- 0:10Speaker 2: Boot le cav podcast Special guests here, man, we got
- 0:13Speaker 2: two guests. Well, the makeup of the community food community,
- 0:18Speaker 2: I was gonna say it's not food comunity right, absolutely
- 0:20Speaker 2: no food community, the original community, the Food Community podcast.
- 0:26Speaker 2: If you guys don't know, Food Community is a great
- 0:29Speaker 2: Instagram page that's ran by the guy who's off Camra.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Introduce yourself.
- 0:33Speaker 3: What's her.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Rich Homi one? They call you, yes, sir, Okay, So
- 0:40Speaker 2: this is the guy. He does not show his face
- 0:42Speaker 2: for a bunch of different reasons. I'm sure. Well, what's
- 0:45Speaker 2: the main reason you're anonymous?
- 0:47Speaker 1: He's ugly. I'm just kidding.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Now, if there's any way i can make money without,
- 0:53Speaker 3: you know, being out there in the limelight, I'd much
- 0:55Speaker 3: rather take the I.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Respect that you respect your privacy, Yeah, because you don't
- 0:58Speaker 2: want to be like, you know, people running up on you.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Feel it's the type of way because you guys post
- 1:01Speaker 2: stuff from everywhere.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Yeah, and I can gets it.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Yeah, he lets me take all those strays.
- 1:06Speaker 2: So you get all the teflon, so you get all
- 1:09Speaker 2: the like flak because there was like a wasn't there
- 1:12Speaker 2: a Mexican rapper list that you were posting? Like, guys,
- 1:14Speaker 2: I didn't come up with this, I just gave it.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I posted my own lists.
- 1:17Speaker 2: You had a list that you posted right, top forty
- 1:20Speaker 2: list and was Mexicano T number one.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Yep, yes, sir, number one.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It wasn't even on the list. No, yeah, he was
- 1:26Speaker 1: number one. We agreed on that.
- 1:28Speaker 3: We both agreed on that.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yeah, so what was for you? Give me the Do
- 1:32Speaker 2: you remember your top five?
- 1:34Speaker 3: It was Mexicano T at one, d Baby at two,
- 1:38Speaker 3: Oh g Z at three, Money sign Swayed at four,
- 1:41Speaker 3: and pay So at five. Not bad valid list?
- 1:45Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, obviously Swede's not with us, Paco was incarcerated.
- 1:48Speaker 3: But both they're definitely en route.
- 1:50Speaker 2: He was, So it's safe to say Texas in terms
- 1:56Speaker 2: of the Latin rappers is kind of running it right now.
- 1:59Speaker 3: One and two I would say, so h town and
- 2:02Speaker 3: I'm a Cali phil you are out and I'll give
- 2:04Speaker 3: textas agree.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I had ot at one, I had Chito Rana said two.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I had is.
- 2:12Speaker 2: That the guy who was with Swifty for a little bit. Okay,
- 2:16Speaker 2: who did.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I have at number three? I think I had D
- 2:18Speaker 1: baby or og Z? Oh yeah, I had D baby
- 2:21Speaker 1: and O g Z tied at number three. Who did
- 2:24Speaker 1: I have a number four? I don't feel like scrolling,
- 2:28Speaker 1: but yeah, something like that.
- 2:30Speaker 2: But you get flat for his list. Nice?
- 2:33Speaker 1: Absolutely nice.
- 2:34Speaker 3: He's compensated well.
- 2:35Speaker 2: So it's got to be kind of cool to have
- 2:37Speaker 2: somebody to be like the face. You're like, yo, yo,
- 2:41Speaker 2: I need you to host this podcast. It sounds a
- 2:42Speaker 2: great idea, but then you get all the right because
- 2:46Speaker 2: it is what it is. What would you say for
- 2:48Speaker 2: you man? Like starting this ig page? What year did
- 2:51Speaker 2: the page initially start?
- 2:52Speaker 3: December twenty eight, twenty eighteen.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Damn sick anniversary date?
- 2:57Speaker 2: That was the day December twenty eighth, right after.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You had on an iPhone for Christmas and you decided to
- 3:01Speaker 1: make a page or what?
- 3:02Speaker 3: No, it was just a thought. It was just a thought.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I would follow a lot of food pages on my
- 3:07Speaker 3: personal account and uh, but everybody was just posting memes.
- 3:12Speaker 3: They'd have like one hundred k followers, but they were
- 3:14Speaker 3: making money, and I'm like, damn, Like if I had
- 3:16Speaker 3: that many followers, I'd run it up. So it was
- 3:19Speaker 3: just a thought for like a month, and then one
- 3:21Speaker 3: day I was just high and I'm like, you know what,
- 3:23Speaker 3: fuck it, I'm gonna just make the page. And I
- 3:25Speaker 3: did it. And then ever since then, it's just been
- 3:27Speaker 3: going crazy, been going crazy.
- 3:28Speaker 2: What is like for you if I think a lot
- 3:30Speaker 2: of people don't when they see an Instagram page with
- 3:32Speaker 2: a lot of followers, they don't necessarily understand the business
- 3:35Speaker 2: model on how to run it up right. So like
- 3:37Speaker 2: if somebody like you said you saw people who were
- 3:39Speaker 2: making memes, You're like, man, they're not doing what they're
- 3:41Speaker 2: supposed to be doing. What are the things that you
- 3:44Speaker 2: know set up the business for food community outside of
- 3:47Speaker 2: the podcast, which is a newer thing obviously, is it
- 3:50Speaker 2: like paid post advertising?
- 3:52Speaker 3: Yeah, most of it, Almost all of it is advertisement, Okay, yep.
- 3:56Speaker 2: So for art, like because I think there's some pages
- 3:59Speaker 2: we'll see nowadays, is that used to be like I
- 4:03Speaker 2: think for example, like academics like academics page. I feel
- 4:07Speaker 2: like a lot of like major labels kind of have
- 4:09Speaker 2: to like they kind of have to pay them like
- 4:11Speaker 2: to promote their like for you though, like, are you
- 4:14Speaker 2: is it like half and half or because because you
- 4:18Speaker 2: are you posting that you're not necessarily feeling and if
- 4:20Speaker 2: you are, what is the what is the caption? Is it?
- 4:25Speaker 2: Are y'all feeling this or not?
- 4:26Speaker 3: Or I have I have my own captions blasted with trash,
- 4:29Speaker 3: it gas or past. Okay, you know, I have my
- 4:32Speaker 3: own little catchy sayings.
- 4:33Speaker 2: So if somebody, if it's someone pays and you're like,
- 4:35Speaker 2: this might not be crazy good, I'm gonna leave it
- 4:40Speaker 2: to the comments. But you can't because you're yeah, no,
- 4:42Speaker 2: I definitely don't that. Yeah, you shouldn't. They're paying you exactly.
- 4:47Speaker 2: So if I'm a rapper from Albuquerque and I want
- 4:50Speaker 2: to get it on a food community, not to watch
- 4:54Speaker 2: your pockets drop. A music video, got a cool little trailer,
- 4:58Speaker 2: I want to get it on food community, shoot.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Cash shop, shoot the cash shop. PayPal?
- 5:02Speaker 2: That cost this song sucks, I'm terrible.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Oh no, no, if it's no, even if I'm not
- 5:08Speaker 3: feeling it, it's still the same price. I'm not gonna
- 5:09Speaker 3: tax you more because I feel like the song is
- 5:12Speaker 3: better or worse. I mean, the price stays the same.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Equal opporto.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, how much is the post? Did you say?
- 5:21Speaker 3: Five hundred page and story posts and there's that to
- 5:23Speaker 3: stay up. Yeah, it's permanent.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Oh that's good.
- 5:26Speaker 3: That's solid, right, I mean for the following that we have.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah, how many follows?
- 5:30Speaker 3: You guys got three hundred and eight k as of now.
- 5:33Speaker 2: That's good. So you're running it up.
- 5:35Speaker 3: You're eating yeah, O, we're good.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:37Speaker 3: And with that money, I was able to fund the podcast,
- 5:39Speaker 3: We got the studio, and then over half the money
- 5:43Speaker 3: we just invest back into the business.
- 5:45Speaker 2: That's smart.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:46Speaker 2: So for you, you you bring this guy along. You
- 5:49Speaker 2: needed a host. He's obviously been doing a really good
- 5:51Speaker 2: job of forcing content.
- 5:52Speaker 3: For your wife Indicted TV.
- 5:55Speaker 2: And then you're a new jumper, Yeah, doing the news
- 5:58Speaker 2: and such have you. You dind some interviews on there too, right,
- 6:01Speaker 2: don a couple of interviews. What made you bring iconing
- 6:05Speaker 2: Icon was?
- 6:06Speaker 3: I just felt like he was already tapped in with
- 6:07Speaker 3: the scene. He was a videographer, He already knew all
- 6:09Speaker 3: the artists, especially in the Latin market in La Right,
- 6:13Speaker 3: so he was already tapped in, and I needed someone
- 6:15Speaker 3: who knows r in each and Icon just fit the
- 6:18Speaker 3: description and I feel like it was a perfect hit.
- 6:20Speaker 2: What is your I'm not too hip to like. I
- 6:22Speaker 2: know you're like fucking you've been around LA for a
- 6:24Speaker 2: long time, but icon give me kind of like your background.
