Heroin Bust at Barnwell Avenue Mobile Home | Charleston News
North Charleston police raided a mobile home on Barnwell Avenue, busting a suspected heroin operation and arresting 44-year-old Christopher Thomas-Bailey Gale on trafficking charges. Five people and three dogs were inside when officers kicked in the door around noon; some hid in a bathroom, where water on their clothes raised suspicion of evidence-washing. Detectives found 26 grams of heroin and a digital scale, both testing positive. Gale was taken into custody and booked at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
