- 0:03I'm living on an endless Rd. around the world for
- 0:06Rock'n'roll. Sometimes it feels so tough but
- 0:10I still age heading up. I keep saying that it's getting
- 0:16too much but I know I'm a liar. Feeling all right in the noise
- 0:25and better. I love that one.
- 0:30Hail raiser. Hail raiser Rock You back in
- 0:41your feet. Hail raiser and make it come
- 0:51through. Hail Raiser put a spell on you.
- 1:06Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Brett Keene and you are
- 1:09watching and listening to GOD TV Radio International Radio.
- 1:14That's right, I have a radio station with over 1000 episodes
- 1:18of my own content and material, as well as other users like
- 1:22TTOR, Kent Hovind, Matt Powell, and many, many other Christians
- 1:27out there. You know, a lot of you may not
- 1:30know this, but a long time ago whenever I was an atheist, I
- 1:34actually watched these compilation videos that atheists
- 1:38made. They made videos stating that
- 1:41celebrities, certain celebrities out there were atheist.
- 1:45And the reason why they did this is because they wanted people to
- 1:48go, oh, wow, all these smart people, all these talented
- 1:52people are atheists. Look at us.
- 1:54You know, we've got cool people in our crowd that we associate
- 1:58with. Well, the problem was, is that I
- 2:03didn't like the way they actually made their video.
- 2:06They showed pictures, but they didn't actually show the quotes.
- 2:09They didn't show where people were actually saying they were
- 2:12Christian. They just would put like an
- 2:14image of Jack Nicholson up and say atheist.
- 2:18They would put, you know, numerous actors and musicians up
- 2:23and they would say atheist, atheist.
- 2:26But then I seen one in particular that caused me to go,
- 2:30wait a minute, I know for a fact that that guy is not an atheist.
- 2:33They put Alice Cooper in their atheist compilation.
- 2:37They put a lot of musicians like Megadeth, Dave Mustang, the
- 2:42vocalist of Megadeth. They even took some of the guys
- 2:46from Metallica and put them in there.
- 2:47And I was a heavy duty in the music, how I was a musician
- 2:51myself. So when I seen that, I was like,
- 2:55are they fucking lying? Are they lying about this shit?
- 2:58Because all they did was images. They didn't show any quotations,
- 3:02citations, anything like that. Well, later on in my life, I
- 3:08ended up making a huge compilation a while back about
- 3:11all these musicians with their quotes, with them actually
- 3:15saying on video that they believe in Jesus Christ.
- 3:18And I've been noticing a lot more musicians, a lot more movie
- 3:21stars who are being more, how shall I say, open about their
- 3:27theological views. A lot of actors nowadays are
- 3:31really, really starting to dig deep into who they are as people
- 3:35whenever they're not acting on a film center, whenever they're
- 3:39out on the road doing music. Found out recently that
- 3:43apparently Justin Bieber, a young heartthrob musician that a
- 3:48lot of girls dug as well as guys, he apparently found Jesus.
- 3:54According to his interview, he says that he always believed in
- 3:58Jesus, but he didn't act like one and he didn't behave like
- 4:01that. He said that because he had been
- 4:05around so many hip hypocritical Christians that he didn't feel
- 4:10that he had a good role model. And I've I've heard that that
- 4:14type of story 100,000 times. It's where a person believes in
- 4:20Jesus but because some human on the earth screws up or does
- 4:24something wrong or doesn't live their life for Jesus, then
- 4:29suddenly a person decides in their head, well this person
- 4:33isn't for real, this person isn't good.
- 4:36So therefore it their logic is I won't behave Christian like
- 4:41either. Why even bother?
- 4:42Why even try? I've even heard a lot of
- 4:45atheists where they said I used to be a Christian but because
- 4:48I've seen so much hypocrisy in the church I turned away and
- 4:53became a non believer and it caused me to question and caused
- 4:56me to lose my faith. And I'm thinking to myself, did
- 4:59you ever actually read the Bible?
- 5:02The Bible tells you that there's many who claim to come in the
- 5:05name of Jesus. There's many who claim to be of
- 5:08his flock who will lie to you. The Bible tells you that there's
- 5:12false prophets, there's false teachers, false everything.
