Speaker 0: So this cup here stands ahead...and this is my morning coffee.
• 2:20
Speaker 0: right now it's very hot to drink so I hope you have a coffee in front of you as well, or something else what you drink in the morning.
• 2:35
Speaker 0: Or during the day when just need right now.
• 2:38
Speaker 0: moment and clicked on this video because together it makes even so much more fun to drink something to lean back into.
• 2:51
Speaker 0: just relax for that moment.
• 3:00
Speaker 0: a very, very good spider is running down my arm.
• 3:08
Speaker 0: A little spider... Sorry!
• 3:13
Speaker 0: I think that when you take your time to drink coffee or whatever To start in the day Or during the day It's something really-really good.
• 3:26
Speaker 0: What can give an idea of going inside yourself and thinking about what you want to do at this day.
• 3:41
Speaker 0: And I always love... ...to have a little ritual because, when i start in the day and am very unmotivated.. ..I don't know why I stand up and feel frustrated.
• 4:07
  Speaker 0: Good!
• 4:07
Speaker 0: cup of coffee or the drink you like is the best alternative to start into the day.
• 4:15
Speaker 0: It's absolutely good to stand them up and make it with a mouthful for what you can do!
• 4:23
Speaker 0: Normally I like to drink cappuccino, but normally i use an alternative to milk.
• 4:35
Speaker 0: I have some barista old milk.
• 4:40
Speaker 0: Barista Old Milk is pretty new, so when you also search for a new alternative to milk but don't want to drink cappuccino or latte macchiato with the fluffy milk then it's best that Even soy milk you can take as barista milk right now, but soya milk is not that alternative anymore and also caused a lot of trouble in our full environment.
• 5:20
Speaker 0: So I was very happy to see even oat milk.
• 5:26
Speaker 0: it's possible to make a barista out of it.
• 5:33
Speaker 0: best on the oatmeal is that it has a very nice and sweet, sweet taste.
• 5:38
Speaker 0: So normally when I wake up and i make myself a nice morning coffee ,and I start into my day .I am always happy to drink this oat milk in my coffee!
• 5:50
Speaker 0: And um...i take always time.
• 5:53
Speaker 0: just relax go inside of myself and think about what I want to achieve in the day, and what i want do.
• 6:05
Speaker 0: And how exactly...I WANT TO GO THROUGH THE DAY!
• 6:13
Speaker 0: It is a very small ritual but it's a very-very-very helpful ritual.
• 6:18
Speaker 0: A lot people forget this.
• 6:21
Speaker 0: They stand up they look into their smartphone This sometimes don't even drink something in the morning, they just go straight to work or in the day.
• 6:34
Speaker 0: And I think that when we would take a bit more time for ourselves to get our motivation and think about what do there is it's very easy.
• 6:48
Speaker 0: make with first sip of drink you have.
• 6:58
Speaker 0: For me, this simple ritual is absolutely mind-blowing because since I am with this ritual together a lot of things changed.
• 7:15
Speaker 0: You have to know that I'm anyway very happy person and I have no trouble with waking up early in the morning, and i am directly happy.
• 7:27
Speaker 0: And sometimes for sure...I also have some bad days where I don't feel like standing up but this is not my normal case!
• 7:36
Speaker 0: In a normal case..i'm super-motivating standing up ,and im happy to start that day ...no matter what it will bring me.
• 7:46
Speaker 0: what not everybody has, but you can train it and work on that.
• 7:51
Speaker 0: It will happen like this because... ...it'll make your life way more easier.
• 8:00
Speaker 0: I am NOT the person who sleeps very long even not at the weekend!
• 8:04
Speaker 0: I wake up early in the morning And i'm starting directly into the day sometimes spend some time in bed sit down with my smartphone then after i stand-up to make myself a coffee and go on this nice little ritual.
• 8:23
Speaker 0: And the best thing is when my husband makes me a coffee, I bring it till they bet!
• 8:29
Speaker 0: It happened not all at that time but it happens very often.
