- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity, no topic off limits.
- 0:15And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:19Hey friends, welcome and hey, it's good to see you guys friends on Facebook and Rumble.
- 0:26We appreciate you guys joining us.
- 0:28And again, the World View Matters website is worldviewmatters.tv.
- 0:32Today our guest, John Haller, we're going live.
- 0:35First time we've done this on Facebook and Rumble.
- 0:38John, welcome.
- 0:39Good to see you, brother.
- 0:41Good to see you.
- 0:42All right.
- 0:43Never assured of things to talk about.
- 0:44I'm going to just let everybody in on a secret behind the scenes.
- 0:47John said he wanted to go two hours, but we can only do an hour.
- 0:51I don't know if you have that on recorded.
- 0:54I think I said I could go to.
- 0:57Well, actually, you've done two and three hour updates, haven't you?
- 1:02I've done a couple two hours, yeah.
- 1:05With other people.
- 1:06No, well, I've done a couple hours on my own.
- 1:09That's really not hard for me.
- 1:12Sometimes somebody gives you, the Lord gives you the gift of gab maybe.
- 1:16And when he gives you that, he also gives you the inability to know when to be quiet.
- 1:21Well, sometimes, but anyways, it kind of go hand in hand.
- 1:25It's good information, but guys, I appreciate you watching share.
- 1:28Okay, if you're watching, just share it if you're on Facebook.
- 1:31And we want to go to the first topic, John.
- 1:33And Lord, just lead us and guide us and help us to encourage the body of Christ.
- 1:38And maybe draw in some people that want to get an idea of what the biblical world view
- 1:43is all about.
- 1:44I've got an email, and this is breaking in my inbox, just today, a couple hours ago,
- 1:50new Barna research at the Cultural Research Center.
- 1:54And John Haller, it says,
- 1:56contradictory American worldview mashups are a recipe for disaster.
- 2:03And I'm going to cut right to the chase.
- 2:05It says typical American adult adopts beliefs and behaviors from an average of nine different
- 2:13worldviews, including Marxism, Eastern mysticism and secular humanism.
- 2:19John, before we get to another quote from the research,
- 2:23your thoughts on where we are and that kind of devastating information?
- 2:27Well, you know, in second Timothy chapter three, also over in first Timothy,
- 2:32we're told that in the last days, perilous times will come.
- 2:37And it says people will be lovers of their own selves,
- 2:41covetous boasters, proud blasphemers.
- 2:44I mean, it goes through a list that describes probably a lot of the different
- 2:48worldviews that you that Barna came up with in his survey.
- 2:54And people just sort of pick one from column A and some from column B,
- 2:59and they come up with a worldview, and there's not really a consistent worldview.
- 3:05Because I see this, and I think we'll talk about this in just a moment when we talk about
- 3:09an interview that Tucker Carlson did, which shows this mashup happening in real time.
- 3:16And so we know that this is going to be the way it's going to be in the end times.
- 3:23You know, it's very hard to find someone with a consistent coherent worldview today.
- 3:30I mean, look, I was a trial lawyer for 40 some years.
- 3:33I've tried cases in front of a jury, and I may have told you this before if not, I'll say it again,
- 3:39because I think it's important when I used to go to seminars, trial lawyer practice seminars,
- 3:46they would teach us how you go about being effective in presenting your case.
- 3:51That's what they were like using charts and graphs and PowerPoint and slick-looking slides and
- 4:00that sort of thing. But somewhere in the middle of my career, so I became a lawyer in 1980.
- 4:07So sometime in the 90s to 2000, things changed, David.
- 4:14The seminars I went to switched from here is how you present things to here is how you appeal
- 4:23to people's emotions. And so there was a whole shift in the culture.
- 4:30I remember doing a seminar at a national church conference back in 2001.
- 4:37It was really about six, seven weeks before 9-11. And I talked about what I saw,
- 4:45you know, my research and looking at things and prophecy and that sort of thing was that
- 4:50this postmodernism thing was going to sort of overtake the world.
- 4:56It was interesting. I don't know if it's recorded someplace. I think I still have my PowerPoint
- 5:03someplace. That's prophetic. That I prepared. But I had a couple of pastors push back on me.
- 5:15Oh, John, you don't understand. They said postmodernism will be a really good thing for the church
- 5:21because people are asking questions. But the problem is we as conveyors of God's truth,
- 5:29we're supposed to be giving them answers to the questions, not allowing them to wallow
- 5:35and feel great because they're asking questions. So it was a very, it's been a very problematic
- 5:44thing in the church. First Timothy and second Timothy talk about it as an end time phenomenon.
- 5:51We have these things in our culture. So for example, you will watch a church. I'll use an
- 6:00example of North Point Church with Andy Stanley that I guess kind of low, it's kind of low hanging
- 6:06for you I know. But you know, he had a he had a conference recently where they were helping people
- 6:16deal with children who might be going through transgender questioning issues. And the whole
- 6:25orientation of the conference was, hey, this is what we need to do. We need to support them.
- 6:33We need to affirm them because if we don't, they'll commit suicide. This is the great myth that's
- 6:37risen up around these things. And then later in the conference, Andy Stanley got up and said,
- 6:43but at North Point, while we, you know, we allow homosexuals to do this and that and that type of
- 6:50thing. And I don't think he said that exactly. He said, we, we stand for traditional marriage.
