- 0:36Speaker 1: Let's go Canna Slopez.
- 0:37Speaker 2: What are you giggling at?
- 0:38Speaker 3: I'm just laughing because you ever make like contact with
- 0:41Speaker 3: the most random person on social media and you're like,
- 0:44Speaker 3: how did we ever connect in the world?
- 0:46Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 0:46Speaker 3: Everyone, well yeah everyone. But you know, yesterday I posted
- 0:50Speaker 3: I was walking my dog and I put, you know,
- 0:51Speaker 3: fart walk on the screen because that's, you know, joke.
- 0:54Speaker 3: It's a like humorous thing that's gone gone viral. Yeah,
- 0:59Speaker 3: does work that quick for me?
- 1:01Speaker 5: No?
- 1:02Speaker 3: But then I reposted people were dming me about this,
- 1:05Speaker 3: including our boss Zan, and I said, oh, you don't
- 1:07Speaker 3: know about the fart walk. Here I repost the video
- 1:10Speaker 3: from this woman named Marilyn Smith. She's the self proclaimed
- 1:14Speaker 3: Queen of fiber and she like made this spartwalk thing
- 1:16Speaker 3: go viral where she and her husband, you know, take
- 1:18Speaker 3: ten to twenty minute walks after meals and it just helps,
- 1:21Speaker 3: like digestion Lada da. Anyways, she dm me after I
- 1:25Speaker 3: reposted that she's a seventy e two year old woman.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I don't know where she lives, but she's like huge
- 1:30Speaker 3: on the internet.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Yeah, but she.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Dms me it can help, especially right after a meal,
- 1:35Speaker 3: and I responded and she just double tapped. You know
- 1:39Speaker 3: how you can like hard or pick whatever you want,
- 1:41Speaker 3: Well she did the hands up like both hands and the.
- 1:43Speaker 2: One my favorites.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Yeah, just gave me the whoop woop this morning talk
- 1:47Speaker 3: about five minutes ago. So maybe she's listening.
- 1:50Speaker 2: She's co signing your toot walk.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Yeah she is. Good morning, Marylyn, Good good.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Morning marylynd By. Wait that reminds me.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I had a woman at tom Thumb say hi to me,
- 1:59Speaker 1: oh because she listens, and I was like, oh, that's
- 2:01Speaker 1: so awesome, thank you so much. I love when people
- 2:04Speaker 1: stop me and say they listen means the world's you're
- 2:06Speaker 1: never going to be bothering.
- 2:08Speaker 2: And the thing she says to.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Me before we leave though, because we're both in self
- 2:11Speaker 1: check out, I forgot to tell you that she goes
- 2:13Speaker 1: and leave Candice alone about our Perry menopause.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Oh thank you?
- 2:17Speaker 2: And did I say anything about it? I don't even perry.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Yeah, if you want, Yeah, she.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Could leave her alone because trust me, I get it. Yeah,
- 2:27Speaker 1: she walked off like she went from loving me. So
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'm not sure if she hates my guts.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Sister. Well, we're just like in this place in our
- 2:34Speaker 3: life where we're just like men don't understand, we will understand.
- 2:40Speaker 3: You know what could I ever understand something going on
- 2:43Speaker 3: in your body? Let's take my word for it. You careful.
- 2:46Speaker 2: I never said it wasn't don't I know who's the
- 2:49Speaker 2: one who said.
- 2:49Speaker 3: It was easy?
- 2:51Speaker 1: Over?
- 2:51Speaker 6: Yes?
- 2:51Speaker 3: They be more? So give me more grace?
- 2:55Speaker 1: Learn?
- 2:55Speaker 2: Do I give you a lot of grace?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Poo? Actually I heard him right before the show today.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I heard him say that it was made up better
- 3:03Speaker 1: now the way she's at me.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Him say that it's just made up.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Well, we just get a little tinge of like bitterness
- 3:12Speaker 3: in our life at this point because we're just like,
- 3:15Speaker 3: how did we end up like this? Why do we
- 3:17Speaker 3: have to deal with all this? When you guys just
- 3:18Speaker 3: go through life you put on a hat.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Did he is that is that what we do?
- 3:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I can't argue.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so true, but at some point we just go.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Like it is unfair. I'm not saying that we live
- 3:31Speaker 1: a painful life. We stand up to pee. Yeah, you know,
- 3:34Speaker 1: we don't have perymenopause. No, I have menopause, but it's
- 3:37Speaker 1: it's like it barely affects my day, you know. Yeah,
- 3:41Speaker 1: So I apologize. Let me apologize for all men.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you, I apologize. It really knows.
- 3:46Speaker 2: If I could take it away.
- 3:47Speaker 3: I would yeah, oh, thank you.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Okay, if I could take pooh away, I would.
- 3:51Speaker 5: Wow.
- 3:53Speaker 1: What do you want to when you have the perry?
- 3:55Speaker 1: Are you easily annoyed?
- 3:56Speaker 5: Yes?
- 3:57Speaker 1: Okay?
- 3:57Speaker 2: Because that happened to have the perry.
- 4:00Speaker 7: That happened to me this morning, I go a certain
- 4:02Speaker 7: route to get to my garage to get out and
- 4:05Speaker 7: go to work.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Right, So I'm.
- 4:06Speaker 7: Going and the stairwell looks like a crime scene, and
- 4:11Speaker 7: the guys are in there.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Who paints at three in the morning. Oh, they're painting
- 4:14Speaker 1: right now, and they're painting the stairwell, painting the floors
- 4:17Speaker 1: in the walls. So I go all the way around, go.
- 4:21Speaker 7: Through another stairwell go around the building to get in
- 4:23Speaker 7: my garage.
- 4:24Speaker 1: First of all, it's Friday. Yeah they want to get
- 4:26Speaker 1: out of there early. Yeah, I understand that.
- 4:28Speaker 3: But no, but maybe it's just people don't use it
- 4:30Speaker 3: at three am as much. It's construction, right, we do
- 4:33Speaker 3: it when people aren't using it.
- 4:35Speaker 1: But I could have got hate. I could have got up.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Come on, man, No, don't.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Hate on there giving your heads up. Yeah, they should email.
- 4:41Speaker 3: It's like in the building when the elevators are working,
- 4:43Speaker 3: they email us.
- 4:44Speaker 5: Yes.
- 4:45Speaker 7: And it's not like they weren't quiet because I heard
- 4:49Speaker 7: they were jamming up in there real yeah. Yeah, they
- 4:51Speaker 7: were cracked the door there was like and they were
- 4:56Speaker 7: a painting what.
- 4:56Speaker 1: There were snakes, no spying their sound effects? You sound
- 5:00Speaker 1: e fixer out of control?
- 5:01Speaker 7: Yeah, well you know I had to was the low
- 5:03Speaker 7: budget fan was going, that's the paint squears Okay, yeah,
- 5:10Speaker 7: low budget audio. Sorry, but yeah, I was annoyed at
- 5:14Speaker 7: the mic.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Now that everybody spit on in the studio, let's kick
- 5:18Speaker 1: off the show.
- 5:21Speaker 8: Tough Stories.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Morning smoke. I'm sorry, I'm unprofessional right now, but it's Friday.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I love that song and I and I forgot that
- 5:41Speaker 1: she rhymes Wiener with Selena, and it's just what a
- 5:48Speaker 1: masterpiece it is. Tell me that's not talent. I mean,
- 5:53Speaker 1: Nicki Minaj said, buns out Wiener. Got to keep an
- 5:58Speaker 1: eye out for Selen, right, just magical. Yeah, Candice Lopez,
- 6:03Speaker 1: what is going on?
- 6:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna get myself together real quick together. Yeah, let's
- 6:06Speaker 3: talk about the weather for this weekend. Rain chances start today.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Pretty low chances though, about twenty percent, so that just
- 6:12Speaker 3: means we could see a random shower here and there.
- 6:15Speaker 3: We're gonna get up to eighty one for the high today.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Slightly better chances for rain tomorrow, but then as we
- 6:20Speaker 3: get closer to Sunday, that's where we're going to see
- 6:22Speaker 3: the best chance for thunderstorms. So I feel like, as
- 6:24Speaker 3: sports parents, tomorrow morning, we'll get our games in Sunday.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Not looking so good.
- 6:29Speaker 1: So damn well, that's okay tomorrow. By the way, we're
- 6:31Speaker 1: at Fat Daddy's.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Oh that's right. Man cares if it's raining, Yeah, well no,
- 6:35Speaker 3: I do care. Oh they have a patio, don't they.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Yeah, And I want to enjoy it, and I don't
- 6:38Speaker 1: want people to be scared and not come out. We're
- 6:40Speaker 1: just hanging out of Fat Daddy's in Mansfield as well,
- 6:43Speaker 1: six to eight pm. Yeah, buns out, it's alater.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Are we supposed to pick you up there? When you
- 6:49Speaker 3: say buns?
- 6:50Speaker 1: I don't know actually saying that once I said it. Yeah,
- 6:53Speaker 1: but come see us say hi anyway, that'll be fun.
- 6:55Speaker 1: So what's going on?
- 6:57Speaker 3: Candasis Guys Artists Too will finish its historic mission today.
- 7:00Speaker 3: So this is the most dangerous part of the mission though,
- 7:03Speaker 3: as they travel twenty five thousand miles per hour and
- 7:07Speaker 3: when they reach Earth's atmosphere, they'll go through five thousand
- 7:10Speaker 3: degree temperatures. So within a span of about thirteen minutes,
- 7:14Speaker 3: they launched the parachutes and slow down to less than
- 7:17Speaker 3: twenty miles per hour for this splashdown. Their target is
- 7:21Speaker 3: about fifty miles off the coast of San Diego. They're saying,
- 7:24Speaker 3: you know, Southern Californians, we'll hear that sonic boomow during this.
- 7:29Speaker 3: But the splashdown expected to happen around seven oh seven
- 7:32Speaker 3: our time. But they have to nail this re entry
- 7:35Speaker 3: angle I heard, by one degree or this just doesn't work.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Amazing, terrifying, yeah, yeah, and terrifying that you are a
- 7:42Speaker 1: human fireball.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Yeah, coming back to Earth.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Right, did you see the guy with the telescope that
- 7:47Speaker 1: actually saw Artemis, Like he found Artemis on his telescope, No,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and could see it and it was moving. It was
- 7:53Speaker 1: like a little speck and it was moving so fast,
- 7:55Speaker 1: and it just puts things into perspective. Right, these humans
- 7:58Speaker 1: are up there moving what thousands of miles?
- 8:00Speaker 2: Right, I'm just that's wild to me to think about.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I'd love to sit down and talk to these
- 8:05Speaker 3: astronauts because I'm like, at what point are you like
- 8:07Speaker 3: calm on this mission? Because takeoff is wild, but then
- 8:11Speaker 3: you exit there this atmosphere, but then we're going around
- 8:13Speaker 3: the moon, so like, I just be nervous the whole time, like,
- 8:15Speaker 3: how are they They're chilling, they seem like it.
- 8:18Speaker 1: And then you're a fireball just dropping in the ocean, right, Like, Okay,
- 8:22Speaker 1: we're home, and you can never live in normal life
- 8:24Speaker 1: after you've been out that to the space.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Yeah, you're just I mean.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Yeah, no, seriously, Yeah, it's crazy. I'm looking forward to
- 8:31Speaker 3: watching it tonight though, real quick, guys. In honor of
- 8:34Speaker 3: the tenth anniversary of Beyonce's album Lemonade Rock a Bye
- 8:39Speaker 3: Baby released a lullaby version of the album. If you're
- 8:43Speaker 3: a new parent or about to be and you don't
- 8:45Speaker 3: know about rock a Bye Baby, you absolutely should because
- 8:49Speaker 3: this is something when I found out I was pregnant,
- 8:51Speaker 3: I looked forward to big time. But they basically take
- 8:55Speaker 3: popular albums and make them suitable for like a nursery.
- 8:59Speaker 3: So do you want to hear a little bit of Beyonce?
- 9:05Speaker 2: I want this?
- 9:10Speaker 1: Parents?
- 9:10Speaker 3: Try that as well?
- 9:11Speaker 2: Play this for your kid. All right, thank.
- 9:13Speaker 3: You, you got it. Those are your Texas stories.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Thriller, fake news. Let's do it.
