- 0:40We're always excited.
- 0:41We get so many different things happening all over the place.
- 0:45It's kind of wild, but today we're going to talk about some cool stuff with the next challenge that's coming out.
- 0:53But I do want to say before we even go there, before we start any of that, make sure that you're liking the podcast.
- 0:59Share the podcast.
- 1:00right?
- 1:01Make it a favorite, depending on what channel that you're on, but definitely subscribe because you don't want to miss an episode.
- 1:09You don't want to miss, we're going to be announcing the next dates for the next challenge today, and we're going to go into why it matters, all of that great stuff, but that stuff you don't want to miss.
- 1:19You want to be part of that.
- 1:20So like it, favorite, share it, and let's get this thing going.
- 1:26Did I miss anything there, Mike?
- 1:27I
- 1:29Yeah, no, I agree wholeheartedly.
- 1:31It's just what we have coming is really going to be impactful.
- 1:34So I'm just excited to get to it.
- 1:36Yes, indeed.
- 1:37So, and you were just talking about just a minute ago before we actually kicked this off about some of the things that why it matters to people.
- 1:45Yeah.
- 1:46That's what we're doing this.
- 1:46So every time I meet with someone in any business, the first thoughts that I go into ahead of that meeting and during that meeting is pretty blunt.
- 1:54It's number one.
- 1:55Why do you care?
- 1:57Why should you,
- 1:58spend any time doing this and how does it benefit you?
- 2:01Okay.
- 2:02How can it make either your day, your life, your job, your whatever, how can it make it better?
- 2:06How can we serve you?
- 2:09Okay.
- 2:09And that is the laser focus.
- 2:11And I, we've had a podcast on the challenge and what we're doing on the challenge.
- 2:16And the challenge is remarkable, but I think a lot of people are sitting out there.
- 2:20I don't think I know because I've been talking to a lot of people about this.
- 2:23The amount of people that come up to me with ideas,
- 2:28And that's pretty much it.
- 2:29It's like, you know, it'd be pretty cool if someone did this.
- 2:31I'm like, why don't you do it?
- 2:32Oh, I don't know.
- 2:33I don't know how to do that.
- 2:34I don't...
- 2:35I got a job.
- 2:35I got this.
- 2:36I got that.
- 2:37Whatever.
- 2:37There's a million and one excuses and I'm not saying they're not valid.
- 2:42But again, we've talked about this, like how again, now that's...
- 2:44I was taught by an entrepreneur that how selfish that is to keep great ideas in and not share them because you're not serving people who really need your help.
- 2:54And if you've thought of a solution...
- 2:56you it's your job or your duty to almost to share that information now you don't have to be the guy who runs the business you can be just the idea guy that's right and have someone else that can run the business for you you can but you should profit from that if it's your idea and you came up with this it's your baby so i think that's what people don't realize there's so many people out there right now who have brilliant ideas they're never going to vet it they're never going to
- 3:22do much with it.
- 3:23I'd say I would guess that probably 80% of them, if not more, maybe even higher, possibly as high as 95% of them.
- 3:28Yeah.
- 3:31I mean, yeah.
- 3:31So, I mean, if that, if that's you, if you ever sit there and you're the guy, again, I had a friend who I hadn't seen in years and he was telling someone, someone else I knew had bumped into him and he's like, oh, I saw him in Boston.
- 3:43And I'm like, oh, I haven't seen him.
- 3:44Like I talked to him on Facebook, but I haven't seen him in like 20 years.
- 3:47Is he doing well?
- 3:48And he's like, yeah, he's doing really well.
- 3:50He was talking about you.
- 3:51He's like, ever since you were a kid, he's like, you always had these crazy ideas.
- 3:56And I was like, you have no idea how big of a compliment that is.
- 3:59Huge, huge.
- 4:00And by the way, those are the people we're looking for, right?
- 4:03We want the people with the ideas.
- 4:05Agree, Stephen?
- 4:07Yes, exactly.
- 4:09First of all, I got a little banged up today.
- 4:10I had some minor surgery done, but it was just above my eye.
- 4:14So it's left me kind of black and blue.
- 4:17Hey, you're looking better than you did a few days ago.
- 4:19It's all good, man.
- 4:22So really, to get to it, what we're looking at with the Forge Fire and our challenge, and it's really to claim your breakthrough.
- 4:31You know, we want to break that branch of that someday feeling and force immediate market certainty.
- 4:39And that's what this is about.
- 4:40This is about doing it quick and fast.
- 4:43And we've...
- 4:44That's why we have the challenge.
- 4:45And really the biggest lie holding entrepreneurs back is that timing has to be perfect before they execute.
- 4:53And the challenge shatters that analysis and that paralysis, that analysis of paralysis by deploying the 7-2-L market test we have in the beginning that demands proof of customer pain and in pre-sale commitment right now.
- 5:07And the challenge is to leap to that, to leap that forward.
- 5:09Yeah.
- 5:11We've designed it so participation is easy.
- 5:15It's not a challenge.
- 5:17Yeah.
- 5:19Well said.
- 5:21You know, I got to say this because going back to something that you just said, Mike, too, and actually both of you.
- 5:25But yes.
- 5:27So yesterday I had a meeting.
- 5:29I'm always, you know, moving things forward, doing something.
- 5:32Right.
- 5:32So I had a meeting with a person who wonderful, wonderful gal, wonderful woman.
- 5:38Yeah.
