• 1:02
  house.
• 1:04
  When
• 1:04
  it
• 1:04
  comes
• 1:05
  to
• 1:05
  remodeling
• 1:05
  and
• 1:06
  renovating
• 1:06
  your
• 1:06
  home,
• 1:07
  there
• 1:07
  is
• 1:07
  a
• 1:08
  lot
• 1:08
  to
• 1:08
  know.
• 1:09
  But
• 1:09
  we've
• 1:09
  got
• 1:09
  you
• 1:10
  covered.
• 1:11
  This
• 1:11
  is
• 1:12
  around
• 1:12
  the
• 1:12
  house.
• 1:13
  Welcome
• 1:14
  to
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  Round
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  house
• 1:14
  show,
• 1:15
  the
• 1:15
  next
• 1:15
  generation
• 1:16
  of
• 1:16
  home
• 1:16
  improvement.
• 1:17
  Thanks
• 1:17
  for
• 1:17
  joining
• 1:17
  me
• 1:17
  today.
• 1:18
  I'm
• 1:18
  Eric
• 1:18
  G.
• 1:19
  And
• 1:19
  we,
• 1:19
  we
• 1:19
  got
• 1:19
  a
• 1:19
  bonus
• 1:20
  episode
• 1:20
  this
• 1:20
  week.
• 1:21
  Usually
• 1:22
  we've
• 1:22
  got
• 1:22
  our
• 1:22
  midweek
• 1:23
  special
• 1:23
  and
• 1:23
  then
• 1:23
  sometimes
• 1:24
  things
• 1:24
  happen
• 1:25
  out
• 1:25
  there
• 1:25
  that
• 1:25
  I
• 1:25
  go,
• 1:25
  we
• 1:26
  got
• 1:26
  enough
• 1:26
  to
• 1:26
  send
• 1:27
  another
• 1:27
  one
• 1:27
  out.
• 1:27
  And
• 1:28
  this
• 1:28
  is
• 1:28
  one
• 1:28
  of
• 1:28
  those
• 1:28
  rare
• 1:29
  instances.
• 1:30
  Hope
• 1:30
  you're
• 1:31
  enjoying.
• 1:31
  I
• 1:31
  hope
• 1:31
  we
• 1:32
  helped
• 1:32
  you
• 1:32
  yesterday
• 1:33
  with
• 1:33
  the
• 1:33
  other
• 1:33
  episode
• 1:34
  that
• 1:34
  came
• 1:34
  out
• 1:35
  in
• 1:35
  our
• 1:35
  midweek
• 1:36
  special.
• 1:36
  But
• 1:36
  today
• 1:36
  I
• 1:37
  want
• 1:37
  to
• 1:37
  talk.
• 1:37
  I
• 1:37
  had
• 1:37
  a
• 1:37
  bunch
• 1:37
  of
• 1:37
  stuff
• 1:38
  pile
• 1:38
  up
• 1:38
  that
• 1:38
  doesn't
• 1:39
  have
• 1:39
  room
• 1:39
  into
• 1:39
  this
• 1:40
  weekend
• 1:40
  show.
• 1:40
  So
• 1:40
  I
• 1:41
  thought
• 1:41
  let's
• 1:42
  have
• 1:42
  some
• 1:42
  fun
• 1:42
  and
• 1:42
  get
• 1:42
  you
• 1:43
  some
• 1:43
  more
• 1:43
  information
• 1:43
  today.
• 1:44
  First
• 1:44
  off,
• 1:45
  let's
• 1:45
  talk
• 1:45
  about
• 1:46
  the
• 1:46
  toilet
• 1:47
  paper
• 1:47
  run
• 1:47
  that's
• 1:48
  going
• 1:48
  on
• 1:48
  right
• 1:48
  now
• 1:48
  across
• 1:49
  the
• 1:49
  country.
• 1:49
  And
• 1:49
  guys,
• 1:50
  let's
• 1:51
  just
• 1:51
  put
• 1:51
  it
• 1:51
  this
• 1:51
  way.
• 1:52
  The
• 1:52
  port
• 1:52
  things
• 1:52
  that
• 1:53
  are
• 1:53
  happening
• 1:54
  on
• 1:54
  the
• 1:54
  east
• 1:54
  coast
• 1:55
  and
• 1:55
  across
• 1:55
  the
• 1:55
  south
• 1:56
  with
• 1:56
  the
• 1:57
  dock
• 1:57
  workers
• 1:57
  on
• 1:57
  strike
• 1:58
  totally
• 1:58
  get
• 1:59
  that.
• 1:59
  That's
• 2:00
  their
• 2:00
  battle.
• 2:01
  But
• 2:01
  it's
• 2:01
  not
• 2:01
  going
• 2:02
  to
• 2:02
  affect
• 2:02
  toilet
• 2:03
  paper.
• 2:04
  Now
• 2:04
  it
• 2:04
  could,
• 2:05
  you
• 2:05
  know,
• 2:06
  deal
• 2:06
  with
• 2:06
  a
• 2:06
  bunch
• 2:06
  of
• 2:06
  stuff
• 2:07
  coming
• 2:07
  from
• 2:07
  Europe,
• 2:07
  but
• 2:08
  toilet
• 2:08
  paper
• 2:08
  is
• 2:08
  not
• 2:08
  one
• 2:08
  of
• 2:09
  them.