- 9:18Speaker 1: We have three headlines, just a fun way to talk
- 9:20Speaker 1: about some ridiculous stories that are going on in our world.
- 9:22Speaker 1: You gotta tell me which one is fake? Though, one
- 9:24Speaker 1: of these stories is fake. All right, you ready, Cannis,
- 9:27Speaker 1: You're ready? Pooh, yes, sir. Headline number one, man fired
- 9:30Speaker 1: after employer discovers his home office was actually a carnival
- 9:34Speaker 1: cruise ship for fourteen months. Man fired after employer discovers
- 9:40Speaker 1: his home office was actually a carnival cruise ship for
- 9:45Speaker 1: fourteen months. Wow, all right?
- 9:46Speaker 2: Headline number one.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Headline number two Latest TikTok trend people combining pringles and pickles. Okay,
- 9:54Speaker 1: Latest TikTok trend people combining pringles and pickles.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Number three.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Astor charged with manslaughter after man drowns during baptism. Oh,
- 10:07Speaker 1: pastor charge with manslaughter after man drowns during baptism.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Three headlines, three headlines.
- 10:14Speaker 1: One of them is fake. Candice Slompaz, it's Friday. Would
- 10:17Speaker 1: you like to go first? Would you like to pass
- 10:19Speaker 1: it to Clarence? That's where we renamed Poo, Yeah we did,
- 10:25Speaker 1: yesterday was renaming day. I said he would be a
- 10:27Speaker 1: Clarence if he wasn't theo. Yeah, either way, the Clarence
- 10:31Speaker 1: you want to you want to take it or do
- 10:34Speaker 1: you want to pass it to him?
- 10:35Speaker 3: I'm going to pass it to Clarence today, Clarence.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 10:39Speaker 2: What do you think is the fake story?
- 10:40Speaker 8: Man?
- 10:42Speaker 7: I'm gonna say that last story? Pat you're charged with manslaughter? Okay,
- 10:46Speaker 7: you want to lock that in?
- 10:47Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 10:47Speaker 1: Lockt it? You want to see the Holy Ghoes. I
- 10:51Speaker 1: hope it's great. I hope it's fake.
- 10:53Speaker 8: All right?
- 10:54Speaker 3: Locked in?
- 10:54Speaker 2: Candice Loompaz, which one do you think is the fake story?
- 10:58Speaker 3: I'm gonna go with that second story, the pringles and pickles?
- 11:02Speaker 1: Okay, Well, you think that's fake. That nobody's combining that.
- 11:05Speaker 1: That's not the hottest latest.
- 11:07Speaker 3: No, I feel like I would have heard of that
- 11:08Speaker 3: because I love pickles, especially bread and butter pickles.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I love pickles. Okay, let's lock that in. We
- 11:17Speaker 1: got a little too excited for pickles. The winner today
- 11:20Speaker 1: is going into the weekend with a big fat dub.
- 11:23Speaker 2: It's Candice Low. There you go, Cannis, congrats.
- 11:29Speaker 1: That is the fake story because it wasn't pringles and pickles.
- 11:32Speaker 2: It was actually pringles and chocolate.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Okay, sweet and salty.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Have you seen what they're doing?
- 11:38Speaker 3: Oh?
- 11:39Speaker 1: Okay, I want to try this weekend maybe pooh, you
- 11:41Speaker 1: know what. This is your big back challenge for the weekend. Okay,
- 11:44Speaker 1: because he tries all our big back stuff that they
- 11:46Speaker 1: don't want to try, because he will put it. Try
- 11:48Speaker 1: this for sure, he will put an effort when it
- 11:50Speaker 1: comes to food.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Seven eleven right now.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Relationships, no, yes, no. But what happens is people are
- 11:58Speaker 1: melting down Hershey's bars. They're opening the can of pringles
- 12:01Speaker 1: and they're pouring it over the chips, the melted chocolate.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Then they're letting it cool down, and then they're opening
- 12:09Speaker 1: the can back up and sliding out all the chocolatey
- 12:12Speaker 1: pringles that are in one big chunk, slicing it up
- 12:14Speaker 1: and eating it.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that sounds amazing.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I know down the Hershey's Okay, Yeah, they.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Do have the candy bars that have the potato chips
- 12:23Speaker 3: already inside the candy bar, right right. It's not pretty good? No,
- 12:27Speaker 3: I love that.
- 12:27Speaker 1: This is the first time who has taken notes in
- 12:29Speaker 1: twelve years? What do I do? Yeah, I'm melt down
- 12:33Speaker 1: the chocolate, Yeah, down poles can Yeah? Lit it cool?
- 12:37Speaker 2: I think it actually sounds pretty good.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah, all right, trying that.
- 12:40Speaker 1: But that is the fake story, so you won now
- 12:42Speaker 1: the real stories. I mean, there's just some crazy stuff
- 12:45Speaker 1: in the news, and I wish this well. This story
- 12:47Speaker 1: is kind of funny to me. This guy basically was
- 12:50Speaker 1: on a carnival cruise ship for fourteen months, and he
- 12:52Speaker 1: was working from home and he was just doing his thing,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and then I guess one of his coworkers ratted him out.
- 13:00Speaker 1: That's the only way his boss found out that he
- 13:02Speaker 1: was on.
- 13:03Speaker 2: A cruise ship.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Who cares if he's getting his worst done, that's work.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Doesn't say you have to physically be in your residence,
- 13:08Speaker 3: does it?
- 13:09Speaker 1: I don't think so, but I guess they weren't happy,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and they were like, yeah, you can't do your job
- 13:16Speaker 1: from a cruise ship, which maybe I can't tell me.
- 13:19Speaker 2: To fine home, right because this is my home?
- 13:22Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 13:22Speaker 1: And what and I agree with you, Cannis. What does
- 13:25Speaker 1: it matter if I'm getting my job done? What does
- 13:26Speaker 1: it matter where I'm at?
- 13:27Speaker 9: Right?
- 13:28Speaker 3: If he's missing meetings and he's late for stuff, stuff's
- 13:30Speaker 3: not getting turned in on time. Okay, fair, let's investigate
- 13:33Speaker 3: where he's at.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Yeah, because I mean when everybody was working remote, especially
- 13:37Speaker 1: during you know, the pandemic or whatever, it was a
- 13:39Speaker 1: free for all who knew where people were at. But
- 13:41Speaker 1: you discovered that if you got your job done, what
- 13:43Speaker 1: did it matter?
- 13:44Speaker 4: Right?
- 13:44Speaker 2: And you could also get your job done in two days?
- 13:46Speaker 1: Yea? And that work five right?
- 13:48Speaker 3: Why are we still working five days a week?
- 13:50Speaker 1: It'd be different if he was scheduled to go in
- 13:53Speaker 1: and he was on a cruise ship. But he wasn't
- 13:55Speaker 1: even scheduled to go in. He was getting the job done.
- 13:56Speaker 2: I think he's got a lawsuit for sure.
- 13:58Speaker 1: That's just me. Okay, Now, this to me is not
- 14:01Speaker 1: a good story, but it was kind of fascinating to
- 14:05Speaker 1: me because I thought it was a joke at first.
- 14:07Speaker 1: A pastor has been charged with manslaughter after a man
- 14:10Speaker 1: drowns during the baptism. This happened in Birmingham. Yeah. A
- 14:14Speaker 1: pastor in the UK has been charged with gross negligence
- 14:18Speaker 1: manslaughter in the drowning death of a man she was
- 14:20Speaker 1: baptizing in a backyard kiddie pool. Cheryl Bartley, forty eight,
- 14:26Speaker 1: leader of Life Changing Ministries, is accused of the death
- 14:29Speaker 1: of Robert Smith, sixty one, who traveled from London to
- 14:32Speaker 1: go get baptized. And now she's being investigated and yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 1: for manslaughter.
- 14:39Speaker 2: He I guess.
- 14:40Speaker 1: And they didn't get into detail about this, but obviously
- 14:44Speaker 1: when you performed baptism, you yeah, dunked the person underwater
- 14:48Speaker 1: for a little bit, you're right, you submerge him. And
- 14:51Speaker 1: this was being live streamed too. So yeah, now she's
- 14:56Speaker 1: scheduled the peer in court coming up in next month.
- 14:59Speaker 1: But what in the world is going on?
- 15:01Speaker 3: That's an awful tragedy, right, Yeah.
- 15:04Speaker 1: But here's my thing though, is like he's a grown man.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Unless it was some kind of debilitating thing, why can't
- 15:11Speaker 1: you just be like I'm getting.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Up or why couldn't she lift him up?
- 15:14Speaker 1: I don't know, And what would be her motive? She
- 15:17Speaker 1: looks when you see somebody, don't you judge their picture? Right?
- 15:20Speaker 3: Yeah, a little bit like she looks totally normal, some
- 15:22Speaker 3: scenario or story in her head about what they do this.
- 15:25Speaker 1: It doesn't look like a creepy guy that might have
- 15:27Speaker 1: been like, you know what, I'm gonna take this guy out.
- 15:29Speaker 1: It's just like, it looks like a mom who's just
- 15:32Speaker 1: a pastor doing her thing.
- 15:33Speaker 3: So interesting. I know. Who need to follow up to that?
- 15:37Speaker 1: Yeah, we do, so I'll keep you, as Pooh said yesterday,
- 15:39Speaker 1: abreast of this situation.
- 15:43Speaker 3: He did say that, yeah.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Yeah, there's certain words here. Gross. I asked Pooh, something
- 15:49Speaker 1: off the area so, and he's like, well, I'll let
- 15:51Speaker 1: you know, man, I'll keep you abreast. And I was like,
- 15:54Speaker 1: can you never say that again, seriously, because that just
- 15:57Speaker 1: growded me out.
- 15:58Speaker 3: You can circle back if you want, Yeah.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Don't, Yeah, you want to circle back? Cool, keep me
- 16:02Speaker 2: in the loop.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fine, don't keep me abreast. Fret. It's a
- 16:07Speaker 1: bility kid, Candice Loan pas producer Pooh. You know this
- 16:10Speaker 1: list went viral. You know, I love a good list.
- 16:12Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I always love a good list. If I see a list,
- 16:14Speaker 1: I'm reading the list. Oh yeah, care what it's about?
- 16:16Speaker 1: Something just with my OCD. I like things just organized.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You know. This list went viral though, because it's a
- 16:22Speaker 1: woman's bare minimum checklist of the things she needs when
- 16:26Speaker 1: it comes to dating a man. And I'm reading it,
- 16:29Speaker 1: I'm like, it's a lot. It's like twenty things. I'm
- 16:31Speaker 1: probably not gonna go over all twenty.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Okay, and everything's pretty muney.
- 16:35Speaker 2: It's twenty things.
- 16:36Speaker 1: And that's I think why I went viral is some
- 16:38Speaker 1: of the things on the list, you know, But I
- 16:40Speaker 1: think everybody has a bare minimum of things they need
- 16:43Speaker 1: in a relationship. Twenty might be a lot. I'll go
- 16:45Speaker 1: over some of the things. You tell me loves me
- 16:47Speaker 1: more was on the list. Okay, loves me more, that's
- 16:50Speaker 1: not what call my attention. But she thinks the guy
- 16:51Speaker 1: that should love her more than she loves him. Wow,
- 16:54Speaker 1: we were just talking about this yesterday.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I think this is kind of true and you need
- 16:59Speaker 2: this in a relationship. Is that weird?
- 17:01Speaker 3: No, it's not weird. I mean everybody's different.
- 17:04Speaker 1: But I've heard women say that multiple times lately. Is
- 17:06Speaker 1: I need the guy to love me more than I
- 17:07Speaker 1: love him?
- 17:08Speaker 5: Oh?
- 17:08Speaker 3: Why can't we just love each other equally?
- 17:10Speaker 1: Exactly?
- 17:11Speaker 2: That's too normal?
- 17:13Speaker 1: Number two generous sure, okay, likes the finer things in life.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Okay, okay, nothing.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Wrong with that, that's your style.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Emotionally intelligent, yes, sure, great, chivalrous yes, yep.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Fun okay, my friends and family.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Love him worse? Yeah, timely. I don't know what that means. Okay,
- 17:36Speaker 1: what does that mean?
- 17:36Speaker 3: Like you're on time? You know, that's the person who's
- 17:38Speaker 3: late for everything?
