- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the almost famous podcast with her radio. Hi everybody,
- 0:06Speaker 1: welcome back. It's me and Bob and his son screaming
- 0:09Speaker 1: in the background. Yes, you know, as every good father
- 0:12Speaker 1: would do. I literally just reached over and locked the
- 0:14Speaker 1: door into my office just in case. Yeah, that's pretty
- 0:19Speaker 1: that's pretty exciting. I really was starting to think, Oh
- 0:22Speaker 1: my god, I can hear them rummaging around out there.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I think they're coming for me. And you know, I
- 0:27Speaker 1: don't know if you can tell, but my my other
- 0:28Speaker 1: son already rode me like a horse and choked me
- 0:31Speaker 1: out and took me to the ground. So it's been
- 0:33Speaker 1: an event. Is that what your wife does? Hey, well,
- 0:37Speaker 1: you're right. It was my birthday. It was my birthday.
- 0:41Speaker 1: We do get to do that once a year. Isn't
- 0:46Speaker 1: that That's not what everyone does? I thought, No, he
- 0:50Speaker 1: happy happy post Mother's day to you. Thank You're welcome, Thanks,
- 0:55Speaker 1: and a happy post birthday to you. I mean, my
- 0:58Speaker 1: mother's day was so great that my husband said, you
- 1:03Speaker 1: know what, you can have father's Day. That's awesome. So
- 1:12Speaker 1: you can tell how great my father my mother's day was.
- 1:15Speaker 1: But your birthday was freaking amazing. Tell everyone what happened.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So yes. So this was my uh seventeenth year going
- 1:24Speaker 1: to the Kentucky Derby, and um it was, which I
- 1:29Speaker 1: know sounds a little excessive, but I do love it
- 1:32Speaker 1: and it always falls around on or around my birthday.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So I've had a couple of moments, Like I didn't
- 1:37Speaker 1: I didn't get into the details with you when we
- 1:39Speaker 1: were texting last night, but I've had a couple of moments.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I've been pretty spectacular. This year was one of them.
- 1:44Speaker 1: And um, in that you know, everyone was all excited
- 1:48Speaker 1: about the one odds horse that that one that Kentucky
- 1:52Speaker 1: Derby and came out of nowhere. No one more excited
- 1:55Speaker 1: than this guy because I bet on that horse, and
- 2:00Speaker 1: so I had it was kind of a long story,
- 2:03Speaker 1: but you know the way the Derby race goes, there's
- 2:05Speaker 1: several races before it, and I'm always playing a little
- 2:08Speaker 1: here and a little. They're like, oh, I'll put five
- 2:10Speaker 1: dollars to win on this guy or ten dollars and
- 2:12Speaker 1: went on that guy. Well, I made a bet in
- 2:14Speaker 1: the previous race that also included a long shot horse,
- 2:17Speaker 1: and so I kind of want a lot of money
- 2:18Speaker 1: in the previous race, and I'm like, oh my god,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I wasn't even expecting it because I don't even you know,
- 2:23Speaker 1: it's not like I'm studying these horses. I don't know anything.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I'm like, well, that guy's got on a blue shirt.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I like blue. I'll bet on him, you know. And
- 2:30Speaker 1: it's not that simple, but it's pretty close. So yeah,
- 2:35Speaker 1: it's and it's fun, you know, it makes it kind
- 2:36Speaker 1: of fun. So anyway, I decided, as I had already
- 2:39Speaker 1: made all of my my Derby bets with my buddies,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I decided, you know what, I wanta take this little
- 2:44Speaker 1: extra you know swing I have, and I'm gonna go
- 2:46Speaker 1: back and put some money on all the long shots
- 2:49Speaker 1: just in case. And so um I put. I actually
- 2:54Speaker 1: put a hundred dollars on four horses, four the long
- 2:58Speaker 1: shot horses. And then one buddy comes up and he says, uh, oh,
- 3:02Speaker 1: I want to do that, but it's you know, it's
- 3:04Speaker 1: only like thirty seconds left. I said, well, here, just
- 3:06Speaker 1: give me two bucks and we'll split it. That was
- 3:08Speaker 1: a fatal mistake. Had I not done that, I probably
- 3:12Speaker 1: would have skipped this call today because I'd be out
- 3:14Speaker 1: there just you know, spending money everywhere. But instead I
- 3:18Speaker 1: ended up winning. Uh the w I went on the
- 3:21Speaker 1: long shot horse, so as an eighty to one odds horse,
- 3:24Speaker 1: I essentially had fifty bucks on him. So it made
- 3:27Speaker 1: a really fun weekend even more fun. That's awesome. That's
- 3:32Speaker 1: so fun. I mean, especially because it was your birthday. Um.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I mean, I can't believe you're on this car right
- 3:39Speaker 1: now instead of like out shopping. I don't know I
- 3:43Speaker 1: should just be out throwing cash around, but now you
- 3:45Speaker 1: know you should. I actually have a funny story about cash,
- 3:49Speaker 1: like you reminded me, and I didn't. I don't think
- 3:51Speaker 1: I've told this. So the weekend maybe two or three
- 3:55Speaker 1: weeks ago, I went to l A for an almost
- 3:59Speaker 1: famous podcast. Asked and by the way, welcome to the
- 4:01Speaker 1: almost famous O G S. Because I didn't say that
- 4:04Speaker 1: in the beginning. But um, so I went to l A.
- 4:08Speaker 1: It was supposed to be a podcast with Ashley, but
- 4:11Speaker 1: she ended up not being able to make it, so
- 4:14Speaker 1: it was me and Anna Lee and Ashley Fraser and
- 4:19Speaker 1: Amanda Stanton and uh, I don't think anybody else was there.
- 4:25Speaker 1: So we they rent this like spurner van to take
- 4:27Speaker 1: us shopping. We got to go shopping at Macy's. It
- 4:31Speaker 1: was like a pre Mother's Day thing, so they spoiled us.
- 4:35Speaker 1: They got us lunch, we podcasted with Ashley, We got
- 4:38Speaker 1: hair and glam and I felt felt beautiful and then
- 4:41Speaker 1: got to go shopping. So we get the Spriner van
- 4:44Speaker 1: and we're going to Century City Mall in l A.
