Transcript
- 0:02Hey guys, welcome to the basement.
- 0:04Welcome. To the live.
- 0:05Stream. Well, it's not.
- 0:06Just me and you. That thinks that the silver.
- 0:08Price should be higher. We're going to hear what a.
- 0:11Top analyst from London, England tells us.
- 0:15About what we. Could expect for the silver
- 0:18price in the third quarter and if I have it correct, we're in
- 0:21the third quarter right now. But today was the biggest
- 0:25Newsday of the year. Remember the?
- 0:27Pete CE report the Federal Reserves favorite.
- 0:31Inflation gauge report. Came out today will.
- 0:34We. See a Fed rate cut.
- 0:36Next week, I think according to my calendar, the Fed is meeting
- 0:41on the 30th and 31st. Of next week.
- 0:44Could they shock us? With a rate cut, we'll talk
- 0:46about that, but we'll. Talk about why.
- 0:48Really, guys? Really, really, really.
- 0:53You want to know what's really going on?
- 0:54Well. We're going to talk about.
- 0:55That and how this is all just a bunch.
- 0:57Of smoke and mirrors. But even more interesting.
- 0:59I was fascinated to learn something.
- 1:02You know the big Paris Olympics are coming up, so anything like
- 1:05you like my house, I'll have to be.
- 1:07Forced to hear the Olympics. Going on all the time because
- 1:09yeah, it's a big deal. Whatever my kids will.
- 1:11Probably watch it, Susie. But what?
- 1:13About those medals, those gold medals, you ever wonder what
- 1:17they're really made-up and there's something.
- 1:20Shocking, you may think. You know what the medals are
- 1:23made of, but there's something even more shocking and we'll.
- 1:24Cover that as well. Let's dig in.
- 1:27First, though, the big big. News story of the morning.
- 1:31Which was which? Is this the PCE report OK?
- 1:38This comes to us from. The the feds Hold on a second
- 1:42here. Hopefully I didn't lose you
- 1:43guys. Nope.
- 1:44We're still here. Thank you.
- 1:47This was the big news of the. Day right the Fed oh the feds
- 1:51going to. This is the number they.
- 1:52Watched the feds preferred. Inflation gauge.
- 1:55Now this is what Yahoo Finance is saying.
- 1:58Shows prices rose at the slowest pace since.
- 2:01March of 20. 21 and then listen to what they go on to say down
- 2:05here, OK? The latest reading of the.
- 2:08Fed's preferred inflation gauge showed prices increased.
- 2:11Slightly more. Than expected in June.
- 2:15Now isn't that kind of contradictory?
- 2:17The core PCE index which. Strips out the cost of.
- 2:20Food and energy and is. Closely watched by the Fed.
- 2:23Rose 2.6% over the prior year in June.
- 2:27So that means we're paying almost 3% more for everything
- 2:31right now. Above economist estimates of
- 2:332.5% increase in unchanged from the prior month.
- 2:38Still the print marked the lowest.
- 2:41Annual increase for core PCE in more than three years.
- 2:46So are you confused yet? I am a little.
- 2:48Bit was this a good report? Was this a?
- 2:50Bad report. Let's go out.
- 2:53And see how Gold reacted to all this.
- 2:55Let's update. Here we're at Pin Backs, channel
- 2:57sponsor Pin Backs. We're going to press the Magic
- 2:59Pin Backs button and get an 0. OK, wow.
- 3:03Gold's up $25.00 an ounce to $2390.00 if we round up.
- 3:09Silver acting peculiar lately, right?
- 3:12Wow, I bet the gold to silver ratio is.
- 3:14Really getting stretched silver at $27.87.
- 3:18While we're here, I just want to mention.
- 3:19To you if you want to get your hands on some.
- 3:22Gold, Silver, Platinum, Group Metals.
- 3:25Do yourself a big. Favor when you're shopping, shop
- 3:28around. I'm always encouraged that and I
- 3:30think what you'll find is that if you.
- 3:33Put. Pin backs into the mix and
- 3:35compare what they can do. For you with the other.
- 3:38Big online bullion dealers. You'll be very, very happy.
- 3:42You will. Get more metal for your money.
- 3:45It's a company you can trust and you'll have a great customer
- 3:49experience. The other big thing I want to
- 3:51recommend to you is if you ever decide to convert part or all of
- 3:55an IRA into precious metals. Look, I'm not a financial
- 3:59advisor. I don't give financial.
- 4:01Advice, but I will give you this.
- 4:03One strong piece of advice, compare what you can get from a
- 4:08company like. PMBEX with an IRA.
