Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Speaker 1: Ghlaine Maxwell is still attempting to suit Jeffrey Epstein's estate
0:10
Speaker 1: in hopes of getting some money so that she can
0:13
Speaker 1: continue to defend herself and move forward with her appeal.
0:18
Speaker 1: Now we know that she got money from the divorce
0:21
Speaker 1: for the appeal from Scott Borgersen, but we also know
0:25
Speaker 1: that these sorts of situations cost a lot of dough.
0:29
Speaker 1: So Glenn Maxwell's plan is to continue with the lawsuit
0:33
Speaker 1: here to try and get money from Epstein's estate so
0:37
Speaker 1: that she can continue on with her defense. And according
0:41
Speaker 1: to her, she's entitled to that money. Because you're ready
0:44
Speaker 1: for this, folks, Well, she was a victim too. According
0:48
Speaker 1: to Glenn Maxwell, she had nothing to do with the crimes,
0:51
Speaker 1: and she was a victim of Epstein, just like the
0:54
Speaker 1: rest of these women. However, none of that ever passed
0:58
Speaker 1: the smell test, and can considering a jury saw right
1:01
Speaker 1: through her nonsense. I think it's safe to say that
1:04
Speaker 1: all of that posturing by Maxwell and all of her
1:07
Speaker 1: bs has done nothing but fail time and time again,
1:12
Speaker 1: and I have no doubt throughout this appeal process we're
1:15
Speaker 1: going to see that as well, I highly doubt Glenn
1:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell is going to be successful with any sort of
1:20
Speaker 1: appeal here, but she's down well going to do everything
1:23
Speaker 1: in her power to try and attempt to get this
1:26
Speaker 1: sentence overturned. And to do that, she's going to need
1:29
Speaker 1: a treasure chest of money, and her sources for money
1:33
Speaker 1: have pretty much dried up. So for Glenn Maxwell, having
1:37
Speaker 1: access to another treasure chest of money to help defend
1:40
Speaker 1: herself is a huge deal. And to get there, she's
1:44
Speaker 1: throwing this hell Mary where she says that she's entitled
1:47
Speaker 1: to a settlement from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. So let's dive
1:52
Speaker 1: into this article from Inside Edition and let's see what
1:56
Speaker 1: Chris Spargo has for US headline. Maxwell reps herself in
2:01
Speaker 1: court demanding financial support from Epstein estate after her lawyers quit. Well,
2:07
Speaker 1: her lawyers quit because they weren't getting paid. Remember, and
2:10
Speaker 1: I'm sure that her ex lawyers have better charity work
2:13
Speaker 1: to do than donating their time to Glenn Maxwell's disgusting ass.
2:18
Speaker 1: Gallainne Maxwell returned to court on Friday for a virtual
2:22
Speaker 1: hearing in her lawsuit against the estate of Jeffrey Epstein.
2:27
Speaker 1: Gallane Maxwell is still pursuing her lawsuit against the estate
2:31
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein, despite her attorneys with jarring from the
2:34
Speaker 1: case back in August of twenty twenty two. Well, that's
2:38
Speaker 1: what happens if you don't pay your bills. Lawyers. They
2:42
Speaker 1: have this affinity for this thing called money, and that's
2:45
Speaker 1: why they went to school for all of those years,
2:48
Speaker 1: so they can make a bunch of money when scumbags
2:51
Speaker 1: like you screw up. The British born convicted felon sixty
2:55
Speaker 1: one attended a status conference for that case in the
2:59
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands on Friday, appearing virtually from the Federal Corrections
3:03
Speaker 1: Institution in Tallahassee. Well, at least they were able to
3:06
Speaker 1: find her and pin her down. Remember how they were
3:09
Speaker 1: looking for her to serve her when she was out
3:11
Speaker 1: on the lamb, and it was such a situation that
3:15
Speaker 1: the judge had to do it by mail because nobody
3:18
Speaker 1: could find her, including her lawyers. So at least now
3:22
Speaker 1: that she's in the lockup, they don't have to chase
3:25
Speaker 1: her down to try and get some legal papers served
3:28
Speaker 1: on her or whatever. Maxwell also served as her own
3:32
Speaker 1: lawyer for the proceedings, which lasted a total of four minutes.
3:36
Speaker 1: The conference began promptly at ten am, with the court
3:40
Speaker 1: inquiring if Maxwell wished to proceed with their lawsuit against
3:44
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate or squash it. According to the clerk's notes
3:48
Speaker 1: obtained by Inside Edition Digital, and there's no way she's
3:52
Speaker 1: gonna quash it. Like I said, her revenue streams have
3:56
Speaker 1: all dried up for the most part, and she's going
3:58
Speaker 1: to be relying on securing a bag here. If she
4:02
Speaker 1: wants to further her ambitions of getting out of prison
4:06
Speaker 1: and all of the rest of the nonsense that her
4:08
Speaker 1: and her team have been spewing, then she's gonna need
4:11
Speaker 1: a treasure chest to do that, and right now she
4:14
Speaker 1: certainly doesn't have that. Maxwell expressed her desire to continue
4:19
Speaker 1: with the suit and then ask the court if there
4:21
Speaker 1: could be a sixty day stay in the proceedings as
4:24
Speaker 1: she attempts to hire a new lawyer. She has been
4:27
Speaker 1: without representation since last year, when her lawyers withdrew from
4:31
Speaker 1: the case and filed a lawsuit in Colorado seeking eight
4:35
Speaker 1: hundred and seventy eight thousand, three hundred and two dollars
4:38
Speaker 1: and sixty six cents from the socialite turned sex offender
4:42
Speaker 1: in unpaid legal bills. What's with all of these rich
4:46
Speaker 1: people not being able to pay their bills? I mean,
4:48
Speaker 1: you folks have been stealing hand over fist for literally centuries,
4:53
Speaker 1: and all of a sudden you're broke when it's time
4:55
Speaker 1: to pay your bills. By then, she had all already
5:00
Speaker 1: been sentenced to twenty years in prison on federal charges.
5:03
Speaker 1: After a much publicized trial in the Southern District of
5:07
Speaker 1: New York, the jury ultimately found Maxwell guilty on five
5:11
Speaker 1: of six counts sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a
5:15
Speaker 1: miner with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity,
5:19
Speaker 1: and three related counts of conspiracy. It's weird, right, the
5:23
Speaker 1: conspiracy charges. You would think that if you're getting charged
5:26
Speaker 1: with conspiracy, there would be other people who were charged
5:29
Speaker 1: with you, But only Glenn Maxwell got busted here. No
5:33
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers, no Leslie Groff, no Adriana Ross, nobody.
5:38
Speaker 1: So who was she engaging in a conspiracy with? And
5:42
Speaker 1: if it was such a grand conspiracy, how come they
5:44
Speaker 1: didn't use That's right, I'm about to say it. Rico
5:50
Speaker 1: Maxwell filed her a state lawsuit back in March of
5:53
Speaker 1: twenty twenty, saying in her complaint that the estate failed
5:56
Speaker 1: to provide her with the funds, despite the deceased pediphile
6:00
Speaker 1: Well promising to bankroll her for life at the time,
6:04
Speaker 1: Maxwell demanded that the estate cover all of her legal
6:08
Speaker 1: and security costs now and moving forward, Maxwell receives regular
6:13
Speaker 1: threats to her life in safety, which have required her
6:16
Speaker 1: to hire personal security services and find safe accommodation. Reads
6:21
Speaker 1: the complaint, I don't buy any of that, Honestly, who
6:24
Speaker 1: the hell's out here threatening Glaine Maxwell? Stop it. All
6:28
Speaker 1: people wanted was for this lady to be brought to justice,
6:31
Speaker 1: just like the rest of these scumbags, And they always
6:33
Speaker 1: have to paint themselves as the victim. It's always, oh,
6:38
Speaker 1: I'm the victim. I'm the one who is being persecuted. Meanwhile,
6:43
Speaker 1: you're the one who is out here diddle in little kids,
6:46
Speaker 1: hanging out with your boy Epstein, helping them rap people,
6:49
Speaker 1: steal in money, and we can go on and on
6:51
Speaker 1: and on. So save the crocodile tears, save the whole
6:55
Speaker 1: entire I'm the victim nonsense for somebody else. This skinny
6:59
Speaker 1: guinea does not want to hear it. That expense should
7:03
Speaker 1: now be significantly reduced. Given her new residence at an FCI.