- 5:16People that are wolves in sheep's clothing.
- 5:20So the other problem I have with people's story that Justin
- 5:24Bieber tells, and I congratulate him, I think it's great that
- 5:28he's taking Christianity more seriously.
- 5:31But the issue is, is why do people, whenever they do see
- 5:36hypocrisy? Why don't you just point it out?
- 5:39Why don't you just say, hey, you're not being a good
- 5:42Christian and correct them or discern them or tell them, look,
- 5:47your fruits are rotten there, buddy, you're soiled.
- 5:51It's nasty what I'm looking at. And then show them by your own
- 5:55actions what a Christian is supposed to act like.
- 5:59Why is everybody always looking for an escape patch?
- 6:02Why is everybody always looking for a justification on why to
- 6:06throw away their Christianity? I think that that you're going
- 6:10to most likely if you go to church, you're going to find God
- 6:14there, but you're also going to find the devil.
- 6:17The devil's always going to hang out deep in the trenches where
- 6:20he thinks that people most need attacked.
- 6:25You understand, right? Satan isn't just hanging out on
- 6:28some He's not on tour, driving around the streets in a bus,
- 6:33looking for people to screw around with.
- 6:35Satan is everywhere. He's even in the church.
- 6:38And Satan can just as easily tempt a preacher as he can a
- 6:42person of the congregation. Satan can whisper in your ear
- 6:47and say, hey, you should steal all the money out of the church
- 6:49vault. Satan can tell the Pope that he
- 6:52ought to accept all kinds of stupid shit that isn't biblical.
- 6:56Satan's capable of doing a lot of things and it comes down to
- 7:00your free will and choice to be able to make the right decision
- 7:03on that. That's the that's one of the
- 7:04whole points of why God put us here.
- 7:07So we would make the choice to either do good and follow him
- 7:10and obey him or disobey him and go against them.
- 7:14And when you do that, you're automatically, no matter what
- 7:17you call yourself, you're working for the devil.
- 7:21Why is it that people are always looking for that excuse though?
- 7:25Why can't people just say you're not very Christian like, but I'm
- 7:29going to continue my Christian way and my walk with God?
- 7:34Everybody's like, I, I got hurt. Some person who called
- 7:39themselves a Christian lied to me or someone who called
- 7:42themselves a Christian abused me or manipulated me.
- 7:46Therefore, God isn't real. What kind of logic is that?
- 7:50And you hear that from atheists all the time.
- 7:53Yeah, my mom and dad, they were Christians.
- 7:55But then whenever they got home, they beat me up or they talked
- 7:59down to me, or they acted one way in front of the public and
- 8:03then they acted some way at home.
- 8:05All right, that's horrible. That's terrible.
- 8:09It's a shitty story. It's a shitty life.
- 8:11And it's terrible to see hypocrisy.
- 8:14But it's not something that the Bible was strange on.
- 8:18It makes it very clear that you're gonna find people who
- 8:21fail you in life. In fact, some of the worst pain
- 8:26and suffering that you can ever endure in this world is from
- 8:30people that you trust. If you're putting your faith in
- 8:33human beings, you're going to be disappointed every single time.
- 8:37If I were to put my faith in Christians and social media, I
- 8:41would have been a nihilistic atheist.
- 8:43Even now you can't. You can't put your faith or your
- 8:48eggs into a basket. That is temperamental and humans
- 8:53are temperamental. It's also gotten to the point
- 8:57where you'll notice whenever you get older the humans are
- 9:00predictable. 9 times out of 10, if a person that's given the
- 9:04opportunity for riches and fame and popularity, A lot of people
- 9:08would sell their soul in a heartbeat if they were to get
- 9:11some of their desires and ambitions and wishes.
- 9:15But now you got Justin Bieber up here and he says that he
- 9:18realizes he was wrong. He shouldn't have used
- 9:21Christians as as his reflection on how he should project
- 9:25himself. As he's gotten older, he
- 9:29realizes how important the philosophy of Jesus is.
- 9:32When you're a kid and you got all kinds of money and you got
- 9:36all kinds of things coming your way, you don't really at.
- 9:41There's a point where some people, they forget about God.
