- 1:12Folks, I don't know what's going on in Florida, but right now I am very angry, and my anger is directed at the RPOF, and that is the Republican Party of Florida.
- 1:27Here is this wonderful party that used to be that has given Florida, quote, a super red majority that you would think would be doing things to help the people.
- 1:58And they feel is a threat to the Republican Party.
- 2:03What is going on?
- 2:05This is to me becoming a corrupt criminal enterprise where the lobbyists win, the big corporations win, the insurance companies win, the energy companies win.
- 2:20And where do we sit?
- 2:22We, the constituents.
- 2:24You know, it really doesn't matter how much money a person has, they still only have one vote.
- 2:30And that's our problem, I believe very strongly.
- 2:34We don't vote in the primary, we don't fed our candidates, and we keep on bringing back the same people to do the same damage to us.
- 2:43Now there are new things that are happening, and I am very proud to be part of them.
- 2:49And Kathy Chamberlain has put together a group, and I'm going to let her tell you about it, because this group is a group of individuals who have been purged by the RPOF.
- 3:02How does that make sense?
- 3:04Purging our own.
- 3:09We have an enemy, an elephant in the room, and nobody's paying attention.
- 3:15And we'll talk about that in the second segment.
- 3:18But what's happening to the people, the hardware people that work to get the Republicans elected are being purged from the Republican Party.
- 3:29Is that true, Kathy?
- 3:30How is that possible?
- 3:33That is absolutely true, Karen.
- 3:35And thank you for putting light on this subject that most, you know, a majority of Republican voters have no clue this is going on, and we really need to wake them up.
- 3:46And the reason this is possible is because the donations that are sent to our Republican Party of Florida gets spent fighting us.
- 3:56I've seen it firsthand, and uh it's atrocious.
- 4:00We have to expose this.
- 4:02They spend our donation.
- 4:04Listen to this, folks.
- 4:06They spend our donation dollars fighting against grassroots candidates and MAGA who are in the wreck.
- 4:16Is that what you're saying?
- 4:17Oh, that is exactly what I'm saying.
- 4:19As a matter of fact, down in Sarasota, um, literally they're involved in a lawsuit with the RPOF.
- 4:26This was uh the the uh a Republican group in Sarasota, and for those who don't know, any club that's in your county that has the word Republican in it is generally chartered or controlled by the RPOF, so they pretty much have to do whatever the RPOF tells them to do, and this particular group down there, um, they had, I believe about 150 uh Republicans purged from their REC, which for those who don't know, that's the Republican executive committee in every every county has one.
- 5:07Um in fact, um you spelled out RPOF, and I'm glad that you did because a lot of people don't know these acronyms, but the RPOF heads our entire state and 67 RECs that fall under them.
- 5:22Um, so this particular Republican charter group was um was is involved in a lawsuit and over 10,000.
- 5:33Uh as a as a matter of fact, uh was it yes, uh 10,000 and um and a bunch of office equipment, believe it or not, things like coffee makers.
- 5:43Um, and the uh the rpof spent a hundred thousand dollars uh suing them for the ten thousand dollars that's in their i kid you not, and they uh they actually stood up to the rpof, and it has cost this group 30,000.
- 6:04I just spoke with them down in Venice, uh, Florida.
- 6:08Uh last week I spoke to them.
- 6:09That's where I learned a lot of this, but um they uh they probably are going to lose.
- 6:15They spent 30,000 in their own coffers, and they they they they gave up their charter because they didn't want to be controlled anymore, and that's happening all over our state.
- 6:28Well, we need to call attention to this because the job of the RPOF, I thought, I guess I was wrong, was to find great candidates who would help run the state and make Florida the best state in the union and working for the people.
- 6:49And from what you're saying, they're not working for the people, they're working for their donors, and apparently the people, their constituents, their voters don't seem to count.
- 7:02Um Kathy, there was a uh a demonstration in front of the RPOF meeting this past weekend.
- 7:10Were you guys involved in that?
- 7:13Well, yes, uh, we put it the whole thing together.
- 7:16That's American Patriot Executive Committee, APEC, who which is a group that I uh founded and got so many passionate uh uh uh America First Republican voters that have been purged from the party.
- 7:36We gathered 11 speakers to speak at a press conference right in front of the quarterly, that was their quarterly on November 7th in Orlando, and uh, including myself, who's been purged, you know.