7:08
Speaker 1: The complaint claims that Maxwell worked for Epstein until two
7:11
Speaker 1: thousand and four, but really started to transition out of
7:15
Speaker 1: the job three years prior. When she did leave, Maxwell
7:19
Speaker 1: claims in her complaint that Epstein promised to provide for
7:23
Speaker 1: her moving forward, and alleged that he did just that
7:27
Speaker 1: when she was later sued by two of his victims,
7:30
Speaker 1: Sarah Ransom and Virginia Roberts. So you wanted to just
7:33
Speaker 1: keep going forever. Jeffrey Epstein's estate should just in perpetuity
7:40
Speaker 1: be on the hook for Galaine Maxwell's bullshit. It's so
7:44
Speaker 1: crazy that none of these people ever want to accept
7:47
Speaker 1: self responsibility for what they do, and with Maxwell especially,
7:52
Speaker 1: She sat in that jail cell for how long close
7:55
Speaker 1: to a year now, and still has no empathy, still
7:58
Speaker 1: doesn't think she did anything wrong, and is still out
8:01
Speaker 1: here chirpin talking about how she's being mistreated. She's the
8:05
Speaker 1: one who's getting the short end of the stick here. Meanwhile,
8:08
Speaker 1: there are literally hundreds of girls who have been abused.
8:13
Speaker 1: In approximately two thousand and four, Maxwell received a typewritten
8:17
Speaker 1: letter from Epstein with a handwritten note asking Maxwell to
8:21
Speaker 1: remain in Epstein's employ and promising that no matter what
8:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell chose to do, Epstein would always support Maxwell financially.
8:30
Speaker 1: Reads the complaint. He's dead now, Okay, that's all over
8:33
Speaker 1: and done with. The second he died, and his estate
8:37
Speaker 1: was in the crosshair of a bunch of women who
8:40
Speaker 1: were abused, well, the whole entire Maxwell needs some money.
8:43
Speaker 1: Thing that should be back Bernard, and anybody else who's
8:47
Speaker 1: trying to get some money from this estate, including the
8:50
Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands, should also be back Bernard. The women
8:54
Speaker 1: who suffered the most, these girls, especially the unnamed ones
8:57
Speaker 1: that we have never even heard about. These are the
9:00
Speaker 1: women that are really entitled to this money. Unfortunately they're
9:04
Speaker 1: never going to see it. In the filing, Maxwell states
9:08
Speaker 1: that these lawsuits began to pile up after Epstein's two
9:12
Speaker 1: thousand and seven plea deal in Palm Beach. Maxwell has
9:16
Speaker 1: incurred and will continue to incur significant legal fees, personal
9:20
Speaker 1: security costs, and other costs in connection with legal suits, proceedings,
9:25
Speaker 1: and investigations relating to Ebstein, his affiliated businesses, and his
9:30
Speaker 1: alleged victims, states the complaint, alleged victims, that's hilarious. Are
9:35
Speaker 1: you kidding me? Right now? If they were alleged would
9:37
Speaker 1: they have been broke off by the estate. Once the
9:40
Speaker 1: estate broke these girls off money and they broke them
9:44
Speaker 1: off a settlement, it's no longer alleged. The estate is
9:49
Speaker 1: taking responsibility for what Jeffrey Epstein did, and that is
9:53
Speaker 1: restitution for his behavior. So throw that whole alleged shit
9:57
Speaker 1: right out the window. Rights that the impetus for all
10:01
Speaker 1: of this was an invoice she sent to the estate
10:04
Speaker 1: in November twenty nineteen that got no response. She also
10:09
Speaker 1: names the estate's executors, Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn as
10:13
Speaker 1: co defenders in her filing. The estate and executors moved
10:17
Speaker 1: to have the case dismissed on the grounds that it
10:20
Speaker 1: was without merit soon after her complaint was filed in
10:23
Speaker 1: twenty twenty. Since then, the case has largely been stayed
10:27
Speaker 1: and three years in the defense and prosecution have yet
10:31
Speaker 1: to even begin the discovery process, according to court documents,
10:36
Speaker 1: So as of now it's just a lot of back
10:38
Speaker 1: and forth and sparring, and Glenn Maxwell obviously is not
10:42
Speaker 1: even being represented in this matter by an attorney, so
10:46
Speaker 1: there's a long way to go as far as Maxwell
10:48
Speaker 1: cloned some money away from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. But it's
10:52
Speaker 1: certainly been one of her tactics, one of her strategies,
10:55
Speaker 1: and now it looks like her Hail Mary, folks, that's
11:00
Speaker 1: gonna do it for this one. All of the information
11:03
Speaker 1: that goes with the episode can be found in the
11:06
Speaker 1: description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
11:10
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Glene Maxwell has enough trouble as it is,
11:16
Speaker 1: but now she's having trouble paying for her appeal because
11:20
Speaker 1: Scott Borgerson, well, he doesn't want to pay the bills.
11:24
Speaker 1: And we know that before she was arrested, before she
11:27
Speaker 1: ended up in prison, she tied all of her finances
11:30
Speaker 1: up with Scott Borgerson, who was her quote unquote husband,
11:35
Speaker 1: And now that's all coming back to bite her in
11:37
Speaker 1: the ass. And to tell you the truth, it couldn't
11:40
Speaker 1: happen to a better person. I have zero remorse for
11:43
Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell. I don't care if she can pay her bills.
11:46
Speaker 1: If she can't pay her bills, I don't care if
11:50
Speaker 1: she can't afford it. She should be given a public defender,
11:53
Speaker 1: like all the rest of the poor people in the country.
11:56
Speaker 1: Today's article is from the Daily Mail headline Max Xwall's
12:00
Speaker 1: appeal is in jeopardy as are a stranged husband refuses
12:04
Speaker 1: to pay her two million dollar legal bill. This article
12:08
Speaker 1: was authored by Daphne Barock. You know, it's pretty funny
12:12
Speaker 1: that Daphne Barock gets all of these Glene Maxwell interviews
12:15
Speaker 1: and all these stories on Glenn Maxwell all of a sudden.
12:19
Speaker 1: I mean, it's almost like Daphne Barrock's dad and Glen
12:21
Speaker 1: Maxwell were friends. Oh wait they were. Oh, oh that's right.
12:27
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell's appeal against her twenty year jail sentence for
12:30
Speaker 1: sexual abuse lies in tatters because her a stranged husband
12:34
Speaker 1: has refused to pay her lawyers. And are they, like,
12:38
Speaker 1: in some absurd way, trying to make people feel bad
12:41
Speaker 1: for her here, because I don't think anyone does feel
12:44
Speaker 1: bad for now. There might be some folks out there, right,
12:47
Speaker 1: there's always those oh I'm gonna go against the grain
12:50
Speaker 1: and be edgy types, but real adults, anyone paying attention,
12:55
Speaker 1: they don't have sympathy for this woman, especially considering how
12:58
Speaker 1: many people are languishing away in jail right now with
13:01
Speaker 1: no hope of an appeal. Scott Borgerson, forty six, who
13:06
Speaker 1: secretly married Maxwell sixty in twenty sixteen controls her fortune
13:11
Speaker 1: after she transferred up to twenty million pounds into a
13:14
Speaker 1: trust fund before her arrest in twenty twenty. And the
13:18
Speaker 1: whole entire thing was she was trying to hide that
13:20
Speaker 1: money from the survivors. So it's kind of delicious here
13:24
Speaker 1: to see Scott Borgerson coming in for the kill. You know,
13:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell's like an injured hippo here and the alligator comes in,
13:32
Speaker 1: which is Borgerson, and slaps its jaws right around its throat.
13:38
Speaker 1: But Borgerson ended the relationship with Maxwell, daring a phone
13:42
Speaker 1: call to the New York prison where she was awaiting trial.
13:46
Speaker 1: Did she think this guy was gonna do anything differently?
13:48
Speaker 1: I mean he left his wife and kids for then,
13:51
Speaker 1: all of a sudden, Glayne Maxwell thinks it's a good
13:53
Speaker 1: idea to transfer all of your money into a trust
13:56
Speaker 1: With this scoundrel, She's getting everything she deserves, folks. Now,
14:01
Speaker 1: he has been accused of failing to pay a nine
14:03
Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars legal bill to her defense team and
14:06
Speaker 1: provide the one million dollars required to challenge the conviction.
14:10
Speaker 1: Until the cash is transferred, her legal team is unlikely
14:13
Speaker 1: to meet a January deadline, forcing her to face the
14:16
Speaker 1: prospect she might die behind bars, when poor Glaine, she
14:22
Speaker 1: might die behind bars. She didn't get enough time. She
14:25
Speaker 1: should have gotten the thirty five, she only got twenty,
14:29
Speaker 1: and she's getting to do it an easy time. They
14:31
Speaker 1: should be happy with that, But no, they're going to
14:33
Speaker 1: keep rocking the boat until they find some sort of
14:37
Speaker 1: chink in the armor. That way they can push through
14:40
Speaker 1: and get her out of the prison. That's their goal, right,
14:43
Speaker 1: That's going to be the goal. Get glean Maxwell out, operation,
14:46
Speaker 1: get Golan out. They'll wait a few years for people
14:49
Speaker 1: not to be paying attention, then they'll make their move.
14:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell's pals fear he is delaying their divorce and her
14:57
Speaker 1: access to money as a negotiator, Well, why wouldn't he.
