- 0:00Speaker 1: Market adjustment is happening now. A lot of this is
- 0:03Speaker 1: according to what's going on with Clarity, we'll break that
- 0:05Speaker 1: down for you. But there is some other news that
- 0:07Speaker 1: is starting to move on the.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Macro side, so let's take a look.

- 0:39Speaker 2: To get started, So check it out. Let's go over
- 0:42Speaker 2: and take a quick look at the S and P
- 0:44Speaker 2: right now.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Somewhat flat on the day, but after a red day
- 0:48Speaker 1: yesterday and what looked to be a little bit of
- 0:51Speaker 1: a correlation, we saw a little bit of a wipeout
- 0:53Speaker 1: within the Chinese market. There is some major adjustments though
- 0:58Speaker 1: if you look at some of the ones that I
- 1:00Speaker 1: really want to kind of focus on, and that of
- 1:02Speaker 1: course would be SpaceX.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Let's go over to that one real quick.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You guys probably saw the videos that we've covered on this.
- 1:08Speaker 1: This is one of the ones that we said pretty
- 1:12Speaker 1: much stay away with Tim foot Paul. This is pretty
- 1:14Speaker 1: much everybody now underwater in SpaceX right now as we
- 1:19Speaker 1: see an adjustment. Here's my thesis though, are we seeing
- 1:23Speaker 1: a rotation of capital do and are people getting out
- 1:27Speaker 1: of some of these high net or high individual stocks
- 1:31Speaker 1: like a SpaceX, like Micron which has been a flyer
- 1:34Speaker 1: for the last several weeks, and starting to move into
- 1:37Speaker 1: cash positions prepping for other things that could be happening.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So just be on the lookout. Remember, guys, we did
- 1:43Speaker 1: a video on this right here, which was the Chinese
- 1:47Speaker 1: chip maker, and we've already talked about sk Heinex.
- 1:51Speaker 2: They of course went public, had a little bit of
- 1:53Speaker 2: a move.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But the key here is is are we going to
- 1:55Speaker 1: see a major move on something like a CXMP And
- 2:00Speaker 1: if go back and watch our video on it, we
- 2:02Speaker 1: break it down in it's full this is it on
- 2:04Speaker 1: hyper liquid.
- 2:05Speaker 2: It actually went out on hyper liquid.
- 2:08Speaker 1: My theory is that Wall Street might be watching this,
- 2:11Speaker 1: so do we start to see some rotation into one
- 2:13Speaker 1: of the biggest chip manufacturing facilities out there in terms
- 2:18Speaker 1: of going public on the Chinese market. Granted, this will
- 2:21Speaker 1: be interesting as the market starts to mature around the
- 2:24Speaker 1: semiconductor market. Other things you got to look at, of course,
- 2:28Speaker 1: is everything else. One point eight trillion wiped out early
- 2:30Speaker 1: this morning. The semiconductor index crashed three percent. So if
- 2:35Speaker 1: that is pushing into a bear market territory, I just
- 2:38Speaker 1: don't know. Remember this was down twenty four percent from
- 2:41Speaker 1: its peak. So I'm not saying going out and buying semiconductors,
- 2:46Speaker 1: but is this a dip that if you are consistent
- 2:49Speaker 1: on where hyperscalers and a lot of these manufacturing companies,
- 2:53Speaker 1: whether it's PCs or devices are going to be using chips,
- 2:57Speaker 1: are these companies still possibly in your well wheelhouse in
- 3:00Speaker 1: terms of stock picks, global chip stocks already lost more
- 3:04Speaker 1: than two trillion of values since June. This is following
- 3:08Speaker 1: a massive crash in the Asian markets, which we had
- 3:10Speaker 1: already reported on. Japan's and K was down, Taiwan's tay
- 3:14Speaker 1: X was down, and then also you have pretty much
- 3:17Speaker 1: everything including some of the moonshot projects that we're released.
- 3:21Speaker 2: So I don't know.
