- 0:01America, we are back, baby. Welcome to another episode of
- 0:04American Filter. We got a great show for you guys
- 0:06today. Glad to be back with you guys
- 0:07here today on Tuesday, very exciting day, kind of a slower
- 0:12Newsday. Not a ton to talk about.
- 0:13We do have a couple small things we'll talk about and then really
- 0:16we're just going to be doing a review of Candace Owens show
- 0:19today. I think she's going to be doing
- 0:21somewhat of a victory lap today. So I figured we'd TuneIn, we
- 0:24we'd see what she got. We'll we'll hear her out.
- 0:26We'll see what she's got to say about it.
- 0:29But if you guys haven't heard, yesterday there was breaking
- 0:32information out of the Tyler Robinson case.
- 0:34And the information was they were not able to match the
- 0:36bullet found inside Charlie Kirk to the gun that Tyler Robinson
- 0:41allegedly shot. And it doesn't necessarily mean
- 0:44that the bullet didn't come from that gun.
- 0:46What it does mean is that the bullet was either so mangled
- 0:50that they weren't able to match it or that the bullet didn't
- 0:53come from that gun. It means one of the two things
- 0:56most likely. I would say it was probably too
- 1:00mangled based off of the research I did.
- 1:03I did a little bit of research following the news popping up
- 1:07yesterday and I saw that when 30 out six bullets hit bone and
- 1:12their soft tip, soft point bullets, which are kind of like
- 1:16hollow points, are meant to expand upon impact.
- 1:19When they hit bone, they break it like a 30% rate.
- 1:22So it's not entirely out of the question for a bullet like this
- 1:27to completely shatter it. It is a little bit rare because
- 1:30like I said, it is such a high-powered bullet.
- 1:33It is such a high caliber that most, most times it's probably
- 1:38just going to rip your fucking head clean off.
- 1:39You know, we, we are, we probably did get spared from
- 1:43seeing that. And you know, we, we did see a
- 1:45very graphic assassination, extremely graphic 4K
- 1:49assassination where you saw that, you know, I don't want to
- 1:51get too graphic, but we all saw it.
- 1:52You know, you see the blood coming out of the neck.
- 1:55But realistically, we could have saw a much worse picture.
- 1:57We we could have seen his entire fucking head fly off.
- 2:00So at the very least, I'm glad we, we didn't have to see that.
- 2:05That would have been I mean, it was hard enough seeing Charlie
- 2:07die if we saw his entire fucking head get blown off that that I
- 2:11mean, that would be devastating. Like that would really be
- 2:13devastating. But we're going to be doing a
- 2:15review of Candace's video before that.
- 2:17Like I said, we'll talk about a couple small things.
- 2:19And before we get into all of it, Please remember to like
- 2:21smash the follow button. Leave a comment.
- 2:23We read all the comments at the end of each show.
- 2:24Rate the show 5 stars on Spotify.
- 2:26Follow me on X Instagram, whatever platform you are
- 2:29watching on. We should have YouTube back by
- 2:32the end of the week. Still suspended on YouTube.
- 2:35I know, I know. I'm still the red headed
- 2:37stepchild getting treated like, yeah, I feel like I contribute.
- 2:42You know, I, I, I do something for YouTube.
- 2:44Maybe I'm not bringing them a ton of viewers, but they're
- 2:47shadow banning me. You know, what can I do?
- 2:50But then I get, I get suspended for one week because of
- 2:53copyright. And to be honest, we blame
- 2:55Tucker Carlson. I went over that yesterday.
- 2:57We don't have to go into it again today.
- 2:59Absolutely absurd. Fuck you Tucker for that one.
- 3:02What are we going to do about it?
- 3:03You know we'll have it back in a week.
- 3:05We'll upload all the stuff at the end of the week, but we
- 3:07still have every other platform to be thankful of and somehow we
- 3:10got on banned on twitch. That's the I might be the only
- 3:13guy on twitch saying con retard faggot like I might be the only
- 3:16guy only real one on Twitch left.
- 3:19Eventually I'll get banned for sure, but I'm the only real one
- 3:22on twitch. I'm the only real one calling
- 3:24black super predators on twitch. I'm the only one calling out
- 3:27black crime. I'm the only one calling these
- 3:28women three O 4 sluts. No one else on Twitch is doing
- 3:32this. I'm doing the Lord's work.
- 3:34I'm doing the Lord's work right now.
- 3:36Really. Like we, we need a guy like me
- 3:38on Twitch. You need a guy like me.
- 3:40You need a guy who's going to tell you the real news.
- 3:42You need a guy who's going to tell you the real problem.
- 3:44Like there's going to be those guys who are just like, oh, it's
- 3:47not 'cause they're black, it's 'cause they're poor that they're
- 3:49committing crimes. And then I'm over here like, you
- 3:52know what? The poor white kids do a lot
- 3:53better than the poor black kids. Why is that?
- 3:56Then we dive into how they are just raised as super predators
- 3:59basically. Twitch doesn't like that though,
- 4:02but we're going to keep pushing forward.
- 4:04We're Yeah, Someone said in there, Twitch goes again.
- 4:06Possibly. That would be funny if I got
- 4:08banned for this little rant on Twitch.
- 4:11Black culture is black culture is fucked.
- 4:13Black culture is terrible. Someone said I'm the next
- 4:15Hassan. Fuck Hassan.
- 4:17You want to hear something crazy?
- 4:18I I knew who Hassan Piper was so early before anybody fucking
- 4:22knew who this guy was. And maybe not.
- 4:25I don't want to say I'm the earliest, but I was one of the
- 4:28earliest ones. I found out about him in 27 2016
- 4:332017. I I was just finishing high
- 4:36school. I had just reached out to Adam
- 4:39Calhoun on X or not on X on Instagram or I don't know where
- 4:45I got his info. I I reached out to him on some
- 4:47platform. Adam Calhoun.
- 4:49He used to make those funny skip videos with his son.
- 4:52And then after his son went to the military, he, he was a part
- 4:56owner of Grunt Style and then he became like a country rapper.
- 5:00You know, his music's what? It's not necessarily my taste,
- 5:03but I, I support the guy. I love the guy, great person.
- 5:07I think he's a gripper. I don't know, I haven't talked
- 5:08to him in years, but I ended up volunteering with him on
- 5:10Christmas one year and him and Hassan had like a crazy beef.
- 5:16Hassan did like a reaction to 1 Adam Calhoun's videos and he was
- 5:20like, this guy is this guy's a piece of shit.
- 5:22And then Adam Calhoun made a reaction back.
- 5:25And then Adam Calhoun used to like this when Snapchat was
- 5:28bigger too. And he used to have his huge
- 5:30Snapchat community. And he used to do this thing
- 5:33where he would have people like send him pictures and he put
- 5:35them up on a story for different days.
- 5:37And one day he took a picture of him taking a shit.
- 5:40And he was like, I'm taking a Hassan Piker.
- 5:42Everybody, when you take a Hassan Piker today, make sure to
- 5:44send me your picture of it. And then for the next fucking
- 5:48three months straight, literally you'd go on Adam Calhoun
- 5:51Snapchat story and it would be pictures of people taking shits
- 5:54like men and women taking shits and it would just say like
- 5:57taking us on bike and taking us up on everyone of them.
- 6:00And this is like, I don't know how old Hassan is, but this is
- 6:0320. This was a while ago.
- 6:04So it's so funny to think that like Hassan Piker being a nobody
- 6:08gotten a beef with this random guy that I like.
- 6:10I didn't know, but I kind of knew him and I met him, I
- 6:12volunteered with him and they getting this beef and he's like,
- 6:16you know what, We're just going to call taking a shit, taking a
- 6:18Hassan Piker and everyone's going to send their pictures in.
- 6:21I don't know. I thought it was great.
- 6:23I really thought it was great. Someone said but Biden told me
- 6:26the poor kids are just as good as white kids.
- 6:30Dude Biden's base people don't like dude I yearn for the 90s
- 6:34Biden days because the 90s Biden he's like you know what, three
- 6:37strike laws, 94 crime pill. You know what super predators
- 6:41fuck those super like 90s Biden based as fuck anti-gay man.
- 6:47Like he he's on our side with literally everything. 90s Joe
- 6:50Biden, he's probably very pro white too.
- 6:52Deep down. I think Biden was secretly based
- 6:56as fuck, but he just had to put on a show, you know what I mean?
- 6:58Kind of like the Clintons. It's like the Clintons, It's not
- 7:01like they're super base, maybe a little bit, but they put on a
- 7:05show. We all know it's an act.
- 7:06Like their marriage is an act. Everything about the Clintons is
- 7:09an act. Kind of interesting, kind of
- 7:13interesting stuff. But let's see.
- 7:15Someone said don't fall for the race war propaganda from Jews,
- 7:19IE wrote that twice. I don't think the second time
- 7:23it's going to do much. Yeah, here's the thing.
- 7:26There's not like a race war in the way they kind of present in
- 7:29the media. But there is a little bit of a
- 7:31racial divide happening now. More people and like this is,
- 7:34I'm not going to name names, but I talk to people on a daily
- 7:37basis. And a lot of people I talked to
- 7:40are liberal. A lot of people I talked to are
- 7:42on the right. Gropers, regular MAGA people,
- 7:44liberals, leftist, anarchist, communist.
- 7:47You know, I talk to everybody. I have friends all different
- 7:50sides of the aisle. And here's the thing, like I
- 7:52will say 9 out of 10 of my friends, you know, including the
- 7:56people on the left, the leftist, the liberals, the douchebags,
- 7:59the retards, 9 out of 10 of them right now, we're saying, yeah,
- 8:03black culture is a problem. Black culture is out of control.
- 8:05And it's it's violent, it's reckless there.
- 8:08There's no decorum or respect. So there is something changing
- 8:12in the country where it is becoming a more acceptable
- 8:14talking point. Like it's kind of like the
- 8:16Muslim thing. It's like for a while you just
- 8:18couldn't talk about it, you know, Islamophobia and all that
- 8:20bullshit. And then eventually it just
- 8:22became, it's like, OK, we don't want them here so we can talk.
- 8:26Like eventually it just became we get, and to be honest, that
- 8:29was a little bit the Jews, the Jews didn't want them here.
- 8:31So we were able to talk about that.
- 8:33And maybe, I don't know, I, I, I'd hate to say that that's the
- 8:36same thing with blacks, because I think it is slightly
- 8:38different. I, I do think this is actually
- 8:40just a culture problem, not just a culture problem.
- 8:42It's also an IQ problem. But I think that's the reason
- 8:45that people are starting to accept it.
- 8:46It's not because they're letting us.
- 8:47It's because we have no option. It's you're either a little
- 8:51racist and you live, or you're not racist at all and maybe you
- 8:54die with a fucking black guy stabbing you in the heart.
- 8:57You know what I mean? It's it's not safe in America
- 9:01right now. It really isn't.
- 9:02It's not safe in our inner cities.
- 9:04It's not safe in all the best cities in the country.
- 9:09You know, you go to LA, you go to New York, you go to Chicago,
- 9:12you go to Miami, Tampa. Like who are you looking for?
- 9:14When you're looking over your shoulder, you're not looking for
- 9:16some like 6-2 Chad white frat guy.
- 9:19You're looking for a black guy. You're looking to see if you're
- 9:21going to get fucking robbed. And it is becoming a massive
- 9:25problem that we really need to, we really need to figure out a
- 9:29solution. And in my opinion, the solution
- 9:31is you really have to just take the violent ones and either put
- 9:34them in slave camps, put them in jail for life, or send them back
- 9:38to Africa. Like there's no options besides
- 9:40that. You cannot, you cannot, you
- 9:43know, forcefully assimilate people who are just violent in
- 9:46by nature. You, you can't forcefully
- 9:47assimilate people to our culture.
- 9:49They don't fit in at all. And the more they try and like
- 9:53force it on us and the less it's working.
- 9:55I even I saw where was. I wonder if I have it saved.
- 10:00Let me see if I have it saved. If I do, I'll pop it up.
- 10:02If not, I'll just talk about it for a SEC.
- 10:06I won't waste too much time looking for it.
- 10:09Let's see. Yeah.
- 10:17OK. Here it is.
- 10:18I found it. Someone posted a picture of like
- 10:20a black and a white kid. It was this.
- 10:23And they go, kids be so innocent till grown people pollute their
- 10:27minds. And then there was a response to
- 10:29it. And I'm like, to be honest, the
- 10:30response is perfect. They go, blacks don't realize
- 10:32many, many white children have grown up with their parents
- 10:35telling them color doesn't matter and never to be racist.
- 10:38That's all we heard growing up and we listened.
- 10:40And to be honest, that's true for my life that, you know,
- 10:42growing up, I grew up in a almost all white town.
- 10:46You know, there was like 1 black kid in my 2 black kids in my
- 10:48grade. And to be honest, one of them
- 10:49was a criminal. The other one was shoes grade,
- 10:52but the other one was a criminal.
- 10:54But we, we, we had two black kids in my grade, like fucking
- 10:58five, my entire school, you know, very white town, extremely
- 11:01white town. But as I was growing up, we're
- 11:03taught like not to see color. We were, we were told that you
- 11:06have to look at everyone equally.
- 11:07And if you, you know, look at anybody, if you even notice
- 11:09someone's color, you're a racist.
- 11:12Then it goes on, they say. But we grow up and we went into
- 11:15the world and we realized that all was complete bullshit, that
- 11:19blacks will never take accountability for bullshit that
- 11:22they do. We can show you all the
- 11:24statistics, data that reveal that they are deeply violent,
- 11:28ignorant, low impulse creatures to be around.
- 11:30We were raised to give them the benefit of the doubt.
- 11:33And they, through their actions and words made us like this.
- 11:38And I think this is like a perfect description of this
- 11:40because a lot of people ask me in my life, you know, who've
- 11:44known me my entire life, but have now seen me on my show.
- 11:47And like, maybe they haven't always heard me talk as
- 11:49passionately about this as I do on the show in real life.
- 11:52And they're they're like, you know, what happened?
- 11:54Like what radicalized you? What you got you like this?
- 11:57And it really was just personal life experiences for the most
- 12:01part. You know, I did see blacks act
- 12:03like shit. I I went to pretty much an all
- 12:04black college for a year and I watched their culture very up
- 12:08close. I saw it.
- 12:09It's disgusting. It is reckless, it is violent
- 12:12and it is rude. It is not polite at all.
- 12:15It's not a giving community. It's a community of taking It's
- 12:18a community of, you know, survival of the fittest.
- 12:21Like it's whoever's the here, here's a good thing.
- 12:24It's like the the lower the IQ of a group, the the more you
- 12:29have to act violently to or you have to act be feared to have
- 12:33status within that group. So the lower IQ, the more you
- 12:35need to be feared to be accepted or to be a leader in that group.
- 12:39And who are we referring to when we say that?
- 12:41Mainly we're talking about the blacks.
- 12:43You know, these people, they are lower IQ by nature.
- 12:45And that is one of the reasons they act so aggressive is
- 12:48because they don't understand these complex issues or they
- 12:51don't have complex thinking skills.
- 12:54So they will default to what our primal human nature is.
- 12:58It's like, I'm better than you because I'm bigger than you
- 13:00because I can fucking kill you if I want to with my bare hands.
- 13:02I'm better than you as a person. And that is kind of for the most
- 13:06part how these people do ACT. You know, again, it's not All
- 13:09Blacks. I'd hate for anyone to hear what
- 13:11I'm saying and think like it's every single black person
- 13:14because that's also not true that there are some good black
- 13:16people. But the problem is, is that the
- 13:18bad ones over shadow the good ones by a lot.
- 13:21You know, it's not like, like you see, you know, 5 good blacks
- 13:25and then you see one bad. It's, it's the opposite.
- 13:27You, you see one good for every like 10 or 15 bad.
- 13:30It's really awful when, when you're running through the big
- 13:33cities, when you're going through your everyday life
- 13:35outside of like a corporate office, when you're just out and
- 13:39about and you encounter a black. I don't know, at least in my
- 13:43life, 8 times out of 10, it's ending.
- 13:44It's not ending well. You know, it's ending in some
- 13:47form of them saying or doing something rude or disgusting or,
- 13:53you know, trying to cause a scene or cause a ride in the
- 13:56place that we're in. Like I was once, like a few
- 13:59years ago, I was at a Dollar Tree.
- 14:01I was on the phone with my buddy years ago.
- 14:04Actually, I had to be like 6-7 eight years ago. 6-7, I had to
- 14:07be like 6-7 eight years ago because I, I just moved to
- 14:10Florida. Remember, I'm on the phone with
- 14:12my buddy who is in West Virginia.
- 14:14And then as I'm on the phone, this black girl comes in and
- 14:16starts wrecking the entire store.
- 14:18And it's like, again, that's not all black people, but there are
- 14:21just a lot of them like that. There are a lot of them who are
- 14:23just destructive, who are violent, who are low IQ and who
- 14:26do try and assert their confidence through dominance.
