Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Here's more Mark Simone on seven to ten wr.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Hey it's our number three. Oh good, yeah, it's a
- 0:11Speaker 2: three hour show. Now this today. A little later, Scott
- 0:16Speaker 2: Besstt will announce steps being taken against Iran to once
- 0:20Speaker 2: and for all put them out of business. The economy
- 0:22Speaker 2: in a shambles over there. We have completely shut down
- 0:27Speaker 2: all revenue coming into Iran. And final step will be well,
- 0:34Speaker 2: the next step. It might not be the final step,
- 0:36Speaker 2: but hopefully this will be all that's necessary. Bessett will
- 0:41Speaker 2: announce in toughest economic sanctions ever on a country. He's
- 0:45Speaker 2: calling it the Economic Offensive, and he'll announce that later today.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Things are looking really bad in te Iran. Even the
- 0:54Speaker 2: New York Post, which is often very critical of Donald Trump, said,
- 0:58Speaker 2: clearly he's winning this. They are completely crippled economically. I
- 1:02Speaker 2: know you watch TV and there's the Supreme Commander Iranian
- 1:06Speaker 2: this and that, and he's got medals and epaulets and
- 1:08Speaker 2: a hat. But he's working out of a cave and
- 1:13Speaker 2: they're completely broke, completely cut off. Their economies in total collapse.
- 1:18Speaker 2: There is absolutely no oil flowing for them. We're using
- 1:21Speaker 2: the straight of horn mooves. We've got oil flowing on
- 1:24Speaker 2: the southern corridor, but their northern corridor. Iran unable to
- 1:28Speaker 2: use it at all. Its largest trading partner, the UAE,
- 1:31Speaker 2: has cut them off from all transactions. Dubai, which was
- 1:37Speaker 2: a key to helping Tehran evade sanctions through the years,
- 1:40Speaker 2: has now cut them off. Iranian inflations at ninety percent.
- 1:47Speaker 2: So it's pretty bad. It's looking pretty grim. So we'll
- 1:49Speaker 2: hear what these sanctions are a little later today, and
- 1:52Speaker 2: then some think Iran can't last another couple of weeks
- 1:55Speaker 2: with this economic economic damage. Prince Harry will get to
- 2:02Speaker 2: Prince Harry and the Megan Markele coming up. They're leaving,
- 2:05Speaker 2: thank god. Hear the story on the news of pot
- 2:09Speaker 2: seventeen percent smoking weed, smoking pot seventeen percent of America. Now,
- 2:15Speaker 2: from what I hear, Mom, Donnie has gone over the
- 2:20Speaker 2: top with the pot use. Apparently this is like his
- 2:23Speaker 2: main activity. Now, remember that happened with Deblasio, where it
- 2:28Speaker 2: didn't see much at the Blasio at night. You never
- 2:30Speaker 2: su you know, normally, when you're the Mayor of New York,
- 2:33Speaker 2: when you're Giuliani, when you're at Kach, when you're Bloomberg.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Every night you're out as mayor. You're running around to
- 2:39Speaker 2: every event. You're at the charity galla to shake hands,
- 2:43Speaker 2: You're at this other event, you're at a ribbon. You're
- 2:46Speaker 2: just running around doing events. Every night, you're at Yankee Stadium.
- 2:51Speaker 2: You're here, you're there. You're just a big part of
- 2:53Speaker 2: New York and every night there's a bunch of very
- 2:56Speaker 2: important events, and you're there. Nobody, nobody ever saw the
- 3:01Speaker 2: Blaseo at anything. Nothing ever. Ever, he was behind the
- 3:05Speaker 2: walls of Gracie Mansion. Remember he had the walls made higher,
- 3:09Speaker 2: you know, the eight foot wall became a sixteen foot
- 3:11Speaker 2: wall because you didn't want you to see what was
- 3:13Speaker 2: going on in there. But you could see the smoke,
- 3:17Speaker 2: and you could you could smell that pot in the
- 3:21Speaker 2: air coming there. And then a lot of people are
- 3:24Speaker 2: on his police detail started to complain that when they
- 3:27Speaker 2: left him, their clothes smelled like pot. So we're getting
- 3:30Speaker 2: the same reports now about Mom Donnie. Apparently that's going on.
- 3:34Speaker 2: But that's good. Let the guy gets nothing done now.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Let him just get stoned into absolutely nothing. The BQE
- 3:42Speaker 2: the part that the city owns or runs, the bque
- 3:47Speaker 2: The Brooklyn Queen's expressly looks like it's in total disrepair.
- 3:50Speaker 2: They showed video where you could see it's coming apart,
- 3:53Speaker 2: it's cracking the concrete. The whole gotta be fixed. So
- 3:57Speaker 2: Mom Donnie announced it'll be fixed. He's good. They're gonna
- 3:59Speaker 2: fix it. He's a plan to fix it. They're going
- 4:03Speaker 2: to start in twenty thirty. That's four years for now.
- 4:08Speaker 2: They're going to start in four years. He predicts the
- 4:10Speaker 2: construction will take ten years, so that's twenty forty. Now again,
- 4:18Speaker 2: this is Mom Donnie. The guy's just a kid. He's
- 4:21Speaker 2: thirty two years old. He's never had a job in
- 4:24Speaker 2: his life, never had a job, never worked. So they'll
- 4:30Speaker 2: start in twenty thirty. You know, it's like, you know,
- 4:34Speaker 2: if the road at Trump's golf course in Bedminster had
- 4:38Speaker 2: problems it was all cracked, that would be fixed by
- 4:41Speaker 2: five o'clock today, by five o'clock they'd have it all fixed.
- 4:44Speaker 2: But this is construction on This will start in twenty thirty.
- 4:47Speaker 2: In four years, they'll start. You see the Grand Prix
- 4:51Speaker 2: yesterday in Washington, DC. The President was there. It was
- 4:58Speaker 2: it's not Formula one. This is actually Indy car. You
- 5:00Speaker 2: got NASCAR, which is like stock cars and then real
- 5:04Speaker 2: racing cars. It's like Indy Car, which is like in
- 5:07Speaker 2: the middle, like the Indianapolis five hundred. And then you
- 5:11Speaker 2: got the Formula one that's like the highest and the
- 5:14Speaker 2: fancy race cars. But this was Indy Car. It was
- 5:19Speaker 2: all around the streets of Washington, d C. President Trump
- 5:24Speaker 2: waved the green flag. Apparently it drove the left nuts,
- 5:30Speaker 2: the left wing cooks, the climate change people, they went
- 5:33Speaker 2: nuts because you remember, these are indie racing cars. They
- 5:37Speaker 2: burned more fuel in two seconds than most cars burn
- 5:40Speaker 2: in a year. I mean, they go through twenty tanks
- 5:43Speaker 2: of gas in a race. And President Trump's waving a
- 5:46Speaker 2: green flag. It drove them nuts. This guy was he
- 5:49Speaker 2: the winner? Kirkwood.
