- 0:33So watch with calm my friend because this is time and this is welcome back, everyone.
- 0:56You are joining us at the Nurses Report.
- 0:58I'm your host, Nurse Gail McCray.
- 1:01And as per the usual, I'm on another one of my soapboxes.
- 1:06And this time it's about the hospital protocols.
- 1:10This was the first thing that deeply caught my attention when I was just a regular old nurse working for Kaiser in California.
- 1:21I had two kids at home.
- 1:22My husband was a civil engineer running 60 million dollar projects.
- 1:27We were just a normal family.
- 1:29And I was just doing every all the normal things that American families do, running a household, hook cooking homemade bread, going down to the river on the weekends, and uh trying to do what I could to protect my community in the hospital.
- 1:46And then I had a my experiences in the hospital, opened my eyes wide open to the corruption of COVID.
- 1:56In addition to what I was witnessing firsthand, I was also in graduate school and I had my hands all over the data.
- 2:03There was no hiding my eyes from the truth of what was going down in the hospitals during the COVID pandemic.
- 2:13And so uh with that deep and very challenging and very traumatizing experience of facing the truth uh that I was put put into, I was forced to face the truth that I was working in an industry that was being run by uh big money interests who were there to monetize the life of my patients.
- 2:41And uh that led me to where I am today as a whistleblower hosting this show, and so happily to invite people like Scott Shurra onto my show today.
- 2:53Scott is the father of Grace, he is the survived family of the 19, 18-year-old girl who passed away uh after horrendous hospital pedal calls.
- 3:07Uh they went to court over the uh hospital protocols that were used to uh end her life.
- 3:16And uh now Scott has written a book.
- 3:20I am so excited for this book.
- 3:22I want everyone in the country to read this book because until you understand what happened from the family's perspective and from the healthcare providers' perspective, from the people who are not afraid to go against the mainstream uh agendas that are pushed in the media, you're not really gonna understand the truth.
- 3:46So that's why I'm bringing Scott on here today to help us to help you understand more of the truth and uh to uh do that.
- 3:56We have all kinds of tools at our uh disposal.
- 3:59So with that introduction, Scott, um please uh give my audience a little bit more information about your background.
- 4:07Who were you before and uh who did you become through your experience with your daughter in the hospital?
- 4:15Yeah, well, before it was interesting, I was um you know, before Grace died, Grace had Down syndrome.
- 4:23Um she had become uh really our focal point for our family, and she was a blast.
- 4:30Uh, I had been systematically getting out of the business that I own since 2018.
- 4:36I had been diagnosed with a heart disease in 2018, and um, with that diagnosis, I started turning over the business to my men.
- 4:45Uh, so you know, it was before we took Grace to the hospital, was like, this is the best time ever.
- 4:51Uh, because I was working, you know, not even half time, and so we had the freedom to do the things that it was just it was just a blast.
- 5:01Uh, you know, me as a person, um because I was a business owner, I would say I I had a healthy distrust for the government for sure.
- 5:12Um, but I always voted straight Republican.
- 5:16That's just the way I did it.
- 5:17I thought, well, this is the you know, it's interesting because I remember saying this to myself uh back then that well, it's just the lesser of two evils.
- 5:26Well, now that I have um gotten to the other side of Grace's death, and I have invested over 4,000 hours researching what's going on, and uh not only do I see this as a physical agenda, it's also a spiritual agenda, and the lesser of two evil dialectics has become one of the main study points that I uh have researched since Grace's death.
- 5:50Um Grace's death woke me up.
- 5:52Uh so you know, beforehand, you know, like you said, you're just the typical American family.
- 5:57I mean, we were chasing the American dream.
- 5:59We had been successful at Tracy Chasing the American Dream.
- 6:03So, you know, I was essentially retired and enjoying life.
- 6:08I I really thought that, you know, in the next couple years we would just travel all the time because we could.
- 6:14Um then all of a sudden, uh Grace died.
- 6:18And that event.
- 6:21I would have never thought I had the energy again.
- 6:24I've started uh uh four different businesses from scratch, and that takes a lot of energy, but I was a lot younger then.
- 6:33I'll be 63 years old in April, and uh I had to dig down deep one more time, and it's uh I've never worked so hard on something in my life, and of course we had the diversion of the lawsuit on top of it, which that was uh uh that was the most intense uh amount of work I've ever uh put into a project.
- 6:54Uh the book, writing the book was fairly easy compared to the lawsuit because I've been a prolific writer since Grace died.
- 7:01And so it was really taking all the things when God put on my heart to rate the book in August.
- 7:06It was taking, okay.
- 7:07Well, I really have everything.
- 7:08It just how do you organize it into a book so that it flows?
- 7:12And it didn't even start out as a book deal.
- 7:14It started out as a substack.
- 7:16And so it was this I thought, well, this is gonna be a real long substack that I'm gonna break into parts, and then um Margaret Aranda, uh, who's an MD.
- 7:25I don't know if you know her, but I wanted to have an MD review my book or my my substack at that time uh because I wanted it to be technically right.