- 5:39She has, she built a photography business in our area.
- 5:45I had no idea it was her, by the way.
- 5:47This is, she built this years ago.
- 5:49It was such a big brand and name that as soon as she said it, I was like, oh yeah, oh, definitely know about them.
- 5:57Right.
- 5:57And she's like, that's me.
- 5:59And I had no idea.
- 6:00Right.
- 6:00So I didn't even know, but, but it was the brand that I knew.
- 6:04I didn't know the person.
- 6:06It was, it was kind of interesting, but we had a great conversation.
- 6:09And we talked about ideas, right?
- 6:11Because she's asking, so what are you doing these days?
- 6:14Because she knows that I've always launched companies and I do different things.
- 6:17And she's done about a couple of my companies.
- 6:20But so I'm really helping people to launch ideas, right?
- 6:26One of the biggest challenges out there
- 6:29is that people have ideas and this goes to part of what you were just saying there steven um people have ideas but they don't know if they're valid they don't know how to test if they're valid they don't know uh how to make them uh launch or get them to launch they and most people are afraid if it's not perfect and that's what you said steven right if if either the timing isn't perfect or the idea isn't perfect
- 6:55I'm going to break this down super easy for everybody.
- 7:00Nothing's perfect.
- 7:02And it's not going to be.
- 7:04So who cares?
- 7:05Stop it.
- 7:06That's the easiest thing I can say.
- 7:08Because what you need to do is first, very first thing is validate.
- 7:14If you get an idea, do not die with that idea still in your heart, in your mind.
- 7:20get that idea out so as i'm talking with her this is this whole story ties in but as i'm talking with her yesterday we're going through and you know she's asking me about my company so one of the companies i told her about was crusher right now she she does very little photography now um just because of
- 7:38the, you know, the physical beating that a professional photographer can take on their body, which I, again, one of those things you don't think about, right?
- 7:46We don't know about every, every situation.
- 7:48So, so she, one of the things she does is she does a lot of social media.
- 7:53So it was perfect.
- 7:55And I asked her about this and she says, you know, that is fantastic.
- 7:59She says, there's something, can you do this?
- 8:03And she's asking me, I'm not going to say what it was,
- 8:07only because we're going to do it together.
- 8:10All right.
- 8:10So, but it is something that she said, and I'm like, yeah, I can do that.
- 8:15Because I know we can build it, right, with our tools and what we have.
- 8:20The question first is, does it have legs, right?
- 8:24Can we validate it?
- 8:26And so it is going to be a feature, provided it's validated, it will be a feature in Crusher, right?
- 8:33But there's, there's,
- 8:36There's so many ideas, people have all kinds of ideas.
- 8:38So she's talking about that one.
- 8:39And then she said, well done, you can do that.
- 8:42What about, so I am trying to, cause she also does Medicare, Medicaid.
- 8:46She does a few different things.
- 8:48It's like, I'm trying to, I can't pay people to promote what I do because then if they're not licensed for insurance, right?
- 8:58Simple thing.
- 9:00And she says, but I wanna figure out a way to,
- 9:04help a whole bunch of people to be able to refer me.
- 9:07They're always asking, every time I help somebody, they're like, hey, how can I help you?
- 9:11What can I do to help?
- 9:13And so we put together a system, and here's how cool this is.
- 9:16I want you to, I'm not going to, again, I'm not going to share her idea, right?
- 9:20And what we came up with together live, because it's going to go live, but we mapped out a great way to do it, just in our discussions, right?
- 9:30And then she's like, well,
- 9:33The only thing is, I don't know, there's no way to get something like that done before October 15th.
- 9:38Right.
- 9:39Which is their their big day when she's she's all out because of open enrollment and everything.
- 9:43Yeah.
- 9:44I said, oh, yeah, I can.
- 9:46What we just talked about, I can have done less than a week.
- 9:49And she looks at me and she's like, really, we can do that.
- 9:53And then so I said, OK, so we're going to do that.
- 9:57So she asked me how much it is.
- 9:59how much it would be to do that.
- 10:00And so then I said to her, okay, well, what, I mean, this would be thousands of dollars to create, but, tell me about your agency.
- 10:11She's got 250 people in the agency that do what she does all across the country.
- 10:19Right.
- 10:19And so I said, all right, well, two things, help me to bring one of my companies into the agency to help, but two,
- 10:29What if we take and build this?
- 10:33What you're talking about, would it make sense for the other 250 agents?
- 10:37Yes, 100%.
- 10:38Well, let's take care of that.
- 10:39Let's help them all.
- 10:41All right.
- 10:42And quite frankly, I would then take that and bring it to other agencies and other types of insurance companies.
- 10:49So what we developed just in that conversation, and I'm saying this because I want you all to think about
- 10:56You all, everybody that's out there that's listening to this, you have ideas that come up and you're just not sure how to bring them to fruition.
- 11:04Right.
- 11:05And but what we did yesterday, just the two of us, we strategize, we mastermind.
- 11:10We created two different products.
- 11:13In a matter of drinking a coffee.
- 11:18And both of those potentially have some serious legs.
- 11:23So.
- 11:24there's so much opportunity out there.
- 11:27And I can't tell you what those two things are, but you'll hear about them soon, provided they pass the validation test.
- 11:34I think that's...
- 11:37If you watch anything, I don't know what everyone out in our community does, but I would expect if they're here, they're paying attention to what's going on in the entrepreneurial world.
- 11:44Okay?