- 14:30And, and it's, it's such a low IQ trade, It's such a low IQ
- 14:34culture that if we are not able to improve this, it will be very
- 14:39bad for the white man in America because these people do not get
- 14:42along with white people. And they are taught from a very
- 14:44young age to despise and not trust white people.
- 14:47You know, if you, if you talk to black people and you ask them
- 14:49like, what did your parents tell you about white people as you
- 14:51were growing up or, or what was your perception of the white man
- 14:54growing up? They're going to say slavery,
- 14:56Jim Crow, that, you know, like Derek Chauvin, They're not going
- 15:02to say anything positive. It's going to be almost all
- 15:06negative. So that that's a huge problem as
- 15:08well. There's a lot of problems with.
- 15:10I just went on a long rant about black culture for literally no
- 15:12reason, but it's all true. Let's see what some people are
- 15:15saying, then we'll go on with the news.
- 15:17Someone said everyone's stereotypes.
- 15:21It's being a human that can think assimilate them back to
- 15:24Chad. 2 black kids in my class, 1 is a teacher, other shot his
- 15:28GPA. We had four of my Grade 1 was
- 15:31autistic and the other three got killed stealing a car and
- 15:34wrecking it. Yeah, like never beating the
- 15:36stereotypes. They're literally never beating
- 15:38the stereotypes. It's crazy.
- 15:41But yeah, I saw that post and it was just like, you know, it's a
- 15:43black and a white kid together. It's like we're taught racism.
- 15:46It's like, no, no, no, we're not as like, sure, you can make the
- 15:49argument that one out of every hundred kids is taught to be
- 15:52truly racist and to hate people because they are a different
- 15:55color. But if you're just a normal
- 15:57person, if you're slightly above average IQ or even if you're
- 16:01average IQ, you've probably just realized over time that these
- 16:05people are lower IQ than you, that these people don't
- 16:07assimilate well, that they, they get 10 times more.
- 16:10Like I saw this statistic and I'm going to misquote the
- 16:13numbers because I don't know, I'm 100% off the top of my head.
- 16:16But a recent statistics showed that in New York City
- 16:19specifically, white men, for every $1.00 they put into taxes,
- 16:23they get about like $0.03 back with, you know, government
- 16:27services, benefits, things like that.
- 16:30For black people, it's for every $1.00 they put in, they're
- 16:33getting about like $12.00 and change in return in assistance
- 16:38and things like that. And it's like we're really
- 16:41paying for these people to act this way, like we are financing
- 16:45their shitty behavior. And that's part of the problem.
- 16:47Like, obviously the big problem is the behavior itself and that
- 16:51they're not assimilated to society and that we do have to
- 16:53deal with it in our daily lives. But another part of the problem
- 16:56is we're subsidizing it. You know what I mean?
- 16:58It's kind of like the Israel issue.
- 17:00It's different, but it's similar in a way.
- 17:03When you think about like this, you know, Israel acts like shit
- 17:07that they're terrorist country in their region, that they
- 17:09torture everybody around them. They go to war with everybody
- 17:12around them. But the United States is
- 17:14involved. We are, we are subsidizing all
- 17:16that. We are subsidizing their shitty
- 17:18behavior, which ties us to them. And right now it's same in
- 17:22America. It's like we're, we're so tied
- 17:23to this issue. We need to, we need to get rid
- 17:27of a lot of the entitlements. We need to really change how we
- 17:30give out the social services in our country, the welfare state,
- 17:33SNAP. We, we need to rethink all these
- 17:35things and even as politically unpopular as it is, we, we do
- 17:39have to change it. And if we're unwilling to change
- 17:41it, then we would be stupid to assume that things will get
- 17:44better. We, we would actually be retards
- 17:46to think that things will ever get better if we're never going
- 17:48to stop what's causing the problem or, or what's aiding and
- 17:51abetting to the problem, even if it's not the initial cause.
- 17:54The initial cause is the low IQ and the fact that we just didn't
- 17:57send them back a few 100 years ago.
- 17:59You know that there's a lot of strong arguments that we should
- 18:01have just sent them back post slavery, but given that we
- 18:04didn't, we, we completely failed to assimilate them.
- 18:08And to be honest, we have to take credit for that.
- 18:10Like maybe you don't and I don't personally, you know, I, I
- 18:13didn't take part in shaping the system that blacks failed to
- 18:18assimilate to. But the white man does have to
- 18:21take a, a slight bit of responsibility in the fact that
- 18:23we, we expected them to be able to assimilate to a higher IQ
- 18:28society when realistically they were never able to.
- 18:32We we should have created a secondary society within society
- 18:37that allows them to contribute like similar to how we do with
- 18:40illegal immigrants. Like illegal immigrants work the
- 18:42shit jobs like if realistically, and that's kind of the jobs
- 18:45blacks work. If we just like expected them to
- 18:48work those never expected them to get any higher.
- 18:51To be honest, that would probably be one of the best,
- 18:53best answers to this entire thing.
- 18:57But again, it's a, it's an issue a lot of people don't want to
- 19:00talk about, but it's something that I am passionate about
- 19:02because not only are white people dying in this country,
- 19:05we're dying off very sadly. But these people do hate us.
- 19:09And again, it's not all of them, but a lot of them do fucking
- 19:11hate white people because they're taught that from a young
- 19:14age. And when you have such a violent
- 19:15group who hates the group that I'm a part of, it's something I
- 19:18don't want around me, and it's something I want to avoid almost
- 19:21at all costs. Let's go in.
- 19:25I want to talk about two small news stories, and then we'll go
- 19:27into the Candace Owens review. But for the two small news
- 19:31stories, one is one of the most fucking absurd things I've ever
- 19:34seen. Yeah, we'll do that first.
- 19:38So Christy Gnome, if you guys don't know her, she was from the
- 19:43Department of Homeland Security. A really stupid bitch, to be
- 19:46honest, like one of the dumbest bitches in existence.
- 19:49One one of the dumbest women in politics.
- 19:51She was in Trump's administration, removed from
- 19:53Trump's administration. The new information's coming out
- 19:56that her husband has been living a secret life as a crossdresser
- 20:01and apparently she never knew anything about it.
- 20:03Their kid like that's what they're saying.
- 20:05I I find it hard to believe that you could like live with
- 20:07someone, be married to someone and not know that they're
- 20:09engaged in that type of disgusting behavior.
- 20:11And another thing I found interesting.
- 20:14It's like a lot of leftists are shitting on them for this, and
- 20:16it's like. I'm so used to the left being
- 20:20being like, oh, it's OK, be whatever you want, do whatever
- 20:22you want. But then it when it comes to
- 20:23like someone on the right doing it, they're like super
- 20:25intolerant about it. I kind of find it to be funny
- 20:28because it's like, again, I'm not for what he's doing.
- 20:30It's fucking weird. But it's like the people on the
- 20:32left, instead of being like, you know what, let him be who he
- 20:35wants to be. They're like, that's fucking
- 20:36gross and weird. And it's like what happened in
- 20:39the party who loves everybody and all your identities and all
- 20:42this shit. It's kind of just funny to see,
- 20:44but it is it's a fitting ending to Christy Gnomes political
- 20:48career. Her career go out with a
- 20:51atrocious bang. She she gets fired from Trump's
- 20:55admin over misappropriations of funds and just being an absolute
- 20:58stupid bitch. And then right after you find
- 21:01out her husband's a tranny, it's like, OK, I'm like, this is
- 21:04crazy. Someone, someone check if she's
- 21:07on suicide watch. Someone check if Christy Gnomes
- 21:09on suicide watch today because I saw that and I'm like, that's
- 21:12fucking weird. Another small news story I saw
- 21:15and this one's really I don't like.
- 21:18I hate that I'm even reporting on this because I hate reporting
- 21:21about shit like this because I don't it's not that I don't
- 21:24think it's real. Like it might be real.
- 21:25It may not, but it's like we have bigger issues we're dealing
- 21:28with in America, if I'm being honest.
- 21:30But Matt Gaetz today released on a podcast that there is a alien
- 21:37human breeding program that exists that's classified where
- 21:40aliens and humans are fucking to create hybrids that can
- 21:44communicate with the aliens. Again, like I said, I, I hate to
- 21:48even have to report on this because it's just like, this
- 21:52sounds retarded. I, I, I feel like I sound
- 21:55retarded saying it out loud. It's like what?
- 21:57Like as I was saying that, I'm like, I sound like a total
- 21:59fucking idiot. But yeah, so apparently aliens
- 22:02and humans are fucking creating hybrids.
- 22:06And, and the, the quote that really stuck to me, they were
- 22:08like, you would be surprised at how many people that you know
- 22:12are not just humans. And I was like, OK, OK, that's
- 22:17bullshit. That's bull.
- 22:18Like that's, you're not going to like convince me that like my ex
- 22:22girlfriend's a fucking alien, you know what I mean?
- 22:24Like you're not going to convince me that like one of the
- 22:26professors I had was like a hybrid.
- 22:29It's just like, come on. Like can we, can we get back to
- 22:32reality? We're being raped by Israel.
- 22:34We have blacks taking over our country and our cities.
- 22:37We have teen takeovers fucking everything over.
- 22:40Mexicans are pouring over the border.
- 22:42Schools are delusional and we're $38 trillion in debt.
- 22:46But guys, guys, guys, let's focus on the fact that aliens
- 22:48and humans are secretly breeding to create a hot.
- 22:51It's like it's like This is why we're going because there are
- 22:55people who like this is going to be they're going to see that and
- 22:57they're like, this is the biggest Newsday ever.
- 23:00It's like, dude, we're in the middle of a war with Iran for
- 23:02Israel. We have hundreds of Americans
- 23:05injured and hundreds dead and you're you're sitting here
- 23:09hitting your bong telling me that aliens and humans fucking
- 23:12is the is the biggest news of all time.
- 23:14It's like, OK, OK, I want to beat the like stupid goyim
- 23:20tricks are for kids. Beat the fuck out of here.
- 23:22Like it just pisses me off because it's like, here's the
- 23:26thing, I know myself in college, myself in college, I would have
- 23:29been one of those fucking people that I want to beat the shit out
- 23:31of. I would have been like, dude,
- 23:32that's crazy, man. And then now I'm just like, I, I
- 23:35want to fucking hang those people who are talking.
- 23:38Like I want to fucking kill the people who are like that.
- 23:42That's how you evolve in life. That's called maturing.
- 23:45You know, that's that's what's called growing up.
- 23:49Yeah, it's so apparently we got aliens and humans fucking.
- 23:52Your mom's an alien, Your dad is a hybrid.
- 23:56Your your your grandma is a hybrid.
- 23:59Like everyone you may know might be a hybrid.
- 24:01So make sure you go and you like get like a little pin or
- 24:04something and you start pricking people and see if they bleed
- 24:07green or red. Like, what's the point in
- 24:11telling us that? Like, what are you guys trying
- 24:13to like leak with that information?
- 24:14I just don't like, what's the, what's the goal?
- 24:18Like, are they ever going to like sit us down and be like,
- 24:20guys, aliens have been real this whole time.
- 24:22They've been trying to, they, they've been like trying to
- 24:25communicate with us and we can't feel like, what, what are they
- 24:27going to do? Like, what's the end game of
- 24:29this entire alien thing? Because it's been a thing
- 24:32forever. And then during COVID, they
- 24:34released the UFO videos from the Air Force.
- 24:37And to be honest, there's a lot of weird anomalies.
- 24:40I don't write it off completely. And I think statistically it's
- 24:42it's actually extremely likely that we're not the only ones.
- 24:46But at the same time, it's like, what is the end goal?
- 24:49Like what do we gain from knowing that information?
- 24:52What do we gain from like talking about this at all?
- 24:56Like, if we're not, if you're not going to declassify the rest
- 24:59of it, what do you gain from just telling people that there
- 25:01are aliens and humans? Fucking Like, I just don't get
- 25:03it Now. I don't understand it at all.
- 25:05And I don't, I don't know if I ever will.
- 25:08Maybe if they release all the information.
- 25:10But it's like when you give us like one slice of the pie, it's
- 25:13like, I'm still fucking hungry, bitch.
- 25:14I don't know, like, like tell me the answers.
- 25:16I'm still hungry. I'm starving for it.
- 25:19But they refuse to do that. They'll give you like little
- 25:21snippets. They're like, you know what
- 25:23aliens and humans are fucking, but we're not going to tell you
- 25:25anything else. It's like what?
- 25:27My race is being raped by aliens And you're not going to tell me
- 25:31like what? You're not going to give me any
- 25:32more information that just so you know, your race is being
- 25:35raped by a way more advanced. It's like, whoa, OK, OK.
- 25:41That's all you're going to tell me.
- 25:42You're not going to. You're not going to give me
- 25:44anything more. It's like it's like if they're
- 25:46like, hey, your grandma has cancer, it's like, Oh my God,
- 25:48how bad is it? They're like, that's all we're
- 25:49going to tell you. It's like what?
- 25:52That's all you're going to tell me.
- 25:53What are you talking about? It's like Matt Gaetz, what are
- 25:56you doing? That's all you're going to tell
- 25:57us. Here's the question though.
- 26:00Is it great if an alien fucks a human because they're way more
- 26:04advanced? Is is that like like if I fucked
- 26:07a girl with Down syndrome like that would be rape I think.
- 26:10I would imagine if I had sex with like a really Down syndrome
- 26:13girl that would be rape. Is an alien fucking a human the
- 26:18same as fucking a Down syndrome kid?
- 26:20Not kid, sorry, but sorry, sorry sorry but you guys get what I'm
- 26:29saying. Is it the same?
- 26:31Is it the same when an alien fucks the lesser species?
- 26:36See these are the questions we need to know.
- 26:37These are the questions I want to know what what is the consent
- 26:40laws like How does that work? Can an alien even consent?
- 26:45Like if they don't speak English, if they don't speak our
- 26:47language, if I fuck an alien, am I raping the alien?
- 26:50Like how does that work? See this is what they want us to
- 26:54be. They got me.
- 26:55This is what they wanted. They wanted me to be sitting
- 26:58here thinking about humans and aliens fucking.
- 27:00And like they can if it's consensual or not.
- 27:03Like this is what the Jews want. We're losing in real time.
- 27:07No, I'm kidding. But someone said let's see.
- 27:12Someone said, no wonder she was cheating on her husband.
- 27:14She knew. Oh, Christy, no.
- 27:18Oh, it took me a second to figure out what you're talking
- 27:20about. Someone said next time on The
- 27:22X-Files, that's just Laura with the.
- 27:24Yeah, Laura Loomer is probably one of them.
- 27:26I'd imagine Laura Loomer is one of the aliens.
- 27:29Laura Loomer has got to be one of the freak aliens.
- 27:32That would make sense. How funny would it be if we
- 27:36found out that all the Jews were just alien hybrids?
- 27:42It all came full circle. It all came full circle.
- 27:45We find out that Jews are secretly just alien hybrids
- 27:51trying to fuck America over. That would be that would be the
- 27:56true cherry on top. That would be the funniest thing
- 27:59ever. That would actually be one of
- 28:01the funniest things ever. The reason we're just going
- 28:05slaves to them is because they're actually alien hybrids
- 28:07here to fucking rape us. All.
- 28:10Could be the IT could be the case.
- 28:12Guys, Guys, it could be the case.
- 28:15Holy shit. OK, but let's move on.
- 28:18We'll talk about one small news story and then we'll we'll go on
- 28:22to our review of Candice Owens video.
- 28:26Actually, maybe we'll read the article.
- 28:27We'll touch on the article that came out that Candace is going
- 28:30to talk about in the video. I don't know if she's going to
- 28:32touch on the article. She probably will, but I don't
- 28:34know. But there was this video that
- 28:36came out. This is the last thing I want to
- 28:38go over. And again, we don't have to like
- 28:40talk about this for a while because the video kind of speaks
- 28:43for itself. But the video is of a ballistic
- 28:46missile exploding literally feet from U.S. troops.
- 28:49And this is showing what Donald Trump has done, what what he's
- 28:52putting our troops through for Israel's success.
- 28:55This war is for Israel. It benefits Israel.
- 28:57It doesn't benefit America. Donald Trump has already tacoed
- 29:00out multiple times on the negotiations, keeps extending
- 29:04the deadline. He's even saying we might just
- 29:06pull out without. Excuse me, we might pull out
- 29:10without regaining control of the straight of her movies, which
- 29:13would be a massive loss. So right now, nothing about this
- 29:17war is going well. We're seeing Americans getting
- 29:18injured and dying overseas. And just watch this video of how
- 29:22fucking crazy like this is. This is what these guys are
- 29:24dealing with. Like holy shit, we got to watch
- 29:33that again. Like it's fucked up, but I do
- 29:36like videos of cool shit that it's fucking crazy.
- 29:42Holy shit. Like can we get a freeze frame
- 29:45right before it? Like look at that.
- 29:47Holy fuck that's scary. That's so fucked up.
- 29:51That is scary, actually insane. Someone said the dude in the
- 30:00video is just wearing boxers and a vest.
- 30:07The dude in what video? In the video I just showed, that
- 30:13guy's just wearing boxers and a vest.
