- 0:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hi everyone, it's Justin here, Voices for Voices.
- 0:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you so much for joining us on this episode.
- 0:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Whether this is your first episode joining us or with you uh been with us from the beginning, uh we're grateful to have you with us, whether you're here in the United States or uh some other territory, country, province uh outside the United States.
- 0:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're uh grateful that you would spend any amount of time with the Voices for Voices family.
- 0:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you could do us a big favor and give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, repost, reshare, and even maybe uh share 25 uh contacts, the Voices for Voices podcast.
- 0:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That would be awesome.
- 0:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We greatly appreciate it, and it helps us get closer and closer and closer to our huge goal to reach and help at least three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 1:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we're glad to have you with us.
- 1:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, as I mentioned, uh just got back from the gym.
- 1:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh that's one of the uh one of the things that I have started to add uh to my daily regimen.
- 1:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um not that I go every day.
- 1:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um yeah, I take a couple days off and that um throughout the week as well, but I've added that into my uh into my day on the days that uh I'm set to work out.
- 1:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I finally got my uh list of what I was working on on certain days.
- 1:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, you know, whether I was working on chest and back and forearms and biceps and triceps and chests and uh and legs, and uh and today was an all-around day because I forgot.
- 2:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I went back, I I had an off day yesterday, and then I went back, I think it was at least one day, and I think I might have been guessing on the second day.
- 2:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so I I just decided to start with what I have, and I think that holds true with a lot of what we do in life, right?
- 2:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean we we don't always remember every single thing.
- 2:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I remember uh growing up and uh you know certain certain people saying, oh, you gotta write it down, you have to write it down, or you might forget, or or I have to write it down, and and that's what I have to do.
- 3:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I was always the person who was like, no, I'll just keep it in my mind, like in my brain.
- 3:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that that's what will what I'll do.
- 3:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I've I've reached a point at 44, and probably even before 44 years of age, uh writing things down, it it it seems like well, I can rem still I can remember that.
- 3:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and this exercise of trying to remember what I did, you know, three or four days ago at the gym, uh isn't always and what isn't always the easiest, and it wasn't.
- 3:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh I just recommend if if that's something that is helpful to you, write it down, put it in your phone, put it in a uh a calendar, put it somewhere uh to make it easier on your on yourself.
- 3:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I knew legs were gonna be uh a there are all the workouts are are pretty pretty pretty tough.
- 4:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I I switched around, I mixed machines and free weights and and all those things.
- 4:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and when I uh when I was thinking about legs, I was like, okay, I could do legs today, but I was feeling because uh tomorrow I'm gonna have another off day that I was like, you know what, maybe I'll just do like an all-around day, which means just doing a little bit of everything except the legs, because I know uh the day after tomorrow uh legs are gonna be uh I'm I'm gonna be doing legs, and it's a pretty uh all the workouts are pr pretty tough and that's and they're meant to be.
- 5:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've also included cardio in into um into the workouts.
- 5:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I had a day earlier this week, now that I'm talking, uh, where it was just cardio.
- 5:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh the first week, week and a half, I didn't do any cardio.
- 5:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I'm I'm thinking uh about how to integrate cardio, at least maybe to just to get warmed up, get my body and muscles and joints uh the ability to you know get warmed up before I do any weights.
- 5:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's not to do a lot of cardio, uh, it's just enough to you know get get the body warmed up and and so um so I'll work through that, just like anything, right?
- 5:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean no day's perfect, no person's perfect.
- 5:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh we do the best we can and and and then come back for you know the the next day.
- 6:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if it's an off day, then get to uh relax a little bit more, and if it's not, then let's go to the gym, let's do a workout.
- 6:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh again, I I I go for higher reps, high repetitions, you know, 10, 12, 15, 25, depending on the machine.
- 6:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As opposed to you know just trying to either max out, like going one of the highest weight.
- 6:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: When I was younger, that's that was what it was like, all right, I'm gonna try bench pressing this, I'm gonna see what the highest amount.
- 6:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now it's I want to just be a little more fit.
- 6:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I want, yeah, I want to be a little more fit.
- 7:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So on the mental health side, as we as all of our shows, again, if you're new to Voices for Voices, we were founded on uh the foundation of mental health and trauma and recovery and uh so many things.
- 7:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we we try to just we try just to be a human being and share and talk and hopefully again with as many episodes and shows we have uh I can almost guarantee that there's at least 20 shows at least.
