- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America. I am Rich Valdez Valdez with aness
- 0:29Speaker 3: at riche Valdez on all of the social media. Happy Tuesday, everybody,
- 0:35Speaker 3: pleasure to be here, blessing to be with you, and
- 0:38Speaker 3: you can always check us out at richeveldest dot com
- 0:42Speaker 3: for anything you might have missed. But I want to
- 0:44Speaker 3: get into a couple of things because you know, America
- 0:47Speaker 3: is a wonderful place that we like to talk about
- 0:49Speaker 3: here on this program a lot. Our nation was born
- 0:52Speaker 3: from the ideas of the Enlightenment. God given natural rights
- 0:56Speaker 3: and they're just that these rights that are given by
- 0:59Speaker 3: the Creator by the government. This isn't a principle that's
- 1:02Speaker 3: based on an opinion or one that can be ignored,
- 1:05Speaker 3: because it's so foundational to the enterprise and the experiment
- 1:10Speaker 3: known as the United States. You just can't refute it
- 1:13Speaker 3: now after almost two hundred and fifty years, right, that's
- 1:17Speaker 3: we're coming up on two hundred fifty years this year.
- 1:21Speaker 3: We know that the experiment is just that it's exceptional.
- 1:26Speaker 3: But it only works if virtue is woven into the
- 1:28Speaker 3: fabric of everything we do collectively and individually. Of course,
- 1:33Speaker 3: we can't force compliance or virtue, because that would be
- 1:38Speaker 3: a utopian fantasy. But we can take heed to the
- 1:42Speaker 3: warnings of the framers of this great nation. One way
- 1:48Speaker 3: this was insured for us was a reliance on God
- 1:51Speaker 3: for providence, for protection, for peace. Lamentably, the ideas that
- 1:58Speaker 3: counter the exceptionalism of an Erica rely on godlessness and
- 2:02Speaker 3: immorality as the virtue of their movements. It's true that
- 2:09Speaker 3: there's been an unmooring of society that starts with attacking
- 2:14Speaker 3: that which makes us strong and cohesive, God, the family.
- 2:20Speaker 3: But the rights of the individual to worship, our right
- 2:23Speaker 3: to free speech, our right to life, our right to liberty,
- 2:27Speaker 3: the pursuit of happiness, and the protection of one's own
- 2:31Speaker 3: life is what James Madison wrote about. Those are those
- 2:35Speaker 3: fundamental tenets that keep this thing going. Yet here we
- 2:40Speaker 3: are today struggling to maintain that beautiful simplicity. You've got
- 2:45Speaker 3: a president that's being chastised for saying that sedition should
- 2:51Speaker 3: be punishable by death. Who would a thunk it? Right?
- 2:59Speaker 3: This is a a crazy situation. You know, we're still
- 3:02Speaker 3: managing the economy because of Biden's inflation that was out
- 3:05Speaker 3: of control. Everyone in Washington understands the basic causes of inflation,
- 3:10Speaker 3: yet they did nothing to avoid it, and in fact,
- 3:11Speaker 3: they caused that. They contributed to it. Right, everybody that
- 3:15Speaker 3: was drunk on spending printing more money. So obviously the
- 3:20Speaker 3: government devalues our currency and makes everything cost more for
- 3:23Speaker 3: you and me. They declared war on fossil fuel during
- 3:27Speaker 3: the Biden administration, shutting down pipelines, closing the h Anwar
- 3:32Speaker 3: oil field, stopping drilling leases. All of this did what
- 3:35Speaker 3: It caused the prices of everything to go up because
- 3:39Speaker 3: almost everything requires fossil fuel energy to produce. That's just
- 3:43Speaker 3: the fact. And they know that, and they say, we
- 3:46Speaker 3: got to get away from it. But how do you
- 3:47Speaker 3: do that? So now we've been spending huge sums of
- 3:53Speaker 3: money on tax dollars to extort American businesses to raise
- 3:58Speaker 3: wages by incentivizing individuals to do whatever it is that
- 4:03Speaker 3: they want. And this is not the way forward, right.
- 4:10Speaker 3: What we need to do is more of what Trump
- 4:12Speaker 3: is doing, incentivizing businesses to invest in our country, making
- 4:17Speaker 3: sure that America is still that last bastion of freedom,
- 4:20Speaker 3: of opportunity, of American dream that exists.
- 4:25Speaker 4: Now.
- 4:25Speaker 3: A lot of people think, ah, the American dream that
- 4:28Speaker 3: was for people before. But I'll tell you this, I
- 4:31Speaker 3: still believe in this stuff. You know, when I was
- 4:33Speaker 3: a kid, I used to see Ronald Reagan come out
- 4:35Speaker 3: and he would talk about all sorts of things. And
- 4:37Speaker 3: I've got a clip. It's a little long, but man,
- 4:40Speaker 3: is it worth it. Listen to President Reagan talking about
- 4:44Speaker 3: his conversation with the Cuban, the Cuban who fled communism,
- 4:48Speaker 3: the Cuban who said, listen, if the United States goes under,
- 4:52Speaker 3: we've got nothing left. Check this out.
- 4:55Speaker 6: We're at war with the most dangerous enemy that has
- 4:57Speaker 6: ever faced mankind in his long clime, from this up
- 5:00Speaker 6: to the stars. And it's been said, if we lose
- 5:03Speaker 6: that war, and in so doing lose this way of
- 5:05Speaker 6: freedom of ours, history will record with the greatest astonishment
- 5:08Speaker 6: that those who had the most to lose did the
- 5:11Speaker 6: least to prevent its happening. Not too long ago, two
- 5:14Speaker 6: friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee, a
- 5:16Speaker 6: businessman who would escaped from Castro, And in the midst
- 5:19Speaker 6: of his story, one of my friends turned to the
- 5:21Speaker 6: other and said, we don't know how lucky we are,
- 5:23Speaker 6: And the Cuban stopped and said, how lucky you are.
- 5:27Speaker 6: I had some place to escape to. If we lose
- 5:30Speaker 6: freedom here, there's no place to escape to. This is
- 5:32Speaker 6: the last stand on earth. Outside of its legitimate functions,
- 5:37Speaker 6: government does nothing as well or as economically as the
- 5:40Speaker 6: private sector of the economy. Well, now, if government planning
- 5:44Speaker 6: and welfare had the answer, and they've had almost thirty
- 5:48Speaker 6: years of it, shouldn't we expect government to read the
- 5:51Speaker 6: score to us once in a while. Yet, any time
- 5:53Speaker 6: you and I question the schemes of the do gooders
- 5:56Speaker 6: were denounced as being against their humanitarian goals. They say,
- 6:00Speaker 6: we're always against things, we're never for anything. Well, the
- 6:03Speaker 6: trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant.
- 6:06Speaker 6: It's just that they know so much that isn't so
- 6:09Speaker 6: These proliferating bureaus, with their thousands of regulations, have cost
- 6:12Speaker 6: us many of our constitutional safeguards. How many of us
- 6:16Speaker 6: realize that today federal agents can invade a man's property
- 6:19Speaker 6: without a warrant, They can impose a fine without a
- 6:22Speaker 6: formal hearing, let alone a trial by jury, and they
- 6:25Speaker 6: can seize and sell his property at auction to enforce
- 6:28Speaker 6: the payment of that fine. Those who would trade our
- 6:31Speaker 6: freedom for the soup kitchen of the welfare state have
- 6:33Speaker 6: told us they have a utopian solution of peace without victory.
- 6:36Speaker 6: They call their policy accommodation, and they say, if we'll
- 6:39Speaker 6: only avoid any direct confrontation with the enemy, he'll forget
- 6:43Speaker 6: his evil ways and learn to love us. All who
- 6:46Speaker 6: oppose them are indicted as warmongers. They say, we offer
- 6:50Speaker 6: simple answers to complex problems. Well, perhaps there is a
- 6:53Speaker 6: simple answer, not an easy answer, but simple. We cannot,
- 6:58Speaker 6: but by our security, our freedom from the threat of
- 7:00Speaker 6: the bomb, by committing an immorality so great as saying
- 7:06Speaker 6: to a billion human beings now enslaved behind the iron curtain,
- 7:09Speaker 6: give up your dreams of freedom, because to save our
- 7:12Speaker 6: own skins, we're willing to make a deal with your
- 7:14Speaker 6: slave masters. Admittedly, there's a risk in any course we
- 7:18Speaker 6: follow other than this, But every lesson of history tells
- 7:20Speaker 6: us that the greater risk lies in appeasement. And this
- 7:24Speaker 6: is the specter our well meaning liberal friends refuse to
- 7:27Speaker 6: face that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it
- 7:32Speaker 6: gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight
- 7:35Speaker 6: or surrender. If nothing in life is worth dying for?