- 11:44And I'm not talking about just VC or funding.
- 11:47I'm talking more from almost the innovative side or the people bringing new things to light or bringing new versions of things to light.
- 11:54And what you're seeing, obviously, is AI has completely changed the game in terms of rapid iteration.
- 12:00We've talked about that extensively in the past.
- 12:04But what you need to understand is what Don was just talking about is, what did you guys meet for about an hour, Bob Park?
- 12:11Yeah, it actually ended up being about an hour and a half in the end.
- 12:14Actually, somebody else came into the coffee shop that we knew.
- 12:16We were both talking to him.
- 12:17He's another business owner.
- 12:19And I'm meeting with him next week separately.
- 12:22He and his wife came in.
- 12:23So it did last a little bit longer.
- 12:25But Bob Park, let's say 60-90 minutes.
- 12:27Okay, so 60-90 minutes is basically your strategy session.
- 12:31In a strategy session, you put together the blueprint for what you're going to create, not for one product, but two.
- 12:37Okay, so now you get to run them through 72-hour market tests, get your initial validation.
- 12:43Once your validation is complete, if you're green on both...
- 12:46Then that part's done.
- 12:48Now you have the exit value designs already built in.
- 12:51Now you already have your goal of the $10 million exit in three to five years, AKA the challenge is already in place.
- 12:58So you've already got your end point and you've got validation from your front.
- 13:02I was listening to someone today talking about how you build a bridge and it had nothing to do with, it was an architectural conversation.
- 13:09It had nothing to do with what we're doing, but I applied it and was seeing it like this.
- 13:14Well, you got to build it from the end first.
- 13:16You got to see the place you want to connect to and build it.
- 13:18And you start building out from there.
- 13:19And then you build out from your side.
- 13:21And then you set up the support.
- 13:22And they were just talking about the very high level, like 100,000 foot view down.
- 13:29You start at the end, sounds very familiar.
- 13:32Then you got to start building out from your side.
- 13:35That's what we're doing with the validation.
- 13:37We're making sure that we have the right tools.
- 13:39We have the right equipment.
- 13:40We have the right everything and we're ready to roll.
- 13:43Once you have those two things, now it's just execution.
- 13:47Now it's just following the right system and execution.
- 13:50Now granted, there's a million things that happen along the way.
- 13:52Don't get me wrong.
- 13:53I'm not trying to undersimplify, but what I am saying is
- 13:57Until you have those two things, you have nothing.
- 14:02Don, what you had, sorry to interrupt you, Mike, I thought you were closing.
- 14:07You had a mini mastermind right there in the coffee shop.
- 14:09Yeah.
- 14:10Improptu.
- 14:11We were allowed to.
- 14:12We probably shouldn't have been that loud, but hey.
- 14:15And just we're throwing stuff out there.
- 14:17It's like it's fun.
- 14:19Right?
- 14:20Well, you know, it's really, and what it does with the, to you and the third person that joined you, you know, you stepped into that accountability furnace of light-minded builders, you know?
- 14:33And people realize,
- 14:36You permanently end the silent isolation of a Trump in our ship and the grind by linking arms with a driven community of operators here at the forge and who refuse to let you accept excuses and miss milestones or negotiate with fear.
- 14:53That's the beauty of hearing the community and you just demonstrated it in an impromptu meeting.
- 14:59I was going to say, think about that.
- 15:00I mean, exactly what you just said, Stephen, that with the community that we have and whether it be the launch community or whatever community we have inside, we have multiple communities, specifically the launch community, though, for driving some of the new ideas.
- 15:11Like you just said, you're with like-minded people.
- 15:14You're with people who think like you, who think, what about this?
- 15:18You know what?
- 15:18What if we do this?
- 15:20Those are the conversations you want to be in.
- 15:22Those are the people you want to be around.
- 15:25And that's how you're going to start creating pretty remarkable things.
- 15:27And AI allows you to turn that around in weeks, if not days, sometimes hours, depending on how simplified the solution is.
- 15:35It's amazing.
- 15:38I built another site last night, by the way.
- 15:40I think it took me all of 20 minutes.
- 15:45Yeah.
- 15:45This is a pretty darn extensive site.
- 15:49Right.
- 15:51And it was all AI.
- 15:53I mean, I put the, I just, I just fed it content and said, do this.
- 15:56Right.
- 15:57Right.
- 15:58And I didn't, at the time I didn't put the colors in.
- 16:01So it picked some colors from something that I gave it for information.
- 16:04So I'm changing those today.
- 16:06Other than that site's done.
- 16:08It's ready.
- 16:09Right.
- 16:09And by the way, I've used a bunch of generic.
- 16:11site builders that have created sites.
- 16:14No, no, no, I know that's what I'm saying.
- 16:15Like I've done that.
- 16:16And a lot of people out there are probably dabbled and I'm not going to name a few, but you've probably seen them on TV or there have been in your inbox excessively.
- 16:24And you get this block and that block.
- 16:26And yeah.
- 16:27And it's, and some of them, I mean, you can build it with AI and it's decent, but then you go to make any sort of change and, Oh, you have to subscribe to this and you have to do this.
- 16:34Yeah.
- 16:36And even with all those subscriptions, it's not one-tenth as good as what we're doing.
- 16:41It's not even remotely close.
- 16:44Nope, not even close.
- 16:46And we can give some examples.
- 16:47But this is not about websites.
- 16:49This is about ideas, business, driving stuff.