- 7:50It seems like they're going after the real outspoken um uh MAGA first, but they've also suspended an entire REC down in Manatee County.
- 8:05Uh, that history is unbelievable, Karen.
- 8:09I actually was so incensed over it that I made it the 13th chapter of my newly released book, Rules for Rhinos, um, which follows Alinsky tactics and and really tells the story.
- 8:24Can you give us a brief summary of what went on in Manatee County?
- 8:29Yeah, that's a hard one to give it briefly because it is so convoluted, but essentially the MAGA uh patriots down there um decided that their REC was not doing the work that the citizens wanted them to be doing, like putting up good qualified America first candidates.
- 8:47They were putting the RPOF was uh putting up, which they do all over the state, um, candidates that make their lobbyists happy, their developers, insurers, the big uh corporations.
- 9:00So the RPOF, people have to understand they've got the money, but MAGA is the grassroots.
- 9:07So why would they treat us so poorly?
- 9:09Uh, because they don't need grassroots anymore, Karen.
- 9:12They've got the money to do everything they need to get their candidates up.
- 9:17So, what the ante REC did, the MAGA folks, they literally flipped their REC from majority um RPOF establishment style thinkers to majority MAGA, and when they did that, they had the control, and the RPOF didn't like that.
- 9:41And the Manatee REC essentially put up their own candidates.
- 9:46They got six of the seven candidates that they put up got elected, meaning the RPOF's candidates did not.
- 9:56That was a wonderful testimony of.
- 10:00What happens when we work together?
- 10:02And so the RPOF was not happy about that.
- 10:05And without going into great detail, they shut the entire REC down.
- 10:12Not only did they shut down the REC, they put in place of the chairman, vice chair, you know, the board of directors, uh, the executive board.
- 10:21Uh, they put in place their own hand selected establishment candidates in that REC.
- 10:28Um, and then those people called, they didn't even have to go to a vote, by the way.
- 10:34They were just appointed and put in place.
- 10:36They started calling all their members, there, I think it was like 150 or so members, and vetted them so that no MAGA could get back into the REC.
- 10:46They now have 30 members in that REC down there.
- 10:49And guess what?
- 10:50They're having a big gala on January 29th, that Laura Trump is going to be the keynote speaker, and we have got to get word to her that she's walking into a trap because they're trying to rebuild this establishment rhino REC that has no MAGA in it, uh, acting as though they're MAGA.
- 11:11It's horrible.
- 11:12This is really horrible.
- 11:14And folks, just think about some of the bills that were passed this year because of these rhinos.
- 11:24They didn't listen to us.
- 11:26They placated us.
- 11:27We went to Tallahassee, we talked to them, we beg them, don't pass this bill.
- 11:32And you know what?
- 11:33It didn't make any difference.
- 11:35Things like in the uh farm bill, they gave the energy, the three big multi-gazillion air energy companies, the ability to raise the rates, but more than that, the ability to go buy land of which they want, I think uh FPL wants 1200 miles, square miles of land to put up solar farms that don't work that will increase our energy costs.
- 12:06But worse than that, they are able, if they put a little patch of a tomato plant, they're able to get an agricultural designation on that land and pay the agricultural property rights tax.
- 12:20So, what is that going to do to your county as they lose revenue and not to mention, Karen, what happens when a hurricane hits?
- 12:30Didn't we just see that's another one, right?
- 12:33With a tornado.
- 12:34Yes, yes.
- 12:35And are we going to think that just because this year we haven't had a hurricane yet that we're going to be lucky enough not to have them ever again?
- 12:43It doesn't work that way, folks.
- 12:46Well, and another thing your listeners should uh be aware of is that the chairman of the RPOF, Evan Power, is sits on the board of a huge lobbying firm called Ramba Consulting.
- 12:57And I encourage you to get Dave Kalen on your show to explain some of the stuff that he's uncovered behind the scenes about that, because one of the clients of Ramba Consulting, by the way, is the FSE, Florida Supervisor of Elections.
- 13:14And uh, so they control all of our supervisors of elections, and that's why we can't get any bills with teeth in them passed on election uh fixes in our state.
- 13:29Yes, I and folks, a person can uh must be a citizen in order to vote, but there's no proof required.
- 13:40All they have to do is check a little box that says, I am a citizen, and then that is acceptable as being a citizen for being able to vote.
- 13:48And when you call the supervisor of elections and you say, Do you check the citizenship?
- 13:53How is that done?
- 13:54They say, Oh, Tallahassee does that.
