- 0:12Hello everyone.
- 0:14It's Martha.
- 0:15It's a burn unscripted breaking news, of course.
- 0:19I have a few shows that I've been working on to bring to you, but with the passing of Robert Mueller and the reactions across the board of his passing, I thought it should be addressed.
- 0:37Because again, if I've lived through something and I can share my my own personal experience of how this affected my life in some way, I'm going to share it with you.
- 1:13When I went on social media and I saw that the FBI, I would say main player in my husband's case was praising Robert Mueller, it it triggered something in me that I think is very important for people to understand about the history of Robert Mueller and how it affected my life and my family's life and what he did and his guidance in the FBI as the head affected where we are today on a national security level and how the tactics that were sp taught under his leadership really cause a tremendous amount of off the rails behavior by agents because if a bad agent sees opportunity to do something bad and doesn't think they're going to get caught, they end up doing some very bad things.
- 2:28How could you say that?
- 2:29You know, he's a family man, and this is not how you're supposed to be you're supposed to be diplomatic about, you know, when this and that.
- 2:34Now, first of all, you're talking about Donald Trump, who does not hold back of his own feelings, the Russia Gate scandal that was all baloney and all made up the absolute violations of every right imaginable, like I said, Watergate was is kindergarten compared to what the FBI under James Comey and Mueller and Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco and you know, these these players who were gonna, you know, do anything to get Donald Trump to be arrested, which they did.
- 3:11I mean, they ended up happening.
- 3:14So, you know, the reaction of the president saying that he's glad he's dead, I think needs to be looked at a little bit.
- 3:22And I my first reaction was anybody that says that's horrible is that, you know, until your family's until your your child's bedroom has been raided by the FBI and and your wife's underwear draw has been siphoned through by the FBI with a fake warrant under the Merrick Garland team, which is also goes back to Mueller, it they're all in the same space.
- 3:50So the the visceral reaction of Donald Trump, I get it how he reacted.
- 4:01It's very easy for somebody to say who has not lived through that.
- 4:06And can you imagine what Donald Trump knows about the country under these people and what they did?
- 4:12If they did it to us, my family that did it to the Trumps, they done it to I think there were over 275,000 people who were spied on uh illegally by the FBI, and that's a very conservative number proven that they had looked at their phones, they had siphoned through their personal posts.
- 4:37I mean, it's bad, it's severe.
- 4:39And I think that's where his, and I'm not making an excuse, I'm just trying to explain how I get it.
- 4:48I get it.
- 4:50You know, I let God take care of that for me.
- 4:54I'll do what I can on this earth to hold people accountable for what they did to my family.
- 4:59I will use every process I can.
- 5:03I think these people are evil.
- 5:04I think they are demonic.
- 5:07I think they are led by their ego and greed.
- 5:12They put people's lives in danger for their own desire for power.
- 5:19And when a layman comes in, a civilian like a Donald Trump or the little guys, and they can be squashed or attempted to, at least in the president's case and ours, you have a very personal reaction to it, especially when you see someone involved and taking down your own family like myself, praising this man.
- 5:42I want to explain why they praised him, Robert Mueller.
- 5:47Why did why did the people involved in my husband's case?
- 5:50And there's more than one that I've seen post about it, because you know, I I look everywhere to see how people are reacting, and I kind of weigh it that way.
- 5:58You have to go back to 9-11.
- 6:01After 9-11, there were panic, obviously.
- 6:09And America was all on the same side.
- 6:11You know, the the people the worker bees trying to solve this issue of this terrorist attack on the ground were wanted to be the next hero, right, to save the day.
- 6:22And we knew that the FBI wasn't sharing intelligence.
- 6:25We know everybody was kind of working in their an islands, and that's why we got into the situation we got into in the first place.
- 6:32But after 9-11, everybody wanted to get the terrorists.
- 6:37Why not?
- 6:38Why not?
- 6:41So they created the Patriot Act, which was a surveillance intelligence apparatus to intercept communications between terrorists.
- 6:54But what happened was it was supposed to be used for foreign influence, foreign bad actors.
- 7:02And what happened was the FBI was capturing a lot of intelligence that was had nothing to do with terrorists.
- 7:14And I've spoken about this before, incidental capture, for instance.