- 7:38Speaker 6: When did this begin just in the face of this enemy?
- 7:42Speaker 6: Or should Moses have told the children of Israel to
- 7:44Speaker 6: live in slavery under the Pharaohs? Should Christ have refused
- 7:48Speaker 6: the cross? Should the patriots at Conquered Bridge have thrown
- 7:51Speaker 6: down their guns and refuse.
- 7:53Speaker 3: To fire the shot heard round the world?
- 7:55Speaker 6: The martyrs of history were not fools, and our honored
- 7:58Speaker 6: dead who gave their life to stop the advance of
- 8:01Speaker 6: the Nazis didn't die in vain. Where then, is the
- 8:05Speaker 6: road to peace? Well, it's a simple answer. After all,
- 8:09Speaker 6: you and I have the courage to say to our
- 8:11Speaker 6: enemies there is a price we will not pay. There
- 8:14Speaker 6: is a point beyond which they must not advance. You
- 8:18Speaker 6: and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We'll preserve for
- 8:22Speaker 6: our children, This the last best hope of men on earth,
- 8:25Speaker 6: or we'll sentence them to take the last step into
- 8:27Speaker 6: a thousand years of darkness.
- 8:30Speaker 3: That is a clip from President Reagan. And let me
- 8:33Speaker 3: tell you, if that doesn't get you going, I don't
- 8:35Speaker 3: know what will. He's talking about protecting the American dreams,
- 8:38Speaker 3: something that we need to do today, something that the
- 8:41Speaker 3: radical left in our political establishment seems to be attacking
- 8:46Speaker 3: on a regular basis. Whether it's the family, whether it's
- 8:50Speaker 3: the free market, whether it's traditional sports, you name it.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Reagan nailed it in his conversation with the Q. If
- 9:01Speaker 3: we fall, where does anybody else go? This is the
- 9:04Speaker 3: world's last bastion of freedom. And I know people want
- 9:07Speaker 3: to criticize America all this is freedom? What Denmark Denmark healthcares?
- 9:12Speaker 7: All?
- 9:12Speaker 3: Right, right, you got Bernie Sanders and somebody like him.
- 9:15Speaker 3: But the reality is this is it. We are the
- 9:18Speaker 3: last best hope. So what are we going to do?
- 9:21Speaker 3: What are we prepared to do? What are we willing
- 9:23Speaker 3: to do to advance the cause of liberty in America.
- 9:26Speaker 3: I'll leave that question with you as we head into
- 9:28Speaker 3: Thanksgiving week, but I will ask you to keep it
- 9:32Speaker 3: locked right here because there's more to come straight ahead.
- 9:34Speaker 3: I'm Rich Valdez.
- 9:36Speaker 5: This is America.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Podcasts now Richiev. You're on the air with a Nation
- 9:44Speaker 4: is America with Rich Faldez.
- 9:47Speaker 2: We need to restore balance, Download and subscribe ogpodcastnetwork dot com.
- 9:57Speaker 5: This is America. He's brown bald and he's breaking it down.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Oh he's so had some what's his day?
- 10:04Speaker 5: Rich Veldez?
- 10:08Speaker 3: All right, he goes. Welcome back, Rich valdesk keeping the
- 10:11Speaker 3: company this Tuesday night, heading into Thanksgiving Eve, heading into
- 10:15Speaker 3: Thanksgiving week, and I want to get into something I
- 10:18Speaker 3: meant to get into yesterday. There's a bunch of things
- 10:20Speaker 3: I want to talk about, right. I wanted to get into,
- 10:22Speaker 3: of course, this overarching theme that I allowed President Reagan
- 10:25Speaker 3: to get into because who could do it better than him,
- 10:28Speaker 3: which is protecting America and our virtue. But there's also
- 10:33Speaker 3: fake meat, right, Remember I talked about the three D
- 10:36Speaker 3: grown meat at the Campbell's factory. That secret audio came
- 10:39Speaker 3: out yesterday. I mentioned it, but I didn't play the
- 10:41Speaker 3: audio for You're going to do that today as promised.
- 10:44Speaker 3: There's also the joy ride gone bad with people who
- 10:47Speaker 3: were out there popping donuts in Queens New York on
- 10:50Speaker 3: a public street, somebody can plain. Next thing, you know,
- 10:53Speaker 3: they got beat up and then their car got set
- 10:56Speaker 3: on fire. That was a wild story. We got some
- 10:59Speaker 3: more audio on that that I want you to hear,
- 11:02Speaker 3: and of course plenty more going on. The contentious situation
- 11:07Speaker 3: with Ukraine and Russia continues to go back and forth,
- 11:11Speaker 3: but it seems like progress is being made. Secretary of
- 11:13Speaker 3: Rubio saying that we are in a better place than
- 11:16Speaker 3: we were before and they see some promise there, and
- 11:19Speaker 3: I think that's a good thing. I really do. But
- 11:23Speaker 3: I want to get into a particular audio clip in
- 11:29Speaker 3: a moment, but before I do, I want to remind
- 11:34Speaker 3: everybody that we have these conversations ay, because I want
- 11:40Speaker 3: you to be informed and you know, understand my take
- 11:43Speaker 3: on things. You don't have to necessarily agree with me,
- 11:47Speaker 3: but I want you to be aware of these things.
- 11:48Speaker 3: And that's why I play the clips the way I do.
- 11:51Speaker 3: I give you the longer version of the clip just
- 11:53Speaker 3: so that you can hear everything in context, because I
- 11:58Speaker 3: think that's important. Now. Something I want to get into
- 12:02Speaker 3: right now is the progress that is being made with
- 12:08Speaker 3: respect to the war in Russia. Now I know that
- 12:14Speaker 3: it's been back and forth, and there's been a lot
- 12:16Speaker 3: to discuss, but I think it's important that we discuss that.
- 12:20Speaker 3: It's important that we talk about the political nature of
- 12:22Speaker 3: what's happening, the economy and so many other things. And
- 12:28Speaker 3: of course, one of my favorites, so I should say
- 12:30Speaker 3: my least favorite, my least favorite Congress women from the
- 12:34Speaker 3: Bronx and Queens, AOC all out crazy alexandri Casio Cortez
- 12:39Speaker 3: who says that we've got a whole lot of instability
- 12:43Speaker 3: going on. Listen to this.
- 12:45Speaker 8: To be honest, the president's remarks are I think indicate
- 12:51Speaker 8: a level of instability. It's not just shocking, it's not
- 12:57Speaker 8: just offensive. It's bizarre, it is erratic, it's volatile, and
- 13:04Speaker 8: I think it indicates a mental state that we should
- 13:07Speaker 8: all be questioning right now, whether that's emotional or mental,
- 13:09Speaker 8: what have you. It is not normal to make these accusations,
- 13:14Speaker 8: it is not normal to invoke these kinds of threats
- 13:18Speaker 8: of violence, and it's also not normal to also dramatically misquote,
- 13:22Speaker 8: as Carolyn leave Ittt was doing. What these members of
- 13:25Speaker 8: Congress said, they made a very clear message to US
- 13:31Speaker 8: service members, which is that you do not have to
- 13:33Speaker 8: obey in illegal order. And I think that's an important
- 13:38Speaker 8: message to reiterate because this administration seems to be increasingly
- 13:42Speaker 8: trying to go down that path.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Now that's AOC again saying that it's wrong for President
- 13:48Speaker 3: Trump to talk about the punishment for seditious conspiracy being
- 13:54Speaker 3: death because why well, because she thinks it's wrong. She
- 13:57Speaker 3: doesn't like it. You think ed Trump Beto cares about that?
- 14:01Speaker 3: Do you think any of these people cared about this?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Now I could tell you this. I'm gonna give a
- 14:05Speaker 3: little a piece of advice here. I don't claim to
- 14:07Speaker 3: be smarter than anybody, but if I was ed Trump
- 14:10Speaker 3: beat them, I would say, because he knows they're gonna
- 14:12Speaker 3: freak out. And I think part of that's his strategy, right.