15:01
Speaker 1: What do you think he's gonna play fair with Glenn Maxwell?
15:03
Speaker 1: Why should he? In fact, I can almost guarantee that
15:08
Speaker 1: people are happy as hell to see that Glene Maxwell
15:11
Speaker 1: is getting the old okie doake pulled on her by
15:13
Speaker 1: this dude, considering she was doing the same thing to
15:15
Speaker 1: how many people, lying, conniving, working her away into their
15:20
Speaker 1: good graces, only to destroy them and treat them like
15:25
Speaker 1: they were utter garbage. And now the shoes on the
15:28
Speaker 1: other foot, as she rots away in prison and guess what,
15:32
Speaker 1: I have zero empathy for it. He thinks if he
15:36
Speaker 1: drags it out, she will give him most of the money,
15:38
Speaker 1: said one she is in jail, not much he can
15:41
Speaker 1: do from there. But a legal source said he doesn't
15:43
Speaker 1: trust what Maxwell's lawyers are telling them, and honestly, with
15:47
Speaker 1: the players on the stage here, I don't trust any
15:50
Speaker 1: of these people, so I guess they're all lying until
15:52
Speaker 1: proven otherwise. I mean, Borgerson's definitely making a move for
15:57
Speaker 1: the money. That's certainly the kind of person he is.
15:59
Speaker 1: But with Maxwell, zero chance that anybody's out here losing
16:03
Speaker 1: any sleep because Glen Maxwell is getting a scam pulled
16:07
Speaker 1: on her. How many licks did you and Jeffrey Epstein
16:10
Speaker 1: pull on people? How much money did you steal? How
16:12
Speaker 1: many lives did you ruin? Maxwell and Borgersen reportedly met
16:17
Speaker 1: in Iceland in twenty thirteen. Her relationship with San Diego
16:21
Speaker 1: billionaire Ted Waite had collapsed, and friend said she was vulnerable.
16:26
Speaker 1: Borgerson was still married to his first wife, Rebecca, mother
16:29
Speaker 1: of his young son and daughter. Can you imagine how
16:32
Speaker 1: they always set this up with Maxwell? Oh, she was
16:34
Speaker 1: vulnerable after every breakup. Oh, her dadaid she was vulnerable,
16:38
Speaker 1: so Jeffrey Epstein got his hooks into her, like she
16:41
Speaker 1: has no responsibility as an adult here. It's amazing to
16:46
Speaker 1: me that people would continue on that path to try
16:49
Speaker 1: and set her up like some kind of victim. The
16:54
Speaker 1: couple married three years later, but in twenty nineteen, after
16:58
Speaker 1: her pal Jeffrey Epstein you mean, co conspirator fellow child abuser,
17:03
Speaker 1: was found hanged in his jail cell while awaiting trial
17:06
Speaker 1: for sex abuse, Maxwell went into hiding, moving from house
17:09
Speaker 1: to house. I thought that she didn't go into hiding.
17:12
Speaker 1: Remember she said that the only reason she was moving
17:15
Speaker 1: from house to house was to get away from the
17:16
Speaker 1: media and the paparazzi. Meanwhile, the media was way too
17:20
Speaker 1: busy creating, you know, wedge issues, artificial wedge issues for
17:24
Speaker 1: the populace to deal with, never mind trying to find
17:27
Speaker 1: Glenne Maxwell. Up until Julie K. Brown released her article,
17:33
Speaker 1: nobody gave a damn what was going on with Evstein?
17:36
Speaker 1: What was going on with Maxwell? The fact that they
17:38
Speaker 1: raped and heard all of those girls. Few knew she
17:44
Speaker 1: and Borgerson had married till it was referenced by our
17:46
Speaker 1: prosecutors at her twenty twenty trial. That's not true. We
17:50
Speaker 1: knew she was married to him, and we talked about
17:51
Speaker 1: it here extensively. And not just us. When I say we,
17:54
Speaker 1: I mean the greater community as a whole, people who
17:57
Speaker 1: follow the case, people who are investigating the case, and
18:00
Speaker 1: people who are covering the case. We all knew that
18:02
Speaker 1: Borgerson and her were married. We all Borgerson did not
18:09
Speaker 1: visit her in the New York jail once, says friends,
18:12
Speaker 1: and failed to attend any of the trial. So what
18:15
Speaker 1: was Borgerson's real plan? Here? Was the plan always to
18:18
Speaker 1: just get in on the money. I mean, he left
18:20
Speaker 1: his wife and his kids for Glan Maxwell and then
18:22
Speaker 1: he doesn't even bother going to see Glan Maxwell while
18:25
Speaker 1: she's locked up. Meanwhile, he's moseying around with some yoga
18:29
Speaker 1: instructor that can crack walnuts with her glutes. I mean,
18:33
Speaker 1: that's what they were saying, right. So this is Scott Borgerson.
18:36
Speaker 1: This is who he is. Why would Glean Maxwell think
18:38
Speaker 1: anything different? Folks, When people show you who they are,
18:42
Speaker 1: listen to them. And if some dude leaves his family
18:45
Speaker 1: for you, chances are if something better comes along, he's
18:49
Speaker 1: gonna leave you too. Colorado law firm Hutton, Morgan and Foreman,
18:54
Speaker 1: which acted for Maxwell in the trial, has filed a
18:57
Speaker 1: lawsuit against her and brother Kevin for nearly nine one
19:00
Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars. Court document showed she received tens of
19:04
Speaker 1: millions of dollars from Epstein and had sold her New
19:07
Speaker 1: York home for fifteen million, so she should have a
19:10
Speaker 1: bunch of money. But again, that money should have been seized.
19:14
Speaker 1: How is it that this is not a Rico case?
19:17
Speaker 1: I mean, I know you're tired of hearing it by now,
19:19
Speaker 1: but I'm going to continue to say it until my
19:21
Speaker 1: tongue falls out. This is has Rico written all over it.
19:26
Speaker 1: I've seen Rico in my own life with people I
19:28
Speaker 1: care about for way less than this. But here we are,
19:31
Speaker 1: with all of these famous people, all of these powerful people,
19:36
Speaker 1: all of these Johns, and nobody goes to prison. Borgerson
19:43
Speaker 1: dismissed the claims as fake news. He pointed to legal
19:46
Speaker 1: testimony from Hutton that he expressed cooperation, transparency, transparency, and
19:51
Speaker 1: honesty in the discussions. I highly doubt that Scott Borgerson
19:55
Speaker 1: has ever done any of those things ever in his life. Sick,
20:00
Speaker 1: disgusting individual. What are you doing marrying Glen Maxwell. Bro,
20:04
Speaker 1: you knew what she was, you knew what she was
20:06
Speaker 1: up to, and you knew that this was inevitably going
20:08
Speaker 1: to be the road that had to be traversed. But
20:12
Speaker 1: instead of sticking around for your so called wife, you
20:15
Speaker 1: pillage your loot and you hit the bricks. And while
20:19
Speaker 1: if it was anybody else pretty much under the sun,
20:21
Speaker 1: i'd have some empathy for them, I do not have
20:23
Speaker 1: any empathy for Glene Maxwell. You know why, because that money,
20:27
Speaker 1: all of that money comes from ill gotten gains anyway.
20:30
Speaker 1: It wasn't like she was out there earning that money,
20:34
Speaker 1: so I don't really care that her stolen money got
20:37
Speaker 1: stolen from her. And these articles by Daphnee Barack that
20:42
Speaker 1: try and elicit people to feel bad for Glen Maxwell
20:46
Speaker 1: are laughable at best. But I guess, like they say,
20:50
Speaker 1: you have to consider the source. All Right, folks, it's
20:54
Speaker 1: gonna do it for this one. If you'd like to
20:55
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at Bobby Capuci at
20:58
Speaker 1: protonmeil dot com. That's bo Bby capu Cci at ProtonMail
21:04
Speaker 1: dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at
21:07
Speaker 1: Bobby Underscore cap u Cci. The link that I discussed
21:12
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. What's up everyone,
21:17
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Glaine Maxwell, who
21:22
Speaker 1: used to live a life of luxury, a life of
21:25
Speaker 1: reckless abandon and a life where she basically was able
21:29
Speaker 1: to do whatever she wanted, is now reduced to defending
21:33
Speaker 1: herself from behind bars as she looks to try and
21:36
Speaker 1: get a bunch of dough from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. Now,
21:40
Speaker 1: this all goes back to Glaine Maxwell saying that Jeffrey
21:43
Speaker 1: Epstein promised to pay her way in perpetuity no matter
21:47
Speaker 1: what happened, considering they were in cahoots. But the estate
21:52
Speaker 1: certainly doesn't see it that way, and the estate of
21:54
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein really has no desire to give her any
21:57
Speaker 1: money whatsoever. Now, she'll contend that Jeffrey Epstein told her
22:03
Speaker 1: that in person, and that he also wrote it on
22:06
Speaker 1: a cocktail napkin that he take care of her for
22:09
Speaker 1: the rest of her life. Blah blah blah blah blah
22:11
Speaker 1: blah blah. But the reality is this old egg dick
22:15
Speaker 1: is gone and any promises that he might have made you, Glaine, well,
22:18
Speaker 1: they went up in smoke the day that he died
22:21
Speaker 1: in the MCC so for the first time in Glene
22:24
Speaker 1: Maxwell's life, she's forced to face problems without a gigantic
22:28
Speaker 1: bank roll for her to use to try to finagle
22:31
Speaker 1: the legal system. So basically, she's reduced to doing what
22:35
Speaker 1: the rest of us would have to do if we
22:37
Speaker 1: found ourselves in this position. And what cracks me up
22:40
Speaker 1: about Gleane Maxwell and all of these so called elites.