- 3:22Speaker 1: We are in a position right now where things are
- 3:24Speaker 1: going to get a little bit unusual, and you have
- 3:27Speaker 1: basically two no name senators come in and try to
- 3:32Speaker 1: get Lutnik to hold firm on this band.
- 3:36Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Was this just a mismove by Congress or was this
- 3:40Speaker 1: a strategic of them just saying, you know, he's not
- 3:43Speaker 1: going to do it. He's going to remove the band
- 3:45Speaker 1: and start to open this up. I think he will.
- 3:48Speaker 1: The Secretary of Commerce is definitely one of those guys
- 3:52Speaker 1: that kind of plays both sides.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Of the fence.
- 3:54Speaker 1: One thing to look at though, right now on clarity,
- 3:57Speaker 1: because this starts to put the pressure within the crypto market,
- 4:00Speaker 1: is what is going to happen today? Right now They've
- 4:02Speaker 1: had the big meeting, it's going on, and still clips
- 4:05Speaker 1: are coming out. The real question is how much compromise
- 4:09Speaker 1: would potentially be done this meeting of course going literally
- 4:13Speaker 1: as we're recording, a revised draft is expected today. We
- 4:17Speaker 1: haven't seen anything just yet. I want to play a
- 4:19Speaker 1: clip from Kristen Smith.
- 4:21Speaker 3: So I give credit to President Trump for entertaining this concept.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I know he had a meeting at the White House
- 4:27Speaker 3: yesterday to discuss what this provision could look like. And
- 4:31Speaker 3: I think this is a president who knows the art
- 4:34Speaker 3: of the deal. If we can get the President and
- 4:36Speaker 3: the Democrats to agree on this issue, I think that
- 4:40Speaker 3: will break the logjam and we will be able to
- 4:42Speaker 3: get the votes needed to get this bill through the
- 4:46Speaker 3: Senate sometime next week or the following.
- 4:50Speaker 1: And Kristin is still on it saying that it looks
- 4:53Speaker 1: like sometime next week get the bill through. That means
- 4:56Speaker 1: something's coming out today in turn of the verbiage that
- 5:02Speaker 1: will come into this act. And I think the key
- 5:06Speaker 1: here is still is going to be ethics. I just
- 5:08Speaker 1: don't see the Democrats weighing too far away from now.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Could they push this down the line in terms of
- 5:15Speaker 1: maybe saying, hey, let's get this through, we'll propose something else.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Maybe there's something there in the wings, but I just
- 5:21Speaker 1: don't know. And when you look at the strategy that
- 5:25Speaker 1: has been played out both from the publican side, but
- 5:27Speaker 1: I think also from the White House side, I still
- 5:29Speaker 1: do not understand moves like this, and that is Trump
- 5:32Speaker 1: now planning to sell priority access to truth social posts.
- 5:37Speaker 2: In including his own.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The way this works true social posts including possibly his own,
- 5:42Speaker 1: affecting national security and maybe financial markets. This is going
- 5:46Speaker 1: to be called truth PSI, and the new service comes amid
- 5:48Speaker 1: a flurry of other deals Trump and his family company
- 5:52Speaker 1: that critics are exploiting right now, they're already saying that
- 5:55Speaker 1: they're profiting from all these kind of moves.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Why drop this right now?
- 5:59Speaker 1: What's the of dropping what might be a twenty nine
- 6:03Speaker 1: to ninety nine deal out there on.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Truth social for early access to this?
- 6:10Speaker 1: It just seems like it only solidifies the Democrat's position
- 6:14Speaker 1: on the scenario of ethics playing into this. So one
- 6:18Speaker 1: of the things that you consider that would change the
- 6:22Speaker 1: market dynamic, well, there's two things. One would be if
- 6:25Speaker 1: Clarity drops into the market, we get to see the
- 6:28Speaker 1: text for the first time really after it's been adjusted.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And then at the same time that this is happening today,
- 6:34Speaker 1: remember we still need sixty votes coming in on this.