• 2:09
  So
• 2:10
  don't
• 2:10
  worry
• 2:10
  about
• 2:11
  running
• 2:11
  out
• 2:11
  to
• 2:11
  Costco
• 2:12
  or
• 2:12
  Sam's
• 2:12
  club
• 2:13
  or
• 2:13
  down
• 2:13
  to
• 2:13
  your
• 2:13
  home
• 2:13
  improvement
• 2:14
  place
• 2:14
  and
• 2:14
  buying
• 2:14
  those
• 2:14
  big
• 2:15
  things
• 2:15
  toilet
• 2:15
  paper.
• 2:16
  I
• 2:16
  don't
• 2:17
  think
• 2:17
  it's
• 2:17
  going
• 2:17
  to
• 2:17
  run
• 2:17
  out
• 2:18
  unless
• 2:18
  everybody
• 2:19
  panics
• 2:19
  like
• 2:19
  they
• 2:19
  did
• 2:20
  last
• 2:20
  time
• 2:20
  and
• 2:21
  we
• 2:21
  ended
• 2:21
  up
• 2:22
  having
• 2:22
  shortages.
• 2:23
  So
• 2:24
  make
• 2:24
  sure
• 2:24
  out
• 2:24
  there
• 2:25
  that
• 2:25
  you're
• 2:25
  well
• 2:25
  stocked
• 2:26
  on
• 2:26
  everything.
• 2:27
  But
• 2:27
  there's
• 2:28
  not
• 2:28
  a
• 2:28
  reason
• 2:28
  right
• 2:28
  now
• 2:28
  to
• 2:29
  go
• 2:29
  for
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  run
• 2:29
  of
• 2:29
  stuff
• 2:30
  unless
• 2:30
  you're
• 2:30
  trying
• 2:30
  to
• 2:31
  complete
• 2:31
  a
• 2:31
  project
• 2:32
  and
• 2:32
  you're
• 2:33
  trying
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  get
• 2:33
  materials
• 2:34
  to
• 2:34
  get
• 2:34
  a
• 2:34
  house
• 2:34
  done
• 2:35
  or
• 2:35
  something
• 2:35
  like
• 2:35
  that.
• 2:35
  That's
• 2:35
  a
• 2:36
  different
• 2:36
  story.
• 2:36
  But
• 2:37
  no
• 2:37
  reason
• 2:37
  to
• 2:38
  go
• 2:38
  for
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  toilet
• 2:38
  paper
• 2:39
  run.
• 2:39
  And
• 2:40
  if
• 2:40
  you're
• 2:40
  like
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  lot
• 2:40
  of
• 2:40
  us,
• 2:41
  we
• 2:41
  got
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  bidet
• 2:41
  anyway
• 2:42
  and
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  toilet
• 2:42
  paper
• 2:42
  just
• 2:43
  isn't
• 2:43
  as
• 2:43
  big
• 2:43
  of
• 2:44
  deal.
• 2:45
  So
• 2:45
  that's
• 2:45
  a
• 2:45
  whole
• 2:45
  other
• 2:46
  discussion
• 2:46
  that
• 2:46
  we're
• 2:46
  not
• 2:46
  going
• 2:47
  to
• 2:47
  have
• 2:47
  today.
• 2:47
  But
• 2:48
  let's
• 2:48
  dial
• 2:48
  it
• 2:48
  off
• 2:48
  eleven
• 2:49
  folks
• 2:49
  and
• 2:49
  see
• 2:49
  if
• 2:50
  we
• 2:50
  can
• 2:50
  leave
• 2:50
  toilet
• 2:51
  paper
• 2:51
  for
• 2:52
  everyone
• 2:52
  that
• 2:52
  needs
• 2:53
  it.
• 2:53
  There's
• 2:53
  zero
• 2:53
  reason
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  go
• 2:54
  on
• 2:54
  a
• 2:54
  run
• 2:55
  of
• 2:55
  that.
• 2:55
  What
• 2:55
  I
• 2:56
  wanted
• 2:56
  to
• 2:56
  talk
• 2:56
  about
• 2:56
  here
• 2:57
  today,
• 2:57
  another
• 2:57
  one
• 2:57
  that's
• 2:58
  coming
• 2:58
  up,
• 2:58
  that
• 2:58
  was
• 2:58
  one
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  the
• 2:59
  big
• 2:59
  ones.
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  wanted
• 2:59
  to
• 2:59
  see
• 3:00
  if
• 3:00
  we
• 3:00
  could
• 3:00
  dispel
• 3:00
  that
• 3:01
  myth
• 3:01
  real
• 3:01
  quick.
• 3:02
  The
• 3:02
  next
• 3:03
  one
• 3:03
  is
• 3:03
  I
• 3:03
  wanted
• 3:03
  to
• 3:03
  see
• 3:03
  if
• 3:04
  you
• 3:04
  guys
• 3:04
  have
• 3:04
  ever
• 3:04
  run
• 3:05
  into
• 3:05
  this,
• 3:05
  and
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  haven't
• 3:06
  run
• 3:06
  into
• 3:07
  this
• 3:07
  with
• 3:07
  a
• 3:07
  more
• 3:08
  utility
• 3:08
  company
• 3:09
  than,
• 3:10
  than
• 3:11
  anybody
• 3:11
  else.
• 3:11
  And
• 3:11
  this
• 3:12
  is
• 3:12
  pretty
• 3:12
  wild.
• 3:12
  This
• 3:12
  is,
• 3:13
  I'm
• 3:13
  just
• 3:13
  going
• 3:13
  to
• 3:13
  be
• 3:13
  blunt.
• 3:14
  This
• 3:14
  is
• 3:14
  charter
• 3:15
  slash
• 3:15
  spectrum
• 3:15
  cable
• 3:16
  out
• 3:16
  there,
• 3:16
  there.