- 30:14Oh, there's oh, oh, shit, you're right.
- 30:25What the fuck? That's crazy.
- 30:26You notice that that Yeah, that's crazy.
- 30:29I didn't even notice that. That's crazy.
- 30:31This guy's up there. He's taking a shit in a tunnel
- 30:34and a fucking ballistic missiles coming down.
- 30:36Imagine you, you pull your pants down and you're in the middle of
- 30:38a war zone. You're like finally I get like 2
- 30:40minutes to take a shit. You don't even have like TikTok
- 30:43to scroll on a you're suffering like a poor person shitting with
- 30:47no phone, no nothing to scroll at all.
- 30:49Like it's the fucking 14 hundreds.
- 30:51You're sitting there shitting and a fucking ballistic missile
- 30:54comes around. Like how fucked up is that?
- 30:56That's crazy. OK, let's go on to this Charlie
- 31:02Kirk stuff though. This is the what's trending on
- 31:06X. Then we'll go over to the actual
- 31:08article. Just get one subscription on
- 31:13kick. Thank you, much appreciated.
- 31:16Thank you so much for your support.
- 31:17Thank you for the gifted sub. Let's go huge W someone said
- 31:20give your heart. My heart goes out to you aliens.
- 31:22Please don't rape me. Please do not rape me.
- 31:25I don't want to be that little Down syndrome girl.
- 31:27I don't want to be that Down syndrome girl.
- 31:30Can someone answer my my question though?
- 31:31Is it rape to fuck someone with Down syndrome?
- 31:34If so, why wouldn't it be rape for an alien to fuck a human?
- 31:37You know by that seems like sound logic to me.
- 31:39Like we are just Down syndrome people to to aliens if I like
- 31:44We're just way less advanced you know?
- 31:47I think it I think it's smart logic.
- 31:49I really do think I'm on to something, but OK.
- 31:52Tyler Robinson, accused of assassinating conservative
- 31:55activist Charlie Kirk during a September 10th, 2025 event at
- 31:58Utah Valley University, faces capital murder charges.
- 32:01Prosecutors seek the death penalty.
- 32:02ATF analysis examined A fragmented 30 out six bullet
- 32:06from Kirk's autopsy but found insufficient markings to match
- 32:10it to the rifle found nearby, prompting the defense to seek a
- 32:14six month delay for reviewing over 600,000 discovery files.
- 32:21And we'll go over to the actual article itself and then after we
- 32:24review the article for a second, we will OK, What the fuck's
- 32:29going on? I, I have 1000 megabyte a second
- 32:32Internet and and this fucking thing can't load.
- 32:34Like what the fuck? Come on.
- 32:39It's like not even it's not letting me fucking scroll, OK?
- 32:47I don't even like what the fuck's going on.
- 32:49OK, here we go. So many fucking shitty ads.
- 32:56The bullet killed that killed conservative commentator Charlie
- 32:59Kirk may not match the rifle used by suspected killer Tyler
- 33:02Robinson, a bombshell new court filing states.
- 33:07His defense attorneys now argue that the Bureau of Alcohol,
- 33:11Tobacco and Firearms, the ATF and explosives was unable to
- 33:15identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly
- 33:18tied to Mr. Robinson. The defense team may now offer
- 33:21the ATF firearm analyst testimony as evidence, they said
- 33:26in a motion filed on Friday to push the preliminary hearing
- 33:30back at least six months. It also notes that DNA reports
- 33:34filed by the FBI and ATF will take time for the defense team
- 33:39to analyze because reports indicated that several different
- 33:42DNA samples were found on some items of evidence.
- 33:46So again, there's some pretty big stuff in this.
- 33:49Kind of curious what Candace is going to have to say.
- 33:52We're going to be reviewing her show today.
- 33:53Again, we're going to, I'm going to do this.
- 33:55I'm going to go in giving her the benefit of the doubt.
- 33:57Same thing I did before. Well, I shit on her probably.
- 34:01Before we get into it, let me give my like for people who are
- 34:04newer to the show. You know a lot of people have
- 34:05been around for a while. People are newer who don't know
- 34:07my opinions on Candace and the Charlie Kirk assassination.
- 34:12Here are my opinions on it. Do I think Tyler Robinson took
- 34:16the shot? Yes.
- 34:18Do I think there was something larger involved surrounding that
- 34:21that we don't know about and that the FBI is not reporting
- 34:23about? Also yes.
- 34:24Do I think Candace Owens theories have been correct?
- 34:27Not a single fucking one of them so far, pretty much.
- 34:30Do I think Candace Owens theories make her seem retarded
- 34:33because they are so outlandish? Yes.
- 34:36Do I think that a woman talking about her dreams as if they're
- 34:39real is retarded? Yes.
- 34:41So that's kind of where I stand. I support Candace's right to
- 34:44investigate it, and I actually think someone should be
- 34:46investigating outside the FBI, but I think her theories have
- 34:50been so fucking retarded that it's been hard for me to
- 34:52actually support her because she's sitting there talking
- 34:55about Charlie. Kurt came to me in a dream.
- 34:57It's like, OK, like This is why people used to hit their wives.
- 35:01Like this is Exhibit A Why people?
- 35:03Because because you go to your husband, you're like, I had a
- 35:05dream that the dead guy came to me and told me all his friends
- 35:08turned on. It's like you heard that in a
- 35:10dream, you stupid bit like put you in a fucking coma, you'll
- 35:13have more dreams. Like it's just so absurd.
- 35:16It is actually fucking insane that somebody would think their
- 35:19dreams are a like it is reliable evidence.
- 35:24And that's where a lot of the problem comes from.
- 35:26You know, some of the other problems come from some of the
- 35:28stupid fucking theory she's had and the fact that I personally
- 35:32was able to facilitate and tricking her a bit, which made
- 35:35it clear to me that she was not being as honest as she should
- 35:38be. I tasked my viewers months ago
- 35:41with sending her fake tips to her e-mail to see if anything
- 35:44would stick to see if she just run with it without
- 35:46investigating. And one of my viewers sent in a
- 35:48fake tip about the Egyptian planes that she read as fact on
- 35:51her show. And from that moment on, I knew
- 35:54that she wasn't being completely honest about everything.
- 35:57Or if she was being honest, she she was fucking retarded because
- 36:00she wasn't actually fully like investigating all the claims
- 36:03that were being sent to her. And so that's been one of my
- 36:07biggest things that I've been upset about with Candace about
- 36:11this. But like I said, we're going to
- 36:12give her the benefit of the doubt.
- 36:13We're going to watch this. We're going to check it out.
- 36:15We're going to see what she has to say.
- 36:16And again, maybe we'll shit on her.
- 36:17Maybe we'll give her props. This could go any fucking way at
- 36:20this point. Someone said shout out to crazy
- 36:23Candace for keeping it going on. Yeah, honestly, Like, she
- 36:28doesn't quit. I'll give her that.
- 36:30She does not quit. You know, a lot of blacks give
- 36:32up easily. She doesn't.
- 36:33So I'll give her that. She separates herself from the
- 36:36other Sub Saharans with that. But OK, let's get into her
- 36:39video, let's watch it, let's see what Candace has to say.
- 36:45Again, I don't know how this is going to go.
- 36:52All right you guys, happy Tuesday indeed.
- 36:55I really did have the best day ever yesterday.
- 36:58I mean foremost the news broke about the Freemason hit squad in
- 37:04France. Then we we wrap up the episode
- 37:06yesterday and Internet explodes because the ATF and the Tyler
- 37:10Robinson case cannot connect the gun to him.
- 37:13Oh, OK, interesting. What does it all mean?
- 37:17You have a bunch of people racing.
- 37:19Oh, could you imagine the PR cash they are spending right now
- 37:22racing you? This is a big nothing burger.
- 37:24Who cares if we can't connect to the gun, to the bullets or
- 37:27fragments, OK, we care. I care because we were right and
- 37:31we wanted to make sure that we took the time to actually read
- 37:33through the court filings and we're going to take you through
- 37:36them. And if I'm being honest, there
- 37:37is something that is buried in these filings that not even
- 37:40Tyler Robinson's defense team caught.
- 37:42And we did. And in my opinion, it is
- 37:44definitive proof that Tyler Robinson is a Patsy.
- 37:46Sets are just putting this on him.
- 37:47And I do mean the FBI. From JFK to MLK now to CJK, this
- 37:52is in my opinion, an undeniable state killing.
- 37:56Welcome back to Candace. Allow me.
- 38:05See, I love it when like black people, like they find their
- 38:08thing and it's not violent. You know, like Candace found her
- 38:11thing. She's she's not violent.
- 38:13She's not out there collecting EBT and welfare.
- 38:16You got to respect that a little bit.
- 38:17You got to respect the black hustle sometime, occasionally,
- 38:19you got to respect it. You know, it's cool to see a
- 38:22black person just on the Internet not acting violently.
- 38:26It's refreshing every now and then.
- 38:27Me to be the first to say it, If the gun does not fit, you must
- 38:32acquit. OK, Now before we address these
- 38:35court filings and take you through them line by line so you
- 38:37are educated and go out to the world.
- 38:39You say you read through yourself only 28 pages and then
- 38:42you can look at the people that are trying to manipulate you and
- 38:44to lie about to you about what's in the filings.
- 38:46I at first want to transport you back to the beginning because
- 38:49some time has passed and the story that we were told has
- 38:51changed so many times that you actually had to go back to the
- 38:54beginning to fully comprehend how this case fell apart so
- 38:57quickly. For Turning Point USA for Erica
- 38:59Kirk and what I think is fair to refer to as their also their
- 39:04federal complexes because that's what it looks like to me.
- 39:06Charlie Kirk was shot on September 10th, 12:23 PM in the
- 39:10afternoon mountain time. Now a mere what was it 4 minutes
- 39:13after Charlie's bloodied body was carried to the SUV?
- 39:17Terrell Farnsworth, the man who runs the audio visual company
- 39:19that Turning Point employs, they've used used them for over
- 39:22a decade for their big events. And he's never goes to these
- 39:24college events. But they were trying something
- 39:26different that day, he says, like an assassination.
- 39:28I don't know. Anyways, Terrell Farnsworth
- 39:31raced down from his nearby grassy Knoll where he was
- 39:34recording himself. And what does he do when he
- 39:36races down? He returns to the crime scene
- 39:39and violates it. More specifically, he grabs the
- 39:42very chair that Charlie Kirk had just been sitting in, the chair
- 39:45that Charlie was murdered in, and he takes it over back to the
- 39:49camera and he stands on that chair, that bloody chair, and
- 39:51removes specifically the SD card from the camera that was behind
- 39:56Charlie said, OK, now later, Andrew.
- 39:58Yeah, but we saw the film from that, like Candace showed that
- 40:01on her show, and it's kind of a big nothing burger like, like we
- 40:04saw it and all it did was kind of confirm the story slightly
- 40:08more, to be honest. Rucolvat is going to explain
- 40:12that Terrell was acting heroically because he was afraid
- 40:15that students were going to steal stuff from the table.
- 40:17There were people that were grabbing hats and Terrell
- 40:19thought, let me spring into action and rescue this SD card.
- 40:24Yeah, we we don't. Andrew Covet's lying because
- 40:25Terrell. Well, there were people stealing
- 40:27hats. I remember reporting on that.
- 40:28There was a black guy literally stealing a bunch of hats right
- 40:31after Charlie Kerk got shot and he was throwing them out into
- 40:33the crowd. Did.
- 40:34Not take the expensive camera. If you were afraid about things
- 40:36being stolen that were of value, you wouldn't remove the SD card
- 40:40and then leave the expensive camera on the table.
- 40:43The SD card is $15. OK, the camera's pretty
- 40:46expensive. Terrell Farnsworth seemed to be
- 40:49moving with precision, as if he were acting on some sort of
- 40:50instruction, am I right? But to what end?
- 40:53I wondered why that camera? Why specifically?
- 40:55The one behind Charlie's head in particular?
- 40:57And because I was wondering, I decided on September 17th,
- 41:00exactly one week after Charlie's assassination, to reach reach
- 41:02out to him. I called him and he was
- 41:03exceedingly nervous. He stammered through a great
- 41:06many nonsensible excuses. Oh, I did it to to protect
- 41:10Erica, he said. I I wanted to secure the footage
- 41:13for Erica so that she wouldn't have to see the footage of
- 41:17Charlie being shot in 4K. OK, clocks you on another lie
- 41:22because that was already a foregone conclusion.
- 41:23The entire world had just witnessed Charlie Kirk bleeding
- 41:26out. OK, You can't save Erica from
- 41:28the Internet already circulating these clips to the tune of
- 41:31billions of people who watched it worldwide.
- 41:33More crucially, if he was actually worried about Erica
- 41:36seeing the footage, common sense to me says that he would have
- 41:40grabbed the camera that was like, I don't know, a yardstick
- 41:43away from Charlie's face. Oh, yeah.
- 41:44That camera that we've circled right here, that would have
- 41:47grabbed the action. That would have been the real up
- 41:49close shot of Charlie bleeding out.
- 41:52So we lied, the camera from behind.
- 41:54Making matters worse, once I actually saw the footage, it had
- 41:56no blood. We revealed that on the show.
- 41:58So now you can think through that.
- 41:59He was telling me he was trying to save Erica from seeing her
- 42:01husband die, but yet this was the most mild shot of all.
- 42:04There was a drop of blood on Charlie's back as he went down.
- 42:06So what? Yeah, but that's a stupid point
- 42:08because you're expecting him to know that before he pulls the SD
- 42:11card out. Like if you're following your
- 42:13own logic, you're saying he pulled the SD card out because
- 42:17he wanted to save Erica Kirk from seeing that, but he would
- 42:22have no idea of like what the actual angle looks like until he
- 42:25reviewed it himself. Not when he's taking it out.
- 42:27He wouldn't know that. So that's just stupid fucking
- 42:30logic. That's sub-saharan logic.
- 42:32Exactly. Was it that Terrell was racing
- 42:34to hide what they were hiding? And I'm going to speculate this
- 42:38boldly now. I read through these files and
- 42:40thought through everything that's happened.
- 42:41They were hiding was the fact that the bullet did not go
- 42:43through, did not Pierce through, Charlie.
- 42:44I believe that that was supposed to remain a state secret.
- 42:47The public was never supposed to have that piece of information.
- 42:49I feel pretty certain about that because after being told that
- 42:52the 30 ought 6 was fired from a rifle a near 150 yards away into
- 42:57a the most delicate human neck, the assumption, all of us made
- 43:01the assumption. Actually we never even asked the
- 43:02question. Our assumption was just, it had
- 43:03gone through, of course, and I believe that that is the true
- 43:06reason why they moved to pave over the scene so quickly,
- 43:09because that was supposed to be the narrative.
- 43:11We've got the gun. We're going to say it was 30 out
- 43:12of 6. We're going to say it passed
- 43:13through. We collected the evidence.
- 43:15Now it's paved through. Nobody can look, it's gone.
- 43:17But something happened. There was a divine intervention.
- 43:20Terrell showed me the back footage two days later on
- 43:22September 19th, because I kept pressing him.
- 43:23Why are you being so weird? Why are you acting so strange?
- 43:25Why are you giving me so many excuses?
- 43:27Why are you telling me you're scared to send the footage
- 43:29because Google might hack you? That's bizarre.
- 43:31Why are you telling me don't know how to send footage?
- 43:33You are an audio visual company. You should know how to send big
- 43:35files. And so he eventually he said,
- 43:38hey, I'll FaceTime you or just FaceTime you.
- 43:39I'm not going to send you anything, but I'll FaceTime you.
- 43:40On September 19th. He did that.
- 43:41And gratefully I moved to record that FaceTime call because his
- 43:44energy made me uncomfortable. And later that day I informed
- 43:48the public on my show that the bullet didn't go through.
- 43:50Said the oddest thing. It's like there was no blood in
- 43:51the back of Charlie. That's so strange.
- 43:53And this public revelation caused a mass internal panic at
- 43:56turning Point USA. Do you want to know how nobody
- 43:59caused? Panic.
- 43:59I will say she is right about this.
- 44:01Like, they never specified about, you know, an exit wound
- 44:05and they never specified that there was no, not that they, I
- 44:09guess, need to. But on some level, yeah.
- 44:12Because this is such a high profile killing.
- 44:14Like I keep saying this, but this Tyler Robinson case should
- 44:16be more public than any other case in history.
- 44:19I mean, we saw the Johnny Depp case be extremely public.
- 44:22The OJ case was televised. They they put the OJ case on the
- 44:26TV instead of the NBA Finals. And that's how, you know,
- 44:30important it was to them. But for some reason, like we're
- 44:33not getting much coverage of this.
- 44:35We we should have coverage of all the court proceedings of
- 44:37everything that's happening because this is such a high
- 44:40profile killing. So I Candace is right about
- 44:44that. That part is a little weird,
- 44:46like knowing that there is no exit like that is a little
- 44:52weird. She is right about that.