- 6:39Speaker 1: At the same time this is happening, we are now
- 6:41Speaker 1: seeing more movement into the Middle East, and this includes
- 6:45Speaker 1: refueling a lot of this could be advancing the tactics
- 6:49Speaker 1: around dealing with Iran. This, of course terrible timing if
- 6:54Speaker 1: things get escalated over in the Hormu Strait and with
- 6:57Speaker 1: Iran at the same time in which maybe already is happening.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Does it get basically covered up with.
- 7:03Speaker 2: The new cycle.
- 7:04Speaker 1: So watch the news cycles very closely in the next
- 7:07Speaker 1: couple of days. This is going to be a big
- 7:09Speaker 1: one because if you look at the number, it's bad
- 7:13Speaker 1: right now, lowest that we have seen year to date, definitely,
- 7:17Speaker 1: and it's pretty much signaling now that it's not going
- 7:20Speaker 1: to happen.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I think that's the problem. Let's move over to a.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Bitcoin because bitcoin ETFs right now could mirror history here
- 7:26Speaker 1: around a comparison to gold. This came in from Balshunis,
- 7:31Speaker 1: who is a crypto and ETF analyst over at Bloomberg,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and he said there's a spiritual parallel here between gold
- 7:38Speaker 1: and I bit, the biggest bitcoin ETF pinpointing how gold
- 7:42Speaker 1: swored twenty eleven. It's spent eight years in the doldrums.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Now I don't think he's saying that, but what he's
- 7:48Speaker 1: getting at is he said that while gold funds suffered
- 7:51Speaker 1: years of week or demand, each cycle had an increase
- 7:55Speaker 1: is a high water markt So what that tells me
- 7:58Speaker 1: is that we could see stabilization and does it and
- 8:02Speaker 1: is it in a position where bitcoin and gold are
- 8:04Speaker 1: being looked at in the same lens by investors. What
- 8:08Speaker 1: do you guys think, are you looking at bitcoin completely
- 8:11Speaker 1: different than precious metals?
- 8:12Speaker 2: Let me go down below and would you buy.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Direct access or would you go out and buy an
- 8:17Speaker 1: ETF Let's go over to Stretch.
- 8:19Speaker 2: What's going on right now?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Michael Saylor put this out which was last call on
- 8:24Speaker 1: dividend day, and I don't know why he did this
- 8:27Speaker 1: because when you look at Stretch and where this is
- 8:30Speaker 1: right now, this is dividend day and you had that
- 8:33Speaker 1: dump immediately. What if you are an investor and you
- 8:37Speaker 1: decide to jump in on Stretch and on the day
- 8:41Speaker 1: that you go in of which they are promoting, and
- 8:44Speaker 1: you get a down day. In fact, you're still down
- 8:47Speaker 1: because it's only trading at eighty six ten where it
- 8:50Speaker 1: opened yesterday at eighty seven. So I don't know if
- 8:53Speaker 1: Michael Saylor can do this too much more because we
- 8:56Speaker 1: would start to see less and less interest in the market.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I want to also focus on this right here for
- 9:03Speaker 1: Bitcoin because Bitcoin ten is still on the deck twenty
- 9:08Speaker 1: two days away. Essentially, this means a potential fork with
- 9:12Speaker 1: Bitcoin with two completely separate camps. Michael Saylor kind of
- 9:16Speaker 1: hits it right here. There are one hundred and ten
- 9:18Speaker 1: things more dangerous to bitcoin than spam. Bitcoin ten turns
- 9:22Speaker 1: spam dispute into a consensus change that would invalidate some
- 9:26Speaker 1: currently valid fee paying transactions. That precedent is the danger.
- 9:32Speaker 1: We should save our energy for threats that really matter.
- 9:35Speaker 2: That, of course, is.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Going directly at what Adam Beck was referencing there in
- 9:40Speaker 1: terms of the filter fork topic. This simply means Bitcoin's
- 9:44Speaker 1: going to have potentially two places, and which one is
- 9:47Speaker 1: the real bitcoin could come into question as we go forward.
- 9:51Speaker 1: All right, so let's take a look at one other
- 9:54Speaker 1: clip here. This gets into is bitcoin finally getting mainstream?
