- 2:02Speaker 4: didn't really work.

- 2:03Speaker 5: There ain't no no breaking up, They ain't no dividing us.
- 2:07Speaker 5: We're brothers and so when one brother needs a little assistance,
- 2:11Speaker 5: we need somebody's step.
- 2:12Speaker 2: But that's what we do for each other. Man.
- 2:13Speaker 5: So I just want to take time to acknowledge everybody
- 2:18Speaker 5: for they thoughts in their prayers. I was dealing with

- 2:27Speaker 5: is good, my brothers are good. Uh, and the team

- 2:33Speaker 5: it greatly. But it's good to be home.
- 2:35Speaker 7: Man.

- 2:44Speaker 5: a very special.

- 2:51Speaker 4: Always good seeing my brother man shout out to you, sir, y'll.
- 2:56Speaker 8: Yeah, so this is in person, in person experience.
- 2:59Speaker 6: I was in Atlanta and you know, I'm like, I
- 3:02Speaker 6: just realized, like, oh shit, Maddie, want just do this
- 3:04Speaker 6: in person? So yeah, email House Atlanta South Edition. And
- 3:10Speaker 6: you know, this episode was so legendary as far as
- 3:13Speaker 6: everybody's always asking questions, like follow up questions to the episode.
- 3:17Speaker 6: So being at the episode was still fresh and people
- 3:20Speaker 6: still had questions, It's like, what better way to have
- 3:24Speaker 6: a follow up and then answer some questions and just
- 3:28Speaker 6: provide value. So that's what we're going to do. So
- 3:31Speaker 6: first for this might be the first uh, this might
- 3:34Speaker 6: be the first one that we've done in person, right.
- 3:35Speaker 9: Joy Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Now thinking about it, Yeah, I do appreciate.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll be able to start.
- 3:47Speaker 5: I know, I know we did an open enrollment, but uh,
- 3:51Speaker 5: there was a storm and we weren't together. But there's
- 3:53Speaker 5: never been a time when the person was actually in
- 3:56Speaker 5: the same space.
- 3:56Speaker 4: So what a what a town?
- 3:58Speaker 2: What a town?
- 4:01Speaker 3: What a time?
- 4:01Speaker 8: What a time? So Troy you want me to set
- 4:06Speaker 8: this off or you.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Wanna uh yeah, So, I mean I gave him the
- 4:09Speaker 5: host privileges even do that.
- 4:11Speaker 6: Before we've been through that, I wanted to want some announcement.
- 4:14Speaker 6: So yeah, So in Best Fest is fastly approaching. It
- 4:21Speaker 6: is this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, which is why I'm

- 5:00Speaker 4: That's a lot, you know, that's a that's a whole
- 5:03Speaker 4: lot of sauce.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I don't.
- 5:06Speaker 5: We can't just like breeze over them names like Maddie
- 5:08Speaker 5: is a legend, Alexia you already know.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Ago, we introduced the world to the Airbnb game through her,
- 5:14Speaker 5: she's a legend.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Minch is gonna go crazy.
- 5:16Speaker 5: And Zo Man shout out to Zo Man.
- 5:20Speaker 4: He was even a silent killer that he holding it

- 5:23Speaker 5: Everybody watching them right around these lambs, they're like, what's
- 5:26Speaker 5: going on? So we're gonna, we're gonna, we're gonna get

- 5:43Speaker 2: Bro, Yeah yeah, we yeah, yeah, it's crazy.
- 5:46Speaker 5: We we had a bucket of names and uh yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 5: Shoty wont the bucket this time?
- 5:55Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, oh yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 6: Make sure you check that out invest fast and then
- 6:00Speaker 6: also before we start, So if anybody's not familiar, what
- 6:03Speaker 6: this is is what we call open enrollment. So Eyo
- 6:07Speaker 6: University the biggest educational platform out there.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Man.
- 6:10Speaker 6: We have over ten thousand students and what we do
- 6:12Speaker 6: is we bring professors in every single week to teach
- 6:16Speaker 6: a class, and the classes on Wednesday at eight o'clock
- 6:19Speaker 6: and it goes everything from real estate to crypto to
- 6:23Speaker 6: know the banking industry. You know, anything that you found
- 6:26Speaker 6: on early Legia. It's a more in depth version of
- 6:28Speaker 6: that where you get to actually ask questions. You know,
- 6:32Speaker 6: it's an interaction. They give like lessons with like presentations.
- 6:36Speaker 6: It's a whole school type of vibe. And then the
- 6:40Speaker 6: last Wednesday of every single month, we open it up
- 6:43Speaker 6: for the public to see.
- 6:44Speaker 8: So this is what we call open enrollment.
- 6:45Speaker 6: We put it on YouTube and this is like a
- 6:47Speaker 6: peak inside the house of Eyo University. So with Eyo University,
- 6:52Speaker 6: I only do you get that, but you get all
- 6:53Speaker 6: of the back archives classes which is over one hundred.
- 6:56Speaker 6: You get monthly financial planning calls with me. Everybody always
- 6:59Speaker 6: actually on my calendar for financial planning. But this is
- 7:01Speaker 6: only really the only platform that I actually speak about my
- 7:04Speaker 6: financial planning side and just answer questions for two hours straight.
- 7:07Speaker 6: MG the Mortgage Guy does bi weekly real estate calls.
- 7:10Speaker 6: Troy heads up our movie and book club. We have
- 7:13Speaker 6: a Facebook group with over eighty alblembers in the Facebook group.
- 7:17Speaker 8: And we have twenty Infinity groups. Shout out to all
- 7:20Speaker 8: of the Infinity groups.
- 7:20Speaker 6: I don't even want to say all of them because
- 7:22Speaker 6: I don't want to forget any but of course the
- 7:24Speaker 6: Crypto Club, the dot Club, the real estate Club, earn
- 7:28Speaker 6: is over fifty, the Military Club.
- 7:31Speaker 8: There's so many different clubs.
- 7:33Speaker 6: So yes, if you're interested, go to eyl University dot
- 7:38Speaker 6: com sign up. I'll pin the link. But yeah, right
- 7:43Speaker 6: now we're going to get into it. I'm sure a
- 7:45Speaker 6: lot of people have watched that Toro episode and then
- 7:48Speaker 6: wills are spinning because.
- 7:51Speaker 8: I need some money.
- 7:52Speaker 6: Maybe this is a good you know what I'm saying,
- 7:54Speaker 6: a good side hustle for me to actually start earning
- 7:57Speaker 6: some money. So we brought madd each a back and
- 8:00Speaker 6: he has a special hat would so you know you
- 8:14Speaker 6: already noticed about man. So Maddie, how you want you
- 8:17Speaker 6: want to just go into the presentation we can. Let's
- 8:20Speaker 6: let's get into.
- 8:20Speaker 3: It for sure.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it's on you, my guy.
- 8:23Speaker 7: I'm gonna give all things and phanks to God l
- 8:25Speaker 7: Head for allowing us to tap in. I know a
- 8:27Speaker 7: lot of us will get into the podcast and YouTube
- 8:29Speaker 7: channels to learn.
- 8:30Speaker 3: But when you drop the l you can earn. So
- 8:32Speaker 3: let's go ahead and get straight into it.
- 8:34Speaker 7: I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen everybody, So
- 8:36Speaker 7: everybody can see it and follow because again I can
- 8:38Speaker 7: show you better I can tell you, we can make
- 8:40Speaker 7: sure everybody can see it.
- 8:41Speaker 10: Though. There we go.
- 8:43Speaker 7: So we're just gonna start from the top. A lot
- 8:47Speaker 7: of the questions that a lot of individuals have since
- 8:49Speaker 7: you in the Cardinals space. What I realized before we
- 8:52Speaker 7: get into it, understand the mindset that a lot of
- 8:56Speaker 7: times we asked the right questions, but we end up
- 8:59Speaker 7: asking the right question in the wrong order. So the
- 9:02Speaker 7: purpose of having somebody who has experience is to help
- 9:06Speaker 7: us learn the process in the right order so we
- 9:08Speaker 7: can be able to execute and activate our knowledge with
- 9:12Speaker 7: efficiency and effectiveness. So how to get started? So we're
- 9:16Speaker 7: gonna go into these slides one by one. Hopefully everybody
- 9:20Speaker 7: can see it, follow me, and if possible, we'll make
- 9:22Speaker 7: sure this presentation is available for anybody who requests that
- 9:25Speaker 7: later on. All right, So slide number one, all right?
- 9:29Speaker 7: Of course, obviously, if you don't know who I am,
- 9:32Speaker 7: I'm a business coach, personal development coach, and I've been
- 9:36Speaker 7: able to tap into the car industry since two thousand
- 9:39Speaker 7: and seventeen accolades. I started from one car to fifty
- 9:43Speaker 7: five cars. I went from having a nine hundred dollars
- 9:46Speaker 7: car note to be able to generating two point nine
- 9:48Speaker 7: million dollars gross in the car rental industry, and I
- 9:51Speaker 7: could drive any car one for free. But the question
- 9:54Speaker 7: is hopping you through it too? Tap it into the
- 9:56Speaker 7: car rental space, the car sharing economy space. So the
- 10:00Speaker 7: first thing before we get into the nitty gritty, the
- 10:02Speaker 7: first thing that a lot of people pass that I
- 10:04Speaker 7: realize or don't think to think about, is the intentions
- 10:10Speaker 7: anybody who wants to get in the car renal space.
- 10:12Speaker 3: We have to know why, why are we here? What's
- 10:15Speaker 3: our purpose?
- 10:16Speaker 7: A lot of people understand and get seduced by the
- 10:19Speaker 7: income flow, the income opportunities, But there's more to it.
- 10:24Speaker 7: The question is what is more to it? What other
- 10:26Speaker 7: opportunities exist heady, one by one. A couple opportunities in
- 10:30Speaker 7: the cardinal space is to obviously earn cashlow to do
- 10:34Speaker 7: what pay our bills to feminists necessities, But is that
- 10:37Speaker 7: all No, we can be in this car renal space
- 10:40Speaker 7: to earn cash flow to fund other businesses.
- 10:43Speaker 3: This can be a side play, side hustle play.
- 10:45Speaker 7: Use the income the three hundred dollars, four hundred dollars,
- 10:48Speaker 7: three thousand dollars to then fund what your actual passion is.
- 10:52Speaker 7: Because if you don't have a passion for cars or
- 10:54Speaker 7: hospitality space, but you want to still utilize this industry
- 10:58Speaker 7: and turn these live abilities on wills to assets making deals.
- 11:01Speaker 3: This is a good business model will be able to
- 11:03Speaker 3: tap into. It's kind of like the real estate.
- 11:05Speaker 7: Another reason why people get in this business in industry
- 11:08Speaker 7: carnal Space is to help other people earn income for
- 11:11Speaker 7: their business. This business allows you also to partner up
- 11:15Speaker 7: with other individuals so you can be able to hire
- 11:17Speaker 7: them give them an opportunity to generate income too. Right,
- 11:20Speaker 7: when we start businesses, we want other honorable reasons to
- 11:24Speaker 7: be in the business other than I want to make
- 11:26Speaker 7: some money.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Right, we want to.
- 11:28Speaker 7: Be able to facilitate, learn, grow and help other people
- 11:32Speaker 7: and create impact and the income. There's some the other
- 11:35Speaker 7: pieces in our community and carnal Space. People even shared
- 11:40Speaker 7: this reason. One of my favorites to the opportunity to
- 11:43Speaker 7: bond with their family. Somebody got in the Carnal Space,
- 11:47Speaker 7: the Touro space so they can have an opportunity to
- 11:50Speaker 7: bond with their son, bond with because this is a
- 11:53Speaker 7: business that you could be able to do low barrier
- 11:55Speaker 7: of injury that you can do at home, and your
- 11:57Speaker 7: family members can be a part of the process, cleaning
- 11:59Speaker 7: the car, doing the check ins and checkouts, doing accounting,
- 12:02Speaker 7: things of that nature. You don't have to be a
- 12:05Speaker 7: super business mobile now. This is a low bearer entry.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Another reason why somebody will get into the space to
- 12:12Speaker 7: experience a different line of work. Sometimes the businesses that
- 12:14Speaker 7: we're in as entrepreneurs, we get tired of it. But
- 12:17Speaker 7: this is now a new business or fresh business. To
- 12:19Speaker 7: be able to get new skills, hard skills, soft skills,
- 12:23Speaker 7: and move forward. Another reason why somebody will get into
- 12:26Speaker 7: this business. This is interesting to transition out of illegal activity.
- 12:31Speaker 7: So many people who are trapping out of these streets say, Yo,
- 12:34Speaker 7: I got all this bread, but I want to be
- 12:36Speaker 7: able to tap into something obviously more legal, so I
- 12:39Speaker 7: don't have to be ducking and diving. Weren't about what's
- 12:42Speaker 7: going who's going to hurt me, weren't about the feds,
- 12:45Speaker 7: worry about anything. Right, this is a dope business to
- 12:48Speaker 7: be able to transition to because again it's a low
- 12:51Speaker 7: barer entry. If you know how to get a vehicle,
- 12:53Speaker 7: you know how to get access to the car and
- 12:55Speaker 7: you follow on your leisure podcast, you get around the
- 12:59Speaker 7: right piece where you can understand the process on how
- 13:02Speaker 7: to activate.
- 13:02Speaker 3: These different businesses, specifically the carnal space.
- 13:06Speaker 7: Another reason why somebody will get into space, obviously is
- 13:09Speaker 7: to have ownership in the business.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Right, if you have ownership in the business, what can
- 13:13Speaker 3: we then do?
- 13:13Speaker 7: We can then pass it down to our family pass
- 13:16Speaker 7: that that's not we can't just pass down a car
- 13:18Speaker 7: because obviously that car is going to have an expiration
- 13:20Speaker 7: day on its accessibility.
- 13:24Speaker 3: What we are passing down is the knowledge of how
- 13:26Speaker 3: we're running.
- 13:26Speaker 7: This business, the knowledge of turning these liabilities into ascess,
- 13:31Speaker 7: the knowledge of how to be able to make income
- 13:34Speaker 7: on the side, very important reason why somebody might introduce
- 13:37Speaker 7: themselves to this business and actually activate it. All right,
- 13:40Speaker 7: So those are all some of the intentions. There's a
- 13:42Speaker 7: long list. Transitioning from of course, we talk about from
- 13:46Speaker 7: out of legal activity, create more time to do non
- 13:49Speaker 7: business activity. I'm going to talk about a little bit
- 13:51Speaker 7: because a lot of people when they hear two ro
- 13:52Speaker 7: of the Cardinals, they think it's just passive income. Any
- 13:56Speaker 7: business starts off what getting active first. So if we
- 14:01Speaker 7: want to get passive, we have to first get active,
- 14:03Speaker 7: and it's in the car renal space. It's not limited
- 14:06Speaker 7: to that. It's not an exception of that. So of course,
- 14:08Speaker 7: with the right systems in place, the right people, the
- 14:11Speaker 7: right knowledge, the right resources, we can turn this active
- 14:14Speaker 7: business into a passive business again with the right systems
- 14:17Speaker 7: and people.
- 14:18Speaker 3: Next, it increases your independence and this is one of
- 14:22Speaker 3: my favorites as well.