- 5:50Speaker 3: It will only be one winner of the Freedom to fifty.
- 5:53Speaker 4: And how fits a.
- 5:56Speaker 5: That is Kyle as a sectary of transportation waves a.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Check at flag.
- 6:01Speaker 5: Kyle Kirkwood wins an American on the top step of
- 6:06Speaker 5: the podium at the Freedom to fifteen.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Yes, see, that gets liberals very upset. The real left wing,
- 6:13Speaker 2: the climate change. They like the way the electric car sounds.
- 6:16Speaker 2: It sounds like this. That's the that makes they don't like.
- 6:22Speaker 6: The man of the Freedom to fifty.
- 6:28Speaker 2: That sound that is Kyle. That sound upsets them. So
- 6:34Speaker 2: is this President Trump? I mean no, this is this
- 6:37Speaker 2: is Kirkwood. This is Kirkwood himself.
- 6:38Speaker 4: I mean it.
- 6:39Speaker 5: Hasn't really settled in yet. Right, Like I won the race,
- 6:42Speaker 5: I get out of the car, I see President Trump
- 6:45Speaker 5: sitting there cheering me on as a proud American.
- 6:48Speaker 6: That's a.
- 6:49Speaker 2: That's a that's a pretty big deal to have the
- 6:51Speaker 2: president cheering you on.
- 6:53Speaker 5: Nothing else like it.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, it's pretty amazing. But these climate change lefties.
- 6:58Speaker 2: You know the other thing in Callifornia, they're trying to
- 7:01Speaker 2: ban tires. Now, that's the way. They don't want anybody
- 7:04Speaker 2: driving a car anymore. So they're trying to pass some
- 7:08Speaker 2: crazy law that'll outlaw like seventy five percent of the
- 7:11Speaker 2: tires sold, which means you won't be able to get
- 7:13Speaker 2: tires for your car. So when they see a Formula
- 7:17Speaker 2: one or when they see Indy car, I drive them crazy.
- 7:22Speaker 2: You know, these guys in one race, they'll use like
- 7:24Speaker 2: twenty sets of tires. You know, they pull into the
- 7:26Speaker 2: pit stop every twenty minutes, have the tires changed. And
- 7:30Speaker 2: those are big, enormous tires, and they just wear them
- 7:33Speaker 2: down to nothing, so they have to change the tires
- 7:34Speaker 2: and the old tires are thrown out. So you never
- 7:37Speaker 2: see this at you know, when you're watching IndyCar and NASCAR.
- 7:41Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, massive trucks have
- 7:44Speaker 2: to come and pick up three hundred used tires or
- 7:47Speaker 2: more than that, seven hundred used tires and throw them out.
- 7:50Speaker 2: This drives the left crazy, not to mention all that
- 7:53Speaker 2: gas they keep keep burning. But it was beautiful to watch,
- 7:57Speaker 2: very picturesque Long Island. You good news. You got Bruce
- 8:01Speaker 2: Blakeman as your county executive in Nassau County, and there
- 8:04Speaker 2: was a terrible damage from that storm, the tornado that
- 8:07Speaker 2: hit the Atlantic Beach Club there. You know, he lives there,
- 8:12Speaker 2: He lives right near there, so he's on top of it.
- 8:14Speaker 2: They're getting that fixed luckily nobody hurt and taking care
- 8:19Speaker 2: of that, putting everything back together. That's good news.
- 8:23Speaker 7: Hey.
- 8:23Speaker 2: The other mom Donnie crazy thing is this crazy mom
- 8:27Speaker 2: Donnie is teaming up with the DSA, these Democratic Socialists
- 8:32Speaker 2: and the Teamsters and they're trying to keep Amazon out
- 8:36Speaker 2: of New York. You know, Amazon wanted to build some
- 8:38Speaker 2: facilities here. Well, why would you do that? Well, because
- 8:42Speaker 2: they use. They hire local delivery firms. They don't bring
- 8:46Speaker 2: in their own guys. So Amazon uses about forty small
- 8:53Speaker 2: businesses to do the delivery on the ground. Well, what's
- 8:55Speaker 2: wrong with this? That sounds great. They come in, they
- 8:58Speaker 2: hire forty local delivery companies, they build big warehouses here.
- 9:04Speaker 2: The warehouse is not like a data center. Warehouses quiet nice.
- 9:08Speaker 2: So why would you be against this? You know this
- 9:12Speaker 2: Amazon stuff is like ten thousand jobs in New York.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Well it's Mamdani, the DSA, Democratic Socialists and the Teamsters. Well,
- 9:19Speaker 2: apparently the problem is these are small businesses, these delivery companies,
- 9:23Speaker 2: and they're not union. So just because they're not union,
- 9:27Speaker 2: but these small businesses, delivery businesses, they seem fine with it.
- 9:32Speaker 2: But because of that, they're going to give Amazon a
- 9:34Speaker 2: hard time and basically chase them out of the city.
- 9:39Speaker 2: So Amazon is already talking about moving all operations to
- 9:43Speaker 2: New Jersey. That would cost New York about ten thousand jobs.
- 9:49Speaker 2: And by the way, those jobs impact minorities the most.
- 9:52Speaker 2: You'd think that's something that I'm Donnie and the DSA
- 9:55Speaker 2: would care about, but they're being led around by these unions.
