Speaker 1: My Apple sits at.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: It's just like it needs a bump and we need new reviews.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: So I am asking you specifically this week to go to the Apple or iHeart, write a review and give me five stars.
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: That's just it.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: I mean, I know you guys love me and everything, so I think I deserve five stars.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: But 1792, small batch, jamie.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: I might break it to some 1792 because Ross is going to be.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: You know he's one of them.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: You know we're talking.
• 6:46
Speaker 1: We're going to talk about how we get to meet the different people in the industry and how cool they are, and that's one of the things that I love about bourbon.
• 6:54
Speaker 1: So bourbon and friendship.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: There's all the different ways that bourbon.
• 7:01
Speaker 1: There's all the different ways that bourbon.
• 7:02
  Speaker 1: That's just bizarre.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: Some of the comments that come on YouTube I'm just reading away bourbon goes good with roasted bone marrow.
• 7:19
Speaker 1: I have not ever had roasted bone marrow, so there we go, um, but let's just keep going.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: Uh, the thing about bourbon and when it comes to more than what the bourbon people, the people who make it, the people who serve it, the people who sell it, the people who buy it, the people who collect it, the people who drink it and the people who organize and set things up for you it's just an amazing culture.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: The bourbon boom, in my opinion, where they fell short in the 70s, when they kind of thing where what they did with bourbon now making it a collectible thing that people have huge bourbon collections.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: They love the taste, the different ways it's made.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: There are over 2000 distilleries in the United States making whiskey, so that just tells you how big this is and how many people are involved.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: But it's like one of the reasons why I love uh and got into this is because it's just what would you say is such a social, family orientated hobby or experience, and what I mean by that is that before I was drinking, before I started drinking bourbon and collecting bourbon in 2000, I think it was 2018, when I started to do it serious, I had a couple friends.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: I had a group of people that, because of bourbon, got together and we formed the Scotchy Bourbon Boys.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: It was some people from work, my friends from around the neighborhood, some people from work, my friends from around the neighborhood and then eventually people from outside that came and we got together and had meetings and started this great group of people.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: Now I would say that when I started this I had two, three really good friends and then probably four or five friends and since I started this I probably have 12 really good friends and probably 20, 25 good friends.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: I mean, it has enhanced my life to the point that it gives me so much.
• 11:22
Speaker 1: What would you say?
• 11:22
  Speaker 1: Friendship, love.
• 11:25
Speaker 1: It's just that's the part of whiskey and bourbon collecting and getting to know people and talk about it.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: It just can take up your time.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: You have to keep it in perspective.
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: It's alcohol.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: With the podcast I've met so many different people and there's so much what would you say?
• 11:46
Speaker 1: There's so much friendship within the industry.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: So I'll just go through the podcast.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: We've got CT Barrelhead, we've got Super Nash, myself Whiskey.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: These are five guys and then roxy, my wife.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: She basically wasn't even into whiskey and then when we got into this, she basically learned to love bourbon, and it's just, she liked wine and we did, but she liked the culture and the friendship that existed.
• 12:22
Speaker 1: Uh, so you know, and then, uh, we've got super n Nash's new wife, sherry, and we've got CT's significant other, rachel.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: We all go and do things together.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: We go to festivals, we travel, stay with each other and when we go and we're doing some podcasts on the road or whatever, it's just a really, really fun time.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: We're going to different places, places, we're meeting the people who make the bourbon, we're meeting the people who promote the bourbon.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: We're we're getting um samples of bourbon to taste and it's just a fantastic, fantastic community.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Uh, you meet other podcasters.
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Uh, we went to this this past, uh, spring.
• 13:14
Speaker 1: We were up matt, ct, jamie.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: We all went up to uh, uh northern, uh north of here in ohio, uh, mance, in in, uh, mansfield, where the prison, where the prison is the mansfield state penentiary, ohio State Penitentiary, and that's where Shawshank Redemption was.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: But we had a group meeting where Randy Sullivan excuse me, a bourbon real talk came and it was the same thing.
• 13:46
Speaker 1: Randy is such a great guy and we did a bottle share and everybody got together and we were tasting different bourbons and Randy talked about how his promotion of the charity that he finds dear in his heart, based off of a suicide prevention awareness charity and you know, we, as the Scotchie Bourbon Boys, supported Open Bees, which did a bourbon raffle, and this is helping kids with learning disabilities.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: I mean, there's so much good to be done with bourbon and that's part of why that we're in this.