- 7:17These kind of oopsie, we well, we we captured a guy who may have been in Saudi Arabia or wherever, pick a country, you know, and at that time any country.
- 7:32It didn't matter.
- 7:33And this is what we know as layman, even knowing what happened.
- 7:37And it kind of broadened out the intelligence side of the FBI.
- 7:42Now, these are not intelligence, they were never an intelligence operation, the FBI.
- 7:46They were supposed to be taking down, you know, the bad guys, meaning crimes, uh financial crimes, the, you know, the DEA was was the drug cartels, and you know, they were they were really just they were lawyers.
- 8:04Most of them were were had a uh not a police background or an intelligence background.
- 8:11So you hear you have men and women who have no experience whatsoever in intelligence being in charge of probably the most sensitive material in our in our in the world.
- 8:20And at the beginning, everybody was cheering it because they they were capturing or they were allegedly, I mean, we don't, you know, again, we still don't know everything, but then the FISA warrant came, the FISA warrant was something that so much due diligence had to go into that process to be able to get a FISA warrant, which was a secret warrant, meaning liter secret.
- 8:51Nobody, you know, had you to even find out that you had a FISA on you.
- 8:55I believe very strongly that my husband had a FISA warrant on him, and we may never know that.
- 9:00We may someday find out if the inspector general or if there's an investigation spying on an American citizen is illegal, by the way, especially when you know he's innocent.
- 9:12Uh, but they were supposed to go through something, and I've talked about this before, but I think it's important to understand the Robert Mueller issue.
- 9:21They're supposed to go through something called Woods procedures, which is like the it's the steps that had to be taken to be able to get the the court to sign off on such an invasive for lack of better word uh listening in, you know, what you ever everybody has to understand what just happened the other day when Ted Cruz was grilling uh uh uh an FBI former FBI agent who was very upset that he had been fired, let go, and he was when Ted Cruz finally got to.
- 10:00Speak and question this man.
- 10:03And the information came out that Donald Trump's chief of staff, Susie Wiles and her attorney had been spied on through a phone or something by the FBI.
- 10:23The lawyer wasn't aware of it, and Susie Wiles certainly wasn't aware of it.
- 10:27And she was his campaign manager.
- 10:28Now someone has to be held accountable for that.
- 10:34Someone either colluded to get that warrant to be able to go through the phone.
- 10:40What I'm saying is what started out as something that was supposed to be so pro-America to protect us was abused and is still being abused.
- 10:52Cash Patel, who's the new head of the FBI.
- 10:55It turns out that Jack Smith, who is an attorney who was brought in as a special counsel, a special I call brought in to do all the dirty work.
- 11:04They were looking at his bank records, his phone records, his everything, anything you can imagine.
- 11:08This is the head of this is a man who's the head of the FBI director.
- 11:14So Mueller.
- 11:16So what does Mueller do?
- 11:20Under his leadership, the abuse of this spying went off the rails.
- 11:32And then when Donald Trump became president, the Russia, the Russia Gate hoax, that he, and it is a hoax, the whole thing was a hoax.
- 11:40They knew it was a hoax.
- 11:41Robert Mueller knew it was a hoax.
- 11:42Everybody knew.
- 11:43But they leaned into it to get rid of him.
- 11:45But you don't you have to wonder why?
- 11:47You know, this is where I wonder where Mueller gets a uh where did it go wrong?
- 11:54Where did it turn?
- 11:56Because a lot of people had a lot of positive things to say about Robert Mueller and their experience.
- 12:00Now, when I said the guy who took part of my husband's case who's praising him, I go, well, and had worked with him and under him for a very long time, I go, maybe not so much.
- 12:08Because if the guy who went after my husband was able to feel so comfortable to go after my husband and zero in on him and excuse any other crimes that were going on in about China in the New York FBI in New Jersey, just let that go.
- 12:26Protect a CCP official in my husband's case who is not a victim.
- 12:31If that guy is praising Mueller, and under his tenure, we said, wow, what a leader.
- 12:40What more can I deduct from the fact that that's where he learned?
- 12:45That's how he learned to do what he did to my family.
- 12:48And it's not just him.
- 12:50There's many, many, many, many like that.
