One mailbag.Nolan Wells was eighteen, a college wide receiver, out at Horn Island on the Fourth of July with friends from Ocean Springs. The island is uninhabited, roughly ten miles offshore, with no shelter and no reliable signal. The boats went home. He wasn't on one.