• 14:24
Speaker 1: You know, it's just kind of just a great, great experience with all the people who get life, in my opinion.
• 14:35
Speaker 1: Now I will tell you, when you're having a pour with somebody, it doesn't matter race, it doesn't matter religion, it doesn't matter your politics, it basically bridges everything.
• 14:51
Speaker 1: Uh, I've had pours, um, and you don't.
• 14:55
Speaker 1: You're not talking about the, the things in in uh, regular life that are stressful, because bourbon is about relaxing and, uh, enjoying and getting to know people, uh, not dealing with certain issues that are stressful and whatnot.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: So I found that it's just such a great community, as you know Jamie was saying.
• 15:24
Speaker 1: So you know, that's the one thing the community of the people who collect bourbon and we get together and promote it.
• 15:31
Speaker 1: One thing the community of the people who collect bourbon and we get together and promote it.
• 15:35

• 16:32
Speaker 1: That's where I met her and now she's at ohlq.
• 16:35

Speaker 1: Thanks, jamie, that's much better.
• 16:45
  Speaker 1: Uh.

• 18:31
Speaker 1: He took over as the new president.
• 18:33
Speaker 1: And then David Mandel I mean super great people.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: David Mandel was very much involved with the Bardstown Bourbon Company and then also he was involved with Stoli and Kentucky Owl and now he's involved with Whiskey House of Kentucky.
• 18:53
Speaker 1: You wouldn't know that this man.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: He's a giant in the industry and he's been part of the guild.

• 21:34
Speaker 1: Yes, every once in a while, when you know when we're doing the kentucky bourbon festival or it's your birthday or something, you might have a little bit too much, but for the most part, when you're talking about the, the bourbon industry as a whole, it's just like it's amazing that randy press he could put on the kentucky bourbon industry as a whole.
• 21:52

Speaker 1: Yeah, here we are.
• 26:43
Speaker 1: Back to the comments.
• 26:45
Speaker 1: All right, thanks for reporting on Walker.
• 26:48
Speaker 1: That's just crazy on a live, to start doing that.
• 26:52
Speaker 1: I can guarantee you, if you've got a live and people are listening to the live podcast, you should not spam them on a great place to find and help others locate their pores.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: Bourbon Rare finds 3.0.
• 27:06
  Speaker 1: It's a scam, you're scamming people and it's just a joke.
• 27:10
  Speaker 1: It's a scam, you're scamming people and it's just a joke.
• 27:16
Speaker 1: Um, that is one one thing that, um, bourbon people are kind and I really think they're trusting, so, but I'm not.
• 27:19
Speaker 1: I can guarantee you I am not kind and trusting when it comes to scammers.
• 27:24
Speaker 1: Uh, if I don't know you, I'm not trading with you, I'm not buying from you, I'm not doing doing anything.
• 27:30
Speaker 1: I got to know you personally and it's just a trade of goods and services amongst friends.
• 27:37
Speaker 1: So you know, that's just the way it should go.
• 27:40
Speaker 1: So, captain, geez, I just don't understand.
• 27:44
Speaker 1: You know even the podcast on YouTube Captain Usaino loveino love math, love math.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: It's just like, okay, you're just a weirdo anyways.
• 27:58
Speaker 1: So it's like you gotta put up with what goes on in on the internet and take it all and with a grain of salt, but for the most part, uh, especially when you're live.
• 28:09
Speaker 1: But you know what.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: If this is what starts to happen when we're live, I'm kind of cool with it.
• 28:14
  Speaker 1: So, um, didn't.
• 28:17
Speaker 1: Has nash joined us?
• 28:19
  Speaker 1: Is he living?
• 28:19
  Speaker 1: Is?
• 28:19
  Speaker 1: Has he been?
• 28:20
Speaker 1: Uh, I was hoping to.
• 28:22
  Speaker 1: Uh, I don't know.
• 28:25
  Speaker 1: It's just like I didn't see.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: All right, getting the brandy thing spammed was kind of crappy because I missed out on a ton of comments.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, is everybody still here?
• 28:44
Speaker 1: Yeah, his name popped up.
• 28:46
  Speaker 1: Okay, martin Nash.
• 28:49
Speaker 1: Okay, that's good because I know he's working tonight.
• 28:52
Speaker 1: So what are your thoughts, matt, on your Green River?
• 28:57
Speaker 1: Because I'm going to be doing.