- 14:24Speaker 7: When you get into the Carlos space, especially Terro, you
- 14:27Speaker 7: get to be a part of a trendy business. Right,
- 14:30Speaker 7: everybody's going to be talking about car runals, just like
- 14:32Speaker 7: they talk about real estate. You want to be a
- 14:35Speaker 7: part of that con conversation in some way, some shape,
- 14:38Speaker 7: some form, right, so you can be able to add
- 14:40Speaker 7: values to the conversation. Whether it's the knowledge, whether it's
- 14:43Speaker 7: the experience, whether it no matter what it is, you
- 14:45Speaker 7: want to be able to be a part of that conversation.
- 14:47Speaker 7: And what happens is when you're part of that conversation,
- 14:50Speaker 7: you can give value. But what happens when you give
- 14:51Speaker 7: value you can receive it as well. So these are
- 14:54Speaker 7: different reasons why somebody should or could get in this
- 14:57Speaker 7: car rental industry. It's not just I just want to
- 14:59Speaker 7: make some breath. I just want to make some money.
- 15:01Speaker 7: I just want to earn.
- 15:02Speaker 3: We also want to learn.
- 15:03Speaker 7: We also want to be able to create the impact
- 15:06Speaker 7: that allows us to do what take our brands, our
- 15:08Speaker 7: businesses to the.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Next level, and other reasons.
- 15:11Speaker 7: Of course, one of my favorites as well, you get
- 15:13Speaker 7: to drive your vehicles for free. Think about it, imagine
- 15:16Speaker 7: your dream car. We're thought we've taught that you need
- 15:19Speaker 7: to make millions and other businesses to be able to
- 15:21Speaker 7: be able to afford these cars. We're taught that we
- 15:24Speaker 7: have to work hard and these other opportunities to be
- 15:26Speaker 7: able for these cars. Now we can be able to
- 15:29Speaker 7: get access to these cars for free by renting it
- 15:32Speaker 7: out to somebody else, friends, family, athletes, associates, and the
- 15:36Speaker 7: Touro platform, for example, is a platform that allows us
- 15:38Speaker 7: to be connected with other individuals who are looking for
- 15:42Speaker 7: a time out with your vehicle. I eed a Lamboat
- 15:45Speaker 7: ers my car. Note on the Lamboa thirty five hundred
- 15:48Speaker 7: dollars a month. I rented out three days of the
- 15:51Speaker 7: month for a fourteen hundred and seventy hundred dollars a month.
- 15:53Speaker 7: I don't pay for it, the business does. So those
- 15:56Speaker 7: are different reasons why somebody would want to tap in.
- 15:58Speaker 7: We're going to go on to the next line. Learning
- 16:01Speaker 7: the process of a new business, an opportunity to network
- 16:04Speaker 7: and meet influential people.
- 16:06Speaker 3: I've been able to.
- 16:07Speaker 7: Be connected with all types of celebrities, Drake twenty one,
- 16:10Speaker 7: Savage Wildlan, Brian Michael Cox, all these different celebrities who
- 16:15Speaker 7: didn't know who I was because I was running out vehicles. Right,
- 16:19Speaker 7: So this is a tool, an asset that we can
- 16:21Speaker 7: leverage to do what build relationships. What happens when we
- 16:24Speaker 7: build relationships, we can win championships and take those championships
- 16:28Speaker 7: and create all these different opportunities in business and personal development.
- 16:32Speaker 7: All right, again, network build character is a key piece.
- 16:37Speaker 7: I'm gonna tell you first sin in the car renal space,
- 16:39Speaker 7: I was able to learn personal development on a whole
- 16:42Speaker 7: nother level. If you lack patients, we should get into
- 16:45Speaker 7: businesses that help what mature our patients.
- 16:48Speaker 3: We should get in.
- 16:49Speaker 7: Businesses that help us with accountability negotiations. Some of these skills,
- 16:54Speaker 7: soft skills and hard schools can actually be learned and
- 16:56Speaker 7: talk through the businesses that we are partaking in. But
- 17:00Speaker 7: if we don't have the consciousness of saying, Yo, this
- 17:02Speaker 7: is the reason why I'm going a business. We might
- 17:03Speaker 7: miss out on that blessing. Trust me when I say
- 17:06Speaker 7: I've developed hard and soft skills on a whole other
- 17:08Speaker 7: level patience, stress, tolerance.
- 17:11Speaker 3: I can make a whole list of things that I've
- 17:13Speaker 3: learned while being this business.
- 17:15Speaker 7: So now that you know that there's multiple intentions or
- 17:18Speaker 7: reasons why you should be in this business, now we
- 17:21Speaker 7: can be a little bit more what intentional. Now we
- 17:23Speaker 7: can be more purposeful on how we move and operate
- 17:26Speaker 7: moving forward, because if we don't know why we're here,
- 17:29Speaker 7: what do we end up doing? We end up wandering
- 17:31Speaker 7: this earth, wanderings aimlessly like a zombie with no purpose,
- 17:35Speaker 7: no direction.
- 17:36Speaker 3: We need the.
- 17:36Speaker 7: Mission and with the mission we can then create goals
- 17:39Speaker 7: that allow us to get there.
- 17:40Speaker 3: All right, So that's the aspect, So let's go and
- 17:42Speaker 3: move on to the other.
- 17:44Speaker 7: Pieces of this business of turo or carnal space in general,
- 17:50Speaker 7: choosing your operational model. A lot of people think that
- 17:54Speaker 7: there's only one way to operate in this business. We
- 17:57Speaker 7: have to understand that it's multiple entry points to start
- 18:00Speaker 7: a business. There's not just one door we can enter
- 18:03Speaker 7: through the back where can get dropped down in that mug.
- 18:06Speaker 7: Where can dig a hole come from the bottom. There's
- 18:08Speaker 7: multiple ways, So what are the different ways to be
- 18:11Speaker 7: able to tap in to start operating this business.
- 18:13Speaker 3: One way is the owner.
- 18:14Speaker 7: You can start this business as a owner operator, meaning
- 18:18Speaker 7: you acquire a vehicle for yourself, whether you finance or
- 18:22Speaker 7: cast the car, and then you start running it out
- 18:24Speaker 7: to people who are willing to pay for it.
- 18:25Speaker 3: That's one.
- 18:26Speaker 7: Another option is to get in this business in this
- 18:29Speaker 7: industry market with a JV deal joint venture right. A
- 18:34Speaker 7: lot of people when they hear how dope this cargo
- 18:36Speaker 7: space is, naturally we're gonna tell ourselves and create excuses
- 18:40Speaker 7: for why we can't do it. I don't have the cash,
- 18:43Speaker 7: I don't have the credit, I don't have a car,
- 18:45Speaker 7: I don't have the experience. I've heard the horror stories.
- 18:48Speaker 7: I don't know nothing about insurance. All those reasons are justifiable. However,
- 18:52Speaker 7: there's answers for every one of them, and if you
- 18:54Speaker 7: go to trusted resources, we can understand how to prevent
- 18:58Speaker 7: those situations bad situations from happening on how to maneuver
- 19:01Speaker 7: one Way's joint venture right. Joint venture is you partnering
- 19:04Speaker 7: up with somebody who has the experience. If you don't
- 19:06Speaker 7: have the experience. Joint venture is you partner up with
- 19:08Speaker 7: somebody who has the cash. If you don't have the cash.
- 19:11Speaker 7: Joint venture is you partner up with somebody who has
- 19:13Speaker 7: the credit if you don't have the credit. You'll be
- 19:15Speaker 7: surprised how many people are walking the streets in your
- 19:18Speaker 7: inner circles with seven hundred credit scores who are able
- 19:22Speaker 7: to get a vehicle at a car lot tomorrow, today, even,
- 19:26Speaker 7: And then you help them with that process of getting
- 19:28Speaker 7: your vehicle. You teach them the game, You teach them
- 19:31Speaker 7: the sauce, you teach them the opportunity, and say, Yo,
- 19:34Speaker 7: you got a nice credit score.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Let's leverage your credit to get a vehicle.
- 19:37Speaker 7: So we can partner up and cash the make some
- 19:39Speaker 7: cash fall, so we can partner up and hire our
- 19:42Speaker 7: kids to work with.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Us, so we can partner up, so we can learn
- 19:45Speaker 3: new skills and trades. All those intentions we talk about,
- 19:48Speaker 3: we can tap back into them. Right.
- 19:50Speaker 7: You can have multiple intentions of why you do something,
- 19:52Speaker 7: But let's make sure we understand what our personal intentions
- 19:55Speaker 7: are and prioritize them and understand that we can partner
- 19:57Speaker 7: up partnerships. When championships the focus is on the word ship.
- 20:02Speaker 7: Ships take us places. Another reason. Another area of operating
- 20:06Speaker 7: in this business is a broker. There's brokers is aka
- 20:10Speaker 7: the middle man. We don't always have to be the plug.
- 20:12Speaker 7: We can be the extension for As a broker, our
- 20:15Speaker 7: job is to connect somebody who wants to vieoble with
- 20:17Speaker 7: somebody who has a view. There's so many people who
- 20:20Speaker 7: make millions of dollars just be the middleman. I believe
- 20:23Speaker 7: it's the best model ever because it's scalable. All you're
- 20:27Speaker 7: doing is pointed figures, pointing people the right direction and
- 20:30Speaker 7: receiving love from both sides. Are taking care of it right.
- 20:32Speaker 7: But it does require certain skills. Does require relationship managements,
- 20:36Speaker 7: managing skills. It does require communication skills. It does require
- 20:40Speaker 7: care of responsibility of two parties, making sure they need
- 20:44Speaker 7: come together, they're compatible, and they they work. That's a
- 20:47Speaker 7: model that you might be able to consider. Again, you
- 20:49Speaker 7: don't have to get a car for yourself. Again, you
- 20:52Speaker 7: don't have to do it by yourself. You can also
- 20:54Speaker 7: be broker next co sharing some individuals on this call
- 20:59Speaker 7: right now, on this on this opportunity right now, we're
- 21:02Speaker 7: tapping in understand that they have a vehicle right now
- 21:05Speaker 7: on their driveway.
- 21:06Speaker 3: You have a business in.
- 21:07Speaker 7: Your driveway, right at this very moment. Right But you say, well,
- 21:11Speaker 7: I don't want to get another car, but here here's
- 21:13Speaker 7: the thing. You can share the car that you currently have.
- 21:16Speaker 7: Of course, that will require you to not have a
- 21:18Speaker 7: personal attachment. But like we said on the interview, Shoty
- 21:21Speaker 7: actually brought this up. I didn't even think about this.
- 21:23Speaker 7: Like I said, you can rent out your car when
- 21:26Speaker 7: you're at work, right. Troy mentioned as well, when you're
- 21:28Speaker 7: not at work. So you have an eight hour shit
- 21:31Speaker 7: right at eight hour chef. You're at work, and guess
- 21:33Speaker 7: what your car is doing chilling?
- 21:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 21:36Speaker 7: When you rent these cars out, it doesn't have to
- 21:38Speaker 7: be an all day, full time business. It can be
- 21:41Speaker 7: according to your schedule, your situation, your circumstance, your scenario.
- 21:46Speaker 7: You can say, yo, I only want to rent out
- 21:47Speaker 7: my cars on Fridays. I only want to run out
- 21:50Speaker 7: my cars on Saturdays from the hours of six to ten.
- 21:54Speaker 7: You have the decision, you have the control, and that's
- 21:57Speaker 7: the coach sharing value. You're sharing your vehicle with others
- 22:00Speaker 7: and you're on vacation, while you're at work on weekends, holidays.
- 22:04Speaker 3: You're running the play with no delay.
- 22:06Speaker 7: Next reason, another opportunity is the operational model is an
- 22:09Speaker 7: employer model.
- 22:11Speaker 3: An employer model is you.
- 22:12Speaker 7: Getting your vehicle specifically to allow an individual to make
- 22:17Speaker 7: money utilizing the vehicle. I have a cousin who does
- 22:21Speaker 7: ride share, or I have a cousin who does overeats
- 22:24Speaker 7: food delivery.
- 22:25Speaker 3: He lost his car and doesn't have a car. And
- 22:28Speaker 3: if he doesn't have a car, can he make his
- 22:29Speaker 3: income to that Gigaclly no.
- 22:31Speaker 7: You can be the one to present the opportunity to say, hey,
- 22:34Speaker 7: I'll get the car for you and I'll rent it
- 22:36Speaker 7: out to you for fifty dollars undred dollars a week,
- 22:39Speaker 7: whatever fair price, what price makes sense, And you can
- 22:42Speaker 7: be the one facilitating that they now have a vehicle
- 22:44Speaker 7: that they can earn income from, and you have a
- 22:47Speaker 7: vehicle that you're also earning income from cash flowing from.
- 22:50Speaker 7: And that business model is amazing because if they don't
- 22:53Speaker 7: use your vehicle, they can't make money. So those opportunities
- 22:56Speaker 7: usually become long term, long term opportunities for everybody to
- 23:00Speaker 7: eat and everybody to win. So those are the five
- 23:04Speaker 7: operational models to consider. There's multiple but just realize there's
- 23:08Speaker 7: not just one entry point. There's different ways, there's different positions,
- 23:11Speaker 7: there's different roles to play as a playmaker in this industry,
- 23:14Speaker 7: all right. So as a partnership, you need to identify
- 23:18Speaker 7: whether you're the visionary, the investor, or the integrator.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Right.
- 23:22Speaker 7: Some people listen to this opportunity right now, say yo,
- 23:25Speaker 7: I really want to get in this industry, but I
- 23:26Speaker 7: just don't have the time to manage these carts.
- 23:29Speaker 10: Right.
- 23:29Speaker 3: You're the visionary.
- 23:30Speaker 7: You have the ideas, you understand it, you believe in it,
- 23:33Speaker 7: but you don't have the time. That means we need
- 23:36Speaker 7: to partner up with somebody who can integrate your ideas.
- 23:39Speaker 7: Visionaries usually should have an integrated with them. And of
- 23:42Speaker 7: course resources, you need some type of an investor to
- 23:46Speaker 7: fund the resources, whether it's money, whether it's the vehicle,
- 23:49Speaker 7: whatever investor that's necessary. Those are usually three type of
- 23:52Speaker 7: roles when it comes to partnership, especially in the cardinal industry.
- 23:55Speaker 10: All right.
- 23:56Speaker 3: So that's that aspect. Next exit strategy.
- 23:59Speaker 7: Most people start a business with no idea how they
- 24:03Speaker 7: can transition out or exit it.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 24:06Speaker 7: This is a basic business principle. Right, there's different ways
- 24:09Speaker 7: to exit. You can merge your business with somebody else.
- 24:12Speaker 7: You can sell it to a friend, you can just
- 24:13Speaker 7: liquidate it, you can make it.
- 24:15Speaker 3: There's so many different options.
- 24:17Speaker 7: But I think it's very important for you to understand
- 24:19Speaker 7: how you want to exit in the beginning. What's your interstrategy.
- 24:21Speaker 7: Some individuals build businesses just to sell it. Some people
- 24:25Speaker 7: build businesses just to prove that this business is successful.
