- 0:03Winning family. Good morning, God, blessed you. Welcome back to the
- 0:05Morning Devo. It's good to see you again. It's good to be here
- 0:09again on the Morning Sessions Morning DeVos Mondays through Fridays, five thirty am Eastern,
- 0:14standing time in that timeframe, Amen. I know because of social media
- 0:19stuff that's going on with the live stream, it's a little challenging, but
- 0:23it looks like one of the things of working now again, Amen, or
- 0:27Glory to God. Right. But today we're going to be talking about bold
- 0:30for Christ. And this is one of the rare times I put myself on
- 0:35the cover of the image because I think it's time for me to be bold
- 0:42for Christ. Amen. And if you think that I've been bold a man,
- 0:46praise the Lord. I think I could do a little better. I
- 0:49think I could dig in a little bit more. And I think you can
- 0:52too. With the Word of God on our side inside of us, working
- 0:56through us, Amen, we could be bold for Christ in this world that's
- 1:00always mocking Jesus, always making fun of our Christian faith. A man,
- 1:04it's time for us to be bold and kind at the same time. That's
- 1:08a recipe to really take over territories that the enemy has already tried to take
- 1:15over. We need to snatch it back. Take things back for the glory
- 1:19of God. Take things back for the Kingdom of Gods. Take things back
- 1:22for the sake of Christ and for the sake of souls. Amen. So
- 1:25that way people know that we mean business when it comes to the being bold
- 1:29for Christ, Bold for Christ. On today's morning session. Good morning,
- 1:34sister Joanne, God bless you, good morning, Welcome back to the morning
- 1:37Devo, my sister and my friend. Amen. So what fears do you
- 1:40face being a Christian today? What fears do you face? Amen? I
- 1:45would tell you mine, but I don't want to release that in the atmosphere.
- 1:48So if you don't want to release that, so the enemy could hear
- 1:51those fears and then throw it back in your face and accuse you of it
- 1:53later on, don't say a word think about it in your mind, amen,
- 1:57because what I know for sure is that the enemy can not read your
- 2:00mind. He can only understand or he can only listen to what you're speaking
- 2:05verbally out of your mouth. Amen. So what fears do you face being
- 2:08a Christian today? Would you consider yourself bold or afraid? Just be honest,
- 2:15would you consider yourself bold for Christ or free to represent why or why
- 2:20not We're gonna be and he boots. Chapter eleven, verse seven. That's
- 2:22going to be the starting scripture because I have a lot more so us aman
- 2:25for you today, for you to come to a conclusion of that in your
- 2:30own life. We're going to be reading reading about Noah, a man,
- 2:34the one who built the ark when there was no rain. He didn't even
- 2:36know about water like that. Amen. But he heard from the Lord,
- 2:40trusted God's voice, Amen, and did what the Lord called to do.
- 2:44And he was bold a man for God. So we should be both for
- 2:47God. Whether or not we understand what God is telling us on the front
- 2:52end. We know that whatever God tells us, whatever he asks us to
- 2:55do, is for the benefit of ourselves and benefit for others. So just
- 3:00trust Him and be bold and your faith be bold for Christ today in the
- 3:04morning, devot. Amen, let me just check the audio making. So
- 3:06everything's good. It sounds okay, so amen. So it seems like some
- 3:10things are back online literally Amen. For the live stream Amen. Also,
- 3:17so win is with a zeta or G or it just press plate. And
- 3:21also there's a live stream button over there at the website Celler Radio Network,
- 3:25so that way you could get there as well. So listen, let's go
- 3:29for it. Let's pray first. If you have any questions, comments,
- 3:31concerns, pray requests or anything along those lines, please don't have to take
- 3:36to leave it on a live chat. That's what we're here for, amen,
- 3:38We're here to communicate, get together and in the word, devote some
- 3:42time to the Lord. First thing of our day, amen, first part
- 3:45of our day, at least for those who are you know up right now
- 3:47with with us. If ive thirty am, amen, I know it's early.
