- 0:58Speaker 2: What out for the This is something. As I said,
- 1:01Speaker 2: it's always good to talk about crypto. So much stuff
- 1:04Speaker 2: going on in the crypto currency space. Even today, I
- 1:06Speaker 2: posted a couple of different things from Fidelity announcing that
- 1:10Speaker 2: they're gonna start allowing people to invest in bitcoin in
- 1:14Speaker 2: their fall one k plans this summer.
- 1:17Speaker 3: And then so another article on.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Bloomberg about mortgages that is gonna be backed by cryptocurrency.
- 1:27Speaker 3: That's interesting.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I spoke to MG the mortgage guy about that today. So,
- 1:30Speaker 2: you know, crypto one of these things where it's just
- 1:32Speaker 2: becoming more and more mainstream, but there's still a lot
- 1:36Speaker 2: of people that aren't fully comfortable with it, still don't know,
- 1:41Speaker 2: and even if you do know, you can always learn more. So,
- 1:44Speaker 2: you know, market Mondays is usually get more towards stock
- 1:48Speaker 2: market investing, and we do that every single week, so
- 1:51Speaker 2: you know, we try to do at least once a
- 1:54Speaker 2: quarter have these these these crypto master classes. So, yeah,
- 2:00Speaker 2: this is going to be something that is extremely you know, beneficial.
- 2:05Speaker 2: I guess I should call you doctor, doctor Bellaton. I
- 2:09Speaker 2: met her actually a few years ago at a panel
- 2:12Speaker 2: discussion in Brooklyn shots to his business, and she's just
- 2:16Speaker 2: been a great resource for us. She's originally from the UK,
- 2:23Speaker 2: but she's international. I believe her family originally is from Ghana.
- 2:31Speaker 4: I just I just invest in Ghana because I see,
- 2:34Speaker 4: I see what they're doing. I respect the gangster of
- 2:36Speaker 4: what they're doing in connecting us around the Dallaspora.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, so she when I met her, you know,
- 2:45Speaker 2: she was she is still heavily invested in real estate.
- 2:49Speaker 2: She had a curriculum for kids. She used to work
- 2:51Speaker 2: on Wall Street I believe right one one one of
- 2:54Speaker 2: those versions. But now she actually has a crypto hedge fund.
- 3:01Speaker 2: So that's dope to actually be able to speak to
- 3:03Speaker 2: a hedge fund manager and obviously female, black female, but
- 3:08Speaker 2: she's She's taught variety of different classes for us for
- 3:11Speaker 2: euyle University. From Crypto, which was the most recent one
- 3:15Speaker 2: that she taught. She taught international investing, a class on
- 3:19Speaker 2: how to invest in Ghana that was actually very educational
- 3:23Speaker 2: and very beneficial.
- 3:25Speaker 3: I believe did something for the UK based earners.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah, she showed us, she was the first person to
- 3:32Speaker 2: show us the metaverse, actually showed us her property that
- 3:35Speaker 2: she owns in the metaverse. So I needless to say,
- 3:39Speaker 2: very very you know, highly respected in the field and
- 3:44Speaker 2: knows a lot about a lot. So thank you for
- 3:48Speaker 2: for blessing us with your presence.
- 3:51Speaker 5: Appreciate it. Did we leave anything out?
- 3:53Speaker 4: I don't think so, but you guys did amazing on
- 3:55Speaker 4: that one, So thank you so much for the dope intro.
- 4:00Speaker 4: It's always amazing to be here with you guys. I'm
- 4:03Speaker 4: definitely going to show you today the Crypto Hedge Fund
- 4:06Speaker 4: so you can see how transparent it is. And I'm
- 4:09Speaker 4: also going to give you guys a quick walkthrough of
- 4:11Speaker 4: my space in crypto Vapsol, which is one of the
- 4:14Speaker 4: metaverse locations that anyone can own in and you can
- 4:18Speaker 4: build out. We're going to talk about everything from beginner
- 4:22Speaker 4: to intermediate. So although some of this presentation if you
- 4:25Speaker 4: were here last week, you might have seen some of it.
- 4:27Speaker 4: For those who were here, I think it was about
- 4:29Speaker 4: a crowd of three hundred people. But the really cool
- 4:32Speaker 4: thing is that I did add a little bit more
- 4:34Speaker 4: in their justing case, and I am sharing a little
- 4:37Speaker 4: bit more like the apps and the hacks and the
- 4:39Speaker 4: little things that I do to keep my life easy
- 4:43Speaker 4: breezy in this crypto space.
- 4:45Speaker 5: Yeah, this is gonna be great. I want to be
- 4:47Speaker 5: clear with everybody, like the Tally Doctor totally is like
- 4:51Speaker 5: a mentor to me when it comes to crypto. Anytime
- 4:53Speaker 5: I have a question or I'm trying to learn something new,
- 4:55Speaker 5: I noticed somebody I can call and rely on because
- 4:57Speaker 5: a lot of times in the space you don't have
- 4:59Speaker 5: anybody to call, you just kind of kind of figured
- 5:01Speaker 5: things out on your own. But I'm glad to say
- 5:03Speaker 5: that I have a reliable and very knowledgeable woman. You
- 5:08Speaker 5: know I could reach out and any question I have
- 5:10Speaker 5: in Crypto she knows the answers. So everybody's in a
- 5:13Speaker 5: treat for a treat tonight. Yeah, I hope you all
- 5:15Speaker 5: ready well.
- 5:16Speaker 4: First off, thank you for that love, and you know,
- 5:18Speaker 4: shout out to people like Chicago Crypto Bull. You know
- 5:21Speaker 4: you'll hear me mention him. There are certain people I've
- 5:23Speaker 4: taken millions of workshops as much as I've learned in
- 5:27Speaker 4: the last six years aggressively investing in this space. I
- 5:30Speaker 4: feel like every week I learned something new, and people
- 5:33Speaker 4: like Chicago Crypto Bull and other people definitely keep me
- 5:35Speaker 4: on my toes. So I'll definitely give him a shout
- 5:38Speaker 4: out out. And I don't really shout out many people
- 5:41Speaker 4: except for like you guys and him, so you already
- 5:43Speaker 4: know he's legit if I do. But I feel like
- 5:46Speaker 4: I'm constantly learning in this space, so like you might
- 5:48Speaker 4: link me and it's crazy because like I might have
- 5:51Speaker 4: two hours before taking a master class from somebody else
- 5:54Speaker 4: and you know, there are people in these streets when
- 5:56Speaker 4: are hosting like virtual events and making like eighty million
- 6:00Speaker 4: dollars from one event, and so for me, I'm trying
- 6:02Speaker 4: to get to that point where I'm hosting a virtual
- 6:04Speaker 4: event and making eighty million dollars. And so when I
- 6:08Speaker 4: look at stuff like that, it just keeps me pushing
- 6:10Speaker 4: and knowing that there is always room for growth. So
- 6:14Speaker 4: I'm just I'm just here to leon and I love
- 6:15Speaker 4: the EYL platform because even though I think, like I
- 6:18Speaker 4: know so many things, I'll come on here and I
- 6:20Speaker 4: might hear a new fund or grant or something for
- 6:23Speaker 4: real estate, or i might hear a new hack, and
- 6:25Speaker 4: I'm like, you know what, let me go try to
- 6:27Speaker 4: see how I could implement this for myself or my clients.
- 6:30Speaker 4: And so you know, it's all love there you have it.
- 6:34Speaker 3: So all right, we're gonna we could get this kicked off.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So I won't spend too much time talking because I know,
- 6:42Speaker 2: you know, we got to learn about the cryptocurrency space
- 6:44Speaker 2: is very important, but I'll just give the brief overview
- 6:48Speaker 2: what's going on. So every single week we have a
- 6:52Speaker 2: class at EYL University. In the class varies there's all
- 6:57Speaker 2: kinds of different stuff that we learn about from credit
- 6:59Speaker 2: to real estate, do stock charting.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Shout out to Chris And the most recent.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Class, I believe it was last week was the cryptocurrency class,
- 7:10Speaker 2: and it was such a big hit and people really
- 7:13Speaker 2: enjoyed it so much that we felt like it would
- 7:15Speaker 2: be a good open enrollment.
- 7:16Speaker 3: So with these open enrollments, what we.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Do is once a month, so the last Wednesday of
- 7:22Speaker 2: every single month at eight o'clock Eastern Standard time, we
- 7:25Speaker 2: like give you a sneak peek into the world of
- 7:28Speaker 2: eyl University and do like a class that we will
- 7:31Speaker 2: usually do private behind the walls of Eyo University, and
- 7:36Speaker 2: we just do a public on YouTube to just you know,
- 7:39Speaker 2: get people familiar with it, give people an opportunity to
- 7:43Speaker 2: actually see it for themselves, and kind of give you
- 7:46Speaker 2: an insight on what we do with all the time
- 7:48Speaker 2: at Eyo University. So this is what we're doing, and
- 7:52Speaker 2: we have orientation actually tomorrow. Shout out to Janet so
- 7:55Speaker 2: Eyo University. We designed it just like a regular institution,
- 7:58Speaker 2: a school where we took the good arts as far
- 8:00Speaker 2: as you know, the learning experience, the camaraderie, the clubs,
- 8:03Speaker 2: different things of that nature, and we just took away
- 8:06Speaker 2: the bad parts, which is, you know, student loan debt
- 8:09Speaker 2: and you know, having to pay one hundred thousand dollars
- 8:11Speaker 2: to learn and different things of that nature. So we
- 8:13Speaker 2: put together, in my opinion, the best curriculum on the internet.
- 8:16Speaker 2: MG the Mortgage Guys Home by his Blueprint. I do
- 8:18Speaker 2: monthly financial planning calls, we do these crypto conversations. We
- 8:21Speaker 2: have so much different. Stuff is hundreds of hours of
- 8:24Speaker 2: information that's archived. We just got the app, so that's
- 8:28Speaker 2: gonna be working on that to make it even you know,
- 8:30Speaker 2: easier user experience. And we bundled it together for seven
- 8:34Speaker 2: hundred dollars for the whole entire year. So I feel
- 8:37Speaker 2: like that's the best thing on the internet. I'm a
- 8:39Speaker 2: little biased, but you know, we'll talk about that later on.
- 8:42Speaker 2: I'll pin the link in the description of this video
- 8:46Speaker 2: and then also on YouTube if anybody. It was seven
- 8:48Speaker 2: hundred last month. We just kept it running, so I
- 8:50Speaker 2: think we're going to keep it running until like the
- 8:52Speaker 2: end of this weekend, so probably like do like a
- 8:53Speaker 2: four day flat sale on it. So with that being said,
- 8:59Speaker 2: we'll get into it, and yeah, I'll hand the baton
- 9:03Speaker 2: over and you could take it away.
- 9:05Speaker 5: Doctor.
- 9:07Speaker 4: All right, guys, so as you know, if you know
- 9:09Speaker 4: my teaching style, I'm going to be doing presentation. When
- 9:13Speaker 4: I do the presentation, you will no longer see me.
- 9:15Speaker 4: You're gonna only see my computer. And when I'm done
- 9:18Speaker 4: with the presentation, you'll see me again, and by the
- 9:19Speaker 4: time we start to ask questions, you'll see my face again.
- 9:22Speaker 4: But for now you're just going to hear my voice.
- 9:24Speaker 4: And so we're about to dive in once again. If
- 9:27Speaker 4: you were here before for the last previous class, you
- 9:29Speaker 4: might see a couple of pages that are the same
- 9:32Speaker 4: no matter how smart you in a crypto space, I
- 9:34Speaker 4: think redundancies are important, so certain things like what is
- 9:38Speaker 4: blockchain might be discussed. But if you can make it
- 9:40Speaker 4: past the basics, you're gonna definitely enjoy some of the
- 9:43Speaker 4: tidbits that we will drop or I will drop later
- 9:45Speaker 4: on as well. If you have certain questions, maybe I
- 9:48Speaker 4: won't be tackling because I will try my best to
- 9:51Speaker 4: keep this as basic English for many people, because I
- 9:56Speaker 4: do know that there are certain terminologies and we can
- 9:59Speaker 4: get really technical with things. But what if you guys
- 10:03Speaker 4: have those questions. You can always later on and open
- 10:05Speaker 4: up for Q and a go harder for the nitty gritty.
- 10:07Speaker 4: And so with that said, I'm about to share my
- 10:09Speaker 4: computer and I'll see you guys soon. Can you make
- 10:17Speaker 4: the one? Yes? Please?
- 10:27Speaker 5: Gotcha?
- 10:28Speaker 4: Thank you? All right, you guys have seen my screen perfect.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Yeah, we can see it.
- 10:39Speaker 4: A brilliant all right. So you know meta, those talks, blockchain, crypto,
- 10:54Speaker 4: virtually real estate in NFCS. Those are the main things
- 10:56Speaker 4: we're going to be going over today and just different
- 10:59Speaker 4: ways we can also make money in this space. So
- 11:01Speaker 4: at the end I will definitely be discussing that with
- 11:04Speaker 4: you all. Just a little bit about myself. Anybody who
- 11:06Speaker 4: doesn't know I've invest I've been in finance for twenty years.
- 11:11Speaker 4: My first interview was at fifteen years old professionally when
- 11:15Speaker 4: it comes to the finance world, and it was for
- 11:18Speaker 4: credit use first Boston. I received a paid internship through
- 11:21Speaker 4: a program development school for you. I'm not sure if
- 11:23Speaker 4: they're still around, but it was here in New York
- 11:26Speaker 4: because I did two years of high school in New York,
- 11:29Speaker 4: so shout out to Andrew Jackson. So I did go
- 11:31Speaker 4: to school in Queensville. Little bit and while I was
- 11:33Speaker 4: in high school, I already knew I wanted to be
- 11:35Speaker 4: in finance, and so by the time I was sixteen,
- 11:38Speaker 4: I actually did my first paid internship at Credits whose
- 11:40Speaker 4: first Boston, and the rest is history. I've worked in
- 11:43Speaker 4: forensic accounting and I've worked in investment banking. I've taken
- 11:48Speaker 4: portfolios from fourteen million to one hundred and four million,
- 11:51Speaker 4: and as you can see, we've been busy. So I
- 11:52Speaker 4: also have my page in europsychology. So when you guys
- 11:55Speaker 4: wonder like why is she called doctor, you know I
- 11:58Speaker 4: do a new roside collegists, and you know, my work
- 12:02Speaker 4: is something that you guys will be seeing more of
- 12:04Speaker 4: in the future as well as you can see, seventy
- 12:07Speaker 4: one rentals worldwide actually is now seventy three. I need
- 12:09Speaker 4: to fix that. And you know, my crypto hedge fund
- 12:13Speaker 4: has fifty six members currently and so that's really cool.
- 12:17Speaker 4: In the past, my original one was able to do
- 12:19Speaker 4: a profit about one hundred and nineteen percent with a
- 12:22Speaker 4: five out of five risk level, and now the one
- 12:24Speaker 4: that is public and given access to you guys, it's
- 12:27Speaker 4: like a three point five out of five risk level,
- 12:31Speaker 4: which means that I will be managing it, but not
- 12:33Speaker 4: as active and I won't be making the highest risk
- 12:37Speaker 4: levels with this, but I will also keep people posted
- 12:40Speaker 4: on what's happening, and I'll also explain to you, like
- 12:42Speaker 4: what is a crypto hedge fund. And as you can see,
- 12:44Speaker 4: I've been featured in like Fortune magazine, Bob's Yahoo Finance.
- 12:48Speaker 4: The list continues. So one of my biggest things when
- 12:54Speaker 4: we talk about real estate is Ghana. So although I
- 12:57Speaker 4: am Cape Birdie on my mom's side, my dad's side,
- 13:00Speaker 4: a Jamaican Italian, you know, I'm all around when it
- 13:03Speaker 4: comes to the West Indies. You know I have family
- 13:05Speaker 4: that are from Haiti, Nigeria, Ghana itself. The list continues,
- 13:09Speaker 4: So shout out to you know, the whole world, and
- 13:12Speaker 4: you know, growing up being around so many cultures and diversity,
- 13:16Speaker 4: I never had this idea of being stuck in one country.
- 13:19Speaker 4: And so when I was, you know, coming from the
- 13:21Speaker 4: UK moving to New York wasn't that hard for me?
- 13:24Speaker 4: And then now being able to transition between New York
- 13:26Speaker 4: and Ghana a lot is not hard for me either,
- 13:28Speaker 4: because to me, whatever makes sense is where I go, right,
- 13:31Speaker 4: So if it makes the pennies and it makes the
- 13:33Speaker 4: sense then I do both. And so Ghana's real estate
- 13:36Speaker 4: market to me, I love the transparency of it. I
- 13:39Speaker 4: love that they're doing a lot to just kind of
- 13:41Speaker 4: keep things on the ground. But there are other parts
- 13:44Speaker 4: of Africa that I'm investing in and I'm looking at,
- 13:46Speaker 4: like shout out to Senegal, and so some of the
- 13:50Speaker 4: cool facts when it comes to crypto, my clients in
- 13:52Speaker 4: just the last year and I have made over thirty
- 13:54Speaker 4: seven and a half million dollars using just crypto and
- 13:57Speaker 4: NFTs and that was like roughly about forty one of
- 13:59Speaker 4: my clients that have other clients whose numbers I still
- 14:02Speaker 4: haven't even done yet. And so that's just to go
- 14:04Speaker 4: to show you the kind of numbers that we're doing
- 14:07Speaker 4: over here. So this game is not like a baby
- 14:09Speaker 4: team like. This is something where if you really want
- 14:11Speaker 4: to maximize your money rather than passives or not, this
- 14:14Speaker 4: is definitely a space to look at. And you know,
- 14:17Speaker 4: I look at my son, he's definitely already making He's
- 14:19Speaker 4: seven years old and making money in this crypto space.
- 14:22Speaker 4: So you know, and anybody wondering like why from stocks
- 14:28Speaker 4: and bonds and you muse your phons and ETFs to
- 14:31Speaker 4: like crypto we're gonna log into that as well. So
- 14:35Speaker 4: first let's do some basic work, right. What is the
- 14:38Speaker 4: blockchain For anyone who does not know, the blockchain is
- 14:41Speaker 4: a distributed database that is shared amongst the noose of
- 14:43Speaker 4: a computer network. As a database, a blockchain stores information
- 14:47Speaker 4: electronically and digital format. Blockchains are best known for their
- 14:50Speaker 4: crucial role in cryptocurrency systems such as Bitcoin, ethereum, et cetera,
- 14:54Speaker 4: for maintaining a secure and decentralized record of transactions. The
- 14:58Speaker 4: innovation of a blockchain is that it guarantees the fidelity
- 15:01Speaker 4: and security of a record of data and generates trust
- 15:04Speaker 4: without the need for a trusted third party. The key
- 15:07Speaker 4: takeaway from that, all of that is fancy talk to
- 15:09Speaker 4: say it is a very transparent ledger that cannot be manipulated. Now,
- 15:14Speaker 4: of course, there's always that person who's like, everything can
- 15:17Speaker 4: have some kind of a glitch, and what if the
- 15:19Speaker 4: blockchain is down. I mean, the way it was explained
- 15:22Speaker 4: to me and the way it's been taught to the
- 15:24Speaker 4: world is that they are backup to the backup to
- 15:26Speaker 4: the backup of the blockchain, and the way they have
- 15:29Speaker 4: their system set up to make it almost virtually impossible
- 15:33Speaker 4: to manipulate the original blockchain. Now there are sub blockchains
- 15:37Speaker 4: like Polygon Network has its own blockchain, Ethereum has its
- 15:40Speaker 4: own blockchain, and there are other Solana has its own blockchain,
- 15:44Speaker 4: and I'm going to show you some of these in
- 15:45Speaker 4: writing so you can know the spelling. But those subs,
- 15:48Speaker 4: sometimes you might hear about hackers affecting it, or you
- 15:51Speaker 4: might hear something like you know, Sheba, there was a
- 15:55Speaker 4: whole big drama where they were their numbers didn't add up,
- 15:59Speaker 4: and then were saying, okay, well we're now we're going
- 16:01Speaker 4: to look at the blockchain to see what's happening. And
- 16:04Speaker 4: this is what's really exciting about the blockchain is the
- 16:06Speaker 4: fact that anyone who says, like, let's say it was Ethereum,
- 16:10Speaker 4: who's just using imaginary numbers. If Ethereum had one million printed, right,
- 16:15Speaker 4: and let's say they said, oh, Ethereum only has one
- 16:17Speaker 4: million coins, and seven hundred thousand of those coins have
- 16:19Speaker 4: been sold. Now imagine when they say that seven hundred
- 16:22Speaker 4: thousand of their coins have been sold, you were to
- 16:25Speaker 4: turn around and you would realize that all seven hundred
- 16:29Speaker 4: thousand of those coins were owned by two people. The
- 16:31Speaker 4: problem with that is circulation and supply and demand and
- 16:35Speaker 4: barter system, right, because if you think about it using
- 16:38Speaker 4: the blockchain, if only two people own it, if you
- 16:41Speaker 4: decide to sell your tokens and you come in as
- 16:43Speaker 4: that third person, you only have two people to barter with,
- 16:46Speaker 4: which means if they decide they don't want to give
- 16:48Speaker 4: you a lot of money for your tokens, those people
- 16:51Speaker 4: can then now decide to kind of tell you whatever
- 16:55Speaker 4: press they want to, just like in art or whatever
- 16:57Speaker 4: you have in real life barter system apply and demand.