- 24:29Speaker 7: Create a case study, sell it, and make money teaching
- 24:31Speaker 7: the case study. Right, there's so many plays that you
- 24:34Speaker 7: can run with this. When it comes to extrastrating, a
- 24:36Speaker 7: lot of people ask you, what do I do with
- 24:37Speaker 7: my cars? After I run it up to ninety thousand miles,
- 24:40Speaker 7: after I run it to two hundred thousand miles?
- 24:42Speaker 3: What do I do with the cars? You need an exit.
- 24:44Speaker 7: Strategy on what to do with these cars so you
- 24:46Speaker 7: can be able to cycle out cycling, cycle out cycling.
- 24:50Speaker 3: So we can get in those details at a later time.
- 24:52Speaker 7: But understanding that you need an extra strategy superport and
- 24:55Speaker 7: the main thing for this thirty minute call that we
- 24:57Speaker 7: have is mainly framework. We can't get surgical with the
- 25:00Speaker 7: information today at this very moment, but we can have
- 25:03Speaker 7: an understanding of the mindset, we can have an understanding
- 25:06Speaker 7: the framework, we can understand the skeleton, and as time
- 25:09Speaker 7: goes on, we could add to skin and bones to
- 25:12Speaker 7: we can add the skin to the bones. All right,
- 25:14Speaker 7: different rental opportunities. This is very, very important. Nobody's really
- 25:17Speaker 7: talking about this right. When you think about renders, you
- 25:19Speaker 7: think about two categories. Typically you think about luxury cars
- 25:23Speaker 7: and economy cars.
- 25:24Speaker 3: But that's not it.
- 25:25Speaker 7: There's supercars, there's exotics, there's luxury, there's sport, there's economy sport.
- 25:31Speaker 7: You can choose to say, yo, I only want to
- 25:33Speaker 7: rent Mustangs out and Challenges and Chargers and Corvettes and
- 25:37Speaker 7: Camaro because that's my lane. You can say, yo, I'm
- 25:40Speaker 7: just dealing with luxury cars or entry level cars.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Of course there's levels is You can say I'm just
- 25:45Speaker 3: doing exiety.
- 25:46Speaker 7: You can say here's the next thing I'm gonna show you,
- 25:48Speaker 7: because I'm gonna show you on the slide.
- 25:49Speaker 3: You can say I want to do minivans.
- 25:51Speaker 7: There's a market, huge market to make just as much
- 25:55Speaker 7: income as the exotic running car company renting out mini vans.
- 25:59Speaker 7: There's commercial cars. Do you think about the box trucks,
- 26:03Speaker 7: the regular trucks. People need to haul things, people need
- 26:06Speaker 7: to store things, people need to take, transfer.
- 26:10Speaker 3: And transport things.
- 26:13Speaker 7: Right, that's you can get in the commercial space and
- 26:15Speaker 7: rank box trucks out to individuals. And there's platforms for it.
- 26:18Speaker 7: We don't just talk about too. We talk about all
- 26:20Speaker 7: the platforms get around the hire car, outdoors.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Ze, fetch truck. There's so many platforms.
- 26:27Speaker 7: And again we also as a community, we don't just
- 26:29Speaker 7: rely on other marketplaces. We also run our businesses and
- 26:33Speaker 7: create our own marketplaces. We go out there and hustle,
- 26:36Speaker 7: We all out there and market on social Udnia. We
- 26:38Speaker 7: don't go out there and run as we go all
- 26:39Speaker 7: past our business cards so people know that we hear
- 26:42Speaker 7: all right, motor homes big play. Nobody's thinking about the
- 26:46Speaker 7: motor homes. And there's actually a specific platform for motor homes.
- 26:49Speaker 7: It's called outdoor z underutilized. It's one of those platforms
- 26:53Speaker 7: that a lot of people who are on it, they're
- 26:56Speaker 7: killing the game and they're hoping that nobody else finds
- 26:58Speaker 7: out about it.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Right, But we're here to share the game. We don't
- 27:02Speaker 3: hold the game. We share.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Next, off roading bikes, there's a lot of individuals who
- 27:05Speaker 7: have ATVs, but a lot of times you're not riding
- 27:08Speaker 7: those ATVs every day. Right, you have the opportunity to
- 27:11Speaker 7: be able to rent those out as well. Another one
- 27:13Speaker 7: one of my favorites classic cars. Those classic cars are
- 27:17Speaker 7: amazing for video productions, amazing for movies, they're amazing for commercials,
- 27:23Speaker 7: they're amazing.
- 27:23Speaker 3: For photo shoots. You can get these classic cars for
- 27:27Speaker 3: very low rates.
- 27:28Speaker 7: Right ten thousand cleaning up, put some money on it
- 27:31Speaker 7: and make your money back cash flow. Or car that's
- 27:34Speaker 7: not even driving, that's not even moving. All you're doing
- 27:37Speaker 7: is taking care of the maintenance and the look. Think
- 27:39Speaker 7: about it. You do not have to deal with mileage.
- 27:41Speaker 7: You don't have to deal with selling the car because
- 27:44Speaker 7: of milage and it's no longer operating.
- 27:47Speaker 3: You can make money for a way longer term.
- 27:49Speaker 7: Think about a classic car was made almost sixty fifty
- 27:53Speaker 7: years ago. Imagine cash flow on one asset for fifty
- 27:57Speaker 7: years plus.
- 27:59Speaker 3: That's the situation that.
- 27:59Speaker 7: We're we got RVs. Everybody knows the play, that's that
- 28:03Speaker 7: next business opportunities. Nobody talks about this. You don't have
- 28:07Speaker 7: to be limited to long term rentals or short term rentals.
- 28:13Speaker 7: You can run the play what makes sense for you,
- 28:15Speaker 7: your circumstances, your situation scenario. You can do hourly rentals,
- 28:19Speaker 7: you can do daily rentals, you can do weekly Rentalds,
- 28:21Speaker 7: you can do monthly rentals, you can do yearly res
- 28:23Speaker 7: They all have their pros and cons, but you have
- 28:25Speaker 7: to identify what makes sense for you and your business model.
- 28:28Speaker 7: Some people say, yo, I only want to do Houri Reynolds.
- 28:30Speaker 7: Then that means we have to have an asset that
- 28:32Speaker 7: makes sense for hourly Reynolds. Would it makes sense to
- 28:35Speaker 7: have a Hondai Sonata for hour runners? Maybe not, because
- 28:39Speaker 7: typically the people who need Hondae sonatas need to run errors.
- 28:41Speaker 3: They need it for the day, they need it for
- 28:43Speaker 3: the week.
- 28:44Speaker 7: The hourly Renolds are sling shots, supercars, lambows that they
- 28:48Speaker 7: just need to go to the wedding show video shoot.
- 28:51Speaker 7: They just need to pull up on a business meeting. Right,
- 28:53Speaker 7: Those plays make sense weekly Renolds again, economy cars make
- 28:57Speaker 7: really good sense for that monthly. You can run the
- 28:59Speaker 7: monthly pay. I do what we call specialty leasing. Sometimes
- 29:03Speaker 7: I don't want to feel like running my cars out
- 29:05Speaker 7: on a day to day basis.
- 29:07Speaker 3: That requires day to day work.
- 29:09Speaker 7: So if I have a car that I am willing
- 29:11Speaker 7: to say, yo, I want this car out for three
- 29:13Speaker 7: months with one person, I can do a specialty lease
- 29:15Speaker 7: with them.
- 29:16Speaker 3: I can say, yo, let's do a contract.
- 29:18Speaker 7: You have the car for three months, six months a year,
- 29:21Speaker 7: and we'll figure out the prices.
- 29:22Speaker 3: And typically the pricing is going to be more than
- 29:24Speaker 3: your car. No, my car nos nine hundred.
- 29:25Speaker 7: I might do a specialty lease for eighteen hundred, maybe
- 29:28Speaker 7: even three thousand, depending on what makes sense for that
- 29:31Speaker 7: customer or west. All right, So those are that now
- 29:35Speaker 7: here is a very important thing to consider. Why do
- 29:37Speaker 7: people even choose to rent cars when they can just
- 29:39Speaker 7: buy it. I have somebody right now running a vehicle
- 29:42Speaker 7: out that costs seven hundred dollars a month.
- 29:44Speaker 3: They're paying three thousand in our head.
- 29:47Speaker 7: Why does it make sense to pay three thousand dollars
- 29:49Speaker 7: for a vehicle and they can just simply purchase the
- 29:51Speaker 7: car themselves.
- 29:52Speaker 3: But the thing is, can everybody purchase a car?
- 29:54Speaker 10: No?
- 29:54Speaker 7: There's sometimes they have limitations, their lack of desire to
- 29:57Speaker 7: actually have a car. They might be struggled with credit issues.
- 30:01Speaker 7: They might only be traveling to a specific city like
- 30:03Speaker 7: actors and actresses when they traveled.
- 30:05Speaker 3: Atlanta from La. They're here for three months.
- 30:08Speaker 7: The production company Netflix, Tyler Perry Studios will pay for
- 30:12Speaker 7: their travel. It's not even coming out their pocket, right,
- 30:14Speaker 7: So they have a five thousand dollars budget. That money
- 30:16Speaker 7: can go to the enterprise or can they go to you.
- 30:19Speaker 7: You make the decision. So those are the things that
- 30:21Speaker 7: we need to consider, right, and that's the list. Next,
- 30:25Speaker 7: rental types. I'm not sure how much time you have,
- 30:28Speaker 7: but rental types. Some people rent out cars for travel, cruising,
- 30:32Speaker 7: running errands, lodging, hauling, photoships, movies, parades, car reviews, My Teslas,
- 30:40Speaker 7: my Tesla came out. I got it before when meeting
- 30:43Speaker 7: people had it. My Corvette C eight, I had it
- 30:46Speaker 7: before ninety percent of people who have it today. I
- 30:49Speaker 7: was able to market my car as a vehicle that
- 30:51Speaker 7: can be used for car reviews, a vehicle that can
- 30:54Speaker 7: be used for test driving.
- 30:55Speaker 3: Because think about test driving.
- 30:56Speaker 7: How does that feel when you typically test driver at
- 30:59Speaker 7: a dealership.
- 31:00Speaker 3: You're in the car for fifteen minutes, the salesman is
- 31:02Speaker 3: in your air all day.
- 31:04Speaker 7: You really ain't get a field the car, the navigation,
- 31:06Speaker 7: You don't really get a field, real field and then
- 31:08Speaker 7: you purchase the car and have what buyers are worse.
- 31:10Speaker 7: So instead of having buyers remorse, let's get a chance
- 31:13Speaker 7: to get the car at an affordable right for a week.
- 31:15Speaker 3: And really test drive the car. That's an opportunity racing.
- 31:19Speaker 7: You can actually run out the cars for individuals just
- 31:22Speaker 7: for the purpose of racing.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Get on the legal track. You can use my car
- 31:25Speaker 3: for a certain rate.
- 31:26Speaker 7: Take care of the oil, take care of the rams,
- 31:28Speaker 7: take care of the tires.
- 31:30Speaker 3: You get to go right. So many reasons meeting, pull.
- 31:33Speaker 7: Ups, birthdays, to stunt test drive, all these different readers.
- 31:37Speaker 7: Is you need to understand why or somebody use your vehicle.
- 31:41Speaker 7: Then there's commercial uses. You can use your vehicle for
- 31:45Speaker 7: food delivery, overlift. You can have your vehicles rapped. I
- 31:50Speaker 7: charge businesses three hundred dollars per month to wrap their
- 31:53Speaker 7: business on our vehicle.
- 31:55Speaker 3: You see the EYL truck. These vehicles are what moving
- 31:59Speaker 3: the boards. We'll be fools not to squeeze.
- 32:03Speaker 7: All the juice at the lemon by making sure that
- 32:05Speaker 7: our branding our businesses isn't on a vehicle that's being
- 32:08Speaker 7: seen by thousands.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Of people per day, per month, per week.
- 32:13Speaker 7: Let's make sure we squeezed all the juice our lemons
- 32:15Speaker 7: we see in real life, and there's a couple of
- 32:17Speaker 7: resources on you on how to do that.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Some people might say, yo, I don't know any businesses.
- 32:21Speaker 7: Well, there's companies that pair you up with businesses, Middleman's Brokers,
- 32:24Speaker 7: Rapid Fire, Carver, Tize, Free Car Media, or you can
- 32:27Speaker 7: just go out there and hustle and get you your
- 32:28Speaker 7: own businesses. So there's different types of renters, celebrities, travelers, businesses, conferences,
- 32:34Speaker 7: people who do be going to conferences, and even scammers.
- 32:36Speaker 7: We need to identify the scammers out here trying to
- 32:39Speaker 7: get your card too, right.
- 32:41Speaker 3: Create your business. We're gonna end on this.
- 32:44Speaker 10: We got.
- 32:46Speaker 7: This is very important. Everybody always asking, yo, Madi, how
- 32:50Speaker 7: do I know which car to pick?
- 32:51Speaker 3: How do I know? To financial leads? How do I know?
- 32:54Speaker 3: How do I know?
- 32:54Speaker 2: How do I know?
- 32:56Speaker 3: These are all good questions. However, we're never going to
- 32:59Speaker 3: I'm never I'm person.
- 33:00Speaker 7: You're never going to answer a personal question unless you
- 33:03Speaker 7: fill out this business plan.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Nobody he talks about this nobody.
- 33:07Speaker 7: So this business plan answer this question that you need
- 33:10Speaker 7: to know before you make any decisions moving forward in.
- 33:13Speaker 3: The car on the space.
- 33:15Speaker 7: The first question is this, do you plan on getting
- 33:18Speaker 7: in this industry with an existing car or do you
- 33:21Speaker 7: plan on acquiring a new car, whether it's getting the
- 33:24Speaker 7: keys to somebody else's or purchasing financing a car. That's
- 33:29Speaker 7: the very first question. So say you have a car
- 33:32Speaker 7: in driveway that's not being utilized properly. You can now
- 33:35Speaker 7: say and answer this question, I want to use my
- 33:38Speaker 7: existing vehicle. Next question, how many cars do you want
- 33:42Speaker 7: to start off with? You'll tap into the podcast and
- 33:45Speaker 7: see Maddy Jay got thirty three cars in one wik
- 33:48Speaker 7: and say, yo, I need thirty three cars in one week.
- 33:50Speaker 3: That might not be the play for you.
- 33:52Speaker 7: So you need to identify what makes sense for you
- 33:54Speaker 7: based on your capacity to manage, your capacity to manage
- 33:58Speaker 7: not just the cars but the v but the people involved,
- 34:01Speaker 7: the clients, your team, the parking lot.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Those are things to consider.
- 34:05Speaker 7: I don't like when individuals just jump into a business
- 34:08Speaker 7: and end up taking the als that I took when
- 34:10Speaker 7: it's not necessary.
- 34:12Speaker 3: But the thing starts with asking the right questions.
- 34:14Speaker 7: I typically recommend people start with one vehicle, understand the feel,
- 34:19Speaker 7: get a hang of it, and then say yo, now
- 34:21Speaker 7: I want to scale up to two, three, four or
- 34:23Speaker 7: five and beyond all right, financial.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Goals, This is a huge question.
- 34:29Speaker 7: Before you can figure out what car you want to get,
- 34:31Speaker 7: whether it's luxury, economy, supercar, classic band, commercial, we need
- 34:36Speaker 7: to ask ourselves this question. What's our financial goal? Especially
- 34:40Speaker 7: if your intention was to cash flow and generate income?