- 6:28Speaker 1: So I was from a hip hop group once upon
- 6:32Speaker 1: a time called The Campaign. We had our shit hosted
- 6:34Speaker 1: by Julio G Tony G some of our projects. I've
- 6:37Speaker 1: been filming music videos the entire time. The very first
- 6:41Speaker 1: time I seen the music to the fucking camera footage
- 6:45Speaker 1: was Jay Rock and Glasses Malone and Elboy video back
- 6:49Speaker 1: in the day. Have you heard Alboy? Pretty cool Latin rapper?
- 6:53Speaker 1: And yeah, ever since, I've been shooting music videos and
- 6:55Speaker 1: I did the rap shit. I eventually got signed to
- 6:57Speaker 1: Brown Side. Have you heard a brown Side?
- 6:59Speaker 2: I've heard of brown Sign.
- 7:00Speaker 1: When they made the Resurgence, I was shooting their music videos.
- 7:03Speaker 1: They decided some one day that they wanted me to
- 7:05Speaker 1: continue rapping for them, and I was like, fuck it.
- 7:08Speaker 2: So you used to be a rapper. So I didn't
- 7:09Speaker 2: know there used to be a rapper.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Yeah, so you were I intend on coming up here
- 7:12Speaker 1: and dropping a freestyle and shooting on all your favorite artists.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Oh you're a rap not today?
- 7:17Speaker 2: Are you gonna get back into it?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Uh?
- 7:19Speaker 3: Nah?
- 7:21Speaker 1: Oh? Well because I'm up, I should capitalize and drop
- 7:25Speaker 1: music at fucking my late thirties.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Why not.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I'm definitely gonna We're gonna do a cipher series and
- 7:31Speaker 1: I'm definitely gonna drop the first one.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Would be like Big Tig. You know, like how Tig?
- 7:35Speaker 1: I respect that, I respect my narrative.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Hey, coming rap, I'm gonna drop a freestyle.
- 7:39Speaker 1: You know it's fire, you know, not bad.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I like that idea.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Why don't you do that?
- 7:43Speaker 2: I can't rap? You're you're a rapper, fool you.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I heard the project. You got a gold plaque in
- 7:48Speaker 1: there with your name on it.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Yeah, no, but I didn't rap. No rapping here, sir.
- 7:53Speaker 2: If I could rap, I probably still wouldn't.
- 7:56Speaker 3: I like it.
- 7:56Speaker 2: I'm thirty six, I'm old and white. You know it is.
- 8:02Speaker 3: So?
- 8:02Speaker 2: But what what what area.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Of I'm from Stella, I'm from al Serino, to be exactly.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Okay, did you come up like because I feel like you're, uh,
- 8:13Speaker 2: you didn't have any graffiti shit in your background or
- 8:16Speaker 2: my tripping.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I mean everyone that was a gang member tagged at
- 8:18Speaker 1: one point, right.
- 8:19Speaker 2: I suppose that's that's that's the case.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not going to disclose all of that right now.
- 8:24Speaker 2: But yeah, an alleged gang member.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Yeah, of course, of course I'm a good guy.
- 8:29Speaker 2: You're a great guy. So you end up kind of
- 8:33Speaker 2: having like a turning your music career into being the
- 8:36Speaker 2: video guy, which if they.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Went hand in hand, because I had an Empire deal
- 8:41Speaker 1: like twelve years ago.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Ah, so you already was rocking with Ghazi early early.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I was rocking with my homie Cave. But yeah, essentially, yeah.
- 8:50Speaker 2: That's crazy, dude. So you were shooting videos and putting
- 8:52Speaker 2: out music at the.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Same time, and for a while it was cool. And
- 8:55Speaker 1: then when I started doing the brown Side shit, I
- 8:56Speaker 1: got a little bit more popular, so I kind of
- 8:58Speaker 1: took a baby step back. And then the owner of
- 9:03Speaker 1: my record label got assassinated in Mexico. That's like a
- 9:05Speaker 1: well documented thing. If you look up Tooker brown Side,
- 9:07Speaker 1: It's like a thing. And when that happened, I just
- 9:10Speaker 1: decided like he was the glue over there. So when
- 9:14Speaker 1: he died, I had just released my album and I
- 9:16Speaker 1: thought it would be like a scummy thing to do
- 9:18Speaker 1: to like capitalize on the notoriety we got from his death.
- 9:20Speaker 1: So I just broke off, just did my own shit. Yeah,
- 9:23Speaker 1: I just continue with the video. Why they kill him,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I don't know exactly, but they definitely it was definitely
- 9:29Speaker 1: really rough. They abducted him from his home in front
- 9:32Speaker 1: of his wife and kid, and they shot him several
- 9:35Speaker 1: times and they put him on the side of the
- 9:37Speaker 1: road in Mexico.
- 9:39Speaker 2: So what years would you say where you're like peak rapping,
- 9:42Speaker 2: like years, just so I can kind of get a
- 9:44Speaker 2: gauged on what.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Like twenty twelve, then maybe twenty seventeen.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Okay, so that's not long ago, dude.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's not that long ago.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah, So for you, like what made you kind of
- 9:53Speaker 2: like go all in on the content and like.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You want to know what? It's kind of weird how
- 9:58Speaker 1: that happened, to be quite honest, because I started doing
- 10:00Speaker 1: like a little podcast with my boy called The Sauce.
- 10:03Speaker 1: And when I was doing that, I looked at my wife,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and my wife has a pretty dynamic story, and I
- 10:08Speaker 1: was like, I think we're gonna make you tell your story,
- 10:11Speaker 1: not on my podcast. I gave her her own shit.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So from one day to the next, I built a
- 10:16Speaker 1: set or whatever. I mean, it's not that crazy, just
- 10:18Speaker 1: prison clothes, right, So I hit up on my homies.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Nobody it's because I didn't know that was your wife,
- 10:22Speaker 2: because I've seen her stuff pop up.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Now, yeah, it's pretty it's I don't want to say
- 10:25Speaker 1: it's super viral, but it's definitely widespread. So yeah, from
- 10:30Speaker 1: one day to the next.
- 10:31Speaker 2: She did time in prison.
- 10:33Speaker 1: She did she did five on a Rico Act. She
- 10:35Speaker 1: got federally indicted on the Rico Act.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Did you know her prior to that or did you.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I had met her? Did I know? I didn't know her.
- 10:42Speaker 1: That was in two thousand and eight when she got
- 10:43Speaker 1: RICO indicted. I had met her maybe like around twenty
- 10:47Speaker 1: twelve through one of my buddies from the from the group.
- 10:51Speaker 1: It was like they're from wherever they're from in northeast LA.
- 10:54Speaker 1: It's a popular gang over her and she just showed
- 10:58Speaker 1: up to be like an extra and a music video.
- 10:59Speaker 1: We were doing like a liquor store robbery. She was
- 11:01Speaker 1: like one of the patrons of the local store. And
- 11:04Speaker 1: now my girl was there at the time. She pulled
- 11:06Speaker 1: off just ah hi by whatever, cool cordial shit and
- 11:09Speaker 1: then yeah.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Your other girl, your previous girl. Absolutely, they ain't mad
- 11:17Speaker 2: at her. Man, So then you executive produce her shit.
- 11:19Speaker 2: And then another show, Right.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I executive produce her shit, and then I helped produce
- 11:23Speaker 1: the Food Community and obviously I'm the host.
- 11:25Speaker 2: The Food Community shit. What for you, like obviously doing
- 11:28Speaker 2: a podcast. I was telling you this, like, I think
- 11:30Speaker 2: it's like an obvious like you guys are feeling a
- 11:33Speaker 2: niche like you said, like, there really isn't like a
- 11:37Speaker 2: Latin hip hop podcast in terms of like I mean
- 11:40Speaker 2: if there is, like I'm not like super hips so
- 11:42Speaker 2: I could be.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Yeah, no, no, no. That was the goal too. When
- 11:46Speaker 3: the Food Community was started, I know there was a void.
- 11:48Speaker 3: There wasn't really nothing for us, and that's something I
- 11:51Speaker 3: was wanted to do. I was wanted to help put
- 11:53Speaker 3: my people on and I knew it was something that
- 11:55Speaker 3: was needed for you.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Obviously, the biggest food page is Food's Gone. Why right,
- 12:00Speaker 2: these guys have sold out the Nogo, They've toured.
- 12:02Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 12:03Speaker 2: It's crazy, right, the branding, it's wild. Do you guys
- 12:07Speaker 2: have any sort of rivalry going on or is it
- 12:09Speaker 2: like all kosher? Like, Nah, there's a lot of food pages.
- 12:13Speaker 1: By the way, I would think that there's nothing at all.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Really is just they they catered to a certain they
- 12:21Speaker 1: they produce certain type of content, which is, you know,
- 12:23Speaker 1: funny shit, it's funny. I've even sent post over there.
- 12:26Speaker 1: It's hilarious. But we're what we do is more like news.
- 12:30Speaker 3: And documenting, music stuff that stuff that revolves are on
- 12:34Speaker 3: the culture, things of that nature.
- 12:36Speaker 2: They're very much like comedy, and I think the food's
- 12:38Speaker 2: going on. I think of comedy, you know what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 12:41Speaker 2: I got to ask you guys this because we're talking
- 12:43Speaker 2: about this a little bit before. What do you guys
- 12:44Speaker 2: think about the Paesel Pluma thing? Did he end up
- 12:46Speaker 2: canceling his shows?
- 12:46Speaker 1: He absolutely did cancel the shows. That's the smartest thing
- 12:49Speaker 1: he could have done.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Because for people who don't know, was it the new
- 12:52Speaker 2: Jalisco cartel threatened to essentially kill him. Yes, if he
- 12:55Speaker 2: did a show in Tijuana and Kylie Rener Stadium wherever.