- 16:52Right, but those ideas, if there's no product and it's just an idea, don't worry.
- 16:58That can be built quickly.
- 16:59That's right.
- 17:01Yeah.
- 17:02I'm going to give a plug for that particular, two, two particular sites that just came from our system.
- 17:06Yep.
- 17:07All right.
- 17:07Actually three.
- 17:08All right.
- 17:08So crusher, crusher social.com is one site that came from,
- 17:13Actually the whole, the whole app, everything we built is for our system.
- 17:17Um, but, and that's crushers T R U S H R. There's no E in there.
- 17:21Crushers social.com.
- 17:23Uh, you can go there and take a look at the site, but actually go into crush our, do a beta on it.
- 17:28Um, that's a cool one.
- 17:29The one I built last night is Donald bloom.com.
- 17:31I needed to do that.
- 17:32Uh, and with all the different stuff we've got going on, it's all right, I'll do it.
- 17:36And, and I had all the content.
- 17:37It was kind of easy cause it's me.
- 17:39Right.
- 17:40Um,
- 17:40But even SmartFlex, SmartFlexBenefits.com.
- 17:45That is a benefit site for a company that I have.
- 17:48And that one was, that might've been 15 minutes to build initially.
- 17:53And then all the functionality we built into the back of it, you know, maybe it took a couple hours total.
- 17:59It's insane.
- 18:00So I give you those because those are just examples you can go to.
- 18:05I know we've all done them, right?
- 18:07But, but this is, this, this podcast really about the challenge.
- 18:12And I wanted us to give that sort of background first and talk about that story with Jess.
- 18:18So, hi, Jess.
- 18:19I know she's going to check out the podcast.
- 18:21She didn't even know about the podcast until yesterday.
- 18:23So, but really, really appreciated that time with her because it was great.
- 18:29It's always fun when you can work with an entrepreneur and your brains start flowing together, right?
- 18:34Because you create wild stuff.
- 18:36So that's something that we're going to be incorporating, by the way, into the challenge.
- 18:39So let's get into this.
- 18:40This is where I wanted to go on this podcast, and we've talked about this.
- 18:44Our next challenge, the Forgefire Protocol Challenge, is going to launch.
- 18:50All right.
- 18:50We've got the dates scheduled.
- 18:52Monday the 28th.
- 18:53Monday the 28th is the first day for the challenge.
- 18:55But on Sunday the 27th of September, we're meeting.
- 18:59We're going to give you the ground rules.
- 19:01We're going to give you all of the whole process.
- 19:06And then Monday, you can hit the ground running.
- 19:08Okay.
- 19:10We're going to go through day one, Monday night.
- 19:14And so you, because of the ground rules and everything else you get on Sunday, you're going to be able to get a bunch of different stuff done on Monday, but then the, you're going to begin your 72 hour tests on that day.
- 19:26All right.
- 19:27And Monday night, we're going to be going over.
- 19:32day one of the 72-hour test, right?
- 19:34Basically phase one and phase two.
- 19:35Am I correct, Mike?
- 19:37Correct.
- 19:37So, yeah.
- 19:37So that's Sunday night.
- 19:38We're going to be just, I mean, it's pretty simple.
- 19:41What we're going to get into is you're going to make sure you have your idea.
- 19:44And if you have multiple ideas, you're going to pick the best one.
- 19:46We're going to stick with one for now.
- 19:47We're not going to try to do five things at once.
- 19:49So go through and do your best one.
- 19:51And we're going to do these challenges frequently.
- 19:52So if you want to come in with your second challenge, with your second idea, then on the next one, do it.
- 19:57But the bottom line is you need the idea.
- 19:58And then just a few questions we're going to ask you just to think about so you come prepared to the meeting on the Monday.
- 20:03Yeah.
- 20:04Nothing extensive.
- 20:05Just some basic thought.
- 20:06Just set aside some time and just think about it and give your best answer you can.
- 20:10Again, there is going to be no right or wrong answers to these.
- 20:12There's just going to be the best answer that you have based on what you know today.
- 20:17Nothing has to be perfect.
- 20:18We're going to give you every tool you need.
- 20:21Literally, all you're going to have to do is do the effort.
- 20:23You're going to have to do the steps.
- 20:25So Sunday night, the ground rules, that's going to be about an hour.
- 20:28We'll go through everything that you need, everything you're going to need to do over the course of that time.
- 20:33On Monday, we're going to go through day one, basically, phase one and phase two.
- 20:38And we will be strategizing, kind of like I was strategizing with Jess yesterday.
- 20:44All right.
- 20:44So some of you are going to have some different ideas that you don't mind sharing.
- 20:47Not all the in-depth ideas, but you're
- 20:51You want to brainstorm, right?
- 20:54Well, you're going to have us there.
- 20:55We'll bring some people on that want to do that.
- 20:57If you raise your hands, right, let us know.
- 21:00In fact, I think when we don't, we haven't even opened up registration for this challenge yet.
- 21:03The registration, I believe, is going to be opening up Monday, this coming Monday, which is the 21st of September.
- 21:11So in that registration, one of the things we'll have is, do you want to share or brainstorm with the team live on that?
- 21:21on that first night or on the second night or through the process.
- 21:25Because we want to get your permission on that first, right?
- 21:28And we won't get into super detailed information, but what we will do is we'll brainstorm on different ideas and different ways you can go.
- 21:34So if you've got an idea, but you're just not sure, we can help with that.