- 4:10Conversion to what you can get from some of those big companies
- 4:12that promise you things like. $10,000 in free.
- 4:17Silver or you know, other. Really.
- 4:19Crazy things that maybe seem. Too good to be true, Because
- 4:22usually if they do. Seem too good to be.
- 4:24True, they can be. Too good to be.
- 4:27True. So just remember.
- 4:28That if you ever decide, please talk to the.
- 4:31Guys at Pmbex talk to a number of different people.
- 4:35If you're going to convert an IRA or if you're just going to
- 4:37buy some silver, gold, compare how much actual metal, how many
- 4:40ounces you're going to get for the amount of Fiat money,
- 4:44dollars, paper money that you're going to convert into precious
- 4:48metals. All right, let's get back to
- 4:49this. Oh yeah, we're talking about the
- 4:52biggest. News story of the year, which
- 4:54was so gold, likes this. Right, let's go down.
- 4:58Here a little further now does this.
- 5:00Mean the Fed. Is going to cut rates.
- 5:01In July? I don't know.
- 5:06What do you think? Right, nobody.
- 5:08Thinks they will OK the core. PCE.
- 5:11Rose two point a .2% in line with.
- 5:14Wall Street's expectations. The report follows a recent
- 5:18promising Inflation prints right inflation.
- 5:20'S going down and America, it's a great place.
- 5:23Don't you feel it? Don't we feel it when we're out
- 5:25there, Right? Inflation's coming.
- 5:27Down. We all feel so.
- 5:29Rich Oh, wait a minute. Like 70% of Americans are living
- 5:33paycheck to paycheck, but nonetheless, everything's great.
- 5:36If we listen to the. Government right ahead.
- 5:39Of Friday's PCE release. Jerome Powell had been saying
- 5:42things like recent inflation data quote, UN quote, added
- 5:46somewhat to confidence inflation is moving.
- 5:48Forward markets widely expect. The Fed will hold.
- 5:52Interest rates steady in July. Which is next week, their July
- 5:56meeting before initiating its first interest rate cut in
- 6:00September. All right.
- 6:01Here's what's Really going on, guys.
- 6:03Here's what's really happening. Smoke and mirrors, OK?
- 6:09The Fed. Cannot fight inflation right
- 6:12the. FED has.
- 6:13Lost control of inflation. The Fed has lost control.
- 6:17Of their ability. To control inflation like they
- 6:21had maybe 10 or 15 years ago. So now it's all smoke and
- 6:25mirrors, OK? Inflation, this is this is key
- 6:27to understand. Inflation can take off again.
- 6:32Interest rates can stay where they are.
- 6:34Right now, OK, and gold. And silver can still.
- 6:37Do very, very well, OK. It's it's like if.
- 6:41If if in an if, if it were an ideal world and the Fed could
- 6:45control inflation and they got inflation really down to like 2
- 6:50or 3% and kept it there and they.
- 6:53Lowered rates by like 1. Percent or so they can't.
- 6:56Lower rates, guys, they cannot significantly lower interest.
- 7:01Rates. Because nobody will want to buy
- 7:04the US debt. OK, we are in this this
- 7:07synthetic make believe funhouse monetary policy world.
- 7:13Right now it is so. Confusing.
- 7:15Do you feel confused? Right.
- 7:17You're not alone. I think everybody, I think even
- 7:20Jerome Powell, is confused. Like we've.
- 7:22Created a monster type situation.
- 7:26Right. And they purposely make it very
- 7:28confusing and purposely make it into the.
- 7:31But at the end of the day, you got to think about.
- 7:34Something. They can't lower rates
- 7:36significantly because nobody. Will buy the US debt.
- 7:40OK. And if they do want to force
- 7:43that if they want to. Force that matter.
- 7:45This is what the Japanese. Tried OK, then the Fed.
- 7:49Can print money can make Unicorn fart dust money out of nothing,
- 7:52right and. Buy the US debt.
- 7:54Right, it's called yield. Curve control force the interest
- 7:57rates down. It doesn't matter right at the
- 8:01end of it if they do that that. Destroys the value of the.
- 8:04Dollar that makes the value. Of your gold and silver.
- 8:07Go higher. I mean, look, we.
- 8:09Need to look. No, no more further than.
- 8:12This we won't. Spend a lot of time here.
- 8:14Today we are fastly quickly approaching right, Could you
- 8:18see? It $35 trillion.
- 8:21In in debt, I think there's like 10 trillion.
- 8:24That needs to be. Refinanced, I don't.
- 8:26Know in the next. 1224 months, some crazy.
- 8:28Number. OK, nobody wants to buy.
- 8:31Nobody's going to pay. Nobody's going to.