- 44:54But at the same time a lot of the research I did like it could
- 44:58kind of discredit what she's saying where I looked up for 30
- 45:01out six bullets with soft point bullets, which was what was
- 45:04fired. How often do they get, you know,
- 45:08mangled? How often do they are?
- 45:10Are they that mangled beyond the ability to match to a rifle?
- 45:14And it's had about 30% upon impact of a bone.
- 45:17And the neck bone is pretty strong.
- 45:20And that is what has been reported so far.
- 45:22What has been reported is that the bullet did shatter that
- 45:25Charlie's neck bone. You know, basically there was a
- 45:28miracle with it that normally it would have shattered a bone like
- 45:31that, but his bone stopped it, which you you could make the
- 45:35argument that that is a miracle if that were to be the case.
- 45:39But like I said, 30% of the time the bullet does, you know,
- 45:43shatter to that degree. So that that could be kind of
- 45:48deflating Candace's story here. Because the very next day, on
- 45:51September 20th, Justin Strife was contacting my husband
- 45:54several times by asking him if I had recorded that FaceTime call
- 45:57with Terrell. It came across like an urgent
- 45:59matter. I was sitting in the living
- 46:00room. George came to me.
- 46:01He said, hey, I don't know what's going on, but like Justin
- 46:02Strife has hit me up. He's asked me if he recorded,
- 46:04what's he talking about? And I said why?
- 46:06Why does he care? Why is this urgent?
- 46:07Why are they following up with you?
- 46:08What's up? And he's like, I don't know
- 46:10what? And then I explained to him what
- 46:11happened and I said, honey, don't answer the question.
- 46:13I find the question in and of itself to be weird.
- 46:15Why do they care if I recorded and have the back footage?
- 46:19And guess what? I found out why I found out.
- 46:21Do you want to know why they were feeling a bit of pressure?
- 46:24Who it was in particular that was placing pressure on Justin
- 46:26Strife and Frank Carney to determine.
- 46:28Whether or not the back. Footage the feds were.
- 46:32Damn, I was wrong. FBI was on the phone with Justin
- 46:34Strife, Frank Carney, and they were apparently speaking to the
- 46:37feds that day about whether or not I had recorded the footage.
- 46:41Now, why do you think this information was so important to
- 46:44the FBI? Why would the feds be concerned
- 46:47about whether or not I had the back footage?
- 46:49I'm recording. I'm screen recording a FaceTime
- 46:51call. They've got it in 4K.
- 46:52They're not protecting Erica. It's everywhere, unbeknownst to
- 46:56me. Someone asked if we know what
- 46:58grain was shot. I don't.
- 47:00Let's see if that's publicly available information.
- 47:20It does not say the grain because that does make a bit of
- 47:23a difference. You are right about that.
- 47:27But it's also like a thing. It's like, I don't know anybody
- 47:30who's had a lot of firearm experience like myself.
- 47:32You do know that bullets do suck.
- 47:34Like there are a lot of instances where you expect the
- 47:36bullet to do one thing and it does something completely
- 47:38different. Bullets are shit, a lot of
- 47:41bullets at least. So that could be a problem.
- 47:44You know that could be part of it.
- 47:46Me at that time, this was also the exact day of Charlie's
- 47:50private burial, and yet this is what they were consumed with.
- 47:53Erica was highly concerned about the back footage as well.
- 47:56So much so that rather than attending exclusively to her
- 47:59husband's private funeral, OK, the higher priority for Erica on
- 48:03that day was to curate a response to the public regarding
- 48:05why the bullet had not gone through.
- 48:08I want to say that again, OK, responding to my episode where I
- 48:12simply told the public the truth that there was no bullet that
- 48:14passed through was deemed a higher priority than Erica being
- 48:17fully emotionally present at her husband's funeral.
- 48:19Her and Andrew were discussing this.
- 48:21They peeled off to the side and they conferenced the surgeon on
- 48:25the day of Charlie's actual funeral.
- 48:28They conferenced and called Doctor Lee Trotter.
- 48:30This is the single biggest lie that Erica Kirk would later tell
- 48:32me. She would insist to my face and
- 48:34I did not believe her for one second.
- 48:35And I politely pushed back that Andrew went rogue that day, that
- 48:38the surgeon went rogue too. The two of them had a discussion
- 48:41that she did not authorize, discussion that she was not
- 48:42Privy to. The surgeon violated HIPAA.
- 48:46Andrew violated her privacy. And after that discussion,
- 48:48Andrew went double rogue. And he tweeted about the nature
- 48:50of this discussion that he could not have had with the surgeon
- 48:54without Erica's permission. Erica lied.
- 48:57Erica and Andrew colluded on how to message to the public about
- 49:00this little fact that was never meant to be known to us.
- 49:03Doctor Lee Trotter did not violate HIPAA.
- 49:05In fact, he could sue her for defamation.
- 49:06In my personal opinion. She was the one that was on the
- 49:09phone with Andrew and they were asking the doctor what they
- 49:11could tell the public. And it was Erica Kirk that said
- 49:13that Charlie ate healthy and she bet he had.
- 49:15He had a neck like Superman. Pretty obvious if we just pause
- 49:19and think about it. It was pretty girly and
- 49:21emotional. Man of Steel.
- 49:22He just eats healthy. That's not how serious trauma
- 49:25surgeons communicate, OK? It's just not.
- 49:27Yeah, I mean, that would not it's not like Charlie was eating
- 49:30healthy. So it was neck by it would be an
- 49:31act of God. Like if if his like if the end
- 49:35result of all this is we learned that the neck bone truly did
- 49:38stop the bullet that that's an act of God.
- 49:41It's not anything else besides an act of God at that moment to
- 49:44save other lives. But like the other lives that
- 49:46would have, you know, there are people behind the tent.
- 49:48There were, you know, a lot of people back there.
- 49:51So yeah, I mean the the eating healthy thing, like I agree with
- 49:56Candace, that is weird. Someone said he is dead by
- 50:02gunshot. What's the point?
- 50:03Sorry, just came in here. What's the actual point here?
- 50:06The point is we're reviewing. We're reviewing Candace's video.
- 50:12Crucial point of Andrew's tweet that people are forgetting and
- 50:14why I'm taking you back through this as before we get into these
- 50:16filings, is that on that day as they were freaking out, feds
- 50:20calling me my husband, feds calling Turning Point USA,
- 50:21Turning Point USA putting pressure on me, my husband,
- 50:23Erica, and Andrew on the side trying to figure out how to
- 50:24message. The crucial part is that then
- 50:27when they did deliver this information to the public, they
- 50:29declared that the coroner found the bullet.
- 50:33The bullet's not a fragment. The bullet on September 20th,
- 50:37after the autopsy and the death certificate were issued, they
- 50:39communicate to the public the bullet was found beneath
- 50:41Charlie's skin. OK, we're gonna.
- 50:43We can read that statement together.
- 50:45They want you to forget these things, Andrew tweeted.
- 50:47I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an
- 50:49exit wound with Charlie. I'm usually not interested in
- 50:51delving into most of this kind of online chatter, and I
- 50:53apologize that this is somewhat graphic, but in this case, the
- 50:55fact that there wasn't an exit wound is probably another
- 50:58miracle. And I want people to know.
- 50:59I just spoke with a surgeon who worked on Charlie in the
- 51:01hospital. He said the bullet absolutely
- 51:04should have gone through, which is very, very normal for a
- 51:06high-powered, high velocity round.
- 51:08I've seen wounds from this caliber many times and they
- 51:10always just go through everything.
- 51:11This would have taken a moose or two down, an elk, etcetera, but
- 51:15it didn't go through. Charlie's body stopped it.
- 51:17I mentioned to this to his doctor that there were dozens of
- 51:19staff students and special guests standing directly behind
- 51:22Charlie on the other side of the tent.
- 51:23And he replied, quote, it was an absolute miracle that someone
- 51:26else didn't get killed. His bone was so healthy and the
- 51:28density was so, so impressive that he's like the Man of Steel.
- 51:31It should have just gone through and through it likely.
- 51:33Yeah, that's a bullshit. That's got to be a fake quote.
- 51:36Either that or it's like, you have the fucking gayest Dr. of
- 51:39all time. You have like the worst gayest
- 51:41Dr. of all time. His bone health, his bone
- 51:43health, it was so dense. It's like, OK, like that's not
- 51:47the density of the bone is not what matter.
- 51:50To you. Crazy.
- 51:52Andrew then concludes in the end, the coroner did find the
- 51:55bullet just beneath the skin. Even in death, Charlie managed
- 51:58to save the lives of those around him.
- 52:00Remarkable. Yeah, but wait, what she's going
- 52:02to highlight here is that they said they found the bullet
- 52:04beneath the skin, but he could just be like that could just be
- 52:09a short frame, like they could have found bullet fragment.
- 52:11You know, that could just be him not typing the full thing out
- 52:15because it's already a long tweet.
- 52:17I don't know, just to give him the benefit of the doubt that
- 52:20like that's if that's what she's going to run with, that's a
- 52:22retarded thing to run with. Very sub-saharan thing to run
- 52:25with. Foremost, why would coroner be
- 52:28finding anything? The coroner is not even like the
- 52:30health. They just say this person's dead
- 52:32park outside Andrew Cole that, well, let's assume they met the
- 52:35medical examiner. And again, the bullet was found
- 52:41beneath the skin, not a fragment.
- 52:44It was recovered. And that was similarly echoed to
- 52:46me in the days that followed. But three days beyond that, I
- 52:50had a long conversation with Andrew and I was very grateful
- 52:52for it. On September 23rd, he provided
- 52:53me with even more details about that Man of Steel tweak because
- 52:56I was going It doesn't sound real.
- 52:59Andrew and I took meticulous notes and I would be willing to
- 53:01testify Underoath regarding what I was told from Andrew COVID.
- 53:03He told me that the bullet traveled and I'm going to show
- 53:06you this. See, in case you're like me and
- 53:07you don't know about the vertebrae in the neck that
- 53:09traveled from C2. OK, think about the entry point.
- 53:12It's almost upward down to C6 and then it moved downward into
- 53:18Charlie's Borax where it was shattered.
- 53:21OK, another adjustment. OK, another adjustment, because
- 53:26first they found the bullets beneath his skin.
- 53:29Now suddenly the bullet is fragmented in his thorax.
- 53:31Then we're going to Brian Harpole, who's going to say no,
- 53:33it fragmented in his stomach, thorax, whatever he says.
- 53:36These are very important and relevant changes that they are
- 53:40making because they're realizing that their story is not going to
- 53:43work. So why that change?
- 53:45I mean, I, I, I feel like such a retard asking, but it's like if
- 53:49they just open sourced all the evidence, like we could put all
- 53:52this to bed. I mean, really like the public
- 53:54is better at doing digging than the FBI.
- 53:57It's extremely clear to me it's just because of the FBI's
- 54:00negligence. And to be honest, they protect
- 54:02people, but they just open sourced all this evidence and
- 54:06the coroner's reports and the doctors reports, etcetera.
- 54:09If all that was just, you know, open for the people to see, we,
- 54:12we would be able to make a pretty good determination of
- 54:14what actually happened. But The thing is, it's like you
- 54:17get 12 different stories from 12 different retards and it's like,
- 54:21how are we supposed to know? Like we're just stupid fucking
- 54:24Goya, you know? Like this is just, I don't know,
- 54:27it feels retarded. Age.
- 54:29Why did we go from we got the bullet, coroner got the bullet
- 54:32to actually, you know what, it's ricocheting and it shattered.
- 54:36I'll give you my best guess because at some point the feds
- 54:38realized that their initial plan was completely ruined by the
- 54:40back footage, that they had to pivot.
- 54:42And at first they pivoted, but it was sloppy.
- 54:43They had 24 hours. Andrew tweeted that they found
- 54:45the bullet. But the reality is, as my source
- 54:47was close to the Robinson family told me, that that family
- 54:49heirloom gun takes special bullets.
- 54:51In fact, I was told that there was no way the prosecution was
- 54:54going to be able to connect the bullets to that gun.
- 54:56I think the feds then realized that first we got the bullet,
- 54:59then they quickly pivoted. There's no bullet.
- 55:00It's just a small fragment. Problem solved.
- 55:04Now we can have ATF say that it's inconclusive.
- 55:06I will say a very interesting fact about all this is another
- 55:10famous case where a 30OT6 bullet was used and they couldn't match
- 55:15the 30 OT 6 bullet that killed the person to the gun that was
- 55:19used to kill the person was MLK. Like that is another crazy fact.
- 55:23Like MLK was sniped with a 30 OT 6 I think it was on a hotel
- 55:26balcony or something and they could not match the bullet to
- 55:30the gun to the rifle that shot it.
- 55:34Kind of interesting I I just remembered that in this moment.
- 55:37That is a crazy freeze frame. Holy shit look at that.
- 55:41What? Or wouldn't.
- 55:43Down the line, there's another part of this.
- 55:45Everyone is missing. I want to trust it to you.
- 55:47They cannot even prove that the gun was fired.
- 55:49Say it again. They cannot even prove that the
- 55:52gun was fired. Why is the media not telling you
- 55:54this? Have you guys realized that
- 55:56there's a big piece missing from the evidence?
- 55:58Where is the basic GSR test? OK, testing to see if you fired
- 56:03a weapon. It's a test that like, they put
- 56:05some stuff on, then it turns your hands, you know, purple or
- 56:07bluish purple under the light GSR test.
- 56:09Did they conduct that 33 hours later to see if Tyler Robinson
- 56:11had fired a weapon? Right.
- 56:13They could have actually brought in a bomb dog for that.
- 56:17No, they didn't do that. Do you remember the bomb dogs
- 56:19went into the field where the weapons?
- 56:21You can tell if someone's fired a weapon recently by something
- 56:24like that. Like crazy story.
- 56:26One time I went to an airport like hours after I went.
- 56:29I went to an airport to get on a flight hours after I was at the
- 56:31gun range that day and I actually got stopped by one of
- 56:34the dogs because they could smell the gunpowder under my
- 56:36fingernails. So that it does happen.
- 56:40I will say it is that they can tell.
- 56:43Found I broke that story and they didn't find the weapon.
- 56:47That is literally impossible. It's literally impossible.
- 56:49There's no one that will get up there and tell you anything
- 56:52different that a trained bomb dog.
- 56:54If they are taken into a field where there is a gun that is
- 56:56sitting that was recently fired, they will find the dog.
- 56:57They will find that, they will find the gun.
- 57:00But apparently the bomb dogs missed it and the gun that was
- 57:03eventually found, which my sources say they are convinced
- 57:05that the feds planted it when they arrived, was not fired on
- 57:08September 10th, OK, Or they knew Tyler Robinson fired it.
- 57:11They would have taken the bomb dogs, had them smell the dog.
- 57:13They would have had them smell the weapon, find the weapon,
- 57:15smell the person, and tell you that is disconnected to him.
- 57:17The canines would have done that for them.
- 57:18They didn't do that. And the last thing I want to
- 57:21reiterate to you before we get into what these filings reveal
- 57:23is that there are a bunch of frauds right now.
- 57:24They're telling you that they found Tyler Robinson's DNA on
- 57:27the gun, OK? What they keep conveniently
- 57:29leaving out is that they found a total of 6 sets of prints on the
- 57:33gun. It is not shocking that Tyler
- 57:35Robinson's gun had Tyler Robinson's prints on it.
- 57:38That's not shocking. The question is who took
- 57:41Robinson's gun and placed it into the field unfired?
- 57:44That's where we are at in this case.
- 57:47So the big news yesterday was that the bullet, which has now
- 57:49been conveniently reduced to a fragment very quickly over a
- 57:52couple of days, it's come back and the ATF has concluded that
- 57:57they can't connect to the gun. It's, it's, it's, it's
- 57:59inconclusive now the prosecution.
- 58:02Someone's asking. So what is she saying?
- 58:04Someone else shot him? He isn't dead.
- 58:06Aliens. What?
- 58:09Yeah, she's making the argument that someone else shot that.
- 58:14The FBI set this up. Trump's administration.
- 58:17Candace Owens. Someone else in the other chat
- 58:20goes I might just be a retarded Deer Hunter, but what special 30
- 58:27out six bullet is there? I know of different grains and
- 58:29tips, but what else? Yeah, I don't know.
- 58:35I mean, there's just like hand packed for a store bought
- 58:38someone. He goes, I got to bounce.
- 58:39But I'll watch the rest on Spotify.
- 58:41As always, keep it up, JP. Thank you.
- 58:42Appreciate you. Have a good day, buddy.
- 58:44All right, let's get through this video.
- 58:46And wants the corrupt FBI to conduct their own analysis.
- 58:49And I'm going to tell you what is very wrong with that because
- 58:53I think it's pretty clear the feds are working with Turning
- 58:55Point USA and all evidence points to the fact that the feds
- 58:58are dirty in this case. Like I said, I've spoken to
- 59:01SWAT, local police departments, sources close to the accused,
- 59:03UVU students, people that work at UVU.
- 59:05Everyone is saying the feds are a part of a broader conspiracy.