- 21:40And Don, you know what, though?
- 21:41We might not be able to get to everybody, depending on how many people respond to that.
- 21:44But what we can do,
- 21:46I was just thinking about the best way we can handle that to be fair.
- 21:49Everyone who enters says yes.
- 21:51Whoever says yes, we add them to the wheel.
- 21:52We'll just do a live spin one or two times, time permitting.
- 21:57Whatever we have, we can do two, three, just short brief sessions.
- 22:03We can do that.
- 22:03I know we're going to be using our wheel.
- 22:06We can't say wheel of fortune.
- 22:07I don't know what the heck.
- 22:09We haven't really named the wheel.
- 22:10Right?
- 22:11That's all right.
- 22:11You'll, if you haven't seen the wheel yet, you'll understand when we do our live, because we have our own production studio for Forgefire Protocol.
- 22:18And so when you're in one of our live sessions, it's not on a Zoom or something else.
- 22:24It's streamed live through our system so we can interact with everybody and through our studio.
- 22:31And so we get this wheel that'll spin and it's gonna pull out names that we fed into it from all the entries.
- 22:40All right.
- 22:41And who knows?
- 22:42Maybe we're giving away something.
- 22:43Maybe we're giving away, you know, a copy of the Forge Fire Protocol book or maybe it's something else.
- 22:48Right.
- 22:49But we'll have different things.
- 22:51But the idea is, yes, we can do it that way.
- 22:53My first thought, by the way, Mike, just because, you know, obviously we don't rehearse this.
- 22:57It's just go.
- 22:59But my first thought was, OK, first come, first serve.
- 23:01So whoever registers first is is the one if they say, yes, they want to do that, then great.
- 23:07We put them on first.
- 23:08Right.
- 23:08So we can do that, too.
- 23:10So I'll tell you what, let's we'll make that available.
- 23:14We'll talk about that maybe the next podcast episode, because the next one's going to come out.
- 23:18Actually, the next one would come out after 21st.
- 23:20So we'll put that in writing.
- 23:24The wheel.
- 23:26It's either gonna be the wheel or it's gonna be first come first serve.
- 23:28But either way, you're gonna want to register for this challenge.
- 23:31Right?
- 23:33But even still, let's let's say you're not let's say you don't get picked.
- 23:36Yeah.
- 23:37you're going to be hearing other people talk.
- 23:39And as they're talking about different ideas, you and I have been on calls with this, where people are talking about iterations to make towards products, and they're talking about it out live.
- 23:46And someone else in the chat will chime in and say, why don't you add an FAQ section?
- 23:52Or why don't you add a link that can do this?
- 23:55And some of them are crazy and not great ideas, and some of them are phenomenal.
- 24:00Yeah.
- 24:01And it's, I never would have thought of that.
- 24:03Okay, yeah, so, and then you can...
- 24:05So that's what I was thinking, having the ability for other people to chime in too while we're doing that.
- 24:09Because if they see something that's needed, that's where the community comes in that we're talking about.
- 24:13And that's where the value of the community that we have inside the protocol.
- 24:16We've got that live streaming chat in our studio.
- 24:20So I don't know how many people will have in this particular challenge.
- 24:26We're not giving people a ton of time to know about this.
- 24:28But I'll tell you, what if as somebody's going through it, we're getting feedback?
- 24:32Because, again, it's a mastermind.
- 24:35Where can you get all kinds of, you know, a ton of entrepreneurially minded people together thinking about the same thing coming up with solutions?
- 24:46So everybody can put stuff in the chat and we'll use that chat to help us.
- 24:52So it's not just the three of us with that person's and their idea.
- 24:57It would be the entire challenge group.
- 25:01or coming up with different ideas.
- 25:02So yeah, that, that, that's powerful stuff guys.
- 25:05Well, your mastermind just increases dramatically in terms of the number of people.
- 25:08And as we've talked about, it's not just one person.
- 25:11It's a, there's an expert, there's an exponential number that's tied to all the different pairs within each group.
- 25:16So the more people that are weighing in, the better.
- 25:19100%.
- 25:20For something like this, there are things in Lightbird.
- 25:22It is better not to let the whole world chime in on it because a decision needs to be made.
- 25:26But in this scenario right here, as we're building, we definitely want to get as many minds as possible, as much input as possible, and take the good, harness the good, and let go of the rest.
- 25:36Yeah.
- 25:37And even though the ones that might be ideas that are great ideas that might be good for someone else's app or someone else's solution that they're seeing in there.
- 25:43That might not be the right fit for person A, but it's a perfect fit for person B.
- 25:48Yeah.
- 25:48And you're going to see that because when everybody's chiming in on one concept, right, just kind of like what we did, what I did with Jess yesterday, right.
- 25:57But people are chiming in on one concept.
- 26:00Everybody else is listening to this.
- 26:01They're like, wait a minute, that'd be perfect to integrate into my idea.
- 26:06Right.
- 26:07Or I didn't even think about that.
- 26:08I mean, she was saying stuff.
- 26:10I've been in business a long time, right?
- 26:11I've done a lot of stuff in business over the years.
- 26:15And she's coming up with ideas.
- 26:18And spitting stuff out, I was like, that's brilliant.
- 26:21Right.
- 26:22And I never thought of some of those things.
- 26:24And it was funny because she's saying, she says to me, you know, I don't understand.
- 26:28I talked to our different people in our industry and meaning the insurance industry in that particular case.