- 13:56And when you call Tallahassee, they say, Oh no, the county supervisor of elections does that.
- 14:01So guess what?
- 14:02Nobody checks, and what happens?
- 14:05We have set hundreds, if not thousands of foreigners voting in our elections.
- 14:13We also had a bill passed that said right in the bill prohibits the local government from, and that was 180 from making decisions about height requirements, about a density requirements of new buildings.
- 14:32Imagine you live in your lovely little single family house on your two acres of property, and you're real happy, and next door is the lot that has been vacant for years, and maybe it's 20 acres, and all of a sudden a high rise goes up next to it.
- 14:48What is that going to happen to your property values?
- 14:51What do you think is going to happen?
- 14:53Folks, a lot of it, Kathy, I blame on us because we're not paying attention.
- 14:59And that's a big problem that I see.
- 15:02And we get fooled by listening to some of these candidates, and we say, oh, he's such a nice speaker, and he goes to church and he has such a lovely family.
- 15:12I'll vote for him.
- 15:13That doesn't mean anything, does it, Kathy?
- 15:16Absolutely not.
- 15:17That's one of the reasons, by the way, Karen, that um the a big large group of us patriots are fighting so hard with this APEC coalition that we founded, so that we can bring the truth to the people and become stronger that we may be able to endorse candidates so that uh voters don't have to listen to their Republican Party.
- 15:39That's the problem.
- 15:40They get lazy, they think our Republican Party is looking after their best interest, and they absolutely are not.
- 15:47We number now about 85 solid members in our coalition.
- 15:53This is not another group, by the way.
- 15:55This is not another club.
- 15:57Uh, this is a coalition of America First groups throughout our state.
- 16:03We have them now in 25 different counties in Florida that have joined our coalition and we're getting stronger by the day.
- 16:11And uh, we're the ones who put that press conference on, which really irritated the RPOF.
- 16:16Um, but we had stories from you know all over this state of people who have been purged.
- 16:22This just didn't happen to me.
- 16:24Um it we're collecting a database right now of the folks who have been purged, the America Firsters, it's gonna range into the hundreds in mid-hundreds, if not a thousand, Karen, and we're going to try to get that list to uh our president so he understands what's going on right here in his own backyard.
- 16:44America first, MAGA is being decimated right under his nose.
- 16:49Well, they are following to me, they're following the same playbook that they followed with the Tea Party.
- 16:55And uh we can't let it work because we know how it plays out, and this is very important.
- 17:02The other thing that um I want to call everybody's attention to, Kathy, and hopefully some comments from you on the primaries, people are not paying attention to the primaries, and Florida is a closed state.
- 17:16What does that mean?
- 17:17Means that in order to vote for the candidate uh in the Republican Party, you must be a registered Republican.
- 17:24In order to vote for a Democrat, you must be a registered Democrat.
- 17:28Well, right now there are more registered Republicans in Florida than there are uh registered Democrats.
- 17:35But if you don't give the people a reason to vote, they will stay home.
- 17:41And when they stay home, you we will get a mandami in Florida, and that is coming soon to a county or a city near you.
- 17:52If we don't vote, vet our candidates and vote in the primaries, then it's not gonna make any difference because by the time you get to the general election, it's over.
- 18:04Whoever wins the primary in Florida is usually the winner of the general election.
- 18:10Is that not true, Kathy?
- 18:12That's true.
- 18:12In the Republican Party, um, you're gonna have choices.
- 18:16Maybe you won't, and then you're stuck with whoever happens to be the sole uh candidate in the primary for that particular district or position.
- 18:25Uh but yes, if there are two Republicans, and that's what happened to Manatee down there, there were two Republicans in six or seven different positions, like your county commissioner, which is critically important for what goes on in your local community, your school board.
- 18:41So they literally manatee, grassroots, America Firsters did everything right, and they beat out the Rhino Republicans that were put up by the RPOF.
- 18:54So don't believe just because the RPOF or the Republican Party is telling you this is the best candidate.
- 19:02In fact, they even came out with fake um voting guides uh last time.
- 19:08Uh Dave Callan tracked these back.
- 19:10It's another good question for him to find out.
- 19:12Uh, so that the voter, if they're not doing their homework, um, they need to align with groups or coalitions like ours and listen to the people, what we're telling them, because we're doing all the vetting, but if you don't vote in the primary, I think something like 16%, 13%, even six percent of the voters show up.