- 12:59Speaker 1: That's a hard as too.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I've driven by a bunch. I haven't been inside,
- 13:05Speaker 2: but I didn't, you know, because it's the way that
- 13:08Speaker 2: they put the message up.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Imagine. Okay, So there's like he was saying when we
- 13:12Speaker 1: were off camera, there's Challino Sanchez. He got past a note.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He opened the notes said don't sing the fucking song
- 13:18Speaker 1: you want to sing or you're gonna get got. He
- 13:21Speaker 1: sang the song and he got got. So I think
- 13:24Speaker 1: that's a pretty good example being sent for you to
- 13:26Speaker 1: just kind of maybe follow instructions, you know what I'm saying.
- 13:29Speaker 2: If you're him, though, do you like not do Mexico
- 13:31Speaker 2: shows now.
- 13:33Speaker 3: At all?
- 13:34Speaker 1: What I'm surprised is that someone just doesn't address it
- 13:38Speaker 1: directly like someone he had. He's super famous. He has
- 13:41Speaker 1: to have some somebody behind him somewhere, some friend that
- 13:45Speaker 1: could be like, hey, maybe we should reach out and
- 13:47Speaker 1: try and iron that shit out, because imagine you're missing
- 13:49Speaker 1: a whole fucking demographic.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Isn't he from their area?
- 13:54Speaker 1: Kind of I'm not sure if he's like I don't know,
- 13:56Speaker 1: I don't know if he's in.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Town from is no no, no, no no. Well the new
- 13:59Speaker 2: release Hotels not from TJ.
- 14:01Speaker 1: No. But the show that that happened, the show that
- 14:02Speaker 1: the main show that they told him not to do
- 14:04Speaker 1: was the TJ Show.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Right, yeah, yeah, But I don't think they're from I
- 14:07Speaker 2: don't think that's necessary.
- 14:08Speaker 1: I mean, I'm definitely not going to get into the politics.
- 14:11Speaker 2: What I was going to say, like, uh, they're everywhere, brother,
- 14:13Speaker 2: But that's not I was going to say, Like, he
- 14:15Speaker 2: didn't even necessarily say anything bad about them. It was
- 14:17Speaker 2: the fact he was bigging up El Chapo, right and
- 14:20Speaker 2: l Chapo's son and his music.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I'm not exactly sure, but that seems like a dope
- 14:23Speaker 1: narrative to run with.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Yes, well, he made songs about you know, certain cartel
- 14:28Speaker 3: members who that particular group of three and pol Plumont
- 14:32Speaker 3: have issues.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Yes, crazy, Yeah, if I'm him, I'm like, guys, Mexico's out.
- 14:39Speaker 1: It's not worth it, not worth it.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Why are we even going to do Mexico?
- 14:42Speaker 3: Like not even my boy just did the VMA's first
- 14:46Speaker 3: Mexican to perform at the VMA and killed it.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Killed it. It was dope.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Absolutely, it was dope.
- 14:52Speaker 2: Did you guys see Doja Cat walk out and Basil
- 14:53Speaker 2: Plu was just.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Like I didn't. What do you think about Doja Cat's
- 14:58Speaker 1: transformation to the dark side?
- 15:00Speaker 2: I mean, I think I just think she's I.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Think that I think she's dead fucking serious.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Cove about being a Satanist, yes, no.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Yes, no, shaving your eyebrows, getting.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Tattoos, this is the one thing if so, so okay,
- 15:14Speaker 2: So the one thing I've heard about Dojaka and I've
- 15:17Speaker 2: interviewed her a bunch, and she's always been like she
- 15:20Speaker 2: is the most like dry humored. She gets off on
- 15:25Speaker 2: like people like thinking she's weird. This is like her,
- 15:28Speaker 2: like if you ever saw it.
- 15:29Speaker 1: That's her thing.
- 15:30Speaker 2: But did you ever see any of the like clips
- 15:32Speaker 2: of her, like on webcam, like in like these webcam groups,
- 15:35Speaker 2: she'd be in.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, you saw that, I heard of the bullshit.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Right, It's like she's got like a dark humor. And
- 15:42Speaker 2: my you know, my boy Casey recorded her very early
- 15:46Speaker 2: on and would always say the same ship like she's
- 15:47Speaker 2: fucking hilarious, like she I think she knows what she's doing.
- 15:51Speaker 1: And I think, like, and you think she's gaining more
- 15:53Speaker 1: followers and fans followers? No, yeah, so I mean, how
- 15:58Speaker 1: good of a plan is it? Then she doesn't give
- 16:00Speaker 1: a fuck.
- 16:01Speaker 2: She shot on all her fans. She shout, I don't
- 16:03Speaker 2: know you motherfuckers, don't know you guys.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Shit, I mean I recall that actually, and.
- 16:07Speaker 2: She lost I think she lost like one hundred thousand
- 16:09Speaker 2: followers the next day. And the thing is is with
- 16:11Speaker 2: this Satan shit, she's losing followers, But who gives a
- 16:15Speaker 2: fuck like it ain't even satan shit. She has a
- 16:17Speaker 2: song called Demons, so she fucking did like a horror
- 16:19Speaker 2: movie esque video.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That's tight, But her whole ig is dedicated to.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Like being bald and having no eyebrows.
- 16:28Speaker 1: And no, she's doing like a little creepy shit.
- 16:30Speaker 2: She's being she's trolling.
- 16:32Speaker 1: That's a fucking crazy troll, bro, that's leaning all the
- 16:35Speaker 1: way in.
- 16:36Speaker 2: But what is she posting on ig that that makes
- 16:39Speaker 2: you think she's leaning in.
- 16:40Speaker 3: She'll have like pictures of herself covered and blood like
- 16:43Speaker 3: those weird.
- 16:44Speaker 2: So she took a picture because in that video you
- 16:48Speaker 2: saw her dancers were all bloody. So she said, look
- 16:51Speaker 2: I met myself because she put a statue up in
- 16:52Speaker 2: New York and her covered in blood. Were y'all saying
- 16:55Speaker 2: the same shit when DMX was in a blood filed bathtub.
- 16:58Speaker 1: This dark in hell is hot, my boy, I'm just asking.
- 17:00Speaker 2: He praises that was flesh of my flesh, blood on
- 17:02Speaker 2: my blood. But but he also openly admitted to selling
- 17:06Speaker 2: his hold to the devil. Diddy, Yeah, so I saw
- 17:09Speaker 2: my soul to the devil, but the price was cheap.
- 17:12Speaker 2: You look at belly the opening scene the opening scene
- 17:14Speaker 2: of Belly. It has a small version of Tommy Bunns
- 17:17Speaker 2: drawing a fucking pentagram and selling his soul to the devil.
- 17:22Speaker 2: It's like, yeah, everybody got got educated.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I just got educated. That was fire. I didn't know
- 17:27Speaker 1: that DMX.
- 17:28Speaker 2: DMX is great, one of my favorite but I mean
- 17:31Speaker 2: I got the Belly poster right there, plastic. Yeah, listen,
- 17:34Speaker 2: what I'll say, like, Doja Cat to me is artistically
- 17:39Speaker 2: probably like one of the most. I think her music
- 17:41Speaker 2: is incredible. I think she can do anything. She could
- 17:43Speaker 2: make pop music, she could rap. And if you like
- 17:47Speaker 2: this that Demon's video, whatever you want to say about it.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I haven't even seen it, but I'm gonna watch it though.
- 17:51Speaker 2: That shit is the best video of the year by fire.
- 17:55Speaker 2: It's like a high. It's like a horror movie.
- 17:57Speaker 1: It's a movie.
- 17:58Speaker 2: So my thing is is like she's just producing theatrical
- 18:01Speaker 2: content and people are taking it literally because she's not
- 18:04Speaker 2: an actress. She's an artist. But if she was acting
- 18:08Speaker 2: in you know, fucking The Exorcists or some shit, people
- 18:12Speaker 2: wouldn't be saying yeah. So it's like, Yo, she's just
- 18:16Speaker 2: I think she's incredible.
- 18:19Speaker 3: What would you say to the conspiracy theorists who say, oh, well,
- 18:21Speaker 3: you know they're pushing an agenda. You don't believe in that.
- 18:24Speaker 2: No, God, no, these people are fucking regards. God bless them.
- 18:28Speaker 2: I believe that.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Please, He's part of that agenda, I can tell. I'm
- 18:32Speaker 1: just kidding.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I do think I do like well in terms of
- 18:37Speaker 2: the entertainment industry pushing certain.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Agendas, narratives, narratives, narratives.
- 18:42Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, everyone's got a narrative to push.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Everybody an agenda's deep as fun.
- 18:46Speaker 2: But I'm saying an agenda is what he said so
- 18:48Speaker 2: to me, Like, narrative is one thing. Like you could
- 18:50Speaker 2: push a narrative, should you could push your narrative, your narrative.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Everybody's got a narrative to push about themselves, you know
- 18:56Speaker 2: what I'm saying, Like, I think that the agenda ship
- 18:59Speaker 2: where people are like, like, well, the music industry is
- 19:02Speaker 2: pushing Satan into our kids' lives, and it's like, dude,
- 19:05Speaker 2: this is one nothing new. Guess what. I just bought
- 19:11Speaker 2: a fucking Metallica T shirt with the Devil on the
- 19:14Speaker 2: front of it.