- 12:54So I take with a grain of salt the positive things.
- 12:56People say, Well, he did some good things, but he also spent a ton of money on the investigation into Donald Trump, and he knew there was nothing there.
- 13:06So what's his legacy to be?
- 13:12So let's talk about that.
- 13:14Okay, he's a father.
- 13:16Okay.
- 13:18Okay.
- 13:20He served.
- 13:21I get it.
- 13:22My answer is many people who do very bad things to harm people, are fathers and served our country.
- 13:32And when he was put on to be questioned about his investigation, Robert Mueller was having some serious mental he couldn't remember.
- 13:46He was all he was definitely having met he was impaired in some way.
- 13:50So what about that?
- 13:52When he was questioned about by Jim Jordan and judiciary about his investigation, what he knew, when he knew it, why did he, you know, did he know that the steel dossier was fake?
- 14:08Why did he pursue it?
- 14:09Why didn't you know?
- 14:10He was very passive, confused.
- 14:17So, okay.
- 14:21Who sacrificed Mueller?
- 14:25Weissman, there were so these other people who are involved to put him in a position where he was a vulnerable adult male who couldn't quite remember things.
- 14:39So he's being used by the establishment at the end of his career.
- 14:46And you see it and you can't deny it.
- 14:49So in the end, why did he do it in the first place?
- 14:56Was there a regret at the end of his life for what he had done in 2016 in the Russia Gate scandal?
- 15:05And he locked up President Trump's people and threatened threatened them and put them in prison if they didn't turn on Donald Trump.
- 15:14This is not there, this is not America.
- 15:21So if you're part of that, if you're part of that, the breakdown of the American justice system.
- 15:32What's going to be your legacy?
- 15:34Is your legacy your time served?
- 15:38The country.
- 16:36And maybe seven years ago or eight years ago, if this didn't happen to me, I wouldn't be able to understand how someone could say, I'm glad he's dead.
- 16:52Here's the thing.
- 16:56If someone harms you or your child, and they go and they move on to the next chapter of the universe, how you feel about it is how you feel about it.
- 17:10No one's going to tell you how to feel about it.
- 17:12You just do.
- 17:14And someone once said to me, I don't wish bad upon people.
- 17:19I'll let karma take care of it, but if something happens, just let me find out.
- 17:24I'm not wishing it upon anybody.
- 17:26They're making their own bed and they're making their own legacy.
- 17:29That's on them.
- 17:33As Catholics, you forgive.
- 17:46If it's not over, if they've continued to punish.
- 17:52And Donald Trump has dealt with this for ten years.
- 17:57Longer.
- 17:58Ten years, ten years.
- 18:02And then they went after his family and went into his child's bedroom and he went to his wife's bedroom and her underwear drawers and put him in prison.
- 18:14Or tried to, I should say.
- 18:16Mug shot.
- 18:18And all of his people that supported him and worked for him, who did nothing wrong.
- 18:24You know, the fact that Robert Mueller started this intelligence state of the FBI, which was was completely abused.
- 18:40And right now they're going to be voting on the 702, which is the surveillance, right?
- 18:45And isn't it a shame that the bad actors who did the bad things to good people?
- 18:51That's what we that's what we think about.
- 18:53We think about surveillance.
- 19:02How could it be limited?
- 19:06If you're surveilling somebody or the phones or you know, getting their information, listening in, and you capture something that is another crime.
- 19:16What are you supposed to do about it?
- 19:19Do you rub your little hands together like, ooh, we got another one?
- 19:27What happened when the case agent in my husband's case got my husband's phone number in 2017, April, because he had filed a police report that he was doing surveillance that month, and he had his information.
- 19:38He had his phone number.
- 19:40He had his everything about him.
- 19:42Does he call my husband?
- 19:44Does he call the other NYPD retired guys who worked with him on that case in 2017, which they had their phone numbers?
- 19:51No, they don't.
- 19:52They get a search warrant seven months later, after they knew he was innocent.
- 19:59See my problem with
- 20:00With all of this.
- 20:02They never thought we'd find out.
- 20:04They never thought that they would be caught, and they were.
- 20:10The fact that Cash Patel became the director of the FBI, and he was able to find the secret buried files of the surveillance of Susie Wiles that were kept in some sort of deep state vault.