- 10:00Speaker 2: In fact, they're talking about they're trying to get the
- 10:01Speaker 2: city council to pass a law that Amazon can't use
- 10:05Speaker 2: subcontractors in the city for delivery. Again. That would cause
- 10:09Speaker 2: them to move to New Jersey. You know the great
- 10:12Speaker 2: thing if you're in New York City, if you're in
- 10:13Speaker 2: the middle of Manhattan, you order some on Amazon, you
- 10:15Speaker 2: get it the next day. If you're in the suburbs,
- 10:18Speaker 2: you know, you're lucky. If you it might be two days,
- 10:20Speaker 2: three days from city always next day. That could change
- 10:23Speaker 2: if Mom Donnie gets away with this crap. You know,
- 10:26Speaker 2: the city council. You got Julie men in the City
- 10:29Speaker 2: council speaker. She's a pretty common sense, middle of the
- 10:33Speaker 2: road type, but you got crazies on the city council,
- 10:36Speaker 2: so she's got to stop this. They're proposing all kinds
- 10:39Speaker 2: of stupid things. They're backing dozens of ridiculous bills. There's
- 10:44Speaker 2: one that would abolish the NYPD gang database, which you
- 10:51Speaker 2: really need. You know, if they arrest somebody, they got
- 10:53Speaker 2: a database of the gangs. They can check right away
- 10:55Speaker 2: see if this is a gang member. City council proposing
- 10:59Speaker 2: to get rid of that so they can't fight the
- 11:01Speaker 2: gangs and the gang members as much. There's also one bill,
- 11:05Speaker 2: a set of thirty dollars minimum wage that would put
- 11:09Speaker 2: a lot of businesses out of business. You can't pay
- 11:11Speaker 2: thirty dollars minimum wage. There's another one would give pet
- 11:16Speaker 2: owners sicklyleave if their dogs are ill. I don't know.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I mean, that sounds pretty stupid. But if you got
- 11:25Speaker 2: a dog and you'll love your dog, and your dog
- 11:28Speaker 2: is sick and you want to be home with it,
- 11:30Speaker 2: but it's still it's it's ridiculous. So hopefully they got
- 11:35Speaker 2: to stop all these crazy bills. Hey, Jared Kushner the
- 11:39Speaker 2: President's chief negotiator. I don't know what this Jared Kushner does.
- 11:43Speaker 2: He look like a chief negotiator. Do you ever hear
- 11:47Speaker 2: him talk? I mean, I can't picture him talking to
- 11:53Speaker 2: terrorist Iranians, but listen to President knows more about that
- 11:58Speaker 2: stuff than I do. Negotiating he got Jared doing it.
- 12:02Speaker 2: He met with Hakim Jeffries late last week. Jared Kushner
- 12:06Speaker 2: met with Hakim Jeffries to negotiate. I guess they're thinking,
- 12:11Speaker 2: what happens if the Democrats win, Jeffries will become the
- 12:15Speaker 2: Speaker of the House. That's a frightening thought. A mutual
- 12:20Speaker 2: friend that both of them arranged a private space in
- 12:23Speaker 2: New York City. That means they did it in somebody's apartment.
- 12:27Speaker 2: They got together, the two of them, and talked. They
- 12:29Speaker 2: were trying to find common ground and they discussed certain
- 12:33Speaker 2: things that the Trump Republicans and the Hakeem Jeffrey left
- 12:39Speaker 2: wing could agree on. One was housing, one was immigration
- 12:43Speaker 2: and high costs of the living. Now why would they
- 12:46Speaker 2: do this, Well, it could be that they're just being cautious.
- 12:52Speaker 2: You know, Trump realizing he could lose the midterms. It
- 12:55Speaker 2: doesn't look bad for him in the polling right now,
- 12:58Speaker 2: but who knows what polling they got. So in case
- 13:02Speaker 2: the Democrats take office, they want to get along better
- 13:06Speaker 2: with Jeffries because he would be in you know, it
- 13:08Speaker 2: could be impeachment every week. Every week, they'd be trying
- 13:12Speaker 2: to impeach the president over something or cut him off
- 13:14Speaker 2: from all funding. So that's why they're reaching out to
- 13:17Speaker 2: Hakeem Jeffries. Makes sense for the Trump people, But Jeffery's
- 13:22Speaker 2: getting a lot of flack from the crazy left. They're
- 13:25Speaker 2: all upset now. They're mad at Hakim Jefferies for taking
- 13:29Speaker 2: the meeting. He will not say that he met with him,
- 13:32Speaker 2: but it is confirmed by multiple sources. Also says the
- 13:36Speaker 2: two men have stayed in touch through the years. You
- 13:39Speaker 2: got to remember Jared Kushner was in the Trump White
- 13:42Speaker 2: House in the first term, way back when he was
- 13:46Speaker 2: in the first term, and Jeffries was in Congress then,
- 13:49Speaker 2: so apparently they've had a relationship for a long time.
- 13:53Speaker 2: This is not sounding good for Jeffries. You know, the
- 13:55Speaker 2: crazy left hates him. Hey, so this couple is in
- 14:01Speaker 2: the Met, the Metropolitan Museum, the Great Museum on Fifth
- 14:04Speaker 2: Avenue up in the eighties, the Met, and the guy
- 14:08Speaker 2: is going to propose to his girlfriend and in the
- 14:13Speaker 2: museum there's a certain spot. Now the reason they were
- 14:15Speaker 2: doing this apparently that's where they met. They met in
- 14:18Speaker 2: the Metropolitan Museum. It's quite a wonderful touching story, isn't it.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Not really, who's this guy going around picking up women
- 14:26Speaker 2: in the Met But that's how they met. So they're
- 14:29Speaker 2: getting engaged, very touching. They go over to the spot
- 14:35Speaker 2: and he gets down on one knee to propose, and
- 14:40Speaker 2: before he can say anything, the security guard comes over
- 14:43Speaker 2: yelling at him.
- 14:43Speaker 7: Get up.
- 14:43Speaker 2: You can't be on your knees. There's a role against
- 14:45Speaker 2: that you're not allowed to do that. Stand up and
- 14:47Speaker 2: he's like screaming at the guy. Well, when they were
- 14:51Speaker 2: getting engaged where he was going to propose, he had
- 14:53Speaker 2: his friend with the camera doing video, so they caught
- 14:56Speaker 2: the security guard on video doing that. It's gone viral now.
