- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Jeffrey Epstein's criminal empire didn't run by itself,
- 0:10and it didn't run just with the help of Glenn Maxwell.
- 0:13Whenever you have an operation like the one that Epstein had,
- 0:16there's a lot of logistics that go along with it.
- 0:20And when it comes to behind the scene logistical help,
- 0:23two names come to my mind right away, one Darren
- 0:26Endyke and the other Richard Kahn. And of course Darren
- 0:31Endyke is Jeffrey Epstein's longtime internal lawyer and Richard Kahan
- 0:37is his accountant. Well, today Richard Khan is going to
- 0:41be deposed by the Congressional Committee and I am very,
- 0:46very interested to see what Richard Kahan has to say, because, honestly,
- 0:51I am absolutely floored that neither of these dudes were
- 0:55ever charged with any sort of crime, especially considering all
- 0:59the nonsense there getting up to. I mean, take a
- 1:02look at all the immigration fraud, and don't even get
- 1:05me started on the financial fraud. We know for a
- 1:08fact that Darren Endyke was involved in structuring withdrawals from
- 1:14the bank, and if he was structuring like they say,
- 1:16he was, why wasn't he held accountable for it? Well, unfortunately,
- 1:21the sewer known as Jeffrey Epstein is where accountability goes
- 1:25to die. Today, we have an article from ABC News
- 1:29and the headline House Overside Committee to depose Epstein's longtime accountant.
- 1:35This article was authored by Peter Shara Lambas, Lauren Peller,
- 1:40and John Parkinson. The House Overside Committee is set to
- 1:44depose Jeffrey Epstein's longtime accountant on Wednesday, potentially shedding light
- 1:49on how the disgraced financier was able to manage his
- 1:53multimillion dollar fortune. Oh yeah, I'm sure that Richard Kahn
- 1:56is going to be very forthcoming and very very very open.
- 2:00I mean, the guy has nothing to hide, right, He
- 2:03didn't do anything wrong. He was just Jeffrey Epstein's accountant,
- 2:06just around all the time, just paying out girls, just
- 2:08sending money all over the world. Meanwhile, if he was
- 2:12a moneyman for the mafia, I bet things would be
- 2:16a little bit different. Richard Kahn served as Epstein's accountant
- 2:22for over a decade, and some of Epstein's victims allege
- 2:25he played an instrumental role in creating the complex financial
- 2:29infrastructure that enabled the financiers' crimes, you mean the pedophiles crimes,
- 2:35And there's no doubt that that took place. That's exactly
- 2:38what went down. And if it wasn't for people like
- 2:41Richard Kahn, Jeffrey Epstein's operation couldn't move the way it did.
- 2:48And that's why this should have been Rico. Once again,
- 2:50how many more examples do I need to give you?
- 2:54Every time we turn around, there's another reason why they
- 2:57should have been Rico case, and it's pathetic that it wasn't.
- 3:01And you noticed, Congress, they never have anything to say, right,
- 3:05they never talk about this being Rico. They're just getting
- 3:08around to talking about a special counselor, and nobody's talking
- 3:13about getting rid of the NPA. And that's because unfortunately,
- 3:17none of these people are serious. Oh they're serious about
- 3:21fucking around, they're serious about planned politics, but they're not
- 3:25serious about justice. And unfortunately, I'm sure that the interview
- 3:28with Richard Kahn is going to be more of the same.
- 3:31Con has consistently denied any wrongdoing and says he was
- 3:35unaware of Epstein's crimes while serving as his accountant. The
- 3:40Closed Door Deposition, a recording of which is expected to
- 3:43be released by the committee could provide a rare window
- 3:46into how Epstein paid for his lavish lifestyle and funished
- 3:50thousands of dollars to his victims. And what's crazy is
- 3:54that we're just getting to all of this now. During
- 3:56the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein. Don't you think that people
- 3:59that were closed to him, like Endyke and Khan, who
- 4:03had their signatures all over everything, should have been caught
- 4:06up in the investigation from the jump. So why is
- 4:11it taken all this time for con Or Endyke or
- 4:15anybody close to Epstein to be put under the microscope?
- 4:19And not only that, why did we have to force
- 4:22the issue? Why didn't the DOJ just do it? Why
- 4:25didn't the government just do it? Why didn't the government
- 4:29have committees about Jeffrey Epstein years ago? And for me,
- 4:35I think those are the questions that need to be asked,
- 4:39because unfortunately, I don't think we're going to get any
- 4:42justice for any of the abuse that occurred. But with
- 4:45that said, I do think that there's a lot of
- 4:48criminal activity here that could be exposed and could be pursued.