- 26:36And they're not thinking about all the opportunities that they have in front of them.
- 26:42They just don't think about this.
- 26:44Is there something wrong with me?
- 26:45Why do I think about all of these things?
- 26:47Am I wrong or am I right or what?
- 26:50Because you're sort of alone there.
- 26:53Here you're not alone, first of all.
- 26:55And yeah, we're all crazy like that.
- 26:57Can I say it that way?
- 26:58Yeah.
- 26:59And honestly, the people that think like that, that's why everyone doesn't do it.
- 27:05It's not hard.
- 27:06Right.
- 27:07It's not easy.
- 27:07It's not easy.
- 27:08It does require time.
- 27:09And it's not that it's not hard.
- 27:10It is a simple thing to do.
- 27:12But you've got to have the courage.
- 27:14Again, I watched so many, I've watched so many interviews with billionaires.
- 27:20And they're talking about the most important things.
- 27:22And it's, they, a lot of them come back to courage.
- 27:27A lot of them come back to persistence.
- 27:31Number two is, and another three is just putting something out there.
- 27:35Always starting with the end in mind.
- 27:36Recurring themes that we say a lot too, but I'm listening.
- 27:40Yes, but I'm listening to the who's who of the planet.
- 27:44I mean, household names that you all know.
- 27:47Yep.
- 27:48And almost every single one of them has the exact same advice or a great takes on, for example, someone was looking at a product and,
- 27:59She's like, everyone's looking here.
- 28:01And yes, like you were saying, like AI.
- 28:03AI is extremely important.
- 28:04And that is definitely a place you should be investing.
- 28:06You don't have to be investing your money if you're not comfortable investing, but you need to be investing either your some of your time or working with people that already have that knowledge so you can get it quicker.
- 28:13So you need to be part of a group of people already doing this so you can acquire how to move this stuff forward in this space faster.
- 28:20So, but let's say that's not your thing.
- 28:22Okay, well, what does AI require?
- 28:26Chips, energy.
- 28:28So where's those products?
- 28:29So maybe that's your thing or something in that space.
- 28:31So then get into industries or solutions that help feed that.
- 28:36You don't need to get into the one thing.
- 28:37Everyone's looking right here and saying AI right there.
- 28:39That's what I need to figure out.
- 28:41AI is massive.
- 28:44The whole infrastructure and ecosystem of what encompasses AI is so massive that there are so many different places for people to get in.
- 28:53And that's just one major thing right now.
- 28:56But again, people just don't think like that.
- 28:58They focus in on the one little thing because that's what they hear.
- 29:02That's what they see.
- 29:03And that's where if you're not around creative-minded thinking people and people who are asking those questions, what if?
- 29:10You know what?
- 29:11When the conversation starts like that, or when you're talking to someone, they're looking at you, they're describing something to you and you notice that their eyes go straight up.
- 29:22Because now something has popped in their head saying, can we do this?
- 29:25Could we do that with this?
- 29:26Yeah, and then just say it.
- 29:30That's why we built this.
- 29:32And that's why, again, the challenge is so important because you get that validated idea, you have the exit, and now you're part of this community.
- 29:38So the solution that you have, your solution A that comes out of your mind is not going to be probably anything close to what you deliver.
- 29:45No.
- 29:45It's going to be the foundations.
- 29:48then you got to pour in it and you get floors framing, et cetera.
- 29:51But there's a lot of components that go inside a house besides the foundation, but without the foundation, you have nothing.
- 29:57So that foundation is a key point.
- 30:01And down into challenge, what's the expectations that, you know, someone can expect it's in their challenge that they can accomplish individually.
- 30:10You know, what's it going to mean to them?
- 30:13Awesome, awesome question.
- 30:14I'm glad that you asked it that way.
- 30:15I was thinking we got to get to that.
- 30:17So you were perfect leading that.
- 30:19So in those days, so let's explain the challenge first as far as the different dates.
- 30:26But the end result is you are going to have a validated idea.
- 30:31Either it's valid and you know that it makes sense to move forward, or you're going to need to pivot.
- 30:37Or you know what?
- 30:39That idea doesn't make sense to move forward on.
- 30:41Let's figure something else out.
- 30:43And I guarantee you, just in being part of the challenge and being around the different people and listening to the conversations, you're going to come up with probably 10 other ideas, at least.
- 30:53Right?
- 30:53Just listening.
- 30:54It's like, oh, wait, I didn't think about that.
- 30:55What if we did this?
- 30:57Right?
- 30:57Just write it down.
- 30:59Think about it.
- 31:00There's so much that's needed in society today.
- 31:05So many problems and challenges out there that we can solve.
- 31:09Right?
- 31:09Right?
- 31:09That's, that's at the very least, that's what you're going to get out of this is that you're going to, you're going to come up with ideas, uh, even if you don't have one.
- 31:16So if, if, if you're saying, Hey, I don't have anything to build on, don't worry, be part of the challenge.
- 31:21So, so let's go, let's go through the dates.
- 31:23Let's go through how this is going to work.
- 31:24So open enrollment or enrollment, let's say for this challenge is going to open on Monday, the 21st.
- 31:31Okay.
- 31:32Uh, there's going to be some really cool perks for those who register early.
- 31:37Okay.
- 31:38Registration by the way, it's only $9 and 97 cents, 10 bucks.
- 31:41Okay.
- 31:42So that's, that's the only cost of the challenge.