- 3:52And man, a hour ago, I just woke up out of my
- 3:55sleep. I was like, what am I doing? And I looked at
- 3:58the time. It was for thirty in the more on it. So I
- 4:00started praying. And man, whenever that happens, whenever I just wake up
- 4:03like that, I just start praying for people and for protection and for whatever's
- 4:08going on, because I know between the hours probably of one am to four
- 4:13am or five am or whatever, there's a lot of activity going on in
- 4:17the spiritual realm. Amen. That's just the way I know. But yeah,
- 4:23if you get up sunnily like that, you just pray, Amen.
- 4:26And if someone's name comes up, you just pray immediately amen, if you
- 4:30need be and if you can connect with them and let them know you're praying
- 4:33for them. Amen. So both for Christ. So we're gonna pray first.
- 4:38After we pray, well, shut us out for like sixty seconds.
- 4:40It seems like the stream is okay. Now. All I have to do
- 4:44is share it to my group. Amen. And there are with us now
- 4:48too as well. So it looks like it's cool. So Father, thank
- 4:53you little Gud that whatever is going on in our lives today, that you
- 4:57already know about it, you care, you'll considering, and you are with
- 5:00us. I thank you, Lord God for protecting us, guiding us,
- 5:03keeping us safe from the attacks and the enemy. Although a weapon will be
- 5:09formed against us, those weapons will not prosper according to your word. I
- 5:13thank you, Look God that we have Holy Spirit God living inside of us
- 5:15to keep us in a place of boldness, keep us in a place of
- 5:19being a courageous believer of courageous Christians. Thank you, Lord God, that
- 5:24our coverage can be contagious for those who don't believe and you yet, they
- 5:28will know that we believe in a living holy, righteous, loving God,
- 5:31who prepares us for the battle, who has already run the war, who
- 5:35continues to show us more of himself daily, your self, Lord God.
- 5:40Thank you, Lord God for all of it. Thank you, Lord God
- 5:42for the good times. Thank you, Lord God for the bad times,
- 5:45because You've been with us through it all. You never leave us, you
- 5:47never forsake us. You keep us, You protect us. You give us
- 5:51health to our body, strength to our bones. Give us a sound mind
- 5:55and not a spirit of fear. You give us a spirit of boldness and
- 5:59a confident encourage and a sound mind. Thank you, Lord Jesus for what
- 6:02you're doing. I pray you head your protection over myself and every single person
- 6:06that's listening and watching right now, and who will listen and watch later on.
- 6:11I pray the boldness of Christ will fill their hearts and minds, and
- 6:14we will go into the streets, suburbs, into the urban communities and everywhere
- 6:18we are found, that we will go boldly and proclaim and declare the Gospel
- 6:25message over people's lives. We will pray for people wherever we're at. We
- 6:28will acknowledge people's stories, and we would know, Lord God, that you
- 6:31have the very best for them as well as you have for us your children.
- 6:35I thank you, Lord God for this day, and I pray Lord
- 6:39God peace be still over every situation in my life and every single life represented
- 6:43on the other side of this mic and the other side of the screen.
- 6:46And Jesus Name, I pray this by faith. To those who agree,
- 6:48we say amen and Amen. So let's go for sixty seconds. Help me
- 6:53share this out. When we come back, we'll die right into her.
- 6:56Brotherlando, God bless you, God bless you, Bro. Welcome back to
- 6:59the morn of devils to see you, my friend. So let's go for
- 7:00it, man, sixty seconds, help me share this side when we come
- 7:03back, Man, we'll get it right into Hebrews chapter eleven, verse seven.
- 7:08That's gonna be the starting point for today's morning Devo. Brother kaevon,
- 7:13God bless you, Man, God bless my brothers and sisters in Christ.
- 7:15Hey, man, God bless you too. Man, welcome back. I'll
- 7:18be right back. Woh man, it's times, sister. That minute goes
- 8:50by so fast. Doctor Anne Teller, good morning, God bless you.
- 8:52Welcome to the morning Devo and man, Sister Joys. Good morning, all
- 8:56my brothers and sisters and Jesus Christ. Happy Tuesday. Yeah, Happy Tuesday.