- 20:24No one would ever known that.
- 20:25The senators that were spied on.
- 20:27Congress that was spied on, only Republicans, by the way.
- 20:31Lying on search warrants to the judge.
- 20:35Nondisclosures not telling them that it's a Congressman.
- 20:44People don't understand the enormity of this.
- 20:47And how bad this is for our country.
- 20:53I do.
- 21:00And who did Robert Muller listen to?
- 21:02Obama.
- 21:05Hillary.
- 21:09Comey.
- 21:12Brennan.
- 21:14Peter Struck.
- 21:15Lisa Page.
- 21:22As someone said, I hope before he passed, he he repented in his own soul for what he did.
- 21:32That's his journey in life.
- 21:34That's his path.
- 21:40But let me tell you something.
- 21:42If you have a family and you have children, how do you want your children to remember you?
- 21:55My last example was that of everyone that I've known in the military, where it's family, friends.
- 22:03There is not one ounce of their entire being that they would ever collude with anyone else to undermine the will of the people.
- 22:14They serve the country.
- 22:16They don't serve.
- 22:20Whatever you want to call it.
- 22:22The deep state, the you know, the top-tier people who don't really care about the everyday American.
- 22:32A soldier defends every American.
- 22:37A man who serves the country or woman serves every American.
- 22:42Everyone.
- 22:45But something has to happen.
- 22:48Where you turn.
- 22:49Where does the turn happen?
- 22:54Do you go along because you have that power and you're now told by someone to execute that power in the way that you were told?
- 23:02Are you are you following directions?
- 23:03Well, that didn't work in history.
- 23:08If you know it's a crime and you know you're doing something illegal, I don't care what hangs on your door.
- 23:15You don't do it.
- 23:21And it wasn't about finding loopholes, by the way.
- 23:23It wasn't about finding these little loopholes to get around to spying on Carter Page, who worked under the pre was going to work under the president.
- 23:31They literally just broke the law and the rules to fit what they needed at the time.
- 23:39I pray for Robert Moeller's soul.
- 23:43I pray that now that he is on the other side.
- 23:48That whatever spiritual power he has to heal what has been broken will tr be translated into something here on this earth.
- 24:02Maybe people that were under him will now come forward and say this is something we did not want to do, but we felt pressured to do so.
- 24:11I don't know.
- 24:15Would I go out on the social media and cheer the demise of my enemies?
- 24:20No.
- 24:26Because I can't hold on to that.
- 24:28I can only do what I can do in my control.
- 24:32And the rest is up to God.
- 24:38But I will fight like hell.
- 24:40Any way I can to hold them accountable before that happens.
- 24:49And that's it.
- 24:52That's it.
- 24:54Next, we're going to talk about the news about Michael Flynn.
- 25:00He win his he won his civil lawsuit against the government.
- 25:04Or part of it.
- 25:05Or something.

- 31:25At some point, somebody, probably an attorney, U.S.
- 31:28attorney, or a judge, or an FBI agent, somewhere along the line, the in Congress this happens too as well.
- 31:38They get immunity.
- 31:40So you know you watch sometimes you watch congressional hearings, if you do that, and you you see them blatantly lying, or just making up saying these most outrageous claims, which are clearly false, or at least not vetted in any way, shape or form.
- 31:56You think, how do they get away with it?
- 31:57How does how does I mean pick one accusing everybody of all these potential crimes, but then nothing happens, but they just put it out there as fact, and then nothing happens.
- 32:13For example, I believe it was in 2022, and the China committee in Congress, the Select Committee on China, put a large picture of my husband, huge poster of my husband up during hearings when the case had still yet to be adjudicated, and I lost my mind, and I found out well, they have immunity.
- 32:38What do you mean they have immunity?
- 32:40They they can put my husband's picture up, they can defame him across the world, and nothing happens.
- 32:45That's the the case is still pending, and the judge is still yet to rule on our motion to vacate the sentence, the verdict in right after the trial, and they put a picture up and we have no recourse.
- 32:57No.
- 32:58Oh.
- 32:59Okay.