- 4:49Speaker 1: And I'm just I'm sitting in my seat and I'm just,
- 4:52Speaker 1: you know, I kind of like look around whenever I'm
- 4:54Speaker 1: in like limos or you know, sprinters like that, I
- 4:57Speaker 1: like look around and I'm I open one of the
- 5:00Speaker 1: one of the little I don't know, it's not a container,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but it's like going to pull out the yeah, like
- 5:07Speaker 1: a compartment. I opened a compartment and Bob, there are
- 5:13Speaker 1: there are I counted after after the fact, twenty seven
- 5:18Speaker 1: one dollar bills? What twenty seven hundred dollars in this
- 5:25Speaker 1: little compartment that you normally would pull out a tray,
- 5:28Speaker 1: you know, to just like eat or whatever. Just cash
- 5:32Speaker 1: sitting there staring at me. And I was on the
- 5:34Speaker 1: phone actually with Tenley because she was supposed to come,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and I was like, okay, hold on, I closed the compartment.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I'm like, let me talk to Timley. And then everyone's
- 5:42Speaker 1: looking at me like what the heck? Was that. So
- 5:46Speaker 1: I get off the phone with Tenley and and proceed
- 5:49Speaker 1: to like actually pull all the money out, count it,
- 5:52Speaker 1: and I told the girls after it's the biggest regret
- 5:57Speaker 1: of my adult adult life, and that I gave the
- 6:00Speaker 1: money to the driver, Like how freaking stupid and honest?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Am I? Like? Why didn't I just split it or
- 6:07Speaker 1: take the money and run? You know that drivers not
- 6:10Speaker 1: giving it to his company? I mean that had to
- 6:14Speaker 1: be And why did I do that hundred dollars? You
- 6:18Speaker 1: know what? Had you not and I know you, trist
- 6:21Speaker 1: you'd have been kicking yourself for days, you would have
- 6:25Speaker 1: given it back anyway, So I know that. I like, anyway,
- 6:31Speaker 1: isn't that crazy? Okay? So I'm really excited about today's show.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I have not I feel like I met Lorenzo, but
- 6:38Speaker 1: I I don't know. Um, So we've got Lorenzo Borghese
- 6:43Speaker 1: on the show, who was our Italian royal prince, Prince Lorenzo,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and and then a special guest that was on his
- 6:53Speaker 1: season later on. So, um, I'm really excited to talk
- 6:56Speaker 1: to him. Well, and I'll tell you why I'm so
- 6:59Speaker 1: excited to talk to him because he and I attended
- 7:01Speaker 1: the Kentucky Derby together one year as well. Oh that's awesome.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Actually maybe he was there the year that I went. Maybe,
- 7:08Speaker 1: I don't know. Let's bring it in and talk about it.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Where's Lozo? Where is Lozo? How are you my friend?
- 7:14Speaker 1: So we were just talking about the Kentucky Derby and
- 7:17Speaker 1: how I was at the Derby this weekend and I
- 7:18Speaker 1: had a big bet come through on the eighty one horse,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and I said, one of my favorite Derby's was spent
- 7:23Speaker 1: with I call you Lozobo. He does not, he just
- 7:29Speaker 1: made I was on that horse. I was on that horse.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I was actually on it for a hundred dollars to win.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I went through and bet all the long shots, and
- 7:36Speaker 1: then I split it with my buddy Warren, so it
- 7:39Speaker 1: was actually divided up a little bit. But uh yeah,
- 7:42Speaker 1: so it needless to say, I was very excited and
- 7:45Speaker 1: then I proceeded to, you know, go out and spend
- 7:47Speaker 1: it all. I don't know who won, who won when
- 7:49Speaker 1: I was there with you, wasn't that the fifty one
- 7:52Speaker 1: was at Jacomo. I know, I forget the horse and one,
- 7:55Speaker 1: but Gene Simmons was the big winner. He bet on
- 7:58Speaker 1: the horses. Freaking oh that's right. I do you remember
- 8:01Speaker 1: that we had time? Yeah, which horse wanted and since
- 8:06Speaker 1: then I've only been one other derby yeah, until we
- 8:10Speaker 1: miss it out. I like, I like what you got
- 8:12Speaker 1: going on behind you and your backdrop? Yeah, it's my
- 8:15Speaker 1: home office, man, I got it. You know, I gotta
- 8:18Speaker 1: have my uh my, my props back there. How are you,
- 8:25Speaker 1: Lorenzo good? How's it going? How's family? Like? You know
- 8:28Speaker 1: what I'm trying to remember? Did we did we ever
- 8:31Speaker 1: meet in person? Yeah? We met it we met in
- 8:34Speaker 1: uhil Oh okay, good. I mean I love being able
- 8:39Speaker 1: to have people remind me how I know. I don't know.
- 8:44Speaker 1: If you remember Ted Houser, Yes, of course, yeah, so
- 8:48Speaker 1: we I've been friends with him for a years. So
- 8:51Speaker 1: and then, oh my gosh, are you still friends with him?
- 8:53Speaker 1: Oh yeah yeah, I saw him like two months ago.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I was out. I was out of dail again. Oh
- 8:59Speaker 1: my gosh, Well you have to let me know when
- 9:00Speaker 1: you come the next time. So um yeah, because she
- 9:03Speaker 1: remembers the last time, so well, sorry, I had to
- 9:09Speaker 1: do I had to do it. So so mommy brain
- 9:12Speaker 1: hello is still in effect because my kids are thirteen
- 9:16Speaker 1: and fourteen. You know, go figure anyway, So how are
- 9:20Speaker 1: you since Bachelor days? Like, tell us what's been going
- 9:23Speaker 1: on in your life? Obviously you were Prince Lorenzo and
- 9:26Speaker 1: you were in Italy right during the season. Yeah, another
- 9:29Speaker 1: memorable thing. Do you remember about me? What do you
- 9:35Speaker 1: mean you weren't in Italy? No? I was. I'm just saying, yes, okay, okay,
- 9:41Speaker 1: my season was filmed in Italy. I believe that. I
- 9:44Speaker 1: think two thousands six, it was, yeah, not too long
- 9:48Speaker 1: after us. Yeah, yeah you were when when were you?
- 9:52Speaker 1: Like two thousand, two thousand three, and then mine aired
- 9:55Speaker 1: like you know, well, I guess it aired throughout two
- 9:57Speaker 1: thousand four, right, yeah, and then solved and then when
- 10:04Speaker 1: I was right before, So, um, I was on the
- 10:06Speaker 1: first Bachelor and that was in two, filmed in two
- 10:09Speaker 1: thousand two, but it aired in two thousand three. And
- 10:12Speaker 1: then I filmed in two thousand two for my season
- 10:18Speaker 1: two and it aired in two thousand three. So um,
- 10:20Speaker 1: I was kind of a two thousand three so like
- 10:22Speaker 1: three years before you. Yeah, and you guys were on
- 10:26Speaker 1: twice correct, Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know that's something
- 10:35Speaker 1: I would never do. You do it again? I'm like,
- 10:37Speaker 1: absolutely not really, so is it absolutely abolutely, not because
- 10:43Speaker 1: your life is good where it is now, or you
- 10:45Speaker 1: hated the experience, or tell us why. Um I didn't
- 10:50Speaker 1: really love the experience. UM yeah, I was very uncomfortable
- 10:53Speaker 1: with it. And I remember right before I went on,
- 10:56Speaker 1: just like, oh my gosh, just be careful when you
- 10:57Speaker 1: kiss somebody because they're gonna hear you're saliva exchange you.
