to $ 1, 000. Amazing. So she has this party. Everyone
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: has to wear a caftan. But Dorit- Didn't read the invite,
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: so she just came in like a belted Dior dress.
- 1:22:04Speaker 4: Dorit's not allowed to do that. Of all of the
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: women there, Dorit is not the person who is allowed to.
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: Could have killed it in a calf stand. Yeah, she
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: would have had the best one.
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: Yes, and it's like, I realize that what she's performing
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: now is, I'm divorcing. I can't pay attention to anything.
- 1:22:18Speaker 4: But like, Dorit's not allowed.
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: Okay, so right away, Sutton is just really still pissed
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: at Dorit about the 4th of July, her being like,
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: you're asking Sutton if there's alcohol in her Drink. So anyway,
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: so then Sutton is like, and she's just like really
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: trying and she's just so mad at her. And she
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: says to her, why don't you, maybe you need to
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: go after someone that is something about the wallet. Like
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: my wallet's bigger than you.
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: And Erica's like, whoa. And Garcelle is like, what? And
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: then Dorit's in her confessional is like, just when you
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: think that Sutton couldn't make herself look worse. She does it.
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: Case closed, you know. And but in Sutton's defense, she's like,
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: you know, you want to be richer than you are.
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: You spend, which we all know she's spending, you know,
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: five thousand dollars an outfit. Her house is in pre foreclosure.
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: She doesn't have the Beverly Beach, you know, bikinis anymore.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: What is she going to do? She will get another
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: rich billionaire, I'm convinced.
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: No, okay, so that was what I was gonna say.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: She's gonna Lauren Sanchez it, 100%.
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: She has earned another season, I think.
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we need to see her date.
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: And also- Dorit Kemsley is a fucking closer, okay? We've
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: all seen what Dorit looked like when she was 20.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: She built this so that she could catch a man.
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: She understands that this fig will not be long on
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: the tree. I truly think she has one season... To
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: find a man in one season to have a wedding
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: that will have lots of events and issues.
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:23:59Speaker 4: But, like, if she could get somebody. I mean, the
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: most insufferable thing about Sutton is all of Christian's money.
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: So then she goes, really? You're going to brag about
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: your money? That's your husband's money? Yes. I mean, he
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: made it. It's not from the Sutton store.
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: Because my argument is always when she was going after
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: fucking Erica, it's like, you don't fucking know. How many
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: people got killed for Christian's money? Like you get to
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: have clean hands.
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: Right. That's a good point. You don't really know where
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: it comes from. And then to be snobby about it
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: when you didn't really build it. Yeah. So I liked
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: this season. I think this season is good. I think
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: there's lots of layers to it.
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: I think it's really good. I just want Kyle to
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: find a new base level because so much of what
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: she did before.
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: Does she ever come out as a lesbian?
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: No.
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: I don't think so because I don't think she really
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: is one. I think she messed around with Morgan. Morgan
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: was like, I got what I needed out of it.
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: I don't want to be known as the Bravo celebrity lesbian.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: I'm a singer. But we are friends. They have a
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: real friendship. And she will be with a guy next.
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: She will not be with a woman.
- 1:25:03Speaker 4: I think she could potentially find the powerful lady who
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: would give her what she needs and everything.
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: I would love that.
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: I think it's not probable. I think she ends up
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: back with Mauricio. I think she lands back there.
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: And let him still fuck on the side or he
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: has to give that up? I think he cannot publicly
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: fuck on the side if they get back together.
- 1:25:24Speaker 4: I mean, yes.
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: Or even privately. He's got to get it out of
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: his system.
- 1:25:28Speaker 4: I think privately he can. I think they need to
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: learn to get better at privately.
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: I think she's bummed that she ever just didn't keep it.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: Don't ask, don't tell policy like a lot of women have.
- 1:25:38Speaker 4: Yeah. But I think Dorit needs to find a man
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: in his 60s who will be annoyed with having to
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: make Real Housewives, but who has enough money that she
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: can make herself look, you know, get the outfits.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: I think it was Dorit who said last night about Sutton.
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: The only thing that our money's gotten or something, the
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: only date that she got is a horse. Like something
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: like that. Okay, do you know what is going on with,
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: Caroline Kennedy's son.
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: Schochenberg? What's her real last name?