- 33:00Which led me down another traumatic reminder of what we saw at our trial, which was blatant lying by the prosecutors, uh, shifting the statute of the Farah Law, Foreign Agents Registration Act Law.
- 33:16Lying, blatantly lying, and pro prosecutors get immunity.
- 33:20FBI agents get immunity.
- 33:24Now let's take a different avenue.
- 33:31Police officers often get immunity.
- 33:34For instance, when you have good cops, and they get into situations that are, again, the point zero zero one percent that anybody in the entire world would ever get into regarding interactions with the public, this and that.
- 33:51There's an immunity issue for police officers so they can do their job.
- 33:55So not every single, every single minor infraction according to the subject bringing it is to be litigated.
- 34:06There's there's a reason why they have this certain amount of immunity.
- 34:10Now, I noticed in the language that the FBI agents would use, for instance, in some of the materials in our case, they'd use the words honor about, I believe, you know, to cover themselves.
- 34:24They didn't always do that, by the way.
- 34:27And that's where you hopefully can have some sort of I don't even know what the word is, but aha moments.
- 34:35But you know, you have to have a million aha moments to get any kind of restitution or you know, accountability or anyway.
- 34:43So the case that Michael Flynn brought against the DOJ is was interesting because they had massive amounts of evidence that he had been set up, if you don't know who Michael Flynn is, General Michael Flynn, who was tapped to be in the Trump administration and Trump won.
- 35:06And he was extremely dangerous as far as the other side was concerned, because he was the only one who had testified in front of Congress regarding the war, and that he didn't agree with Obama's decisions.
- 35:20And that was a big no-no.
- 35:22And he knew that by testifying in front of Congress that the the actions that had been taken were he was against them by stating that publicly, he knew that that was stepping over a line that some didn't want him to cross, but he had to do it because he had integrity and he had he was the as we spoke about earlier.
- 35:43When you serve the country with honor, you cannot in good conscience go against that.
- 35:49It's just not how you're wired.
- 35:50These are the good guys, right?
- 35:52These are the ones who declare an oath to protect the country, foreign and domestic.
- 35:58So right when he did that, it was a bad for Mr.
- 36:05Flynn, and then Obama warned Donald Trump, you know, you can really trust pretty much anybody, but the one person you have to look out for was General Michael Flynn, which gave Trump the reason 100% reason to hire him, because if there's a reason that Obama was saying that, and again, Donald Trump had no real understanding of politics until Trump won, he learned on the job, which again, they knew that the FBI knew that, took advantage of it.
- 36:31Comey admitted it, FBI head of the FBI, James Comey actually bragged about knowing that Trump was not a uh well-versed politician, so they sent in agents, FBI agents against to question and didn't necessarily follow the proper protocol.
- 36:52Anyway, so here you go.
- 36:55So Michael Flynn gets accused of colluding in some way with Russia, Russia Gate, all this nonsense, and of course he denies all of that.
- 37:11And his story is very compelling.
- 37:15And there's a movie about his his documentary, which is a fascinating and worth watching to understand the scope of how far they went to get him.
- 37:25And he was fighting it, and then the threat came in that they were going to go after his son.
- 37:33And Michael Flynn took a plea.
- 37:36And as time went on, he withdrew that.
- 37:42President Trump was going to pardon him, and and Michael Flynn said the pardon came in the mail, he'd never opened it, and he ended up having the whole case thrown out.
- 37:52So he didn't even need the pardon.
- 37:53I think it's still in an envelope somewhere.
- 37:55My point is what was done to General Flynn.
- 38:02Very similar to what happened to our family.
- 38:04Accuse you of something you didn't do, create a case around it, make the public think you are a traitor, defame you, have their the ops, whatever they're called, I don't know, the other sci, whatever they're called, these these conspiracy theorists putting together, I don't even know what Q on in.
- 38:23I don't know what anybody any of those on ins are.
- 38:25I don't know, it doesn't matter to me, don't care.
- 38:27Uh, you know, to with all the conspiracy theories about what side Michael Flynn actually is on.
- 38:33Now, if you just look at the facts, which to me, the facts lean into what I've seen, which is how to get him out, figure something, a way to do it, and then destroy him.
- 38:48Costs millions of dollars.
- 38:50His family is destroyed.