- 9:44I mean, they'll every once in a while go, oh, thank you, God.
- 9:48But for celebrities and musicians, one of the big
- 9:50problems that has always been, especially with popular people,
- 9:54is there for some reason, Hollywood has this reputation
- 9:58that if you say that you believe in God or you thank God for the
- 10:01good things in your life, then somehow you're going to get
- 10:04blacklisted. Hollywood's going to shut you
- 10:07down. They don't want to participate
- 10:09with you. And one of the big excuses for
- 10:11this is that apparently Hollywood is a giant satanic
- 10:15cult that worships the devil and they don't want to endorse
- 10:18Christians in their movies and television shows.
- 10:21And you know what is Conspiracy X-Files as it sounds.
- 10:25You know, that could be possibly true.
- 10:28It could be true that Hollywood is a perverted, sick child blood
- 10:33drinking pieces of trash who will take away everything from
- 10:38you and even ruin your reputation as a talented person
- 10:43if you go along with Jesus. Jesus even says in the Bible, if
- 10:48you accept me and you follow me, people are going to hate you in
- 10:52my name. They're going to hate you and
- 10:54they're going to wish bad things happen to you.
- 10:56It is what it is. So besides Justin Bieber, we've
- 11:01got Jim Carrey. Jim Carrey's been going through
- 11:04a lot of stuff, and he's a perfect example of someone who
- 11:08has it all. But he's not happy.
- 11:11All of his life he's been considered one of the most
- 11:16talented comedians ever. He became a great comedic actor
- 11:20in movies. He did a lot of unique and
- 11:23original things that other people couldn't achieve in their
- 11:26wildest dreams. He became extremely rich, had a
- 11:30lot of things go for him. And I think one of the things
- 11:34that opened up his eyes is he's recently, even though he's got
- 11:37all the money that he can throw a dime at, he wasn't happy,
- 11:44especially whenever he realized that his money couldn't buy life
- 11:48itself. You see, Jim Carrey
- 11:51unfortunately has experienced in the last 10 years the loss of
- 11:56friends of his and family members and even that a woman
- 11:59that he dearly loved and it started really making him
- 12:03question his mortality. He didn't instantly jump over to
- 12:06Christianity. He tried Buddhism.
- 12:09He was trying his inner tea and all that.
- 12:12And Buddhism, believe it or not, anybody's ever researched that,
- 12:15have studied it. Buddhism has a lot of the same
- 12:18teachings of Jesus Christ, like love your neighbor, do unto
- 12:22others, treat your enemies with respect, all that kind of stuff.
- 12:26Adhere. The only difference is, is that
- 12:28Buddhism, although it teaches a moral system, it doesn't have an
- 12:32authority figure, a prime mover or a God.
- 12:35That's a part of it. You have to rely on the chi of
- 12:38humanity and it just wasn't fulfilling for Jim Carrey.
- 12:42It wasn't working. You can tell in his older
- 12:45interviews that he was, even though he believed in Buddhism,
- 12:48he was depressed. You could see it in his eyes.
- 12:51There was an emptiness, a void, and ever since he found Jesus
- 12:55and he brought that into his life, you can see the sparkle
- 12:59back in his eye. You can see the happiness.
- 13:03See, there was a time where Jim Carrey seemed to have the whole
- 13:07world figured out when he was younger and he was making Ace
- 13:11Ventura movies on The Cable Guy and he was doing all this stuff.
- 13:15But he started doing more heavier duty films like Eternal
- 13:19Sunshine and more dramatic roles.
- 13:22And I think he started having the same issue that Robin
- 13:25Williams did where no matter how much money he had, no matter how
- 13:29many people claimed to love him, he just wasn't happy.
- 13:33And we all know it happened, sadly, to Robin Williams, who
- 13:36was a great, great actor as well as great, fantastic, probably
- 13:41one of the best comedians ever. He ended himself.
- 13:46Well, Jim Carrey got a hold of that.
- 13:48He took control of his life and he said, look, I need something
- 13:51to fill the void. I need something that will be
- 13:55able to help me sleep at night. I need something that I can
- 13:58connect with. And Jesus just so happened to be
- 14:01the thing. Jim Carrey's been all over the
- 14:04world. He's been to many different
- 14:06countries. He's seen many different
- 14:09religions. He's very intelligent man.