- 6:58But then you go and look at the people who attended the conference and they say, this was the
- 7:04most gay affirming conference I've ever been to. And gay marriage affirming conference I've
- 7:09ever been to except for that thing that Andy Stanley said on Sunday. So there you have a very
- 7:18sync, sync, sync, artistic worldview. Mike Barnes talking about in his survey where people take
- 7:25a little bit from Colomé, a little bit from Colomé. We've seen this and I've written on this years
- 7:31ago and it cost me a lot of I was asked to resign from a board of a seminary because I was questioning
- 7:40the orientation of the institution's spiritual formation program. Not that the term spiritual
- 7:48formation, if it means just the discipleship, that's okay. Yeah. But what happens is people have
- 7:55brought everything in the world under the guys in under the guys of spiritual formation so that you
- 8:01have a very sync, artistic worldview where people bring in outright rank Eastern mysticism practices
- 8:12into evangelical seminaries. And this is true in many evangelical seminaries. Some are holding
- 8:19the fort. Some have tried to claw their way back from falling where they fallen. But it's a sync
- 8:26artistic worldview. Maybe I can give you a practical example. In 2015, John Paul II, not John
- 8:35Paul II, Pope Francis went to Congress and gave a speech at Congress. Now he's the head of the
- 8:43Roman Catholic Church. But look, when you look and unpack what he is, he's a radical leftist,
- 8:51Marxist liberation theologian. Yes. And so he's brought all this Marxism nonsense into his
- 9:00Catholic faith. So when he gives the speech to our Congress, he says, here are three examples of
- 9:08people who you should follow. Number one was Martin Luther King. Now there's things we can like
- 9:13about Martin Luther King, but he himself was very sync artistic and a lot of the ways that he
- 9:19approached things. The second person he said was Dorothy Day, who is one of the most radical American
- 9:27Marxist, Leninist communists that we've ever had. She used to write a magazine called the Catholic
- 9:34Worker, Catholic Social Work, Catholic Worker magazine. She lived up around Cleveland. She lived
- 9:40with a guy. She wasn't even a good Catholic. And I have to know the niece of someone of the
- 9:49guy that she lived with for a long time. And she was just a miserable, lousy human being. But
- 9:55here is the Pope praising this lunatic. Wow. Then the third person that he said was Thomas
- 10:05Martin was a Catholic monk. To this day, I would call him the patron saint of Christian
- 10:14mysticism that has permeated itself through a lot of aspects of seminary spiritual formation programs
- 10:24and new age that's been brought into the church. And he was more, in fact, I have a video
- 10:32somewhere of the Dalai Lama saying, Martin came to us and this was very important. East West
- 10:39meet together in one person, very important coming together. Wow. That's a Dalai Lama.
- 10:46And so, Martin, and by the way, Martin died. He was on a trip to Tibet to meet his Buddhist brothers
- 10:55and spend time in their monasteries. And he was, I think he was at a hotel in Thailand. He
- 10:58reached for a lamp and was electrocuted. Now, some people think he was killed intentionally. That's,
- 11:04you know, how it is. You know, nobody dies a natural death these days, it seems. But he died,
- 11:11but he is to this day, very popular. And when he died, David, his obituary was on the front page
- 11:21of the New York Times. A guy that a lot of Christians have never heard of.
- 11:27But the seminary people have, the seminary people pushing him through spiritual formation,
- 11:34medicillculary and the people up at the big church where Bill Heibles was in Willow Creek.
- 11:42Willow Creek. Yep. That lend Heibles, they were all pushing Thomas Keating.
- 11:54And maybe a Trabberman, I can never remember. But Thomas Keating and some of these things,
- 12:00and they're all pushing the same thing. And so then that sort of carries over into things like
- 12:06the inniagram, you know, this thing that you're, which comes out of the occult
- 12:11in the new age, Marsha Montenegro and Don Van Oite wrote a great book on that on the inniagram.
- 12:18And by the way, one of the big proponents of the inniagram is, and he's Stanley.
- 12:23So, I mean, so there's like this circle of everybody sort of, well, we're evangelical, we're Christian,
- 12:32but you know, they're on like that, the tilt of world, you know, where they're kind of going
- 12:37around the outside of the center of Christianity. And they're just kind of picking up stuff as
- 12:42they're flipping, you know, rotating around the center of Christianity. So, and they just kind
- 12:49of throw it at the next. You just reinforced the new conclusions from Barnas research,
- 12:55and you explained it very well in what you just shared because he said the typical American adult
- 13:00adopts beliefs and behaviors from an average of nine distinct worldviews. And that's a
- 13:07hodgepodge of philosophies that contradict. And this is known as synchrotism. So, friends, if
- 13:13you just joined us on Facebook, a rumble live, we're with John Haller, talking about biblical
- 13:18worldview issues. And the new Barnas research shows that synchrotism represents 92 percent
- 13:27of American adults, dominant philosophy of life. And that's up from 88 percent just three
- 13:33years ago. So, this is disturbing. John, but what you just said also reminds us of the level of
- 13:40biblical illiteracy in the church, because we don't know about mysticism, spiritual formation,
- 13:47Marxism, other, these other ideologies that have crept in. Isn't that from Jude or, you know,
- 13:54they have crept in among us? Crept in unaware. That's right. Yeah. And so, and so what happens is so
- 14:00when I raised the issue, I was immediately labeled as divisive. John, you're divisive. And I'm like,
- 14:08so I asked the person that that charged me with this. I said, oh, by what standard am I divisive?
- 14:15And I said, they said, well, Titus 1, 9 reject a fractious divisive man after the first warning.
- 14:23But I said, you don't even know what the Bible says on that issue. And this was a favorite
- 14:30thing of James McDonald before he had the big blow up in his life and career, the church harvest
- 14:37chapel. I think harvest chapel and the suburbs of Chicago. And he said, yeah, you're a divisive man,
- 14:46if you don't, and it's you're a divisive man, if you don't agree with me. But the scriptural standard
- 14:52for divisiveness is someone who does not follow the truth of the scripture. That's the divisive man
- 15:00that you should mark. That's the divisive man that you should avoid. Not the one who stands for
- 15:06what the Bible says. Yes. And so what did they do? They've inverted what that passage was even
- 15:13trying to take. And by the way, the word for divisiveness in Titus that's used there is the
- 15:20Greek word heretico. That's exactly right. That's where we get our word heretic from. That's
- 15:30the Greek antecedent of the English word heretic. So you can see how it all kind of fits together.