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: Oh, Jack Schlossberg.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: Yeah, do you know what's happening with him?
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: I mean, I know that he's TikTok famous and he
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: keeps doing silly things.
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: I don't get it, though.
- 1:26:23Speaker 4: He's, like, goofy and funny but still slightly political about stuff.
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: But then he went away.
- 1:26:28Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: Then he came back.
- 1:26:30Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: And I'm kind of fascinated because he's, like, Definitely looks
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: like JFK Jr., but not as hot.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: But also the fact that he got all of the-
- 1:26:42Speaker 4: But he hates RFK. He got all the torso jeans.
- 1:26:44Speaker 4: I do love that it's legitimately the same.
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: Torso as 1987 Martha's Vineyard. I guarantee you, as soon,
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: if he's still on social media- As.
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: Soon as it gets warm enough, he is going to
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: ride his bicycle around without a shirt, just like his uncle.
- 1:27:05Speaker 4: But, I mean, I am like, does he have a
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: law job? Like, what is he?
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: They said he graduated all this other stuff.
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: Yes, he passed the bar.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: He passed the bar, but this is what he does.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: And he's doing these weird, like, jokes.
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: About like JD Vance's wife that he, like it could
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: have been, we could have been together. And then I
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: read the comments and everybody's like, you're the greatest. This
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: is so amazing. This is so funny. And I'm like,
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: can someone just explain what is going on? I don't
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: get what the point of view is.
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: He does have this like goofy, strange, TikTok-y sense of
- 1:27:40Speaker 4: humor that is like, it's just so clearly not something
- 1:27:44Speaker 4: that is coming out of a TV show or something
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: like that that would be You know, have had three
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: older gentlemen who are like, that joke's not funny.
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: I couldn't figure out that guy, but I figured out
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: what's going on with Bad Baby.
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: That's Catch Me Outside. I might be saying her name wrong.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Catch Me Outside Girl. Yes. So she and Alabama Barker,
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: Travis Barker's daughter.
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: They're having diss tracks go back and forth and rap.
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: I understand that. story, and I don't understand what this
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: guy's doing.
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: I have questions about the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: Okay, ask. Ask away.
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: No, no, I just mean, like, are they just doing
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: this to make themselves bigger stars than before? Could there
- 1:28:24Speaker 4: possibly be advantage from it? Like, one year when I
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: worked the VMAs, I watched Miley and Nicki Minaj plan
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: a rivalry. You saw it happen? Yes.
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: What were they saying to each other?
- 1:28:39Speaker 4: Like, they were just sort of like, they were with
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: their teams and they were planning separately, like the things
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: that they were going to do. You didn't see them interacting,
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: but you saw the plans for what they were going
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: to do for each other. And I do wonder, it's like,
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: clearly what Kendrick Lamar and Drake we're doing was not
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: mutually planned it hurt Drake and has helped Kendrick Lamar
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: but I do there is this thing of like can
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: we make a better career out of fighting with each
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: other that I think.
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: I definitely don't think that with Blake and Justin yeah
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: Can they make lemonade out of it a couple of
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: years down the road? Possibly. Something OK could come from it.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: I don't know. But no. But with these two girls,
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: with the Alabama, like the bad baby or whatever her
- 1:29:27Speaker 2: name is, it's like, you know, tatted up and is
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: a rapper and like has some pretty good raps and
- 1:29:32Speaker 2: like has a baby daddy who's, you know, I don't
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: even know. I was like all these like things. Alabama
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: Barker's only 18 years old. She puts out this diss
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: or whatever, this track, saying basically that Alabama, and she
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: calls her Miss Whitney or Miss Whitley. And then they're like,
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: they're calling her that because Alabama Barker is named after
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: the character of Alabama in the movie that Travis and
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: his wife, Shannon Moakler, loved. that I can't remember the name,
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: and the character's last name was that. So she does
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: all the different Easter egg things, which I'm pretty impressed with.
- 1:30:15Speaker 2: I was like, that's pretty clever. But she's talking about
- 1:30:20Speaker 2: how she's had all this body counts, like she's such
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: a slut, and that even Taiga has gotten her pregnant
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: and all this stuff. And that one, I'm like, I
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: think maybe those two girls are in on something.
- 1:30:33Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: Or they both just know it, but they don't really
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: hate each other.