- 10:00Speaker 1: Because Schwab kind of said something here that was intriguing.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 10:06Speaker 4: We've been focusing on bit one ten in early August.
- 10:09Speaker 4: The risk is if some participants on the network accept
- 10:14Speaker 4: it while others don't, it could create some temporarily temporary
- 10:19Speaker 4: volatility with the different areas of the network determining how
- 10:24Speaker 4: to treat it. Currently, less than one percent of minors
- 10:27Speaker 4: are signaling support. But again, just because minors signals support
- 10:31Speaker 4: for something or they don't different nodes or users on
- 10:35Speaker 4: the blockchain could still choose to adopt it, and so
- 10:39Speaker 4: again we think there's a low probability that it comes
- 10:42Speaker 4: to be, but we're flagging it as a potential source
- 10:46Speaker 4: of volatility in August seventh when it goes live if
- 10:50Speaker 4: there is contention across the broad or blockchain. You know,
- 10:55Speaker 4: our job is to be aware of all potential risks,
- 10:57Speaker 4: and so it is something that could potentially creates volatility.
- 11:02Speaker 2: All right, So that is Schwab talking about bit one ten.
- 11:06Speaker 2: So it's clear.
- 11:07Speaker 1: That even Wall Street is aware of what's going on
- 11:10Speaker 1: and they're saying the risk is evident. Obviously we'll see
- 11:13Speaker 1: this risk up to August seventh, when we see this
- 11:16Speaker 1: situation resolved hopefully. Also, I want to go into the
- 11:21Speaker 1: scenario of when you look at the two narratives between
- 11:25Speaker 1: bitcoin and crypto in general, you either have fundamentals or
- 11:29Speaker 1: just belief, you know thesis. Many people are in the
- 11:33Speaker 1: old camp of belief. Only some people are in the
- 11:35Speaker 1: new camp on you know, traditional finance that are like, no,
- 11:39Speaker 1: it's the fundamentals.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Listen to what Jordy Visser had to say about this.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Bitcoin is a narrative that will always be a narrative.
- 11:46Speaker 5: It's something that the world believes in. It has been chosen,
- 11:48Speaker 5: It has a mote because belief is harder than fundamentals.
- 11:52Speaker 5: Fundamentals come and go. It has survived many many bear markets,
- 11:55Speaker 5: so it is in the stage of a long term acceptance.
- 12:01Speaker 5: The problem is it needs money. And like I said,
- 12:04Speaker 5: if you've got the opportunity to invest in things that
- 12:07Speaker 5: have five baggers and ten baggers and there's dollars flowing
- 12:10Speaker 5: behind them and fundamentals behind them, and then you think
- 12:13Speaker 5: about all of the money managed in the world, it's
- 12:16Speaker 5: by human beings still at this point that are in
- 12:20Speaker 5: the traditional finance world, and it's doing well. So I
- 12:24Speaker 5: think the one thing people should take out is that
- 12:27Speaker 5: every single thing you mentioned, whether it's energy, commodities, sand
- 12:31Speaker 5: disk I mentioned, micron I mentioned Intel, they have one
- 12:35Speaker 5: very common thread to bitcoin, which is those are all
- 12:39Speaker 5: scarce assets. All of them right now have shortages, they
- 12:42Speaker 5: have bottlenecks.
- 12:45Speaker 2: All right.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So what he's getting at there is fundamentals components compared
- 12:51Speaker 1: to what's happening in some cases in the market around
- 12:54Speaker 1: just belief. And I think you look at his track record,
- 12:57Speaker 1: which really is nailing down the semiconductor industry. Narrowing that
- 13:01Speaker 1: into what's bitcoin analysis is kind of an interesting perspective. However,
- 13:07Speaker 1: the question will be is how does bitcoin perform through
- 13:10Speaker 1: the macro pressure that we're seeing now coming in from
- 13:12Speaker 1: the Middle East. What you're seeing right now with potentially
- 13:15Speaker 1: next week on the FED, which most likely will hold rates.
- 13:19Speaker 1: But you've got ted kind of hitting on it right here.