- 17:00Speaker 4: If there's only five of them and they own four,
- 17:03Speaker 4: and you want one of the four that they own,
- 17:05Speaker 4: who are you really negotiating with? They can charge you
- 17:07Speaker 4: whatever price, and if you really want it bad enough,
- 17:10Speaker 4: you will buy at that price or sell it at
- 17:12Speaker 4: that price or however low their low volume. And so
- 17:15Speaker 4: when you look at the blockchain now, instead of believing
- 17:18Speaker 4: what they're telling you, you can kind of look at
- 17:20Speaker 4: wallet addresses and different things to verify how much of
- 17:23Speaker 4: a supply is there? Are there a lot of people
- 17:25Speaker 4: purchasing this particular item, rather it's a token, you know,
- 17:28Speaker 4: a cryptotoken or an NFT piece of art. You know,
- 17:32Speaker 4: who are the actual holders. And so recently we saw
- 17:35Speaker 4: something with I think it was Milania Trump where she
- 17:39Speaker 4: created a quote unquote ENFT and when the Trump women
- 17:43Speaker 4: created this NFT, she said that they're more a majority
- 17:45Speaker 4: of them were sold out, and when they dug into it,
- 17:48Speaker 4: they realized it was the same corporations who purchased a
- 17:52Speaker 4: majority of them and when using the wallet addresses, and
- 17:56Speaker 4: then by then they were able to call her out
- 17:58Speaker 4: on the fact that she didn't act we sell the
- 18:00Speaker 4: amount that she said she was claiming to have sold upfront.
- 18:04Speaker 4: And so that kind of hyperinflation, like let's say, if
- 18:06Speaker 4: it happens in the stock market other places, sometimes they
- 18:09Speaker 4: might take a little bit longer, you know, to be
- 18:13Speaker 4: able to call somebody out on it.
- 18:14Speaker 6: Right.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Sometimes they might not be able to know something like that,
- 18:17Speaker 4: you know, quarterly, or you might find out annually at
- 18:20Speaker 4: the end of the year.
- 18:21Speaker 3: You know.
- 18:21Speaker 4: Sometimes you see buybacks when a company's purchasing their own
- 18:25Speaker 4: stocks to raise the price and help more investors interest it,
- 18:28Speaker 4: or just purchase more of their actual regain more of
- 18:32Speaker 4: the power of their company. When these things are happening,
- 18:34Speaker 4: it's nice to have that full transparency and so on
- 18:37Speaker 4: that note, we're going to move on plats blockchain and
- 18:40Speaker 4: show you, you know, some of their explorers. So the sites.
- 18:44Speaker 4: Let's say right now, you purchase something and you have
- 18:47Speaker 4: something called a wallet address. That wallet address would then
- 18:50Speaker 4: allow everyone to see the transactions that you're making on
- 18:53Speaker 4: a blockchain. And so, for instance, for all of the blockchains,
- 18:57Speaker 4: you can go to block scan and you put in
- 18:59Speaker 4: a wallet address and it would show you everything from Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche.
- 19:03Speaker 4: To list continues. If you're purchasing things and doing transactions
- 19:06Speaker 4: on the Ethereum network. Let's say if it was Ethereum
- 19:09Speaker 4: on meta mask, which is a wallet, then you would
- 19:12Speaker 4: notice ether scan dot io. Now you have binance, bscs scan,
- 19:17Speaker 4: bscscan dot com, Polygon is polygon scan dot com, Avalanche
- 19:22Speaker 4: is snow trace dot io, Solana is so scanned at io,
- 19:26Speaker 4: Bitcoin is blockchain dot info. At least that's one of
- 19:28Speaker 4: the locations blockchain wise that you can verify certain transactions.
- 19:32Speaker 4: This is also important because imagine if you purchase something
- 19:36Speaker 4: and it doesn't come through, then using the blockchain, you
- 19:40Speaker 4: can verify who sent it who, if it was purchased,
- 19:43Speaker 4: did you send it to the right wallet address? Verify
- 19:45Speaker 4: if a website is a real website, or if someone
- 19:49Speaker 4: says that they only created one thousand of a particular
- 19:51Speaker 4: piece of art, you can verify if that's true or not.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Once again at the end of this if anyone has
- 19:57Speaker 4: any questions, feel free to raise your hands, and you
- 20:00Speaker 4: know the guys who put a call upon you. For
- 20:03Speaker 4: some blockchain verification sites, check out coin market cap, coin,
- 20:06Speaker 4: get go coindesk Coin, telegraph coin, coin Coin. I know,
- 20:10Speaker 4: but these are just some sites that, especially like if
- 20:13Speaker 4: you're more introed, really cool now when you start to
- 20:16Speaker 4: really dig into it, there starts like Medium, where it's
- 20:19Speaker 4: a platform where a lot of crypto people will do
- 20:23Speaker 4: articles and talk about different things like such as Wi
- 20:26Speaker 4: Fi mining when they're using crypto instead of using actual
- 20:29Speaker 4: like actual computer tower and things of that nature, which
- 20:33Speaker 4: means you could then Wi fi mine like anywhere in
- 20:35Speaker 4: the world and bring your minor with you, and there's
- 20:38Speaker 4: just so many other hacks that you can utilize. But
- 20:40Speaker 4: be mindful on Medium, some of these articles are not verified,
- 20:44Speaker 4: which means that if it's not a verified article, you
- 20:47Speaker 4: might have someone who is a hacker who might put
- 20:49Speaker 4: out for this information to be very careful and always
- 20:52Speaker 4: double check what you're looking at. And just for anyone
- 20:56Speaker 4: who's never seen the blockchain, this is what like Etherium's
- 20:58Speaker 4: blockchain looks like. And so the blockchain explore for ethereum.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Right here, you put your wallet address in, or if
- 21:04Speaker 4: you did a transaction, it might be like a hash
- 21:07Speaker 4: or anything of that nature. And when you see this,
- 21:09Speaker 4: e NS to give you an example that everyone here
- 21:13Speaker 4: has a name virtual name that you could potentially purchase.
- 21:16Speaker 4: So like let's say right now, my name is Jaitali, right,
- 21:19Speaker 4: so then if you put in guitar that et you'd
- 21:22Speaker 4: be able to go here and see that I own
- 21:24Speaker 4: my name in this metaverse for ethereum. Anything that is
- 21:28Speaker 4: purchased Ethereum. People can send me payments using my name,
- 21:32Speaker 4: and I purchase my name in every variation. In case
- 21:34Speaker 4: a hacker was going to try to like purchase one
- 21:37Speaker 4: of the variations I don't have and try to convince
- 21:40Speaker 4: people it's me and accept money on my behalf. And
- 21:43Speaker 4: so be very mindful if you're entering this space. Two things.
- 21:47Speaker 4: When people know your name, they can a purchase these things.
- 21:51Speaker 4: These like you your online identity. So there's places like
- 21:55Speaker 4: you know ens, app do e ands, dot domains. Then
- 21:58Speaker 4: there's also a bunch of different platforms that you can
- 22:03Speaker 4: look at, and I would definitely tell you, like before
- 22:06Speaker 4: you start to do anything online and using these tokens
- 22:10Speaker 4: ow your online identity and so but once again, anyone
- 22:14Speaker 4: could look up your transactions using your name if you
- 22:16Speaker 4: do so, you might want to have one that's very
- 22:19Speaker 4: private and that everyone knows, and you might have a
- 22:21Speaker 4: public one, but the one that is public, please be
- 22:23Speaker 4: careful to make sure that you don't actually allow people
- 22:29Speaker 4: you don't do transactions with the one that is public.
- 22:31Speaker 4: And what I mean by that is you shouldn't be
- 22:33Speaker 4: signing for things and giving hackers potentially access to your
- 22:37Speaker 4: wallet address. And so that's something that if you guys
- 22:40Speaker 4: want to understand more about cybersecurity, I might give you
- 22:42Speaker 4: guys some more tips later on, but if you have
- 22:45Speaker 4: any questions specifically, please feel free to reach out to me.
- 22:51Speaker 4: And now, oh as well, please notice that once again
- 22:54Speaker 4: everything here it shows you like the marketcap, and most
- 22:57Speaker 4: of the blockchains will do something similar. Exchange hot and
- 23:01Speaker 4: cold wallets. What is a crypto exchange? A crypto exchange
- 23:04Speaker 4: is a platform in which you can buy and sell crypto.
- 23:07Speaker 4: You can use exchanges to trade one crypto for another,
- 23:09Speaker 4: converting like bitcoin to light point for example, or to
- 23:12Speaker 4: buy a crypto using regular currency like the US dollar.
- 23:15Speaker 4: Most of those have like a password and two step
- 23:18Speaker 4: identification and verifications. What are hot and cold crypto wallets?
- 23:23Speaker 4: A hot wallet is connected to the internet and could
- 23:25Speaker 4: be vulnerable to online attacks, which could lead to stolen funds,
- 23:29Speaker 4: but it's faster and makes it easier to trade or
- 23:31Speaker 4: spend crypto. And a cold wallet is typically not connected
- 23:34Speaker 4: to the internet, so while it may be more secure,
- 23:36Speaker 4: it's less convenient a hot for many people. But if
- 23:41Speaker 4: it's something where it's like let's say you purchase a
- 23:43Speaker 4: full bitcoin and you want it, you didn't want to
- 23:45Speaker 4: leave it online, you would put it onto like your
- 23:47Speaker 4: cold wallet, which means it's offline, and so once again,
- 23:50Speaker 4: hot is an online wallet, cold is an offline wallet.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Some two major hot online wallets are MetaMask dot Io,
- 23:58Speaker 4: which is predominantly eat their tokens, and then Phantom, that
- 24:02Speaker 4: app which is Solana's marketplace. So two of those those
- 24:05Speaker 4: two right that are very popular. There was a fake
- 24:10Speaker 4: Solana platform called Phantom with an f A and t
- 24:13Speaker 4: o M that was circulating at one point. So it's
- 24:16Speaker 4: just be careful. Those websites come up and they come down.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Just be careful that you're on a real site once again,
- 24:22Speaker 4: you can use a lot of the blockchain or websites
- 24:24Speaker 4: like corn market cap or coin get go to verify
- 24:27Speaker 4: these things. Now, when it comes to cold ledgers, wallets,
- 24:31Speaker 4: you can look at like Ledger, nano x and Treasure.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Those are two of the most popular ones right now
- 24:38Speaker 4: that a lot of people utilize. Now, another thing I
- 24:41Speaker 4: also want you guys to understand about the exchanges. One
- 24:45Speaker 4: of the tricks that idea when it comes to exchanges
- 24:47Speaker 4: is that I might use a popular exchange like Gemini,
- 24:51Speaker 4: Coinbase or crypto dot com to purchase my tokens me
- 24:56Speaker 4: and then you can push them over to major wallet
- 24:59Speaker 4: such as the Metama for phantom and then when interested
- 25:02Speaker 4: in purchasing identities, sometimes just purchasing and using an exchange
- 25:06Speaker 4: because sometimes lower your gas fies. So like coinbase has
- 25:09Speaker 4: a coin base pro and the gas fees are lower.
- 25:11Speaker 4: One of the negative things about exchanges, which a lot
- 25:14Speaker 4: of people don't like one is that with a lot
- 25:17Speaker 4: of these exchanges, it's harder to remain anonymous because they
- 25:20Speaker 4: want to have a picture of your ID and all
- 25:22Speaker 4: kinds of verification. And one of the cool things about
- 25:25Speaker 4: a lot of these wallets, like the Metal Mask of
- 25:28Speaker 4: the World and Fantom of the World is that if
- 25:30Speaker 4: you never wanted to upload your ID, you potentially could,
- 25:33Speaker 4: but just be limited as to how much of your
- 25:34Speaker 4: money you can pull out at a time. I think
- 25:36Speaker 4: the average is twenty five bigcoin, and so right now
- 25:39Speaker 4: I think Bigcoin's a thirty nine thousand. So if you're
- 25:42Speaker 4: not pulling out twenty five times that nine thousand, you're
- 25:46Speaker 4: basically fine and you can pull out your money at
- 25:48Speaker 4: your leisure. But keep in mind that you know, once again,
- 25:52Speaker 4: when you're looking at your wallets and your exchanges, your
- 25:55Speaker 4: exchange has a regular password, and one of the most
- 25:58Speaker 4: important things to think about when it comes wallet is
- 26:00Speaker 4: that you get a private key and a recovery phrase.
- 26:03Speaker 4: Those things two things are so important to not lose
- 26:07Speaker 4: one and two. If you lose them, you lose access
- 26:10Speaker 4: to your money a majority of the times. So like
- 26:13Speaker 4: rather it's meta mask or an external cold wallet like
- 26:18Speaker 4: the Legendano or Treasure. Oftentimes I would hear people say,
- 26:22Speaker 4: oh my god, I heard someone lost access to all
- 26:24Speaker 4: their bitcoin. What happened? Well, sometimes they might just forget
- 26:27Speaker 4: what their private key was, or they might lose the
- 26:30Speaker 4: physical cold wallet, which is remember once again that external wallet.
- 26:34Speaker 4: It looks like a chip, and I'm going to show
- 26:35Speaker 4: you guys what it looks like. It looks like a
- 26:36Speaker 4: hard drive. And so if you lose that, you lose
- 26:39Speaker 4: the money that is on there. So please keep in
- 26:42Speaker 4: mind that if you go on to do that, you
- 26:45Speaker 4: want to be very very mindful of what you're doing.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Another thing I will say, when I was spoken about
- 26:51Speaker 4: domain names and where you can purchase your online identity,
- 26:54Speaker 4: I almost forgot unstoppable domains. So unstoppable doomains dot com
- 26:59Speaker 4: allows you to see with your wallet your email address.
- 27:02Speaker 4: And although E and S domains only allows you to
- 27:04Speaker 4: utilize ethereum and a wallet to purchase, you can actually
- 27:09Speaker 4: use a credit card to purchase on unstoppable domains and
- 27:12Speaker 4: purchase your name. And so that's where you get like
- 27:15Speaker 4: your dot crypto or your dot bitcoin or like a
- 27:18Speaker 4: you know, all these different domain names potential domain names
- 27:22Speaker 4: that are able that you're able to purchase, and why
- 27:24Speaker 4: are they so cool? Imagine you want to accept bitcoin
- 27:27Speaker 4: from a client, you can utilize that. And then there's
- 27:30Speaker 4: also web three websites that you can build on their
- 27:32Speaker 4: on their platforms, and the list continues. And unlike a
- 27:35Speaker 4: regular website, you don't have a monthly before. You don't
- 27:39Speaker 4: have to monthly pay or yearly pay to have your domain.
- 27:43Speaker 4: With Unstoppable domains, you purchase it one time and you're done,
- 27:47Speaker 4: whereas E and S domains, you do have a yearly
- 27:50Speaker 4: price and sometimes you have to do with gas fees,
- 27:52Speaker 4: which we'll talk about that later. Oh, I will say
- 27:58Speaker 4: one more things. Gemini sit here because lots of people
- 28:01Speaker 4: in the United States utilize it, but like let's say,
- 28:03Speaker 4: if you're in Europe, you might want to use like
- 28:05Speaker 4: cracking or something of that nature, or Binance. Me personally,
- 28:09Speaker 4: Binance is one of my favorite European wantes to utilize.
- 28:12Speaker 4: But one thing I will mention about Gemini is that
- 28:15Speaker 4: there are lots of bureaucracies and so there's things called
- 28:18Speaker 4: like cryptoir Ray accounts, where like let's say you right
- 28:21Speaker 4: now are investing in a four to one K, there
- 28:24Speaker 4: are different cryptoirah accounts like neighbors and a bers which
- 28:28Speaker 4: will allow you to invest into crypto tax free, and
- 28:31Speaker 4: a lot of so neighbors has a relationship with Gemini.
- 28:34Speaker 4: And the thing about that is with Gemini, you know,
- 28:38Speaker 4: what you'll notice is that sometimes there's a lock on
- 28:41Speaker 4: the account where you have to actually send them an
- 28:44Speaker 4: email to release and give yourself permission to push money
- 28:47Speaker 4: over to a wallet, and then you have to be
- 28:50Speaker 4: mindful to not commingle funds and things of that nature.
- 28:53Speaker 4: But it's honestly, it sounds a little bit more intimidating
- 28:55Speaker 4: than it actually is. But I would say once again,
- 28:58Speaker 4: there are a lot of crypto iras accounts that are
- 29:00Speaker 4: popping up nowadays that are really good. And imagine investing
- 29:04Speaker 4: in crypto tax free which are four one K and
- 29:07Speaker 4: you know five twenty nine or whatever other plans or
- 29:09Speaker 4: sefiras and things of that nature. And so that is
- 29:13Speaker 4: that's something I don't know about the five twenty nine yet,
- 29:16Speaker 4: but I do know if like your sefra and you
- 29:19Speaker 4: know other plans rather you're a teacher or regular person,
- 29:23Speaker 4: these are things that you can be doing to invest
- 29:25Speaker 4: tax free into crypto. So with that said, just keep
- 29:28Speaker 4: that in mind as well. Oh and I do not
- 29:32Speaker 4: like coinbase as wallet as of right now, I feel
- 29:35Speaker 4: like their fees are astronomical and they don't do enough
- 29:38Speaker 4: to mitigate those fees. But at that end, I know
- 29:41Speaker 4: that using like multiple platforms to always find supposedly the
- 29:44Speaker 4: cheapest fee, but I've had fees that were higher on
- 29:46Speaker 4: coin based wallet per se. So once again, although coinbased
- 29:50Speaker 4: has its own wallet, I might use their exchange, but
- 29:52Speaker 4: I might not use their wallet, especially because I like
- 29:54Speaker 4: to remain as anonymous as possible. One thing I want
- 29:58Speaker 4: to shout out to Binance and let anyone in the
- 30:00Speaker 4: United States no, or if you're visiting the US and
- 30:03Speaker 4: you live someplace like in Europe or Africa and using Binance,
- 30:06Speaker 4: please keep in mind this little note right here that
- 30:08Speaker 4: says finance is unable to provide services in the US
- 30:11Speaker 4: et cetera, et cetera. If you're not using a VPN.
