Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
  January 13, 2026. And I was a little, I was a
• 0:25
little worried, I'll admit it. First half and then the
• 0:28
second-half, I was like, see, This is why I didn't.
• 0:32
I just needed to listen to myself and think, it's the
• 0:34
  Steelers. They suck.
• 0:35
Wheels are gonna fall off. And they did hard.
• 0:37
So got the win last night. Like I said, lay the points,
• 0:41
pick up the money S tonight. It's been a long day at work.
• 0:44
It's later in the day. Finally get into this.
• 0:47
No football. We've had a wonderful war on
• 0:49
since last Thursday of just great football to watch tonight.
• 0:52
I just opened it up. I was looking at stuff that I
• 0:55
saw right away. I saw the NBA.
• 0:57
We got this match up. We have Thunder hosting the
• 1:01
Spurs. Thunder shut out like a cannon,
• 1:04
like they were shot out of a cannon to start the year.
• 1:07
  Just gangbusters. Couldn't be beat.
• 1:09
Spurs. Wemby went down, then he was
• 1:11
back. And I tell you what, these two
• 1:13
teams, they're not, they're not big fans of each other, right?
• 1:17
And I don't know what it is. No, I know what it is.
• 1:19
It's the Wimby sees these guys and he sees, you know,
• 1:23
basically, you know, the Walmart TAMU wish version of himself and
• 1:27
Chet Holmgren, who thought he was going to be the next
• 1:30
evolution. He's like, no, no, no, man, I'm
• 1:31
that guy. Who do you think you are?
• 1:33
I am. And he just goes out there and
• 1:36
he turns it up another notch and just has great games against
• 1:39
these guys. So I'm looking at the line.
• 1:42
  It's 8 1/2 Spurs turn it up a notch.
• 1:45
Thunder have been not playing the way that they have been at
• 1:47
the beginning. I don't know if the Spurs are
• 1:49
going to win, but I think they're going to keep it close.
• 1:51
If I got 8 1/2, I'm going to take those points in this
• 1:54
matchup. So we're going San Antonio Spurs
• 1:57
plus 8 1/2 against the Oklahoma Thunder in tonight's NBA
• 2:01
basketball action. See anything better than that?
• 2:03
Pound it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:05
to it. Don't forget to rate, review,