• 8:33
Speaker 0: And there's quite a nice ritewell as well because as well a very, very nice kind of way to say I love you.
• 8:45
Speaker 0: I'm here for you and i show that I think about you And when someone is even more early awake than you then it's even nicer.
• 8:56
Speaker 0: they think about this thought They will put A smile in your face with something so simple.
• 9:05
Speaker 0: So...I also just can recommend If you have a partner, it is nice.
• 9:11
Speaker 0: Always nice to give the partner some attention.
• 9:15
Speaker 0: so when you see that your partner's away It is always nice to go with a cup of coffee or something To him and her And show her some gratitude.
• 9:26
  Speaker 0: for today.
• 9:27
Speaker 0: I tell you When we make it even more often Your partner is kind-of depressed Or has problems and anxieties.
• 9:34
Speaker 0: You just repeat this little ritual, day by day they will change.
• 9:41
  Speaker 0: Absolutely!
• 9:42
Speaker 0: They will see how much effort you put into them until the little things and then start to think about it.
• 9:50
Speaker 0: This is an absolute fact.
• 9:52
Speaker 0: And this something so simple but something so effective you can maybe see here on the cup is love and some hearts.
• 10:02
Speaker 0: So, even when you think it's funny what a coincidence.
• 10:05
Speaker 0: but isn't because this kind of little ritual into-the-day something so simple or special doesn't matter if we do to ourselves or somebody else It was absolutely worth Give it a try for your daily routine to do exactly something like this.
• 10:34
Speaker 0: And you will see, It'll help!
• 10:37
Speaker 0: So when You wake up Your day is... Like all the other days Or You are pretty bored or You're unmotivated You have anxieties and You dream very comfortable.
• 10:57
Speaker 0: Then don't think about All of This.
• 11:01
Speaker 0: Try to push it away with the thought that you stand up To make yourself a nice cup of tea or cup Of your favorite coffee.
• 11:13
Speaker 0: And then, if You go into The kitchen and prepare everything When you have the Coffee prepared Then don't Go back and sit on A smartphone while You drink the coffee.
• 11:29
Speaker 0: Take...a Nice place Where if you're relaxed and enjoyed, doesn't matter.
• 11:35
Speaker 0: If it's on the window or if You have a backyard A balcony Wherever you have The freedom to just think about yourself wherever you Have the freedom To just be with you without any kind of some other Interruptions And then take your time put a nice blanket over you whatever, to feel comfortable and cozy.
• 12:04
Speaker 0: And just look at the coffee...and when it's hopefully cold enough that you can drink it then don't think about everything!
• 12:27
Speaker 0: Just think about the first sip ...you want to enjoy.
• 12:38
Speaker 0: Now the ritual starts in your head because now a refreshing taste in your mouth.
• 12:50
Speaker 0: You have something really positive because food is for all of us, something very positive and drinks could be the same as well.
• 13:00
Speaker 0: so you take a sip off your coffee or your favorite drink in the morning.
• 13:06
Speaker 0: now you can start to think what exactly want to have a goal of the day.
• 13:20
Speaker 0: What exactly you want to do and why, how?
• 13:27
Speaker 0: And don't think about all negative things in the beginning just think some effective nice things.
• 13:38
Speaker 0: so when I take now my first lip i know what to do today or what I have to do.
• 13:49
Speaker 0: I know that i have to edit a lot of new clips, believe me since I'm in quarantine together with my husband and we have all the equipment with us ,we just produce so many movies.
• 14:09
Speaker 0: doesn't matter if adult movies are SMR movies, but we created so many clips and I have to edit them all.
• 14:28
Speaker 0: And...I really know that i will sit so many hours now in front of the computer, and I just have my small laptop with me.
• 14:42
Speaker 0: And i don't can have there a nice workflow because i just have this little screen...and it is really honestly it's a pain-in-the-ass!