- 7:33I don't want to make mistakes in my writing.
- 7:35And so she reviewed it and said, Scott, this is a book.
- 7:38Well, then all of a sudden, uh that's that's what happened.
- 7:40But anyway, now uh, you know, so the before and after, uh, you know, I really just went along with the system.
- 7:47Um but it with a distrust for it.
- 7:50Now I see the system as completely evil.
- 7:54Uh I see it as an arm of um what Satan uses to accomplish is accomplish the goal.
- 8:02And you know, something that's on my heart that I don't share very often, but yeah, as I was thinking about our interview, uh, people often ask, you know, what was the motivation of taking Grace to the hospital?
- 8:13And you know, the technical thing was we did not roll over to the government agenda.
- 8:19We were following the less evil uh FLCC protocol.
- 8:23And so we bought a pulse oximeter, started measuring Grace's oxygen, and uh we walked into the hospital at 88% oxygen with my daughter with a cold.
- 8:33And if we would have just stayed been on oxygen, she'd be alive today.
- 8:36But they suggested, hey, let's just check Grace into the hospital as a precautionary, put her on oxygen and steroid for three, four days, uh, and she'll be fine.
- 8:45And if they would have only done that, Grace would be here.
- 8:47But what motivated that?
- 8:49Uh so what happened is uh October 1st of 2021.
- 8:55Um my wife's name is Cindy, and Cindy, one of Cindy's cousins was getting married.
- 9:00And so we had the invitation to the wedding.
- 9:02We're gonna go to the wedding, and both Cindy and I said to ourselves, well, you know, Grace has got a cold.
- 9:09Um, we'd better check her for COVID.
- 9:12It's our civic duty to not spread COVID uh at the wedding.
- 9:17So Cindy drove into town.
- 9:19We live out in the country, she drives into town to Walgreens, get the COVID test, and Grace test is test positive for COVID.
- 9:26So then we start the FLCC protocol.
- 9:29And it why am I bringing this up?
- 9:32Because we have uh, and this is the starting point or understanding where we're at as a country.
- 9:40Our country has a culture of death.
- 9:43And that culture of death is very subtle.
- 9:46It's wrapped up in a satanic principle, a satanic principle called collectivism.
- 9:52Yes, collectivism is integrated through the entire population.
- 9:57So the specific term that I
- 10:00Was relating how I I you know I didn't wouldn't have thought I was a collectivist, but they do this programming to us, right?
- 10:06Um they program us, so our civic duty, civic duty is part of the collectivism mindset.
- 10:12So the civic duty programming is the specific thing that caught me.
- 10:18Uh, you know, and they have these traps for us, and if we're not awake to the traps, we get snagged into the traps.
- 10:25You know, the uh, you know, another example of programming is we're programmed to believe that the Hippocratic Oath is first do no harm.
- 10:32Well, it's not read it, it's not first do no harm.
- 10:36Uh go back and and read the original version, you'll see it's an oath to four pagan gods.
- 10:41You know, it's it's um, and then they're you know, their symbol is the catechist, two snakes around a pole.
- 10:47I mean, they're telling us watch out for what we're doing, but we don't.
- 10:51We just our fear of death keeps us blinded to what's plain to see once your eyes are open.
- 10:58Right.
- 10:58I'm here you asked you didn't really ask the I gave you an answer to a question you did asked, but you get you get all these for free today.
- 11:05It's not just fear of death, it's also fear of ostracization.
- 11:09That's right.
- 11:10It's fear of uh um of rejection and losing uh the comfort of uh the acceptance of our peers and our communities.
- 11:23I and then there's there's this other components of it uh that come you know in with ego and with um uh the last one is um victimhood.
- 11:41Yes.
- 11:42And and there's these there's these small components of our psyche that really I think have been indoctrinated into us through the school systems that lead us down these paths to get caught in these snares, and um, you know, it it's I feel that it's it's near impossible.
- 12:02It's it's very difficult for people who to actually have the time to ask some of these questions and have some of these conversations about well, how does this happen and how did we get here?
- 12:15You know, I I'm curious about specifically because I I would assume that my audience probably doesn't really know what the COVID protocols are.
- 12:27So that might be the next um thing we could just quickly touch on like what are the COVID protocols and why do we believe you and I who've experienced this from two opposite perspectives, me as the health care provider and you as the family member of a patient in the hospital.
- 12:45How have we come to understand that these COVID protocols are satanic?
- 12:51They are uh designed to cause harm and death.
- 12:55Um I know there are very specific things that uh that we know uh that have led us to that conclusion.
- 13:04Well, I'll start with uh, yeah, that's a great question.
- 13:07And uh, so how do I know?
- 13:10Uh you know, I'm gonna zoom out a little bit because I have a biblical worldview.
- 13:16Um, I believe that civil government is supposed to be under God.
- 13:21Uh, and in that regard, civil government has a place um to implement God's law.
- 13:29Uh that is not the way our civil government is operating today.
- 13:34The civil government has uh replaced God, and so the state has become our God.