• 3:17
  And
• 3:17
  I'm
• 3:17
  starting
• 3:17
  to
• 3:17
  see
• 3:18
  why
• 3:18
  people
• 3:18
  are
• 3:19
  really
• 3:20
  cutting
• 3:20
  the
• 3:20
  cable
• 3:21
  out
• 3:21
  there
• 3:21
  with
• 3:22
  some
• 3:22
  of
• 3:22
  these
• 3:22
  companies.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:24
  I
• 3:24
  use
• 3:25
  another
• 3:25
  company.
• 3:25
  I
• 3:26
  personally,
• 3:26
  in
• 3:27
  my
• 3:27
  area,
• 3:27
  I
• 3:28
  have
• 3:28
  Xfinity,
• 3:28
  Comcast.
• 3:29
  I'm
• 3:29
  still
• 3:29
  a
• 3:29
  customer
• 3:30
  of
• 3:30
  theirs,
• 3:31
  and
• 3:31
  that's
• 3:31
  just
• 3:31
  what
• 3:31
  that
• 3:32
  is.
• 3:32
  But
• 3:32
  I'm
• 3:32
  trying
• 3:33
  to
• 3:33
  help
• 3:34
  a
• 3:34
  older
• 3:35
  family
• 3:35
  member
• 3:35
  navigate
• 3:36
  this.
• 3:37
  They
• 3:37
  are
• 3:38
  probably
• 3:38
  the
• 3:38
  most
• 3:39
  impossible
• 3:39
  company
• 3:40
  that
• 3:40
  provides
• 3:41
  utility
• 3:42
  type
• 3:42
  services.
• 3:43
  Internet,
• 3:44
  cable,
• 3:44
  gas,
• 3:45
  whatever.
• 3:45
  It's
• 3:46
  just
• 3:46
  the
• 3:46
  most
• 3:46
  difficult
• 3:47
  to
• 3:47
  deal
• 3:47
  with.
• 3:48
  And
• 3:48
  are
• 3:48
  you
• 3:48
  having
• 3:49
  the
• 3:49
  same
• 3:49
  problem
• 3:49
  with
• 3:50
  this
• 3:50
  company?
• 3:50
  And
• 3:50
  I'm
• 3:50
  not
• 3:51
  here
• 3:51
  to
• 3:51
  bash
• 3:51
  them,
• 3:52
  but
• 3:52
  I
• 3:52
  have
• 3:53
  tried
• 3:53
  to.
• 3:53
  I've
• 3:54
  spent
• 3:54
  almost
• 3:55
  a
• 3:55
  month
• 3:55
  now
• 3:56
  working
• 3:56
  with
• 3:57
  them
• 3:57
  to
• 3:58
  get
• 3:58
  something
• 3:58
  very
• 3:59
  simple
• 4:00
  changed
• 4:00
  on
• 4:00
  an
• 4:00
  account.
• 4:01
  And
• 4:01
  they
• 4:02
  have
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  call
• 4:02
  you.
• 4:03
  So
• 4:03
  then
• 4:04
  you
• 4:04
  call
• 4:04
  them
• 4:05
  or
• 4:05
  you
• 4:05
  jump
• 4:05
  on
• 4:05
  their
• 4:06
  chat.
• 4:06
  Customer
• 4:07
  service
• 4:07
  says,
• 4:07
  hey,
• 4:08
  it'll
• 4:08
  take
• 4:08
  five
• 4:08
  business
• 4:09
  days
• 4:09
  to
• 4:09
  call.
• 4:10
  They
• 4:10
  call
• 4:10
  and
• 4:11
  they
• 4:11
  go,
• 4:11
  oh,
• 4:11
  we
• 4:11
  might
• 4:11
  need
• 4:11
  to
• 4:12
  need
• 4:12
  more
• 4:12
  information.
• 4:13
  We'll
• 4:13
  get
• 4:13
  back
• 4:13
  with
• 4:13
  you.
• 4:14
  They
• 4:14
  never
• 4:14
  do.
• 4:15
  You
• 4:15
  call
• 4:16
  again,
• 4:16
  you
• 4:17
  need
• 4:17
  five
• 4:17
  days.
• 4:18
  And
• 4:18
  what
• 4:18
  should
• 4:19
  take
• 4:19
  somebody
• 4:19
  five
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  ten
• 4:20
  minutes
• 4:21
  on
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  phone
• 4:22
  call?
• 4:22
  We're
• 4:23
  now
• 4:23
  at
• 4:23
  about
• 4:23
  30
• 4:24
  days,
• 4:25
  and
• 4:25
  I'm
• 4:26
  about
• 4:26
  ready
• 4:26
  to
• 4:26
  go
• 4:26
  nuclear
• 4:27
  here
• 4:27
  with
• 4:27
  these
• 4:27
  guys
• 4:28
  and
• 4:28
  really
• 4:28
  start
• 4:28
  posting
• 4:29
  up
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  interactions
• 4:30
  because
• 4:31
  I've
• 4:31
  never
• 4:32
  seen
• 4:32
  such
• 4:32
  poor
• 4:33
  customer
• 4:33
  service
• 4:33
  out
• 4:33
  of
• 4:34
  a
• 4:34
  company.
• 4:34
  And
• 4:35
  if
• 4:35
  you're
• 4:35
  running
• 4:36
  on
• 4:36
  this,
• 4:36
  I'm
• 4:36
  going
• 4:36
  to
• 4:36
  post
• 4:36
  this
• 4:36
  up
• 4:37
  on
• 4:37
  social
• 4:37
  media
• 4:37
  as
• 4:37
  well.