- 4:53And of course, once that door is opened, then the
- 4:55door opens to everything else. But the biggest problem here
- 4:58is that the government fumble the ball right from the beginning,
- 5:02and they continue to fumble the ball. Whether you want
- 5:05to call it negligence or by design, I'll leave it
- 5:08up to you. Personally, I think it's all by design
- 5:13because I've never seen a case like this that hasn't
- 5:16been hit with RICO. Never once. While some of the
- 5:23recent witnesses deposed by the House Oversight Committee, including Bill
- 5:27and Hillary Clinton and retail billionaire Leslie Wexner, have drawn
- 5:31immense publicity, the interviews have largely left unchanged the public's
- 5:35understanding of Epstein's life and crimes. Well, yeah, you're not
- 5:40going to get anything from those people. What did you
- 5:42think Hillary Clinton was going to tell you? For me,
- 5:45it was just a chance to see that they were lying.
- 5:48They weren't going to provide any clarity. I just wanted
- 5:51to laugh at the lies they were telling. And BOYD
- 5:53did I get a good chuckle because Bill and Hillary
- 5:56Clinton both lied their asses off during the those depositions.
- 6:01And they did that because they know there's never going
- 6:03to be any kind of repercussions for them either. Our
- 6:08elected officials are wholly unserious people. And I think that
- 6:11this situation with Epstein has illuminated that in a way
- 6:15like never before. And once that curtain was pulled back
- 6:19and people saw the degeneracy of the people that ruled
- 6:23the world, I think folks started to understand that there
- 6:26was something deeper and more disturbing going on here than
- 6:30the legacy media ever reported. And now that people have
- 6:33seen behind the curtain, even just a little bit, there's
- 6:36no going back. People aren't going to believe the bs anymore.
- 6:40And unfortunately the DOJ doesn't care. They just keep doubling
- 6:44down on their bullshit. By turning to Epstein's former inner
- 6:48circle with Kahn and his longtime lawyer Darren Endyke, who's
- 6:51said to be deposed next week, the congressional investigation could
- 6:55offer a broader window into Epstein's life, legal troubles, and
- 6:59the complex web of bank accounts and shell companies that
- 7:03comprised his fortune. No chance, does anyone really think that
- 7:09Richard Kahn is going to incriminate himself. He's going to
- 7:13lie like everybody else, because there's no ramifications. If you
- 7:19do that, get up there, perjury yourself, say whatever you want.
- 7:22Nobody cares because it's all performative. Do you really think
- 7:27that James Comer is going to hold anybody accountable here?
- 7:30The last thing he wants is for this to have
- 7:33more attention, especially now they're getting every wish they ever wanted.
- 7:37They have a nice little war going on. People are
- 7:40focusing on that, and of course that gives them time
- 7:42to recalibrate their narrative and sew more chaos when it
- 7:46comes to the truth. And that's always been their goal
- 7:49and that remains their goal, and unfortunately for a lot
- 7:51of people, it's working. Con began working as Epstein's in
- 7:57house accountant in the mid two thousands and work for
- 8:00Epstein until his death in twenty nineteen. Khan and Indyke
- 8:05served as co executors of his will, and Epstein planned
- 8:08to give Khn twenty five million, according to documents released
- 8:12by the Justice Department earlier this year. Yeah, just a
- 8:15random accountant who was lined up to get twenty five
- 8:18million dollars sounds legit. Following Epstein's death, his estate was
- 8:23valued as much as six hundred and fifty million, though
- 8:27the fortune has decreased over the last decade as the
- 8:31estate has paid out multiple settlements to Epstein's victims. Let's
- 8:36back up, because the settlements, at least the ones paid
- 8:39out to the survivors, totaled up less than what the
- 8:43USVII got paid out by Epstein's estate. So you mean
- 8:47to tell me that the USVII suffered more abuse than
- 8:49the actual girls who were abused, because that's how it
- 8:53all shook out. The USVII got more money than them.
- 8:57So the USVII not only an able Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit,
- 9:02but then they got paid on the back end too.