- 13:40So it used to be God state, okay, uh, in that order, God is above the state, but the state has put themselves above God, and then we as a population have bought into that.
- 13:52We just want the government to take care of us.
- 13:54Way back in 1 Samuel chapter 8, the Israelites wanted a king.
- 13:58This is two only 250 years after God parted the Red Sea and they wanted a king.
- 14:03Uh, they uh went to Samuel the prophet and said to him, um, we want a king like all the other nations.
- 14:11And so Samuel went to God frustrated, and God said, uh, just won't tell them you are going to become slaves.
- 14:18Uh, you know, I'm paraphrasing, of course.
- 14:21And so Samuel goes back to the people and says, hey, this is what God said, you're gonna be slaves.
- 14:25And they said, we don't care, we want a king.
- 14:27And so God said, give them their king.
- 14:29Um, but don't come crying to me when it doesn't work out.
- 14:32And that's where we're at.
- 14:34I mean, we our king is um this government that we rely on, whether you're Democrat, Republican.
- 14:41I mean, they're all in on it.
- 14:42So don't be thinking the new HHS secretary is going to save us or anything.
- 14:46That's it.
- 14:47It's all BS, it's all designed as part of the false profit system.
- 14:51So I start with that.
- 14:52Okay, so then now we have um the uh a series of laws that were created, which you know, I shouldn't say laws, only God is lawful.
- 15:02Uh a number of pieces of legislation that legalized our murder.
- 15:08And so, how did they pull off COVID?
- 15:11Uh it it was brilliant.
- 15:15It was absolutely brilliant.
- 15:17You know, most people are looking at, you know, they did this this trial below or this um uh agenda ahead of time and they worked it all out and all that.
- 15:25Yeah, that's all true.
- 15:25But I mean, it was a masterpiece that's been worked out over 120 years, and they uh 1905 was the first piece that which started the collectivism um lie in Jacobson versus Massachusetts, the Supreme Court case, but then the specifics to to pull this off, they had to create a system of where the medical bureaucracy controls health care.
- 15:48So they did that first by Medicare in 1965, then the HHS department was born in 1980, then the Chevron Doctrine in 84 gave the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services complete control of the medical industrial complex.
- 16:02So this has already been going on.
- 16:04So then they started standards of care, like the standard of care for cancer is chemotherapy.
- 16:08Uh, if you survive five years in one day on chemo, you're one of 2.1%.
- 16:1497.9% of your peers are already gone.
- 16:17Uh so these are so all of a sudden CMS is writing these standards of care uh with the insurance company's reimbursement codes that lock you in.
- 16:27Uh then you know, simultaneous with that programming, and in you know, behind the scenes, so this is CMS behind the scenes, the the medical school people are being programmed with allopathic medicine, courtesy of the Rockefellers taking over the medical school uh curriculum.
- 16:44Then on our end, we're programmed with things like uh the Hippocratic Oath.
- 16:49Um, if you don't have insurance, you're a fool.
- 16:52Um, you know, the the good companies provide Cadillac insurance.
- 16:56We've got to have Obamacare, so the people that can everybody can afford health insurance.
- 17:00We're programmed to believe that we're dummies if we don't have health insurance.
- 17:05Okay, so all this programming is going on to get us to rely on what the medical system as an idol.
- 17:11That's why I know it's demonic because the medical system has become an idol.
- 17:15All right, so now let's get into COVID.
- 17:17How you know you look at COVID.
- 17:19So a specific quote.
- 17:21So here's a this is the very first copy of the book.
- 17:24Awesome.
- 17:25So in the I'll just describe what I'm talking about with collectivism from Jacobson versus Massachusetts.
- 17:32Uh so the justices sided with the state seven to two, and they wrote the rights of the individual in respect to his liberty may at times under the pressure of great dangers.
- 17:42Remember that term, be subjected to such restraint to be enforced by reasonable regulations, another term, as the safety of the general public may demand.
- 17:52So with COVID, we learned what that meant.
- 17:55Great dangers was a virus that they uh created as a boogeyman.
- 18:00Uh reasonable regulations become mask mandates and shot mandates, right?
- 18:06All to do what?
- 18:08To hasten the death and directly kill and maim millions of people, uh, just in our own country.
- 18:14Not we're I'm not even talking about worldwide, just in our own country.
- 18:17So this is all on purpose.
- 18:20So then, you know, look at the details of what happened.
- 18:24So now the HHS secretary, uh, remember this could have never happened without all these laws in place.
- 18:31Can unilaterally declare a public health emergency.
- 18:33So he did.
- 18:35Yeah.
- 18:35And then once a public health emergency is declared, there's a domino effect.
- 18:40The uh the FDA declares uh certain countermeasures as the only ones you can use if you want to get directly paid by the government.
- 18:49So uh we have these countermeasures, so most people are familiar with ventilators and remdesivir.
- 18:54So now you get these countermeasures that if we use these, we get direct reimbursement.
- 18:58But it's even worse than that because they upfront funded just in case.
- 19:04So hospitals were advanced millions for their projected um COVID patients.
