- 1:31Speaker 4: Route eight hundred three four seven routes seven sixty six
- 1:34Speaker 4: eight eight hundred three four seven seven six six eight,
- 1:38Speaker 4: which spells route tonight America Speaks. It is the first
- 1:42Speaker 4: of its kind on American TV, and entire show dedicated
- 1:46Speaker 4: to hearing what you think and not only listening to
- 1:49Speaker 4: what you think, getting your fifteen minutes of fame, as
- 1:52Speaker 4: Andy Warhol would say, but also debating, arguing, talking, discussing,
- 1:57Speaker 4: celebrating all above. If you're a liberal call in, I'd
- 2:01Speaker 4: love to debate you. I realize you have nothing to
- 2:03Speaker 4: say except FU because I've gotten your letters you have.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Liberals are the dumbest people in the world. They don't
- 2:11Speaker 4: the minute they start losing. After one sentence, I destroy
- 2:14Speaker 4: them with one sentence and the next sentence is if
- 2:17Speaker 4: you if your mother.
- 2:19Speaker 1: They don't have to say anything. They can't debate.
- 2:22Speaker 4: They've gotten no logical They've got no facts on their side,
- 2:26Speaker 4: no logic on their side, no common sense on their side,
- 2:31Speaker 4: no success on their side.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Do you realize everyone is leaving blue states and blue cities?
- 2:38Speaker 4: Areva dirty audios, have a nice life. Don't look the
- 2:42Speaker 4: door hit you in the as on the way out.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Whoever's the last one out?
- 2:46Speaker 1: Turn the lights out.
- 2:48Speaker 4: New York is finished, California's finished. You guys just don't
- 2:52Speaker 4: know it yet. You're done. Everybody with money and brains
- 2:56Speaker 4: is getting the f out and they're taking all their
- 2:59Speaker 4: money and all their assets with them. And you know
- 3:02Speaker 4: what that means is nobody left to pay the bills.
- 3:05Speaker 4: So all you losers that hate rich people, you're all
- 3:08Speaker 4: gonna starve to death. Nobody's gonna pay the taxes. You're
- 3:12Speaker 4: getting cut off. No food stamps, no welfare, no nothing,
- 3:18Speaker 4: no nothing. All right, a lot of big news stories,
- 3:22Speaker 4: but you know, look, uh, I'll go very quickly through.
- 3:25Speaker 1: The ones I went through in hour number one.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Just that I think it's another great Trump day, week, month, year.
- 3:32Speaker 4: People are you know a lot of people in our
- 3:33Speaker 4: movement and a lot it might be one percent, nine
- 3:36Speaker 4: nine percent still stand behind President Trump, asks CNNs TAD
- 3:39Speaker 4: expert harrientin Trump is the most loyal following in the
- 3:42Speaker 4: history or at least certainly modern history of politics. You're
- 3:45Speaker 4: all still behind Trump. Uh, But there are a few
- 3:49Speaker 4: very loud outspoken people who will tell you that Trump's
- 3:51Speaker 4: doing a bad job, Trump's failing. Trump is Trump that meanwhile,
- 3:56Speaker 4: the war is very close to being finished.
- 3:58Speaker 1: When it is. My pretty has been and keep perriage.
- 4:01Speaker 4: My economic expert who's never wrong, his prediction has been
- 4:04Speaker 4: that we're about to enter the most prosperous period maybe
- 4:07Speaker 4: in the history of America. Definitely the most prosperous in
- 4:09Speaker 4: my lifetime. Definitely the most prosperous since President Reagan. As
- 4:13Speaker 4: soon as the war is over, gas is gonna plummet
- 4:15Speaker 4: down in price, and inflation is gonna plummet down in price,
- 4:19Speaker 4: and interest rates are gonna drop like a rock because
- 4:21Speaker 4: we have our new Fed chief coming in in a
- 4:23Speaker 4: few days, who's gonna go for lower interest rates. And
- 4:26Speaker 4: when there's lower instrates, real estate will fly, stocks will fly,
- 4:29Speaker 4: gold will fly, gold mining will fly, bitcoin will fly,
- 4:33Speaker 4: all the things that are flying right now.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And it's his patient of all that happening.
- 4:36Speaker 4: The average person listens to the news, and it's such
- 4:39Speaker 4: a big mistake. This is the Wayne stream media, right.
- 4:42Speaker 4: You don't get mainstream media here. You get Wayne stream media.
- 4:45Speaker 4: It's such a mistake listening to the mainstream media because
- 4:50Speaker 4: it's made you so negative you actually think the economy's bad.
- 4:53Speaker 4: The economy's not bad. If the economy's bad, why is
- 4:56Speaker 4: Wall Street, by every measure, hitting all time highs.
- 5:00Speaker 1: How could the economy be bad?
- 5:02Speaker 4: The dows hitting all time highs, NASDCK hitting all time highs,
- 5:06Speaker 4: bitcoins back to over eighty thousand, gold is back to
- 5:09Speaker 4: near five thousand. Everything is hitting all time highs. If
- 5:13Speaker 4: things are so bad, how do you explain that? And
- 5:16Speaker 4: so you know there is no explanation because it's not bad.
- 5:19Speaker 4: The average rich person who's smart and doesn't listen to
- 5:22Speaker 4: the news, doesn't poison their mind with news. Maybe they
- 5:26Speaker 4: listen to the waynstream media wayne root. They know it's
- 5:29Speaker 4: time to buy and buy with both hands. So Trump
- 5:32Speaker 4: is gonna create a cutting interest rates and then gas
- 5:35Speaker 4: is gonna plummet, and the war is gonna be over.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And don't forget foreign countries.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Have invested eighteen billion in our country. I'm sorry, eighteen
- 5:43Speaker 4: trillion in our country. No one's ever done that before.
