- Najah: I'm hearing a lot of conversation lately about being private. about not putting your business on social media? And listen. Everybody has the right to move how they want to move. the reason I can get on here and tell my story. The reason I can be open. The reason I could be vulnerable. It's the same reason I'm open and vulnerable in real life. I'm not afraid to fail. Nor am I afraid of feedback. And I don't carry shame around being wrong. Baby, if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. That just means I learned something. It also means I have the opportunity to grow. See, a lot of people aren't protecting their privacy. They're protecting themselves from judgment. And those are not always the same thing. because if your self worth is tied to how people receive your story. Your creativity, your ideas. Your products? Then you're gonna spend your whole life creating from a place of fear. And fear is the killer of innovation. Fear keeps people silent. Fear keeps people small. Fear keeps people performing instead of becoming. But when your value isn't attached to the applause. Or the criticism. Or whether people understand you. You become free. Free to create. Free to try. Free to fail. Free to learn. Free to pivot. Free to become somebody you've never been before. And personally I rather risk my life being seen than hiding from my own potential.