- 59:08And based on the evidence that I'm seeing and based on these
- 59:10filings, which I'm about to show you, I believe that.
- 59:12So while the people who are racing to delude you about this
- 59:16case are making tons of claims about the recent filing, we're
- 59:18going to actually take you through it.
- 59:19Tyler Robinson's team in this filing, just, you know, what
- 59:21we're looking at is they're asking for an extension.
- 59:23And we are going to show you the extraordinarily valid reasons as
- 59:26to why. You know, at first, just want to
- 59:28stay on top of this. I think we can all readily
- 59:29dismiss the repeated lie that Tyler Robinson confessed to his
- 59:32crime, right? He's asking for a continuation.
- 59:36A man who confesses a crime and says I did it does not request a
- 59:38continuation. That is, that is another weird
- 59:41part of it that I was going to say earlier too.
- 59:43It is odd that they do want to like plead not guilty and they
- 59:48do want to have a continuation and they're trying to exonerate
- 59:51him when apparently he admitted to it all himself.
- 59:56But again, another very interesting point.
- 1:00:00So overwhelmingly guilty that he turned himself in and said I did
- 1:00:02it. He would not be trying to win
- 1:00:04the case. OK, And why are they requesting
- 1:00:07the continuation? They make it very clear because
- 1:00:09discovery is missing. Discovery in a case is when you
- 1:00:12accuse me of something and then I say, OK, I want to see your
- 1:00:14text messages from September 10th.
- 1:00:16I want to see your text messages from September 8th.
- 1:00:18And you have to give them to me, right?
- 1:00:19I'm the defense, you got to get those to me.
- 1:00:21They're saying that they can't prepare a defense until they
- 1:00:24receive all of the items that they have requested from the
- 1:00:26prosecution. They haven't delivered them to
- 1:00:28them, OK? Requesting a continuation is so
- 1:00:30beyond standard in proceedings. I have filed for them myself.
- 1:00:33I filed for them in Brigitte case.
- 1:00:35It is so beyond standard that it is.
- 1:00:36You should be offended to any person who was trying to make
- 1:00:40that scandalous or report otherwise.
- 1:00:41So we're going to go through this filing together,
- 1:00:43essentially 28 pages plus a ton of exhibits.
- 1:00:45Let's look at this document, OK, And Sky, I'm going to pull it up
- 1:00:48on my page so I don't have to squint and read since I feel
- 1:00:50like my eyesight is getting worse and worse with every
- 1:00:52child. OK, so we're starting up here
- 1:00:53with the introduction and I've highlighted the portions that
- 1:00:55you can take a look to. We learned that Mister Robinson
- 1:00:57seeks to continue the preliminary hearing, which is
- 1:00:59scheduled from May 2026 to a setting that allows him and his
- 1:01:02council to receive discovery that is necessary for
- 1:01:05preliminary hearing preparations.
- 1:01:06OK, Then it is going to state that on March 12th, 2000 and
- 1:01:112026, the council for the parties they met and they
- 1:01:14conferred regarding discovery issues and the evidence the
- 1:01:17state intends to present at the preliminary hearing.
- 1:01:19Based upon the state's representations at this meeting,
- 1:01:21the state intends to present these discreet buckets of
- 1:01:24evidence through three identified law enforcement
- 1:01:27witnesses. So they're saying we just met on
- 1:01:28the 12th and they told us that they're going to, when we have
- 1:01:32this preliminary hearing, they're going to bring 3
- 1:01:34witnesses to the stand. This is going to include
- 1:01:37conclusory forensic DNA and Ballistics reports authored by
- 1:01:41the FBI in the ATF phone and social media data, testimony by
- 1:01:44law enforcement officials about the crime scene and search
- 1:01:46locations, and testimony by Mr. Robinson's parents and roommate.
- 1:01:50OK, conclusory is the keyword here.
- 1:01:53I'm going to explain to you why this is exceedingly problematic
- 1:01:55that they are going to present conclusory evidence that they
- 1:01:59have not actually given beyond the conclusions to the defense.
- 1:02:04And to the point about Mr. Robinson's parents and roommates
- 1:02:07that are going to be that they want to bring up that means
- 1:02:09nothing. You can bring up whoever you
- 1:02:10want to the stand. And because Matt Robinson says
- 1:02:13this is my gun that I gave to Tyler Robinson, it is common
- 1:02:15sense to me that they would put him on the stand.
- 1:02:17And they say, do you recognize this gun?
- 1:02:18Yes, I recognize the gun. Can't lie about that.
- 1:02:20Is this your gun? Yes.
- 1:02:21You're going to contain your questions just to get him to
- 1:02:23identify that that's his son and that is his is his gun and that
- 1:02:26he gave his gun to his son. That's my guess.
- 1:02:28And they're going to try to scandalize that.
- 1:02:30Some people are saying he's testifying for the prosecution.
- 1:02:32No, he's not testifying for the prosecution.
- 1:02:34They are naming him as a witness and he's going to be forced to
- 1:02:36answer questions underoath likely, I would assume, about
- 1:02:38the gun. OK, so then they go on and they
- 1:02:40say the state intends to offer a significant amount of.
- 1:02:42So they're forcing a dad to testify against his own son?
- 1:02:45That's fucked up. I don't think that should even
- 1:02:48be allowed. That's so fucked up.
- 1:02:50Identified in the Utah Rule of Evidence at a preliminary
- 1:02:52hearing, namely, they're just going to get up there and they
- 1:02:57are going to tell you that they've made these conclusions.
- 1:02:59But we can't tell you how they got to these conclusions.
- 1:03:02That's what they're saying. They're telling us that this
- 1:03:04this is inconclusive and it's not attached to the gun.
- 1:03:07But we want to see how they arrived at that because that
- 1:03:10could be very important for us. OK OK, we can Scroll down here.
- 1:03:14And this is where it is Wilde. And this reveals the prosecution
- 1:03:17strategy. I want to go back into your mind
- 1:03:18when Erica got up and she did this news clip and she was like,
- 1:03:22I would like this to be rushed like I want the case to go by
- 1:03:24quickly. I want to, you know, write for
- 1:03:25this to go And we were like, what's that about?
- 1:03:27And I will also remind you that when I sat down with Erica, I
- 1:03:31explained to you that her lawyer told me that right now we don't
- 1:03:34have any evidence. The way that this works is that
- 1:03:37now the prosecutor, the state's going to go out and they're
- 1:03:39going to find the evidence. And then once we have the
- 1:03:41evidence, they're going to give it to Tyler Robinson's team,
- 1:03:44who's going to be able to draft some sort of a response to the
- 1:03:47evidence. And then we have the preliminary
- 1:03:49hearing, OK? So that is what they're going to
- 1:03:51say. They're going to tell you what
- 1:03:52Erica's team did, what the state did.
- 1:03:55In total, they, and they're referring to Tyler Robinson's
- 1:03:57team, has received approximately 20,000 files, excluded,
- 1:04:00excluding digital electronic discovery which was provided on
- 1:04:03a hard drive during that meeting on March 12th.
- 1:04:05So when they were conferring, then suddenly they gave them
- 1:04:07another drive. OK, Now the initially they had
- 1:04:11files which were 61,500 pages in total.
- 1:04:14Before that March 12th meeting, they had audio files that were
- 1:04:1631 hours in total lengths. They're going through all that.
- 1:04:18They were also given more than 5000 video files containing more
- 1:04:21than 700 hours of video until March, March 12th when they
- 1:04:24conferred. And then they handed them this
- 1:04:26little drive and guess how much was on that drive on March 12th?
- 1:04:29It amounts to approximately 12 terabytes of data and over
- 1:04:33600,000 files. So they have less than two
- 1:04:38months to go. They've had all the time since
- 1:04:40September to deliver them all of this data for them to go
- 1:04:43through. And they waited until March 12th
- 1:04:44and they handed them a drive and they said here are 600,000
- 1:04:48files. See you in May.
- 1:04:51That is a strategy, OK, that is a a dump when you know they are
- 1:04:54not going to be able to go through everything and and see
- 1:04:57what you have. Yeah, but that's not, that's
- 1:04:58not, I mean, that's just how court and that's just how it
- 1:05:03works. I mean, they that's that's just
- 1:05:05what they do. That's what douchebag lawyers
- 1:05:07do. Like that's what prosecutors do.
- 1:05:09That's how all this works. So that's a retarded point,
- 1:05:12Candace. Retarded point.
- 1:05:14So much and it is a tragedy. People do when people are
- 1:05:16subpoenaed and they fight and they fight the subpoena, they
- 1:05:19fight the subpoena. Like, oh, I get your text
- 1:05:20messages for two years. Remember when Blake Lively
- 1:05:22requested that for me? And then I'm like, I don't want
- 1:05:24to give it. I want to give it.
- 1:05:25And then the judge says, no, you have to give it.
- 1:05:26They will then give them more than they even asked for.
- 1:05:28I'll give you every e-mail text because somewhere buried in
- 1:05:30there is what you need. But you're not going to have the
- 1:05:33time to find that you don't have the force behind you.
- 1:05:34This is going to, this is going to take 800 paralegals working
- 1:05:38for 808 hundred hours each in order for you to go through all
- 1:05:42this. That is what this looks like to
- 1:05:43me. Why are you waiting until March
- 1:05:4512th? This is a very bad strategy.
- 1:05:48I mean, it's I'm actually going to say it's an immoral strategy
- 1:05:50to dump this on them. That's just what they do,
- 1:05:52though. After first giving them 20,000
- 1:05:54files until March 12th. Stunning.
- 1:05:57On that bottom paragraph which we have highlighted orange, it
- 1:06:00says what is known at present is that Mister Robinson has not
- 1:06:03received the forensic case files and the data necessary to
- 1:06:05investigate through the use of qualified experts, the
- 1:06:08scientific reports that the State intends to introduce at
- 1:06:10the preliminary hearing. Mr. Robinson has diligently
- 1:06:12requested the disclosure of forensic case files and the data
- 1:06:15underlying the laboratory reports in an effort to get
- 1:06:17these materials to the defense. And he's been doing that since
- 1:06:19September 30th. OK, so they just been giving him
- 1:06:21conclusions and they were like, how'd you get here?
- 1:06:24We have his text messages. OK, Can we see how you got
- 1:06:26those? Can we see the dates?
- 1:06:28Can we see the chain of custody? Can we see how you pulled it
- 1:06:31off? Who signed off on it?
- 1:06:32Nope. They're just giving them
- 1:06:34conclusions. And what they're saying is we
- 1:06:35can't even determine if they're fake or they're real until you
- 1:06:39give us what we are asking for. We need to get in the weeds.
- 1:06:42We need to see effectively the metadata who pulled this
- 1:06:44information off the server. We want to see the chain of
- 1:06:46custody. How did this happen?
- 1:06:47How did this file get created? You can't just send us APDF
- 1:06:50conclusion. Yeah, I actually agree with
- 1:06:53Candace here, especially because it like the Epstein files are
- 1:06:56what make me agree with Candace here.
- 1:06:57Because when we looked at the meta date, like they released
- 1:07:01the video of the Jeffrey Epstein, you know, in the prison
- 1:07:03the day, the night he died. And they were like guys, like we
- 1:07:06finally found it after years of them telling us all the cameras
- 1:07:09were broken and the guards were asleep.
- 1:07:11There was no footage of it. They put out a video.
- 1:07:14And that video when you look at the metadata, it showed it was 2
- 1:07:16videos stitched together and there was parts edited out.
- 1:07:19There was minutes edited out. So it it does, you know, bring
- 1:07:23up another crazy freeze frame. Holy shit.
- 1:07:25Does bring up the question where it's like, OK, like we should
- 1:07:29see the metadata. The FBI does have a history of
- 1:07:31forging these documents. In these documents, they are
- 1:07:35playing games. They're playing games is very
- 1:07:37obvious. We're going to keep going here.
- 1:07:39It then tells us that during the hearing, which was held back in
- 1:07:41January, the council for the parties discussed the status of
- 1:07:43the lab files and UCAO, that's the Utah County attorney's
- 1:07:46office informed the defense that they too were awaiting the
- 1:07:49files. And we memorialized that for the
- 1:07:51state in our February 3rd letter that we still don't have these
- 1:07:53lab files we're looking for. You know how they are saying
- 1:07:55they got the DNA. We're just they're just telling
- 1:07:57us conclusions and we can't prod narratives, right?
- 1:08:00And so that's a problem. They're not being allowed to do
- 1:08:02that. And then if we Scroll down to
- 1:08:04bottom of page 6, it's telling us like, hey, there has in there
- 1:08:08has not been a prior request to continue the preliminary
- 1:08:10hearing. And I'd like to remind you that
- 1:08:11back in December 11th, we raised this issue with you when you set
- 1:08:14this date for the week of May 18th for the state.
- 1:08:17We said in response, this isn't going to work.
- 1:08:19We need to make sure we have the stuff that we need.
- 1:08:21And what did the court tell us that the court said and they're
- 1:08:23quoting? I do not find there's any
- 1:08:24prejudice in setting a date for a preliminary hearing.
- 1:08:27It's not set in stone. It certainly can be moved.
- 1:08:29This is the judge. I recognize the parties have a
- 1:08:30lot of obligations, but I also want to recognize the importance
- 1:08:32of this case moving forward. And if nothing more than this is
- 1:08:35just a goal for a preliminary hearing, if it needs to be
- 1:08:37changed, the court understands. That's the court already told
- 1:08:39Tyler Robinson's team. We just, we just want to get
- 1:08:41something on the calendar. We understand it might need to
- 1:08:42be moved and it might not be practical.
- 1:08:44So they're like, hey, can you honor that now that we have the
- 1:08:46proof that this is not practical, you can't just drop
- 1:08:48600,000 files on us on March 12th and tell us to be ready by
- 1:08:51May 18th. Does everybody agree with that?
- 1:08:53I think we all agree with that. We're all saying people we agree
- 1:08:54with that. OK, Now if we Scroll down, then
- 1:08:58they're going to kind of make more arguments and they're going
- 1:09:00to bring in some, you know, some jurisprudence, meaning like past
- 1:09:02cases that demonstrate the points that they're making and
- 1:09:05why this is like totally par for the course.
- 1:09:06And we should, they shouldn't even, they should just be like,
- 1:09:08yeah, of course you get continuance.
- 1:09:09You got 600,000 documents, but you still have to do this.
- 1:09:11You have to point to cases and proof of why this is OK.
- 1:09:13And Skylar on page 11 now and they write here, there are
- 1:09:17materials that are known to the police prosecution team that
- 1:09:20have not yet been provided to us.
- 1:09:22While it is anticipated that discovery in this case will be
- 1:09:24ongoing throughout the duration, the defense is seeking the
- 1:09:27materials that are known to be reasonably available to the
- 1:09:29prosecution, materials that are known to be in possession of law
- 1:09:31enforcement partners identified by the state.
- 1:09:34Both the UCAO and Mr. Robinson continue to wait a vast amount
- 1:09:37of information relevant to a review of the Fbis and the
- 1:09:41ATFDNA analysis, including but not limited to validation
- 1:09:44studies, the crucial electronic data files, the reports, the
- 1:09:48case file for comparative bullet analysis, the the bullet LED
- 1:09:51analysis that is still in progress at the FBI and the case
- 1:09:55file and protocols for a comparative bullet analysis
- 1:09:57that's been conducted by the ATF.
- 1:09:59OK, now here is where it is going to be very interesting.
- 1:10:02OK. And I want to see, is this the
- 1:10:05page where we highlighted? Let me just go make sure I found
- 1:10:07this where we get into the ATF. Oh, actually, let's go to go to
- 1:10:10bottom of page 18. This is an example of how much
- 1:10:12they're just giving like absolute BS and they're they're
- 1:10:14trying to run the clock essentially tells us that for
- 1:10:18instance, on March 12th actually had that meeting to confer.
- 1:10:19The state indicated that it intended to introduce the
- 1:10:22autopsy report into evidence without any supporting expert
- 1:10:25testimony. So that was going to be a part
- 1:10:26of what they were going to present on the stand if this
- 1:10:28went through in May. The autopsy report which was
- 1:10:30completed on September 16th, 2025 was not given to the
- 1:10:33defense until November 13th, 2025.
- 1:10:36Gets worse. So 2 month delay to give them
- 1:10:38something they already had done. The autopsy paragraphs,
- 1:10:41photographs, pardon me, which were taken on September 10th,
- 1:10:432025 were not produced to the defense until March 18th 2026.
- 1:10:49They just gave them the photographs.
- 1:10:51Why? Make that make sense.
- 1:10:53Outside of trying to run the clock down so somebody cannot
- 1:10:56get another expert to look at everything and prepare
- 1:10:59arguments. Why would you have something
- 1:11:01available to you on September 16th and not hand it to them
- 1:11:04until March 18th? There's no excuse for that.
- 1:11:07There's no excuse for that outside of you do not believe
- 1:11:10you can win this case. Honestly, this is, this is legal
- 1:11:13maneuvering. You're hoping a judge is going
- 1:11:14to be corrupt and hear the cry of this widow.