• 28:58
Speaker 1: I love this bottle.
• 29:04
Speaker 1: Last year, at the week of before Kentucky Bourbon Festival, we got to go down and see Aaron Harris at Green River and that was a lot of fun, a lot of fun.

Speaker 1: You know I can tell you that the amount of people who I consider friends, that I have affection and love for, has just gone through the roof.
• 30:32
Speaker 1: It's just great people.
• 30:34
Speaker 1: Um, you got walker.
• 30:36
Speaker 1: Walker's got cinnamon and caramel on his green river single barrel.
• 30:40
  Speaker 1: Uh.
• 30:41
Speaker 1: So a little update on me.
• 30:49
Speaker 1: I would say I'm ready to start doing push-ups again and I'm going to start doing my sit-ups because my wisdom teeth have healed.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: Um, the only thing that's a pain in the ass is just pulling the food out the out of the holes, but the pain has pretty much subs.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: You know has uh backed off and uh, you know it's, it's fine.
• 31:14
Speaker 1: Uh, we're doing decent tonight on youtube.

Speaker 1: As far as whiskey, I like japanese whiskey.
• 31:27
Speaker 1: I like irish whiskey.
• 31:28
Speaker 1: We're talking about bourbon.
• 31:30
Speaker 1: We're talking about rise on the podcast.
• 31:32
Speaker 1: That's why we're called the scotchy bourbon boys.
• 31:34
Speaker 1: We, we cover all the different whiskeys.
• 31:36
Speaker 1: Uh, we are bourbon heavy because we're in, uh, central ohio and just bourbon going to kentucky.
• 31:45
Speaker 1: It's in our backyard and we love to go down, um, so let's just keep going.
• 31:52
Speaker 1: Steven Beam, steven Fonte we're talking about Wally Dant and Charlie Dant.
• 32:00
Speaker 1: I mean the Dants have treated us, sponsored us and treated us like family.
• 32:06
Speaker 1: Then you've got Luca Mariano, you've got Francesco, you've got Jen Brandt Fantastic people.
• 32:15
Speaker 1: Love the brand, love what they're doing.
• 32:19
Speaker 1: They're getting it going in Danville.
• 32:20
Speaker 1: Pat and Shane Baker and Patrick Heiss, dr Patrick Heiss from Wilderness Trail super great people Got to, you know, macaulay Minton fantastic distiller.
• 32:40
  Speaker 1: It's just.
• 32:42
Speaker 1: It goes on and on and on as we keep meeting people.
• 32:45
Speaker 1: But we've hung out with these people Walter Zausch, who owns Whiskey Thief and Hannah down there, you know, just fantastic.
• 32:55
Speaker 1: You know CT and myself and Super Nash and Barrelhead.
• 32:59
Speaker 1: We go around to these festivals and we go around to these distilleries and they show us such kindness and we love to talk about it.
• 33:07
Speaker 1: We love the whiskey.
• 33:08
  Speaker 1: We're there.
• 33:08
Speaker 1: The whiskey is the glue, but the friendship is the value.
• 33:15
Speaker 1: This is the substance.
• 33:17
Speaker 1: The people you meet.
• 33:19
Speaker 1: You know you don't meet a lot of people who drink bourbon and whiskey.
• 33:26
Speaker 1: For the most part that we're meeting in this particular culture and and as Jamie put it community.
• 33:37
Speaker 1: These people are fantastic.
• 33:40
Speaker 1: Yeah, walker says Royce and Rebecca Neely from the Neely family.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: Royce and Rebecca have been just nothing but great to us.
• 33:49
  Speaker 1: What else?
• 33:50
Speaker 1: Let's see where else.
• 33:52
  Speaker 1: I'm just I know I'm forgetting, I'm forgetting something.
• 33:57
Speaker 1: Uh, you know, we basically have formed friendships with our, with master distillers.
• 34:03
Speaker 1: We formed friendships with the people in the industry.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: I mean, you got stacy, sarah crystal, stacy, sarah Crystal, all that, that whole group down in Bardstown.
• 34:15
Speaker 1: When you go down there you're guaranteed to be able to hang out.
• 34:19
Speaker 1: Sandy, no, fantastic, I mean, we, you know, we've gone, you know, and done just non-bourbon things with Sandy.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: Just good friends, good people.
• 34:31
Speaker 1: That's what the bourbon community is, right, I mean, that's why we're in it, it's like.