- 5:46Speaker 4: This is an experiment no one's ever seen before in
- 5:48Speaker 4: the history of the world. No no one has ever
- 5:50Speaker 4: gotten eighteen trillion dollars of investments from other countries, so
- 5:53Speaker 4: you could see things that you never imagine. The stock
- 5:57Speaker 4: market flying to heights you never imagine, real estate to
- 6:00Speaker 4: heights you never imagine. I think gold will fly to
- 6:03Speaker 4: heights you never imagine. Because despite all that, Congress still
- 6:06Speaker 4: spends and spends and spends, and the money printing machine
- 6:09Speaker 4: goes on all day long, and so debt keeps getting bigger,
- 6:12Speaker 4: and you need to buy gold, and gold will keep
- 6:14Speaker 4: going higher. But the Iran War very close to being over.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Trump crushed all the people in the Indiana Republican primary
- 6:22Speaker 4: who were against him in the Indiana Senate, he crushed
- 6:24Speaker 4: them all. I mean destroyed them, I mean wipe them out.
- 6:27Speaker 4: These are incumbent, important politicians, many of them in office
- 6:31Speaker 4: for decades, and Trump ran a slate against them and
- 6:33Speaker 4: wiped them off the face of the earth. Trump is
- 6:36Speaker 4: about to rename Ice nice. That was my idea. Thank you,
- 6:40Speaker 4: President Trump. January nineteenth. Go to my website roofamerica dot com.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Look up my commentaries at the top commentaries.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Click on it.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Look up my column on January nineteenth. Change the name
- 6:51Speaker 4: of Ice to Nice. President Trump is looking to do it.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Now US becomes the world's biggest oil producer. Because the
- 6:58Speaker 4: crisis in Iran, great news, the US Canada Pipeline is
- 7:02Speaker 4: now reviving the Keystone Excel. Nearly all the commitments to
- 7:05Speaker 4: start rebuilding the Keystone Excel have been met, so they're
- 7:09Speaker 4: gonna start building. Another interesting story, sixty seven percent say
- 7:13Speaker 4: Democrat run New York's cost of living is out of control.
- 7:17Speaker 4: And last week I read an article at California. Everyone agrees,
- 7:19Speaker 4: out of control. Spending just costs too much to live
- 7:22Speaker 4: in New York California. So let me get this straight off.
- 7:25Speaker 4: Inflation is Trump's. It's Trump's fault.
- 7:29Speaker 1: It's not Biden's fault. It's Trump's fault.
- 7:31Speaker 4: But California New York are run one one hundred percent
- 7:34Speaker 4: by Democrats. The idea of a Republican in power in
- 7:36Speaker 4: California New York is just a rumor. There are none, Okay,
- 7:41Speaker 4: it's all Democrats. And the spending and the cost of
- 7:44Speaker 4: living are out of control. You know why because the
- 7:47Speaker 4: biggest part of inflation is not grocery prices, it's not
- 7:52Speaker 4: gas prices, it's not your electric built All those are horrible,
- 7:55Speaker 4: all because of Joe Biden and green energy. But the
- 7:58Speaker 4: biggest expense of your life is taxes in.
- 8:01Speaker 1: California, New York.
- 8:02Speaker 4: They take all your money. There's nothing left to live on.
- 8:05Speaker 4: And what's left to live on, you got to spend
- 8:08Speaker 4: on giant electric bills and giant gas bills when you
- 8:11Speaker 4: fill your car. Stupidity, stupidity. They're just killing themselves. CNN's founder,
- 8:17Speaker 4: liberal billionaire Ted Turner dies important news. I think just
- 8:21Speaker 4: because he was a great entrepreneur. He was a great
- 8:23Speaker 4: American from the standpoint of, you know, God bless America.
- 8:27Speaker 4: Only in America, innovation, creating things, creating twenty four hour
- 8:31Speaker 4: cable news, becoming rich out of the blue. I mean,
- 8:35Speaker 4: his father was a bankrupt owner of signs, you know,
- 8:40Speaker 4: billboard signs, and he was bankrupt and he died, broke
- 8:44Speaker 4: those sign companies broke. And the day he died, Ted
- 8:47Speaker 4: Turner took over that bankrupt company and he became worth
- 8:50Speaker 4: ten billion dollars. God Bless America. Other big news I
- 8:56Speaker 4: haven't gotten to today. Here's Judge Zia for Rookie. I
- 9:00Speaker 4: talked about him yesterday.
- 9:02Speaker 1: He's a federal.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Magistrate who apologized for the way Cole Allen, the guy
- 9:08Speaker 4: who tried to assassinate Trump at the White House Correspondence
- 9:10Speaker 4: dinner was being treated in prison. He apologized, and I
- 9:14Speaker 4: said he must be an Obama appointe, and he must
- 9:16Speaker 4: be a communist, must be a communist trader. The magistrate
- 9:20Speaker 4: judge who apologized to suspected would be Trump assassin Cole
- 9:24Speaker 4: Allen for his treatment inside of Washington, d C. Jail
- 9:27Speaker 4: during hearing on Monday, has been criticized.
- 9:31Speaker 1: So I want to see. Let's see.
- 9:38Speaker 4: This guy compared the guy who tried to assassinate our
- 9:42Speaker 4: president of the United States with January sixth rioters. He said,
- 9:47Speaker 4: it's troubling. I never heard of one January sixth defendant.