- 34:43Speaker 7: But how much income? When I typically ask individuals how
- 34:46Speaker 7: much money do you want to make it your business
- 34:47Speaker 7: gets will answer.
- 34:48Speaker 3: I typically hear million dollars? Where did this number come from?
- 34:52Speaker 10: Right?
- 34:53Speaker 7: Of course, we hear this number so many times, to
- 34:55Speaker 7: the point where that's the number that we regurgitate when
- 34:57Speaker 7: somebody asks us a question, but do.
- 34:59Speaker 3: You really need a million dollar?
- 35:00Speaker 7: A lot of times when people get a billion dollars,
- 35:01Speaker 7: they don't know what to do it and what's what happens?
- 35:03Speaker 7: They spend it so feariously that it actually puts them
- 35:06Speaker 7: in a worse situation than before. Right, you end up
- 35:09Speaker 7: being in debt, you end up being around the wrong people.
- 35:11Speaker 7: But now we're not doing that anymore. We're gonna have
- 35:13Speaker 7: intentions with every dollar that comes in. We're gonna have
- 35:17Speaker 7: a mission for every dollar soldier that comes in, even
- 35:20Speaker 7: the car in the space so here's an example of
- 35:22Speaker 7: an answer to the question what's your financial goal in
- 35:25Speaker 7: the car in the space. This answer is, I plan
- 35:29Speaker 7: to earn an extra seven hundred dollars. This person wants
- 35:32Speaker 7: to just make seven hundred dollars. But why why do
- 35:34Speaker 7: you want to mark an extra seven hundred dollars. Well,
- 35:36Speaker 7: I want to pay two hundred dollars to my car. Note,
- 35:39Speaker 7: I want to pay myself on bill, I want to
- 35:42Speaker 7: pay my groceries, and I want to build my emergency
- 35:44Speaker 7: from that's a solid financial plan with the specific asset,
- 35:48Speaker 7: very solid. So that means that I now need to
- 35:51Speaker 7: find a car that can be able to facilitate my
- 35:54Speaker 7: financial goal and so I can be able to hit
- 35:56Speaker 7: my financial mission.
- 35:58Speaker 3: Without this financial goal, you can choose any.
- 36:01Speaker 7: Car you want, but with this financial goal, you're going
- 36:03Speaker 7: to get targeted to the car that's actually going to
- 36:05Speaker 7: fulfill your mission.
- 36:06Speaker 3: Fulfill your goals very important. So it goes back to
- 36:09Speaker 3: the question, Maddie, what car should I get?
- 36:11Speaker 7: All that depends on your financial goal, That depends on
- 36:13Speaker 7: how many cars you want to have, depends on if
- 36:15Speaker 7: you have a car existing already in your driveway. We
- 36:18Speaker 7: want to answer these questions first next question, do you
- 36:21Speaker 7: plan on leveraging your personal credit or cash, plan on
- 36:26Speaker 7: leveraging your business credit or business cash? Do you plan
- 36:29Speaker 7: on leveraging somebody else's cash or somebody else's business credit.
- 36:34Speaker 7: We need to answer that question first, right, some people
- 36:37Speaker 7: have an option to do all four, but the question
- 36:39Speaker 7: is which one are you actually can choose? What are
- 36:41Speaker 7: the pros cons benefits depending on your situation, your circumstance,
- 36:46Speaker 7: your scenario. Nobody else can answer that for you. All
- 36:49Speaker 7: we can do is ask you the right questions so
- 36:52Speaker 7: you can find the right answers. Next question, do you
- 36:55Speaker 7: want to operate this business hands in, all hands in
- 36:58Speaker 7: on debt or do you want to be hands off?
- 37:01Speaker 7: Do you want to run this business part time or
- 37:03Speaker 7: full time? Those are questions that you have to ask.
- 37:06Speaker 7: Here's an example of that. The answer to that question
- 37:08Speaker 7: will be I plan to manage the operation of this
- 37:11Speaker 7: business part time for three to four hours. That's a
- 37:14Speaker 7: solid plan. They only want to be in this business
- 37:18Speaker 7: and managing this business for three to four hours as
- 37:20Speaker 7: a side hustle, which would then help us answer the
- 37:23Speaker 7: next question, do you plan on doing short terminals or
- 37:26Speaker 7: long term rentals? In this case, because they already said
- 37:30Speaker 7: that they only want to dedicate three to four hours.
- 37:33Speaker 3: What do you think is going to be the best player?
- 37:35Speaker 3: Depend on the car.
- 37:36Speaker 7: They can do short terminals or they can do long
- 37:38Speaker 7: terminals if they don't want to have too much time
- 37:41Speaker 7: on it. Ulies in this space. All right, So that's
- 37:44Speaker 7: the fifth question. Next question what type of runners do
- 37:47Speaker 7: you want to deal with? And as a business owner,
- 37:49Speaker 7: we actually have the choice to choose who we want
- 37:52Speaker 7: to do business with. But if you don't choose your
- 37:55Speaker 7: ideal customer, if you don't choose your dream client, guess
- 37:59Speaker 7: what happens. You start getting all these random people who
- 38:02Speaker 7: raise their hand for your services. And because you don't
- 38:06Speaker 7: match relationship wise, because we're having a relationship with these people,
- 38:09Speaker 7: you don't match relationship wise. Just like any relationship, what happens,
- 38:12Speaker 7: it becomes toxic. But who ends up taking the l
- 38:16Speaker 7: is it the client or the business owner? It's always
- 38:18Speaker 7: the business owner because they even say the customer is
- 38:20Speaker 7: always running no matter what happens, the customer doesn't have
- 38:24Speaker 7: the responsibility. The responsibility is always on the business. So
- 38:27Speaker 7: now we can actually choose who our audience is going
- 38:30Speaker 7: to be. Who are target client?
- 38:31Speaker 2: Is going to be.
- 38:32Speaker 7: And you know what answer most people saying. When I
- 38:33Speaker 7: ask who's your target audience? Most people say everybody. Even
- 38:37Speaker 7: though everybody can utilize your service, you don't want everybody
- 38:40Speaker 7: to use our service for a couple of reasons.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Want it costs more money to market to them.
- 38:44Speaker 7: It costs more money to communicate to them, because now
- 38:47Speaker 7: you got to speak a bunch of different languages. Because
- 38:48Speaker 7: marketing is just amount of speaking somebody's language and relate
- 38:51Speaker 7: to them. So if I choose to speak to one person,
- 38:55Speaker 7: speak their language, invest in that person because I know
- 38:57Speaker 7: how they feel, I know what type of music they're like,
- 39:00Speaker 7: how they like to engage. It's going to increase the
- 39:03Speaker 7: love and likability, the knowledge between us two to the
- 39:05Speaker 7: point where they go out marketing for us. Imagine having
- 39:09Speaker 7: an army and individuals who do the marketing for us
- 39:11Speaker 7: versus US try to spend all our resources to get
- 39:14Speaker 7: more people. That's why that's important rental usages. Now we
- 39:18Speaker 7: need to understand how we want people to use our vehicles.
- 39:21Speaker 7: Do you want to focus only on movies and productions?
- 39:23Speaker 7: I know individuals in the Carlos place they say, yo,
- 39:25Speaker 7: I only want casting agents to touch my cars right,
- 39:30Speaker 7: less risk high.
- 39:33Speaker 3: But of course there's different ways to be able to
- 39:35Speaker 3: tap in.
- 39:36Speaker 7: You might be well, I don't know any movie directors
- 39:38Speaker 7: or casting agents and production teams. That's because you never
- 39:41Speaker 7: sought out to look for and there's different strategies to
- 39:44Speaker 7: do so.
- 39:44Speaker 3: Right.
- 39:45Speaker 7: For every excuse, I promise you every justification, I'll promise
- 39:48Speaker 7: you it's an opportunity to be fix it right type
- 39:52Speaker 7: of cars. You need to identify what type of car
- 39:53Speaker 7: you want. So example of these three questions, I plan
- 39:57Speaker 7: to rent to guests who are intel traveling. I plan
- 40:00Speaker 7: to rental travelers who need to get from point A
- 40:02Speaker 7: to point B. I plan to finance a twenty nineteen
- 40:05Speaker 7: Toyota came County car. This vehicle matches all the answers
- 40:09Speaker 7: that you gave from all the previous questions. You don't
- 40:12Speaker 7: want to get a vehicle that does not align with
- 40:15Speaker 7: any of your goals, any of the questions that you've answered,
- 40:18Speaker 7: And that's where a lot of people mess up. They
- 40:20Speaker 7: say I want to make fifty thousand dollars a month
- 40:23Speaker 7: and then get cars that don't have the capacity to
- 40:25Speaker 7: do so, or they say I don't want to have
- 40:28Speaker 7: this business take over my whole life, but don't get
- 40:31Speaker 7: the cars that have the capacity to do so. We
- 40:34Speaker 7: want to make sure everything matches up according to these questions.
- 40:36Speaker 7: That's why this is very important. I highly recommend anybody
- 40:40Speaker 7: to not start operate in a business without answering these
- 40:44Speaker 7: questions properly. Next question, rental location. Where do I want
- 40:47Speaker 7: to operate this business? Do I want to operate locally?
- 40:50Speaker 7: Do I want to have my car manage in the city?
- 40:53Speaker 7: Do I want to car manage in a whole other state?
- 40:57Speaker 7: There's ways to do it. Some people say, yo, I'm
- 40:59Speaker 7: not in the market for car reals. I'm in Idaho
- 41:02Speaker 7: and nobody really ain't runting out Lambeos like that.
- 41:04Speaker 3: That doesn't mean you can't get a Lambler.
- 41:05Speaker 7: What you do is again JV deal with somebody who's
- 41:08Speaker 7: already renting Lambos in a different city that's hot. You
- 41:12Speaker 7: shift the car out there, do a JV deal fifty
- 41:14Speaker 7: to fifty sixty forty seven, thirty eighty twenty and run
- 41:17Speaker 7: the player. There's ways to be able to run the
- 41:20Speaker 7: place with no delays. Next question, what's going to be
- 41:23Speaker 7: your exit strategy after you identify the location? What's your
- 41:26Speaker 7: edge stratege. So here's an example of an extra strategy.
- 41:28Speaker 7: After one year of being in this business, I will
- 41:31Speaker 7: reevaluate my plan, evaluate my current opportunities, and either sell
- 41:36Speaker 7: or scale the business. I'm going to use my existing
- 41:39Speaker 7: car or acquire a new car. And I plan to
- 41:42Speaker 7: use my car but get another used car for rent. Right,
- 41:47Speaker 7: So those are different examples of an exit strategy.
- 41:50Speaker 3: But here's the thing.
- 41:51Speaker 7: This is a framework and the answers are based on
- 41:54Speaker 7: your personal preference. Again, I highly recommend nobody to move
- 41:58Speaker 7: forward and operate this business in these plans. Let's go
- 42:01Speaker 7: ahead and move on car into mindset. Please. We encourage
- 42:08Speaker 7: everybody before they even do any action, is to study
- 42:11Speaker 7: the game again, before we get earn. We have to learn,
- 42:16Speaker 7: because you're gonna end up doing what I did. I
- 42:18Speaker 7: got my mis aliety off the lot. I'm ready to
- 42:21Speaker 7: put it on too. I'm driving the car off the lot.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Guess what the car starts to shape?
- 42:26Speaker 8: Why?
- 42:27Speaker 3: Because I didn't have the knowledge, the wisdom, that knowledge
- 42:29Speaker 3: and understanding.
- 42:30Speaker 7: And experience to check the rods before I purchased the car.
- 42:32Speaker 7: And guess how much you cost to fix it? Twenty
- 42:34Speaker 7: six hundred dollars plus now I'm already negative twenty six hundred,
- 42:37Speaker 7: twenty six hundred because I didn't do my due diligence
- 42:40Speaker 7: from learning from other people's experiences. We're not in the
- 42:43Speaker 7: age of ignorance anymore. We're in the age of information.
- 42:47Speaker 7: Communities like the earners have been able to congratulate, congregrate, congolerate,
- 42:53Speaker 7: congo congrede, congregrede the elite of the elite.
- 43:00Speaker 3: It's crazy, the best of the best.
- 43:03Speaker 7: Not only are they the best and the best in
- 43:05Speaker 7: the lead elite, these individuals are willing to share the sauce.
- 43:09Speaker 7: And if they weren't willing to share the sauce, there's
- 43:12Speaker 7: now a spirit to do so, because if you're not
- 43:14Speaker 7: gonna share the sauce, you're not gonna be successful in
- 43:16Speaker 7: the war. That's the new standard, right and by God's grace,
- 43:19Speaker 7: that's the standard. And now we're all having the opportunities
- 43:22Speaker 7: to not use ignorance as an excuse. So the first
- 43:25Speaker 7: step is study the game. Have the mindset always learn,
- 43:28Speaker 7: not be arrogant to say I know it all. Next
- 43:30Speaker 7: mindset is to team up, team up, partner, partner partner,
- 43:34Speaker 7: whether it's with detailed shops, mechanics, body shops, insurance of justice.
- 43:40Speaker 7: You have to have adult relationship skills so we can
- 43:43Speaker 7: turn these contacts into contracts and be able to make
- 43:46Speaker 7: plays again with no delays.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Super important. Next mindset hack.
- 43:50Speaker 7: Having no personal attachment to these vehicles. I know a
- 43:52Speaker 7: lot of individuals. When they start it sounds all hanky doing.
- 43:55Speaker 7: But when they give the keys to their vehicle, like ah, they.
- 43:59Speaker 3: Start checking the app the trackers fighting app every five cent.
- 44:03Speaker 7: When they return the car, they get pissed off at
- 44:06Speaker 7: the match.
- 44:07Speaker 3: We're dirty. Think about it.
- 44:08Speaker 7: What's gonna happen when when somebody the rest of their
- 44:11Speaker 7: car the massar did it? Think about every time you
- 44:13Speaker 7: drove a car or run a car. Think about everything
- 44:15Speaker 7: that you did that we did to run a cars.
- 44:17Speaker 7: What do you think is gonna happen? So we need
- 44:18Speaker 7: to make sure we set our expectations high and have
- 44:20Speaker 7: no personal attachment and realize that this is a business.
- 44:23Speaker 7: If you realize that you do have personal attachment, that's cool.
- 44:27Speaker 7: Just know the consequences that might happen because of that.
- 44:31Speaker 7: Next mindset hack is to never ever ever run out
- 44:34Speaker 7: of a car without insurance. These assets must be protected
- 44:39Speaker 7: and once.
- 44:39Speaker 3: We get into Q and A.
- 44:40Speaker 7: We're gonna go into those details of insurance because I
- 44:42Speaker 7: know that's a hot topic. How do we protect these cars?
- 44:46Speaker 7: We make sure that we have that asset protection. Another
- 44:49Speaker 7: mindset hack outcome over income. A lot of times you'll make.
- 44:53Speaker 3: Stupid decisions because you're trying to get the money graphed.
- 44:57Speaker 7: Say, oh, you don't need the insurance this time, No
- 44:59Speaker 7: worries because you just want the money grab. No, we
- 45:02Speaker 7: need to always remember that there's going to be an outcome,
- 45:04Speaker 7: and we want to make sure the outcome surpasses the mindset.