- 14:15Speaker 3: I think part of that he says, you know what,
- 14:16Speaker 3: I'm gonna say this, and they're gonna freak out. They're
- 14:18Speaker 3: gonna talk about it for days, and it keeps him
- 14:21Speaker 3: as the number one headline every day. Right. I think
- 14:23Speaker 3: people tend to say, oh my gosh, I used to
- 14:25Speaker 3: like this show, but they became very political, or I
- 14:27Speaker 3: used to like this but it became very political. Now.
- 14:29Speaker 3: The problem is that the media is fascinated with Trump,
- 14:34Speaker 3: so there is no other news except for the first
- 14:36Speaker 3: three to five stories being Trump all the time. So
- 14:40Speaker 3: I think what happens here is President Trump. I think
- 14:43Speaker 3: my recommendation, if I were, you know, in the White
- 14:46Speaker 3: House press shop, I would say, mister President, I think
- 14:49Speaker 3: that it's imperative that you go along with this, right.
- 14:53Speaker 3: So when AOC puts something like that out, you retweet it,
- 14:56Speaker 3: you read truth it and say, totally see, I agree.
- 15:01Speaker 9: Not a single service member, not a single one, should
- 15:06Speaker 9: ever follow an unlawful order. We're not here for unlawful orders, folks.
- 15:10Speaker 9: Matter of fact, I give the most lawful orders, lawful
- 15:13Speaker 9: orders or what I do best, bigly, bigly lawful.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Orders, and just hammer down that he agrees nobody should
- 15:22Speaker 3: follow unlawful orders. And in fact, if you need some
- 15:26Speaker 3: help deciphering the orders, we're gonna have you know, our
- 15:28Speaker 3: team of people here, you know, and make a joke
- 15:30Speaker 3: of it and flip it back on them, because this,
- 15:34Speaker 3: I think is what in you know, in the people
- 15:37Speaker 3: find endearing and they go, you know, that's the el
- 15:40Speaker 3: trumpito that I know in love. Now I know that
- 15:42Speaker 3: he's not necessarily looking to win every popularity contest, But
- 15:46Speaker 3: the left seems to really get away with things because
- 15:48Speaker 3: of the sheer numbers of the people they have in
- 15:50Speaker 3: big blue states. So they say things like, oh my gosh,
- 15:53Speaker 3: Trump did this, and everybody's freaking out. When I guess
- 15:56Speaker 3: the rest of the world, the rest of the country
- 15:58Speaker 3: look at this and they say, well, as politics as usual,
- 16:01Speaker 3: you're gonna have politicians that disagree. Not everybody's gonna, you know,
- 16:05Speaker 3: think the same way. You get to say, munch have
- 16:06Speaker 3: the same shoe size, right, just doesn't work that way.
- 16:09Speaker 3: So to that AOC, I say, hey, I think the
- 16:13Speaker 3: President agrees with you. I think I agree with you.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I think all of us agree with you. No one
- 16:18Speaker 3: should follow any illegal order. The bigger question is why
- 16:21Speaker 3: are you and your Democrat friends pretending that there are
- 16:24Speaker 3: illegal orders going on to begin with? Why is that
- 16:27Speaker 3: even happening? Why are you trying to create instability? Why
- 16:30Speaker 3: are you trying to sabotage that which is succeeding. That
- 16:34Speaker 3: would be my question to l Congista AOC. Now, I
- 16:40Speaker 3: want to get into something else. Let me see if
- 16:42Speaker 3: it's queued up already or if not, we'll get it
- 16:44Speaker 3: queued up during the break let me see now, is
- 16:48Speaker 3: this it stand by No, it's coming close. But imagine that.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Imagine being in a meeting and having a conversation with
- 16:58Speaker 3: your boss and explaining, Look, you're telling us we're selling soup,
- 17:01Speaker 3: but I can't say we're selling soup. But any good faith,
- 17:04Speaker 3: this meat is being created on a three D printer. Now,
- 17:07Speaker 3: I don't know how real that is. I can't imagine
- 17:09Speaker 3: eating a piece of meat that was grown on a
- 17:12Speaker 3: three D printer. And I am a connoisewer when it
- 17:15Speaker 3: comes to different cuts of steak and whatnot, right like
- 17:19Speaker 3: the Porterhouse, the Ribbi, the Tomahawk Ribbui. So I wonder
- 17:25Speaker 3: if you've heard this story. You know Bill Gates was
- 17:28Speaker 3: famous for talking about fake meat, and now you've got
- 17:32Speaker 3: Campbell's potentially caught up in drama with fake meat. So
- 17:37Speaker 3: we're going to get into that straight ahead, plus your
- 17:40Speaker 3: thoughts and opinions if you want to go ahead and
- 17:42Speaker 3: tweet at me or hit you any of the social
- 17:45Speaker 3: media dropping a comment. I've seen a lot of great comments.
- 17:47Speaker 3: By the way, thank you very much for all the
- 17:49Speaker 3: love and support that's out there. I do appreciate it.
- 17:51Speaker 3: At Rich Valdes on all of the social media at
- 17:54Speaker 3: Rich Valdes, and of course our comments are open looking
- 17:58Speaker 3: forward to your thoughts on this. Don't go anywhere. I'm
- 18:01Speaker 3: Rich Faldes.
- 18:03Speaker 7: This is America. This is America.
- 18:19Speaker 3: With programs like America at Night with Rich Valdez and
- 18:22Speaker 3: Donald Trump is a guest. Who's gonna watch late night TV?
- 18:24Speaker 3: Come on?
- 18:25Speaker 4: Who would want to?
- 18:25Speaker 3: I want to listen to you Rich all the time?
- 18:29Speaker 3: All right, he goes. Welcome back, Rich VALDESK keeping your
- 18:31Speaker 3: company tonight. Uh, this is America at Rich Valdes. You
- 18:35Speaker 3: can find me at richvaldest dot com, streaming on iHeartRadio,
- 18:38Speaker 3: and in a couple other places. I'll keep you posted
- 18:40Speaker 3: as that begins to expand. But I want to direct
- 18:44Speaker 3: your attention to this story because, of course, the background
- 18:49Speaker 3: on this is Bill Gates. Right, Bill Gates. He's the
- 18:54Speaker 3: founder of Microsoft. You know you've heard of him before, obviously,
- 19:00Speaker 3: and he famously has talked about lots of interesting things.
- 19:05Speaker 3: But I want you to hear a sample of the
- 19:08Speaker 3: elitism of how you know, how carried away? I think
- 19:15Speaker 3: people like him get listen to this.
- 19:18Speaker 10: Six percent of global emissions are cows who burp and
- 19:23Speaker 10: fart methane to an extreme.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Degree six percent. Six percent, So listen to the solution free.
- 19:32Speaker 10: You can either fix the cows to stop them doing that,
- 19:35Speaker 10: or you can make beef without the cow, and both
- 19:38Speaker 10: of those, you know, will be pursued to see which
- 19:41Speaker 10: one can lead to the best product in terms of taste, health,
- 19:47Speaker 10: and cost.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Six percent. So listen to this. So Bill Gates says
- 19:53Speaker 3: we're gonna have to make fake meat because six percent
- 19:56Speaker 3: of global emissions come from cow farts. What about saying, listen,
- 20:02Speaker 3: ninety four percent of emissions come from other places. Maybe
- 20:07Speaker 3: we should deal with that instead of making fake meat.
- 20:10Speaker 3: I mean, that's just a thought, mister Gates. I'm not
- 20:12Speaker 3: nearly as smart as you. I'm definitely not as rich
- 20:15Speaker 3: as you. But wow, well, mister Gates made that comment
- 20:19Speaker 3: a while back, and some people are taking it seriously
- 20:23Speaker 3: because now we've got reports that fake meat is actually
- 20:27Speaker 3: a thing, and this is pretty scary stuff.
- 20:30Speaker 11: Man.
- 20:30Speaker 3: You've got the vice president of Campbell's soup company, Martin Ballely,
- 20:34Speaker 3: He's been you know, all over the place on the news.
- 20:38Speaker 3: He exploded in a meeting over the company using bioengineered ingredients,
- 20:43Speaker 3: including fake meat that comes from a three D printer,
- 20:47Speaker 3: and now, of course the media is trying to smear him,
- 20:50Speaker 3: saying he's the crazy instead of them being the crazies
- 20:53Speaker 3: for using the fake meat. Check this out.
