Two Russian expats in New Jersey pulled off a viral stunt atop the Empire State Building—unfurling a Jimi Hendrix-inspired banner and seemingly proposing, only to be arrested for burglary, reckless endangerment, and trespassing. Footage shows them caught by NYPD officers, and while no one was hurt, they spent the night in jail.