- 15:01Speaker 2: People have checked at the museum. Won't say much, they
- 15:05Speaker 2: will not comment, but people are saying there's no rule
- 15:09Speaker 2: that you can't get down on your knee, and that
- 15:11Speaker 2: the guard was being overzealous. The self appointed Romance police
- 15:16Speaker 2: cited a non existent rule that says here about engagements
- 15:21Speaker 2: being forbidden at this venerable house of art. He started
- 15:25Speaker 2: off by saying proposals aren't allowed. Well, of course they are,
- 15:28Speaker 2: and he ordered the person to stop filming. Well, of
- 15:31Speaker 2: course you're allowed to film there. So but I'm just
- 15:35Speaker 2: one thing because every day you go on Instagram, every
- 15:39Speaker 2: day you see somebody proposing. They're in Central Park at
- 15:42Speaker 2: the bridge, they're on top of the Empire State Building.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Stop please with the engagement videos. Just stop take a picture.
- 15:50Speaker 2: We don't need the whole video. It's always in the
- 15:52Speaker 2: middle of the park. It's like top of the Empire
- 15:56Speaker 2: State Building, it's up on some rooftup. I don't know.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I guess it's okay. You know, it's very touching. Let's
- 16:05Speaker 2: come back fifteen years later see if this couple is
- 16:07Speaker 2: still married. Let's come back five years later, see if
- 16:10Speaker 2: they're still smiling so much. Anyway, we'll take some calls next.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one. Hey, we always like to
- 16:21Speaker 2: get some new calls. If you had never called before,
- 16:23Speaker 2: we're looking for new callers. Eight hundred three two one
- 16:27Speaker 2: zero seven ten. Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 16:32Speaker 1: What's better than two hours of Mark Simone three? The
- 16:36Speaker 1: Mark Simone Show now nine till noon, weekdays.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Seven to TENO. Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred
- 16:48Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten is number. Let's go
- 16:51Speaker 2: to Jack in Providence, Rhode Island. Jack, how you doing, Mark?
- 16:56Speaker 6: We watch you once for twenty four hours a day.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Wait, hang on, hang on, and hang on. Does this
- 17:02Speaker 2: guy sound like it's from Providence? It sound a little
- 17:05Speaker 2: New york Ish where you're from?
- 17:07Speaker 6: Really, I'm originally from the Bronx and we moved up
- 17:10Speaker 6: to Rhode Island because you know, the Bronx got of
- 17:12Speaker 6: there's no there's no morals in the Bronx.
- 17:15Speaker 3: There's one.
- 17:15Speaker 7: They built it, they finally. But anyway, where are you in?
- 17:18Speaker 2: Where are you in the Providence?
- 17:20Speaker 6: Right in the city, I'm I'm on the south that's university.
- 17:25Speaker 8: But listen, it's a little less a pace of life
- 17:28Speaker 8: up there.
- 17:28Speaker 7: You know.
- 17:29Speaker 6: I still miss the Bronx in New York City.
- 17:31Speaker 7: But the thing is bark.
- 17:33Speaker 6: We have to stop legal immigration in a million and
- 17:36Speaker 6: a half third World is in every single year, one
- 17:39Speaker 6: hundred million total over fifty sixty years. And people are
- 17:42Speaker 6: scratching their heads white. It is a third World country.
- 17:45Speaker 6: We have a colony in China.
- 17:46Speaker 8: The top communist leader is there's your question.
- 17:49Speaker 2: It's like eleven in the morning. What are you so
- 17:51Speaker 2: upset about? Calm down, summer day, go ahead and enjoy yourself.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Do you understand these people? As soon as they wake up,
- 18:00Speaker 2: we have to stop them. I don't think he's from Providence.
- 18:06Speaker 2: I don't think. So let's go to h Randall in Maryland. Randall,
- 18:09Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 18:11Speaker 8: Hi, Mark? Mark. In the old days, you were a
- 18:15Speaker 8: celebrity because you were somebody special. Now you're something special
- 18:19Speaker 8: because you're a celebrity.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Well, it's a lot of buttering up. I mean, it's
- 18:24Speaker 2: very flattering. I don't know what all this buttering up
- 18:26Speaker 2: is about. But I hear a butt coming. What's the butt?
- 18:31Speaker 7: But no, I'm talking about coming.
- 18:37Speaker 8: Be nice, Megan, Harry. You don't have to worry about them.
- 18:41Speaker 8: They're celebrities. That's their stock in trade. That's just like
- 18:44Speaker 8: your mayor and my governor.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Know, Megan and Harry are two of the most useless idiots,
- 18:49Speaker 2: the two of the most annoying people on earth.
- 18:52Speaker 8: But I agree, I agree, But why are they? You know,
- 18:55Speaker 8: why are they so important?
- 18:57Speaker 2: Anyway? Thanks for what is he talking about? They're important.
- 19:00Speaker 2: We like to make fun of them. They're just nice
- 19:03Speaker 2: to make fun of. Obviously they're not important, otherwise they'd
- 19:05Speaker 2: get a job. Let's go to Ralph in Manhattan. Ralph,
- 19:08Speaker 2: how you doing, Mark? You made a song?
- 19:12Speaker 9: Sorry.
- 19:13Speaker 2: We don't like people with deeper voices than me.
- 19:16Speaker 7: I try to I try to do soprano. Oh did
- 19:19Speaker 7: you used to be on the radio or something. You
- 19:20Speaker 7: sound great. You have a big radio voice. Oh, I
- 19:23Speaker 7: appreciate that. Yeah, I do a little radio. But there's
- 19:26Speaker 7: the I appreciate that. The you know, seventeen percent You're
- 19:32Speaker 7: talking about a huge, huge number. Every time I walk
- 19:35Speaker 7: down the street Manhattan, ninth Avenue, wherever I am, I
- 19:38Speaker 7: can't get away from the pot. There's nowhere that they
- 19:42Speaker 7: won't smoke. They smoke constantly, constantly, constantly. But I would say,
- 19:46Speaker 7: I make one leave. Mark.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Let me just say, I think the seventeen percent is
- 19:50Speaker 2: a national figure. In Manhattan, that might be seventy five percent,
- 19:54Speaker 2: But if you're walking around Garden City, Long Island, it's
- 19:57Speaker 2: probably zero percent.
- 19:59Speaker 7: So you got you got it, you got it. The
- 20:01Speaker 7: one the one plea that I would say, just if
- 20:03Speaker 7: you're going to smoke your pots, just smoked in the
- 20:05Speaker 7: privacy of your own home, just to do it. Don't
- 20:07Speaker 7: put it on me. I'm trying. I'm out there trying
- 20:09Speaker 7: to exercise at six o'clock. At six o'clock in the morning, Mark,
- 20:12Speaker 7: it's fascinating. There's smoke. When we have breakfast, they're smoking pot.