- 1:11:17Please. I just want the case to be fast.
- 1:11:18She said on Fox News, this is hard.
- 1:11:20I just want, I'm asking them to move along fast.
- 1:11:22The widow wants to put the chapter behind her judge.
- 1:11:26Never. Normally the public doesn't read
- 1:11:27through legal files. So they're not going to see the
- 1:11:29600,000 documents we just dropped on them.
- 1:11:31They're not going to see that. Like, OK, we haven't even given
- 1:11:33the autopsy report and stuff until like, you know, now it's
- 1:11:35March. The widow, she's grieving, she's
- 1:11:38asking, can't we at least do that for her?
- 1:11:40She doesn't have her husband. That is their manipulative
- 1:11:42strategy. And you can see it in these
- 1:11:44documents. OK.
- 1:11:45And then it says even more substantial discovery issues
- 1:11:48exist with respect to the DNA and the Ballistics report that
- 1:11:50the state has indicated intends to offer at the preliminary
- 1:11:54hearing without any supporting expert testimony.
- 1:11:57The summary, again, just summary DNA reports produced by the FBI
- 1:12:01and the ATF indicate that both agencies recovered minute
- 1:12:05quantities of DNA on various items of evidence, which the
- 1:12:08reports opine consists of mixtures of up to five or more
- 1:12:11individuals. It's 5 individuals that are on
- 1:12:13this and yet all I have is an analysis.
- 1:12:15I mean a conclusion. Can I get more?
- 1:12:17Can I understand more about these five sets of prints that
- 1:12:19are on this? Who are?
- 1:12:20That is crazy. Like that should be a more
- 1:12:23talked about point that there are five different sets of
- 1:12:25prints on the gun. Like that's that's very
- 1:12:28important information. Like what the fuck?
- 1:12:31Well, no, they're not giving them anything.
- 1:12:33They're not giving them anything but the conclusion and they're
- 1:12:37expecting them to be able to present this during the
- 1:12:38preliminary hearing. Now, this next portion regarding
- 1:12:42the firearm evidence is an absolute bomb.
- 1:12:44In fact, I might just pivot to break because I think we're
- 1:12:46running out of time. Pivot to break, Dom.
- 1:12:49And then when we get back, I'm going, I'm going to explain this
- 1:12:51why not even Tyler Robinson's defense caught what was in this
- 1:12:54paragraph. So we'll be right back after a
- 1:12:56quick break. All right, you guys, thanks to
- 1:12:58you last name dev box in the double S the life that provide
- 1:13:00here. Let's make a pound porn.
- 1:13:01That's where kick off. There is no credit checks users
- 1:13:04with credit. It's simple.
- 1:13:05Let's you build credit building credit right.
- 1:13:07That's 80% Ki this to activate offer offer applies for an
- 1:13:10August spring period rise in autoimmune and and results are
- 1:13:13very thyroids in photo. What is this for each candid
- 1:13:16again, that's my grade. The devil is always in the
- 1:13:18before it sells out. 3 fucking minutes of ad.
- 1:13:22It's like oh shit how Jewish are you?
- 1:13:253 minutes of ads fuck you, fuck you.
- 1:13:28That's I mean that's bullshit here.
- 1:13:31Wait, the the the audio stopped syncing for a second.
- 1:13:34So let me let me fix that really quick now.
- 1:13:44It should be fixed now. Like who the fuck does 3 minutes
- 1:13:47of ads? Like what a cunt like what a
- 1:13:50sick like you have to really be a sick cunt to do 3 minutes of
- 1:13:54ads on your on a one hour show. Fuck you. 3 minutes fuck you.
- 1:13:58That's that's crazy. That's just that's absurd.
- 1:14:03A white man would never do. Here is actually the craziest
- 1:14:08part of the filing that I don't think anybody noticed.
- 1:14:11OK, everybody's talking about the ATF, but the devil is always
- 1:14:14in the details. The feds are always in the
- 1:14:15details. OK, now I'm going to read this.
- 1:14:18Regarding the firearm evidence, the defense has been provided
- 1:14:21with an ATF summary. Again, just a summary report
- 1:14:23which indicates that the ATF was unable to identify the bullets
- 1:14:26recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr.
- 1:14:29Robinson. Although the state has not
- 1:14:31indicated an intent to produce this report at the preliminary
- 1:14:34hearing, the defense may very well decide to offer the
- 1:14:37testimony of the ATF firearm analyst as exculpatory evidence.
- 1:14:40OK, so they met, they conferred and they're like, OK, we haven't
- 1:14:44even received. We got a summary that like this
- 1:14:46is not matching, but we want to see the whole report.
- 1:14:48We want to see how they got there because the report will
- 1:14:50show us how they conducted. We'll actually be able to see
- 1:14:52that bullet fragment. How big, I don't know.
- 1:14:54We know nothing. And then Erica's team comes in,
- 1:14:58the state comes in like it doesn't matter.
- 1:14:59We're not going to, we're not even going to bring up the ATF
- 1:15:01thing. So you have our words.
- 1:15:02So we're good. They're like, well, first up,
- 1:15:04why aren't you bringing that up? And it's not about whether
- 1:15:07you're good. It's not whether we're good
- 1:15:08because that's pretty exculpatory for us.
- 1:15:11If you know the gun does not fit, you must acquit.
- 1:15:13This is the purpose of a preliminary hearing is to get a
- 1:15:15judge just unilaterally dismissed something as an
- 1:15:16option. So what's up with that?
- 1:15:19Why are you not? They're like, oh, because we're
- 1:15:20going to do some other testing down the line.
- 1:15:21Here is where it gets crucial. Pay attention, look alive, OK?
- 1:15:24It goes on. And it says in order to make
- 1:15:27this determination, it is necessary for the defense and
- 1:15:29it's firearm ex expert to review the ATF case file and the
- 1:15:33protocols relating to this examination, which have not yet
- 1:15:35been provided. The state has also indicated
- 1:15:38that the FBI is in the process of conducting a second
- 1:15:41comparative bullet analysis as well as a bullet LED analysis,
- 1:15:44that these analysis are not yet complete.
- 1:15:46OK, pay attention. Tyler Robinson's defense team.
- 1:15:48I'm about to help you out in a big way.
- 1:15:50So they told you that you conferred.
- 1:15:51They said, OK, don't worry, we got it.
- 1:15:52We got this. We're gonna do a secondary thing
- 1:15:54with the feds. And like me, I'm nosy.
- 1:15:55I'm like, wait, what do you mean the the ATF is alcohol, tobacco
- 1:15:59and firearms. That's the Bureau of alcohol,
- 1:16:02tobacco and firearms. If they couldn't do it, what
- 1:16:05extra power does the FBI have it do it?
- 1:16:07If the firearm people can't do it, why is this going to the
- 1:16:09FBI? So I said, what is a comparative
- 1:16:11bullet LED analysis? What is that?
- 1:16:13I need to know things I like to learn.
- 1:16:15And lo and behold, we find out that the CBLA, the compositional
- 1:16:21analysis, is a discontinued forensic technique that analyzed
- 1:16:25trace elements, copper, arsenic in lead to link crime scene
- 1:16:29bullets to suspects. It was primarily used by the FBI
- 1:16:32from the 1980s until 2004, but it was then abandoned in 2005
- 1:16:36due to flawed scientific, statistical, and interpretive
- 1:16:39validity. Wait they discontinued this like
- 1:16:4320 years ago? 21 years ago because they said
- 1:16:46it was flawed and sure enough Skyler starts looking through
- 1:16:49and he's like yeah no the innocents like people have been
- 1:16:51freed because of how flawless was they literally put the wrong
- 1:16:54people in prison using this technology until it became so
- 1:16:57obvious that nobody would even stand trial and back it anymore
- 1:16:59so they just got rid of this now I'm.
- 1:17:01Going to have to Fact Check that myself, but if that's true
- 1:17:03that's pretty crazy. How?
- 1:17:04Is this? It's been gone for 20 years.
- 1:17:06Wake up Tyler Robinson's defense.
- 1:17:08I know it's a lot going on 16,000 files.
- 1:17:09This is them telling you they're going to make this bullet fit no
- 1:17:12matter what. The feds will do it.
- 1:17:13If your ATF isn't going to be corrupt, we'll be corrupt, and
- 1:17:16they've been corrupt since the beginning of this.
- 1:17:17Look at this news clip explaining further why and how
- 1:17:20this technique that they're not going to employ got discredited
- 1:17:24historically and is no longer in use.
- 1:17:27Here are the reasons why it got discredited.
- 1:17:28Take a listen to this local Atlanta news clip.
- 1:17:31Ki agents swore by it in courtrooms across America for
- 1:17:34decades, a type of forensic science called bullet LED
- 1:17:37analysis. This was used in thousands of
- 1:17:38cases and hundreds of trials. But the FBI stopped using it
- 1:17:41over flaws in the science. Now at least one man is free as
- 1:17:44another fights for his freedom. National investigative reporter
- 1:17:47Chris Nakamoto looks into the tainted testimony.
- 1:17:49It was definitely a shot to the whole community in 199145 year
- 1:17:55old Norma Jean AIDS was found inside this home shot to death
- 1:17:59seven times. The house set on fire.
- 1:18:01She deserved better than that. Her death a defining event in
- 1:18:05the life of her husband Jimmy Yates, because six years later a
- 1:18:09jury convicted him of her murder.
- 1:18:11It's his first sit down interview after being released
- 1:18:13in 2021. Did you kill your wife?
- 1:18:15No, I have, I have. I have maintained it all these
- 1:18:19years. Police found a bullet in his
- 1:18:22vehicle, which they said matched the lead and bullets at the
- 1:18:25crime scene. That science the jury trusted
- 1:18:27when it ultimately convicted AIDS no longer used by the FBI
- 1:18:32when a weapon is missing or a bullet 2 damaged, The FBI
- 1:18:35claimed at the time their science can match bullets to
- 1:18:37ammunition through the lead alone.
- 1:18:39Our national investigative team found the FBI admitted to using
- 1:18:42the science in 2500 cases, and it was introduced in hundreds of
- 1:18:46trials across America. But in 2005, the FBI pulled the
- 1:18:49plug on this practice. Their admission?
- 1:18:51Neither scientists nor bullet manufacturers are able to
- 1:18:54definitively attest to the significance of an association
- 1:18:57made between bullets in the course of a bullet LED
- 1:18:59examination. They discontinued this because
- 1:19:04not even the scientists or the bullet manufacturers would
- 1:19:09testify that that made any sense, Not even the scientists
- 1:19:13or the bullet. But we don't know how you're
- 1:19:14doing this. You're just saying that you have
- 1:19:17some special scientific technique that the scientists
- 1:19:19are saying is not so scientific. And the bullet manufacturer
- 1:19:22saying, yeah, this doesn't make any sense.
- 1:19:23And they just quietly stopped doing that in 2005.
- 1:19:26But guess what, guys? Cash's boys are going to dust
- 1:19:29that off, pull it back because ATF probably said a little too
- 1:19:34obvious and corrupt for us. OK, best we can do.
- 1:19:37Like, you know, we're the feds with fed boys.
- 1:19:39Love you. But can we give you an
- 1:19:40inconclusive? Can we just say inconclusive
- 1:19:43probably doesn't even match? Inconclusive is the best I can
- 1:19:45do as your homie. You guys are on your own.
- 1:19:47If you're going to do be that corrupt, despite this history of
- 1:19:49the strategy being corrupt because scientists and you, you
- 1:19:53put a lot of people in jail wrongly.
- 1:19:55And the feds are like, yeah, that's what we're trying to,
- 1:19:56we're trying to put somebody in jail wrongly.
- 1:19:58So that's what we're doing. We need, we need to bring back
- 1:20:00the technique that's been discontinued for 20 years.
- 1:20:02Incredible. Bombshell should be on the cover
- 1:20:06of every mainstream news reporting at the FBII.
- 1:20:09Don't know what it is, but it's like there's something about her
- 1:20:12look that just looks crazy. Like she does look just kind of
- 1:20:15psycho sometimes. Like I'm just sitting here
- 1:20:17watching her and I'm just like, it just something seems off.
- 1:20:23An already debunked technique so that they can give Erica the
- 1:20:26evidence she needs to connect this gun which hasn't even fired
- 1:20:30Tyler Robinson. Again, ignore the people that
- 1:20:32are telling you over and over again that his prints are on his
- 1:20:34gun. That's common sense, people.
- 1:20:35If somebody comes to my house and steals a gun, it's gonna
- 1:20:38have me and George's prints on it and DNA on it because our
- 1:20:40prints carry oil and that's our DNA.
- 1:20:42It does not mean that we then took this gun and killed
- 1:20:45somebody. You got to connect the bullet.
- 1:20:47You got to connect the person. You got to conduct these tests
- 1:20:49to make sure they fired a weapon.
- 1:20:50They're doing none of that. All they're doing is spending an
- 1:20:52offensive amount of money on PR people to convince you that this
- 1:20:55is an open and shut case. And it's it's not even open.
- 1:20:57So it shouldn't it shouldn't even be open.
- 1:21:01OK, I I am just so stunned that they're doing it.
- 1:21:03I can't even believe how openly corrupt the feds are being
- 1:21:07police guys in your capacity share this share that portion
- 1:21:10that they are bringing back Make make it viral.
- 1:21:11OK, the feds are so corrupt. Truly, I am like fed up,
- 1:21:14literally fed up Federal Bureau of investigation.
- 1:21:17We have had enough. OK, now to finish some other
- 1:21:21things that and I highlighted here just so that you have this
- 1:21:24as we're on page 22. They're basically saying
- 1:21:27asserting their amendments like in a capital case, a state
- 1:21:29cannot consistent with federal due process.
- 1:21:31The 4th and the 8th amendments in separate separation of powers
- 1:21:34and principles declare that hearsay reports.
- 1:21:36You're just going to sit people. You're this is a show trial.
- 1:21:38You're going to sit people and we can't prod their narratives
- 1:21:41because you haven't actually given us the evidence.
- 1:21:43We're you're giving us summary summarized reports.
- 1:21:46They want theatre. They want to put theatre on the
- 1:21:48stand and they are saying we want science, we want scientific
- 1:21:51discovery, which we have been asking for and we have been
- 1:21:52consistent in asking for this, which is what he attaches in his
- 1:21:54exhibits is how many times they have asked for this information,
- 1:21:56how people they've been in touch with saying we need this
- 1:21:58information to go through and they've done a very good job.
- 1:22:00By the way, I will say this is a thorough case.
- 1:22:02Sometimes I read lawyers and it's like, oh, this is a really
- 1:22:04bad lawyer. They have this is this is a job
- 1:22:05well done. Actually, this is a job well
- 1:22:07done. It's very descriptive.
- 1:22:09It tells us on the bottom of 25 on top of 25, excuse me, that
- 1:22:13this is not our fault. We did not contribute to the
- 1:22:15delay resulting in the request. You can see through the pages,
- 1:22:17we have been diligently processing and reviewing all of
- 1:22:20this recovery that has been received in this case.
- 1:22:22We have made efforts from the outset to procure not only the
- 1:22:24reports from forensic testing but also the underlying
- 1:22:26materials that are needed for expert review.
- 1:22:29And they keep we have communicated verbally and in
- 1:22:31writing our concerns regarding these materials over the last
- 1:22:34several months. The delay here does not fall at
- 1:22:35our feet, OK? We have no reason.
- 1:22:37We have no understanding as to why we were not giving the
- 1:22:39autopsy report the summary until November and then given the
- 1:22:43photos and the complete report package to be able to give to
- 1:22:45somebody else until March. That makes no sense outside of a
- 1:22:49despicable strategy from the state here.
- 1:22:53And then it says where the evidence that has not yet been
- 1:22:55produced is both highly technical.
- 1:22:57The retard and the rumble chat. You don't even know my fucking
- 1:23:01opinions you fucking idiot. Like kill yourself.
- 1:23:06And scientific and is the basis for expert opinions that will be
- 1:23:08proffered only through reports deemed reliable.
- 1:23:11This is this is hearsay under Utah rule of evidence.
- 1:23:13You can't just give us summaries and that's they want, they want
- 1:23:16to show trial and they are now asserting.
- 1:23:19Like where I get my opinions from Candace from or because I
- 1:23:23personally have tricked her months ago?
- 1:23:25And again, I said this at the beginning of the review of this
- 1:23:29video. I'll say it again.
- 1:23:31Do I think that the FBI's narrative is correct?
- 1:23:33No. Do I think Candace's theories
- 1:23:35are correct? The one she spelled out?
- 1:23:37No. I think they're retarded.
- 1:23:39I do think there's a middle ground to it.
- 1:23:43So what you're saying you don't even know what the fuck you're
- 1:23:45talking about? It's just retarded.
- 1:23:48I think Candace has made some of the stupidest fucking comment.
