Uncle John’s BBQ just dropped a new North Side spot right by Wrigley Field—bringing its legendary smoked meats, rib tips, and hot links to Addison Street. Founded in 2005 by pitmaster Mack Sevier and now run by Darryl and Andrea Townsend (also behind Dat Donut), this expansion continues their mission to spread Chicago’s barbecue soul.