- 15:39Yep. So John, a couple of the things from the study, this is very interesting. You've heard the
- 15:44expression do what thou wilt, right? So what Barnas says, one of the examples of significant
- 15:53held beliefs, quote, as long as you do know harm, do whatever you want. And that is a core tenet
- 16:00of wica and satanism, as well as a principle embraced by secular humanism. And this idea is held
- 16:07by ready friends. I hope you're sitting down, a projected 40 million American results. So
- 16:15it's no wonder we have so many problems with the from the biblical worldview declining and just
- 16:21lack of understanding of the Bible. John, your thoughts before we move on quick.
- 16:26Well, and in the Barnas survey that we've talked about, he does say that there's a biblical
- 16:30worldview of 4%. And that's pretty consistent with this prior surveys of Barnas. He kind of
- 16:41years ago, he broke down the Christian faith into like five fundamentals. And what he found was
- 16:46that among evangelical Christians, it was like, I don't know, 4 or 8% to held all five of them.
- 16:54So this has been a problem. So I'm with my friends who believe in the rapture and that type of thing.
- 17:05But if you ever see the video, my friend Bill Salis uses this video and the guys up there preaching
- 17:12in a church service and the rapture happens, you know, and the Bible's fall to the ground. And then
- 17:17there's like a bunch of people standing around. It's funny if you want to look at that video
- 17:22closely. Everybody was in a suit and tie got raptured. It's the guys who were there in T-shirts
- 17:28and shorts who've been left behind. I just thought of it. It's just kind of interesting. I don't
- 17:34know if there's a subtext there from the people who prepared that video. But you know, I'm not sure
- 17:42that the rapture will be maybe the event that changes so much. It may be, for example, if it happens
- 17:57at a church, I had a pastor tell me, I think the church will be full on Sunday. Because these people
- 18:04are going to figure out, wait a minute, what would we miss? They're not gone. So the next Sunday,
- 18:10they'll be there. And it may be that if people are there, it's like, did you go to the bathroom,
- 18:15is he's been like he's been in the bathroom for a while here during the service? And that may be
- 18:22how it happens. I don't want it to happen that way. I'm just saying he has, when you look at
- 18:27these studies, that indicates that that may be the way that it happens, unfortunately.
- 18:33Okay, we're going to get to Israel. We're going to talk about an article over at the Jerusalem
- 18:38post. Also, we'll talk about Christ and the checkpoint, the Biden administration, some of the move
- 18:43they're making. Also, you said some fascinating things in an email, John, at most 20 of the hostages
- 18:50they were taken by Hamas are still alive and don't believe Hamas and their numbers. But we're also
- 18:55going to answer this question when we come back from our break, question posted by Nancy. John
- 19:01and David as a Bible believing follower of Christ, how do I react to the Republican party?
- 19:09I have been a conservative my whole life, my email and texts are getting blown up, wanting donations.
- 19:15I'm very hesitant because the majority don't seem much different from the Democrats. How do you
- 19:20feel about what Americans should do or who to get behind? And also I had hope that Speaker Johnson,
- 19:27who professes Christ, but yet maybe another trader to the word, what are your thoughts and advice
- 19:32for us? We'll answer that question with John Haller in 30 seconds. Introducing Patriot Mobil,

- 20:22Friends, if you know someone that's interested in supporting World View Matters, you can please
- 20:31send an email. Our producer will return it right away. World View Matters at FPEUSA.org.
- 20:37And again, our website worldviewmatters.tv. So John Haller, you heard that question. Let's get to
- 20:43that first because we're going to get in the realm of politics and which is very important in
- 20:49this day and age with a huge election in November. So Nancy's question obviously doesn't know who
- 20:55to support because there are some rhinos. There are some trying to fight the good fight. We could
- 21:01list some of those centers maybe on one or two hands. And she's concerned about all these
- 21:06emails asking for donations. And I also want to get your thoughts, John, about
- 21:12reaching across the aisle and compromising. Didn't Jesus say, if you're either for me or against
- 21:18me, you're the forest or against us? Anyway, go ahead, John. Answer Nancy's question.
- 21:22So this is, by the way, this is sort of where I wanted to go with this next section to talk about
- 21:29because in Nancy's not a plant, this is not somebody pretending my wife pretending to be somebody
- 21:33else. It's not that and it's not me either. Because look, let's be honest with it, this has been a
- 21:39very disappointing week. Politics is very disappointing. So we need it. Our hope is in Jesus,
- 21:47not politics, not political parties. Because those will ultimately disappoint. So let me just,
- 21:53let me, let me give you like two or three examples of what's going on. So Johnson and the Republicans
- 21:59this week. Now I'm sure that Mike Johnson, and what he says, he's a Christian, I don't have any
- 22:06reason to doubt him. Okay. But politics is compromised. And people, it's very hard to be consistent
- 22:13all the way through on your pot and your politics and your world view and everything.