- 14:11He's researched, he's studied. He's looked into everything and
- 14:15at the end of the day, he ended up saying, look, Jesus is the
- 14:19way. That's the way to get to where I
- 14:22need to be as a person internally, and this is what I
- 14:26need to transition into. I've been seeing this more and
- 14:30more with people. I listened to Dave Mustang from
- 14:34Megadeth, and he talks about how Christianity's improved his
- 14:38life. And he's also went into depth
- 14:40that he does believe that there's a great deal of
- 14:42objective evil in the world. Alice Cooper came from a family
- 14:47of Christians, I believe his father was a preacher.
- 14:51And it's really hard. It's very confusing for some of
- 14:54us out there because when you look at people like Alice Cooper
- 14:57and Ozzy Osbourne, you would think to yourself, well, wait a
- 15:01minute, Isn't Ozzy Osbourne the guy that did the album No More
- 15:05Tears and was a part of Black Sabbath?
- 15:07How could he possibly be a Christian?
- 15:10Well, if you're like me and you like reading the messages and
- 15:14the lyrics and all that, you would discover very quickly, how
- 15:18did I get so involved with finding out the faith of Ozzy
- 15:21Osbourne? It's because a long time ago a
- 15:24bunch of Christians were condemning him.
- 15:26They were saying that he was evil and he was of the devil and
- 15:30all this kind of stuff. And that intrigued me to look
- 15:32into his lyrics and find out what the big bullshit game was
- 15:36that was going on here. So I looked into it and voila,
- 15:40it turned out that a lot of the lyrics were spiritually based,
- 15:44that they were about God. If you don't believe me, check
- 15:49out an album called The Ultimate Sin and read the lyrics of a
- 15:54song called Thank God for the Bomb.
- 15:58Look at that and you'll see what I'm talking about.
- 16:02Another guy, too, that was very confusing but very
- 16:05philosophical, was Dio. I don't know if any of you heard
- 16:09of him. He did a song, Rainbow in the
- 16:12Dark and Holy Diver, two of his most popular things, and he was
- 16:16also, for a while there, the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath
- 16:20whenever Ozzy Osbourne moved on by either being thrown out or
- 16:25quitting so he could go to his own solo thing.
- 16:28Dio It was kind of confusing sometimes 'cause sometimes he
- 16:34would get do an interview and he would talk tough against God.
- 16:38He would say things like, you know, God is mythology, yadda,
- 16:41yadda, yadda. And then if you watch some of
- 16:44his older interviews, it's around the time that he finds
- 16:46out that he's dying from cancer. He starts taking God more
- 16:51seriously and all that and starts really entwining himself
- 16:56into the views. Yeah, Ozzy Osbourne, a lot of
- 17:00you don't know this. You can watch a documentary
- 17:03called Ozzy Osbourne Live and Loud, where Ozzy says that him
- 17:08and his wife and kids, Sharon Osbourne, they went to churches
- 17:13and they tried to actually participate and they wanted to
- 17:17get closer to God. But people would see them and
- 17:20say, oh, it's Ozzy Osbourne. He's of the devil, He's evil.
- 17:24He's got all this scary imagery on his covers.
- 17:27Anybody that's ever been around in the 80s or the 90s or
- 17:30anything around heavy metal, people knew that that was just a
- 17:35a gimmick. It's like WWE wrestling.
- 17:38Like, for instance, the Undertaker, WWE Undertaker, as
- 17:42well as Sting, two of the most popular wrestlers, and Shawn
- 17:45Michaels, who was considered a sex idol.
- 17:49They all believe in Jesus Christ.
- 17:51They all believe in God and have spoken many times about it, but
- 17:54people get confused because they watch these characters on the
- 17:57screen pushing this gimmick of being slutty or arrogant or
- 18:02dark, and they condemn people based upon the cover as opposed
- 18:07to the substance and content within them.
- 18:11So yeah, for those out there who say only dumbasses become
- 18:15Christians, only dummies will do that.