- 17:39Speaker 1: Okay? Oh? That like realistically punctual. I think stink sticks
- 17:44Speaker 1: to everything, he says.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Yeah, keep your word.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Confident, sure, Sexually disciplined okay, wants to level up and
- 17:51Speaker 1: support my career. Nice, nothing wrong with that, right, Not
- 17:55Speaker 1: a mama's boy, okay, okay, right? Taller than me?
- 18:00Speaker 3: Okay?
- 18:00Speaker 2: Is that unreasonable? I think that is.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but I think that is just kind of
- 18:05Speaker 1: a ridiculous requirement.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Well, I think it's normal, really, women to think that.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Yeah, you think it's normal. So if you found, like.
- 18:13Speaker 3: You, maybe she's a tall girl.
- 18:14Speaker 2: You're what for?
- 18:15Speaker 1: What for?
- 18:15Speaker 3: Eleven? I think it's normal for the taller women.
- 18:20Speaker 2: So you wouldn't date a guy who's five to one?
- 18:23Speaker 3: Well, I'm married, but yeah, I would have for sure.
- 18:26Speaker 3: See yeah, if he.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Was cool, if he's the love of your life.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's the guy once that was like my height,
- 18:32Speaker 3: like exactly he did yeah for one day, so.
- 18:38Speaker 1: You both couldn't ride the rides you did.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:43Speaker 1: So if a guy was four eight, you would you
- 18:45Speaker 1: date him four eight?
- 18:47Speaker 3: I mean, sure, I give it a chance. If he's cool.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Maybe he's not.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Cool, he's smart, that's on the checklist. Okay, kind tries hard,
- 18:56Speaker 1: fights for me. Yeah, wants to protect me even if
- 18:59Speaker 1: we're divorced, like a real class, honorable person.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Wait, what was she even thinking that?
- 19:06Speaker 1: That's what.
- 19:08Speaker 3: They Okay, we're getting sketchy now, well.
- 19:11Speaker 1: That's where it gets sketchy. And then the last thing
- 19:13Speaker 1: is what everybody's like. Okay, you know what enough, Yeah,
- 19:16Speaker 1: wants to protect me even if we're divorced, like a
- 19:19Speaker 1: real class, honorable person. I kind of respect that though.
- 19:23Speaker 1: If you have I think that it should be if
- 19:25Speaker 1: we have kids together, yeah, then you fight for me
- 19:29Speaker 1: because I'm the mother of your children. If we're just divorced,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and we can divorce. We have no kids together. I'm
- 19:34Speaker 1: never gonna see you again, right, not fighting for you,
- 19:37Speaker 1: that's just me. And then the last thing, the last
- 19:39Speaker 1: thing on the list that everybody's like, Okay, enough on
- 19:41Speaker 1: her checklist of needs that she needs that a guy
- 19:44Speaker 1: has to have before he dates her. Two hundred thousand
- 19:50Speaker 1: dollar plus salary a year.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Oh okay, does she know what the national average is this?
- 19:56Speaker 1: Yep? No, she says, I'm you got to make two
- 20:00Speaker 1: hundred thousand plus if you want to date me. So
- 20:03Speaker 1: so we, she says, can be financially stable.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Oh, and enjoy the finer things of life.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Right, yeah, But I could not believe how many people
- 20:12Speaker 1: online were like, I'm sorry, that's not unreasonable in today's world.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Wow, yes it is.
- 20:17Speaker 1: It was sixty percent of women I think online when
- 20:20Speaker 1: I counted like comments, sixty percent of them around obviously. Yeah,
- 20:25Speaker 1: we're saying, no, there's nothing wrong with that, there's nothing
- 20:27Speaker 1: wrong with the woman wanting to feel secure. Well, no,
- 20:30Speaker 1: there's not financially secure. Right off the bat, I'm saying
- 20:33Speaker 1: I don't want to date a guy who makes under
- 20:35Speaker 1: two hundred thousand dollars.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Is that crazy?
- 20:37Speaker 1: Wow?
- 20:38Speaker 3: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 20:39Speaker 1: But is it really? Yeah, because I know you say that.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I know women say that would.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Be great if he did make that? Okay, but wouldn't
- 20:46Speaker 3: it be great if she did too? It'd be great if.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Anyone she might she might, I don't know what.
- 20:51Speaker 3: You mean, marriage material?
- 20:53Speaker 1: What if she don't?
- 20:54Speaker 7: What if a lot of those women who are agreeing with
- 20:56Speaker 7: her they probably broke. I'm telling you some of these
- 20:59Speaker 7: women nowadays, they want the man to have everything and
- 21:02Speaker 7: they don't want to bring nothing.
- 21:03Speaker 1: To the table. I'm bringing me to the table.
- 21:06Speaker 7: Well you cost, I'm bringing me to the table.
- 21:14Speaker 1: That's it is Texas Top Stories on the Tents with
- 21:18Speaker 1: Billy's a Kid in the.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Morning only on the New Mixed one or two point nine.
- 21:22Speaker 1: TH's get to it.
- 21:23Speaker 2: It's Friday.
- 21:24Speaker 1: We get a lot going on. Tickets to go see
- 21:25Speaker 1: Bruno Mars that is coming up. Floor seats sold out.
- 21:28Speaker 1: These are excellent seats. We'll get you in a shot
- 21:30Speaker 1: to win in the forties all day, every hour. Cannice Lopez,
- 21:34Speaker 1: what's going on?
- 21:34Speaker 3: Well, if you played the Texas Lottery, listen up. A
- 21:36Speaker 3: winning Texas Lotto ticket worth an estimated seventy eight million
- 21:40Speaker 3: dollars will expire May fourteen if someone does not claim it.
- 21:45Speaker 3: This ticket was bought at Gordon's Bait and Tackle in Brownsville,
- 21:49Speaker 3: Texas for the Lotto Texas drawing from November fifteenth of
- 21:53Speaker 3: last year.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Can you even imagine knowing what if you find out?
- 21:56Speaker 1: When? Does it do? May fourteenth?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Today?
- 21:58Speaker 1: May fifteenth, you're like, oh my god, I think I
- 22:02Speaker 1: won too late.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Sorry imagine. So they picked all six winning numbers and
- 22:08Speaker 3: also picked the cash value option, which would pay out
- 22:11Speaker 3: over forty three million dollars before taxes. So the rules
- 22:16Speaker 3: say the winners have one hundred and eighty days from
- 22:18Speaker 3: the drawing date to claim the prize. That makes it
- 22:21Speaker 3: May fourteenth at five pms.
- 22:23Speaker 2: You know what this would be something stupid I would do.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Play the lotto and forget that I played right, win
- 22:28Speaker 1: and then lose my ticket.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Clean out your car, and then be like.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Oh you put my gum in the ticket brought away exactly.
- 22:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:34Speaker 3: After that, though, the ticket becomes void, the prize money
- 22:36Speaker 3: goes back to the state. So check yourself.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I would be so sick to my stomach. So I
- 22:39Speaker 1: hope this person figures it out because or I hope
- 22:42Speaker 1: they never figure it out.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Yeah, one or.
- 22:43Speaker 3: The other at that point. Yeah, I just never figure
- 22:46Speaker 3: it out. The US fertility rate officially dropped to another
- 22:49Speaker 3: record low last year. The number of births per one
- 22:52Speaker 3: thousand women of reproductive age fell about one percent and
- 22:56Speaker 3: all time low. That rate is down by nearly twenty
- 22:59Speaker 3: percent from just two decades ago. But according to the data,
- 23:03Speaker 3: American women are waiting to have children later in life,
- 23:06Speaker 3: while some are deciding not to because of economic climate
- 23:09Speaker 3: and healthcare concerns. I keep seeing this headline everywhere, and
- 23:12Speaker 3: it's just wild to me, but I totally believe it.
- 23:15Speaker 1: It's because these guys don't make two hundred thousand plus.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Ye. Well, of course, experts, you know, point out the
- 23:21Speaker 3: decline and birth rate can be an economic drag on
- 23:23Speaker 3: the US because it reduces demand and labor force. But yeah,
- 23:26Speaker 3: it's hard, you know, between healthcare, time, finances, it's just
- 23:31Speaker 3: a lot.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I mean, right, it's so expensive.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Yeah, everything is so expensive. For the support we need, we.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Can to just sity here out here and have babies, right,
- 23:38Speaker 1: I mean it's actually probably the responsible thing to do
- 23:40Speaker 1: with the way the world is going, because who can
- 23:42Speaker 1: afford to have ten or three kids. People can't even
- 23:45Speaker 1: to afford renting their mortgage.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Right exact sanity right now it is, Well, guys, there's
- 23:49Speaker 3: new reports on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's upcoming wedding.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Page six is saying the wedding is going to happen
- 23:56Speaker 3: at July third in New York City. This is completely
- 23:59Speaker 3: different than anything else we've heard. There was plenty of rumors,
- 24:03Speaker 3: you know, saying this was going to happen. I think
- 24:05Speaker 3: June thirteenth was at the date, but page six says
- 24:09Speaker 3: this save the dates have gone out, although there's no
- 24:11Speaker 3: word on what the actual venue is going to be
- 24:14Speaker 3: other than you know, that spot in Rhode Island which
- 24:17Speaker 3: people were talking about. They're saying that wasn't going to
- 24:19Speaker 3: be big enough. But I just you know, I don't
- 24:22Speaker 3: see Taylor getting married on any date but the thirteenth.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Of a mine.
- 24:26Speaker 3: But that's her number?
- 24:27Speaker 1: Is she really? Is she really going to coordinate her
- 24:29Speaker 1: wedding around the thirteen thing?
- 24:31Speaker 3: I think she would. Yeah, she coordinates everything around that,
- 24:34Speaker 3: you know, yeah, album releases, but that's like her career.
- 24:37Speaker 2: I get that because it's become a thing. But personal life.
- 24:40Speaker 3: I mean, that's true. Maybe she has to figure out
- 24:42Speaker 3: a date for him too. What's that seven to three?
- 24:44Speaker 3: But that doesn't make sense. I don't know stuff.
- 24:47Speaker 1: It doesn't matter what he thinks on anything. Just shut up, Travis,
- 24:51Speaker 1: show up.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Cut your hair, Oh my gosh, cut your hair.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Quiet, quiet, show up and don't say anything.
- 24:58Speaker 5: Say anything.
- 24:59Speaker 3: No, he's gonna have.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Taylor's okay, Taylor, He's gonna have one.
- 25:02Speaker 3: He's gonna have very good vowels. I think they're gonna
- 25:05Speaker 3: be heartfelt but comical.
- 25:07Speaker 2: I think they're gonna be written.
- 25:08Speaker 1: He's gonna cry by chat GPT Yeah, okay to me
- 25:13Speaker 1: like football and love you, I love you, you love me?
- 25:17Speaker 1: We weary song.
- 25:21Speaker 2: I think he's gonna do the Barney song is his valve.
- 25:23Speaker 3: He's gonna do better than. What's funny though, is this
- 25:25Speaker 3: would be almost exactly three years from the date Travis
- 25:28Speaker 3: went to the Air's tour in Kansas City when he
- 25:31Speaker 3: brought that friendship bracelet with his number on it, which
- 25:34Speaker 3: that sealed the deal to want.
- 25:35Speaker 2: You know what, that was a good move.
- 25:37Speaker 3: You can say what you want about that guy, but
- 25:39Speaker 3: he he figured this out.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Oh I like Travis. I'm just kidding around. I'll say
- 25:42Speaker 1: what you want. But that was a solid move. If
- 25:45Speaker 1: you're into someone, you're into Taylor and then you bring
- 25:47Speaker 1: a friendship bracelet with your number on it, like that's
- 25:50Speaker 1: her thing, right, That is a strong move.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Strong.
- 25:53Speaker 3: And he wasn't able to see her that date, remember,
- 25:55Speaker 3: because she didn't do meet and greets before the show,
- 25:57Speaker 3: and so he was bummed. He wasn't gonna be able
- 25:58Speaker 3: to actually give it to her himself. Yeah, but he
- 26:01Speaker 3: made it happen. Look at that three years later.
- 26:03Speaker 2: That's what I gonna do with Ellen Langley.
- 26:04Speaker 3: Yeah, somehow.
- 26:05Speaker 2: You know what's her thing? Bangs?