- 11:02Speaker 1: And I was thinking about because my grandparents watching and
- 11:06Speaker 1: my mother watching, it was like this, and it was
- 11:08Speaker 1: it was terrifying for me, Like I didn't like being
- 11:12Speaker 1: on camera. Um And to be honest, I wasn't ready
- 11:15Speaker 1: for it. I just I was thrown in there and
- 11:17Speaker 1: I thought I'd be ready for it. And all of
- 11:19Speaker 1: a sudden, you guys know it's your uh you're on
- 11:22Speaker 1: the show and it and it gets crazy and um yeah,
- 11:26Speaker 1: I just remember I had a counter me and I
- 11:28Speaker 1: know I knew I was gonna be there for two months,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and I kept crossing off every single day until my
- 11:32Speaker 1: last day, like it was a And then I felt
- 11:35Speaker 1: it was work, you know. I was like, all right.
- 11:37Speaker 1: The only the only way I actually managed to get
- 11:39Speaker 1: through it was like, Okay, this is a job and
- 11:42Speaker 1: you signed up for it and you need to finish it.
- 11:44Speaker 1: And that's the only way I got through my thes
- 11:48Speaker 1: was it was very difficult for me, and it was
- 11:51Speaker 1: really uncomfortable. You know. I remember us talking about that
- 11:54Speaker 1: actually because I I remember thinking to myself, it's actually
- 11:58Speaker 1: very endearing quality of you the way Lorenzo. But I
- 12:01Speaker 1: remember we're sitting at this table together and you know
- 12:04Speaker 1: where everyone's coming over to talk to us, and I'm just,
- 12:07Speaker 1: of course, like in my element, I'm like, oh, yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 1: at the Derbian and we start talking and You're like, yeah, man,
- 12:13Speaker 1: I I just really it wasn't It wasn't a ton
- 12:16Speaker 1: of fun for me. And and I remember that about you.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I was like, man, this guy is really he's really
- 12:20Speaker 1: willing to be vulnerable right away with me. I loved it,
- 12:22Speaker 1: you know, because we didn't know each other up until
- 12:24Speaker 1: that moment, and um, and it was one of those things.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I think you and I were going to do each
- 12:27Speaker 1: other quite a few times over the years, just in
- 12:30Speaker 1: random places, and it was always great to see you
- 12:32Speaker 1: because you know, it wasn't one of those things. I mean,
- 12:35Speaker 1: it's it's actually you know, um, I feel that way
- 12:37Speaker 1: about Aaron Bergie a little bit. Aaron Bergie. Also Trista,
- 12:41Speaker 1: who I know and I think when you know him too,
- 12:43Speaker 1: he's he's uh. He was the second Bachelor, but he
- 12:46Speaker 1: was also one of those one of those guys who
- 12:47Speaker 1: was just like, man, this was just horribly uncomfortable for me,
- 12:50Speaker 1: you know, like he felt like he was just it
- 12:52Speaker 1: was it was work for him every day because he's
- 12:55Speaker 1: he's a friendly guy and he's an outgoing guy, but
- 12:58Speaker 1: he was just you know it, it's tough for him
- 13:00Speaker 1: to think about his whole family kind of being dragged
- 13:03Speaker 1: into this system. Are grandparents. I don't know how much
- 13:08Speaker 1: time we have, and I can tell you if you
- 13:09Speaker 1: have a little time, I'll tell you why I did it,
- 13:11Speaker 1: which I think is pretty please that I was. I
- 13:16Speaker 1: was engaged prior to the show, broke it off. It
- 13:20Speaker 1: just wasn't right. And then I remember I had two
- 13:23Speaker 1: tickets to go see Billy Jowls in New York City
- 13:26Speaker 1: and I didn't have a date for the concerence. I
- 13:28Speaker 1: went to a party that my friend was having, my
- 13:30Speaker 1: cocktail party. I'm like, I'll just find a girl invited
- 13:33Speaker 1: to Billy Joel. I go to the party, invite all
- 13:36Speaker 1: these random girls are like, no, I'm not going to
- 13:38Speaker 1: go to Billy Joel with you don't even know you.
- 13:40Speaker 1: So I ended up going by myself to mad since
- 13:44Speaker 1: we're have gone a third row tickets like on the floor,
- 13:47Speaker 1: and it was wintertime, and I bought two beers and
- 13:50Speaker 1: I'm going to my seats and there were coats on
- 13:54Speaker 1: both seats. So I told the people that have the
- 13:57Speaker 1: coats and I'm like, no, no no, you only have to
- 13:58Speaker 1: remove one set of coats. And I said, you're here
- 14:02Speaker 1: by yourself and I'm like yeah, and I have both
- 14:05Speaker 1: tickets and I'm like, oh, well that's interesting. Like oh
- 14:07Speaker 1: my god, I'm such a loser. I'm launching this concinate
- 14:11Speaker 1: pe believe them, like if anything comes my way, I'm
- 14:14Speaker 1: gonna I'm gonna take you know, I'm gonna take people
- 14:16Speaker 1: up on it. So fast forward, like a month later,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I had tickets to go see the Rolling Stones and
- 14:21Speaker 1: I was digging this this girl that lived in my
- 14:23Speaker 1: building conveniently, and I took I take her to the concert.
- 14:27Speaker 1: But before I went of the concert, she was watching
- 14:29Speaker 1: The Bachelor with the roommate and I was like, yeah,
- 14:32Speaker 1: the show is still on. She was like, yeah, we
- 14:33Speaker 1: love it. We actually love it, blah blah blah. So
- 14:36Speaker 1: I take her to the to the concert and during
- 14:39Speaker 1: the concert she's been like basically noreing me, really cold
- 14:42Speaker 1: whatever she I was like, all right, there's a distance
- 14:45Speaker 1: going here. And I get back after the show, we
- 14:47Speaker 1: go back to our building. I said, what was wrong
- 14:51Speaker 1: with you? It seemed like there were miseral of the concert,
- 14:53Speaker 1: like there's the rolling stones, like Nassas Square Garden. She
- 14:55Speaker 1: was yeah, well, you're moving out of the building and
- 14:58Speaker 1: on Jewish and your Catholics, so I don't think it
- 15:00Speaker 1: is gonna go anywhere. I was like, what, like at
- 15:02Speaker 1: lead she had told me this before the concert. I
- 15:05Speaker 1: was like, I just didn't believe it. And a couple
- 15:08Speaker 1: of days later, my uncle calls me and he says, hey, um,
- 15:11Speaker 1: can I used tomit your name for the show The Bachelor?