- 20:56Speaker 2: A former Campbell's Soup company employee is taking legal action
- 21:00Speaker 2: against the food giants, and he's making some explosive allegations
- 21:03Speaker 2: about one of its top executives.
- 21:05Speaker 4: Good evening, and thanks for joining us at six.
- 21:07Speaker 12: I'm Ty Steele, I'm Kimberly Gill. Those allegations are now
- 21:10Speaker 12: at the center of a lawsuit claiming the company's vice
- 21:13Speaker 12: president went on an hour long tie rade attacking the
- 21:16Speaker 12: company's products and employees before taking aim at its customers.
- 21:20Speaker 4: And the former employee recorded it all.
- 21:22Speaker 6: Eric Erickson shares that recording and what the company is
- 21:25Speaker 6: saying about it.
- 21:27Speaker 13: We have for four people, and that's just part of
- 21:32Speaker 13: an over an hour long rant, says former security analyst
- 21:36Speaker 13: for Campbell's, Robert Garza of Monroe.
- 21:39Speaker 14: I don't buy it's fairly anymore.
- 21:42Speaker 11: So althy now that I don't what the Senate even
- 21:45Speaker 11: in a soup.
- 21:45Speaker 3: I look at it.
- 21:46Speaker 5: You ap bio engineered me.
- 21:49Speaker 3: I don't want to eat a piece of chicken. It
- 21:52Speaker 3: came from a three D printer.
- 21:54Speaker 13: You The recording allegedly of Campbell's VP and Chief Information
- 21:58Speaker 13: Security Officer, Martin Bell.
- 22:00Speaker 4: He has no filter.
- 22:02Speaker 13: Bally, along with another supervisor and Campbell's suit company, named
- 22:06Speaker 13: in a lawsuit filed Thursday, the suit claiming Bally made
- 22:09Speaker 13: racist remarks, admits to coming to work high and Garza
- 22:13Speaker 13: fired for coming forward.
- 22:15Speaker 2: What do you think about the things that he was saying?
- 22:18Speaker 13: Oh, I just just appeared discuss Garza says he usually
- 22:21Speaker 13: worked remotely for Campbell's headquarters based in Camden, New Jersey,
- 22:25Speaker 13: but thinking he'd be discussing his salary with Bally, he
- 22:28Speaker 13: says the recording taken in person at a restaurant. Garza
- 22:37Speaker 13: says he felt sick after the rant, deciding to go
- 22:40Speaker 13: to his direct supervisor in January, keeping the recordings to himself.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Now, of course, the media is going in a certain
- 22:48Speaker 3: direction here, and they want to make this guy out
- 22:50Speaker 3: to be the worst thing ever. And I'm not here
- 22:52Speaker 3: to defend the guy. I'm here to talk about the
- 22:54Speaker 3: fake meat. They seem to be glossing over the fake meat.
- 22:58Speaker 3: I hope they bring it back to the fake meat,
- 22:59Speaker 3: because I don't care if he's beaten people up, and
- 23:02Speaker 3: I mean, hey, listen, not everybody's nice, right. Sometimes you
- 23:05Speaker 3: get a boss that's a jerk. I get that. But
- 23:08Speaker 3: do you get a boss that's a jerk and talks
- 23:11Speaker 3: about fake meat made in a three D printer? I
- 23:13Speaker 3: don't think that happens every day. Go ahead play the tape.
- 23:16Speaker 4: Ever had any disciplinary action, they had never written them
- 23:20Speaker 4: up for poor work performance.
- 23:21Speaker 13: Garza says, no one at Campbell's ever followed up, and
- 23:25Speaker 13: it's taken him ten months to find a new job,
- 23:28Speaker 13: calling the way the can Soup company handled it simply terrible.
- 23:32Speaker 4: They have a model, you know, like we treat you
- 23:34Speaker 4: like family.
- 23:35Speaker 1: You know here at Campbell's, soon'll come work for us,
- 23:37Speaker 1: you know where we cheer our employees like family.
- 23:40Speaker 4: That's that's not the case.
- 23:42Speaker 13: We did just receive a statement from Campbell's.
- 23:44Speaker 4: It says, quote.
- 23:45Speaker 13: If accurate, the comments and the recording are unacceptable. They
- 23:49Speaker 13: do not reflect our values and the culture of our company.
- 23:52Speaker 13: We are actively investigating this manner.
- 23:56Speaker 3: So Campbell's Soup now in peril. Right Florida State of
- 24:02Speaker 3: Florida's coming after them after the secret audio came out,
- 24:05Speaker 3: saying hey, we might have to shut you guys down.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Florida's attorney general said he will shut down violators of
- 24:11Speaker 3: the state's law on lab grown meat after launching an
- 24:14Speaker 3: investigation into Campbell's over a secret recording of the executive
- 24:18Speaker 3: you just heard saying, quote, we don't do the fake
- 24:21Speaker 3: lab grown meat here in Florida. We'll enforce the law
- 24:24Speaker 3: and shut it down. Florida Attorney General James Utemeyer said
- 24:28Speaker 3: that on X, also known as Twitter, yout meyer or
- 24:32Speaker 3: up meyer, however you want to pronounce that, said that
- 24:35Speaker 3: the state's Consumer Protection Division is launching an investigation into
- 24:39Speaker 3: the company, and WDV is broadcasting portions of the recording,
- 24:44Speaker 3: saying that the speaker, identified as Campbell's vice president and
- 24:48Speaker 3: chief information security officer Martin Valley, has heard saying we
- 24:52Speaker 3: have crap for effing poor people who buys our crap,
- 24:56Speaker 3: blah blah blah blah blah.
- 24:58Speaker 15: And.
- 25:01Speaker 3: Continuing saying, I don't buy Campbell's products barely anymore. It's
- 25:04Speaker 3: not healthy now that I know that we have what
- 25:07Speaker 3: the F is in it? According to the person on
- 25:09Speaker 3: the audio, which they believe to be the vice president,
- 25:12Speaker 3: I just described to you. The speaker also referenced bio
- 25:16Speaker 3: engineered meat, saying I don't want to eat an e
- 25:18Speaker 3: fing piece of chicken that came from a three D printer?
- 25:21Speaker 3: Who does, sir, who does? And listen, I've had some
- 25:25Speaker 3: good tofu in the past, but it's not ideal, right,
- 25:28Speaker 3: It's just not good for you, I believe. Anyway, we
- 25:31Speaker 3: use one hundred percent real chicken in our soups. James Reagan,
- 25:35Speaker 3: the director of external communications at Campbell's, said to Newsweek,
- 25:40Speaker 3: the chicken and the meat from that chicken comes from
- 25:43Speaker 3: law trusted USDA approved us suppliers and meets our high
- 25:47Speaker 3: quality standards. All of our soups are made with no
- 25:50Speaker 3: antibiotics ever, and that's good for their chicken meat. Any
- 25:56Speaker 3: claims to the contrary are completely false. Other false claims
- 26:00Speaker 3: that were made today cash Battel, the media going out
- 26:04Speaker 3: there saying, oh, by the way, we saw cash Battel,
- 26:08Speaker 3: and we think he's on his way out and Trompito's
- 26:10Speaker 3: going to be getting rid of him, and blah blah
- 26:13Speaker 3: blah blah blah. And what happened. As soon as the
- 26:15Speaker 3: uh the traffic cleared up a little bit, people started moving.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, Caroline Levitt brought this over to the
- 26:23Speaker 3: President saying, hey, did you hear these things about Cash Battel,
- 26:27Speaker 3: And the President immediately shut this down, saying, ha ha ha,
- 26:31Speaker 3: not happening, and good for him and good for them. Right.
- 26:36Speaker 3: I think Cash Hotel has an enormous lift on his hands,
- 26:39Speaker 3: this massive classified file. You've also got all sorts of things, right,
- 26:45Speaker 3: the assassination of Charlie Kirk. This has been one of
- 26:49Speaker 3: the busier times for an FBI director. And I think
- 26:53Speaker 3: Cash Hotel's handling it pretty well. So when President Trump said, hey,
- 26:58Speaker 3: you know what, let's take a picture, let's send selfie.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Let's make sure you know people know that this is fake,
- 27:02Speaker 3: phony and fraud. You gotta love a boss like that.