- 19:16Speaker 1: All right, I respect it.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Alice Cooper bit the head off of a fucking bat.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Was it? No, Alice Coop? It was Ozzie and then
- 19:24Speaker 2: Ozzie pissed on the Alamo, right on the al Alice
- 19:28Speaker 2: Cooper that did that? No Ozzy Osbourne, he's been from
- 19:30Speaker 2: San Antonio.
- 19:31Speaker 1: What the fuck did Gene Simmons do? Or he just
- 19:33Speaker 1: stuck out his tongue.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Ozzie did the bat? You gotta understand, like, bro, First
- 19:39Speaker 2: of all, I'm sure you guys are religious.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm very Are you agnostic?
- 19:44Speaker 2: Yeah, i'd say I'm agnostic.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I just agnostic believes that there's something atheists don't believe
- 19:49Speaker 1: in shit, right, correct.
- 19:50Speaker 2: I don't know. So my whole thing with religion is
- 19:53Speaker 2: like I've done enough like psychedelics to like think that
- 19:56Speaker 2: there's probably like a whole lot we just don't know about.
- 19:58Speaker 2: So my whole thing is just I don't know.
- 20:00Speaker 1: You know, I think you need to do DMT again.
- 20:03Speaker 2: I've never done this.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's right in the story. You never did it.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Yeah, i'd like to. I'm scared, though, I want to
- 20:08Speaker 2: do it the right way. So I want to do
- 20:10Speaker 2: it like with the fucking crack pipe, you.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Know, let's do it here together right now.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I can't do that. By the way, Well, what we
- 20:17Speaker 2: were talking about the before we go on a tangent
- 20:19Speaker 2: about drugs. Um no. So if you think about like
- 20:24Speaker 2: right now right, you look at Playboy Cardi, you look
- 20:26Speaker 2: at Uzzi with the Upside downt Crosses, you look at
- 20:28Speaker 2: Doja Cat like, people can be like, yo, this is.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Even if it's even if religion doesn't exist per se,
- 20:35Speaker 1: Let's just give you.
- 20:36Speaker 2: But listen, note, let me finish my thought. In nineteen
- 20:38Speaker 2: ninety eight, I watched Marilyn Manson perform while ripping pages
- 20:42Speaker 2: out of the Bible.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Blasphemous.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Okay. In the eighties, dude, there were like metal bands
- 20:48Speaker 2: that like were openly fucking just like Anti God they
- 20:52Speaker 2: had But like, dude, if you look at Mega Death
- 20:54Speaker 2: and just some of the imagery, like this is just
- 20:58Speaker 2: it's fucking rock and roll, bro, Like it is what
- 21:01Speaker 2: it is. Like if you look at Playboy Cardi, like
- 21:04Speaker 2: Playboy Cardi say it's some crazy shit.
- 21:06Speaker 1: But what if, like God does exist and all these
- 21:08Speaker 1: fos are going to burn in hell.
- 21:10Speaker 2: That's on them, that's on them.
- 21:13Speaker 1: But what are crazy? What are the odds?
- 21:16Speaker 2: What are the odds?
- 21:17Speaker 1: Fuck? I don't know, none of us do exactly.
- 21:20Speaker 2: And the thing is is like, what are they actually doing?
- 21:23Speaker 1: What about the meaning behind what they're doing. They're still
- 21:25Speaker 1: putting a lot of intention behind some shit.
- 21:27Speaker 4: What's the intention disrespect towards what people believe to be good?
- 21:36Speaker 4: You know a Belly who's a rapper, He has a
- 21:39Speaker 4: belly's fired by my favorite rappers.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Ever, he has a line where he says, hero villain.
- 21:43Speaker 2: It's all perspective.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I respect it.
- 21:46Speaker 2: What's good to one person is not good to another person, right,
- 21:51Speaker 2: Like to me, like, if you really want to get
- 21:53Speaker 2: into like the religion, talk like I don't, but yeah, yeah,
- 21:57Speaker 2: but ninety nine percent of the major wars that have
- 21:59Speaker 2: ever been caused our religious our religious based facts. I mean,
- 22:04Speaker 2: the Catholic Church is covered up the biggest pedophile ring
- 22:07Speaker 2: of all time, that's documented.
- 22:08Speaker 1: It's facts.
- 22:10Speaker 2: It's like, it's like which way you want to go
- 22:12Speaker 2: with it? You know what I'm saying, Like, yes, there
- 22:14Speaker 2: are people who are pushing like satanic imagery, but I
- 22:18Speaker 2: don't think it's in a literal way.
- 22:19Speaker 1: You can't be like, Okay, I understand what you're saying
- 22:22Speaker 1: about like the pre touching the kids ship, but those
- 22:26Speaker 1: are the people, not the cause.
- 22:28Speaker 2: But the cause covered it up.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Oh nasty, I feel they did.
- 22:32Speaker 2: They moved these motherfuckers around.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Those who should die. That's not so.
- 22:37Speaker 2: My whole thing is like what's good? Because to me,
- 22:41Speaker 2: it's like, I'm not a Satanist. But if you actually
- 22:44Speaker 2: look at like the motherfucking people who are say they're Satanists,
- 22:47Speaker 2: they're really not Satanists.
- 22:48Speaker 1: They're for sure, no, but.
- 22:50Speaker 2: But if you actually like see the the like I
- 22:53Speaker 2: think it's there's there's two versions of the Church of Satan.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I don't know, there's a lot I do. I've watched
- 23:01Speaker 2: YouTube videos. So there's two versions.
- 23:03Speaker 1: There's like these dives.
- 23:04Speaker 2: There's like the side that is just like we believe in,
- 23:08Speaker 2: like having fun, we believe in.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Like partying and fucking around exactly.
- 23:13Speaker 2: And then there's like the more literal side. But they're
- 23:15Speaker 2: separate churches. From what I understand, I don't know.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I'll let you tell it.
- 23:19Speaker 2: But I'm not into you know, Hey, Doug, I like
- 23:22Speaker 2: doing mushrooms. I believe aliens are real. That's what I
- 23:24Speaker 2: believe it.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Would you think about the aliens that just got unveiled
- 23:27Speaker 1: in Mexico?
- 23:27Speaker 2: You know, I thought pretty cool, But then I like.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Too cap Well, I like did a little research.
- 23:34Speaker 2: And I don't know how accurate it is, but I
- 23:36Speaker 2: had heard somebody had said that the guy who's behind
- 23:39Speaker 2: revealing these bodies had already kind of tried to do
- 23:43Speaker 2: the same thing maybe ten years ago or something, and
- 23:45Speaker 2: it was like a hoax. But I don't know.
- 23:48Speaker 1: If someone's trying to run a fucking hoax on us
- 23:50Speaker 1: in twenty twenty three, we could scientifically fact that, fact
- 23:52Speaker 1: check that shit. I's never said, like, crack the glass
- 23:55Speaker 1: on that shit.
- 23:56Speaker 2: See if it's the craziest shit is that shit that
- 23:57Speaker 2: happened in Vegas with that family, that Mexican family. Explain
- 24:02Speaker 2: you didn't know what happened, You didn't hear Vegas was
- 24:04Speaker 2: like two months ago where there was there was like
- 24:07Speaker 2: beans in their backyard and they called the cops and
- 24:09Speaker 2: the cops pulled up and they saw them. Whoa, and
- 24:12Speaker 2: it's on body camera footage. Where is this, bros everywhere?
- 24:15Speaker 2: Pull it up on the TV, sir, this is the link.
- 24:20Speaker 2: This isn't Joe Rogan. We don't have Jamie. We got Cyrus.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Cyrus is fire fuck Jamie. I was just kidding.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Yeah, So there was like a family in Vegas that
- 24:29Speaker 2: they said something landing in their backyard and then when
- 24:31Speaker 2: they went outside there was like two beans in their backyard.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Is in Vegas like a pro gun state? How come
- 24:37Speaker 1: they just didn't give them the fucking business that's breaking
- 24:39Speaker 1: and entering as well?
- 24:40Speaker 2: Vegas? Nevada. I used to live there. Nevada is a
- 24:43Speaker 2: I don't know, they're kind of somewhere in the middle.
- 24:45Speaker 2: They're kind of like a little more liberal than Arizona.
- 24:48Speaker 2: But you can buy some pussy there, not in Vegas,
- 24:52Speaker 2: not in Clark County.
- 24:53Speaker 1: What's that the ranch you're talking about? Going to the ranch?
- 24:55Speaker 2: Well, I'm saying, like Vegas is Nevada is like a
- 24:57Speaker 2: pretty like excuse me for being a conservative state. Ish
- 25:00Speaker 2: you could buy pussy there, So I don't know how
- 25:02Speaker 2: conservative that is.
- 25:03Speaker 1: It's pretty conservative on don't you say?
- 25:05Speaker 2: Buying pussy?
- 25:07Speaker 1: Yeah? Have you ever purchased pussy and Nevada?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Never?
- 25:13Speaker 1: You look disgusted when you said that.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Never. Now have I ever slept with a woman whose
- 25:18Speaker 2: pussy was for sale without paying her? In Nevada quite
- 25:21Speaker 2: possibly got it for free. Yeah, I mean I used
- 25:24Speaker 2: to work around with some work and like this is
- 25:25Speaker 2: the homegirls out in Vegas when I lived there. This
- 25:27Speaker 2: is like twelve years ago.
- 25:29Speaker 1: So you befriended whores.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Maybe I like it?
