- 0:25Speaker 3: Well, I forgot to mention this earlier. But my son
- 0:28Speaker 3: got the part that he wanted. Oh, in the school musical.
- 0:31Speaker 3: They're doing Alice in Wonderland.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Right, and so he tried out for the role of

- 0:41Speaker 4: Here for it.
- 0:42Speaker 3: He's not get it twisted. He's in sixth grade. He
- 0:45Speaker 3: ain't studying for anything. He's just walking in hanning the
- 0:48Speaker 3: piece of paper saying, here's one of the parts I want.
- 0:51Speaker 3: And everyone gets a part, and he got the one
- 0:54Speaker 3: he wanted.
- 0:54Speaker 2: But he didn't did he like watch you know the
- 0:57Speaker 2: movie prior to Well, that's studying, okay, because you know,
- 1:01Speaker 2: then you get kind of an idea of how this

- 1:07Speaker 2: twist it and make it your own.
- 1:08Speaker 4: I know he's in sixth grade, but that's when it starts.

- 1:18Speaker 3: You never know, sure anything is possible, it is, Well,
- 1:21Speaker 3: why are you feeling good?
- 1:22Speaker 2: I'm feeling good because we're halfway through a week and
- 1:28Speaker 2: taking care of some Christmas shopping, but not all of it.
- 1:32Speaker 2: But the fact that I've at least got some done
- 1:35Speaker 2: is in itself a win, because if you know me,
- 1:38Speaker 2: it'll be Christmas Eve and I'll be limping through them
- 1:40Speaker 2: all trying to figure out what to get for people
- 1:43Speaker 2: in my life. That's true, and so that's why I
- 1:46Speaker 2: feel good this morning. Perhaps you're feeling good this morning, Well,

- 6:26Speaker 2: it seems to have set in in a.
- 6:29Speaker 4: Big way for a guy in Maryland.
- 6:32Speaker 3: So a silver Spring man did a favor for relative
- 6:35Speaker 3: and he ended up with a surprise he never saw coming,
- 6:38Speaker 3: and that was one hundred thousand dollars winning scratch off.
- 6:42Speaker 3: So these two were on the phone. The relative stopped
- 6:44Speaker 3: at a gas station and he picked up one of
- 6:46Speaker 3: these ten dollars scratch offs, and the guy said, oh,
- 6:49Speaker 3: go ahead and scratch it off. So he did, and
- 6:51Speaker 3: it ended up being one hundred k. That is an
- 6:54Speaker 3: intense thank you, and I'm very very impressed that the
- 6:57Speaker 3: relative was honest about how much that scratch.
- 7:00Speaker 2: That's an incredible thank you. I'd be doing that person
- 7:03Speaker 2: favors for the rest of my life one hundred thousand
- 7:06Speaker 2: dollars anyway, have you ever done a favor for somebody?

- 7:32Speaker 3: Wow, do you live alone, Mark, because I'm not so
- 7:34Speaker 3: sure your potential partner there would appreciate a leg lamp

- 11:36Speaker 2: for most Americans. Only ten percent of people that they
- 11:41Speaker 2: surveyed say that the year was great. Hmmm, Well, if

- 12:20Speaker 2: ninety percent of those who responded thought the year twenty
- 12:23Speaker 2: twenty five stunk well.
- 12:25Speaker 3: At the very least, it was just average.
- 12:28Speaker 2: But but why, there's always something good that happens, even

- 12:37Speaker 3: the year, and it is possible to find something if
- 12:39Speaker 3: you think back.
- 12:41Speaker 2: For instance, this was the year that my daughter graduated
- 12:44Speaker 2: from college.
- 12:45Speaker 3: That's a big one.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yes, I think that's a very positive life event and
- 12:49Speaker 2: I was glad that I was on hand to see it.
- 12:51Speaker 3: And you I found a functional doctor I really like