- 27:05Speaker 3: I think you really do that not only looks at
- 27:08Speaker 3: you know, the output that you're putting out, but overall
- 27:12Speaker 3: the entirety of the cumulative or collective work, project or product,
- 27:18Speaker 3: I should say, And I think that's what it's all about.
- 27:21Speaker 3: It's about nailing it each and every time, you know,
- 27:25Speaker 3: the whole team winning, not just one person winning. So
- 27:30Speaker 3: I love that. Anyway, there is more to come. Straight ahead,
- 27:33Speaker 3: we will continue the conversation. I want to let you
- 27:36Speaker 3: know what's going on with Venezuela. A little update on that.
- 27:41Speaker 3: While Nico las Malulo is dancing on the stage acting
- 27:45Speaker 3: like a fool, doing the makarena and playing, Simon says, well, yes,
- 27:50Speaker 3: he might be taking a call from El Trumpito. Then
- 27:53Speaker 3: all this magnus the forty fifth and forty seventh president
- 27:55Speaker 3: of these United States. And this is going to be
- 28:01Speaker 3: an interesting one because I think that Venezuela might be
- 28:04Speaker 3: running out of steam. Don't go anywhere.
- 28:07Speaker 5: This is America.
- 28:11Speaker 4: This podcasts are now, Richiev. You're on the air with

- 28:54Speaker 3: close to Black Friday. I do expect to be putting
- 28:57Speaker 3: on social media. If you're interested, we're going to be
- 28:59Speaker 3: putting a couple of signature pieces of merchandise that people
- 29:03Speaker 3: have asked for over the years. People keep asking for
- 29:05Speaker 3: the camouflage with American flag mixed liberty loving Latino hat.
- 29:10Speaker 3: The cap kind of looks like a mega hat, but
- 29:12Speaker 3: it's camouflage with the American flag on it. This was
- 29:15Speaker 3: a staple for us early on in the show and
- 29:18Speaker 3: people loved it. They sold out. I ordered more and
- 29:21Speaker 3: never got them, so I'm going to make sure we
- 29:23Speaker 3: get them for the upcoming Black Friday, as well as
- 29:27Speaker 3: a couple of signature T shirts that I think you're
- 29:29Speaker 3: just going to enjoy, which have key phrases from the show.
- 29:34Speaker 3: So those will be available on social media, not at
- 29:39Speaker 3: richveldesk dot com, at least not at this point, but
- 29:42Speaker 3: they're available, so if you want to buy, I want
- 29:44Speaker 3: to give it to you one of your favorite people
- 29:45Speaker 3: that loves this show. Amen, Praise God, halleluja. Now we
- 29:51Speaker 3: shall continue. Now, you heard Bill Gates, you heard about
- 29:54Speaker 3: the lab grown stuff. You've heard a number of things,
- 29:59Speaker 3: quite frank. But one of the things that I think
- 30:02Speaker 3: is important for us to remember is that sometimes people say, listen,
- 30:09Speaker 3: you're nuts, You're absolutely crazy. If you think this is
- 30:14Speaker 3: how it works, but some people are actually losing their
- 30:20Speaker 3: their minds. And you know, mental health is a focus
- 30:25Speaker 3: not only just during the holidays, but here on this program.
- 30:29Speaker 3: And why wouldn't I play a clip that A talks
- 30:35Speaker 3: about this as America and B It just makes a
- 30:39Speaker 3: whole lot of sense. Listen to this.
- 30:44Speaker 15: A em ere, I see.
- 30:56Speaker 11: That's where yet? Okay, that's where yet? Because maybe some
- 31:00Speaker 11: of y'all got confused of where you landed. Maybe you know,
- 31:04Speaker 11: they messed up the ticket or something like that. Maybe
- 31:06Speaker 11: you thought you was going somewhere else. But but this
- 31:08Speaker 11: is where you at.
- 31:10Speaker 5: You this is America.
- 31:12Speaker 11: Okay. Now, we've never cared about you know, whether it
- 31:16Speaker 11: was Buddha or or or some deities or any that
- 31:20Speaker 11: America's We've never cared. Okay, whether you whether you whether
- 31:23Speaker 11: you get down on the at the north or south
- 31:25Speaker 11: at twelve o'clock, whether you do it at three o'clock
- 31:27Speaker 11: or whatever, we don't care. We never care. Some people
- 31:30Speaker 11: don't believe in God at all. Okay, that's your personal
- 31:33Speaker 11: situation with your own eternal salvation. We don't care about that, right,
- 31:37Speaker 11: But what we're not gonna do is sit back and
- 31:41Speaker 11: have you strong arm a whole and make us do
- 31:45Speaker 11: what you Oh no, this is America, Jack, Now, now
- 31:50Speaker 11: we have a problem. Now we are in a situation. Now, okay,
- 31:54Speaker 11: and let me tell you something, You Republicans, you better
- 31:57Speaker 11: get the molasses out your ass.
- 32:00Speaker 10: Now.
- 32:00Speaker 11: I'm trying to tell you now because these people done
- 32:03Speaker 11: came in through the back door, the side door. Somebody
- 32:06Speaker 11: didn't let the window open. They coming in through the roof,
- 32:09Speaker 11: trying to just rare page all of Now we gotta
- 32:12Speaker 11: worry about walking over people in the middle of the
- 32:15Speaker 11: side gulf at four o'clock in the afternoon because they
- 32:19Speaker 11: got rugs and everything else out said, Hey man, listen,
- 32:22Speaker 11: let me tell you something. This is the United States
- 32:25Speaker 11: of America. Now, you better get that through your head.
- 32:30Speaker 11: And it seems to me that Americans need to get
- 32:33Speaker 11: that through their head first. You so busy trying to
- 32:38Speaker 11: just welcome everybody. Oh, this is the melting pot of cultures. Yeah,
- 32:42Speaker 11: but it's a melting pot of cultures in America's kitchen.
- 32:47Speaker 11: Understand Now, I don't know what you're gonna do. I
- 32:52Speaker 11: don't know how you're gonna do it, but you better
- 32:53Speaker 11: figure it out because I can tell you right now,
- 32:56Speaker 11: I'm not wearing nothing over my head. So I'm just
- 33:00Speaker 11: making that announcement to you now. I'm not wearing anything
- 33:02Speaker 11: over my head on my ankles. Oh well, you can't
- 33:05Speaker 11: show your face, your fingernails and this, that and the
- 33:07Speaker 11: other or whatever it is or whatever. I'm not doing
- 33:09Speaker 11: nothing that I don't want to do because I'm in America, hope. Okay,
- 33:15Speaker 11: So somebody better do something, and you better get it
- 33:18Speaker 11: done fast because I'm not.
- 33:22Speaker 3: Okay.
- 33:22Speaker 11: Don't don't touch me, don't call my name, don't face
- 33:25Speaker 11: shit to me.
- 33:25Speaker 15: Oh, because the answer is no.
- 33:29Speaker 3: That's Meghan mcglover and she's weighing in online about the
- 33:35Speaker 3: push towards cultural acceptance of religions that are contrary to
- 33:43Speaker 3: many religions that are well established here in the West.
- 33:48Speaker 3: In particular, she's talking about not putting something on her head.
- 33:52Speaker 3: That's a reference to the hit job to Islam, and
- 33:57Speaker 3: not that I'm a defender of Islam. I'm a defender
- 33:59Speaker 3: of Christianity and they don't I think, have to be
- 34:02Speaker 3: mutually exclusive per se. But for the sake of absolutism
- 34:07Speaker 3: in the Christian faith, they aren't right. It's not with Islam,
- 34:11Speaker 3: it's any other faith, right. Christianity is an absolutist thing,
- 34:14Speaker 3: and I'm an absolutist adherent. But what I'll say to
- 34:19Speaker 3: her is you're not alone. There's a lot of people
- 34:23Speaker 3: speaking up against the push towards cultural acceptance of Islam.
- 34:29Speaker 3: And I don't mean accepting people for their religion. We've
- 34:32Speaker 3: been living amongst Muslims for a long time. Many of
- 34:36Speaker 3: us have said, hello, how are you have a good weekend?
- 34:38Speaker 3: Take care? Oh, it's your holiday, super happy Ramadan? Happy, whatever? Right,
- 34:43Speaker 3: all those things have happened. It's when the conversation ends.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Like Charlie Kirk said that things get out of control,
- 34:51Speaker 3: and that was true. When things stop, when people no
- 34:56Speaker 3: longer are having the lighthearted conversations but are saying, you know,
- 34:59Speaker 3: f you, I've got somewhere to go. This is not cool.