- 9:04But sure tell me a little bit more about how
- 9:07the survivors got all this money. Such a joke. Last month,
- 9:13Conan and Dyke agreed to settle one of the last
- 9:16class action lawsuits filed by victims of Epstein for at
- 9:19least twenty five million without an omission of wrongdoing. The
- 9:23estate was last valued at approximately one hundred and twenty
- 9:26seven million, according to a court filing last October. And
- 9:31how's that even possible every last dollar should be paid
- 9:34out to survivors. When all is said and done, the
- 9:37estate should have zero dollars left. The class action complain
- 9:43alleged that both men were personally essential for Epstein by
- 9:46helping structure his back accounts, managing cash withdrawals, and creating
- 9:51a complex financial infrastructure that was created to simply facilitate
- 9:56the illegal sex trafficking venture. The lawsuit also alleges that
- 10:00the men helped Epstein facilitate at least three sham marriages
- 10:04to obtain immigration status for Epstein's victims. That's a fact,
- 10:10one hundred percent, without a doubt. There was a lot
- 10:13of immigration fraud going on a lot, and from everything
- 10:16that I've seen and heard in dik In, Khan were
- 10:19right in the middle of all of that. Knowing that
- 10:22they would earn millions and dollars in exchange for facilitating
- 10:26Epstein's sex abuse and trafficking in dik and Khan chose
- 10:29money and power over following the law. The complaint said.
- 10:34The settlement did not include an admission of wrongdoing and
- 10:37still needs to be approved by a federal judge. While
- 10:40both men were named as defendants in the case, the
- 10:43settlement will also be paid through Epstein's trust rather than
- 10:48by them directly. Neither of the co executors has made
- 10:52any admission or concession of misconduct, said Dan Wiener, an
- 10:56attorney for both men, said in a statement ABC News
- 11:00o last month that is not surprising. Not a single
- 11:03woman has ever accused either a man of committing sexual
- 11:07abuse or witnessing sexual abuse. Not claimed at any time
- 11:11that she reported to them any allegation of mister Epstein's abuse. No,
- 11:16they had no idea, zero clue. All that money that
- 11:20was getting pulled out, all those books that were being cooked,
- 11:23nothing to see here, come on, two wholesome dudes right
- 11:27from the Amish community. Lawmakers last year began increasing their
- 11:31scrutiny of both Cohn and in Dyke following a report
- 11:35in The Wall Street Journal that both men were never
- 11:38questioned by law enforcement investigating Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Hell
- 11:43of an investigation by the SDNY. They really knocked it
- 11:47out of the par Khan never talked to the Core four,
- 11:51never talked to Les Wexner, never talked to Khan, never
- 11:54talked to Indyke. But sure, I'm the asshole. I'm the
- 11:58jerk off because because I want a real investigation. Well,
- 12:03the truth is, the people that are crying right now
- 12:05about these files being released, the people that are crying
- 12:09about the push for transparency, they're the jerk offs. And
- 12:13I better not hear shit from any of them ever
- 12:16again about oh, the children, because the vast majority of
- 12:19these people, they don't care about the children. They care
- 12:22about their political party. That's what they care about. In
- 12:27light of the work and I can comperform for Epstein
- 12:30and the outside role that they played in his personal
- 12:33and financial affairs, it's inexcusable that the DOJ and the
- 12:37FBI never questioned these individuals in connection with investigations into
- 12:43Epstein and Ghlainne Maxwell. A group of five Democratic senators
- 12:47wrote in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and
- 12:50FBI Director Patel last year, a failure of this magnitude
- 12:56and it is incumbent on Congress to understand why such
- 12:59a failure occur. Well, who was president at the time. Oh,
- 13:03that's right, Donald Trump. Huh Bill Barr? No, wonder is
- 13:07it all coming into focus yet? Documents released earlier this
- 13:10year offered some new details about CON's role managing expenses
- 13:14for Epstein and serving in roles in some of the
- 13:17companies that comprised the complex web of Epstein's finances. According
- 13:22to a twenty twenty lawsuit against the Epstein estate filed
- 13:25by the US Virgin Island's government. Epstein paid Con more
- 13:29than ten million dollars between twenty eleven and twenty nineteen
- 13:34for his services. Ahead of the deposition, Daniel Ruzuma, an
- 13:38attorney for CON, declined to comment. Oh, and I'm sure
- 13:42it was a lot more than that. You really think
- 13:44Jeffrey Epstein only gave them what was declared? And do
- 13:48you really think that Con and Endyke only took what
- 13:50was declared? Stop it. I wonder how much they have
- 13:54sitting in offshore accounts. Now, of course that's just my speculation,
- 13:58but it would makes sense, right. So, Look, it's gonna
- 14:02be interesting to see what Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn
- 14:06have to say. And once we get the transcript, we'll
- 14:09get that bad Boy added to the catalog. But until then,
- 14:13that's gonna do it for this one. All the information
- 14:16that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 14:20description box.