- 9:50Speaker 4: It was put in five point restraints or in a
- 9:53Speaker 4: safe cell. If the only way to keep him safe
- 9:55Speaker 4: is the most punitive thing, that's a problem. You imagine
- 9:58Speaker 4: how sick these people are. First of all, the January
- 10:00Speaker 4: sixth people didn't try and assassinate a president of the
- 10:03Speaker 4: United States. They didn't try and assassinate anyone. They're not murderers,
- 10:08Speaker 4: they're not assassins, and they didn't try and knock off
- 10:11Speaker 4: the guy who runs our country, so he should be
- 10:14Speaker 4: treated worse than January sixth. Second of all, he doesn't
- 10:17Speaker 4: know if anyone who was mistreated by January sixth really
- 10:21Speaker 4: wake up in the real world judge, because on my show,
- 10:24Speaker 4: I've had tons of guests who have been mistreated. They
- 10:26Speaker 4: were January six ers and they were treated like Muslim
- 10:30Speaker 4: terrorists who bombed the World Trade Center.
- 10:32Speaker 1: That's what they were treated like. So it really is amazing.
- 10:35Speaker 4: But this story is supposed to be about the judge,
- 10:37Speaker 4: and I'm trying to find because I'm reading it with
- 10:39Speaker 4: you for the first time. Oh, he's praised for his
- 10:42Speaker 4: commitment to DEI. That's all you really need to know.
- 10:45Speaker 4: Praise for his commitment to DEI. Let's hire people just
- 10:48Speaker 4: because they're black. Anti ice sentiment. He said terrible things
- 10:53Speaker 4: against Ice.
- 10:54Speaker 1: He believes in resistance to.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Trump's crime crackdown because these are the kind of judges
- 10:59Speaker 4: that love criminals.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Them all out. He believes in relaxed bail policies. Wow,
- 11:04Speaker 1: he's a winner. He's got to beat Obama. Man.
- 11:06Speaker 4: And a Muslim university opens in Dallas, Texas, Texas American
- 11:11Speaker 4: Muslim University, Wow, known as tex am University in Dallas.
- 11:17Speaker 1: That is scary. Even in Texas. They're trying to conquer us.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Take over our country.
- 11:22Speaker 4: An Air Force doctor appeared to reassure medical staff that
- 11:25Speaker 4: they couldn't be sued for sex changes on minors. So
- 11:30Speaker 4: even in the Air Force you have mentally deranged doctors
- 11:33Speaker 4: who tell the staff you know, do sex changes on
- 11:35Speaker 4: little kids.
- 11:36Speaker 1: No one will ever hurt you, no one will arrest you,
- 11:38Speaker 1: no one will ever sue you.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Just take their vagina turn into a penis dick their
- 11:42Speaker 4: penis turn into vagina. These are sick, dangerous people. We'll
- 11:46Speaker 4: be right back, Hi, Wayne LaRue.
- 11:53Speaker 1: For zeechad Genesis Medicine.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Their CEO, Dan Montano, has been a guest on My
- 11:57Speaker 4: show many times to discuss his company's medicines to a
- 12:00Speaker 4: verse type two diabetes, reverse Parkinson's, and reverse heart disease.
- 12:04Speaker 4: Over three hundred patients have been dosed with their medicines
- 12:07Speaker 4: during research studies, and all patients have shown great improvement
- 12:11Speaker 4: with no adverse events reported.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I know many of you have type two diabetes.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Or Parkinson's or heart disease, or you know someone who does.
- 12:19Speaker 1: So listen up.
- 12:20Speaker 4: You could participate in one of their upcoming free medical
- 12:24Speaker 4: research studies using their breakthrough medicines.
- 12:26Speaker 1: They created a website.

- 15:10Speaker 1: All right, Wayne ler Ruth, the root, the root, The
- 15:12Speaker 1: root's on fire. I'm your secretary of war.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Wayne ler Ruth is the Wayne stream media, not the
- 15:17Speaker 4: mainstream media. You get truth here. Don't care who I offend.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Matter of fact, I like to offend you. It's very
- 15:25Speaker 4: effective in life to offend people.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Ask Donald J. Trump, He's elected president three times.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Anyone who thinks he only got elected twice is kidding themselves.
- 15:33Speaker 1: He's elected three times with two hundred and.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Thirteen million votes. I believe I did the math. I
- 15:37Speaker 4: think that's the exact number. I think was two hundred
- 15:39Speaker 4: thirteen million. I haven't done in a while. Let's see,
- 15:41Speaker 4: the first time he ran, he got I think sixty
- 15:43Speaker 4: four million votes. Then the second time he ran, I
- 15:47Speaker 4: think he got like seventy one.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Wasn't that the number? I do know, I'd scard to
- 15:51Speaker 1: remember anymore. So that's one hundred and thirty five. And
- 15:53Speaker 1: I think the third time he.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Got seventy seven, So that would be uh, two hundred
- 15:59Speaker 4: and twelve million. Yeah, and I odd change probably to thirteen.
- 16:03Speaker 4: I think that was the number I came up with.
- 16:04Speaker 4: The guy's gotten two hundred thirteen million votes, the most
- 16:07Speaker 4: of any president history by being controversial and offending people.
- 16:11Speaker 4: So anybody who thinks offending people's a mistake doesn't know
- 16:14Speaker 4: what they're talking about. When you offend people, it gets
- 16:16Speaker 4: their attention, it gets you headlines, it makes everyone stare
- 16:19Speaker 4: at you, and they go, what a horrible person.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Wayne Ruth said that, and then they tune in to
- 16:24Speaker 1: see if I'm really that bad, and then they go,
- 16:26Speaker 1: oh wow, I like this guy. That's what they did
- 16:29Speaker 1: with Trump. He can't be that bad.
- 16:30Speaker 4: He said that he doesn't like John McCain because he
- 16:33Speaker 4: only likes guys who don't get captured. Really, they tuned in,
- 16:36Speaker 4: he can't be that bad. Let me see if he's
- 16:38Speaker 4: that bad, What a horrible person?