• 34:36
Speaker 1: But you know, you get to go to the distillery, um, they, they have events and luncheons and all the different kind of things you can dress up.
• 34:46
Speaker 1: Last year we did, um, my old, my old Kentucky home after bourbon in the air, we got in our tuxes and went over to a 1920s speake, you know, perspective to to go out and just have fun doing different things.
• 35:20
Speaker 1: Uh, there's so many, you know you could go to a local distillery, um, run by some kids, minglewood, and see how they're doing it.
• 35:30
  Speaker 1: And you don't.
• 35:30
Speaker 1: You're not getting dressed up, you're going there, you hang out, you get a tour, or you could go to, here in Ohio, middle West Spirits, which is what Ryan is doing.
• 35:42
Speaker 1: Ryan, he has, it's just what he has done here in Ohio.
• 35:50
  Speaker 1: I can't wait.
• 35:51
Speaker 1: I just keep seeing it progress.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: But the distillery's built.
• 35:57
Speaker 1: But you're talking about restaurant.
• 35:59
Speaker 1: He's building a city with restaurants.
• 36:01
Speaker 1: The same thing, um, francesco, uh, with luca mariano, they, they intend to build a village chocolate shop.
• 36:09
Speaker 1: Um, you know, rick houses tours, you know the whole nine yards as it keeps going forward.
• 36:17
Speaker 1: So these are really cool things.
• 36:19
  Speaker 1: Who mentioned earlier?
• 36:22
  Speaker 1: Yeah, ross.
• 36:23
Speaker 1: Cornelison who you mentioned earlier in the stream.
• 36:27
Speaker 1: Yes, ross was a great.
• 36:30
Speaker 1: Last year we met him and just had a great time and he has chimed in on the podcast, talked about stuff.
• 36:38
Speaker 1: You know Aaron Harris from Green River.
• 36:41
  Speaker 1: I mean you just can't, you just can't, I don't know, it's amazing, you can't put.
• 36:52
Speaker 1: You know Aaron Harris, we met at Watershed and he showed us everything he was doing.
• 36:58
Speaker 1: Came from Barton's and he's just such a down home great person.
• 37:03
Speaker 1: And you know oh yeah, freddie Johnson, who just came up to Ohio, got to spend some time with him here in Ohio.
• 37:11
Speaker 1: Ohio got to spend some time with him here in Ohio.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: It's just you know him and promoting his family business which is Buffalo Trace Distillery or you know which is Sazerac.
• 37:20
Speaker 1: But these are big corporations in some cases.
• 37:24
Speaker 1: You know, when you're talking about Jim Beam, we just started to hang out a little bit with the Samuels through Stephen Fonte and Stephen Beam at Limestone Branch.
• 37:37
Speaker 1: Stephen Fonte is fantastic If you ever want to smoke a cigar with the great guy, but he had us to his house and we podcasted in his backyard.
• 37:46
Speaker 1: I mean, we just spent an evening with Stephen and just relaxing, smoking cigars, drinking some great bourbon.
• 37:57
Speaker 1: Friendship is what this is about.
• 37:59
  Speaker 1: You know this.
• 38:02
Speaker 1: You know sharing a pour with somebody, and you know one of the people that talk about this the most is Freddie Johnson.
• 38:08
Speaker 1: When you meet Freddie Johnson, this is what he says, this is what bourbon is to him, and he gets it.
• 38:13
Speaker 1: So we get it, and that's one of the things that everybody you know.
• 38:17
Speaker 1: Just you should just get it.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: No, I mean, what more you know when it comes to this?
• 38:24
Speaker 1: What more is it?
• 38:25
Speaker 1: So I did the Green River.
• 38:28
Speaker 1: So, walker, you called and Jamie, you were having you.
• 38:32
Speaker 1: You had some 1792.
• 38:37
Speaker 1: I'm going to pull some sweet wheat.
• 38:40
Speaker 1: Anybody got sweet wheat.
• 38:41
Speaker 1: I'll grab some sweet wheat.
• 38:48
Speaker 1: Let's see there, it is all right, grabbing the sweet wheat.
• 39:11
Speaker 1: Matt, what are you on right now?
• 39:17
Speaker 1: You got the sweet wheat right now.
• 39:21
Speaker 1: All right, I've got the sweet wheat too.
• 39:27
  Speaker 1: There we go.
• 39:30
Speaker 1: Matt Lyons says that's my daily Sweet wheat.
