- 0:21So you can be empowered and take back the most precious and important asset of your life, which is your health.
- 0:28Let's get ready.
- 0:29Comfortable and get started Hello.
- 0:32Healers welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:35I have a special podcast episode for you today.
- 0:41This one is different.
- 0:42Definitely different.
- 0:44Hopefully when to listen to it, you will find a thing or two you can resonate with literally take actions to eliminate.
- 0:51One or two of the seven things that are still in a way, your energy making new tired, sluggish, and fatigue.
- 0:58All the time.
- 1:00So many people are not aware that they are burning energy, even while they doing simple things like walking or talking ourselves.
- 1:10And our bodies are getting depleted by the minute and get tired mid-afternoon and we cannot put our fingers on the reasons, many of us.
- 1:19It wasn't what I'm saying that because I've seen patients in my practice, they have great diet.
- 1:24They are exercising.
- 1:26They have decent supplements.
- 1:28They are doing all the things to really take care of the physical bodies, but yet they are still tired and exhausted and they cannot understand why.
- 1:37I compile this list of activities or habits that I have seen.
- 1:41My research in all my patients and for you to identify unknown sources of energy stealers.
- 1:48So I have a very extensive intake form that I give to my patients.
- 1:52And part of the intake form, we address the mind body, spirit, and soul.
- 1:57So there are questions about habits you doing.
- 1:59Things that you eat, it's not just, what do you eat?
- 2:02Is it helping you it's really like your lifestyle.
- 2:05On that form.
- 2:06So I decided to go back and really research to all the forms and identify things that.
- 2:11It has like a common denominator.
- 2:13That might cause energy issues for my patients.
- 2:16And I am certain that you will identify one or two things on that list.
- 2:20You can change, improve, or eliminate.
- 2:23This episode was also inspired by my very young adult male patient.
- 2:28He knows who is, came to visit his family.
- 2:31And also receive treatment from our clinic.
- 2:33And we were trying to identify why he was tired.
- 2:37And upon investigation, he mentioned a couple of things that he was doing that could be the corporate of him being tired.
- 2:44So a lot of the things that he mentioned, on that list.
- 2:48Many of us are doing these things and we are not even aware of the effect.
- 2:52They have in our bodies.
- 2:53Typically people will tell me, I have lack of energy, tiredness, sluggishness, brain fog.
- 2:59Because I'm not sleeping because I have some type of disease.
- 3:03Like infections was still where your energy Diamond gut infections, viral infections.
- 3:08Bacterial infections definitely will deplete.
- 3:12Yourselves.
- 3:12From producing energy for you.
- 3:14However, if you don't have an infection and you're tired, these are the things you need to address.
- 3:20Yes.
- 3:20Diseases can give you.
- 3:21Fatigue.
- 3:22I'm not dismissing that, but there are more things.
- 3:25We need to consider if we're willing to have that energy.
- 3:28And the phase one in my gut, the Clarion program is energy restoration, phase one.
- 3:34It may get the credit program.
- 3:36We need to restore energy because if you don't have energy, You will not be able to function.
- 3:41The way you want to.
- 3:42You will get sicker and sicker and your body will start being existed.
- 3:47And you find yourself in the hospital at one point because of the severe congestion.
- 3:51So the first thing I work with my patient on, in the gut, the Clarion program is to restore the energy.
- 3:56And right now we have our group program that is in.
- 3:59Activity right now.
- 4:01And everybody in that program or 13 of them are having tons of energy.
- 4:06I have a product in that program that I give to patients.
- 4:11That's literally we pairing.
- 4:13And also replenishing the physical aspect.
- 4:16Of fatigue.
- 4:17So there's also some mental aspect, which you'll see on that list, but if you find yourself having energy issues and you know, it is physical.
- 4:25Definitely reach out to me.
- 4:26We'll talk about it.
- 4:27But that's the first thing we need energy.
- 4:30We can not be our best if we don't have energy.
- 4:33So let's get to the list.
- 4:35The first one that I identified, which is huge, that all of us are doing.
- 4:39It's like, it's the world we live in right now.
- 4:41It's electronics.
- 4:43Yep.
- 4:43Mobile phone.
- 4:44We on that phone.
- 4:4524 hours.
- 4:47Well, Maybe not 24 hours because we have to sleep, but seven days a week.
- 4:51So electronics, the electrical charges inside of all the electronic devices can actually radiate out and penetrate instead of our bodies.