- 16:40Speaker 1: They tune in, they go, I love this guy.
- 16:43Speaker 4: It's good to be controversial, it's good to be offensive.
- 16:46Speaker 4: President Trump proves it, Wayne reproves it.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Chicago Official calls.
- 16:50Speaker 4: For if you're common sense. What I'm trying to say
- 16:53Speaker 4: is if you believe what we believe, if you're a patriot,
- 16:57Speaker 4: it's good to be controversial. Not if you're a crazy
- 17:00Speaker 4: communist trader who hates our country, like this Chicago official
- 17:03Speaker 4: who calls for criminal charges against Walgreens because they're closing
- 17:07Speaker 4: the store in a violent black neighbood on the South Side.
- 17:11Speaker 1: See this is uh, you know, Wayne, Root'm about to
- 17:13Speaker 1: do a root rant here. I'm about to explode. Listen.
- 17:16Speaker 1: This is not racist to say it's only truth, right,
- 17:19Speaker 1: it's only truth. I'm not sure are we off the air?
- 17:22Speaker 1: What's going on? All right?
- 17:24Speaker 4: I'm just asking if the TV show is off on
- 17:26Speaker 4: the video side, all right, so, but on the radio,
- 17:30Speaker 4: obviously you can hear me. So I don't know what's
- 17:32Speaker 4: going on over there.
- 17:33Speaker 1: There we go. We're back again.
- 17:34Speaker 4: So, if you're in a white neighborhood and it's safe,
- 17:39Speaker 4: no crime, nobody's gonna kill you, no one's gonna rob you,
- 17:42Speaker 4: no one's gonna carjack you, no one's gonna mug you, you're.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Gonna keep your store there.
- 17:47Speaker 4: If you're in a black neighborhood and it happens to
- 17:49Speaker 4: be a black neighbor bood that's crime ridden and violent,
- 17:52Speaker 4: well then you got to move your store because you're
- 17:56Speaker 4: losing customers because no.
- 17:57Speaker 1: One wants to come near your store.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Because there's homeless people taking a crap in front of
- 18:01Speaker 4: your front door. There's people shooting up in your parking
- 18:05Speaker 4: lot and dropping the needle that's infected with AIDS.
- 18:08Speaker 1: On the ground.
- 18:09Speaker 4: There's people mugging and carjacking in your parking lot. They're
- 18:14Speaker 4: robbing your store blind, so you can't even own a
- 18:17Speaker 4: business that makes money. They're walking out with thousand merchandise.
- 18:21Speaker 4: So you move, and the councilman in Chicago calls for
- 18:26Speaker 4: criminal charges because you made a decision to move. There
- 18:30Speaker 4: should be criminal charges against the councilman who doesn't do
- 18:34Speaker 4: anything about the crime in your black neighborhood.
- 18:37Speaker 1: If black people were smart, they throw the bums out.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Throw out the dumb black councilman who lets crime go
- 18:45Speaker 4: and charges Walgreens wants to charge Walgreens with a crime,
- 18:50Speaker 4: What are you kidding me? Throw out the black councilman
- 18:53Speaker 4: who's let your children get hooks on drugs, who's let
- 18:57Speaker 4: your children be in a position where they could be
- 18:59Speaker 4: raped or murdered. Who lets you get carjacked or home
- 19:03Speaker 4: invaded so no one can leave their house. It's a
- 19:06Speaker 4: prison cell. Once it gets dark at night. In a
- 19:09Speaker 4: bad neighborhood. Don't blame the company that moves because the
- 19:15Speaker 4: store is dangerous and their employees will be killed closing
- 19:18Speaker 4: up at night.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Can you imagine closing up at night in a dangerous neighborhood.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Can you imagine?
- 19:23Speaker 4: And by the way, maybe we shouldn't talk about that
- 19:25Speaker 4: it's a black neighbor but we was talking about it's
- 19:27Speaker 4: a Democrat neighborhood. Find me a neighborhood that's one hundred
- 19:30Speaker 4: percent Democrat. It might be black, it might be Latino,
- 19:34Speaker 4: it might be minority, but it's Democrat. One hundred percent
- 19:37Speaker 4: Democrat name but equals high crime. High crime means you're
- 19:41Speaker 4: gonna get killed one day as a nice person coming
- 19:44Speaker 4: home from work, picking your kids up at school.
- 19:47Speaker 1: I remember the time my father I was on the
- 19:49Speaker 1: tennis team.
- 19:51Speaker 4: I lettered in three sports in high school, football and
- 19:54Speaker 4: tennis and track, and I was on the tennis team.
- 19:56Speaker 4: My father came to pick me up at the age
- 19:58Speaker 4: of fifteen a tennis game, and when I came outside,
- 20:03Speaker 4: his car was gone. And then a minute later he
- 20:05Speaker 4: showed up, but he said I was here pork waiting
- 20:07Speaker 4: for you. And a man walked up to be appointed
- 20:09Speaker 4: a gun in my head and said give me your money,
- 20:11Speaker 4: and I gunned it and got out, and then I
- 20:12Speaker 4: realized you were gonna walk outside, and I came back,
- 20:15Speaker 4: and he risked his life to come back and make.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Sure I was okay. That guy had run away and
- 20:18Speaker 1: he wasn't there anymore. The people that allow this to happen,
- 20:22Speaker 1: they're the ones you should send to jail.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Not the store owner that has to move because the
- 20:26Speaker 4: crime is destroying his business or getting his employees scared
- 20:30Speaker 4: so he can't find anybody to work for him, or
- 20:32Speaker 4: getting his employees killed, or getting his customers killed.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Common sense, man, We'll be right back. Wayne Alerute, war Zone,

- 21:58Speaker 4: All right, wait down the root from laws. I love
- 22:00Speaker 4: this town, Las Vegas, Nevada. Great town. Everybody's moving here.