- 8:33Buy that debt at low. Interest rates, it's just not
- 8:37going to happen. OK, now look.
- 8:40Do you know who's worried about this?
- 8:43I'll tell you who's not worried about it.
- 8:45Are politicians in Washington on either?
- 8:48Side of the aisle. They're not.
- 8:49They're not talking about it. They're not wanting to address
- 8:52it right? This is what will eventually
- 8:55kill. The value of the US dollar all.
- 8:57This other stuff right now. PCE, inflation rates, interest
- 9:01rates. It.
- 9:03Really is a bunch of. Smoke and mirrors at the end of
- 9:05the. Day this will destroy the value
- 9:09of the US. Dollar because the only.
- 9:11Way to deal with this is by paying it back.
- 9:15With worth less U.S. dollars. Printing money?
- 9:18OK, that's the only way. So that keeps it real simple
- 9:22everything. Else in between, I get it,
- 9:24you're I mean. You're like me, our head.
- 9:26Spin I can act like. Oh yeah, I know exactly.
- 9:29You know what's going on with the dollar index and interest
- 9:32rates and. Blah.
- 9:33Blah blah and the Fed. And the PCE and you know,
- 9:37whatever you know, the weather, the weather.
- 9:39Forecast for the. Caribbean I Who knows, right?
- 9:41I mean. It's really crazy.
- 9:44What matters is that and. Who's worried about that?
- 9:46Who's? Worried about the National?
- 9:49Debt. OK, who's telling us?
- 9:51That it's a problem I'll. Tell you, I'll show, I'll tell
- 9:54you. I will say they are.
- 9:55Recognizing it. Here.
- 9:57Exhibit #1 Don't worry, we're not going to feed her.
- 10:02She has said that she's. Worried about the national debt?
- 10:06Exhibit #2. Even.
- 10:12He has said that he's. Worried about the national debt?
- 10:16OK. But then you got the.
- 10:19Smartest guys in the room. OK.
- 10:21I mean, you got Ray Dalio. The founder of Bridgewater.
- 10:26Capital the biggest? Hedge fund in the world?
- 10:29He started the biggest hedge. Fund in the world sitting right,
- 10:33not in his basement. But sitting on the floor of his
- 10:35apartment or something like that.
- 10:37He's petrified. Warning.
- 10:39About the debt level? Jeffrey Gunlock, the Bond King
- 10:43Double line capital guys, the Bond.
- 10:45Market is multiple times bigger. Than the stock market in the
- 10:48bond king. What is this telling us?
- 10:51The Bond king is issuing warning after warning about the level of
- 10:57the United States. National debt.
- 10:59It's it's really. It's I mean.
- 11:01It's just, it's the. It's the.
- 11:02They can. They can do whatever.
- 11:04The rates are never going. Back to 0 rates.
- 11:08Are never going back to one or two percent OK, and that's OK
- 11:13for silver and gold. Because what is?
- 11:15Going to happen even though rates, right, they may cut them
- 11:18a little bit. They may cut them in July.
- 11:20OK, I wouldn't. Throw anything out right now
- 11:22with what's going on in the world.
- 11:24They're supposed to. Definitely cut rates by
- 11:26September. OK, though it cut.
- 11:28Rates. It, it, it, it.
- 11:30It's all. Smoke and mirrors, OK, but
- 11:32they're never going. Back to 0 The world.
- 11:35Will not pay. Or buy the US.
- 11:40Debt, unless it's going to pay a higher.
- 11:42Because guess what? The.
- 11:43World can work a calculator just like you can, just like I can,
- 11:46right? I mean, come.
- 11:47On, you know, if I came to you and said, oh, I've got.
- 11:51Susie and I have a massive mortgage on our house.
- 11:55We've got a, we've got home equity lines of credit we've
- 11:57got. I'm asking.
- 11:58You this question we've got. Massive car.
- 12:00Debt. Massive credit card debt.
- 12:04Student loan debt. We had debt coming out of every
- 12:07orifice on our body. But I need to borrow 50K from
- 12:11you. Right.
- 12:12Are you going to want to loan me 50K?
- 12:13And that's what the United States?
- 12:15Is like right now you might loan me 50K at a 20% interest rate.
- 12:19And that's what the world. 'S going to do.
- 12:21Right that now, granted, the United States is in a very
- 12:24unique position. But we squandered it.
- 12:26We already, we already shot our ammunition.
- 12:30I'll say that in a nice way. Right we.
- 12:32Did we used up? We, we.
- 12:35We. Abused our position of power and
- 12:37now. The world's like the hint.
- 12:40I got AI, got an interview coming out with Rick.