- 1:23:53Like her seeing shit in her dreams is not real and if she
- 1:23:57can't realize that, you know, it's just anybody who buys into
- 1:24:01that is retarded. And second of all, when she was
- 1:24:04doing the Egyptian planes thing, I had my viewers sending in fake
- 1:24:07tips to her show to see if she would read them as fact and she
- 1:24:10did. She read one of the fake tips
- 1:24:12from my viewers about the Egyptian planes as fact, which
- 1:24:15just proved that she doesn't actually vet a lot of the things
- 1:24:17she says. So again, it's the Candace plan.
- 1:24:21Trusters to be honest are kind of retarded.
- 1:24:23Like there is a middle ground to it.
- 1:24:25Conclusion Unless the materials that we are requesting have been
- 1:24:28produced to us by April 17th 2026 and if that does happen
- 1:24:32then we can set a hearing, you know, six months out.
- 1:24:37Otherwise we want a hearing date to be completely vacated.
- 1:24:40We don't want to even talk about a hearing date right now.
- 1:24:42It's it doesn't even make sense. OK, we've got 600,000 documents
- 1:24:45to go through. We have not received our
- 1:24:46discovery requests. We are basically they're they're
- 1:24:49playing APR game and we deserve to have an opportunity to
- 1:24:52understand how they received these communications.
- 1:24:54How did you these are you're saying these are his texts.
- 1:24:57OK, You don't just send me APDF of text.
- 1:24:59When I saw the text, I was like, are these dated?
- 1:25:03What time did they come in that's missing?
- 1:25:04What time did they come in? How did they pull this off of
- 1:25:06the server? Did you contact T-Mobile?
- 1:25:07How how did you get this information?
- 1:25:09You can just send APDF and then say we we got them.
- 1:25:12You can't just have cash Patel throwing up 30 threes and say
- 1:25:14that's enough. You can't just have Governor Cox
- 1:25:17up there with the feds say, oh, we got them.
- 1:25:20This is real. This is a court case.
- 1:25:21Give tell us how you received these technological
- 1:25:24communications. Otherwise this is just show and
- 1:25:27they called him out on that and so I just I have.
- 1:25:29I've been calling Candace a retard for a long time to the
- 1:25:33guy in the chat who's retarded. To say this was an extraordinary
- 1:25:38filing and extraordinary in that it only further to me undermines
- 1:25:43the state's case. You don't have to play these
- 1:25:45games if it is on your side. If truth is on your side, you do
- 1:25:47not need to play these games If truth is on your side.
- 1:25:49You immediately give them everything they need without
- 1:25:51delay. And you say, OK, here you go.
- 1:25:53We should be able to make that deadline in May because we're
- 1:25:55giving you everything. Here's the autopsy.
- 1:25:56Here's this, here's that. Here's the Prince that we said
- 1:25:58that we found. Because your interest should be
- 1:26:00finding Charlie's true killer, not trying to stick it onto a
- 1:26:02Patsy, which is what Tyler Robinson is, in my opinion,
- 1:26:05having investigated this case, having had communication,
- 1:26:06Turning Point USA with their former employees about the lies
- 1:26:09that they were told, with the way that they are behaving, with
- 1:26:12the way that they have edited their story, the panic, because
- 1:26:14the back footage, everything that they are doing is signaling
- 1:26:17to me that this is a fed job from start to finish, just like
- 1:26:21JFK, just like with MLK. And I'm entitled to to that
- 1:26:24opinion unless they give us something concrete.
- 1:26:26And there was nothing that a single shred of this case that
- 1:26:28they have delivered that has been concrete, they still have
- 1:26:31not demonstrated even if the tech messages are real.
- 1:26:34Right about that. They can't even demonstrate that
- 1:26:36or they have not demonstrated that yet and I see no reason
- 1:26:38unless they aren't. We'll see.
- 1:26:40Anyway, I wanted to also tack on here that yesterday I had
- 1:26:42received an e-mail that really touched me.
- 1:26:43It was the context of the e-mail was there was a woman and she
- 1:26:45was responding to the APB that I put out yesterday regarding
- 1:26:48Erica's flights on July 14th. It's a crucial date to me on my
- 1:26:51timeline because of Tucker Gate on July 13th.
- 1:26:54I feel very much that between June and July 13th is when they
- 1:26:57made a decision to kill Charlie on the basis of the Iran war and
- 1:27:00further on the basis of a Tucker Carlson sat on stage questioning
- 1:27:02Bibi Netanyahu, his network of people, the Epstein files, where
- 1:27:05people's money was coming from. And that flight is she took with
- 1:27:08Catherine Locastro and Derek Niekerk and Jonathan Barcelo.
- 1:27:12And she wanted the one who was emailing me wanted to make me
- 1:27:15aware about a flight to Long Beach.
- 1:27:16I was wondering what's this about what's in Long Beach?
- 1:27:17And she made me aware that there's a dude.
- 1:27:19You're saying every investigation has wrong leads?
- 1:27:22It's normal, yeah, but not like if a cop ever said the victim
- 1:27:27came to me in a dream and told me this, every other cop would
- 1:27:30laugh at them. But for some reason people ate
- 1:27:32that shit up. And the fact that you can't
- 1:27:34grasp that, you can't understand that that's what I'm talking
- 1:27:37about, it just shows that you're not capable of this
- 1:27:40conversation. Actually a joint Air Force Base
- 1:27:42that's about 15 minutes from the airport.
- 1:27:43It was really the second part of the e-mail that really touched
- 1:27:45me, she wrote this, she wrote. FYI, the Long Beach Airport is a
- 1:27:48quick 10 to 15 minute drive to a small military base in Los
- 1:27:52Alamitos. It is the Joint Forces Air base.
- 1:27:55OH JTF Fort Huachuca is not a very busy base, although it is
- 1:27:59secure. It also is not visible to heavy
- 1:28:01traffic as the entrance to the base is located in a housing
- 1:28:04subdivision. It would be easy to move in and
- 1:28:06out of there without much notice from the public.
- 1:28:07The flight from Phoenix is just over an hour, she continued.
- 1:28:10It is common for U.S. government officials to fly in and out of
- 1:28:13that base when coming to Southern California and then
- 1:28:15driving to fundraising events, etcetera.
- 1:28:17The California National Guard also uses that base as well as
- 1:28:19fighter jets fly in and out when doing the annual air shows, she
- 1:28:23continues. Not sure if this helps with the
- 1:28:24big picture or opportunity. Yeah, and didn't she also claim
- 1:28:27Charlie was a fucking time traveller like that?
- 1:28:30That he would run and that street lights would go out and
- 1:28:32shit? It's like again, if a cop ever
- 1:28:35said that he would get laughed out of the fucking building.
- 1:28:39If a cop ever came with a lead and then like double down on it
- 1:28:45but didn't actually investigate like the information surrounding
- 1:28:48it, he would get laughed out. And that's what she did.
- 1:28:50I literally had people send fake tips about the Egyptian planes.
- 1:28:53She read one of the fake tips as a fact on her show.
- 1:28:57If a cop did that they would get fucking fired.
- 1:28:59So you comparing this to a cop is just retarded.
- 1:29:04Changed to what you find out about July 14th, but I wanted to
- 1:29:06pass it along in case it is another piece of the puzzle.
- 1:29:08Jen writes. Candace, I pray that you
- 1:29:09eventually find peace. It has been heartbreaking to see
- 1:29:11glimpses of your stages of grief as you produce your show.
- 1:29:14My heart does ache with you in your pain.
- 1:29:16Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
- 1:29:18You have really met Jesus in His suffering since September 2025
- 1:29:21as this is so painful. How much more was His pain to
- 1:29:24die on a cross for the sins of this world.
- 1:29:26May you never forget that Sunday came and He triumphed over evil
- 1:29:30in in this world. You will have many trials, but
- 1:29:32take hearts that I have overcome the world.
- 1:29:35God makes us in His image, and one of His attributes is
- 1:29:36justice. Some of us bear that image more
- 1:29:38than others. It is both a blessing and a
- 1:29:40burden. You mirror the image of His
- 1:29:41justice that made you rest it. Are you still reading this
- 1:29:43e-mail? And knowing that God is in
- 1:29:45charge of ultimate justice, I was very touched by that.
- 1:29:47And I wanted to share that because I, I felt like as we are
- 1:29:50ending at the end here of Lent, just being reminded of that.
- 1:29:53Like, no matter what you're going through, no matter what
- 1:29:55suffering you're going through. And it has been a lot of
- 1:29:56suffering and it has been, you know, a lot of hurt to go
- 1:29:59through. And it hurts everyday to see the
- 1:30:00people that Charlie catapulted into the pitch that they have
- 1:30:04today turn on him for money. Because that's what we're
- 1:30:05seeing. We know that's it.
- 1:30:06They turned, they turned on Charlie for money.
- 1:30:07And some days it felt really lonely.
- 1:30:10But then I realized that the whole world is actually rooting
- 1:30:14neon. They're rooting the truth on.
- 1:30:15They're rooting Tucker Carlson on and Megyn Kelly on when they
- 1:30:18told the truth about the usual thing.
- 1:30:19They're seeing what they have gone through for simply telling
- 1:30:22the truth about how much Charlie was going through in the end.
- 1:30:24And but I think we all need to be reminded of that, that
- 1:30:26whatever you're going through, like his burden was greater, you
- 1:30:28know, not Charlie so obviously, but Jesus Christ, his burden was
- 1:30:31greater. And we there was something
- 1:30:33beautiful about that to think that we are enjoined in
- 1:30:35suffering with him that you are that we are.
- 1:30:38We are made in God's image. And part of that, of course, is
- 1:30:40suffering. And she is correct that justice,
- 1:30:43like vengeance, belongs to the Lord.
- 1:30:45And but you know, truth, it belongs to all of us.
- 1:30:48And I just cannot overstate to you guys that the second that
- 1:30:52Charlie was killed, I knew that he was betrayed.
- 1:30:55And it could very well be that deep sense of knowing came from
- 1:30:58the fact that he had so carefully explained to me that
- 1:31:00he was going to die. But I, it also woke something up
- 1:31:03in me that had been dormant. And it's like, it's just a God
- 1:31:07mission. It's bigger than me.
- 1:31:09I, I, I can't let it go. I won't let it go.
- 1:31:11I don't care if people call me obsessed.
- 1:31:13I, I under, I appreciate that they had a real hope that the
- 1:31:16world would turn the chapter on this.
- 1:31:18And I will not let it happen because none of us are safe.
- 1:31:21If a person like Charlie Kirk, who lived his life very
- 1:31:25admirably, who worked hard and who helped put the people who
- 1:31:29have betrayed him in positions of power.
- 1:31:30A little drawn out, but not a bad ending monologue.
- 1:31:33If he can be betrayed, assassinated in front of the
- 1:31:35world and people can collude to lie about everything that he
- 1:31:38represented and what he was going through, then I feel like
- 1:31:42none of us are safe, right? And I like to believe that he
- 1:31:45was correct in his assessment that it was going to his death
- 1:31:47was going to contribute to something greater in many ways.
- 1:31:49It already has, I think. I think it already has people we
- 1:31:52are understanding really evil in a way that we needed to remember
- 1:31:56to see, I guess, what the world of politics is capable of.
- 1:31:58I'm I'm trying to find comfort in that.
- 1:32:01I think so. I just wanted to share that
- 1:32:02because it made me feel happy in in that peace in a way, like
- 1:32:05just being reminded of Christ suffering.
- 1:32:07And yeah, anyways, beyond that, Akash, we're already at the hour
- 1:32:10mark. I don't know where the time it
- 1:32:12goes. I do have an update for you guys
- 1:32:14on the the Timpanagos staff at the hospital.
- 1:32:17And I saw Elizabeth Lane saying that talking about the other
- 1:32:21hospital and the strange lockdown.
- 1:32:22And I have maintained from the beginning that there was more
- 1:32:24evidence that Charlie was at Utah Valley initially and then
- 1:32:27at some point got transported to Timpanagos.
- 1:32:29But we will have to wait until tomorrow because we're already
- 1:32:32up for an hour and I haven't even done comments.
- 1:32:33So we will take another quick break and I'll get to some of
- 1:32:36your comments. We'll be right back, all.
- 1:32:38Right, OK. We're going to go on to our
- 1:32:40comments now too. Was there some good information
- 1:32:44there? Sure.
- 1:32:48Still not. I don't know.
- 1:32:49She's got to do a better job at selling this.
- 1:32:51She the the problem is how inconsistent she's been about a
- 1:32:56lot of her theories. And it's not even about like
- 1:32:58them being wrong necessarily as them just being super outlandish
- 1:33:02and ridiculous. Like I said during this show,
- 1:33:06the theory. Oh, JT Strong, thank you.
- 1:33:10Subscriptions on Kik. Huge thank you.
- 1:33:13Huge shout out. Thank you so much, JT Let's go,
- 1:33:16JT, You're the man. But the big problem is that, you
- 1:33:20know, she's talking about her dream.
- 1:33:21She's talking about just like time travel.
- 1:33:24She's talking about some of the most ridiculous things I've ever
- 1:33:28fucking heard in my life. And it almost just seems like
- 1:33:31it's somebody grieving, unable to actually grasp what's
- 1:33:33actually happening in front of them.
- 1:33:35Also, it just seems like the delusional rants of a
- 1:33:38sub-saharan. But yeah, again, there is some
- 1:33:42things that, like I said, it is a healthy middle ground for me
- 1:33:45where I do not believe a lot of the things Candace Owens is
- 1:33:48saying. I definitely don't believe a lot
- 1:33:50of the things the FBI is saying. I think Tyler Robinson probably
- 1:33:54took the shot, but I think the bigger story is like, who
- 1:33:58encouraged him? Who knew about it, who was
- 1:34:01around him? I think there was probably a lot
- 1:34:03of other people in that Discord server that we don't know about.
- 1:34:06I think there's probably a lot of other information we don't
- 1:34:08know about, but I, I think it could be likely he took the
- 1:34:10shot. But again, I could be wrong on
- 1:34:12that. And I would be the first person
- 1:34:14to apologize to Candace if I was wrong on that.
- 1:34:19But the FBI is known to lie. They're, they're known to fake
- 1:34:22things. It's ridiculous to always
- 1:34:24believe them. So I, I do believe in a healthy
- 1:34:28middle ground to this situation. Dude, this guy is so retarded.
- 1:34:35He's like, you have similar logic to Nick, so you must be
- 1:34:37just following. It's like, OK, yes, I'm a fan of
- 1:34:40Nick. Does that mean every fucking
- 1:34:42thing he says? I take it like it's the word of
- 1:34:44God. Like that's retarded.
- 1:34:46You Sir, are a retarded. No, I, I do think Nick is
- 1:34:52partially correct. This is one of the things I
- 1:34:54actually slightly disagree with Nick on, because Nick is very
- 1:34:56sure that Tyler was a lone shooter, that there wasn't
- 1:34:59anyone else involved, and that the FBI narrative does seem
- 1:35:02correct. I actually believe that the FBI
- 1:35:04narrative doesn't seem correct, but at the same time, I don't
- 1:35:06think Candace is correct too. So it's actually slightly
- 1:35:10different from his logic. But you're too retarded to know
- 1:35:13that you, Sir, are an absolute fucking moron, you know, And
- 1:35:18most people wouldn't say that to you.
- 1:35:20Most people would be like, you know what, this guy's trying to
- 1:35:22talk to me on my show, I'm going to be nice to him.
- 1:35:24Nope, you're a fucking retard. Fuck you, you're a bitch.
- 1:35:28You're a retard. You're a moron.
- 1:35:30OK, let's let's go on to our comments.
- 1:35:33So Please remember to like smash the follow button, leave a
- 1:35:35comment. We read all the comments at the
- 1:35:37end of each show, rate the show 5 stars on Spotify, follow on
- 1:35:40whatever platform you're watching on and join the
- 1:35:43Telegram channel as well. Here we go.
- 1:35:48No, fuck me. I have it.
- 1:35:50I have it muted. I got to fix it.
- 1:35:53All right, sorry. Here we go now.
- 1:35:55Thank God. I noticed that early, Sometimes
- 1:35:57I don't. On my truck I have the Latin
- 1:35:59words Day, whose vault with the Jerusalem cross.
- 1:36:02God's will is for Israel to bow down to Christ.
- 1:36:05It's a Ford for a reason too. Henry Ford wrote the book called
- 1:36:08the International Jew. Have you seen the original Dodge
- 1:36:11logo? Go look it up.
- 1:36:13Quite Jewish. I mean I know it, but to anyone
- 1:36:19else you should check it out. W rogue.
- 1:36:22Huge W Rogue. Did you see what happened with
- 1:36:25the NBA recently? Did something big happen?
- 1:36:43No. Why are you so fucking
- 1:36:45intentionally vague, Christian? Did you see what happened?
- 1:36:47No, just say it. Just just fucking say what
- 1:36:50happened. No, I didn't see it and it
- 1:36:52doesn't pop up on Google when I Google NBA news.
- 1:36:55Let me guess, bunch of black dudes making 20 million a year
- 1:36:58while we are being enslaved? They make way more than that,
- 1:37:02Rogue. If you think they're making 20
- 1:37:03million a year, that's great. They're making 120 million a
- 1:37:06year. They're making so much fucking
- 1:37:07money. These guys, NBA players, are
- 1:37:10some of the highest paid athletes.
