- 1:57Speaker 1: We're your hosts. You should already know that, though. Yeah,
- 2:00Speaker 1: really fucking weird.
- 2:01Speaker 2: This is episode ten.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Gang. Yeah, we just have someone come on and introduce
- 2:05Speaker 1: us and then.
- 2:06Speaker 2: That'd be cool. I think that's what Conspiracy the Show needs,
- 2:09Speaker 2: is like an Andy Richter.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we should have a we should have a
- 2:12Speaker 1: side man. Yea. We need just like a fat guy
- 2:14Speaker 1: with a good voice. Yeah, well, I mean that's kind
- 2:17Speaker 1: of me, so, I mean we need a second fat
- 2:19Speaker 1: guy with a good voice.
- 2:20Speaker 2: It's a good point, A little a little store for
- 2:22Speaker 2: you guys. I was pulling up parking out in front
- 2:24Speaker 2: of the un Pop's headquarters. As I walk up, there's
- 2:27Speaker 2: a there's an ambulance and there's a guy being loaded
- 2:30Speaker 2: in the ind of the ambulance. He's probably about thirty
- 2:32Speaker 2: feet away from me and got Adam's build. He's wearing
- 2:35Speaker 2: a beanie and I'm just like, fuck, did I cut?
- 2:38Speaker 2: And I didn't want to go over and be insensitive.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I mean, but also, if it's Adam, I should go
- 2:43Speaker 2: say get well soon we will read we'll push back
- 2:46Speaker 2: to Monday recording. So I was a little concerned that
- 2:49Speaker 2: I texted him like, hey, I'm here, and you know,
- 2:51Speaker 2: Adam's a.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Very punctual professional guy. About five minutes, I'm waiting for
- 2:55Speaker 1: the response, just like, did Adam have a heart attack?
- 2:58Speaker 1: Is I did? Is the Is it a spot open
- 3:00Speaker 1: up at Fastball of chats this Monday? Yeah? That was
- 3:03Speaker 1: a That was a good time for me to finally
- 3:05Speaker 1: be late coming down.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, good h here he is in perfect health.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I'm alive. Yeah, that actually was me. I just recovered
- 3:13Speaker 1: that was one.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Of your body doubles.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Ooh, that's how you call a fucking segue, my friends,
- 3:18Speaker 2: what are we talking about today?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Good? That is a we should get a Segway sponsorship.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 3:24Speaker 2: We would probably never be able to plug him because
- 3:26Speaker 2: usually just like, yeah, I got a mohawk.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Anyways, John ben A.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Ramsey's weird exactly.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We're talking about celebrities who aren't who they say they are.
- 3:36Speaker 2: If you ask me, that's all of them. Am I right?
- 3:38Speaker 1: Exactly?
- 3:38Speaker 2: And living in this town, we never really see the
- 3:40Speaker 2: true side. It's real fake celebrities. Here's a fun little
- 3:43Speaker 2: celebrity story. Uh the con man some of you might know.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Ohe some money to the wrong people. All right, I'm
- 3:49Speaker 2: talking to government, Chase Bank, my mom a little bit.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So I've been, I've been, and this is you know,
- 3:55Speaker 2: I'm a big believer. Not trying to sound cooler than
- 3:57Speaker 2: you are, look cooler than you are, because you have
- 3:58Speaker 2: people will see through it or you get caught. It's
- 4:00Speaker 2: just more embarrassing. So the command has been driving little
- 4:03Speaker 2: post Mates in his free time, and I was headlining
- 4:06Speaker 2: a comedy club in Arizona. You think that's a pretty
- 4:08Speaker 2: good place to be and stand up. I'm like, okay,
- 4:10Speaker 2: I'm in my name out on the electronic marquee outside
- 4:13Speaker 2: I got you know, I was just doing closing out
- 4:15Speaker 2: the shows, doing doing my hour set, you know, just
- 4:17Speaker 2: signing autographs, taking pictures with people afterwards. Not autographs, a
- 4:20Speaker 2: couple of pictures.
- 4:21Speaker 1: But after the.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Show, I'm in I'm in Scottsdeel Arizona. I'm like, we
- 4:24Speaker 2: look at this blizz pricing. You know I'm not super sleepy.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Before I go back there in my Airbnb, why not
- 4:29Speaker 2: go double down? Just make this a big money weekend.
- 4:32Speaker 2: So I go out delivering some food to some drunk
- 4:34Speaker 2: bros and Arizona. I get one order to a hotel room,
- 4:37Speaker 2: walk upstairs with two pieces and a couple of cans
- 4:40Speaker 2: of coke.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Who opens the.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Door but Crystalia, a person that I was on television
- 4:46Speaker 2: with eight months ago. If you go back and check
- 4:48Speaker 2: out the Roast Battle preliminaries for Los Angeles Part two,
- 4:52Speaker 2: you'll see me talking to Crystalalias on TV. He was
- 4:55Speaker 2: judging me a guy that I have. Also I opened
- 4:57Speaker 2: for of at the Improv a couple of years ago
- 4:59Speaker 2: for a whole week. You know it was We're not
- 5:02Speaker 2: I'm we don't have We're not friends or anything. I'm
- 5:04Speaker 2: not gonna claim that. I think if he saw me
- 5:06Speaker 2: out at a comedy club, he might give me not.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I think if he saw me at Whole Foods, he
- 5:10Speaker 2: might say, hi, get we talked for a second. You know,
- 5:12Speaker 2: by no means might portendit to be close. But he
- 5:13Speaker 2: opens the door and he's like, dude, what the fuck?
- 5:15Speaker 2: And I'm like what the fuck? And he's like, wait,
- 5:18Speaker 2: all right, so do you live out here? And I
- 5:20Speaker 2: was like, no, I'm headlining shittier club than you are
- 5:24Speaker 2: down the streets. And he's like, oh, okay, what do
- 5:26Speaker 2: you And I'm like, I got credit card debt, man'
- 5:30Speaker 2: I don't know. Enjoy your pizza again. Yeah, it was
- 5:33Speaker 2: just so fucking funny.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Oh that's fucking embarrassing.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, that's pretty brutal.
- 5:38Speaker 1: But that's that's l A. We talk about that on
- 5:40Speaker 1: the podcasts a lot where people are like, uh, I
- 5:43Speaker 1: feel like people even see us as kind of minor
- 5:45Speaker 1: celebrities and it's like, man, most of us have day jobs.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, no, one more quick story about that. Yeah. Well,
- 5:53Speaker 2: first of all, Crystal, he is a nice guy, and
- 5:55Speaker 2: he gave me a very nice tip, so that was cool.
- 5:57Speaker 2: But I did. I was doing casinos at this this
- 5:59Speaker 2: week in New Mexico and a Mean Boys fan brought
- 6:02Speaker 2: us like a gift bag and I was just sitting
- 6:04Speaker 2: at a slot machine waiting for my girlfriend to get
- 6:05Speaker 2: out of the bathroom so we can go back to
- 6:07Speaker 2: the hotel, and I'm sitting on this slot machine. She goes, hey,
- 6:09Speaker 2: enjoyed your show. This for you and I was like, oh, thanks,
- 6:11Speaker 2: and then she just walks away and just like leaves
- 6:13Speaker 2: this purple gift bag and I started looking through it
- 6:14Speaker 2: and I'm realizing, like there's like little cards address to
- 6:17Speaker 2: us with like mean boys references, and like she left
- 6:18Speaker 2: before I could even say anything, And I was like,
- 6:20Speaker 2: how antisocial are the mean Boys fans? Like where they're like,
- 6:24Speaker 2: you know.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Fucking chuck a bag at you when they're walking past.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I was like, is there is
- 6:28Speaker 2: there a bomb in here?
- 6:29Speaker 1: Is this? Hands tracks? Okay?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Hello, Katy Stickers?
- 6:31Speaker 1: That's nice? So yeah. Celebrities who aren't who they say
- 6:35Speaker 1: they are. Yeah, like Secret Postmates driver Connor mcspat.
- 6:40Speaker 2: It's not a secret baby, all right.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Let's talk about the Beatles first. This is a really
- 6:45Speaker 1: famous one. There's an entire goddamn website about this idea
- 6:50Speaker 1: that the Beatles never existed.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I've been fully familiar with this one for a while.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I me and my friends when we were you know,
- 6:56Speaker 2: and I was just an Ontario loser, just eating little
- 6:59Speaker 2: Caesars eat every day and playing Halo Reach on the internet.
- 7:02Speaker 2: We used to just watch bad documentaries. Is a great
- 7:04Speaker 2: one about Bill Withers called Still Bill, where someone is
- 7:07Speaker 2: just like, oh man, I got Bill Withers to do
- 7:09Speaker 2: his first like public thing in years, and then they
- 7:11Speaker 2: making this documentary and they realized that he's the most
- 7:13Speaker 2: boring man that ever lived and has no desire to
- 7:16Speaker 2: get back into the music and yeah, or be famous
- 7:18Speaker 2: at all. But there's one called Paul Really Is Dead.
- 7:20Speaker 2: And the framing device for it is that they have
- 7:22Speaker 2: these secret audio cassette tapes by George Harris.
- 7:25Speaker 3: He's a Poles dead. I hope I don't get murdered.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I have kens.
- 7:32Speaker 2: And so we used to watch that, and the second
- 7:34Speaker 2: girl I ever had sex with, I showed her Paul
- 7:35Speaker 2: McCarney really is Dead, and then and then we hooked up.
- 7:37Speaker 2: So I gotta I've always got a soft spot in
- 7:39Speaker 2: my heart for this. It always worked for a teenage Connor.
- 7:42Speaker 2: You know, have some numbers on the board, Yeah that.
- 7:44Speaker 1: It's it's weird. This These conspiracy theorists claim that the
- 7:48Speaker 1: Beatles in general were never just four men, but they
- 7:52Speaker 1: were sets of multiple people.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's when a DMI I was like, we're
- 7:56Speaker 2: making too much money.
- 7:57Speaker 1: We need some backups right right in case his pole dies.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Wait, this is my Ringo Star impression. Oh, I played
- 8:05Speaker 3: the drums they let in the Beatles. Now what if
- 8:10Speaker 3: Ringo Starr and Bill Clinton met? Got a lot of
- 8:13Speaker 3: props with my Bill Clinton impression last week?
- 8:15Speaker 1: Exactly? Yeah.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Strawberry feels forever rango.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Okay, that's a good one. Yeah. This is a quote
- 8:21Speaker 1: from their website. We began researching this in two thousand
- 8:24Speaker 1: and eleven. Consider it to be a serious subject, not
- 8:28Speaker 1: a joke, and this site is here to expose the
- 8:30Speaker 1: actions of those who exploited these young men in whatever
- 8:34Speaker 1: form they actually appeared to us and defrauded us their fans.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Let me translate that this site is here to opportunistically
- 8:44Speaker 2: exploit the Google ad Sense clicks of people that liked
- 8:47Speaker 2: the Beatles and make their families uncomfortable, even after they've
- 8:52Speaker 2: given the world some of the most beautiful music ever made.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Yeah, especially with them starting this in twenty eleven. Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's a little bit behind the curve. Some of this
- 9:01Speaker 1: shit was around in the eighties, but we'll get into that. Yeah,
- 9:04Speaker 1: they claim to have thousands of hours of evidence, but
- 9:08Speaker 1: it all just kind of focuses on Paul McCartney. It
- 9:10Speaker 1: seems like when you start going through their website, well
- 9:14Speaker 1: you notice this.