- 5:00And that is interfering with the normal function of the body.
- 5:04Draining our energy level.
- 5:06You never think the phone is draining our energy, but it is.
- 5:09And I tronics mobile phone microwaves, even air fryer, because again, the wave, the electrical charges.
- 5:16Is the one that's literally depleting ourselves.
- 5:18Because our bodies are not meant to really have a device attached to our ears.
- 5:23And we do everything on our phone.
- 5:25The second one is social media.
- 5:27That's huge.
- 5:28Like how many of us on social media scrolling?
- 5:31Like how many of us are addicted to Instagram?
- 5:33Facebook tic-tac.
- 5:35The infamous social media is a legal drug.
- 5:38It's very addictive.
- 5:39And you're wasting your brain when you end that there's nothing, you do nothing on social media, but looking at other people's doing whatever else they do.
- 5:47Like I'm guilty of that.
- 5:48I am trying to get better.
- 5:51I do social media detox often when we did our liver detox program.
- 5:56For 10 days, we did a whole social media detox as well.
- 6:01I asked the participant to put down the phone and to pick up a habit.
- 6:05Like reading.
- 6:06Doing something that fun even going dancing.
- 6:08Going to the gym, walking, do something, learn how to cook and how to dance that.
- 6:12The new language.
- 6:13So we literally asked them to put away the phone and turn off all the social media platforms.
- 6:18Even YouTube.
- 6:20And focus on healing.
- 6:22Because social media is right up there with sugar.
- 6:24Sugar's not addictive legal substance, but social media is when, as well, scrolling on social media requires high level of mental stress.
- 6:31Many of us have mental fatigue, which is the worst fitting that we, any of us can experience.
- 6:36Right.
- 6:36Like physical fatigue.
- 6:37I'll give you some supplement.
- 6:38You good.
- 6:39You come to my clinic, we do.
- 6:40Vitamin therapy.
- 6:41You good?
- 6:42But mental fatigue that requires a lot of repairing.
- 6:45Do we store the energy levels in our brain.
- 6:48Yeah, because when you're on social media, you are literally using huge amount of energy.
- 6:54For the negative effects of social media.
- 6:56This can be like a dumping ground.
- 6:58For all the world and other people's activities, on us.
- 7:02Take back is validative.
- 7:04Seeing all these people dancing makes me feel good.
- 7:06And I have patients, I would just have a tough day at work.
- 7:09Or in school and they'll go home and that's how they like distress.
- 7:14But guess what?
- 7:14Once you're on that social media scrolling up and down, your brain is activated.
- 7:18It's going to be very hard to quiet your brain because your brain is absorbing all these things that you're watching.
- 7:23On social media.
- 7:24So I highly encourage that you spend a day every week.
- 7:28Like I do.
- 7:29Managing your social media, allowing yourself one hour in social media or the social media detox as often as possible.
- 7:36Just like we detox our.
- 7:37Whole body.
- 7:38From the toxins.
- 7:39But we should also detox our minds, our brain.
- 7:43From social media.
- 7:44So that's the second one is huge.
- 7:46Huge, and everybody's getting mentally fatigued.
- 7:50Being on tic-tac Instagram and Facebook.
- 7:53And I mean, I am grateful for all these platforms because you can connect with people.
- 7:57But we should really have a limit.
- 7:58We should really not let these platforms run us.
- 8:01We should have control in boundaries and limitations.
- 8:04And many of us don't.
- 8:05That's joining our energy level, given us fatigue.
- 8:08All right.
- 8:08The third thing I have on the list is immobility not doing anything physical.
- 8:13what are you talking about?
- 8:14I'm tired all the time.
- 8:16How do you expect for me to get up and move my body?
- 8:18You must get up and move your body movements.
- 8:22Create energy.
- 8:23Physical tasks and boost your metabolism.
- 8:26That stimulates your nervous system.
- 8:28It's going to improve your circulation.
- 8:29So I asked my patient to Willy move the baddies.
- 8:32I'm not asking you to go to the gym and get on a treadmill and run like crazy trying to, you know, exercise.
- 8:37But am I asking you to really get up and move around?
- 8:41It's good for blood circulation is good for weight loss, weight management.
- 8:45It's good for the brain.
- 8:46You're not going to have any side effects.
- 8:48The body's not able to produce as much energy if you're not moving your body, you kind of waking up the cells and putting them to work.