- 13:21Speaker 1: All bitcoin needs now is one final capitulation and then
- 13:25Speaker 1: the multi year uptrend would start. So are we near
- 13:29Speaker 1: that is the question when you think about bitcoin in general.
- 13:33Speaker 2: And where we are today.
- 13:35Speaker 1: That is I think the question, even though I've talked
- 13:37Speaker 1: to several analysts here recently, are still very positive that
- 13:40Speaker 1: this has an opportunity to go up from here. Could
- 13:43Speaker 1: we see that retracement right now? I think that is
- 13:47Speaker 1: what everybody's looking at. Ethereum institutional hits on this right here.
- 13:51Speaker 1: SBI chose Ethereum to hold or issue at stable coin
- 13:54Speaker 1: built with Startel Group.
- 13:55Speaker 2: We talked about this the other day.
- 13:57Speaker 1: If you didn't see our Japanese video in reference to
- 13:59Speaker 1: what Japan is doing strategically. This is a big one
- 14:02Speaker 1: because g WISC is Japan's first yen stable coin. This
- 14:06Speaker 1: will be issued by SBI. This is a bank, one
- 14:09Speaker 1: of the largest financial institutions there. Why it matters is true,
- 14:12Speaker 1: and that is SBI Big Group seventy eight million customers,
- 14:15Speaker 1: so they've got major distribution and they're holding a ridiculous
- 14:20Speaker 1: amount of money and securities in terms of assets under management.
- 14:24Speaker 1: When you have that happening and you have all of
- 14:27Speaker 1: this setting in on ethereum, think about that, guys. This
- 14:31Speaker 1: is one of the major economic centers in the world,
- 14:35Speaker 1: and that is what is happening in Japan right now.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Go back and watch our two videos on that pretty big.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I want to end with this clip right here, and
- 14:43Speaker 1: this is from Tom Lee breaking down ethereum two point
- 14:47Speaker 1: zero and where wealth will be generated from in the future.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 14:51Speaker 6: I believe in the next few years there's going to
- 14:53Speaker 6: be something that people talk about called the uncanny Valley
- 14:56Speaker 6: of wealth. And let me explain. But at some point
- 14:58Speaker 6: AI could actually be wealthier than us. Yes, I'm saying
- 15:03Speaker 6: in the future, there could be a date and may
- 15:05Speaker 6: not be a fa away that your agent produces more
- 15:08Speaker 6: income than you personally produce. I think at that point
- 15:13Speaker 6: you're going to wonder if you work for AI. Let
- 15:16Speaker 6: me explain, and that's why Mark Dreesen of A sixteen
- 15:19Speaker 6: Z said that the green unification is of AI and crypto.
- 15:25Speaker 6: AI agents are going to need money, and so we'd
- 15:29Speaker 6: argue that blockchain is the barrier between humans and AI.
- 15:34Speaker 1: All right, So think about that, guys, in the sense
- 15:37Speaker 1: of how agents will be utilized.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Now.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Granted, right now it's a very early stage in terms
- 15:43Speaker 1: of allowing agents to go out and do trades for you,
- 15:46Speaker 1: but the likelihood of them being able to go in
- 15:49Speaker 1: and understand what's happening in stocks like let's say Netflix.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Netflix of course came out with a Q two revenue
- 15:56Speaker 1: thirteen percent. This rose twelve point five million, but it
- 16:00Speaker 1: fell short of their target. That was the problem, and
- 16:03Speaker 1: the market punished them for it. So that's my point
- 16:07Speaker 1: is AI could potentially be out there making trades around
- 16:11Speaker 1: these kinds of moves that you and I can't necessarily catch,
- 16:15Speaker 1: possibly even forecasting some of these scenarios. So this will
- 16:18Speaker 1: be an interesting dichotomy of how this starts to play
- 16:23Speaker 1: out for investing strategy. But more importantly, I think it's
- 16:27Speaker 1: going to be whether or not you'll trust it. So
- 16:30Speaker 1: let me know if you guys will down in the comments.