- 22:04Speaker 4: The whole world is moving here, and there's not even It's.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Not like Florida, Florida. They advertise they're much smarter than
- 22:09Speaker 1: we are.
- 22:10Speaker 4: Florida's politicians they advertise all over New York in the Northeast,
- 22:14Speaker 4: where it's cold, it's miserable, it's gray, the tacks are
- 22:17Speaker 4: too high, the crime in the streets is horrible, right,
- 22:20Speaker 4: and they want to tax you to death if you're
- 22:22Speaker 4: a second home or a third home, and they say,
- 22:24Speaker 4: come to Florida. Move your whole business to Florida, bring
- 22:26Speaker 4: all your employees to Florida, and they tell you all.
- 22:28Speaker 1: The ways they'll save you money. We don't even advertise Vegas.
- 22:31Speaker 4: I don't think there's one politician of the state that's
- 22:33Speaker 4: ever taken an ad in Los Angeles. And yet they're
- 22:36Speaker 4: all coming from Los Angeles by the thousands each month,
- 22:40Speaker 4: and they're coming not to Vegas, but to Summerland, where
- 22:42Speaker 4: I live.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Summerland is the nice.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Area, the Scottsdale of Las Vegas, a beautiful, beautiful area
- 22:48Speaker 4: very much like Scottsdale, and the house are all expensive,
- 22:51Speaker 4: and the crime is zero, and the streets are clean
- 22:55Speaker 4: and you never have to worry about being carjacked, and
- 22:57Speaker 4: the restaurants are fantastic, and the sun's always out in
- 23:00Speaker 4: beautiful Summerland. So I love Vegas. Let me mention my
- 23:04Speaker 4: show Tonight, One Last Time. Tonight is a special on

- 23:18Speaker 1: It's a call in show. It's my idea.

- 23:22Speaker 4: my twenties on CNBC. It was called The Fan Speaks Out.
- 23:26Speaker 4: It was a sports call in show on TV. First
- 23:28Speaker 4: of it's kind. This is a political call and show,
- 23:31Speaker 4: first of it's kind. To my knowledge, nobody has a
- 23:34Speaker 4: full time call in show in the United States of
- 23:36Speaker 4: America to talk politics, and tonight we've got one. This
- 23:39Speaker 4: is the TV pilot for an everyday show, and tonight's

- 25:30Speaker 1: Jimpath is with us. He's on our show quite often.
- 25:33Speaker 4: He's the president of the Conservative Caucus the website the
- 25:36Speaker 4: Conservative Caucus dot org.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Jimpaff, Welcome to the show. How are you.
- 25:40Speaker 8: I'm doing well, by the way, sitting here in Bloomington, Indiana.
- 25:43Speaker 8: And we've loaned you our top quarterback prospect. So good
- 25:48Speaker 8: luck Las Vegas Raiders with a great quarterback.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Yes, he's gonna be a great quarterback. Although I don't
- 25:54Speaker 1: know how to break this to you, but I'm a
- 25:55Speaker 1: Dallas Cowboy fan. I don't care about the Raiders. I'm
- 25:58Speaker 1: a Colts fan. See, by the way, I was a
- 26:00Speaker 1: Raiders fan in the eighties, you know, when Indianapolis didn't
- 26:04Speaker 1: have a team, right, and.
- 26:06Speaker 4: We have a team, and I don't care about it.
- 26:07Speaker 4: I only care about the Sels Cowboys. But last year,
- 26:10Speaker 4: the Cowboys played at Allegiance Stadium against the Las Vegas Raiders.
- 26:14Speaker 4: And I went to the game, and I kid you not, Jim,
- 26:16Speaker 4: I would say ninety percent of the stadium was Cowboy fans.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Nobody was a Raider fan. I went in the bathroom
- 26:22Speaker 4: and in the bathrooms. They were chanting cowboys, cowboys, and
- 26:27Speaker 4: one lonely guy said Raiders, Raiders, and I saw a
- 26:30Speaker 4: bunch of guys rough them up.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that was it.
- 26:33Speaker 4: So it was all Cowboys fans, no Raiders fans at
- 26:36Speaker 4: Allegiance Stadium.
- 26:37Speaker 1: But I'll tell you what we've got in Vegas. Forget
- 26:40Speaker 1: about the Raiders. They suck. What do they win two
- 26:41Speaker 1: games last year?
- 26:42Speaker 4: But the stadium is the second most successful stadium in
- 26:47Speaker 4: the world.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Did you know that in the world.
- 26:49Speaker 8: I didn't, and I need to come out by the way,
- 26:51Speaker 8: I need to come from Freedom Fest. Haven't been for
- 26:52Speaker 8: a couple of years. Better Vegas is awesome. I've done
- 26:56Speaker 8: political work in Nevada. I love that state, from Reno
- 26:59Speaker 8: down over to Elko and Wakamaka and down to Lose.
- 27:04Speaker 1: I see that. So second most successful.
- 27:07Speaker 4: Stadium in the world is Allegiant in Las Vegas, home
- 27:10Speaker 4: of the Raiders, and the most successful entertainment venue in
- 27:14Speaker 4: the world. Not stadium. Entertainment venue is the Sphere, the
- 27:18Speaker 4: single most successful entertainment venue in the world. I think
- 27:20Speaker 4: it holds about twenty thousand, and every night it's sold out,
- 27:24Speaker 4: all twenty thousand watching whatever music act is there, whatever's there,
- 27:29Speaker 4: just amazing, amazing facility. I think cost him four billion
- 27:33Speaker 4: dollars to build the sphere. It's amazing.