• 4:38
  Should
• 4:38
  be
• 4:39
  something
• 4:39
  so
• 4:39
  simple
• 4:39
  to
• 4:40
  fix.
• 4:40
  And
• 4:40
  they
• 4:40
  say
• 4:41
  it's
• 4:41
  so
• 4:41
  simple
• 4:41
  to
• 4:41
  fix.
• 4:42
  I
• 4:43
  just
• 4:43
  can't
• 4:43
  get
• 4:44
  these
• 4:44
  people
• 4:44
  to
• 4:45
  call
• 4:45
  me.
• 4:45
  And
• 4:46
  it's
• 4:46
  not
• 4:46
  like
• 4:46
  they'll
• 4:47
  transfer
• 4:47
  me
• 4:47
  over
• 4:47
  to
• 4:48
  them.
• 4:48
  They're
• 4:48
  like,
• 4:48
  this
• 4:48
  department
• 4:49
  has
• 4:49
  to
• 4:49
  call
• 4:49
  you
• 4:49
  to
• 4:49
  make
• 4:49
  this
• 4:50
  happen,
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  they
• 4:51
  don't
• 4:51
  call.
• 4:52
  Or
• 4:52
  if
• 4:52
  they
• 4:52
  call,
• 4:52
  once
• 4:53
  they
• 4:53
  go,
• 4:53
  hey,
• 4:53
  we'll
• 4:54
  have
• 4:54
  to
• 4:54
  call
• 4:54
  you
• 4:54
  back,
• 4:55
  and
• 4:55
  then
• 4:55
  you
• 4:55
  get
• 4:55
  lost
• 4:56
  in
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  mix
• 4:56
  again.
• 4:57
  So
• 4:57
  is
• 4:57
  this
• 4:58
  something
• 4:58
  that
• 4:58
  you're
• 4:58
  seeing
• 4:59
  out
• 4:59
  there
• 4:59
  with
• 4:59
  charter
• 5:00
  spectrum?
• 5:00
  Is
• 5:00
  this
• 5:01
  something
• 5:01
  that
• 5:01
  is
• 5:01
  typical
• 5:02
  for
• 5:02
  these
• 5:02
  guys?
• 5:03
  Because
• 5:03
  the
• 5:04
  issues
• 5:04
  I
• 5:04
  have
• 5:04
  is
• 5:04
  that
• 5:05
  we
• 5:05
  can't
• 5:05
  fix
• 5:05
  this
• 5:05
  until
• 5:06
  we
• 5:06
  fix
• 5:06
  the
• 5:06
  other
• 5:06
  problems.
• 5:07
  We
• 5:08
  have
• 5:08
  to
• 5:08
  fix
• 5:08
  this
• 5:09
  error
• 5:09
  on
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  account
• 5:09
  first.
• 5:10
  Everything's
• 5:11
  paid.
• 5:11
  It's
• 5:11
  not
• 5:11
  one
• 5:11
  of
• 5:11
  those
• 5:12
  things.
• 5:12
  We
• 5:12
  gotta
• 5:13
  fix
• 5:13
  this
• 5:13
  error
• 5:13
  on
• 5:14
  the
• 5:14
  account
• 5:15
  that
• 5:15
  they
• 5:15
  haven't
• 5:15
  been
• 5:16
  able
• 5:16
  to
• 5:16
  fix.
• 5:17
  And
• 5:17
  then
• 5:17
  we're
• 5:18
  probably
• 5:18
  two
• 5:19
  months
• 5:19
  into
• 5:19
  not
• 5:19
  having
• 5:20
  service
• 5:20
  here
• 5:20
  as
• 5:21
  well.
• 5:22
  And
• 5:22
  it's
• 5:22
  pretty
• 5:22
  crazy.
• 5:23
  You'd
• 5:23
  think
• 5:23
  that
• 5:24
  this
• 5:24
  could
• 5:24
  be
• 5:24
  something
• 5:24
  that
• 5:24
  would
• 5:25
  be
• 5:25
  so
• 5:25
  easily
• 5:25
  done.
• 5:26
  And
• 5:26
  other
• 5:27
  companies
• 5:27
  I've
• 5:27
  worked
• 5:28
  with,
• 5:28
  Cox
• 5:29
  charters,
• 5:30
  Cox
• 5:30
  has
• 5:30
  been
• 5:31
  great,
• 5:31
  great
• 5:31
  cable
• 5:32
  company.
• 5:32
  No
• 5:32
  problems
• 5:33
  there.
• 5:34
  Xfinity,
• 5:35
  no
• 5:35
  problems
• 5:36
  there.
• 5:36
  They
• 5:36
  take
• 5:36
  care
• 5:37
  of
• 5:37
  things.
• 5:37
  But
• 5:38
  what's
• 5:38
  going
• 5:38
  on
• 5:38
  with
• 5:38
  charter
• 5:39
  and
• 5:39
  Spectrum
• 5:40
  got
• 5:40
  my
• 5:40
  head
• 5:40
  scratching
• 5:41
  there.
• 5:41
  I
• 5:41
  see
• 5:41
  why
• 5:41
  they're
• 5:41
  losing
• 5:42
  so
• 5:42
  many
• 5:42
  people
• 5:43
  because
• 5:44
  it's
• 5:44
  almost
• 5:45
  easier
• 5:45
  for
• 5:45
  us
• 5:45
  to
• 5:46
  close
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  account
• 5:47
  and
• 5:47
  then
• 5:48
  go
• 5:48
  open
• 5:48
  it
• 5:48
  back
• 5:48
  up
• 5:49
  again,
• 5:49
  which
• 5:49
  is
• 5:50
  ridiculous
• 5:50
  because
• 5:50
  then
• 5:51
  there's
• 5:51
  going
• 5:51
  to
• 5:51
  be
• 5:51
  days
• 5:51
  without
• 5:52
  service
• 5:52
  and
• 5:53
  that
• 5:53
  might
• 5:54
  be
• 5:54
  the
• 5:54
  only
• 5:55
  way
• 5:55
  to
• 5:55
  fix
• 5:55
  this
• 5:55
  with
• 5:56
  these
• 5:56
  guys.