- 15:14Speaker 1: And I was like, yeah, sure, yeah. My uncle was
- 15:17Speaker 1: living in l A And he actually knew Brooke Carson,
- 15:20Speaker 1: who was a person for the show. And I said yeah, whatever.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I didn't think twice, and sure enough I get a
- 15:27Speaker 1: call it two weeks later. And that's how it all happened,
- 15:30Speaker 1: was that I was so miserable and I felt like
- 15:33Speaker 1: such a Louder said, if anything comes my way, I'm
- 15:35Speaker 1: gonna take it, and this fell right in my lap.
- 15:37Speaker 1: And then I was announced. I was I think I
- 15:40Speaker 1: was the first announced before this season actually started, because
- 15:43Speaker 1: when when you guys were on, they would announce it
- 15:45Speaker 1: like it was a secret, you know. So the girl
- 15:48Speaker 1: that broke up with me caused me, like you're going
- 15:52Speaker 1: to be the next batch. I said, yep, sorry enough
- 16:00Speaker 1: that So that's how that's how it all started. And
- 16:02Speaker 1: then and then I got myself into it and I
- 16:04Speaker 1: was like, all right, now I'm to always like a cha. Yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 1: he was trying to go with your native tongue, so yeah,
- 16:13Speaker 1: so yeah, that's yeah. And then I'm like, what did
- 16:16Speaker 1: I just do to myself? Oh my god? So yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 1: that's how it all started. So how has his life
- 16:21Speaker 1: changed since then? I was like, you know, the best
- 16:26Speaker 1: thing about this, and I tell everybody was like it
- 16:28Speaker 1: gave me a voice, you know, all of a sudden,
- 16:31Speaker 1: like people will listen to you. You You know. You know,
- 16:33Speaker 1: I think it's crazy, but it's true. Unfortunate was really
- 16:36Speaker 1: before all the social media, like before Instagram, right, and
- 16:39Speaker 1: then I can't like people like Facebook's for a high
- 16:42Speaker 1: school kids, you don't know, look like a pervert, so
- 16:44Speaker 1: because he faces you know. So I had no social media,
- 16:50Speaker 1: but as social media picked up and I was allowed,
- 16:51Speaker 1: I felt like comfortable on it. Um. I started an
- 16:54Speaker 1: animal charity called Animal at U say. We founded it
- 16:57Speaker 1: in two thousands welve we say, eight over thirty thousand
- 17:02Speaker 1: dogs since then, everyone I worked with as a volunteer.
- 17:06Speaker 1: And then I started, most recently South Peach Brewing Company.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And I'm gonna have a beer right now. It's I'm
- 17:11Speaker 1: gonna It's all about marketing. So I gotta which is
- 17:16Speaker 1: maybe the natural peach and lemones amazing? I have to
- 17:21Speaker 1: try that. I like, it's so good. And this one's
- 17:25Speaker 1: bluten and GMO free, and after and then and then
- 17:32Speaker 1: so the other passion I told you about in the
- 17:34Speaker 1: lad And then I got this little little one beer.
- 17:41Speaker 1: She's my co worker. She's so cute. Do you do
- 17:47Speaker 1: you sell the shampoo? So I still do dog shampoos
- 17:51Speaker 1: at a royal treatment mine, but I've been really focusing
- 17:55Speaker 1: on on South Beach Brewing. And then I also started
- 17:59Speaker 1: to use in the social media to discuss my political views,
- 18:03Speaker 1: whether you like them or not. I just got fed
- 18:04Speaker 1: up with what was happening in our country and the
- 18:07Speaker 1: science and censorship, and I just I feel like we're
- 18:12Speaker 1: heading the wrong direction. And I think everyone should be
- 18:14Speaker 1: able to express their opinions without being silence, without being
- 18:18Speaker 1: terrified that they're gonna get canceled. And yeah, and then
- 18:23Speaker 1: I've lost a lot of so called friends because of it.
- 18:27Speaker 1: But um, I was like, if someone can't keep friendly
- 18:30Speaker 1: with me because of my political views and because I
- 18:33Speaker 1: feel I'm doing the right thing, then then it's okay.
- 18:36Speaker 1: But I just it's just really taken up a lot
- 18:39Speaker 1: of my time and people like you shouldn't you should
- 18:42Speaker 1: worry about this? And I said, well, you know, if
- 18:44Speaker 1: I was you know, twenty again and there was a draft,
- 18:47Speaker 1: like I would have to go to war, And just
- 18:49Speaker 1: because I'm not being drafted, we are at war with
- 18:52Speaker 1: what's happening, and I'm going to use social media as
- 18:56Speaker 1: my way to fight this war. And people like you
- 18:59Speaker 1: should is good all Facebook? And I said, why, that's
- 19:02Speaker 1: that's where people, That's where I'm really being a touch,
- 19:05Speaker 1: trying to just trying to you know, be on the
- 19:08Speaker 1: on the same plain field that that some of my
- 19:11Speaker 1: enemies are. And it's just you know, again. It's just
- 19:15Speaker 1: sad that it's gone to this point. But I think
- 19:16Speaker 1: we should all get along. You should, abab be open
- 19:18Speaker 1: to listen to other people's opinions without shutting them down. Yeah.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I do the opposite. On my Facebook, I'm all pictures
- 19:25Speaker 1: of puppy dogs. And you know, I used to be
- 19:29Speaker 1: used to my babies, my baby speaking to babies. Do
- 19:34Speaker 1: you have any kids? I had no kids. Just Tina
- 19:36Speaker 1: turn there. Her name is, Oh my gosh, I love
- 19:41Speaker 1: that name. She's simply the best rudle. She's a ruder soul,
- 19:47Speaker 1: the best. Do you see what you did there? I
- 19:48Speaker 1: like that that. Yeah, that's so. Yeah, she's she's a
- 19:53Speaker 1: great dog. She's eight but looks really young and like
- 19:56Speaker 1: has those long legs like Tina Turner. And so it's
- 20:01Speaker 1: at the end of your season. You picked who you
- 20:07Speaker 1: don't remember, Bob, I do remember? Oh kay? If you do,
- 20:11Speaker 1: then there is a problem with you, because a two
- 20:13Speaker 1: thousands stays remember who I picked? And I'm then I
- 20:15Speaker 1: have to question everything you're doing. I believe it was
- 20:17Speaker 1: Florida school teacher Jennifer Wilson. Jennifer, Yes, thank thank God