22:44
Speaker 1: They don't have anything to say about the prison system
22:47
Speaker 1: or jail until they find themselves there. Meanwhile, the rest
22:51
Speaker 1: of us, they don't give a shit. We've talked about
22:53
Speaker 1: the Cleif Browder story here before, but how many stories
22:56
Speaker 1: are out there just like it. Meanwhile Glene Maxwell and
23:00
Speaker 1: her dumbass is crying about how bad she has it. Maybe,
23:04
Speaker 1: just maybe she should have tried to pressure her high
23:07
Speaker 1: profile friends back in the day to fix the prison system,
23:10
Speaker 1: but she didn't do that, right because she doesn't care.
23:13
Speaker 1: They don't care unless it happens to them. They're so
23:16
Speaker 1: insulated from this shit that it doesn't even matter. I mean,
23:19
Speaker 1: you get nailed for molesting kids and you only get
23:22
Speaker 1: a little slap on the wrist, so they don't expect
23:25
Speaker 1: this ever to happen to them, and when they end
23:27
Speaker 1: up in prison, they end up in jail, it comes
23:29
Speaker 1: as a huge shock. And for Maxwell, she still believes
23:32
Speaker 1: that she didn't do anything wrong. So this lady believes
23:34
Speaker 1: that she's being persecuted and it couldn't be any further
23:38
Speaker 1: from the truth. Today's article is from The Daily Mail
23:42
Speaker 1: and the headline Penniless Glene Maxwell is seeking to recoup
23:46
Speaker 1: millions from Jeffrey Epstein's estate, acting as her own lawyer
23:49
Speaker 1: and filing legal briefs using a typewriter. I mean, she
23:52
Speaker 1: might as well just use chat GPT, right, gonna get
23:56
Speaker 1: out here and write some legal briefs. Get that chat
23:58
Speaker 1: GPT going, or better yet, maybe they could get News
24:02
Speaker 1: Nations homie Alan Dershowitz to defend her. I mean he
24:05
Speaker 1: wants to stay relevant, right, he wants to stay involved
24:07
Speaker 1: in this case. Here's your chance there, Dershy dersh. This
24:11
Speaker 1: article was authored by Daniel Bates. Glene Maxwell is so
24:16
Speaker 1: broke she is now representing herself in court and filing
24:20
Speaker 1: legal briefs on a typewriter from prison. The disgrace socialite
24:24
Speaker 1: has been left unable to afford a lawyer after her
24:27
Speaker 1: conviction divorce and years of litigation from Jeffrey Epstein's survivors
24:32
Speaker 1: left her facing what she calls financial constraints. So basically
24:36
Speaker 1: what she's saying is she's in the same boat as
24:39
Speaker 1: the rest of us. Well, Glaine, how do you enjoy
24:42
Speaker 1: how the other side lives? Filings obtained by Deli mail
24:46
Speaker 1: dot Com state Maxwell is appearing pro se or representing
24:50
Speaker 1: herself in a case she filed in the US Virgin
24:53
Speaker 1: Islands against Epstein's estate seeking to recoup her legal fees
24:58
Speaker 1: from her twenty twenty one criminal trust. So she has
25:01
Speaker 1: been engaged in this lawsuit with Epstein's estate for quite
25:05
Speaker 1: some time and the estate is just not having it.
25:08
Speaker 1: They had some vicious responses to her, basically saying she's
25:11
Speaker 1: a human trafficker and she belongs where she is and
25:15
Speaker 1: that they have no financial responsibility to her. But Glenn Maxwell,
25:20
Speaker 1: we all know she's like a dog with a bone,
25:22
Speaker 1: and when it comes to money, forget it. She wants
25:25
Speaker 1: to make sure that Epstein's estate is on the hook
25:27
Speaker 1: because in her mind, she feels like she deserves this.
25:31
Speaker 1: She feels like Epstein promised her this and she wants
25:35
Speaker 1: her due. But back here in the real world, None
25:38
Speaker 1: of that's going to occur. Maxwell has been forced to
25:42
Speaker 1: submit legal filings through the mail since she cannot file
25:45
Speaker 1: them electronically from the federal prison in Tallahassee, where she
25:48
Speaker 1: is serving twenty years in jail for trafficking miners to Epstein.
25:53
Speaker 1: Yet her years of legal battles appear to have left
25:56
Speaker 1: her with a basic legal competency, with Maxwell citing case
25:59
Speaker 1: law apparently sourced from the prison law books. Hey, good
26:03
Speaker 1: for her. If she wants to defend herself, that is
26:06
Speaker 1: well within the bounds. And if she wants to try
26:10
Speaker 1: and make an argument on her behalf, great, go for it.
26:13
Speaker 1: But I don't want to hear this nonsense and her
26:15
Speaker 1: crying poverty. There's people out there that are probably listening
26:19
Speaker 1: right now that are robing Peter to pay Paul to
26:22
Speaker 1: keep the power on. So regular folks who are going
26:25
Speaker 1: through it on the daily really don't have any empathy
26:28
Speaker 1: for human traffickers who are rich who are rotting behind bars.
26:32
Speaker 1: In her filings, a sixty two year old paints a
26:35
Speaker 1: grim picture of life behind bars and says her prison
26:38
Speaker 1: is a technological black hole that is not equipped with
26:42
Speaker 1: functioning computers, forcing her to use a typewriter instead. And
26:46
Speaker 1: don't get me wrong, the prison system is screwed up
26:49
Speaker 1: and it needs to be fixed. It needs to be adjusted,
26:51
Speaker 1: and it really needs to be looked at. But Glenne
26:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell crying here, the crocodile tears after she did what
26:58
Speaker 1: she did. I have no empathy for it, and I'll
27:01
Speaker 1: go out on a limb here and say that most
27:03
Speaker 1: people out there don't have any sympathy for it either.
27:06
Speaker 1: Maxwell's bleak financial condition is a striking fall from grace
27:10
Speaker 1: for the favorite daughter of late media baron Robert Maxwell,
27:14
Speaker 1: a billionaire who died in nineteen ninety one under mysterious circumstances.
27:20
Speaker 1: And there's a lot of talk about Robert Maxwell and
27:22
Speaker 1: what happened to him. Did he die because he fell
27:25
Speaker 1: off of the boat name the Glaine while he was
27:28
Speaker 1: having a whiz, or did somebody do something to him,
27:31
Speaker 1: you know, push him off, kill him whatever. The guy
27:34
Speaker 1: was connected to a lot of intelligence agencies. We know
27:38
Speaker 1: he was connected to Masad, We know he had connections
27:40
Speaker 1: in Russia, we know he was connected in America. So
27:43
Speaker 1: who knows what kind of games Robert Maxwell was playing?
27:46
Speaker 1: And we also know that he was engaged in a
27:49
Speaker 1: fuck ton of fraud. So there were a lot of
27:51
Speaker 1: people out there who wanted to settle some scores. As
27:54
Speaker 1: far as what happened on that boat, I'm not going
27:56
Speaker 1: to sit here and tell you I know one way
27:58
Speaker 1: or the other. I do not, So for me, all
28:01
Speaker 1: options are on the table when we're talking about what
28:03
Speaker 1: happened to Bob Maxwell, Just like with Epstein, we don't
28:06
Speaker 1: really know what happened. We have an official narrative, but
28:11
Speaker 1: who's willing to believe that when it comes to the
28:13
Speaker 1: people that we're talking about. She grew up an extraordinary
28:16
Speaker 1: privilege in a two hundred year old mansion in the
28:19
Speaker 1: Oxfordshire countryside in the UK and attended Oxford University. And
28:25
Speaker 1: remember keep that in mind. We're not talking about people
28:27
Speaker 1: who were from the hood, people who never had a chance.