- 25:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I respect it.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Nonetheless, how do we get to this? We're talking about
- 25:39Speaker 2: payesel Pluma, the doja cat shit happens. Man, you deflected
- 25:43Speaker 2: away from the paesel Pluma, and I want to talk
- 25:45Speaker 2: about this shit.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Cassel Pluma's a smart man. Let's end it there.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Do you guys think he's like on his way to
- 25:53Speaker 2: being like the goat Mexican artist ever? Because I've never
- 25:55Speaker 2: seen an artist doing like that kind of music trans
- 25:59Speaker 2: like like he just did the VMA's, like we talked about.
- 26:02Speaker 2: That's it's crazy.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Can I say I think go ahead, go ahead.
- 26:04Speaker 3: Buddy, I would say so. I mean, he's already breaking
- 26:07Speaker 3: records that no Mexican artist has done. He's the first
- 26:09Speaker 3: one to perform at the VMAs. He's the first one
- 26:11Speaker 3: to chart on the Spotify what is it global?
- 26:17Speaker 2: The Global chart?
- 26:17Speaker 1: Yeah? Oh yeah, he's a gentleman that not just educated
- 26:20Speaker 1: us on the Hot one hundred, Hot two hundred.
- 26:22Speaker 2: That's Billboard.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right, that's right. Right.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I want to say that before him, there was someone
- 26:29Speaker 1: that's very big and still is.
- 26:30Speaker 3: And that's j I was about to say nothing.
- 26:35Speaker 1: From even isn't dropped before them too before not that
- 26:40Speaker 1: too or the same time. I think he's the guy
- 26:43Speaker 1: that paved the way there.
- 26:43Speaker 2: I mean, you know what I'm saying, Like, maybe there's
- 26:45Speaker 2: people who paved the way for sure, but yeah, right now,
- 26:48Speaker 2: this guy's like fucking.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Those guy's on fire. He transcended. Just people in New
- 26:52Speaker 3: Mexico listening to him.
- 26:53Speaker 1: No, that's valid.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Like I was in the club in Vegas and I
- 26:56Speaker 2: told my guy who's DJ and Sam? I was like, hey,
- 26:59Speaker 2: play playing that? What's the what's the record he's got
- 27:01Speaker 2: with the group? It's like the big the record.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Who Toploma.
- 27:06Speaker 2: So I don't know you have problems with them?
- 27:08Speaker 1: Fuck that fool, No, really, I have no idea. I don't.
- 27:11Speaker 1: I just don't listen to her. Okay, he's cool, he's up.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I congratulate him.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Not for you.
- 27:18Speaker 1: My wife listens to him. I don't even listen to music, keV.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Let's be real, what do you listen to your podcast?
- 27:27Speaker 1: I listen to Snoop Dogg and Doctor Dre and Tupac.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Fool can't be getting brainwashed by these young kids and
- 27:32Speaker 1: their agendas.
- 27:34Speaker 2: And their agendas. Yeah, uh yeah, it's just crazy because
- 27:39Speaker 2: I've never seen it before. I'm just like, damn, this
- 27:41Speaker 2: mother's at the VMA gro.
- 27:43Speaker 1: This was up. But also we got to consider that
- 27:47Speaker 1: he's in a he's popping in a unique time. So
- 27:50Speaker 1: like and five years or ten years from now, based
- 27:53Speaker 1: on the way media is moving, someone else is going
- 27:55Speaker 1: to probably be even grander.
- 27:56Speaker 2: What do you do? You guys know what the moment
- 27:58Speaker 2: was or the thing that kind of changed.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Me and him were actually talking like he was like,
- 28:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna say what you said? This said he was
- 28:06Speaker 1: an industry plant.
- 28:06Speaker 3: I was like, nah, I mean, it seems like he
- 28:09Speaker 3: just blew up like one.
- 28:10Speaker 1: But I was telling him, you know concrete, Yeah of course, Okay,
- 28:13Speaker 1: so concrete used to shoot videos.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Yeah, you used to shootvideos for the shot videos.
- 28:17Speaker 1: For Best Pluma that he shot videos for Sky So
- 28:21Speaker 1: he shot videos for besl Pluma before he was who
- 28:25Speaker 1: is now? So I mean, if concrete shooting your videos,
- 28:28Speaker 1: I'm not sure an industry plant because that means you
- 28:30Speaker 1: kind of grinded. You know what I'm saying. You find concrete,
- 28:32Speaker 1: that means you're on the grind.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I mean, there's definitely a machine behind him.
- 28:36Speaker 1: He didn't just fucking find director X and just and
- 28:38Speaker 1: he also has like an like Bobby D does all
- 28:41Speaker 1: his shows. That's not the fucking big machine. We could
- 28:46Speaker 1: go to Praheen right now. You want to go visit
- 28:47Speaker 1: where they recorded shit, it's like this, it's nice, it's
- 28:51Speaker 1: out here. I'm just saying it's not fucking Paramount Studios here.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Well, I'm not sure where best part of sides, but
- 29:01Speaker 1: Braheen Studios is in motherfucking Anaheim or San Anna or
- 29:04Speaker 1: some shit. I've been there. It's a cool place, cool place,
- 29:08Speaker 1: but I'm saying it's not like crazy machine Warner Brothers.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Right. What about Latin hip hop? As somebody who obviously
- 29:18Speaker 2: participated as an artist.
- 29:20Speaker 1: What are you gonna ask me who's the biggest.
- 29:21Speaker 2: No, no, no, I was gonna ask what do you think
- 29:24Speaker 2: has kind of been the biggest thing that's held back, Like,
- 29:28Speaker 2: let's just say Mexican rappers.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I can't call it because I want to say that
- 29:32Speaker 1: in my time, King Little G, who is still thriving.
- 29:37Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I want to say King
- 29:39Speaker 1: Little G is the biggest artist that made it the
- 29:41Speaker 1: furthest out of all of us. And I'm not exactly
- 29:44Speaker 1: sure why he didn't break through the ceiling. I mean,
- 29:46Speaker 1: he had a fish feature with Nipsey at his peak.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Nipsey was obviously Nipsey is Nipsey, right, So I mean,
- 29:51Speaker 1: you figured that would have got spun, and you're in radio.
- 29:54Speaker 1: How come that shit didn't get spun? What's your opinion
- 29:57Speaker 1: on that? You know better than me, You have a
- 29:58Speaker 1: way better insight on that than me.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Just know what my look, Well, you're an insider. I'm
- 30:02Speaker 2: asking you what you're what do you? What do your
- 30:04Speaker 2: what is your hypothesis?
- 30:05Speaker 1: I feel like we weren't around for the payola times,
- 30:07Speaker 1: and if we were, we'd be up.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Already now there some of y'all were around for them times.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Little Rob and he has some classic radio hits.
- 30:16Speaker 2: He does Summer Nights, great record.
- 30:19Speaker 1: But no, yeah, I don't Actually, I actually have no
- 30:22Speaker 1: idea why the industry hasn't really picked up on too
- 30:24Speaker 1: many artists.
- 30:26Speaker 2: So my thing is like a lot of the bigger
- 30:28Speaker 2: like I think the one thing that's still about the
- 30:29Speaker 2: Texas guys is that they're just making music and they
- 30:31Speaker 2: happen to be Mexican as to where. I feel like
- 30:35Speaker 2: when I was growing up, a lot of the Mexican
- 30:36Speaker 2: artists were just like so overly like out where. It
- 30:41Speaker 2: was like you kind of had to be around those
- 30:44Speaker 2: type of people or be those people to really connect.
- 30:46Speaker 3: With the music. There's a cap to that.
- 30:48Speaker 2: There's like like generic music fans are gonna be.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Like, well, little G didn't. I mean initially he had
- 30:53Speaker 1: a particular look. It just looks normal, got the big
- 30:55Speaker 1: ass chains. Where's versace? What's the difference?
- 30:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I don't know, man, I just think
- 31:00Speaker 2: you know, at the end of the day, like radio
- 31:03Speaker 2: is not the difference, is what I'm telling you.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And then what money Signed Swayed and Money Sign Swage
- 31:07Speaker 1: got signed to Atlantic, so he was on his way.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think Atlantic's the best label for I mean,
- 31:13Speaker 2: they didn't know what to do with cab G. They
- 31:16Speaker 2: didn't know what to do with Money Signed Swayed.
- 31:18Speaker 1: He probably smoked a blunt with their girlfriend.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Fuck, I'm just kidding, but I think that is one
- 31:23Speaker 2: thing about the guys from Texas is like.
- 31:25Speaker 3: It's just rap. It's not like like if you just.
- 31:27Speaker 2: Threw on Johnny Dang and you didn't see how fired
- 31:31Speaker 2: like who ot was, you would just be like, Oh,
- 31:33Speaker 2: this shit's hard. Who is this guy? And then you'd
- 31:35Speaker 2: be like, Oh, this guy's holding a fucking chicken with
- 31:37Speaker 2: a cowboy hat. This is wild. I mean, you know,
- 31:39Speaker 2: as opposed to like, if you just saw a picture
- 31:41Speaker 2: of that, maybe you'd be like, this shit's not for me,
- 31:44Speaker 2: like the music is to me, more palatable for everybody,
- 31:48Speaker 2: if that makes sense.
- 31:49Speaker 3: I respect.
- 31:50Speaker 1: It's also a different time, different time for sure, for sure.

- 35:05Speaker 2: Swifty Blue ranked?
- 35:07Speaker 1: He didn't make the list?
- 35:09Speaker 3: Did he didn't make your list for twenty two and three?
- 35:11Speaker 1: No?
- 35:11Speaker 2: Really? Wow? Did he feel some type of way?
- 35:16Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 35:16Speaker 2: He feels like the kind of guy that would feel
- 35:18Speaker 2: some type of way.