- 1:37:11Times have changed. Yeah.
- 1:37:18James, what are your Easter plans?
- 1:37:19My family is going to be having ham.
- 1:37:22Seems extra fitting this year. May even slow roast the ham over
- 1:37:26a bunch of quirins. God bless you handsome and keep
- 1:37:28fighting the good fight. Thank you sweetheart.
- 1:37:31What are my plans for Easter? Well, first I hope you have a
- 1:37:34good Easter. Hope you have a blessed holiday.
- 1:37:35I'm going to go to Mass obviously.
- 1:37:38I am going to probably just spend time with family that day.
- 1:37:42We'll probably have a family dinner.
- 1:37:43Not sure 100% of my plans yet. I guess I should figure that out
- 1:37:47but I'm just assuming it's what I do most Sundays which is just
- 1:37:50family time family dinner. Why not a bunch of Talmuds?
- 1:37:55Yeah, instead of Quran Talmuds. We can include those two.
- 1:37:59While we're at it, why not throw all of Rabbi Shmueli's kin along
- 1:38:03in there too? Have you seen his wife, Debbie?
- 1:38:05I I mean, for legal reasons we shouldn't say that.
- 1:38:09For legal reasons, we shouldn't say.
- 1:38:11We could say maybe all those products from the store, but we
- 1:38:14can't talk. For legal reasons, we can't say
- 1:38:16people. G for a woman you sure speak a
- 1:38:19lot about genocide like it's nothing.
- 1:38:21I am definitely not suspicious of you at all.
- 1:38:24He as you won't do shit ever. But you can make sandwiches for
- 1:38:27the men that will go for God. That is your job.
- 1:38:29OK. W rogue huge W rogue, let's go
- 1:38:33huge W rogue Rogue did what I should have done there.
- 1:38:39W rogue WI will agree. It's kind of fed posting like it
- 1:38:43is federal agent like to consistently You do post a lot
- 1:38:47of like I want to be like these violent, you know, fantasies or
- 1:38:50what like I don't know what the fuck you want to call them, but
- 1:38:53you do post them a lot in the comments.
- 1:38:54It does bring up an interesting point W Rogue.
- 1:38:57Thanks Rogue. Any thoughts on the latest court
- 1:39:00filing in the CK case? Bullet found did not match Tyler
- 1:39:03Robinson's rifle and. You'll get the answers watching
- 1:39:06the show today. I would ask you to talk about
- 1:39:09flock cameras on an episode, but you're going to need like 3 or 4
- 1:39:12episodes. Are flock cameras the cameras
- 1:39:15that take pictures of you on highways?
- 1:39:17To be honest, I don't know. I I'd imagine that's what it is.
- 1:39:20I think that's what it is. Let me look it up.
- 1:39:27Yeah, no, I'm right about that. I'm right about everything.
- 1:39:29Why would I even question myself there?
- 1:39:33Right about literally fucking everything.
- 1:39:36Yes to the IRL with CC NNOO to the sleepover.
- 1:39:39Rather she is going to molest TF out of you.
- 1:39:42Sad pensive face and ili but this whole chocolate thing has
- 1:39:45broken my heart. You're a freak, *** freak.
- 1:39:48OK, OK. You might be right about that.
- 1:39:51You might be right about that. You're a freak.
- 1:39:53Sorry. You're a freak.
- 1:39:55You're a freak. It just reminded me of that Ana
- 1:39:58Kasparian Clippers. She's like, you're a freak.
- 1:40:00You're sick. OK, here's the thing.
- 1:40:03Let's let's let's put it all on the table for a SEC.
- 1:40:06No, I'm. Let's put it all on the table
- 1:40:07for a second. Yes, I admit it.
- 1:40:12Do I find black women attractive?
- 1:40:13Sadly. Will I engage with them?
- 1:40:15No. Am I sad about that?
- 1:40:18Not really. But you notice it, You notice
- 1:40:21it. You know, here's the thing.
- 1:40:23We love our white women. Our white women are beautiful.
- 1:40:25They're great. And those are the women we're
- 1:40:27going to marry and procreate with.
- 1:40:28But as an Italian, we do, we got to acknowledge God's beauty.
- 1:40:34You know, we just sometimes we have to sorry, sometimes it's
- 1:40:39got to sorry. Sometimes it's got to happen.
- 1:40:42Sometimes you just got to. Sometimes you just got to
- 1:40:46acknowledge it. God wills it.
- 1:40:48Bring her to Christ, James. Dude, if I could bring Ceci to
- 1:40:52Christ, that would be crazy. Someone said everyone gets
- 1:40:55jungle fever every. Exactly.
- 1:40:57It happens to the best of us. Like you ever watch A Bronx
- 1:41:01Tale? He's like, dad, what would you
- 1:41:04do if I started dating a colored girl?
- 1:41:05He's like, I'd beat the fuck out of you.
- 1:41:06We stay with our own and then the sun still goes into he does
- 1:41:10it. It's like, can you can you blame
- 1:41:14him? Can you blame him?
- 1:41:15She passed the car test. She she reached over, she
- 1:41:18unlocked the driver's door. Like, here's the thing.
- 1:41:20I'll marry the first bitch that does that for me.
- 1:41:22The first bitch is want to cook, clean, shut the fuck up, and
- 1:41:25we'll unlock the car door when I let her in the passenger side.
- 1:41:29Chefs kiss to you, sweetheart. Your dad raised you right?
- 1:41:32That's the kind of woman I want to meet.
- 1:41:34But OK, I, I, I'm trying to, I don't know, I would like to do
- 1:41:39this IRL thing with Sassy. But here's the thing.
- 1:41:41I don't want to have to fund it. Like she's like, oh, can you get
- 1:41:44people to help finance it like through like donations and get,
- 1:41:46it's like, that's the thing. It's like, if they're donating
- 1:41:49to me, I could use that money for me to buy health insurance,
- 1:41:51but instead I would use it to fly you out here.
- 1:41:53It's like, I don't want to fucking do that.
- 1:41:56You know what I mean? Like, that seems pretty.
- 1:41:58Like for a woman who's such a feminist, that seems like a
- 1:42:00pretty, you know, anti feminist thing to do to let a man pay for
- 1:42:04your flight and travel and like basically take care of every you
- 1:42:09know, that seems pretty against everything you believe in,
- 1:42:12sweetheart, right. And me and her we, we got in a
- 1:42:14huge back and forth today. We were D having on Instagram
- 1:42:18about, she was, she was bitching about, about the fact that I
- 1:42:22don't want women to vote. And I was like, to be honest,
- 1:42:24you know, like you viewed as oppressive.
- 1:42:26I view it as, you know, we're, we're protecting and we're
- 1:42:29empowering women. We're, we're giving them money
- 1:42:31everyday just to fucking stay home.
- 1:42:34We're basically paying them to just produce children, which is
- 1:42:36what they're biologically meant to do.
- 1:42:38She didn't like it. She did not like it.
- 1:42:41She got mad. She she was calling me a lot of
- 1:42:44names, lot of names. But it's OK.
- 1:42:46It's OK. We know she still loves me.
- 1:42:49It's OK. It's OK.
- 1:42:51She's got that America unfiltered fever.
- 1:42:54Not sure if Hitler was autistic but I'm pretty sure it was
- 1:42:57basically confirmed he had Kalman syndrome.
- 1:43:01I know we want a Democrat takeover for 26, but we also
- 1:43:05want Republicans back in office in 28, and we know Nick wants
- 1:43:08that. But what candidate is even
- 1:43:10fitting? Not any suitable ones that we
- 1:43:15know of right now. Again, it's 2020.
- 1:43:17It's a long way out. We got time.
- 1:43:19We don't know who's going to be running.
- 1:43:21What we do know is not Rubio, not Vance.
- 1:43:23That's what we don't want. Screwed either way.
- 1:43:26Revolution is the only way out. That might be a few years away.
- 1:43:30Maybe in Canada, but we can still infiltrate in America.
- 1:43:33Exactly, Infiltration is the way to go.
- 1:43:38It really is. Same thing the Jews did, we do.
- 1:43:43No need for a revolution y'all, we just need real ass people to
- 1:43:47run far. That shit can't keep falling far
- 1:43:49the same tricks over and over again.
- 1:43:51Know what I mean? RPP real people party are.
- 1:43:55You trying to make it sound black?
- 1:43:57Are you trumpets ready to die for Israel?
- 1:44:03What the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:44:05Like like we're not a pro Trump show here.
- 1:44:08All the people who watch the show are probably not pro Trump
- 1:44:10for the most part. Wrong podcast bro.
- 1:44:12Face with tears of joy. Exactly.
- 1:44:15I never voted for anyone. Christian, that's disgusting
- 1:44:19that you have multiple flags next to your name instead of
- 1:44:21just an American flag. That's actually it makes me want
- 1:44:24to fucking gross. These PPL very obviously don't
- 1:44:29support Trump anymore. Yeah.
- 1:44:33Trump's going to save me 5D skid, so chess proves it. 5D
- 1:44:39skid so chess proves it. Sometimes you just got to look
- 1:44:43at someone and dead stir at them when they say stupid shit.
- 1:44:46That's the chimps. You're right, you're right,
- 1:44:49you're right. We need to be like the Ville
- 1:44:52true mites from Invincible. I don't even know if I remember
- 1:44:58that. We don't even have 120 million
- 1:45:01immigrants. We have like 50 million.
- 1:45:06Again, it's debated how many are in the country like legal
- 1:45:10immigrants. There's about like eighty, 9070
- 1:45:13to 90 million somewhere in that range.
- 1:45:15And then illegal immigrants, there's about 50 to 70
- 1:45:18estimated. So get them all the fuck out.
- 1:45:23Get them all out. That's what I want.
- 1:45:25That's that's what I want. And also, if we do have a draft,
- 1:45:32first one that should get sent is Baron.
- 1:45:37I actually think everybody should have to serve for like a
- 1:45:40year, and we should take away voting rights and only give them
- 1:45:43to the people who do serve for a year.
- 1:45:45And we should change everything, the way draft, voting taxes, the
- 1:45:49way it all works change at all. Wait so do you prefer Palestine
- 1:45:54over Israel or do you just hate both?
- 1:45:56I'll make my position on this extremely clear.
- 1:45:59Fuck the entire Middle East, fuck the entire Middle East.
- 1:46:02But the difference between Palestine and Israel to me is
- 1:46:05Palestine is not trying to rape my country, Israel is.
- 1:46:10He also means many African Americans.
- 1:46:13Christian, you're right about that.
- 1:46:14A lot of the blacks have to go A lot, to be honest.
- 1:46:17Here's the thing. Some of the blacks don't want to
- 1:46:19hear this. The violent blacks need to go.
- 1:46:22There's no other option. If you're a violent black, you
- 1:46:24have to go. Yeah.
- 1:46:25I am unwilling to let you stay in America.
- 1:46:27I just don't want it. How would you guys feel about
- 1:46:30making it tougher for presidents to pardon PPL with 2/3RD of the
- 1:46:35Senate having to agree to the presidential pardon for it to
- 1:46:38get passed? This is SMTHNI will advocate for
- 1:46:41when I get politically active next year when I'm 18.
- 1:46:45You're retarded, sorry, no one will ever go with that.
- 1:46:47Like only. That's like a leftist wet dream.
- 1:46:50Like that's just retarded. It's not a realistic goal.
- 1:46:53Biden shouldn't have been able to pardon his son and Trump
- 1:46:56shouldn't have been able to pardon all of his cronies.
- 1:46:59This is another critique I have of our country.
- 1:47:02Yeah, I mean, you can make an argument that people shouldn't
- 1:47:04be able to pardon their family members, that that would be an
- 1:47:07argument that you can maybe get through to people.
- 1:47:08But saying that you're going to take away the presidential
- 1:47:10pardon as a whole is never going to fly.
- 1:47:13Bro learn how to type before you talk.
- 1:47:15Should look like a tar per usual.
- 1:47:19Christian only can give me a thumbs down.
- 1:47:21Face with tears of joy. Use the words blockhead, ass,
- 1:47:23*** all. Right, we're almost done with
- 1:47:27the comments. Yo Jamin, if you comment another
- 1:47:30fucking link, I'm going to fucking fly to Chicago and slap
- 1:47:33you. If you want a link played super
- 1:47:36chatted. I'm not playing your links on
- 1:47:38the show for free. I'm done doing that.
- 1:47:40Prime Joe Montana, prime Troy Aikman or prime Patrick Mahomes.
- 1:47:44Joe Montana, not even nothing to even think about there.
- 1:47:48Joe Montana easily, like Mahomes is protected.
- 1:47:51Yeah, you have to factor that in.
- 1:47:53Mahomes is a protected quarterback like in no other
- 1:47:56era. Like, OK, let's see these two
- 1:48:00pens. These are the where these are
- 1:48:02the sidelines, right? Mahomes will run towards the
- 1:48:06sideline like a quarterback will when he's going to sacrifice
- 1:48:09himself to go out. And then once the defensive end
- 1:48:12stops pursuing because if he hits him too close to the line
- 1:48:14or at the line, it's going to be a penalty, he will then just go
- 1:48:17right back in. It's a cheat code.
- 1:48:18It's like, again, if you gave Victoria the ability to do that,
- 1:48:22you can make the argument that Victoria would have been like
- 1:48:23the greatest quarterback of all time.
- 1:48:26It's just a retarded like Mahomes is so fucking overrated.
- 1:48:30Can I respect good football? Sure.
- 1:48:32Does he have some good moments in some impressive place?
- 1:48:34Sure. Is he ever going to touch GOAT?
- 1:48:37Never in a fucking lifetime. In 10 lifetimes now.
- 1:48:43And TBH when Brady, Mt and Aikman were playing the rules
- 1:48:47were much harder. Now it's like half the time when
- 1:48:49you sack the QB it's called roughing the passer.
- 1:48:53Yeah, exactly, exactly. OK, so maybe you do know what's
- 1:48:56up? Do you think Gronk or Kelsey was
- 1:48:58a better TAE? Stupid as fuck.
- 1:49:01Stupid as fucking quite. That's probably even Dumber than
- 1:49:03the last question. Who's the best tight end, Gronk
- 1:49:06or Kelsey? Gronk is the greatest tight end
- 1:49:08of all time. Kelsey's not even #2 the fuck
- 1:49:11you talk. Gronk is objectively easily, no
- 1:49:16one could even argue against it #1 tight end of all time, you,
- 1:49:19you cannot make an argument against it.
- 1:49:21And Kelsey probably isn't even top three.
- 1:49:25Probably like Tony Gonzalez I would say is better than Kelsey.
- 1:49:29Antonio Gates, I would make an argument that he's better than
- 1:49:32Kelsey. Like you can make an argument
- 1:49:34about a lot of different people that they're better than Kelsey.
- 1:49:37Kelsey is big because of his brother.
- 1:49:39Kelsey is big because of Patrick Mahomes, and he's big because
- 1:49:42he's with Taylor Swift. He's not like that great of a
- 1:49:45football player. He's a very overrated football
- 1:49:48player. He was used in a very specific
- 1:49:50way, in a specific system that they were trying to amplify his
- 1:49:53stats. It's not that he was going out
- 1:49:55there and make it like the system of the Patriots was not
- 1:49:57revolving around Gronk, but Gronk was the default option
- 1:50:00that if nobody else was open, Brady just knew to look for
- 1:50:03Gronk down the field. Gronk didn't know half his
- 1:50:05plays. He barely knew anything about
- 1:50:07football besides catch the fucking ball and don't let them
- 1:50:09tackle you. He was just a pure retard who
- 1:50:12was able to take the game to the next level.
- 1:50:15Stupid fucking question Gronk 100%.
- 1:50:17Like not even fucking close. Also, do you have Yuri,
- 1:50:21Prochaska or Albert winning next week?
- 1:50:26Probably Yuri. I don't know, probably Yuri
- 1:50:28though. I'd have to look a little more
- 1:50:30at the at everything, but I would say probably Yuri.
- 1:50:34Yo, you got hella autism up in these comments, bra.
- 1:50:38Yes, sometimes we get them, sometimes we get a lot of
- 1:50:41autism. Lot of autism in the comments.
- 1:50:44Yo my fellow goy, you open to some constructive criticism?
- 1:50:47I got some questions and suggestions.
- 1:50:50Like the vibes though. Anyone tell you you Alec like
- 1:50:53Fuentes? I yeah, I hear that a lot.
- 1:50:58I learned to type like you got some questions and suggestions,
- 1:51:01but you didn't give any of them. Okay, leave them in the show.
- 1:51:04Like what the fuck you, I got some questions.
- 1:51:08I'm not going to tell you them, but I have some questions.
- 1:51:10It's like okay, you fucking goy, Okay, you stupid goyam like like
- 1:51:15what the fuck is that? Just tell me the questions like
- 1:51:17I don't I just don't get that, but OK, that's been all the
- 1:51:20comments. That's the entire show for the