- 45:08Speaker 3: Of trying to get the income.
- 45:10Speaker 7: Also, whatever mindset hack is being a problem solver in
- 45:14Speaker 7: the nature of business. The nature of business is that
- 45:17Speaker 7: you're volunteering to solve a problem and you're asking to
- 45:21Speaker 7: be fairly compensated for solving that problem. So you have
- 45:24Speaker 7: to be a professional problem solving. So problems happened, we
- 45:27Speaker 7: shouldn't be stressed out. We should thank God for the
- 45:30Speaker 7: opportunity to be able to solve the issue and generate
- 45:33Speaker 7: income to be compensated for it. Right, That's how that works.
- 45:36Speaker 7: So that's the mindset that we're going to be having
- 45:38Speaker 7: in this space. And then in any business period. And
- 45:40Speaker 7: we have a long list of different mindset characteristics, but
- 45:43Speaker 7: the key base is going to the details and we're
- 45:46Speaker 7: going to find a transition off to we can do
- 45:49Speaker 7: the qnat.
- 45:49Speaker 6: Okay, there you have it. Excellent, excellent presentation.
- 45:58Speaker 2: Yes see to the el man.
- 46:05Speaker 3: I love hearing man.
- 46:08Speaker 8: With this shape on nighttime and.
- 46:15Speaker 2: His brim didn't even move that whole time.
- 46:17Speaker 8: I mean, you know, there's a hack of that.
- 46:19Speaker 3: There's a hack to that. They got me a little
- 46:22Speaker 3: filling right in there. They staying right there. My boy.
- 46:26Speaker 8: It is nighttime and we are inside and we're in
- 46:29Speaker 8: the basement. It's very rare, very rare.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Triple run run the plane, Eddie condition.
- 46:38Speaker 6: Jesus YouTube. Make sure you hit the like. But there's
- 46:48Speaker 6: thirteen hundred people watching this on YouTube right now. Free information,
- 46:52Speaker 6: top of the line. And this is just half. We're
- 46:54Speaker 6: about to go into Q and A, so please hit
- 46:57Speaker 6: the like button. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Shout
- 46:59Speaker 6: out to five hundred dollars.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Dude, my god, that's the leak.
- 47:06Speaker 8: That's the leak level. So let's get into let's get
- 47:08Speaker 8: into some.
- 47:09Speaker 3: U and A.
- 47:10Speaker 5: Yeah, Troy, Yeah, I got you over here.
- 47:14Speaker 10: Man.
- 47:14Speaker 5: A lot of people got their hands raised. My man, Sam,
- 47:17Speaker 5: b we coming to you first, mut yourself. You've been
- 47:19Speaker 5: on mute and it's been a minute, Sam, what's going on?
- 47:22Speaker 9: I got.
- 47:24Speaker 10: What's going on? What's going on?
- 47:26Speaker 2: Hein' Sam? You know the countdowns on my brother's two
- 47:28Speaker 2: weeks away.
- 47:29Speaker 10: I know I'm ready for another another great year.
- 47:32Speaker 2: God bless you, my brother, God bless you.
- 47:34Speaker 10: Appreciate y'all so well, real quick.
- 47:37Speaker 11: I've seen uh it said something the bullet point asker protection,
- 47:43Speaker 11: but I'm worried about protecting myself, so I was gonna
- 47:47Speaker 11: ask yeah, coming through.
- 47:53Speaker 3: I love the questions.
- 47:55Speaker 11: Yeah, so you know I'm thinking like worst case scenario like.

- 49:51Speaker 11: Car gets in an accident or you know what I'm saying,
- 49:54Speaker 11: somebody wants to place me live or like, is there
- 49:57Speaker 11: any type of documentation that you keep on the side.
- 50:00Speaker 7: Yeah, of course, of course. Of course. I'm not a lawyer,
- 50:03Speaker 7: I'm not any of that, but I do have protection
- 50:06Speaker 7: for my business. Of course, it's corporate veils. There's structures
- 50:08Speaker 7: to make sure that you're not liable for incidents. You're
- 50:11Speaker 7: not liable for accidents, You're not loud for anything, once
- 50:14Speaker 7: you put it in contract and in paper, and making
- 50:16Speaker 7: sure your insurance policy is what we call ironclad. I
- 50:22Speaker 7: remember when I was purchasing a slingshot from an individual
- 50:26Speaker 7: on Craigslist. I pulled up to his mansion. Caucasian dude, Right,
- 50:30Speaker 7: we're writing up the contract. He said, Wait, my lawy's
- 50:32Speaker 7: gonna come.
- 50:33Speaker 3: I'm like, dang, your lawyer's gonna pull up on this
- 50:35Speaker 3: right now. So yeah, he's gonna pull up.
- 50:36Speaker 7: Thirty minutes, lawyer was there, fine tuned in contract. I'm like,
- 50:40Speaker 7: why they pay so much details in this contract. I'm
- 50:42Speaker 7: so used to just looking at the headlines and then
- 50:45Speaker 7: sign it. But that contract has everything is in there
- 50:49Speaker 7: necessary for what our protection, and like you said, not
- 50:52Speaker 7: just the protection for the vehicle it self, but that
- 50:54Speaker 7: all the individuals and the parties involved. Obviously there's different
- 50:57Speaker 7: ways to do so, but that's just a general statement
- 51:00Speaker 7: comes to making sure that we have the protection on
- 51:02Speaker 7: all ends.
- 51:03Speaker 6: Another thing that everybody should have is an umbrella policy.
- 51:08Speaker 6: My umbrella policy is relatively cheap. You'd be surprised, you
- 51:13Speaker 6: and it covers pretty much everything under one umbrella. So
- 51:16Speaker 6: like your home insurance or car insurance, life life. The
- 51:20Speaker 6: life is not included an umbrella, but like pretty much
- 51:23Speaker 6: all the property, property and casualty insurances.
- 51:26Speaker 8: So that's good as well.
- 51:28Speaker 6: And like I said, you you're like a million dollar
- 51:31Speaker 6: umbrella policy for like five hundred dollars a year something
- 51:35Speaker 6: like that.
- 51:35Speaker 8: Right, it's right cheap.
- 51:37Speaker 6: I think we actually had a class on Eeyo University
- 51:39Speaker 6: about that. If not, we definitely could have one. But
- 51:41Speaker 6: it's good. It's good to have that, especially when you
- 51:44Speaker 6: you know, have a lot of different things that you
- 51:46Speaker 6: need to ensure.
- 51:46Speaker 2: That far, that's a big thing.
- 51:49Speaker 5: Sam appreciates you, my guy high another question, Yeah, Yeah,
- 51:53Speaker 5: let's go to Adrian. Adrian, were coming to you mut yourself?
- 51:56Speaker 5: You've been unmuted. What's going on?
- 52:00Speaker 10: Hey, what's going on?
- 52:00Speaker 2: Man?
- 52:01Speaker 6: Can you give me?
- 52:01Speaker 2: Yeah, we hear you perfectly. What's going on with you?
- 52:03Speaker 12: And I'm pretty good man, I'm gonna keep it quick.
- 52:06Speaker 10: I got a car.
- 52:07Speaker 3: That's on Toro right now. And the question I have
- 52:09Speaker 3: for you, man, is could you.
- 52:11Speaker 12: Give me, you know, like three examples of what's the
- 52:14Speaker 12: best ways to expand your fleet? So I already have
- 52:17Speaker 12: a car that's in my personal name, but I have
- 52:21Speaker 12: a business and I have business credit, right so I'm
- 52:23Speaker 12: looking to expand and get a couple more cars on
- 52:26Speaker 12: my business credit.
- 52:27Speaker 10: But could you give me maybe.
- 52:27Speaker 12: Three examples that that you know that are proven to
- 52:31Speaker 12: expand your fleet on Toro?
- 52:33Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely.
- 52:33Speaker 7: So how the best way I can do is I
- 52:35Speaker 7: always also recommend people do what we call experience shares.
- 52:39Speaker 7: You don't give advice, but you just share your personal
- 52:42Speaker 7: experience or you just let them know that even though
- 52:44Speaker 7: I did do it, this is what I heard people do.
- 52:46Speaker 3: So I'm glad you mentioned that.
- 52:47Speaker 7: So my experience on how I went from one car
- 52:50Speaker 7: to three cars and went from three cars to thirty
- 52:52Speaker 7: three cars and now having fifty seven plus cars was simple.
- 52:56Speaker 7: I first made the decision that I wanted to do
- 52:58Speaker 7: it and why I wanted to do it. The data
- 53:01Speaker 7: very important, and if I can't know the numbers, I
- 53:04Speaker 7: can't grow the numbers. So I looked at the data
- 53:06Speaker 7: and make sure that I was hitting my financial goals.
- 53:09Speaker 7: That these cars weren't making a lot of money on
- 53:11Speaker 7: the front end, but on the back end, I was
- 53:12Speaker 7: really taking the l So after I realized that the
- 53:15Speaker 7: money made sense, it was cash flowng It's profitable. I
- 53:18Speaker 7: then said, how can I run this as a full
- 53:20Speaker 7: on business because a lot of individuals on turo it's
- 53:23Speaker 7: just a site hustle. They're using their personal card, they
- 53:24Speaker 7: don't really have no LLC. They're really not putting the
- 53:27Speaker 7: money in the bank in their business bank account, which
- 53:29Speaker 7: is cool in the beginning, but if I want to expand,
- 53:31Speaker 7: I need to run this like a business.
- 53:32Speaker 3: By God's grace, I have a lot of business.
- 53:34Speaker 7: Experience, so I use my business experience to set up
- 53:37Speaker 7: my business properly, got my LLC, had my lawyers draft
- 53:40Speaker 7: up contracts. I make sure that my insurance turned from
- 53:44Speaker 7: personal to full commercial. I understand the process of doing
- 53:48Speaker 7: private rentals. I then, of course, went into dealerships and
- 53:52Speaker 7: now ran.
- 53:53Speaker 8: The play in the beginning.
- 53:55Speaker 7: One thing I did do that I wish I did
- 53:57Speaker 7: do was get the thirty three cars in my personal name.
- 54:00Speaker 3: I went into dealerships. I understood that I have.
- 54:03Speaker 7: A dope credit report, and then I can get three
- 54:06Speaker 7: cars here, go to the dealership, get another three cars.
- 54:08Speaker 3: Go another ship to get another couple of cars.
- 54:10Speaker 7: But I didn't realize that I had one point six
- 54:13Speaker 7: million dollars under a vehicle debt under my purpose land.
- 54:17Speaker 7: So by God's grace, I was able to set up
- 54:19Speaker 7: a business, my business that was already two years cash
- 54:23Speaker 7: flowing good numbers, and then getting a business loan to
- 54:26Speaker 7: be able to purchase these vehicles, get this title and
- 54:29Speaker 7: get them off my name.
- 54:30Speaker 3: Right, So my debt to income ratio was regular.
- 54:33Speaker 7: It was one point six million dollars a vehicle vehicle
- 54:37Speaker 7: det So that's what I did.
- 54:38Speaker 3: I got these vehicles.
- 54:39Speaker 7: I understood that I had the capacity we called GWC
- 54:44Speaker 7: shout out to Geno Whickman in the book called Traction.
- 54:47Speaker 7: GWC stands for do I get it? Do I want it,
- 54:50Speaker 7: and do I have the capacity to run it. So
- 54:52Speaker 7: I understood what I was getting into. I wanted to
- 54:55Speaker 7: do it, and I had the capacity to do so.
- 54:57Speaker 7: I had the resources to do so, I have the
- 54:59Speaker 7: knowledge to do so, and I was able to do
- 55:01Speaker 7: something with confidence. I got the protection. I knew how
- 55:04Speaker 7: to get multiple cars, I knew how to get under
- 55:06Speaker 7: my business name. I knew how to get a commercial
- 55:08Speaker 7: policy that I knew how to have the right team,
- 55:11Speaker 7: the right resource.
- 55:12Speaker 3: To actually manage the business. That was what that was
- 55:14Speaker 3: my situation circumstance.
- 55:17Speaker 10: I didn't got it, man, I appreciate it, brother.
- 55:19Speaker 2: Appreciate you. Agent.
- 55:21Speaker 5: One of the things that that kind of got glossed
- 55:24Speaker 5: over there is as you scaling it c to the EO,
- 55:28Speaker 5: is that you actually have to find a place to
- 55:29Speaker 5: store these cars. Man, can you talk to the people
- 55:32Speaker 5: about that process, because it's like, yeah, I got one,
- 55:35Speaker 5: I got three, I got ten, Where am I putting
- 55:37Speaker 5: these things?
- 55:38Speaker 10: All?
- 55:38Speaker 6: Right?
- 55:38Speaker 7: Right, that's a good question because that's the question that
- 55:40Speaker 7: it is naturally gonna get brought up. So there's so
- 55:43Speaker 7: many ways to strategy to be able to implement this. Again,
- 55:46Speaker 7: you can do JV deals. There's individuals who already have
- 55:49Speaker 7: car lines that are either renting our cars or selling
- 55:51Speaker 7: our cars. And of course in this business, location, location,
- 55:55Speaker 7: location is important. Right where you locate the cars important
- 55:59Speaker 7: so you can partner up with individuals who have parking spaces.
- 56:02Speaker 7: Or in my situation, by God's grace, I was able
- 56:04Speaker 7: to lease a building right next to Enterprise, right next
- 56:07Speaker 7: to Hertz, right next to right in front of Budget,
- 56:10Speaker 7: and right in front of Peachey Airport where there's a
- 56:13Speaker 7: building available where I can run my operation at. And
- 56:16Speaker 7: you know how I got that building relationships. My boy
- 56:19Speaker 7: Jacobe said, Yo, Matt, I know you need space. Here's
- 56:22Speaker 7: a place that I'm looking. I'm looking at and it
- 56:24Speaker 7: looks like it will be good, better fit for you.
- 56:26Speaker 7: So it wasn't a matter of skills, it wasn't a
- 56:28Speaker 7: matter of knowledge. Again, it's always back to relationship. When
- 56:31Speaker 7: you have no relationships, people put you on, and when
- 56:33Speaker 7: you put others on, they have the inclination to reciprocate
- 56:37Speaker 7: that love and the value. TURO Also in certain cities
- 56:41Speaker 7: and certain markets they actually offer car management where.
- 56:44Speaker 3: They'll handle the check ins, checkouts.
- 56:46Speaker 7: I'm not sure how active they are after the COVID situation.
- 56:51Speaker 7: But I remember going to La picking up a vehicle
- 56:54Speaker 7: at a Touro lot where all these different hosts park
- 56:57Speaker 7: their vehicle and Turo actually managed the check in check
- 57:00Speaker 7: out process so many players. You could also do it,
- 57:04Speaker 7: partner up with You can have your cars parked on
- 57:07Speaker 7: on the on the public streets, depending on where you
- 57:10Speaker 7: where you are, depending on what your risk tolerance.
- 57:12Speaker 3: Are options.
- 57:14Speaker 7: But my option was tapping into a car rental lot
- 57:16Speaker 7: that held fifty plus spaces, which required me to get
- 57:20Speaker 7: a car rental license, which required me to pay for
- 57:22Speaker 7: a lot of things that.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Increased my expenses in my overhead right, And that was
- 57:27Speaker 3: my situation.