- 38:54And they go after his child.
- 38:56So what are you going to do?
- 38:58But in the end, he withdrew his uh plea deal, and the case was thrown out.
- 39:09And I guess about a year ago, he decided to sue the government for 50 million dollars after Trump got in.
- 39:16I believe it was soon after, or maybe I'm I don't want to make sure I mean it doesn't matter.
- 39:20The date doesn't really matter, it wasn't that long ago, is what I'm saying.
- 39:24And he sued them in Florida, which again is a state that was would be much more open to hearing a case.
- 39:32You people have to understand it where the venue is, meaning where you file these cases, extremely important because if you have a unbiased uh team, and I think with this administration, you're going to have as most the most unbiased team you're going to see, meaning or balanced at least, to review these cases, which take some time.
- 40:00And he apparently got a settlement of about 1.2 million.
- 40:06That's what the press is saying.
- 40:08I don't know what the number.
- 40:09But he, but he did win.
- 40:12And pretty swiftly, considering I know people who have had cases for 10, 12 years when it dealt with some sort of federal government case because they have the money, they have the time, they'll just wait it out and just keep punishing people.
- 40:33It goes many ways, not just federally, or it goes against the guy the little guy.
- 40:42And I say the little guy, I mean you're working alone against a massive institution.
- 40:46So what does that mean?
- 40:50Why is this so important?
- 40:54You know, Michael Flynn thanked Todd Blanche and Pam Bondi, attorney general, deputy attorney general for this at the uh when this result came in.
- 41:08But this kind of submission of wrongdoing by paying out is very symbolic.
- 41:16People are very upset that not enough people are getting arrested, they're not accountability isn't coming fast enough.
- 41:22Some people are tied up in in courts with different cases.
- 41:26You know, we there's a lot of a lot of frustration around.
- 41:29And but I wanted to talk a little bit about why this is such a big deal.
- 41:34And again, you know, you have the media trashing him again, even though he's been the case was thrown out, they're still going after him.
- 41:43Which, you know.
- 41:46People call him a grifter, like he's making money.
- 41:49But here's the bottom line.
- 41:50I'm sorry.
- 41:51You know, you you you ruined the guy's career, you you trash his name.
- 41:56He has God knows how many millions of dollars in legal bills he has to pay.
- 42:02If he wants to make money going out and speaking, what's he supposed to do?
- 42:09Say no.
- 42:10I'm not saying he has to take every, I'm sure he doesn't take every opportunity that comes along, but you know, the guy has to make a living.
- 42:18And they've destroyed him for 10 years.
- 42:20So not every and not every appearance is going to be um universally approved by the the people, meaning judgment never ends in this country.
- 42:33Uh, but you know, the media is still going after him, even though he is cleared completely, and now he's really compensated.
- 42:42But what does it mean?
- 42:43If the government is saying that what happened was unjust to him, and you know, no real statement, it says that people are paying attention.
- 42:58Writing a horrific wrong.
- 43:02And when it's a symbolic person of that stature, that that that stature that is a symbol of what was good in our country, who's not only sir, but a racked up guy that was taken down for politics, has now come full circle.
- 43:19It's extremely symbolic for our country.
- 43:24It's very symbolic by this Department of Justice, also, that they are taking these cases very seriously.
- 43:32And there are many more.
- 43:34And there are many more people in the wings that are that are waiting.
- 43:40The wheels of justice turn slowly, is is not an exaggeration, but there's a reason for that.
- 43:45They're just like a trial or a charge, they want to break you, they want to bankrupt you, they want to win at all costs, no matter what the truth is.
- 44:00So someone like a Michael Flynn or or myself, or anybody that chooses to fight back, and there are others that I'm you know talking to now who are who are have been through the same exact hell and are holding on by a thread.
- 44:18And I say it's it's up to us, it's up to us to do it.
- 44:23We've already come this far.
- 44:26We've already fought this long and hard for what was right.
- 44:31We have to finish it.
- 44:32We have to go across the finish line.
- 44:34We've done that.
- 44:35It hasn't been easy, very painful.
- 44:39But there was no choice.
- 44:42And you sometimes hear cases and you think, oh man, it would be easier just to, they're just gonna railroad you until you you cave.