- 8:55So immobility.
- 8:57Is huge.
- 8:58And that's why if you have joint issues, you have a dress or anything.
- 9:02Stiffness.
- 9:03You need to move.
- 9:04The stiffness will go away.
- 9:05And that's the first complaint I hear in the morning for my patients.
- 9:09With arthritis.
- 9:10When they wake up in the morning, they are stiff.
- 9:12As they start moving, circulation is pouring into the joint.
- 9:16Like blood flows go into that joint.
- 9:18Then they feel better.
- 9:19So immobility, you got to move your body.
- 9:22The other one that I have on the list is difficulty sweating.
- 9:25Woo.
- 9:25That is huge.
- 9:26That's me.
- 9:27I had such issues with sweating.
- 9:29I never sweat.
- 9:30Never.
- 9:31So how am I supposed to eliminate toxins to my pores?
- 9:35If I'm not sweating.
- 9:36And because I have anemia.
- 9:38I'm always cold.
- 9:40I don't sweat.
- 9:41So what I do besides going to the gym and exercising, I put myself in a sauna.
- 9:45I sit in the sauna.
- 9:47I swear that opened up my pores at.
- 9:49Uh, binder, and then I just allow those things to get out of my body.
- 9:53So we have the skin, which is the largest elimination organ.
- 9:57That is design.
- 9:58To excrete toxins, which is good for us.
- 10:01We need to sweat.
- 10:02Once you excrete toxins and you sweat, you have more energy.
- 10:06Guaranteed a.
- 10:07A lot of people would go into the saunas and then after that they feel better.
- 10:11Yeah.
- 10:11Because you literally dumping toxins out out of your body from yourself and you are giving them time to breathe.
- 10:18You feel better.
- 10:18So sauna is really good for difficulty sweating.
- 10:21Or exercise in the heat exercise and high intensity.
- 10:24Interval training.
- 10:26For sweating as well.
- 10:27The next one I have is too much eating the breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the snack.
- 10:32And we all do.
- 10:33That is not good for energy.
- 10:34That will give you tiredness.
- 10:36How many times would eat a meal?
- 10:38And then we went to go lay down.
- 10:39We have the itis.
- 10:40Overeating is a thing.
- 10:42It's huge.
- 10:43Not only is it interfering with digestion?.
- 10:45It is one of the biggest energy users of all right.
- 10:48We need to really decrease all the food we put in our bodies.
- 10:53I'm not saying for you not to eat.
- 10:54You need to eat.
- 10:55Food is fuel for this energy.
- 10:58But over Eden, forcing ourselves and many people, that's all they do all day long is eat, eat, eat.
- 11:04Then you put in your digestion to work all the time.
- 11:06That's why fast in for many of us that gives us energy because you're arresting your digestive system.
- 11:12You're not putting your digestion to work all the time.
- 11:15You're not requiring a lot of energy.
- 11:17You are conserving energy for the activities that you need to do when you're fasting.
- 11:21So eating too much, always eating.
- 11:24The body has to do a lot of work to digest, to absorb, to eliminate the toxins in that depleting your energy.
- 11:29So please.
- 11:30Incorporate intermittent, fasting it.
- 11:33Two healthy meals.
- 11:34Eat into your four.
- 11:36And decrease the knocking.
- 11:37All right.
- 11:38The next one that I have is stress that one.
- 11:40I mean, all of them are big on that list.
- 11:42Stress can cause the production of many hormones that your cortisol.
- 11:47Which will have negative effects inside of the body.
- 11:50And then to fill with many of the natural energy production cycles.
- 11:53That is the truth.
- 11:54When you are stressed, That requires a lot of energy or brain power.
- 11:59To manage that stress.
- 12:00That is why it is easier to be happy.
- 12:02Then it needs to be stressed.
- 12:04It is easier to smell.
- 12:06Then to be angry.
- 12:07Manage your stress to have more energy.
- 12:10The next one that I have is coffee.
- 12:12Yes.
- 12:13How many cups of coffee did we get this morning?
- 12:15How many cups of coffee are you drinking per day?
- 12:18Coffee can give us short term energy, a boost of energy because it is a stimulant.
- 12:23But coffee can also decrease body function.
- 12:27The hydration is a thing with coffee because it can become a diabetic.
- 12:30And many of us are drinking coffee.