- 27:35Speaker 1: All right.
- 27:36Speaker 4: So you know what, we have you on the show,
- 27:37Speaker 4: and I have all these things to talk to you
- 27:39Speaker 4: about that are written down, but my executi producer Andrew
- 27:41Speaker 4: didn't write down the one that hits me right away.
- 27:45Speaker 4: You are from Indiana. And last night Donald Trump destroyed
- 27:49Speaker 4: all the rhinos. The MAGA candidates who none of whom
- 27:52Speaker 4: were published politicians, ran up against these guys that have been
- 27:56Speaker 4: in office for years or decades, and they voted against
- 27:59Speaker 4: redistrict which would have helped us retain the House in
- 28:02Speaker 4: the mid Germs.
- 28:03Speaker 1: And Trump said, I hate you guys. I'm going to
- 28:05Speaker 1: ruin your lives. Bye bye, You're done. And we knocked
- 28:08Speaker 1: them all out.
- 28:10Speaker 8: Yeah, and I'm glad for it. Indiana Republican. Indiana is
- 28:14Speaker 8: kind of an interesting state.
- 28:16Speaker 1: I've done. I did Indian.
- 28:18Speaker 8: My introduction to politics was in the nineteen nineties. I
- 28:20Speaker 8: was running state legislative campaigns. One of these state senators
- 28:24Speaker 8: rightly got defeated that I helped elect into the House
- 28:28Speaker 8: in the nineteen nineties.
- 28:29Speaker 1: He totally went to the dark side. I read him
- 28:31Speaker 1: the Riot Act on the phone recently. I just like,
- 28:33Speaker 1: what are you guys thinking.
- 28:35Speaker 8: But Indiana, compared to Democrat States, has a deep amount
- 28:41Speaker 8: of corruption in the Republican Party because of one party rule,
- 28:45Speaker 8: and this is a good shake up. I'm glad for
- 28:48Speaker 8: Donald Trump. I'm glad for my personal close friend Jim Banks.
- 28:52Speaker 8: Senator Jim Banks was taking some of the lead on this,
- 28:55Speaker 8: and this effort went really well, better than I could
- 29:00Speaker 8: have expected. And it's a real message to Republicans in Congress,
- 29:04Speaker 8: not so much necessarily that they're all going to lose
- 29:07Speaker 8: their primaries or whatever that may happen too, but that
- 29:11Speaker 8: Republican voters are sick and tired of the stupid games
- 29:16Speaker 8: in Washington, DC. They want to change, and they're either
- 29:19Speaker 8: going to act against you strongly or they're just going
- 29:23Speaker 8: to sit it out in November. That's what's at stake,
- 29:26Speaker 8: and that's why John Thune and these guys are better
- 29:28Speaker 8: get the Save America Act passed. They'd better do a
- 29:31Speaker 8: very strong third Reconciliation bill that tells Republican voters we're
- 29:36Speaker 8: on your side too, Because Republican voters in Indiana just
- 29:40Speaker 8: told all Republicans around the country, Republican leaders, we're not
- 29:44Speaker 8: on your side and you better get your act straight.
- 29:46Speaker 4: Well, look, I am on your side, Jim. I agree
- 29:49Speaker 4: with every word you just said, but I don't think
- 29:51Speaker 4: it's going to happen. I think John Thune is horrible.
- 29:54Speaker 4: I think he's a bad guy. I think he's right
- 29:56Speaker 4: in the vein of the Paul Ryans and the John
- 29:59Speaker 4: Bainers and the Mitch mc connells, and he's a rhino
- 30:02Speaker 4: and he doesn't want to win. I guess he has
- 30:03Speaker 4: no interest in winning. He likes playing from behind for
- 30:06Speaker 4: the losing team. Some of these guys are more comfortable
- 30:09Speaker 4: being on the losing side than the winning side. They
- 30:11Speaker 4: don't want to control that Senate. They just want to
- 30:13Speaker 4: complain all day, never pass anything, and let Democrats have
- 30:16Speaker 4: the lead. And they just complain all day and fundraise
- 30:19Speaker 4: based on complaints. I think that's what they enjoy doing.
- 30:22Speaker 4: But Thund's never going to pass the Save America Act.
- 30:24Speaker 4: I've already said that it's not gonna happen. There aren't
- 30:27Speaker 4: the votes. He won't undo the filibuster. Without the philibuster gone,
- 30:30Speaker 4: they can't pass it. So I agree with you.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I want it.
- 30:33Speaker 4: It's insane that we haven't already passed it. It's such
- 30:36Speaker 4: a simple thing to do. It's everybody's for it. Eighty
- 30:39Speaker 4: percent of all voters, including a huge number of Democrats,
- 30:43Speaker 4: are for it, overwhelming majority of Democrats. Everybody wants it,
- 30:47Speaker 4: and we still can't pass it with Republicans in charge.
- 30:49Speaker 1: So I think Thune's a disgrace.
- 30:51Speaker 8: I really do he is, and everyone needs to follow
- 30:54Speaker 8: My friend Rachel Bovart, who's one of the greatest experts
- 30:57Speaker 8: on Senate rules, and made that he could still do
- 31:02Speaker 8: it if he wanted to do the regular filibuster process.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Make everyone talk it can be done. They're just not
- 31:08Speaker 1: willing to do the work. And keep in mind, one of.
