Two missing teenagers, 15-year-old Theo Will and 17-year-old Teswill Will, are urgently sought by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Theo is 5’11”, 180 lbs, with an afro and shaved sides; Teswill is 5’8”, 150 lbs, with a twisted afro and shaved sides, and is reportedly wearing a red shirt and black pants.