- 19:36What a difference we could make if we focus more on the primaries, even almost than the general election.
- 19:43It's that critical.
- 19:44It certainly is.
- 19:46Folks, again, think about what your candidate, their actions are, what they say is almost irrelevant.
- 19:57You have to look past that and see who they are.
- 20:00It's nice that they go to church.
- 20:02We appreciate that.
- 20:03It's nice that they have a good family.
- 20:05We appreciate that.
- 20:07But what is that going to do for you?
- 20:09If they go out and they vote along with the rhinos, then we're going to be back right where we were again with escalating insurance prices, escalating energy prices, and building and developing all over the state in places where we don't need to have you developed.
- 20:27We don't need to have the biggest population.
- 20:29Yes, it's very nice.
- 20:31But when you're sitting on a highway like I-95, and you're sitting in traffic for two hours to go 20 minutes, 20 miles, then what makes what is good sense about that?
- 20:47There isn't any overpopulation is just as bad as underpopulation.
- 20:54And right now we have enough population in Florida.
- 20:57It's South Florida, doesn't need any more high-rises, doesn't need any more developments.
- 21:03This is what's going to be happening over and over again.
- 21:06And you know what happens when that happens?
- 21:08I hate to say this.
- 21:10When the bubble bursts, we have the foreclosures.
- 21:14We have the devastation, and we have the communities that are destroyed.
- 21:18We need a balance.
- 21:20And we need to find the candidates that will bring us that balance.
- 21:25Kathy, tell everybody about the organization and what you did and how they can join and how they can find you.
- 21:33Yes, thank you so much.
- 21:34Your book, don't forget, tell them about your book.
- 21:37I was hoping you weren't going to forget.
- 21:40It's actually, I couldn't have picked a better time to come out with my book.
- 21:44And as you know, my first book was uh Rules for Deplorables.
- 21:47And that and that was all about Linsky tactics, Solinski, rules for radicals.
- 21:51I teach people how to recognize them.
- 21:53And the enemy back then was the left and the Dems.
- 21:56Today, uh it's the rhinos because they're the ones giving us the hardest time.
- 22:01I never hear from them objecting to anything that I do, but the rhinos sure are.
- 22:06Uh, so they they can actually find my book on Amazon, that first one, but also rules for rhinos.
- 22:13Um, that's a Linsky tactics to fight Republicans in name only.
- 22:17And it it reached number one in the first week, uh, believe it or not, Karen.
- 22:21I don't know if I told you that, but um that's fabulous.
- 22:25Congratulations.
- 22:26Thank you.
- 22:26That was for new releases.
- 22:28But um, but if people aren't familiar with the Republican Party, I go through an entire breakdown of the structure in a real simple term so they can know what these acronyms mean.
- 22:39And um, I specifically deal with Florida politics, but it really but it really blends out to the uh the rest of the country because this is happening in every state.
- 22:49And that's why I founded APEC.
- 22:52And um, all we need from uh a listener's uh county is if you belong to a MAGA or America First Group, just send one representative to us.
- 23:02That's all we need, and we'll put them on our Zoom call so that they can keep track of what we're doing.
- 23:07Uh we do things like the press conference.
- 23:09We're going to help America First Candidates.
- 23:11Um, we are also uh planning a protest when Roar Trump comes to Manatee.
- 23:17We're gathering the names of of all of the uh unjustly purged uh MAGA from the Republican Party here.
- 23:26So we're really super active uh on focusing on the right things.
- 23:30Just go to join APEC at Proton Mail.com.
- 23:38Oh, that sounds fabulous, and it is so desperately needed.
- 23:42Folks have to have a reason to vote for something.
- 23:47It is not enough of a reason to just vote against something.
- 23:52You have to be proactive.
- 23:54You have to get off the couch.
- 23:56This is our critical time.
- 23:58This is our revolution, and it's happening all around us, and we're going to be facing choices.
- 24:05Either we're going to be glued to our seat and throw socks at the TV and get angry, or we're going to be proactive and do something.
- 24:15And from what I found, most of the candidates need help, especially door knocking.
- 24:23So get together a group right now that says, Oh, we can go out and I can cover a block and you can cover a couple of blocks, and we can all cover a couple of blocks and get our candidates' name out there and start now.
- 24:40Because most of the candidates are good people.
- 24:44They just run lousy campaigns because they have no help.
- 24:48And it's up to us to make sure that they have the help.