- 20:17Speaker 7: It's ridiculous.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yeah, uh no, it's a good point. You know, I
- 20:21Speaker 2: got allergies. I can't smell. I really can't smell anything
- 20:25Speaker 2: when I go out there. So I'm fine. I'm walking
- 20:26Speaker 2: down the street and enjoying myself. Whoever went with good,
- 20:28Speaker 2: Oh my god. The smell. It's like this allergy is
- 20:31Speaker 2: the best thing you're gonna have. You don't smell anything
- 20:32Speaker 2: in New York. Let's go to Richard and Bay Shore. Richard,
- 20:35Speaker 2: how you doing, I'm doing well.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Good morning.
- 20:38Speaker 8: I heard this morning that Larry MENTI and Curtis said
- 20:41Speaker 8: pulled the head of a sit in the morning in
- 20:44Speaker 8: the ratings.
- 20:44Speaker 2: So I was like, I don't know that. I don't
- 20:47Speaker 2: know if that's true. They're pretty even.
- 20:49Speaker 7: It's always very you did you're getting the extra hour?
- 20:52Speaker 7: Have anything to do with that?
- 20:53Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. You know what
- 20:55Speaker 2: it is. Everybody's lying about their ratings everywhere. I mean,
- 20:59Speaker 2: I've heard guys give fake numbers or seven point four
- 21:01Speaker 2: to one point four. It's absolutely not true. There's no
- 21:04Speaker 2: such number. So if one side's going to make up numbers,
- 21:08Speaker 2: the other side makes up numbers. You'll notice I never
- 21:11Speaker 2: say a word because I don't have to make up numbers.
- 21:14Speaker 2: But both listen, there's a couple of morning shows. They're
- 21:17Speaker 2: both great, they both do very very well. And it's
- 21:21Speaker 2: a nice business. It's a fun radio business. It's a
- 21:24Speaker 2: big community. No reason to fight with everybody Oh, let's
- 21:28Speaker 2: go to Chris Bethpage. Chris, how you doing?
- 21:32Speaker 10: Hey, Mark, I think you should personally hire me at
- 21:35Speaker 10: screen calls because that first guy from Providence was Steve
- 21:38Speaker 10: from Manhattan. I know that guy. Anyways to go be
- 21:41Speaker 10: counting gun.
- 21:42Speaker 7: Yeah right.
- 21:42Speaker 2: You know it's funny. They always try to lie and
- 21:45Speaker 2: they say, I'm calling you from Idaho. But when the
- 21:47Speaker 2: guy calls, he goes with you with that accent then
- 21:52Speaker 2: like you're not going to say, I know, I know.
- 21:55Speaker 10: The reason I did call Mark was because I want
- 21:58Speaker 10: to agree with with you. Guys were saying before about Mendomi.
- 22:03Speaker 10: You don't think he's you know, he's going to be
- 22:05Speaker 10: relatively harmless. But Bruce Blateman, I would be out thet
- 22:08Speaker 10: twenty four to seven. You got a campaign against Mendamie.
- 22:12Speaker 10: That's the key, that's the key to him getting elected.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Yeah, well he does, he does do it. He does
- 22:17Speaker 2: do that. Yep, Yeah, he is campaigning twenty four to seven.
- 22:20Speaker 2: He is always, always, always bashioned Hochele and tying her
- 22:23Speaker 2: to mom Donnie, and it's a good thing to do.
- 22:26Speaker 2: You're right. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how
- 22:29Speaker 2: you doing?
- 22:30Speaker 9: Good morning? Mark Mark, Meghan and Harry have just become
- 22:33Speaker 9: another British couple receiving welfare Royalty welfare. Mark Mandami and
- 22:41Speaker 9: the City Council are coming up with all these kookie
- 22:44Speaker 9: ideas like paid sick leave for your dog. Just call
- 22:49Speaker 9: up your mirror his doggie daycats out there and they'll
- 22:52Speaker 9: send somebody over to take care of your dog. You
- 22:55Speaker 9: gotta pay for it, which the City council communists don't like.
- 23:00Speaker 9: Mark Mandami's talking about all these projects like the doggy
- 23:04Speaker 9: day for care, like taking twenty years to fix the Bikui.
- 23:08Speaker 9: Well since Friday and yesterday morning, my house where I
- 23:13Speaker 9: personally lived, my basement got flooded out twice already. And
- 23:18Speaker 9: you saw what happened in Queens and Poslope and on
- 23:21Speaker 9: other areas, especially in Befted steibersid Mark. The catch basins
- 23:26Speaker 9: in this city every spring used to the City Works Department.
- 23:32Speaker 9: We go around with a david and crane open up
- 23:35Speaker 9: all the sewers and catch basins and clean them out.
- 23:38Speaker 9: So the faster the water the rainfalls in the street,
- 23:42Speaker 9: the faster it goes into this catch basin, the faster
- 23:45Speaker 9: it goes into the main sewer and not into people's.
- 23:48Speaker 2: House really in a few seconds, was that the probably
- 23:50Speaker 2: stop cleaning that thing up exactly.
- 23:52Speaker 3: The last time they cleaned a sewer in front of
- 23:55Speaker 3: my house was when they were looking for a murder
- 23:57Speaker 3: row weapon about eighteen years ago. They cleaned the sew
- 24:01Speaker 3: on the corner. Somebody got murdered on my block.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Uh gee, Uh, we won't ask where you were at
- 24:07Speaker 2: that time.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Yeah, we won't, okay, But anyway.
- 24:12Speaker 2: But Vincent, that's a very good point because we all
- 24:14Speaker 2: had this, We've all our lives. We didn't see all
- 24:17Speaker 2: this flooding all of a sudden we're seeing.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Yeah, very good point.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Very good point, Vincent, great call, Thanks for Colin. Hey,
- 24:24Speaker 2: we'll take a break for the news, get caught up
- 24:26Speaker 2: on everything, and then Rob Shooter will be with us.