- 9:14Speaker 2: A lot just before we get start over with the
- 9:16Speaker 2: famous people. It's just like, as you get more money,
- 9:18Speaker 2: it's I don't even think it's necessarily a plastic surgery thing.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I think you're just able to take care of yourself.
- 9:23Speaker 2: More like you notice a lot of celebrities get hotter
- 9:25Speaker 2: over time, you know, Yeah, and it's just because like, okay,
- 9:28Speaker 2: well they don't they don't have to, you know, wake
- 9:30Speaker 2: up at six am and drive to win a muck
- 9:32Speaker 2: in a Vada to make one hundred and fifty dollars anymore.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Like you know, Whitney Cummings can sleep in and we'll
- 9:37Speaker 2: put buy a nice face mask and blah blah blah.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Like it's just it's just the having the kind of
- 9:41Speaker 2: resources and like the people around you, like you know,
- 9:43Speaker 2: you've got people that really hired to make you look better.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I mean, at Paul McCartney playing pubs in Liverpool is
- 9:48Speaker 2: going to look a little different than Paul McCartney, you know, trillionaire,
- 9:51Speaker 2: like exactly, sitting around the Apple Music studios.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Yeah. The reasoning they put behind this is that, I mean,
- 9:59Speaker 1: basically the reasoning any celebrity would use is that they,
- 10:03Speaker 1: like you said, wanted kind of body doubles. But there's
- 10:06Speaker 1: also this theory that Paul McCartney died at one point.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Yeah, most is based off of a real car accident
- 10:13Speaker 2: that he was in.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Right, it's based off a car accident that happened in
- 10:17Speaker 1: nineteen sixty five. I think, I think it was fairly
- 10:22Speaker 1: early on, and a rumor started about it almost right
- 10:26Speaker 1: away that Paul had died, and a couple.
- 10:29Speaker 2: It was on, like Tiger Beat or something like that.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Yeah, and a couple months later the Beatles official fanzine
- 10:35Speaker 1: addressed the rumor and said, no, Paul's not dead, And
- 10:38Speaker 1: it kind of marinated for a year or two and
- 10:41Speaker 1: then oh it's January nineteen sixty seven was when the
- 10:44Speaker 1: traffic accident was supposed to have happened. And this conspiracy
- 10:49Speaker 1: theory was actually started by a kid writing for Drake
- 10:52Speaker 1: University's newspaper, which is just a fucking college in Iowa. Yeah,
- 10:58Speaker 1: which gives you an idea of how news work Back.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Then, Drinking University newspaper thought nothing was the same. Lean
- 11:05Speaker 2: to camera for audio medium.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And yeah, he writes this article more like Aubrey wrote, okay,
- 11:14Speaker 1: called Paul or is Paul Dead? And this article gets
- 11:18Speaker 1: just picked up all over the fucking place as if
- 11:20Speaker 1: it's actual news.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And then there's a second article written by another college
- 11:26Speaker 1: newspaper a couple months later where the guy was kind
- 11:29Speaker 1: of making fun of this whole Paul is dead theory. Yeah,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and he included all these clues from Beatles songs and
- 11:37Speaker 1: albums that he was making up, and that to this
- 11:39Speaker 1: day is what people still cite as the evidence that
- 11:43Speaker 1: Paul is dead.
- 11:44Speaker 2: It's so weird that sometimes you'll have something that's satirical
- 11:46Speaker 2: and then it ends up being the basis for this
- 11:48Speaker 2: like thing that just gets out of hand. And by
- 11:50Speaker 2: the way, interesting fact that I actually looked into the
- 11:52Speaker 2: man who who first wrote that Drake University article. His
- 11:55Speaker 2: name Perez Hilton. The first.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Script on pictures. Yeah, yeah, he just drew jizz on
- 12:02Speaker 1: bull of garden man. I had an article once that
- 12:05Speaker 1: got linked on Perez Hilton dot com. Congratulations Jesus Christ.
- 12:10Speaker 1: It got like forty million views.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Oh that's so fucking weird.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Yeah, that's an exaggeration, but it was. It probably was
- 12:16Speaker 1: five million.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Probably was one of your least favorite articles too.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I didn't even write it. It was just a website
- 12:20Speaker 1: that I was working for. It was about Jason Biggs's
- 12:23Speaker 1: wife getting him a prostitute for his thirty fifth birthday.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I think. Okay, Jenny Mollin, she has like a TV
- 12:31Speaker 1: show now and she wrote a bunch of books.
- 12:33Speaker 2: It's interesting how that works because I'll do all these podcasts,
- 12:35Speaker 2: you know, we put you put a lot of work
- 12:36Speaker 2: into this one. You know, I put a lot of
- 12:38Speaker 2: work into Mean Boys, all this, all this shit that
- 12:39Speaker 2: you did just pour hours into. And then I made
- 12:42Speaker 2: a meme of Obama about bartenders that's been on like
- 12:45Speaker 2: ev like fucking George de Kay's Facebook, fad jew fuck
- 12:48Speaker 2: Jerry all. The World Star hip Hop recently picked it
- 12:51Speaker 2: up when I had to do the whitest thing you
- 12:53Speaker 2: could possibly do, which you sent a sternly worded email
- 12:55Speaker 2: to World Star hip Hop asking them to credit your joke,
- 12:58Speaker 2: you know, And I'm like, this is just on imager alone.
- 13:01Speaker 2: From the initial writit post as over a million views.
- 13:02Speaker 2: It's been shared by all these major outlets, like I'm
- 13:04Speaker 2: sure that Obama himself may have very well seen this,
- 13:07Speaker 2: and I'm like that this is my legacy of the world.
- 13:08Speaker 2: This is the thing that I did that fucking yeah.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Well, I think the most the most viewed video I've
- 13:13Speaker 1: ever been on is probably that burn Booth episode we did.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's got like a million views now or
- 13:20Speaker 1: some shit.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, I don't know how much we want
- 13:23Speaker 2: to blow up a spot, but a friend of ours
- 13:24Speaker 2: shared it on one of his big fancy Facebook you know,
- 13:26Speaker 2: content aggregators, and it's just like, yeah, just all of
- 13:29Speaker 2: a sudden, had like seven hundred thousand views in a day.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it's nuts, And now I will forever be the
- 13:34Speaker 1: burn Booth guy. To every person who's seen that video.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Welcome to my world. Oh hey, you're the roasty dude,
- 13:41Speaker 2: and like, well, you know, I also have other nuances
- 13:44Speaker 2: to but yeah, yeah, yeah, call me gay in a
- 13:46Speaker 2: creative way.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Okay, So let's talk about some of the evidence this
- 13:51Speaker 1: website uses to prove that Paul has been replaced by
- 13:55Speaker 1: an imposter.
- 13:56Speaker 2: It's funny, all the evidence it just looks like, yeah,
- 13:59Speaker 2: those are four pictures of aggressively the same person.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yeah, those are four, especially the first set of photos,
- 14:05Speaker 1: and you can find all these that the Beatles never
- 14:07Speaker 1: existed dot com. The first set of photos are Paul
- 14:11Speaker 1: from nineteen sixty one to sixty three, when he would
- 14:14Speaker 1: have been what in his teens maybe early twenties. So
- 14:19Speaker 1: these are pictures of a dude aging.
- 14:22Speaker 3: They've black backed me outside the pope and said they'd
- 14:24Speaker 3: make me a stall. Took pictures of my telly welcome.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I don't know what the English word is for it.
- 14:31Speaker 1: And there's all of these like pictures of oh, his
- 14:34Speaker 1: height is fluctuating. The motherfuckers wore boots. Yeah, Beatles wore boots.
- 14:38Speaker 2: All they wore a lot of crazy shit. There's also
- 14:40Speaker 2: a little something called forged perspective, yes, that you can
- 14:44Speaker 2: use with cameras.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, the on the nine to eleven episode last week,
- 14:49Speaker 1: there was that video where it does actually look like
- 14:51Speaker 1: the plane's wing disappears behind a building and you're like,
- 14:54Speaker 1: what the fuck is that?
- 14:55Speaker 2: And then you're like, it's behind the buildings. It's just perspective.
- 14:59Speaker 2: You're bad at reading, and these are such minor differences.
- 15:03Speaker 2: They're like his nose.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Yeah, because he's making an aggressively different face. I don't
- 15:07Speaker 1: know if you know.
- 15:08Speaker 2: The skin is elastic, cartilage bends when you emote, you
- 15:12Speaker 2: look differently.
- 15:13Speaker 1: It's like, well and I.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Look at his picture, a smiling Ronald Reagan, and here's
- 15:16Speaker 2: here's frowning Reagan. Now you tell me that ain't a
- 15:18Speaker 2: fucking plump, all right? That is a Puerto Rican boy
- 15:20Speaker 2: that was fed a diet of racism and angus beef
- 15:23Speaker 2: until they could create a new president.
- 15:25Speaker 1: There's even a picture that says something embedded in the skin,
- 15:29Speaker 1: because there's one photo where there's there looks like a
- 15:32Speaker 1: little bump might be inside his ear.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Yeah, a photo taken in black and white develops a
- 15:38Speaker 2: ZIP developed by a guy that was hopped up on
- 15:41Speaker 2: diet pills. At the photo map for the BBC.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Yeah, this is it's a really fucking crazy theory. And
- 15:49Speaker 1: there's there's a ton of pictures. Like we said, the
- 15:51Speaker 1: Beatles never existed dot com like.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And like I I obviously I like the Beatles more
- 15:55Speaker 2: than you know their individual solo work, probably like most people.
- 15:58Speaker 2: But yeah, you can't like Paulmaker and he still had
- 16:00Speaker 2: bars in his later days. I mean some of that
- 16:02Speaker 2: wing shit holds up. I even liked that song you
- 16:04Speaker 2: did on that two thousand and nine album about dancing
- 16:07Speaker 2: and shit. I fucking love Paul McCartney. He did a
- 16:09Speaker 2: he did He did a song with Kanye called Only
- 16:11Speaker 2: One Would in the cut, most Kanye move of all time.
- 16:14Speaker 2: He doesn't let him sing backup vocals. He just plays
- 16:16Speaker 2: the organ and it's a fucking beautiful song. The listen
- 16:19Speaker 2: to that song and like, I'm like, if I had
- 16:21Speaker 2: a kid, I'd be crying right now. You know, he's
- 16:22Speaker 2: still fucking Yeah, you can't really counterfeit genius to that level.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I don't think, yeah, it would be. It would be
- 16:29Speaker 1: really hard to recreate that solo career.