28:30
Speaker 1: Their only option was to sell drugs or get into
28:33
Speaker 1: the game. This lady graduated from fucking Oxford. You mean
28:37
Speaker 1: to tell me this was her only choice to go
28:39
Speaker 1: and run around with Jeffrey Epstein. She did that shit
28:43
Speaker 1: on her own. And guess what you know, the saying
28:45
Speaker 1: you made your bed, now you gotta lie in it, Well, Glane,
28:48
Speaker 1: you're gonna be making your bed for the next twenty years,
28:51
Speaker 1: and your ass is gonna lie in it. And I
28:53
Speaker 1: don't care about your complaints. I don't care that you
28:56
Speaker 1: have to use a typewriter. I won't lose one wink
28:58
Speaker 1: of sleep knowing that you asses in prison. Her relationship
29:03
Speaker 1: with Epstein allowed her to continue living the high life,
29:05
Speaker 1: but over the past ten years her resources have been
29:08
Speaker 1: drained and she had to sell her sixteen million dollar
29:12
Speaker 1: New York townhouse and her two point two million dollar
29:14
Speaker 1: property in London to pay legal fees. Much of Maxwell's
29:18
Speaker 1: money was transferred over to her ex husband, Scott Borgerson,
29:22
Speaker 1: who divorced her in twenty twenty at the height of
29:24
Speaker 1: her legal woes. So she got hoisted basically by Scott Borgerson.
29:29
Speaker 1: Borgerson was with Maxwell, who he left his family for.
29:32
Speaker 1: By the way, then he left Maxwell for a yoga instructor.
29:36
Speaker 1: So this is a guy that obviously has no morals
29:39
Speaker 1: and no scruples and doesn't give a flying fuck about
29:42
Speaker 1: anything but himself. Imagine leaving your family for Glane Maxwell,
29:47
Speaker 1: talk about elevating yourself on the chart of dirt bags,
29:51
Speaker 1: and then for his grand finale, this dude hoisted all
29:53
Speaker 1: of Glaine's money. Now, as much as I dislike Lane Maxwell,
29:57
Speaker 1: if this dude sole her money, he needs to be charged.
30:00
Speaker 1: He needs to be brought to justice. Now there's some
30:04
Speaker 1: gray area here, obviously because they were married, this that
30:07
Speaker 1: the other thing, But it sure looks like Borgersen walked
30:10
Speaker 1: here with a gigantic bag. Maxwell filed suit against Epstein's
30:15
Speaker 1: estate in the Virgin Islands in March of twenty twenty, seven,
30:18
Speaker 1: months after her former lover and employer committed suicide in
30:22
Speaker 1: his cell in the Metropolitan Correction Center in New York. Allegedly,
30:27
Speaker 1: she claimed she had incurred significant legal fees, personal security costs,
30:31
Speaker 1: and other expenses during her work for Epstein's businesses between
30:35
Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine and two thousand and six. Maxwell claimed
30:39
Speaker 1: that before Epstein hanged himself in August of twenty nineteen,
30:43
Speaker 1: he said he would cover her legal fees, and that
30:46
Speaker 1: promise was repeated by Darren Endyke, the pedophile's longtime lawyer,
30:50
Speaker 1: who was an executor of his estate. Maxwell tried the
30:54
Speaker 1: file emotion pro say on May eighteenth, but it only
30:58
Speaker 1: made its way to the court on October. In a
31:01
Speaker 1: handwritten note filed to the court, Maxwell states This is
31:04
Speaker 1: a copy of the filing by miss Maxwell dated May eighteenth,
31:08
Speaker 1: twenty twenty three. She only has access to the US
31:11
Speaker 1: Postal Service as an inmate, respectfully submitted g. Maxwell. She
31:16
Speaker 1: goes on additional research is now conducted through antiquated legal
31:21
Speaker 1: books and the use of a typewriter, pen and paper,
31:24
Speaker 1: taking those incarcerated back in time to a period pre
31:28
Speaker 1: nineteen eighties. The lament goes on that Maxwell doesn't have
31:32
Speaker 1: access to relevant USVI law either. Maxwell went so far
31:37
Speaker 1: as to include correspondence from the prison authorities informing her
31:41
Speaker 1: that she would have to purchase a law book on
31:43
Speaker 1: USVI law from outside the institution rather than have them
31:48
Speaker 1: get it in stock. Now that's kind of ridiculous. Just
31:52
Speaker 1: get the book for bring it into the library if
31:55
Speaker 1: it's in the system, right, and then let's let her
31:58
Speaker 1: use it. And unfortunately, this is tactic that the prison
32:01
Speaker 1: system uses with poor people all the time, and Glenn
32:04
Speaker 1: Maxwell's just getting a little taste. The letter shows that
32:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell appears to be watching documentaries about the Epstein case,
32:12
Speaker 1: as there is a reference to the Netflix documentary Filthy Rich,
32:16
Speaker 1: in which Epstein says it was really unfair because Maxwell
32:19
Speaker 1: plays no role and was never ever part of this stuff.
32:23
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know, one co conspirator covering for the
32:26
Speaker 1: other co conspirator. Yeah, that's credible. In a filing dated
32:30
Speaker 1: October thirty first, Indike and con the other executor of
32:34
Speaker 1: Epstein's will, accused Maxwell of a perpetual delay. In a
32:39
Speaker 1: brutal passage, they wrote, her incarceration is a result of
32:43
Speaker 1: her crimes, and it does not excuse her from diligently
32:46
Speaker 1: prosecuting her claims in accordance with Virgin Island rules of
32:50
Speaker 1: civil procedure. By late December, Maxwell had told the court
32:54
Speaker 1: that her lawyer in the USVII, Kyle Waldner, had withdrawn
32:59
Speaker 1: and she was reaped resenting herself. In a filing, she
33:02
Speaker 1: confirmed she will represent herself despite the stringent constraints placed
33:06
Speaker 1: on her by the Bureau of Prisons. Whilst inside FCI Tallahassee, Wait,
33:11
Speaker 1: I thought it was a country club. Didn't some people
33:14
Speaker 1: out there think that Maxwell was going to a country club?
33:17
Speaker 1: What did I tell you, folks? Then no such thing.
33:19
Speaker 1: If you're in prison, that shit is not a country club,
33:22
Speaker 1: especially if you're somebody that comes from wealth and means
33:25
Speaker 1: you have all of that ripped out from underneath you
33:28
Speaker 1: and now you're eating Tofu sandwiches and using a typewriter.
33:31
Speaker 1: Not exactly a country club. Now. Could it be worse
33:34
Speaker 1: for her? And most certainly could. She could have went
33:37
Speaker 1: to a medium security or a high security. But it's
33:40
Speaker 1: not a fun time for her obviously, and the fact
33:43
Speaker 1: that she's going broke. Look, I hate to gloat, right,
33:46
Speaker 1: even against people like Maxwell, but sometimes in life, when
33:50
Speaker 1: you make decisions, this is the end result. You end
33:53
Speaker 1: up in a place that you don't want to be
33:56
Speaker 1: and glean Maxwell has nobody but herself to blame. Maxwell
34:00
Speaker 1: Well claimed she only sued Epstein's estate after months of
34:03
Speaker 1: seeking contact, but rather than respond she felt ignored. In
34:08
Speaker 1: the filing, she claimed that Epstein's non prosecution agreement in
34:11
Speaker 1: two thousand and nine was grounds for her being idemnified
34:15
Speaker 1: from paying legal fees for conduct whilst in his employment.
34:19
Speaker 1: Maxwell says that Endike and con are substantial beneficiaries of
34:23
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and heir, having their legal fees paid by
34:27
Speaker 1: the estate, so Maxwell should too. In addition, Maxwell's filings
34:31
Speaker 1: were made on time because they are deemed filed at
34:34
Speaker 1: the time they were delivered to the prison authority. She notes,
34:38
Speaker 1: citing case law for her point, Maxwell wrote, the court
34:42
Speaker 1: should disregard such David and Goliath tactics, as the allegations
34:46
Speaker 1: are untrue and baseless. Maxwell has already run into financial
34:51
Speaker 1: troubles with Hadden, Morgan and Foreman, the law firm based
34:55
Speaker 1: in Colorado which represented her for years, in twenty twenty
34:59
Speaker 1: two to the company suitor for eight hundred and seventy
35:02
Speaker 1: eight thousand dollars in legal fees and accused her family
35:05
Speaker 1: of making false promises to pay up. Well, that's a shakhan.
35:09
Speaker 1: The Maxwell's aren't being honest. I am absolutely floored considering,
35:14
Speaker 1: you know, Pops with such an honest dude hadn't claimed
35:18
Speaker 1: breach of contract fraud and accused Borgison of tortious interference
35:22
Speaker 1: with contractual relations for supposedly sheltering Maxwell's assets. The case
35:28
Speaker 1: was settled and the terms were not disclosed publicly. Last July,
35:32
Speaker 1: sources close to Maxwell told The Daily Mail that around
35:35
Speaker 1: one million dollars worth of her jewelry has disappeared from
35:39
Speaker 1: a property she owned in New Hampshire. Well that's not good.