- 18:18Well, think about this. There's a great deal of
- 18:21scientists out there who believe in God, but unfortunately, just
- 18:26simply by claiming to believe in God or claiming to obey Jesus
- 18:30Christ, a lot of scientists feel pressure too.
- 18:33Because you got these atheists who come out and say if you
- 18:36believe in God, then you can't do science, You can't figure out
- 18:41knowledge as where I'm under the idea that if you believe in God,
- 18:45then you believe that the entire universe is a package to be
- 18:48unwrapped. That we should.
- 18:50That should give us even more ambition and desire to be able
- 18:54to seek out the mysteries of creation.
- 18:59If you're a person that doesn't believe in God and you don't
- 19:01believe that there's anything to be found out there, that if you
- 19:05go look and you're never going to find anything supernatural or
- 19:08sentient or another life form. If you have that already set in
- 19:12your mind, then you won't even know what you're looking for.
- 19:16You won't even know what kind of answer to find and if the answer
- 19:19was in front of you, if you weren't looking in the 1st
- 19:22place, how would you even know? See, I believe that
- 19:26Christianity, not just Christianity but the belief in
- 19:30God, actually gives you the desire and the ambition, the the
- 19:34moral motivation and fiber to be able to care about things a lot
- 19:40more and value and prepare yourself for the unknown.
- 19:46Why would an atheist, if an atheist thinks that they only
- 19:48have a little bit of time on the earth, why would they put
- 19:52themselves at risk? It's kind of like that that idea
- 19:56whenever you're talking about something like the military.
- 19:59Why would an atheist go fight some strangers off in a foreign
- 20:03land if the possibility of getting killed?
- 20:06Why would you even be have the concern about what's patriotic
- 20:11or what's good or defending democracy?
- 20:14I mean, most people know that whenever you're in a war, you're
- 20:16not actually fighting for democracy, You're fighting for
- 20:20inflation. You're fighting for the
- 20:22resources and value of someone else's oil.
- 20:25You're not actually fighting for anything positive or good.
- 20:29So what's the point of dying for bullshit like that?
- 20:32You know, people come and go, but you only have one life.
- 20:37This isn't a video game where you die and then you're gonna
- 20:40end up coming back unless you have God behind you that gives
- 20:44you the power and the ability to do something like that.
- 20:49So you have been noticing more and more.
- 20:52And it's it's unusual too, because I really feel like we're
- 20:55coming closer to the end. We're coming closer to the point
- 20:59where judgment day is upon us. And I've been noticing that a
- 21:03lot of people that I assumed would never come around are
- 21:07coming around and a lot of people that I thought were
- 21:11actually close with God are not. Isn't that something the people
- 21:16that you least thought would ever find Jesus finding and the
- 21:21people that you thought were closest, they went away.
- 21:24It's it kind of reminds me of that quote by Jesus.
- 21:28And the first will be the last and the last will be the first.
- 21:32I am the alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
- 21:38Hmm, It's interesting now. Nope.
- 21:46I don't think anybody could look at Jim Carrey and say this is a
- 21:50dumb man. He's brilliant.
- 21:53You have to have a whenever it comes to being a comedian, you
- 21:58have to be aware of your surroundings.
- 22:00You have to know people well. You have to understand your
- 22:04audience if you're ever going to be like a super awesome
- 22:07comedian. You got to know what you can say
- 22:11and how far you can go to be able to get people's attention
- 22:16and to get them sitting on their seats and to make people laugh.
- 22:20When we're living in such a difficult, hard fallen world, to
- 22:25somehow manage to pull people away and give them that escape.
- 22:29To make people laugh, to make people happy even for an hour
- 22:33where they will end up going back to their soul draining
- 22:37life. That takes a lot of talent and
- 22:41creativity and intelligence to be able to do something like
- 22:44that. Sure, there's some comedians out
- 22:47there that are just straight out offensive.
- 22:49They're just straight out nasty and they kind of shock you.
- 22:52They're shocking people. But if you want to be a
- 22:56comedian, that's going to last a long time.
- 22:59But you got to kind of be like George Carlin, right?
- 23:02You got to be around for a while and you got to really understand
- 23:05who you're playing the part to, who you're talking to.
