Six Eclipse Glasses Recalled in Spain | Andorra News
Six eclipse glasses pulled from Spanish shelves after safety failings—ECP, Homenaje, Lionstar, Opticalia, Orro, and Pelispan—are dangerously dark, blocking all sunlight and risking blindness if worn. Not certified to ISO 12312-2:2015, they lack critical info like UV ratings and expiration dates. With a solar eclipse looming in Europe, consumer groups warn: don’t risk your eyes. Check your gear, ditch these models, and only use certified, labeled glasses. Your vision isn’t worth gambling with.