- 19:10So then they're they're incentivized to test you to have a positive diagnosis for COVID, otherwise they lose that funding that they were advanced.
- 19:19Uh so yeah, that's why I say it's demonic.
- 19:22Right.
- 19:23I'll add in there that we knew in about April of 2020 that the case fatality rate for COVID was hovering around one percent, which is equal to the annual influenza.
- 19:39Now, that paper was released by a Stanford doctor, who's now the I believe the HHS secretary uh Dr.
- 19:50I'm brain farting on his name right now, but uh Stanford Doctor, very highly regarded in his field, put out this data in April of 2020.
- 20:00And they buried it.
- 20:02That was when uh those emails came out about uh from Fauci that just that we just traced the the letters back between um uh from some of the Epstein files that Fauci wrote specifically to destroy this doctor through smears through media propaganda smears.
- 20:23But um, you know, it was orchestrated.
- 20:28Uh the breadcrumbs were all over the place.
- 20:31There was intentional hiding of the truth.
- 20:35Uh that that paper was really what shocked me out of compliance uh because I saw that data.
- 20:43And I knew that this was not what we were being told.
- 20:48Um, but again, for all of these people dealing with the fear of the propaganda of the situation, uh, all of these points that you're making, they get swept under the rug.
- 21:02And it's almost like a I feel the spiritual and satanic um components of this because it's almost like they there's some kind of spell.
- 21:17Um, some kind of psychological spell work that was done on the population to turn us away from the truth.
- 21:25It was like through this massive uh fear uh agenda um and campaign, uh, that again, you know, it led you into that snare.
- 21:36Um, as along with the rest of the world.
- 21:39Uh so it's it is.
- 21:41It was so craftily orchestrated.
- 21:44It was um, you know, so you mentioned the April of 2020 paper.
- 21:49Uh so you know, so they are already know because it's published already.
- 21:54Well, then add in the Brooke Jackson lawsuit in January of 21.
- 21:57So now they already know that the jab, their their jab is also exposed.
- 22:02So now their viruses exposed and their jab is exposed as both fraudulent.
- 22:07And yet they just keep marching forward.
- 22:10And then you have the new king.
- 22:12Remember, people want a new king.
- 22:14Uh, and so now the new king has never retracted Operation Warp Speed, in fact, ran on it during the election and still brags about it that Operation Warp Speed saved the planet.
- 22:25Well, it did from that um psychopath perspective.
- 22:29Remember, the psychopath perspective is we don't have enough resources on the planet.
- 22:33We have um so that means we have too many people.
- 22:37Um blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 22:39So, I mean, so from the psychopath perspective, Operation Warp Speed was a huge success.
- 22:45Gosh.
- 22:47It's really, it's really frightening to um imagine that there are people in this world who control this world that carry those perspectives.
- 22:58And that's the hard part.
- 22:59You know, I have family members like this where I praise them for their innocence and the goodness of their heart that leads them to believe that the government is looking after us.
- 23:13But I don't have the luxury.
- 23:15You and I don't have the luxury of being in that position because we have seen too much.
- 23:21And when you choose to take an honest look at the truth, which you have done in this book of yours, uh, we discover when we have the courage to analyze that inconvenient truth that it is a satanic bail orchestrated evil agenda.
- 23:43I don't I don't like to push conclusions, but at the same time, it's like you said, you know, you look at the founding documents of the AMA and the Hippocratic Oath.
- 23:56They're founded by evil Satan worshippers with an agenda to reduce the population.
- 24:04And um, you know, their marching orders are clearly being put forth by uh evil uh bodies.
- 24:18Right on.
- 24:20So um we're gonna go to a quick break, and we're gonna come back and really delve into this book and uh get some more details about uh how uh you're moving forward after all of these discoveries coming from a normal life into the crazy world of uh the spiritual realms that orchestrate over us.
- 24:44So we'll be right back after this break.
- 24:48Let's get real.

- 29:28Get life-saving medications like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, plus a free nebulizer and a guidebook for safe use.
- 29:33Order now by going to TWC.
- 29:44Welcome back to the Nurses Report with Nurse Gail McCray, being joined today by Scott Sherra, who is the family member and survivor, the father of Grace who uh passed away secondary to the COVID protocols back in 2021.
- 30:00Is that correct, Scott?
- 30:01That's that's right.
- 30:02And as a nurse with firsthand experience with those protocols, it was very hard for me to acknowledge that what I was seeing was uh actually going on because we were withholding life-saving care and the life-saving care that I first witnessed that we were withholding was um high dose injectable steroids, which Dr.
- 30:28Pierre Corey uh noted early on in 2020 uh in combination with a few other medications uh completely stopped the deaths from COVID.
- 30:41I believe he had uh over a 99% success rate in curing COVID patients.
- 30:47Uh that information was withheld and suppressed from the public, but nonetheless, I saw the truth.
- 30:54And uh being in grad school, I was very um I was unable to deny that we were withholding that treatment.