- 16:32Speaker 2: If it's like Britney Spears music and stuff, And I'm like,
- 16:35Speaker 2: but okay, some of the fuck, like the change up
- 16:37Speaker 2: on jet and shit, It's like, you don't come up
- 16:39Speaker 2: with that if you're just a dude in a cassio
- 16:42Speaker 2: doing cocaine. That's selling hits for you know, a million
- 16:44Speaker 2: of pop right, and.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Uh, let's before we move on, Let's go through some
- 16:48Speaker 1: of the clues.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Oh, my favorite, my favorite. Just a quick start reading
- 16:51Speaker 2: that documentary, they say the guy that was like the
- 16:53Speaker 2: agent that was.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Responsible for this was a garden In Maxwell. And then
- 16:57Speaker 3: Maxwell used to and weed hut clues for the and
- 17:00Speaker 3: so that they would know the truth.
- 17:03Speaker 2: And they didn't even fucking bring up in this whole documentary.
- 17:07Speaker 2: I was waiting for it because I was like, well,
- 17:08Speaker 2: they named a Maxwell so they could cite Maxwell's silver hammer.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Right, never address never mentioned that. I was like, you dildos, Yeah,
- 17:17Speaker 1: that's stupid. Here are some of the clues that convince
- 17:21Speaker 1: people Paul McCartney is dead. In the song tax Man,
- 17:24Speaker 1: George Harrison says, my advice for those who die.
- 17:29Speaker 2: H Well, it's funny when you listen to that song.
- 17:32Speaker 2: We're like, George Harrison kind of a libertarian, Yeah, exactly.
- 17:36Speaker 3: George Harrison, Indris is a Gary Johnson has a lot
- 17:38Speaker 3: of good ideas. The flat text, I mean, it might
- 17:42Speaker 3: be the biggest entitlement program, but it would help the economy.
- 17:47Speaker 1: The entire Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album was
- 17:50Speaker 1: awash with Paula's dead clues. The Beatles had formed a
- 17:54Speaker 1: new band featuring fictional member named Billy Shears, supposedly the
- 17:59Speaker 1: name of Paul's replacement that.
- 18:01Speaker 3: One seemed a bit on the news, but we slipped
- 18:04Speaker 3: it past Maxwell.
- 18:05Speaker 1: The album contained John Lennon's A Day in the Life,
- 18:08Speaker 1: which had the lyrics he blew his mind out in
- 18:10Speaker 1: a car and the recorded phrase Paul is dead, miss him,
- 18:14Speaker 1: miss him?
- 18:15Speaker 3: Get it?
- 18:15Speaker 1: Yet, when Revolution number nine is played backwards, you can
- 18:19Speaker 1: supposedly hear turn me on, dead man, and this is
- 18:23Speaker 1: said to be proof that Paul really is dead.
- 18:25Speaker 3: No that one. I can explain Ringo's and acrophilia.
- 18:29Speaker 1: When the words I buried Paul are spoken by McCartney's
- 18:33Speaker 1: bandmate John Lennon in the final section of the song
- 18:35Speaker 1: Strawberry Fields Forever, Lennon later explained that the words were
- 18:38Speaker 1: actually cranberry sauce.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Paul was Ringo's name for his penis, and he was
- 18:43Speaker 3: fucking a dead person. He buried Paul in his dead pussy.
- 18:51Speaker 1: The Beatles voices here, it's so easy to do, It's
- 18:53Speaker 1: so much fun. Yeah. So that's just some of the clues. Well, yeah,
- 18:58Speaker 1: and it's like they can help you unlo theory.
- 19:00Speaker 2: If you play anything backwards, you can hear what you
- 19:03Speaker 2: want to hear. If you play Conspiracy, the show backwards
- 19:05Speaker 2: you'll probably like, well, Connor finally admits he's actually bisexual,
- 19:08Speaker 2: and but Brian Moses was right, you know.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Like exactly. This next one is right along the same
- 19:15Speaker 1: lines as the Paul McCartney theory, and it's that Eminem
- 19:19Speaker 1: died in two thousand and five and was replaced by
- 19:23Speaker 1: an impossible.
- 19:24Speaker 2: I'm beginning to feel like a cyborg.
- 19:28Speaker 1: What I love about this theory is they it all
- 19:33Speaker 1: centers around him having a major car accident. But then
- 19:37Speaker 1: he comes out of this major car accident with his
- 19:41Speaker 1: facial features altered a little bit, and people are like, see,
- 19:45Speaker 1: see it's a different guy. Maybe he just had to
- 19:48Speaker 1: have his face like a car.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Direct you to one, mister Mark Hamill. Yeah, my uncle
- 19:54Speaker 2: had a car accident. My family's like, oh yeah, it's
- 19:56Speaker 2: a picture of Jeff before the accident. Like, you know,
- 19:57Speaker 2: he looks you look different. It alters your facial structure.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Yeah, even if you don't have to have reconstructive surgery,
- 20:04Speaker 1: your face might heal different. Well.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and there's a thing like there's a little thing
- 20:07Speaker 2: called cocaine and celebrities do that and then they drive
- 20:10Speaker 2: cars that go way too fast for them to handle.
- 20:12Speaker 2: I mean, and this guy's taking pictures in the recording
- 20:14Speaker 2: studio all day. He's not out on the track doing
- 20:16Speaker 2: laps like making sure he can handle his Lamborghini event
- 20:19Speaker 2: to door. So they fucking getting car crashes. Yeah yeah,
- 20:21Speaker 2: I mean when Doctor dre crashed his car during the
- 20:23Speaker 2: I Needed Doctor music video from the first time he
- 20:26Speaker 2: tried to dodge after that is a fucking songwriting output,
- 20:29Speaker 2: really and shut up anyway.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Yeah, this is what people say is he died in
- 20:35Speaker 1: two thousand and five and that's why he went away
- 20:37Speaker 1: for four years and then came back. This is a
- 20:40Speaker 1: quote from uh one of the websites or articles, the
- 20:46Speaker 1: Low Down zero dot blogspot dot co dot uk, so
- 20:50Speaker 1: you know it's a reputable site. The real Eminem died
- 20:54Speaker 1: years ago.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Here's a quick fun one. I said, there's a comedian
- 20:57Speaker 2: that was selling merch and he had his website on
- 20:59Speaker 2: the teams. It was a blog spot address, and I
- 21:02Speaker 2: was like, you paid like two hundred dollars to get
- 21:04Speaker 2: these screen britted. You couldn't fucking get a domain on
- 21:07Speaker 2: go Daddy.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Fore shit, it's like five dollars a year to get
- 21:11Speaker 1: a domain.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I think his name was Unleaded Supreme, which is just awesome.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I want one of those shirts. Oh, I've got all
- 21:19Speaker 1: look for sure.
- 21:20Speaker 2: I gotta go to the Mission Bay thrift store and
- 21:22Speaker 2: see if I can pick one up.
- 21:24Speaker 1: This is a quote from that website. The new eminem
- 21:28Speaker 1: quote is a total sellout, homo sexual satanist type of
- 21:34Speaker 1: scumbag with no redeeming value as a person. This is
- 21:37Speaker 1: a mean Boy's iTunes review. I don't know how this guy,
- 21:41Speaker 1: you know, like the rest of the stars nowadays, most
- 21:45Speaker 1: of which are mind controlled. Maybe summer clones, Yeah, I
- 21:50Speaker 1: mean maybe I like when people start a crazy thought
- 21:52Speaker 1: and they're just like, well, at this point, you know,
- 21:54Speaker 1: I'm beyond the point of no return, or he's a clone.
- 21:56Speaker 2: I mean, you know who knows? Frog your day?
- 21:59Speaker 1: Right? And uh, this is a video that people cite,
- 22:02Speaker 1: and this is a genuinely weird video that people cite,
- 22:06Speaker 1: and it is it's kind of a weird video.
- 22:09Speaker 2: M but he's gonna join the Saturday Night Cup.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Okay, I mean now, this is him clearly being funny
- 22:18Speaker 1: one of his new videos, and people use this video
- 22:20Speaker 1: as evidence of his clones glitching out.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Was a pretty great song, Oh, Berserk, I thought it
- 22:33Speaker 1: was underrated.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Yeah, but this I very much enjoyed that he didn't
- 22:40Speaker 2: just do the lead single is the Celebrity disc montage? Yeah,
- 22:44Speaker 2: he had for years. Are they just gonna show his
- 22:48Speaker 2: whole They might just be playing berserk.
- 22:51Speaker 1: He's acting weird there.
- 22:52Speaker 2: But I mean, if you're an eminem fan like I am,
- 22:53Speaker 2: and you've watched a lot of eminem videos, like he
- 22:56Speaker 2: hates interview. He's much better at rapping than he is
- 22:58Speaker 2: a talking you know, yeah shit, and he just doesn't
- 23:00Speaker 2: give it up. There is a great one where Stephen
- 23:02Speaker 2: Colbert hosted that show at the Public Access Studio and
- 23:04Speaker 2: he had Eminema on as a guest, and like he's
- 23:07Speaker 2: doing exactly that, just deliberately to be funny because he
- 23:09Speaker 2: knows it's a comedy program. Like he's not an unfunny guy,
- 23:12Speaker 2: he just doesn't really want to, you know, go through
- 23:15Speaker 2: every to give him. You a little bunch of sound
- 23:16Speaker 2: bites and shit like.
- 23:17Speaker 3: That with Marsham when you did that, Yeah, sorry.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Out a little bit. Yeah, he's clearly just being funny.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Almost shorter than I thought he'd be, but yeah, he.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Is super short. Well those are probably both former pro athletes,
- 23:33Speaker 1: so they might just be super tall too.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Yeah, Howmedy takes.
- 23:37Speaker 1: But yeah, that's that's a video of him on uh
- 23:40Speaker 1: in the booth during a Notre Dame Michigan college football game,
- 23:44Speaker 1: acting like a weirdo. Yeah, and that's the kind of
- 23:46Speaker 1: ship that these conspiracy.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Been divorced twice, had a serious drug problem, and has
- 23:54Speaker 2: been famous since he was in his early twenties. He
- 23:56Speaker 2: might maybe he's a little bit eccentric.
- 23:59Speaker 1: How do you feel about the idea that maybe Beyonce
- 24:01Speaker 1: died Ooh, I don't know. There's a few Beyonce theories,
- 24:05Speaker 1: and some of them I'm on board with.
- 24:06Speaker 2: My whole thing about Beyonce is like, I don't think
- 24:08Speaker 2: everyone's wrong about Beyonce. I just don't think that they're
- 24:10Speaker 2: as right as they think they are.
- 24:12Speaker 1: That's that's true. I think she's I think she's good.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I think she's good, just good, I do. I think, Yeah,
- 24:17Speaker 1: I mean she's great.
- 24:17Speaker 2: I look the Formation Banks. You know, Chang's not without
- 24:20Speaker 2: her fucking hits and charming. I think she's a cool,
- 24:22Speaker 2: cool gal.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Say the Formation Bangs?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's a song. But that's a good song.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you were talking about like her bang?