- 12:42Rule, he said it the the chicks. Or the hens.
- 12:44What, however you say it, are coming home to roost.
- 12:48They are. Unfortunately.
- 12:50It's not your fault, but you and I, right?
- 12:52I'm I'm financially responsible. But you are too right.
- 12:57I minimize that I. Spend less than what we.
- 12:59Bring in right, but with the hens are coming home to roost
- 13:03for the United States. OK, unless, right?
- 13:07Unless. The Fed prints money.
- 13:10To to. Buy the debt themselves, right?
- 13:12Monetizes the debt. And and and then you.
- 13:15Can look at. You can look at Japan.
- 13:17And see how that? Worked out.
- 13:18We're in big trouble. I'm sorry.
- 13:20I don't want to be negative. It's.
- 13:21Friday, but we are. Definitely in big, big trouble,
- 13:25but it's good. For the value of precious.
- 13:29Metals, absolutely no doubt. About it.
- 13:32Hey, why? Before I forget here.
- 13:34Thank you again to channel sponsor Pin Backs and I want to
- 13:37remind. You guys, we are.
- 13:38Let's see, it's right over. There, see my finger?
- 13:41Right, we're giving away. 16 ounces of coke.
- 13:46Coke Silver, A10 oz bar, A5 oz bar and a one ounce bar.
- 13:49Thanks to our friends at Pembex. Don't forget register for the
- 13:52giveaway, there is a link. In the description of this, in
- 13:56every video that I'll be putting out, Now what?
- 13:58And this is, you've probably heard right over the years, the
- 14:03Olympics. Are coming up.
- 14:04Could the Olympics here? Let me, let me make.
- 14:06Believe set this up so we can get excited about it.
- 14:10All these Olympic medals, gold medals, silver medals that'll be
- 14:13given out, will that create a massive wave of demand for
- 14:17precious metals? Will it send gold skyrocketing?
- 14:21Will it send Silver past that 34?
- 14:23That magic 34? Dollar per oz level, No right?
- 14:26You probably know you know the the actual.
- 14:29Medals that are that are used in the Olympics.
- 14:32They're not made out of. Like pure gold?
- 14:34They're not but. What are they made out of and
- 14:36what shocking medal is in there this year?
- 14:39I did a little research. Let's have a.
- 14:41Little bit of fun here and take. A look at this.
- 14:46From NBC Are Olympic medals real gold?
- 14:48The answer may surprise. You and here we go.
- 14:54Of course. Ronnie forgets to put the.
- 14:56Screen up, there we go. OK, are Olympic medals.
- 14:59Made of real gold. The answer may surprise you.
- 15:02OK, now this is interesting guys.
- 15:07According to the New York. Times the International Olympic
- 15:10Committee has set out. Requirements that.
- 15:11Gold medals must be. Made of at least 90. 2.5%
- 15:17silver. Even the.
- 15:20Olympic Committee loves silver, right?
- 15:23So gold medals are 93% silver. They also have about. 6 grams.
- 15:28Of gold. What is that there's like?
- 15:2930 grams in an ounce. So like 1/5 of an ounce of of so
- 15:33of gold in a gold medal. While the silver medal is not
- 15:37surprisingly, at least they made this nice.
- 15:39For us, made of silver. NPR.
- 15:43Reported that this year's. Bronze medals are made of a mix
- 15:46of copper, tin and zinc, Ally. So maybe all these silver medals
- 15:52that'll be given out, right, I mean thousands of them, I don't
- 15:54know. But anyway, maybe guys.
- 15:56You know, you never know, that might be the catalyst we need.
- 15:59They always say it starts somewhere weird, right?
- 16:02But what's? Crazy.
- 16:03Is there iron this year? This was I thought.
- 16:06Pretty interesting. This is the the Paris medals.
- 16:11OK, you see that? Part in the middle.
- 16:14All right, here we go. Well, there may be no way to.
- 16:18Calculate the sentimental. Value of winning a gold medal.
- 16:21Gold medals are estimated to be worth approximately 7. 50 to 850
- 16:27U.S. dollars. Simply based on the medals, but
- 16:30there's something very What are the OK?
- 16:32This is interesting this year's. 2024 Paris Olympic and Para
- 16:37Olympic medals will have a very unique.
- 16:40Addition, each medal will have an 18 gram.
- 16:44Hexagonal piece of. Wrought iron, that was once.
- 16:47Part of the. Eiffel Tower, so not.
- 16:50Only this year are they. Going to be made of.
- 16:52Silver. The silver and gold medals, but
- 16:54they're also going to have some iron in them.