- 30:15Speaker 4: One of the things that might happen is that they
- 30:17Speaker 4: might shut down your account and think that, like, especially
- 30:19Speaker 4: if you're just visiting the US, they might think that
- 30:21Speaker 4: you're American, and you know the Binance that US platform
- 30:25Speaker 4: is not. As in my opinion, I don't love it
- 30:28Speaker 4: as much as I like the European version of Binance.
- 30:31Speaker 4: It has way more trades, the fees are lower. The
- 30:34Speaker 4: list continues. But if you're visiting the United States or
- 30:37Speaker 4: if you live in the United States, I'm not saying
- 30:39Speaker 4: to do anything crazy, but if you do use a VPN,
- 30:42Speaker 4: just be mindful that you might want to have your
- 30:43Speaker 4: VPN station and like Spain or someplace else, because if
- 30:46Speaker 4: the station in the United States, they will lock you down.
- 30:49Speaker 4: And one of my friends who used to work for
- 30:51Speaker 4: Binance let me know this hack, which was that Finance
- 30:55Speaker 4: has computers basically searching to see if a person's IP
- 30:59Speaker 4: address minute was in Spain and then two hours later
- 31:02Speaker 4: was like in France, and then like three hours later
- 31:05Speaker 4: is in like Germany, and then back to Spain in
- 31:06Speaker 4: one day, and so it would automatically unwhiteenss to you.
- 31:09Speaker 4: So be mindful of what you're doing and the hats
- 31:12Speaker 4: that you're doing in this space. And then just for
- 31:18Speaker 4: anybody who didn't know, this is what meta masks that
- 31:20Speaker 4: io looks like their platform. I mentioned it because it
- 31:24Speaker 4: is one of the most utilized for a lot of
- 31:27Speaker 4: my clients and people when it comes to wallets and so,
- 31:30Speaker 4: and meta mask is an online wallet AKAA hot wallet
- 31:34Speaker 4: and so you can add multiple networks. And then on
- 31:38Speaker 4: the left right here you see Phantom and so Phantom
- 31:41Speaker 4: once again is Solana's number one wallet. And so if
- 31:44Speaker 4: you're on Magic Eating and different websites like that, you know,
- 31:47Speaker 4: that's something to also keep in mind that you can utilize.
- 31:50Speaker 4: Now there's a moon and one other like exchanges that
- 31:55Speaker 4: people are utilizing that are great. But you know, so
- 31:59Speaker 4: that's just something I would definitely tell you about as well.
- 32:02Speaker 4: And somebody said trader Joe, shout out to trader Joe,
- 32:05Speaker 4: it has it does I have seen the gas fees
- 32:08Speaker 4: on it, but not so many people utilize it. And
- 32:10Speaker 4: one thing I will say is I've noticed in this
- 32:12Speaker 4: space for a lot of exchanges that sometimes hackers will
- 32:16Speaker 4: try to go after the ones people don't utilize as
- 32:18Speaker 4: much or don't know about, or there's you know, an
- 32:20Speaker 4: infiltration point and then after that happens, they up their
- 32:24Speaker 4: security even further. And so there's a million more, but
- 32:29Speaker 4: you know, you gotta get the point. So crypto what
- 32:33Speaker 4: is crypto? Crypto is a digital currency designed to work
- 32:36Speaker 4: as a medium of exchange through a computer network that
- 32:39Speaker 4: is not reliant on any central authority such as a
- 32:41Speaker 4: government or bank to uphold or maintain it. Individual coin
- 32:46Speaker 4: ownership records are stored in a digital block in digital blockchains,
- 32:49Speaker 4: and so it's really cool about crypto in a sense.
- 32:51Speaker 4: It's like this big virtual barter system. And so if
- 32:55Speaker 4: you're one of those people who really enjoyed like this
- 32:58Speaker 4: crypto space, and you're noticing, like, why are these people
- 33:02Speaker 4: like so excited about crypto, it's honestly the fact that
- 33:05Speaker 4: one is still as of right now decentralized finance. Right,
- 33:08Speaker 4: so it's DeFi, which means that it's not on a
- 33:11Speaker 4: regular bank account. You can watch everything that's happening, you
- 33:15Speaker 4: see the crypto tokens. Now, are there positives and negatives? Yes,
- 33:18Speaker 4: we're going to tackle some of those today, but just
- 33:22Speaker 4: be mindful that, of course, anything that is out there
- 33:27Speaker 4: in the world, virtual or not, there are going to
- 33:29Speaker 4: be certain, you know, moments where you have to be
- 33:32Speaker 4: mindful of where you're investing, who you're investing with, who
- 33:35Speaker 4: are you following? Is a blockchain up to par you know?
- 33:39Speaker 4: What are you on? So what are gas fees? We
- 33:42Speaker 4: tear about gas fees a lot in the crypto space.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Gas fees refers to the fee or pricing value required
- 33:47Speaker 4: to successfully conduct a transaction or execute a contract on
- 33:51Speaker 4: the Ethereum blockchain platform. Using Ethereum for the major example
- 33:55Speaker 4: right now. Price in small fractions of cryptocurrency, for example,
- 33:58Speaker 4: will use Ethereum, commonly refer to its way and sometimes
- 34:01Speaker 4: also called a nano eve. The gas is used to
- 34:04Speaker 4: allocate resources of the Ethereum virtual machine so that decentralized
- 34:08Speaker 4: applications such as smart contracts can self execute and a
- 34:12Speaker 4: secured but decentralized fashion. The exact price of the gas
- 34:15Speaker 4: is determined by supplying demand between the network's miners, who
- 34:19Speaker 4: can decline to process a transaction if the gas price
- 34:21Speaker 4: does not meet their threshold, and user of the users
- 34:24Speaker 4: of the network who seek processing power. It is basically
- 34:28Speaker 4: a taxed to have your transaction process first. So the
- 34:31Speaker 4: wag thing about a gas fee is that it's not
- 34:33Speaker 4: money that goes towards your transactions. Is basically like a
- 34:37Speaker 4: tax that you processes your transactions first. And now what
- 34:42Speaker 4: I want you guys to understand about that. The wag
- 34:44Speaker 4: thing about that is that, especially like Ethereum network, one
- 34:47Speaker 4: of the major issues that they were having was that
- 34:50Speaker 4: they had some astronomical once again gas fees. And so
- 34:53Speaker 4: even with my crypto hedge fund, when I was operating
- 34:56Speaker 4: it specifically on the Ethereum network, at one point one
- 34:59Speaker 4: of my clients is going to put five thousand dollars
- 35:01Speaker 4: into the fund, and her gas fee because she was
- 35:03Speaker 4: in California, was seven hundred and fifty dollars. And so
- 35:07Speaker 4: when I noticed that, I was like m It made
- 35:09Speaker 4: me hesitant and made me not really want to mess
- 35:11Speaker 4: with the Ethereum network. But then there's a company called
- 35:15Speaker 4: Polygon that was able to create a subdivision underneath the
- 35:18Speaker 4: Ethereum network, and they create they strike the deal with Ethereum,
- 35:23Speaker 4: and so what their deal was, Hey, we'll help you with,
- 35:26Speaker 4: you know, mitigating your gas fees and instead, you know,
- 35:29Speaker 4: we'll take away some of your the pressure from your
- 35:32Speaker 4: clients and how many people are doing transactions. And when
- 35:35Speaker 4: they decided to do that, Ethereum said, hey, we'll take
- 35:37Speaker 4: you on. But the stipulation is that it has to
- 35:40Speaker 4: take seven to fifteen minutes to bridge over to your side,
- 35:43Speaker 4: and if you're pushing back money from the Polygon network
- 35:47Speaker 4: back to the Etherium network, it has to take thirty
- 35:49Speaker 4: minutes or three hours. And because they knew a lot
- 35:51Speaker 4: of people aren't disciplined or have the patience to wait
- 35:54Speaker 4: that long, and we'll end up still paying a higher
- 35:57Speaker 4: gas fee. Now, why is that so amazing or big?
- 36:00Speaker 4: Imagine on a Polygon network when now that my crypto
- 36:03Speaker 4: hedge fund is on the Polygon network. To give you
- 36:05Speaker 4: an example, we were able to, Like I had a
- 36:08Speaker 4: client who was six thousand dollars into the fund and
- 36:10Speaker 4: they only paid thirty two dollars in taxes and that
- 36:13Speaker 4: was I mean in gas fees. And that was at
- 36:16Speaker 4: a time of day where literally it was really bad
- 36:20Speaker 4: and they were in a city where there were a
- 36:21Speaker 4: lot of transactions happening. And then I had another client
- 36:24Speaker 4: who did ten thousand, and that client, because of where
- 36:27Speaker 4: they were located and how many people were on a network,
- 36:30Speaker 4: only paid ten cents for their transaction. And so from
- 36:34Speaker 4: one hundred dollars on average to ten cents is a
- 36:37Speaker 4: very big difference, and you're saving so much money now.
- 36:41Speaker 4: Something you're also going to hear about in a crypto
- 36:43Speaker 4: space is called staking. Staking is a purcess of blocking
- 36:46Speaker 4: of crypto holdings in order to obtain rewards or earn interests.
- 36:50Speaker 4: Cryptocurrencies are built with blockchain technology in which crypto transactions
- 36:53Speaker 4: are verified and the resulting data is stalled on the blockchain.
- 36:56Speaker 4: Of course, right, we just mentioned that, But why is
- 36:58Speaker 4: staking so cool? And if you had your money in
- 37:00Speaker 4: a regular bank account, there are regular bank accounts that
- 37:04Speaker 4: are giving you point zero three the points are a
- 37:06Speaker 4: nine percent. Now you take that a little bit further.
- 37:09Speaker 4: We start teaching you guys about things like credit unions. Right, So,
- 37:13Speaker 4: I remember in one of my past EYL classes, I
- 37:16Speaker 4: was telling people like, oh, you know, especially when it
- 37:18Speaker 4: comes to Red State, I like, just, you know, shout
- 37:20Speaker 4: out Navy Federal because I felt like they as a
- 37:22Speaker 4: credit union in the United States, they had some really
- 37:25Speaker 4: competitive rates and they had some of the best you know,
- 37:29Speaker 4: zero point five point six percent. Sometimes these credit unions
- 37:32Speaker 4: will give point six percent to your on your savings account.
- 37:35Speaker 4: And then, of course you take it a step further.
- 37:37Speaker 4: If you have a high network HMW account, you're getting
- 37:41Speaker 4: more money towards your account. So now if you want
- 37:45Speaker 4: to make fourth percent per year and a situation like that,
- 37:49Speaker 4: you would have maybe like a mutual fund and you
- 37:51Speaker 4: might be getting you know, full percent two on average
- 37:54Speaker 4: twenty nine percent and a really good mutual on average.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Now you take that some of those really good ones
- 38:02Speaker 4: are volatile in those stop market world. But then you
- 38:05Speaker 4: might say, you know what, I don't like the way
- 38:06Speaker 4: the stop market is moving, or you might not want
- 38:08Speaker 4: even have any stocks right now. You can enter the
- 38:11Speaker 4: crypto space, and in staking you might get a stable
- 38:14Speaker 4: coin that is USDC. To give you an example, and
- 38:17Speaker 4: we're gonna talk more about what a stable coin is,
- 38:19Speaker 4: but imagine having a coin that even if the crypto
- 38:22Speaker 4: market goes up or down, it's the same dollar ratio
- 38:25Speaker 4: of like the US dollar and like a tether USDT.
- 38:28Speaker 4: And then in that particular token, they might tell you
- 38:31Speaker 4: if you put five thousand dollars of your money and
- 38:33Speaker 4: converted to USDT, will allow you to have six percent
- 38:37Speaker 4: profit on your money yearly. And so staking you lock
- 38:40Speaker 4: up your money and they give you a percentage as
- 38:42Speaker 4: a thank you. Now, are there volatile stakes? Yes, there
- 38:45Speaker 4: are some that might give you one thousand percent or
- 38:47Speaker 4: three hundred percent profit for a year, but the volatility
- 38:50Speaker 4: in that is some of the majority of the ones
- 38:53Speaker 4: that are giving you more money, they might have a
- 38:56Speaker 4: token that is going up and down in value, which means,
- 38:59Speaker 4: like to give an example, there's one called looks Rare.
- 39:02Speaker 4: Looks Rar. Now Looks Rare had a bump. They were
- 39:07Speaker 4: doing this air drop, they were doing so many things
- 39:09Speaker 4: because they were competing with this company called open c
- 39:12Speaker 4: and now they're token at one point was like five dollars,
- 39:14Speaker 4: six dollars per share, and then when the market started
- 39:17Speaker 4: pulling back, Looks Rare dropped all the way down, right
- 39:22Speaker 4: all the way down to like one dollar per share.
- 39:26Speaker 4: So if you had purchased looks Rare at six dollars
- 39:30Speaker 4: or five dollars and then it pulls all the way
- 39:33Speaker 4: back down to one dollar and you had that steak,
- 39:35Speaker 4: keep in mind now the value of what you had
- 39:37Speaker 4: steak has gone down, and so sometimes it could be
- 39:41Speaker 4: a good thing, it could be a bad thing. But
- 39:43Speaker 4: one of the safest ways to steak, like let's say
- 39:46Speaker 4: four percent or six percent, would be a stable coin
- 39:49Speaker 4: that does not go up or down with the US dollar.
- 39:52Speaker 4: And if it does, let's say the US dollar stays
- 39:54Speaker 4: at one dollar, a company like die Dai will only
- 39:58Speaker 4: go down to zero point nine to nine, and so
- 40:00Speaker 4: technically speaking, you're barely losing anything on your money. And
- 40:04Speaker 4: so that is one of the coolest, most gangster things
- 40:06Speaker 4: about staking. Now somebody's asking about Ada Cardinal keep in
- 40:10Speaker 4: mind once again Cardinal A B A AKA is the
- 40:14Speaker 4: name of that token that is a token that fluctuates
- 40:18Speaker 4: in value. So once again, they might tell you they're
- 40:20Speaker 4: going to give you six percent stake per year apy
- 40:24Speaker 4: or something of that nature if you leave your money
- 40:26Speaker 4: in there. But if the value that token does not
- 40:28Speaker 4: go up in value and it goes down in value,
- 40:30Speaker 4: once again, you're going back to the volatility of this
- 40:33Speaker 4: particular fund or token has to do a certain level
- 40:36Speaker 4: of performance in order for you to actually see a profit,
- 40:40Speaker 4: and if it's not doing as well, not performing as well,
- 40:43Speaker 4: you're losing money. So just keep that in mind when
- 40:45Speaker 4: it comes to staking. So different kinds of crypto. We
- 40:49Speaker 4: have mean coins, we have stable and shout out to
- 40:52Speaker 4: anyone who's mentioning Hex. By the way, that was one
- 40:55Speaker 4: of the first ways I made one of my clients
- 40:57Speaker 4: a millionaire from Hex and you know, so it's definitely
- 41:00Speaker 4: a talken to always keep you know, watching in my opinion,
- 41:03Speaker 4: professional opinion, not telling you to go my heads. Definitely,
- 41:07Speaker 4: I'm just saying that it's had some really good happy
- 41:09Speaker 4: days and so now different kinds of crypto. We have
- 41:13Speaker 4: mean coins like doge, Sheeba, etc. Right, so there are
- 41:18Speaker 4: pros and coms of mean coin. What is a mean
- 41:20Speaker 4: crypto code coin. It's a coin that only has hype
- 41:23Speaker 4: because of the fact that a lot of people are
- 41:25Speaker 4: purchasing that coin and a lot of people are just
- 41:28Speaker 4: talking about it. They're purchasing it not for a good reason,
- 41:31Speaker 4: not because the circulation supply, but it might be because
- 41:34Speaker 4: a celebrity said, you know, I love this coin, it's
- 41:36Speaker 4: my favorite coin. Meanwhile, sometimes those celebrities might not even
- 41:40Speaker 4: understand the tokens, or they might just have received some
- 41:43Speaker 4: for free and they might only be shouting it out
- 41:45Speaker 4: because they received a payment to do so. To be
- 41:48Speaker 4: very mindful and always doing your research. Now, certain coins
- 41:51Speaker 4: like Sheba, even though they might have been a mean
- 41:54Speaker 4: coin that started because of a cute little dog and
- 41:57Speaker 4: because people liked it. One of the cool things about
- 42:00Speaker 4: what happened with Sheba, right is the fact that they're
- 42:03Speaker 4: now starting to do things to try to create utility
- 42:06Speaker 4: and the community is very strong. There's something in a
- 42:08Speaker 4: crypto space called fud. FUD It stands for fear, uncertainty
- 42:12Speaker 4: and doubt and that has been the killer a lot
- 42:15Speaker 4: of crypto and en of tease in this space. It's
- 42:18Speaker 4: like people who are like, oh, they made one mistake
- 42:20Speaker 4: or this happened, it's never going to do well, and
- 42:22Speaker 4: then it spreads in the community. And with Shiba, I've
- 42:26Speaker 4: noticed that there's been Kishnu, there's been a kid that
- 42:29Speaker 4: there's been all these tokens, and like people be like, oh,
- 42:31Speaker 4: I love this token, and then you know, for two
- 42:35Speaker 4: seconds they love it, and then before you know it,
- 42:36Speaker 4: the no one's talking about it, and it's like a
- 42:39Speaker 4: pumping up or a rug pull. And so with Shiba,
- 42:41Speaker 4: they're like constantly like we still love our token, we
- 42:44Speaker 4: go hard for our community, and they're doing a lot
- 42:46Speaker 4: of things to try to remain relevant. I'm not telling
- 42:48Speaker 4: you to buy Sheba, but what I would say about
- 42:50Speaker 4: mean coin is this, if you have money that you
- 42:53Speaker 4: spend such as you know, you go to dinner and
- 42:57Speaker 4: you spend one hundred dollars on that dinner. It might
- 42:59Speaker 4: just be one time meal, but you were comfortable spending
- 43:01Speaker 4: that money. That play money that you just utilized could
- 43:04Speaker 4: be your play money that you put into a mime
- 43:06Speaker 4: coin like Cheapa, where it's like if it does fail
- 43:09Speaker 4: and you don't really get anything out of it. Cool,
- 43:11Speaker 4: you tried, but if it doesn't fail and it does
- 43:14Speaker 4: very well, then you know you made a nice, pretty
- 43:16Speaker 4: penny from it. And so that's something to keep in
- 43:18Speaker 4: mind as well when it comes to mime coins. But
- 43:20Speaker 4: like you know, people like Elon Musk, he's you know,
- 43:23Speaker 4: he's discussed dosee and wollsay stuff like baby dose who
- 43:26Speaker 4: do doo doo And the next thing you know, you'll
- 43:28Speaker 4: see everything spiking and it went up to like fifty
- 43:31Speaker 4: something cents, and then you'll notice it goes back down
- 43:33Speaker 4: now to like nineteen cents thirteen cents, And so just
- 43:36Speaker 4: be mindful that a mime coin could be very very
- 43:38Speaker 4: bort Now there are two kinds of stable coins. There's
- 43:41Speaker 4: a dollar to dollar ratio like USD T USDC and
- 43:44Speaker 4: died DAI to give an example, which means, once again,
- 43:48Speaker 4: if you took ten thousand dollars in USD and you
- 43:52Speaker 4: converted that money to USDC, right, it would be ten
- 43:56Speaker 4: thousand dollars, and if crypto was crashing or crypto's going up,
- 44:00Speaker 4: it would remain at exactly ten thousand dollars. Now, when
- 44:05Speaker 4: it comes to die to give an example, I did
- 44:06Speaker 4: mention before that sometimes it goes down to zero point
- 44:09Speaker 4: ninety nine, and so that's like the worst it does.