- 24:31Speaker 2: That was my favorite is one that Taylor Swift single
- 24:34Speaker 2: came out, and you know there's that big tweet of
- 24:36Speaker 2: around was like my mom a Pennsylvania, my dad from Pennsylvania.
- 24:40Speaker 2: You missed that pencil with that vinya, I am from Pennsylvania.
- 24:45Speaker 2: I did one that didn't blow up as much as
- 24:46Speaker 2: I thought was, which was okay, ladies, now let's ask
- 24:48Speaker 2: to speak to their manager. But you know, I never
- 24:51Speaker 2: get any respect. The real Beyonce died in twenty ten.
- 24:54Speaker 1: At twenty ten. She died in the two thousands. Her
- 24:56Speaker 1: team decided, well, here's a good stroke of luck, connor,
- 25:00Speaker 1: being that she died in twenty ten. Yeah, because in
- 25:03Speaker 1: the two thousands, as one does, her team decided to
- 25:06Speaker 1: store her stem cells just in case something happened.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Yeah, Tom Goss has a necklace which is a which
- 25:12Speaker 2: is a you know, a hermetically sealed capsule full of
- 25:15Speaker 2: my jism in case I die and they need someone
- 25:18Speaker 2: to learn how to edit the Mean Boys podcast. I
- 25:22Speaker 2: do think that's funny where it's just like, well, like
- 25:24Speaker 2: there's someone at a regular level who's like, oh my god,
- 25:27Speaker 2: this person's making us too much money. Let's just I'm
- 25:29Speaker 2: just gonna ask Beae for a strand of her hair
- 25:31Speaker 2: as a souvenir. Hope she doesn't get too creeked out,
- 25:33Speaker 2: and then you know, we'll start growing backups like Django
- 25:36Speaker 2: fet she.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Just wakes up one night and there's a needle in
- 25:39Speaker 1: her neck. Yeah yeah, yeah, so yeah. In twenty ten,
- 25:42Speaker 1: she supposedly died, and there is no explanation according to
- 25:46Speaker 1: this theory as to how or why. And the first
- 25:49Speaker 1: evidence people start pointing to is in twenty ten she
- 25:53Speaker 1: released an album called I Am Sasha Fierce.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Just don't do anything interesting as a famous person. If
- 25:57Speaker 2: you don't want any conspiracy theories about you, there's no
- 25:59Speaker 2: andy room any conspiracy theories, you know, Like.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Don't ever have like a nickname or an alias, you know. Yeah,
- 26:06Speaker 1: And it's as if celebrities never release albums under alter egos,
- 26:11Speaker 1: Like that's such a common thing.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Oh yeah, even back to like eighties, like fucking power pop.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Guys did that shit. Yeah, and uh with Garth Brooks
- 26:19Speaker 2: one Chris Gaines, Chris Gaines. Yeah, my girlfriend was telling
- 26:22Speaker 2: me about that.
- 26:23Speaker 1: This is a really popular or famous tweet that went
- 26:28Speaker 1: around in regards to this theory, and it says for
- 26:31Speaker 1: all you true Beyonce fans. The chick on the left
- 26:34Speaker 1: is her, but the chick on the right is not.
- 26:36Speaker 1: And uh, this is where it starts to really make sense.
- 26:39Speaker 1: This high degree masonry witch on the right is a clone.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Take a good look, don't believe me. Look up every
- 26:45Speaker 1: celebrity and look how they different they turn up every
- 26:48Speaker 1: single time. People their faces changed over the years. Yeah,
- 26:52Speaker 1: these two side by side pictures. Granted, she's smiling in one,
- 26:56Speaker 1: she's wearing ear rings in one.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Now she's got a little more eyes shed on the
- 27:00Speaker 2: the one. The brows have been thickened out a bit.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Yeah, she's got really heavy eyeliner. In one picture, she's
- 27:06Speaker 1: got the Jennifer Aniston highlights. You know.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I've seen a lot of these with the Kim
- 27:11Speaker 2: Kardashian but Kim Kardashian butt truthers. I'm a big fan
- 27:14Speaker 2: of those.
- 27:15Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, where I say, Well, this is
- 27:16Speaker 3: here with Paris Hilton in two thousand and seven, and
- 27:18Speaker 3: this is her today and she's.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Hauling around a radio flyer. Pull the fucking pig meat.
- 27:24Speaker 1: And who cares? I let her have a fake ass.
- 27:26Speaker 1: There's also I'll tell you I ain't completed. Oh there's
- 27:31Speaker 1: also a picture. If you search Beyonce fake pregnancy, you
- 27:35Speaker 1: will find uh a picture from her on a talk
- 27:38Speaker 1: show where people claim the way she's bending over makes
- 27:41Speaker 1: it look like her pregnant belly is fake.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Here's one fun recurring thing with all these video evidences,
- 27:47Speaker 2: they're all in four adyp exactly. It's all like yeah, yeah, okay,
- 27:51Speaker 2: yeah yeah.
- 27:52Speaker 1: And as far as her clone glitching, like the eminem thing,
- 27:55Speaker 1: the thing people point to for Beyonce is that she
- 27:58Speaker 1: kind of slipped and almost fell during her Super Bowl
- 28:02Speaker 1: halftime performance. And you will literally find people who are like,
- 28:06Speaker 1: would the real Beyonce do that? Like maybe she is
- 28:10Speaker 1: incapable of fault. Yeah, makes no fucking sense.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Well, most of the people that are big Beyonce fans
- 28:15Speaker 2: are fans of this shit after twenty ten, you know, right,
- 28:18Speaker 2: they're all big like Lemonade fans and you know all
- 28:20Speaker 2: that shit. And then you know, like before that, she
- 28:23Speaker 2: was popular and everyone, you know, she had single ladies
- 28:24Speaker 2: and shit like that. But I mean, you know, I
- 28:26Speaker 2: feel like she really blew up and became like, oh,
- 28:27Speaker 2: Beyonce is the way, the truth and the light like
- 28:29Speaker 2: after that. So I was like, maybe this cloning technology
- 28:32Speaker 2: is honest, and you guys shut up if you want
- 28:34Speaker 2: some more hot summer jams.
- 28:37Speaker 1: There's another theory that Beyonce is Solange's mother as opposed
- 28:41Speaker 1: to being her sister, and that Beyonce is actually.
- 28:46Speaker 2: And she just got mad at jay Z because he
- 28:47Speaker 2: was like a stepdad.
- 28:49Speaker 1: Yeah, pretty much. Yeah. I don't know that that like
- 28:52Speaker 1: what that argument was about. But yeah. The theory is
- 28:56Speaker 1: that Beyonce became pregnant at the age of twelve or
- 28:58Speaker 1: thirteen mm hmmmm, and her parents covered it up by
- 29:03Speaker 1: lying about her age and claiming that Solange was their child.
- 29:07Speaker 1: There's even some who say that Matthew Knowles is actually
- 29:10Speaker 1: Solange's father, Oh, Beyonce's dad, which would mean that Beyonce's
- 29:16Speaker 1: dad rape her.
- 29:19Speaker 3: That is how you get a Texas Bama o.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Uh.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:24Speaker 1: But there is part of this theory that I kind
- 29:26Speaker 1: of buy, which is that Beyonce is maybe a little
- 29:29Speaker 1: older than she says she is.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Well, what is she a Korean gymnast? Like why do
- 29:34Speaker 2: you really need to hide that shit?
- 29:35Speaker 1: Is it? Yes? It really matter that much if you're
- 29:37Speaker 1: beyond me. I think that's where because she blew up?
- 29:40Speaker 2: Is it you know, a twenty year old or whatever,
- 29:42Speaker 2: but that's your child, right.
- 29:44Speaker 1: That's where I think the Solange thing comes in. People
- 29:47Speaker 1: point to her covering up her actual age as evidence
- 29:51Speaker 1: that she delivered this baby in sometime in the nineties,
- 29:56Speaker 1: and their family's.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Is twelve years younger than Beyonce.
- 30:00Speaker 1: I think officially, yes, okay, one time, I well, no,
- 30:03Speaker 1: I think it's only it's not even that because wasn't
- 30:07Speaker 1: Solange was born in Yeah, I don't remember.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Yeah, one time I walked into my house in my
- 30:11Speaker 2: roommate is blasting Solange and then he comes out just
- 30:14Speaker 2: in his like box of shorts and a T shirt
- 30:16Speaker 2: and I was like, hell, are you fucking in there?
- 30:17Speaker 2: And he's like, no, getting.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Down of some Solange, listening to some Solange.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:23Speaker 1: But the one really weird piece of evidence, at least
- 30:27Speaker 1: in the Beyonce is older than she claims department is
- 30:32Speaker 1: Gabrielle Union, who gave an interview or Gabrielle Union, who's
- 30:36Speaker 1: an actress. She was in the first Bring It On movie,
- 30:38Speaker 1: which is fantastic. People have never seen it. She was
- 30:41Speaker 1: born in nineteen seventy two, and she said in an
- 30:45Speaker 1: interview that she and Beyonce were friends quote as teenagers,
- 30:51Speaker 1: which at that point people were like, huh yeah, like
- 30:54Speaker 1: that doesn't make so. I mean, because Beyonce would have
- 30:56Speaker 1: been very they wouldn't have been teenagers at the same time.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Yeah, she would have been like in her twenties or something, right, right,
- 31:02Speaker 2: Oh man, Yeah, a that is kind of odd.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And there's also someone claims to have found Beyonce's actual
- 31:11Speaker 1: birth certificate from the Department of Health or something in.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Jo Pio actually sen since one out of the Hawaii.
- 31:18Speaker 1: And they claim that it says she was born in
- 31:20Speaker 1: seventy four, not eighty one. Interesting, which would make Beyonce
- 31:24Speaker 1: older than me. Whoa, God, damn still got a chance, Adam.
- 31:28Speaker 1: That is a twist. You know.
- 31:30Speaker 2: Here's if I was researching a sketch I was shooting
- 31:32Speaker 2: one time about a Morning Zoo crew reacting to the
- 31:34Speaker 2: events of nine to eleven, you know, like I just like, hey,
- 31:37Speaker 2: everybody love them, and just like how they would handle
- 31:40Speaker 2: seeing the towers fall, you know, from up to New York.
- 31:42Speaker 2: And the number one song one nine eleven happened was
- 31:44Speaker 2: Bootylicious by Destney's Child.
- 31:46Speaker 1: Very nice, It's kind of funny. So so yeah, that's
- 31:50Speaker 1: the Beyonce theory. I don't I that second part is
- 31:53Speaker 1: a little interesting. Yeah, I don't buy that she died,
- 31:55Speaker 1: but I don't. I'm not completely off board with the
- 31:59Speaker 1: Solange might be her kid and she's older than she
- 32:02Speaker 1: claims that.
- 32:03Speaker 2: I mean that, I will say that as someone who
- 32:06Speaker 2: speaks constantly on a semi professional level, I say the
- 32:11Speaker 2: wrong thing aggressively almost all the time. So I get
- 32:14Speaker 2: in an interview if you're like, oh, and weird teenagers,
- 32:16Speaker 2: and you're like, oh, I.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Was a teenager, she was under twenties. It was kind
- 32:18Speaker 1: of weird the right friends, but you know, but yeah,
- 32:20Speaker 1: that one seems weird. Yeah, the Gabrielle union thing seems
- 32:23Speaker 1: really weird. Yeah that could that might have some legs.