- 16:57Yes, a piece of metal from the Eiffel.
- 17:00Tower, I thought. That was interesting.
- 17:02Let's talk. About a $32 silver.
- 17:06Oh, a fancy. Analyst from London, England.
- 17:10Huh. So listen.
- 17:12And he has something that I hadn't.
- 17:14Really thought about. In in a statistic about demand
- 17:17for silver. That could lead us.
- 17:20To some. Very, very interesting price
- 17:24movements. I guess you could say.
- 17:25Over the next year. Or so.
- 17:28How's everybody doing today? Hey, thank you guys.
- 17:31For being here, let me go back. I I can't.
- 17:32See the comments there. We go.
- 17:35Wow. Thank you, Susie.
- 17:36For being here. Thank you, Vincent, all the
- 17:38moderators. I'm going to ask everybody.
- 17:40To participate here quickly. Let's all type 888.
- 17:44For those that moderate because. Those that moderate are great.
- 17:48I'm doing it myself, OK? Let's let's also guys, let's go
- 17:53and take another. Quick look at the gold price,
- 17:56We'll press the. The magic pin backs button.
- 17:59Last we checked, we were up. $25 in gold?
- 18:03Hey, that's pretty good. Should be.
- 18:05Now we're up $21.00 in gold. That's OK, we'll.
- 18:07Still, we'll still take it. All right, let's go to.
- 18:13Let's go to Here we go. Let's read about.
- 18:17Look at all those. Pretty colors, OK, our friend
- 18:20Neil's over at Kitco. Gold price.
- 18:24To hit 2500. Dollars and OK, that's not
- 18:29crazy, but the timing on this is very interesting and.
- 18:31Silver price to hit 32. Dollars.
- 18:34By the end of Q. 3. Let me remind you guys that we
- 18:38are quickly approaching. The end of the.
- 18:41First month. Of Q3 so that.
- 18:43Means within the next two months.
- 18:45Who's saying this? Right.
- 18:47This guy's saying, not Neil's. He's reporting on it is saying.
- 18:50We could have 32. Dollars, silver.
- 18:52Now you know. What's critical to remember
- 18:55about? $32 silver is.
- 18:57We've already. Tested the $32.
- 19:00Silver range twice recently. That's called a.
- 19:02Double top if we get to $32. Again in silver most.
- 19:08Likely from a statistical perspective.
- 19:11A technical analysis perspective.
- 19:13We will Breakthrough 32. Dollars and then you know we're.
- 19:16Off to the races, OK, We are absolutely we are guys.
- 19:20I mean, can you feel it right? I mean, we, we get to 34, we're
- 19:23going to, we're going. From 34 to 44, very quickly.
- 19:28But the reason why? If this if this guy's right and
- 19:31we get to 32 is because a triple top.
- 19:34We've already gone to 30. Two twice.
- 19:36Recently and then got rejected, right?
- 19:38We definitely have been rejected lately, right?
- 19:41We know. That the last.
- 19:41Seven days we're down what you know, $4.00 an ounce on.
- 19:45Silver, but if we get to 30. Two again the.
- 19:48Odds of a triple. Top, statistically speaking,
- 19:51are. Very, very minimal.
- 19:53And then again once we get through.
- 19:54That. It really, in a lot of ways is
- 19:57clear sailing. I'm going to invite.
- 19:59You to take a quick. Break and have a.
- 20:00Quick sip of. Coffee.
- 20:01I'm going to be back here in like 4 seconds, OK?
- 20:09Thank you to our friend Neil's at.
- 20:12Kitco. And he says the gold.
- 20:15Market is finding new resistance at 2400, however, one commodity
- 20:19brokerage farm expects. That this is only a matter of
- 20:22time. Before prices move.
- 20:24Higher in a report published Thursday.
- 20:26Commodity Commodity analyst at Sukden Financial.
- 20:31Excuse me? Said that they expect the
- 20:35precious. Metal to push above 2500 an
- 20:37ounce. By the end of the.
- 20:38Third quarter, who is Sukden Financial?
- 20:42I've never heard of them, so I went out.
- 20:44Let's go take a look. Sukden Financial is from the
- 20:48United. Kingdom.
- 20:50The home of the LBMI. So I clicked.
- 20:53On their website, which we're going to now do.
- 20:55Together, I thought, who are? These guys nice looking website.
- 20:59They're calling for 2500. Dollar Gold $32 silver.
- 21:03And I went down here. Let's see if I can do this
- 21:06correctly. Solutions for companies.
- 21:09Blah blah blah, here we go, key facts.
- 21:12Apparently they managed $200 million.
- 21:14In Capital 50. Years in the financial markets.