- 31:05And when I confronted doctors, why are we withholding high doses of steroids?
- 31:10Uh there's a lab value called CRP.
- 31:13That stands for C reactive protein.
- 31:15That's a lab value that we assess in the hospital for patients who um are whose bodies are under great distress because it's a marker of inflammation, systemic inflammation.
- 31:28And I had never seen CRP uh values as high as I'd seen in patients with COVID, and yet we were withholding high doses appropriate treatment.
- 31:40Everyone in the healthcare field knows that the appropriate treatment for a high C reactive protein is high doses of steroids, and that treatment was being withheld while simultaneously we were administering a medication called REM desivere, which was an experimental drug that had over a 50% death rate in the clinical trials for Ebola.
- 32:02They had repackaged it in lower dosage uh in order to administer it to COVID patients so that we wouldn't notice that the death rates were actually very high.
- 32:15Um majority of the patients that I took care of in the hospital of COVID actually died from organ failure.
- 32:24And uh that would have been secondary to rem desivere because that was the known side effect of Remdesivere in the clinical trials.
- 32:32It caused renal failure and liver failure in uh majority of the patients who received it.
- 32:39Uh and that was also what we saw in our COVID patients.
- 32:44And Scott, I'm not sure uh if that is what uh got Grace in the end, but uh it was always the same.
- 32:53We had um a lack of commun of uh family support, which everyone knows.
- 32:59We have peer-reviewed studies going back to the 1960s that proves that the family support system is a primary contributing factor to the survival of a patient who's being hospitalized with a serious and acute condition.
- 33:18And yet we withheld family support from our patients who are being hospitalized with coda COVID under the guise of we need to protect the community.
- 33:29Now, as a healthcare provider who can go to work and get tested and wear a mask, my role is no more essential than my patient family members' role to protect and take care of that patient.
- 33:43And so the fact that we withheld family members from hospital settings during the most vulnerable times in their lives was a crime.
- 33:52And it can be very easily and clearly documented.
- 33:55So Scott was telling us before the break about the way that they have orchestrated these systems to really create a death dynamic uh through the mindset and through the uh the development of the psychology of our societies.
- 34:16And I've never heard that before.
- 34:18I think it's an incredibly fascinating concept, and it really does uh ring true considering everything that I know about the medical field.
- 34:29Um so with that being said, Scott, after the passing, uh your uh you took the hospital to court thinking I was thinking too that it was a no-brainer that of course you would win because of the high profile uh um witnesses that you had that were extremely uh proficient in their delivery of their testimonies with extraordinary evidence that the choices that were made by the hospital led to the death of your daughter.
- 35:06Um but tell me a little bit more about that lawsuit and uh how that went down.
- 35:16So this will seem a little strange to people, but I did go into the lawsuit eyes wide open.
- 35:21So I'd had uh enough information to understand that the legal system is in bed with the medical system before we went in uh and knew that the odds were uh way in the defense's favor.
- 35:37Not because they had better evidence or anything, it's just the programming, the programming of society.
- 35:42So think about this is supposed to be a jury of your peers.
- 35:45So just start with that.
- 35:46You know, a jury of my peers would be people like you.
- 35:49Well, then we would have won.
- 35:51But if you have a jury of your peers, they're a cross-section of the population.
- 35:55Uh so first of all, they can only be voting.
- 35:57Uh, so they're voters, so they're already programmed to to participate in an evil system through voting.
- 36:04Then if they're the cross-section holds true, 80% of them were triple jabbed.
- 36:10One of the um jury members wore a mask for the entire trial.
- 36:15Uh, you know, so this is just the typical cross-section of people.
- 36:20Well, I mean, you and I are an anomaly compared to the population because we're awake.
- 36:26Uh, so now you have uh a starting point where you're already behind the eight ball, which I knew that.
- 36:32I mean, there's you know, the the purpose of the lawsuit um in you know, from a personal perspective, it would have been fantastic to win.
- 36:40But that's not what we were called to do.
- 36:42We are called to do the lawsuit, and you know, when I look at it from God's economy, the purpose of the lawsuit was to show what's going on behind the curtain.
- 36:51And you know, we did that.
- 36:52You know, praise God, it was live streamed.
- 36:54Um, people saw you know, the people who understood what was going on, and even the people that didn't, you know, they've come up to me and said, I can't believe you lost.
- 37:04And because they're, you know, they're just looking at it as the surface level.
- 37:08They don't realize everything that's going on with a lawsuit.
- 37:11And you know, there was one technical thing that did not go in our favor, but otherwise, everything went in our favor.
- 37:18And the technical thing that didn't go in our favor is the judge denied our motions in Lemony in May.
- 37:23Uh, that was during the pretrial.
- 37:24And motions in liminy are the things that you don't want to have come in the trial.
- 37:28So, as an example, the defense said that they did not want the word murder used in the trial, which is a reasonable request because it was not a murder trial.
- 37:38It was a wrongful death trial.
- 37:39Uh, when it came time to hear our motions in Lemony, the judge refused to hear one syllable.