- 26:07Speaker 3: Yeah, she glues her bank store forehead.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Did you know that, I'll glue bangs to my forehead.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Oh yeah, show up at her concert with my number
- 26:14Speaker 1: on it. She'ld be like security exactly.
- 26:18Speaker 3: All right, I'm canna slow fans. Those are your Texas
- 26:20Speaker 3: top stories. Don't do that. Get it off your chest
- 26:24Speaker 3: to promise you'll feel better.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Welcome to the dirty little secret. Right, let's go, It's
- 26:28Speaker 1: time to confess. It makes one or two point nine.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Good morning, Happy Friday. Let's go. We're starting on the
- 26:32Speaker 1: weekend with a little confession from this guy. By the way,
- 26:35Speaker 1: Bruno Mars ticket's coming up next, sold out floor seats.
- 26:38Speaker 1: It's Billy the Kid, Candice Lopez is your producer. Poo
- 26:41Speaker 1: is here And if you have a secret, get it
- 26:42Speaker 1: off your chest anytime you want it eight three three
- 26:45Speaker 1: seven eight seven one o two nine. Or sometimes people
- 26:47Speaker 1: will dm me at Billy on the radio on Instagram
- 26:50Speaker 1: or Candace Yeah, at candas on air. They don't really
- 26:53Speaker 1: dmpoo about this stuff because you know, maybe they don't.
- 26:57Speaker 1: If you want to, you can, you can, you know,
- 26:59Speaker 1: whoever you feel more comfortable, We'll set up your confession.
- 27:01Speaker 1: We'll figure it out. Uh So let's go. So you
- 27:03Speaker 1: haven't told anybody this secret.
- 27:06Speaker 8: Not to anyone, Okay, bring this all to myself. I
- 27:09Speaker 8: mean I had a girlfriend for three years, man, I
- 27:12Speaker 8: haven't even told her.
- 27:13Speaker 6: But I've got this really weird sobet it's kind of
- 27:16Speaker 6: just carried over since childhood. Man, Like I'm not scared
- 27:20Speaker 6: of spiders or heights or you know, germs or anything
- 27:24Speaker 6: like it would be like a normal kind of phobia,
- 27:27Speaker 6: but I'm I'm just I'm horrified of stickers, like action stickers,
- 27:35Speaker 6: you know, like like like I preakde I freaked out
- 27:39Speaker 6: and Ken Yeah, I freaked out in kindergarten when I
- 27:42Speaker 6: got a gold sticker, like you know, the main pag stickers,
- 27:46Speaker 6: like bumper stickers, like all of it.
- 27:48Speaker 1: We had phobias before. We've had people scared of bridges.
- 27:54Speaker 1: We've had people scared of mayonnaise. Yeah, stickers is wild.
- 28:00Speaker 3: Wow, I mean elementary school. Yeah, it must have been
- 28:03Speaker 3: tough for you, or getting your car registered every year
- 28:06Speaker 3: or anything.
- 28:06Speaker 1: There's now I think about it, there's stickers everywhere. They're
- 28:09Speaker 1: sticking around me right now.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Okay, so.
- 28:14Speaker 6: I'm talking like any kind of adhesive tape, you know,
- 28:17Speaker 6: Scott's tape, duck tape, even glue.
- 28:20Speaker 8: Glue is not as bad.
- 28:21Speaker 2: But so sticky, sticky stuff. Hold on, this has gotta
- 28:28Speaker 2: be me. I'm looking something up. Go ahead, sir.
- 28:30Speaker 1: So, So what happens, you know, like what goes through
- 28:34Speaker 1: your mind when you think about stickers.
- 28:37Speaker 8: I can't really pinpoint. I don't know exactly what it is.
- 28:40Speaker 6: It's just the thought of touching them, you know, especially
- 28:43Speaker 6: especially like if it's like if it's been already been
- 28:46Speaker 6: like half the halfway. Feel it makes my skin crawl,
- 28:50Speaker 6: like like if someone sticks one on me as a joke,
- 28:53Speaker 6: I will freak out, dude, I will have a panic attacked.
- 28:56Speaker 1: So I'm looking at this, I get no, I hate
- 29:00Speaker 1: that for you. I'm not trying to make by the way,
- 29:01Speaker 1: I'm not making fun of your phobia. I just looked
- 29:04Speaker 1: it up and the first thing that popped up is
- 29:06Speaker 1: a girl trying to peel a sticker off a banana
- 29:09Speaker 1: and freaking out. No, And there's an actual phobia.
- 29:12Speaker 5: This.
- 29:12Speaker 2: It's rare.
- 29:13Speaker 1: It's called oh, I can't pronounce this, It's called pitta kean.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Pitta keo phobia is a rare, often debilitating fear of
- 29:22Speaker 1: intense discomfort regarding stickers, bandages, and sticky adhesive residues.
- 29:28Speaker 3: I didn't even think of band aids aids.
- 29:30Speaker 9: You never got cuts, you don't wear band aid I
- 29:34Speaker 9: just I'll hold I'll hold like medical cloth on there for.
- 29:37Speaker 10: As long as I need to.
- 29:38Speaker 8: And yeah, like no, this is a real phobia.
- 29:41Speaker 6: Times where I've had to have a band aid but
- 29:44Speaker 6: I don't like it, and peeling it off is even extra.
- 29:47Speaker 6: Like you know, peeling off a band aid hurts as
- 29:49Speaker 6: it is, but it's.
- 29:51Speaker 8: It freaks me out even more than the usual.
- 29:54Speaker 6: I'm to the point where if I go buy clothes
- 29:56Speaker 6: and there's a sticker on it. I asked the store
- 29:58Speaker 6: clerk to like remove it born so I can relate
- 30:00Speaker 6: to the lady with a banana.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Wow.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I've never really thought about how many places there are stickers.
- 30:06Speaker 3: Like, I'm yeah, I don't.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Hats, buy a hat there's a sticker on it.
- 30:13Speaker 4: Jeans?
- 30:14Speaker 3: Don't my little kids jeans? Because that sticker is long?
- 30:17Speaker 2: Oh stone, Yeah, don't say that to him. Long sticker
- 30:22Speaker 2: will really freak you out.
- 30:23Speaker 3: Yeah, there's really long.
- 30:25Speaker 8: I know the store clerks probably think I'm a weirdo,
- 30:27Speaker 8: but I don't care when I ask him to take
- 30:29Speaker 8: it off. Man, for me, I just wow, I can
- 30:32Speaker 8: do it.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I listen. Have you ever talked to somebody about this,
- 30:35Speaker 1: because I mean, it's it's an actual phobia.
- 30:37Speaker 2: You could get help.
- 30:38Speaker 10: I'm sure I haven't.
- 30:40Speaker 8: Man, It's just it just sounds so stupid when I
- 30:42Speaker 8: say it.
- 30:43Speaker 1: You know, so you would rather handle You'd rather handle
- 30:49Speaker 1: a snake than a sticker.
- 30:51Speaker 8: I really would. Man, I'm not freaked out by snake.
- 30:54Speaker 4: Wow.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Unreal. He's not scared of heights either, heights whatever.
- 30:58Speaker 10: Like I have a fear of, not a phobia jumping
- 31:02Speaker 10: bungee jumping man, So.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Would you rather?
- 31:05Speaker 2: You would rather bungee jump than peel a sticker off
- 31:08Speaker 2: a pair of jeans?
- 31:10Speaker 8: Oh? Any day, I go bungee jumping every day if
- 31:12Speaker 8: I can afford it.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Wow, that's my bit and I will not do that.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Unreal.
- 31:18Speaker 1: But you don't like telling people because it makes you
- 31:20Speaker 1: sound a little you know, out there.
- 31:21Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I sound nuts, like a fico or something.
- 31:27Speaker 1: You sound normal, though, like you sound normal to me. So,
- 31:29Speaker 1: I mean, you can't help what you're scared of. And
- 31:32Speaker 1: the phobias are real conditions, and we've learned that from
- 31:34Speaker 1: doing this because we've gotten some wild ones. This might
- 31:37Speaker 1: be the craziest one though, but it is not saying
- 31:39Speaker 1: you're crazy. So no, I'm glad you did. I am
- 31:43Speaker 1: glad you did. I don't think I'm ever gonna look
- 31:45Speaker 1: at a sticker the same way again. No, sir, I'm sorry.
- 31:48Speaker 1: You have to deal with this and and call us
- 31:51Speaker 1: with any updates if you tell somebody can't just ca.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Well, I just like to peel the stickers off. I
- 31:55Speaker 3: actually enjoyed. It's satisfying, you know, to take the sticker
- 31:59Speaker 3: off the banana or the image.
- 32:02Speaker 1: In a relationship with him.
- 32:03Speaker 3: He's gonna freak out take the stickers.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Off for you. That's sweet.
- 32:08Speaker 5: Even you just now saying that you like that is
- 32:11Speaker 5: making me like, oh sorry, triggering him.
- 32:14Speaker 2: I'm sorry, sir. This is a safe place.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Well, good luck with everything, and then thank you for
- 32:21Speaker 1: opening up. Now we're not making fun of you. Listen,
- 32:23Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with it, and and good luck with that.
- 32:25Speaker 8: Okay, Oh man, that your listeners felt the same way.
- 32:28Speaker 1: We'll see No, no, I see, well, people relate to
- 32:32Speaker 1: some stuff that might be out there to other people,
- 32:34Speaker 1: but you'd be surprised.
- 32:35Speaker 2: So we'll find out.
- 32:36Speaker 8: Okay, I appreciate it. Somebody please call in and say
- 32:38Speaker 8: I'm not like I'm not alone in this.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Okay, we'll see you know the number eight three three
- 32:43Speaker 1: seven eight seven one oh two nine. If you're scared
- 32:45Speaker 1: of stickers, you got a sticker phobia, let me know
- 32:50Speaker 1: so far there it is, poor guy. I mean, if
- 32:54Speaker 1: it freaks you out and freaks you out, I don't
- 32:56Speaker 1: want to do that. I mean either way, all right,
- 32:58Speaker 1: you feel free. This is a confession zone that you
- 33:00Speaker 1: could just confess anything.
- 33:02Speaker 2: If your phobia is something wild, let.
- 33:04Speaker 10: Us know.
- 33:06Speaker 6: He's doing for candas court.
- 33:08Speaker 8: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Here, ye here, where art thou?
- 33:15Speaker 1: Candace Lopez is taking the bench right now. This court
- 33:18Speaker 1: is very serious. It's makes one or two point nine,
- 33:20Speaker 1: especially on a Friday. Uh yeah, Cord is in session.
- 33:23Speaker 1: If you've got a problem, Candace can totally help you out.
- 33:25Speaker 1: I don't care if it's a work problem, relationship problem,
- 33:27Speaker 1: a lawn problem.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Maybe you got issues with your lawn flowers. No, don't
- 33:31Speaker 2: ask her about flowers.
- 33:33Speaker 3: So good.
- 33:34Speaker 2: She planted flowers yesterday and they look parched.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Well that's because we have to put the new mulch
- 33:38Speaker 3: on top. That's why you think they look parched.
- 33:40Speaker 2: They look thirsty.
- 33:41Speaker 3: Yeah, they're good.
- 33:43Speaker 2: They look like pooh in girls dms. Oh my thirsty
- 33:47Speaker 2: they thirsty.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Okay, all right, either way, at canasan air. If you
- 33:51Speaker 1: got an issue, let's do it right now. Candace Court
- 33:54Speaker 1: is in session. Please let me know how y'all feel
- 33:56Speaker 1: about this. My boyfriend thinks I'm extra because I have
- 34:00Speaker 1: a thing about people eating alone. What the other day
- 34:05Speaker 1: we were eating out and we got sat next to
- 34:07Speaker 1: someone eating at a table all by themselves.
- 34:10Speaker 2: So I asked if we could move tables.
- 34:13Speaker 3: What wait.
- 34:16Speaker 1: It took the hostess a minute to figure out where
- 34:18Speaker 1: else we could sit, so we had to wait a minute,
- 34:20Speaker 1: but she finally figured it out got us moved to
- 34:22Speaker 1: another part of the restaurant. When we sat down, my
- 34:25Speaker 1: boyfriend blew up at me, saying, that was the weirdest
- 34:28Speaker 1: reason ever to ask for a new table. But he's
- 34:30Speaker 1: known this about me. I don't get it. I just
- 34:32Speaker 1: cannot sit next to someone eating alone. It's just too sad.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Wa Wow, this is interesting to me. I actually know
- 34:42Speaker 1: someone like this. We know someone like this, Cannis someone, Yes,
- 34:47Speaker 1: I swear it was our friend JJ that we've we
- 34:49Speaker 1: used to work with. He was the same way, like
- 34:52Speaker 1: if you went to Cheddars.