- 20:22Speaker 1: for the Internet, right exactly. I googled to you. Yes, yes,
- 20:27Speaker 1: I picked Jennifer Wilson. We dated for a few weeks
- 20:32Speaker 1: after the show, and you guys didn't get engaged on
- 20:36Speaker 1: the show, right, No, for my personal reasons. One again,
- 20:40Speaker 1: I told you I shouldn't. I wasn't prepared for it.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And one of the main reasons is that I had
- 20:45Speaker 1: just been engaged prior to the show, and although I
- 20:50Speaker 1: knew that my ex was was moving on and in
- 20:53Speaker 1: a serious relationship, I just felt like it would have
- 20:56Speaker 1: been really painful to the throw it interface and get engaged.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I'm sure I should have never done this show, but
- 21:03Speaker 1: that was thought. I think everyone's got their own reasons
- 21:05Speaker 1: in that eleventh hour, you know. Well yeah, and then
- 21:11Speaker 1: the other reason, like was, Okay, I haven't met any
- 21:15Speaker 1: of her friends. I haven't seen her like drunk at
- 21:18Speaker 1: a bar with all my guy friends. I don't know
- 21:20Speaker 1: if like she would you know, who knows if she
- 21:22Speaker 1: has a different attitude. Then I've been the only guy
- 21:25Speaker 1: she's been and not with for two months. Yeah I haven't.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I haven't pulled out my wallet once. You know, everything,
- 21:31Speaker 1: like you know, everything's great and everything. So I was
- 21:33Speaker 1: like you, I think in order to really get to
- 21:36Speaker 1: know a person, you need to go through the highs
- 21:37Speaker 1: and lows, and it was just all for sure. Although
- 21:41Speaker 1: I got I got engaged after six weeks and we've
- 21:43Speaker 1: been married for almost twenty years. So there you so
- 21:46Speaker 1: you know, there's there's always those those uh, those special connects. Yeah,
- 21:52Speaker 1: and my parts have been married for fifty five years.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Oh that's amazing. Three weeks. Oh wow, I remember that
- 22:01Speaker 1: about you. I remember you telling me that. Actually I
- 22:02Speaker 1: remember thinking my parents were married for fifty eight years
- 22:05Speaker 1: when my when my father just passed away, and I
- 22:07Speaker 1: remember thinking, great, thank you buddy. But you know, we
- 22:11Speaker 1: we were asking the question of who you picked, because
- 22:13Speaker 1: you know, we here at the O G S we
- 22:17Speaker 1: really like to combine, you know, like, for example, one week,
- 22:20Speaker 1: my runner up, Kelly Joe was a special guest to
- 22:23Speaker 1: come in and torture me a little bit, which she
- 22:26Speaker 1: she didn't because she's very sweet. But we invite your
- 22:30Speaker 1: runner up to come join us. Actually who you don't remember? Yes?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Do you wait? Well, well we'll ask this when she
- 22:42Speaker 1: comes on. Um, but yeah, you're runner up is in
- 22:45Speaker 1: the waiting room. Are you okay with us bringing her in?
- 23:00Speaker 1: Come on in? Sadie. Sadie Murray, the go to girlfriend
- 23:04Speaker 1: is going to come and join us here. Girlfriend. So
- 23:06Speaker 1: she was Prince Lorenzo Borgheses. What do you call a
- 23:11Speaker 1: runner up? Runner? I was trying to think of something
- 23:13Speaker 1: clever to say. There, she got second prize, which is weird,
- 23:16Speaker 1: right like runner up? Yeah, I know I've been called
- 23:20Speaker 1: runner up because I was technically the runner up on
- 23:23Speaker 1: the Bachelor, And yeah, it's not the best term. I
- 23:28Speaker 1: don't know someone I don't know as imbalanced as me
- 23:33Speaker 1: when when you call them the runner up, there actually
- 23:34Speaker 1: should just be called the winner because they didn't have
- 23:37Speaker 1: to should definitely called the winner. Well, I ended up
- 23:47Speaker 1: being the winner because because I was the runner up,
- 23:49Speaker 1: I got chosen to be the bachelorette or for whatever reason, right, um,
- 23:53Speaker 1: and I ended up being the winner. So that's true.
- 23:57Speaker 1: All right, Well, okay, we want to bring Sadie in
- 24:00Speaker 1: to join us here. Let's see if she's available. Can
- 24:03Speaker 1: we get Sadie to come in and join us? Yeah? Yeah,
- 24:11Speaker 1: oh my god, him Lorenzo bore gazy a shot, by
- 24:17Speaker 1: the way, but where are you there? She is? You see,
- 24:23Speaker 1: I don't mean to look like a drag queen, but
- 24:25Speaker 1: I had another shoot before this, and so I'm full
- 24:28Speaker 1: hair and makeup. You do not look like a drag queen.
- 24:32Speaker 1: You're making me jealous, is what you're doing, Sadie. Do
- 24:35Speaker 1: you do you call do you call Prince Lorenzo Bourgazie?
- 24:39Speaker 1: Do you call him Prince Lozobo like I do? No
- 24:43Speaker 1: one does that. I don't know one does that. That's
- 24:46Speaker 1: amazing and it's gonna stick from thank you Lozobo lo Lozbo.
- 24:56Speaker 1: I say it like Lozobo. Okay, I thought you said
- 25:00Speaker 1: low Bozo. And Sadie, did you think did you think
- 25:09Speaker 1: when when you didn't get the final rows? Did you
- 25:11Speaker 1: think he was a lobo zo instead of Lozobo? Did
- 25:15Speaker 1: you think he made a wrong choice? All right? Thanks?
- 25:18Speaker 1: I wanted to know what I missed, you know, during
- 25:21Speaker 1: the first part of this interview, and I thought, did
- 25:23Speaker 1: we already discuss, you know, Lorenzo's biggest regret in life?
- 25:27Speaker 1: Because we'll bring you up to speed. We met Tina Turner.
- 25:34Speaker 1: We met Tina Turner while you were away. Wow, yeah,
- 25:38Speaker 1: Tina Turners his dog. Amazing. I got out share shares
- 25:45Speaker 1: on the other line. I just gotta take this, yes, okay, okay,
- 25:51Speaker 1: So I mean, so, why did you end up on
- 25:52Speaker 1: the show in the first place, Sadie. I know, I
- 25:54Speaker 1: know there was kind of a really fun story to
- 25:56Speaker 1: that with your you had like a PR thing you
- 25:58Speaker 1: were working on. I think it's really interesting, you guys.