- 37:45Uh, he said all the plaintiffs' motions are denied.
- 37:48And it's because he was he was pissed.
- 37:51Uh, I filed a motion for a new trial because of that denial for motions in Lemini, and that was um not granted, it was denied.
- 37:59Uh so what were our motions in Lemini about?
- 38:01They were about my religious beliefs and the research that I've done since Grace's death.
- 38:07Uh so why would we want that stuff to not be in the trial?
- 38:11Because the jury is just you know, normal people.
- 38:16And if they can paint me as a religious conspiracy nut, that is not going to be in our favor.
- 38:22And you know, of course, the defense jumped on that and they did exactly that.
- 38:25Not it's not their fault.
- 38:26They were given they were given that card and they played it well.
- 38:30Uh, you know, that said, uh, if I had to do the trial over again, knowing that we were going to lose, you know.
- 38:36So what we did was we we had to change our trial strategy to um gently introduced the conspiracy stuff before the defense jumped on it.
- 38:47Uh so my trial testimony, you know, I don't know if you you were you watched when I was on the stand, but I was able to explain uh what I did in the first half of of this show about you know how the HHS secretary unilaterally implements the public health emergency and then the COVID countermeasures and the $300,000 payday for a ventilator, all of that testimony stood unrefuted.
- 39:12Uh so that was a great benefit of that situation.
- 39:15But unfortunately, that paints me in a box that um the jurors don't like.
- 39:22But you know, in a nutshell, I wrote up a slide as to what was the summary, and I'm just gonna read it on my other screen, so I'm just turn my head and read this.
- 39:30Uh so what did the jury decide?
- 39:32Uh the defense through their experts said that by being in a hospital, you're giving implied consent and that the drugs that euthanize Grace were normal in an ICU, so no informed consent is necessary.
- 39:44Doctors informing the family is not even necessary for the two prior overdoses.
- 39:49Grace was overdosed on precedex on October 7th and October 8th.
- 39:54The third overdose on October 13th killed Grace.
- 39:57Finally, their experts say stated that if a family
- 40:00Does not pre-authorize a ventilator.
- 40:02That's called DNI, do not intubate.
- 40:04And DNI is the same as DNR.
- 40:07And a doctor can unilaterally place a DNR on a patient without consent, without a witness, without a signature, and without a DNR bracelet.
- 40:15So that's what the jury agreed with.
- 40:17I mean, that is unreal when you you hear that for the first time.
- 40:22You think, how is that even possible?
- 40:24And you know, I I read some of the media reports after the trial, and um the basic consensus was you know, this trial has set a dangerous precedent.
- 40:34And I completely disagree with that.
- 40:36What the trial did was document decades of common practice.
- 40:42Right.
- 40:43This is nothing new.
- 40:44What I shared is nothing new.
- 40:46It just never got to jury trial before.
- 40:49Um I want to just repeat that so the audience understands what the case lost on was the fact that the hospital has the right to overdose your loved ones and give them whatever things that are considered normal uh without your consent.
- 41:11So um yeah, that's where we are.
- 41:16That's where we are at.
- 41:17Yeah, and so the case simply documented that reality.
- 41:20And you know, what happens in a jury trial, and this should should also shock people.
- 41:24And this is what I knew why we had such a low chance of winning, is because I mean, people watch Dr.
- 41:30Bradein, and you know, when you know anybody would watch is thinking, okay, you guys won, it's over, right?
- 41:38Um, but they brought in five medical experts.
- 41:42Dr.
- 41:42Bradine said about every single thing on the screen.
- 41:45No, that's not right.
- 41:47Every single thing he refuted, but yet they had five medical experts that said everything on the screen is right.
- 41:54So now you got five against one.
- 41:57And so the jury heard that repet that repetition of this is the standard of care over and over and over.
- 42:04And you know, what should shock people is so this is how the legal system is in bed with the medical system, way before the prep act.
- 42:12The standard of care is relative.
- 42:14It's not a thing that you can just define, it's relative.
- 42:18And if they can get enough experts, remember when you go up against Goliath, Goliath has 30 billion in cash in the case of our uh our jury trial, uh ascension hospital system is a Goliath.
- 42:31Uh you know, they could spend whatever they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on their experts to all uniformly state what I just said on the screen, and the jury heard it five different times.
- 42:41Wow, that's amazing.
- 42:44So anyway, that's the the long and short of the trial.
- 42:47I'm not, of course, not bitter about it.
- 42:49I'm I'm uh super happy it's done.
- 42:52Uh that trial um that was the hardest thing I've ever done.
- 42:56I've started four businesses from scratch.
- 42:59Um that trial was intense, not the trial, the trial was actually fun uh because we were well prepared.
- 43:06I just I really enjoyed the trial, uh, but the preparation.
- 43:10Um I worked preparing literally for so April 11th of 23 is when we filed the preparation started in December of uh 22.
- 43:23Uh we filed in April of 23, and I was working about 25% of the trial on of my time was on the trial, um, up until four months before the trial, and then I worked a hundred percent, uh roughly 90 to 100 hours a week for four months um leading up to the trial.