• 5:57
  And
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  don't
• 5:57
  know
• 5:57
  how
• 5:57
  a
• 5:57
  company
• 5:58
  can
• 5:58
  stay
• 5:58
  in
• 5:59
  business
• 5:59
  doing
• 5:59
  that
• 6:00
  because
• 6:00
  it's,
• 6:00
  if
• 6:00
  you
• 6:00
  guys
• 6:01
  are
• 6:01
  having
• 6:01
  that,
• 6:01
  send
• 6:01
  me
• 6:01
  a
• 6:02
  message.
• 6:02
  I'm
• 6:02
  curious
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  see
• 6:03
  what
• 6:03
  your
• 6:03
  guys
• 6:03
  experiences
• 6:04
  are.
• 6:05
  You
• 6:05
  can
• 6:05
  message
• 6:05
  me
• 6:06
  over
• 6:06
  to
• 6:06
  roundthehouseonline.com
• 6:07
  dot.
• 6:07
  That's
• 6:08
  just
• 6:08
  one
• 6:08
  of
• 6:08
  those
• 6:08
  wild
• 6:08
  ones
• 6:09
  where
• 6:09
  I'm
• 6:09
  scratching
• 6:09
  my
• 6:09
  head
• 6:10
  going,
• 6:10
  I'm
• 6:10
  not
• 6:10
  even
• 6:11
  sure
• 6:11
  how
• 6:11
  to
• 6:11
  navigate
• 6:12
  these
• 6:12
  guys
• 6:12
  with
• 6:12
  it
• 6:13
  being
• 6:13
  so
• 6:13
  difficult
• 6:14
  to
• 6:14
  work
• 6:14
  with.
• 6:15
  Usually
• 6:15
  I
• 6:16
  get
• 6:16
  involved
• 6:16
  with
• 6:16
  people
• 6:17
  and
• 6:17
  I've
• 6:17
  got
• 6:17
  people
• 6:18
  like
• 6:18
  you
• 6:18
  that
• 6:19
  will
• 6:19
  message
• 6:19
  me
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  go,
• 6:20
  hey,
• 6:20
  I'm
• 6:20
  having
• 6:20
  a
• 6:20
  problem
• 6:20
  here.
• 6:21
  Can
• 6:21
  you
• 6:21
  help
• 6:21
  navigate
• 6:21
  this?
• 6:22
  And
• 6:22
  I've
• 6:22
  done
• 6:22
  that
• 6:23
  with
• 6:24
  many
• 6:24
  different
• 6:24
  companies
• 6:25
  out
• 6:25
  there
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  we've
• 6:25
  come
• 6:25
  to
• 6:25
  some
• 6:26
  really
• 6:26
  good,
• 6:26
  successful
• 6:27
  resolutions.
• 6:28
  This
• 6:29
  is
• 6:29
  just
• 6:29
  something
• 6:29
  on
• 6:30
  their
• 6:30
  end
• 6:30
  that
• 6:30
  they
• 6:30
  haven't,
• 6:31
  they
• 6:31
  failed
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  update.
• 6:32
  We're
• 6:32
  trying
• 6:32
  to
• 6:32
  get
• 6:32
  it
• 6:32
  updated
• 6:33
  and
• 6:34
  they're
• 6:34
  just
• 6:34
  completely
• 6:35
  dropping
• 6:35
  the
• 6:35
  ball.
• 6:36
  So
• 6:36
  love
• 6:36
  to
• 6:37
  hear
• 6:37
  your
• 6:37
  experiences
• 6:38
  and
• 6:38
  maybe
• 6:38
  share
• 6:38
  those
• 6:38
  up
• 6:38
  on
• 6:39
  an
• 6:39
  upcoming
• 6:39
  episode.
• 6:40
  And
• 6:41
  if
• 6:41
  I
• 6:41
  get
• 6:41
  this
• 6:41
  fixed,
• 6:42
  I'll
• 6:42
  let
• 6:42
  you
• 6:42
  know
• 6:42
  what
• 6:42
  it
• 6:42
  takes
• 6:42
  to
• 6:43
  get
• 6:43
  there.
• 6:43
  So
• 6:43
  that
• 6:44
  way,
• 6:44
  if
• 6:44
  you're
• 6:44
  trying
• 6:44
  to
• 6:45
  deal
• 6:45
  with
• 6:45
  some
• 6:45
  things
• 6:45
  like
• 6:45
  this,
• 6:46
  you'll
• 6:47
  get
• 6:47
  it
• 6:47
  taken
• 6:47
  care
• 6:48
  of
• 6:48
  because
• 6:48
  unfortunately,
• 6:49
  as
• 6:49
  well,
• 6:50
  this
• 6:50
  family
• 6:50
  member
• 6:51
  has
• 6:51
  been
• 6:51
  overpaying
• 6:52
  for
• 6:53
  years
• 6:53
  because
• 6:54
  they're
• 6:54
  on
• 6:54
  an
• 6:54
  old
• 6:55
  program.
