- 1:51Speaker 2: You spoke about the seven streams. I want to talk
- 1:53Speaker 2: about that your series, your docu series that you're working on,
- 1:57Speaker 2: but also what's your thesis on seven streams of income?
- 2:00Speaker 2: Because you broke it down the first time. People here
- 2:03Speaker 2: seven streams and it's confusing and everybody has different ideas
- 2:07Speaker 2: of what's seven streams of income? But from your personal perspective,
- 2:12Speaker 2: how did you get seven streams and what's your viewpoint
- 2:14Speaker 2: on that whole seven stream straate.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Definitely, I think the goal is to take one thing
- 2:21Speaker 1: and matched it at one thing and then find services
- 2:25Speaker 1: and products that are a byproduct of that one thing.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So like for example, like I'm gonna talk about my streams,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and we started with a donut shot, which was the
- 2:34Speaker 1: first stream, which we focused on the three essays saving
- 2:38Speaker 1: plus sacrifice eqal scaling. That allowed us to now stay
- 2:41Speaker 1: down in stack. You see all the assets saving plus
- 2:44Speaker 1: sacrifice equal scaling, and you stay down in stack until
- 2:47Speaker 1: you save sacrifice and you scale.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 2:50Speaker 1: So we had the one shot and we just saved.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I drove a Mini Cooper. I drove a Mini Cooper.
- 2:55Speaker 1: I lived in a studio apartment. And then I got
- 2:58Speaker 1: another shot, and then we just and then we got
- 3:01Speaker 1: a truck, and then we just saved. And then I
- 3:04Speaker 1: got another truck. I mean, you know, then I got
- 3:06Speaker 1: another shop, and then I got another shop. So that's
- 3:08Speaker 1: five shops. But two of the shops that I got
- 3:11Speaker 1: I own and they have residential units. So that's the
- 3:13Speaker 1: seven streams, right. So it was really this mindset of
- 3:16Speaker 1: how can I take this one ability that I have
- 3:19Speaker 1: not be distracted we're doing other things, not try to
- 3:21Speaker 1: become a DJA or sell heir on the side. Now
- 3:24Speaker 1: I try to sell bundles of body wraps. Just focus
- 3:27Speaker 1: on the donuts, get seven streams. And if those seven
- 3:30Speaker 1: things could just make me one thousand dollars a week,
- 3:33Speaker 1: that's two million dollars a year. That was it for me.
- 3:37Speaker 1: If I made two million dollars a year, I know
- 3:39Speaker 1: I could easily live in a two million dollar house.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I know I could easily afford a four million dollar
- 3:44Speaker 1: house with a mortgage. So I comped my life out
- 3:46Speaker 1: by saying, if I can just take this and get there,
- 3:49Speaker 1: So like, think about that one lady who got that salon,
- 3:51Speaker 1: who making three thousand a week, and how goal is
- 3:53Speaker 1: nine thousand. Just get two more salons. Don't try to
- 3:57Speaker 1: be a DJ on the side, and don't start selling
- 3:59Speaker 1: dinner place. Get you more salons. It might take you longer.
- 4:04Speaker 1: We vastly underestimate what we can accomplish in the long run,
- 4:08Speaker 1: but we always overestimate what we can accomplish in the
- 4:10Speaker 1: short run. My marathon been going on six years. I've
- 4:14Speaker 1: been doing it. I started ten years ago. But I
- 4:16Speaker 1: got it though. See that's where I'm at with it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I got it. I'm not in a position where I
- 4:21Speaker 1: got a bunch of debt out on awe, A bunch
- 4:23Speaker 1: of people, and I could control it. So any given moment,
- 4:26Speaker 1: I could activate the seven streams, and as long as
- 4:28Speaker 1: I now maintain it, which is a different mindset, I
- 4:31Speaker 1: can always have the option to perpetuate it. But what
- 4:34Speaker 1: we got to understand is Black people is that yo, listen,
- 4:36Speaker 1: sit down and focus on maintenance. Got people who want
- 4:39Speaker 1: to do a podcast, they want DJ and they want
- 4:41Speaker 1: to do hair. Figure out the DJ in first, whatever's
- 4:44Speaker 1: going to make you the most money. Then I always
- 4:46Speaker 1: tell another person this, once you get over the good look,
- 4:48Speaker 1: you get some good money, right, stop focusing on everything
- 4:51Speaker 1: that you specifically passionate about. Focus on what's going to
- 4:55Speaker 1: bring that number in. That's what white folks do. They
- 4:58Speaker 1: not passionate about owning three thousand buildings. Trust me, they
- 5:01Speaker 1: know that that port fully won't get them what they
- 5:03Speaker 1: want out of life. So it's about giving it everything
- 5:05Speaker 1: you got and it'll give you everything you want.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And then also, so when you came first time, you
- 5:10Speaker 2: talked about even having multiple streams off of one business. Yeah,
- 5:14Speaker 2: so it's like as far as the restaurant, you could
- 5:16Speaker 2: cater you can have your eads, you can have a
- 5:19Speaker 2: cooking show.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So let me break down the substreams that I got.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So this is this is how my industry works.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Right.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Typically, when you see a donut shop, you think, and
- 5:26Speaker 1: they make the most money from a person walking in
- 5:29Speaker 1: and buying a donut, not me. We get our money
- 5:32Speaker 1: from brand collaborations day at the top, because we can
- 5:34Speaker 1: be our natural selves and the company will give you
- 5:36Speaker 1: a bag. Right And after brand collaboration, we got what
- 5:38Speaker 1: we call corporate pickup and drop off, where a company
- 5:41Speaker 1: can call us and they can establish a weekly catering,
- 5:44Speaker 1: not an annual catering, but a weekly catering, so it's
- 5:47Speaker 1: like a subscription package. After the catering, we also got
- 5:49Speaker 1: the truck. With the truck, events we got we could
- 5:52Speaker 1: do private events, so we could also pull up with
- 5:54Speaker 1: the truck and do street venting. After the truck events,
- 5:56Speaker 1: we got people walking in the store. Then we still
- 5:59Speaker 1: got the seven st where we educate people about all
- 6:01Speaker 1: the things that we've done. And then on top of that,
- 6:03Speaker 1: we got digital product that we can ship that's six
- 6:06Speaker 1: strings within one string. So now it's just it's a
- 6:09Speaker 1: domino effect, and I'm telling you it don't bring I
- 6:12Speaker 1: don't make a lot of money off of each stream.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I make a little off of each stream. I might
- 6:16Speaker 1: get one cater in a week, but that's one thousand dollars.
- 6:19Speaker 1: People might come into the store this weekend, but that's
- 6:21Speaker 1: three thousand dollars. I might get a brand that called
- 6:23Speaker 1: me and give me ten thousand dollars. And what I
- 6:26Speaker 1: do is I can bind all of that, and I
- 6:28Speaker 1: cumulate wealth and I stay in my life.
- 6:30Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:34Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 6:38Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 6:42Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 6:46Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 6:50Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Noman, the United States
- 6:53Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 6:58Speaker 4: crossings are at the lower levels ever recorded, and over
- 7:02Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 7:05Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 7:09Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 7:13Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 7:17Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 7:25Speaker 4: border and families will be protected. Sponsored by the United