- 44:51And even if there's the slightest iota that it could be interpreted a certain way, it's like, how do you even begin to fight that?
- 44:59And the government knows that you're not you're not gonna win, they're gonna stack everything against you to do it.
- 45:05But I've often said, you know, people get very frustrated about the government, and like you can't win.
- 45:10I say, it's it's and I talked about this last week, and again, I'll probably keep talking about it because I think it's important for people who listen to this and think, why does anyone ever get held accountable?
- 45:22Is that it's not going to be like the movies, it's not going to be Superman coming in and literally reversing the earth if you're old enough to remember that movie to create, or I should say redo, you know, take it over, re reverse what has happened.
- 45:40It's going to be one win at a time.
- 45:44And the Michael Flynn win is a huge win.
- 45:49And I'm sure a lot of the little guys are frustrated that it's it's not them.
- 45:53But the reality is it is it is all of us.
- 45:57Maybe our result won't be exactly the same.
- 46:01But if we're truly fighting for the next guy, if we really are fighting to the to the bloody end of all this, we want to make it as unattractive for others to fall in line with the bad actors and the bad cops, the bad prosecutors, the bad judges.
- 46:25Consistency, strength, belief in the truth.
- 46:33I always said you can never say you didn't do everything you could.
- 46:38That's why when Mike was left in prison in Michigan, I was out of my mind angry because I fought so hard and he was still there.
- 46:46And someone put him there on purpose.
- 46:53Because I'll never give up.
- 46:55You have to let go at some point.
- 46:57But I will always continue to work to figure out who did this.
- 47:03Will something happen?
- 47:04Will there be accountability?
- 47:05I don't know.
- 47:08I just want them to know that I know.
- 47:12And I will make their names public.
- 47:16So when they go for their next job, that will be part of their history and their footprint for what they did.
- 47:25There's so much evil in the world.
- 47:27There's so much fraud, there's so much darkness, there's so much.
- 47:34But yet at the same time, we have to embrace the little victories, which are big ones.
- 47:43When you're going up against such massive darkness and evil.
- 48:12But strength comes from inside.
- 48:20I talked about the judge getting arrested for allowing the illegal immigrant to run out the back of the courthouse, and she's now in trouble.
- 48:27She's going to be probably debenched.
- 48:30I think she was already.
- 48:39She is now, her case is now going forward in New Jersey, and she thinks she's above the law, and that she was just there doing no, she wasn't.
- 48:47She obstructed justice.
- 48:49Looks like her case is going forward.
- 48:51She's very upset about that.
- 48:54And why is that important?
- 49:01Because nothing, nothing like that had happened before.
- 49:06It's been years.
- 49:08I mean, if ever that happened.
- 49:11And can you imagine what went under the radar that we'd even know about?
- 49:16And I again, I'm not a I say glass half full, but I'm more of a observer of what's changing.
- 49:29You put enough good people in in places of power, and they align on mass.
- 49:40It starts to change.
- 49:42What's happening in New Jersey with our governor is in Virginia is terrifying.
- 49:48Terrifying.
- 49:52How do we fix that?
- 49:53I don't know.
- 49:57I always say shed the light.
- 50:03We can't fix everything, but we can at least recognize the shift.
- 50:12It appears that the Supreme Court is going to stick to election day as election day, for instance.
- 50:22These mail-in ballots, these no postmark, these ballot stuffing, the cheating.
- 50:31It appears that we're going to go back to the way we used to vote in this country, which is going to throw a wrench in all the cheating.
- 50:41That's a win.
- 50:42Again, I wait patiently.
- 50:45But it certainly appears that's what's going to happen.
- 50:48That's a win.
- 50:56And the reason why, if you're not involved in any of these politics, or you're just trying to live your life with your family, we all have something in our day-to-day that these bad decisions from bad people affect our day-to-day.
- 51:09Whether it's your electric bill or it's the safety of your children in school, or trying to make a living, or put gas in your tank, or the day-to-day, flying out of the airport, you know, when this shutting down the government, and there's lines down God knows how long.
- 51:26And the president intervenes, springs in ice, everything is better because they're trying to get people out of these airports.
- 51:32You know, look, we have to express our our at least a little bit of gratitude that we're we're fighting the good fight.