- 21:18They're a LME member cat. One, whatever that means, but
- 21:22LME. Is the London Meadows exchange
- 21:25that means these boys and girls that sucked in might have some
- 21:29inside information? Excuse me?
- 21:33And they have 24. Hour service so seems like a
- 21:37legit organization. To me, OK.
- 21:40They say with resilient physical.
- 21:41Demand and robust central bank. Acquisitions alongside with
- 21:45easing inflation. And all the smoke and mirrors
- 21:48that you and I just talked about my basement dweller friends and
- 21:51increase market. Volatility Gold's outlook.
- 21:53Remains. Positive in yellow.
- 21:56At the same time, soaked in excuse me remains optimistic.
- 22:02About silver even as prices. Struggle in the.
- 22:07Face of Gold's solid. Uptrend Silver.
- 22:10Has been unable to hold. Above the $29.00 support.
- 22:14This week, this is what's interesting, he says.
- 22:18Quote in purple We expect silver to gain attractiveness.
- 22:22As both a safe. Haven asset.
- 22:25Remember guys, that some people say silver.
- 22:28Right. Did you?
- 22:30I don't makes sense to me. People say silver's been used
- 22:33as. Money longer than gold?
- 22:35So it is a safe. Haven Asset and a vital
- 22:39industrial metal. I heard.
- 22:42Somebody say this last night and I I I guess we know this, but it
- 22:46if we don't. Hear it every.
- 22:47Once in a while. We forget it this.
- 22:49Guy was talking about why he. Loves gold, but he said I love.
- 22:53Silver even more because I this this monetary thesis I can apply
- 22:58to. Silver.
- 23:00Is the same monetary? Thesis that I can.
- 23:02Used as to why I buy gold. But with silver.
- 23:06If I'm wrong about that monetary thesis, I know.
- 23:10That silver also has this. Unbelievable industrial demand
- 23:16component, right, I mean, if you thought about that?
- 23:19Right, like if if the if the. Central bank stop buying gold
- 23:22and and the monetary which I don't think is going to happen,
- 23:25but if the monetary the component of the.
- 23:28Story for Silver goes away. You still have that industrial
- 23:32component to fall back on and you can't really say that as
- 23:34much. About gold, he says we
- 23:35anticipate the price of silver, or this is a British guy, I.
- 23:39Got to use my British. Accent to appreciate while the
- 23:42end of the quarter surpassing third.
- 23:45The end of the. Quarter guys.
- 23:46Surpassing $32 an ounce, surpassing in Q Three 2024, the
- 23:52analyst said in the report. The analysts said.
- 23:55That the biggest factor supporting.
- 23:57Precious metals prices in the near term remains solid
- 24:00expectations that the. Fed will cut interest rates in.
- 24:02September and they might even cut them next week.
- 24:05But who knows? They could.
- 24:07Raise them too. It's all a bunch of Wizard of.
- 24:11Oz The man behind the curtain. Jerome Powell, right?
- 24:14Now, OK guys, that's what. Is going on.
- 24:18That is what is. Going on but I want to.
- 24:20Talk about this real quickly, right?
- 24:23He says. We anticipate the price of.
- 24:26Silver to appreciate by the. End of the quarter, remember
- 24:30that's two months from now surpassing $32 an ounce.
- 24:34I just want to visually show you guys quickly here.
- 24:38Hold on, let's go on a little. Field trip to wow that says gold
- 24:45is up $30. That's the futures price.
- 24:50Let's go back. Hold on here.
- 24:53Look at this guys. Wow, that's futures.
- 24:58It might be. Delayed a little bit, but still,
- 25:02let's look at the gold. Chart Let's look at a one year
- 25:06chart of the gold. Wow, look at that.
- 25:08Let. Me see if I can get that on full
- 25:10screen, we're going to get. Back to that article.
- 25:15That's five days, and this is one.
- 25:17Year of Gold. Holy moly, let's get.
- 25:21Out the Let's get out the magic markers here real quick and do
- 25:25something, OK? If we start.
- 25:28Back in what? October of last.
- 25:30Year and draw a line. Look at that.
- 25:34We're. Still in that uptrend.
- 25:37Now what if we do one from here? I don't know we're.
- 25:44Still. I mean, wow, we're doing good.
- 25:50So I mean, gold looks pretty darn good.
- 25:51And don't forget, I know silver. The chart.
- 25:53Is and we're going to look at the silver.
- 25:55Chart now real. Quickly silver is.
- 25:59Get rid of that. Silver is struggling, but.
- 26:05At the end of the. Day gold is the grand pappy of
- 26:10silver and I just want to hold on one second.