• 6:55
  Of
• 6:55
  course,
• 6:56
  these
• 6:56
  guys
• 6:56
  have,
• 6:57
  you
• 6:57
  know,
• 6:57
  offered
• 6:58
  more
• 6:58
  to
• 6:58
  try
• 6:59
  to
• 6:59
  keep
• 6:59
  people
• 6:59
  from
• 7:00
  cutting
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  cord
• 7:01
  and
• 7:01
  losing
• 7:01
  Internet
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  tv
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  all
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  stuff.
• 7:03
  But
• 7:04
  when
• 7:04
  you're
• 7:04
  paying,
• 7:05
  you
• 7:05
  know,
• 7:05
  an
• 7:06
  extra
• 7:06
  $150
• 7:06
  a
• 7:08
  month
• 7:08
  over
• 7:09
  what's
• 7:09
  on
• 7:09
  their
• 7:09
  website,
• 7:10
  that's
• 7:11
  an
• 7:11
  issue
• 7:11
  as
• 7:11
  well.
• 7:12
  So
• 7:12
  that's
• 7:13
  a
• 7:13
  great
• 7:13
  reminder
• 7:13
  for
• 7:13
  you
• 7:14
  guys
• 7:14
  out
• 7:14
  there
• 7:14
  that
• 7:14
  are
• 7:15
  working
• 7:15
  with
• 7:15
  your
• 7:16
  cable
• 7:16
  companies
• 7:16
  that
• 7:17
  haven't
• 7:17
  cut
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  cord
• 7:17
  yet.
• 7:18
  Make
• 7:18
  sure
• 7:18
  every
• 7:18
  year
• 7:18
  you
• 7:19
  call
• 7:19
  up
• 7:19
  and
• 7:19
  say,
• 7:19
  hey,
• 7:19
  what
• 7:19
  can
• 7:20
  I
• 7:20
  do
• 7:20
  to
• 7:20
  lower
• 7:20
  my
• 7:20
  bill?
• 7:21
  And
• 7:21
  they
• 7:21
  have
• 7:22
  programs,
• 7:22
  many
• 7:22
  of
• 7:22
  them
• 7:23
  do,
• 7:23
  to
• 7:24
  lower
• 7:24
  that
• 7:25
  bill
• 7:25
  for
• 7:25
  you
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  help
• 7:26
  save
• 7:26
  you
• 7:26
  a
• 7:26
  little
• 7:26
  bit
• 7:26
  of
• 7:26
  money.
• 7:27
  And
• 7:28
  I
• 7:28
  would
• 7:28
  do
• 7:28
  that,
• 7:29
  but
• 7:29
  of
• 7:29
  course,
• 7:30
  sheesh.
• 7:31
  Charter
• 7:31
  spectrum
• 7:31
  I
• 7:32
  can't
• 7:32
  even
• 7:32
  get
• 7:32
  them
• 7:32
  to
• 7:32
  change
• 7:32
  something
• 7:33
  simple.
• 7:33
  So
• 7:34
  that
• 7:34
  might
• 7:34
  not
• 7:34
  be
• 7:34
  the
• 7:34
  ones
• 7:35
  to
• 7:35
  do
• 7:35
  that
• 7:35
  with,
• 7:35
  but
• 7:36
  we'll
• 7:36
  see
• 7:36
  what
• 7:36
  happens
• 7:37
  with
• 7:37
  that.
• 7:38
  That's
• 7:38
  a
• 7:38
  more
• 7:38
  interesting
• 7:39
  one.
• 7:40
  And
• 7:40
  then
• 7:40
  there's
• 7:40
  a
• 7:40
  bunch
• 7:41
  of
• 7:41
  breaking
• 7:41
  news
• 7:41
  today.
• 7:41
  I'm
• 7:41
  going
• 7:42
  to
• 7:42
  do
• 7:42
  some
• 7:42
  research
• 7:42
  on.
• 7:42
  We'll
• 7:43
  cover
• 7:43
  it
• 7:43
  in
• 7:43
  a
• 7:44
  maybe
• 7:44
  next
• 7:44
  week's
• 7:45
  midweek
• 7:45
  special.
• 7:46
  But
• 7:47
  I
• 7:47
  saw
• 7:47
  out
• 7:47
  that
• 7:48
  FEMA,
• 7:49
  who
• 7:49
  is
• 7:49
  trying
• 7:49
  to,
• 7:49
  of
• 7:50
  course,
• 7:50
  help
• 7:50
  all
• 7:50
  the
• 7:50
  people
• 7:51
  down
• 7:51
  on
• 7:51
  the,
• 7:51
  down
• 7:51
  on
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  southeast
• 7:53
  from
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  hurricane
• 7:54
  damage,
• 7:55
  seems
• 7:55
  like
• 7:55
  they're
• 7:56
  running
• 7:56
  out
• 7:56
  of
• 7:56
  money.
• 7:56
  And
• 7:56
  if
• 7:57
  we
• 7:57
  have
• 7:57
  another
• 7:57
  hurricane,
• 7:58
  they
• 7:58
  don't
• 7:58
  have
• 7:59
  money.
• 7:59
  And
• 8:00
  it
• 8:00
  looks,
• 8:01
  and
• 8:01
  I
• 8:01
  don't
• 8:01
  know
• 8:01
  if
• 8:01
  this
• 8:01
  is
• 8:02
  coming
• 8:02
  out
• 8:02
  and
• 8:02
  this
• 8:02
  is
• 8:02
  where
• 8:02
  I
• 8:02
  got
• 8:02
  to
• 8:03
  do
• 8:03
  the
• 8:03
  research.
• 8:03
  I
• 8:03
  got
• 8:03
  to
• 8:04
  find
• 8:04
  out.