• 39:33
Speaker 1: Is your daily go-to format.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: Is that what you're telling me?
• 39:42
  Speaker 1: Tell me.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: You're not telling me that Because Sukharani is commenting.
• 39:56
Speaker 1: We got a message held for reviews.
• 39:57
Speaker 1: You know, that's what you get when you get holy crap.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: Tonight we are hot on youtube.
• 40:00
  Speaker 1: I'm.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: I'm gonna say we got.
• 40:01
  Speaker 1: I.
• 40:01
Speaker 1: I've never seen it this hot.
• 40:02
Speaker 1: So, um, it's so easy to drink and cut videos with um first wood for first world problems.
• 40:14
  Speaker 1: Oh, anyways.
• 40:16
Speaker 1: Uh, matt says you remember St Patrick's day?
• 40:20
  Speaker 1: Yeah, I do.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: Um, sweet wheat, though how do you get enough sweet wheat to make that your go-to?
• 40:27
  Speaker 1: I mean, I, I can't make this my go-to.
• 40:30
Speaker 1: I wish it would be my go-to.
• 40:32
Speaker 1: I enjoy that, ross, doesn't Ross?
• 40:42
Speaker 1: I just found that since Ross Suricont Tripathi, I've got to look up what he's saying because I don't understand he's, he's, it's, it's some form of Oriental type language.
• 41:07
Speaker 1: I don't know what it is.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: It could be Chinese, it could be, it could be he could.
• 41:12
Speaker 1: It also could be Hebrew, it could be Arabic.
• 41:14
Speaker 1: It could be Hebrew, it could be Arabic, I can't tell, maybe it's.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: I have no idea.
• 41:19
Speaker 1: So I'll look up his comments when we're finished.
• 41:24
Speaker 1: I traded reds for it on the bourbon pages, so you tell me that Weller 107 gets you sweet wheat all the time.
• 41:33
Speaker 1: That's kind of cool.
• 41:34
  Speaker 1: Let's see.
• 41:38
Speaker 1: Sweet wheat I do enjoy.
• 41:40
Speaker 1: It's a very, very brown sugar nut, kind of not peanut but more like chest, chestnut pecan.
• 41:51
  Speaker 1: I enjoy that.
• 42:00
Speaker 1: Um, if you want to talk about you know just a little bit about the bourbon my go-to is double oaks or wheats.
• 42:09
Speaker 1: I do enjoy, enjoy those.
• 42:11
Speaker 1: So, anyways, um, fantastic, uh, pour.
• 42:17
Speaker 1: So that's what Jamie was drinking 1792.
• 42:22
Speaker 1: And, uh, matt was drinking green river.
• 42:25
Speaker 1: So, walker, you got to come up with what I'm going to.
• 42:28
Speaker 1: Uh, that that's the last pour I'm going to have before we get.
• 42:31
Speaker 1: He said pecan, burnt brown sugar with the light tobacco finish.
• 42:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, so, walker, you let's take us home on this one.
• 42:40
Speaker 1: Tell us what you want to drink.
• 42:43
Speaker 1: I kind of deep down know what you want, where you want to go, because I'm think about I'm just thinking about bourbons and friendship and that type of thing.
• 42:53
Speaker 1: What's your top friendship bourbon, I mean, when friends come over, what do you like to drink?
• 42:59
Speaker 1: What's your go-to with your friends?
• 43:00
Speaker 1: And I'm asking all of you that, walker, a Knob Creek store pick single barrel.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: I can do that store pick single barrel.
• 43:13
Speaker 1: I can do that.
• 43:13
  Speaker 1: I wish I could.
• 43:15
  Speaker 1: It's like wish.
• 43:15
Speaker 1: I only have two Scotchy Bourbon Boys first pick single barrels left.
• 43:21
Speaker 1: But you want to do a Knob Creek store pick?
• 43:24
Speaker 1: All right, I got that.
• 43:27
  Speaker 1: They're all not open, all right, here there's a 12.
• 43:44
  Speaker 1: Here we go.
• 43:45
  Speaker 1: That's a knob creek 12 too.
• 43:46
Speaker 1: I got my two 12s there.
• 43:47
Speaker 1: Let's see, getting it out is the hard part.
• 43:49
Speaker 1: All right, so we're gonna do this what's that?
• 44:01
Speaker 1: I've got my my knob creek nine year that I picked up and bottled my own.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: That uh, sandy, no, was on the bus trip, so.