- 22:18So I'm sure Mike Johnson is a supporter of Israel. And so I've seen people like Tony
- 22:25Brook is for Family Research Council, jet, my friend Jack Kibs have come out and say Mike
- 22:30Johnson is a great guy because he got this budget thing through Congress to that included an aid
- 22:36package for Israel. And we're all very happy about that because Israel needs help in part because
- 22:42we prior administrations, the prior first two Obama administrations and now the third Obama
- 22:48administration have sort of really restricted Israel and what Israel's been able to do. And I
- 22:55don't like it. People in Israel don't like it. But we make them, oh, you have to buy the weapons
- 23:00from us. But don't you have to buy the weapons from us, but don't use them unless we give you
- 23:05permission, which is a horrible position for them to be. And when they're at war with a mortal
- 23:10enemy, they're under an existential threat. So Johnson put through the legislation,
- 23:16but the legislation carried a lot of baggage with it. It carried a lot of aid for Ukraine.
- 23:21Yes. And by the way, I was just talking to a friend a little while ago. And we can argue the
- 23:29merits of the Ukraine, Russia war and everything. You know, it's possible that you don't like either
- 23:34side in this. And I just think that there's very syncretistic views when it comes to the
- 23:40Vladimir Putin on the right. A lot of fanboys of Vladimir Putin on the right, even though he's,
- 23:46listen, I have evangelical pastor friends in Ukraine. Russia shut down in the areas they've taken
- 23:53over. They've virtually shut that in prison. A lot of evangelical pastors and people.
- 23:59It's just a fact, folks, whether you like it or not, that's what's going on. And this aid included
- 24:04a lot of like missiles were going to them. And my understanding is they're firing the missiles already.
- 24:09Wait a minute. They just passed the legislation a couple days ago. Yeah. What I guess Amazon
- 24:15does delivering missiles now or something? I don't know. How did they get them there that quickly?
- 24:22And but this could, you know, Putin is upset and Putin this could lead to a thermonuclear war.
- 24:30And so the world is very precarious. So Johnson let that go through because he was getting the
- 24:35Israel aid. And they also renewed the FISA nonsense. And by the way, which they're using to come
- 24:44after Christians, let's just be honest with it. They're prosecuting 80 some year old grandmother
- 24:51for praying outside an abortion clotting, getting them convicted,
- 24:56angripping them on legal fees. They're facing 10 or 11 years in jail and, you know, like $260,000
- 25:05in fines. And the courts are imposing this on these people. And it's to destroy them. But the
- 25:11Black Lives Matter and other Antifa and all these leftist crazies, they don't prosecute.
- 25:20So we're in a real cultural war right now. And listen, they're going after Trump.
- 25:27Whether you like Trump or not, the big picture thing on Trump is they're destroying
- 25:34the system. They are interfering with the election by prosecuting him. He cannot leave New York.
- 25:42He has to be in the courtroom every day. He's getting like three minutes a day, four days a week
- 25:48to talk to people. They're threatening with contempt. And I am telling you, I've been watching
- 25:55their arguments. I'm a lawyer. So I'd give me a little bit of credit. I do know the law.
- 26:02And I've tried many, many cases. I am telling you that this is the most egregiously bad,
- 26:10stupid, moronic, without legal foundation case I have ever seen in my life this
- 26:18thing in New York. Because first they come in and say, Trump interfered in the election
- 26:23in 2016 by paying somebody off in 2017. It doesn't make any sense. It's in the people
- 26:32that like Mike Davis who's watching this and he says, it doesn't make any sense. I don't know what
- 26:37I don't know where they're going. They don't even know where they're going. And they brought
- 26:41somebody in from the Biden, O'Biden Justice Department to try the case. It's terrible. And listen,
- 26:49again, whether you like Trump or not is totally irrelevant. The issue is if they'll do it to him,
- 26:56they'll do it to you. And they are doing it to you in many ways. So so this is so we're very
- 27:03disappointed with the face of the thing. Yes. As Congress has exempted from this. Yes, you can
- 27:09continue talking about that. I had Patrick Wood on the other day talking about that as well.
- 27:13But we have to remember out. Just want to remind everybody when you're looking at candidates,
- 27:17please pay more attention to the local and your state elections because that's where we've really
- 27:22dropped the ball where we can have influence. And it does affect us in our communities right close
- 27:28to home. But let's look at the federal level. Don't don't allow the media and the left can to make
- 27:34you think about personalities. Trump and Biden, it should be policy platform and procedures. Look
- 27:42at what Trump did when he was in office. And I wasn't a huge Trump fan by any stretch. And I don't
- 27:46like his personality. I don't like his some of his language. But I'll tell you what his policies.
- 27:52When he got in office, I stand behind his pro life stance, his pro Israel, the economy was rocking.
- 27:58And anyway, that's that's enough of that. But policies, platforms and procedures, John,
- 28:03quick question. Do you think the left in part is using this as a massive smoke screen because
- 28:09of everything else there, their other hand is doing behind the scenes and what the and the
- 28:14awful economy and the Biden administration, what they're getting away with because they're
- 28:18using it as a distraction. Look, yeah, absolutely. They're using it as a distraction. And they're
- 28:27doing a lot of things in the background the way they're doing funding things. And they complain,
- 28:32you know, like, well, Trump will do this. But listen, they've been laundering money through
- 28:37NGOs and left wing billionaires have been funding things and way elections are operating
- 28:44United States. And the system is broken in my opinion. So listen, as it as to to Mike Johnson,
- 28:51as to Trump, they're going to their politicians are going to disappoint us. So people just have to
- 28:56make the decision. Can I in my conscience vote for them? And we have the issue coming up right now
- 29:02of abortion. Yep. Got rovers is weighed overturned because of the people that Trump appointed.
- 29:09So they get rovers is weighed overturned. And then they find the statute in Arizona and say,
- 29:14hey, this statute bans all abortions in Arizona. And so what's what's everybody doing? Trump's
- 29:22doing a carry lake, other people, you know, other politicos. Oh, we can't let this stand. We got
- 29:27a we got to soften this law or we're going to lose the election. And that may very well be true.