- 32:26Speaker 1: This next theory. On the surface, it sounds insane, but
- 32:31Speaker 1: I actually think it's one of the more plausible theories
- 32:35Speaker 1: on this list.
- 32:36Speaker 2: Interesting because I was reading through and I kind of
- 32:37Speaker 2: found it was just a little kind of sexist, Like
- 32:39Speaker 2: you wrote in the note.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's definitely kind of sexist.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Might be why Adam believes it, all right, but.
- 32:44Speaker 1: The problem is there's precedent for it. Okay, and the
- 32:47Speaker 1: theory is that JK. Rowling is actually an actress and
- 32:52Speaker 1: not a writer, and that she is the face of
- 32:56Speaker 1: what is actually a big team of writers that have
- 32:59Speaker 1: been churning out and producing the Harry Potter books for
- 33:03Speaker 1: however many years. And it the argument they make is
- 33:07Speaker 1: kind of not kind of sexist, it's super duper sexist,
- 33:11Speaker 1: which is that it would be impossible for one woman
- 33:14Speaker 1: to write seven thick books that are translated into fifty
- 33:18Speaker 1: five languages, which she's not translating them. People get that
- 33:21Speaker 1: part right. First of all, she's not like writing it
- 33:23Speaker 1: in aramic. Also, yeah, she's not you know, she's not
- 33:26Speaker 1: getting murdered on behalf of Salmon Rushdie exactly.
- 33:30Speaker 2: And by the way, these are pieces of literature, not Rihanna.
- 33:34Speaker 2: In the last three months, we need to have to
- 33:35Speaker 2: call them thick. You could say lengthy. There's a lot
- 33:38Speaker 2: of other fantastic words you could have used there.
- 33:41Speaker 1: And yeah, it's it's a very sexist way to think
- 33:44Speaker 1: about it. It comes from though, And here's here's one
- 33:48Speaker 1: at least kind of strike against it being written off
- 33:51Speaker 1: immediately as sexist, as the person who came up with
- 33:53Speaker 1: the theory as a woman named Nina.
- 33:55Speaker 2: Grunfeld White feminism exactly.
- 33:57Speaker 1: She is a Norwegian filmmaker, Okay, And she wrote the
- 34:01Speaker 1: first article kind of putting this theory forward that JK.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Rowling is just an actress who is the face of
- 34:09Speaker 1: this franchise.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Well, I was under the impression for mind a little bit,
- 34:12Speaker 2: you know.
- 34:12Speaker 3: I was.
- 34:12Speaker 2: I was a Harry Potter fan as a kid, and
- 34:14Speaker 2: I'm not as like into the whole extended universe and
- 34:16Speaker 2: everything and YadA, YadA YadA as a lot of people. But
- 34:18Speaker 2: I mean I was on the impression that she was
- 34:20Speaker 2: writing mystery novels. They were kind of just you know,
- 34:21Speaker 2: paying the bills but not doing great numbers. And then
- 34:24Speaker 2: in this time she was coming up with the you know,
- 34:27Speaker 2: the world of Harry Potter. She was toying with, like
- 34:29Speaker 2: the language for the spells and all the shit. This
- 34:31Speaker 2: was just kind of she'd been tinkering with for a
- 34:33Speaker 2: long time, and it was kind of her big you know,
- 34:35Speaker 2: uh fucking opus, you know whatever.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean that's the that's the story they tell Connor.
- 34:44Speaker 1: But the reason, the one thing that makes it not
- 34:47Speaker 1: that implausible is it's a thing that has happened before. Yeah,
- 34:54Speaker 1: with the Nancy Drew novels, which were always credited to
- 34:58Speaker 1: a woman named Carolyn, and that woman did not exist.
- 35:03Speaker 1: There was just a group of writers who wrote the
- 35:06Speaker 1: Nancy Drew novels and they credited him to one person
- 35:09Speaker 1: to make it look.
- 35:09Speaker 2: I mean, I read every single Guy Damn Hardy Boys
- 35:11Speaker 2: when I was a kid, and those are fun books
- 35:13Speaker 2: to read if you're if.
- 35:13Speaker 1: You're a lad.
- 35:14Speaker 2: But I mean they're all very disposable, and it's all
- 35:16Speaker 2: very formulaic. You know, Chet gets in his jalopi, his
- 35:20Speaker 2: new hobby of ventriloquism, saves the day and they escape
- 35:22Speaker 2: from the Haunted Island, you know, right, something like Harry Potter.
- 35:26Speaker 2: I mean, that is a much more. You have to
- 35:28Speaker 2: have a pretty good vision for storytelling and world building
- 35:33Speaker 2: and character development and dialogue and all this shit. That's
- 35:37Speaker 2: not something that you can, you know, shit out like
- 35:39Speaker 2: an animal seat, right.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's it does. I mean the fact that
- 35:44Speaker 1: it happens before makes it moderately believable, but yeah, this
- 35:50Speaker 1: this woman has to have a little more proof to
- 35:52Speaker 1: go on.
- 35:53Speaker 2: It's really just like happened in the past. But well,
- 35:55Speaker 2: Jake Rowling also just strikes me like even when it's
- 35:58Speaker 2: like I'll see your tweets or you know, hearing the
- 36:00Speaker 2: stuff like this is just a booky lady. She likes
- 36:02Speaker 2: to she likes to stay inside with a cup of
- 36:04Speaker 2: tea read. You know, you know, I just got a
- 36:06Speaker 2: couple of friends. She's a nerd.
- 36:07Speaker 3: You know.
- 36:07Speaker 2: I get the vibe that she just very genuinely loves
- 36:09Speaker 2: literature and you know, like you know, the living in
- 36:11Speaker 2: these little fantasy worlds. You know, like not like she's
- 36:14Speaker 2: gonna escapeist or whatever, but I mean, you know, so
- 36:15Speaker 2: someone that likes to get lost in the good book.
- 36:17Speaker 2: That's the vibe I getting. Maybe this actress is just
- 36:19Speaker 2: playing that part very convincingly, but yeah, I don't know,
- 36:22Speaker 2: there's nothing I'm not really feeling this one.
- 36:24Speaker 1: How about the fact that Avril Lavine died in this
- 36:26Speaker 1: being impersonated by her best friend love it.
- 36:29Speaker 2: This is a this is a fantastic episode of like
- 36:31Speaker 2: one of those like daytime soaps. My Grandma's still watch it?
- 36:34Speaker 1: Yeah, which by this, according to this theory, her friend
- 36:37Speaker 1: would have also married Chad Kroger from Nickelback, which.
- 36:40Speaker 2: A guy that makes all those condiments and uh food
- 36:42Speaker 2: for less exactly.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I always wonder when Kroger brand stuff shows up
- 36:48Speaker 1: in stores here. I'm like, how, like, what, there's no
- 36:51Speaker 1: Kroger here. Kroger's like a huge grocery chain in the Midwest.
- 36:54Speaker 2: Is it really?
- 36:55Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 36:55Speaker 2: Oh, I was just in the Midwest. I don't think
- 36:57Speaker 2: I've seen those.
- 36:58Speaker 1: You do? You do?
- 36:59Speaker 2: I do think you tell a lot about people by
- 37:01Speaker 2: their regional chain stores. Oh, you know, like their gas stations.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Like you got to like Pennsylvania and it's like, oh man,
- 37:06Speaker 3: we're going to sheets And I was like, what the
- 37:07Speaker 3: fuck is sheets? And there's like it's this gas station,
- 37:10Speaker 3: but they got food and they're open all night. And
- 37:12Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, you guys, so I get what Trump
- 37:14Speaker 3: won now.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Like it's Casey's General Store in the Midwest. Yep, I've
- 37:18Speaker 1: I've seen some cases they left it there. Best fucking pizza.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Here's when you know you're when you're in trouble is
- 37:24Speaker 2: when you see a sinclair with that green bronnosaurus and
- 37:26Speaker 2: there's gonna be like one pump from the Carter administration,
- 37:30Speaker 2: you know, and you got to go talk to the
- 37:32Speaker 2: guy and just swipe your debit card through his two
- 37:34Speaker 2: remaining teeth to get your fucking gas and get out
- 37:37Speaker 2: of rural Montana.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Yeah, Sinclair is always a scary place. Yeah, there's not
- 37:42Speaker 1: much to the Avri Lavine theory. It just alleges that
- 37:45Speaker 1: Avrilavine died in two thousand and three at the age
- 37:47Speaker 1: of nineteen, a year after the release of her debut album,
- 37:51Speaker 1: Let Go. Her second album, under My Skin, was released
- 37:55Speaker 1: in two thousand and four, and the blogger that came
- 37:57Speaker 1: up with this theory insists that the title is very
- 38:01Speaker 1: suggestive of the truth.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I have a counter theory I'm developing right now, which
- 38:07Speaker 2: is that Avril Levin's publicist is like, all right, these
- 38:10Speaker 2: personal appearance fees are going down. She's not writing anything
- 38:13Speaker 2: that we can get on the charts. How about we
- 38:16Speaker 2: come up with the conspiracy theories.
- 38:18Speaker 4: Yeah, oh, the mean boys are actually Andy Milanook is
- 38:22Speaker 4: diseased weirdos like I'm gonna start doing this for Unpopular
- 38:28Speaker 4: Opinion host Adam Todd Brown is actually Robin Williams.
- 38:32Speaker 1: I am this podcast would be so much more. That
- 38:37Speaker 1: was bearable.
- 38:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that was just an old racist that saw a ghost.
- 38:43Speaker 1: They also add that just before the two thousand and
- 38:47Speaker 1: four album came out, a band member and close friend
- 38:50Speaker 1: of Avri Levine named Evan Tobenfeld left her band. He
- 38:54Speaker 1: addressed this in a duet with Levine This makes no sense,
- 38:59Speaker 1: called the best years of our lives with a line
- 39:02Speaker 1: I never thought I would lose my best friend, which
- 39:06Speaker 1: the blog suggests means he must have known that it
- 39:08Speaker 1: was the new Levine on the track. What you could
- 39:11Speaker 1: have just been singing this fucking song?
- 39:13Speaker 2: Did he like wrote?
- 39:14Speaker 3: Did he quizz her on like, uh, where's the freckle
- 39:16Speaker 3: on my dick? And she was like the shaft and
- 39:18Speaker 3: he's like the base.
- 39:20Speaker 2: That's what I told my That's what I told my
- 39:22Speaker 2: friends is we're talking about like, okay, if there was
- 39:24Speaker 2: a clone of you, and I had to figure out
- 39:26Speaker 2: whether or not I was gonna shoot which one, Like
- 39:28Speaker 2: what's the what's the secret? I should tell you so
- 39:30Speaker 2: you can ask? And I was like, well, my cat.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Scratch my dick when I was a little kid, so
- 39:34Speaker 3: I have a little kiddy cat claws save shaped scar
- 39:36Speaker 3: on like the top of my my shaft or whatever.
