Pete Cohen: I Believed Stopping Was Dangerous
Pete Cohen built a career on speed. Fitness competitions, a TV show, a weight loss program that actually worked, all of it fueled by a belief that stopping was dangerous. Then his body disagreed, and it took him ten years to recover.
In this conversation, Pete talks about what burnout actually cost him, what he learned from watching his wife Hannah fight her own battle for over a decade, and how being busy being busy almost killed him and might have saved her life at the same time. He never quite explains that last part. Neither do we. You'll have to listen.