- 51:41And that's worth it.
- 51:45There's more of us than of them.
- 51:49If we all wake up and we all fight for our country in any way we can, whether it's being more involved in our children's lives, to raise children who will be the greatest fighters of all time for our for this country and their own own children.
- 52:06If we can do that, that's a that's a huge success.
- 52:09That's probably as a as a parent the number one.
- 52:12So to see Michael Flynn, he was talking about, he just came out and did a video talking about this this victory, you know, ten years, he said.
- 52:21Ten years of his life.
- 52:24But what did he say?
- 52:25But I'm gonna keep fighting because I love this country.
- 52:28That's a soldier.
- 52:29That's an American.
- 52:32That's someone who wasn't afraid to push back when they tried to destroy him.
- 52:36They did.
- 52:38But he couldn't because but the soldier, the fighter, the heroes, they just believe that we are in the greatest country in the world.
- 52:51And to see what they did to him.
- 52:54I can't recommend his movie enough.
- 52:56Michael Flynn's movie about the documentary about him.
- 52:59I recommend it to understand why this happened.
- 53:05And they say this is a small amount of money compared to what he sued for, but there was some speculation that now he could go after individuals.
- 53:14Because basically the government saying what happened to you was unlawful and it was in it was incorrect, and we're gonna fix that.
- 53:19We just writed that wrong.
- 53:21So if that's true.
- 53:24What about the people who are participated in it knowingly?
- 53:29Maybe he goes after them individually.
- 53:32And there's a very long list.
- 53:34And if he does that, my friends, it becomes very unattractive to participate in this conspiracy against other people in the future.
- 53:46Because all they do is think about themselves.
- 53:48How does it affect the power that I have?
- 53:52You know, it's like when you're a kid, the kid says, you know, pokes you in the in the shoulder.
- 53:55Hey, go go go steal that piece of gum.
- 53:58Well, I don't want to.
- 53:59Well, I'll I'll stand next to you.
- 54:01Guess what?
- 54:02You're both guilty.
- 54:08Hey, maybe we'll get some ballots and we'll stuff the ballots and we'll make some money here.
- 54:12Oh, or maybe we'll go down and you know, sign up some people for ballots to give them a dollar in California.
- 54:18Let's all go down and do that.
- 54:20We're all gonna make some money.
- 54:22Well, guess what?
- 54:22When it becomes on becomes, first of all, people get arrested and they get in trouble, then things change.
- 54:29Then maybe the next time you're faced with such a dilemma, you go, well, I'm gonna pass.
- 54:34Why?
- 54:34Did you see what just happened to Michael Flynn?
- 54:37Did you see what happened?
- 54:38What's changing here?
- 54:39That all the senators and the congressmen on the Republican side are now aware of the abuse of power.
- 54:47And you think they're gonna let it go now.
- 54:49Here's the thing.
- 54:49Here's the good news about finding out that they were spying on senators and congressmen, the FBI.
- 54:57It is now happened to them.
- 55:00It's different when it happens to other people.
- 55:04They can have empathy for you, they can support you, they can they can be your champions, but when it happens to them, which it just did, I would guarantee there's going to be some accountability there.
- 55:20Because they have the ability to do it.
- 55:22They can en masse.
- 55:26Remember what I said, spying on Susie Wiles, the chief of staff and her attorney illegally.
- 55:35You arrest the person that made that happen, because you know it goes way up to the top.
- 55:41We are winning.
- 55:43And unfortunately, a lot of people had to sacrifice a lot of things to make that happen.
- 55:48Their safety, their reputation.
- 55:55History, we remember this time, as the people who fought for this country, despite all the attacks.
- 56:05This goes way beyond politics.
- 56:07This is a global problem.
- 56:10This is a power problem.
- 56:14Follow the money, follow the people, and see where it lands.
- 56:18But God bless Michael Flynn, God bless his family, God bless his wife.
- 56:22I've been there.
- 56:24Their pain is it's excruciating.
- 56:29People still think you're a traitor, even though the facts show the opposite.
- 56:33That will never that will never go away for him now.
- 56:36Shame on every single person that did this.
- 56:39But today, we gotta win.
- 56:43God bless the
