TJ Lanning Remembered: Legacy in Skiing | Dayton News
TJ Lanning, former U.S. alpine skier and 2007 World Championship competitor, has died at age 41. A standout in downhill, super-G, and combined events, he earned three top-ten World Cup finishes and was once ranked 1 junior in slalom and super-G. Though his competitive career ended in 2009 after a devastating crash, he continued shaping the sport as a U.S. Ski Team coach.