• 14:56
Speaker 0: The laptop is old and slow..with the little screen ..with all these things that you have to upload there ...I so way more easier to do it on a good computer.
• 15:11
Speaker 0: But when you travel, You just have some small things with you.
• 15:15
Speaker 0: So I have to deal with that and i know...I really know It is the pain in my eyes And makes me angry.
• 15:21
Speaker 0: but..i know That already come that far!
• 15:26
Speaker 0: That I've made many different clips That are already done so much effort into all of this To making Nice clips.
• 15:51
Speaker 0: It's a big joy for me and a lot of fun.
• 15:55
Speaker 0: But don't get me wrong it is, for sure as well A lot of work And you have to be very focused To just go straight through it and be clear for it.
• 16:06
Speaker 0: Every time You'll have some repetitions.
• 16:10
Speaker 0: The last year I was totally into adultwork.
• 16:14
Speaker 0: the only thing i've done Was adultwork Doesn't matter if movies or working with people together in the other world.
• 16:24
Speaker 0: And at some point I was also really, really depressed because... ...I just did the same things over and over again but now i took my full mind to get there.. ..and no!
• 16:42
Speaker 0: With the ASMR I have different taste inside of what I do normally and This just feels very, very good because it is so different to the work.
• 16:55
Speaker 0: I've done before even when It's quite...I have to make movies i Have to edit them?
• 17:03
Speaker 0: I have to upload them..i have To promote them but The full essence of the feeling Of What I Do Is a completely Different One!
• 17:12
Speaker 0: It is something really new you Because I have my ISMR channel not that long.
• 17:18
Speaker 0: So, i know this is a new kind of adventure and... ...I want to see how far can push all of these.
• 17:27
Speaker 0: so.. ..i try be focused even when everything has pain in the ass because.... ....i know I have key in MY hands!
• 17:39
Speaker 0: When just take time to gringe or cry around then I know, I can't achieve what i want to achieve at the day.
• 17:48
Speaker 0: When I just lose my motivation in what I do... ...I CAN'T achieve what I WANT TO achieve and.. ..I KNOW that this little cup of coffee I drink here is MY emotional private time My emotional time, just with me the coffee and thoughts in my head.
• 18:14
Speaker 0: And I will try to stay focused on how I am... ...and I'll try to be positive.
• 18:21
Speaker 0: Just think about nice things that you can achieve when staying focussed where it leads me.
• 18:39
Speaker 0: So even if i know that there will wait ahead of me a lot of work.
• 18:47
Speaker 0: And I actually also know, in front the computer for a lot hours... ...I knew it would be best when I uploaded directly into the worldwide web and get some resonance from it to see all what i do have meaning not just for myself even for the people in outside world.
• 19:19
Speaker 0: Because I know to do something that is absolutely meaningless, at least for you doesn't work and push through more forward into your anxieties or depression.
• 19:36
Speaker 0: And there we start with really simple things because when you see more little rituals as a way you do something for YOU, then...you will do more FOR YOU.
• 19:52
Speaker 0: So sometimes I also have the feeling that i lost myself in all of my production and what I use.
• 20:04
Speaker 0: when I stand infront of coffee & know this is now my ME time Then I know exactly that I do as well.
• 20:12
Speaker 0: alot of stuff for me have to be a wall that it will be in the future as well.
• 20:21
Speaker 0: That I do something for me and take this little ritual, as this kind of idea And just enjoy The nice taste of coffee...the nice smell of coffee!
• 20:46
Speaker 0: Even when This what i say now is all Something What Is related To Me I can tell you that, You will find your way to use this little ritual To find something as well for YOU.
• 21:04
Speaker 0: And even when you are not able... ...to do something for yourself in this moment Try to do it with your partner When you have one.
• 21:14
Speaker 0: Just give him a bit of attention In the morning With nice coffee or smile Or with kids to say thank you that the partner is there and just try to focus on making as well your partner happy because also a smile from the partner can upload your batteries up to one hundred eighty percent.