35:43
Speaker 1: If somebody stole her shit, Like I said before, they
35:45
Speaker 1: should go to prison. A source claim that there was
35:48
Speaker 1: not a penny left of Maxwell's fortune. Maxwell is currently
35:52
Speaker 1: appealing her criminal conviction and is being represented by New
35:55
Speaker 1: York based lawyer Arthur Idalla, who daily mail dot Com
35:59
Speaker 1: approached for but did not hear back. The filings come
36:03
Speaker 1: after the release of more than two hundred documents related
36:06
Speaker 1: to Epstein that were part of a defamation case filed
36:09
Speaker 1: against Maxwell by Virginia Roberts, Prince Andrew's accuser. In the documents,
36:14
Speaker 1: Maxwell was described by Epstein survivor Sarah Ransom as the
36:18
Speaker 1: boss of his operation who everyone reported to. Multiple survivors
36:23
Speaker 1: alleged that Maxwell took part in the abuse, and former
36:26
Speaker 1: staff at Epstein's house have described her as running the operation. Well,
36:30
Speaker 1: I'm glad they added at the end here that she
36:32
Speaker 1: took part in the abuse. They like to leave that out,
36:35
Speaker 1: and that's why calling her a madam's disgusting too. This
36:38
Speaker 1: lady was out here engaging in the abuse against these children,
36:42
Speaker 1: against these women, So she's more than a madam. She's
36:45
Speaker 1: somebody that was actually actively abusing these girls. She wasn't
36:49
Speaker 1: just a cog in the machine. She was basically the
36:52
Speaker 1: beating heart of the machine. So Glenn Maxwell being broke
36:57
Speaker 1: complaining about how bad she has it in prison. Well
37:00
Speaker 1: she should have thought about that before she was paling
37:02
Speaker 1: around with Epstein and abusing all these girls. All right, folks,
37:06
Speaker 1: that's gonna do it for this one. All the information
37:09
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
37:11
Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the
37:18
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Gallaine Maxwell and her lawyers have been going
37:24
Speaker 1: at it now for the last couple of months because
37:27
Speaker 1: Glaiine Maxwell hasn't paid her bills. Well, what do you know,
37:32
Speaker 1: the Queen of grifters isn't paying her bills. Today we
37:36
Speaker 1: have an article from the Daily Mail and we're gonna
37:39
Speaker 1: dive right in headline, Gallaiinne Maxwell is fired by lawyers
37:44
Speaker 1: representing her in bit the squeeze money out of Jeffrey
37:48
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and yet another blow to the sex trafficker
37:52
Speaker 1: after a criminal defense team suitor. So now this is
37:56
Speaker 1: on top of the criminal defense team that is already suitor.
38:00
Speaker 1: We know that Glenn Maxwell has previously been sued by
38:04
Speaker 1: the people who were representing her in the criminal portion
38:06
Speaker 1: of the case. Well, now this is the people who
38:09
Speaker 1: are representing her in the civil portion of the case.
38:12
Speaker 1: So you know what that means. Glenn Maxwell must be
38:15
Speaker 1: out of money or she's hiding it like her buddy
38:18
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein used to. This article was authored by Laura Collins.
38:28
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell has been fired by her lawyers for failing
38:31
Speaker 1: to pay her bills. Court documents filed in the US
38:34
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands and obtained exclusively by dailymail dot Com show
38:39
Speaker 1: that lawyers representing the convicted sex trafficker in her bid
38:42
Speaker 1: to squeeze money out of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, have withdrawn
38:46
Speaker 1: their counsel, the firm Quintaros Prieto. Wooden Boyer claimed in
38:52
Speaker 1: the document that despite repeated requests, Maxwell has failed to
38:57
Speaker 1: pay them. Look, her father was a grifter, Her family
39:01
Speaker 1: seems to be grifters. She's certainly a grifter. Why would
39:04
Speaker 1: anyone think that she's going to settle up on her
39:06
Speaker 1: bills and be on point. It's the second blow to
39:13
Speaker 1: the fallen socialite, fallen socialite co conspirator you mean, general
39:18
Speaker 1: all around scusbag, fellow child abuser and bipedal serpent. Oh
39:22
Speaker 1: that's what you meant. Ailing fortunes in recent weeks, currently
39:26
Speaker 1: serving out a twenty year sentence in a low security
39:29
Speaker 1: prison in Tallahassee, Florida. Maxwell is also being sued by
39:33
Speaker 1: her criminal defense team for failing to pay legal fees
39:37
Speaker 1: of more than eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Now,
39:42
Speaker 1: think about how much legal work has to be done
39:45
Speaker 1: for eight hundred and fifty grand to be racked up.
39:49
Speaker 1: And you know it's not cheap to go and defend
39:52
Speaker 1: yourself in a federal case. That's why they have such
39:55
Speaker 1: a high prosecution rate or a conviction rate, I should say,
39:58
Speaker 1: at the federal level. Whenever they bring one of these
40:01
Speaker 1: charges against you, even if you have a ton of dough,
40:05
Speaker 1: chances are they're going to come out of it with
40:06
Speaker 1: a conviction. The government, the federal government has all the
40:10
Speaker 1: time in the world and all the resources in the
40:12
Speaker 1: world to go after you, and they certainly utilize that
40:16
Speaker 1: those resources and that time, unless, of course, your Gohen
40:19
Speaker 1: Maxwell Maxwell sixty filed the suit against Epstein's estate in
40:26
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands in March of twenty twenty, seven, months
40:29
Speaker 1: after her former lover and employer committed suicide. God, there's
40:33
Speaker 1: so much wrong with that. You mean, her former co
40:35
Speaker 1: conspirator right committed suicide allegedly in his cell in the
40:39
Speaker 1: Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York. The disgraced financier Pedophile
40:46
Speaker 1: maintained a home on the Caribbean territories Little Saint James Island,
40:50
Speaker 1: a place that became notorious as Pedophile Island because of
40:54
Speaker 1: his criminal activities there as well as owning Greater Saint James.
40:58
Speaker 1: And we all know what was going going on down there.
41:01
Speaker 1: I don't need to rehash that. But Glenn Maxwell was
41:03
Speaker 1: trying to set it up as she was a victim here,
41:06
Speaker 1: as if she should have been covered as far as
41:09
Speaker 1: financial costs for her defense. She said that her and
41:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein had this all worked out before his death,
41:15
Speaker 1: and he even wrote it down on a napkin. In
41:20
Speaker 1: her suit, Maxwell claimed that Epstein sixty six, had promised
41:25
Speaker 1: identification for an advancement of attorney fees, security costs, cost
41:30
Speaker 1: to find safe accommodations, and all other expenses she has
41:34
Speaker 1: reasonably incurred and will incur by reason of her prior
41:38
Speaker 1: employment relationship with Jeffrey E. Epstein. You know that's called
41:43
Speaker 1: that's called protecting your assets, protecting your co conspirator. That's
41:48
Speaker 1: why Epstein was willing to pay for her while he
41:50
Speaker 1: was alive. Now that he's dead, the estate has no
41:53
Speaker 1: desire or no reason to give her any dough. Why
41:56
Speaker 1: they going to break her off any cheddar at this
41:58
Speaker 1: point that would be absolute insane. The costs that she
42:04
Speaker 1: envisioned were in connection with any threatened, pending, or completed
42:08
Speaker 1: lawsuit in relation to Epstein and to the lled survivors.
42:12
Speaker 1: Maxwell argued that during her relationship with Epstein, he promised
42:17
Speaker 1: that he would support her financially. Her suit states that
42:21
Speaker 1: he made these promises repetialy, both in writing and in conversation. Well,
42:26
Speaker 1: let's see the receipts, That's really what it comes down to.
42:28
Speaker 1: Let's see the receipts, and then you'll have to battle
42:31
Speaker 1: it out with the estate because not one single dollar
42:35
Speaker 1: from any of these survivors should be going to Glad Maxwell.
42:41
Speaker 1: So Maxwell should have to have, oh, I don't know,
42:44
Speaker 1: three four different lawsuits going on at the same time
42:46
Speaker 1: to even attempt to do this, And we know she
42:48
Speaker 1: doesn't have the resources to do that, So how is
42:51
Speaker 1: it possible that she's still trying to pine for this.
42:57
Speaker 1: In two thousand and eight, Epstein was convicted of procure
43:00
Speaker 1: a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute in Palm Beach, Florida,
43:05
Speaker 1: where he had a home. Again, a child can't be
43:07
Speaker 1: a prostitute. That whole entire charge was bogus, that investigation
43:11
Speaker 1: was bogus, and frankly, it's embarrassing what goes on in
43:15
Speaker 1: Palm Beach Since then, According to Maxwell's case, she incurred
43:22
Speaker 1: legal fees and expenses in connection with various suits, including
43:26
Speaker 1: civil cases brought by Epstein survivors, consistent with his repeated promises.
