New Hanover County just unveiled its massive, $12.8 million Northchase Library — the fifth branch in the system and a game-changer for northern residents. Spanning nearly 20,000 square feet, it’s packed with teen gaming zones, storytime pavilions, study rooms, and even a drive-up book drop, holding up to 50,000 items.