- 24:28Speaker 2: He's the best royals expert there is, so well, he'll
- 24:31Speaker 2: give us the real story and we'll get to that
- 24:33Speaker 2: next on seven to ten w R Welcome back to
- 24:36Speaker 2: the Mark Simone Show.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Live from the WR Life Back Studios.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Well, hey, Rob Shooter, the great writer columnist. You know
- 24:46Speaker 2: his last book was the big best seller. He's got
- 24:49Speaker 2: a new book coming out and you can pre order
- 24:52Speaker 2: it right now it's a new novel called Queen Elizabeth
- 24:55Speaker 2: the Third. Queen Elizabeth the Third, go pre order where
- 24:59Speaker 2: we get books and on wherever. Rob Shooter's new novel,
- 25:02Speaker 2: Rob Shooter, How are you doing.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Yame Mark? I said, it's a curious title, isn't it.
- 25:07Speaker 5: Queen Elizabeth the Third?
- 25:09Speaker 2: What does it mean?
- 25:10Speaker 5: It's sets fifteen years in the future. So we skipped
- 25:14Speaker 5: forward to twenty forty and there's a new royal on
- 25:18Speaker 5: the throne and the person who is sitting with the
- 25:21Speaker 5: crown on their head is going to surprise you.
- 25:25Speaker 2: Don't don't tell me. Her name is Meghan, not Megan.
- 25:30Speaker 4: That's Baby Baby, Megan's daughter.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Why what?
- 25:36Speaker 10: What?
- 25:39Speaker 2: A right?
- 25:40Speaker 4: Of course?
- 25:41Speaker 5: The trouble with this, it's so delicious to write so
- 25:44Speaker 5: that it starts with an awful accident above bell Moral
- 25:47Speaker 5: and I literally wipe out.
- 25:48Speaker 4: The royal family. And then they have to follow the line.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Of succession, and they follow the lion, and the person
- 25:54Speaker 5: that ends up ultimately being queen is Elizabeth Lilivers.
- 25:59Speaker 4: And that's how the novel starts. I'm not giving it
- 26:01Speaker 4: all away.
- 26:01Speaker 5: The novel starts with Lillibet's on the throne and her mother.
- 26:05Speaker 4: Might be jealous, her mother might not like this. What
- 26:08Speaker 4: will Harry do?
- 26:10Speaker 10: Like?
- 26:10Speaker 4: That's what I'm playing it.
- 26:11Speaker 5: So it's a fantasy book. It's not real, but it's
- 26:14Speaker 5: a fantasy book about the future.
- 26:16Speaker 2: That's called Queen Elizabeth II. You can pre order it now. Hey,
- 26:19Speaker 2: you're the big You're the best royal expert. What the
- 26:23Speaker 2: hell do these people do all day?
- 26:25Speaker 5: Like Prince William I, don't have a lovely life. They
- 26:28Speaker 5: don't do anything. They watched Damson with the Stars. They
- 26:30Speaker 5: have a great life. They have some official functions that
- 26:35Speaker 5: they do, but honestly, they don't do the hours and
- 26:38Speaker 5: hours of work that most people have to do to
- 26:41Speaker 5: pay their rent. And so it's a lovely life, which
- 26:44Speaker 5: is why when they fight someone, they're silly.
- 26:47Speaker 4: It's so getty because we would give.
- 26:49Speaker 5: Everything to have to have a life like this, and
- 26:52Speaker 5: they didn't get it because of any skills.
- 26:54Speaker 4: They were born into this job, and so.
- 26:57Speaker 5: They should all shut up and do a little bit
- 26:59Speaker 5: more work and be grateful. But that isn't the way
- 27:02Speaker 5: this family works, which is why it's so delicious for
- 27:05Speaker 5: people like you and me and everybody else to write
- 27:08Speaker 5: about them and talk about them.
- 27:09Speaker 2: What's it pretty Charles kind of the exception, though he
- 27:12Speaker 2: really did go out and work on projects and charity.
- 27:15Speaker 4: He does he does.
- 27:16Speaker 5: He definitely is involved in the community. He has projects
- 27:20Speaker 5: that he cares about. The one that actually works the hardest,
- 27:22Speaker 5: the one that does the most official engagements each year,
- 27:25Speaker 5: it's not William, it's not Taking, it's not Charles. It's
- 27:28Speaker 5: and and the hardest working royal. If you look at
- 27:31Speaker 5: her schedule, every every day or so every few days,
- 27:35Speaker 5: she's going to a charity or to a hospital, to
- 27:38Speaker 5: a county fair. And the workforce in that family, the
- 27:42Speaker 5: younger ones, which I think is probably a testament to
- 27:45Speaker 5: the whole society, not quite the workhorses that their parents are.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Yeah, so Harry and Meghan, the schedule would be like
- 27:53Speaker 2: lunch and that's it the schedule.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, they do a meeting, maybe a fit in,
- 28:00Speaker 5: maybe a lunch. Maybe Hi might make a cave, they
- 28:03Speaker 5: might do a TikTok video.
- 28:04Speaker 4: It's like the life of an influencer.
- 28:07Speaker 5: It's a precious life they have and they should be
- 28:11Speaker 5: more grateful for it. But now we do have the
- 28:13Speaker 5: latest chapter of the soap opera Arion.
- 28:16Speaker 4: They're there returning to Britain. I can't quite figure out
- 28:18Speaker 4: why I've been hidding the phones.
- 28:20Speaker 5: There was some talk that she was going over there
- 28:23Speaker 5: for film, the TV show and Netflix show.
- 28:25Speaker 4: I spoke to the producers, I spoke to people.
- 28:27Speaker 5: On the show, and they told me that carbitrary because
- 28:30Speaker 5: the show hasn't been greenly yet there even though show.
- 28:34Speaker 5: So her being tasked on the third season of The
- 28:36Speaker 5: Gentleman doesn't make it again because there isn't a third
- 28:40Speaker 5: season yet. So if they're not going to work there,
- 28:43Speaker 5: another skin that they're pushing quite hard is that they're
- 28:46Speaker 5: going to the thing this stiff and they want to
- 28:48Speaker 5: spend time with the family. Now, the problem with that
- 28:50Speaker 5: argument they didn't tell the king until a couple of
- 28:53Speaker 5: days ago, and so if they really were going to
- 28:56Speaker 5: the king, they might have mentioned it to him when
- 28:58Speaker 5: they had seen with him. My exurces are fellingmy it's financial.