- 39:39Speaker 2: And my buddy Ryan was like, I'm not looking at that.
- 39:41Speaker 2: I'm just gonna shoot both of you, like you asshole,
- 39:45Speaker 2: probably a better plan.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Well, And that's another thing. It's like, why why would
- 39:48Speaker 1: you hide clues? Why?
- 39:50Speaker 2: I mean, I guess that these people are just the
- 39:52Speaker 2: actors and they want to put some of these like
- 39:56Speaker 2: things out there because they're draft and they're trying to
- 39:58Speaker 2: get help. But it's like, at that point you can
- 40:00Speaker 2: just go to the police, you know, and say, like,
- 40:02Speaker 2: I need a security detail. I'll pay with it for
- 40:05Speaker 2: you know, with my millions of dollars. I'll have to
- 40:08Speaker 2: hire a bunch of blackwater run the cops that encircle
- 40:11Speaker 2: my home in the Hollywood Hills, and I'll be the
- 40:12Speaker 2: most famous person in the world because I'm revealing the scandal.
- 40:14Speaker 2: I wouldn't just be like, oh, my best friend died,
- 40:17Speaker 2: you know, and just hope that some fat guy on
- 40:19Speaker 2: the internet dug it up and came up with a
- 40:21Speaker 2: theory about it.
- 40:22Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's fucking nuts. Yeah, let's talk about Andrew
- 40:26Speaker 1: wk yes, and that he's played by several different actors.
- 40:30Speaker 1: This is a theory. It was started in two thousand
- 40:32Speaker 1: and five after a concert in Elizabeth City, New Jersey,
- 40:35Speaker 1: sponsored by college radio station WSOU. Audience members and security
- 40:40Speaker 1: staff claim that the person singing on stage in Andrew
- 40:44Speaker 1: wk's signature white outfit wasn't actually Andrew WK.
- 40:49Speaker 2: And it was after Labor Day.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Shame on him, yeah, shame shame. Less than halfway through
- 40:53Speaker 1: the set, this Andrew WK suddenly left the stage and
- 40:58Speaker 1: the rest of the show was canceled.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Marley Andrew WTF.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Right wow boom Airhorn radio sponsor W sou was also
- 41:11Speaker 1: confused and angered as they tried to figure out what
- 41:13Speaker 1: exactly happened.
- 41:15Speaker 2: You know who actually has admitted to doing this, and
- 41:17Speaker 2: it is well documented his MF Doom. You remember that scandal.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Oh really big Doom fan. And for a while he
- 41:23Speaker 2: was just sending out dudes in the mass to go
- 41:26Speaker 2: do his gigs and they'd start rapping and people would
- 41:28Speaker 2: be like, Okay, this is bullshit. MF Doom is four
- 41:31Speaker 2: inches shorter than this guy. He's this guy's jacked. Mfdom's
- 41:35Speaker 2: a fat guy that wears hockey jerseys and.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Shit like that's amazing.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, And he was just he basically was like, yeah,
- 41:41Speaker 3: I mean, I you don't when you pay for the show,
- 41:43Speaker 3: you're paying for what MF Doom wants to give you,
- 41:45Speaker 3: and I'm giving you a Doom post or whatever.
- 41:49Speaker 1: MF.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Doom is fucking insane, Like, yeah, yeah, I love that guy.
- 41:53Speaker 2: But yeah, no one's ever really he's dead.
- 41:54Speaker 1: They're just like, oh yeah, I think he's in England
- 41:55Speaker 1: because he got like busted for weed or something. He's
- 41:58Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on with him. Yeah. Shortly
- 42:00Speaker 1: after this happened to Andrew WK stopped writing music, releasing records,
- 42:05Speaker 1: and touring, claiming to have a new perspective on what
- 42:08Speaker 1: makes people truly happy. He decided to put his music
- 42:12Speaker 1: on hiatus to pursue a career as a motivational self
- 42:14Speaker 1: help speaker, and traveled around the country to lecture people
- 42:17Speaker 1: on the subject of personal happiness and fulfillment.
- 42:20Speaker 2: An anytime, anyone in any kind of like, I'm like,
- 42:23Speaker 2: I don't know a lot about Andrew Jokaye's music.
- 42:25Speaker 1: I'm assuming it's fun but not very substantive. Would that
- 42:27Speaker 1: be correct?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, So, I mean if this is a situation
- 42:30Speaker 2: where he was kind of like, you know, an industry push,
- 42:33Speaker 2: you know, the people in Indi industry where it's like
- 42:35Speaker 2: this guy's a star, we gotta to make him a
- 42:36Speaker 2: star of Rold Reynolds. Wouldn't an example where like we're
- 42:38Speaker 2: just gonna keep throwing him in superhero movies till one sticks.
- 42:40Speaker 2: It happens with comedians a lot of the time, like, Oh,
- 42:42Speaker 2: he's got a great look. Let's get him on all
- 42:43Speaker 2: these MTV shows until he's selling tickets on the road.
- 42:45Speaker 2: We'll get people to write an act for him. I
- 42:47Speaker 2: think it's a situation like that. And I think, you know,
- 42:49Speaker 2: very positive that this guy was kind of like fuck this.
- 42:52Speaker 1: You know, I'm out.
- 42:53Speaker 2: You know, I'll just like, I like the people like
- 42:55Speaker 2: this like me, you know, as song as are fun,
- 42:58Speaker 2: But I don't really give a shit, you know. I mean,
- 42:59Speaker 2: it might have just been like, oh, he grew up
- 43:02Speaker 2: as a person a little bit.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Well. One thing I read also was that he had
- 43:06Speaker 1: some sort of dispute with his record label or some
- 43:08Speaker 1: sort of legal issue.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Yeah, came in there with with a baseball bat and.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Forced suge Knights.
- 43:16Speaker 2: I was on four channel lot during high school, believe
- 43:18Speaker 2: it or not. Listen to the audience. Nah, he popped
- 43:21Speaker 2: by h slash Moo to do an am a one time,
- 43:25Speaker 2: and he had like photo for for whatever, and he's
- 43:27Speaker 2: Andrew wkhling up his little sharpy thing like slash moon.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Then the day and he's like, what's up, nerors or whatever,
- 43:31Speaker 2: and then you kind of hung out and answered questions
- 43:33Speaker 2: and stuff, made a trip code. He was pretty cool, nice,
- 43:35Speaker 2: So I always respected that anyone, anyone that takes the
- 43:37Speaker 2: time to come to four chan.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Yeah exactly, Uh, yeah, he's I mean, this is a
- 43:45Speaker 1: I always heard that he had a record label dispute
- 43:48Speaker 1: and it prevented him from releasing music in the United States.
- 43:52Speaker 2: What's do Andrew WK and Black Flag have in common? Yeah,
- 43:56Speaker 2: he had to put put out the name with all
- 43:58Speaker 2: the recordings with Keith More just under the names of
- 44:01Speaker 2: the band members.
- 44:02Speaker 1: You can actually find an interview with Andrew WK and
- 44:05Speaker 1: Larry King online. It's on YouTube where he discusses this rumor.
- 44:11Speaker 1: And this is another one where they have all these
- 44:14Speaker 1: side by side pictures and in every picture, the pre
- 44:18Speaker 1: two thousand and five Andrew WK has a facial hair
- 44:22Speaker 1: and he has a goatee and the other one doesn't. Yeah,
- 44:26Speaker 1: so they're like, see it's different.
- 44:29Speaker 2: Yeah, oh it's not. He shaved couldn't even get Larry
- 44:33Speaker 2: King to suspend his disbelief.
- 44:38Speaker 1: I love that there's a cheering crowd at the end
- 44:40Speaker 1: of that too.
- 44:41Speaker 2: I'll say at every show I do for this network.
- 44:43Speaker 2: I love the prioritization of sound effects. Right, we got airhorn,
- 44:48Speaker 2: kunt Dinger, and then Wilhelm scream and Howard Dean two screams.
- 44:54Speaker 1: We got two screams. Well that's a red tailed hawk.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Oh okay, like too bias from the animals.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Uh sure, yeah, yeah, we well we call it an
- 45:03Speaker 1: intensity eagle. But okay, it's a hawk. Gotcha. Uh, bad news, Connor,
- 45:08Speaker 1: Katy Perry's actually John ben a Ramsey. I guess that's
- 45:11Speaker 1: good news because John ben A Ramsey then in that
- 45:13Speaker 1: case didn't actually get murdered. Yeah, this is one of
- 45:16Speaker 1: the flimsiest theories of all.
- 45:20Speaker 2: And they're both blonde.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Yeah, they're both blonde. Their parents kind of look alike.
- 45:27Speaker 1: And the whole thing that this centers around. And there's
- 45:31Speaker 1: a video. I don't know if we can I don't
- 45:33Speaker 1: know if we'll make it through the video. Let me
- 45:37Speaker 1: just pull it up and see if we can get
- 45:38Speaker 1: it to get to the juicy part. Yeah, it's fucking
- 45:43Speaker 1: seven minutes long.
- 45:44Speaker 3: Oh, this person does not know how to screen capture
- 45:47Speaker 3: their computer.
- 45:50Speaker 2: And just the mic quality. I'm not respecting your theory.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Where if you can't afford a snowball mic, Yeah, to
- 45:56Speaker 1: make your YouTube. It sounds like he's recording it in
- 45:59Speaker 1: a walk in cooler told people, Okay, so that's not
- 46:05Speaker 1: gonna that's that's not gonna do us any favors. But
- 46:08Speaker 1: uh yeah, they just this video. He shows all these
- 46:12Speaker 1: side by side pictures, and I mean, do they look alike? No,
- 46:17Speaker 1: John Bene Ramsey's a child and Katy Perry is an adult.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Yeah, children look drastically different, you know, as they evolve.
- 46:24Speaker 2: You know, you put a thunderstone on John Bennet and
- 46:26Speaker 2: all of a sudden, Sorry, that was not good at all. Yeah,
- 46:31Speaker 2: they both had like religious parents and stuff, right.
- 46:34Speaker 1: They both had religious parents. And the whole thing that
- 46:37Speaker 1: this theory centers around is Katy Perry wrote a book
- 46:41Speaker 1: at one point, of course, and she talks about being
- 46:45Speaker 1: a child entertainer and she says, it's not like there
- 46:50Speaker 1: was a John Bene Ramsey inside me, bursting to get out.
- 46:55Speaker 1: And this guy's like, why would she say that she
- 46:58Speaker 1: wasn't John Benna trying.
- 47:00Speaker 2: To cover her tracks.
- 47:02Speaker 1: It's like that that's the last thing she would do
- 47:04Speaker 1: if she was actually John Bene Ramsay.