43:32
Speaker 1: The suit states Epstein identified Maxwell and advanced legal fees
43:36
Speaker 1: in settlement costs incurred in relation to his civil suit
43:40
Speaker 1: brought by survivor Sarah Ransom in twenty seventeen and a
43:45
Speaker 1: two thousand and nine suit brought by Virginia Roberts. So basically,
43:49
Speaker 1: hush money. Look, I'm gonna pay your lawyer fees. Just
43:52
Speaker 1: be quiet. We'll make sure all of this goes away.
43:54
Speaker 1: You know how we roll. We're not gonna get in trouble.
43:57
Speaker 1: Good old Glaine come over here and have some caveat yo.
44:02
Speaker 1: I detest these people. But when Maxwell submitted a claim
44:08
Speaker 1: to the estate on November twenty second, twenty nineteen. It
44:12
Speaker 1: did not honor or even formally respond it shouldn't have
44:16
Speaker 1: f you. Not one dollar for you, Maxwell, No soup
44:19
Speaker 1: for you. Maxwell, who was by then under criminal investigation,
44:24
Speaker 1: filed her case the following March. She now has sixty
44:28
Speaker 1: days to find new attorneys, but judging from the lawsuits
44:31
Speaker 1: being brought against her by our criminal defense team, it
44:34
Speaker 1: is unclear where she will find the funds to pay them. Well,
44:38
Speaker 1: she better calls Saul. She better do something, because she's
44:41
Speaker 1: gonna be in big trouble. Nobody who's gonna want to
44:44
Speaker 1: take on her case. If you were a lawyer, would
44:46
Speaker 1: you would you want to take this lady on when
44:48
Speaker 1: she can't pay for your services? I certainly wouldn't you know?
44:52
Speaker 1: Lawyers don't do this out of the kindness of their heart,
44:55
Speaker 1: especially when we're talking about clients like this. According to
45:02
Speaker 1: that suit, filed on August twenty second by Denver based
45:05
Speaker 1: law firm Hadden, Morgan and Foreman, Maxwell is effectively insolvent
45:10
Speaker 1: following a series of suspiciously timed property transfers by a
45:14
Speaker 1: strange husband. Scott Borgerson. Yo, this is all one big,
45:20
Speaker 1: gigantic shit show, and Scott Borgerson's involvement here is shady
45:26
Speaker 1: as hell. How is it that there's nobody camped out
45:28
Speaker 1: at this dude's house asking him questions? You would think
45:32
Speaker 1: that Glenn Maxwell's ex husband would be somebody that you
45:35
Speaker 1: might want to talk to. HMF have brought their suit
45:39
Speaker 1: against Borgerson Maxwell and her older brother, Kevin Maxwell sixty three,
45:43
Speaker 1: who attended his sister's Manhattan trial every day and took
45:47
Speaker 1: the lead among her eight siblings in talking with her defense.
45:51
Speaker 1: So this was the guy I was out there in
45:52
Speaker 1: the front, you know, telling us all the bs about Maxwell,
45:56
Speaker 1: how she was innocent, this, that, the other thing. Well,
45:58
Speaker 1: now they can't even come up with the dough to
46:00
Speaker 1: pay for his sister's legal bills. Yeah, that's a real
46:04
Speaker 1: good look. But it is Borgerson who has singled out
46:10
Speaker 1: for blame when it comes to their frustrated efforts to
46:13
Speaker 1: recoup a bill that stood at eight hundred and seventy
46:16
Speaker 1: eight thousand, three hundred and two dollars and sixty six
46:19
Speaker 1: cents as of June twenty seventh, not including interest. According
46:24
Speaker 1: to HMF, mister Maxwell and the family lawyer repeatedly told
46:28
Speaker 1: HMF that mister Borgerson controlled miss Maxwell's money and was
46:32
Speaker 1: responsible for delaying payments to the firm, So Borgerson, it
46:36
Speaker 1: looks like was on the grift here as well. Everybody's
46:40
Speaker 1: stealing from each other. They all run around like they're
46:43
Speaker 1: the mafia, you know how in the mafia, it's your
46:45
Speaker 1: best friend that's gonna clip you, and they're all stealing
46:48
Speaker 1: from each other either way if their friends are not.
46:51
Speaker 1: It's the same with these super elite. They all have
46:54
Speaker 1: the same mindset. How much more can I stuff in
46:57
Speaker 1: my fat fucking face. Borgerson, a former US Coast Guard
47:03
Speaker 1: and current douchebag Lieutenant commander, is believed to have met
47:07
Speaker 1: Maxwell nine years ago through speaking engagements connected to ocean preservation,
47:12
Speaker 1: a subject on which they shared a passion. Yeah yeah, yeah.
47:17
Speaker 1: They were pictured together at the Arctic Circle Assembly in Rakehavik, Iceland,
47:21
Speaker 1: in October twenty and thirteen. At the time, Borgerson was
47:26
Speaker 1: married to Rebecca, the mother of his two children, a
47:29
Speaker 1: fourteen year old boy and an eleven year old girl.
47:32
Speaker 1: Imagine having this conversation with your kids, especially when they
47:35
Speaker 1: get older and they find out who Gallayne Maxwell was. Sorry, son,
47:40
Speaker 1: you know, I was dating one of the most prolific
47:42
Speaker 1: human traffickers and not only that I left Mommy dearis
47:45
Speaker 1: for him, I mean, for real, for real, talk about
47:48
Speaker 1: shattering relationships with your kids. I know if this was
47:51
Speaker 1: my dad, forget it. I'd be training every single day,
47:55
Speaker 1: ten hours a day at the local MMA JYM so
47:58
Speaker 1: that when I was eighteen years old I could bus
48:00
Speaker 1: Pops ass for disrespecting my mom. Rebecca discovered the affair
48:07
Speaker 1: when Borgerson told her he was going to give a
48:10
Speaker 1: speech in London, but was instead rumbled to be with
48:13
Speaker 1: Maxwell in Miami. Dalymail dot com has been unable to
48:18
Speaker 1: find evidence of Borgerson and Maxwell's marriage and events so
48:22
Speaker 1: secret that not even their own family members were aware
48:25
Speaker 1: of it, But according to hmf's suit, it took place
48:29
Speaker 1: in twenty and fifteen. Again, more mysteries here, right, folks,
48:33
Speaker 1: There's a lot of mystery here. Four years later, in
48:37
Speaker 1: December of twenty nineteen, while Maxwell was under criminal investigation
48:42
Speaker 1: and the looming likelihood of incurring significant liabilities, the pair
48:47
Speaker 1: allegedly set about shielding her assets from future creditors. Where
48:51
Speaker 1: do you think she learned this from? Do you think
48:54
Speaker 1: that Glenn Maxwell woke up one day and learned how
48:56
Speaker 1: to do the hustle? Absolutely not learned fro Jeffrey Epstein.
49:01
Speaker 1: He was the king of this shit. I break his
49:03
Speaker 1: balls about all kinds of things and call him an
49:05
Speaker 1: absolute moron because he was. But he knew how to
49:08
Speaker 1: game the system, he knew how to manipulate the financial system,
49:12
Speaker 1: and he knew how to hide money. So my guess is,
49:14
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell has a bunch of money stashed off shore somewhere,
49:17
Speaker 1: and if you want to get to it, well, drop
49:19
Speaker 1: a RICO case write in her in Scott Borgerson's lap.
49:26
Speaker 1: Hmf's lawsuit states that Borgerson formed Granite Realty, a company
49:30
Speaker 1: of which he was a sole member. He then used
49:32
Speaker 1: Granite and the second company, Tidewood, to purchase a portfolio
49:36
Speaker 1: of properties using Maxwell's assets, either directly or through a trust.
49:42
Speaker 1: HMF alleges Granite, mister Borgerson, and other entities associated with
49:47
Speaker 1: mister Borgerson, including Tidewood LLC, acquired several high end properties,
49:52
Speaker 1: including two condominiums in Boston and a state in Manchester, Massachusetts,
49:57
Speaker 1: and an estate in Bradford, New Hampshire. That's where she
50:00
Speaker 1: was eventually nailed. But they also saw over there in Manchester, right,
50:06
Speaker 1: she was seen on the beach Manchester by the Sea
50:08
Speaker 1: or whatever the hell is the leftover. The couple's neighbors
50:12
Speaker 1: in the small seaside town of Manchester were so disgusted
50:16
Speaker 1: when they learned that an accused sex trafficker with links
50:19
Speaker 1: to Epstein was living among them that they tried to
50:22
Speaker 1: harass her into leaving. Now, those are my kind of folks,
50:25
Speaker 1: you know, not about harassment. I don't think it's a
50:28
Speaker 1: good idea. You know, camp out in front of people's
50:30
Speaker 1: houses and shit like that. Not really the best idea.
