It’s not often that you find your passion and purpose at the same time. So, when Ednaija 'Nay' Lassiter did, she stepped into her power. Nay grew up playing basketball in Boston and went on to play through high school and college. It was during college when she started to struggle with her mental health, where she found help, and where she found her purpose. So, Nay founded "Heavy Hearted Convos" to ensure that youth today have easy access to the mental health resources, workshops, and mentorship.