- 12:32We go into the bathroom.
- 12:33We think it's normal.
- 12:34It is not normal.
- 12:36It's because coffee has toxins in it and your body's identifying it and pushing it out.
- 12:41That requires energy.
- 12:42It's time you drank coffee.
- 12:44Your body forgets how to produce energy by itself, oh I don't have to do anything because coffee's here.
- 12:49So that will lead you to become more reliant on coffee.
- 12:52So therefore you find yourself drinking it every day and more and more.
- 12:55It is a huge anxiety producer.
- 12:58Like many of us on edge when we drink coffee.
- 13:01Again, when you have palpitations, you have anxiety symptoms that requires energy.
- 13:05And you find yourself exhausted sluggish and depleted.
- 13:08Like when three o'clock hits.
- 13:10Decrease the coffee consumption, please.
- 13:12Incorporate teas into your daily routine drug, more water.
- 13:17I got so many other options.
- 13:19For you to give up that coffee.
- 13:20And the last one that I have on the list, I'm trying to keep the list fairly short.
- 13:24It's medications, even over the counter medications, the Tylenol aspirin.
- 13:31The next year.
- 13:32Um, the Pepcid there'll be poor.
- 13:34Often the allergy medications we have over the counter, the slip medications we have over the counter, like all medications.
- 13:41They are called legal drugs for a reason.
- 13:43Because they were quiet energy for the body to eliminate them.
- 13:47Let the old saying says, a person said that to me.
- 13:50A person who takes them must recover from the disease and the drug.
- 13:54That is true.
- 13:55If you take medications, you have to recover from the disease.
- 13:58You take the medication from, but also from the drug.
- 14:01So all medications deplete our nutrients.
- 14:05And increase your risk for complications and side effects therefore you have decreased energy.
- 14:11Everything you put in your body requires energy for it to process.
- 14:16That's why my patients and I work diligently and we storing energy first.
- 14:23Because energy is needed for everything before we can do anything else.
- 14:27In my detox programs, we do pre-tax, which is energy restoration.
- 14:31Before you detox in my gut, the clutter in program, we do energy restoration.
- 14:37Before we go and address in the symptoms and then we go and eliminate in parasite.
- 14:42Viruses pathogens, fungus, whatever.
- 14:45First we have to focus on energy.
- 14:47First.
- 14:48And then once you have the energy yourselves have what they need.
- 14:52When it can work for you and give you the results that you're looking for.
- 14:56Many people are walking around tired, exhausted sluggish.
- 14:59They have a good night's sleep and wake up in the morning, tired, or they are not sleeping.
- 15:04Wake up in the morning and tired and they get on social media.
- 15:07They drink coffee, they take medications.
- 15:09I have a patient right now.
- 15:11Who's doing everything that's listed on that list.
- 15:13Every single thing.
- 15:15Everything.
- 15:15And that list.
- 15:16And exhausted, tired all the time.
- 15:19Because of the tiredness.
- 15:21She's not moving around.
- 15:22She's not sweating.
- 15:23She eats a lot.
- 15:25She has a lot of stress in her life.
- 15:26She's drinking coffee every day, and she's also a medications, both prescription medications.
- 15:32And over-the-counter.
- 15:33Remember if your body has health issues, experiencing symptoms yourselves, which I call them the billion workers in our bodies will have difficulties.
- 15:43Good parent.
- 15:44We starving would juvenate in.
- 15:45And this is why most of us are getting sicker and sicker and having difficulty with recovering from sickness and illnesses.
- 15:52Because there's like a cycle taking place and we're not addressing it properly.
- 15:57So I'm curious to find out.
- 15:59How many of these.
- 16:01Habits.
- 16:02Or things on that list that you are facing right now, you and cope.
- 16:06Your, Guilty of doing right now.
- 16:08And how are you going to eliminate them?
- 16:10So I would love for you to tell me you can.

- 16:27That was me.
- 16:27Are you sweating?
- 16:29Are you moving your body?
- 16:30Uh, do you find yourself over eat?
- 16:33How many cups of coffee do you drink?
- 16:34What is your stress level?
- 16:36And do you take over the counter medications?
- 16:38These things, we are not thinking of us still in a way, our energy.
- 16:42And I promise you.
- 16:43If you were to address many of them, eliminate many of them.
- 16:46And really create time for you to rest and digest.
- 16:50And peaceful and spend time with yourself.