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: I just want to say here publicly to Jack Schlossberg,
- 1:30:38Speaker 4: if anybody has access to Jack Schlossberg, get two good writers. Like,
- 1:30:43Speaker 4: you've got... Oh, one thing I did do is after
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: he became famous again, I went into... The Jack. Yes.
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: After he started becoming, like, TikTok famous, I went into
- 1:30:51Speaker 4: a hole about who inherited JFK Jr. 's money. And
- 1:30:57Speaker 4: it was basically because... Carolyn Bessette Kennedy died at the
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: same time as him, that all of it went to
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg's kids.
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: And you know, her parents, I remember this, because her
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: sister died too, Caroline Kennedy's sister. The parents did try
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: to do some, which I remember, To try to say, well,
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: based on where the plane is and where they were sitting.
- 1:31:31Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: They would have died after him.
- 1:31:33Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: But, of course, that was a hard thing to prove.
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: So it all went to his kids.
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: Okay. Yes. And so, like, they have money.
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 1:31:40Speaker 4: Like, around. He's got the money. Like, pay for two
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: people who are just, like, coming up with concepts for
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: you and can help you guide your comedy voice.
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: After watching him just be like a weirdo in New
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: York or whatever he's doing.
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: I have so much respect for JFK Jr. that he
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: was riding that bicycle to be a DA and like
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: literally doing cases and prosecuting people. I'm like, you were
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: the president's son. I'm like, you're working like a fucking
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: hard job that pays very little because you didn't want
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: everyone just to think you were this guy with good hair.
- 1:32:16Speaker 4: Well, yes, I think that's because that's what Jackie was
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: really scared of. Like Jackie simultaneously married the billionaire to
- 1:32:21Speaker 4: get some billionaire money. but didn't want her children to
- 1:32:24Speaker 4: be embarrassed.
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: But you know, JFK Jr. wanted to be an actor.
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: He wanted to study. He wanted to do that at Brown.
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: And she's like, enough. You can do a play on
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: the side.
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: I mean, that is always sad when they like.
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: You know, he came to the Groundlings too.
- 1:32:36Speaker 4: Oh, really?
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: Came to it because he was friends with one of
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: the guys in it.
- 1:32:40Speaker 4: But it is interesting when like the kids have poetry
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: in their soul and the family is like, no, you
- 1:32:46Speaker 4: can't have poetry. I know.
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: That's what's so great. Like people are like, how did
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: your parents feel like when you want to be a comedian?
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: I'm like, We weren't a family of doctors. We weren't
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: a family of politicians. They were thrilled. They were like,
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: let's go to a cute dinner before.
- 1:32:56Speaker 4: I listened to the Bush girls audio book. It's so good.
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: From when? From like 10 years ago?
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: Yes. From like 2017.
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: I was in a, I was in a sad, President
- 1:33:06Speaker 4: Bush's daughters. Yes. I like, I don't, I like was
- 1:33:09Speaker 4: in a sad place and I ended up watching a
- 1:33:11Speaker 4: bunch of YouTube videos that then ended up on Laura
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: and Barbara Bush being interviewed for some reason. And then
- 1:33:16Speaker 4: that took me to the Bush girls promoting their, um,
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: just thinking about political families with New England.
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: Speaking of political things, how do you feel about Monica Lewinsky?
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: She finally has got a podcast, finally has a podcast.
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: I mean, I honestly think that she has guided her
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: career pretty admirably, considering where she started out. I think
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: she's been pretty smart about the whole thing. I think
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: there were some, like, maybe the handbags and hosting that
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: one Fox reality show were bad moves, but I think
- 1:33:49Speaker 4: it's been good.
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: She looks gorgeous.
- 1:33:53Speaker 4: Yes. I mean, she's always had amazing hair. She's always like, yeah.
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: She looks young because she doesn't have kids. So that
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: keeps you young.
- 1:34:04Speaker 4: Is she married?
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: Never been married. Never had kids. And I feel badly
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: because I remember when that whole thing was going down.
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: I was like, I don't know.
- 1:34:13Speaker 4: I mean.
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: In those days, things like this mattered. Now, it's like, who... Like, now,
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: if she would have got caught, like, with the president
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: as a 21-year-old intern, and it was Obama even, her
- 1:34:29Speaker 2: career would have skyrocketed. She would have been making millions.