- 26:01Speaker 1: It was. It was really fun. I was working at
- 26:04Speaker 1: a PR firm in l A, a fashion and beauty
- 26:07Speaker 1: PR firm, and I got a call, you know, I
- 26:10Speaker 1: was the girl that just answered the phone basically, and
- 26:13Speaker 1: uh as I answered, and they were like, we really
- 26:15Speaker 1: would love jeans. It was the Bachelor producers, and they
- 26:19Speaker 1: were like, we'd love to, you know, explore some product
- 26:22Speaker 1: placement opportunities on the show. And I at the time
- 26:26Speaker 1: knew that the one before was taking place in you know, Paris,
- 26:31Speaker 1: and so of course, the little journalist in me, I
- 26:35Speaker 1: was like, where are you guys shooting this time? And
- 26:38Speaker 1: they said Rome? And I said, can I personally deliver
- 26:42Speaker 1: the products to uh? And they were like wow, And
- 26:47Speaker 1: I said no, seriously, I want to be on this.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I want to be on the show. And I think
- 26:51Speaker 1: at the time it was like twenty four working under
- 26:54Speaker 1: fluorescent lights, and I was like, God, a trip to
- 26:57Speaker 1: Rome sounds great right now? So I ended up meeting
- 27:02Speaker 1: the producers and I think, like the Hilton Universal, you know,
- 27:06Speaker 1: right by Universal Studio. Yeah, yeah, yes, you guys know.
- 27:12Speaker 1: And yeah it was fun. I just I just went
- 27:15Speaker 1: in there and was like, I'm ready to have a
- 27:17Speaker 1: good time and and I got I got the kid
- 27:21Speaker 1: and did you did you have a good time? Like
- 27:24Speaker 1: was it an experience that you look back on with
- 27:28Speaker 1: loving memories or you know? I I had a great experience.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I loved meeting everyone, I loved the girls. Meeting Lorenzo
- 27:39Speaker 1: was so much fun. Um. I gotta be honest though, afterwards,
- 27:44Speaker 1: I don't think anyone is really prepared for the sort
- 27:49Speaker 1: of PTSD for lack of a better term. But it's
- 27:54Speaker 1: like you go through so much and it's your experience,
- 27:57Speaker 1: and then you watch the edited version and you're it's
- 28:02Speaker 1: a complete it's a slice of actually what happened, and um,
- 28:06Speaker 1: and then you've got random people talking to you like
- 28:09Speaker 1: I'm remember going to the Whole Foods and Beverly Hills
- 28:13Speaker 1: after the finale and obviously I was not chosen. Thank
- 28:17Speaker 1: you Lorenzo and were welcome. I'm gonna get something for
- 28:21Speaker 1: a second. I totally forgot about this. Keep talking waiting Morenzo.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I see in the background that you've got multiple roses
- 28:29Speaker 1: in a vase? Was that on purpose? Always? Always they
- 28:36Speaker 1: were given to me by like, uh, I don't know who,
- 28:39Speaker 1: but no, they were they were for for my my
- 28:42Speaker 1: girlfriend's birthday. Okay, thanks, that's sweet. How he still gives
- 28:48Speaker 1: out roses. He's still good old Lizobo. I'm telling you,
- 28:52Speaker 1: he brings it back every time. I love that guy. So, yeah,
- 28:56Speaker 1: you're the whole foods. What happens you get you get
- 28:59Speaker 1: confronted by the US here, you know, I'm literally like
- 29:02Speaker 1: I'm checking to see how ripe the pairs are, and
- 29:06Speaker 1: it's like people are coming up to me and they're like,
- 29:08Speaker 1: oh my god, I'm so sorry. Are you okay? And
- 29:12Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, I'm fine, but like they didn't
- 29:15Speaker 1: like that. I was okay because it was it was
- 29:19Speaker 1: months later for me, you know, so I was fine,
- 29:23Speaker 1: But when it happened, I was shocked, Like I was
- 29:26Speaker 1: yeah not, I mean you guys, trust I wore a
- 29:30Speaker 1: white dress to the final ceremony, like you knew it
- 29:36Speaker 1: was you, Bob. I was so like confident, I was
- 29:41Speaker 1: bridal chic. I was like, this happening like, where is
- 29:44Speaker 1: my season? Uh? And I wasn't even in the final episode,
- 29:51Speaker 1: And I'm like, I literally am looking for Chris Harrison.
- 29:55Speaker 1: I'm like, where the hell I'm in the talks. I'm like,
- 29:56Speaker 1: am I not proposing today? What the f here? Everybody?
- 30:01Speaker 1: Why are you waiting for me? Finale in Michigan? This
- 30:04Speaker 1: is so weird? Why am I the only person here?
- 30:07Speaker 1: That's incredible? Oh my god, I so Sadie. Um tell
- 30:12Speaker 1: us about the go to girlfriend, because I know after
- 30:15Speaker 1: the show you ended up. You do a lot of hosting.
- 30:19Speaker 1: You're on a lot of different shows, kind of kind
- 30:22Speaker 1: of similar to what Bob has done. Um career path.
- 30:26Speaker 1: You and I yes, love it. We're I mean meant
- 30:31Speaker 1: for each other in the TV world. Yeah he's married.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Sorry the TV world swing and sing alright, I don't,
- 30:45Speaker 1: I don't. The odds are not in my favor. Again,
- 30:48Speaker 1: thank you for letting me know that Lorenzo has a girlfriend. Bob,
- 30:54Speaker 1: you know you could be like you could be like
- 30:57Speaker 1: Brad Womack. You could be like the Brad Womack of
- 30:59Speaker 1: the almost famous O G. I honestly I feel offended
- 31:08Speaker 1: by that. No one wants to be one wants to
- 31:12Speaker 1: be the Brad womack of anything, sorry, of anything. That's
- 31:17Speaker 1: the worst embarrasson Brad. If you're listening, I will, that's right.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Gotta Bob Guiney blocked. Okay blocked Okay, you're meaning that up.
- 31:36Speaker 1: I did not say that something really interesting to share.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I'm sure you guys have all these two first time
- 31:46Speaker 1: ever he has something interested really like after this show,
- 31:58Speaker 1: And you guys probably got this too announced to be
- 32:00Speaker 1: like social media stuff, but I got, you know, hundreds
- 32:03Speaker 1: of letters people were sending me, like their dog pictures, etcetera.