- 26:19OK, I'm back. Sorry about that having my
- 26:22summer. Cold issues here.
- 26:24Appreciate you guys, Baron. Let's look at this.
- 26:26Silver Chart. And I just want to.
- 26:29Show you there's. What I'm?
- 26:30Talking about with $32 twice. So if this guy had.
- 26:34Souped in is. Correct.
- 26:36OK, this is a double. Top in my book.
- 26:39And it's very rare. It's very.
- 26:41Rare. Not that rare.
- 26:42To have a double top, it's. Extremely rare to have a.
- 26:45Triple top that actually. Excuse me happening Gold.
- 26:51And then gold, on the fourth attempt, went through.
- 26:53But typically if a if a if a price goes up to that level.
- 26:58Three times. It's going to breakthrough on
- 27:00the third time. That's just the way.
- 27:02That it works. OK, that's just the way that it
- 27:05works. Let's look.
- 27:07So that's the one. Year chart.
- 27:08Of silver. Let's draw a.
- 27:10Line on here and tell you why it does not look as good.
- 27:15We start back in that like February time zone, right?
- 27:20I'd see how we kind of fell below that trend line.
- 27:23But I think we. Need to remember something and
- 27:26that is that. Gold leads the show.
- 27:29Gold, right? Gold's gold.
- 27:32We I. Love silver.
- 27:33You love silver, but. But gold, gold kind of.
- 27:37Runs the circus. You know, I guess it's the
- 27:40center ring or I don't know, I don't know much about circuses.
- 27:42But you know I mean. Gold is the.
- 27:44The engine and pulls silver along right and if you can think
- 27:49about it and I don't even know, let's do some quick math here on
- 27:54the on the gold. To silver ratio.
- 27:56And then we're going. To get back to this, get back to
- 27:59this. Very important article.
- 28:02Let's just. Look.
- 28:04It's got the pin backs here. Come on, gold, All right, $21.00
- 28:08so if we. Take the price of gold.
- 28:13I got my. I have my calculator.
- 28:15You can't see this 2386 and divide that by the.
- 28:20Price of silver. 27.74 Wow. Man.
- 28:25The gold to silver ratio is back to 80. 6.
- 28:29So we. I mean that is high.
- 28:30I remember when it got the remember when it got the 90 and
- 28:34people were like, oh, this is I mean this.
- 28:36It is crazy. So when you think.
- 28:38About the silver. Price right now we're we're
- 28:41going to focus more on gold because.
- 28:43At some point. That that gold to silver ratio,
- 28:47it's like this OK, here, this is the gold price, OK.
- 28:54All right, I had it written on there somewhere.
- 28:57This silver truck is the silver. Price OK, the gold price.
- 29:02And this is the the elastic. Is the.
- 29:05Gold to silver ratio. So is the gold price right?
- 29:09Which is the tow truck? Is is is.
- 29:11Going along and it were we're stretching out, see how that's
- 29:15stretching. That's a big rubber band.
- 29:17That's the gold to silver. Ratio which is now getting.
- 29:19Stretched if this keeps. Going.
- 29:22It's going to it. Has to pull silver with it and
- 29:24at some. Point right?
- 29:26This is 86. To one right now.
- 29:29Let's say it goes to. 50 right, it's a what that's what they
- 29:33call a sling shot move in the. My truck away there in the gold
- 29:41and. Silver price, so be prepared.
- 29:43Guys, this is I mean. Do you feel it?
- 29:45Am I alone? I don't know.
- 29:47I mean it. Sure.
- 29:47Feels like we're. Moving towards an environment
- 29:51where we could have a much, much higher.
- 29:53Silver price, Let's get. Back to the article.
- 30:00So while the market has already priced and interest rate cut.
- 30:06The actual policy decision would.
- 30:09Reassure investors about the direction of rates in the
- 30:11future, fostering sustained slows that sustained flow
- 30:14inflows. That's a bunch of BS I'm sorry.
- 30:17In my opinion and I. Respect everybody else's
- 30:20opinion. That's a bunch of BS because you
- 30:23know what? The feds not going to be able to
- 30:25cut rates that much. Guys, I got news.
- 30:27For you, but that's also. I have another piece of news
- 30:29that does not mean you know. That that is bad for the price
- 30:33of gold and silver. Because what they they.
- 30:36Are going to. Absolutely have to keep rates a
- 30:39little bit. Higher because people won't buy
- 30:41the debt and they're going to have to print money that's the
- 30:43bottom line OK, I won't go down that road again the.
- 30:46Analyst also expect to see. Healthy consumer demand in
- 30:51critical. Markets like India, all right,
- 30:53which they noted represents 20. Percent of global.