- 23:09I found out a while back, too, something that totally shocked
- 23:13me is George Carlin, for the longest time, I, like many other
- 23:17people, was convinced that he was an atheist because he should
- 23:20on the Bible a couple times and he dumped on religion quite a
- 23:24few times and some of his scenarios.
- 23:27And then I ended up watching this video of him about, I'd
- 23:30say, three months before he died.
- 23:33And George Carlin said, no, I'm not an atheist.
- 23:35Atheism's a religion, too. And he suggested that he
- 23:39believes that there's something out there, that there's some
- 23:41kind of higher power. And he jokes while he's talking
- 23:45about it. But he eventually gets around to
- 23:47saying, yeah, he believes. He doesn't believe.
- 23:50We just came from nothing and just got here, that there's
- 23:52something out there. His only fault in all this was
- 23:58he claimed that whatever it is, it's not going to be some kind
- 24:02of man made religion's idea or narration of it.
- 24:06And I get that. I suspect that when all of us
- 24:10are standing before Jesus, he's not going to be the guy that we
- 24:14see in a painting. He's not going to be the the guy
- 24:17that we seen in a television show or some Jim Caviezel, the
- 24:21Passion guy. Jesus is going to be far more
- 24:24than that. I think a lot of us are going to
- 24:27end up pissing our pants when we're standing before God
- 24:30because the illuminating light and the power that comes off of
- 24:34him, I think before he even speaks to us, we'll condemn
- 24:37ourselves of our own sins. We'll actually feel ashamed of
- 24:41ourselves for being the pieces of shit that we were when we
- 24:44were alive because we'll be standing in front of something
- 24:48that is so filled with awe. And I mean, what?
- 24:54What is the IT would be like instant enlightenment.
- 24:58It's like, my goodness, look at me.
- 25:00I'm standing before the very thing that created and empowered
- 25:06the universe. I'm standing before the very
- 25:09thing that originated life itself.
- 25:13You know, some people, even Christians, they forget how awe
- 25:18inspiring it would be to stand before God, before he even
- 25:23speaks. You're gonna fall to your knees.
- 25:27Something so extraordinary, something so powerful, something
- 25:31so intelligent, standing before you, knowing that it can snap
- 25:35its fingers like Thanos and make your ass go away, or it can
- 25:40regenerate. Everything and everything that
- 25:42you love to this deity can point at the heavens and say there's
- 25:49your mother, your father, and all the people that you loved
- 25:52and that you lost in your life. All the tragedies that you
- 25:56believed that you experienced, they are no more.
- 25:59You will not cry. You will only feel joy and bliss
- 26:03now that you're with me, being able to see all the people that
- 26:07you ever loved, your wives, your husbands, your kids that you've
- 26:11lost and be able to embrace them in this beautiful cathedral of
- 26:18light. You don't think that you're
- 26:20going to be blown the hell away. Ladies and gentlemen, something
- 26:24to think about. Well, I hope you enjoyed the
- 26:27video and I hope that whenever you get an opportunity to check
- 26:30out my radio station, I'm going to be doing an interview.
- 26:33I have a video scheduled on my front page.
- 26:36I'm going to be interviewing TTR, and I'm also looking for
- 26:39other interesting people to interview.
- 26:42Doesn't matter if you're an atheist or religious or what
- 26:45your view is. I'm looking for people who can
- 26:49who are capable of talking for a couple hours about themselves
- 26:52and about their views and ideologies and why they think
- 26:55the way they do. If that's something you're
- 26:58interested in, call me up. Also, I want to show you all, or
- 27:02at least tell you all, that I got some good news.
- 27:05I ended up getting a new computer recently.
- 27:08I haven't hooked it up. I'm still on my older one, but
- 27:11I'm going to be hooking that all up.
- 27:13I'm it's faster, it's stronger, it's more powerful, and it's
- 27:17absolutely brand new. I'm about to retire this
- 27:20computer that I had for almost 10 years.
- 27:23I'm really excited about that. I'm happy.
- 27:26I didn't think that I was ever going to be able to afford one,
- 27:29but somebody came through for me.
- 27:32Somebody actually got this for me.
- 27:35I didn't do it myself. And I say thank you, Jesus,
- 27:39thank you, God. All right, Peace.