- 34:53Speaker 3: I thought he was just joking about it.
- 34:55Speaker 2: No, I think it's a real thing. Like if he
- 34:56Speaker 2: saw someone eating alone, he had to leave.
- 34:59Speaker 4: What.
- 35:00Speaker 1: I couldn't sit next to them. It just distracted him.
- 35:02Speaker 1: It made him depressed and he couldn't do it. He
- 35:03Speaker 1: couldn't enjoy his chatters or wherever he was at right,
- 35:07Speaker 1: you know. But he loves Cheddars, he does, so he
- 35:09Speaker 1: would have to leave. So I remember going to Cheddars
- 35:11Speaker 1: one time and we had to like rearrange our whole
- 35:14Speaker 1: seating arrangement.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Wow, because it was an older gentleman eating alone. And
- 35:18Speaker 2: I eat alone all the time.
- 35:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I end up eating alone here and there and
- 35:22Speaker 3: it's not.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Sad at all. It's it's the best part of my day.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not about them. This is about you. Like,
- 35:29Speaker 3: don't be sad. People need solo time, like I need
- 35:31Speaker 3: solo time every day, just like a minute. Yeah, you know,
- 35:35Speaker 3: I a mule would be fine.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I have enough solo time I do. I don't need
- 35:39Speaker 1: to be solo all the time, right, Yeah, but I'll
- 35:42Speaker 1: eat But like Pooh, for example, we'll go to the
- 35:44Speaker 1: movies alone. Sure, I can't. I don't want to go
- 35:46Speaker 1: to the movies that and stay all day.
- 35:50Speaker 2: That's sad.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I could have to.
- 35:52Speaker 2: I'd have to leave the movie. If I saw somebody
- 35:54Speaker 2: watching a movie.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Alone, the theater jumps. Yeah, go from two to six
- 35:58Speaker 3: and then I'll watch one at one theater four.
- 36:00Speaker 1: How's that said. I'm enjoying myself. But he pays, He
- 36:04Speaker 1: pays for one ticket.
- 36:05Speaker 7: Nobody's hat sad, nobody and is in my popcorn.
- 36:08Speaker 2: He gets his popcorn bucket out of the trash he
- 36:11Speaker 2: doesn't have to pay for it.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Cleans in the bathroom, it's on top.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, oh my gosh.
- 36:17Speaker 2: He does that's what he does.
- 36:18Speaker 1: I'm not even kidding.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, don't just.
- 36:22Speaker 2: Did my phone just fall?
- 36:23Speaker 3: Yes? Sorry, don't just assume people are sad when they're
- 36:27Speaker 3: by themselves. People choose to be by themselves sometimes, I know.
- 36:30Speaker 1: But the thing here's the thing though, with her, her
- 36:33Speaker 1: boyfriend to me, and this is just my opinion, should
- 36:36Speaker 1: be understanding about her needs. It doesn't matter whether they're
- 36:39Speaker 1: really agree with that, whether they're relevant or not.
- 36:41Speaker 3: That's her thing. Like when we go out to eat,
- 36:43Speaker 3: Eric always sits, you know, in the booth side, if
- 36:46Speaker 3: it's like a booth and a chair table, if he
- 36:48Speaker 3: wants to not have his back to the door.
- 36:50Speaker 2: No, that's a guy thing too.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Yeah, and I know everywhere we go, I got to
- 36:53Speaker 3: sit in the chair.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I'm the same way, has to face the door.
- 36:58Speaker 7: He starts clocking people, I mean, and now he wants
- 37:00Speaker 7: to be able to because I'm paranoid.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, I feel like the banner lady eventually is
- 37:05Speaker 1: gonna kill me. The lady's ghuwing up banners that wants
- 37:08Speaker 1: to cancel me. Eventually she's going to try to kill
- 37:10Speaker 1: me at Denny's. Yeah, no, or wherever I'm at Cafe
- 37:12Speaker 1: Brazil Chatters. She's gonna come after me in the booth
- 37:15Speaker 1: and I'm gonna have to fight her in the middle
- 37:17Speaker 1: of eating moons over my handing guys.
- 37:19Speaker 2: So anyway, Uh, that's what it's about to me.
- 37:22Speaker 1: To me, it's about the fact that it doesn't matter
- 37:24Speaker 1: whether he thinks her issue is irrelevant or crazy or weird.
- 37:29Speaker 2: You just kind of cater to somebody else's feelings.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's what I do. I just automatically go
- 37:34Speaker 3: to the side with my back to the door, and
- 37:35Speaker 3: I'm fine with that because I know he's more comfortable
- 37:38Speaker 3: there and he's gonna like protect me if things go down,
- 37:41Speaker 3: unless you.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Think she's making it up, if you think why but
- 37:43Speaker 2: why would she make this up?
- 37:45Speaker 5: Right?
- 37:46Speaker 7: Yeah, I get where he's coming from, because I'll be
- 37:48Speaker 7: ready to eat. I think I got time to move.
- 37:50Speaker 2: I know it is annoying when somebody has to move.
- 37:52Speaker 3: Table, especially when you're the hostess. Because I was a
- 37:54Speaker 3: hostess for so long River oft Benigans, and then I'd
- 37:56Speaker 3: have to go check the stancy who's in the rotation.
- 37:59Speaker 3: Who's got too many tables?
- 38:01Speaker 1: It's a whole thing, and you're like, oh, yeah, sure,
- 38:03Speaker 1: no problem, but inside you're cussing that person.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, just like that. Yeah, Cannae, do we have
- 38:09Speaker 2: a verdict?
- 38:10Speaker 4: We do?
- 38:11Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:11Speaker 3: Look, I think this girl is guilty of being a
- 38:13Speaker 3: two seater, Tanya. Someday you might get used to eating
- 38:17Speaker 3: alone by yourself. Maybe you're just not there yet. Every side,
- 38:21Speaker 3: it's all good.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Everything you just told me made me feel like you
- 38:24Speaker 1: were going to side with him or her. Yeah, but
- 38:27Speaker 1: you decided to side with him.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Well I think yeah, I just think like it's it's
- 38:32Speaker 3: a lot of work to move tables just because someone
- 38:34Speaker 3: else is by themselves.
- 38:35Speaker 1: I think he's guilty of being inconsiderate. Ike, No, he's
- 38:41Speaker 1: not catering to his I.
- 38:42Speaker 3: See both sides. Let's work through this, okay, Right, she
- 38:47Speaker 3: is guilty of being a a two seater, Tania.
- 38:49Speaker 2: This court is unhinted.
- 38:50Speaker 5: Yeah, it is.
- 38:53Speaker 10: Tough.
- 38:53Speaker 3: Stories on the tense with Billy the Kid in the
- 38:55Speaker 3: Morning only on the new Mix one O two.
- 38:58Speaker 2: Point nine and it's Friday. Can it has what is
- 39:00Speaker 2: going on in our world?
- 39:01Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 39:01Speaker 3: Let's get you ready for the weekend and check the weather.
- 39:04Speaker 3: Rain chances start today. Pretty low chances though, twenty percent,
- 39:07Speaker 3: so that just means there could be a random shower
- 39:09Speaker 3: here and there. But we're gonna get up to eighty
- 39:11Speaker 3: one for a high today, slightly better chances for rain tomorrow,
- 39:15Speaker 3: and then as we get closer to Sunday, that's when
- 39:17Speaker 3: we'll see our best chance of thunderstorms.
- 39:19Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't like this because tomorrow, well we
- 39:22Speaker 1: got a busy day tomorrow, we do. We're gonna be
- 39:24Speaker 1: a clause Anya tomorrow for their grand opening in Haltham
- 39:27Speaker 1: City or who likes to call it for Worth either way,
- 39:32Speaker 1: we'll do that at noon and then we are Fat
- 39:33Speaker 1: Daddy's in Mansfield from six to eight pm.
- 39:36Speaker 2: So I don't want it to rain.
- 39:37Speaker 3: No, Yeah, well it's just be too bad, but we'll see,
- 39:40Speaker 3: you know, I don't I'm not a meteorologist. That's just
- 39:43Speaker 3: what they say.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Well you're not.
- 39:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I want it to be I know.
- 39:45Speaker 1: But then Sunday they say it's gonna start raining and
- 39:47Speaker 1: it doesn't stop until like May.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Well, we have chances next week pretty much through Wednesday,
- 39:53Speaker 3: but yeah, sports tomorrow morning should be good. Sunday and
- 39:56Speaker 3: not so good. It is sixty five right now with
- 39:58Speaker 3: one hundred percent humidity. Heads up, guys, Artemis two will
- 40:02Speaker 3: finish its historic mission today. This is the most dangerous
- 40:06Speaker 3: part of the mission though, as they travel twenty five
- 40:09Speaker 3: thousand miles per hour. When they reach Earth's atmosphere, they're
- 40:13Speaker 3: going to go through a five thousand degree temperature change.
- 40:17Speaker 3: This area is like incredibly hot. So this is I
- 40:20Speaker 3: didn't realize this was the most dangerous part was coming
- 40:22Speaker 3: back in.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah. Re entering, Yeah, they catch on fire right,
- 40:27Speaker 1: like they're designed to burn up and the outside just
- 40:30Speaker 1: is a ball of flames and that's.
- 40:32Speaker 3: Normal, right, And they had some issues with the heat
- 40:34Speaker 3: shield for Artemis one that I think they just repaired.
- 40:38Speaker 3: But within a span of about thirteen minutes, they're going
- 40:41Speaker 3: to launch the parachutes and slow down to less than
- 40:43Speaker 3: twenty miles per hour for this splashdown. Their target is
- 40:47Speaker 3: about fifty miles off the coast of San Diego, and
- 40:50Speaker 3: they're saying people in southern California will hear a sonic
- 40:53Speaker 3: boom at this point. But that splashdown is expected to
- 40:56Speaker 3: happen around seven oh seven pm our time, and that
- 41:00Speaker 3: re entry angle they're saying, has to like be within
- 41:03Speaker 3: one degree or this doesn't work.
- 41:05Speaker 1: I just can't imagine re entering knowing you're gonna be well,
- 41:09Speaker 1: I can't imagine going to the moon. Yeah, but just
- 41:12Speaker 1: to know that you will be a ball of flames.
- 41:14Speaker 1: And they're so chill about it.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Yeah, they're a nervous wreck.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Oh, They're just like, Yeah, this is protocol, this is
- 41:19Speaker 2: what we do.
- 41:20Speaker 1: This is exactly what should happened.
- 41:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess so. I mean, they trained so hard
- 41:24Speaker 3: and so long for these missions, But I don't know
- 41:27Speaker 3: how you prepare yourself to be a ball of fire
- 41:29Speaker 3: like pumbling down to the earth.
- 41:31Speaker 1: And also too, like what else can you do in
- 41:33Speaker 1: life after you've done this? Yeah, you kind of get here,
- 41:35Speaker 1: and I bet you have like a weird sense of
- 41:38Speaker 1: what is my purpose? I've already made it, I've done it.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Yeah, what am I doing now? I'm just sharing my story.
- 41:42Speaker 1: I've been to the furthest point in space humans have
- 41:45Speaker 1: been Yeah, and what am I gonna do now besides
- 41:47Speaker 1: just brag about it because I've never shut up about it.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure, been around the moon. Don't talk to me, bro, They've.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Done such a good job though NASA has of their
- 41:56Speaker 3: social media throughout this time, the fact that they're like
- 41:58Speaker 3: producing ninety sitcom intro videos of these astronauts while they're
- 42:02Speaker 3: up there, it's just incredible the amount of like, you know,
- 42:05Speaker 3: inspiring messages they've been able to send back for the
- 42:08Speaker 3: last nine days.
- 42:09Speaker 1: I mean it's amazing. I love the venture. I don't
- 42:10Speaker 1: want it to be done. But just imagine being married
- 42:13Speaker 1: to an astronaut. Yeah, and try to argue with him.