- 9:01God bless you. Welcome back to the Morning Devo. My beautiful wife,
- 9:03you need Lopez morning blessings to everyone. I bless you, babe.
- 9:07It's good to see you on the Morning Devo. Rise and shine. Right,
- 9:09So let's go for it. Let's see what the word of God has
- 9:13for us today. Today. We're calling this one bold for Christ. Amen?
- 9:16And why not? Everybody's bold about what they believe. It's not for
- 9:20us to be bold about what we believe. And I'm not saying that you
- 9:22haven't been bold with your faith. I'm just saying that let's be encouraged today
- 9:26and know that we can be bold according to what God has done in people's
- 9:31lives that didn't even know that. And from the beginning. But Jesus is
- 9:35the alpha in a mega. God knows the beginning from the end to end,
- 9:37from the beginning. So if he asks of us to do some things
- 9:41because he knows that we could do it, when He empowers us to do
- 9:45it, and we could be bold and confident and courageous to be a Christ
- 9:48follower in these days that we're amen, Because a lot of people are mocking
- 9:52Jesus, right, but we know that they're deceived because God cannot be mocked.
- 9:58Whatever a man reaps, he was, so word of man sows he
- 10:00will reap. Amen. So we know that God is good and we know
- 10:03that we could trust him and be obedient. And being obedient to Christ in
- 10:09our time of days is boldness. It's called it is called happy Tuesday,
- 10:13but it's called happy taco to this day. Yeah. Hey, if you
- 10:16want to taco on Tuesdays, go right ahead. It makes sense, right,
- 10:20We're so used to hearing taco to that's great. Listen and get the
- 10:26scream ready for those who are watching. For those who are listening, no
- 10:28worries. I'm gonna be the word for word, so you already know how
- 10:31we do on the morning. Devo. Let's go for it. We have
- 10:35here both for Christ. Let me take this out of here. Amen.
- 10:39And the Word says and Hebrews chapter eleven, verse seven, list is closely
- 10:48man, because I'm gonna we're gonna talk about Noah, because Noah was used
- 10:52by God in a tremendous way. Amen. And we can learn a lot
- 10:56from Noah and how God used Noah. Man. He was eleven seven,
- 11:01by faith, I should have highlighted that by faith, Noah being warned by
- 11:07God concerning events as yet unseen, and Reverend fear constructed an art for the
- 11:15saving of his household. By this he condemned the world and became an heir
- 11:22of the righteousness that comes by what by faith? So boldness to me is
- 11:31by faith. We don't see God physically with our eyes. We don't feel
- 11:39God physically with our bodies. Sometimes right we don't know when He's asks of
- 11:45us to do something, we don't know the end result. But we have
- 11:48faith that whatever God warns us about, whatever God is concerned about, whatever
- 11:54God knows about, whatever He wants us to construct or to build with,
- 12:00whoever He wants us to reach, we're going to be heirs of the righteousness
- 12:05that comes by faith. By being bold enough to trust in the voice of
- 12:09God, in the word of God, and put our partation of God amen.
- 12:15And that way we can know that we can have this bold, courageous,
- 12:18contagious faith that people will wonder, how in the world do these people
- 12:24continue to move forward while they're being attacked, while they're being mocked, while
- 12:30they're being shunned, while they're being shamed while they're being accused. We move
- 12:35forward by faith, just like Noah moved forward by faith while when he was
- 12:39warned by God that something that he didn't even know about was yet unseen,
- 12:46was going to happen, and reverent fear, he did it anyway. So
- 12:50there's a clue here, and there's a principle here. By this, he
- 12:56condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that by faith, faith
- 13:01in God, faith in Christ, faith in the Lord, Amen, will
- 13:05cause you to be bold for Christ. It's a principle here, Amen.
- 13:13And we don't have to be afraid. God didn't give us a spirit of
- 13:16fear. You give us spirit of power and a sound mind. Amen.
- 13:20That spirit of fear, which is a spirit, is not from God.