- 43:41And you know, it's because you know the attorneys, you know, the attorneys were fine, but the attorneys are never gonna know the case like you do.
- 43:48Uh and so I was able to string it together and you know, put a chronology together, uh, cross-reference all of the depositions.
- 43:57Um, you know, that's all necessary if you're gonna knock it out of the park in the courtroom.
- 44:02Right.
- 44:03So anyway, it was it wasn't the preparation was intense.
- 44:07That thing, that trial took a lot out of me, I'll tell you that.
- 44:10I aged, I aged a couple of years.
- 44:13And so after that trial uh ended, that's when you wrote this book.
- 44:19And the book is called um, let's see.
- 44:27Go ahead.
- 44:28Is the government legally killing us?
- 44:30Is the government legally killing us?
- 44:33And you know, of course, I know the answer to that, but the when the publisher, so I I self-published the book, but I have a friend of mine who's a publisher, and so I ran it by him first, and and he said, Well, it's not in my wheelhouse, but I'll help you self-publish.
- 44:46And so the first draft of the cover, uh, the title was the government is legally killing us.
- 44:52And of course, he said Scott, you know, if you put it in the form of a question, you're gonna sell more books.
- 44:56So, you know, we've changed it into a into a question from a state and statement because I have uh the book itself was fairly easy to write because I've invested 4,000 hours researching this medical industrial complex.
- 45:10Um so uh you know, writing it was a snap.
- 45:14And I, you know, of course I knew the government is legally killing us, but then you know, assembling in a book is um you know, that was the first time I've ever written a book.
- 45:22I never thought I would write a book.
- 45:24Uh the book proves uh beyond a shadow of a doubt that the government has legalized medical murder, and it's by design and medical murder is the number one cause of death in America.
- 45:36Uh 142,000 new medical murders every single month, right now.
- 45:41Uh and I prove that in the book.
- 45:44Um, the book is written from a very interesting perspective.
- 45:48Um, because I wanted to use the book to get outside of the echo chamber.
- 45:54And so when you read the book, um you're going to laugh.
- 45:59Um, because there's there's stories about Grace in the book.
- 46:02Uh, you're going to cry because of who Grace was.
- 46:05I mean, she was an angel, and they killed an angel.
- 46:08Um, so at the beginning of the book, you'll laugh and cry.
- 46:11The very last chapter of the book, I walk through Grace's hospital stay, the last day, her last day on Earth, October 13th and 21 with all the medical records, bing bing bing bing bing.
- 46:21And it it's like, oh, wow, this is a big deal.
- 46:25But then between those two bookends, um, is where I have taken 4,000 hours of research and summarized it.
- 46:33Um, so that the common person can see, yeah, this is right.
- 46:37And I brought all the receipts.
- 46:39Uh, that's why I want I have two subtitles.
- 46:41Is the evidence obvious as a subtitle?
- 46:44Uh, yes, it is obvious.
- 46:45And I brought the receipts and the things that are not snipped in the book.
- 46:48I put his end notes, uh, and then uh the second subtitle how the fear of death and the illusion of freedom turn us into accomplices to evil.
- 46:58So that's our part.
- 46:59You know, what we're sharing is throwing the medical industrial establishment under the bus, but we've all participated.
- 47:05Yes, uh, because of our desire for a king and this this whole idea of um uh fear of death, relying on doctors instead of doing the work, instead of doing the hard work, uh God says our people my people perish for lack of knowledge.
- 47:20Well, we're lazy, and you know, so we rely on people who we are we think are experts, and we're fools for doing that.
- 47:28And so my call at the end, it's a call to repentance at the end.
- 47:33Um, because I think that's the only way out of this.
- 47:35We have to acknowledge that we got here from rejecting God.
- 47:39So consequently, the only way out of this nightmare is repentance.
- 47:44My hope is that um, you know, I you know, I met lots of people, and so I, you know, those those people, of course, are buying the book already, but my hope is that those people see it and say, Well, this was this was written from a gentle perspective, yet it's truthful, firm, all of those things, and I I believe they can pass it on to a relative or friend who's not awake, and it won't be too um, it won't be hitting them over the head with a club.
- 48:13I think they can they'll see um what my goal is with the book, you know, just the simple thing, Gail is you know, I just don't want anybody else to lose their best buddy, and I think that comes through in the book, and uh so I think we can get some more people to understand and save their lives by sharing this.
- 48:34Yeah, that's the interesting position that we find ourselves in.
- 48:38Uh, you and I in this place where um, you know, all of us who have been through these horrendous experiences, um, have really been rejected and demonized by the communities around us.
- 48:54And that's a really hard part about all of this is that just being able to recognize and acknowledge that humanity has and I think it's been like this, like you said, it has to do with the strength of the psyche and needing a king, you know.
- 49:13We like Matthias Desmond talks about in with mass formation psychosis, is that you know, we always cling to what's normal and accepted in the community and reject anything that falls outside of that norms to our own detriment because we then lose the ability to learn and grow, and uh as you put it, the return to God, because that's really what it takes, right?