- 57:28Speaker 5: Coof Relationships, Swiss Championships. There it is, there is Jarell Hardy.
- 57:34Speaker 5: We coming to you. I'mut yourself. You've been unmuted. What's
- 57:35Speaker 5: going on? Oh damn, Darrell, don't do it. Your top
- 57:43Speaker 5: earner too. I don't do it, Jarrell already? Fridge emoji,
- 57:49Speaker 5: fridge emoji.
- 57:52Speaker 4: All right, let's go. Let's go to will William Harris.
- 57:54Speaker 2: We're coming to you. I'mut yourself. You've been unmuted. What's
- 57:56Speaker 2: going on? I'm here? Oh, Jarell, you did I, well,
- 58:00Speaker 2: we're gonna come right after this. I know you want
- 58:03Speaker 2: to let us down. What's going on it? Yeah? What's up?
- 58:05Speaker 2: I'm good? All right? Yeah?
- 58:07Speaker 10: I had a question.
- 58:08Speaker 2: I have a cargo van.
- 58:10Speaker 13: I used to do a little carrier business for my
- 58:13Speaker 13: spare time, but right now I'm not doing it. I
- 58:15Speaker 13: was wondering how could I possibly rent the cargo van out?
- 58:19Speaker 13: But it's an older van though, but it rides well.
- 58:22Speaker 3: If it's and moving.
- 58:24Speaker 7: There's two ways that, for sure, you can turn that
- 58:27Speaker 7: liability into asking. One is wrapping that cargo van in
- 58:30Speaker 7: a business, whether it's your business or somebody else's business.
- 58:34Speaker 3: You can monetize it that way.
- 58:35Speaker 7: Second way is forced to rent out to individuals who
- 58:38Speaker 7: need to haul cargo. There's been so many times where
- 58:41Speaker 7: I need to move furniture or purchase things that didn't
- 58:45Speaker 7: fit in my vehicle that I needed a cargo van,
- 58:47Speaker 7: And because there wasn't a marketplace to run it, what
- 58:49Speaker 7: do I have to do? Go to a home depot, right,
- 58:53Speaker 7: or go to or borrow a friends truck. But you
- 58:56Speaker 7: know how that is asking for your friend for it's
- 58:58Speaker 7: not always the best feeling.
- 59:00Speaker 3: Right. If there's a marketplace where people know that I
- 59:03Speaker 3: can just go to.
- 59:04Speaker 7: The local homie or a local person in my neighborhood
- 59:07Speaker 7: to run out of their cargo van for a specific
- 59:09Speaker 7: business purposes like hauling or taking care of errors.
- 59:12Speaker 3: I can do.
- 59:13Speaker 7: So, it's just a matter of identifying where the market is.
- 59:17Speaker 3: So what we do is we use Facebook Marketplace. You'll
- 59:20Speaker 3: be surprised how.
- 59:20Speaker 7: Many people in your local neighborhood need your vehicle for home.
- 59:25Speaker 7: So it's just a matter of going on face to
- 59:26Speaker 7: the marketplace, taking a nope picture of your cargo van
- 59:30Speaker 7: and letting them know why they need.
- 59:32Speaker 3: To use your cargo vat with the price.
- 59:34Speaker 7: You can say yo, if you're kind of renting out
- 59:37Speaker 7: so and so car or you're tired of doing this,
- 59:40Speaker 7: and that you can utilize this vehicle for your needs.
- 59:44Speaker 2: Okay, thank you, I see all this weekend.
- 59:46Speaker 6: I appreciate youra Hold. Let me ask you a question.
- 59:50Speaker 6: The way access shit insurance. That's something I've been seeing
- 59:53Speaker 6: a lot, right right, what's to deal with that?
- 59:55Speaker 7: Yeah, so with protection insurance. So if you're on the
- 59:58Speaker 7: tour again, we you should use multiple platforms. Turo is
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: not the only platform with running out car. You can
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: run out cars privately. So let's start talking about insurance
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: with Touro. So Touro you can consider too Ro as
- 1:00:12Speaker 7: really an insurance company. They make most of their profit
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: from the insurance plans that they're making with their partnership
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: with Liberty Mutue.
- 1:00:21Speaker 10: Right.
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: So typically what happens is when you sign up for Touro,
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: you have three option plans.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: You can choose the option for ninety ten, which is usually.
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: For commercial, meaning you're using your own insurance, your own
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: commercial insurance, which was the policy I was on.
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: I believe, there's the eighty twenty, there are sixty five.
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: There's three four plans that you can choose from, and
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: depending on what plan you choose, there's a certain deductible
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: that you have to pay and there's a certain protection
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: level that you get.
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: So there's sixty forty.
- 1:00:55Speaker 7: So for every one hundred dollars you get, you have
- 1:00:57Speaker 7: to give your partner called Toro partner.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: Some people just treat Touro like it's just some website.
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: If you're doing business on Toro, that's your business partner,
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: the providing services that you need to be able to
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: operate your business like a business partner. So they're getting
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: forty percent right. So me, when I was on Touro
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: heavy most of my cars on to roll.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: Now I ran out privately. I was on the sixty
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: to forty plane.
- 1:01:21Speaker 7: Why because I wanted full coverage because I had so
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: many cars, which means I had more possibility and probability
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: than my cars would get damaged.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:01:29Speaker 7: So instead of me having to pay a twenty five
- 1:01:32Speaker 7: dollars or two hundred fifty dollars seven to fifty dollars
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: deductible for every damage, I opted into the sixty to
- 1:01:39Speaker 7: forty plan. So when an insurance claim happens, typically when
- 1:01:42Speaker 7: somebody's driving your vehicle right, they hit a park car.
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: There's damage. Now they turn the car in, there's damage.
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: You have before and after pictures. Now it's your opportunity
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: to put a damage claim. Touro gets you an option
- 1:01:56Speaker 7: to deal with the claim directly with the guests first,
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: to see if they're able to take responsibility and handle
- 1:02:03Speaker 7: the payment directly to you.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: If the guests is.
- 1:02:06Speaker 7: Not communicated or they're not willing to be rational or
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: reasonable to the situation, Turo your business partner is now
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: going to be the middle man of the situation and
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: take responsibility for it. And they take responsibility for it
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: by of course underwriting the situation, getting the information from
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: the mechanic on what damages they are. And depending on
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: how quick your responses are the information that they need,
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: they'll be able to pay you out and any as
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: quick as anywhere from a week and the logs I've
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: waited was three months, right for the for any damages
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: that happened from spender vendors, scratches, rim rash, smoking in
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: the car to a full total out vehicle. I've had
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: a mas alariety completely totaled out on Masa on turo.
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: So what they do is they they find the market
- 1:02:58Speaker 7: value of the vehicle. So the market value for this
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: Maserati that I paid thirty two thousand and four three
- 1:03:05Speaker 7: years later, it's twenty six thousand dollars, right, So they'll
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: pay me twenty six thousand dollars. And if I'm financing,
- 1:03:12Speaker 7: they'll pay whatever I owe the Capital One or whatever.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Bank that finance, they'll pay them, and they'll pay me
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: the difference. Right.
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: So just recently, I just had eleven thousand dollars deposited
- 1:03:23Speaker 7: in my bank account because that was the equity that
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: was left in the Maserati actually made money off that
- 1:03:31Speaker 7: total vehicle because it held its value because of the market.
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: Right now, right if if somebody was to get that
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: same Asorati today, it's twenty six thousand dollars thirty two
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: minus twenty six minus the payments that I made for
- 1:03:45Speaker 7: the last two two and a half years.
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: I made the eleven thousand, all right. So that's how it
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: works on tour.
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: Depending on what plan you are, they will protect the
- 1:03:54Speaker 7: vehicle and a certain amount of money. I think about
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: a million dollars one hundred thousand million dollars depending on
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: who gets harmed and what other vehicles get damaged. Right now,
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: it's different for private rentals. We teach how to be
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: able to generate income running your car out privately with
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: a proper rental agreement and the proper insurance, and typically
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: we use the individuals insurance, so I don't use my
- 1:04:18Speaker 7: own insurance. For claimers, whoever is running out by Lamborghini,
- 1:04:23Speaker 7: they have to provide full coverage insurance comprehensive collision liability
- 1:04:28Speaker 7: to make sure.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: That they can drive that vehicle. And my team confirms
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: with their insurance agent that they.
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: Are able to drive this car at full coverage before
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: they leave the line, and that's always confirmed, and if
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: anything happens, we're not stressed out because we know the
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: insurance is going to be taking care of the damages.
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: And all we do is just do our proper diligence
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: to make sure that we purport the damage.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: Plane. We send a demand letter.
- 1:04:55Speaker 7: We send the estimate of damages, we send the before
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: and after picture, we send the rentals.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: We said everything. We need to make sure this process
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: in school so we can be able to acquire a
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: new vehicle and keep the ball wrong.
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: So there's so many aspects of insurance. If you ask
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: a very specific question about insurance, we'll be able to
- 1:05:11Speaker 7: tap into that as well.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a lot.
- 1:05:17Speaker 5: Will, we're coming to you. What's going on? You've been
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: unmuted with what's your question?
- 1:05:20Speaker 10: Will?
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Can you me? Yeah? Well you perfect what's going.
- 1:05:23Speaker 10: On real quick?
- 1:05:25Speaker 14: First, congratulations on all your success, mister CEO. I've been
- 1:05:29Speaker 14: approved for a car. I want to get shirted, but
- 1:05:32Speaker 14: I don't have time. So I'm a full time real
- 1:05:35Speaker 14: estate broker. I don't have time. So I want to
- 1:05:38Speaker 14: know you personally. Do you know anyone that wants to
- 1:05:41Speaker 14: JV and I'm here in Atlanta, so I would love
- 1:05:43Speaker 14: to connect with you and e y L. How are
- 1:05:45Speaker 14: you picking your people to go to Egypt because I
- 1:05:47Speaker 14: would love to go.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Anybody can go, bro.
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: That link.
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: Is on our Instagram page. I can mention it here
- 1:05:59Speaker 6: too before we leave. But first come, first serve. We
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: got twenty spots going to Egypt.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: You know that.
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I saw the post.
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: So anybody you can go to Egypt with the information
- 1:06:09Speaker 8: is on the site.
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: Go to Africa. I want to claim Africa, Africa the
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: mother layer.
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: You know that, next out, next up?
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: Yes, I guess yeah.
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: So JB deals so again, especially real estate agents. Man,
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: you guys already have your laying.
- 1:06:27Speaker 7: Your time is already organized and you don't want to
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: add more time liabilities, right, So that's.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: What you JB deal with people who are willing to
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: do it.
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: So your best bet to find individuals who you can
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: j be with is to talk and communicate with the
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: individuals who are already renting their cars on tour. Figure
- 1:06:46Speaker 7: out a way to get their contact information. Make a
- 1:06:48Speaker 7: Facebook post, make JOP into Facebook and type in Touro.
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: There's a tou Ro community for every market in the
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: nation and they're all to a host, they're all uber drivers.
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: That's the beautiful thing about groups on Facebook. What we're
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: doing as playmakers, we're finding are customers or the people
- 1:07:09Speaker 7: that we're looking for. Where their playground is, where the
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: playground of turo hosts. They're kicking it on Facebook groups
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: where they're talking about Touro, they're watching certain YouTube videos,
- 1:07:20Speaker 7: they're in certain Turo teaching course communities right, and there's
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: ways to get access to them. It's just a matter
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: of first knowing where they're at, knowing what messaging to
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: be able to put out, and then connecting with them.
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: So I would have suggest getting on Facebook, type in
- 1:07:37Speaker 7: Touro slash Atlanta, join the group and make a post
- 1:07:40Speaker 7: say hey, I'm looking for anybody who's willing to.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: JV and manage these vehicles. Here's the information.
- 1:07:46Speaker 7: You want to be as much as informational informative as possible,
- 1:07:51Speaker 7: so that can be a quick sale for somebody to say, Yo,
- 1:07:54Speaker 7: I'm actually looking for another car to rent and I
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: don't have the credit or the cash to get a
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: new car. That's part of up and let's do it
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: sixty forty eighty twenty seven to thirty depending on what.
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: You want to do.
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: Hey, well we got we got some people in the
- 1:08:05Speaker 5: chat right now saying that day in Atlanta.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: I'm trying to link will.
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: So the playground.
- 1:08:08Speaker 5: That's what I said, That's what this community is about,
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: my brother.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: So definitely tap in.
- 1:08:14Speaker 6: I was gonna say, put it on the Instagram Facebook group,
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: on Euyo University's Facebook group. Thousands of people on there.
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: In Atlanta is a huge, huge market force. So I'm
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: sure that there's a lot of people in Atlanta that might.
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: Want to connect.
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: And yeah, YouTube, almost fifteen hundred people on YouTube, please
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: hit the like button.
- 1:08:34Speaker 8: Greatly appreciate her.
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, let's let's go to let's see who we got.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: Let's go to Rashawn. We're coming to you. I mute yourself.
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: You've been unmuted. Rashan, what's up? Damn seanmut it?
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: There you go, there you go, there you go? All right,
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: Rashawn said, what's going on? Yeah? How you doing? Were good?
- 1:09:02Speaker 13: Man?
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: Are you a right?
- 1:09:04Speaker 10: I'm a black owned car dealership right so Queens and
- 1:09:09Speaker 10: New York. I've been established for bout eight years.
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: So for.
- 1:09:13Speaker 15: The game that I've been in, obviously is buying and
- 1:09:16Speaker 15: selling at a wholesale rate versus you know, retail. But
- 1:09:19Speaker 15: now that I own at least thirty vehicles, I'm looking
- 1:09:22Speaker 15: to partner up with somebody and do JV deals out
- 1:09:26Speaker 15: here in New York.
- 1:09:27Speaker 10: So the biggest thing for me, honestly.
- 1:09:31Speaker 15: Being that the business is new and we have a
- 1:09:33Speaker 15: management company that's stepping in, like you said, to get
- 1:09:36Speaker 15: them involved.
- 1:09:36Speaker 10: They'll clean the car up on a consistent basis.
- 1:09:39Speaker 15: They have a lot where they keep the cars safe
- 1:09:41Speaker 15: and customers could pick it up and drop it off.
- 1:09:44Speaker 15: But they're charging me a fee of one hundred dollars
- 1:09:46Speaker 15: a month and they're taking thirty percent of the pot.
- 1:09:50Speaker 15: So you know, you've been in the business or in
- 1:09:53Speaker 15: the game for quite some time. How does that, you know,
- 1:09:55Speaker 15: benefit you long term? I mean, obviously I have a
- 1:09:58Speaker 15: step up in an advantage because I own the vehicle outright,
- 1:10:01Speaker 15: so I'm not paying a finance charge which includes interests
- 1:10:05Speaker 15: in a monthly premium as well as insurance. So I'm taking,
- 1:10:09Speaker 15: you know, a smaller piece of the poe. So I
- 1:10:11Speaker 15: just want to get some insight on that. And then
- 1:10:13Speaker 15: I had another question, so we could start with that.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: Question, how can you repackage your question if you were
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: to rephrase.
- 1:10:18Speaker 8: It all right, So is that the question?