- 32:07Speaker 1: One of the biggest themes was they were upset that
- 32:09Speaker 1: I didn't pick Sadie. Sure, I'm just gonna bead a
- 32:14Speaker 1: little of this, uh, and I've got a ton of these.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I have to say, I'm highly disappointed in you. As
- 32:20Speaker 1: a member of royal family. You should have realized you
- 32:22Speaker 1: sent a horrible message to the young good girls that
- 32:26Speaker 1: um I can't that uh of the world by picking
- 32:30Speaker 1: a used woman to be your partner. Oh that's not nice. Yeah,
- 32:35Speaker 1: and then, oh my goodness, I would get all this hate.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Mi b By basically told me that um I made
- 32:43Speaker 1: a huge decision and they were disappointed and they were
- 32:45Speaker 1: all big fans of Seed. Well that's what everyone does,
- 32:49Speaker 1: but I have to say so they said that she
- 32:52Speaker 1: was Jennifer was a used woman because Sadie, you were
- 32:55Speaker 1: the first person in the Bachelor franchise on national television
- 33:01Speaker 1: to um speak about how you were a virgin coming
- 33:04Speaker 1: onto the show. Correct, one of the first? Yeah, no, no,
- 33:11Speaker 1: I did have a girl on my season who who
- 33:13Speaker 1: said that as well? I remember that there was Okay, sorry,
- 33:17Speaker 1: I've been given incorrect intel. I thought that Sadie. I
- 33:21Speaker 1: thought that you were the first one to speak about
- 33:24Speaker 1: I think profile. I think I think she was the
- 33:27Speaker 1: most high profile to be at that stage in the
- 33:30Speaker 1: show and talking. Yeah, that's got it, and you know
- 33:34Speaker 1: that's really been the highlight of my life. Of course,
- 33:42Speaker 1: talking about virginity on national DA was just I mean,
- 33:47Speaker 1: there was a peak performance. It's been down um but truly, Yeah,
- 33:54Speaker 1: I guess I was. I mean obviously not the first,
- 33:57Speaker 1: but maybe dare I say you my own horn a trailblazer?
- 34:02Speaker 1: You were a trailblazer. I'm gonna say it. Sure, Yeah
- 34:07Speaker 1: that was wild, you guys. I mean I grew up, um,
- 34:11Speaker 1: you know, Christian Kindergarten through twelfth grade, and like that
- 34:14Speaker 1: was a very uh that was very much a part
- 34:18Speaker 1: of my identity at the time. I did not think,
- 34:22Speaker 1: in the god, how many hours did we have all
- 34:25Speaker 1: of those T M I s I mean put together
- 34:29Speaker 1: or I T M T M I you know, same things.
- 34:37Speaker 1: It works. I guess we can full circle that moment
- 34:42Speaker 1: because I did a lot of T M I in
- 34:44Speaker 1: my I T yeah, so yeah right there you yeah, I.
- 34:48Speaker 1: I mean I talked about a lot of other aspects
- 34:52Speaker 1: of my life and they, of course, the producers, of course,
- 34:55Speaker 1: they latched onto the one thing that like course we
- 34:59Speaker 1: because because you're character like at the end of the day.
- 35:01Speaker 1: And I honestly think I was just a little bit uh,
- 35:06Speaker 1: not naive, but because I was very hip to TV
- 35:10Speaker 1: at the time because of my pr background and you know,
- 35:13Speaker 1: knowing sound bites and what to say and a great
- 35:16Speaker 1: concise way that would be a tease or what have you.
- 35:20Speaker 1: But I really like, I feel like they did me
- 35:22Speaker 1: a little dirty because there was more. They did the
- 35:26Speaker 1: virgin dirty, but I feel like there was so much more. No,
- 35:31Speaker 1: there was so much more to my personality that like
- 35:34Speaker 1: did not get shown at all. And that's that's Okay,
- 35:37Speaker 1: that's okay, it was. I mean, I got a free
- 35:40Speaker 1: trip to Italy. I met a lifelong friend in Lorenzo.
- 35:43Speaker 1: We remained friends. We you have have you guys stayed
- 35:47Speaker 1: in touch? I got Yeah, that's why I'm getting him
- 35:50Speaker 1: such a hard time. It's not like we don't talk.
- 35:53Speaker 1: And I think the last time I saw you was
- 35:55Speaker 1: the Newport and uh and then my friend asked you out. Yeah, yeah,
- 36:03Speaker 1: not realizing the guy code. I mean, what is going
- 36:06Speaker 1: on here? You know he message you, but you know
- 36:11Speaker 1: you guys never made it out together. Well, you know,
- 36:15Speaker 1: I'm a used woman now and I didn't want to,
- 36:18Speaker 1: you know, dirty up your friends, you know, considering you
- 36:23Speaker 1: have a refuge slash as a royal family member. Did
- 36:28Speaker 1: they ask you to do the bachel right afterwards? No? No,
- 36:33Speaker 1: I thought, wait, wait, I've got some tea. Are you
- 36:36Speaker 1: ready for this? And okay, Lorenzo, if you don't back
- 36:40Speaker 1: me up, you know how much dirt I have on you?
- 36:42Speaker 1: And uh, I have so much. I have so much.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Do you remember New York with your assistant and the room? Okay, okay, okay,
- 36:58Speaker 1: okay with wrong We're gonna end on this note. We
- 37:04Speaker 1: need to end on a high. So here we go
- 37:06Speaker 1: spill the two. Oh my god, no, I just I
- 37:12Speaker 1: So when I wasn't chosen at the end in my
- 37:16Speaker 1: beautiful white dress, I was feeling it, feeling very grace Kelly,
- 37:20Speaker 1: and Lorenzo said, there's you know, someone else here or
- 37:23Speaker 1: whatever he said, and it's definitely not you, Sadie. You're
- 37:26Speaker 1: not the girl for me. And I looked at him
- 37:29Speaker 1: and she was like okay, and I was like, we're
- 37:31Speaker 1: gonna have a moment of grace here and be like
- 37:33Speaker 1: that's great, good for you. So I did that and
- 37:36Speaker 1: I felt it. But during this we had like a
- 37:41Speaker 1: break during production or whatever because of lighting, and Lorenzo
- 37:46Speaker 1: whispered in my ear call me later, this isn't the end.