- 7:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, we're talking about we 500, we're close to 520 shows, so 20 shows is not that many out of five uh over 500.
- 8:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um which is why I I I asked if if you can share our show uh with uh well some friends here, some contacts of yours, uh, because we're for everybody.
- 8:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, I I talk about being a believer in God, but you don't have to have the same beliefs that I do and and we do at the show.
- 8:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's a huge part of what we'll end up we'll talk about.
- 8:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but you don't have to, you know, we're we're here to help anybody, we're here to share, to help any person uh that's going through a hard time, who's made it through a hard time, who may be helping others through hard times.
- 9:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and sometimes, you know, we laugh.
- 9:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I laugh at myself because I I'll stumble over a topic or uh something like that.
- 9:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we try to, when we can, have some you know, lighthearted moments as as well.
- 9:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but yeah, on the on the mental health side, I've done is a ton of research and you know, exercise and that is supposed to be very healthy for mental health.
- 9:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's probably another reason.
- 9:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So not you know, to get toned, you know, my body toned instead of what we would call we were gonna get ripped, you know, like the biggest muscles that our body can, you know, handle.
- 9:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I'm talking more about just getting toned, just just yeah, just being toned instead of like having these humongous muscles.
- 10:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um again, and that comes with age, I you know, our bodies uh you know produce less testosterone.
- 10:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: See, there's a there's a funny moment there.
- 10:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um testosterone and and and others that they just based off of age, uh, they kind of go down the amount.
- 10:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I'm just trying to keep keep what I have and maybe add to it a little bit.
- 10:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but I've felt a little bit better since I've started going to the gym mental health-wise.
- 10:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I know I've talked a lot about the gym on previous episodes, but that's that's what I like right now that that that's part of my life.
- 11:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I just got back from the gym, so that's why I'm talking about the gym.
- 11:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh maybe you're not able to go to the gym, and any type of activity, stretching, some if you're able to, I'm not trying to exclude anybody.
- 11:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We want to include everybody.
- 11:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm just giving my you know, kind of my testimony on me.
- 11:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we got yeah, Lucy's up to her shenanigans here.
- 11:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: She got a our our dog Lucy got a she got a haircut, and uh so she's getting used to having a little bit shorter hair.
- 12:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but even that that's been kind of like a blessing in disguise as well, having a pet.
- 12:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I've talked about I haven't had a pet other than a fish.
- 12:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you know, with our family.
- 12:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we had an outside dog for the that I can remember when I was growing up.
- 12:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but it um since then uh haven't had one.
- 12:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so it's it's it's getting used to that too.
- 12:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um you know, well, Lucy is a dog and has a dog brain.
- 12:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um you know, it it feels like yeah, she's just she has a like a s like a stick and uh taste uh has a flavor of peanut butter, and so she's she's gone to town on that.
- 13:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but yeah, even that having a pet.
- 13:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've you know done research and looked at that, and uh again, it just takes a little bit of it takes some time off of the brain, whether it's to laugh or get a little bit upset because she goes to the bathroom in the house instead of outside, and we can go outside and she can go to the bathroom and then we come right back inside, and then she can go to the bathroom inside.
- 13:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we'll take a walk around the block, and she's just a tiny, uh, a tiny, tiny dog, you know, six, seven pounds, and uh and she probably lost uh maybe half a pound with the hair uh because she was had decently long hair.
- 14:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but yeah, we've gone on go on our uh walks and and she'll go to the bathroom like five times.
- 14:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's like there's no way.
- 14:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, as small as she is, I I don't I I don't I don't I don't know.
- 14:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um but nonetheless it's it's something that's different and you know we laugh at or get upset, but it's just it's just another thing to take our minds off of the you know what we we try to control the chaos and our mind and our brain and our body and so that's probably another reason why I brought up the gym, and then I bring up Lucy quite a bit as well, is because though those two things you've had Lucy longer as far as an amount of time than I've gone to the gym, uh but not it all that really shows is I'm willing to learn, I'm willing to keep progressing that for years and years and years and years and years and years I neglected kind of like my physical health as well as my mental health.
- 15:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the mental health getting a lot of treatment, a lot of attention now my physical health, I'm able to start working on that.
- 15:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and it it fe when we talk about feelings, it it feels good.
- 16:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It feels good to it feels accomplished.
- 16:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I accomplished something that's beneficial, not just to me and my daughter, my wife, like our family, uh but to myself that I was kind of letting myself down by not going to the gym.