• 44:12
Speaker 1: So that was kind of cool.
• 44:13
Speaker 1: We picked her up.
• 44:15
Speaker 1: All right, here we go.
• 44:16
  Speaker 1: This is a 120.
• 44:19
Speaker 1: I'm pulling it out.
• 44:23
Speaker 1: I don't want to knock anything off.
• 44:25
Speaker 1: Hold on, let's get it out.
• 44:28
  Speaker 1: That's not knocking.
• 44:33
  Speaker 1: There we go.
• 44:33
Speaker 1: I didn't knock anything, knock anything off.
• 44:36
Speaker 1: Well, this is what we're gonna have.
• 44:39
Speaker 1: The emporium brew pub ah, that's a good one.
• 44:44
Speaker 1: I was able to pick that up, believe it or not.
• 44:48
Speaker 1: The Emporium Brew Pub I picked up in Wisconsin.
• 44:54
Speaker 1: I was with, we were at a place that was a restaurant that was in a mall, southridge Mall and I was watching the Bucs play in the playoffs a couple years ago Not the year they won, but the year before they won and I was there at at the restaurant and they told me that the restaurant had gone down and done a knob creek pick, and so I tried it and I liked it.
• 45:24
Speaker 1: So there we go, this is it.
• 45:26
Speaker 1: It is the the Emporium Brew Club 120.
• 45:31
Speaker 1: All those picks are 120.
• 45:34
Speaker 1: And here we go, I'm going to do a knob creak.
• 45:40
Speaker 1: Push that baby in there.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: So let's just finish talking about friendship.
• 45:46
Speaker 1: You know, ooh, that maker's Mark.
• 45:53
Speaker 1: To the other question, that's my go-to with friends.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: You know, walker, I was going to say that you were going to pull out Maker's Mark and that's your go-to, but then you pulled the Knob Creek, so that's why I went that way.
• 46:07
Speaker 1: So I appreciate it.
• 46:10
  Speaker 1: So cheers, matt.
• 46:15
Speaker 1: Here's the to the 12 year.
• 46:17
Speaker 1: Mine's total wine, two sugar cookies, oh wow, let's see what this is.
• 46:24
Speaker 1: Holy crap, holy crap.
• 46:36
Speaker 1: I would call this a butterscotch bourbon hard candy.
• 46:42
Speaker 1: It's got the the.
• 46:44
Speaker 1: It's got butterscotch mixed.
• 46:47
Speaker 1: Oh, my god, that was crazy.
• 46:50
Speaker 1: That's actually good pick, so that's a lot of fun.
• 46:53
Speaker 1: What I will say is so let's go.
• 46:59
Speaker 1: Now there's your bourbon groups and your clubs.
• 47:03
Speaker 1: You got to join a bourbon group or club, preferably join the Scotchy Bourbon Boys, but locally you got to be a part of a club because if you join the club and now I have been when it comes to it, because first I broke my wrist, that was a month and a half, and then I had my wisdom teeth pulled and that's another half a month so for two months I haven't been in the bourbon lines on saturday.
• 47:31
Speaker 1: I just haven't been feeling good enough to go do all those things.
• 47:36
Speaker 1: I've been pushing to make sure that I do this podcast.
• 47:41
  Speaker 1: That's what I pushed through.
• 47:42
Speaker 1: I made sure I didn't miss that and I wanted to keep doing the podcast.
• 47:46
Speaker 1: But I'm going to be getting back into bourbon lines.
• 47:50
Speaker 1: Bourbon lines People are always like we got to wait in line.
• 47:53
  Speaker 1: That's just so.
• 47:54
  Speaker 1: I don't, I'm not waiting in line.
• 47:55
Speaker 1: I'm never going to wait in line.
• 47:56
  Speaker 1: That's just so.
• 47:56
Speaker 1: I don't, I'm not waiting in line, I'm never gonna wait in line.
• 47:57
Speaker 1: And you hear that, hear this throughout all the bourbon groups.
• 48:00
Speaker 1: It's like there's no bourbon worth waiting in line.
• 48:03
Speaker 1: But what they don't understand is the line isn't about waiting in line.
• 48:07
Speaker 1: It's about seeing people that you see once a week in in line.
• 48:12
Speaker 1: They become your friends, uh, and it's a great way to get into bourbon locally.
• 48:19
Speaker 1: It's a great way for them.
• 48:20
Speaker 1: So you know I like to produce and we are going to be doing.
• 48:26