- 24:53So please.
- 24:54Karen, if I can just add APEC, that's another thing that that's another thing that we're working on.
- 24:59What we're going to do is if you become one of our members in our coalition and you have a candidate, uh, an American verse that you have vetted and you know they'd be better than the rhino that's running.
- 25:10Um, then you come back to our coalition and we're we're forming phone bankers and door knockers all over the state.
- 25:19Um, fundraisers.
- 25:21You think there's a you think there's MAGA uh millionaires out there that that want to give money, they just don't know where to give it.
- 25:28We're gonna be holding simultaneous press conferences all over the state to put the highlight and focus on MAGA candidates, whether they're in Miami or the panhandle.
- 25:40So all you got to do is send one representative to our coalition.
- 25:44They find out what they're doing, they go back and report back to your group.
- 25:48Um, and we all work together united under one uh umbrella.
- 25:52Nothing like this has ever been done, but this is where real action will take place.
- 25:56Oh, this is wonderful.
- 25:57Thank you so much, Kathy.
- 25:59Thank you for your hard work, and I know how hard you have been working.

- 30:38A promise they agree to in 2018.
- 30:41Well, the American people have seen Google's track record.
- 30:54Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 30:57America outlaw dot news, liberty and justice for all.
- 31:11You're listening to the Prism of America's Education brought to you on the America Outloud.news network.
- 31:18In the first segment, we talked about what the RPOF was doing, and that is the Republican Party of Florida, and how they are actually purging MAGA people and Trump supporters from the Rex, which is the Republican Executive Committee, of which there is one in every county.
- 31:48Have the right to take over the politics of the state, and they don't really care or they want to listen to us.
- 31:56Well, I did a little digging and somebody sent me, and I'm so glad they did a did you know this, Karen?
- 32:04And I looked at it and I was shocked.
- 32:07Apparently, in April of this year, our legislators passed a bill called the Muslim American Heritage Month in the state for May to recognize May as the official Muslim American Heritage Month.
- 32:31What is that all about?
- 32:34And why do these people, Muslims, uh get an entire month to talk about the heritage of America and their contribution when the bottom line is all they want to do is destroy America and kill us?
- 32:51The whole thing makes absolutely no sense.
- 32:54So this is please look this up, guys.
- 32:56This is SR 1384, and its companion is HR 8069.
- 33:04And then I did a little digging, and I discovered that in the state of Florida, 70% of the population is Christian.
- 33:12Do we have a Christian heritage month?
- 33:15I don't think so.
- 33:17And 3%, probably more right now, is Jewish.
- 33:21Do we have a Jewish heritage month?
- 33:23I don't think so.
- 33:24So how did the Muslims get their month, their entire month?
- 33:29How does that make sense?
- 33:30How does that compute when the elephant in the room are true enemy are the Muslims and what they study?
- 33:40But I don't want you to take my word for it.
- 33:43So I asked my friend who is an expert in everything, Islam, to join me today and to give us an education as to what Islamists and I just got a lesson on that one because she said there's no such thing.
- 33:56I know there's no such thing as Islamophobia.
- 33:59That's a made-up term, but I didn't know Islamist was made up also.
- 34:04Claire Lopez, thank you so much for joining me today.
- 34:07I can't believe that after turning New York, New Jersey, um New Jersey and Virginia over to communists, and I now believe that Minnesota has 90,000 Somali Muslims in Minnesota.
- 34:28What is going on in this country?
- 34:30Are we going to wind up like Europe?
- 34:32Heaven forbid.
- 34:34Well, hello, Karen, and very glad to be with you again, as always.
- 34:37Thanks for having me back.
- 34:39Um, and uh this is a very serious concern that you're you're raising here, and these examples you are bringing in the state of Florida, the state of Minnesota, um, I I think deserve a more attention.
- 34:52Uh, as for the um resolution to designate uh May as uh Muslim American Heritage Month, um, a couple thoughts come to mind.
- 35:03Uh, same as for you, um, but also uh wouldn't Governor DeSantis have um the governor's authority to veto such a resolution question mark.
- 35:17I don't know.
- 35:17I would think he would.
- 35:19Uh, but second of all, too, um, if uh the basis for uh not having uh such uh an entire month dedicated to one single uh belief faith, um, brings up the question of equal opportunity, equal protection under the law.
- 35:37Where is um you know, Buddhist American Heritage Month?
- 35:41How about Hindu American uh Heritage Month?