- 13:24Don't be fearful, man, men and women, don't be fearful. I'm
- 13:28gonna give you some more. If you look at the biblical courage of people
- 13:37who were used all throughout the scripture, and man, we're gonna concentrate on
- 13:39know it. But when you look at it, you get to notice that
- 13:43they were regular people right called by God to do supernatural things. So a
- 13:48person or ordinary person called by God to do supernatural things right, extraordinary things,
- 13:56things that we know on our own is impossible. We could not do
- 14:01it. Amen. But with God, what does the scripture say? We
- 14:03could do all things through Christ, who gives us the strength to do it.
- 14:09We could do nothing without him. Without him, but we could do
- 14:11all things with Him. So if you look at the biblical profiles encourage,
- 14:18you get to see people who showed extraordinary bravery while they were afraid in fear.
- 14:26They did it anyway. Amen, That's what the bonus that I'm talking
- 14:31about today. If you're afraid to do something, but you know God calls
- 14:35you to do it, do it and fear that fear will go away because
- 14:39God has a perfect love, and his perfect love what capture. So as
- 14:45you move forward in faith, you get to see that your fear is getting
- 14:48left behind. When you move forward by faith, you get to see that
- 14:52your faith is going to conquer your fear. It's going to overcome your fear.
- 14:56So it's either two things happening. Either your faith is going to overcome
- 14:58your fear or your fear is going to overcome your faith. Right, So
- 15:03don't be afraid, be bold in Christ, be bold for Christ. Noah.
- 15:09Noah lived during a time of extreme wickedness. I think we're at that
- 15:13time too, right, This extreme wickedness going on to my left, to
- 15:18my right, on the screens, on the mobile devices, on TV,
- 15:20and the movies. When you meet certain people, extreme wickedness is going on.
- 15:26So Noah faced extreme wickedness and perversion. I just haded to explain to
- 15:31some ladies that I was driving to a stop to their home, picked them
- 15:37up from a doctor's office, and then I was listening real lightly to gospel
- 15:41music, gospel hip hop, gospel house music, gospel reggae, all that.
- 15:46And I heard the lady say that sounds like gospel music, but I
- 15:50don't like the way the beat. I don't like the way that is that
- 15:54rap. I don't like that. So I had to explain to her.
- 15:58I said I heard it, and I was like, okay, maybe I'll
- 16:00take a shot. I'll be bold and explained, I said, you probably
- 16:04won't like the forum. But for me, I grew up in hip hop
- 16:07culture, so to me, this is therapy. To me, this therapeutic,
- 16:11and it is gospel. It's gospel rap. They're rapping overbeats that sounds
- 16:15similar to what the world is. The problem is that the enemy took the
- 16:19music that was designed to worship unto the Lord and perverted it. He's a
- 16:25perverted, He's a perversion, a man. He took what was supposed to
- 16:29be for God a man and perverted it and used it for the world system.
- 16:33So it always seems like Christians the artist and the gospel artists, the
- 16:38gospel rappers and people who do music, it seems like we're catching up or
- 16:42we're following the trend of the world. But that's a lie of the enemy.
- 16:48We're actually supposed to be the ones that were teaching the world about this
- 16:51music. But if you go into the biblical principles and you go into the
- 16:55biblical way that music was presented, you get to see that we had a
- 17:00man and the enemy took it and perverted it. So that's all. It
- 17:03was a perversion, and we see that all throughout history, and the devil
- 17:07is still a liar. Amen, Doctor Ann says, Amen, every step
- 17:14in faith, every time you take a step, he takes many steps ahead.
- 17:18We only need to take one step, yes, one step at the
- 17:22time, and you'll be closer and closer and closer to your destiny. Closer
- 17:26and closer and closer to your purpose, closer and closer and closer to what
- 17:30God has called us to do. Amen, And ultimately, ultimately we're being
- 17:34conformed to the image of Christ, beingformed. We're being like Jesus a man.