• 8:04
  But
• 8:05
  it
• 8:05
  looks
• 8:05
  like
• 8:05
  our
• 8:05
  current
• 8:06
  administration
• 8:06
  might
• 8:07
  have
• 8:07
  been
• 8:07
  spending
• 8:08
  FEMA
• 8:08
  dollars
• 8:08
  to
• 8:09
  house
• 8:10
  immigrants
• 8:10
  coming
• 8:11
  in
• 8:11
  from,
• 8:11
  of
• 8:12
  course,
• 8:12
  the
• 8:13
  southern
• 8:13
  border.
• 8:14
  And
• 8:15
  that
• 8:15
  money,
• 8:16
  from
• 8:16
  what
• 8:16
  I'm
• 8:16
  seeing
• 8:17
  being
• 8:17
  reported,
• 8:17
  I'm
• 8:17
  going
• 8:18
  to
• 8:18
  see
• 8:18
  if
• 8:18
  I
• 8:18
  can
• 8:18
  dive
• 8:19
  in
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  see
• 8:19
  what's
• 8:19
  going
• 8:20
  on
• 8:20
  with
• 8:20
  FEMA
• 8:20
  here.
• 8:21
  But
• 8:21
  it
• 8:21
  looks
• 8:21
  like
• 8:22
  they
• 8:22
  might
• 8:22
  be
• 8:22
  spending
• 8:22
  that
• 8:23
  money
• 8:23
  on
• 8:24
  our
• 8:24
  illegal
• 8:24
  immigration
• 8:25
  crisis
• 8:25
  and
• 8:26
  housing
• 8:26
  of
• 8:26
  these
• 8:27
  25
• 8:28
  million
• 8:28
  people
• 8:28
  that
• 8:28
  are
• 8:29
  coming
• 8:29
  into
• 8:29
  the
• 8:29
  US.
• 8:30
  And
• 8:30
  it
• 8:31
  looks
• 8:31
  like
• 8:31
  those
• 8:31
  dollars
• 8:32
  might
• 8:32
  be
• 8:32
  being
• 8:33
  spent
• 8:33
  on
• 8:33
  that
• 8:34
  instead
• 8:35
  of
• 8:35
  taking
• 8:35
  us
• 8:36
  american
• 8:36
  citizens
• 8:37
  that
• 8:38
  are
• 8:38
  paying
• 8:38
  in
• 8:38
  these
• 8:38
  taxes.
• 8:39
  And
• 8:40
  that
• 8:40
  could
• 8:40
  be
• 8:40
  a
• 8:40
  huge
• 8:41
  issue.
• 8:41
  And
• 8:42
  so
• 8:42
  I'm
• 8:42
  going
• 8:42
  to
• 8:42
  do
• 8:42
  some
• 8:42
  research
• 8:43
  on
• 8:43
  it.
• 8:43
  I
• 8:43
  did
• 8:43
  a
• 8:43
  little
• 8:44
  bit
• 8:44
  of
• 8:44
  research
• 8:44
  to
• 8:44
  find
• 8:45
  out
• 8:45
  that,
• 8:45
  yes,
• 8:45
  on
• 8:45
  an
• 8:46
  AP
• 8:46
  story
• 8:46
  that
• 8:47
  Mayorkas
• 8:47
  did
• 8:48
  come
• 8:48
  out
• 8:48
  and
• 8:48
  say
• 8:48
  that,
• 8:49
  hey,
• 8:49
  they
• 8:49
  have
• 8:49
  a
• 8:49
  problem,
• 8:50
  that
• 8:50
  they're
• 8:50
  underfunded.
• 8:51
  And
• 8:51
  then
• 8:51
  I
• 8:52
  went
• 8:52
  over
• 8:52
  to
• 8:52
  Homeland
• 8:53
  Security
• 8:54
  and
• 8:54
  on
• 8:54
  the
• 8:54
  government
• 8:55
  website,
• 8:56
  they
• 8:56
  did
• 8:56
  say
• 8:56
  that,
• 8:57
  yes,
• 8:57
  FEMA
• 8:58
  is
• 8:58
  funding
• 8:59
  all
• 8:59
  their
• 8:59
  housing
• 9:00
  initiatives.
• 9:00
  So
• 9:00
  there's
• 9:01
  people
• 9:01
  that
• 9:01
  are
• 9:02
  basically
• 9:02
  staying
• 9:02
  in
• 9:03
  the,
• 9:03
  in
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  hotels
• 9:03
  in
• 9:04
  New
• 9:04
  York
• 9:04
  City
• 9:04
  for
• 9:04
  $500
• 9:05
  a
• 9:05
  night.
• 9:06
  That's
• 9:06
  coming
• 9:06
  out
• 9:06
  of
• 9:06
  FEMA
• 9:07
  dollars.
• 9:07
  So
• 9:07
  I'm
• 9:07
  going
• 9:08
  to
• 9:08
  dive
• 9:08
  in
• 9:08
  and
• 9:08
  find
• 9:08
  out
• 9:09
  a
• 9:09
  little
• 9:09
  bit
• 9:09
  more
• 9:09
  information
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  see
• 9:10
  if
• 9:10
  I
• 9:11
  can
• 9:11
  let
• 9:11
  you
• 9:11
  know
• 9:11
  what's
• 9:11
  going
• 9:11
  on
• 9:12
  there
• 9:12
  because,
• 9:13
  dang,
• 9:13
  we
• 9:13
  got
• 9:13
  a
• 9:14
  mess
• 9:14
  in
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  south
• 9:14
  and
• 9:14
  those
• 9:15
  folks
• 9:15
  down
• 9:15
  there
• 9:15
  need
• 9:15
  as
• 9:16
  much
• 9:16
  help
• 9:16
  as
• 9:16
  we
• 9:16
  can.