- 44:11Speaker 4: Once again is good. But some of the benefits of
- 44:14Speaker 4: that is, let's say you're doing buy and hold tactics.
- 44:17Speaker 4: One thing I do in my crypto hedge fund, I
- 44:19Speaker 4: bank profits and then I buy back in on the dip.
- 44:22Speaker 4: What does that mean? That means any one of you
- 44:24Speaker 4: can do that as well with your money. If you
- 44:26Speaker 4: notice that Etherium was at let's say four thousand and change,
- 44:31Speaker 4: and you start to notice it is drop three hundred
- 44:33Speaker 4: dollars or four hundred dollars in you're concerned, you can
- 44:35Speaker 4: take the profits that you have and converted to USDC
- 44:38Speaker 4: and then when Etherium bottoms out and goes down to
- 44:41Speaker 4: like twenty one hundred, nineteen hundred, whatever point you think
- 44:44Speaker 4: is going to kind of stabilize that, you can then
- 44:46Speaker 4: buy ethereum again. That means you would have banked all
- 44:49Speaker 4: your profits, and then as Etherum goes back up in value,
- 44:52Speaker 4: you're not able to get more profits from ethereum. This
- 44:56Speaker 4: is a technique that I utilize in my crypto hedge
- 44:58Speaker 4: fund and has done very well for my community.
- 45:01Speaker 5: All right, real quick, us DC and tether USDT. Is
- 45:06Speaker 5: it a preferential thing when we talk about these two
- 45:07Speaker 5: stable coins or is a protocn of using either.
- 45:12Speaker 4: There's really no protocon technically as of right now. But
- 45:15Speaker 4: USCT recently had some drama because there are people claiming
- 45:20Speaker 4: that the blockchain does not add up to what they're
- 45:22Speaker 4: saying as far as their usage and circulation actually is.
- 45:25Speaker 4: So sometimes people are now concerned about USDT, which is
- 45:29Speaker 4: teather and so like, for instance, in my crypto hedge fund,
- 45:32Speaker 4: people could invest with USDC because the insurance company that
- 45:37Speaker 4: I was utilizing told me straight up like if I
- 45:40Speaker 4: use USDT because of the issues that it's having in
- 45:43Speaker 4: the press, that specifically they wouldn't ensure my crypto hedge fund.
- 45:48Speaker 4: And so I was like, guess what, I'm sorry, Tether,
- 45:51Speaker 4: but I'm going to use USDC because I have to
- 45:53Speaker 4: make sure my crypto hedge fund has security again attackers.
- 45:56Speaker 4: And so with that said, that is the biggest difference
- 45:59Speaker 4: between those two in my professional opinion.
- 46:02Speaker 5: Safety first, got it.
- 46:03Speaker 4: Safety first? Now another thing I want you guys to
- 46:06Speaker 4: understand about meme coins and how dangerous they can be
- 46:09Speaker 4: because you hear hype, fall back, don't just jump onto
- 46:12Speaker 4: the hype. Like squid Game. You guys might have heard
- 46:15Speaker 4: about that Netflix show. There was a crypto squid game
- 46:19Speaker 4: and this crypto currency soored up twenty three million percent,
- 46:23Speaker 4: and like it was like I think less than a week.
- 46:26Speaker 4: It was like three days, and then three point in
- 46:28Speaker 4: three days they raised up. They stole about three point
- 46:32Speaker 4: three million dollars and anyone who did not, anyone who
- 46:38Speaker 4: did not pull out money in advance or in time,
- 46:41Speaker 4: lost their money. And what happened was squid game, just
- 46:44Speaker 4: like the actual show. They pretended. They were like, oh,
- 46:46Speaker 4: if you collasse to the end, there's going to be
- 46:48Speaker 4: one winner, blah blah blah. And just like the actual
- 46:52Speaker 4: TV show, you know how all these people were dying.
- 46:55Speaker 4: Everyone just lost millions of dollars and got nothing in return.
- 46:59Speaker 4: It was a complete scale. It was a rug pull.
- 47:01Speaker 4: And so be mindful because a lot of people are
- 47:03Speaker 4: doing it. I don't care if it's a celebrity or
- 47:05Speaker 4: an influencer, it does not mean that it's real. And
- 47:08Speaker 4: be mindful of what you're investing in. So me personally,
- 47:11Speaker 4: I like to invest in and a t's and tokens
- 47:13Speaker 4: where I might actually know the face of the creator,
- 47:16Speaker 4: or you know there's a three degree separation, or I've
- 47:20Speaker 4: invested in something else that they've worked on that did
- 47:22Speaker 4: very well and now they're working on a part two.
- 47:24Speaker 4: So we're going to talk about companies like Bordypach Club
- 47:27Speaker 4: and people like that, Like I invest in their Aligne
- 47:31Speaker 4: because the first one I purchased it very well. Same
- 47:34Speaker 4: for hex Shout out to all the Hexicans in the room.
- 47:37Speaker 4: If you don't know, google it so you know, like
- 47:40Speaker 4: Hex is something like they were doing basically day trading
- 47:43Speaker 4: their crypto, and they were doing to the point that
- 47:46Speaker 4: they had it so organized and that in their telegrams
- 47:48Speaker 4: and their groups where they would basically organize and say
- 47:51Speaker 4: we're gonna pump in, We're gonna pump and dump, We're
- 47:53Speaker 4: gonna pump our token like three or four times today
- 47:55Speaker 4: and it would go up like ten percent, drop go
- 47:58Speaker 4: back up like fifteen percent. People would see it gearing
- 48:01Speaker 4: up and just run to buy it. But the Hexicans
- 48:03Speaker 4: were actually manipulating the market. And when Ethereum saw that,
- 48:06Speaker 4: Ethereum was kind of hat and it saw it like
- 48:08Speaker 4: if you wanted to just buy one hex token at
- 48:10Speaker 4: like fifty cents. For instance, they were trying to tell
- 48:13Speaker 4: you it was like one hundred dollars to purchase that
- 48:15Speaker 4: one fifty cent share of token of Hex. And so
- 48:19Speaker 4: what Richard Hart said was like, screw Etherium, you know.
- 48:23Speaker 4: And I'm not saying this myself and just repeating what
- 48:25Speaker 4: Richard Hart said. And Richard Hart, who's the creator of hext,
- 48:28Speaker 4: was like, screw Etherorium. I'm going to create my own
- 48:30Speaker 4: network and do this on my end, which is pulse chain.
- 48:33Speaker 4: And so he has pulse x, he has pulse Chain,
- 48:36Speaker 4: and now he's like about to create his own network
- 48:39Speaker 4: basically become dethrone the gas fees and all the issues
- 48:42Speaker 4: people are having with etherium. So that is something I
- 48:44Speaker 4: would definitely little hit hint, something I would be watching closely.
- 48:48Speaker 4: You guys have missed the sacrifice phase, but there are
- 48:53Speaker 4: rumors that he might do another phase of that. And
- 48:55Speaker 4: what is a sacrifice phase is blind belief and whatever
- 48:58Speaker 4: he's creating his platform, investing in it before it releases,
- 49:01Speaker 4: and getting a certain amount of tokens when it does release,
- 49:04Speaker 4: and believing that token will do well. To give an
- 49:06Speaker 4: example why I mentioned Hex twice, Thus, far is that.
- 49:10Speaker 4: To give you an example, hx hex. You'll notice that
- 49:13Speaker 4: with that token, when we first purchased it, some of
- 49:15Speaker 4: my clients sacrifice rounded with heex and in about a
- 49:19Speaker 4: year and a half, people who invested like one thousand
- 49:21Speaker 4: dollars two thousand dollars, so their money go to like
- 49:24Speaker 4: a million a million and a half. And so it's
- 49:27Speaker 4: just cool to show you, like, especially if they didn't
- 49:30Speaker 4: spend it. And so other people including myself for instance,
- 49:33Speaker 4: who were kind of more scaredy cat when it hit
- 49:36Speaker 4: like three hundred thousand, pulled out and so you know,
- 49:39Speaker 4: my initial investment was about a thousand, and then I
- 49:41Speaker 4: saw it go to likely and change and I was
- 49:43Speaker 4: able to take that money and buy real land, real
- 49:45Speaker 4: real estate in Ghana and other places. And so you know,
- 49:50Speaker 4: keep in mind that you can take your money in
- 49:52Speaker 4: the virtual world and spend it in the real world.
- 49:54Speaker 4: It doesn't have to all stay there. And even doing
- 49:56Speaker 4: it that way, there are tricks that you can do
- 49:59Speaker 4: and you might here's the term alt coins all the time.
- 50:02Speaker 4: All coin simply refers to any type of cryptocurrency other
- 50:05Speaker 4: than bitcoin. So you have bitcoin by yourself, and then
- 50:08Speaker 4: everything else is considered an alternative coin, and so Ethereum
- 50:12Speaker 4: is one of the most popular alt coins and everything else.
- 50:16Speaker 4: And like Ethereum as an all coin, has a lot
- 50:19Speaker 4: of subdivision tokens underneath it. But you know, once again,
- 50:24Speaker 4: each there are different places, like Solana, who has his
- 50:26Speaker 4: own subdivision of tokens, and that's one of the heavy
- 50:29Speaker 4: hitters in the game right now in my professional opinion.
- 50:32Speaker 4: So if gas fees are killing you, let's peakaing right,
- 50:35Speaker 4: try some other networks like Polygon, Avalanche, Optimism, Solana. Those
- 50:41Speaker 4: are other networks that you can get cheaper gas fees,
- 50:44Speaker 4: and there are way more. I'm just using piece as
- 50:46Speaker 4: an example as well. Be mindful of the time of
- 50:50Speaker 4: day you're an investing so, especially depending your city, sometimes
- 50:54Speaker 4: you can use a VPN. So if you have a
- 50:56Speaker 4: high traffic area like in Cali, like I was mentioning earlier,
- 51:00Speaker 4: and maybe use a VPN and to try to change
- 51:01Speaker 4: your location. I don't know if that's illegal or not
- 51:04Speaker 4: to do, so I'm just telling you the hacks that
- 51:06Speaker 4: I know that have worked, use other networks and taxes
- 51:09Speaker 4: like bridging. Bridging is the act of basically pushing money
- 51:13Speaker 4: from the etherory network to the Polygon network or another
- 51:15Speaker 4: network like Optimism, and then once again once your money
- 51:18Speaker 4: is in that network. It might take twenty minutes to
- 51:21Speaker 4: do so, it might take ten minutes, it might take
- 51:23Speaker 4: fifteen minutes. But if you don't have like a time constraint,
- 51:26Speaker 4: the cool thing about that is you can use bridging
- 51:28Speaker 4: for a lot of platforms and you can save a
- 51:31Speaker 4: lot of money. And like, let's say, if you're on
- 51:33Speaker 4: a Polygon network and you've ever experienced where the Polygon
- 51:36Speaker 4: network is not working, there are a lot of hacks,
- 51:40Speaker 4: like you can go an open ce and you can
- 51:41Speaker 4: still bridge both ways on open se, So shout out
- 51:44Speaker 4: to open ce if anybody doesn't know. It's kind of
- 51:46Speaker 4: a hack. But you can go directly to open c
- 51:49Speaker 4: and bridge on there. You can use DAPs. DAPs stands
- 51:54Speaker 4: for decentralized apps, and you can use those apps to
- 51:57Speaker 4: offer that they offer discounts and reducing gas fees. Like
- 52:00Speaker 4: there's one called balancer, So that's another one for anyone
- 52:03Speaker 4: who doesn't know it. But you know, there are certain
- 52:05Speaker 4: apps that might be like, oh, you'll get a version
- 52:07Speaker 4: of our token and you'll get a discomfor it. One
- 52:10Speaker 4: of my favorite hats. If you're day trading crypto, you
- 52:13Speaker 4: have TradingView dot com of course, but there is a
- 52:15Speaker 4: price for TradingView dot com and sometimes people be like, oh,
- 52:18Speaker 4: that's kind of expensive to utilize that to like monitor
- 52:21Speaker 4: the coins that I like the most. Right, So then
- 52:23Speaker 4: there's another one called dex screener. Shout out to one
- 52:27Speaker 4: of my mentees, Raquel, she has this thing called who
- 52:30Speaker 4: got My Crypto? And she put me onto that one,
- 52:32Speaker 4: and I was like, this is bananas, And so dexscreener
- 52:35Speaker 4: dot com is free, and I feel like it's really
- 52:38Speaker 4: a good platform to keep monitoring. It has like a
- 52:41Speaker 4: candle chart, just like trading View, and it's really a
- 52:43Speaker 4: really good way to look at who the gainers and
- 52:45Speaker 4: losers are and things of that nature. And just so
- 52:49Speaker 4: anybody who's wondering like what a bridge looks like, like
- 52:52Speaker 4: if you want Polygon's website, the website is wallet dot
- 52:55Speaker 4: Polygon dot technology. And you know, so keep in mind
- 53:00Speaker 4: once again, like wallet dot polygon dot technology. You know
- 53:03Speaker 4: there are people who will create a fake Polygon website
- 53:06Speaker 4: to try to steal people's money. Connect your wallet. That
- 53:09Speaker 4: is the biggest hack that you'll see if you're not
- 53:11Speaker 4: paying attention and you put like a dot com walletout
- 53:13Speaker 4: polygon dot dot com or technology dot com. Because we're
- 53:17Speaker 4: so used to seeing endings that are traditional, like dot com.
- 53:20Speaker 4: That's something that I want you to really keep in
- 53:22Speaker 4: mind is that not every a lot of these websites
- 53:25Speaker 4: are like dot io. Now, they're not always dot com.
- 53:28Speaker 4: It might be ending in dot technology, it might be
- 53:30Speaker 4: dot info. And that's something that is really important for
- 53:33Speaker 4: you guys to look at. So what is it? NFT
- 53:40Speaker 4: Non Fungible Token is what it stands for. It's a
- 53:42Speaker 4: non interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain. You
- 53:46Speaker 4: already know what the blockchain is, and it can be
- 53:48Speaker 4: sold and traded. Types of NFT data units may be
- 53:51Speaker 4: associated with digital files such as photos, videos, and audio.
- 53:55Speaker 4: Each token is uniquely identifiable and owner gets a proof
- 53:58Speaker 4: of ownership certificate. So we hear so much about NFTs,
- 54:03Speaker 4: we're like, what is so great about NFTs. One of
- 54:06Speaker 4: the most gangster things about NFTs is this really plain
- 54:09Speaker 4: and simple. Imagine if you were an artist. I don't
- 54:12Speaker 4: care if it's music or if it's you know, a
- 54:16Speaker 4: painting that you've created. Imagine being in a sense that
- 54:20Speaker 4: number one, you can now have residual income coming from
- 54:23Speaker 4: your art. And so imagine in a situation, normally an
- 54:27Speaker 4: artist might sell a painting for one thousand dollars. I
- 54:30Speaker 4: like to use this example. You sell something for one thousand,
- 54:33Speaker 4: and then two years later and influencer cez it and
- 54:35Speaker 4: buys it for twenty thousand from that person. And then
- 54:38Speaker 4: another person comes to that influencer's house and might be
- 54:41Speaker 4: even bigger dog and like, oh, I just have money
- 54:43Speaker 4: and I love what I'm looking at, and office fifty
- 54:46Speaker 4: thousand dollars. Your painting might have sold like five to
- 54:50Speaker 4: ten times, and you might have technically been making commission
- 54:54Speaker 4: each time or a residual income each time. And what's
- 54:57Speaker 4: cool about NFTs is that it's on the block and
- 55:00Speaker 4: utilizing AI, and so in the way that it's utilizing
- 55:03Speaker 4: the AI, there's no arguing about who owes what to who.
- 55:06Speaker 4: And if something was sold in or once it is sold,
- 55:10Speaker 4: every time it is sold to somebody, then guess what happens.
- 55:13Speaker 4: The AI notices a sell and automatically deducts are two
- 55:16Speaker 4: point five percent or whatever the percentage might be for
- 55:19Speaker 4: their original owner and so and if the original if
- 55:22Speaker 4: a person wants to actually own it. You know, that
- 55:25Speaker 4: is something that is great because one now you're getting
- 55:27Speaker 4: to start getting the data and on the black chain.
- 55:31Speaker 4: Now you have this legit that's letting people know her
- 55:33Speaker 4: average painting is going for like ten twenty thousand dollars,
- 55:36Speaker 4: or his average painting or music or whatever it might be,
- 55:39Speaker 4: is going for a certain amount of money. And now
- 55:42Speaker 4: what's really cool about that is that now you're able
- 55:44Speaker 4: to build your brand out and you're not able to
- 55:48Speaker 4: be in a position to say, Okay, you know what
- 55:51Speaker 4: I like about this space is now I'm always getting
- 55:53Speaker 4: two point five percent, I'm aways getting five percent, I'm
- 55:55Speaker 4: always getting ten percent every time something is sold and
- 55:59Speaker 4: every time time that happens. And so when I tell
- 56:02Speaker 4: you guys, keep in mind that is one of the
- 56:04Speaker 4: most beautiful things as well. Imagine a lot of artists
- 56:08Speaker 4: might have three hundred thousand people who are purchase the art,
- 56:11Speaker 4: but there's no way of proving it sometimes, right, you know,
- 56:15Speaker 4: sometimes the galleries, the art galleries, why not keep as
- 56:17Speaker 4: close as a watch on these kind of things. And
- 56:19Speaker 4: the really cool thing about that is this, now you
- 56:22Speaker 4: have a situation where you can use the blockchain and
- 56:24Speaker 4: Ledger to show that hey, you know, a thousand people,
- 56:27Speaker 4: ten thousand people, one hundred thousand have purchased my art
- 56:30Speaker 4: and so I think those things are really cool about
- 56:32Speaker 4: the NFT space, and we're going to dive in more
- 56:35Speaker 4: about that as well, including the smart contract aspect. Imagine
- 56:38Speaker 4: if you have a celebrity who's going to do an
- 56:41Speaker 4: art gallery event with you, if that person does not
- 56:44Speaker 4: show up, you can have the money locked up in
- 56:46Speaker 4: a smart contract aka is kind of like an escrow,
- 56:49Speaker 4: and that money's now locked up in a smart contract,
- 56:51Speaker 4: and you can do something like a wallet that basically
- 56:55Speaker 4: it would release the funds to the person if they
- 56:58Speaker 4: actually do what they're supposed to do. So, if that
- 57:00Speaker 4: artist is supposed to post your flyer five times, guess
- 57:03Speaker 4: what if they don't post it five times, you can
- 57:05Speaker 4: actually use AI to link to Instagram and social media
- 57:09Speaker 4: platforms to ensure that they're doing it, and there's a
- 57:11Speaker 4: certain data that is being showing up five times on
- 57:14Speaker 4: their website and on their page, and if it doesn't
- 57:16Speaker 4: happen and they don't show up for the actual event,
- 57:19Speaker 4: then you can make it so that that person either
- 57:21Speaker 4: gets less money or doesn't get paid at all. And
- 57:23Speaker 4: so that's one of the really cool things about smart
- 57:25Speaker 4: contracts and how can you can use them in this
- 57:27Speaker 4: NFT space. Another really gangs to think about these smart
- 57:30Speaker 4: contracts with influencers and things of that nature is imagine
- 57:33Speaker 4: if you have multiple people who should be getting paid,
- 57:35Speaker 4: will you can do something like a multi sig wallet.