- 47:06Speaker 2: These kind of people don't have that Freudian need to
- 47:09Speaker 2: fucking do that shit through their art. You know, that
- 47:12Speaker 2: only happens with like a Luis C. K. Woody Allen,
- 47:14Speaker 2: where Woody Allen fucked a seventeen year old and then
- 47:16Speaker 2: he made a movie about fucking a seventeen year old
- 47:18Speaker 2: and for whatever reason, he can't fucking help it. Like,
- 47:21Speaker 2: you know, people say, Luisy K Jack's ob in front
- 47:22Speaker 2: of female comedians in an hotetel room. So he made
- 47:25Speaker 2: a movie where it's sexual assault is like a very
- 47:27Speaker 2: heavy theme and it's very a lot of parallelsers an
- 47:29Speaker 2: episode of this TV show about jacking ob in front
- 47:31Speaker 2: of a lady.
- 47:32Speaker 3: So it's like, if you're secretly like, I get it
- 47:35Speaker 3: for those kind of guys, you know, And I'm not
- 47:38Speaker 3: saying that women can also be, you know, right, the
- 47:41Speaker 3: Freudian sociopathic, you know, clue dropping nightmare people.
- 47:44Speaker 2: But it's just it doesn't I don't know, it's ever
- 47:47Speaker 2: that's that's a stupid way to do it, right.
- 47:49Speaker 1: What do you think of the Bill Hicks faked as
- 47:51Speaker 1: death and became Alex Jones theory.
- 47:53Speaker 2: Man, big fan of both of these guys.
- 47:56Speaker 1: Yeah, this one, this one is.
- 47:57Speaker 2: Not a fan of Alex Johns.
- 47:58Speaker 1: I'm sorry this is an interesting one because they don't
- 48:03Speaker 1: look dissimilar.
- 48:05Speaker 2: I think they look pretty goddamn close. There's some of
- 48:07Speaker 2: these pictures you'll pull up where it's like, okay, damn.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Yeah, and they What I didn't realize is that Sacred
- 48:14Speaker 1: Cow Productions, which produced a bunch of Bill Hicks albums,
- 48:20Speaker 1: he was like one of their main talent for a
- 48:24Speaker 1: long time, is also where Alex Jones got his start,
- 48:28Speaker 1: right around the same time Bill Hicks died.
- 48:30Speaker 2: Well, I think that's probably how he knows Joe Rogan
- 48:32Speaker 2: is from back in the days like working with stand
- 48:34Speaker 2: open stuff, because I think they filmed that one Bill
- 48:36Speaker 2: Hicks special that's in like Austin or something where it's
- 48:38Speaker 2: kind of just done on like you know, like old
- 48:40Speaker 2: cameras and all that.
- 48:41Speaker 1: Right, yeah, yeah, And if you go to the Sacred
- 48:44Speaker 1: Cow Productions website now, Bill Hicks and Alex Jones are
- 48:48Speaker 1: both listed as you know, personalities, and I feel like
- 48:52Speaker 1: they're kind of I'll show you the I feel like
- 48:55Speaker 1: they're kind of trying to play along with the theory
- 49:01Speaker 1: a little bit because when you look on their artist
- 49:04Speaker 1: bio page, look at Bill Hicks picture, it's like intentionally
- 49:09Speaker 1: this thumbnail is like intentionally blurry, and Alex Jones is
- 49:15Speaker 1: right below him, and Alex Jones is wearing sunglasses.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Well, I don't know why you're leading with whoever the hell?
- 49:20Speaker 2: Calerino Castillo is, Yeah, the EA agent.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, why is he? First?
- 49:27Speaker 2: Sane man? Is the special I was thinking of. It's
- 49:29Speaker 2: a good one. Yeah, and yeah, when Bill Hicks does
- 49:31Speaker 2: do his like demon Republican Donald Ranty voice, it does
- 49:37Speaker 2: sound a lot like Bill Hicks. But also I think
- 49:39Speaker 2: an important thing to factor in here is there's approximately
- 49:42Speaker 2: forty seven different genes in Texas to go around, you know,
- 49:46Speaker 2: so I think they just they just kind of drew
- 49:48Speaker 2: from the same general look pool. You know, like there's
- 49:51Speaker 2: certain areas you go where everyone looks very similar. We
- 49:55Speaker 2: don't have to name China's, but yeah, but you go
- 49:58Speaker 2: to the Midwest and you're like, okay, everyone, there's eight
- 50:00Speaker 2: different faces, and you kind of roll the dice and
- 50:02Speaker 2: you get one of them.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Right exactly this. The people argue that the reason he
- 50:08Speaker 1: he made this switch in his career is that he
- 50:10Speaker 1: is a CIA disinformation agent who is was put into
- 50:16Speaker 1: the am Shock jock scene to discredit actual radio hosts.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, the thing about that is, at this point
- 50:23Speaker 2: he's a crude a lot of influence. This would be
- 50:26Speaker 2: you know, a mildly you know, a salient point, like
- 50:30Speaker 2: maybe eight nine years ago, but at this point he's
- 50:33Speaker 2: got a very large platform. He's clearly influencing a lot
- 50:36Speaker 2: of people, not only in the mainstream media, but some
- 50:37Speaker 2: of the you know, the powerful people within the political
- 50:40Speaker 2: system and in the private sector. So it's like, if
- 50:43Speaker 2: he was trying to do this is just you know,
- 50:44Speaker 2: how to make everyone just think like, oh yeah, there's
- 50:46Speaker 2: a bunch of goofballs, like blah blah blah, make up
- 50:47Speaker 2: your own mind, then he would have probably tapped out
- 50:51Speaker 2: a while ago. Yeah, unless he, you know, just went
- 50:53Speaker 2: crazy and started drinking drinking the kool aid himself or whatever.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Yeah, you would, you would think. But he It is interesting,
- 51:01Speaker 1: didn't Alex Jones also, at one point in court have
- 51:04Speaker 1: to admit that he's just doing a character doing a character.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Yeah, well he did because he was trying to like
- 51:10Speaker 2: keep custody of his kids or something. Yeah, that was
- 51:12Speaker 2: that great tweet And I'm sorry I don't remember who
- 51:14Speaker 2: wrote it. You could probably find it, but it's a
- 51:16Speaker 2: list of people who Alex Jones has lost legal battles
- 51:19Speaker 2: to this year, his ex wife Yogurt. I apologize. You
- 51:24Speaker 2: gotta watch the Alex Jones apologie.
- 51:25Speaker 5: I apologize to the good people overtcha Bonni Yogurt for
- 51:28Speaker 5: mischaracterizing their product and their involvement with making the CIA
- 51:33Speaker 5: gay for NASCAR. We hear at info Wars do not
- 51:37Speaker 5: think that Chobonni Yogurt is actually the seed of the
- 51:39Speaker 5: devil himself. This was a characterization that I used in
- 51:43Speaker 5: an analogy to call Hillary Clinton a bitch. That's a
- 51:46Speaker 5: pretty good Alex Jones ayues, that.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Was pretty great. That was pretty great. Let's uh so, yeah,
- 51:51Speaker 1: that one just on looks alone in.
- 51:53Speaker 2: The They look fucking very similar.
- 51:54Speaker 1: They look very similar, the fact that they come from
- 51:57Speaker 1: the same because for all we know, Bill Hicks might
- 51:59Speaker 1: not have been an actual name either. That could just
- 52:03Speaker 1: be a dude.
- 52:05Speaker 2: For yeah, I kind of have I know a few
- 52:09Speaker 2: people kind of closer to the Hicks family or whatever
- 52:12Speaker 2: a little bit, and I just I think that they would.
- 52:14Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't think. I just don't think
- 52:16Speaker 2: you can do. I don't think you can pull something
- 52:17Speaker 2: like that off, especially someone who became so popular and
- 52:19Speaker 2: dad's Bill Hicks. And also there's the fact that Joe
- 52:21Speaker 2: Ruggan is a big, you know, Bill Hicks fan. He'll
- 52:24Speaker 2: always talk about, you know, how much he loved the
- 52:26Speaker 2: Kennedy assassination joke or whatever on the show or whatever.
- 52:29Speaker 2: And he's also friends with Bill Hicks. And you don't
- 52:31Speaker 2: think he would like, no, you know, like he's addressed.
- 52:33Speaker 2: He's said as much. I mean, do you think. Yeah,
- 52:35Speaker 2: It's one of these things where it's like there's so
- 52:37Speaker 2: many people, you know, there's so many comics that knew
- 52:39Speaker 2: Bill Hicks, and I think, you know, by virtue of
- 52:41Speaker 2: being comics yourselves, we know that the comics are some
- 52:43Speaker 2: of the most gossiped, fucking loose lipped motherfuckers on the
- 52:46Speaker 2: planet Earth. So I'm sure Doug Stanhope would have gotten
- 52:49Speaker 2: drunk and be like, oh, yeah, he's doing his radio
- 52:51Speaker 2: show now. Yeah, he said he was gonna give me
- 52:54Speaker 2: a cigarette and he didn't, so I'm gonna blow his
- 52:56Speaker 2: multi million dollar media operation open.
- 53:00Speaker 1: How do you feel about maybe Stevie Wonder not being blind?
- 53:02Speaker 1: I mean, I changing gears slightly.
- 53:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 53:08Speaker 1: I I this is the there's this this video. Did
- 53:12Speaker 1: you watch this video?
- 53:13Speaker 2: I did.
- 53:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a nine second video. Anyone can go out
- 53:17Speaker 1: and search for it and find it on YouTube. It's
- 53:20Speaker 1: called is Stevie Wonder Really Blind? And it has one
- 53:23Speaker 1: hundred and eight.
- 53:24Speaker 2: Down opens with fake Paul McCartney.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Yeah, it's got Paul McCartney's impostor singing next to Jerry Signs.
- 53:31Speaker 3: They called him.
- 53:33Speaker 2: That's actually what they're saying that that documentary.
- 53:37Speaker 1: Full McCartney.
- 53:40Speaker 3: My favorite season is the Autumn aka the whole.
- 53:45Speaker 1: This is uh so, this is a nine second video.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Let's just watch it quick. What happens? Paul McCartney runs
- 53:53Speaker 1: over to the side of the stage. This is like
- 53:54Speaker 1: an all star celebrity jam thing. Fucking Nancy Pelosi is
- 53:58Speaker 1: on stuff.
- 53:58Speaker 2: But fucking anti Pelosi. I think it is next.
- 54:01Speaker 1: To maybe Al Gore, maybe uh character actor Eric Roberts.
- 54:07Speaker 1: I have no fucking clue. Oh, we are saying is
- 54:10Speaker 1: cut the corporate and Paul McCartney runs over to the
- 54:16Speaker 1: side of the stage and knocks a microphone over and
- 54:18Speaker 1: Stevie Wonder just reaches out and catches it.
- 54:20Speaker 2: You know who wouldn't have done that? The real Beyonce.
- 54:23Speaker 2: She wouldn't fall.
- 54:24Speaker 1: So let's watch it quick.
- 54:28Speaker 2: Stop skipping, Paul. You're at seventy. Here's what happened there.