• 9:17
  And
• 9:17
  I
• 9:18
  hope
• 9:18
  we're
• 9:18
  not
• 9:19
  spending
• 9:19
  that
• 9:19
  those
• 9:20
  dollars
• 9:20
  incorrectly
• 9:22
  because,
• 9:22
  boy,
• 9:23
  we
• 9:23
  got
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  get
• 9:23
  these
• 9:23
  guys
• 9:24
  made
• 9:24
  whole
• 9:24
  down
• 9:25
  there,
• 9:25
  get
• 9:25
  those
• 9:25
  roads
• 9:26
  back
• 9:26
  open.
• 9:27
  Some
• 9:27
  of
• 9:27
  those
• 9:27
  roads
• 9:27
  they're
• 9:28
  saying
• 9:28
  aren't
• 9:28
  going
• 9:28
  to
• 9:28
  be
• 9:28
  open
• 9:28
  for
• 9:29
  another
• 9:29
  year
• 9:29
  because
• 9:30
  of
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  damage.
• 9:31
  And
• 9:31
  these
• 9:31
  are
• 9:31
  major
• 9:32
  state
• 9:32
  highways
• 9:32
  and
• 9:32
  stuff
• 9:33
  that
• 9:33
  go
• 9:33
  through
• 9:33
  the
• 9:33
  area
• 9:33
  because
• 9:34
  they
• 9:34
  are
• 9:34
  that
• 9:34
  decimated.
• 9:35
  So
• 9:36
  prayers
• 9:36
  go
• 9:36
  out
• 9:36
  to
• 9:37
  them.
• 9:37
  And
• 9:37
  if
• 9:37
  you
• 9:38
  live
• 9:38
  in
• 9:38
  that
• 9:38
  area,
• 9:38
  if
• 9:39
  there's
• 9:39
  anything
• 9:39
  I
• 9:39
  can
• 9:39
  do
• 9:39
  to
• 9:40
  help
• 9:40
  with
• 9:40
  making
• 9:40
  phone
• 9:40
  calls,
• 9:41
  trying
• 9:41
  to
• 9:41
  get
• 9:41
  stuff
• 9:41
  out
• 9:42
  there,
• 9:42
  please
• 9:42
  reach
• 9:43
  out
• 9:43
  to
• 9:43
  me
• 9:44
  at
• 9:44
  around
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  house
• 9:45
  online.com
• 9:46
  and
• 9:46
  I'll
• 9:46
  see
• 9:46
  what
• 9:46
  I
• 9:47
  can
• 9:47
  do
• 9:47
  from
• 9:47
  out
• 9:48
  here
• 9:48
  way
• 9:48
  out
• 9:48
  on
• 9:48
  the
• 9:48
  west
• 9:49
  coast.
• 9:49
  All
• 9:50
  right,
• 9:50
  everybody,
• 9:50
  have
• 9:50
  a
• 9:50
  great
• 9:50
  rest
• 9:51
  of
• 9:51
  the
• 9:51
  week.
• 9:51
  We'll
• 9:51
  be
• 9:52
  talking
• 9:52
  about
• 9:52
  later
• 9:53
  today,
• 9:53
  the
• 9:53
  show
• 9:54
  coming
• 9:54
  up
• 9:54
  tomorrow,
• 9:55
  which
• 9:55
  is
• 9:55
  a
• 9:55
  great
• 9:56
  one.
• 9:56
  That's
• 9:56
  exciting.
• 9:57
  We're
• 9:57
  going
• 9:57
  to
• 9:57
  be
• 9:58
  talking
• 9:58
  about
• 9:58
  some
• 9:59
  storm
• 9:59
  damage
• 9:59
  and
• 9:59
  how
• 9:59
  to
• 10:00
  take
• 10:00
  care
• 10:00
  of
• 10:00
  that.
• 10:01
  For
• 10:01
  all
• 10:01
  you
• 10:01
  dealing
• 10:02
  with
• 10:02
  that,
• 10:02
  tune
• 10:03
  into
• 10:03
  Saturday's
• 10:03
  show
• 10:04
  cause
• 10:04
  we're
• 10:04
  gonna
• 10:04
  have
• 10:04
  a
• 10:04
  big
• 10:05
  single
• 10:05
  hour
• 10:06
  episode
• 10:06
  about
• 10:07
  that.
• 10:07
  I'm
• 10:07
  Eric
• 10:08
  G.
• 10:08
  Thanks
• 10:08
  for
• 10:09
  tuning
• 10:09
  in
• 10:09
  to
• 10:09
  around
• 10:09
  the
• 10:10
  house.
• 10:10
  When
• 10:10
  things
• 10:11
  happen,
• 10:11
  I'll
• 10:12
  update
• 10:12
  you.
• 10:21
  Somewhere
• 10:22
  unseen
• 10:24
  and
• 10:25
  undiscovered
• 10:27
  anywhere
• 10:28
  beyond
• 10:29
  the
• 10:29
  me
• 10:30
  love
• 10:31
  is
• 10:31
  a
• 10:31
  love
• 10:31
  song
• 10:32
  let's
• 10:32
  be
• 10:33
  lovers
• 10:34

• 10:38
  I
• 10:39
  know
• 10:39
  where
• 10:39
  to
• 10:39
  go
• 10:41
  all
• 10:41
  over
• 10:42
  the

  radio
• 10:43