• 21:44
Speaker 0: Sometimes it's so simple, so effective!
• 21:48
Speaker 0: So even when YOU know pain in the ass they are infront of you, when u get a smile from somebody then it feels way easier to go through all this and than its way more easy to take ALL OF THIS.
• 22:08
Speaker 0: And I know ,and i see that there is alot of frustrating things who turn us back into our life And there are a lot of really strange happenings who trigger us in different ways.
• 22:38
Speaker 0: But always, always know that you have the key to everything on your own hand and don't think about the big picture.
• 22:52
Speaker 0: start thinking about this small picture at first.
• 22:58
Speaker 0: Don't Make the level of frustration too high.
• 23:07
Speaker 0: It is so, so simple to start with a smaller things To learn little habits to break and to learn bit no more over yourself And how you can manage stress & anxiety.
• 23:25
Speaker 0: Then go step by step and when you want to go directly the big step, You have to work massive really massive with yourself.
• 23:39
Speaker 0: So this little ritual will this cup in the morning was this drink.
• 23:49
Speaker 0: With this time you just choose for you on your self.
• 23:54
Speaker 0: Choose it wisely with the right emotions with a right words also some positive thoughts about yourself.
• 24:06
Speaker 0: Don't just make your self crazy with telling you what you can do and what you don't want, also tell you what to do AND what YOU CAN achieve in the small ways!
• 24:23
Speaker 0: And when it is hard at the beginning then try to focus on this cup of coffee or drink the morning or in-the-day time.
• 24:35
Speaker 0: Then you just enjoy a moment of being, drinking this and enjoying it And know that you have for your full day A little bit more time for yourself.
• 24:58
Speaker 0: It is very hard to be honest with people Because when they are honest about themselves You can hurt them very bad and you will fall back in some ways, You don't want to.
• 25:16
Speaker 0: And you already achieved.
• 25:18
Speaker 0: go out of it.
• 25:20
Speaker 0: so when you really wanted do what you love?
• 25:27
Speaker 0: Then try keep focus on the way make yourself a better person.
• 25:35
  Speaker 0: Try be focused.
• 25:38
Speaker 0: just think What kind person you want to be and what you want achieve for yourself.
• 25:46
Speaker 0: See the positive things of your self, see about all that you already have done in a good way And then also Be kind and nice to yourselves.
• 25:59
Speaker 0: Take this cup of coffee This zip-off drink To take your hand.
• 26:07
Speaker 0: Put it short time on your own shoulder to manage, go positive inside of whatever you have to do right now.
• 26:18
Speaker 0: And it will make everything way more easier.
• 26:23
Speaker 0: It is not the right way.
• 26:25
Speaker 0: just drag yourself down with negativity.
• 26:30
Speaker 0: At some point for sure.
• 26:32
Speaker 0: You've got stones to roll through and see what's behind them or already done what it was not so good.
• 26:41
Speaker 0: But this ritual, with this cup of coffee is a positive ritual something for yourself and something that you have to enjoy.
• 26:51
Speaker 0: So always when you have now your drink in your hands try to enjoy it in different way.
• 27:00
Speaker 0: Try to motivate you That you can go even better Through the day and I can tell you it will change.
• 27:07
Speaker 0: You, and that we'll do a lot for you.
• 27:26
Speaker 0: So thank you for this nice little chitchat.
• 27:29
Speaker 0: i feel now very motivated to start with addicting my clips Even when i know It's a pain in the ass but it felt good.
• 27:37
Speaker 0: so talk A bit about um This kind of literary tool into these kinds Of riddle topic.

• 28:36
Speaker 0: And if It changed something in yourself and FOR YOURSELF.
• 28:47
Speaker 0: And never forget, it is so simple but so effective.
• 28:52
Speaker 0: It's the same like with my ASMR.
• 28:55
Speaker 0: I do so simple things...I hear so simple sounds But they make a lot of noise and a lot difference.
• 29:04
Speaker 0: This how life can be.