- 1:10:23Speaker 15: The question is Toro's new in New York. So management
- 1:10:26Speaker 15: companies are now the deals that they're they're presenting is
- 1:10:30Speaker 15: basically they're taking a thirty percent they're taking three percent cut, correct,
- 1:10:36Speaker 15: and they're charging me one hundred dollars per month fee
- 1:10:39Speaker 15: to manage the vehicle, to keep it clean and you
- 1:10:41Speaker 15: know everything that the management company you know requires.
- 1:10:44Speaker 10: Of course, I still have to.
- 1:10:45Speaker 15: Get insurance as well as an umbrella policy just so
- 1:10:48Speaker 15: I'm protected.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:10:51Speaker 10: So from your perspective, is that is that fear?
- 1:10:53Speaker 15: Is that a reasonable percentage to take as a management
- 1:10:56Speaker 15: company or or is that like you know, somewhat inflated it?
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: So questions like that, again, it's a personal situation. What's
- 1:11:06Speaker 7: that one person might not be fair to. It all
- 1:11:08Speaker 7: depends on how you value the service and the time
- 1:11:12Speaker 7: and the benefits and the features that they're offering. Because
- 1:11:14Speaker 7: one management company might not offer the level of management
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: as another.
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: Company and they might charge the same percentage.
- 1:11:23Speaker 7: It all depends on exactly itemizing what they're deliverables are
- 1:11:27Speaker 7: and then comparing how you value each deliverable and then
- 1:11:31Speaker 7: also comparing their.
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: Rate to the market.
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: There's so many ways to justify or identify what do
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: you think is a fair price, But it's usually subjective
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: and it's usually a personal opinion. Again, pricing can be
- 1:11:44Speaker 7: dependent on value, customer service, speed, market market rate. It
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: can be based off of the list of services.
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: So many, so many different variables.
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: So be very I will say, irresponsible for me to say, yeah,
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: that's a good that's a good percentage.
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: I don't know the services.
- 1:12:03Speaker 15: I'm saying from what you're currently paying now, like management.
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: Company, im feed, I have my own rental lot.
- 1:12:10Speaker 15: Okay, okay, but I mean when you first started off,
- 1:12:13Speaker 15: you didn't have any type of management.
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: Everything was always in house grace.
- 1:12:17Speaker 7: I had members of church who are trusted like core
- 1:12:21Speaker 7: values on the same page that I was able to
- 1:12:24Speaker 7: hire at a rate from ten dollars an hour to
- 1:12:27Speaker 7: twenty dollars an hour to help manage the company.
- 1:12:30Speaker 15: Okay, okay, great, and okay, that sounds good. So then
- 1:12:34Speaker 15: I obviously have to do the due diligence on the
- 1:12:36Speaker 15: management company.
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: See you know frameworks that will help you make a decision,
- 1:12:41Speaker 7: a well informed decision on if this makes sense or not,
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: and those frameworks. I have like a trouble board on
- 1:12:47Speaker 7: how to identify whether something is fair for you of
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: pricing percentage.
- 1:12:52Speaker 15: Okay, final question is how can I create a marketplace
- 1:12:56Speaker 15: for these individuals that were empowering to now start their
- 1:13:00Speaker 15: own business. Like you know, I'm getting the vehicles through
- 1:13:03Speaker 15: the auction at Manheim, and that's at a wholesale rate
- 1:13:06Speaker 15: versus a retail where you're going to pay markup along
- 1:13:09Speaker 15: with dealer fees and stuff like that upon the purchase.
- 1:13:12Speaker 15: So what I want to do is create a marketplace
- 1:13:14Speaker 15: where we can get these vehicles at a lower rate
- 1:13:16Speaker 15: and we can get these individuals that you know that
- 1:13:19Speaker 15: want to start their business, you know, any vehicles that
- 1:13:21Speaker 15: they want.
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: Right, It's just a matter of place in the market.
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: You're just marketing the services, letting them know, like, look,
- 1:13:27Speaker 7: you don't have to get these cars and dealerships where
- 1:13:30Speaker 7: they're putting their markup rates. You can get them at
- 1:13:33Speaker 7: wholesale prices and you presenting us at yo, you can
- 1:13:36Speaker 7: rock with me on being able to get these vehicles.
- 1:13:39Speaker 7: It's just a matter of presenting yourself and making yourself
- 1:13:42Speaker 7: but letting people be aware that the service exists. I
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: certainly talk about it. So the question is now that
- 1:13:49Speaker 7: they are aware of it, now, where do they go
- 1:13:52Speaker 7: or who do they go to help facilitate it. That's
- 1:13:54Speaker 7: just marketing on your end.
- 1:13:56Speaker 10: Okay, got it. Appreciate you, God, appreciate you.
- 1:13:59Speaker 8: Appreciate you. Let's take let's reset the room for a minute.
- 1:14:02Speaker 8: I do remember invest Fest, the.
- 1:14:08Speaker 6: Biggest by far, the biggest by far, by far, the
- 1:14:12Speaker 6: biggest this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.
- 1:14:15Speaker 8: Friday night, we have Neo.
- 1:14:18Speaker 10: We have.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: Jagget Edge, I'm like j.

- 1:15:17Speaker 5: Oh man, uh this this this guy from this, this
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: guy from Harlem, who might be in attendance, will definitely Henry, thank.
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: You, the mortgage guy. Uh, the master investor. He ain't
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: done left.
- 1:15:30Speaker 5: It will be what about our core in yours? Yes out,
- 1:15:38Speaker 5: Jim Jones, don't forget them up.
- 1:15:41Speaker 4: Nineteen keys, everything's top secret, Matty Jakes.
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: We we man.
- 1:15:49Speaker 8: We could keep going, but invest Fest go to invest
- 1:15:52Speaker 8: Fest dot com. Get your tickets. Two days left. I
- 1:15:56Speaker 8: want to see everybody there.
- 1:15:58Speaker 6: It will be a very, very enjoyable event, and we'll
- 1:16:01Speaker 6: be handing out eight thousand masks. We will be fully
- 1:16:06Speaker 6: responsible in practicing all COVID guidelines.
- 1:16:12Speaker 8: So yes, and we have a vendor.
- 1:16:13Speaker 6: Marketplace as well, with two hundred small business vendors that
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: have tables set up. It's gonna be it's gonna be experienced.
- 1:16:19Speaker 6: It's gonna be experience. It's gonna be experienced. Let's take
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: a couple more questions. Yeah, before we hit the wrap
- 1:16:25Speaker 6: on and Troy, if we can.
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: Yeah, let's do it. Let's uh, let's go to Uh.
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: It's got Isaiah, Isaiah, we're coming to you. I mute yourself.
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: You've been unmuted. What's going on?
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: My guy?
- 1:16:36Speaker 10: Good?
- 1:16:37Speaker 16: Are you to hear me?
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: Yeah? We hear you perfectly.
- 1:16:41Speaker 17: So I had a question about TURO in the Midwest,
- 1:16:44Speaker 17: specifically Detroit and maybe like the Cleveland area based out
- 1:16:48Speaker 17: of Toledo. But I've been looking at getting into TURO
- 1:16:52Speaker 17: and I guess the biggest concern that I have is, uh,
- 1:16:56Speaker 17: you know, the weather. So being in the Midwest, we're
- 1:16:58Speaker 17: gonna have like crappy weather for three to maybe four
- 1:17:01Speaker 17: months out the year. And I don't know if you
- 1:17:03Speaker 17: know anyone with experiencing that or what's your take.
- 1:17:08Speaker 7: That's a good question, of course. One of my one
- 1:17:10Speaker 7: of my statements is if it has wheels, it can
- 1:17:12Speaker 7: make a deal. But obviously weather impacts the capacity and
- 1:17:17Speaker 7: frequency of vehicles getting rented.
- 1:17:19Speaker 3: But here's the thing we have to ask ourselves. Even
- 1:17:23Speaker 3: in snowy weather, or whether that might be.
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: Unfortunate unfortunate, there's cars still on the road, and there's
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: individuals that still need to get to places. There's things
- 1:17:37Speaker 7: that still need to be cars that still need to
- 1:17:39Speaker 7: be griven, and they're individuals, whether we realize it or not,
- 1:17:42Speaker 7: that are gonna need vehicles even in storms and rainy
- 1:17:46Speaker 7: weather and mud, sleep or snow. There's people who need
- 1:17:50Speaker 7: vehicles Obviously it's not gonna be as a bigger market
- 1:17:53Speaker 7: than a sunny place where the weather is just always perfect,
- 1:17:56Speaker 7: but there's still warrants an opportunity for certain vehicles that
- 1:18:01Speaker 7: operate well to make sure that you can still be
- 1:18:05Speaker 7: able to generate income with these vehicles. Obviously, I'm not
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: going to try to rent out of Corvette, right, So
- 1:18:15Speaker 7: you just have to also be considerate.
- 1:18:17Speaker 3: And the best way to be considerate.
- 1:18:19Speaker 7: Of what cars you get is to make sure you
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: know who your audience is and have compassion to want
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: to serve them. So understanding their needs, understand their desires
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: what's going to help them will help you make the
- 1:18:33Speaker 7: informed decision.
- 1:18:34Speaker 8: Or what vehicles to put in the marketplace.
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: I don't live in Detroit, which means I don't know
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: the needs and desires of the.
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: People who need to be served in Detroit or Cleveland
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: or Chicago or anywhere in the Midwest.
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: You will best know that or and if you don't
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: know that.
- 1:18:52Speaker 7: What I would do is partner up or consult with
- 1:18:56Speaker 7: or pay somebody who's in that car rental space in
- 1:19:00Speaker 7: that city, in that state and ask for their mentorship,
- 1:19:04Speaker 7: are solicit solicit their services to help you make the
- 1:19:08Speaker 7: best decisions.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: Mmm.
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: I like that. Yeah, you know what, Mattie Jay, I'm
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: thinking of it now.
- 1:19:15Speaker 5: It's like we gotta people really got to do the
- 1:19:18Speaker 5: data analytics of the demographic of where they're at, you
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: know what I'm saying, so to to know like hey,
- 1:19:23Speaker 5: do I need trucks? Are convertible is gonna work in
- 1:19:26Speaker 5: this environment? How many people are taking cabs and how
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: many people are taking ubers. It's like a whole process.
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: So you really got to really get into the data
- 1:19:35Speaker 5: analytics behind this.
- 1:19:36Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: This is this is really in depth.
- 1:19:38Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:19:38Speaker 7: That's not for anybody, but it does help to get
- 1:19:41Speaker 7: surgical And you don't have to be the surgical one
- 1:19:43Speaker 7: because everybody has different personality types and you just like
- 1:19:46Speaker 7: the smooth process. I don't want to partner over with
- 1:19:49Speaker 7: somebody who is the analytical.
- 1:19:50Speaker 3: One who can provide that data for you to help
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: you with those decisions.
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: For example, even in the courses that we have, everything
- 1:19:56Speaker 7: is detailed on how to do market research, how to
- 1:20:00Speaker 7: identify and make the proper decisions so you can run
- 1:20:02Speaker 7: the plate long term.
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm imagining people are saying now, like how do
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: I find my target audience? Well, these are some of
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: the things that you should be thinking if you're looking
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: like you want to make sure that the customer is
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: going to be obviously one thousand percent satisfied with the service.
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: So these are the things that you need to do.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: It's kind of the same thing that you always say,
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: like even an investment man, do your research. Make sure
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: you do the analytics, because that will determine how successful.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: You're going to be.
- 1:20:27Speaker 3: Exactly exactly.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: Yeah, let's go to let's go to Xatric Exastric.
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: We're coming to you. I mut yourself. You've been on mute.
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: I've ever met.
- 1:20:43Speaker 10: Appreciate.
- 1:20:43Speaker 18: It's a combination of my parents name. They're from sierah leone.
- 1:20:47Speaker 18: But I don't really go here for a question. I
- 1:20:51Speaker 18: actually came to say thank you because I saw you
- 1:20:54Speaker 18: on a million dollars million dollars worth the game and
- 1:20:58Speaker 18: then talk to about og and then he went and
- 1:21:01Speaker 18: got on to row and he actually bought two cars.
- 1:21:03Speaker 10: And I'm working on.
- 1:21:05Speaker 18: Going to my credit right now so i can actually
- 1:21:07Speaker 18: get a car. But I'm from Atlanta, Atlanta, Okay, yeah,
- 1:21:13Speaker 18: but I'm at school right now. I'm actually in Missouri,
- 1:21:15Speaker 18: but I am flying in for a best Best on
- 1:21:18Speaker 18: Friday and the cool thing I'll come with my business
- 1:21:24Speaker 18: partner too. But yeah, I really just wanted to say
- 1:21:26Speaker 18: I really thank you to all of you guys, like
- 1:21:28Speaker 18: because what y'all doing it just it makes dreams possible
- 1:21:33Speaker 18: for like the things that I want to do. I've
- 1:21:36Speaker 18: seen you guys do it, and that's like the motivation
- 1:21:38Speaker 18: that I need. So it's really a thank you for
- 1:21:40Speaker 18: everything that you're doing.
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: That's real. That's love.
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: Man.
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: You know how we play it. In order to see
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: it or to be it, we got to see it first.
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: So I slewed everybody that that part.
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: University.
- 1:21:56Speaker 6: Biggest shout out, shout out to Lai up with the game,
- 1:22:01Speaker 6: will On Gilly my gos right there.
- 1:22:04Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: Yes, yes, it's not Information is something that you know,
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: we take for granted because we're in the space.
- 1:22:11Speaker 8: But it's liberating people.
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: We're liberations.
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: Oh my god, it's liberating people. Man. It's information is everything.
- 1:22:18Speaker 6: And so whether it's Airbnb, whether it's Toro, whether it's stocks,
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: whether it's crypto, whether it's real estate, whatever it is,
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: you know, just to be able to provide for your
- 1:22:26Speaker 6: family and create a new stream of income based off
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: of information that you learned is something.
- 1:22:31Speaker 8: That is really priceless.
- 1:22:33Speaker 6: So appreciated that has come on the platform to provide information,
- 1:22:38Speaker 6: and appreciate everybody that has taken the time to actually implement.
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: That's in fact man information on us, execution on you, Maddie.
- 1:22:46Speaker 5: I wrote that bar Man, in order to get passive,
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: we got to be active first. That's a bar. That's
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: a bar. Let's go to Michelle. Michelle, we come to you.
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: Mute yourself. You've been on muted? What's going on?
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: Good evening everyone?
- 1:22:57Speaker 10: How's everyone doing?
- 1:22:59Speaker 2: We are blessed? How are you less?
- 1:23:01Speaker 4: That's where best and highly favored?
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:23:04Speaker 18: So what I would like to find out is about
- 1:23:06Speaker 18: at what point do you unload your cars to say okay,
- 1:23:09Speaker 18: I need to sell them because of knowledge?
- 1:23:10Speaker 8: And do you also do unlimited knowledge rental?
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: Good question.
- 1:23:14Speaker 7: So again everything is based on your personal just agrembable
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: business owners. How you operate your business is going to
- 1:23:20Speaker 7: be different from how somebody else operates the business, unless
- 1:23:22Speaker 7: it's a franchise. Obviously, Subway has to operate it the
- 1:23:25Speaker 7: same way that lot of someone does. So what I
- 1:23:28Speaker 7: do is provide frameworks and options that people do. So
- 1:23:32Speaker 7: one option is they say, yo, for example, hurts after
- 1:23:35Speaker 7: vehicles hit the thirty thousand dollars thirty thousand mile mark, we.