- 35:20Speaker 3: I mean, is he respectfully? I mean is he out
- 35:22Speaker 3: there because of his music or because of the headlines
- 35:24Speaker 3: that he makes?
- 35:26Speaker 2: Well, he had a song with Kodak Black right that.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Was as sure? I mean, hmm that that list was
- 35:35Speaker 3: for twenty twenty three?
- 35:36Speaker 2: How many people were on the list forty? So you
- 35:38Speaker 2: think there's forty rappers hotter than Swifty Blue and respectfully.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Yes, musically that are doing maybe more. I didn't even
- 35:45Speaker 1: contribute to the list, but I get it.
- 35:47Speaker 3: Really, yes, name, what do I mean? I have to
- 35:51Speaker 3: stay tapped in with who's up and coming on?
- 35:53Speaker 2: Let me see I gotta see some Hold on, let
- 35:55Speaker 2: me look at this list.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Are you gonna look at the Spotify numbers cross reference?
- 35:58Speaker 3: Yes?
- 35:58Speaker 2: I respect it because I just think I can't forty.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Forty Swifty Blue? What would you rank him?
- 36:06Speaker 2: I feel like Swifty Blue's gotta be a top twenty guy.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I'm surprised you feel like that because I interviewed him
- 36:11Speaker 1: after your interview and he.
- 36:13Speaker 2: Uh oh yeah, yeah, me and him are fine, though
- 36:16Speaker 2: I could imagine that whole interview was an interesting I.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Saw I had an interview him after to help him
- 36:22Speaker 1: fucking rehab his image.
- 36:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:24Speaker 2: I tried to not drop it, and he kind of
- 36:26Speaker 2: pressed me to drop it vicious. I literally told I
- 36:29Speaker 2: got I mean, I told rosecrans Vic.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I said, hey, dude, this may might not be the one.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Let's run it.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and then Swifty had reached out and was like, Yo,
- 36:38Speaker 2: don't waste my fucking time. I want to put it out,
- 36:41Speaker 2: But I mean me and me and Swifty had talked
- 36:43Speaker 2: a few times.
- 36:45Speaker 3: Would you say it's kind of been downhill ever since
- 36:47Speaker 3: that interview. A lot of people after.
- 36:49Speaker 2: That interview, things got bigger for him. Huh. I feel
- 36:53Speaker 2: like the checking in thing became a thing.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Was great. Okay, people still say it to this day.
- 37:01Speaker 2: What's the where's the list at? Is it just so
- 37:03Speaker 2: it's a pin?
- 37:03Speaker 3: Yeah? Pin's yeah?
- 37:07Speaker 2: Number one? Okay, number forty? Damn you got him at forty? Huh?
- 37:12Speaker 1: Who's forty? Crook crooked one just got a fucking he's
- 37:16Speaker 1: the first Mexican with a deal with at Zoomi's.
- 37:21Speaker 2: I think C and G should be higher for sure.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I said that as well. Actually, yeah, he was in
- 37:24Speaker 1: my top ten.
- 37:25Speaker 2: I think C and G should be higher than over who.
- 37:29Speaker 1: You put CG in the top ten?
- 37:31Speaker 2: Rich Greedy is the guy from San Antonio. Yeah, I
- 37:35Speaker 2: think C and G's he's not on tour right now, headlining.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I don't think a lot of these guys can go
- 37:39Speaker 2: to a solo tour like like like nobody, like he
- 37:43Speaker 2: just did a whole show and he just did a
- 37:44Speaker 2: show at the Nile in Arizona. Last week, and I
- 37:46Speaker 2: think it was sold out.
- 37:47Speaker 3: Trying to tell you what does he think that I.
- 37:51Speaker 2: Ranked him at twenty top twenty to be fair though,
- 37:55Speaker 2: like I'm not sure like rich Greedy can go on
- 37:57Speaker 2: a tour if sell tickets.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Richard, he is the best Mexican rapper in San Antonio.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Okay, He's like And what I do think c G
- 38:07Speaker 2: at twenty's crazy.
- 38:09Speaker 3: I just feel like he had a better album Castablanca
- 38:11Speaker 3: than ce G's.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Uh. I'm not hip to everybody, so I don't see
- 38:17Speaker 2: here and act like I'm fucking like I don't know
- 38:19Speaker 2: who Acito is.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Oh Northern California rapper. Yeah, I'm not hip. I gotta
- 38:25Speaker 3: check him out. Yeah, it's pretty hard.
- 38:30Speaker 1: I didn't know who some of those people.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I just don't know. Like, like my thing is.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I put sad Boy much. I put sad Boy in
- 38:35Speaker 1: the top.
- 38:36Speaker 2: Why is Paco number five?
- 38:38Speaker 1: Over?
- 38:38Speaker 3: Who pays?
- 38:40Speaker 2: He's not putting out? He dropped the album when when
- 38:45Speaker 2: last year?
- 38:45Speaker 3: This year, earlier this year?
- 38:46Speaker 2: Get Richard months ago, months ago?
- 38:48Speaker 1: Or get Richard twenty twenty three or twenty twenty two,
- 38:51Speaker 1: twenty three from jail? Okay, technology is a crazy thing.
- 38:58Speaker 3: I think and his fan base is just too strong.
- 39:01Speaker 2: I get, I think, I mean even even like, if
- 39:03Speaker 2: you're gonna like, I think Yellow Hills gotta be higher
- 39:06Speaker 2: because he's just put out so much music. Yeah, I
- 39:10Speaker 2: think I would put Yellow Hill over Phoenix Flexing.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Mmm, I would.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Did we talk shit to Yellow Hill Boy not dropping
- 39:18Speaker 1: anything this year when he came.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Up here or up there? No?
- 39:23Speaker 1: No, no, no, no yet, because he said he didn't
- 39:24Speaker 1: respect the top forty list here. She's not a rapper,
- 39:29Speaker 1: That's what I told him.
- 39:30Speaker 3: She's a singer.
- 39:32Speaker 2: She's a singer.
- 39:34Speaker 1: I'm telling you she shouldn't be on here. No one
- 39:36Speaker 1: cared about my contributions to the list and my reasonings.
- 39:39Speaker 1: I put Sad Boy in the top ten because he's
- 39:41Speaker 1: the only person out of that list that's charted.
- 39:44Speaker 3: Tell him what happened in the last show, though, When.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Did he chart? Fuck show?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Nothing? It went well? The fuck that wasn't even his
- 39:54Speaker 1: fucking show.
- 39:55Speaker 2: You guys don't like swifty Blues, but I can.
- 39:58Speaker 3: You don't like not swifter school swifties. Fine, I talk
- 40:00Speaker 3: with him on a back then, on a couple occasions
- 40:03Speaker 3: back then.
- 40:04Speaker 2: All right, So swift he Blue has one hundred and
- 40:06Speaker 2: thirty seven thousand monthly listeners. Let me just go to
- 40:09Speaker 2: somebody on this list, and there is no disrespect to
- 40:12Speaker 2: whoever im. I have to pull up because I don't
- 40:13Speaker 2: know everybody on this list. Let's look up young Eggs.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Where's that person from my stone? Twenty four thousand monthly listeners.
- 40:24Speaker 3: This is twenty twenty three, though, mind ju Swifty Blue
- 40:26Speaker 3: has been around for what five years?
- 40:28Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, I listen. Oh, let's see what how
- 40:30Speaker 2: much music Swifty Blues dropped this year because he just
- 40:33Speaker 2: dropped a new single with te Fly, he dropped the
- 40:35Speaker 2: record with Cyprus, he dropped the car, he.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Dropped You're advocating really fucking harder? Though he dropped two
- 40:44Speaker 1: projects this year, did he?
- 40:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 40:46Speaker 2: I just think it's I just think like I just
- 40:48Speaker 2: think y'all crazy. The Swifty Blue is not He's top forty, bro,
- 40:51Speaker 2: he's top forty.
- 40:52Speaker 1: He has to. I definitely respect your opinion, and guys,
- 40:55Speaker 1: don't blame me. It's the staff's list. I made my contributions.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Was he in your list?
- 41:00Speaker 1: I only made a top thirteen. I didn't make it
- 41:02Speaker 1: to forty nice, so your top thirteen was damn and
- 41:07Speaker 1: they only respected like three picks.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Which three.
- 41:12Speaker 1: Actually, I'm not even sure. Oh uh, money pays Mexican
- 41:16Speaker 1: ot D baby O GZ, but not necessarily my orders. So, M,
- 41:21Speaker 1: do you feel like I had CNG in my top?
- 41:24Speaker 3: I had?
- 41:24Speaker 2: I just think it's crazy to see and g's I
- 41:26Speaker 2: had drummer and is doing ship that a lot of
- 41:29Speaker 2: these guys ahead him can't do.
- 41:31Speaker 1: I respect it. Yeah, I tried to put him in
- 41:32Speaker 1: my top and.
- 41:33Speaker 2: He's got a dope album gave. Damn you guys have
- 41:38Speaker 2: CNG on the show yet, No, you gotta make it happen.
- 41:43Speaker 2: It's easy.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Have you talked to him?
- 41:48Speaker 1: They said he was going to come. They talked to
- 41:50Speaker 1: Sour Apple writer publicist. Okay, Sour Apple had him coming up,
- 41:53Speaker 1: and for whatever reason they had to reschedule.
- 41:55Speaker 2: And we just haven't because they pulled up four of
- 41:57Speaker 2: your guys in the studios and we're like, They're like,
- 42:00Speaker 2: you know, there's a little fetanol party going.
- 42:02Speaker 1: On on the corner. I like it.