- 57:38Speaker 4: One of my favorite is nazis safe safe, g n
- 57:41Speaker 4: Osis safe safe dot Io, where you can have like
- 57:47Speaker 4: let's say you're throwing this big event and a bunch
- 57:50Speaker 4: of people pulling money together. Maybe you're pulling fifty thousand
- 57:52Speaker 4: dollars together, and you can have it where once all
- 57:55Speaker 4: the money is there, everyone signs their wallet and the
- 57:57Speaker 4: money's released. And if everybody doesn't sign wallet, then the
- 58:00Speaker 4: money is not released. Now, what is bad about that
- 58:03Speaker 4: If somebody loses access to their wallet address, the money
- 58:06Speaker 4: is held up and they are creating little ways around
- 58:09Speaker 4: sometimes if the majority rules. But just keep that in
- 58:12Speaker 4: mind as well, Gus. Some of the major players in
- 58:15Speaker 4: this world NFTs are open seed that are a raable
- 58:18Speaker 4: mintable foundation that app rarity tools, Ariety, Sniffer, Magic Eden.
- 58:23Speaker 4: There are also other sites that you can go to
- 58:25Speaker 4: but like magic Eating is predominantly Solana and some of
- 58:29Speaker 4: these other sites. Be mindful that an artist might only
- 58:32Speaker 4: be an open sea and then a bootlegger can create
- 58:34Speaker 4: a fake version that they put like on variable or
- 58:37Speaker 4: mintable or another platform. So always go to the artist's
- 58:40Speaker 4: real website and always go to the blockchain or use
- 58:43Speaker 4: websites once again like corn market, cap coin get go
- 58:46Speaker 4: to verify these things as well, or who the originator is.
- 58:51Speaker 4: Major types of NFT classifications are like utility and function
- 58:55Speaker 4: meme NFTs, pump and dump NFTs, blue chip NFTs, which
- 58:58Speaker 4: are your golden hands one your diamond hands types. You
- 59:02Speaker 4: have artwork, you have music, you can have books and
- 59:05Speaker 4: lesson plans in NFT space collectibles like curio cards. You
- 59:08Speaker 4: have sports memorabilia like gifts. So like there's one where
- 59:12Speaker 4: I think it was like Lebron James dunking on somebody
- 59:15Speaker 4: and it went epic and someone spent millions of dollars
- 59:18Speaker 4: to just purchase that little gift. Video game assets, virtual
- 59:22Speaker 4: land domain names, event tickets, real world assets, super rare
- 59:27Speaker 4: and wearables and so I'm going to give you some visuals,
- 59:29Speaker 4: but keep in mind even like with event tickets, you know,
- 59:32Speaker 4: we did. You know, there was someone I know who
- 59:35Speaker 4: was a mentor of mine. I won't say his name
- 59:36Speaker 4: because he's very private, but you know I learned some
- 59:39Speaker 4: crypto game from him and his he was like, I'm
- 59:42Speaker 4: teaching him real estate game and he teaching me like
- 59:44Speaker 4: virtual event game. And he puts seven hundred and fifty
- 59:48Speaker 4: thousand dollars into like a very big, high caliber concept,
- 59:51Speaker 4: virtual concept. And with that concept that he puts on,
- 59:54Speaker 4: he was able to make eighty one point nine million
- 59:57Speaker 4: dollars from one concert. So his seven and fifty thousand
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: dollars utilizing influencers and celebrities made him eighty one point
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: nine million. And you don't even want to know how
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: nasty it was how he was able to return retain
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: a majority of that money. And you know, so with
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: that said, when I tell you these virtual events, you know,
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: so that's like a person, right, that's a big number.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: But to give you another story in my virtual event space,
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: which you guys are going to see later, one of
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: the gamester things that we did in my space was
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: that I did like a little mini art gallery event.
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: And the girl that was in my spot, her art
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: was really cool. She normally sells it for a lot two
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: fifty to like five hundred, and the most she ever
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: spent any piece was two thousand dollars. And when she
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: had her event with me, we might have put about
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: seven hundred and forty dollars into the marketing of it,
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: and we were able to bank twenty two thousand dollars
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: profit from that one event and one of her paintings
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: outside of me and our profits, she was able to
- 1:00:53Speaker 4: make eleven thousand with one of her paintings. And one
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: of the cool things is some people might be like,
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: I don't understand why you want digital art in a
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: digital frame, But a lot of this art you can
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: also have it backed by physical real art. So if
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: you're old school, sometimes you can just take a picture
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: of the physical art and you could sell the picture
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: of that and then also as an added bonus, charge
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: more money to have the physical, real world art. And
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: so to give you an example, this is one version,
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: this is a very popular version, a board apiach club.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: These board apes, they says a hunter. The floor parts
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: at that point was one hundred and twenty four ethereum,
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: which means right now ethereums that were like three thousand
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: dollars or twenty nine hundred dollars times at times one
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: hundred and twenty four, so the average is going for
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: like three hundred thousand. Last year, when I was telling
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: some of my clients to buy this, I was like, Yeah,
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: these little ugly monkeys, I think they're going to do well.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: And my clients were like why, and I was like,
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: because these monkeys, they're doing a lot of things as
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: far as bringing influencers in a room with regular holders
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: and instead of you know, there being an extra vip
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: VIP section, they're allowing you to be like rubbing elbows
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: in a regular room, just like as you know with everybody.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: And I know that people like that energy, and they
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: were doing so much to bring their community together and
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: to just galvanize. And I was like, I can see
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: because of the way they're using the art as well
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: as a utility to open up in real life IRL events.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: I was like, I could see them doing well. My clients,
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: we were like coming in at twenty five hundred five
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: thousand to buy this, and now some of them are
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: worth like three hundred four hundred. Somebody sold one for
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: six hundred thousand, and so just keeping in mind, like
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: this base is something to pay a mind to. This
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: style of NFT is where like you'll see multiple versions,
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: and it was like the base is like this monkey,
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: and you'll see different variations of the monkey.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: One looks feminine, one looks masculine, one is a zombie monkey,
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: one has the first hat. And you know, so those
- 1:02:46Speaker 4: are things that you can keep in mind. Another style
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: is like it think of it like a collectible baseball card.
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: So there is something called curio cards. Curio Cards was
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: one of the arguably one of the original NFTs that
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: had ever been released on open c or period supposedly,
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: and so when you think about that, keep in mind now.
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: That this episode is brought to you by P and
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: C Bank. A lot of people think podcasts about work
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: are boring, and sure they definitely can be, but understanding

- 1:06:09Speaker 4: seven hundred bay Roof baseball cards. And then that one card,
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: it's the same image, the same stats on it, but
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: there's only seven hundred of them in the world, and
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: once they're sold out, that's it. And so this right
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: here is a curial card one that it was only
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: like nine hundred and eight. I guess of it that
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: it was ever created. And so one of the cool
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: things about that is imagine once they all sell out,
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: if anybody wants to buy in the owners who own it,
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: they can set whatever press they want for it. And
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: so this one right here, Creatures of Wealth is actually
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: my NFT. And what's really cool about my NFT is
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: that I only did one one hundred and eleven because
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: my dad's birthday was eleven eleven, to shout out to
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: my dad, and you know, so I was like, all right,
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: all them, Api seed, I'm do eleven eleven. And I
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: think it's a cool number. And so Creatures of Wealth NFT,
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: for each one cell sold it opens up a sixteen
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: minute sixty to ninety minute word shop class. So my
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: NFT is a utility NFT, which means not only does
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: it give you access to like workshops and classes. Anyone
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: who purchases one of my NFTs, the money's actually going
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: towards an event space that we're building in Ghana, a
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: youth friend the event space that we're building in Ghana.
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: And then those people who are part of either my
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: Crypto Hedge Fund or this NFT will also be able
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: to like wipe listen to the Crypto Hedge Fund or
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: also have the first chance when we start allowing investors
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: to actually invest in the actual event space in Ghana,
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: they have the first right of way to choose to
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: potentially invest in my actual the space in Ghana. And
- 1:07:36Speaker 4: so once again what's really cool is that you can
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: use NFTs however you want to do so, and you know,
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: shout out to people you know in the in the
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: group who have already purchased some of these NFTs and
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: who are part of the community, and once again it
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: unlocks workshops and so there's so many levels of things
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: that you can do in this space. One of my
- 1:07:56Speaker 4: favorite hacks if you're day trading NFTs is ICs. A
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: lot of times people be like, how do you purchase
- 1:08:04Speaker 4: NFT's and know which ones are going to go up?
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: Or do a quick flip on an NFT. I like
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: to go to IC do tools. I shouldn't probably be
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: telling you guys this because you know now it might
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: not work as well. But I'll look to see, like
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: let's say one hour, twelve hours, fifteen minutes, I'll look
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: to see the last thirty days, seven days, who's getting
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: the most amount of circulation and supply and so like
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: if I notice something and I'm like, okay, let me
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: look what they're about, right, and so if I like
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: what they're about, what I mean by that, it's like,
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: I'm going to look at their discord. I'm going to
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: see if they have fake bots in their discord. I'm
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: looking in their discord because discord is very popular amongst
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: the NFT family. I'm going to look to see if
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: they have a lot of followers. If they have five
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: thousand NFTs and then they only have five thousand followers,
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: it might not be a project that I want to
- 1:08:48Speaker 4: buy into because they don't have enough followers. Right, That
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: ratio doesn't make sense to me. But if they have
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: five thousand NFTs and they have three hundred thousand followers,
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: and I'm noticing that the price is going up and
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: there's the last circulation and buzz going on. And I
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: noticed that there's no fud in their community, like no fear, uncertainty, doubt.
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: I'm gonna run and go buy one, and then I
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: might flip it. If it hits double profit and I
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: notice that it's spiking, I might flip it right away,
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: or I might hold on to it. And then you
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: can also go to websites like you know, Rarity Sniffer
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: and rarity tools, rarety dot tools, and on those websites,
- 1:09:22Speaker 4: it will also let you know if something has a
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: rarity level, which means, don't just go buy it because
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: it's doing well, but you know, you might notice that
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: one of them is going for one ethereum or something
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: which is you know, let's say once something is going
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: for three hundred dollars and something else in the same
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: category a company. Let's say we're gonna use boardy fiaut
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: Club to you give an example. One is going for
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: five hundred dollars and one is going for a thousand dollars.
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: The thousand dollars one, although it's double the price, the
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: rarity level of that might be it might be a
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: rarity level number three where the five hundred dollars one
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: is a rarity level. Let's say, you know, hundred ninety two,
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: I'm going to automatically pay a thousand, the one that
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: is more rare, because later on that is going to
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: be something that I might sell for like twenty times
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: twenty x one hundred x three thousand x on whatever
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: I invested in it. Hey, we're about to wrap it
- 1:10:13Speaker 4: up soon, but can you guys give me a time
- 1:10:14Speaker 4: check so I can know how many minutes I have
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: left before.
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: We do Q and A yeah, whenever you as long
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: as you need.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: Okay, perfect, Thank you. So metaverse virtual real es say
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: I hope you guys are keeping up and all his
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: making sense and once again repetition, the more you hear it,
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: the more you'll know it. Some of these pages once
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: again you might you might have heard last week, and
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: then some of these are completely new to you. So
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: what is a metaverse? It's a network of three D
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: virtual world focus on social connection and futurism science fiction.
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: It is often described as a hypothetical iteration of the
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: Internet as a single universal virtual world that is facilitated
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: by the use of virtual and augmented reality headsets. Wikipedia.
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: I thought that was the most basicunderstanding, Like, you can't
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: go wrong with that one. What is virtual real estate?
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: Virtual real estate is sold via NFTs as parcels of
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: virtual land minted on the blockchain. These parcels include, but
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: aren't limited to, virtual businesses, houses, estates, mansions, et cetera,
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: art galleries, and virtual countries, states, cities, the central land properties,
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: et cetera. Now, there's so many different virtual real estate
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: properties and metaversus, so we're going to tackle some of them.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: But like I might mention ten today and there's like
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: fifty or a thousand, so just you know, keep that
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: in mind. You can build a whole city. And of
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: course your location in the meta versus is very important.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Why is it important? You know, keep in mind what
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: do you do with virtual real estate? And then I'll
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: explain to you why is it important. Once you've created
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: the NFT, you can enter that virtual real estate NFT
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: into the marketplace to be sold to potential buyers. Right
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: buyers will bid for the property and the winner the
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: option will pay for the property and add a fiat money,
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: which is like USD using a credit is something a cryptocurrency.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: On average, utilizing cryptocurrency. Now why is virtual? Let's say
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: so cool. Imagine being in the meta use and your
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: property online is right next to Snoop Dogg. Now Snoop
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: Dogg's properties next to him are going for like five
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: hundred thousand dollars plus just to be near his neighbor
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: because he gets a lot thousands and thousands of people
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: around the world who come to his virtual place.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: Gary Vee is another person Elil Musk for people that
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: when they're in this space, their properties in the virtual
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: worlds do very well if you're their neighbor, because there
- 1:12:33Speaker 4: are virtual people who just want to go see like
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: what event are they doing? And so one thing I
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: will tell people, especially when you go to like the
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: metaverse and things of that nature, is that, like, for instance,
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: my location, there's a founder of a very popular and
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: a te that is right next door to me. And
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: so what happens is there are days where I'm not
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: doing any event and just because my art, like the
- 1:12:53Speaker 4: ones I want to actually sell, are up on the walls,
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: I'll have people bidding on my art and I'll get
- 1:12:58Speaker 4: like one hundred visitors, I'll get three hundred visits. I'll
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: get fifty random people who will just come check out
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: my plot of land and my property because of the
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: fact that that is the case, and shout out to
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: j Crypto and slice X. They have their own meta academy.
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: They were the ones who created my crypto boxle place
- 1:13:18Speaker 4: you'll see later. And there's a lot of other like
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: developers in this space that I've worked with that are
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: building amazing places. Another one, her name is Artsy and
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: if you're depending what world you're going to be on,
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: she makes some amazing stuff like in alt space and
- 1:13:32Speaker 4: mansions and somebody these mansions look like real human beings imagine,
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: I mean like real life mansions. And you know, the
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: list continues. Types of metaverses. So you have the social media,
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: you have online gaming, you have augmented reality AR, you
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: have virtual reality VR, and you have digital currency worlds, right,
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: and you use your digital currency to pay for these worlds.
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: People can stay connected with friends in the virtual world
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: through their digital avatars, from holding a conference or taking
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: a trip around the virtual world. There are plenty of
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: things to do in the metaverse where can you purchase them?
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: To buy a property in a virtual world, you need
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: to sign up with a metaverse platform like The centraland Sandbox,
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: Open Sea, Axi Infinity, amongst others properly funded digital wallets.
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: We're also going to talk about Axi because they just
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: had a hacked situation which is making their token drop, right,
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: and so we're going to talk about why we want
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: to why we're talking about that particular company in a minute.
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: How do you verify a world mainly on the blockchain
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: in sites like coin Desk, car Marker, cap Point, get Go,
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: the same main websites. I'm using those right now because
- 1:14:34Speaker 4: consistently they've been some of the best in the game,
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: and it's just something to keep in mind and be
- 1:14:38Speaker 4: mindful of. So reminder, each world has its own GPU,
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: which a gaming processing unit or CPU the needs, and
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: the might need a NA video chip or a certain
- 1:14:52Speaker 4: level of speed. Let me repeat that, each world has
- 1:14:55Speaker 4: its own GPU or CPU needs and might eat a
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: navideo chip or and level of speed and not all
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: our phone friendly. So you know, some of the worlds
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: I mentioned here like Superworld, The centraland cryptoboxl Alt Space, Somnium, Sandbox, Matrix,
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: World Portal by Solana. Now why did I mention these
- 1:15:13Speaker 4: in particular? These are some of the most popular right now.
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: Now there's other gaming worlds like engine that is also
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: get around. It gets a lot of hype. Now, things
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: that you have to keep in mind, right To give
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: an example, I chose CRYPTOBOXEL because you can do it
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: right from your cell phone. And so because I know
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: a lot of people are new to this space. Not
- 1:15:30Speaker 4: everyone's going to have like an oculus. And so for instance,
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: if you don't have an oculist, but you have a math,
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: you have a regular computer, you have a cell phone,
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: that world will allow you to actually go in your
- 1:15:39Speaker 4: cell phone and look around and walk around and still
- 1:15:41Speaker 4: have that metaverse feel. Now, not a lot of worlds
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: are able to be utilized on the phone. To give
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: you an example, Somnium is way too much for a
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: cell phone, right It's so that's something to keep in mind,
- 1:15:53Speaker 4: is some of these worlds will need like a legit
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: gaming PC or gaming laptop or device. Now, some of
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: these are world also, so we'll use you know, let's
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: say the oculus cryptobox. So you can't use your oculus
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: in a crypto boxel. But out space is a very
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: popular one that allows you to use your oculus. Now,
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: alt Space is from Microsoft, and one of the cool
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: thing about it, shout out Microsoft. One of the cool
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: things about it is that it's more Windows based, but
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: you can use the Oculus and they're working on their Mac.
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: They do have Mac supposedly MacBook Pro compatibility, but the
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: issue with the MacBook Pro in my experience, has been
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: that people tend to have issues with glitching and it
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: not loading properly or even getting me in sometimes. And
- 1:16:36Speaker 4: so I say, for now, if you don't have the Oculus,
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: to use your Windows based device and those tend to
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: work a little bit better, or if you have a
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: gaming piece, once again, it works better now. Sandbox shout
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: out to Sandbox. One of the cool things about Sandbox
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: if a lot of you know, Minecraft, Sandboxes World is
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: very similar to minecraph And so it's interesting. I was
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: talking to, you know, somebody who's kind of like a
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: mentee shout out to linked Green, and he has his
- 1:17:02Speaker 4: own little program he's doing. He's teaching kids play to
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: Earn and stuff like that, and we were talking about
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: like the fact that we're starting to do play to
- 1:17:08Speaker 4: Earn for more kids in the you know, in other
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: worlds and in our real life. Right, So when we
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: go to high schools. You're trying to teach these high
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: school and college students and how they can be playing
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: games and making money play to earn in the met
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: of us. And so he was like, you know, sandboxes
- 1:17:24Speaker 4: are a lot like Minecraft, and it put the bug
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: in my ear and I was like, you know what,
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: my son is seven, He builds these elaborate mansions and Minecraft,
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: and I was like, maybe I can convert him to Sandbox.
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: Started getting him onto Sandbox, and now he built his
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: first mansion and was able to make his first one
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: thousand dollars sell off of a Sandbox mansion, and so
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: random person that we don't even know approachase it for
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: a thousand dollars. And so that just goes to show
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: you your seven year old who's making money in the
- 1:17:49Speaker 4: metaverse already. And so there's really nothing that your children
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: can't do. And now we can't even coust our children
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: and say this game is useless. You're not making them
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: money play in that game, because our kids are actually
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: playing game and making money now. And there's other things
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: like wearables that we're going to talk about where our
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: kids could be designing, you know, Bomber jackets and things
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: like that and making money in the metaverse as well.
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: You know Solana, you know, Solana has his own thing
- 1:18:13Speaker 4: called Portal, and you know that's different things and other
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: places that you could be making money and stuff like that.
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: And so just to give you some visuals, this is
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: like the centraland how it looks. This is out you know,
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: this one is Fortnite, and this is Travis Scott did
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: a concert that I did that lived very well. He
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: made I think billions of dollars from this concept. I
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: don't know how much of the money went to him,
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: but I know that they made a killing because people
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: from around the world, from Singapore to you name it.
- 1:18:41Speaker 4: We're logging and watching this virtual concert. And you can
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: look like a real human being, or you can look
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: like an avatar of yourself, or you can look like
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: some bootlegged avatar, like a crash dummy looking avatar, which
- 1:18:53Speaker 4: I'll show you guys later on. And so you know,
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: keep in mind that with these spaces is really what
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: you want as well. Mine is eleven Heavy Street, So
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: eleven Heavy Street is my place in Cryptovoxle. And then
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: this is like a random location in that was in
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: out space. Just so you can kind of see you
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: don't have legs and out space. It's kind of weird,
- 1:19:12Speaker 4: but you can design your avatar and different outfits. And
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: everyone's talking like a real life event, and you hear
- 1:19:18Speaker 4: everyone's conversations, and so unless someone's typing to another person privately,
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: you hear everything that is verbally being said in the room,
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: just like as if you went to a real event.
