  Speaker 1: you to join along with us in prayer. Heavenly Father,

  Speaker 1: today we come before you, lifting up every person who's

  Speaker 1: struggling with low self esteem. So are suffering with self
• 0:18
  Speaker 1: doubt and feelings of not being enough. Lord, You see
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: the silent battles within, the negative thoughts, the constant comparison,
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: the quiet insecurities that try to convince us that we
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: fall short. You see the moments we question our words,
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: our value, and our place in this world. But Father,
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: today we bring those thoughts to you, because your truth
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: says something different. You remind us that we are fearfully
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: and wonderfully made, that we are created with purpose and
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: for purpose, that we are loved not because of what
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: we do, but because of who we are to you.

  Speaker 1: So today, Lord, help us to receive this truth. It's

  Speaker 1: deep in our hearts. We are enough because you are

  Speaker 1: enough in us. Father, break every live that has ever

  Speaker 1: been spoken over us, words from others, words we've even
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: spoken over ourselves, thoughts planted by past experiences, lies that

  Speaker 1: say we're not good enough, not smart enough, not attractive enough,

  Speaker 1: not worthy enough. Replace every live with your truth. When

  Speaker 1: we feel overlooked. Remind us that we are seen. When

  Speaker 1: we feel rejected, remind us that we are chosen. When

  Speaker 1: we feel inadequate, remind us that your strength has made
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: perfect in our weakness. Lord, heal the root of low
• 1:43
  Speaker 1: self esteem. Heal the wounds from rejection. Heal the pain

  Speaker 1: from comparison. Heal the scars from criticism and past failures.

  Speaker 1: Restore our confidence not in ourselves alone, but in You,

  Speaker 1: who created us and the person you created us to be. Father,

  Speaker 1: Help us to stop measuring our words by the standards

  Speaker 1: of this world. Let us not compare our journey to

  Speaker 1: someone else's highlight real Oh, let us not define ourselves

  Speaker 1: by social expectations, opinions, or even our past mistakes. Instead,

  Speaker 1: let us see ourselves the way that you see us.

  Speaker 1: We are valuable, we are loved, We are chosen, We

  Speaker 1: are called. Lord, Help us to walk boldly in our destiny.

  Speaker 1: Let us show up as our authentic selves without apology.

  Speaker 1: Let us use our gifts, our voice, and our talents

  Speaker 1: with confidence and humility. Let us no longer shrink back,

  Speaker 1: but stand tall, knowing that we are created for a purpose. Father,

  Speaker 1: surround us with people who are firm uplift and remind

  Speaker 1: us of our words. Remove toxic voices and replace them
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: with encouragement, truth and love. And when those old thoughts

  Speaker 1: try to return, give us the strength to reject them

  Speaker 1: and stand firm in your truth. Oh God, today we

  Speaker 1: declare we are not what others say we are. We

  Speaker 1: are who you say we are. We are not our past.

  Speaker 1: We are being renewed. We are not lacking. We are

  Speaker 1: filled with your love. We are enough because you made us,

  Speaker 1: You love us, and you are working through us in