- 29:03Speaker 5: It's about money. The dream that these two wanted and
- 29:07Speaker 5: believed they deserved didn't happen. The Netflix show he was
- 29:10Speaker 5: a disaster, Her podcast was a disaster. Her jam collection
- 29:14Speaker 5: is a very sticky pun intended. And so they're going
- 29:18Speaker 5: back to Britain so hopefully make some money.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Good luck.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Hey, So if Beth Andy Frankel can make money with
- 29:26Speaker 2: her store, with her products, how come these two idiots,
- 29:29Speaker 2: Why can't they come up.
- 29:30Speaker 5: With anything because they've never got to hustle. If we
- 29:36Speaker 5: think it's been done for them, particularly him, the victors
- 29:40Speaker 5: claims are a great success because he launched them when
- 29:43Speaker 5: he was still a member of the Palace. And when
- 29:45Speaker 5: you're a member of the palace, there's hundreds of very
- 29:48Speaker 5: capable people who are unsaffed to do all the work.
- 29:51Speaker 5: When you lose that job, all those purchaser Look at
- 29:54Speaker 5: hold Holder was fantastic on the Today So she left
- 29:58Speaker 5: the Today saw and now her app lifestyle app is
- 30:01Speaker 5: falling apart because she doesn't have all those producers around
- 30:04Speaker 5: her doing the work. It's really important to surround yourself
- 30:08Speaker 5: with good people, and Harry and Meghan have done the
- 30:10Speaker 5: opposite of that.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Hey, give us the latest on Hayden Penetier.
- 30:15Speaker 4: What do we know about Yeah, we know there's going
- 30:18Speaker 4: to be some arest soon. The roofs are really closing
- 30:20Speaker 4: in on this report.
- 30:22Speaker 5: For in this bad news he was speaking in jail
- 30:24Speaker 5: domestic abuse allegations, talking allegations.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Now, Hayden's mom.
- 30:31Speaker 5: Is telling the police to look at him, as a
- 30:33Speaker 5: new report today that he recently was spotted bourding some
- 30:37Speaker 5: of her jewelry, her guitar. Now we have a neighbor
- 30:40Speaker 5: of theirs in Hollywood saying in La saying that she
- 30:44Speaker 5: was taken out of the home twice on a stretcher,
- 30:47Speaker 5: and so I think people are really certain. It's a
- 30:49Speaker 5: big question too, is now this knocking? Why was there
- 30:53Speaker 5: knarking there? I don't know anybody that has knarkin that
- 30:55Speaker 5: isn't a real serious drug dealer through addicts or a
- 30:59Speaker 5: member of services, the ambulance guys and ladies, and so
- 31:05Speaker 5: lots of questions. The good news about this is I'm
- 31:07Speaker 5: told all the videos footage around the complex where they
- 31:10Speaker 5: were staying has all been seized by the police. So
- 31:14Speaker 5: now we'll know who went in, who went out, and
- 31:16Speaker 5: what happened in that apartment. There's only two three people there,
- 31:19Speaker 5: so they've got a lot of questions that they need
- 31:22Speaker 5: to answer.
- 31:23Speaker 2: That's good to hear. Hey, Melissa Gilbert, boy, she's a
- 31:26Speaker 2: busy lecturing.
- 31:27Speaker 5: Hollywood husband, as did the cheers of sexually passing young boys.
- 31:34Speaker 5: That's the accusations. They have not been proven yet. But
- 31:36Speaker 5: that's why we have a thought system. So while her
- 31:38Speaker 5: husband is under this real ugly cloud of suspicion and
- 31:43Speaker 5: some serious allegations, Melitia's have decided that she existed department
- 31:47Speaker 5: moment to lecture Hollywood about short child stars and how
- 31:51Speaker 5: they've been protection.
- 31:53Speaker 4: Melissa, if you're listening, it's a great message. You're the
- 31:56Speaker 4: wrong messenger.
- 31:56Speaker 7: Shut up.
- 31:57Speaker 5: You only do lecturing day body about children and abuse while.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Your husband has been accusing these really ugly things. They
- 32:05Speaker 4: makes me laugh, doesn't it.
- 32:06Speaker 5: Because these Hollywood people, they've got to help themselves.
- 32:09Speaker 4: Like any chance.
- 32:10Speaker 5: They have for John Pis and promot of cause to
- 32:14Speaker 5: attach their name to something, they do it where often
- 32:17Speaker 5: they'd be better after shutting down.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Well, hey, we're talking Rob Shooter here. Our friend Wendy Williams,
- 32:23Speaker 2: she's a listener in this show. She might even be listening.
- 32:26Speaker 2: But we love Wendy Williams. What's going on with her?
- 32:29Speaker 4: Yeah, poor lady, a friend of mine too. I've known
- 32:31Speaker 4: her for.
- 32:32Speaker 5: Yours as a regular guest on her talk show, her
- 32:34Speaker 5: TV shirt she was spotty. We've not seen Wendy in
- 32:37Speaker 5: a few months, but we finally spotted.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Her over the weekend.
- 32:40Speaker 5: She's still in her facility on the West Side.
- 32:43Speaker 4: A camera crew asked.
- 32:44Speaker 5: Her what she wanted, and she said she wants to
- 32:46Speaker 5: be free. She's sick of this conservator ship. She doesn't
- 32:50Speaker 5: think she should be under it. For a couple of
- 32:53Speaker 5: years now, she's had no control over her money and
- 32:57Speaker 5: so Wendy wants out.
- 32:59Speaker 4: I hit the phone.
- 33:00Speaker 5: I spoke to some lawyers and they said, there's a
- 33:02Speaker 5: slow moving process. We thought this is Britney Sears didn't
- 33:05Speaker 5: wouldn't you have a conservati torship. It's really hard to
- 33:08Speaker 5: get out of it. Brittany was under hers for thirteen
- 33:11Speaker 5: years and there's some arguments to be made that, you know,
- 33:15Speaker 5: Britney might have been better off under the conservatory ship.
- 33:18Speaker 4: So we actually careful here.
- 33:20Speaker 5: We want people to be in charge of their own
- 33:21Speaker 5: money and their own lives. But if they're going to
- 33:24Speaker 5: make bad decisions or not bad decisions, who are allowed.
- 33:26Speaker 5: You're allowed to spend your own money, you're allowed to
- 33:28Speaker 5: mess up your life. But if there's mental health issues involved,
- 33:32Speaker 5: then I think we should be careful on this one.