- 42:04Speaker 2: You got the guy grilling right, that was fire.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Hey, you want to know what yesterday I thought I
- 42:09Speaker 1: saw them selling drugs, But he wasn't selling drugs. He
- 42:11Speaker 1: was selling beer. And I can't imagine him having a
- 42:13Speaker 1: better price. I can't imagine him having a better price
- 42:16Speaker 1: than the fucking store.
- 42:17Speaker 2: So I was just in Portland for like two days,
- 42:20Speaker 2: and then you know, everything's legal there. Mm hm god,
- 42:23Speaker 2: damn dude. It's still not worse than downtown La. Everything's
- 42:27Speaker 2: legal in Portland. Like you can do heroin in front
- 42:29Speaker 2: of the cop. Well they do heroin front of the
- 42:31Speaker 2: cops here, but like it's officially every drugs decriminalized in Portland.
- 42:35Speaker 1: You when you were walking into sul didn't they like
- 42:37Speaker 1: blow crack smoking your face or something like that?
- 42:40Speaker 2: And then we were dodging, we almost stepped in shit
- 42:43Speaker 2: and puke. Remember that vicious You stopped me from stepping
- 42:47Speaker 2: in it. You're like, well watch out. I was like,
- 42:48Speaker 2: oh fuck, that was sick, gnarly ass shit. Anyway, who
- 42:55Speaker 2: do you guys think is like kind of like somebody
- 42:58Speaker 2: who's not on the list, who you think is talented,
- 43:01Speaker 2: who you guys can like kind of see having.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Like coyotes weren't even on the fucking list. Coyotes, That's
- 43:07Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So coyotes didn't make the list. I
- 43:09Speaker 1: think they definitely should have been on there. They just
- 43:11Speaker 1: dropped the record with fucking shocked Diesel.
- 43:13Speaker 2: I didn't even think about this shist. They should be
- 43:15Speaker 2: top forty.
- 43:16Speaker 1: Uh snow the products should have been on that list.
- 43:18Speaker 1: But I guess once upon a time she told the
- 43:21Speaker 1: staff that she never wanted to be mentioned on the
- 43:23Speaker 1: Food Community again.
- 43:24Speaker 2: So she just got blacklisted.
- 43:26Speaker 1: No, she didn't get blacklisted. She just doesn't want to
- 43:28Speaker 1: be mentioned. But I think she deserves to be on
- 43:29Speaker 1: the top ten for sure. No shit, Yeah, it's fucking
- 43:33Speaker 1: snow the product.
- 43:34Speaker 2: No shit, I didn't even think about that. Yeah, what
- 43:36Speaker 2: happened there?
- 43:37Speaker 3: I mean, the thing is this, did.
- 43:38Speaker 2: You post something that she didn't like?
- 43:40Speaker 3: Uh? She made a post about on her podcast. I
- 43:46Speaker 3: don't want to get into it, but she was like
- 43:47Speaker 3: clowning man and we had picked it up. I saw
- 43:49Speaker 3: it on TikTok and then she said, hey, I don't
- 43:52Speaker 3: like the comments that people make about me. I just
- 43:55Speaker 3: don't want to be posted. I appreciate it.
- 43:58Speaker 2: Well, that's why she's on the list.
- 44:02Speaker 3: Well, the thing is, if we're gonna na say it,
- 44:06Speaker 3: but I mean, if we're gonna not her mind.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Your face is it on camera?
- 44:12Speaker 3: Get it out?
- 44:12Speaker 2: Get that disrespect out.
- 44:14Speaker 3: There's no disrespect. I don't got no I don't got
- 44:16Speaker 3: no mouse towards her.
- 44:18Speaker 2: What about baby Gas? Isn't he Mexican?
- 44:20Speaker 1: Uh?
- 44:21Speaker 3: Yeah he is, but not towarding respectfully?
- 44:23Speaker 2: Okay, I'm just asking.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I fuck with Gus. It's a honorable mention.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Yeah he's cool.
- 44:29Speaker 2: It's a very why you know, Hey, you got your list.
- 44:33Speaker 1: There's some people on that list that even question like,
- 44:35Speaker 1: who the fuck is this?
- 44:36Speaker 2: Me too?
- 44:38Speaker 1: And then I looked at a couple of them, I'm like, Uh,
- 44:42Speaker 1: if we're gonna be giving love to up and coming
- 44:44Speaker 1: artists that are actually like making big strides, and I
- 44:47Speaker 1: could see it, but like, there are a gang of
- 44:49Speaker 1: legendary people that were left off, maybe not even legendary,
- 44:53Speaker 1: but just people of stature that could have been on
- 44:56Speaker 1: the list that weren't or different.
- 44:58Speaker 2: So what is the the fucking qualifications?
- 45:04Speaker 3: So impact numbers, it's all around.
- 45:12Speaker 2: Next year, you got an Alexis on that list, you
- 45:14Speaker 2: got like one hundred thousand monthly listeners.
- 45:15Speaker 3: Is he a rapper or singer?
- 45:17Speaker 2: A little bit of both? But you got fucking Jay
- 45:18Speaker 2: Rocks on the list who sings her heart.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Out, she's on tour MC magic not.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Sings her heart out. She sings her heart out.
- 45:27Speaker 1: I didn't put her on the list, respectful.
- 45:28Speaker 2: She's very talented, she's dope. Didn't she just get into
- 45:32Speaker 2: some sort of like a Wasn't there some sort of
- 45:34Speaker 2: controversy with her recently? What was it?
- 45:38Speaker 3: I think she said something around that there's no what
- 45:42Speaker 3: was it? Ikon? Oh, that there's no like super pop pop,
- 45:46Speaker 3: and they got on her because they said, right.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Now, that's what it was.
- 45:50Speaker 1: Yeah, Becky G is fucking huge.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Of course, Becky G's a legend. She's from l A.
- 45:57Speaker 3: I think I believe.
- 45:58Speaker 2: So, yeah, what about you? Who do you think is
- 46:01Speaker 2: like outside of Kyoko? Well, you say, will we both?
- 46:04Speaker 2: You guys say coyotes?
- 46:05Speaker 1: I said coyotes? I said who else? Did I say?
- 46:08Speaker 1: I don't know? Snow? Who else? Uh? Damn, Alexis should
- 46:13Speaker 1: have been on the list.
- 46:14Speaker 3: You're right.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Next year at least, you know, we didn't get up
- 46:18Speaker 1: here because of favoritism.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Right of course. I mean, look, it's the coolest. I
- 46:22Speaker 2: think it's because it creates, you know, creates a dialogue.
- 46:25Speaker 3: What everyone's anatural own opinion. Now everybody's gonna be pleased
- 46:28Speaker 3: for sure. And then a lot of people too, are
- 46:29Speaker 3: stuck in their own bubble too. A lot of people
- 46:31Speaker 3: are stuck in the LA scene. So what about this guy?
- 46:33Speaker 3: And then I really tapped into the Texas scene or
- 46:35Speaker 3: up north or Florida.
- 46:38Speaker 2: I'm gonna say for you, like you're like, like, do
- 46:41Speaker 2: you think people look at food community as a LA
- 46:44Speaker 2: biased platform?
- 46:46Speaker 1: Clearly it's not. Now.
- 46:48Speaker 3: I feel like the reason they try to say that
- 46:49Speaker 3: is because we're standing in the wrong Latinos and LA
- 46:52Speaker 3: just happens to be the most populated Latino city in America.
- 46:55Speaker 2: I'm just talking about in terms of like, because you've
- 46:57Speaker 2: done interviews off camera with people from northern California and
- 47:00Speaker 2: you said you won't do certain interviews right, just sit
- 47:04Speaker 2: out some, you'll sit out some.
- 47:06Speaker 1: I'm sick, you're sick. Yeah, I got ailment.
- 47:09Speaker 2: I would.
- 47:10Speaker 3: I mean, anybody's more than welcome, but I was feeling
- 47:12Speaker 3: good today, so I made it. Yeah. No, anybody's more
- 47:14Speaker 3: than welcome. It's just some people just don't want to
- 47:16Speaker 3: come to La.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Some art, so you have to go up there.
- 47:19Speaker 3: Yeah, So I have to go up there. And if
- 47:20Speaker 3: that's what it takes, and that's because politics politics, for
- 47:24Speaker 3: whatever reason, Yeah, yeah, is it.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Do you guys feel like because you know, in LA
- 47:30Speaker 2: hip hop you'll see a lot of the gang shit
- 47:33Speaker 2: get in the way of like certain people working together
- 47:35Speaker 2: even though they might want to work together, or you know,
- 47:37Speaker 2: like sometimes the politics over the last like twenty years,
- 47:40Speaker 2: it's kind of like affected maybe like the direction of
- 47:45Speaker 2: unification and LA hip hop kind of moving in the
- 47:48Speaker 2: same direction rather. Do you guys feel like that that's
- 47:51Speaker 2: the case at all in the Latin community with the
- 47:53Speaker 2: North side or South side of shit at all?
- 47:57Speaker 1: Yeah, everyone can make their own decisions.
- 48:00Speaker 2: You know.
- 48:00Speaker 1: What I'm saying is just you know what it is.
- 48:03Speaker 3: But what I'm saying it definitely slows on the money for everybody.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Yeah, that's my thing is like you know what I'm saying,
- 48:08Speaker 2: Like if it feels like there's like there's artists from
- 48:12Speaker 2: northern California, but they're not gonna work with certain artists
- 48:15Speaker 2: from Southern California, even though they don't necessarily have problems
- 48:17Speaker 2: with each other. And it's like, hmmm, do you think
- 48:19Speaker 2: Texas is gets wrapped up in any of that?