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: Go ahead and sell it. But they do that because
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: their business model is different. They get these vehicles at.
- 1:23:45Speaker 7: Wholesale rates, meaning a car that might retail for thirteen
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: thousand dollars they might get for seven thousand dollars.
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: They'll run up the bag renting the.
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: Vehicle up to thirty thousand dollars to give you a
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: because they can afford to give you a limited and
- 1:24:00Speaker 7: then sell it for the same price that is going
- 1:24:03Speaker 7: for retail.
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: So they profit from selling the car and from renting
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: the car.
- 1:24:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:24:08Speaker 3: But if that's not your business model, that might not
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: make sense to give unlimited miles.
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:24:13Speaker 7: So, if your business model is you purchase a car
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: at its almost peak price, you might now have to
- 1:24:20Speaker 7: limit the miles, which is the most the case that
- 1:24:21Speaker 7: are most people on the touro marketplace, and usually limit
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: to anywhere from one hundred miles per day to three
- 1:24:28Speaker 7: hundred miles per day, depending on what vehicle you have.
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: If you have an economy car that is supposed to
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: be driven long term, it might not be reasonable to
- 1:24:38Speaker 7: limit your knowledge, your guest knowledge t one hundred miles
- 1:24:41Speaker 7: per day because they're going to be driving the right
- 1:24:43Speaker 7: from one area to another, one area to another.
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: So again it depends on your business model, the vehicle
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: that you have, your.
- 1:24:50Speaker 7: Revenue model, and what you ultimately want to do for
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: your circumstanced situation and scenario. But again those are the
- 1:24:56Speaker 7: different options that people have done, like Hurts, people with
- 1:25:00Speaker 7: luxury cars, people in economy cars.
- 1:25:02Speaker 8: I personally have.
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: Mainly luxury cars from entry level, mid level and exotic cars,
- 1:25:07Speaker 7: and all our cars I have one hundred mile limit
- 1:25:10Speaker 7: and anybody who goes over that limit pays a fee
- 1:25:13Speaker 7: from anywhere from sixty cents per mile to a dollar
- 1:25:15Speaker 7: a mile.
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: And that's well communicated beforehand.
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: Thanks, thank you very much, Thank you, Michelle.
- 1:25:22Speaker 6: And do remember Maddie Jay is a master teacher and
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: he also has a course where he actually teaches the
- 1:25:29Speaker 6: ins and outs of not just total but the car
- 1:25:31Speaker 6: rental game. And as Na said on his new album,
- 1:25:35Speaker 6: he said, I invest in education because he wasn't privy,
- 1:25:38Speaker 6: and that was something that really struck with me, like
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: I invest in education, Like that's something that you know,
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: I invest in education.
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: As I said, I brought Wall Street Trappers course.
- 1:25:47Speaker 6: I brought a couple of different courses for family members,
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: sometimes even put myself. So if you're interested in learning
- 1:25:55Speaker 6: even more and going into detail and like he said,
- 1:25:58Speaker 6: as far as like you know, videos and slides and
- 1:26:00Speaker 6: different things in that nation, check it out and we
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: have a discount five hundred dollars off exclusively for ourn
- 1:26:08Speaker 6: your leisure. The website is eyl Rental game dot com.
- 1:26:12Speaker 8: So I'll pin it. I'll pin the website in the
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: YouTube section. It also be in the description of this video.
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: All the earners who already got tapped in and wrapped in.
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: That's very important, very important. If you're not invested in
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: your education, what are you investing?
- 1:26:33Speaker 7: So the main thing is is even just the education,
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: it's also the spirit of being around other individuals who
- 1:26:40Speaker 7: are on the same community.
- 1:26:41Speaker 8: Community.
- 1:26:41Speaker 6: Well, that's the thing about Uyi University. Ui University is
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: over eight nine thousand people. It's one of these things
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: where you always achieve more when you're surrounded by other people. So, yes,
- 1:26:53Speaker 6: the community aspect of these platforms are.
- 1:26:57Speaker 5: Yeah, the craziest part is that people and looking for
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: it right, that there's so many times you have conversations
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: like I was looking for somebody who was thinking like this.
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: So I'm glad that you created something. So shout out
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: to all the earners.
- 1:27:09Speaker 5: Shout everybody that's been tapped in, man and again, ask
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: you on the information, which is the most important thing.
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: We don't want to just hold it. We don't want
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: to be holders information. We actually want to put it
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: into play. So shout to y'all.
- 1:27:20Speaker 6: Troy, can you put the link in the in the zoom? Also,
- 1:27:23Speaker 6: I just texted to you. I put it in YouTube.
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: Yep, I got you right now. I got you right now.
- 1:27:27Speaker 6: That is definitely like I said, it's five hundred dollars
- 1:27:30Speaker 6: off if you use that link only for that link.
- 1:27:32Speaker 8: So tap in, tap outwice is yours.
- 1:27:37Speaker 4: Hey, you've been sitting next to Maddy a little too low.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: Heyo. It started like the sauce is like transferable now,
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: like what's going on?
- 1:27:52Speaker 8: Activation? Activation? All right, let's get like one more question, Troy.
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: Let's go to uh, let's let's see who we gotta.
- 1:28:00Speaker 4: Let's go to Keith.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: We're coming to you. I mute yourself. You've been immute that.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 1:28:05Speaker 16: Keith Pace Space space.
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: Got the royal beard.
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: That is that's a king's yo, that's a king's I'm
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: about to go shave.
- 1:28:15Speaker 16: Too bad, Too bad, We'll wear masks.
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: Bro.
- 1:28:18Speaker 16: You see that investments I have flourished.
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: The beard is flourishing.
- 1:28:23Speaker 14: Love it, Yeserve.
- 1:28:26Speaker 19: So I had a question in regards to analyzing, analyzing
- 1:28:31Speaker 19: the uh, the market as far as as far as
- 1:28:35Speaker 19: I'm trying to choose what car right I want to
- 1:28:37Speaker 19: get right now? I'm I'm I live in Georgia near Atlanta,
- 1:28:40Speaker 19: but I'm not in Atlanta, So I was trying to probably,
- 1:28:42Speaker 19: like you, try to get outside the outskirts of Atlanta.
- 1:28:45Speaker 19: So I was trying to see, how's what's the best
- 1:28:46Speaker 19: way to analyze the market in general?
- 1:28:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:50Speaker 7: Again, I utilized Facebook Marketplace a lot because it allowed
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: us to have a playground and connect with individuals who
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: are nearby, you like thirty miles, five miles, ten miles
- 1:29:00Speaker 7: the other pandemic. I was able to sell two million
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: dollars worth of gym equipment using Facebook Marketplace.
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: Right, I didn't have to go out do Facebook ads.
- 1:29:08Speaker 7: All I did was utilize a platform that brought me
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: together with people who my neighbors. Basically so that's what
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: I'll do. So, like I mentioned the podcast, I have
- 1:29:17Speaker 7: a house that's an hour away from Atlanta. If you
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: know Loganville, right, That's what I'll do is realize that
- 1:29:23Speaker 7: people in Loganville, there's not a Hurts out there, there's
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: no enterprise out there, So they have to drive all
- 1:29:27Speaker 7: the way to a.
- 1:29:28Speaker 3: City to rent a car in the city that they
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: need to actually use the car in it. So if
- 1:29:33Speaker 3: they get in an accident where.
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: They have to get the cars from the city, why
- 1:29:36Speaker 7: would they have to get the city when they have
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: Keith in their same exact city where they are probably
- 1:29:43Speaker 7: ten houses down the block from and they can run
- 1:29:46Speaker 7: from you directly. It's just a matter of knowing again
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: where the playmakers playgrounds are.
- 1:29:52Speaker 3: That's how I run those places.
- 1:29:53Speaker 7: When it comes to markets that are the airport or
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: the cities that are at the Los Angeles, Miami, Houston,
- 1:30:00Speaker 7: and Vegas.
- 1:30:02Speaker 16: So we seen you use the Facebook marketplace. There's an
- 1:30:05Speaker 16: actual like actual section in there you go to or
- 1:30:07Speaker 16: you just do it.
- 1:30:08Speaker 7: Yeah, when you list to any type of item for
- 1:30:10Speaker 7: sale or even offer. You can list items, you can
- 1:30:13Speaker 7: list services, you can list, you can do a lot
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: on Facebook mark race and you can point who and
- 1:30:18Speaker 7: what area you want to target. So when I was
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: selling the gym equipment, I was targeting anybody who lived
- 1:30:24Speaker 7: in the thirty mile radius, and I found the groups
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: that there is doing garage sales and I'll post them there.
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: Hey guys, I got gym equipment available. Everybody will blow
- 1:30:34Speaker 7: up my DM, my private messages. It's just it's again,
- 1:30:37Speaker 7: it's just a matter of allowing the people around you
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: to be aware of your services. And that's just again
- 1:30:43Speaker 7: utilizing tools and marketplaces like Facebook, cragslist, even offer up.
- 1:30:48Speaker 7: There's a dope tool that I used to use all
- 1:30:50Speaker 7: the time. And then of course as you build your clientele,
- 1:30:53Speaker 7: where their mouth starts to kick in.
- 1:30:55Speaker 16: Okay, because I utilize all those platforms you mentioned it,
- 1:30:58Speaker 16: I guess it's the matter is using them in just
- 1:31:01Speaker 16: practicing using him and how to implement.
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: Surprise man as soon as people actually tap into it.
- 1:31:05Speaker 3: A lot of people don't actually execute this specific method
- 1:31:08Speaker 3: at all.
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: I don't know why, but I guarantee you as soon
- 1:31:12Speaker 7: as you listed on faceboo mark but you're gonna get
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: inquires within twenty four hours.
- 1:31:17Speaker 3: Who actually did it?
- 1:31:18Speaker 7: They let me know they just screeched on, bro, I
- 1:31:20Speaker 7: just listened. I've already got seven messages for somebody who
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: wants to run out of my car.
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: For a week to fifty a week.
- 1:31:26Speaker 16: Nice, nice, Okay, I appreciate that.
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: We definitely Keith, appreciate you, Marian.
- 1:31:31Speaker 6: No problem man peace, sure, appreciate appreciate it all right,
- 1:31:36Speaker 6: all right, ladies and gentlemen, shout.
- 1:31:39Speaker 7: Out my team, my team, my fact, my wife. I
- 1:31:43Speaker 7: want to shout out everybody who helps this education. You
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: see a smile on my face.
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: Imagine if I was stressed, I would not be a
- 1:31:50Speaker 3: wanted to share this information.
- 1:31:52Speaker 7: But the reason why I'm not stressed, but I'm blessed
- 1:31:54Speaker 7: is because my team and of course God that log
- 1:31:56Speaker 7: game for putting me on and again that courses eylaform
- 1:32:00Speaker 7: from taking the time for us to have a platform
- 1:32:02Speaker 7: and an outlet.
- 1:32:03Speaker 3: To share the situation.
- 1:32:05Speaker 8: Appreciate you guys all then you have it, ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:32:08Speaker 8: Maddie definitely came with the full team.
- 1:32:10Speaker 6: More people in us. Yes, yes, ladies and gentlemen. Always
- 1:32:19Speaker 6: a pleasure EYL University. Once again, this is something that
- 1:32:22Speaker 6: we do every single week at Eyo University, where we
- 1:32:25Speaker 6: have experts in the field, best in class, and they
- 1:32:28Speaker 6: come and they get presentations and they answer questions, and
- 1:32:31Speaker 6: then we have monthly financial planning calls.
- 1:32:34Speaker 8: We have biweekly real estate call also including Eyo University.
- 1:32:37Speaker 6: It's empty the mortgage guys, the print which goes over
- 1:32:41Speaker 6: everything you need to know as far as how to
- 1:32:42Speaker 6: buy real estate, the best practices and commercial lending and
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: all of that kind of stuff. Troy does the movie club,
- 1:32:49Speaker 6: book club, We have a Facebook group, and we have
- 1:32:52Speaker 6: an Infinity group that I'm extremely proud of. So the
- 1:32:55Speaker 6: best way to actually learn is from each other. So
- 1:32:59Speaker 6: even more so than us having a relationship with other people.
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: There are rising stars shout to Alistair from the Crypto Club,
- 1:33:07Speaker 6: shout to everybody, but they're rising stars inside of the
- 1:33:11Speaker 6: Eyle University and we we forced that. So Janet, who
- 1:33:16Speaker 6: is our I don't even want to call her. Yeah,
- 1:33:21Speaker 6: she's everything for us. And she started as somebody that
- 1:33:24Speaker 6: was inside of eyl University. That's just adding so much
- 1:33:27Speaker 6: value to Eyo University. And it's like she was working
- 1:33:30Speaker 6: at Fidelity and she had a nice job, nice paying
- 1:33:34Speaker 6: job in Fidelity, and we paid her more and Fidelity
- 1:33:39Speaker 6: was paying.
- 1:33:39Speaker 8: Her because value.
- 1:33:44Speaker 2: They didn't see the true word.
- 1:33:46Speaker 6: You had to pay her more and provided up with
- 1:33:48Speaker 6: a four one K health insurance all that. You know,
- 1:33:52Speaker 6: so black woman. So it's extremely important to have that community,
- 1:33:56Speaker 6: as you said, and that's like that we built with
- 1:33:58Speaker 6: ey University. So if you're interested, go to eyl university
- 1:34:01Speaker 6: dot com and check us out. And then once again,
- 1:34:07Speaker 6: don't forget invest Fast extremely important. It will be something
- 1:34:12Speaker 6: that will be documented in time and will be a
- 1:34:16Speaker 6: living document for the times that we're in right now.
- 1:34:19Speaker 6: It will be archive and it will be a capsule
- 1:34:23Speaker 6: just like what's stop, very very similar when you watch
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: the documentary on twenty twenty one, invest Fast.
- 1:34:34Speaker 3: The top part of that time one.
- 1:34:35Speaker 8: So sure, don't don't miss this opportunity to be a
- 1:34:41Speaker 8: part of history. I can't work, man, that's a fact.

- 1:34:59Speaker 5: to the whole Shout out to to Mike and Jamal
- 1:35:02Speaker 5: and Rich and Bim and obviously Janet and my family
- 1:35:06Speaker 5: and everybody that had well wishes and investments.
- 1:35:10Speaker 2: Manu.
- 1:35:11Speaker 5: Monumentals is the word, and so we we are looking
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: forward to it, to seeing everybody, and we're looking forward
- 1:35:19Speaker 5: to creating history together. It's bigger than us and that's why,
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: you know, you don't really see our name on it.
- 1:35:24Speaker 5: It's really about the people that are coming uh to
- 1:35:27Speaker 5: share knowledge, to share information and potentially create business partners
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: in the long term and short term.
- 1:35:34Speaker 2: So we're looking forward to it. Uh. It was.

- 1:35:43Speaker 6: Yeah, and Troy definitely is back in the flesh as
- 1:35:46Speaker 6: a great philosopher. Cameron Galas once said, you'd be all
- 1:35:49Speaker 6: right man, right man, yeah every day.
- 1:35:55Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes, that's a fact that a fat