- 42:15Speaker 1: You'll never win that argument. Yeah, like you're gonna try
- 42:18Speaker 1: to argue with me. I've been to the moon. Yeah,
- 42:20Speaker 1: leave me alone. Please stop. No, girl, it could be
- 42:23Speaker 1: a guy. Could be You're married to the female astronaut
- 42:25Speaker 1: of this. Yeah she's Yeah, she is a boss.
- 42:28Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Anyway, anyways, Yeah, and honor guys of the tenth anniversary
- 42:32Speaker 3: of Beyonce's album Lemonade, Rock A Bye Baby just released
- 42:35Speaker 3: a lullaby version of the album. So if you're a
- 42:38Speaker 3: new parent or you're gonna be soon, if you haven't
- 42:40Speaker 3: heard of rock a Bye Baby. This made me so
- 42:42Speaker 3: excited when I knew and SO was coming because I'm like, oh, yes,
- 42:46Speaker 3: I played all sorts of music for him when he
- 42:48Speaker 3: was in the belly and you know, your whole life.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah, well, I mean, like what songs? Well, I
- 42:52Speaker 3: played a lot of Mozart for him. Yeah, while he
- 42:55Speaker 3: was in the belly.
- 42:56Speaker 1: Wow.
- 42:57Speaker 3: But obviously working in radio at that time. But you know,
- 43:00Speaker 3: all I did was play music.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I just don't know if my mom. I can ask
- 43:04Speaker 1: my mom if she ever did that to me. Oh yeah,
- 43:06Speaker 1: like we would you play?
- 43:07Speaker 2: I don't think she played anything.
- 43:08Speaker 3: I mean, they say mozart is really good for brain
- 43:10Speaker 3: development even when they're born. Obviously it's it's good.
- 43:13Speaker 2: But I played so Beyonce. I'll text my mom and
- 43:17Speaker 2: see so Beyonce came out this?
- 43:19Speaker 1: Do I have to play this?
- 43:20Speaker 3: Yeah? Just just so you know, new moms can can
- 43:23Speaker 3: hear a sample of what it's like. It's very cool.
- 43:26Speaker 2: No, I don't think something about it.
- 43:27Speaker 3: Play in the nursery, it's perfect.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Something about this enrages me, list like it's not calm,
- 43:34Speaker 1: that sounds like offbeat.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Whoever produced suck?
- 43:38Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 43:39Speaker 3: My mom just text me back, Yeah, what'd she played
- 43:42Speaker 3: for you?
- 43:43Speaker 1: Oh?
- 43:44Speaker 2: Here, I'll play what she played. Ok, this makes a
- 43:47Speaker 2: lot of sense.
- 43:53Speaker 3: That's a hot take.
- 43:54Speaker 8: Let us know what you think.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Here's Today's Hot Take.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Okay, I saw this story going crazy online and I thought,
- 44:00Speaker 1: but well, I kind of get it, I kind of understand,
- 44:03Speaker 1: but this girl did something pretty unhinged. A mother is
- 44:06Speaker 1: accused of forcibly taking her autistic son's bully to her
- 44:11Speaker 1: home and demanding that he apologized. So listen, I am
- 44:18Speaker 1: absolutely against bullying. I don't care what the situation is. Yeah,
- 44:23Speaker 1: no matter what. Yeah, before you, even though it's an issue,
- 44:26Speaker 1: talked to him about bullying. It's important. Well, this happened,
- 44:29Speaker 1: I guess where her son was getting bullied, eleven year
- 44:32Speaker 1: old boy. He happened to be autistic, and she was
- 44:36Speaker 1: fed up. So what she basically did is she went
- 44:40Speaker 1: and took justice into her own hands and said, I'm
- 44:42Speaker 1: not going to let this happen any longer. And she
- 44:45Speaker 1: went out and she found the kid riding his bike,
- 44:47Speaker 1: the bully riding his bike, and said, get in my car,
- 44:50Speaker 1: no right now, and he's like, uh okay, like you know,
- 44:56Speaker 1: and then she took off with him, drove them back
- 44:58Speaker 1: to her house where her son wash, and said you're
- 45:02Speaker 1: gonna apologize right now, do it? Apologize. She's forty years old,
- 45:06Speaker 1: by the way, just give you a kind of you know,
- 45:08Speaker 1: so you know, and I guess he did. But the
- 45:11Speaker 1: kid left went home, and obviously it is like this
- 45:14Speaker 1: crazy lady took me, yeah, and made me apologize to
- 45:17Speaker 1: her son.
- 45:18Speaker 2: Now she is charged with second degree kidnapping.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Well, she did, she kidnapped him. She did simply took
- 45:23Speaker 3: him against his will to her home. You can't do that.
- 45:26Speaker 3: You can't do it like any if you're going to
- 45:29Speaker 3: take this in your own hands, take your kid to
- 45:31Speaker 3: the kid riding his bike. You know, we'll meet you
- 45:33Speaker 3: where you are to apologize, which I would never do either.
- 45:36Speaker 1: I do get it. No, and it is serious. You
- 45:40Speaker 1: can't take kids. No, I mean, I can't believe I
- 45:42Speaker 1: have to say that, but I gotta be honest. I
- 45:45Speaker 1: don't feel like she should be charged with second degree kidnapping. No, yeah,
- 45:49Speaker 1: I don't.
- 45:50Speaker 3: And then we realize her intention was not to take
- 45:53Speaker 3: the child and never return.
- 45:54Speaker 1: It was still I know, and I'm not saying that,
- 45:57Speaker 1: you know, she she shouldn't be punished, but I think
- 46:00Speaker 1: it's it's kind of like when you find someone you know,
- 46:03Speaker 1: it's it's almost it's a moment you caught.
- 46:05Speaker 2: It's one of those crimes.
- 46:06Speaker 1: It's the heat of the moment crime that sometimes is
- 46:09Speaker 1: take that's taken into consideration, Like if you find somebody
- 46:12Speaker 1: you know in the act of hurting your child, you
- 46:15Speaker 1: take action. Then if you go overboard, usually it's not
- 46:18Speaker 1: it's considered, you know, it's different. They lighten up the
- 46:21Speaker 1: punishment a little bit. I think that should happen. Yeah,
- 46:24Speaker 1: I'm not a lawyer, but if this for candis court,
- 46:26Speaker 1: she shouldn't be charged with kidnapping.
- 46:28Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know, you know, yeah, I don't know
- 46:31Speaker 3: what other charges there are. I don't know what's the
- 46:33Speaker 3: lesser charge of kidnapping.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Whatever the lesser charges, I think she should be And
- 46:37Speaker 1: that's what people were saying online. I couldn't believe in
- 46:40Speaker 1: the comment people are saying. I'm not saying she's right,
- 46:42Speaker 1: but I understand. I'm saying, I know what she did
- 46:46Speaker 1: was wrong. But if it's my kid, I'm doing the
- 46:48Speaker 1: same thing. Well, no, you're not what. I don't think
- 46:51Speaker 1: you're going to do that, And honestly, you would be
- 46:53Speaker 1: charged as a man, you would really get the book
- 46:56Speaker 1: thrown at you. I think because it looks to the
- 46:58Speaker 1: optics are optics are totally different. If it's a guy saying,
- 47:01Speaker 1: get in my car.
- 47:02Speaker 3: A lawful restraint, right, Okay, that's true.
- 47:05Speaker 2: What it's called a lawful restraint?
- 47:07Speaker 3: Right.
- 47:07Speaker 7: Probably if it was my situation, I would do like
- 47:10Speaker 7: Kenna say, I'd have my kid and bring them to
- 47:13Speaker 7: the bully and we apologize that way.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Yeah, because yeah, if I took the kid, yeah yeah.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I could see you going to the playground,
- 47:20Speaker 3: well we know he's on the playground here, come say
- 47:22Speaker 3: sorry whatever.
- 47:23Speaker 1: But yeah, no, I get that, but really, what you
- 47:25Speaker 1: should do, I mean, what do you do in a
- 47:27Speaker 1: situation like this, because bullying cannot be tolerated.
- 47:30Speaker 3: No, And I'm hearing from a lot of parents that
- 47:32Speaker 3: some of these you know, schools just aren't like cracking
- 47:34Speaker 3: down like they should be, which is unfortunate, but it
- 47:37Speaker 3: puts you in a you know, awful position.
- 47:39Speaker 1: It is unfortunate, but it's also very hard to discipline
- 47:43Speaker 1: this kind of stuff when a lot of it's here. Say,
- 47:45Speaker 1: and I'm not saying that's okay, but I'm saying the
- 47:48Speaker 1: schools are in a tough.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Place exactly because everyone is right, it's but.
- 47:52Speaker 1: If you see it, and it should be talked about,
- 47:55Speaker 1: like something's got to be done. If someone's like, hey,
- 47:57Speaker 1: I'm getting bullied. You got to take that.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Seriously, right, But you have to go through the proper channels, right.
- 48:01Speaker 3: You have to let the administration know so they can
- 48:05Speaker 3: make notes, maybe keep an eye on these kids, you know,
- 48:07Speaker 3: so it doesn't get to this level.
- 48:09Speaker 1: But I also get it too, like if I get
- 48:10Speaker 1: it from oh, I don't.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Want to know what I'm going to feel if that
- 48:13Speaker 3: if and when that day comes where my child is bullied.
- 48:16Speaker 1: I remember one time when my son Rider was younger,
- 48:18Speaker 1: he had to be like ten or whatever. It was dark,
- 48:21Speaker 1: it was getting dark. He should have been home. He
- 48:23Speaker 1: wasn't home, and his friend came home like, we can't
- 48:26Speaker 1: find Rider. The two guys, two older boys, chased him
- 48:30Speaker 1: into the woods and were holding him down, and I
- 48:33Speaker 1: lost it. I bet I went over there, found out
- 48:36Speaker 1: where they lived, and I beat on that door like
- 48:38Speaker 1: a psychopath, right, and that dad came to the door
- 48:41Speaker 1: and he's like, what are you doing? And I was like,
- 48:43Speaker 1: get your kids down here right now?
- 48:45Speaker 2: And I probably was a little unhinged.
- 48:47Speaker 3: Yeah, And I actually went back and I apologized, Yeah,
- 48:49Speaker 3: well that's big of you, and.
- 48:50Speaker 1: He understood because he was like, I'd probably do the
- 48:52Speaker 1: same thing. Because when I found Rider, he was crying,
- 48:55Speaker 1: he was freaking out, and two older, bigger kids were
- 48:58Speaker 1: holding him down trying to steal this like you know,
- 49:00Speaker 1: gun or what. It was a mess.
- 49:02Speaker 2: But I reacted in a way that I probably shouldn't
- 49:04Speaker 2: have reacted.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Yeah, probably that's understandable.
- 49:07Speaker 1: That's my point. So what do you think she should
- 49:09Speaker 1: be done with her? You let us know eight three
- 49:11Speaker 1: three seven eight seven one h two nine, kidnapping, I
- 49:13Speaker 1: don't know. But unlawful restraint, sure, I like that. Yeah,
- 49:17Speaker 1: not lower the charge for this woman. It was just
- 49:19Speaker 1: trying to protect your kid. It's mixed one or two
- 49:21Speaker 1: point nine. We do it on the forties, so make
- 49:22Speaker 1: sure you listen on the forties every hour. So hook
- 49:25Speaker 1: that up. Sold out floor seats, I mean such incredible seats. Yeah,
- 49:29Speaker 1: up close in personal plus you get dinner, you get
- 49:31Speaker 1: a hotel. It'd be absolutely the best experience you can imagine,
- 49:35Speaker 1: because I mean, this concert is so sold out.
- 49:37Speaker 2: So hook that up.
- 49:39Speaker 1: It's Bailly to kid Candaelowpez producer who people are laughing
- 49:42Speaker 1: at this because you got a DM about it.
- 49:43Speaker 3: What Yeah, somebody has just said, I want to know
- 49:46Speaker 3: how Sandra Clarence and Diego are doing so because they
- 49:50Speaker 3: were listening yesterday when we changed our names.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Yesterday was renaming day, yeah, which we didn't know there
- 49:56Speaker 1: was a day for that. I renamed you Sandra, I
- 49:59Speaker 1: renamed Pooh Errence. I cannot believe.