- 17:38We're being bold because He gives us the boldness by way of his Holy
- 17:42Spirit. Thank you so much for your comment. So Noah living in extreme
- 17:48wickedness and perversion Genesis sixty seven. God said that he would blot out every
- 17:53created thing from the earth because of prevailing wickedness. It's like people think that
- 18:00God doesn't see wickedness. People think that we get over. Oh, the
- 18:04grace of God. I could just ask God for forgiveness after I did x
- 18:07y Z. But he sees everything we're doing in x y Z and he's
- 18:12a just God. So because God is a just God, he's a holy
- 18:15God, a loving God, and a just God. The justice of God
- 18:19causes God Amen to judge righteously. So be careful with that. You know
- 18:26that grace that you think you're taking advantage of, because you're really not.
- 18:30He sees what we're doing. He knows us. Amen. His love endures
- 18:34forever. Grace is amazing. You're you're right, Amen. But his justice
- 18:41is coming, Amen. And he's a just God as well. We only
- 18:45need to take one step. Faith without action means fear. Take a step
- 18:48by faith and the Holy Spirit will put us closer to be conformed by God.
- 18:55Yes, teach, he sees all praise the Lord. Amen. Amen.
- 19:00Yes he does. And that's what got me out of some perversion that
- 19:03I was in. Amen. Before. While I'll say the first year,
- 19:08God got me out of a couple of things, more Amen, delivered me
- 19:12from it because I realized that God sees all things. Noah lived during a
- 19:17time of stream wickedness. God said he was going to blot out every created
- 19:22thing from the earth because of prevailing wickedness. But Noah found favor in the
- 19:26eyes of the Lord Lord Jesus. Amen, God, you find favor in
- 19:33people. Yes, he found favor in Noah Itis six' eight. You
- 19:38can read it for yourself. I'm not making this up. He was a
- 19:41righteous man, blameless. Listen to this. Blameless in his generation. There's
- 19:48no way that we can't be blameless in our generation. Amen. Blameless,
- 19:52not perfect. Understand what I'm saying. Blameless, We're being perfected by the
- 19:57perfect One. But we can also be blameless in our generation. The generation
- 20:03is wicked. We don't have to be wicked. The generation has an unholy
- 20:06spirit. We have holy spirit. The generation takes what's wrong and makes it
- 20:10right. We look at what's right, and we know what's wrong. Right,
- 20:12we'll always be right. Wrong will always be wrong, Wrong will never
- 20:15be right, and right will never be wrong. Come on, we know
- 20:19what we know, and we move according to the faith that we have in
- 20:22Christ. Not faith in faith, not faith in the idol, not faith
- 20:26in other gods, but faith in Christ and man. Joanne says, he
- 20:32knows what we think. He knows what you are gonna say before you say
- 20:36it and it comes out of your mouth. He knows everything what we're going
- 20:41to do. God is so good. Yes, he knows, and he'll
- 20:44give us the boldness. He'll give us the faith, He'll give us the
- 20:47evidence of our faith, and we'll move forward knowing that we could be bold
- 20:51for Christ and in Christ because he's working or work through us, and it's
- 20:53always going to benefit someone else. A man, he was a righteous man,
- 21:00blameless in his generation. Noah walked with God. Sounds familiar. Adam
- 21:06walk with God. Remember that Genesis six and nine. So being obedient to
- 21:11God and being called by God and doing what God called you to do right
- 21:17there alone, that's being bold. Let's not overthink this. Boldness is obedience
- 21:22when you're obedient to God. In the world that we're living in right now,
- 21:25you are being bold. Amen. You're standing for truth, You're standing
- 21:27for righteousness, You're standing for holiness. Amen, and just keep on standing.
- 21:33So pretty sure it took a work right for Noah to be brave and
- 21:40to obase God command to build the arc, because imagine hearing this from God.
- 21:45I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth
- 21:48is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the
- 21:52earth. Make yourself an arc of go forwood, make rooms in the arc,
- 21:59cover it in and out with pitch. For behold, I will establish
- 22:03my covenant to promise with you, and you shall come into the arc.
- 22:08You, your son, your wife, and your son's wives with you.