- 29:33But then again, maybe God will bless you if you stand up for the right thing and allow this
- 29:37law to remain. But I was just seeing an article this morning about that. But here's where the
- 29:42syncretism thing works, David, because this will this will get us into the Israel thing. Because
- 29:47there was a recent interview that Tucker Carlson did of a guy named monther Isaac who is a
- 29:54and I'll use scare quotes in the most meaningful way, scare quotes, a Lutheran pastor from Bethlehem.
- 30:02Oh, right. I will tell you that the from a journalistic standpoint and someone who has met
- 30:09monther Isaac who has been to a Christ at the checkpoint conference has been following what these
- 30:16people have been doing for years. Tucker's interview, he should be embarrassed with himself.
- 30:23It was that bad. It was pathetically awful because he allowed this man who hates Jews, who hates
- 30:33Israel. And he is himself a get get this here becomes that term again, a Marxist liberation
- 30:41theologian to get on there unchallenged. Oh my goodness. And just few lies about Israel.
- 30:49So in Bethlehem, when Israel was in charge of Bethlehem, the Christian population and again,
- 30:57I'm going to use Christian in kind of a broad sense because I don't think they're all
- 31:01true blue, you know, really hardcore Christians. But among the Palestinians in Bethlehem 85% Christian.
- 31:09Under the Oslo Accords, that area was turned over to the Palestinians that populate the Christian
- 31:19population of that area now. And I've been there, my friends who live there is somewhere between
- 31:26three and seven percent Christian. When Hamas took over Gaza back in 2005, 2005, there were Christians
- 31:36there. Now there are hardly any there. The Christian population within Israel among both Messianics
- 31:45and Palestine Arabs among Arabs in the Israeli proper population is growing. I mean, I have a
- 31:53survey sitting right up here on my shelf that somebody sent me recently done. Used to be 40 years
- 31:59ago. People thought there were 200 Jewish believers in Jesus in Israel. Now that number is around
- 32:0930,000. So when Tucker gets on there with a straight face that says, oh, you know,
- 32:15what he wants to talk about, how the Israel is oppressing Christians, he's factually ignorant
- 32:21of the truth. Wow. And so when he says this, there is a bigger agenda there. And I know some
- 32:31people were inside of Fox and look, Tucker's views on Israel have been well known. He never
- 32:37talked about it. He's not this way. So there was a pastor. I don't know if I should name him. I
- 32:42referenced him in some interviews that I did. By the way, the article that you showed was an article
- 32:48at tabletmagazine tabletmag.org by Dumbassani Washington and another person. And I interviewed
- 32:55Dumbassani. Yeah. That was good. Showed last week, only 30 minutes too, which is a record for me.
- 33:03But Dumbassani is a great believer, Israel supporter, and just a superb individual. And
- 33:12way more articulate than I. But I mentioned this in the interview with Dumbassani. And also when I
- 33:18think I did something with the Olivier Malmokona, because this is a, I think this is a very big deal.
- 33:23And we've a lot of controversy about Candace Owens and stuff right now where she is.
- 33:28And so Caroline Glick, who I opened in review in the next couple of weeks,
- 33:32prayed that that comes together. We're having trouble scheduling it. But she's agreed to it so far.
- 33:38But she said, look, I don't, I don't want it. She said this a few months ago. I don't want to say
- 33:42that Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens are anti-Semitic. But they sure seem to interview a lot of them
- 33:48and never challenge them on anything when they do. And so I'm not there Isaac is this way. Jesus
- 33:53was a Palestinian Jew. He was a Palestinian refugee. And so there's this image that Christ at
- 34:05the checkpoint uses the baby Jesus in the manger in Bethlehem wrapped in a Palestinian califa.
- 34:14I'm not sure if I'm saying the right word. You know, the scarf that they have, the black and white
- 34:22scarf. When the Pope went to Bethlehem in 2014, by the way, he went to manger square and he did a
- 34:33mass in front of the church of the activity, the oldest church in Christendom in the world.
- 34:40And in the background was a mural of Mary and a Berca, Joseph wearing the Palestinian headscarf.
- 34:47The baby says in the manger at the same thing that month or Isaac is pushing in his interviews
- 34:56that he pushed a Christmas this year. You know, Jesus, the Palestinian refugee and the rebel.
- 35:01And by the way, the three wise men at the Pope, the mural behind the pope and the mass in Bethlehem
- 35:08were the last three popes. Pope Paul VI, John Paul II in Benedict. Those were the three wise men.
- 35:17So this narrative, you see the narrative. So here's what this pastor said because I think
- 35:22he is said in a couple of sentences why I could easily take five or six pages to do.
- 35:29You've now reached the point where right wing isolationists and nationalists
- 35:34have essentially the same anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic beliefs as left wing Neo-Marxist
- 35:41and Hamas supporters. Can you think of any other issue where the polarization between left and right
- 35:50has dissolved in such a way and I will add and dissolved as quickly as it has to a more or less
- 35:57unified position. Let me put it another way with Tucker, Carlson, every agree with people
- 36:03on the left in regards to abortion, LGBTQ or the border, of course not. Then why you see the
- 36:10archotype of a certain nationalist stream on the right, which we agree with on many issues.
- 36:17That forming a pro-Homass, a pro-October 7th, atrocities, priests, and basically articulating the
- 36:25same anti-Zionist narrative as the pro-Homass leftist protesters. So what you need to do is you
- 36:32need to watch people like Tucker. You need to watch people like Candace Owens as we are having this
- 36:39meltdown of Ayan Hershey Ali who was raised in an Islamic country in Somalia. She fled.