- 50:02Speaker 2: I'm just looking like what would you be if you
- 50:04Speaker 2: weren't our names?
- 50:05Speaker 6: Right?
- 50:05Speaker 1: And Sandra was fitting and a matter of fact, a
- 50:07Speaker 1: lot of people said, I see I see Candice being
- 50:10Speaker 1: a Sandra.
- 50:10Speaker 3: Well at first I didn't until Doug pointed out that
- 50:13Speaker 3: it could be Sandra Bullock and I was like, okay,
- 50:16Speaker 3: I'm on board, right, I just hadn't thought of her.
- 50:18Speaker 2: On Diego doesn't fit me?
- 50:20Speaker 3: No, that was a joke.
- 50:21Speaker 1: I had a lot of people say that I look
- 50:22Speaker 1: like a josh Oh, which I don't know if I
- 50:25Speaker 1: appreciate that.
- 50:26Speaker 3: Why Josh is a good name.
- 50:27Speaker 2: They cheat a lot, though I heard Joshua and Kyle's
- 50:30Speaker 2: cheat a lot.
- 50:31Speaker 3: Kyles.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Maybe somebody said you look like an Ashley. Oh, yeah,
- 50:35Speaker 1: you don't want that.
- 50:36Speaker 2: You don't want you don't.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Want to look like an Ashley?
- 50:38Speaker 10: Wow?
- 50:38Speaker 3: Why not?
- 50:40Speaker 2: That's ultimately that's the number one name on the Crazy List.
- 50:45Speaker 2: I'm not saying it.
- 50:46Speaker 3: By the way, Ashley, it was Brittany.
- 50:50Speaker 1: No, that's up there. It's top five, trust me, I know.
- 50:54Speaker 1: But yeah, Ashley's number one.
- 50:55Speaker 3: Okay, so just you know, you can see me as
- 50:58Speaker 3: an Ashley.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't see me as a Clarence. I can
- 51:02Speaker 1: what Clarence?
- 51:03Speaker 2: I mean you look like a Clarence.
- 51:05Speaker 1: No, I don't you do. That's an old nineteen fifty
- 51:08Speaker 1: black janitor name you gave.
- 51:10Speaker 7: You look like you could easily be putting off as
- 51:12Speaker 7: all the all the sales people are like, Hey Clarence,
- 51:14Speaker 7: that's another question, Hey Clarence, how you do Claren That's.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Another question if you looked at somebody, like, if you
- 51:20Speaker 1: looked at us, what would be doing if it wasn't
- 51:22Speaker 1: this job right, Like, what do you think would be doing?
- 51:25Speaker 2: I think janitor is perfect. He is the friendly janitor.
- 51:27Speaker 1: Would not be a janitor. Cannice is absolutely a fourth
- 51:31Speaker 1: grade teacher. Really, if you're not doing this, you're a
- 51:33Speaker 1: fourth grade teacher.
- 51:34Speaker 3: I did always like to ride on the board when
- 51:36Speaker 3: I was little, Like I would want to decorate the
- 51:38Speaker 3: classrooms and ride on the chalkboard.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Who's a fantastic janitor, the one that works there for
- 51:42Speaker 2: seventy years.
- 51:43Speaker 3: And they bought him a cart.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Just about to say, y'all, yes, yes, what what do
- 51:51Speaker 1: I look like I would do? I don't know.
- 51:52Speaker 5: You tell me?
- 51:53Speaker 3: I mean PD for sure? You're working for the Carrollton
- 51:56Speaker 3: pdah or a lawyer?
- 51:59Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what? Thank you, I'll take it.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Yeah, you be a cop.
- 52:03Speaker 1: I could be a cop. Yeah, yeah, I can see
- 52:05Speaker 1: you doing it first forty eight type stuff.
- 52:08Speaker 2: I think I'm working for Dallas PD though.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Really, Carlton's cool. I just need more action.
- 52:12Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know what I mean. Matter of fact,
- 52:15Speaker 1: I might ride it along with the Dallas Police coming out.
- 52:17Speaker 1: You should, yeah, because they're recruiting.
- 52:20Speaker 2: I might quit.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Do the show for the squad cop.
- 52:25Speaker 2: No, I don't think. I think I have to retire
- 52:26Speaker 2: and just be a cop.
- 52:27Speaker 3: Just work for them part time. Don't they hire a
- 52:29Speaker 3: part time cops or no?
- 52:30Speaker 1: That thing? Yeah, you can do it part time Dallas
- 52:32Speaker 1: p d D m me.
- 52:33Speaker 3: Yeah, do you have a weekend shift for you?
- 52:36Speaker 1: Yeah, you could be a detective. You don't have to
- 52:38Speaker 1: ride in the squad car.
- 52:39Speaker 10: You don't know.
- 52:39Speaker 3: I want want to?
- 52:40Speaker 2: Yeah, who I want to be on my beat?
- 52:42Speaker 5: Oh?
- 52:42Speaker 1: What do they call it. I think I'm gonna go.
- 52:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna go where they need me the most, like
- 52:47Speaker 1: a superhero.
- 52:48Speaker 6: Yeah I can.
- 52:49Speaker 1: I can see you an pleasant grove.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll be or in the cliff.
- 52:53Speaker 1: Yeah, in the cliff. Yeah, and the cliff is it's
- 52:56Speaker 1: a Bishop of Arts now okay, anyway, all right, love
- 52:59Speaker 1: it either way, thank you. We're also talking about phobias earlier.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Now this is interesting. Let me get her on the
- 53:04Speaker 1: phone because we were talking about phobias and this guy
- 53:06Speaker 1: called because he had a phobia of stickers, right, yeah,
- 53:09Speaker 1: which is a weird one.
- 53:09Speaker 2: I listening to this, you have a phobia.
- 53:11Speaker 10: I don't, but my brother has like a weird I
- 53:14Speaker 10: don't know if it's.
- 53:15Speaker 11: Like an ick or phobia. But my brother, you know,
- 53:18Speaker 11: when you open a bottle, like a prescription bottle or
- 53:21Speaker 11: something that has that cotton in it, Yes, he does
- 53:25Speaker 11: not like to touch that cotton.
- 53:27Speaker 3: Oh, I get that. I pulled one out the other day.
- 53:29Speaker 3: It was long, it was like two long.
- 53:31Speaker 11: I'm like why really He's just like yeah, like gets
- 53:36Speaker 11: weirded out by it.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Okay, that's a real phobia. I'm looking it up right now.
- 53:40Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, that is a real phobia. Fear of
- 53:43Speaker 1: cotton is called side a lovio phobia. Intense irrational fear
- 53:47Speaker 1: anxiety were discussed, often triggered by the site, sound, or
- 53:50Speaker 1: texture of cotton. Wow, he's on it. Well, thank you
- 53:54Speaker 1: for sharing a one. You two have a good weekend.
- 53:56Speaker 8: Bye.
- 53:57Speaker 2: See Hello this mix one on two point nine?
- 53:59Speaker 1: Who's this?
- 54:00Speaker 11: This is Jackie?
- 54:01Speaker 2: What's up, Jackie?
- 54:01Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 54:02Speaker 8: Well?
- 54:02Speaker 11: I was just listening to the radio about the guy
- 54:05Speaker 11: talk about his spear, and I thought it was funny
- 54:07Speaker 11: because I secretly have that too.
- 54:09Speaker 3: You do, you're afraid of stickers?
- 54:11Speaker 11: I am? I actually yes, I've been afraid my whole life,
- 54:14Speaker 11: and I don't tell people because I don't want them
- 54:16Speaker 11: to use it against me. But I actually list on
- 54:19Speaker 11: my origins as adhesive, so I don't have to have
- 54:22Speaker 11: any stickers.
- 54:23Speaker 9: Wow.
- 54:25Speaker 1: If this guy wasn't, I swear, if he wasn't in
- 54:26Speaker 1: a relationship, I would hook you too up.
- 54:28Speaker 11: No, no, no, I'm actually married and I have three
- 54:31Speaker 11: young children and they will not take fickers at school
- 54:34Speaker 11: because they tell their teachers that their mom's allergic to them.
- 54:37Speaker 1: Oh that's actually kind of cute yow, Well, good for them,
- 54:43Speaker 1: but yeah, what is it about the stickers? This guy
- 54:45Speaker 1: can't explain it, and he's like, I just don't get it.
- 54:47Speaker 1: But I don't like the stickers.
- 54:48Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 54:49Speaker 11: I've been this way since I was a little kid.
- 54:51Speaker 11: I think I remember being in my aunt's van and
- 54:54Speaker 11: one of her kids, my cousins, had stickers everywhere, and
- 54:57Speaker 11: I thought it was the most disgusting thing.
- 55:00Speaker 1: All right, Wow, I don't know. Well, I'm glad you
- 55:03Speaker 1: called because this guy's gonna feel better about himself and
- 55:06Speaker 1: we appreciate that.
- 55:07Speaker 11: Yeah, no problem.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Well, thank you very much. And I wish you nothing
- 55:10Speaker 2: but no sticker zones around you.
- 55:12Speaker 8: Okay, thank you.
- 55:14Speaker 2: Who's got a phobia of work? Every time that comes around,
- 55:19Speaker 2: he's like.
- 55:19Speaker 1: Peeks tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid
- 55:23Speaker 1: in the.
- 55:23Speaker 3: Morning only on the new Mixed one O two point nine.
- 55:27Speaker 1: It's a brutal Mars tickets coming up, plus dinner in
- 55:29Speaker 1: a hotel and right now everything you need to know
- 55:30Speaker 1: on a Friday, Cannice, what's up? Well?
- 55:32Speaker 3: A winning Texas Lotto ticket worth an estimated seventy eight
- 55:35Speaker 3: million dollars will expire May fourteenth if someone doesn't claim it.
- 55:40Speaker 3: The ticket was bought at Gordon's Bait and Tackle in Brownsville.
- 55:45Speaker 3: This was for the Lotto Texas drawing from November fifteenth
- 55:48Speaker 3: of last year. I can't imagine you having this ticket
- 55:51Speaker 3: and not knowing.
- 55:52Speaker 1: No, I can't imagine this either, But this is absolutely
- 55:55Speaker 1: something I would do with my extream ADHD.
- 55:58Speaker 3: Yeah, I know I have a lot of ticket in
- 55:59Speaker 3: like drawer that we were supposed to check double check,
- 56:03Speaker 3: but I definitely wasn't in.
- 56:04Speaker 1: Brownsville, So I'm not even can you halfway through a
- 56:06Speaker 1: scratch off, I'll get bored or distracted and come back
- 56:09Speaker 1: to it and I've found half scratched off scratch offs.
- 56:12Speaker 3: What Yeah, that's not like you though, No it is.
- 56:16Speaker 1: And then what I'll do is, I'm like, I don't
- 56:18Speaker 1: want to finish this, this one's too complicated, and then
- 56:20Speaker 1: I'll just scratch off the scan bar at the bottom
- 56:22Speaker 1: and then just go to the store and scan it.
- 56:24Speaker 2: See if I want.
- 56:26Speaker 3: Right to the answer key, Right to the answer key.
- 56:28Speaker 3: Oh man. Well, this player picked all six winning numbers
- 56:31Speaker 3: and picked the cash value option, which would pay out
- 56:34Speaker 3: over forty three million dollars. So the rule say that
- 56:38Speaker 3: the winner has to has one hundred and eighty days
- 56:40Speaker 3: from the drawing date to claim that prize, So five
- 56:43Speaker 3: pm May fourteen, that's a deadline.
- 56:45Speaker 1: Now do you think if he showed up at five
- 56:46Speaker 1: oh five they'd be like okay? Or do you think
- 56:48Speaker 1: they'd be like nope.
- 56:49Speaker 3: I don't know. That's a good question.
- 56:51Speaker 1: I can you imagine you show up five oh five? Look,
- 56:53Speaker 1: I got it, I got it in the room. They
- 56:55Speaker 1: locked the doors five o'clock. Seventy eight million dollars gone
- 56:58Speaker 1: down the joint.
- 56:58Speaker 3: They were closed.
- 56:59Speaker 1: And it's one of those places too, don't you know
- 57:01Speaker 1: if you've been to that place, it seems like a
- 57:04Speaker 1: one of a kind established Yeah, really.