- 35:01Speaker 3: Blah blah blah. Now, my friends Houston, we have a problem.
- 35:07Speaker 3: So I wonder when I look at this, I wonder
- 35:11Speaker 3: to myself, what is the story here?
- 35:15Speaker 4: Right?
- 35:15Speaker 3: What ends up happening? What are we going to do?
- 35:18Speaker 3: How do we do this? Well? I know that President
- 35:21Speaker 3: Trump recently revoked the temporary protected status of people coming
- 35:27Speaker 3: from Somalia, and a couple other places in not Dearborn, Michigan,
- 35:34Speaker 3: but in Minnesota where they had that big population, that
- 35:39Speaker 3: big Somali population. And I have to say, this is
- 35:44Speaker 3: something that if it was done appropriately and accurately within
- 35:47Speaker 3: the confines of the law, is his right. If it wasn't,
- 35:52Speaker 3: then it wasn't. But there's few things that the president
- 35:54Speaker 3: can do, like I just describe administrative, clerical things that
- 35:59Speaker 3: are not going to be their fault per se. Right,
- 36:02Speaker 3: there's a margin for error, at least there should be
- 36:06Speaker 3: if there isn't one. And I think he's also not
- 36:09Speaker 3: coming as a person soliciting a donation, right, he's soliciting advice.
- 36:16Speaker 3: He's soliciting to rub off some influence, gain some influence,
- 36:21Speaker 3: So he's not looking for the latter. So that being said,
- 36:28Speaker 3: this I think opens a situation, right, opens an opportunity
- 36:33Speaker 3: for those that are trying to have this conversation and
- 36:37Speaker 3: have it earnestly saying you know what's going on here, Right,
- 36:41Speaker 3: You've got Trump that's always maligned in the media, and
- 36:43Speaker 3: he's not trying to create a Muslim band. He's trying
- 36:46Speaker 3: to protect America, protect Western culture, protect the American way
- 36:52Speaker 3: of life that seems to be under threat because of
- 36:56Speaker 3: mass migration that would never have been legal but for
- 37:00Speaker 3: Joe Biden. So what does one do? What is the
- 37:05Speaker 3: proverbial next step? I wish I had the answer right
- 37:11Speaker 3: This is one of those rhetoricals on on my end,
- 37:15Speaker 3: I think that I can't be mad at somebody for
- 37:18Speaker 3: succeeding in their religious conquest, but for myself for not
- 37:24Speaker 3: doing better in my own. So that's kind of where
- 37:29Speaker 3: I fall on this. But we'll continue to talk about it,
- 37:32Speaker 3: and you know, put the facts out there as best
- 37:36Speaker 3: as we can. Now, let me see, I think there
- 37:39Speaker 3: was another thing I wanted to bring to you, but
- 37:43Speaker 3: let me regroup. I'm going to take a pause right here.
- 37:44Speaker 3: We're going to come right back. Don't go anywhere, folks,
- 37:46Speaker 3: Rich Valdesk at Rich Valdesk with an s on all
- 37:49Speaker 3: of the social media, don't go anywhere.
- 37:52Speaker 7: This is America.
- 38:02Speaker 16: Under President Trump, America's laws, order and families will be protected.
- 38:11Speaker 16: These are just some of the heinous migrant criminals caught
- 38:15Speaker 16: because of President Donald J. Trump's leadership. If you are

- 38:46Speaker 16: deport you. You will never.
- 38:48Speaker 4: Return this podcast. That's our ob Now, richiev you're on
- 39:01Speaker 4: the air with a nation.
- 39:02Speaker 5: This is America with Rich Valdez.

- 39:33Speaker 2: The forty fifth President Donald Trump thinks it's an honor
- 39:36Speaker 2: to speak with Rich Valdez.
- 39:38Speaker 5: Oh, very good.
- 39:43Speaker 3: The honor is all yours. Conservative talk with a dash
- 39:48Speaker 3: of sofrito.
- 39:49Speaker 4: Now here's Rich Valdez.
- 39:54Speaker 3: All right, he goes, Welcome back, Rich Valdez. Keeping your
- 39:56Speaker 3: company heading into Thanksgiving week And and of course, a
- 40:00Speaker 3: couple of things I want to get to. I always
- 40:02Speaker 3: got something up my sleeve over here, and one of
- 40:04Speaker 3: the things that I wanted to get into tonight was
- 40:08Speaker 3: this clip of audio. Let me see if I could
- 40:10Speaker 3: pull it up real quick, because I thought it was interesting.
- 40:14Speaker 3: And let's see. Oh this is a good one. Here,
- 40:17Speaker 3: hold on, bear with me, if I could find it
- 40:21Speaker 3: on my desktop. Oh it's a funny one. Yeah. So
- 40:27Speaker 3: this one is a comedian and she is very very
- 40:32Speaker 3: very funny. This is a good one. This is a
- 40:35Speaker 3: woman named Annie Howell, who's stand up comedian, and she
- 40:39Speaker 3: makes the analogy of who she thinks would be better.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Should it's more of a dichotomy, should it be the
- 40:55Speaker 3: Democrats that protect the country or Republicans? And her response, well,
- 41:02Speaker 3: I mean there's a reason she's a comedian. It is
- 41:05Speaker 3: literally hysterical in my opinion. God, play the tape either.
- 41:10Speaker 6: Right.
- 41:10Speaker 17: They're saying we should separate liberals from one country conservatives
- 41:13Speaker 17: another country.
- 41:15Speaker 3: And when I heard that, I was like, oh no,
- 41:17Speaker 3: we can't do that.
- 41:18Speaker 16: If America ever goes to war, I want.
- 41:20Speaker 17: Conservatives defending us, right, those guys that storm the capitol,
- 41:24Speaker 17: that's who I want fighting for this country.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Have you seen the photos they be on the battlefield
- 41:29Speaker 3: with their horns and their fur.
- 41:32Speaker 16: They'll be like Maria, imagine liberal snowflakes at war?
- 41:42Speaker 3: Will they be on the battle of you being like.
- 41:45Speaker 15: Oh my god, this is.
- 41:46Speaker 3: Not a safe space.
- 41:51Speaker 13: Why are there so many triggers?
- 41:57Speaker 16: And the journal be like, show him are.
- 42:02Speaker 3: That is the right pronoun? She goes on, But that
- 42:09Speaker 3: was the part I wanted you to hear. Absolutely funny,
- 42:12Speaker 3: right that you got people who otherwise might be liberal
- 42:16Speaker 3: who say, you know, it's the conservatives, they want to
- 42:18Speaker 3: defend them. Now, I'm not here to make that case
- 42:20Speaker 3: per se, but I am here to say that I
- 42:24Speaker 3: think it's very interesting because people oftentimes do prefer conservatives
- 42:33Speaker 3: in a number of situations. A couple of years back,
- 42:35Speaker 3: I remember did an article and maybe I'll find it
- 42:37Speaker 3: and share it with you, but it was about how women,
- 42:41Speaker 3: single women prefer to date conservative men as opposed to
- 42:45Speaker 3: liberal men, and for a number of reasons. They felt safer,
- 42:48Speaker 3: they felt more secure, they were willing to pay for
- 42:50Speaker 3: the date, and they had jobs, just to name a few.
- 42:55Speaker 3: But this stuff about going to war and bringing about
- 42:58Speaker 3: peace and being strong, it's not for the week. And
- 43:02Speaker 3: President Trump's been trying to get peace in him at
- 43:04Speaker 3: least for quite a while. He's getting closer to that.
- 43:07Speaker 3: He's also been trying to get peace in Russia, between
- 43:10Speaker 3: Russian and Ukraine. And I know that that's no easy task, right,
- 43:17Speaker 3: no small task, because everybody's going for broke. But I
- 43:23Speaker 3: guess my question is what will happen with this Ukraine deal?
- 43:28Speaker 3: How do we move forward with the Ukraine deal? Are
- 43:31Speaker 3: the are the United States, I guess coalition that we have,
- 43:38Speaker 3: are they going to be purely advisory. Are they going
- 43:41Speaker 3: to do training those that are on the ground in
- 43:44Speaker 3: the region, what do we do? How intensive does the
- 43:48Speaker 3: help get? And not saying I want it to be
- 43:50Speaker 3: very intensive, I'm just saying how deep does it go?