- 16:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I know everything happens for a reason, and I think that's part of the how and the why at this point, or just recently the gym came into focus for me.
- 16:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But yeah, there's been every day there every day there there's stress, there's anxiety.
- 17:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um that's just unfortunately, at least for me, it just seems like there's always there's always something going on.
- 17:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's always something that needs attention.
- 17:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We call it like when I worked in you know corporate America, or you know, we call it a fire drill, like, all right, hurry up, we got we gotta do this, because this, you know, executive came in and wants an answer on this particular question.
- 17:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we drop what we're doing and then we work on that until we finish it, and then we gotta go back, right?
- 17:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We gotta go back and then finish those other things.
- 17:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I was doing that for about like 15 years, and you know, talk a little bit about the career and career path and all this.
- 18:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That was stressful because I didn't know what was gonna happen day to day, and I didn't know where it was gonna come from.
- 18:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If it was gonna come from my manager, my boss, another department's manager or boss, uh somebody on our team that was gonna reach out.
- 18:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I didn't I didn't know, and that was one of the areas where I got burnt out because we talk about the flight or fight, um, or fight or flight, however, however, we want to talk about it or think about it.
- 18:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you know, you think of having like a day where you go through somewhat of a routine, whether it's brushing teeth, washing face and hands, getting something for breakfast, vitamins, what what have you, whatever the I don't drink coffee, or a lot of people do.
- 19:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so there's certain routines people have, and then we go into the office, or we go to our home office, what have you, and we want to get the things done that we had in our mind or had on our list of you know, our you know, our five projects or five things or three things or one thing, whatever that may be.
- 19:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we can intentionally come into work wherever that may be, whatever the work may be, thinking we're gonna handle something that's on our list, only to have you know these fire drills.
- 20:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not a real fire, real fire drill.
- 20:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's called that because of the intensity and the emergency nature of we gotta drop everything and we gotta do this, and we gotta have it done in like a half hour or something, or by end of the day, depending on what what the uh what what what's being asked for.
- 20:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, for me, I am having fire drills, and we're having things that we gotta handle and talk through and and work through each day, but it's at least for the cause of helping people again with that underpinning foundation of mental health, my organization, our organization, voices for voices.
- 21:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So while it is I'm gonna say a fire drill, whatever you want to call it, while that may be the case, it's at least for something that's meaningful.
- 21:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, they say, like, oh, you're working for the man or the girl or whoever, and and so that's what happens in corporate America, right?
- 21:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You have owners, you have executives and presidents and CEOs and all these people with these huge titles making gobs and gobs of money.
- 21:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't even know if gobs isn't a word, but a lot of money and stock options and that.
- 21:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then, you know, they say stuff comes down.
- 22:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hill so it starts at the top and just comes down.
- 22:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if you're you or I, hi Lucy, yep, you know, I'm on.
- 22:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're having a show, so you want to come and be part of it.
- 22:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yep, love you too.
- 22:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so for the corporate America type of deal, you know, you're you're working for somebody else in their prerogative.
- 22:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like what like we're we're working for somebody else's mission and vision.
- 22:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But now working for my vision, our vision, mythical creatures around the world vision.
- 22:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some many more.
- 22:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But they all roll up the voices for voices.
- 22:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so, okay, Lucy, I think you're you're thinking you're gonna hit you're gonna press a key, aren't you?
- 23:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, you're gonna press the keys, and we don't want you to press the keys because I don't know what you're gonna type.
- 23:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And what if you type something, it might be something.
- 23:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Ah, hey, easy on the fingers there.
- 23:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, yeah, okay.
- 23:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know, I know, I know.
- 23:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're just playing, we're just playing.
- 23:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But when you start using your paws and trying to grab my fingers, I kind of feel like you're not, but okay, Lucy, let daddy finish the show.
- 23:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Pretty please, pretty please, can daddy finish the show.
- 23:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Can you go over there?
- 23:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Pine and butter, peanut butter's over there.
- 23:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and so yeah, I'm uh you know, we're we're we're doing it for a purpose, and the purpose is that we want to help a lot of people, and we are helping a lot of people, thanks to you, each and every one of you that's tuned in for a second or two, or you've been with us from you know uh episode one, or whether you this is your first episode, you know, we welcome one and all, and we are on, as we know, wherever you get your podcast, you can get the voices for voices TV show and podcast.