- 35:45Um, as well as you say, Christian or or Jewish.
- 35:49Uh there isn't any.
- 35:51So uh that that would seem to me to be a very serious question that that needs to be uh looked at.
- 35:57Uh and then as far as Minnesota goes, I've always kind of wondered um how so many Somalis uh wound up in such a cold state.
- 36:08Um, I mean, it's beautiful wonder winter land there, um, coming up pretty soon in the winter months, but um I have been to Somalia.
- 36:17Um, and um it's it's it's uh quite uh uh a warm place.
- 36:23It is right on the um on the coast of the Indian Ocean.
- 36:27It is uh super hot, super humid.
- 36:31Um how in the world uh did did these uh Somalis wind up in one of the uh the coldest climate states in the Union.
- 36:40I still haven't figured that one out, but um, you're absolutely right about the fact of uh the influence that they uh wield and and uh the more uh increased influence that they want to yield uh within our own constitutional republic system that is based, it is Judeo-Christian based on the principles of uh Judaism and Christianity.
- 37:08Um they're here uh for hijrah.
- 37:11Hijra, H I J R A, of course, means moving from one place where uh either maybe not well established or or well established, but moving to another place, moving Islam to another place that is Dar al Harbak, the house of war, those places yet to be conquered and uh subjugated to Islamic law, to Sharia.
- 37:36Uh, that that's what's going on, but uh somebody else will have to tell us uh in uh Minnesota or likewise in Europe.
- 37:45Somali's in Sweden, many, many there as well.
- 37:51Sorry about that.
- 37:53Um the question is that from what I am seeing is that California allowing this to happen now has over 400 mosques, and it seems as though the focus is on Texas to bring halal, which is I'd never realized a four billion dollar business, and once a restaurant adopts halal, there goes pork, can't have bacon and your eggs.
- 38:28Um, so that's that's a whole big thing.
- 38:32Right, any kind of pork, and that's a four billion dollar industry.
- 38:37So is this really all about the money as well?
- 38:42Um, no, not really.
- 38:43Uh it's more about um imposing uh Islamic practices, um Islamic law, again, sharia, uh, on populations and um places that are not yet subjugated to Islam.
- 39:01Okay, but they they will tell us that on the opposite side, they will tell it, well, it's only voluntary, you don't have to.
- 39:09It doesn't have any uh teeth.
- 39:11There's nothing that can be done.
- 39:13Is that true?
- 39:14Well, it depends.
- 39:16Uh, if uh a particular restaurant and its uh management decide uh to serve only halal uh food there, it would be like uh an Italian restaurant serving only Italian dishes, and that's up to that management.
- 39:32That's up to that ownership and and and that restaurant.
- 39:36Um, how that works out in a free market uh economy, a capitalist free market economy, um, where people get to choose uh still where we go to eat, that'll have to be uh wait to be seen.
- 39:51Okay, now sharia is also they say voluntary, you don't have to follow it.
- 39:57So, how how does that work?
- 39:59Because to me,
- 40:00They're setting up a parallel government.
- 40:03There's no assimilation.
- 40:06Yeah.
- 40:07I mean, when you're talking when you're talking about a uh system of law, sharia, uh, the literal meaning of the word sharia is Islamic law.
- 40:19And even though in the United States, under the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, uh, we have a First Amendment that uh protects uh the freedom of religion.
- 40:28When the founding fathers, James Madison and the others, uh wrote uh that bill of rights, uh they uh had a definition of religion that included prayer, worship, devotion, uh maybe some dietary and fasting rules, um, maybe uh pilgrimage, um, that sort of thing.
- 40:54However, we also have Article 6 of the US Constitution, which uh includes what's called the supremacy clause, and that says that the supreme law of the land that is here, the United States of America shall be the Constitution of the United States and the laws derived from it.
- 41:12So any system uh whose definition, whose very identity rests upon a legal system, is automatically uh uh and in our in in anti uh it is antithetical, it is antithetical uh to Article 6 of the Constitution, and therefore unlawful under the laws of the land.
- 41:40So, how do these people Muslims who believe in Sharia and pray to the Quran, take an oath to the constitution because they're diametrically opposed.
- 41:55Uh the Quran is is their uh their book, but they don't pray to it.
- 42:00But um, there is a law, another law within Islamic law, um that actually says it is obligatory for a faithful Muslim to lie to infidels in such cases um in which the objective to be achieved is itself obligatory.