- 36:49Remember she had to leave the Netherlands because her life was under threat. She was an atheist
- 36:57for a long time. She's now married to Miles Ferguson. My understanding is she's become a believer in
- 37:03Jesus. She's one of the most articulate, intelligent women on the planet. She said these are not
- 37:11pro-Homass protests. These are anti-Israel anti-issue protests. They're taking place.
- 37:18So watch whether these people on the right, who are our allies on certain issues. Let's be honest
- 37:24about that. When will they criticize these protests at Columbia, Harvard, Yale, Penn, Ohio,
- 37:32the Ohio State University, and everywhere else, Cal Berkeley? This is egregious what's happening.
- 37:41This is terrible. And Ayan Hershey Ali is exactly correct in what she says. And so what this is
- 37:48plays at the Bible prophecy though, David, because in Zachariah 12 verse 2, it says,
- 37:54I'm going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes drunken reeling to all people. And we're seeing
- 38:00that happen. Because what do they, what do they call it? This operation that Gaza did and that
- 38:07Ayan has picked up on. And Hasbalah has picked up on. Is Operation Al-Aksaf what? Because it's all
- 38:16centered around Jerusalem and more specifically the temple now. So we need, we need to hold so
- 38:22that it's kind of a long and right about way to answer this wonderful question that this lady asks.
- 38:29But I'm saying is we, you need to vote your conscience. I'm not going to get up and say if you
- 38:36vote for Trump, you're not a Christian. I don't think that that's the point. And I'm not going to
- 38:41get up and say, my Johnson isn't a Christian because he made a really stupid compromise on the
- 38:49face of thing, which is going to harm Christians. Okay, I'm not willing to say that. I will say
- 38:54he's stupid for what he did. But I'm not going to say that he's not a Christian for it. I'm
- 38:59not going to add to the gospel in that way. So I don't know if any interest is the question.
- 39:03Yeah, but John, we've got a lot of secretism. Yeah, we've got to talk together.
- 39:08We've got several questions to get to and we're not going to get to them all. But
- 39:12Donovan said, I had a pastor tell me I must vote for the lesser of two evils. After I told him,
- 39:18my state assemblyman vote votes for abortion. My pastor thinks I should vote for this guy in order
- 39:25to save the world. And he says evil is evil. There are pastors out there that put more trust in
- 39:31sinners than they do in God. And so what are your thoughts on that real quick?
- 39:35You know, look, as I said, politics is always going to involve compromise. And it's always
- 39:41going to involve disappointment. So the question is, you're going to have to hold an as a vote
- 39:47in a lot of cases. And understand, if you don't vote for the person that the really bad person
- 39:54may get at. And that's, look, it shows that we live in a fallen world and that's not going to
- 39:59change until the king returns. Okay, here's another one. John, why should we vote for a two-party
- 40:05system that wishes to destroy its own people? Why should we pay to live and pay to die?
- 40:16Well, look, there is a point that comes, I think, where people have to say, am I going to
- 40:25stay here? You know, that's America. Yeah, I have friends who've left because they just say we
- 40:32don't see any hope for this. We don't know where it's going. And again, that's an individual
- 40:38conscious decision that people are going to have been. So I don't think there's an absolute
- 40:44right or wrong way. But look, I'm frustrated too. I don't like paying taxes for these horrible
- 40:51things. And listen, when you had Patrick Wood on this week, and I'm sure you talked about AI
- 40:56and technology and technology and all those things. Yeah. I'm going to talk to Patrick about that
- 41:02for about 20 years. And I, well, at least it's close to 20 years since I met him. And listen,
- 41:10it's only gotten worse. In fact, I even think I saw a point last year where Patrick said, well,
- 41:15you know, we're still kind of moving along this thing on the end times. And it's like, oh, we're
- 41:18here now. We're here now. You know, well, the days of hot, right? Yeah, it's moving so rapidly
- 41:27that it's really hard for people on what we would call the Washington community to keep up because
- 41:33it's, you know, I can do a two hour update. I can do it eight hour update very, very easily
- 41:41because there's so much going on that's relevant. All right, we have talked on this podcast. And as
- 41:46you probably have on many of your updates about what's happening on the college campuses in America,
- 41:51that tends to be tedious. I think for a lot of people, more believers, I think are understanding
- 41:56how we got here, meaning the K through 12 indoctrination system, the social justice activism,
- 42:03they're they're making disciples of the left. And then they go to universities that are anti-Christian
- 42:09and anti-Semites and they're pushing all these views that are all, you know, social justice. But
- 42:18they're not Christian. And so we're not surprised by what's happening. But John, I think we have to
- 42:22go back to Israel. And let's start with just a couple articles that one of them at the Jerusalem
- 42:28post that Israel is already at war in the North escalation with Lebanon is inevitable. What are
- 42:35your thoughts on that? Because that's an opinion piece at the J post.
- 42:39Yeah, that's by Avi Albo, who I met near the menorah in the old city when I was there about a
- 42:45year and a half ago. He was walk-up bad because he's social media guy. But he's right. You know,
- 42:51people that I follow, Seth Fransman, Jonathan Spire, the great people to all my research. I've
- 42:58done some interviews with them that are on a YouTube channel. That North is a very, very
- 43:05difficult problem. So when they went into Gaza, you know, by the way, the early assessments were
- 43:15Israel was going to lose 15 to 20,000 soldiers in Gaza. They've lost about 300. So that's almost
- 43:23like a miracle that that's all that they've lost. Now the hostage situation is still as bad down
- 43:30there. I heard there were only 20 hostages alive. Now today I heard there might be more. They
- 43:35did release a video of one hostage showing that he's still alive, although he's lost at hand.