- 49:47Analyzing um the truth of the situation and uh recognizing the failures of our system and then uh returning to.
- 50:00To God through that recognition.
- 50:03And it seems it seems we're still satisfied at this point in history with keeping our head under the rug for now.
- 50:13But I do believe that your book and all of the work that you're doing is one of those drops in the bucket that will hopefully continue to reverberate out into the world around us and allow people to begin to really identify with the truth, which is that you and I are just regular people who were very deeply traumatized.
- 50:46And out of that trauma comes the forced hand of action in our lives.
- 50:59So you've cut you really met that calling on ways that very few have, Scott.
- 51:06You have risen uh to every um to every pillar that was set before you along this journey in uh dealing with this situation.
- 51:20And uh I uh can't wait to get and read your book.
- 51:25I hope everyone else will too.
- 51:28Um because the hospitals are after us, they're after our they're after our souls.
- 51:38I really think that it's just one of the many arms of the snake of the head of the snake, many many one of the many heads of the snake.
- 51:47That's right.
- 51:47Yeah.
- 51:48I'll give you an example example of how subtle this is.
- 51:52Um you had mentioned in the first half about the AMA, which is American Medical Association.
- 51:58So I'm gonna read from you the American Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics.
- 52:03You're very familiar with this, section 2.1.1, informed consent.
- 52:07Okay.
- 52:08Yeah.
- 52:09Uh so I'm going to show you how they dupe us.
- 52:12And so I'm just going to read this.
- 52:13I have it right in front of me.
- 52:14Informed consent to medical treatment is fundamental in both ethics and law.
- 52:19Nothing wrong with that.
- 52:21Patients have the right to receive information and ask questions.
- 52:26Nothing wrong with that.
- 52:28Here's the here's the language, and we're going to come back to this.
- 52:31About recommended treatments.
- 52:34So remember about recommended treatments so that they can make well considered decisions about care.
- 52:39So I was read the whole thing again.
- 52:41Just focus on about recommended treatments.
- 52:44Informed consent to medical treatment is fundamental in both ethics and law.
- 52:48Patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so that they can make well considered decisions about care.
- 52:56All right.
- 52:56So if you're not used to what they do, you would think, well, this makes perfect sense.
- 53:01What's the problem, Scott?
- 53:03The problem is about recommended care, because they can only make recommendations within the lines that the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services dictates are their standards of care.
- 53:16So they can't recommend, they can they can give you informed consent about chemotherapy, but they cannot give you informed consent about B17, uh, ivermectin.
- 53:28Um real cures for cancer.
- 53:32So while we so then what ends up happening, we unwittingly push for informed consent, and we're actually pushing for our own demise because we're not cutting off the head of the snake.
- 53:46We're we're in their trap pushing pushing for exactly what they want us to push for.
- 53:53Uh and this is how this is how um deceptive this whole setup is.
- 53:59Uh during COVID, I saw, you know, I'm Down syndrome is near and dear to me because of Grace.
- 54:03And you'd see these these um disabled organizations.
- 54:07Uh, you know, we gotta have ventilators for our disabled population just like the regular population.
- 54:13And you know, they don't realize okay, well, yeah, no problem.
- 54:17That's exactly what we want.
- 54:18We want your disabled population to have ventilators because we want to kill them more than we want to kill the rest of other people because they cost us money.
- 54:26They're they're a burden on society.
- 54:28So you bet we'll give you those ventilators for your disabled population.
- 54:32So they end up fighting for their own demise.
- 54:36And this is um until you see this, you you don't realize that we end up um participating in evil.
- 54:45Yeah, until you see it with your own eyes, it's really hard to understand.
- 54:52And it's really easy to accept the um pronouncement from mainstream that we're a bunch of crazy conspiracy theorists because people haven't seen it with our own eyes.
- 55:07And so that's what your book is offering, is an opportunity for people to see this with their own eyes, what your family went through and how deeply impactful these experiences are on the individual, on the family, and then on the community.
- 55:26And uh so it's it's so profoundly important, important.
- 55:31So thank you for coming on, Scott.
- 55:33Thank you for writing the book.
- 55:34Thank you for charging forward in the name of the most high into this space of uncovering the truth and sharing it with the world and exposing us to um our our sins, our failures, um, in the hope that for the future of our children we can begin to accept and acknowledge our sins, our failures, and uh return to the light where God calls us back to.
- 56:04So thanks, Gil.
- 56:06You can find the find uh at Grace's website, our amazing grace.net.
- 56:10You'll see a picture of the cover of the book.
- 56:12You just click on that, it'll give you purchase options.
- 56:14A hundred percent of the proceeds are going to Grace's foundation.
- 56:18Uh, so yeah, I hope everybody will pick up a copy, and more importantly, after you read it, pass it on to somebody who's not awake.
- 56:25And I'll pass um all of these links on in the show notes, and uh we will see you all next time.
- 56:32Have a great week all.
- 56:34Thanks again.
- 56:36It's time at this.