- 43:55Speaker 3: I don't know, but I do know that our friends
- 43:58Speaker 3: at Newsmaxs are reporting that Trumps at big progress in Ukraine.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Regarding the peace talks. President Trump signaled that earlier this
- 44:08Speaker 3: week Monday yesterday, that something good may be emerging from
- 44:13Speaker 3: the Ukraine peace talks in Switzerland, while cautioning don't believe
- 44:18Speaker 3: it until you see it. And I think that's very
- 44:21Speaker 3: very good advice. Trump's commitment on true social came just
- 44:24Speaker 3: hours after Secretary of State Mark Or Rubio praised the
- 44:27Speaker 3: tremendous progress in negotiations on Sunday, Rubio saying, quote, it
- 44:34Speaker 3: is very possible that big progress is being made in
- 44:39Speaker 3: peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. Don't believe it until
- 44:43Speaker 3: you see it, but something good just might be happening.
- 44:46Speaker 3: And that's a quote from Trump. So both the White
- 44:52Speaker 3: House and the Presidential quarters in Kiev have released a
- 45:00Speaker 3: joint statements that they produced saying that they have a
- 45:04Speaker 3: refined peace framework because after this first day on Sunday
- 45:11Speaker 3: of talks in Geneva, I think they felt that they
- 45:15Speaker 3: needed more of a control on the process. Rubio said.
- 45:21Speaker 3: It was probably the most productive day that we've had
- 45:23Speaker 3: in hammering out unresolved issues on Trump's peace proposal. And
- 45:27Speaker 3: of course US and Ukrainian officials are reviewing Trump's proposed
- 45:31Speaker 3: twenty eight point framework aimed at ending the war. Kiev
- 45:35Speaker 3: says it won't accept concessions that weaken its sovereignty, while
- 45:41Speaker 3: Russia's direct role in negotiations remains unclear. The discussions marked
- 45:45Speaker 3: the most serious diplomatic moment in this process in months,
- 45:50Speaker 3: and I got to say, I think I agree with
- 45:52Speaker 3: that because it has not been easy. Right, This has
- 45:58Speaker 3: been a very contentious process, and I, for the for one,
- 46:04Speaker 3: if I can share, I am just tapped out. I
- 46:10Speaker 3: don't know that there's much more that anybody could add
- 46:14Speaker 3: to the conversation, let alone me. Right, I think you
- 46:18Speaker 3: might need to have been there, Excuse me, I think
- 46:22Speaker 3: you may have need to have been there in order
- 46:25Speaker 3: to really accurately comment on what's going on. So anyway,
- 46:31Speaker 3: that's that. Now I'm curious to know what the over
- 46:37Speaker 3: and under is you know, how quickly before we actually
- 46:41Speaker 3: get resolution, how quickly before the United States gets uh?
- 46:46Speaker 3: I'm going to say it gets a win, right because
- 46:48Speaker 3: I think you know, once they get in that tunnel,
- 46:50Speaker 3: they're headed to where they got to go. It's a
- 46:52Speaker 3: bigger question of of how we get there, because I
- 46:59Speaker 3: do believe we're going to get there right, And I
- 47:03Speaker 3: don't know, I don't have all the answers to be frank,
- 47:07Speaker 3: but I'd love to know your thoughts. I want to
- 47:08Speaker 3: hear from each and every one of you, So go
- 47:12Speaker 3: ahead and you know, drop a comment or I was
- 47:16Speaker 3: gonna say, give me a call, but the phone setup
- 47:19Speaker 3: is not functional until the beginning of the year for
- 47:23Speaker 3: many reasons that I'll get into in the beginning of
- 47:25Speaker 3: the year. But I'm looking forward to chatting with you guys,
- 47:28Speaker 3: my amigos, my radio, film media, and I do want
- 47:32Speaker 3: to hear from you online. Though, I'd love to hear
- 47:35Speaker 3: from you online. Talk to me about why you think
- 47:39Speaker 3: this is being stalled and what we could do to
- 47:41Speaker 3: speed it up this peace process with Ukraine. You know,
- 47:45Speaker 3: the website is Richfaldest dot com and of course to

- 48:34Speaker 3: All right, migos, welcome back, heading into Thanksgiving week and
- 48:40Speaker 3: we'll be againting we'll be together excuse me, moneyana and
- 48:44Speaker 3: for the next few days. Right, we got some good stuff.
- 48:47Speaker 3: You have a flashback interview that I want to play
- 48:49Speaker 3: for you on Thanksgiving Day that I think you're really
- 48:52Speaker 3: gonna enjoy. And uh, of course Friday, back at it. Wednesday,
- 48:57Speaker 3: we'll have a brand new show for you, and of
- 49:00Speaker 3: course on Saturday, make sure you put it on your calendar.
- 49:03Speaker 3: I'll be on Newsmax TV. Make sure you log in
- 49:07Speaker 3: to check that out as well. We having some really
- 49:09Speaker 3: good conversation there and that was at Newsmax today and
- 49:12Speaker 3: we were talking about the fight club that's forming against
- 49:17Speaker 3: the Democrat minority leader in the Senate a guy named
- 49:23Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer. Chuck Schumer is under the gun, and hey,
- 49:30Speaker 3: I think he brought this on himself, right, This is
- 49:32Speaker 3: a problem that he created entirely of his own will
- 49:37Speaker 3: volition and doing this is his issue and why because
- 49:42Speaker 3: he's weak. He's weak. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is weak. People
- 49:47Speaker 3: see that they're weak, and they're like, look, we're not
- 49:49Speaker 3: going to keep having these Republican fundraisers and letting them
- 49:53Speaker 3: raise all the money. We got to do something on
- 49:54Speaker 3: our side, right, So the Democrats are freaking out and
- 49:56Speaker 3: they say, you know what, Schumer is not the guy
- 49:58Speaker 3: to do it. He's not able, he's not ready. Maybe
- 50:02Speaker 3: he's not competent anymore. And so I'm with him. I
- 50:07Speaker 3: think that Schumer is at the end of his road.
- 50:11Speaker 3: I do believe that there was an election a couple
- 50:14Speaker 3: of years ago, right, And timing plays a role in
- 50:17Speaker 3: this stuff. A couple of years ago, Abigail Spamburger was
- 50:21Speaker 3: saying things like defund the police as a travesty. We
- 50:24Speaker 3: can't do that, we need to blah blah blah and
- 50:27Speaker 3: blah blah blah. Well that has changed right where she's now.
- 50:33Speaker 3: You know, I think more nuanced in her view, and
- 50:38Speaker 3: she's happy to call on some of her friends to
- 50:41Speaker 3: get her some of the policies and positions that she's
- 50:44Speaker 3: looking for, including AOC. Abigail Spamburger I always have trouble
- 50:48Speaker 3: saying that she called on AOC during this last campaign
- 50:52Speaker 3: for a campaign stop to help her, you know, build awareness,
- 50:55Speaker 3: raise money, bring people out, whatever the case is. So
- 51:00Speaker 3: you tell me, is the party going left or what?
- 51:06Speaker 3: When you're calling your first you're saying AOC and her
- 51:09Speaker 3: tax are rich and and horrible policies for immigrants. You know,
- 51:17Speaker 3: we don't want to do that. Right, This is an
- 51:18Speaker 3: Abigail Spamburger saying she doesn't like it. And when I
- 51:21Speaker 3: say horrible policies for immigrants, I mean allowing immigrants to
- 51:25Speaker 3: run rampant or you know, abolish ice and things like that. Right,
- 51:29Speaker 3: Spamberger said this is bad for crime, It was bad
- 51:31Speaker 3: for the communities where she's represented. So she said no,
- 51:35Speaker 3: thank you. Well that changed now Spamberger's running for governor
- 51:40Speaker 3: won and she did it by way of asking for
- 51:43Speaker 3: a final push from AOC. How about that. So it
- 51:49Speaker 3: goes to show you that the party, at least the
- 51:52Speaker 3: Democrat Party, the movement. The political left in our country
- 51:56Speaker 3: and the left in our audience has gone first to
- 52:00Speaker 3: the left, and that is interesting because I would love
- 52:05Speaker 3: to know the flip side of that, how much of
- 52:07Speaker 3: our audience has gone to the right or to the center.