- 1:19:28Speaker 4: Devices and accessories. We'll come back to cybertips so br
- 1:19:33Speaker 4: gouidble to ar gloves which make you feel like you're
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: really there. The devices are endless. Some of the accessories
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: are wearables like the Oculus and new sun Street gloves.
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: You know, shout out to the movie Ready Player one.
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: There are suits in that movie where someone touches you
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: in the metaverse and you can actually feel it in
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: real life. And so you know what's really cool about
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: that is that you're able to do things like that
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: now where they are actually and three body suits that
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: they're working on and they're perfecting. Benefits. You can venture
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: consumer experience, introduce virtual products only available in the metaverse.
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: You can collect new data on your customers. You can
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: market physical and digital products and services, so you can
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: like how I had my NFT and I was like, okay,
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: because we're using this money to build an event space
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: in Ghana. You know, you guys can get like a
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: workshop and class, so you're not just buying a piece
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: of art, you're actually learning something. You can support metaverse
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: payments and finance. You can offer hardware applications that support
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: metaverse activities and just some visuals of like the oculus,
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: which most people know, but there are so many different
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: like you know, meta and all other type of devices
- 1:20:42Speaker 4: that are coming out that people and it's constantly, constantly
- 1:20:48Speaker 4: you know, evolving in this space. So some popular upcoming
- 1:20:53Speaker 4: worlds and current authorities, you know, I mentioned Matrix World.
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: Their platform is not fully finished yet and there are
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: so many things that they're planning on doing as far
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: as merging multiple worlds together. So it's definitely one to
- 1:21:04Speaker 4: me to watch out. Space is definitely doing a lot
- 1:21:08Speaker 4: have you know, shout out to black and meta Black
- 1:21:11Speaker 4: in the metaverse. There's a whole like community of like
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: four thousand people of color, brown and black who are
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: in the meta space. So the Black meta community. They
- 1:21:20Speaker 4: do things like you know, there's this place called Deeper
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: Tones Mansion. You know, in Deeper Tones Mansion. They were
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: like literally had a conference and they were talking about
- 1:21:29Speaker 4: like you know, June teeth and all kinds of things
- 1:21:31Speaker 4: and planning and you know, have guest speakers on the
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: stage from around the world, and then you know, so
- 1:21:36Speaker 4: you also have They also had showcased people of colored
- 1:21:40Speaker 4: art on their platform, and people were actually buying the
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: art at this event. And so shout out to anybody
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: who's in their clubhouse Conbos, cryptovoxal Insomnium, and some tokens
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: to watch. Our engine Manna was the Central Lands token Z,
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: which is an upcoming token. I didn't think it's released
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: yet unless you release like today, and I didn't see it.
- 1:22:00Speaker 4: But Zen is like online horse betting, So imagine if
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: you're doing online horse betting, and you know, if you're
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: like into that, you can breed fake virtual horses, and
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: the community for it is so big that they're now
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: talking about having their own token and they're going to
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: be releasing their own actual token. So that's a token
- 1:22:17Speaker 4: that I would actually watch because people really love horse betting,
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: and even in the virtual world it is the same thing.
- 1:22:23Speaker 4: And so I know a few people who have like
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: virtual horse betting shows and people pay admission to attend it, right,
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: So imagine as well Accie and sleep Poshit, smooth SLP.
- 1:22:35Speaker 4: Now lately, recently some of you might have heard that
- 1:22:38Speaker 4: AXI had a hacker situation and their token dropped all
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: the way to like the thirties thirty dollars USD PUSHA. Now,
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: what is interesting about AXI is this. Now, imagine during COVID,
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: a company like AT and T closing down a lot
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: of its facilities in the Philippines and people who were
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: working there losing their during the middle of COVID and
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: not knowing what else they can do to make money
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: and having issues or being stuck home. And so what
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: was happening in that particular situation where that a lot
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: of those people started playing virtual online games play to
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: earn to make real money FIAT that they can go
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: buy milk and bread and things like that back hone
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: and so Axie was one of the most popular games
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: for Philippines to do that help the whole economy of people,
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: and not just the Philippines, but people in Nigeria and
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: around the world were utilizing it. So although they had
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: a major breach and there were tokens that were hacked
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: and stolen and people had a major issue. What's happening
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: now is that it's dropped immensely. So I'm not telling
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: you to go buy Axi, but me, I like to
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: buy the dip. And so what I would do, in
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: my professional opinion is if there's a budget that you're like, Okay,
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: I have five hundred dollars of play money that I
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: wouldn't be afraid to spend. What I would do then
- 1:23:54Speaker 4: is maybe buy five hundred dollars worth of Axi in
- 1:23:57Speaker 4: the dip where it's crashing right now, unless I think
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: going to pull back even more. Because that token before
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: the crash was something that was worth at one hundred
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: dollars per share. It was like it went up to
- 1:24:07Speaker 4: like one twenty nine dollars per share, and right now
- 1:24:09Speaker 4: it's in the thirties. And so even in that sense,
- 1:24:12Speaker 4: it has a lot of growth potential. And so that's
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: something I would definitely tell you guys, like, if you're
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: not in there, you might this might be a good
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: time to join in, because when it was out one
- 1:24:21Speaker 4: hundred dollars and change per share, it might have been
- 1:24:24Speaker 4: too expensive. But this is me thinking they're going to
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: go above and beyond to rebuild the infrastructure to make
- 1:24:30Speaker 4: sure it's less hackable and things of that nature. And
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: it was something that was kid friendly, where it's like
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: these little fish and there's potions and magic and you know,
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: so somebody these virtual Play to Earned world are not
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: as friendly, but like one of them is Zombie game,
- 1:24:45Speaker 4: and you buy like the killing materials, like the knives
- 1:24:48Speaker 4: and the guns and things like that. You kill the
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: zombies and you make you make the token and you're
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: able to convert the token to real money. And so
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: there's so many you know, there's so many things that
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: are out there. But you know, once again, I'm not
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: telling you to purchase it. I'm just giving you options
- 1:25:05Speaker 4: in ways that people are making money. Another real cool
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: thing about the Play to Earn space is that there
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: are literally people who are specifically playing to Earn and
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: making money in this space by having other people play
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: for them. So they buy the tools, or they might
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: buy the actual NFT that allows them to have a
- 1:25:22Speaker 4: character in these games, and they play they pay people
- 1:25:26Speaker 4: to do so. And some of these programs are like
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: hiring high school students to keep them off the street
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: instead of getting in trouble to do so. And so
- 1:25:35Speaker 4: with that said, there's just so much growth and room
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: in this space that I want you guys to be
- 1:25:39Speaker 4: mindful of these things. We're not going to go into much,
- 1:25:43Speaker 4: but just some cybersecurity, you know, I will say is
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: do not accept art or token from anyone you do
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: not know. You know, that is called air drops. You
- 1:25:51Speaker 4: get something called an air drop, it's like a free
- 1:25:53Speaker 4: piece of art or token or money.
- 1:25:55Speaker 8: You know.
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: There was one the other day that I saw, I
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: don't knowmber if it was like Pablo Escobar or something,
- 1:25:59Speaker 4: and I received like one million, one point three million
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: dollars worth of Escobar tokens. And in my head, I'm like, okay,
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: like I'm not going to accept this token, like you
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: know me because I'm like, what the hell's Pabar token?
- 1:26:12Speaker 5: You know?
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: But you know, things like that, So be mindful because
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: that is usually the way that a hacker can get
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: into your system. And so, like I had a you know,
- 1:26:21Speaker 4: an influencer recently. She paid for a course on I
- 1:26:25Speaker 4: think it was on U Demi and one of those workshops,
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: and the person she paid for their workshop, she also
- 1:26:30Speaker 4: paid for them to teach her how to add like
- 1:26:32Speaker 4: different like meta mask polygon, different networks, and the person
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: gave her a fake network. And this woman, because they
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: gave her fake network and she didn't even know it,
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: she basically accepted a fake network that was giving him
- 1:26:46Speaker 4: access to her money. And so when she pushed money
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: into her account, it automatically looped out of her account
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: into that person's account, and the person was able to
- 1:26:55Speaker 4: steal ten thousand dollars from her. So by the time
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: she reached out to me, I was able to look
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: at the blockchain and what he sent her and look
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: at the network and be like, that's not a real network, sis,
- 1:27:05Speaker 4: you know, and she was like, oh my god. And
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: so be very mindful of like where you getting your
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: information from. You know, don't just accept art or tokens
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: if you don't know who the art is coming from.
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: Like my crypto hedge fund, you know, everyone who joins it.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: We do something monthly where we do an air drop, right,
- 1:27:23Speaker 4: so each month we pick someone random whose wallet addressed randomly,
- 1:27:26Speaker 4: we give them air drop. But they know me. So
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: what I do is I send them an email let
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: them know, like Jitali, I'm sending you this in particular
- 1:27:35Speaker 4: you can accept this one and add it to your wallet,
- 1:27:37Speaker 4: and sometimes it appears as if it's part of your wallet.
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: Don't click on it. You don't need to look at
- 1:27:41Speaker 4: it and investigate it. Don't accept it because once you
- 1:27:43Speaker 4: sign for it, you're giving access to your account. So
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: that's something to be mindful of. Not anyone who's scared
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: of this crypto space and they're like, oh my god,
- 1:27:51Speaker 4: you can get hacked and all these things. I literally
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: know legit these fifty people who've gone to Target and
- 1:27:58Speaker 4: use their debit card and targets actual location and have
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: had their card numbers stolen and have had a random
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: person an Ohio utilizing their card. Meanwhile, they were in
- 1:28:08Speaker 4: New York when they used their card. I've also known
- 1:28:11Speaker 4: people who went on those websites or Bank of America's
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: website and have been compromised. I know people who have
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: t Mobile who had their Social Security number get compromised
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: because they were hacked. So let's be honest. If you're
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: in the virtual space, there are lots of tacks and
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: things happening. So it's not about not being in crypto.
- 1:28:28Speaker 4: It's not about not online banking. It's about making sure
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: that you're start in your eyes and closing your teas
- 1:28:35Speaker 4: when you get that text message from City Bank claiming
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: that you paid your bill, click this link so we
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: can get a receipt of your bill. But meanwhile, you
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: don't even have a City Bank card. While you click
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: in a link, and if you don't know the number
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: and it's not a City Bank number and you've never
- 1:28:48Speaker 4: seen a message like that, be mindful before you just
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: click on it. Keep your public profile name as gender
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: neutral as possible. I end as ethnic neutral as possible.
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: I hate to tell you that, but unfortunately in this
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: metaverse space, just like in Instagram on Facebook, you know,
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: there's lawsuits where in facebooks having issues with women who
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: felt like they weren't protected in the metaverse in meta
- 1:29:13Speaker 4: and there's a lawsuits going on for that. In Instagram,
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: it's been known, you know, it's been very popularly known
- 1:29:20Speaker 4: where to give an example, women and ethnic people with
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: ethnic names or images are targeted because it's under people
- 1:29:28Speaker 4: are under the assumption around the world that they have
- 1:29:30Speaker 4: the least amount of securities. They might not be protecting
- 1:29:33Speaker 4: themselves enough. They might not go be going on their
- 1:29:36Speaker 4: page enough, or women might not be using the right
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: VPNs or whatever and so are putting the proper security measures.
- 1:29:42Speaker 4: Are that people that are you know, black or brown, Latina,
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: et cetera, Indian or whatever might not be properly utilizing
- 1:29:51Speaker 4: the right security protocols and so as such, Unfortunately, it
- 1:29:55Speaker 4: is really better if you want to keep as anonymous
- 1:29:57Speaker 4: as possible and you want to lessen transfer for has hacks,
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: you might want to be as gender neutral and ethnic
- 1:30:03Speaker 4: neutral when it comes to your names online. Another thing
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: I tell you guys, you can remain as anonymous as
- 1:30:09Speaker 4: you want in this space. That means don't go and
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: get your eens domains and unstoppable domains and then utilize
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: that for every transaction if you don't want people to
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: know what you're buying and things of that nature. And
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: then have a cold and a hot wallet, right, I
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: like having multiple wallets. First off, the cold wallet. Let's
- 1:30:25Speaker 4: say if tomorrow Biden decided that he didn't want anyone
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: in America to be able to use bitcoin, and he
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: was going to take thirty percent of the big cooins
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: in everybody's wallets. Right, If he decided to do something
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: like that, there would be kind of nothing we could do.
- 1:30:39Speaker 4: If it's online, if it's a hot wallet or in exchange,
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: it's virtual money that's online. Technically speaking, should he be
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: able to do that? Who knows what could really happen,
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: But it's online, and if he really wanted to, technically
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: has access the same way a hacker has access. But
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: if it's in a cold wallet and offline, he would
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: need to physically come to your house, take your wallet,
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: put it in the computer, and take your money. And
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: so that is why I like a cold wallet, right.
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: And when we look at countries like for people who like, oh,
- 1:31:09Speaker 4: stuff like that can't happen, look at countries like Greece.
- 1:31:12Speaker 4: You know, a few years back, the government shut down.
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: It didn't matter if you were a rich person, if
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: you were middle class, lower class did not want matter.
- 1:31:20Speaker 4: The government shut down all bank accounts and access to
- 1:31:23Speaker 4: all bank accounts, put padlocks on ATMs, and basically took
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: a percentage of the money of the people were in
- 1:31:29Speaker 4: the country because they had financial distress. You don't believe me,
- 1:31:33Speaker 4: google it. With that said, there's always a potential in
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: terms of all look at what happened with Ukraine and
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: Russia when people were sending donations via cryptocurrency to Ukraine.
- 1:31:44Speaker 4: The president at one point started blocking it and stopping
- 1:31:47Speaker 4: people from being able to receive money digitally, rite or
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: utilize cryptocurrency. Then he heard the group the voices of
- 1:31:54Speaker 4: a lot of people around the world outraged about the
- 1:31:57Speaker 4: fact that he did that, and there was even shout
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: out to Tribal. There was an app called Tribal and
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: it's like this black Dow company. They were raising up
- 1:32:05Speaker 4: money amongst black tech people and people who are brown
- 1:32:09Speaker 4: and black, and they were helping people who were stuck
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: in Ukraine that were African who couldn't leave the country.
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: And so with that said, in that particular situation, people
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: were able to utilize cryptocurrencies to actually you know, move
- 1:32:23Speaker 4: forward and keep it moving and to also fight back
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: and so keep these things in mind. And that's also
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: how they're hurting sometimes other economies and countries is by
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: cutting off the crypto And so that's why cold wallet
- 1:32:36Speaker 4: is something really good. We're so basically basically done at
- 1:32:39Speaker 4: this point, and we're gonna go visit one of my
- 1:32:44Speaker 4: locations in the metaverse. But I wanted to ask your crew,
- 1:32:47Speaker 4: should we do the visual of the metaverse first, or
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: should we do Q and as us.
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: How long is the visual for the metaverse?
- 1:32:57Speaker 4: Like one minute?
- 1:32:58Speaker 5: Yeah, let's go do it, all right, let's take the trip.
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: All right, So we're gonna go to an actual physical
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: like my place, eleven Heavy Street. Why am I seeing this?
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: We jo let's get this. And so this is just
- 1:33:21Speaker 4: an example of like a finished location in a metaverse,
- 1:33:24Speaker 4: what it looks like. We can have events in this space.
- 1:33:29Speaker 4: I've had events in this space. I'll be having more
- 1:33:32Speaker 4: events in this space. Anyone's part of my crypto hedge
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: fund gets first rights of actually hosting an event in
- 1:33:37Speaker 4: this space. So shout out to the Eyl family because
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: they're in my crypto hedge fund, so they have first
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: rights and holding something here if they want to. And
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: as we load, you'll be able to soon see, like
- 1:33:48Speaker 4: you know, the brilliance of the space. And so as
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: you see, we're at BMU Meta's headquarters. That's my company
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: logo on the outside of my building. If you want
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: to know what I look like right now, I'm not
- 1:34:02Speaker 4: signed in, so I'm just a little crashed on me.
- 1:34:04Speaker 4: When I'm signed in, I have like a little cute
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: little bomber jacket, but I'm not gonna sign it because
- 1:34:09Speaker 4: I don't want you to know my signing name. Sorry, family.
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: My property's waterfront property. Was really cool about having waterfro
- 1:34:17Speaker 4: property in the metaverse, is that legit? Someone just offered
- 1:34:21Speaker 4: me three hundred dollars to subdoc their yacht in front
- 1:34:24Speaker 4: of my property so that they can kind of, you know,
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: put art in the in the yacht. I said no
- 1:34:29Speaker 4: because I didn't know who the person was personally, and
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: I didn't know what kind of art they would want
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: to put, and so to be safe, I didn't want
- 1:34:35Speaker 4: to sign any contracts and have them have their stuff
- 1:34:38Speaker 4: in front of my property. This is a video screen,
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: so just like you have YouTube live and IG live
- 1:34:44Speaker 4: and everything, we could have been screening that right there
- 1:34:46Speaker 4: on that screen, and we could have had hundreds of
- 1:34:48Speaker 4: people in the room just watching. This is some of
- 1:34:51Speaker 4: the art that I owned that I'm willing to sell.
- 1:34:53Speaker 4: I had more art on the wall, but what was
- 1:34:55Speaker 4: happening is that people kept bidding on my art and
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: I was like, you know what, I'm gonna take it down,
- 1:35:01Speaker 4: so only the ones I want to sell. You click
- 1:35:03Speaker 4: on any art it brings you to like the details
- 1:35:05Speaker 4: about the art. Lets you know, who the owner is
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: the creator of the art, and you can go visit
- 1:35:09Speaker 4: it on open Sea. Same for the auctions. So that's
- 1:35:13Speaker 4: really what's cool about it. This is my elevator. But
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: before we go to the elevator, I just want to
- 1:35:17Speaker 4: show you underneath the stairs. You know, have this like
- 1:35:19Speaker 4: little rock cactus theme underneath the stays, and I have
- 1:35:23Speaker 4: my marble floor. And so this is the elevator. You
- 1:35:27Speaker 4: can just click on the buttons and the elevator to
- 1:35:29Speaker 4: go up to another floor whenever you want to. And
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: so notice her. Now we're in my art gallery. And
- 1:35:35Speaker 4: so when a young lady had her art event here,
- 1:35:37Speaker 4: this is the art gallery where she had all her
- 1:35:39Speaker 4: art pieces on the walls. And then you can put twitch.
- 1:35:44Speaker 4: If you were having an event Insomnium and someone couldn't
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: afford to go, he doesn't have like a gaming piece
- 1:35:49Speaker 4: or an oculus and couldn't enjoy it in real life,
- 1:35:51Speaker 4: you could just stream it right into this world on
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: a crypto voxel and anyone with a cell phone or
- 1:35:56Speaker 4: any kind of device would be able to log in
- 1:35:58Speaker 4: and look at it. And once again this platform is
- 1:36:01Speaker 4: called cryptovoxal. We could use the stairs to go up,
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: but I'm being lazy, so I'm just gonna use my elevator.
- 1:36:07Speaker 4: Now we're gonna go up to my lounge. Here's my lounge,
- 1:36:14Speaker 4: and so you have like these cool little chairs and furniture,
- 1:36:20Speaker 4: and then you know, once again you have a screen,
- 1:36:23Speaker 4: and you can each floor can be completely separate. And
- 1:36:26Speaker 4: so what that means is if I'm having an event,
- 1:36:29Speaker 4: I can lock my building where no one can enter
- 1:36:31Speaker 4: up there while it address is not whitelisted. And I
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: could also make it that if you don't have VIP pass,
- 1:36:36Speaker 4: you can't go upstairs and you're stuck on like the
- 1:36:37Speaker 4: first floor only. And then as well, here's my rooftop.