- 31:45All right.
- 31:46And you'll be able to get your validated idea.
- 31:49So, so it is, it is going to be worth it just for that piece with what you're going to get for ideas and stuff.
- 31:55But so registration opens on the 21st, the registration,
- 32:00Welcome meeting is going to be on September 27th.
- 32:03That's going to be the kickoff.
- 32:04And that's we're going to go through the ground rules, everything you need.
- 32:07We're going to strategize.
- 32:08We're going to give you the whole layout.
- 32:11Monday, the 28th, these are all, by the way, at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
- 32:16So if you're in California, it's 5 p.m. All right.
- 32:21And this is really for US, Canada.
- 32:27area, right?
- 32:27This is not necessarily for people out in Europe yet, or we can do some different time zones for different continents.
- 32:34But right now we're talking US, Canada.
- 32:36So we're talking 8 p.m. Eastern time.
- 32:39So keep that in mind, depending on where you are.
- 32:41That's Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- 32:45So Monday is going to be the 28th.
- 32:48And that's when we're really going through phase one and phase two.
- 32:53Tuesday, we're going to go through phase three,
- 32:57of the 72-hour market test.
- 32:58And Wednesday, we're going to go through phase four.
- 33:02And we're breaking it out that way because you can do this in an hour segment with us and in some work during the course of your day or evening so you can get that 72-hour test done.
- 33:14All right, this is not about taking in a ton of time.
- 33:17But here's what you end up with.
- 33:19So on Thursday, that's when we're going to do recognition.
- 33:22We're going to cover some of the different things that have been validated, the ideas that have been validated that are now about to be built.
- 33:28We're going to talk about some really cool stuff and the next step.
- 33:31So when you get a valid idea, what is that next step?
- 33:33What do you do next?
- 33:35All right.
- 33:35And that's what the protocol is built for.
- 33:37The whole blueprint to take that validated idea to a $10 million exit.
- 33:42Thinking, you know, planning with the end in mind, right, Mike?
- 33:45And in three to five years.
- 33:49So that's what we're going towards.
- 33:51I was going to say on that, I want you guys to understand too, though, that when we're talking about the different phases, we're not just going to be showing you what they are.
- 33:57We're going to be giving you real world examples of us taking phase one and phase two, entering in a business idea that we have or something that we're working on to.
- 34:04You're going to see it live.
- 34:06So we're going to show you exactly how we're doing it.
- 34:08There's not going to be any confusion.
- 34:10And if there are, you're going to be able to ask a question in the chat and we'll be able to respond back to you.
- 34:14the bottom line is it's going to be pretty self-explanatory because we've made it pretty simple yeah but the yeah but you're going to get incredible output you're going to have incredible information
- 34:26And you're going to be ready.
- 34:28You're going to be at that decision phase on day four where you're going to make that decision.
- 34:32As you just said, are you ready to move forward in green?
- 34:34Do you need to pivot?
- 34:36Or are you going to kill it?
- 34:37And then you're going to have to go back and do the process again with a new idea.
- 34:40You won't be with us on the call right here, but you've just walked through it with us.
- 34:43Now you're going to know how to do it.
- 34:45You can go in and do it with your second idea if you want to, if you don't want to wait to the next challenge.
- 34:49You're going to have access to do that.
- 34:50So, yeah.
- 34:52Yeah, I think it's basically like if you think of it almost a slingshot, what we're doing is pulling back.
- 35:00I love it.
- 35:00Like right here, and you're going to be right here, ready to just go and let go.
- 35:05Indeed.
- 35:07The beauty in the challenge is that excitement builds and it doesn't leave you hanging because the next day you have another session.
- 35:13And then when the challenge is finished and you look back and you've actually accomplished something towards that goal, that dream that you had of starting a business or a business you've had and you're looking to scale it.
- 35:24And then you start believing in yourself and that success that you can have and you discover the blueprint.
- 35:31that's laid out in front of you step by step and all the tools and the whole ecosystem of the forge.
- 35:36And then you get inspired because you really see what that can do for you.
- 35:40And that spark ignites to the fire.
- 35:44That's where the word spark comes from.
- 35:46It's all about igniting, you know, getting, getting you to that point where you're like, Hey, I can really do this.
- 35:51And you can.
- 35:52So I want to close my closing piece is going to be this.
- 35:55All right.
- 35:56Cause, cause we're over time, but I love what we do.
- 36:00So the thing I really want you to take away from this is you have ideas.
- 36:07All right.
- 36:07Every one of us has ideas, but sometimes we tuck them down.
- 36:10Like I don't have the time for it.
- 36:12I don't know how to do it.
- 36:13I don't, I don't know if it's good.
- 36:15Look, let's get those things off the table.
- 36:18All we need to do is we're going to, we're going to,
- 36:22go through whatever that idea is with you.
- 36:27And you're gonna do the test.
- 36:29And it really is simple.
- 36:30We give you everything you need to do the test.
- 36:33You just have to take the action and do it.
- 36:34But here's the thing, at the very least, what you're gonna get out of that is you're gonna get that idea either moving forward and shooting forward like the slingshot Mike was just talking about, or that idea is killed.
- 36:45It's out of the way.
- 36:46Now you get space in your brain for something else.
- 36:49All right.
- 36:49But if you're sitting there just wondering, you've been wondering for years.
- 36:53When I was a kid, I got to share this.
- 36:55When I was I'm trying to close.