- 54:33Speaker 2: The microphone fell onto Stevie Wonder's arm. I also think
- 54:36Speaker 2: at the very end, if we can go back, I'm
- 54:38Speaker 2: pretty sure that's Taizon Day. I'm pretty sure this might
- 54:41Speaker 2: have been in his window of relevance if you put no,
- 54:44Speaker 2: that's Herbie Hancock. Oh next to oh, next to uh,
- 54:48Speaker 2: that's Herbie Hancock. Man, I'm a big fan of Herbie Hancock.
- 54:51Speaker 2: I love the shit you do with Jacob Pastorius. Herbie.
- 54:53Speaker 2: I'm sorry for disrespecting you like that. That was I
- 54:56Speaker 2: feel a little racist now.
- 54:58Speaker 1: But Stevie Wonder's definitely not. Now what I think happened
- 55:02Speaker 1: when you see him run by Paul McCartney's head hits
- 55:06Speaker 1: the actual microphone. So Stevie Wonder, if nothing else, would
- 55:10Speaker 1: have heard that. Yeah, and Stevie Wonder's been around enough
- 55:14Speaker 1: microphones to know what it sounds like when someone runs
- 55:18Speaker 1: into a microphone and it might be falling.
- 55:20Speaker 2: And I mean, yeah, he's also he's on the streets,
- 55:22Speaker 2: you know, cleaning up crime in between working as a
- 55:24Speaker 2: public defender in New York. So I mean he's he
- 55:27Speaker 2: can hang.
- 55:28Speaker 1: I had never seen his eyes before.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a pretty haunting picture. Media takeout dot com.
- 55:33Speaker 1: One of the things people say is, well, if he's blind,
- 55:35Speaker 1: why does he wear sunglasses? Which how many blod doesn't
- 55:38Speaker 1: damn near every blind person wear sunglasses? Gross, And they're
- 55:42Speaker 1: doing you a favor. Yeah, and Stevie Wonder is no exception.
- 55:46Speaker 1: There's a picture.
- 55:47Speaker 2: Imagine being able to sense that someone is staring at
- 55:50Speaker 2: you without being able to see them stare at you, Like,
- 55:51Speaker 2: I imagine how fucking uncomfortable that would be with all
- 55:54Speaker 2: your heightened senses, your fucking arm hairs standing up.
- 55:56Speaker 1: There is a I could not for the life of
- 55:59Speaker 1: me fine the video again, but there's a video of it.
- 56:04Speaker 1: Was on TMZ and they corner some friend of Stevie
- 56:07Speaker 1: Wonders outside in airport and they're like, what do you
- 56:10Speaker 1: say about the rumors that Stevie Wonder's blind? And this
- 56:13Speaker 1: guy tells a story about how Stevie Wonder used to
- 56:16Speaker 1: go around when he would walk in the studio, he
- 56:18Speaker 1: would go around to all the women and pretend to
- 56:22Speaker 1: accidentally grope their breasts, but he would just do it.
- 56:26Speaker 1: And he would be like, oh, I'm sorry, I'm blind,
- 56:28Speaker 1: while he's just grabbed that sense of smell. You could
- 56:31Speaker 1: just smell like a room full of titties. So he's like,
- 56:35Speaker 1: I like that. The guy debunked this theory with like
- 56:39Speaker 1: a fun sexual assault anecdote. He's not blind heties all
- 56:45Speaker 1: the time. Uh so yeah, that that that's that's one
- 56:51Speaker 1: that people are really there's a big Stevie Wonder is
- 56:55Speaker 1: not blind movement and he has fun with it. He
- 56:58Speaker 1: at one point there was an interview where I think
- 57:01Speaker 1: it was TMZ also and they caught him outside an
- 57:04Speaker 1: airport and he said something about how he was going
- 57:07Speaker 1: to fly a plane later and they said something about
- 57:12Speaker 1: him not being blind, and he was like, I'm going
- 57:14Speaker 1: to tell the truth this year.
- 57:15Speaker 2: That's too funny. Yeah, that's what I would do, as
- 57:18Speaker 2: I would just lean into it, you know. I think
- 57:20Speaker 2: that's really how you handle a scandal.
- 57:22Speaker 1: Yeah. I'd be like, you're right, I can see let
- 57:24Speaker 1: me drive, Yeah yeah, yeah, your keys. I'd be like, yeah,
- 57:26Speaker 1: give me the keys, I'll go tell you all about it.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Get in the passenger seat. It's too funny. I don't
- 57:32Speaker 1: know why we're ending on this one. But let's talk
- 57:34Speaker 1: about Lord. Yeah, Lordy, Lordy. Look who might be forty?
- 57:38Speaker 1: Lord claims to have been born quit the show?
- 57:42Speaker 2: Yeah, who better to talk about Lord than Adam and me,
- 57:46Speaker 2: a guy who mostly listens to post punk and death grips.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I know nothing about Lord. Song. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 57:54Speaker 1: yeah that was okay, which I know. She wrote after
- 57:57Speaker 1: seeing a picture of George Brett, which is George Brett.
- 58:00Speaker 1: He played for the Kansas City Royals for a long time.
- 58:03Speaker 2: Oh and she just like kind of got a she.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Just saw that picture and his shirt that said Royals.
- 58:07Speaker 1: So clam good moist for old George Brett started to
- 58:12Speaker 1: make a little music down there, you know what I mean? Hey, Oh,
- 58:16Speaker 1: she claims to be twenty years old, but theorists claim
- 58:20Speaker 1: she is forty years old. Several years ago, Jezebel ran
- 58:24Speaker 1: an article where a woman claimed she reached out to
- 58:28Speaker 1: whoever you reach out to in New Zealand to get
- 58:30Speaker 1: a copy of Lord's birth certificate. Uh huh, And she
- 58:34Speaker 1: didn't get an actual copy. She just got to print
- 58:36Speaker 1: out saying that she was born in nineteen ninety six,
- 58:39Speaker 1: And people were like, uh, you could fake that, which
- 58:43Speaker 1: Beyond that, the only other evidence is she looks old,
- 58:46Speaker 1: she's weird looking, looks older than twenty, which does she
- 58:50Speaker 1: I Yeah, I don't know. I think she just looks well.
- 58:53Speaker 1: It is funny. There's a thing.
- 58:54Speaker 2: Maybe she's just a famous woman that's not wearing makeup
- 58:56Speaker 2: and this is how society is. Like, yeah, I do
- 58:59Speaker 2: like it's our perception of age.
- 59:01Speaker 1: I do like that someone ran her picture through that
- 59:04Speaker 1: Facebook what's my age? As Oh god, I came back
- 59:07Speaker 1: as forty nine. Yeah, the worst possible picture where she
- 59:09Speaker 1: looks like a corpse. Yeah, she looks exhausted. Yeah, picture she.
- 59:13Speaker 2: Looks like she's raising six kids that aren't hers.
- 59:17Speaker 1: There was also apparently in an interview with Vanity Fair,
- 59:22Speaker 1: she introduced herself by saying, Hi, I'm Ella Kay, and
- 59:25Speaker 1: I'm actually forty five. Why would she do that.
- 59:28Speaker 2: Because she's twenty and someone made her famous. You know,
- 59:31Speaker 2: if I got famous when I was twenty, I mean,
- 59:33Speaker 2: Lord help me. If I get famous at any point,
- 59:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna fucking do a bunch of stupid shit that
- 59:37Speaker 2: I've regret forever.
- 59:38Speaker 1: But I would have been saying the most ridiculous garb.
- 59:42Speaker 1: You know, there's been nonsense out of the movie.
- 59:44Speaker 3: Yeah, gonna call me fucking Peter or whatever.
- 59:46Speaker 1: It isn't matter, it's what with the music. She also,
- 59:50Speaker 1: apparently in one interview, said that The Virgin Suicides really
- 59:53Speaker 1: resonated with me as a teenager. I mean, I am,
- 59:57Speaker 1: I am still a teenager because Virgin Suicides came out
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: in the fucking nineties.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Or what's the Virgin Suicide?
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: It was a movie with Kirsten Dunst. I believe is
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: in it. It's a good movie. It's a weird movie,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: all right. They give a lot away in that title.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: And again, yeah, I mean I'll say like, oh yeah,
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: back when I was a teenager, and then I remember,
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: oh wait, no, I did that stupid thing six months ago.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, and especially the way that quote works,
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: she says it really resonated with me as a teenager.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Like she could be saying me as a teenager that
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: resonates with me. It's not necessarily saying twenty years ago
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: when it came out, it really resonated with me. Yeah,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: but maybe she is like maybe maybe, I mean, maybe
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: she's older than she says she is. This is one
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: of those who really cares.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: Yeah, who gives like, I mean, unless you're having a
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: kid with Lord and you're trying to figure out if
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: there's like a risk for autism, I don't think this
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: is any of your business.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Yeah, or until she dies at forty and the official
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: explanation is natural causes, We're like, what how she's died
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: in her sleep?
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I'm feeling Lord is just going to disappear
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: one day and they're gonna just be like she said, spaceship,
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: but who knows it might have been.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like she's on her way. I don't know.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: I just don't know that much about her music. Neither
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: do I.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: I mean, she seems to have cultivated kind of a
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: cool persona. I know people are all into her. Yeah,
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: I don't really know. God bless her.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: So so that's that's our episode, and.
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: It is we buying the I think the only one
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: we gave applausible too is the Salange daughter one.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Yeah, the Salange Slange daughter one seems at least somewhat feasible.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: And I don't know if this is naive fucked up.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: But when you have like stretch marks, or when you
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: tell me you look a little weird, yeah, you know,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: like Beyonce, like very own in your career was you know,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: probably had you know, was showing some mid drifts through
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: those DestinE videos. I can't think of any offhand. I
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: don't really know there work that well. Bills bills, oh
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: I got his bill's bills bills anyway, Yeah, so I
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: don't know that one.
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Maybe yeah, who knows, but uh yeah, I think that's
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: that's probably the most believable. The the Alex Jones Bill
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Hicks thing is weird too.
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: It is, It is fucking weird. That's when I go
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: back to every once in a while, I'm like, well maybe.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: Because that one, Like I get that he's got all
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: these close friends, but he could just as easily go
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: to Joe Rogan and be like, hey, here's the thing
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: I'm doing with my career now, don't fucking tell anybody.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm what kind of thing is like? I
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: don't think Bill Hicks could. I think just as knowing
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: having the comedian gene, I think you would go crazy
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: if you weren't being funny. And I mean maybe the
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: whole way he gets that kind of satisfaction just by
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: trolling people.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Now that's a thing he maybe thinks he is being fun.
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: But I was just listening to Bill Hicks the other
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: day and I was like that, he's very, very articulate,
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: and yeah, and it's like Alex Jones will just frequently
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: just like go on these random and maybe he just
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: found this character that he loves to do and this
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: is Jimmy Glick and he's going to write it into
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: the sunset. But could be I just I can't believe it.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: I'm an edgy white guy in his early twenties. You
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: want me to disown Bill Hicks? Come on as a
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: bridge too far?
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Yeah? Bill Hicks is great. If anyone listening to this
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: isn't familiar with him, go find out where Dennis Leary
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: got his entire goddamn career from and check out some
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: early Bill Hicks.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Uh yeah, So that's our episode. We should get the