- 43:45And so his parents were there and it's horrible. I mean, you can imagine what it's like to have
- 43:49your child under the control of these absolute evil demonic lunatics called Hamas. So they've
- 43:58done better. But when they went in, they thought there were, you know, 180 miles of tunnels.
- 44:03They find there are five or six hundred miles of tunnels. They can't deal with it. I
- 44:09interviewed a guy who was in Gaza and he said you clear an area and you go back 20 minutes later
- 44:14and three people pop up with RPGs and hand grenades throwing them at you. And so while Israel
- 44:20controls appears to control the surface, the underground thing is unbelievable. Five or six hundred
- 44:28miles. Understand that in the north, what Israel's facing is probably worse by a factor of 10.
- 44:39The tunnels are drilled through Bedrock. They probably go all the way to Beirut, which is probably
- 44:4330, 40 miles from the Israeli border. They have 50,000 regular fighters and probably another 50 to
- 44:52100,000 in reserve that they can get their hands on pretty quickly. They have 10 times, 10 to
- 44:5820 times the number of rockets that Hamas had in Gaza. And many of these have precision guided
- 45:05and longer ranges. When I interviewed a guy from all the name, Abraham Levine, I said, well,
- 45:11what happens if the war breaks out in the north? And he said, no Israeli child will go to school
- 45:17in Israel for a year. So process that in the north and these border communities. And Pamela,
- 45:25I went, we drove all through this all the way along this border in 2017. It kind of reminds
- 45:31of California, the hills and the way the geography is. But you know, you know, the Kiryat Shimon,
- 45:38it's a town of 25 little city of 25,000 people. It's empty. There are 80,000 people from the north
- 45:46that don't live where they used to live. There are 120,000 people from the Gaza that they call the Gaza
- 45:51envelope that don't live where they did. Now, some have started to return this week, by the way.
- 45:56But one lady, I saw an interview about a lady at a Caboots, 30% of the people have come back. And
- 46:02those of us who've come back were traumatized. We won't go out and take a walk. If we won't hang
- 46:08our laundry outside at certain times of the day, because they're right on the other side of the border
- 46:14with 500 miles of tunnels. And they've been a lot killed, but they're still a lot there. But the
- 46:21tunnels in the north are embedded under a bedrock. So you have 200,000 people internally displaced
- 46:26in Israel. And so when I ran shot a bunch of missiles, really kind of an unprecedented
- 46:35attack on April 13th, April 13th, they shot 300 combination of drones, cruise missiles,
- 46:44and ballistic missiles. 99% of those either failed to launch, maybe about 30% of those failed
- 46:52early on. The rest were shot down, mostly by Israel, also by US, Jordan, Saudi Arabia,
- 47:00also participated in shooting these towns when things went over. No drones entered Israeli
- 47:07official Israeli territory, airspace. So it was almost people who had IDF are saying that we were
- 47:14able to shoot everything down, like this was a miracle. This was God's hand guiding us. And maybe
- 47:21this is true. Yeah. But that was just that's 300. Hezbollah is estimated to have the capability to
- 47:30be able to launch 5,000 a day for an extended period of time. There are estimates I saw
- 47:41later, he interviewed recently. She is a former IDF analyst. She said that what happens if there's
- 47:48a war in the North, Israel could lose 200 to 500 civilians every day for months.
- 48:00So we need to factor this in. So this raises the issue of the SAMHSA option and how they're
- 48:07going to go about this. Look, when I look at it, a purely secular analysis, not factoring
- 48:16ungod or that this is where God wants these people to be and he's calling them back from the
- 48:22nations, just as he prophesied and passages like Ezekiel 36, I'll bring them back and unbelief.
- 48:31And then I will give you a new heart and then you will know that I am the Lord. So we're in
- 48:36the midst of this process of what's happening. So with the protest in New York and Boston and
- 48:44all across college campuses, across the country, like Northwestern University today and they're
- 48:51not arresting people. They're calling off the police. It's like 2020, right?
- 48:58Yeah, it's this all over again. They're not going to be prosecuted.
- 49:04Columbia University has shut down. If you were a parent of a Jewish and a parent of a college,
- 49:09why would you send your kid to Harvard or Columbus? Oh my goodness, I know. By the way, Mike, the guy that
- 49:15does dirty jobs, the TV show, dirty jobs, Mike, whatever his name is, he said, he has his
- 49:24foundation supports trade schools. I saw an article we wrote today. I'm proud to tell you
- 49:30that no trade schools are having anti-Israel protests, as we speak,
- 49:36because people are practical there. They don't have, they're not infused with this Marxist radical
- 49:43ideology. And it's upending the United States. So I'm not particularly optimistic,
- 49:50okay? I'm looking at what's going on with the election. I'm looking at the crisis on the border,
- 49:56David. It's totally out of control. And there was another survey released today and it's said
- 50:03that Muslims that come in are conservative in the generation that comes in.
- 50:10The next generation is like 90% likely to vote democratic because they'll be indoctrinated in our
- 50:18education system. So, as Patrick will say, they've been at this for over a hundred years.
- 50:24And now we think, okay, well, we're going to fight back and we're going to elect the right guy
- 50:28and everything's going to change. No, no, no. This is where the work gets really, really,
- 50:32really difficult. And so you've got to protect your family. You've got to protect your kids from
- 50:37this ideology. You've got to train up a child and that sort of thing. What did they kid him years
- 50:45ago who said that we used to think what was the title of the book that he had already got?
- 50:52Yes. So we used to think that when the kids got the college, they turned away from the faith.