- 31:11Speaker 8: The worst things about Republicans in Congress is you have
- 31:14Speaker 8: so many of them who depend on that one hundred
- 31:17Speaker 8: and seventy four five hundred dollars paycheck because they're not
- 31:20Speaker 8: independently wealthy. And I would say that's a greater corrupting
- 31:24Speaker 8: influence and having a lot of wealthy people there not
- 31:26Speaker 8: the corruption would totally go away, because we got a
- 31:29Speaker 8: human problem in politics. But the corruption is much different
- 31:33Speaker 8: because these people don't want to lose their jobs, and
- 31:37Speaker 8: they're fine. If they're in the minority of the majority,
- 31:39Speaker 8: they're set. They're set because ninety percent of them get
- 31:42Speaker 8: reelected if they just go up again. And so this
- 31:46Speaker 8: is a corrupting factor. The only way past that is
- 31:50Speaker 8: what we do. And that's why the Indiana thing was important.
- 31:52Speaker 8: It's not enough, but it sends a message, and it
- 31:55Speaker 8: should tell every person who's a voter, who cares about
- 31:59Speaker 8: this country, frustrated like you and I are, that they
- 32:02Speaker 8: do have the power. If they're willing to put their
- 32:06Speaker 8: shoulder behind it and put the right and.
- 32:08Speaker 4: Throw the bums out, throw the bums out, you can
- 32:11Speaker 4: do it. So last thing I'll tackle today is the
- 32:14Speaker 4: Supreme Court ruling. A lot of people just don't understand
- 32:16Speaker 4: how powerful it was. It may have saved the midterms
- 32:19Speaker 4: only if Republican states are willing to redistrict before the midterms,
- 32:24Speaker 4: and not all of them are willing to do it.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Once again, you've got a lot of traders out there,
- 32:28Speaker 4: rhino losers who have already made up their mind.
- 32:30Speaker 1: I'm not going to do it.
- 32:31Speaker 4: I'll do it for twenty twenty eight. Wait a minute,
- 32:33Speaker 4: we can't lose in twenty twenty six and we do.
- 32:35Speaker 4: The Trump agenda's dead. But most of the Southern states
- 32:39Speaker 4: I think, are going to do it and Democrats are panicking.
- 32:43Speaker 8: Yeah, and Georgia needs to get the message of Indiana
- 32:46Speaker 8: as well too, because you can go after these people.
- 32:49Speaker 8: But yes, they should be doing it, and they may
- 32:52Speaker 8: win in spite of themselves. But Republicans are working really
- 32:54Speaker 8: hard to make a case not to vote for them.
- 32:56Speaker 1: So yeah, the only reason we might win.
- 32:58Speaker 4: The only reason is because Democrats are so hated.
- 33:02Speaker 1: That's the only reason. Nobody likes the Republicans. Nobody likes them,
- 33:07Speaker 1: but they hate the Democrat.
- 33:08Speaker 4: They're so weird and crazy and they believe in such
- 33:11Speaker 4: wacko things. They give their life for an illegal alien,
- 33:14Speaker 4: they give their life for an illegal Alian murderer and rapist.
- 33:17Speaker 4: It makes no sense. Nobody can understand it. They're weirdos
- 33:20Speaker 4: and wackos. They love transgenders, They're hated.
- 33:23Speaker 1: That may be our only ace in the whole. Jim,
- 33:25Speaker 1: we gotta run his website Dconservative Caucus dot org. Thank you, Jim.

- 37:01Speaker 1: Democrats are robbing us blind.
- 37:03Speaker 4: They're not only robbing our taxpayer money, but they're stealing elections.
- 37:07Speaker 1: They're rigging and stealing elections.
- 37:09Speaker 4: And the proof is that they don't want to appear
- 37:12Speaker 4: before grand jury. The DOJ serves grand jury subpoenas on
- 37:18Speaker 4: all twenty twenty election workers from Fulton County.
- 37:21Speaker 1: That's one headline. The next headline is.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Georgia officials fight GOP demand for pole worker personal data.
- 37:30Speaker 4: They're saying, we want to know what you know, what
- 37:33Speaker 4: you saw when you stole the twenty twenty election. We
- 37:36Speaker 4: all know you stole the twenty twenty election. And they're saying,
- 37:40Speaker 4: I don't want to testify. Well, you know what, when
- 37:42Speaker 4: Peter navaraden want to testify and Steve ban didn't want
- 37:44Speaker 4: to testify, they came to their house at five in
- 37:46Speaker 4: the morning and they dragged them away in leg irons.
- 37:48Speaker 4: Or Peter Navarro's case, one of the top economists for
- 37:52Speaker 4: President Trump, they they arrest them at the airport and
- 37:54Speaker 4: dragged himway in leg irons in front of a crowd.
- 37:56Speaker 4: How embarrassing, How amazing how this goes on the United
- 38:00Speaker 4: States of America.
- 38:01Speaker 1: These people are such creeps. You know.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Obama was on one of the late night shows yesterday
- 38:07Speaker 4: last night, and Obama had the nerve to say. He
- 38:11Speaker 4: talked about how this administration is so fascist and they're
- 38:17Speaker 4: arresting people. Are you joking that Joe Biden administration wasn't
- 38:22Speaker 4: Joe Biden, it was Obama And he was arresting Peter
- 38:25Speaker 4: Navarro and Steve Bannon and Donald Trump multiple times, and
- 38:29Speaker 4: they arrested. You know, guys like my friend Michael McDonald's
- 38:32Speaker 4: state chairman here in Nevada, is still fighting charges for
- 38:35Speaker 4: being an elector for Donald Trump. They want to put
- 38:39Speaker 4: you in jail for that. You know, they let every
- 38:41Speaker 4: criminal out on bail or no bail, and they let
- 38:44Speaker 4: every criminal out, you know at the evolving door. You
- 38:46Speaker 4: committed a crime, even murder, you'll be out in a year,
- 38:49Speaker 4: or you get no time.
- 38:50Speaker 1: You go to a halfway house.