- 37:56Speaker 1: I wondered, if that has ever happened, waiters. I call
- 38:01Speaker 1: him from the airport, I think when I landed in
- 38:05Speaker 1: New York or whatever, and he like explained to me,
- 38:07Speaker 1: he was like, I really wanted to pick you, but
- 38:09Speaker 1: I think he would be like, I've made this decision
- 38:12Speaker 1: because I really think like you'd be great as the bachelotte,
- 38:15Speaker 1: but like I would love to see what happens. I
- 38:17Speaker 1: don't know. He was so sweet and that would have
- 38:21Speaker 1: been an amazing experience except it didn't happens. That is
- 38:32Speaker 1: kind of a surprise, to be honest, I think he
- 38:34Speaker 1: would have been great, and the producers absolutely loved her.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I just wanted to give a little like I wanted
- 38:41Speaker 1: to give some cred to Lorenzo because I feel like
- 38:44Speaker 1: he did get I've actually a thing on the record
- 38:46Speaker 1: said he was the worst Bachelor ever, and I stand
- 38:49Speaker 1: by that because he's such a great guy and such
- 38:53Speaker 1: a good person. And so he went into it not
- 38:56Speaker 1: acting like I'm on a TV show. He really went
- 38:59Speaker 1: into it, I think, really hopeful and wanting to find love.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And unfortunately, like he wasn't about He didn't want to
- 39:08Speaker 1: play into the games that the producers sometimes you know,
- 39:12Speaker 1: would egg him on, or you know, there was a
- 39:15Speaker 1: lot of stuff that maybe was staged, and and he
- 39:19Speaker 1: truthfully I think that honestly, That's why I really liked him,
- 39:23Speaker 1: because he stood up two producers and I was like, Oh,
- 39:26Speaker 1: that's I like this, this is fun, you know I
- 39:29Speaker 1: get that. Yeah, So I mean he I feel like
- 39:33Speaker 1: he's such a great guy. He's got so much going
- 39:35Speaker 1: for him, and he's got such a great character and
- 39:38Speaker 1: and I I think it was a miss just because
- 39:42Speaker 1: it was not the right fit for the show. Does
- 39:45Speaker 1: that make sense? Yeah? Yeah. And he was telling us
- 39:48Speaker 1: before you came on that there were, like his sister
- 39:52Speaker 1: had said before he started the show, like make sure
- 39:54Speaker 1: when you're kissing people like you're gonna you're gonna hear
- 39:57Speaker 1: all the saliva. And so he went into it, Yeah,
- 40:00Speaker 1: act a friend long Lorenzo, but really thinking a lot
- 40:03Speaker 1: about what people were in his family were going to
- 40:06Speaker 1: see when he was doing the show. And that's hard,
- 40:08Speaker 1: Like you can't you feel like you can't be yourself.
- 40:11Speaker 1: You know that too, Yeah, it's really hard to do that.
- 40:16Speaker 1: So I I mean, I just love that you guys
- 40:19Speaker 1: have stayed in touch, and um, that's that to me
- 40:23Speaker 1: is the one of the big I mean, obviously I'm
- 40:25Speaker 1: married and have kids and have a happy relationship from
- 40:27Speaker 1: the show, but I've said this to Bob before. The
- 40:31Speaker 1: next second to me that is really close to the
- 40:33Speaker 1: first is that you come away with these relationships that
- 40:37Speaker 1: are lifelong friendships, you know, connections. I feel like we're
- 40:41Speaker 1: all family. And actually I reached out to Brook Carson
- 40:44Speaker 1: and I said, I won are we going to do
- 40:47Speaker 1: if like an entire reunion of all of the whole cast,
- 40:50Speaker 1: Like how much fun would that be to get all
- 40:53Speaker 1: of us? There's a lot of people from the show,
- 40:57Speaker 1: but they just did it on American Idol. They had
- 40:59Speaker 1: like a union with like Justin Guerine and like, you know,
- 41:03Speaker 1: people from back in the day. So I don't know,
- 41:05Speaker 1: I just I love that you guys are still connected
- 41:08Speaker 1: and we're really grateful that you came on. You know
- 41:12Speaker 1: your story. You thank you. You guys are the best.
- 41:15Speaker 1: We're huge fans. Thank you. One more thing to Bob.
- 41:20Speaker 1: He probably forgets this, but when I was I got
- 41:24Speaker 1: the word of the worst Batch for Bob. You you
- 41:26Speaker 1: message me and said, I'm really upset because I wanted
- 41:28Speaker 1: that award. I gotta tell you, great, I fall victim
- 41:35Speaker 1: to every clickbait thing I see. And I saw that
- 41:37Speaker 1: and I'm like, oh great, I'm sure it's me. And
- 41:40Speaker 1: then I looked through it and I'm like, this is
- 41:42Speaker 1: a fair man loves of was my man. So I
- 41:45Speaker 1: reached out. I wanted to take some heat from you, buddy,
- 41:47Speaker 1: because you didn't deserve that. Yeah, I think it's a compliment. Yeah,
- 41:52Speaker 1: I I need to say thanks for your kind words.
- 41:55Speaker 1: Just remember something you your ben more information, I'll take
- 41:57Speaker 1: care of it. Yeah, yeah, I had a good shot.
- 42:02Speaker 1: We had a good bench. Thanks for having me on,
- 42:06Speaker 1: and I'm glad every one's well and it's great to
- 42:08Speaker 1: see you all. Great talking to you guys. Thanks guys,
- 42:15Speaker 1: Thank you, Trista. Yet another incredibly compelling episode of The
- 42:31Speaker 1: Almost Famous. It's fun. I love catching up with people,
- 42:36Speaker 1: especially when they are still like there's some kind of
- 42:40Speaker 1: connection there. I feel like it shows like there's always
- 42:43Speaker 1: these articles about how the relationships aren't successful, and we've
- 42:47Speaker 1: only had this many successful relationships. But if you look
- 42:51Speaker 1: at all the connections that this show has made, whether
- 42:53Speaker 1: it's like, you know, a love relationship or what like,
- 42:57Speaker 1: you cannot deny that the show has created connection. I mean,
- 43:02Speaker 1: you're right, so it's a different, different type of success, right,
- 43:04Speaker 1: So maybe you gotta focus on the success of friendships.
- 43:07Speaker 1: I mean, look at you and me. Twenty years we've
- 43:09Speaker 1: been friends. You know, that's that's pretty amazing. So I
- 43:13Speaker 1: think that that's something that has a lot to do
- 43:15Speaker 1: with it too. So well, amazing choices. I loved having
- 43:20Speaker 1: Prince Lazobo on the show, which I hope sticks. I
- 43:24Speaker 1: love Sandie calling him Loboso. I know loboso, and I
- 43:29Speaker 1: love that she can, like um give him, you know,
- 43:33Speaker 1: and the fact that they actually at first I thought
- 43:36Speaker 1: she was actually giving him, but then you know, you
- 43:39Speaker 1: realize that they have a relationship, so she can't. Anyway,
- 43:43Speaker 1: that was a great episode. Thanks everybody for listening, and

- 43:57Speaker 1: there he's still at it. He's still at it. Which
- 44:00Speaker 1: one I don't know which one it is. That's the baby,
- 44:02Speaker 1: that's the ten month old. Thankfully the three year old
- 44:04Speaker 1: doesn't do that anymore. But yeah, it's been allowed. It's
- 44:06Speaker 1: been a loud show. I've been on mute most of
- 44:08Speaker 1: the time. Real life, real life. That's what we do.
- 44:14Speaker 1: It's the I G versus the O G life. You know,