- 42:23There are entire chapters on lying uh in Islamic books of law, and of course, many are translated into English.
- 42:31I'll mention one that uh many of us have found very useful.
- 42:35Uh, it's called uh the reliance of the traveler or the umdar al-Saliq, and it's useful because it's divided into very uh clearly written chapters um and and uh subsections of chapters with um very uh easy titles to look up for those chapters, and among those um is lying.
- 42:59Okay, so from what you're saying, it doesn't really matter what they will pledge to because their allegiance is to Islam and the Quran and the and whatever uh their sect agrees to.
- 43:18No, not sect, Islam, Islam itself, uh uh obligatory that is for faithful Muslims.
- 43:26Uh now there are uh many Muslims.
- 43:29There is one Islam, only one Islam of Quran and Hadith, Syrah and Sharia, but there are many Muslims, and these are people, they're individual people who deserve to be treated as individuals, and as with any faith, Christian uh Judaism, any other, uh people who identify as a Christian or Jewish or Buddhist or whatever, um, may or may not be fully obedient to the commandments of that faith.
- 44:02And so it is indeed with Islam also.
- 44:05So we don't automatically know that every single Muslim is obedient to the commandments of the faith.
- 44:12Most likely they're not, because human beings by nature are capricious and fickle and sometimes lax in practice.
- 44:19So we have to take that into consideration.
- 44:22Um, but uh listen to what they're saying and look what they're doing.
- 44:26Yes, look what they're doing.
- 44:28That is that's the big one.
- 44:30And if we take a look at what's going on in Europe, do we really want that here?
- 44:42Also, clear they have separated Islamists from Islam.
- 44:48Are they the same or should we be separated?
- 44:52There's no such thing as Islamism or Islamists, those are made up terms.
- 44:56Um, I don't know who made them up in the beginning, but they're utterly useless, they signify nothing.
- 45:01Um Islam, as I said, is one, it is of the Islamic canon, Quran, hadith, Sira, and Sharia, as well as commentaries, uh, like the tafsirs, for example.
- 45:17Um, and those who are faithful to obey the commandments of the faith, as laid out in that canon of text that I mentioned, um, they are faithful Muslims, and we call them faithful, obedient, practicing Muslims.
- 45:34The word Muslim itself, by the way, is Arabic, of course.
- 45:38And uh the word Muslim literally in Arabic means one who submits to Islam to Sharia.
- 45:47The definition is in the word.
- 45:50So those who do obey most faithfully, uh, we would call jihadis.
- 45:57Um there are many, of course, uh who do not uh obey so faithfully, and they're just going about their lives and uh families and jobs and whatever, what have you.
- 46:09Um, so uh we have to judge uh and look at each individual, you know, separately as as an individual person, but uh when when we're talking about uh Islam, there is only one Islam of the doctrine, there are many separate individual Muslims.
- 46:29See the difference.
- 46:30There's one Islam, only one, and those who are most faithful are those who obey the commandments of Islam, of the Quran, the Hadith, the Sirah and Sharia.
- 46:40Those who are not so obedient or observant, um, they may or may not be uh very practicing, they could be a little lax in their observance.
- 46:52Understand that people are different, people are individuals, and have to look at them that way, but those those who are the most obedient, that's mainstream.
- 47:04That is called mainstream normative orthodox Islam, it's not some fringe.
- 47:10If you are obedient to the commandments of the faith, you are mainstream.
- 47:15Um we call we call that mainstream.
- 47:18We don't call it fringe, and we don't make up adverbs and adjectives and prefixes and suffixes, euphemisms.
- 47:25Um, it's simply Islam, and those most faithful are obedient Muslims.
- 47:32Okay, so Islam is really a combination of a religious ideology and a political ideology.
- 47:43Well, legal, you would say legal, it is juridical.
- 47:46Um I mean, in in some of the same way, um Judaism is also a juridical faith, but the difference there, of course, is that the practices of Judaism do not um in any way contradict the constitution of the United States, whereas uh the juridical commandments of Sharia of Islamic law uh do contradict very directly contradict um the uh the supremacy clause of the U.S.
- 48:16constitution, our bill of rights and all that.
- 48:19Also, if I am correct, the rights of women are totally diminished under Sharia, right?
- 48:30There is no gender equality.
- 48:32Right.
- 48:32No, no.