- 1:36:41Speaker 4: And so with my rooftop, what's cool as you see
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: my neighbor's property over there. But we're not shouting him
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: out right now, but you know, he's a cool neighbor
- 1:36:49Speaker 4: to have. And you know, there's a broadcast in streaming stage,
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: and so that in itself is one aspect of the metaverse.
- 1:36:57Speaker 4: And then last, but not least, I'm going to show
- 1:37:02Speaker 4: you and look, some random person is here right now,
- 1:37:03Speaker 4: anonymous walking around, So cheers whoever that is. And so
- 1:37:09Speaker 4: you know, and that's the cool thing about this space.
- 1:37:10Speaker 4: You never know somebody's going to be checking out your property,
- 1:37:13Speaker 4: checking it out. They can send you messages, they can
- 1:37:15Speaker 4: ask you can they rent your space, And so that's
- 1:37:18Speaker 4: something that's really cool as well. On the d head,
- 1:37:20Speaker 4: which is a platform that I utilize for the crypto hedgepunt,
- 1:37:23Speaker 4: I'll show you guys real quick before we open up
- 1:37:25Speaker 4: for questions, like it comes here and you just log
- 1:37:28Speaker 4: in on your Polygon network. I'm buying the dip right now,
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: so you'll see some negative on purpose and like everything
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: is here. If I was log in, it would tell
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: you how much money my balance was, how much money
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: I made or lost. I don't charge entry, i'd set
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: a management fee, but I do charge a performance fee,
- 1:37:43Speaker 4: which means if you put ten thousand dollars in and
- 1:37:45Speaker 4: I bring your ten thousand to fifty thousand, I would
- 1:37:48Speaker 4: make twenty percent profit off of the forty thousand dollars
- 1:37:50Speaker 4: profit that I made you. And you can see the
- 1:37:53Speaker 4: portfolio like right now, I'm not telling you to buy
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: these tokens. This is just how I have it spread.
- 1:37:58Speaker 4: And this is going to be changing shortly, actually is
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: gonna be changing by this Friday. But like it just
- 1:38:03Speaker 4: shows you how I have the money spread at all times,
- 1:38:06Speaker 4: and then you would be able to come here and
- 1:38:08Speaker 4: be able to see like posts that we make activities
- 1:38:10Speaker 4: like you're seeing that at one at midnight, i'd beat,
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: I might be making money moves, and then you can
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: see the investors by their wallet address. You wouldn't actually
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: see their actual names. And if somebody withdrew money, although
- 1:38:22Speaker 4: it's loading slowly because of zoom, you would have been
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: able to see who drew money. And everything is on
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: a blockchain, so then you can actually click on right here.
- 1:38:29Speaker 4: And so my pool token price right now is value
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: at ninety four cents, which is of course more than
- 1:38:34Speaker 4: like dogecoin or Chiba. So that's really cool because our
- 1:38:38Speaker 4: community's token is actually has a value, and so like
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: even asset was, if you have meta mask, my actual
- 1:38:45Speaker 4: your value of what you have would be right here.
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: And so if I was signed into the account, you
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: would have been able to see that. And so if
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: you want to join my hedge fund, you guys will
- 1:38:54Speaker 4: get my email address, or you can go on my
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: Instagram at Chaitalie balancin which I'll add in the link
- 1:38:59Speaker 4: and you got I can join that way too, and
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: so you know that's basically that you guys survived.
- 1:39:11Speaker 5: Performance. Hey, I think everybody is realizing. You know, at
- 1:39:18Speaker 5: the start of this I said I called doctor utality
- 1:39:20Speaker 5: when I want to get mentored in anything in the
- 1:39:22Speaker 5: crypto space. I mean, you pretty much put on the
- 1:39:25Speaker 5: show as to why I'm calling you, so thank you.
- 1:39:30Speaker 3: That was definitely But you know, you.
- 1:39:33Speaker 4: Guys, it's like it's family, and I think like we're
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: all growing and learning together and we constantly are learning,
- 1:39:38Speaker 4: like we're always pushing ourselves to get to that next level.
- 1:39:41Speaker 4: And crypto to me is that next level. Real Estate
- 1:39:44Speaker 4: is that next level, which is why I try to
- 1:39:46Speaker 4: tell people like when I make my profits in a
- 1:39:48Speaker 4: crypto space, I do things like I turn my my
- 1:39:51Speaker 4: profits into a debt and then I borrow on like
- 1:39:54Speaker 4: the AVE protocol, and then I borrow against that debt
- 1:39:57Speaker 4: and I use that to either purchase more crypto or
- 1:40:00Speaker 4: urchas real real estate in a real world. And you know,
- 1:40:02Speaker 4: you can buy properties using bigcoin, e theoryum and other
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: tokens nowadays around the world, and so it's like if
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: you can do these things, and then the thing is
- 1:40:09Speaker 4: like sometimes because you're turning your money into a debt
- 1:40:12Speaker 4: and use it, utilizing that debt to purchase real real estate.
- 1:40:15Speaker 4: You're not even losing the value that's token, especially if
- 1:40:18Speaker 4: that token goes up in value, and you know, you're
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: getting loans that are like one point two two point
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: one percent loans. You know that you can pay back
- 1:40:25Speaker 4: in three years and there are no early pre penalty payments,
- 1:40:29Speaker 4: and so you can, in a sense, become your own
- 1:40:31Speaker 4: bank using crypto. And so there's just so much game
- 1:40:34Speaker 4: out here that is like, if we're not joining in
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: right now, we're asking to be left behind again. You know,
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: we a lot of us missed out on Google and
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: the Apples and the certain things the tesla. This is
- 1:40:45Speaker 4: another opportunity don't miss out on.
- 1:40:48Speaker 2: No, this is definitely one of the best, if not
- 1:40:50Speaker 2: the best presentation on cryptocurrency and uh web three point
- 1:40:56Speaker 2: zero metaverse that I've personally ever seen.
- 1:40:59Speaker 3: So thank you for that.
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: Everybody hit the like, everybody hit the like button, put
- 1:41:04Speaker 2: some fire in the chat share this definitely.
- 1:41:10Speaker 3: I was trying to get her on E y L for.
- 1:41:12Speaker 2: A while and so this is actually the first time
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: that we're doing something you know, for everybody, and you
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: know it'll be an episode, it will put it on
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: the podcast as well.
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: It's on YouTube.
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: So this is something that I was actually trying to
- 1:41:28Speaker 2: trying to make happen for a long time. So a
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: wealth of information over yeah, over an hour and a
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: half of just straight information. This is something that you
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: definitely have to watch at least two three times. You know,
- 1:41:42Speaker 2: use it as a reference, especially if you're new. You
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: might not be able to understand or grasp every single thing.
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: But the good thing with YouTube and a good thing
- 1:41:49Speaker 2: with podcasts audio is that you can, you know, reference
- 1:41:54Speaker 2: it and save it, and you can go back to
- 1:41:57Speaker 2: it and you can write notes and you know, look
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: up things like if you don't fully understand one thing,
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: then you can you know, go through go down a
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: rabbit hole and get more information.
- 1:42:07Speaker 5: But this was.
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: Definitely definitely high level, high level conversation for sure, So
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: thank you for appreciate the information. So we're gonna go
- 1:42:16Speaker 2: into my favorite part of the whole thing, questions. We'll
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: do a little abbreviated questions because we almost at the
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: two hour mark. But before that, once again, this is
- 1:42:26Speaker 2: just a preview of what we do. This right here
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: is definitely worth the price of Admission university. This is
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: we do these classes every single week and we have
- 1:42:36Speaker 2: so much stuff inside of the Eyo University from MG
- 1:42:39Speaker 2: the Mortgage Guys, home Boys Blueprint, to financial planning calls,
- 1:42:42Speaker 2: to a book club, to a movie club to you know,
- 1:42:45Speaker 2: we just just uh developed the app. So we have
- 1:42:48Speaker 2: the app in the app store and it's just so
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: so much information and it's like, welcome to the future.
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: This is this is the kind of information that you're
- 1:42:57Speaker 2: not you're not getting taught in any university, like you know,
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: that's why we call it Eyo University.
- 1:43:03Speaker 3: It's a new age of learning. And this is in
- 1:43:05Speaker 3: real time.
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: It's not stuff that was relevant ten years ago, or
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: stuff that was relevant twenty years ago. Textbooks that you
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: know aren't up to date. This is real life information
- 1:43:16Speaker 2: that really is happening and real like literally we're having
- 1:43:19Speaker 2: this conversation live, like this is actually a live conversation.
- 1:43:23Speaker 2: So it's like you read a textbook, even if the
- 1:43:25Speaker 2: textbook is last year, still outdated. So these conversations, you know,
- 1:43:29Speaker 2: everything changes so much. There was no meta verse two
- 1:43:32Speaker 2: years ago. There was no nobody talking about NFTs three
- 1:43:35Speaker 2: years ago. So all of these all of these things.
- 1:43:38Speaker 2: Is stuff that you have to constantly stay up to
- 1:43:41Speaker 2: date on and constantly educate yourself on because if not,
- 1:43:45Speaker 2: if not, you're just going to get caught by the
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: way size. So I say that to say Eyo University.
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: I don't know why you're not a member, but you
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: should join. I highly recommend joined it and gitality. She's
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: taught variety classes for She's tought classes on how to
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: invest in Ghana, she's tour classes.
- 1:44:03Speaker 3: On on web.
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: Real estate.
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: Yeah, this is just this is.
- 1:44:09Speaker 5: Just one of one of the expertise.
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: This is just one off. So yeah, go to the
- 1:44:15Speaker 2: link is pinned e Yo University running a flash sale
- 1:44:20Speaker 2: sixty five percent off the annual membership till Friday. Probably
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: run down until Friday or Saturday. So yeah, and it
- 1:44:27Speaker 2: only makes sense. And can you say your Instagram because
- 1:44:32Speaker 2: I know a lot of people probably want to follow you.
- 1:44:35Speaker 4: So it's at jale bellingon j A t A l
- 1:44:38Speaker 4: I b E l l A N t O N.
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: And you already know there's a fake bullingin out there,
- 1:44:44Speaker 4: so be mindful and height spellet or at b mu
- 1:44:48Speaker 4: meta so b m U m e t A bm
- 1:44:52Speaker 4: me meta on Instagram and Twitter are the same exact
- 1:44:54Speaker 4: handles to Talie Bellingon and b me meta.
- 1:44:57Speaker 5: Yeah, brilliant minds unite.
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:45:00Speaker 5: And then I'm.
- 1:45:01Speaker 4: About to say the email address would be info at
- 1:45:04Speaker 4: bmme meta io. Sorry, info at bmme meta dot io.
- 1:45:09Speaker 4: I'll put it in the chat right now so everyone
- 1:45:12Speaker 4: can see it. And so you guys can just send
- 1:45:16Speaker 4: me an email. If it's an earner and it's someone
- 1:45:18Speaker 4: in the family and you say that you're an earner,
- 1:45:20Speaker 4: my assistant Stephanie will set you up with a meeting
- 1:45:23Speaker 4: with me. One of the cool things that I do
- 1:45:25Speaker 4: for earners only for the Eyl family is that you
- 1:45:28Speaker 4: will get like one free consultation which is like a
- 1:45:30Speaker 4: forty five minute call where idither breakdown the basics for
- 1:45:33Speaker 4: you on your portfolio and let you know what we
- 1:45:35Speaker 4: have on the table or show you like the crypto
- 1:45:37Speaker 4: hedge fund, and then after that you add the joiner
- 1:45:39Speaker 4: you don't and then we also have like a Mastermind.
- 1:45:42Speaker 4: The Mastermind is thirty five hundred dollars, but it's like
- 1:45:45Speaker 4: four hours where you can basically learn everything into whatever
- 1:45:49Speaker 4: rather how to create an NFT or whatever. But you
- 1:45:52Speaker 4: know that's like something that once again. It's like, if
- 1:45:55Speaker 4: you're paying crypto, the price goes down. If you're an earner,
- 1:45:57Speaker 4: the price goes down. Because that's just what we do
- 1:46:00Speaker 4: with the Eyl family.
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: I appreciate that. So yeah, we'll get some questions and
- 1:46:05Speaker 2: this is awesome. Yeah there will be a replay of
- 1:46:07Speaker 2: this be saved on YouTube and so yeah, so we'll
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: get some questions once again. This is this is another
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: added part of the whole E University experience. When we
- 1:46:17Speaker 2: have classes like this, we we go through question and
- 1:46:21Speaker 2: answers at the end. Like I said, we might not
- 1:46:23Speaker 2: go through that many questions today because we're already kind
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: of at the two hour mark. But this is something
- 1:46:28Speaker 2: that you know, a lot of times with episodes, people
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: like they get a lot from like an episode, but
- 1:46:32Speaker 2: they're like, okay, they got a lot of different questions
- 1:46:34Speaker 2: from you know what they just heard on the episode.
- 1:46:37Speaker 2: So this is you know, a hands on learning experience
- 1:46:41Speaker 2: where you get to actually interact with the professors. The
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: next question, so yeah, let's get see what.
- 1:46:45Speaker 5: We got a holding were coming to you. Unmute yourself.
- 1:46:47Speaker 5: You've been unmuted. What's going on?
- 1:46:50Speaker 6: Good evening, Good evening, call here me, okay.
- 1:46:52Speaker 5: Yeah, we hear you perfectly. What's up? All right?
- 1:46:55Speaker 6: Thank you so much for the very informative presentation, Doctor Bellentine.
- 1:47:02Speaker 6: You kind of spoke to it a little bit about
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: the utility. Well, first of all, I didn't know as
- 1:47:06Speaker 6: an EYO member that I would be able to speak
- 1:47:08Speaker 6: to you for forty five minutes. I was going to
- 1:47:10Speaker 6: ask you about the utility of your NFT. What would
- 1:47:13Speaker 6: we get with that, because I'm very interested in the
- 1:47:16Speaker 6: potential investment opportunity in your community center in Ghana.
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: So the first thing you get, besides a ninety minute workshop,
- 1:47:26Speaker 4: which is an actually workshop, so like the work, when
- 1:47:29Speaker 4: you talk to me for forty five minutes, that's just
- 1:47:31Speaker 4: a discovery call. That's you deciding if you want to
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: enter crypto, me giving you some basic understanding and game
- 1:47:36Speaker 4: of it, or looking over your portfolio and helping you
- 1:47:39Speaker 4: out a little bit and might say, hey, you know
- 1:47:40Speaker 4: you're doing good already, you might not need me, et cetera.
- 1:47:44Speaker 4: And then when it comes to the actual utility NFT,
- 1:47:48Speaker 4: it doesn't give you investment into the actual hedge fund,
- 1:47:50Speaker 4: but it does give you the ninety minute workshop or class. Rather,
- 1:47:52Speaker 4: it's real estate or crypto related or NFT related to
- 1:47:56Speaker 4: metaverse related. I'm teaching agents how to do virtual real estate.
- 1:48:00Speaker 4: Agents can be real estate brokers. Now in the metaverse,
- 1:48:02Speaker 4: you can be you know, virtual agents brokers. You can
- 1:48:06Speaker 4: be renting out spaces. So I teach all of those
- 1:48:09Speaker 4: workshops or play to earn. Now outside of that, anyone
- 1:48:13Speaker 4: who's an owner for the actual equity, it's one hundred
- 1:48:16Speaker 4: and fifty thousand dollars, you get one point five percent
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: equity in the actual space in Ghana. And then there
- 1:48:21Speaker 4: are other things and like more deals I can compile,
- 1:48:24Speaker 4: or if I'm doing a real estate deal, like we're
- 1:48:26Speaker 4: doing a three hundred unit building, that after that project,
- 1:48:29Speaker 4: people who are part of my community will be the
- 1:48:30Speaker 4: first ones, including Eyl, to first hear about what we're doing,
- 1:48:34Speaker 4: like our next run around when it comes to like
- 1:48:36Speaker 4: a three hundred unit building or something like that. And
- 1:48:39Speaker 4: most of those projects will be like in Senegal or
- 1:48:40Speaker 4: Ghana or somewhere probably in Africa, just because I like
- 1:48:44Speaker 4: how far my money goes in those countries and the
- 1:48:47Speaker 4: fact that you're getting US dollar prices when it comes
- 1:48:49Speaker 4: to rental income, and so that's you know, when you
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: reach out you send an email, my assistant will definitely
- 1:48:55Speaker 4: reply to you and she'll sedule you out within the week, probably,
- 1:48:58Speaker 4: you know, as quick as possible, and then we make
- 1:49:01Speaker 4: it happen. And if you don't care about getting me
- 1:49:03Speaker 4: in particular, it can get done even quicker because I
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: have five people on my team as well who can
- 1:49:08Speaker 4: help you when it comes to the basics or just
- 1:49:10Speaker 4: helping people out.
- 1:49:13Speaker 6: All right, thank you, I'll just think about them for
- 1:49:15Speaker 6: the five minutes. So I appreciate you.
- 1:49:17Speaker 4: You're welcome.
- 1:49:17Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
- 1:49:18Speaker 5: Yeah, that that Gunner presentation is is a special special situation.
- 1:49:23Speaker 5: I want to get away. I want to get away nothing.
- 1:49:26Speaker 5: It's a special presentation. Darling, we're coming to you. I'm
- 1:49:29Speaker 5: mute your self. You've been on mute to what's up?
- 1:49:32Speaker 9: Good evening, doctor Chatali. I thank you. Seems like an understatement,
- 1:49:37Speaker 9: but but thank you. That was amazing presentation. My question
- 1:49:42Speaker 9: is for kind of the traditionalists like myself who have
- 1:49:47Speaker 9: been collecting, you know, art, art like on the wall,
- 1:49:52Speaker 9: if we wanted to convert I don't even know if
- 1:49:57Speaker 9: this is a thing, So this is my question. Could
- 1:49:59Speaker 9: you convert your actual art into NFTs and if you
- 1:50:05Speaker 9: get a space in the metaverse, kind of set up
- 1:50:09Speaker 9: a gallery of that's representative of the art that you
- 1:50:13Speaker 9: actually have. Are there if they're artists that are no
- 1:50:17Speaker 9: longer with us, Are there intellectual property things that would
- 1:50:22Speaker 9: need to be considered.
- 1:50:25Speaker 5: Just to day.
- 1:50:26Speaker 9: I'm just trying to wrap my head around how I
- 1:50:28Speaker 9: can go from old school to new school without you know,
- 1:50:31Speaker 9: confusing myself too much.
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: The first thing I will say, and you bring up
- 1:50:35Speaker 4: a very important point right even from my NFT, the
- 1:50:38Speaker 4: first thing I did was go to copyright dot Gov,
- 1:50:41Speaker 4: Copyright Depot and different websites and protected my artwork the
- 1:50:44Speaker 4: same way you protect your artwork in the real world.
- 1:50:46Speaker 4: You want to protect your artwork in there too. There
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: was a situation with an NFT. I won't shout out
- 1:50:51Speaker 4: any names because I don't want to bring that lawsuit
- 1:50:53Speaker 4: to EYL, but there was a situation where a particular
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: company didn't protect their art and it just created an NFT,
- 1:50:59Speaker 4: and then very popular clothing brand started putting it on
- 1:51:03Speaker 4: bags and clothing and T shirts and made millions of
- 1:51:06Speaker 4: dollars off of this person's art work without giving them anything,
- 1:51:09Speaker 4: and actually copyrighted the artwork before they did so so,
- 1:51:13Speaker 4: now taking it a step further to your question, a
- 1:51:16Speaker 4: lot of this art is already protected, especially if it's
- 1:51:18Speaker 4: art that is protected, be mindful of doing so. And
- 1:51:21Speaker 4: if it's a person who's dead and the art is
- 1:51:23Speaker 4: not protected, that's a whole other gray area that I
- 1:51:26Speaker 4: wouldn't necessarily say you should do it or you shouldn't
- 1:51:28Speaker 4: do it. But what I can tell you is this,
- 1:51:30Speaker 4: if you look at curial cards, to give me example,
- 1:51:33Speaker 4: they did a skewed version of the Mona Lisa. Now
- 1:51:35Speaker 4: we all know that Mona Lisa piece of paint that
- 1:51:39Speaker 4: is hanging in the louver is copyritten, is protected, it's
- 1:51:43Speaker 4: IP and all kinds of things protecting it. But because
- 1:51:45Speaker 4: they did their variation and the skew of it, then
- 1:51:48Speaker 4: they were allowed to actually create a piece of art
- 1:51:52Speaker 4: right their artistic perception of it, and actually sell thousands
- 1:51:56Speaker 4: and hundreds of thousands of dollars of that piece of art.