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: She would have been revered. Everyone would have been like, oh,
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: my God, we love it.
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: It's great.
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: It would have been a complete... She would have been
- 1:34:40Speaker 2: like a Kardashian. But back then.
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: She's my generation. Back then, we were still wanting to
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: get married and have kids before we're 30. And I
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: remember seeing this and I'm like, this girl from Brentwood,
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: this just ruined her chances of ever... Not that she cares.
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: I'm just telling you what the mindset was, was that
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: this was not going to be easy for someone to
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: fall in love and get married after all this scandal.
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: But the question of like, do... do I want to
- 1:35:09Speaker 4: listen to their podcast? I do not want to listen
- 1:35:12Speaker 4: to a girl's podcast. I don't know that if podcasts
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: had existed in 2000 that I would have cared to
- 1:35:18Speaker 4: listen to a early 30s Monica Lewinsky talk. But I
- 1:35:21Speaker 4: think 50 with a couple of graduate degrees and life experience,
- 1:35:27Speaker 4: whining about online bullying, I honestly think children need to
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: be exposed to slightly more bullying these days, learn some
- 1:35:34Speaker 4: conflict resolution. But I'm interested to hear her perspective I.
- 1:35:39Speaker 2: Also think she did an interview and she said someone
- 1:35:43Speaker 2: did a study or whatever and when Jay Leno was
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: retiring and he did the single most jokes about me.
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: And I was a non-public person.
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:35:57Speaker 2: And I thought that was really interesting because that's kind
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: of the old, like as far as being this business,
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: as you talk about people, it's like can they be
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: deemed– not a public person because if you're talking about
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: someone who's not a public person and you're saying their
- 1:36:11Speaker 2: name and everything and it's defamatory then they have a
- 1:36:14Speaker 2: thing but if it's like.
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: I mean but like whether you're a public person or
- 1:36:19Speaker 4: not is such an interesting status like one could argue
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: that the minute you blow the president's you're an adult
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: you blow the president in the White House legally you're
- 1:36:34Speaker 4: a public person you know And I think it's really
- 1:36:38Speaker 4: hard when you have some people who want to utilize
- 1:36:40Speaker 4: their children or family for good press and then they
- 1:36:43Speaker 4: want to say, but not for bad press. And it's like,
- 1:36:46Speaker 4: that's not real. You've utilized this person for press, you know,
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: when it comes to political children and stuff like that.
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: Do you think she'll ever reveal if she voted for
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: Hillary or not?
- 1:36:55Speaker 4: Oh, that's so interesting.
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: I'm just going to guess that she just didn't vote.
- 1:37:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I think she probably just didn't vote. I mean,
- 1:37:05Speaker 4: that is such a rough situation.
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: Because it wasn't, I mean, Hillary was, like, not supportive.
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: No. I mean, like, that.
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: She was not like, how dare you? This was a
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: young girl that just got out of school. It was like,
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: we're just going to act like this, you know, didn't happen.
- 1:37:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: How crazy, though. Like, what if, wouldn't it be insane
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: if they did somehow, like, end up together if something
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: was to happen to Hillary and he like picked up
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: the phone and they met and it was like.
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: That would be hilarious and only Bill Clinton would have
- 1:37:42Speaker 4: the audacity.
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: To do that I think he would.
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: That's But also, I think you're the only person in
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: the world who would ever imagine that.
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: I'm totally imagining it, and I have been for a while.
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: I loved that series so much.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: That series got me so fucking hot. I had sex
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: dreams about Bill Clinton.
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: And it shifted the way I thought about Beanie Feldstein.
- 1:38:02Speaker 4: I was just like, you have become three steps sexier
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: in my life, Beanie Feldstein.
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: Yeah. What I wonder is, did Monica Lewinsky get any
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: money from those shows written about her?
- 1:38:16Speaker 4: Oh, I would imagine she didn't.
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: She would not, right?
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: Because there is no, I mean, it's, you're just like
- 1:38:22Speaker 2: based on the article of whatever and it's not.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: It's public.
- 1:38:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's public. Now it's public. All right, we are
- 1:38:27Speaker 2: going to let you go. Tell everybody. where they can
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: follow you. What is going on with your life?