- 48:34They are subservient to their husbands, of which they can have four the husband can have four wives, and the wife is almost a slave to the husband, in as much as they cannot uh display any of their own individualism, everything has to be done in accordance to the way the husband sets it up.
- 49:03Is that correct?
- 49:04Well, it very much again depends on the individuals that you're talking about.
- 49:08It depends on the individual family, the individual husband, the individual wife, gotta look at each one individually, uh as to how uh they may or may not be obedient to the commands found in, for example, the Quran or um or the uh the sharia.
- 49:28So uh, yes, under Sharia, under Islamic law, if um if the these these husbands, these men, um, follow what is written in the Quran in the Sharia, uh, then it can be a very bad situation for the women.
- 49:46Uh, but that doesn't mean that every Muslim man behaves that way, they don't.
- 49:52Oh, that's good to hear.
- 49:54I was getting very concerned there because uh there are many things.
- 49:58I mean, it's uh
- 50:00Hear and see um gays for Palestine or the women's movement, knowing full well that in uh Muslim religion, these those people who practice or would try to practice that are subservient or going against the faith or the law.
- 50:20So how would that be handled?
- 50:23Well, you may know, of course, that under the Hadood laws, there are seven of them, and uh they are uh distinct because they are specifically mentioned in the Quran, and among those Hudlaws and the accompanying Hudud punishments, um, are prohibitions uh against apostasy, adultery, oh, and homosexuality.
- 50:49Not even actually doing anything, just being homosexual is a capital crime that um is um accorded the death penalty under Islamic law.
- 51:02Now, uh happily that that's not uh usually at least carried out uh here in the United States, but certainly in places more under more completely under Islamic law, under Sharia, um Taliban Afghanistan comes to mind.
- 51:22Uh, these Hadood laws and the accompanying punishments are meted out, and it's completely lawful under Islamic law.
- 51:32So obviously, under Islamic law, they're allowed to practice whatever it is, and again, we are told they are voluntary, but we still have no go zones where people can't go unless they are practicing Muslims and practicing sharia.
- 51:49So I don't see how this is going to be any kind of a fit when you are working with a group of people that outwardly say we will not assimilate, it's going to be our way or the highway, and if you are in our community, you've got to obey our laws.
- 52:08I don't see how that works and how that fits in America.
- 52:11Well, it doesn't fit uh at all.
- 52:13Um, and therefore our federal, state, local, meaning county, and and city levels of governance of administration need to be aware, educated about these things and aware um of what they mean for a local population uh and how these practices can um be insinuated often in America gradually, just as perhaps it was gradually at one time in Europe, but now is overwhelming, but inserted gradually into our um the institutions of our society uh and uh and and and even come to be accepted uh in places that I have had local law enforcement tell me are um really in fact at least almost or close to no go zones of the sort we see in Belgium and Netherlands and France and Britain and so forth.
- 53:13Well, folks, if you are going to accept this, we as far as I'm concerned, and I am one person, uh, this is unacceptable in America.
- 53:26Anybody that cannot follow the constitution, whether they are telling the truth or lying does not belong in America, and the idea of allowing these people to come and in what they want to do is replace America with Islam and Muslim ideology, and that is to me totally unacceptable.
- 53:54Claire, where can everyone find you and find your writing and um your information?
- 54:02Well, thank you very much.
- 54:03Um, and unfortunately, I do not have my own website, but uh many of the interviews like this one and uh when I get the links um and in writing and so forth are published at different places like um the United West, the United West.org, also at uh the Citizens Commission on National Security.
- 54:27Uh another place would be uh the uh Near East Center for Strategic Engagement, um the American Truth Project, and as well.
- 54:40I'm on social media.
- 54:41I'm on Twitter, now called X, um, Facebook, uh, Truth Social and Telegram.
- 54:49Thank you, and thank you for joining me, and thank you for clarifying because that is folks.
- 54:55You if you don't understand who your enemy is, then you can't fight them.
- 55:01And it seems as though they understand more who we are than we understand who they are, and we are falling asleep at the switch, and we are there are things that we need to do in our counties, which is educate and proli, not 10 mosques, one mosque, whatever.
- 55:24Uh, because this is the kind, this is where they gather, and this is where they learn uh whether it's political or religious, it doesn't make any difference.
- 55:34You cannot set up a parallel government in America that never should exist.
- 55:41Folks, thank you all for joining me this week.
- 55:44This is Karen Schoen, and you have been listening to the Prism of America's education brought to you on the America Outloud dot news network.