- 38:51Speaker 4: There's no crime that they ever think deserves any time
- 38:54Speaker 4: in jail, except if you were an elector representing Donald Trump,
- 38:58Speaker 4: then you should spend twenty years of hard time. Surprise,
- 39:00Speaker 4: they didn't want to send them to Gitmo or you know,
- 39:04Speaker 4: like a prison where murderers go, top security prison where
- 39:07Speaker 4: murderers are locked down twenty three hours a day out
- 39:09Speaker 4: of twenty four It's truly amazing. What they did to
- 39:12Speaker 4: the Jay six ers is truly amazing. How they've persecuted
- 39:15Speaker 4: the Trump electors in Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. It's
- 39:22Speaker 4: because they're so scared you'll find out that they stole
- 39:25Speaker 4: those states and stole the election.
- 39:27Speaker 1: They're petrified.
- 39:28Speaker 4: They're trying to what they call it in sports, you know,
- 39:31Speaker 4: play out the clock.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Let's just keep stalling and stalling.
- 39:35Speaker 4: And attacking, attacking anything so that people do not find
- 39:38Speaker 4: out that we are communist traders who stole the election
- 39:44Speaker 4: and stole the country. I mean, do you understand what
- 39:47Speaker 4: happens when you steal an election. You're stealing a country,
- 39:50Speaker 4: You're stealing the budget of the United States, You're stealing
- 39:54Speaker 4: all the government.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Contracts of the United States.
- 39:57Speaker 4: To steal an election is like, you know, it's kind
- 40:00Speaker 4: of like when you bet with a bookie. Right, if
- 40:02Speaker 4: you bet one thousand dollars on a football game, and
- 40:04Speaker 4: you win, you win the thousand. If you lose, you lose, well,
- 40:07Speaker 4: counting the vague, you lose eleven hundred. So it's a
- 40:10Speaker 4: twenty one hundred dollars turnaround. And it might be one
- 40:14Speaker 4: single drive at the end of the game, and you
- 40:16Speaker 4: could have won, and you should have won, and you
- 40:18Speaker 4: were gonna win, and then all of a sudden you lose.
- 40:20Speaker 4: You tasted the thousand, and instead you lost the eleven hundred.
- 40:23Speaker 4: It's a twenty one hundred dollars turnaround. And it's the
- 40:26Speaker 4: same kind of thing I'm talking about here.
- 40:29Speaker 1: It's it's a turnaround. It's massive.
- 40:33Speaker 4: They just you steal the election a Republican Trump should
- 40:37Speaker 4: have won in twenty twenty.
- 40:39Speaker 1: And the budget of the United States is what.
- 40:40Speaker 4: I don't know, like you know, four or five trillion
- 40:43Speaker 4: a year, and the whole thing is in the hands
- 40:45Speaker 4: of Republicans. Instead you lose. The whole thing's in the
- 40:48Speaker 4: hand of Democrats. So add four trillion to four trillion,
- 40:50Speaker 4: it's eight trillion dollar turnaround.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Credible.
- 40:54Speaker 4: What they did by stealing an election credible. And this
- 40:57Speaker 4: is a good example of they're stealing.
- 40:59Speaker 1: JD.
- 40:59Speaker 4: Van says that his anti fraud Task Force has found
- 41:03Speaker 4: eighty six thousand dead people collecting foodstamps. Oh, I'm sorry,
- 41:07Speaker 4: did I say eighty six thousand, one hundred and eighty
- 41:10Speaker 4: six thousand dead people collecting foodstamps?
- 41:12Speaker 1: I undersold the story.
- 41:14Speaker 4: One hundred and eighty six thousand dead Americans getting foodstamps.
- 41:17Speaker 4: So the question is who is getting those foodstamps? Is
- 41:21Speaker 4: it their daughter, their son, is it their cousin, Is
- 41:23Speaker 4: it their nephew, is it their father?
- 41:25Speaker 1: Who the hell knows? Who hell knows?
- 41:27Speaker 4: Here's a man accused of starting the Palisades fire. The
- 41:33Speaker 4: Palisades fire destroyed seven thousand homes and businesses, caused one
- 41:39Speaker 4: hundred and fifty billion in damages, and killed twelve people.
- 41:44Speaker 4: He's the alleged arsist who started the Pacific Palisades Fire
- 41:49Speaker 4: in California. His name is Jonathan Rinderneckt. And you know,
- 41:55Speaker 4: my buddy, Colonel Joe retired colonel of Military Intelligence, United
- 41:59Speaker 4: States Army. Good friend listens to this show all the time,
- 42:02Speaker 4: and he said earlier today, you know, this guy needs
- 42:04Speaker 4: to be hung or a firing squad or electric chair.
- 42:07Speaker 1: You need to kill this guy. This guy has to die.
- 42:10Speaker 4: If found guilty again, he gets a jury, he gets
- 42:13Speaker 4: a judge, he gets a trial in front of his peers.
- 42:15Speaker 1: But you have to execute him.
- 42:18Speaker 4: He has to get the death penalty because otherwise others
- 42:21Speaker 4: will do it. You've got to tell them they can't,
- 42:24Speaker 4: you know, don't do this stuff.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Well, you can't tell him you can't do it.
- 42:27Speaker 4: If this guy gets a slap on the wrist, what
- 42:29Speaker 4: he did is stunning to the whole city of Los Angeles.
- 42:34Speaker 1: That is death penalty if I've ever heard it.
- 42:38Speaker 4: You gotta send a message man punishment, all right, zeitcha
- 42:42Speaker 4: Genesis Medicine is the sponsor of this show.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Dan Montano's the CEO.

- 42:53Speaker 4: reverse heart disease. Over three hundred patients toast with their medicines,
- 42:57Speaker 4: all of them improved, no adverse events. If you have