- 30:57Demand we talked about. This.
- 31:02Earlier in the week I think. India I have designated India is
- 31:06the precious metals capital of the world.
- 31:08The Indians have 25,000 metric. Tons of gold.
- 31:11Hidden in their houses, right? That's three times what we have
- 31:14in Fort Knox. The Indians are buying silver.
- 31:17Like never before the data. You know they're.
- 31:20Probably already bought 20. Percent of the world's.
- 31:22Mine. Production of silver this year.
- 31:25We know previous years they bought like 25.
- 31:27I don't know if they're, I mean, it's crazy, yes.
- 31:30And then on top of it, the icing on top, on top of the cake, the
- 31:33cherry. On top, whatever you want to
- 31:34say, I don't know. You know how that goes, right?
- 31:37The good part? Is that the Government of India?
- 31:40Just lowered the import duties on gold and silver.
- 31:43From what? 15% to 6% and and that will
- 31:48entice even more and more Indian.
- 31:50People to buy the precious. Metals all right, it says.
- 31:54Expectations of strong economic growth in India, where gold's.
- 31:58Role as a store of value as well established.
- 32:01Should work, excuse me, to the precious metals advantage.
- 32:06So then also expects the Fed to continue to buy, I'm sorry,
- 32:10central banks to continue to buy gold.
- 32:12Oh boy, if the Fed starts buying gold, we're brilliant.
- 32:14For it through 2. 1024 even. Though that pace will slow,
- 32:18that's OK because. Everybody else is buying gold as
- 32:21well. Looking at silver, this is
- 32:24what's interesting. Soup, then, remains bullish on
- 32:26the precious metal as industrial demand continues to grow.
- 32:30The analysts said that the. AI boom is transforming the
- 32:34global economy. Which will require.
- 32:36More silver. All right, we.
- 32:38Got two more paragraphs. This was new to me are a new.
- 32:41Way of looking at this. AI boom and silver.
- 32:44He said. Quote the rapid growth.
- 32:46Of generative AI will necessitate substantial upgrades
- 32:49to existing infrastructure and hardware to support its broader
- 32:54application across the economy. The analyst said in the.
- 32:57Report Quote advanced semiconductors, data centers,
- 33:02and consumer electronics. Are all poised.
- 33:04For a significant increase in demand.
- 33:07Furthermore, the growth of AI powered.
- 33:09Computing and power intensive data center, so it's not just.
- 33:13The chips. It's the amount of electricity
- 33:17and you know. That silver is like.
- 33:19Is, is the electricity metal right?
- 33:22It's the new. Oil of electricity, right all.
- 33:26Did well over the last. 100 years silver is the.
- 33:29New oil for the next. 100 years from a power.
- 33:31Perspective. Computing and power intensive.
- 33:34Data centers will lead to. Massive electricity consumption,
- 33:37this is. Crazy.
- 33:38Listen to this in purple. The i.e.
- 33:42A i.e. A projects the power demand from
- 33:45data. Centers will exceed 1000.
- 33:47Terawatt hours by 2020. Six.
- 33:50That's. What?
- 33:52Hold on one second. Susie said something to me.
- 33:54What sweetie? OK, cool, I'll bring the thing
- 33:58here. The by 2026.
- 34:01This is comparable to. Japan's total power.
- 34:05Demand in nearly double the consumption of data.
- 34:09Centers in 2022. Japan's what?
- 34:11I don't. They're one of the like top.
- 34:17One of the top biggest economies in the world.
- 34:20Sorry, my phone was ringing there.
- 34:21It distracted me and on top. Of that, we're looking at a
- 34:25doubling. In the part, that's all.
- 34:26Is very, very, very bullish for silver so.
- 34:31Hang in there guys. It's going to be a fun ride.
- 34:33It's going to happen. Let me ring.

- 35:34I mean. Think about then.

- 35:48Issues do you feel? Like we have major economic.
- 35:50Issues, I think you probably. Do because.
- 35:53Statistically, 80% of Americans feel like the economy stinks
- 35:58right If you're one of. The one of the top. 5%
- 36:00congratulations, I hope you enjoy all your money.
- 36:04Right. But the rest of the world, the
- 36:06rest of the United States, feels like we're in a.
- 36:08Recession not. According to Janet Yellen.
- 36:11Or Jeremy Powell. Everything's great, right?
- 36:13But so think about that. All the political issues in this
- 36:16country. The economic issues and guys, we
- 36:19have a financial fiscal Cliff that we are barreling toward in
- 36:25this issue and then think about. What's going on in the?