- 33:33Speaker 4: So be's the look to Wendy. She looked good. She's
- 33:36Speaker 4: got her old spirit back. And so she's listening her
- 33:38Speaker 4: lower lower lives.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Hey, sometimes she calls in. I've heard of callin and
- 33:42Speaker 2: do it.
- 33:43Speaker 8: I love it.
- 33:43Speaker 2: She sounds fine when she calls in, she says perfect.
- 33:47Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, she's whacky.
- 33:49Speaker 5: Wendy's always been whacky though, like she's Whackedy twenty years ago.
- 33:53Speaker 5: And so, you know, it's a really tricky process that
- 33:56Speaker 5: I think we should all have a big conversation about.
- 33:59Speaker 8: Wouldn't you.
- 34:02Speaker 5: Lose your life, you lose your bank account, you lose
- 34:05Speaker 5: your and with your inner conservatory ship to get out
- 34:11Speaker 5: of its really really haad. So when he has a
- 34:14Speaker 5: good lawyer, she just good people around her, but she's
- 34:17Speaker 5: still into that conservator ship.
- 34:19Speaker 7: Sad.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, Rob Shooter, great stuff. Hey, everybody get his
- 34:23Speaker 2: new book. It's called Thank You Queen Elizabeth the Third.
- 34:26Speaker 2: It's a new novel getting getting good reviews. You can
- 34:30Speaker 2: pre order it right now, Queen Elizabeth the Third. And
- 34:33Speaker 2: then where should people go to read?
- 34:34Speaker 6: You?
- 34:35Speaker 2: Subs?
- 34:35Speaker 4: Text every day?
- 34:36Speaker 5: I have a podcast for iHeart Radio, so so I

- 34:53Speaker 2: to Rob Shooter on iHeart get his podcast Naughty but Nice.
- 34:57Speaker 2: It's great stuff, Rob Shooter, thanks for being with.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Us always good my friend.
- 35:01Speaker 2: Take out, take care. Hey, don't forget. The show is
- 35:06Speaker 2: now three hours, three hours, three hours. We start at
- 35:10Speaker 2: nine o'clock every day. It's nine to noon every day,
- 35:13Speaker 2: and then coming up at noon you got Buck Sexton
- 35:15Speaker 2: and Klay Travis. That's a really good show. Every day
- 35:18Speaker 2: three o'clock you got the most listened to radio show
- 35:23Speaker 2: in America, Sean Handy. At three you got Jesse Kelly.
- 35:26Speaker 2: At six o'clock the Great Jimmy Fayla. It's a very
- 35:30Speaker 2: funny show every night nine to midnight. And as I said,
- 35:33Speaker 2: I start now nine o'clock. It's nine to noon, and
- 35:36Speaker 2: that means it's Curtis Sliwa and Larry Minty six to
- 35:40Speaker 2: nine every morning on seven to ten WR.
- 35:44Speaker 1: What's better than two hours of Mark Simone three The
- 35:48Speaker 1: Mark Zimone Show now nine till noon weekdays.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Seven to TENO. Hey, it's Monday. So they got this week,
- 35:57Speaker 2: and then next week is it we end? The next
- 36:00Speaker 2: week it's Labor Day weekend. So the final two weeks
- 36:03Speaker 2: of summer. I mean officially it goes into September, but
- 36:06Speaker 2: this is really the final two weeks of summer. You
- 36:10Speaker 2: got ten weeks until the midterms. Ten weeks until the midterms. Now,
- 36:15Speaker 2: if you're watching MS NOW or MSNBC or whatever the
- 36:19Speaker 2: hell they call it, all morning, they're doing this. So
- 36:22Speaker 2: these poles. They got some fake polls that show Trump's
- 36:26Speaker 2: approval rating underwater in forty seven states, and they're going
- 36:30Speaker 2: state by state, these twenty points underwater in this state,
- 36:33Speaker 2: in this state. And first of all, it's a fake pole.
- 36:36Speaker 2: It's one of those rig poles where they don't have
- 36:39Speaker 2: the correct sample. They have Republicans at twenty three percent
- 36:42Speaker 2: of the sample instead of thirty six where they're supposed
- 36:45Speaker 2: to be. They're using the wrong voters, they're not using
- 36:48Speaker 2: likely voters, so it's a fake pole. And the other
- 36:51Speaker 2: thing is they keep going over these Trump numbers. They
- 36:54Speaker 2: never ever ever tell you that in all these polls
- 36:58Speaker 2: the Democrats are way below Trump. Trump is here and
- 37:04Speaker 2: the Democrats are way down there. In fact, Democrats now
- 37:07Speaker 2: setting records for the lowest poll numbers ever in the
- 37:11Speaker 2: world going into the midterms. So they forget to mention
- 37:14Speaker 2: that part. Hey, we mentioned mom Donnie. I forgot to
- 37:17Speaker 2: mention that he's back from vacation. That's where you're seeing
- 37:20Speaker 2: them all over the news today. You know, he was
- 37:22Speaker 2: on vacation for a whole week. Nobody really noticed because
- 37:25Speaker 2: nobody knows what the hell he does when he's here.
- 37:27Speaker 2: But he was on vacation from what nobody knows. He
- 37:31Speaker 2: won't say where he was exactly. He was an upstate
- 37:34Speaker 2: New York that's all he'll say. Of course, for a
- 37:37Speaker 2: guy like that, upstate could be Yonkers. I mean, who
- 37:39Speaker 2: knows with him, But he's back. He mentioned those grocery stores.
- 37:44Speaker 2: He's got another problem. There's a lot of grocery stores, Bodega's,
- 37:49Speaker 2: small grocery stores all around where he's building these. Now
- 37:52Speaker 2: they've gotten together to sue him. He's facing a huge
- 37:56Speaker 2: lawsuit from the Bodega Association. So that'll hold it up.
- 38:01Speaker 2: And as they keep telling you, you'll never live to
- 38:04Speaker 2: see one of his grocery stores, it will never ever
- 38:07Speaker 2: ever happen. Hey, we're out of time. It's gonna be
- 38:09Speaker 2: a nice day to day. We've got great weather for
- 38:10Speaker 2: three days. There could be some rain on Thursday. We
- 38:14Speaker 2: got three sunny summer days, so enjoy them. Don't forget
- 38:18Speaker 2: I'm here nine to noon every day. It's three hours now.