- 50:58And I'm telling you, based on what we've been able to find, when they go to college,
- 51:02they're already gone. Yeah. Well, there's happened while they were living in your house and going
- 51:08to your church. That's when you lost them. Well, there's research now that says kids that were
- 51:14grown up in a Christian and you might have to put that in air quotes now. In a Christian home,
- 51:19start doubting their faith in middle school. So they start doubting in middle school. They're
- 51:27gone, even by high school. So when they get to the university system, it's no wonder that the left
- 51:33has done such a good job. And I mean, good in a bad way. That makes sense. It's marked the
- 51:38marketing of evil and indoctrinating these kids that what we're seeing on the college campuses
- 51:43is an indirect result, John, I think, of the lack of biblical worldview and even in the church.
- 51:50So we're seeing, we're kind of reaping some of our own of what we've sown in the fruit of
- 51:55our church, our weak churches. Where do you want to go and actually?
- 51:58Well, can we go back to his role for a minute? Because there's a lot of sort of interrelated issues
- 52:03there. So, you know, I stand like I'm conservative in my view is that the left will always accuse you
- 52:11of being of of you doing what they are actually doing. Yeah. So for example, we get instead of
- 52:18of election interference, for example. So what was what was the interview I saw just yesterday?
- 52:26Nancy Pelosi calls for the ouster of Benjamin Netanyahu, the democratically elected leader of Israel.
- 52:33Now listen, you may not like Netanyahu, that that's okay. You can be my friend and you can
- 52:40absolutely detest Netanyahu and I have friends who do. But he was elected in a free fair election.
- 52:49Yes. There were some problems that he saw in his coalition, which is 65 of the 120 Kinesa members,
- 52:58which is a pretty big majority in the recent history of Israel and the Kinesa they wanted to
- 53:05enact some judicial reforms. There's been a meltdown by the left. The left is losing the demographic
- 53:12game in Israel. The Orthodox families have six, seven, eight children. The secular people do not.
- 53:22In the United States, we have the same problem. This is so weird. I don't know. I don't know what it
- 53:30means in Bible prophecy yet, just that I'm sure that it's pretty significant. And I think I
- 53:36talked about it at a conference five years ago for the first time, collapsing demographics all over
- 53:42the world. Birth rates are falling. Birth rates in the United States fall in Japan. They saw
- 53:48more adult diapers than baby diapers. The country is losing one to two to three million people
- 53:55in population every year now. Do you understand that? China is collapsing. Estimates by some
- 54:04analysts because of their one child policy and unrestricted abortion. They will drop maybe by half
- 54:14in 30 years. Their population will go down by half. Now they'll still have 700 million people.
- 54:20But understand there's 700 million people that are gone. Europe, the birth rates are collapsing.
- 54:29Italy and Spain cannot be recovered. They'll be gone. And this is happening in Russia all over the
- 54:35place. And I don't know what it means. It's somehow this world if the Lord Terry's is going to be
- 54:42flipped upside down. But the right, the conservative orthodox religious right in Israel is growing
- 54:51in population. They're by growing in demographics, growing in power. And then other countries it's
- 54:57collapsing. Sex selection in China, sex selection abortion in India where males are favored. David,
- 55:06you know that we're close to a time in our world where between China and India,
- 55:15there will be 200 million military age males that have no prospect of a life. Wow.
- 55:27What does that do to the world culture, war, rumors of wars and all the things we read about in
- 55:34the end times. And by the way, the fastest fertility collapse and female fertility in human history,
- 55:43I read about in a paper published by the Iranian regime called the Tehran Times about eight or
- 55:5210 months ago that Iran had had the fastest decline in female fertility of any country in human
- 56:04history. Now put this into we know that Persia, the Prince of Persia and that type of thing is
- 56:10going to be a significant thing in the end times that there's this demonic power behind Persia. We
- 56:15read about that in Daniel chapter 10 that the Monic power hasn't gotten anywhere. And then the
- 56:212500 years since Daniel wrote that he's only that the Monic power has only gotten smarter, more
- 56:27conniving, more crafty. But does that and I'm sure that that demonic power knows the declining
- 56:36demographics. And so it's like, okay, this is the shot that I have where Persia will come
- 56:43against Israel in the last days. I'm just saying that I think it plays together and I'm probably
- 56:50sure you're not going to find another person that really agrees with me. And that's okay.
- 56:57But I love to argue with people. I used to tell why I never told my clients, but
- 57:03because people pay me to argue on their behalf, but sometimes I think it would have actually
- 57:07done it for free on some occasions. But we live in this world where this stuff is hurtling towards
- 57:17a certain conclusion. Now, we don't know exactly how when we have parameters that the prophetic
- 57:26scriptures give us. I think we make a mistake if we're too dogmatic that it's got to work out
- 57:31this particular way, because sometimes a prophecy will only know after the fact. So that's how
- 57:39that's going to work out. And the proof of how a Bible prophecy is going to be fulfilled is when
- 57:44it's actually fulfilled. But we live at this time where these things are really coming together
- 57:49very, very quickly. So all these articles that I sent you from the Jerusalem post and things about
- 57:55the multi front war that Israel is facing. The world is turning the near neighbors of Israel are
- 58:03turning against Israel. They have the Gaza front. They have the Hezbollah Lebanon front. They have the
- 58:13areas that's known as the West Bank internally front. They also have internally within the
- 58:19European communities within Israel proper that are a problem. And then they have Jordan, Egypt,
- 58:24and all these other countries. And they have like the world opinion is turning against them.
- 58:31And so it's it's it's in that context, David, that when I see a guy who I like Tucker Carlson
- 58:39or Candice Owen Caving on this issue of Israel, that's very bothersome to me because because back
- 58:46to what we talked about the first, it's a synchrotistic worldview. And it's not biblical. It's wrong.
- 58:55And we have to we have to call it out when we see it. Yes. And we've run out of time. It went by
- 59:01fast again, John. We could have done two hours. So this conversation will be continued. We just