- 48:22Speaker 1: I don't think so.
- 48:23Speaker 3: No, they kind of got their own thing going on.
- 48:25Speaker 2: Right, that's Texas is on fire. They got one to
- 48:29Speaker 2: two on the list.
- 48:30Speaker 3: No Texas going crazy?
- 48:31Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, shit Texas is I mean you got the
- 48:34Speaker 2: guy from San Antonio, buff C and G.
- 48:37Speaker 3: I mean check them out.
- 48:38Speaker 2: No, I've checked him out. He could wrap. Yeah, he's cool.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Could he tour ceing G Top twenty it's crazy be
- 48:46Speaker 2: top thirteen.
- 48:47Speaker 1: I put him on my list. It was number nine
- 48:50Speaker 1: on my list.
- 48:51Speaker 2: What's next for you guys? You're guys gonna start doing
- 48:53Speaker 2: live shows. You guys gonna try to start doing any
- 48:55Speaker 2: sort of like you're gonna have a step behind the camera.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Let people see what you look like.
- 49:00Speaker 3: Probably not. What's next was trying to throw a Food
- 49:04Speaker 3: Community Presents event.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Would you be there?
- 49:07Speaker 3: Uh yeah, I'll be there, But like where in the
- 49:09Speaker 3: cut you have like a fucking mask on?
- 49:12Speaker 1: What does he need a mask on? If no one
- 49:13Speaker 1: knows what he fucking looks like?
- 49:14Speaker 2: You're gonna wear your fucking big sea chain.
- 49:16Speaker 1: I'll probably be wearing that. I should be wearing it
- 49:18Speaker 1: right now, see it so the way they know there's
- 49:24Speaker 1: two of us here.
- 49:25Speaker 2: What were you doing before Food Community?
- 49:26Speaker 1: Bro?
- 49:26Speaker 2: If you don't mind me asking, that was a barber,
- 49:29Speaker 2: oh ship cutting hair?
- 49:31Speaker 3: Get fades nice not licensed.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Now everyone wants one and he's not there to get on.
- 49:36Speaker 2: So you're not a license barber.
- 49:38Speaker 1: No.
- 49:38Speaker 3: I was still at a shop though, oh ship, so
- 49:41Speaker 3: you were still you were like an actual barber. Then
- 49:43Speaker 3: that was actual barber in the shop.
- 49:46Speaker 2: What would you quit the barber.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Work once the food community took off, you like this,
- 49:50Speaker 3: which was well, no, actually it uh, we had to
- 49:54Speaker 3: stop cutting here in the pandemic, so like April twenty twenty.
- 49:58Speaker 3: So I was just in the house and then food
- 50:00Speaker 3: community blew up around that time because everybody was just
- 50:04Speaker 3: on their phone, right, And then I quit barbering in June.
- 50:06Speaker 3: That's when I had enough money to just quit and
- 50:08Speaker 3: do it full time.
- 50:09Speaker 2: That's fucking sick man.
- 50:10Speaker 3: So ever since ever since then, ever since June twenty twenty.
- 50:13Speaker 2: So were you like passionate about you know, some people
- 50:15Speaker 2: really I've hosted barber battles like motherfucking that shit's a
- 50:17Speaker 2: whole culture. Yeah, yeah, people really get into the barbership.
- 50:21Speaker 3: Bro. I was passionate, but then they kind of just
- 50:23Speaker 3: died down.
- 50:23Speaker 1: You let people do designs in your air?
- 50:25Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, I hosted the barber Now my boy
- 50:27Speaker 2: owns a bunch of barber shops in Arizona. So he
- 50:29Speaker 2: does this eazy barber battle and I host it every year.
- 50:31Speaker 1: What's the name of the homies shop?
- 50:33Speaker 2: What's the name of Swift?
- 50:34Speaker 1: It's uh, you're partial to a lot of people named Swift.
- 50:38Speaker 1: That's amazing.
- 50:40Speaker 2: The shop were always at Withamash fucking I don't fucking know, dude.
- 50:46Speaker 2: Where what Yeah, it's on Bethany, I don't know the name.

- 55:28Speaker 2: That was that like the one interview you guys got
- 55:31Speaker 2: where he was like, Yo, this is fucking crazy, this
- 55:33Speaker 2: is great.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Yeah, bro, it's so fucking crazy. The other day, someone
- 55:36Speaker 1: or I think last night, people were talking shit on
- 55:38Speaker 1: a podcast saying that we were going down their list
- 55:40Speaker 1: taking their guests, and I was like, I don't think
- 55:42Speaker 1: you've Interlaate interviewed Bootleg Caver, Fluffy, Jimmy or Jimmy Humility
- 55:47Speaker 1: or Jenny sixty nine or you guys have interviewed like
- 55:50Speaker 1: the Top of the Top cramed de La Cram.
- 55:52Speaker 2: Sure, how dare you.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Fucking compare us? This is respectful.
- 55:56Speaker 2: You're still working a no jumper. Does Adam feel some

- 56:30Speaker 2: Give a fuck. I tell everybody like, why are you
- 56:33Speaker 2: guys surprised? These guys have been fucking other people on

- 56:41Speaker 2: Double standard. I always say that, I'm like, you guys
- 56:43Speaker 2: are fucking how many women? If somebody came to me
- 56:46Speaker 2: and set now, I'm not even to say this on camera.
- 56:48Speaker 2: I'm not gonna say it.
- 56:49Speaker 3: Say it.
- 56:49Speaker 1: I respect it.
- 56:50Speaker 2: You know what I was gonna say.
- 56:52Speaker 1: I don't know anything.
- 56:53Speaker 2: You're married, I'm married. Shots of my wife, there would
- 56:57Speaker 2: be no no amount of women that my I could
- 57:00Speaker 2: let me fuck. To let her fuck one guy except
- 57:03Speaker 2: for like five hundred. If she was like, you can
- 57:05Speaker 2: fuck five hundred bitches and I won't get mad, that's.
- 57:07Speaker 1: A lot of bitches.
- 57:08Speaker 2: I might.
- 57:10Speaker 1: That's a different bitch every day.
- 57:11Speaker 2: I feel like Adam might be up in that number.
- 57:14Speaker 2: Oh for sure. At one time? Is it like it's

- 59:54Speaker 2: Fuck.
- 59:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 59:55Speaker 1: I try to get pessel Bloom up through his record label,

- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Yeah, fucking and he's up killing.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: It would be. Berner agreed, we just need to.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: He're just so busy.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Honestly, you guys will probably have to go up there.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Sounds fine from there. Yeah, I love the Bear.
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: I think it's super doable. Burner's probably not coming to
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: your spot, though he would enjoy it. I'm not saying
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: he wouldn't enjoy it. But the likeliness of like that
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: busy mother for her like coming.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: To MC magic caught a fucking uh.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: No, Magic will come out here to do it.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: He did and he left the same day. He was like,

- 1:00:53Speaker 1: just fly back home. He fools, ain't no fun.
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: I was like, all right, fuck it, yeah, no Magic

- 1:01:09Speaker 1: She was cool, Jay Rocks is coming next Thursday.

- 1:01:16Speaker 3: Right, We're gonna see what happens.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: You gotta get a swifty blue on talking about that list,
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: see if he's available. Yo.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: I don't know, man, I'm just from somebody who's not
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: into your guys's niche as much as you guys are,
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: because I don't know all the people on this list.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: I know a lot of them, but I just think
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: that you know a lot of people. He's hot, like,
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: you know, maybe I'm wrong. I could be wrong. You
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: would know more than me though.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Literally, that's exactly what. That's exactly what him and the
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: staff told me we know more than you. When I
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: was like, how.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: How deep is the staff, it's six of us six?
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's good, not including me.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: So so for people like you have people who post
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: on your page. They don't necessarily have to live in
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: LA or do they live in live in LA? So
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: are you always hiring?
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: Uh not as of now, there's been months. If someone leaves,
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: then yeah, we gotta get someone else.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Six Why you want to be an adamant or what?
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: No, no fuck around, I can't do it. What am
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: I supposed to do?

- 1:02:49Speaker 2: The sickest dude, nicest dude fucking records here. It works
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: for my producers, so nice.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: No Yellow Hill interview. We got the Mexican diamond dealer
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: in Los Angeles, maybe in California. That episode's coming out.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: That's sick where he's actually busting down these live.
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: Oh is he like doing the test that?
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: Now? Fuck the test? These are real for sure. I'm
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: talking about actually placing the diamonds.
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: Oh did he make those?
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Yeah? He made them?
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: Wow?

- 1:03:38Speaker 3: Man, Well, congratulations, thank you appreciate it.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: How many days a week are you doing the news
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: every day?
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: Every week?
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: I mean just once every Tuesday, once every Tuesday. See

- 1:03:57Speaker 2: But don't you collab with a page on?
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: Yeah, we have a music page, news page, and then
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: we have a backup page, but the main one is
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: at food community.

- 1:04:42Speaker 1: offer they give.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Us some because I had an issue with my IG
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: and they're like flag some ship and then they took
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: away my blot check, Like what the fuck back for something?

- 1:05:14Speaker 1: I post this, Oh you were on your sports ship.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and some wienie I know who it is too,
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: some Wienie influencer was like, that's not cool, and I
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: got fucking he flagged it. He reported bullying because I
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: said there was a sign at a restaurant in Phoenix
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: where they said Paul George is a bitch and I