- 52:11Speaker 3: I think that happens too. But very very interesting stuff
- 52:15Speaker 3: that's going on right now, Very interesting stuff. Now. Of
- 52:18Speaker 3: course I'm going to wrap up in a moment, but
- 52:21Speaker 3: I wouldn't want to do that without sharing a few
- 52:24Speaker 3: things with you. By the way, Doge, the Doge Committee
- 52:28Speaker 3: that Elon Musk put together, that was disbanded because I
- 52:34Speaker 3: guess you know, it's time came, which is why Elon
- 52:36Speaker 3: Musk left and the other members were there. They had
- 52:39Speaker 3: some outstanding reports, they picked those up and voil, as
- 52:43Speaker 3: I understand it, no more Doge. So does that mean
- 52:48Speaker 3: that we stop the cost cutting measures in Congress? Now?
- 52:50Speaker 3: I think the President has always got his finger on
- 52:54Speaker 3: what else he can cut and honestly on what else
- 52:56Speaker 3: he can add, right because I think he realizes that
- 52:59Speaker 3: America has certain needs that have been neglected for a
- 53:04Speaker 3: long time, and I think he's willing to do what's
- 53:06Speaker 3: necessary to try and get some of those things done.
- 53:09Speaker 3: If that makes sense at all anyway, I want to
- 53:12Speaker 3: continue with you, guys, and I say that in the
- 53:17Speaker 3: most British, most British voice I can say it now.
- 53:22Speaker 3: I mean, he goes. You know. Something that really is,
- 53:25Speaker 3: I guess a pet peeve of mine or something that
- 53:27Speaker 3: bothers me is the fact that you've got these Democrats
- 53:31Speaker 3: and they're doubling down on things, doubling down on whether
- 53:37Speaker 3: or not President Trump is actually issuing orders that are illegal.
- 53:45Speaker 3: They know that he's not right, so they're trying to
- 53:47Speaker 3: make it sound like, look, there's nothing wrong with us
- 53:49Speaker 3: reminding people of the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not kill?
- 53:53Speaker 3: What's wrong with me telling people thou shalt not kill? Well,
- 53:56Speaker 3: it kind of makes the presumption that you think somebody's
- 53:58Speaker 3: doing some killing, right, I think that's the accurate thing.
- 54:02Speaker 3: If I tell you, hey, don't hit him in the
- 54:04Speaker 3: head with a baseball bat, it doesn't mean that you're
- 54:07Speaker 3: actually hitting anybody in the head with a baseball bat,
- 54:09Speaker 3: but it does mean that I'm saying that, And people
- 54:12Speaker 3: might draw the inference that, wow, he said don't hit
- 54:16Speaker 3: somebody in the head with a baseball bat, And maybe
- 54:18Speaker 3: I should stop what I'm doing right. And I'm making
- 54:22Speaker 3: an extreme case here, but this is in fact how
- 54:26Speaker 3: this goes. Now you've had over the weekend, Martha Radditz
- 54:31Speaker 3: was pushing back on some of the members of Congress
- 54:35Speaker 3: and how they were sharing their stories, as well as
- 54:39Speaker 3: Amy Klobashar. Amy Klobashar was on the news and she
- 54:44Speaker 3: was asked, which of the illegal orders is it that
- 54:46Speaker 3: you're opposing the most, And of course it was a
- 54:49Speaker 3: true question because they were all there doing the same thing.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 54:54Speaker 16: You know what the specific illegal acts are that your
- 54:59Speaker 16: democratic colleg were referring to there.
- 55:01Speaker 17: Well, it's very clear in this code for the military
- 55:05Speaker 17: that you cannot follow unlawful orders, and you know that
- 55:09Speaker 17: would be I'll just use an example. Some of the
- 55:12Speaker 17: judges have now found in certain cities that it is
- 55:15Speaker 17: not legal to send in the national Guard, and those
- 55:18Speaker 17: national Guard members have come home, some of them are
- 55:20Speaker 17: still there, but if they're a commander, were to tell them, hey,
- 55:23Speaker 17: go out on the streets and do this, and that
- 55:25Speaker 17: that's not following the order that is in law. So
- 55:30Speaker 17: I just use that example. I'm sure my colleagues would
- 55:32Speaker 17: have others. But the key is this has been a
- 55:35Speaker 17: long time tenant of the American military, and it is
- 55:40Speaker 17: very clearly right there, and that is all our colleagues
- 55:43Speaker 17: were saying, and they have every right to say it.
- 55:46Speaker 17: They have served our country bravely. They know what they're
- 55:48Speaker 17: talking about. And then this president's answer was to basically
- 55:53Speaker 17: tell them you retweeted someone else saying they should be hanged.
- 55:57Speaker 3: I get Amy Globashore weighing in here and again, not
- 56:02Speaker 3: able to make an example, right, not able to make
- 56:05Speaker 3: an example of an unlawful order because there isn't one. Now.
- 56:10Speaker 3: You also got Martha Radditt's ABC News asking the questions
- 56:14Speaker 3: and pushing back when she also realizes, hold on a second,
- 56:17Speaker 3: I don't think that actually happened.
- 56:19Speaker 14: Listen to this, but I think it's important to know
- 56:23Speaker 14: it's not hypothetical.
- 56:24Speaker 11: Right.
- 56:24Speaker 14: This president in the last administration, his last administration, asked
- 56:28Speaker 14: his Secretary of Defense and his Chairman of the Joint
- 56:31Speaker 14: Chiefs to quote, shoot at their legs at unarmed protesters
- 56:34Speaker 14: in front of the White House that he wanted moved.
- 56:36Speaker 17: Actually, I know, I know you're talking about Mark Esper's book.
- 56:39Speaker 10: He didn't exactly say that.
- 56:40Speaker 3: He didn't exactly say that, right, she's mischaracterizing what he said,
- 56:45Speaker 3: hoping nobody would catch it, hoping they would go along.
- 56:47Speaker 3: So kudos to you, Martha Raditt raddits, because the truth
- 56:52Speaker 3: is the truth said.
- 56:54Speaker 17: The President suggested that, but they were never ordered to
- 56:57Speaker 17: do that.
- 56:57Speaker 14: And he got out of the Oval office quickly that
- 57:00Speaker 14: he wasn't told to actually do it. And I give
- 57:02Speaker 14: him a lot of credit for that.
- 57:03Speaker 3: Isn't it amazing how people will put words in your
- 57:07Speaker 3: mouth and create scenarios for you and say, yeah, no,
- 57:10Speaker 3: this was about to go down had he not done whatever.
- 57:12Speaker 3: I mean, let me tell you, it's the idea of
- 57:16Speaker 3: just slandering people at whichever side of the aisle you're on, right,
- 57:21Speaker 3: It's just not a good thing. It's not a good thing.
- 57:25Speaker 3: And I saw I'm grateful that there are places all
- 57:28Speaker 3: over the place where, you know, we don't have to
- 57:32Speaker 3: deal with some of these people, you know, places like church. Right,
- 57:37Speaker 3: You're not going to find too many of these people
- 57:38Speaker 3: in church. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Might have been over
- 57:42Speaker 3: to top. Forgive me for that last joke, but I
- 57:44Speaker 3: will I will say this. I think we're at the
- 57:51Speaker 3: tail end of this story. I hope we are. Because
- 57:54Speaker 3: it would be a shame to think that something's so crazy,
- 57:58Speaker 3: something so silly like trying to do the right thing
- 58:06Speaker 3: and make a suggestion, could be perverted and twisted and
- 58:11Speaker 3: manipulated into something that it's clearly not, just clearly not.
- 58:16Speaker 3: And I think it's high time we recognize things for
- 58:19Speaker 3: what they are and stop just presuming things right, you
- 58:22Speaker 3: know Tony Robbins, I saw a video with him where
- 58:24Speaker 3: he said, close your you know, look look around, look
- 58:28Speaker 3: for everything in here that's brown in color, and then
- 58:31Speaker 3: close your eyes. And then he asked him, all right,
- 58:34Speaker 3: read it all back to me, tell me what you see.
- 58:36Speaker 3: And the guy was very good, very descriptive. I see this,
- 58:38Speaker 3: not the other whatever, whatever. And then Tony Robbins says,
- 58:42Speaker 3: all right, now open your eyes and look for things
- 58:44Speaker 3: that are red. And he says, wow, I find even
- 58:46Speaker 3: more stuff. And he says, now, if I were to
- 58:48Speaker 3: ask if there was any red stuff in the room,
- 58:50Speaker 3: you'd say, I don't know. I was looking at the