- 22:14Genesis six thirteen and fourteen, Genesis six seventeen and eighteen. So Noah had
- 22:19a lot of questions, right, I'm pretty sure he had a lot of
- 22:22chris to wait arc, What are we building an art for what is an
- 22:26arc? What is an arc? Use for? Because there was no flood
- 22:30yet, Amen, understand, he was being bold listening to the voice of
- 22:33God. Walk with God, so he knows the voice of God. If
- 22:37you walk with God and you know the voice of God. If I walk
- 22:40with God, I will know the voice of God. And a stranger's voice,
- 22:42we will not follow because now we know who's speaking. Amen. And
- 22:48most of the time, Lord, when I hear the Lord's voice, he's
- 22:52speaking to me, encouraging me to do some things that I know that will
- 22:56benefit someone else, not only me, but benefit someone else. That's how
- 23:00I know it's not the enemy. The enemy will not help us bring glory
- 23:03to God. The devil will not help us bring victory for God's kingdom.
- 23:08He won't do that. He's being used, Amen, to do other things.
- 23:14And he can be used to bring you to Christ. Because he's a
- 23:18liar. He has a lie. Then he has a lie again. He's
- 23:19I got lied so much by the enemy. I said, something is wrong
- 23:23here. Amen. I started waking up. God started shaking me. Amen.
- 23:27Right after night, soon after nine to eleven happened. Amen, I
- 23:30started thinking about my eternity. I started thinking about my immortality, my mortality.
- 23:36I started thinking about God a little bit more, because that shook me
- 23:40up when I nine to eleven happened. And then I started thinking, said,
- 23:42wait a minute, somebody's lying here. Amen. So I decided to
- 23:47trust, put my whole faith in trust, trust in a God that I
- 23:49did not know at the time. Amen. So I took a bold step
- 23:53of faith and asked God to change me and transform me. That was way
- 23:57back in two thousand and one. So pretty sure Noah had a lot of
- 24:03questions, right. I'm pretty sure that he was imagining what am I doing
- 24:08here? And his family and the people that was seeing him build this arc
- 24:15were wondering the same thing, like what are you doing? Do you think
- 24:18Doubt ever crept in while the ark was under construction, Think about it.
- 24:23You think he died and said, what am I doing? I don't even
- 24:26know what I'm building. I don't even know why I'm building it. All
- 24:29I know is that God told me to build it. Hey man, they
- 24:30kept on doing it. He was mocked, He was ridiculed by others for
- 24:34being a religious nut and a doomsday prepper, and yet he did all that
- 24:40God commanded him to do Genesis six twenty two. So we see why Noah
- 24:45obeyed God. The author of Hebrews said Noah built the arc in Reverend fear
- 24:52right, and the Bible says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning
- 24:56of knowledge. Fools, the spies, wisdom and instruction. Only a fool
- 25:02will disobey the Lord God, the Lord God, or ignore his commands and
- 25:07warnings. And Noah was no fool. He was a man that was being
- 25:11courageous. He was a man that was living for a purpose. He was
- 25:15a man believing the voice of God. He was a man. Although he
- 25:17didn't understand, he kept on moving forward anyway. That's how I am.
- 25:22I'm I'm not saying I'm like Noah. I'm just saying I am. If
- 25:26I don't understand something, amen, I move forward anyway in it when I
- 25:29know it's the voice of God speaking. So move forward. Whether or not
- 25:33you understand, Amen, you hear the voice of God. Move on the
- 25:36voice. Amen, you see the word of God. Move on the word
- 25:40of God. You might not understand it all. I know. I don't
- 25:41understand it all everything that of reading the scriptures, but I do know one
- 25:45thing for sure, that my boldness comes from my faith in Christ. Your
- 25:49boldness will come from your faith in Christ. He will never leave you broke,
- 25:53busted, or discussed. He would never forsake you, who never abandon
- 25:56you. He will never put you to shame. He would never let you
- 26:00be defeated. Amen. You get the victory in Christ because Christ has the
- 26:03victory. So there's more here. Amen. I'll probably visit this again some
- 26:07other time, but I'm out of time. So God bless you all.
- 26:11God keep you all, and remember always that God is good. Peace