50:33
Speaker 1: But when it comes to Glene Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein or
50:37
Speaker 1: any of their friends, Yep, great idea. As exclusively reported
50:44
Speaker 1: by dailymail dot Com, it led to a court case
50:46
Speaker 1: where Borgersen successfully fought the neighbor's decision to prevent them
50:51
Speaker 1: from using paths and the beach near their ocean front
50:54
Speaker 1: property part of the forty acre estate shared by other
50:58
Speaker 1: owners or didn't even want them to use, like communal property, right,
51:03
Speaker 1: I don't even want you on the sidewalk. Sounds like
51:06
Speaker 1: my kind of neighbor. But by the time the decision
51:10
Speaker 1: was handed down, Maxwell and Borgersen had already fled to
51:13
Speaker 1: their New Hampshire property on a secluded estate named Tucked Away,
51:18
Speaker 1: and this is where she ended up getting nailed. Eventually,
51:21
Speaker 1: it was on this luxurious four bedroom property set in
51:24
Speaker 1: lush New Hampshire woodland that FBI agents swooped on July's second,
51:28
Speaker 1: twenty twenty. They led Maxwell from her home and handcuffs,
51:32
Speaker 1: charging her as a sex trafficker and Epstein's co conspirator.
51:36
Speaker 1: You know, it would be nice if we had some
51:38
Speaker 1: more raids. What about the other folks, the other people involved,
51:41
Speaker 1: the people that were involved in the moving of this operation.
51:44
Speaker 1: Those people all need to be held responsible. Before the
51:49
Speaker 1: month was out. Hmf's lawsuit notes, on July thirtieth, twenty twenty,
51:53
Speaker 1: Borgerson transferred one of the Boston condominiums to himself for
51:57
Speaker 1: just one hundred bucks. Now remember Epstein and used this
52:00
Speaker 1: sam exact hustle when he transferred the townhouse to himself
52:04
Speaker 1: from Les Wexner for one dollar. It was reported that
52:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Borgerson discussed a divorce of convenience following her
52:12
Speaker 1: arrest and ahead of her trial in November of twenty
52:15
Speaker 1: twenty one. She had been held in custody since her arrest,
52:18
Speaker 1: having been denied bail. Maxwell told the court that she
52:22
Speaker 1: had wanted to shield her husband from negative publicity. Oh yeah,
52:26
Speaker 1: that's gonna work out. Here's a way to shield yourself
52:28
Speaker 1: from negative publicity. Don't be with Glaine Maxwell. Pretty simple, right. Ultimately,
52:37
Speaker 1: dailymail dot Com exclusively reported that Borgerson dumped Maxwell during
52:42
Speaker 1: a confrontational prison phone call following her conviction in December
52:46
Speaker 1: of twenty twenty one. Imagine getting dumped in prison on
52:51
Speaker 1: the phone by a scuzzbag like Borgerson. Talk about rock
52:55
Speaker 1: bottom for Glen, Maxwell told her that he had moved
53:01
Speaker 1: on and met someone else, in the figure of Manchester
53:04
Speaker 1: yoga teacher and local journalist Chris McGinn. Yet, according to
53:07
Speaker 1: the HMF filings, both Maxwell and Borgerson maintained a mutual
53:12
Speaker 1: interest in shielding her assets. In May of twenty twenty two,
53:16
Speaker 1: Borgerson sold the Boston condominium that he had transferred to
53:19
Speaker 1: himself for twenty one and a half million dollars. He
53:23
Speaker 1: also listed the Bradford property for sale for seven point
53:26
Speaker 1: twenty nine to five million, claiming that Maxwell had no
53:29
Speaker 1: ownership interest in it. So they hit all of these
53:33
Speaker 1: assets and Borgerson now is reaping the rewards. And my
53:36
Speaker 1: guess is a lot of that money's gonna find its
53:38
Speaker 1: way to some sort of offshore bank for Glenn Maxwell.
53:42
Speaker 1: Now do I have proof of that. I do not,
53:44
Speaker 1: But the federal government sure could have that proof if
53:46
Speaker 1: they do a RICO investigation. The transfers effectively rendered Maxwell
53:55
Speaker 1: and solvent, according to HMF. Yet the suit states Kevin
53:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell was busily making false promises that there was ample
54:03
Speaker 1: cash and assets to cover the total sums that are
54:06
Speaker 1: either due for payment and are budgeted to become due
54:10
Speaker 1: in the coming months. So why would anyone believe these people? Honestly,
54:14
Speaker 1: you would think that these lawyers would know better. But
54:16
Speaker 1: here we are. When it became clear that there was
54:20
Speaker 1: no such funds were forthcoming, with Kevin only paying one
54:23
Speaker 1: hundred and forty three thousand, five hundred dollars of the
54:25
Speaker 1: bill that stood at nine hundred and fifty six thousand,
54:28
Speaker 1: six hundred and seventy one dollars, The older Maxwell blamed
54:32
Speaker 1: Borgersen for holding up the payments. So it's a game
54:35
Speaker 1: of blame everybody else, right, Let's point our fingers in
54:37
Speaker 1: every direction. We're gonna blame everybody else and hopefully it
54:40
Speaker 1: gets lost in the sauce. In fact, HMF goes as
54:46
Speaker 1: far as to characterize Kevin Maxwell's conduct with frequent promises
54:50
Speaker 1: of imminent cash as fraud. Oh, a fraudster out here
54:53
Speaker 1: committing fraud. Huh, Well, I'm of the opinion that they
54:57
Speaker 1: got away with it over in England. I think that
54:59
Speaker 1: there are their pops and them should have all been guilty.
55:05
Speaker 1: It is a word that has stalked the Maxwell family
55:07
Speaker 1: down through the years and is forever associated with the
55:10
Speaker 1: family's late patriarch, Robert Maxwell, who is sixty eight when
55:14
Speaker 1: he died. Nor is it the first time that Kevin
55:17
Speaker 1: has been roped into trying to salvage family member's financial fortunes.
55:22
Speaker 1: Notorious former British newspaper mogul Robert had many nefarious dealings
55:27
Speaker 1: and was accused of being a double even triple agent
55:30
Speaker 1: for foreign regimes, including Israel and Russia. And we all
55:34
Speaker 1: know that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
55:37
Speaker 1: We all know that Glene Maxwell has the same designs,
55:40
Speaker 1: and we all know the circles and the company that
55:42
Speaker 1: she kept. But he is perhaps the most infamous for
55:47
Speaker 1: plundering the pension fund of Mirror Group, the newspaper company
55:51
Speaker 1: he owned, to the tune of millions. Robert disappeared off
55:55
Speaker 1: his yacht named the Lady Glaine after his daughter, in
55:58
Speaker 1: the early hours of November fifth, nineteen ninety one. Twenty
56:03
Speaker 1: four hours earlier, he had argued with Kevin in a
56:05
Speaker 1: telephone call about a scheduled meeting with the Bank of
56:08
Speaker 1: England over Maxwell's default on a staggering fifty million pounds
56:13
Speaker 1: fifty six zero point sixty three million in loans. So
56:18
Speaker 1: him and his dad have this argument. Then twenty four
56:20
Speaker 1: hours later, his pops is dead. Okay, sure sounds good
56:24
Speaker 1: to me. Kevin and his brother, Ian, now sixty six,
56:28
Speaker 1: tried to prop up their late father's business interests, but
56:31
Speaker 1: the company soon collapsed. Kevin was declared bankrupt with debts
56:35
Speaker 1: of four hundred million dollars. He Ian and two other
56:40
Speaker 1: company directors went on trial for conspiracy to defraud, but
56:43
Speaker 1: were acquitted in nineteen ninety five. Now Kevin has once
56:47
Speaker 1: again found himself the target of allegations of fraud a
56:50
Speaker 1: bit in a civil suit over his mishandling of his
56:53
Speaker 1: sister's huge legal fees. What do they say about leopards
56:57
Speaker 1: and spots, folks or zebras and stripes? According to the suit,
57:02
Speaker 1: Kevin knew that his promises regarding the payment were false
57:05
Speaker 1: when he made them. Its states, HMF relied on mister
57:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell's promises to its detriment. HMF is seeking damages for
57:13
Speaker 1: one and a half times the value of the assets
57:16
Speaker 1: transferred by Borgersen or one and a half times of
57:20
Speaker 1: their legal fees, whichever is less. So, even behind bars,
57:24
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell is still on the grift. Even behind bars,
57:28
Speaker 1: she's still out here playing games and not paying her
57:31
Speaker 1: fair share. So hopefully there's no lawyers out there that
57:34
Speaker 1: are willing to take her case now, hopefully she's stuck
57:36
Speaker 1: with the public defender like all of the poor people
57:39
Speaker 1: she hates so much. Imagine the cry baby carrying on
57:42
Speaker 1: if Glen Maxwell had a public defender, Boy, oh boy,
57:46
Speaker 1: I'd love to see it. Anyway, folks, there you go,
57:48

57:51