- 57:06Speaker 3: Obscure location for sure, guys. The US fertility rate dropped
- 57:10Speaker 3: to another record low last year. The number of births
- 57:13Speaker 3: per one thousand women of reproductive age fell about one percent,
- 57:18Speaker 3: and all time low is wild. But that rate is
- 57:20Speaker 3: down by nearly twenty percent from just two decades ago.
- 57:23Speaker 3: But according to this data, American women are waiting to
- 57:27Speaker 3: have children later in life, while some are deciding not
- 57:30Speaker 3: to at all because of economic climate and healthcare concerns.
- 57:34Speaker 3: And that makes sense to me. Yeah, it's a lot.
- 57:36Speaker 1: It's expensive, Yeah, just to think about what is you
- 57:39Speaker 1: what is the average child to raise?
- 57:41Speaker 2: I think that the number was correl I think it.
- 57:43Speaker 3: Was like three hundred thousand dollars.
- 57:44Speaker 1: Oh, I thought it's more than that. Okay, I mean
- 57:47Speaker 1: not to say that's not a lot of money. Yeah,
- 57:49Speaker 1: but you can barely ford rant and you expect us
- 57:51Speaker 1: to keep having kids and be able to afford.
- 57:52Speaker 3: Kids right with no support, no maternity leave.
- 57:55Speaker 2: And I think this number went down when Pooh stopped
- 57:57Speaker 2: having kids.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I think he affected it, oh my gosh, because he
- 58:01Speaker 1: had three boys and he was just going for a minute. Yeah,
- 58:04Speaker 1: well it just kind of like stopped affected our national
- 58:08Speaker 1: fertility rate.
- 58:09Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, thanks Pooh.
- 58:12Speaker 3: New reports on Taylor and Travis's upcoming wedding, Page six
- 58:17Speaker 3: is saying the wedding will happen July third in New
- 58:19Speaker 3: York City, which is completely different than the big rumors
- 58:22Speaker 3: that we had been hearing. So page six says the
- 58:25Speaker 3: save the dates have gone out, although there's no word
- 58:28Speaker 3: on the actual venue other than that spot in Rhode
- 58:31Speaker 3: Island that we had heard she was gonna have the
- 58:33Speaker 3: ceremony at wasn't going to be big enough. So I
- 58:37Speaker 3: just don't see Taylor getting married on any date that's
- 58:39Speaker 3: not the thirteenth. But this would be almost exactly three
- 58:43Speaker 3: years from the date Travis went to the Aras tour
- 58:45Speaker 3: in Kansas City. That was the time he took that
- 58:48Speaker 3: friendship bracelet with his number on it and tried to
- 58:50Speaker 3: give it to her, And he said he was disappointed
- 58:52Speaker 3: because she doesn't do meet and greets before her show,
- 58:54Speaker 3: so he wasn't able to actually give it to her
- 58:56Speaker 3: in person himself. But man, that worked out three years later.
- 59:01Speaker 2: Good move, right, what a smooth move may do?
- 59:04Speaker 1: Nothing like that?
- 59:05Speaker 2: Make a bracelet? What do you mean?
- 59:06Speaker 1: I'm sure we could a regular guy, childie, So you
- 59:08Speaker 1: don't think, you see, you think if it was someone else,
- 59:11Speaker 1: the frenchip bracelet thing would to move where I think
- 59:13Speaker 1: it would have no I mean regular regular guy.
- 59:16Speaker 3: I mean, but she can't google a regular guy like that,
- 59:19Speaker 3: you know, Like those people have to date people at
- 59:21Speaker 3: their level, and I'm their in their circle and their orbit,
- 59:24Speaker 3: you know what I mean. Like, I just can't see
- 59:26Speaker 3: her dating a regular ever, dating a regular dude, trust.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Them, and once you get to a certain level, I'm
- 59:32Speaker 1: assuming it's got to be pretty hard to date.
- 59:33Speaker 3: A regular guy, how do you relate to a billionaire? Yeah,
- 59:37Speaker 3: performer traveling around the world.
- 59:39Speaker 1: I don't know. You do what she says. I'm here,
- 59:42Speaker 1: I'm here for it. I think though, it's different though
- 59:45Speaker 1: with do you think like I think guys men famous,
- 59:49Speaker 1: really wealthy, crazy men they date people women who are
- 59:53Speaker 1: not known all the time. Like Jeff Bezos. He married
- 59:57Speaker 1: that woman.
- 59:57Speaker 3: She wasn't Lauren Sanchez.
- 59:58Speaker 2: She's not famous?
- 59:59Speaker 5: Is she what she was?
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: She was on the news in that lady that was okay,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: she was a newscaster. I think women should start doing this.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Famous women should start dating regular guys. Yeah, yeah, regular dudes.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: And I are here. Yeah, well bring it, okay, Conicle Kidman,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: I'm just saying she's in town, her boy. You and
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: the Cole Kidman would be the oddest couple on the planet.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Yeah no, I'm just saying, can you imagine Nicole Kidman
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: and Pooh together? What do you two talk about? What
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: do you two talk about?
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: Just?
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Just life?
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: Movies?
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: No?
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: Nothing?
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: And can I borrow the American expisse? Yeah?
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Black, that's what you want to take me and Billy
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: and Candas out to lunch?
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: No? All right, what do you offer?
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: H exactly.
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, Candoslopans, those are your Texas top stories.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: This is Dirty Little Secrets, Nick's one o.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: Two point nine and Billy a Kid, Canda, slow Pass
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Producer Food. If you've got a secret eight three three
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: seven eight seven one nine, we don't care if we're
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: doing Dirty Little Secret or not. You could reach out
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: at any point and tell us that secret. Confess to us.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: Now you've never told anybody.
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: This, not to anyone, okay, right, this all to myself.
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: I mean I've had a girlfriend for three years. Man,
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: i haven't even told her. But I've got this really
- 1:01:21Speaker 8: weird sobet that's.
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: Kind of just carried over since childhood. Man, Like I'm
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: not scared of spiders or heights or you know, germs
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: or anything like it would be like a normal kind
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: of sobia, but I'm I'm just I'm horrified of stickers,
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: like action stickers, you know, like like like I freaked out,
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: I freaked out and kinnery, Yeah, I freaked out in
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: kindergarten when I got a gold sticker, like you know,
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: the main tag.
- 1:01:52Speaker 8: Stickers, like bumper stickers, like all of it.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: We had people call with phobias before. We've had people
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: scared of bridges. We've had people scared of mayonnaise. Yeah,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: stickers is wild.
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: Wow, I mean elementary school. Yeah, it must have been
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: tough for you, or getting your car registered.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Every year or anything.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: There's now I think about it, there's stickers everywhere.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: They're sticking around me right now.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Okay, So.
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: I'm talking like any kind of adhesive tape, you know,
- 1:02:24Speaker 6: scotch tape, duct tape, even glue.
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: Glue is not as bad, but so sticky.
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: Sticky stuff, things that stick.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Hold on. This has gotta be me.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I'm looking something up. Go ahead, sir.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: So, So what happens, you know, like what goes through
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: your mind when you think about stickers.
- 1:02:44Speaker 8: I can't really pinpoint. I don't know exactly what it is.
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: It's just the thought of touching them, you know, especially
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: especially like if it's like it's been already been.
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: Like half the halfway.
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: Feel she makes my skin crawl, Like like if someone
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: sticks when I'm the as a joke, I will freak out.
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: Dude, I will have a panic attacked.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: So I'm looking at this, I get no, I hate
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: that for you. I'm not trying to, by the way,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: I'm not making fun of your phobia. I just looked
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: it up and the first thing that popped up is
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: a girl trying to peel a sticker off a banana
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: and freaking out.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: No, And there's an actual phobia.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: This.
- 1:03:19Speaker 2: It's rare.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: It's called oh, I can't pronounce this, It's called pitta
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: kean pitta keo. Phobia is a rare, often debilitating fear
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: of intense discomfort regarding stickers, bandages, and sticky adhesive residues.
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: I didn't even think of band aid aids.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: You never got cuts, you.
- 1:03:38Speaker 9: Don't wear band aid I just I'll hold I'll hold
- 1:03:42Speaker 9: like medical cloth on there.
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: For as long as I need to. And yeah, like no,
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: this is a real phobia.
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: Time where I've had to have a band aid, but
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: I don't like it, and peeling it off is even
- 1:03:54Speaker 6: extra Like, you know, peeling off a band aid hurts
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: as it is, but it's it freaks me out even
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: more than than usual. I'm to the point where if
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: I go buy clothes and there's a sticker on it,
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: I asked the store clerk to remove it for.
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: Me so I can relate to the lady with a banana.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: Wow, I've never really thought about how many places there
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: are stickers?
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: Like, I'm yeah, I don't.
- 1:04:16Speaker 10: Hats.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: You buy a hat there's a sticker on it. Jeans,
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: don't my.
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: Little kids jeans? Because that sticker is long?
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: Yeah, don't say that to him. Long sticker will really
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: freak you out.
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: Yeah, there's really long.
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: I know the store clerks probably think I'm a weirdo,
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: but I don't care when I ask him to take
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: it off. Man, for me, I just wow, do it,
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: I can do it.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Yeah, listen, have you ever talked to somebody about this,
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: because I mean, it's it's an actual phobia.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: You could get help.
- 1:04:45Speaker 10: I'm sure I haven't.
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: Man, It's just it just sounds so stupid when I
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: say it.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: You know, so you would rather handle it? You'd rather
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: handle a snake than a sticker?
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: I really would, Man, I'm not freaking out by snake.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Wow, unreal.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: He's not scared of heights either, heights whatever.
- 1:05:05Speaker 10: Like I have a fear of, not a phobia, jumping,
- 1:05:09Speaker 10: bungee jumping.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Man, So would you rather you would rather bungee jumped
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: than peel a sticker off a pair of jeans?
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: Any day? I go bungee jumping every day? If I
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: can afford it.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Wow, that's my bit and I will not do that. Unreal,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: But you don't like telling people because it makes you
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: sound a little you know, out there.
- 1:05:28Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I sound nuts, like a fiko or something.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: You sound normal, though, like you sound normal to me.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: So I mean, you can't help what you're scared of,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: and the phobias are real conditions, and we've learned that
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: from doing this because we've gotten some wild ones. This
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: might be the craziest one though, but it is not
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: saying you're crazy.
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: So no, I'm glad you did.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: I am glad you did. I don't think I'm ever
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: gonna look at a sticker the same way again.
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: I know, sir.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: I'm sorry you have to deal with this and and
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: call us with any updates if you tell somebody can't
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: just fine.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: Well, I just like to appeel the stickers off. I
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: actually enjoy. It's satisfying, you know, to take the sticker
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: off the banana or the apple.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: Just imagine in a relationship with him, he's gonna freak out.
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: I mean, I would take the stickers.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Off for you. That's sweet.
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: Yeah, even you just now saying that you like that
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: is making me like, oh, sorry, triggering him.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: Sorry, I'm sorry, sir. This is a safe place to
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: get out of here. Have a great weekend. We'll see
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: you tomorrow. We got so much going on tomorrow. Who
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: and I are going to be at Clausania in Haltim
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: City at noon? Stop by, say hi, it's they're grand opening.
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: Yess.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: Matter of fact, you know what, I got a hundred
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: dollars gift card I want to give away right now? Yeah,
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: let's do it. Why not let's do a hundred dollars
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: gift card before we leave? Eight three three seven eight
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: seven one o two nine calling number one.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Can't sure number four. Let's go do that.
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: And then after Clausania, poo, Candice and I we're gonna
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: be at Fat Daddy's in Mansfield.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: What are we doing there?
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Partying?
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: Yeah, hanging out. We're just gonna be chilling.
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: Yeah, So will come by, say hi, hang out with us?
- 1:06:59Speaker 8: Wine?
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that'll be fun.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: I never get to really go down to Mansfield, so
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: I've been there in a long long time. Fad Daddy's
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: will be out there from six to eight pm. So

- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Come hang out, drink sampoo. Whoa wait, if you show
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: up and say the secret word, what's the secret word?
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: Let's make it right now.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: And I'm paying for the drink. Yes, everybody gets water
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: on me. Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: No, you gotta tap, you gotta the iHeart card.
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: Oh for real? Yeah?
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: I think so.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: That's saying our boss. Okay, all right, we'll see you tomorrow.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Have a great weekend.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Bye.