- 36:57Right.
- 36:57And I bring something up.
- 36:59But it but it makes me think I think about all kinds of different things.
- 37:02When I was a kid, I was looking to create a flying car.
- 37:07Right now, it was it was it was early.
- 37:11So I was studying molar.
- 37:13Molar had his had had a model he was trying to build and other people were trying to do the same thing.
- 37:17But he was he was a big one.
- 37:18And I literally, I created some blueprints and some other stuff.
- 37:23I went to my eighth grade science teacher.
- 37:26It was a sort of physics class.
- 37:29Mr. Sprague, I believe it was.
- 37:30It was a long, long time ago.
- 37:32I don't think he's with us anymore.
- 37:33But, and I went through it.
- 37:35He says, well, based off what you're doing, you could, yeah, you could get this to take off the ground with about a 16 horsepower engine.
- 37:40It was a small vehicle that I was creating.
- 37:43And I was like, all right, I know where I can get one of those.
- 37:46Now, I never did get it off the ground.
- 37:47I'm just going to say that, all right?
- 37:48But it was like, we all have ideas.
- 37:51We thought about them when we were kids.
- 37:52Sometimes we just tuck those things away, right?
- 37:55But they're there, all right?
- 37:57Now there's cars out there that, I mean, they actually can fly.
- 38:01It's just not mass-produced yet.
- 38:02We're going to have those soon.
- 38:06But for you, if you get those ideas, pull them out.
- 38:08All right, if they've been tucked away, pull them out.
- 38:11Let's clear them out.
- 38:12Let's validate it or kill it.
- 38:15Or tweak it so that it's really valid.
- 38:18Either way.
- 38:18But let's move forward.
- 38:19We've got to move things forward.
- 38:21We've got to move society forward.
- 38:22We've got to move our lives forward and build that legacy.
- 38:26And one quick thing not ending.
- 38:29So what you're, to emphasize what you're speaking about, stop waiting for the sun to rise.
- 38:34Your breakthrough demands that you do it now.
- 38:37That old theory, and I would say this attack at dawn, is dead.
- 38:41Dawn is an illusion of postponement.
- 38:43It's that subtle negotiation with fear that lets you push off your destiny until tomorrow.
- 38:49But in the fire, you've got true champions, because there is no tomorrow.
- 38:53The moment you walk into the ForgeFire protocol and you really stop planning, you start planning to win someday, and you seize really that undeniable power for immediate massive action, and that's the key idea.
- 39:06Activate your AI agents that we have available to you and show you what to do.
- 39:11Run your 72-hour validation and reverse engineering that the whole concept is designed on to get that eight-figure exit, that $10 million exit now.
- 39:20And you feel that surge
- 39:22of absolute accomplishment, really rushing through your veins.
- 39:26And the second you step onto the anvil, so to say, because the second you decide to do it, now you cease being a spectator, a spectator to your ambitions, and you become unstoppable, an unstoppable architect of your own multimillion dollar legacy.
- 39:45That's who we are.
- 39:46That's why you're at the Forge.
- 39:48Yeah, the last thing I would close with is this.
- 39:53The power of proximity that we speak about a lot is a very important tool and it's a shortcut where you learn from people who have already been there, done that, so you don't have to repeat and make them same mistakes.
- 40:04So I look for that all the time.
- 40:07In this scenario, if I had an idea and I knew that I could get access to an idea for 40% of the price of the book, it's only 10 bucks.
- 40:22I mean, it's cheap.
- 40:24If I could pay $10 and learn how to properly validate my idea based on how entrepreneurs are validating their idea, people who are succeeding, who are creating $10 million plus exits, and I knew that it was only going to cost me $10 to learn how to do it, there wouldn't even be a question.
- 40:45And the importance of knowing...
- 40:47the right people who have the right solutions.
- 40:49I'm going to give just a closing example because of what Steven said with regards to an anvil.
- 40:54If I say to you two right now, how can we put, how can we float an anvil and liquid?
- 41:02Anyone have a quick clue in the next five seconds as to how we could put a anvil and liquid and have it float?
- 41:08Yeah, have a magnet underneath that is pushing.
- 41:11Okay.
- 41:12See, I like the thinking.
- 41:13Yeah, I like the idea.
- 41:15First thing, it came to my head.
- 41:16I don't know whether it's working or not.
- 41:19So if you have mercury inside a tub and you put a 125-pound-plus anvil in there, well, iron is lighter, so it will float.
- 41:33Interesting.
- 41:33That's something you would never know if you didn't have somebody who knew that answer already.
- 41:40I didn't know that.
- 41:41I saw a video on it because I was talking to someone about Anvil and Anvil picked up that I was talking about Anvil and showed me an Anvil video.
- 41:49And I thought about the analogy though.
- 41:52I said, this is incredible because I would have had no idea how to make an Anvil float.
- 41:58Besides engineering something pretty spectacular.
- 42:01We're not just dropping it in a liquid.
- 42:03Now granted, it's mercury, but.
- 42:06It's literally that simple.
- 42:07This is the shortcut.
- 42:08Someone can tell you how to make it float in seconds rather than you having to go in and think about what it would take while we were just talking about that to try to engineer a solution that could make it float.
- 42:16Where if you talk to the right one person, you say, oh yeah, just buy a bunch of mercury.
- 42:19Just stick it in.
- 42:20It'll float.
- 42:22Wild.
- 42:22Wild.
- 42:23That's awesome.