- 24:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um so to get back to since we have uh Lucy kind of doing her thing, she just wants to be included, and that's okay.
- 24:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and and so that mental load, that mental stress, that anxiety is still there to an extent, but it's for the reason that's bigger than me.
- 24:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, I want to reach and help at least three billion people over my lifetime and beyond.
- 25:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's a huge goal, huge number.
- 25:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But that's what that's what I want to do.
- 25:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm gonna do, you know, we've talked about the variety of ways that we we uh want to and we are, and uh in the in the coming days, weeks, and months, uh there will be more that will be revealed.
- 25:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so whenever there's I don't want to say like an oh crap, or not oh crap, like, oh we need to we need to talk about this, we need to do, we need to handle this by the end of the day, or we need to figure things out.
- 25:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's for a reason that is huge to me, which is voices for voices, mythical creatures around the world, you you get it.
- 26:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not for somebody else's bonus, it's not for some company that some executives that you know they're told, hey, we need to we need to fire a bunch of people or or a reduction in force, a riff, R I F and I that caused me so much angst, anxiety, stress, and I wasn't prepared for that, and I started thinking like what am I here for?
- 26:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What am I on earth for?
- 26:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is it to do work for a company that they'll smile and nod and wave one day and then the next day kind of wave you out the door with a box of your things if you even get a box of your things, and so that's that's what I just want to share is how do you stress is gonna always be there, anxiety is always gonna be there.
- 27:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How do you want your it's not like it's currency, but I'm gonna talk about it as if it's you know dollars and cents.
- 27:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How do you want to spend your anxiety and stress?
- 27:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do you want to spend it on somebody else's like a company that makes something, and maybe they make something really really beneficial to people?
- 27:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm not here to judge, I'm here to just talk about my experiences and what got me here to voices for voices, and why I'm so so passionate about what we do and why we we just forge our keep forging our way forward.
- 28:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, how do you want to spend your stress?
- 28:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You want to spend it for a company that you may or may not agree with their mission statement?
- 28:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: May have a boss that causes burnout.
- 28:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've had that.
- 28:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sitting right next to me, he just reached stands up and I don't even have my coat put away or hung up.
- 29:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I even have my computer booted up.
- 29:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There, there he was, day after day after day after day.
- 29:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna need this, we're gonna need this, we're gonna need this.
- 29:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm like, all right, one do we need it?
- 29:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, we need this now.
- 29:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was like, okay.
- 29:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I literally don't have my coat hung up, my computer's not even turned on, even if it was turned on, I'm trying to ease into the day, and it's like, oh no, no, no.
- 29:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, you gotta do that list too, but you also gotta do this, and this takes priority.
- 29:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, how do you want to spend your anxiety?
- 30:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How do you want to spend your stress?
- 30:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's like taxes.
- 30:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna have taxes.
- 30:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: T A X E S.
- 30:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, yeah, it's just something to think about.
- 30:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think it's helpful and constructive to think about these things from time to time, to kind of evaluate what you're doing.
- 30:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, are you doing it for a paycheck?
- 30:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Which I'd say a big majority of people are.
- 30:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do you?
- 30:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some may say yes, some may say no.
- 30:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Voices for voices hasn't happened overnight.
- 31:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This wasn't something I started yesterday, and all of a sudden here we are.
- 31:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's taken a lot of my own money.
- 31:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's taken a lot of episodes, a lot of learnings when people take your ideas and take them to their work and then they implement them.
- 31:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we live and we learn.
- 31:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we're just so grateful for you to be with us.
- 31:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thanks for joining us on this show, this episode.
- 31:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I I say thank you a lot, but I truly mean it because there's no show, no podcast without you.
- 31:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There isn't.
- 31:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you very much for giving us a show, a podcast to be able to talk to you, whether you're watching or whether you're listening, whether you're at the gym or whether you're on uh public transportation or whether you're driving in your car on your way to work.
- 32:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you very much.
- 32:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Keep keep following Voices for Voices.
- 32:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh you're gonna be you're gonna be very happy, excited when when uh when when some of these uh some of these things start start rolling out.
- 32:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So have a great day, and we will see you after you give us the thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, repost, reshare.
- 33:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Pull out your phone, share the Voices for Voices podcast with 25 or 50 contacts in your phone.
- 33:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Let them know.
- 33:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We talk about hard topics, we talk about easy topics, we we talk about all topics in between.