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: Across all social media, I'm at Guy Branum, except I'm
- 1:38:35Speaker 4: Guy Branum Comedian on TikTok, I think. I have shows
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: on February 27th, March 4th, and March 6th, and April 4th.
- 1:38:43Speaker 4: At the Lyric Hyperion here. Oh, fun. And then I'm
- 1:38:46Speaker 4: going to be releasing some tour dates where I'm taking
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: my one-person show around America a little bit.
- 1:38:53Speaker 2: And why do you call it? So it's not stand-up.
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: It's kind of more of a storytelling one-man show about
- 1:38:57Speaker 2: your life? Or what is it?
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:38:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:39:00Speaker 4: It's like a little more multimedia. It's a little more
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: like concepts and ideas.
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: Oh, I love that.
- 1:39:05Speaker 4: Along with jokes.
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:39:06Speaker 2: Oh, my God. When can I see that? Is there
- 1:39:09Speaker 2: like a preview?
- 1:39:10Speaker 4: Yes, I'm doing it here.
- 1:39:11Speaker 2: Oh, at that, it's that.
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: Yes, yes.
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: Okay, I didn't know if you were doing something different
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: there and then you're taking another show on the road.
- 1:39:17Speaker 4: No, but yes, this is me still working it out.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: Okay, I want to come to that.
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: If you did want to come and then provide me
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: with your thoughts and stuff, I would appreciate it.
- 1:39:25Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: Because you are somebody who would be very likely, you're
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: good at being like, this was boring to me and
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: this was interesting to me.
- 1:39:32Speaker 2: What if I just steal it for my own? And
- 1:39:34Speaker 2: I just take on the persona of a gay boy
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: that was raised on, You're kind of raised in a
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: rural area, right?
- 1:39:41Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: And you're like, Heather, that story is not yours.
- 1:39:45Speaker 4: As long as you just get a good bald cap.
- 1:39:47Speaker 4: That's all I worry about.
- 1:39:48Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: Did you see that person that got caught for wearing
- 1:39:51Speaker 2: a wig with all the cocaine in it?
- 1:39:53Speaker 4: Oh, no. That's amazing.
- 1:39:54Speaker 2: And they cut off the wig and it's all this coke.
- 1:39:57Speaker 4: Oh, can I make a public service announcement before we're done, though?
- 1:39:59Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:40:05Speaker 4: It is making jokes about having to wear the fat
- 1:40:08Speaker 4: suit when they win awards. Just like when they make
- 1:40:10Speaker 4: jokes about having, like Jared Leto talking about having to
- 1:40:13Speaker 4: be shaved all over to play a trans woman, or
- 1:40:16Speaker 4: when people are like, oh, I had to kiss this
- 1:40:17Speaker 4: man when they win an award for playing a gay guy.
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: Just don't make, at the WGA awards, the lady from
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: The Penguin made a joke about, oh, it's so hot
- 1:40:26Speaker 4: in that fat suit. But Colin Farrell didn't when he
- 1:40:29Speaker 4: won the SAG award. And I just want to say,
- 1:40:31Speaker 4: My PSA is just like, please don't make the joke. Like,
- 1:40:34Speaker 4: please don't add insult to injury.
- 1:40:36Speaker 2: What's his name who won for the whale? Did he
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: ever say that?
- 1:40:39Speaker 4: Oh, of course. Of course. Yes. I mean, they love doing,
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: when you do that, you have to do a little
- 1:40:44Speaker 4: video about it. It took six hours to get him
- 1:40:46Speaker 4: into an outfit so he could kind of look like Guy.
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: Guy Branum, I love you.
- 1:40:53Speaker 4: I love you very much.
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: Thank you. Everybody go to HeatherMcDonald.net and join my Patreon.

- 1:41:12Speaker 4: Bye.
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: The car is beautiful. Where did you end up going
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: for it? This exclusive place that Dad has connections with.
- 1:41:19Speaker 2: They have more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: You have to put me in touch. What's it called?
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: It's Dune ADL.
- 1:41:26Speaker 4: Where?
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: Dunediel? There's an accent on the E. Do you mean... Yes,
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: I got it on Dundiel Cars.
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: Lift?
- 1:41:35Speaker 4: Please.
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: Are you going past Kimmage? Oh, Kimmage! No. Dundiel Cars.
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