- 1:51:58Speaker 4: So you can look at something like a cure card
- 1:52:00Speaker 4: and you can find a different artistic ways that you
- 1:52:02Speaker 4: can maybe show representations of that particular art. And so
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: that's one thing to keep in mind. But NFTs are
- 1:52:09Speaker 4: still kind of the wild wild West when it comes
- 1:52:11Speaker 4: to art, because people can bootleg your art and there
- 1:52:13Speaker 4: aren't a lot of things governing stopping those people from
- 1:52:16Speaker 4: bootleg in your art. You know, later on it it
- 1:52:18Speaker 4: might be lawsuits, and we haven't seen a precedence really
- 1:52:21Speaker 4: set in regards to what happens when someone bootlegs your art,
- 1:52:24Speaker 4: especially if it's not protected. Thank you so much. You're welcome. Oh,
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: you're welcome, and reach out if you want to go
- 1:52:34Speaker 4: further into that as well. But keep in mind there
- 1:52:36Speaker 4: are NFT artists who sell physical paintings in the real world,
- 1:52:40Speaker 4: so you can maybe own a digital piece that is
- 1:52:42Speaker 4: now actually physically in your house.
- 1:52:44Speaker 9: And is this something that we could that you could
- 1:52:46Speaker 9: do a consultation on. Yes, quite appropriate, Okay, that's appropriate.
- 1:52:51Speaker 4: Yeah, And now they'll call me for a consultation and say,
- 1:52:54Speaker 4: can you tell me what fifty tokens I need to
- 1:52:56Speaker 4: buy and have in my portfolio? Then you're going to
- 1:52:58Speaker 4: pay for a you're gonna pay a fee. But if
- 1:53:01Speaker 4: it's something like this, it's simple and I'll definitely be
- 1:53:04Speaker 4: more than happy to help you guys when it comes
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: to that. Awesome and thank you Eyl.
- 1:53:09Speaker 9: You guys are wonderful.
- 1:53:10Speaker 5: Darlene is a top earned a shout out to you, Darling.
- 1:53:12Speaker 5: I was like, you're just gonna come on here and even
- 1:53:14Speaker 5: say how to us? Like one was better than that.
- 1:53:17Speaker 4: Oh god, you know how I feel about you guys.
- 1:53:19Speaker 10: That is funny.
- 1:53:20Speaker 5: Love is love, Darling. Thank you.
- 1:53:22Speaker 3: They they go crazy in your consultations.
- 1:53:26Speaker 4: Uh yeah, but you know, once again, if they don't
- 1:53:28Speaker 4: care about specifically getting me, then they can. I have
- 1:53:31Speaker 4: five members on my team. One of them made thirty
- 1:53:34Speaker 4: five million last year in crypto, So like some of
- 1:53:37Speaker 4: these people are heavier than me when it comes to hitting,
- 1:53:39Speaker 4: but love talking to people. It's for me. It's all
- 1:53:41Speaker 4: about getting more brown and black people, just people in
- 1:53:44Speaker 4: general in this space and educated. And so we're about
- 1:53:47Speaker 4: to start reaching out to like colleges and HBCU. So
- 1:53:49Speaker 4: if anyone's part of any colleges or HBCU, feel free
- 1:53:52Speaker 4: to reach out. And we're doing like a tour to
- 1:53:54Speaker 4: just you know, really get our youth understanding what's happening.
- 1:53:58Speaker 4: Because these college students are getting God left and right
- 1:54:00Speaker 4: when it comes to crypto, and it's just ridiculous. So
- 1:54:04Speaker 4: we just really want to spread that knowledge.
- 1:54:06Speaker 5: All right. Cassandra what's going on You've been unmuted.
- 1:54:09Speaker 8: Oh I am so excited to I feel so insufficient.
- 1:54:15Speaker 4: Man, I don't know. I'm just gonna read all.
- 1:54:18Speaker 8: This has been wonderful. Thank you so much. Thank you
- 1:54:21Speaker 8: guys bringing her. I have I just have a question
- 1:54:26Speaker 8: as far as I have two kids in college and
- 1:54:31Speaker 8: they're both in it, but I wish you know, I'm
- 1:54:36Speaker 8: hearing about the kids getting involved in what they can
- 1:54:40Speaker 8: and they don't learn like like like Seat was saying,
- 1:54:43Speaker 8: they're not teaching us in college.
- 1:54:46Speaker 4: So what do you think how can we get our youth?
- 1:54:49Speaker 8: I mean, is there a platform that we could get
- 1:54:53Speaker 8: our youth to start looking at the metaverse or looking
- 1:54:58Speaker 8: at everything you're saying because they're not teaching this. I mean,
- 1:55:01Speaker 8: they're going to great colleges, but this is not what
- 1:55:03Speaker 8: they're learning. How do you suggest that we get our
- 1:55:07Speaker 8: keyds involved in this because we're paying thousands of dollars
- 1:55:11Speaker 8: for them to go to these universities, but this is
- 1:55:14Speaker 8: this is not what they're learning.
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: So shout out to Eylu University. There's really no one
- 1:55:20Speaker 4: in the game doing it better than them when it
- 1:55:21Speaker 4: comes to getting our kids and our youth. And I
- 1:55:23Speaker 4: think one of the most beautiful thing about eyl University,
- 1:55:26Speaker 4: and why I shout them out all the time is
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: because they'll bring people besides myself, but other people who
- 1:55:32Speaker 4: are making the money in the space, who are successful
- 1:55:35Speaker 4: in the space to share and talk. And a lot
- 1:55:37Speaker 4: of us are human, you know, shout out MG the
- 1:55:39Speaker 4: mortgage guy and people like that. They're very human and
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: they're very like accessible, and we try our best on
- 1:55:45Speaker 4: our social media platforms to give like the information at
- 1:55:48Speaker 4: it in the tools that are needed to be prosperous
- 1:55:50Speaker 4: in this space. And like I just said mentioned before,
- 1:55:54Speaker 4: like if you have a college and you have a
- 1:55:55Speaker 4: relationship with the dean or somebody in that location, or
- 1:55:58Speaker 4: a high school and you're like, hey, you know, we
- 1:56:01Speaker 4: would like to have you come into the high schools
- 1:56:02Speaker 4: all in introduction reach out to us, and that is
- 1:56:05Speaker 4: something that we do, you know, like my organization want
- 1:56:09Speaker 4: to hear that, yeah, And so like I have an
- 1:56:11Speaker 4: organization called Kids two Bank, which is kind of actually
- 1:56:13Speaker 4: first when I first met Richard and we spoken a
- 1:56:15Speaker 4: panel together that it was more talking about kids too Bank.
- 1:56:18Speaker 4: And you know, to date we've gone into two hundred
- 1:56:20Speaker 4: and eighty eight schools with our curriculum of our finance curriculum,
- 1:56:23Speaker 4: and so we've actually helped twelve thousand students purchased their
- 1:56:26Speaker 4: first share of a stock in school systems around the
- 1:56:28Speaker 4: United States. And so now my goal is to push
- 1:56:31Speaker 4: that more towards the UK and other countries as well.
- 1:56:34Speaker 4: And now my goal is to do fifteen thousand students
- 1:56:36Speaker 4: for crypto, for college and high school students and so
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: to get them each at least one share of a
- 1:56:41Speaker 4: crypto token. And so we're definitely doing the work. It's
- 1:56:45Speaker 4: just it's going to take time for it to get
- 1:56:47Speaker 4: scaled out. But companies like you know, in organizations like eylu,
- 1:56:51Speaker 4: what's really good about them is that they're allowing us
- 1:56:54Speaker 4: a platform in the space to go virtual and help
- 1:56:57Speaker 4: all you guys get that information. Thank you guys so much.
- 1:57:00Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: Oh thank you. That's right, thank you. All our earners
- 1:57:07Speaker 5: in here. The family, The family is here. Let's take
- 1:57:09Speaker 5: one more THEO. We are coming to you. Mute yourself.
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: You've been unmuted. What's going on? Oh you know the rules.
- 1:57:21Speaker 5: There are no breaks, no frist breaks. As soon as
- 1:57:24Speaker 5: I say, he's going to come on there, all right,
- 1:57:27Speaker 5: let me get somebody else then, Uh, Adrian Scott, we're
- 1:57:31Speaker 5: coming to you. I mute yourself. You've been unmuted, Adrian,
- 1:57:33Speaker 5: What is the deal? What's going on? We hear you perfectly.
- 1:57:39Speaker 5: What's going on? Man?
- 1:57:40Speaker 10: How you doing, doctor Bilge?
- 1:57:42Speaker 4: I'm good?
- 1:57:42Speaker 10: Thank you, Sure you gotta sure, you gotta chill them shoes?
- 1:57:46Speaker 5: But uh, which ones?
- 1:57:48Speaker 10: Which?
- 1:57:49Speaker 5: Which ones?
- 1:57:50Speaker 10: You're always stepping on that next?
- 1:57:52Speaker 5: Bro?
- 1:57:52Speaker 3: What you got up? God?
- 1:57:54Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a little Travis Scott. Those will be out
- 1:57:56Speaker 5: later this year. Man, you know.
- 1:58:00Speaker 10: But but my question is returning to crypto. I want
- 1:58:04Speaker 10: to know that you have any techniques for like sending
- 1:58:08Speaker 10: money large amounts of money at a loa fee using crypto.
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: Well, it's so one of the best hacks that I've
- 1:58:16Speaker 4: utilized is the Polygon network I've noticed that works. Well,
- 1:58:20Speaker 4: you know, there's this is going to be one of
- 1:58:23Speaker 4: those You should probably email me a consultation because once again,
- 1:58:27Speaker 4: this is on YouTube and it's going viral and I
- 1:58:29Speaker 4: don't want to like do anything that will get us
- 1:58:32Speaker 4: in trouble. But there are different ways as Okay, leave
- 1:58:36Speaker 4: an example in activity. Yes, there's there's some ways that
- 1:58:41Speaker 4: we do this, but one of the easiest ways are
- 1:58:43Speaker 4: like avalanche, Polygon network, optimism networks, you can push it
- 1:58:47Speaker 4: over to the different network and then when it's pushing
- 1:58:49Speaker 4: it over from that network and then pushing it back
- 1:58:51Speaker 4: into the ethery network. It's usually a little bit cheaper
- 1:58:54Speaker 4: to do it so bad way, but you know, yeah,
- 1:58:58Speaker 4: there's some.
- 1:58:58Speaker 10: Okay, So if I if I were to use the
- 1:59:00Speaker 10: myth that you're referring to an avalanche, what would be
- 1:59:04Speaker 10: like the time spand that it would take way to
- 1:59:07Speaker 10: be instantly or would it take time?
- 1:59:08Speaker 3: No, the average is.
- 1:59:09Speaker 4: Going to be thirty minutes to three hours for a
- 1:59:11Speaker 4: lot of these platforms if you're trying to save money
- 1:59:13Speaker 4: on the gas fees realistically unfortunately, so don't do it
- 1:59:16Speaker 4: if it's something that you need to send a large,
- 1:59:17Speaker 4: large sum in like ten minutes or five minutes. But
- 1:59:21Speaker 4: if you can do it in advance and be prepared,
- 1:59:25Speaker 4: then it's not like you know, once again, Polygon networks, Optimism,
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: even Solana has lower gas fees. So it's all about
- 1:59:32Speaker 4: what token you're sending and if the person's going to
- 1:59:34Speaker 4: be comfortable remaining in that particular token.
- 1:59:37Speaker 10: Yeah, I was, I was trying to use coinbase, but
- 1:59:40Speaker 10: like they have a certain time period after you buy
- 1:59:42Speaker 10: a certain crypto that you have to wait before you
- 1:59:45Speaker 10: can like send it off. So I was excellent about that,
- 1:59:48Speaker 10: Like would that be a difference on Avalanche, Like would
- 1:59:50Speaker 10: I be able to send it?
- 1:59:51Speaker 5: You said, it just takes like a couple hours, right,
- 1:59:54Speaker 5: So the thing.
- 1:59:55Speaker 4: Is if you're purchasing so like if you're using Coinbase,
- 1:59:57Speaker 4: they do like an incubation period basically predominantly, especially in
- 2:00:02Speaker 4: the US, but like other platforms, like why like Briinance
- 2:00:06Speaker 4: European is because it's shorter. Crypto dot Com has actually
- 2:00:10Speaker 4: shorter time frames as well, and Gemini probably has the
- 2:00:13Speaker 4: worst time frames as of right now. You know, no
- 2:00:15Speaker 4: just spect Gemini, but it's just the case. And so
- 2:00:18Speaker 4: with that said, you just kind of would have to
- 2:00:20Speaker 4: play around, and you also use a VPN, you know,
- 2:00:24Speaker 4: to your advantage. But once again, this is not professional advice.
- 2:00:26Speaker 4: I'm not telling you to do this. I'm just letting
- 2:00:28Speaker 4: you know what the people in the streets do. This
- 2:00:30Speaker 4: is what's in the streets, this is what's happening. But
- 2:00:32Speaker 4: I VPN is your best friend in that situation.
- 2:00:35Speaker 10: Okay, thank you, thanks so much, thank you.
- 2:00:37Speaker 5: You You're welcome, You're welcome than I'm telling you that
- 2:00:40Speaker 5: that timeframe when you sending money that you gotta wait,
- 2:00:43Speaker 5: there's no there's no feeling like that. Well, no really
- 2:00:45Speaker 5: is trying to figure out if it's gonna make it
- 2:00:47Speaker 5: or that it's definitely it's definitely something that it takes
- 2:00:50Speaker 5: an adjustment. But it's also one more.
- 2:00:52Speaker 4: Thing though, If you already have the money in your
- 2:00:54Speaker 4: account and you're sending it from the same network to
- 2:00:56Speaker 4: another network that is the same exact network, like polygon
- 2:00:59Speaker 4: to a polygon, it takes seconds. But it's if you're
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: pushing it from that network back to the ethereum networks
- 2:01:04Speaker 4: you can pull it out to like your bank account,
- 2:01:06Speaker 4: that's when that money is really like waiting a long
- 2:01:09Speaker 4: time for you to do so. And he made me
- 2:01:12Speaker 4: remember one more thing about that whole like networking and
- 2:01:15Speaker 4: bridging and all of that stuff, which is that when
- 2:01:17Speaker 4: you're pushing money around, there's just so many ways to
- 2:01:22Speaker 4: do so. But there's so many new networks that are
- 2:01:25Speaker 4: coming up that are also giving air drops. So if
- 2:01:28Speaker 4: you're using Optimism, they just have a new air drop
- 2:01:30Speaker 4: that's happening for people have been using their platform. And
- 2:01:33Speaker 4: so when you know it's actually coming from the server
- 2:01:35Speaker 4: like eens when they did their name drop air drop.
- 2:01:38Speaker 4: You know, anyone who purchased its name from them, we're
- 2:01:40Speaker 4: getting like fifteen thousand, one hundred thousand, two hundred thousand
- 2:01:43Speaker 4: dollars just because they purchased a bunch of domains off
- 2:01:46Speaker 4: of that platform. So be mindful of that as well.
- 2:01:50Speaker 5: Hold on, hold on, and it's still some more like
- 2:01:52Speaker 5: that we could have covered tonight. But you know, oh gosh,
- 2:01:55Speaker 5: it's so much, it's so much.
- 2:01:57Speaker 2: Yeah, masterful present, take thank you, Thank you again everybody.
- 2:02:03Speaker 2: As I said, this is something I don't want you
- 2:02:06Speaker 2: to take for granted. Nineteen Key says something that was
- 2:02:09Speaker 2: very powerful. One time he was talking, I think he
- 2:02:11Speaker 2: was talking to me, and he was like that people
- 2:02:13Speaker 2: don't fully appreciate it because it's consistent and it's weird.
- 2:02:17Speaker 3: Human psychology is very weird.
- 2:02:19Speaker 2: But sometimes you have a lack of appreciation for something
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: that a is free and a lot of and sometimes
- 2:02:27Speaker 2: you have a lack of appreciation for something that is consistent,
- 2:02:31Speaker 2: meaning like it comes out eyl is every single day,
- 2:02:34Speaker 2: every single day. There's some programming every single day, And
- 2:02:37Speaker 2: at first it's like exciting. After a while, you start
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: taking it for granted because it's like you just get
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: used to it, like that's what you're supposed to do.
- 2:02:44Speaker 2: It's like you know, being with a partner or a spouse,
- 2:02:47Speaker 2: and it's like you start taking things for granted. But
- 2:02:50Speaker 2: never take information for granted, because it's something that is
- 2:02:53Speaker 2: invaluable and you know, it's something that is really life
- 2:02:57Speaker 2: changing and generational change is something that you know wasn't
- 2:03:02Speaker 2: privy not too long ago, especially in a way that
- 2:03:05Speaker 2: we can understand it and from people that look like
- 2:03:08Speaker 2: us and people that talked like us. So never never take,
- 2:03:11Speaker 2: never take the information for granted. And it's it's very
- 2:03:16Speaker 2: important to cultivate relationships. As I said, you know, I
- 2:03:18Speaker 2: met Gutality probably five years before, three four years ago,
- 2:03:23Speaker 2: a long time.
- 2:03:24Speaker 4: Four or five years ago, like it's been a while.
- 2:03:26Speaker 2: Yeah, Meta, and you know, just developed a relationship. And
- 2:03:31Speaker 2: this is something that you know, it's all relationship based.
- 2:03:34Speaker 2: Everything that we do with at EYL is pretty much
- 2:03:36Speaker 2: relationship based people that we actually know, people that's actually
- 2:03:39Speaker 2: doing it in real life. So it's an honor to
- 2:03:42Speaker 2: be able to have you on here for two hours
- 2:03:45Speaker 2: and so much information. It's it's extremely, extremely valuable, extremely valuable.
- 2:03:52Speaker 2: So thank you for that, appreciate it.
- 2:03:54Speaker 4: And thank you again to both of you for having
- 2:03:56Speaker 4: me and the whole Eyol family. So of course Johnny,
- 2:04:00Speaker 4: Tony and Danny and g and everybody else is part
- 2:04:03Speaker 4: of the lineup, and of course you and Troy as well.
- 2:04:07Speaker 5: Yeah, we say fam when we greet each other. That's
- 2:04:09Speaker 5: because we really that's what we really are. Like this
- 2:04:12Speaker 5: is to our conversation, but we've had five hour conversations
- 2:04:15Speaker 5: and they're very valuable. So I want to thank you
- 2:04:17Speaker 5: personally again for being here with us tonight and giving
- 2:04:20Speaker 5: so much information and giving your time. This is the Mother. Wait,
- 2:04:24Speaker 5: you know what we did forget in the beginning, the
- 2:04:25Speaker 5: Mother of the Year in the State of New York.
- 2:04:29Speaker 4: Twenty nineteen, New York State Mother.
- 2:04:30Speaker 5: But yeah, he does it all.
- 2:04:33Speaker 2: So that's it all. Yeah, sure, and shout out to
